Very well worth the price if u wanna stay with a friend or a couple very diverse guest pool very inclusive and you will never feel that you asked for more with the staff there was a very cool guy named Leigan, absolutely loved his service and i will rate the staff 5/5 they’re nicer then some of the better international hotels ive been to, they manage special requests very well the room was cool although i would say they should add 1,2 soft drinks for free but besides that they have an amazing room even with the cheaper options i would definitely recommend if you can save up for it the pool was also very nice even though i didn’t go for a swim it was still aesthetically pleasing so bottom line is if you can afford it i would definitely recommend.

This hotel was amazing! The smell of the whole hotel is Devine!! I wish I could have stayed longer! The welcome drinks and the blessing when you entered the hotel made you feel like royalty! The amount of water you have in your room is great, the cans of water you get by the pool are cool! The rooftop swimming pool is amazing, great view and sunsets from there. The beds are huge and comfortable! The bath is like heaven! I ordered room service which was great! The breakfast in the morning was so good! If I could honestly stay longer I would have but I feel like everyone should experience it for one night!

Our time at the Leela was so fantastic, I now couldn't stay anywhere else in Delhi. If you're on the fence about staying in a luxury hotel, the Leela truly goes above and beyond what you would expect. Yes, it is a stunning and beautiful building, but it was how the staff treated us that really impressed me. Always keen to help, friendly and welcoming. We were greeted by two members of staff at the airport when we landed, and staff who were super helpful included Desh Raj at the [fabulous] pool; Sani of the door staff who took time to play with our daughter; Manipal at the Concierge desk and Tammana from housekeeping were all fantastic. Also the lady from room service who brought us breakfast on our last day at 5 am, was so kind and helpful. Apologies if I have made any spelling mistakes! Also have to highlight the outstanding housekeeping team - we were there with a 2 year old but each and every time the housekeeping team waved a magic wand and kept our room immaculate. She also loved the gorgeous cuddly toys she was gifted. Other reviews can give more detail regarding amenities etc., but my review aims to highlight the utterly brilliant staff, who truly made us feel welcome and looked after. Stay at the Leela and I promise you will have a wonderful experience.

After initial problems checking in and misunderstandings about our booking, confusion over correspondence and many emails not being answered, we were finally offered a free upgrade to the Royal Suit, which was exceptional. We ended up with the room we requested and although we offered to pay for the upgrade in our initial emails, it was lovely to get it complimentary. We had amazing breakfasts and dinners, with lovely cocktails and wine. The whole hotel was beyond luxurious and opulent, and all the services we used were great and the staff were very attentive. the pool is amazing and it was great to watch the Kites flying over head. We had a lovely yoga session in the spa too.

The Leela Palace New Delhi is pure luxury with a royal touch. Located in peaceful Chanakyapuri, it blends traditional elegance with modern comfort. The atmosphere feels regal yet relaxing, with stunning interiors and warm hospitality. Rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. Service is outstanding—staff are attentive and genuinely caring. The rooftop pool, spa, and fine dining restaurants like Jamavar and Le Cirque make the experience unforgettable. Despite being in the city, it’s quiet and serene. Though premium-priced, it’s worth every penny for the comfort, cleanliness, and world-class amenities. Truly one of Delhi’s finest luxury stays.

We stayed at the Royal Villa with the Plunge pool. The stay was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful property, great service and the plunge pool was the cherry on top. The temperature was maintained so well, that even in January, one can take a dip in the pool in the night.

Stay at our plunge pool villa exceeded our expectations for more of what we had imagined! Every second felt like a dream! Staff definitely treats every guest like a God! Cannot wait to book our next stay at Leela palace and enjoy for longer that! Must visit for anyone at least once in lifetime!

We loved the villa we got that had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private pool with 2 cabanas. It was large and comfortable and we enjoyed having meals in our villa. We had breakfast outdoors next to our private pool and it felt very magical. Our assigned butler was also very good and responsive. The F&B Manager also gave us a tour of the hotel which we enjoyed getting about the hotel. I also enjoyed doing a yoga class on the lawn in the morning - which was provided by the hotel! Also worth trying Mohan Mahal - the very special restaurant lit by candles!

We stayed for 3 nights . Had wonderful experience. You are treated like VVIP. Great ambience . Great roomy rooms. Great Room service . spa is great. They have nice big swimming pool. Swimming pool area is well kept. Restaurant and Bar are awesome. Food is best - better than udaivillas too. I felt even the ambience and service is better than udaivillas. I would definitely come back and would stay only at Leela.?

This exceptional hotel is situated by the beautiful Pichola Lake. The views are stunning of both the lake and the mountains. The sunset over the mountains is a picture to behold. The boat trip to get to the hotel is really rather special: serenaded by a Rajasthan musician, rose petals that flutter over your head as you arrive and a parasol, held by the doorman, to protect you from the sun. Our room was perfect, we had everything we needed. Plenty of fresh towels and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The customer service was excellent, nothing is ever too much. A big thank you to Kashish, Gaurav and Deepak for looking after us so well and making our birthday so special. The restaurants are a treat with the most spectacular views. The food is delicious, especially the fish curry and the shoulder of lamb. I loved sitting on the patio and feeling the breeze from the lake whilst enjoying a tantalising breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed listening and watching the evening performance by the Rajasthan musicians and dancers. This really did make this an interesting Indian experience. Finally, the swimming pool is a dream. We spent quite a few hours swimming and relaxing by it. Thank you for everything, we will be back! India is a very special place with great people.

The location of the hotel is amazing! You take a boat with a beautiful view and come to the hotel. The way they are greeting you upon arrival is unforgettable! The rooms are so spacious and luxurious! There is a very beautiful swimming pool with a gorgeous view on the lake! I had an opportunity to do a massage in the hotel and it was one of the best deep oil massages in my life! I would recommend to go to Kimkimi for a strong good quality massage! It is very comfortable that each guest has his own butler who is available all the time. I was lucky to have such a wonderful smiling, professional butler Foustinus! She assisted with all my requests! I would definitely recommend everyone coming to this hotel when visiting Udaipur! And I was lucky as well to have a local professional guide Mitesh who showed me the city from insight, told me so many stories of how locals live, showed me a ceramic market and how locals do pottery! Great experience We visited and stayed here for few days during our vacation. Right from the beginning it was an amazing experience. Check in was done in the room itself. They get in touch with you before your arrival and that's a first for me. And they sort things out before your arrival. Boat ride to the hotel from parking is just too good. Staff is courteous and we'll behaved as well as caring. Shamsh, Ronak, Sabya, Simran, Rakesh in the restaurant make your eating experience too good. They go out of the way to make your experience worth remembering. Gurjot as butler took all our calls and got things working for us always. Yuvraj made check in a unique experience. Khuman in the boat was very good and we'll informed too. Rooms are clean, food is excellent, service is prompt and extraordinary, room service is good, gym and swimming pool are very good. Overall a great experience worth remembering. Will definitely revisit.

First of all, it was truly one of the finest stays we’ve ever had. From the floor managers to the GM to our butler (Jajo), everyone went above and beyond to serve us. • Food: Absolutely delicious. • Check-in: The boat ride from the dock to the reception was unbelievable — the hype was 100% true. • Experience: We had so much to do, and the only sad part was that we had to leave. 😔 Truly an amazing experience. Our Daughter’s birthday was well celebrated A few cons (for improvement): 1. The pool was quite deep — if you’re not a swimmer, you really can’t enjoy it. 2. The in-room dining menu felt very limited, especially for snacks. It was raining, and we were craving hot snacks, but only a sandwich and spring rolls were available. 3. The kids’ room was under renovation, so we missed out on that. 4. Sheesh Mahal dining felt just okay — not as exceptional as we expected.

We are frequent travellers and had stayed in many different hotels around the globe. Devi Ratn must have been one of the best if not the best. The property is located about 20-30 mins away from the hustle and bustle city of Jaipur which was exactly what we needed to chill and relaxed after walking in the city and sightseeing where there were so crowded everywhere. The room itself is so nicely decorated, luxurious and spacious. we had 3 adults in a room, but there are still plenty of space for all of us. But most importantly is the hospitality, attention to detail, and their genuine willingness to serve. Their afternoon tea and cultural performance was fantastic. And the breakfast was the best amongst all the hotels that we stay in India. The sunrise and the sunset view over the pool was to die for. Special mention to Sudham and all the staff members who’d gone above and beyond to make our stay the best ever. And their rates are very reasonable and extremely value for money for what you get there. Can recommend enough

It’s a beautiful ( and massive)property with Taj hospitality at its best. Entire management is of international standard. We were big family group of 12 and were given so much of focused attention. Our parents celebrated their 50th anniversary sometime back and hotel gave them complimentary free upgrade to premium room and evening they had arranged a small celebration. It’s a huge property and hotel has ma y electric cart to transport guests. Staff welcomes guests with so much of warmth and big smile throughout the resort. Pool is huge and water is very clean. High Tea in evening complimentry from the hotel and for us was the best part of our staying in hotel. Delicious snack and Tea served along side of live performances from local artists. Truly world class property with excellent hospitality under management of Mr Santosh Shetty (GM).

The hotel facilities were great, they had a lot of activities for adults and children, including an afternoon "fair" with food, beverages, games for children, presentations (dancing, music, magicians, puppet shows) that would take place everyday (for free). Plus plenty of other (paid) activities for our kids. We loved the spa and the heated pool, and the breakfast was delicious. But the best thing about the hotel was how its personnel went above and beyond to make our stay special and keep us confortable. We were lucky to spend the New Year's eve there, what a feast and a great party! (Although there was such an insane amount of food that I was wondering what they did with the leftovers - I hope it was donated). I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

It is an oasis of peace in the middle of nature. the structure is modern and has a very unique design, it is an architecture journey! The staff was extremely friendly, polite and very helpful in each request we had! the pool is exquisite an the structure is equipped with lot of facilities (gym, cocktail bar, shop, spa etc) which will make your stay even more pleasant! The place is very silent and the amazing rooms with garden will provide you a very nice time away from the noise of traffic!

Amazing staff and hospitality. Great food and service. Our stay was made very special by the staff especially by Subhash ji from Restaurant who organized complimentary surprise cake and decorations for my daughter's 10th birthday. Same for Akhriraj , Rameshwar , Babulal and Vikram ji who organized surprise cake cutting at the swimming pool. Thanks to Vijay Ji from house keeping for all the service and cleanliness. Also like to mention fabulous service from Nikhil and Sahil at restaurant. We could not have asked for more. We will like to visit again.

The pool villa was great. It was monsoon season, so the beach was closed and there were no water activities, however the weather was for the most part great and warm and sunny, with rain in the afternoon. Perfect for relaxing around our private pool!

Would recommend to anyone looking for a fly and flop hoilday, if you can afford it would say take a villa with a private pool,staff all fab at there jobs and a very clean and inviting atmosphere

The property is huge and beautiful. We stayed in Villa room garden view with plunge pool and had an amazing time enjoying the room and the pool and garden. The walk in the property was very nice and relaxing. The main swimming pool area is very nice and you can relax at the pool listening to the ocean. The food was good, could have been better though. The staff were very friendly and courteous. It was raining our entire stay so we couldnt enjoy the beach but no regrets coz the comfort of the room was exceptional. We celebrated our 3rd anniversary at Taj exotica, Benaulim, Goa. Our anniversary and stay was a memorable one thanks to the services and staff there. We had booked villa with private pool for our stay and everything right from our arrival, stay , celebration till departure was well managed. I’d like to note my gratitude towards the staff at the St Regis- ensuring that our stay was pleasant and memorable, especially as this booking was made to celebrate my sister’s birthday. A special thanks to our assigned butler Divyesh who understood the assignment and ensured her special day went perfectly! Divyesh was attentive, highly efficient and went above and beyond to deliver on all requests made during our stay. I had the pleasure of staying in both the Manor Pool Suite (with the plunge pool) and the Lagoon Grande Deluxe room overlooking the lagoon hosting beautiful water lillies being the USP of this resort. I was pleased with the modern, bright and airy decor as well as the standards of cleanliness up-kept by the housekeeping staff. In terms of the restaurants, the food and pastries at each were delicious! Note, there are many options for Vegetarians at all restaurants and therefore we were spoiled for choice. Our favourite dining experience being at Miri, The Manor and Oliveto. The resort host numerous activities for both adults and children catering to all kinds of holiday goers. We In particularly enjoyed the bangle making workshop, the Estuary Walk (heading towards the point where the river Sal and the Arabian Sea meet) and lastly the Nature Walk hosted by the Assistant Horticulture Manager Haresh, who has dedicated 20+ years to the beautiful landscape offerings of the St Regis- very informational and interactive. Overall a fantastic stay and a must visit!

Everything was good in this hotel. Location food, Transport, breakfast, Hi tea , pool , Kids activities & play area, Pool and the logoon. Special thanks to staff for maintaining such a huge property.

To honest, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel. Th place was gorgeous wherever you turned, it was peaceful, serene, relaxing basically what the doctor ordered. They also had a day full of activities should you want to do something. The bathroom utilities was more high spec than the typical one you would get which was nice. The staff were incredible friendly and always asking how you are. To some, it may be too much because you have about 5/6 people asking you if you’re okay but you can tell they want their guest to have a good experience. I spent the majority of my time in the pool area and Nityanand really took care of me. Imagine working at a place for 27 years, so you can tell he enjoyed his job and he was so sweet. I believe his name was Tatum, who also made sure I tried my first Dosa before I left for breakfast. He kindly brought me options and came back to check what I liked. There was such a variety for breakfast as well, so you would be spoilt for choice! I also treatment myself to a spa treatment (scrub and massage) and I left feeling like all my sins and worries had be scrubbed and rubbed away. My skin felt like a babies bottom and just glowed! Generally all staff were lovely. You couldn’t walk past anyone without them saying hi. I will definitely be coming back!

This was our first visit to India, and understandably, we had some concerns before arriving. However, from the moment we stepped into St. Regis, all our worries disappeared. The team welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality that we instantly felt at home — even though we had traveled from the other side of the world. One of the most touching moments was when they surprised our little son by decorating our room with balloons for his birthday. It created a magical memory he’ll never forget — and neither will we. We had the pleasure of dining at both the À La Carte restaurant and Oliveto, the Italian restaurant. The food was exceptional at both, and we especially want to thank Miri and the Oliveto team for their kindness and attentive service. The rooms were spotless, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was truly impressive. Whether we were at the beach or by the pool, the staff was always nearby, friendly and ready to help. As a Turkish family used to a high standard of hospitality, it was incredibly heartwarming to experience that same warmth here in India. We feel lucky to have found a place that made us feel so welcome. We will definitely choose St. Regis again if we return to India, and we highly recommend it to families traveling with children. It’s a place where unforgettable memories are made.

I was so impressed with service in St.Regis Goa, all workers were super kind,helpful and like a family to me. I could receive a help any time I asked. The cleaning service was provided two times per day, the property was super clean. The hotel and the place it’s huge itself. We actually don’t need to go out because we will not stay bored at the hotel. There are 3 restaurants, the food is high quality, specially I loved breakfast and their bakery. Swimming pool is big and clean, there are always workers around that provide you fresh drinks, towels or even spf creams. Amazing, I can’t describe my happiness. I just know that I will come back and stay more and more times with St.Regis. Thank you for all your hospitality I am so happy with my stay. Service, location, facilities. The evening high tea in the lawn along the coast with the sunset view was beautiful. Green, dense vegetation offers great lung space. Room was spacious and the plunge pool was nice for a long dip.

We stayed at the presidential villa and it was wonderful! Such a great space for my whole group and the private pool makes it perfect. The views alone is worth it.

The property was beautiful on the whole - we booked the villa with a plunge pool, the view was amazing. Bait restaurant was top notch.My kids loved the activities during high tea -kite flying,cycling,boating etc.

I liked everything from the check in, to the room, to activities. The semi-private plunge pool was a nice touch. I would like to point out that Jasmine was very friendly and even after check in she made sure we were having a good time and had everything we needed. I truly thank her for her hospitality.

Very ideal location to have a family vacation. Well maintained and managed resort and since it is from the prestigious TAJ group, it lives up to its expectations. Each room is very spacious and our room view was towards the sea. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. My kids enjoyed the bath tub experience. Swimming pool is very cleanly maintained. Sea view from swimming pool is also amazing. They own a private beach, which is very clean. Towards beach side they got a shack and they provide a high tea during sunset time. Having tea and viewing that beautiful sunset has to be experienced. It was lovely. For kids engagement also they got many games, like archery, badminton, chess, carrom etc but I would have loved if they created some indoor badminton facility. Staff very courteous. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

1) When they say kid friendly, they mean it!! They have literally thought of everything....activities, movie time, large kiddie pool, store to buy items for infant care, high chairs available easily etc 2) The beach (private access to part of Colva beach) was pristine, very little crowd and easily accessible 3) The swimming pool is big enough, nice poolside lounge and bar area. A very well thought out R&R area - carrom, foosball, pool and ample space for sitting around or reading - in a gazebo style setting. 4) Spacious, well maintained, modern rooms and balconies (we had the paddy view, which was a delight in the morning) 5) Staff is excellent and prompt with their service. The restaurant has a fantastic breakfast buffet and also very good dinner and lunch options.

Has two pools, one 35m pool which is great for doing laps and it’s adjoined to kiddie pool plus a smaller ‘silent’ pool by the spa. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Large rooms, comfy bed. Varied menu and buffet breakfast. Tasty food.

This was our second time at Beleza by the beach amd yet again it was absolutely wonderful!!! The resort in itself is gorgeous! You get more than what you pay for. The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean. The food at the restaurant by the pool is amazing and there is an elaborate choice. The breakfast buffet is outstanding! The paddy bar is excellent and the drinks are yumm!!! The pool is a decent sized one and very well maintained. The spa services are good and the quiet pool by the spa is actually quiet, peaceful and serene. It is walking distance from the beach. The staff are exceptionally good and courteous!! Overall an amazing stay. We are definitely coming back in 6 months time again.

My friend and I had such a wonderful stay at Beleza and would recommend it to anyone thinking of going to South Goa. The security was really good which made us (two young girls) feel really safe. The service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced, not only was everyone friendly but they were efficient, quick and seemed like they really cared about providing good service. We ate at the main restaurant most days, which was very reasonably priced as were the drinks at the bar. The food was delicious too! We would highly recommend you visit Juju, the restaurant is just a short drive away and Beleza offer a cab for free to take you there and back. The food and service at Juju was also incredible, there was even live music on one of the nights. The spa was really relaxing and they offered a good selection of services. There was also a quieter, smaller pool there for those who wanted to some more privacy. The main pool was really well maintained, and we really loved sunbathing there. The resort was also a very short walk from the beach, where there were a few bars which again had friendly staff and reasonable prices.

One of the best resorts we have stayed in the last 10 years. Rooms - Awesome room with a spacious bath, large bed, effective AC and smart TV Food - Wide spread for the breakfast buffet and excellent service. The staff were so prompt and professional. Enjoyed all the items in the buffet. We also had lunch on several days. High quality. Location - Again, 5/5. 3 mins walk to Colva beach with a private walkway inside the property. Well designed boundary area with lots of beach chairs and distribution of beach towels at the entry point. Amenities - Has a swimming pool, BUT the resort needs to enforce basic hygeine and rules better. I could see people inside with full dress and was pathetic to see them shouting and spoiling the water and experience for others. There is a GYM and a decent play area with TT and AirHockey. A separate sitting area near the pool with carrom, foosball and a small library of books. Overall - 5/5 and we will come back for sure next year.

A place like no other ! The private pool Vila was amazing ! It's heaven on earth, The staff were wonderful and the food was so tasty ! But the star of our stay was Lekha, she made the stay extra special and very memorable! Thank you very much ! A place I want to come back to again and again !

We stayed in the private pool villa, the experience was just magical. It was the best hotel I ever stayed in by far. Trees, birds, butterflies and bats... You will be surrounded by wild exotic birds and palm squirrels singing. Don't miss 7:00AM birdwatching. This is honestly a birders' heaven.

Our stay at the Coconut Lagoon was nothing short of exceptional. The room was spacious, comfortable and offered breathtaking views of the lake and along with the private pool, it made for a perfect escape. The food was exquisite with every meal surpassing expectations (make sure to eat at both their restaurants and don't forget the yummy tea & snacks from the lady in the canoe!). The hospitality was immpecable - warm, attentive and made us feel right at home. I would like to call out Mr. Dinesh who is the manager at the property who spent a great deal of time talking to us about the property, the surrounding areas, the philosophy behind the food, his travel experiences - every conversation with him was eye-opening. Thank you Mr. Dinesh for everything you did for us. It wouldn't be fair if I did not call out Mr. Thomas who works at the restaurant - he is forever smiling, attentive and helpful and we noticed this through every single meal that we had over the 4 days at the property - you're a star Thomas! Thank you. In conclusion - I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to just get away from it all and chill!

Beautiful lake and lagoon views property, off the beaten path so was an amazing destination for tranquility and peace if you’re looking for that. It’s a self sustaining property, you’ll have everything you need here. There are boat rides and walks around the property the Kumarakom bird sanctuary is right next door. The staff here is exceptional and they really took care of us. F&B manager Dinesh and his lovely team were always attentive and giving us recommendations and always serving and greeting you with a smile. We had a great Ayurvedic massage at their property. We stayed in the private pool villas and our back yard was a beautiful pond with lilies and birds. The front veranda opened out to lake Vembanad, certainly a memorable stay.

The rooms at Coconut Lagoon are spacious and well-appointed. They are decorated in a traditional Kerala style, with wooden furniture and thatched roofs. The rooms also have private balconies or verandahs, where guests can enjoy the views of the lake and the surrounding greenery. The resort has a number of amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, a spa, a fitness center, and a restaurant. The restaurant serves a variety of Indian and international cuisine, as well as traditional Kerala dishes. Coconut Lagoon is a great place to relax and unwind. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities, such as kayaking, canoeing, and birdwatching. The resort also offers cultural experiences, such as cooking classes and traditional Kerala dance performances. Overall, Coconut Lagoon is a beautiful and relaxing resort that is perfect for a getaway. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the food is delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

Lovely Location with huge surroundings. Very well maintaned garden and a lot of things to do. We had the Room with privat pool access and it was lovely. Very good Restaurant and good infrastructure with privat harbor and everything. Thanks to the whole Team.

Brilliant hotel, service and hospitality is a different level- better than any other hotel we have stayed at. Rooms and food is excellent as well as best spa. Only thing I would say, is taps are not mixer taps so difficult to adjust water temperature. Other than that best hotel ever stayed at well worth it. And worth the upgrade for the the semi private pool.

We travelled from Sydney to this magnificent property next to amazing views of Lake pichola . Right from the airport - two Audi Q7 came to receive a family of four adults and kid . We opted for boat option to reach the property . We were greeted by a very smiling professional hotel staff Taniya who took great interest to show us the magical property . Moment you set your foot in - comfort and luxury oozes in . We had a semi private pool option to our rooms which had great views of the lake and garden. Food and breakfast options are lavish . Few restaurants to choose . Great in room dining service . Candle room / peacock was mesmerizing . Truly One of the top notch hotels I have stayed world wide . Due credit should be given to the people who do immaculate room cleaning / the hard working gardeners and people who keep the property / swimming pools well maintained and clean . The Oberoi Udaivilas is a masterpiece of stunning architecture and regal beauty, seamlessly blended with modern luxury. Every detail of our stay was exceptional, thanks to the impeccable facilities and thoughtful design. The staff went above and beyond, especially the restaurant and breakfast team who made each morning special. We were touched by the chefs’ kind gestures, surprising us daily with delicious regional specialties. Our room was a dream — spacious, elegant, and complete with a semi-private pool offering breathtaking lake views. Every moment felt indulgent and serene. The hotel’s guided tour of the City Palace and Heritage Walk is incredibly informative and flawlessly coordinated — an absolute must-do to truly appreciate Udaipur’s rich history. This hotel is truly extraordinary, and we can’t wait to return.

Location is amazing. I recommend getting the shared pool room if you are hesitating. it was worth the money, we had the best view of the lake and the Castle. There was a convenient sofa by the window, we asked to convert it to sleeping place for our 6 yo son, and he loved it because he could close the curtains and have his privacy there) breakfast was good. not a big selection but they had most of the things needed for our usual breakfast and everything was cooked as desired. this place has a very peaceful vibe. I would compare it to Italian lakes like Como or Iseo very green, quiet with beautiful landscapes that you can enjoy while sunbathing or swimming. compared to other 5 star hotels around this one has nice green territory to walk around.

Amazing hospitality, they gave us a complimentary room upgrade to a cottage with a private pool. Food, service, ambience were just beyond words. Shout out to the duty manager.

we love this place this is our fourth time and we brought our 2 year old as well. the entire facility is perfect and everyone was so kind. the place is kids friendly and very safe. we took the room with the private pool and the water was clean and safe. our little one had so much fun. the hospitality was great as always and Sujith took good care of us. Will come back soon

The resort is a large property with beach access and they have a lot of greenery (esp. Frangipani trees) which make it look gorgeous. We got a seaview room with a fantastic view overlooking the pool. It's a great retreat if all u want to do is hangout with family and lounge around the pool or beach. The service was really fantastic! From the restaurants to the front desk to house keeping, to the musician...Akshay, Neeraj, Arif, Kshtij, Maria, Imran, Subash, (I could go on!), made sure we felt very comfortable and that made our stay all there all the more special! Would def recommend and I would go back the next time I'm in India.

We came over for a family weekend at Sheraton Grand Chennai. My girls (9 & 6) thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment options in the resort and particularly liked the pizza making experience. The services team (Sujith) took wonderful care of us and kept the facilities impeccably clean. About the only thing that should be improved is stricter policing of the swimming pool to check if all guests have the appropriate swim wear - loads of people were getting in their PJ’s, night clothes etc. and this is clearly not hygienic or considerate of other pool users.

Fantastic location! Amazing pool. One of the biggest and cleanest pools. Great food and friendly staff. Special call out to security Chandrasekhar Behera on the beach for taking care of us with amazing family photos. There is definitely room for improvement in the general concierge abilitis while checking in as well as at the restaurants. This seems to be a general trend in Chennai after Covid.

The pool suite is a little dated and a few small touches like a minibar with a kettle in the living room and pool towels next to the pool, would make it much better. The warmth and hospitality of the staff especially Elizabeth was outstanding. Akash & Abdul Salaam did a fine job.

Reception staff Jasmine was very friendly, specially with kids. Pool attendant Abin was very professional to guide us on how to use amentities and kind to keep eye on kids while they were in kids area of swimming pool, he even provided a kids swimming tube. Restaurant staff was very coordial and helpful. Breakfast had hundreds of varieties of food items. Room interior was class apart. Every staff in the hotel was coordial enough to say hello when we passed by. We were provided a sea facing room where we could see both sunset and sunrise. Property location and landscape is awesome. Room amenities were five star too. We would love to visit hotel again.

Excellent hospitality. Extremely courteous staff. Great location. Value for money. The cleaniness was great. The pool was excellent. Rooms are a bit small but tastefully decorated. Breakfast was also good. The amenities ie pool, jacuzzi were great.

We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of 2 adults and 2 teens. This hotel was perfect for us, lovely location looking out over the interesting harbour. The room was clean, comfortable and had a powerful shower. The decor of the hotel is very tasteful. mingling the historical heritage of the region with the modern. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, everyone is very polite and friendly, nothing is too much to ask and they help with everything you can think of - directions to the ferry terminal, where to get a sari blouse stitched, put me in touch with a local charity to give a donation to, and so on. The food in the in-house restaurants is lovely, we ate in both Pepper and Dolphin Point. The Dolphin Point grill is an experience not to be missed. Finally the pool are is perfect, clean and the boys really enjoyed it. I also made use of the hair salon in the spa which was good too. . I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and we certainly hope to come back.

We stayed here as part of a tour group plus we had some extra days just for us. We had a great corner room on the 5th floor with views over the grounds and port area with the Arabian Sea in the distance. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Staff without exception were friendly and helpful. Special mention for the main cleaning guy on our floor who arranged to have our keycards fixed when they weren't working. The resort is a bit isolated - being on an island - but twice we arranged through the hotel to have a car arranged to take us to various parts of the city. At a cost, of course, but well worth it. There are two restaurants in the hotel with one specialising in seafood. Breakfast was included in our booking and the buffet selection was very good. Plus there were offerings which could be ordered off a small menu. There's an infinity pool, outside seating, nice views, a bar and a large lobby area. We had a great stay here. Recommended.

Satisfaction 100%. We spent a solid 3 days at this place for a small vacation and also to celebrate my daughter's birthday. A 15-acre land converted into a beautiful heritage-themed resort. Very courteous staff, right from the reception, room service, restaurant, and housekeeping. The speciality of this place is that you will be completely connected with nature and a village lifestyle. The rooms are built in an authentic village style: ac rooms with open-air bathrooms. There are pannayar and agraharam-styled rooms, and you can prefer any according to your family size and stay. None of the rooms have TV facilities because they want you to connect completely with nature and be cut off from the technological world. You have facilities like uri adi, cycling, pottery, fish feeding, tea kadai, outdoor games, a special kambu kool, swimming pool, yoga centre, ayurveda massage, a bullock cart ride, a lovely restaurant, and special activities that keep you completely engaged. The best part of this place is that you will be surrounded by beautiful peacocks. A big, big thanks to the entire staff of Mantra Koodam CGH Earth for being a fantastic host. Special thanks to the general manager who came and took time to talk to us and make us feel comfortable, Karthik, Selvamani, Rajesh, and all the others. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a perfect stay in the temple city with all the ambience and to rejuvenate themselves.

The property is away from the hustle and bustle of the city which has both advantages and disadvantages. The advantages are the peacefulness and natural surroundings. The disadvantage is that it costs a little to tour the temples which are mostly located in the city area. We hired a taxi for a few hours to do a tour which cost R2,000. The restaurant is very good so it is not necessary to go looking elsewhere for meals. Staff are great. Activities include pottery and a bird watching walk. The swimming pool is excellent. The eco philosophy of the place also is highly commendable.

We had an exceptional 3 nights stay at Mantra K. Thank you from the bottom of heart to all the staff. The place is so beautiful, cottages among the trees, we can easily see peacocks and squirels, birds. Very quite place. Swimming pool is beautiful too. Massages were perfect and food delicious. Everything was fantastic. Temples are less than 25 min drive from the hotel.

Fabulous rooms that look like little cottages, with wonderful outdoor showers (plus indoor one) and verandahs to sit in. Well spaced our from one another with pleasant gardens around you. Great pool that was quiet when we were there. Excellent breakfast and good supper.

The outdoor plunge pool doesn’t heat up adequately past 29 degrees Celsius during winter. Too cold for me and my fiancé to enjoy and we paid extra for this feature. They should have given us an indoor plunge pool.

The room was fabulous, one of its kind with a private plunge pool. The stay was comfortable and nice. The staff was very helpful. Check-in was quick and the hotel went out of its way to decorate the room for my birthday. Really grateful for making my stay memorable.

This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed! The suite with the plunge pool was a perfect room to recover from jet lag. The food and service was excellent. I also enjoyed the spa and a massage.

Spacious rooms, private plunge pool, and a spa that is a retreat. Service was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead. Food is excellent but pricey. A calm, high-end bubble in chaotic Delhi, perfect for unwinding in style.

we got an upgrade to a suite and it was amazing, the plunge pool is to die for. It was a very pleasant stay in Lodhi. the food was good too.

Rooms are spacious and clean, we got an upgrade to villa with private pool. That was excellently maintained, the room was well furnished with nice goodies, loaded with mini bar. The room also got bath tub and steam room bathing goodies were good. Pool was 4ft and quit good size for a family to enjoy, outside garden and seating space also good. Room is modernly updated and fully accessed with one touch remote/ tab. Resort has lot of indoor & out door activities for children and adults. “Bodhi spa” very nice service and therapist, you will surely enjoy the spa.

The pool was big and was a saltwater pool unlike other hotels which has chlorine in the pool water. The food options are good with great breakfast spread and an exclusive kebab restaurant. The staff were helpful and the rooms were big and clean.

We received a warm welcome when checking in and then were shown to our room. We had a second-floor room with a nice view of the garden. We could watch the birds in the trees and the staff care for the beautiful gardens from a large balcony. It was a great place to relax. The room itself was large and had modern facilities to turn electrics on and off. That might not be everyone's cup of tea. The bathroom was very nice. And we were also happy to have been supplied with bottled water. The meals at the restaurant were fantastic. There are not a lot of other options available in the area. The staff were fantastic in the restaurant. It was nice to have staff come and talk to us, including the chef. The place definitely had a resort feel. The pool was great and the staff tried to put on different events at night to keep everyone entertained. The beach is close by, though, our choice was to use the beautiful resort pool and enjoy sunsets from the beach.

The resort was fenced off from the local community with gated access to Eden Beach. The staff were all welcoming and went above and beyond in taking care of us without being intrusive. Our room rate was half board, including breakfast and one main meal. Most meals were buffet style and were outstanding. We spoke with the head chef and sous chef and always felt impressed by the quality and range of food prepared. We enjoyed playing pool, taking afternoon tea, morning and early evening walks on the beach, swimming in the saltwater pool and generally just chilling. A Yoga class was also offered one afternoon which was perfect. The hotel has a lovely spa offering a range of treatments and well worth a visit. Book early.

Loved the property , we booked villa which had private swimming pool . Kids enjoyed in the pool . Room was very beautiful and cozy . They even had many activities arranged , food was also tasty . Enjoyed our stay together

It is a very nice property. Well maintained, green, on the lake but no boat traffic to disturb the peace of the place, just the hotel boat. Nice facility, pottery, bike, fishing. Nice room. Some have a private pool some a big jacuzzi in the room. The massage is fantastic- a must to try.

The food was fabulous, the amenities great, the staff wonderfully helpful and friendly. The property is beautiful, We had a private pool, just one of the ways that you feel pampered. It's a great getaway and we came away feeling relaxed and recharged.

Our family of four with two teenagers stayed at this hotel in December 2015 and loved the hotel, grounds, and service such that we extended our stay by one day. The rooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable. The king bed is comfortable. The grounds are like a park with peacocks roaming around and very quiet. The swimming pool is large and heated. The personal service provided at this hotel by each staff member is simply outstanding and incomparable to any other hotel we have stayed at in Europe or USA. The staff knows all guests by name and will go out of their way to provide any service you need. The food, especially the breakfast buffet (although the staff will cook essentially anything you want to eat--Indian or western) is superb. Even though the hotel was full (around 150 guests total), we hardly saw more than a few people at any one time but lots of staff who will give you immediate attention when needed. There are a lot of activities--pool, buggy ride, small playground for kids, badminton, lawn croquet, tennis, spa, demonstrations of local arts and crafts, kite flying. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel for everyone.

We’ve celebrated wedding anniversary here and the hotel didn’t disappoint! From room upgrade and amazing room decoration, the professional curtesy of the attentive staff, the nice evening program, the comprehensive morning yoga, yummy breakfast dosas, laundry service packed with care, pleasant relaxing pool with great pool service, and most of all the birds watching around the temple! The natural setting is truly breathtaking. We could have easily stayed a week and wouldn’t get bored. Will be recommending to all our friends heading this way!! Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay :)

The hotel is excellent and really nicely designed, overall the service is excellent and they even upgraded us to a room due to our honeymoon. The pool was really beautiful and the nature of the hotel and especially the birds was the most impressive part. The alcohol prices in the hotel were expensive even compared to the prices in European hotels and certainly not something that should be close to the price in a cheap country like India, a small beer costs 12 euros. In addition, on our first day there were a group of children in the pool who simply made the hotel feel like a noisy kindergarten, which greatly damaged the experience and no one at the hotel asked them to behave in accordance with such an expensive hotel. In addition, in the final billing they asked me if I would like to pay in dollars on credit and of course I said yes and they forgot to tell me that there is a 5% commission which cost me several hundred dollars which for me was very serious that they did not say that. All in all, a good hotel should improve what I listed above.

Decided to extend our stay in Jaipur by one day following our incredible stay at Oberoi Udaivilas (Udaipur) so we could indulge and explore Rajvilas before continuing our journey to Agra (to visit the Taj Mahal) - worth noting that Rajvilas is located on the way (in that direction). The overall estate is beautiful and features a 300-year old temple (with Oberoi offering nightly blessing ceremonies), a beautiful spa housed also in a 300-year old house / villa. We had booked a tented room but were offered a generous complimentary upgrade to a pool suite which was incredibly nice. The staff and service was exceptional - everyone from the General Manager, Vishal, to Neeraj who managed dinner service, chef Manoj, Niraj, Dharam, Neran at dinner / breakfast / the bar, Luv who couldn’t have given us a warmer welcome, the concierge Mihika, the incredible housekeeping team - virtually everyone was exceptional and we will most certainly seek out Oberoi locations in the future as both our stays at Rajvilas and Udaivilas were just exceptional. The location is ideal for those headed towards Agra from Jaipur as well as for activities like leopard safaris. For sightseeing in Jaipur itself one should plan for 30-40min drive given traffic etc. Can only wholeheartedly recommend Oberoi and their Rajvilas property.
