4.6The staff at this hotel is very unhelpful and I had a 2 hour wait to be checked in. They couldn't find my reservation and wouldn't make an effort to find me a room. I finally begged for my money back ans only then the found room for me. The hotel is in an amazing location. Walking distance to waterfalls and steps feom the beach. Walking distance to good food as well.
Read more ↓There was no wifi available for 7 of the 8 days I spent there, no TV. Having paper towel would have been helpful. Bottled water instead of pipe water.
