Staycation with my little toddler. Staff were very helpful with assisting me, from carrying my bags to pushing my stroller! Got upgraded to a room with a bath for my toddler also. Room was perfect. Room service was delicious. The swimming pool was great, she enjoyed the kids pool very much!

The hotel is located in a very beautiful and peaceful area of Istanbul – Florya. We traveled for work, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. Our room was spacious, sunny, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. All the equipment was of high quality, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! The cleaning service was exceptional, with great attention to detail – we always received fresh robes and towels, and the floor was cleaned every day. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide selection of traditional Turkish dishes, which we absolutely loved. A special thanks goes to Ilhan (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly) – an incredibly friendly waiter, always helpful, kind, and smiling. We really enjoyed our small chats with him. After a long day, it was wonderful to relax in the spa area – the swimming pools, sauna, and gym are perfectly prepared and very well taken care of. The hotel atmosphere is fantastic – the staff are welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. We especially loved the beautiful sea and sunset views from the hotel, as well as the promenade right next to it, perfect for an evening walk by the water. The hotel is located next to the airport but it is very quiet in the rooms so it is not a problem. You can find taxi and metro station next to the hotel and it is very well communicated with the city center. We will definitely be back soon – and honestly, we can’t wait! Very good value for the price. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this hotel last August. Everything was excellent — the staff were very polite and professional. A special thanks to Ms. Ahsen for her kindness and helpful attitude. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel’s location was perfect. Breakfast was very good, our room had a sea view, and the pool was extremely clean. This was our second stay at this hotel, and we sincerely thank the hotel management.

Stayd for a congress. Lovely hotel, good gym and access to a road next to the river to run. Pool only 15m. Loved the breakfast buffet, and the staff was lovely, friendly and very helpful, always making an effort to understand english and and provide whatever needed!

Excellent hotel just a 5 minute taxi ride from the main city. Fantastic pool area. Unbelievable views of the Bosphorus. Excellent food options. A little expensive but worth the extra cost.

Stayed in a 2-bed Residence apartment (separate block to hotel) as a family. Service excellent and the separate hotel building itself offers very good shared facilities (gym, spa, pool) and a beautiful foyer with far reaching views over Bosphorus. Residence apartments are extremely spacious but dated in taste (and some quite dark in decor). Ensure you request a non-smoking room if you need that as smoking is pervasive everywhere. Breakfast (although very good) was served in the separate 'Residence' block which has no views whereas the hotel offers a vast buffet style breakfast in the main hotel restaurant where I believe you can also sit on the terrace overlooking the Bosphorus. That would have been an incremental charge to attend (discounted to 50% ppn). Seems a shame Residence guests can't share in that given it's set up anyway for hotel guests. Set a little South of the Nisantasi district, it's near the smart shopping area but you will need to take a taxi/walk to tram to head further into the heart of town.

**A Wonderful Stay with Warm and Memorable Service** My stay at Swissôtel Bosphorus was overall fantastic. The hotel is beautifully designed, with great amenities and restaurants that truly elevate the experience. I especially want to highlight the exceptional dinner experience we had on Floor16, where Bushra and her team made us feel so welcome. Their warmth, friendliness, and attention to detail created a memorable evening for us. Although we did face some noise issues during the night, Faith, the manager, handled the situation with such professionalism. He arranged for a room change and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, which was greatly appreciated. Thanks to the wonderful service from both Bushra’s team and Faith, my time at Swissôtel Bosphorus was truly enjoyable. I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking both luxury and genuine hospitality in Istanbul.

The place was more of a 3 bedroom apartment huge we had an amazing time the staff was great especially Zain at the front desk and the night guard was extremely helpful and friendly, for a fee you can have cleaning service and we were offered a free cleaning it was very nice of them and cleaning staff was amazing as well. 7 night stay couldn’t wait to get home to it to relax from the traffic in Istanbul, it’s a 30 minute drive from the touristy attractions but we rented a car and it worked great. Very close to the florya mall with stunning views of the sea and walking trails along the beach. The pool was an added bonus we will definitely stay here again and recommend it for families

Everything! The spacious 3 bedroom apartament, the 2 terraces it had, the pool, the fact that we always had parking and the staff was great! The Receptionist answered my qestions in a matter of minutes, they made every request i had happen, they even let me charge my car in the parking lot! The security guard can be annoying since he doesnt speak english and doesnt seem to want to understand even when you use google translate to speak to him in turkish. But tell the front desk and they'll make him understand any request or problem you have. Its clean, easy to find in a beautiful location( not far from the AquaFlorya mall) and everyone is friendly! I highly recommend and we will be returning!💓

Apartment was big enough. Air conditioning worked very good. Very clean. Nice bathroom. Swimming pool - 1,5 m deep - 2 steps away (cleaned precisely). Very good contact with the owner. Parking inside the property, which was very important for us. After check out the owner let us stay in the parking till the evening (thank you for that again!). Marmaray metro station is 20 mins down the street. (30 mins journey to Sirkeci). Markets available in 5 mins walk (also liquor store). Very nice park with playground for the kids (10 mins away). If we ever be in Istanbul again, we will stay there again for sure.

* Hotel arranged great taxi transfer between hotel and airport. These were spacious and comfortable mini-vans, so we were able to place children in relatively safe seats. * We had very late check-in (after midnight) and it was handled great. There were no English speaking people there at night, but driver solved problem with audio-translator. * In day hours there is English speaking reception and WhatsApp support. * Swimming pool * Air conditioning worked well (but need to check all windows are closed). * Very good kitchen, lot of cutlery. * Easy to reach paid beach (Florya) * Close to great park with many playgrounds.

Walking distance to the beach, MarmaRay station, a big park, Florya Aquarium, a fish market, groceries, restaurants and cafes. Helpful friendly hostess, and a guard/handyman who takes care of everything and keeps it safe and clean. Out of central Istanbul: still city, but somewhat more peaceful, and a nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds and couches; well-equipped kitchen; nice to sit outside in the mornings and evenings. Having a pool to relax and cool off after a day in the city is quite the luxury. I would stay here again if I'm in Istanbul again.

Great location, 0.9 miles from Aqua Florya mall and a couple of mins walk to flyinn Mall. Train station also at florya mall very convenient to get to the city. the property was clean and the staff extremely helpful. Staff can also speak English which was a bonus. The night guard was extremely helpful and always assisted with carrying bags or luggage to the apartment. Pool was open but very cold and was cleaned daily. property was fully equipped with everything you need. Pool access is available from all rooms.

The property was outstanding. The reception team were great at helping us with anything we needed and even treated us a few times! The train station is a 8min walk which takes you to Istanbul. There’s an abundance of cafes,restaurants and shopping malls close by. Poolside apartment is large with a gorgeous suntrap pool which is never too overcrowded! Can’t recommend enough if you want to stay somewhere luxurious outside of the city!

Additionally, the hotel is well connected with the metro line, making it just a 25-30 minute journey to the center of Istanbul. This convenience allows easy access to the city's main attractions while enjoying a quieter stay away from the hustle and bustle. Khalid at the reception is always happy to help with any inquiries or needs you might have. His fluent English makes communication smooth and efficient, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests. This is my third reservation in Istanbul, and it's the best one so far. Neat, clean, and quiet apartments in a gated area. The pool is beautiful and clean even in winter, although it wasn't operational; it was nicely lit. Excellent location in a quiet and cozy neighborhood. Across the street, there's a business center with shops and a food court, and a pharmacy within walking distance. The room has air conditioners and radiators. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. Pleasant and clean furniture. The old airport is nearby, so there are always enough taxis available. The sound of planes doesn't bother at all, even though I am a light sleeper. The sea and a pleasant promenade are also within walking distance. In short, a very pleasant and cozy place. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive, always ready to help (as the property has multiple apartments managed by the same company). I will definitely book these apartments in the future!

Really enjoyed two nights relaxing at Baymari Suites. Spotlessly clean, spacious and well furnished apartment near to many cafes and just a 15 minute walk to the seaside / mall. Pool area was a nice bonus and staff friendly and helpful.

I was pleased with everything about the accommodation. Check-in was wonderfully easy, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. Although the check-out time was at 11:30, Baymari Suites was super flexible and accommodating, allowing me to check out an hour later, which suited my flight schedule better. I can highly recommend this place. It’s a bit far from the city center, but for me, as I didn’t need to go there, it was perfect. There were plenty of shopping and other options nearby, and in general, I really like Florya, which made it ideal :)

Great Stay with Excellent Service! I had a wonderful experience at this property ! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always happy to address any concerns or questions I had. Their hospitality made my stay feel very comfortable. The location is also fantastic – it’s conveniently close to two malls, with one just a 2-minute walk away, which was super handy. All in all, I was really happy with my stay at Baymari Suites Design. The area was completely peaceful and calm. The accommodation is very safe, and the staff is smiling, friendly, and always available. This is the second time I’ve been here, and it definitely won’t be the last. It’s a bit far from the city center and the various attractions, but I enjoy the quiet neighborhood and think it’s lovely to be able to come to Istanbul and just relax. Highly recommended! :)

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Il ragazzo alla reception chiede ogni giorno se serve qualcosa. L’appartamento ha tutto ed è ben curato. Nelle vicinanze c’è tutto quello che serve ed ha meno di 10 minuti a piedi c’è la stazione e del treno che ti collega a tutti i punti di interesse della città. In buona sostanza in 20/25 minuti, sei in ‘centro’ e di sera comunque sei lontano dal caos che ne consegue.

Everything was great. Apartment looks the same as on the photos. Clean, comfortable and got everything You might need. Very good contact with the owner, You feel looked after. Photos and instructions we got were spot on. We received a welcome basket and some leaflets to order food which was handy. Shop literally few steps away was opened even after midnight 😲 which helped us to survive, arriving around that time Apartment was warm, even too warm for us (🙈) and bedding nice and cosy, which sometimes is an issue in December and places are cold. Our teenagers kids loved it too. Sauna and swimming pool open 10am - 10pm if You need this info

Central location about 10 minutes walk to Taksim Square. Carrefour store also 10 minutes away. Metro from Taksim is 3 stops to Hagia Sophia / Blue Mosque with about 20 minutes walk. Swimming Pool good size and clean. Gym had adequate equipment but best of all is owner being so wonderful to check if we are ok and genuinely concern if they can do anything to help with our stay, this made us feel comfortable.

We stayed in this apartment and had a great experience. It’s located close to the bus station, although there’s quite a steep hill to walk up to get there. Inside the residence, there is a swimming pool and a gym, which we really appreciated and used in the evenings with the kids after long walks around the city. The apartment is very nice, spacious, and well-equipped it has everything you might need, and if something is missing, the host is always quick to provide it. We definitely recommend this apartment and would love to come back!

With only 21 rooms, the hotel offers a real sense of personal care and efficiency. The attention to detail and guest experience is outstanding. The location is perfect — just a 2-minute walk to the Blue Mosque, with absolutely breathtaking views from the breakfast area and rooftop terrace. It’s a peaceful and beautiful way to start and end each day. Our room was immaculately clean, recently refurbished, and very comfortable — a great blend of modern comfort and local charm. The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. As we had an early pre-breakfast checkout, they kindly prepared food for us to take with us. And at checkout, they even gave us a thoughtful leaving gift, which was such a lovely surprise. This is a hotel that truly cares. We left feeling looked after and already thinking about our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine hospitality in the heart of Istanbul.

For a 3-star hotel, this place definitely deserves the highest score! Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff — always ready to assist but never intrusive. They reacted immediately when we needed to see a doctor, thank you so much! Everything was very clean, both in the room and throughout the hotel. The room had bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, and facilities for making tea and coffee. We had a room with a balcony, but unfortunately, the courtyard view wasn’t particularly romantic, so there wasn’t much point in using it. Our room was on the top floor — it was nice to have a terrace with a beautiful view just outside the door. The downside was that the breakfast room was nearby, so in the mornings we could hear when the staff started working. They tried to be as quiet as possible, but the sound insulation in the hotel isn’t great — we could hear noises from the restaurant and the hallway when other guests went to breakfast. The lighting in the room was also a bit dim for working on a laptop. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! If I come back to Istanbul, I’ll definitely stay here again. Everything about this hotel was perfect. Location : two minutes away from the beautiful park that was once the Hippodrome of Constantinople, so we could just walk few minutes to get to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern and Topkapi Palace, without depending on taxis or public transportation. We had a magnificent view of the Blue Mosque from our room and also from the terrace where breakfast was served. The reception staff could not be friendlier and more helpful. They gave us a lot of useful information, arranged airport transfer, made reservations for us to restaurants and Dervish show. Also made conversation with us late at night, when we were coming back to the hotel. :) Breakfast was delicious. Eggs, different kinds of cheese, cold cuts, Turkish mezze, olives, different breads, pastries, fruits, coffee, cappuccino. The kitchen staff was very polite and friendly, they were making omelets or fried eggs to order, one day they made a cake and served us to the table, also they would make Turkish coffee for us at any time of the day. Really amazing! Also, the kitchen and breakfast area were immaculate, as the rest of the hotel.

Absolutely everything! The location is perfect - we were able to do a walking self guided tour the morning before our flight - stepping out the door of the hotel on the cobblestone, it is not even 100m to the first sight we wished to see. Food was amazing and lovely to sit and see the blue mosque while eating breakfast. The gentleman at the front desk was superb! We can’t thank him enough for not only the best service, but going above and beyond. We were there for an extended layover and were very jet lagged. My son left his iPad in the room after we checked out and they called the taxi to met us on the way to the airport. Right after that, I left my phone in the taxi which had our entire itinerary for our next leg on it. I was able to call the hotel from the airport info desk and once again, they came to the rescue and reached our taxi driver to bring my phone to me at the airport. The location

Location is super plus walking 3 to 5 min to the heart of old city near most of touristic Attarations sultanhamet mosque Aya sofia...restaurants .& shops are also very close ....Although the hotel street still quite no noise at night ... We have stayed in many hotels all around the world and many even within Istanbul, but the hospitality we received at White House Hotel was the really the best! Even though I had read all the positive reviews online, I was still blown away at the level of kindness and service provided by every single member of staff. From the welcome gift, welcome drinks and surprises during our stay, to the beautifully decorated large room (triple occupancy) and of course the location being the closest proximity to the Aya Sofia that I’ve ever stayed in - everything was just perfect. The breakfast spread was great and the view of the Aya Sofia being so close from the roof top was remarkable. The hotel owner and his staff were some of the nicest people we met and I can’t recommend this hotel high enough. Our room was so spacious and cosy, and water bottles were provided to us everyday. There was even a tea and coffee machine on the rooftop to have at any time. They also arranged airport transportation for us at a very reasonable price. You can easily walk to the Grand Bazaar, Basilica Cistern, Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque in just a few minutes. There are also many nice restaurants, convenience stores and gift shops in the surrounding area. Overall this was one of our best trips to Istanbul and staying at the White House Hotel made it that extra special for us. Thank you again to all the staff members and we look forward to returning again. I recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Istanbul.

Location is great! Close to many main attraction locations such as Higia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi, etc. within walking distance. Best location you can every imagine! Staff if fantastic! They are super helpful and friendly. If you need taxi, definitely book from the hotel. I'd like to share one story: Istanbul taxi drivers tend to rip tourists off. Before booking the taxi to the airport, I asked the hotel front desk. They told me it takes about 1000-1200 Turkish Lira. I booked the taxi from them. However, when I got off at the airport, the taxi driver charged me a total of 1600+ TL. I later messaged the hotel through booking.com messages and complained about this. It was just an outlet for me and I never expected to have changed anything. But the hotel staff went above and beyond! They contacted the taxi company, and got back 400 TL for me, and offered to transfer the money to my bank account. This went beyond my expectation! They treat their hotel reputation seriously. They go extra miles to maintain a high standard. Good breakfast buffet. You can see Higia Sofia on the rooftop. The view there is fantastic. It's quiet. Our room faces the street. But it wasn't noisy at all. We had very good sleep!

My father and I were very happy with our stay at the White House Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff took care of everything — they carried our luggage inside, welcomed us with delicious fresh orange juice and Turkish delight, and even gave us a beautiful evil eye charm as a gift, which is a traditional Turkish souvenir. The reception team was incredibly kind and professional. Mr. Tugay and Mr. Kemal were amazing! The breakfast was also excellent — healthy, tasty, and beautifully served. The Turkish coffee, presented in a lovely cup with Turkish delight, was a special touch, especially when enjoyed on the terrace with a wonderful view. The kitchen team was very warm and hardworking. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better — it’s close to all the main tourist attractions, so we could easily walk everywhere. My father and I would go shopping, come back to the hotel to rest, enjoy tea or coffee on the rooftop (which was complimentary), and then head out again. Our room was cleaned and tidied up every day. When we checked out, they even gave us a small gift — a package of Turkish delight and tea bags. Overall, this hotel was perfect in every way. Thanks to all the staff — we truly had a wonderful time!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, speak English fluently, and always provides useful information and excellent recommendations whether about places to eat or attractions to visit. Upon arrival, even if it was close to midnight we were welcomed with fresh juice and Turkish delight, and with the kind words “welcome to your home in Istanbul”. The room is exactly like in the photos, with a nice vintage touch and with comfortable beds. It also has a mini bar with good choices of drinks. The breakfast was very good, served on the top floor terrace, with a nice view. The location is great, as it is very close to many good restaurants, shops and a walking distance from the main attractions - The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque. If you take the tram four stations and cross the Galata bridge, you will arrive to Galata Tower, another important attraction in the area. The owner also welcomes you with a personalized hand-written letter, which is a very nice way to make you feel special. I would also like to highlight the cleanliness of the place - 10/10. Would definitely book again this hotel. The stay was amazing.

I am generally a very difficult judge, so I will be completely honest. We stayed at the hotel for a total of 4 days! I booked the hotel after very good research and I must say that I am completely satisfied. It is really in a very good and central location. It is right next to Taksim Square and the main street of Istiklal. It has a metro stop, currency exchange offices, breakfast bakeries, restaurants and shops next door! You don't feel afraid at all, but you don't mind the crowds either. The hotel is very beautiful both outside and inside. The staff was particularly friendly and very kind. The room was spotlessly clean and fully equipped. The entire hotel and each room is insulated. I really liked the room, it was very comfortable and had everything! But what impressed me and I really liked was that it also had hidden lights! It had hidden lights in the bathroom, which was incredible! When we visit Istanbul we will definitely choose it again and I have already recommended it to my friends. Finally, I would like to say a big thumbs up to the owner, Mr. Parvin, who was extremely kind and cheerful. When we needed him for something regarding an issue that came up, he offered and booked us a FREE transfer to the Esenlel Otogar bus station. We really appreciate him and were very happy because he made our overall trip much better! I recommend him to everyone!

Mr Parvin the manager along with the other staff were all very helpful in everything. They guided me and my wife on everything when asked about the city, how to go about etc. The location of the hotel is superb. 100 feet from taksim square..100 ft from bus stop..100 feet from isthikal street..30 feet from main road... 50 feet from nearest cafe and bar ....view of the taksim square mosque from higher room windows..rooms were very well done ..spacious unlike most hotel rooms in Istanbul....bathroom was very well done...everything was like new.. toiletries, complimentary water bottles, housekeeping everyday...free tea coffee in room and in lobby.. the whole nine yards... this hotel is one where I would definitely go to again and recommend to anyone I know...Mr Parvin even got is a discounted taxi for the airport when we were leaving ..we got ripped off on arrival from the airport...also there is a small patio opening into the street of the hotel where one can sit and have a cup of tea , smoke or have a beer and just watch people moving in the street .....this hotel deserves a 11 out of 10 from me in all my honest opinion... thank you Mr. PARVIN and Hotel Marlon for a beautiful stay..regards Dr Ali

Truly Felt Like Family – A Birthday Trip to Remember at Marlon Hotel Our stay at Marlon Hotel was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, Parvin and the team treated us like family. They warmly welcomed us, carried our suitcases to our rooms, and made sure we were comfortable in every way. We were on a birthday trip — my friend's birthday had been the week before, and mine was on the day we checked out. To our surprise and absolute delight, the staff brought us a beautiful birthday cake and sang to us! The cake had a sweet note attached that read, “Congratulations and Best Wishes,” making it such a personal and memorable moment. The hotel is located near Taksim square and 30 second walk to Istiklal, easily accessible with suitcases. This is a quiet place, noise from Istiklal street does not reach it. Safe neighbourhood. The hotel is super clean, with convenient mattresses and nice linens you feel at home. The hotel manager Parvin, his spouse and staff are great hosts, look after guest, give advice. Facilities are great, the hotel is brand new. There is a lift and you can find all (TV, fridge, tea/coffee maker, hangers, drawers, slippers) what is needed in a room. The cleaning lady comes every day and towels are changed on a daily basis. We arrived very early and departed very late, they kept our luggage before check in and after check out. There is space with tables and chairs in a lobby where you can have tea and coffee (the hotel offers). It is value of money and I believe that this is the best hotel located near Istiklal. We were given a very nice room with a balcony and view. I will recommend this place to my friends and will definitely come back once travel to Istanbul again.

Bram hotel has done a remarkable job of attaining the kind of personable, intimate, relatable, homely atmosphere you would usually only expect from a property a third of its size, and also having a modern & metropolitan feel; two great attributes difficult to achieve together. Ali and his brother make you feel very welcome to his hotel. They sincerely want you to feel like Bram is your home. It was clean and in a great location in the Sultanahmet area. Being active travelers who wanted to explore the city and its sites on foot meant the location was perfect for our needs. Ali was always keen to hear what our plans were and to give us helpful advice on how to make the best of our time in Istanbul, and always keen to hear how our day was if we saw him in the evening. He also gave us a great tip for a restaurant down the road at which we enjoyed our first lunch in the city. One specific example of the hotels proactive service excellence - we decided to ask Ali’s advice about transport options from the hotel to the airport, and about what time we would need to leave considering travel distance, traffic, etc. he very quickly volunteered to put together an early breakfast for us before we left the next day, before we even had a chance to ask what our options were. This was very considerate and left us with a very positive impression of the hotel. Next time we will stay longer to make better use of the fantastic rooftop terrace, and see and explore more of Istanbul!

The owners, brothers Ali and Farkan, are what make this property outstanding. They treat you with the utmost attention the minute you arrive. The hotel is ideally situated within walking distance to all sites in the old town and the brothers help you figure that out with a map. The hotel is new, so it is modern, clean, and well-appointed. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, super hot water and good pressure for the shower. Breakfast was delicious, it is the same everyday, but it is plentiful and filling. You must pay extra for the awesome Italian or Turkish coffee, but well worth it and not expensive. Perhaps as the hotel continues to grow and do well, the coffee will be included in the price …. hint hint. But really not an issue given how good it is and not charged a lot for it. The rooftop terrace has an amazing view. You can take a drink up there, sit and relax with the view. A glass of wine in the evening was perfect. Ali personally walked me over to a Hammam in the neighborhood, again such personal service. They really care about their customers and strive, and succeed, in providing exceptional personal service. I cannot say enough good things! I will be telling friends and will be back in the future! I am sure by then Ali and Farkan will have the rooftop restaurant/bar open!

Ali and Tarkan are the best hosts!!! Two Dutch Turks (brothers) who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Ali supervises each room after cleaning to check everything is perfect! The room was modern and immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable. There were hangers but no drawers. The location is excellent. It is within walking distance to some of the best attractions in Istanbul: the Church of Saints Sergius and Bacchus (next street), 5 minutes to the Church of Hagia Sophia, the Basilica and the Blue Mosque and 10-15 minutes to Topkapı Palace. Also, near the T1 tram station, which takes you to key locations. The hotel has a lovely terrace with a wonderful view of the Marmara Sea. What I absolutely loved about this hotel is the atmosphere the owners create and the dedication to their guests. Every day, Ali helps their guests with questions and recommendations on the best way to plan their day. I remember Ali's question every day during breakfast: What's the plan for today? And when I came back, he would say "Tea?", which of course I accepted and told him about my adventures during the day. Many guests would order food from a nearby restaurant and we would eat in the hotel, sharing anecdotes in a wonderful atmosphere. I can't recommend Bram Hotel highly enough.

The BRAM hotel is located within a walking distance of Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and good restaurants serving authentic Turkish food. The hotel is run by two brothers -Ali and Tarhan Ersoy. Both brothers provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable. My room was very comfortable and had all the amenities including a small refrigerator and a safe. The bed was comfortable and provided me the well needed rest after days of sleep deprivation due to traveling around Türkiye. The breakfast was outstanding. It was served in a beautiful coffee house located below the hotel and was a nutritious well balanced breakfast consisting of fruits, vegetables, protein and a basket full of bread with 5 varieties of jam and honey. The breakfast was plated well and not only was it nutritious, but was also delicious and filling. Various activities can be booked through the hotel, and Ali & Tarhan Ersoy-the hotel proprietors are always around to assist/help customers with any and all needs. Ali is soft spoken, knowledgeable and also helpful in planning trips outside of Istanbul. Tarhan went out of his way to schedule an appointment for me with a local artisan and served me the best coffee with milk on side each morning for breakfast.

I would like to start by thanking the hotel owners, Ali and Tarkan: they welcomed us warmly, gave us a tour of the hotel, told about the attractions around the hotel, were attentive to our every request, and (!!!) congratulated me on birthday with a cake with a lighted candle! Delightful! Thank you for your warmth and comfort! I can't help but notice the comfort of the room (nothing too much, lots of space, excellent noise isolation) and perfect daily cleaning. Another plus: the location - the distance to some of the best attractions in Istanbul: the Church of Saints Sergius and Bacchus (next street) and Sfindon (especially) visible from the terrace, 5 minutes to the Church of Hagia Sophia, the Basilica and the Blue Mosque, 10-15 minutes to Topkapı Palace. Also, the location of the stop (near the Hagia Sophia) of the streetcars, which can take you to Kabatas (while driving on the Galata Bridge you will see the New Mosque, Süleymaniye, Galata Tower), where you can take tickets for a boat ride on the Bosporus Strait(I suggest), is ideal. 10 out of 10🥰

I (60) visited the hotel twice, once with my daughter (23) for 4 nights and once alone for 2 nights both in Feb 25 in low season. The location is in the part of town where many of the main sights are, such as the Topkapi Museum, Blue Mosque, Islamic arts museum, carpet museum etc. All those sites can be reached within a 15 minutes walk. We also walked to the spice market, main bazaar and the Golgata tower, which took 30 minutes to 1 hour. The personal is outstanding. The receptionist has suggested and helped to arrange for activities such as a visit of a Dervil Show (walking distance) and a Bosporus tour (hotel pick up), which we liked a lot. He also suggested and reserved restaurants. I took a taxi to get to one of the other main sites, the Khora church, which was a 25 minutes ride for 300-400 Turkish Lira. The ride to and from the airport took between 45 minutes and 2 hours, depending on traffic and costs about 35 Euros. We liked the breakfast, which is served in the Mula hotel around the corner. There was a great choice of food and the coffee was excellent. The area is not a residential area and full of tourist shops and restaurants, but it felt safe.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is nice and relatively new. We stayed in the annex next door with a separate entrance. There is an indoor passageway apparently but it was being renovated while we were there. This was all no problem at all. Breakfast is being served in their partner hotel (Mula) opposite the road. Breakfast was great and they have a nice terrace with sea view. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a very comfortable bed. The shower in the bathroom was very modern with good water pressure and they have very nice big fluffy towels. The main square is just a 5 minute walk away up the hill. There are many restaurants in the area but the hotel is not situated in a loud busy area. The service of the staff was friendly and professional with good explanations on what to do and where to eat (thank you Emre and Ekrem!). All in all we had a great stay at the hotel.

First of all, the location is incredibly convenient. What’s interesting is that when you walk up to the building, the hotel has such a boutique feel with its beautiful façade. It almost feels like you’re staying in a mini castle. The atmosphere is lovely, everything inside is spotless, with cleaning happening constantly so every guest walks into what feels like a brand-new space. And the unique part is that the hotel itself is very new. They opened less than six months ago, so every room is perfectly clean and in top condition. Seymur and Ediz are the best managers in the world! I have never experienced such genuine hospitality, warmth, and willingness to help a guest. This is the kind of place where you truly feel loved and cared for. 100/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Firstly the team at Me are incredible, I would like to mention Mirza, Harun and Emre were especially helpful, understanding and patient and also a special consideration for Ekrem and Ediz who are always ready to help you with anything, and constantly smiling. The team is very special. We stayed in the Hamam suite and it’s really very nice, super spacious, luxurious and the I could not stop using the Hamam. I had a number of unique concerns especially as we travelled as a large group, and many of my family had travelling issues but the team at Me were constantly asking me to updates and making the essential changes to meet our needs. I will definitely come by to this spot again, 100%.

We stayed at Icon Hotel Bomonti from May 26 till June 4. I loved it very much! The hotel is new, you can feel it by everything there: the room, the furniture, the bathroom. We had breakfast included and we liked our breakfasts there. The man (I guess the manager) and a young man who work there at the canteen were very friendly with us. Thank you to them 😊 The hotel is located kind of far from the nearest metro station and a bus stop but we liked our way from hotel to metro or a bus stop. We liked walking there, and see local markets, mini shops, cafes on our way, so after a few days we got used to walk there and didn’t feel that it was far, because we experienced real Turkey along the way. I would like to thank the kindest people who work at the reception desk in Icon Hotel Bomonti: Eyup bey (who we met first when we checked in), Seher hanım (who was always so smiley and kind to us) and Akın bey (who shook my hands to say goodbye because he knew we were going to leave the next morning). You are the best! Thank you so much for your kind and warm hearts! Top stay, i loved every aspect about my stay at Icon Hotel. Starting from the location which is in the center of Istanbul, surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants, into the hotel itself, which is very modern and clean, with the most pleasant staff. I have to mention that i arrived at 7 AM in the morning which is 7 hours earlier than the usual check-in timing however, the staff arranged me a great room and they have also included a breakfast which was not in my booking. We arrived at the hotel late at night after a long journey and were really looking forward to a good rest. Mr. Emir welcomed us so kindly with tea, coffee, and cake, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. To our delight, we were surprised with a free upgrade to a VIP room on the 4th floor. The room had a spacious living area and a beautiful rooftop terrace with stunning views of the Marmara Sea and the Blue Mosque. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and we are truly grateful. From the hotel, we could easily walk to all the main sights in Sultanahmet—like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar. Everything was just a short stroll away, which made exploring so convenient. Food was never a problem either, as the hotel is surrounded by lots of restaurants with different options. We also loved that we could order meals online through the Papyon Room Service Solution, and have them delivered straight to our room. The hotel also offers a Turkish breakfast for an extra charge. It was authentic, generous, and had such a warm, family feel—we really enjoyed it. We truly wish we could have stayed longer at Hotel Menar. Thank you for making our stay so special!

I would like to thank the entire team for making our stay as perfect as it could be. This was my first holiday me and my wife have been able to take and it could not have been any better. This hotel is a little gem, a perfect location as you could get. If you can afford to, I would recommend going for the suite, the views out to the sea are a perfect way to wake up each morning. I had a standard room but had a view of the blue mosque from my window and the pictures were 100% accurate of the room. In terms of location, I was within an 10 minute walk from the tram line, 6 minute walk from the blue mosque and had the convenience of having a small store a few doors for any amenities. There are also really good restaurants in the vicinity, I tried Garden 1897 and Mivan, both are well deserving of their high rated reviews and all within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. I honestly cannot praise this hotel enough, I would recommend it for all your future stays in Istanbul, thank you to Ramzan and the entire team for being the perfect hosts, my only regret was having to leave.

I got a room with seaview balcony and the view is right in front of Bosphorus channel, there is nothing to block the view, it was south facing panoramic breathtaking view of the ocean! The location of this hotel is just so convenient, 5 mins walk to the The Blue Mosque and 10 mins to Hagia Sophia, basically within 20 mins walk you could get to many good food and hang out places, one of the center place in the old town, I felt safe to walk around in this area as well. The staff is really friendly, heartwarming greeting and answer all my questions with smile and patience, frankly speaking I had concerns with "local traps" since there are many articles about it on the internet, but the hotel staffs are just being honest, nice and helpful, there recommendation of a show on a yacht is one of the best experience I had as well. At the end of my journey, they arranged a limo-like shuttle for me to the airport with only XX Euros cost, quite thoughtful. The suite room is not very big but got everything I needed.

--My adult son and I stayed at this nice boutique hotel (across the street from the huge Peninsula Hotel) for three nights. Our room/suite was extremely spacious and everything was in excellent condition. Very quiet. Large shower. Very comfortable beds. --Outstanding breakfast in the rooftop restaurant with enough foods to fuel you for a full day of sightseeing. Service was exceptional with attention to our every desire and the views are spectacular. Great way to start the day. --Close to the Galata Tower (see the ceramic tile patterns projected onto the tower at night) and the Galata Bridge (watch the fishermen catch their meal) which provides easy walking access to the Spice Market area on the other side of the Golden Horn. Watching all the boat traffic on the Horn is fascinating. Taksim Square area for shopping is a nice interesting hike up a steep street (or you can take the funicular) --Reception desk staff were very helpful and also provided many interesting tidbits about life in general in Istanbul. --Many excellent restaurants within a 15 minute walk and a meal of delicious mezes is not something you will soon forget.

The hotel locations is very convenient, located in a beautiful area with plenty of restaurants around and next to the tram. We had cancellation of our flights and they had no issues to provide another room for extra 2 nights. The rooms are large and spacious, beautifully appointed with gorgeous furniture and knick-knacks. The bed is super comfy, bathroom is great. The only issue we had, since it was centrally located in the party zone, the parties sometimes went over 12am. But we were so tuckered out that we slept right through them. The hotel employees are super nice - all of them were very helpful, recommending places we can visit. Ahmet at front desk made sure we have everything we need, the housekeeping made sure they tidy up the room everyday and the restaurant on the 7th floor served wonderful Turkish breakfast and Mustafa in the restaurant made sure we are well taken care of. Also we had dinner at the restaurant one night and it was one of the best meals of the whole stay in Istanbul. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Istanbul.

The hotel has a great location and despite of being in a noisy area it was very quiet. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Bed, bed linen, towels and pillows were great. One could also choose pillows, which I did as I prefer anatomical hard pillows. We got a bit cautious when we saw the reception as it was very small and a bit crowded, but we completely forgot about it when we saw our room, which was about 45 m2. The terrace restaurant where breakfast is served was amazing. Staff working there was great both during dinner and breakfast and Mustafa was trying to make our stay unforgettable. The selection for breakfast was amazing, and me being an experienced traveler in Turkey was positively impressed every day at the quality and quantity of great food. We also went to the rooftop restaurant for dinner, which was perfect for us as we did not have to think where to eat after long days of walking around the city. The food was great in the evenings as well.

Our stay at Hotel de Reve Galata was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to an upgrade to a corner suite with a superb view at the Bosporus. The staff went above and beyond assisting us with our heavy ski bags and ensuring they were safely deposit until check in and after that moved in to our room. The suite was beautiful and the view from the balcony and the bed was amazing, to see all the ships during the day and night. Every morning, we were greeted warmly by the maître D, Mustafa, who made our breakfast experience delightful with a rich selection of Turkish dishes. The view from the restaurant was breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of the Bosphorus. The hotel has an excellent position, in walking distance to Karaköy pier, Galata bridge, Galata tower, Istanbul modern museum. On our last day, Mustafa surprised us with champagne and kabak tatlisi, adding a special touch to our farewell. We are grateful to the entire staff for their outstanding service and dedication.

We found Union Port Hotel perfect for our needs. We arrived Istanbul a day before boarding our cruise ship. This hotel is located walking distance to cruise port though recommend a cab as it would be difficult to pull luggage even the relatively short distance. Union Port is a small boutique hotel (and coffee shop) with an exceptionally friendly staff. We requested that they organize transportation from Istanbul airport to hotel for 4 persons and lots of luggage. No problem. Our flight was a couple hours late arriving and that was not a problem. They were already aware of the delay when I texted. Upon arrival, we were met by Sam (I’m sure I’m spelling this wrong, sorry) who immediately helped the driver offload all our luggage and delivered to our respective rooms. And, he offered us Turkish coffee or water as we relaxed in the small but comfortable lobby area while checking in. The Turkish coffee is really good for you strong coffee drinkers. Sam shared information about the area and even walked with us to a restaurant a couple blocks away for a late dinner. He pointed out a bakery on the way for a good breakfast which we visited the next morning. And it indeed was good. Oh, we had forgotten to pack our European to US electrical adaptors. No problem, Sam loaned us a couple for the stay. In summary, the Union Port Hotel was perfect for our needs and Sam was as friendly and accommodating as one could wish making us feel safe and comfortable. From Castle Rock, CO

The staff, in particular Sam, was attentive to our needs. Sam was always ready to recommend things for us to do and always offered us drinks when we returned to the hotel. We bought a SIM card from the front desk and did some currency exchange too there, thus saving us valuable time from going places for those transactions. The hotel offers transfers to and from the airport at reasonable prices. Union Hotel's location is tops! This hotel is a minute- walk from the Findikli bus stop, 3-5 min walk to T1 tram stop, and 8-10 min walk to the funicular up to Taksim Square, 9-12 min walk to the Kabatas ferry terminal (the range depends on how long your legs are). Sok Market, a convenience store (9a.m.-9p.m. daily) is on the street right above the hotel. The climb is steep though. For breakfast/coffee, Kahve Dunyasi (6:30a.m. - 10:00p.m. daily) is about 300m away towards the funicular entrance. For high end shopping and dining(some cafes open until 2a.m.) walk about 7 minutes to Galataport.

We had a lovely week at Union Hotel Port Istanbul. The location is excellent, close to public transport, and a 10 minute walk to Taksim Square. Despite the central location, the hotel is a bit hidden, so it is quiet inside the rooms. Like everyone else writes, we found the staff to be very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Sam in particular was like a family member, he went far beyond what was his job to make us feel comfortable, and also Ardalan, who among other things, made sure to upgrade our room so we could stay on the same floor as our children. We have travelled a lot, but we have never met a hotel staff like this, they seemed genuinely interested in our having the best stay. The hotel is absolutely perfect, the rooms are clean and there is plenty of pressure in the bath water. Bed linen and towels are changed every day. There is a small fridge inside the rooms, where free water is filled. We loved our stay and would recommend it to everyone.

This hotel is excellent, it deserves a 10 on 5. The staff is extremely helpful. Ask for Atik and Sam. They will ensure you are well taken care of with the right advice on the places to visit. During my first night, I had a minor accident and Sam provided all the necessary first aid. Next day, he even walked me to the tram station to help with an Istanbul pass. Definitely get the pass if you are there for more than 2 days. Atik is always around and he speaks 7 languages. There might be a chance he knows your language. I also took a hammam Atik recommended on my first night. It was reasonable, clean and an incredible experience. The hotel location is super convenient. By the water and short walk to tram station, taksim square, dolambache palace. If you are looking for a convenient location, clean hotel and most friendly people, this is the one. I ll definitely be staying back here on my next trip.

Super cool location, nice area, comfortable rooms and nice rooftop (amazing view) and restaurant/bar. Also has a nice gym but the pool is not really a pool :)

My kids and I had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff welcomed us and carried our bags in. Special thanks to Onur and Ali who were attentive, friendly and always went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Onur helped find a hospital close by to get my sick child seen right away. The breakfast staff was amazing and so respectful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They are super kid-friendly and kind. We had a family wedding to attend and one staff member helped get us a taxi. Definitely recommend this hotel to families with little ones. We did not use the pool because it is more for adults. This hotel is situated high up between other buildings so we did not have any natural light because the suites are on the first floor. I would stay here again because it's close to transportation and main streets especially if it is your first visit to Istanbul.

If you are staying in Istanbul I highly recommend you stay at the RUZ hotel. I cannot say enough good things about it. The hotel is beautiful and situated in the heart of Istanbul very close to Galata Tower. The facilities were extremely clean and they even had a gym and pool. In such busy area it was very refreshing to use. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond in accommodating us during our stay especially Gökhan. Due to flight delays we were unable to stay one of the nights we had booked and he worked with us to extend our stay so we had a place to stay before returning home, we even arrived early due to our flight schedule and they had a room ready for us which made it very nice to unpack and relax after a long trip. If or hopefully when I ever return to Istanbul I will be sure to come back to the RUZ hotel.

First of all, I'd like to say thanks to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so pleasant. Shout out to Irfan who was kind enough to give us an early check in and a room upgrade (we travelled overnight so that was well appreciated!), he was very friendly and helpful when we struggled to operate the AC (it was all in Turkish). The hotel had a beautiful charm, loved the brickwork, the spiral staircase, and a cosy atmosphere throughout. The property is small but mighty, it had everything we needed from two onsite restaurants to a gym and even a (tiny) pool! Our room had its own kitchenette with washing machine and separate living area. We loved the location of the hotel, tucked away from the main streets, round the corner to all the shops and even tram station to get to the bottom of Galata hill, as well as bars and restaurants.

Great location. Staff were really friendly and helpful and spoke English as our turkish isnt great! They couldn't have done more for us. They arranged a transfer for us back to the airport and it arrived on time without issue. Amazing views from the restaurant with great food. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated. We didn't use the facilities but we were shown them and they looked good. The pool is narrow but ideal if you want to do a few lengths.

Where to start? Great style in the hotel and the location cannot be beat, 30 mins from Istanbul Airport and few steps from Nisantaci and Osman Bey. You have all around you: boutiques ,restaurants, patisserie, coffee shops , banks, ATM,...etc . If you are coming for shopping and food like me, this is definitely the right place for you!!! The property is spotless clean and everything is about meticulous design, beauty and generosity. Comfortable rooms, very calm and relaxing. Amazing service, very friendly and welcoming staff and management. The attention to details was phenomenal and super quick to accommodate my needs. Breakfast is one of the best, delicious food with fresh seasonal fruit , juices and tasty Turkish tea. The management allowed me to check out late and helped me with my luggage. Everything was so smooth and no hassle . I'm going back to Istanbul in few weeks and already booked again with them. I felt like we are home, From the moment we stepped in to the hotel Mr. Abdullah welcomed us at the reception and apologized for readiness of our room, we stayed for a while and they offered coffee and drinks while we are waiting for our room. Room cleanness and size is outstanding. the breakfast was just great and original Turkish breakfast. the house keeping was very good. I would like to thank all the staff Mr. Abdullah, Hassan, Hassan and Aziz every body gave us that feeling like we are at our home. The WIFI is too good, room service even at late time is just prefect. The location of course is excellent near a lot of stores, restaurants, metro station Osman Bei, money changers, cafes and Cavahir Mall. Thanks to every one in this nice hotel.

everything, this hotel must be the 1st choice for families in Istanbul , they really made you feels like home , the reception team was one of the best ever i saw in my life , would thanks all of them, abdullah . farahan , aziz , homoud and the very polite guy who is taking the night shift. they are doing the maximum to make your trip smooth and enjoyable . the cleaning team and the breakfast staff. all are smiling and welcoming the guests. this is my only choice for the upcoming trips . i cant forget the amazing location of the hotel where all location are very close vis the taxi and there is a lot of shops , restaurants and services within walking distance. dont think twice when booking this hotel .

This is my second review in Renata within one month (traveled to another place and came back) on my second stay, they gave us an upgraded room with the kitchenette for free. it was a very spacious room with all needed facilities. Staff were amazing as usual, location is excellent even for someone travelling with a pregnant woman and a young toddler (with a stroller). This hotel felt like home to us, no complains at all, we wont even think twice before booking it when going back to Istanbul.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Istanbul. You will find the best service here, hands down. The stars here are Abdullah and his entire staff, big shout out to Emre who made my day every morning with great conversation. Breakfast was varied and good. Rooms super clean and comfortable. Stable Wi-Fi and excellent range of channels on the tv. We will be returning here again. This was our second time staying at the hotel.

Very good hotel, considering the fact that this is a very old neighborhood in Istanbul and pretty difficult to find something decent unless you're willing to destroy your wallet. This hotel is new, it opened up less than a month ago (May/June 2022). It has very clean, modern rooms with international standards. When I was looking for a place in Sultanahmet before our trip, I was a bit skeptical about this place since it only had a couple of reviews. I did give it a try though and did not regret it. The location of the hotel is amazing, we were literally minutes away from the Hippodrome and AyaSofia. We had a disabled person joining us and it was very easy to navigate around even with a wheelchair. It had a very good buffet breakfast with a good view of AyaSofia and the minaret of the blue mosque (partially). The staff go out of their way to help you out, and everyone seemed to be smiling genuinely :) Beware if you are using a wheelchair (which was our case), that there are a few steps to take before you get to the elevator. The person in the wheelchair will NEED to be able to stand up and put some steps in. I will definitely go to this place again if I had to visit Istanbul in the Sultanahmet area.

Enfin comme indiqué dans les autres commentaires la gentillesse du personnel est exceptionnelle. Les clients de l'hôtel sont chouchoutés.Toute l'équipe Azra Sultan est d'une grande courtoisie. Nous avons sincèrement été touché par tant de respect et de gentillesse. J'ai pourtant beaucoup voyagé mais ce séjour restera unique. Si vous ajoutez à cela la magie de la sublime Istanbul vous ne pouvez qu'être conquis ! Nous n'étions pas encore partie que nous prévoyons déjà d'y retourner ❤️

All the employees were friendly and attentive. Zülküf was like a magician; he popped up wherever we went in the hotel to offer us a coffee or çay, provide directions, or just to wish us a good day. He made our stay memorable. Our rooms were cleaned daily. Our 2 rooms had single beds which we found a little too small for our preference. The bathroom had all necessary amenities, including travel toothbrushes. Nice breakfast room with outside patio on top floor. Super easy to access all the typical tourist sites on foot or by tram.

As a first time and solo female visitor to Istanbul, God really answered my prayer by directing me to the Azra Sultan. The location is excellent- nearby tourist attractions and in a safe neighborhood. As for Suleyman and the team- he sets the standard for what an excellent hotel manager should be like- attentive and helpful. Every single staff member that i encountered was helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well cleaned. AZ made my time in Istanbul a memorable and comfortable one. May they grow from strength to strength.

I wanted to put a review on here as it is true what booking.com says the hotel is exceptional. Very clean always. Big rooms with a walk in storage cupboard- this was in the most basic room. The hotel couldn’t be in a better location for seeing Istanbul. 3 mins to the blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, grand bazaar and the T1 tram that takes you straight over to Taxim square and the Galeta tower. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

What did I like? Location: The location is very good. It is a 10 minutes walking distance from Sultanahmet Mosque, about the same distance from the Sultanahmet tram station. Ayasofya Mosque is also within walking distance. The other interesting place in a close vicinity of the Hotel is “Yere Batan Sarnici”. There are lots of markets, restaurants, drugstores (pharmacies) near the hotel. Hotel itself: The facility I booked was a suite with a view to the street in front of the hotel. It had 2 rooms: a living room/kitchen and a bedroom. I was visiting with my family (including kids), that is why it was important for me to have a proper kitchen area in the facility. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The room service was on a daily basis. The bathroom / WC area was clean and tidy. The hotel staff: I can only thank them for their professional service, for always being available to support, for their patience. It was close to the end of the day when we arrived in the Hotel and the receptionist was very kind to help us with everything we needed. In short, I recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Istanbul. It has everything required for a comfortable, stress free stay and for efficient time planning.

The hotel is a good choice if you want to be close to the main attractions. 10 min walk is enough to get to the biggest tourist attractions in the city and you can find very close (starting 1 min walk) a lot of good places to eat. The room we got was very spacious and clean and equipped with all the amenities needed (a small fridge, tv, 2 air conditioners, kettle etc.). It also has 2 terraces. We booked for a superior suite and we got a free upgrade to the apartment from the last floor ;) The personnel was very kind, helpful and receptive: we had a constant chat through whats app before the arrival and responded to all our needs. Every day with a smile on the face. So, a big thumb up for the courtesy of the personnel. ;) we also took advantage of the service they provided for the transfer from and to the airport and this made our trip easier. Even though our plane was delayed, the driver waited for us at the airport and we had no problem getting to the hotel. At the end of the trip, the transfer went just on time, no delay. So, congratulation for the services.

They were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with carrying our belongings and even upgrading us to a larger room. A special thank you to Eren, who provided excellent guidance about the best routes around Istanbul and shared valuable local tips. We truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture of allowing us to leave some of our bags at the hotel during our trip to Cappadocia, as we were traveling in a big group of 15 (7 kids and 8 adults) and had limited space in our car. Their flexibility made our journey much smoother. The hotel's location is perfect, conveniently close to the Grand Bazaar, which made exploring Istanbul so easy. Overall, KA Hotel took great care of my family and me, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! I’d rate this hotel a solid 10 out of 10—thank you, KA Hotel, for an amazing stay!

We are so glad we ended our stay at Istanbul with such a great stay. This is one of the happiest reviews I’ll write for our trip in Turkey. The people here are the stars of the stay! They are super sweet, kind and are always ready to help you out. They constantly offer you tea, coffee and water for free and make sure you are refreshed at all times. They even upgraded us to a higher floor on arrival. They helped us pick restaurants, liquor shops, laundry and so many other spots whenever we had queries about things. Such helpful people! Rooms are clean and restocked and they clean it up every day as well. Umbrellas are also available in case you want to step out during an unexpected rain which we had to face. Very very clean lobby space. What a beautiful way for us to leave Turkey. This will be on our return list for sure!
