Awesome staff, very clean, wonderful food, great bars, beautiful view, great pool with swim up bars, beautiful beach! The spa was amazing!

Everything about the resort was perfect. We couldn’t fault a single thing, the experience from check in to check out was incredible from check in to check out. This resort is more than just a hotel, it is an experience. Our room was incredible and the private pool was heaven. Each staff member went above and beyond when serving us, they were all so kind and friendly!! The pools and beach were incredible, and the selection of restaurants was great. The smell of the whole resort was also just so luxurious.

We loved the chic design and the lush nature surrounding the property and also within - they have lovely plants and gardens inside the corridors of the buildings. The property feels expansive and vast, but you learn your way around quickly. There are 12 restaurants in the resort, of which we tried 4. Our favorites were Mercado 19 for breakfast, La Cantina for lunch/small bites, and Los Abrazos for dinner. We loved El Cielo bar for the view and chill vibes. The pool area is awesome with two swim up bars and beach access is super easy from the pool area. The beach was beautiful with the palapas and clear water. The gym was also very nice. The service throughout the resort was absolutely excellent, every server we had was super nice and spoke very good English. Shoutout to Javier, Adrian, Miguel, Donovan, and many others! They made our stay lovely. Make sure to bring cash to tip staff!

My stay truly exceeded my expectations. The decor is stunning—modern yet warm, with a perfect blend of style and comfort. Every detail, from the sleek furniture to the thoughtfully designed lighting, adds to the overall ambiance. There’s a real wow factor when you first walk in The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was seamless. Whether it was offering local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests, their customer service was top-notch. The pool area was another highlight. It’s spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax after a busy day. The loungers are comfortable, just make sure you grab an early breakfast as they get claimed quickly Speaking of relaxation, the cocktails at the hotel bar were absolutely delightful. Expertly crafted and refreshing, they provided the perfect way to enjoy an evening by the pool or indoors. You can order anything you can imagine and they hit the mark every time There’s a premium “Inspira” add on you can purchase but it didn’t seem worth it. You get spirits in your room minibar,exclusive use of the small rooftop pool and a section of the ground floor pool but stick with the standard all-inclusive. You won’t be disappointed I’ll definitely be returning!

The resort is absolutely gorgeous. Staff is great, the service is out of this world! In particular, Damarys at the pool and Roman at Maria Dolores were fantastic! I wish I could remember everyone's name because the service is what truly makes this resort exceptional. Food was amazing at all of the restaurants we tried and even the room service food was great (except the pizza)! Drinks were very good everywhere, generous pours and any type of drink you want is available. Our room was huge and had everything we needed with a very comfortable bed. We had a King suite on the 2nd floor in Bldg 2 with a balcony, so we were pretty close to everything. Building 3 was the furthest away and we did hang out there one day at the pool and ordered food. Bldg 3 is the quiet area so it's very peaceful and again the service and food were wonderful. Pool area at ours was more lively with activities and music, it's really fun! Beach and pool area were both clean with comfortable seating. Our room and really the entire resort was spotless. Very happy with this vacation, would come back.

This resort is amazing. I had a swim up suite. The servers always made sure I had something to drink and eat. I drink fast and they were excellent. Shout out to Augustine! He was serving shots to my pool at 9am.

Was the most breathtaking hotel. The views were amazing. The customer service and kindness shown by the workers and especially our butlers, were immaculate. So many different restaurants and bars to choose from. Absolutely loved our stay. Our swim up suite was just beautiful!

I love swim up rooms, food from the specialty restaurants, the friendly service. I really enjoyed the spa treatment. I really liked the waiters from Capricho, Victor, Joseu and Juan. From El Guacho Jose was great.

Beautiful property. Got a swim out room and it was stunning and so relaxing. Food was fantastic. Overall there are so many pools and things to do that nothing was overly crowded. Even had a sports bar to watch the playoff football games out. Will be going back!

Great experience! Our butler Hiram made our stay terrific! The restaurants were terrific and the upgrade to the swim out room and upstairs pool area was worth it.

We had the absolute best time on our honeymoon! We cannot recommend Takeshi enough! The sushi rolls were fabulous and our swim out room was the best!

Atelier was TOP notch. Everything was wonderful. Our swim out room was great. The staff kept our room stocked and re-stocked, clean and turned down our beds at night. We had 2 great butlers (Carlos and Leynor) who were attentive to our every request. They communicated with us daily and went above and beyond on a daily basis. They greeted us when we arrived and wished us well on our way out. The pools were relaxing and well staffed to bring us food and drink whenever we asked. The restaurants and food were way above our expectations. We will be back.

We visited at the end of September and the experience was everything it was promised to be. Our junior swim-out suite was so beautiful and comfortable, and the cleaning staff, including Adriana and Carolina, kept it so. Our butlers, Oswaldo and Luis, took very good care of us. I had the best massage of my life from Fernando at Nuup Spa. Roman at the Maria Dolores restaurant turned dining into a magical experience. Alberto and Ismael made sitting at the gorgeous beach a luxurious experience. You will feel beautifully taken care of every minute.

Overall a great place to stay staff and wait service were excellant especially jeffrey around the swim up bar pool. We came for a wedding with 70 plus other poeple. The only bad things the rendevour bar closes at 11 when your just chatting and having fun and dont want to go to the night club cause your not in your twentys and dont want the bang bang bang music it cuts short your evening. Also the wedding couple who brought in over $100,000 to the resort didnt even get a free night or stay for free

The property was everything I expected and the swim out pool was the icing on the cake for me. My only grievance was the absence of a designated butler which was supposed to be a part of my stay!… upon arrival I was assigned a butler who turned out to be out of the country on Vacation and the person reassigned never showed up either and I way had to message to figure out what was going on.

Our 4 night honeymoon stay here was fantastic. We were able to try every restaurant, bar and amenity. The view from our room was gorgeous! It was well worth the trip! Demetrio and Aleandro were spectacular at the manatee swim up bar. Celeste was a fun host from the entertainment team! 10/10 would stay here again!

Awesome time in our non preferred jr suite swimout this week. We usually stay preferred but just booked a week ago. Didn’t feel like I was missing much. This is a beautiful place. Lots of chairs everywhere. I thought the food was excellent here compared to other Secrets we have stayed at. We have stayed at many. Service was great, water was beautiful,and the sand is the softest!

Beautiful resort! Modern, fresh rooms & restaurants! Three large pools, two with swim up bars. Food was wonderful, the ocean views breathtaking and the staff-so friendly! We will definitely return!

Everything was absolutely wonderful minus the food. It’s bearable but could use improvement. The room was beautiful and clean, room service was impeccable, our private pool was cleaned daily, we were respected, property is massive with Jett ski, parasailing, and boat excursions. As a youngster, the buses take you to the crazy parties at the other RIUs. Outside of the food, would stay again.

Although this hotel is a bit of a drive from the downtown area, I was happy to be away from that area with young kids. The resort is beautiful, we visited during a busy vacation week and could still find chairs at the beach and pools with plenty of shade. Water slides were so much fun for kids and adults as well and the splash pad was perfect for younger kids. The food was excellent for an all inclusive. The water is so clear, so blue, no seaweed here. The staff was amazing from housekeeping to servers, kids club, even the photographer staff. This place was the nicest family friendly all inclusive we have been to, and we have been to quite a few. Highly recommend if you are looking to relax and enjoy the sun, beach and pool and feel safe. It is about 40 minutes from the airport and about 1/2 hr to downtown Cancun area. Also, for those not traveling with kids, the 2 swim up adult only bar areas looked pretty nice. There was always some type of entertainment going on around the pools.

This resort was perfect for a family vacation. My kids loved the waterpark, pools, and beach! The beach was gorgeous, with the softest white sand I have ever seen. The watercolor was beautiful turquoise and the palm trees that lined the beach offered plenty of shade and another touch of beauty to the landscape. The landscaping around resort was well kept and beautiful, I enjoyed looking at all the plants and my kids loved the iguanas and lizards we found around the resort. The food was good; and the staff was friendly and attentive. The only complaint I had was the bathrooms by pool, buffet were not cleaned as much as I would like. Also our room wasn’t cleaned well when we first got checked in, the sheets even had some questionable stains on them. I made a complaint the first day and they came in and did a deep clean and after that they continued to provide awesome housekeeping. The other complaint I would bring up is you can only get bottled water from the lounge, which is very far from pool/beach. I would grab waters on the way down to pool but it would have been nice to have them available at the bars located at pool. Overall great stay, and would recommend to other families traveling with kids!

one of the best all inclusives, everything is top notch, service, food (buffet and restaurants everything is so well made and plentiful), communal spaces/rooms, supremely clean beach and pools, daily entertainment and themed parties, everyone is super friendly and helpful, having access to other rius - I really can't recommend this place enough, my only recommendation for them is to have adults only pool hours after 7pm at just one of the pool bars and let us hang out in the pool under the stars with some light music and drinks. Otherwise an all around amazing stay and experience, highly recommend

The buffet, the wings and the beach pure bar were really good. The restaurants and the other food was just OK. Property was really clean and well laid out. The entertainment was good. The service was good. I stayed in a swim up suite and the pool was amazing, kids didn't want to leave.

Swim Up rooms are just great! with excellent space and privacy. The beach is very good and the food in all the restaurants is delicious. There are 2 pool, one with party and the other one just with ambient music, thank you for this options. The spa is 5 stars.

This was our first resort we found that had a private swim up pool from our patio. The kids loved it, and we enjoyed the privacy.

Had Ocean Front room on ground floor with plunge pool. Great views, but mosquitos could be bad at night and dawn...so bring protection. The pool was the best. Food average, over priced with no ambience. Go to neighbor Hotel Belo for breakfast, Lunch and dinner.

I had a great stay with my adult daughter. We loved the pool area and the ability to go from the pool to the ocean. Beach was great for that part of the island, and if you swim out to the swim area rope there are many different tropical fish to watch. We only ate at the property once, and the food was great. Fantastic shower, and large room with area for coffee.

The property was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well taking care of! Great drinks all day and night!!😉 We had the swimup suite and absolutely loved it!!

I’d give this resort a solid 4 even though it was a wonderful property. We loved it but there could be improvements. We booked a regular swim up room bc they didn’t have any of the finest club level avail. Upon check in, they said I can upgrade to the finest club but would still be in the regular room. So they had to change out our amenities (not sure if we got them all) and switched out our coffee maker the next day which is a shame bc the upgraded coffee was amazing and we lost a day. It is important to me bc I am a coffee snob and love my coffee and with only 3 nights, one day makes a huge difference. Our room had some stains on the cabinet and it was in the corner so it was loud esp in the mornings when you’d like to sleep in a bit. You can hear families walking by, kids crying, maintence and housekeeping right outside your door. They park their cart in front of the door and is just loud. What made our room is the pool! We loved every second of it! However it can use a good clean up as mildew is on the grout and bird poop droppings on the patio. The latter is not their fault and they try to clean it all the time. The room is spacious and the bathroom is also wonderful! The housekeeping was great but came in while we were still in the pool and she asked if we wanted a turn down service to which I said yes but she didn’t. Beautiful resort. Well maintained and clean. Tons of food and beverage options on the property. The beach is clean and quiet. My only complaints, if any, would be with the room. The lack of door leading into the bathroom could be awkward for some families. The water closet does have a door so that’s good. Also, the AC is set at 71 and seems to constantly cycle on and off. It’s gets a little annoying at night, but it a big deal. And lastly, the plunge pool on the roof top could use a little cleaning. It didn’t seem to be circulating the water at all. Otherwise, our stay was amazing. The staff’s hard work ensured it was amazing. PS: bring plenty of singles to tip the staff. They work really hard for your comfort.

All in all, it was amazing place, absolutely beautiful. If there was a beach bar on the beach, it would eliminate the crowds at the swim up bar. The hike back up from the beach is a lot of work just to get a drink. The service on the beach is the only bad experience for me, as I would have stayed on the beach more.

This resort was awesome. Staff is always cleaning walkways, bathrooms, cleaning cups from around the pool. Staff in the dining area are very helpful, always smiling and the food has a lot of variety that you’ll find something you like if you’re picky. Great food quality and plenty of drinks at all meal times, bars & a drink cart that continually circles the pool. The party group prevents any potential boredom if you’re into the dances or yoga/TRX classes, or the night time entertainment. Something for everyone & they bring an assortment of drinks down to the beach. There are bathrooms and additional food down by the pools and another bathroom by the sports bar if there is a line (which is rare and only 3 people deep even at the busier times) The drinks in your fridge and the rum/vodka/gin/tequila are a great addition to the rooms so you can bring your big drink mug fill up with ice from your floor and then head to the pool. The resort is clean & modern. No need to bring additional snacks like we did (unless an allergy is present) as the sports bar has snacks and you can always grab some extra food from the buffet and bring the plate to your room. Rooms also have body wash/shampoo, conditioner & hand soap so don’t bring your own unless you’re very particular. Overall we would come back and recommend others. Oh, and they do have a variety of poolmusic - but bring your own speaker once the music goes off after 5pm. Lots of space, big pools and lounge chairs. Towels are provided.

Loved the size and feel of the resort. Food was good; lots of options and tasty. It was hard to find a chair by the pool after 10am. We always got a spot at the beach. Pool parties at the Caribe were great, we would have preferred an adults only pool party at night instead of the party at the Dunamar (family). We would go back and would recommend.

Take this place at face value, Riu is usually a low costing all inclusive yet they uphold a certain standard at each of their properties. Excellent service from staff for the most part, the food is good not great (buffets only have such a high ceiling), and the drinks are plentiful (considerably watered down, but that’s fine — just order more, it’s free). Multiple pools for your desired vibe, and the water slides were a great surprise of fun that added a lot to my trip. This is my wife and I’s third time staying at Riu— and since our ideal vacation is pool, beach, drinks, food — it works for us every single time. Will continue to consider Riu, and will recommend this one for a safe spot away from the downtown nonsense of Cancun.

Wonderful facility, probably the best I have been. Wonderful staffs, great view from our room. There are plenty of activists to do around the resort. Adult pool is quiet and love the swim up bar. Overall one of the best vacation.

Incredible and stylish place with an excellent attention to the details and luxury. The service was amazing, very friendly and attentive staff. The food was great! The room we booked was amazing with the private terrace, the garden and the swim out pool. An adult pool offers any drinks you want with a very cool live DJ music every day. The landscape and beach are beautiful, lots of cozy places to chill out. They just have opened a very stylish outdoor night club next to an adult pool. Great place and we will come back.

The food was amazing. I dont think the swimout room was worth the $1800 upgrade. The drinks were made with real ingredients and were amazing. The one really bad downside was the music was blarimg everywhere we went. The music was blaring next to the pool amd in every bar. There was no place to escape. Little kids were sitting in and at the bars. Thats the only reason i wouldn't return.

The small swim-out pool out back was very nice. Very clean amenities and a nice courtesy bar which we enjoyed! The restaurants were very good, but reserve the very first day you arrive, for every night. Otherwise. You may not get in. There was no shortage of food, though, either way. The waitstaff was amazing. They catered to our taste very well. This was a fun property!! Amazing.

SLS Playa Mujeres is a beautiful resort with so much to offer. The service was excellent—staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The food was outstanding at every restaurant I tried, with a great variety of dishes and flavors to enjoy. The adult pool was one of the best parts of my stay—huge, peaceful, and always had plenty of available sun loungers, which made relaxing so easy. Even though two of the restaurants were closed during my visit, there were still more than enough options to choose from. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the check-in experience. I arrived early and my room wasn’t ready, which I understood. Guest Services told me I’d be upgraded to a swim-up room since I’m a Gold Expedia member, but I was given a second-floor room with an obstructed ocean view due to overgrown plants. I chose not to complain because I didn’t want to let it affect my vacation. Overall, I had a great time and I would still return. With a little more consistency in handling upgrades and expectations, this could easily be a 5-star experience.

We loved everything about this hotel. I can’t find anything negative to say, every restaurant was Amazing, our favorite was the Blanca blue and the Italian both mangers were so nice even the waiters they did an amazing job catering to us. The swim up bar in the pool was the best part of especially if you have kids who want to have drinks every 15 mins I would like to say thank you to victor and Edwin they took care of me and family everyday at the pool! Especially my 7 year who loved to have mud slides and pina colada's. House keeper Alexandra was the sweetest person she made sure my room was kept clean everyday and made sure we had everything we needed. I do want to say the only negative thing we didn’t like it wasn’t part of the hotel but they work with the hotel is the excursion we did the (snorkeling) the experience with our tour guide was horrible she rushed the whole time in the water we barely got to experience anything we swam to the boat more than we got to look, at our we beach stop we got to jump into the water once and had to leave we spent no more than 10 mins there. I would go with another company other than Cancun adventure, oh and let me not for get that on the boat they gave my 7 year a pina colada with tequila in it which he drank half and we notice it when he gave us the cup that we smelled it was so strong when we said something we were told oh now he’ll go to sleep early! But other than that we can’t wait to go back and enjoy the resort!!!!

Property was full so we did not receive a room upgrade as a VIP benefit. They also had several promotions at the spa and you couldn’t use the VIP 20% off with the promotion. Overall the stay was wonderful. My only complaint is the pool staff definitely catered to their vacation club members and kinda left the regular hotel guess to Finn for themselves. The first day the pool guy wouldn’t let me save a seat for my family and said security would take my things if I left the area. So we came back later when the pool was full and of course couldn’t find a seat. We sat way in the back and had terrible service. The next day we went to a different pool with an amazing pool server. We had a great time and tipped him very well.

This is a beautiful and modern property. The staff was friendly and courteous. Our butler Yuris was excellent and made our stay enjoyable. Yuris was readily available to answer any question or fullfill our needs. This trip was to celebrate my husband’s birthday. He didn’t want any attention or birthday singing at the restaurants. Yuris and Josua surprised him with balloons, a bottle of champagne and a small birthday cake when we came back to our room from a day in the pool! Martin was also very helpful with chairs around the pool every morning. All the waiters around the main pool and the restaurants were super friendly and ensured our glasses were full at all times! Highly recommend this hotel if you want a luxurious getaway.

Just returned from a 6 day stay. The property was beautiful and so clean. The food was probably one of the best we have had for an all inclusive trip. Every restaurant was incredible as far as quality was concerned. Even the food we ordered at the pool and room service. We did not encounter any problems from other bad reviews. Check in and check out were very easy and fast with no wait. Not one staff member we encountered was rude. Everyone was inviting and so nice. My guess as to the recent negative reviews came during the highest peak of travel during spring break. You have to take these issues into consideration when traveling during these times. I can only imagine the chaos it must create. I would never travel to these destinations during that time and not expect to run into some issues. We loved every aspect of the resort. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was perfect for a family of 4. Everyone at the pool was extremely nice and accommodating. Never had to wait more than a few minutes for chairs, towels, food or drinks. A lot of reviews complained about the rocky beach which was true. The ocean floor directly in front of the resort is rocky but if you just walk a few hundred feet to the resort right next door it is beautiful sand all the way out to the ocean. My daughter and I were there everyday. Don’t listen to any of these negative reviews. Don’t expect a picture perfect vacation during the peak of spring break. Spend a little effort exploring the beach.

First off, We been to Cancun many many times and only stay in all inclusive and this by far is the best all inclusive resort we have ever been to. No lie!!!!! Never have I have ever said I wanted to come back to the same resort until i experienced Garza Blanca. From the first second getting off the bus, we were greeted with a moist towel and then a glass of champagne while waiting to check in. Check in was quick and simple. We were upgraded to an ocean view 1 bedroom suite thanks to our VIP status with Expedia. Room was absolutely beautiful and clean. We were immediately greeted by our butler Andres and his partner Josue who were always available if we needed anything. Food was amazing. Breakfast buffet was top notch compared to all other resorts we’ve been to. All the restaurants were gourmet quality. Especially loved the 2 Asian restaurants. The staff were exceptionally in all restaurants. The pools were great too. Never too crowded and had no problems finding seats. Great service by Roberto and Alejandro who always made sure our drinks were refreshed. Not gonna lie, beach was eh. Water was cloudy. Be careful when walking into the water, rocks galore. Just stay and enjoy the pools as we did. All said and done, we definitely coming back but during off peak season. Less crowds and more enjoyable with less noise if you know what I mean.

We needed a quiet adult getaway and found this beautiful boutique hotel on here!! Couples only & all inclusive. I always wanted a swim up suite & it didn’t disappoint in any way. We had the hydrotherapy 30 min session & added the three upgrades. It was worth every minute & penny spent. The most relaxed I’ve been in a long time. Regina was amazing and explained every step of the hydrotherapy part. One day we never left the room! Stayed outside in the sun or shade all day & ordered room service, which is available 24/7!! Food was great and the staff is amazing.

Absolutely loved our stay! From arriving we were greeted by the wonderful staff and Fernanda made our check in easy and enjoyable. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm along with her smile made it so welcoming. Our Junior suite was spacious, cozy, and full of amenities. Everything from a fully stocked refrigerator with sodas, water, beers and snacks to extra pillows and blankets, to house slippers, robes, beach bag, and even an umbrella for a rainy outing. The atmosphere at this boutique resort is quiet and relaxing, the beach is awesome and plenty of lounge spaces unlike the bigger resorts. Food was phenomenal and a large variety of food options available at all times. We enjoyed the lobby bar every evening and Juanito and Gilberto were great and even remembered our names and drink orders from our first night there. Definitely a more intimate experience and personalized service. We enjoyed our time at the beach and Luis and Benito made sure we had drinks, food, and clean towels at all times. We would end our day with some time at the pool and enjoyed drinks at the swim up bar with Abner, who was great with keeping our drinks full and also recommending some specialty drinks. The spa is a MUST when staying here, beginning with our complimentary hydrotherapy massage to us booking a couples 75 minute “beloved” massage. So relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommend this smaller boutique resort and you will definitely not be disappointed!

We had a great time at this resort. The beach was beautiful as was the property. It was immaculate, and we loved our Casita. The people were amazing and friendly, with the exception of the swim up Bartender. He was not friendly at all. We thought the food was good, and the breakfast and lunch options were very good. The taco truck, beach, food and French restaurant for breakfast were all wonderful. The other dinner option just weren’t that good. The filet was so tough. And we didn’t enjoy the lobster tail because it had gravy on it. The steakhouse was lackluster. People thought the food was good, but we did not.

In the swim out pools to get in and out, there is only a small medal ladder. Hard to get in and out. Food in the restaurants isn't consistent, hot food should be hot and cold food cold.

The property was really beautiful. We stayed in the main pool for the most part and loved the swim up bartender Erubey. Also, Vianey was a sweetheart and provided great poolside service when we werent in the pool. Stop by and get the tacos at Tipico. They are a must...even better if Betsy is your server. Milo and Agave were excellent and the main lobby bar had stellar drinks and service provided by Adolfo and Rojelio. Overall 10 out of 10.

This is our third time staying at an Excellence resort. Resort is beautiful. We got the roof top room with the plunge pool and it was one of the best rooms we have stayed in so far. Roof top does not have a lot of privacy tho. You can see across to all the other roof tops. It would be nice if there was a way to have some privacy on the roof top. Most the staff was great. We found our favorite bar tender and kept returning to him all week. He was one of the only ones who made the drinks we liked to perfection. Erubey at Cielo beach bar is top notch. You can tell he enjoyed his job. He always did tricks with the bottles and was always pleased to see us. One downfall was that we had to wait for dinner reservations. Each night we had to wait at least 30 minutes to be seated. This was the first time at an Excellence resort we had this happen. We wish there was more things to do at night. Everything shuts down about 10:30. The guy who runs the catamaran rental was a jerk. He tried blaming us for a rip in the sail that clearly has been there for some time due to the coloring around the rip and the fact he pointed it out the second we got back. He didn’t take time to look just automatically pointed it out. After staying at other well established Excellence resorts we could tell the difference. Lots of learning still happening and kinks that need to be worked out. Overall we had a great time.

We live in Puerto Cancun. Came over for one night. First time staying at Lotus. Great staff. Great views from our room which had a plunge pool. Very quiet at night. Great sunrise view. Had a good time at Guru’s beach club which is part of the hotel.

Couldn't ask for a better location, easy to get to everything and right on Playa Norte. Hotel is lovely and the room was very comfortable. Loved the private plunge pool right in front of the beach our room had.

Very nice room with a wonderful plunge pool facing the beach. The beach was also very nice, perfect for simming.

The staff and the incredible service is what keeps us coming back! Oscar/ Abraham at the swim up pool, Maria poolside service, Jaime working the pool area, Daniel in the preferred club too! I could go on and on with our service highlights. We can’t wait to go back.

My husband and I enjoyed our vacation, there was lots on construction happening in the facility, and even though there were areas of the site that need some TLC the overall state of the facility it really nice, the swim out was really small for our preferred room, the food was good but not seasoned as much as we would like but it was cooked well, the entertainment team was the best, Brian, sexy Felix, Hose were fantastic. Thank you secrets for making our 20th anniversary the best.

As a group of young couples (8) people we had a very pleasant time with our stay. I would say the best time is when they had group activities IE: volleyball, trivia. All of the staff that I felt with are excellent! Especially the three guys who hosted the volleyball throughout the week. The golf cart drivers are amazing and had great personalities I felt like the banter with the staff had really good chemistry. We had a swim out room and the resort does need some maintenance as we had air and water bubbles coming up from behind the drywall. Which I know I’ve read is happening this upcoming year. The food/drink options are phenomenal. Only thing on that is trying to reserve a spot at the hibachi grill was difficult and only half our group got the opportunity to attend it. But overall 9/10 on our stay. Thanks for a great trip and stay!

However, we didn't enjoy the sales pitch regarding the new Secrets property that followed shortly after. #### Room and Amenities Our Junior Suite was comfortable and impeccably clean, with a lovely partial view of the ocean that we enjoyed every morning. #### Dining Experience The dining options were wonderful, offering a variety of delicious meals that catered to all our tastes. We particularly enjoyed the different themed restaurants, each providing a unique dining experience. #### Activities and Entertainment The activities and entertainment were plentiful, with something for everyone to enjoy. From beach volleyball to evening shows, we were never bored. #### Beach and Pool The beach and pool areas were very nicely kept up, providing a beautiful and relaxing environment. There were always plenty of lounge chairs available, and the poolside service was exceptional. #### Service and Staff The service quality and staff members truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile. #### Overall Experience I would certainly recommend Secrets Playa Mujeres for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. Despite the minor inconvenience at check-in, the overall experience was fantastic, and we left with wonderful memories.

Great Service, Beautiful Resort, but Food Could Be Better We recently stayed at Secrets Playa Mujeres the week before Christmas and had a wonderful, relaxing time. The resort is exceptionally clean, and the service was fantastic throughout our stay. A highlight was the food at Fusion, located in the neighboring Dreams resort—we highly recommend trying the beef tenderloin; it was phenomenal! The resort felt almost like a private getaway since it wasn’t crowded during our visit. We never struggled to find chairs at the pool or a Bali bed, and golf carts to and from the resort were always quick and easy. The pools were beautiful, and we were lucky to have great weather, with only one rainy day. The main downside of our stay was the food at Secrets, which was below average compared to other all-inclusive resorts we’ve visited. However, we understand the resort is undergoing renovations soon, and we’re hopeful that food quality will improve as part of the updates. Overall, Secrets Playa Mujeres offers a serene and service-oriented experience, with excellent amenities and the added bonus of access to the Dreams resort. If they can elevate the dining at Secrets, it will truly be a standout destination!
