Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in Istanbul

The place was more of a 3 bedroom apartment huge we had an amazing time the staff was great especially Zain at the front desk and the night guard was extremely helpful and friendly, for a fee you can have cleaning service and we were offered a free cleaning it was very nice of them and cleaning staff was amazing as well. 7 night stay couldn’t wait to get home to it to relax from the traffic in Istanbul, it’s a 30 minute drive from the touristy attractions but we rented a car and it worked great. Very close to the florya mall with stunning views of the sea and walking trails along the beach. The pool was an added bonus we will definitely stay here again and recommend it for families

Everything! The spacious 3 bedroom apartament, the 2 terraces it had, the pool, the fact that we always had parking and the staff was great! The Receptionist answered my qestions in a matter of minutes, they made every request i had happen, they even let me charge my car in the parking lot! The security guard can be annoying since he doesnt speak english and doesnt seem to want to understand even when you use google translate to speak to him in turkish. But tell the front desk and they'll make him understand any request or problem you have. Its clean, easy to find in a beautiful location( not far from the AquaFlorya mall) and everyone is friendly! I highly recommend and we will be returning!💓

Apartment was big enough. Air conditioning worked very good. Very clean. Nice bathroom. Swimming pool - 1,5 m deep - 2 steps away (cleaned precisely). Very good contact with the owner. Parking inside the property, which was very important for us. After check out the owner let us stay in the parking till the evening (thank you for that again!). Marmaray metro station is 20 mins down the street. (30 mins journey to Sirkeci). Markets available in 5 mins walk (also liquor store). Very nice park with playground for the kids (10 mins away). If we ever be in Istanbul again, we will stay there again for sure.

* Hotel arranged great taxi transfer between hotel and airport. These were spacious and comfortable mini-vans, so we were able to place children in relatively safe seats. * We had very late check-in (after midnight) and it was handled great. There were no English speaking people there at night, but driver solved problem with audio-translator. * In day hours there is English speaking reception and WhatsApp support. * Swimming pool * Air conditioning worked well (but need to check all windows are closed). * Very good kitchen, lot of cutlery. * Easy to reach paid beach (Florya) * Close to great park with many playgrounds.

Walking distance to the beach, MarmaRay station, a big park, Florya Aquarium, a fish market, groceries, restaurants and cafes. Helpful friendly hostess, and a guard/handyman who takes care of everything and keeps it safe and clean. Out of central Istanbul: still city, but somewhat more peaceful, and a nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds and couches; well-equipped kitchen; nice to sit outside in the mornings and evenings. Having a pool to relax and cool off after a day in the city is quite the luxury. I would stay here again if I'm in Istanbul again.

Absolutely love this hotel, the residence is a little outdated and the pool was also under renovation which meant we had to use pool in main hotel

Excellent hotel just a 5 minute taxi ride from the main city. Fantastic pool area. Unbelievable views of the Bosphorus. Excellent food options. A little expensive but worth the extra cost.

Stayed in a 2-bed Residence apartment (separate block to hotel) as a family. Service excellent and the separate hotel building itself offers very good shared facilities (gym, spa, pool) and a beautiful foyer with far reaching views over Bosphorus. Residence apartments are extremely spacious but dated in taste (and some quite dark in decor). Ensure you request a non-smoking room if you need that as smoking is pervasive everywhere. Breakfast (although very good) was served in the separate 'Residence' block which has no views whereas the hotel offers a vast buffet style breakfast in the main hotel restaurant where I believe you can also sit on the terrace overlooking the Bosphorus. That would have been an incremental charge to attend (discounted to 50% ppn). Seems a shame Residence guests can't share in that given it's set up anyway for hotel guests. Set a little South of the Nisantasi district, it's near the smart shopping area but you will need to take a taxi/walk to tram to head further into the heart of town.

**A Wonderful Stay with Warm and Memorable Service** My stay at Swissôtel Bosphorus was overall fantastic. The hotel is beautifully designed, with great amenities and restaurants that truly elevate the experience. I especially want to highlight the exceptional dinner experience we had on Floor16, where Bushra and her team made us feel so welcome. Their warmth, friendliness, and attention to detail created a memorable evening for us. Although we did face some noise issues during the night, Faith, the manager, handled the situation with such professionalism. He arranged for a room change and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, which was greatly appreciated. Thanks to the wonderful service from both Bushra’s team and Faith, my time at Swissôtel Bosphorus was truly enjoyable. I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking both luxury and genuine hospitality in Istanbul.

Really enjoyed two nights relaxing at Baymari Suites. Spotlessly clean, spacious and well furnished apartment near to many cafes and just a 15 minute walk to the seaside / mall. Pool area was a nice bonus and staff friendly and helpful.

I was pleased with everything about the accommodation. Check-in was wonderfully easy, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. Although the check-out time was at 11:30, Baymari Suites was super flexible and accommodating, allowing me to check out an hour later, which suited my flight schedule better. I can highly recommend this place. It’s a bit far from the city center, but for me, as I didn’t need to go there, it was perfect. There were plenty of shopping and other options nearby, and in general, I really like Florya, which made it ideal :)

Great Stay with Excellent Service! I had a wonderful experience at this property ! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always happy to address any concerns or questions I had. Their hospitality made my stay feel very comfortable. The location is also fantastic – it’s conveniently close to two malls, with one just a 2-minute walk away, which was super handy. This mall even has a supermarket inside, making it really easy to grab anything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and a convenient location!

All in all, I was really happy with my stay at Baymari Suites Design. The area was completely peaceful and calm. The accommodation is very safe, and the staff is smiling, friendly, and always available. This is the second time I’ve been here, and it definitely won’t be the last. It’s a bit far from the city center and the various attractions, but I enjoy the quiet neighborhood and think it’s lovely to be able to come to Istanbul and just relax. Highly recommended! :)

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Il ragazzo alla reception chiede ogni giorno se serve qualcosa. L’appartamento ha tutto ed è ben curato. Nelle vicinanze c’è tutto quello che serve ed ha meno di 10 minuti a piedi c’è la stazione e del treno che ti collega a tutti i punti di interesse della città. In buona sostanza in 20/25 minuti, sei in ‘centro’ e di sera comunque sei lontano dal caos che ne consegue.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. + Beautiful building, with great pool area + Staff are incredible + Executive lounge very good, with generous food and snacks - Room a little small in comparison to others of a similar class - No bath in room.. it is turkey tho so a warm place - Nothing the management can do about this, but for me personally the other hotel guests were quite snooty and unfriendly. I saw a woman being visibly rude to a member of staff and I would’ve loved to have pushed her in the pool…

The Conrad Istanbul truly surpassed all expectations. From the moment we checked in to check-out, we felt taken care of. Would especially like to mention Esraa, as well as the gentleman at the front desk, a true example of what warm, friendly hospitality is all about. The pool area is lovely, lush and a nice way to escape the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. Well equipped gym, nice steam room, sauna, indoor pool. Fantastic breakfast. Truly a gem in Istanbul.

We stayed here pre cruise for 1 night and really loved this hotel. Facilities was excellent. We were upgrade due to being Diamond member and appreciated that. Breakfast was very good and selection and spread was Fabolous. We had dinner as well and food was very good. Hotel had a good swim pool area however we didnt make use of it as we were in packed mode for cruise starting next day. Hotel is close to water taxi and about 15 to 20 min walk to waterfront space. I would definitely stay here when we visit Istanbul.

Check in was great, room is amazing, bathroom and shower is also really good (2 different waterfall showers to pick from). Restaurants are excellent, especially the Italian on the lobby floor. Breakfast was good, served by Eylul and Ibrahim - got table in 60 seconds, served drinks immediately and buffet food was all fully stocked. Also the best gym I've seen in a hotel by far. Outdoor pool is nice and chilled out, with table service for food and drinks.

High level accommodation and service, everyone working at the hotel is smiling and helpful. I would especially like to thank Büşra, Onur and Deniz, who work at the reception, for their very friendly welcome. I would also like to thank the room cleaning staff, poolside team and breakfast team. I will go again on my next trip to Istanbul.

It was our first time visiting Istanbul, i booked this hotel as it got 5 stars from Trip.com . When i saw this hotel in person, this was wonderful, the view, the ambience and the staff was so polite, helpful and nice. The view from our room was beyond excellent. Everyday there was some new breakfast menus, which we liked. I love the staff, who were during the dinner time in the falyanos restaurant, they were very polite and we celebrated my husband's birthday as well there. He was being very helpful along with his assistant respectively. There was a backdoor, from where one can easily go to the market and the historical places without using any taxi. Overall, everything was great and perfect at Kalyon hotel. Thank you for the wonderful services.

It was my first time visiting Istanbul and I chose to stay in Kalyon Hotel. The best service I have ever had in my life while traveling with my family. I would rate the hotel with 5 stars as it did have all facilities. I specifically appreciate the guards in here, helping every time with our stuff. Daily Turkish tea in Hotel provided to our room was fantastic. Next time, I will pick that hotel everytime I visit Istanbul. Additional things to consider: -Location of hotel. Near to river. Morning walk is best. -5minute walk to all touristic places. -Quiet place to stay, very much good for family trips with child.

Everything! The hotel took our request into account and accommodated us at the top floor (2nd), with superb sea view! Many thanks to the staff! Generous parking area and very good and rich breakfast! Location at sea-front, we could see the sunrise in the morning, it was spectacular! We also had to extend our stay and the reception team was immensely helpful (super appreciated!!) Comfortable room and bed, having all the amenities needed. Also great location, within a short walk to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and Museum areas. Needless to say, I highly recommend it as a perfect option for staying in Istanbul!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. They were always ready to help and greeted guests with a smile. Room service was also quick and efficient. The hotel restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes. I enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. The quality of the food was excellent, and there were many options to choose from. The view from my room was stunning. Overall, everything at this hotel was excellent, and I will definitely return. Clean and tidy room. Especially the staff is magnificent.They do their best for the convenience of guests. Even late hours at night, when the kitchen was closed, they offered tea and coffee drinks. Especially Semih, Batuhan, Osman thank you very much for the kind and friendly service. Even the security officer at the door (forgot his name-white hairs😄👋) was very kind and respectful. Staff were brilliant. Friendly. Made me feel really comfortable. Attentive to needs. Very welcoming and helpful. Great with my daughter. In a great location. There are loads of bars and restaurants nearby. Was a buzz to the atmosphere. Was nice to be able to step out and be in the midst of it. Located 5 min walk from the river, which is a good location for tourists to congregate around. Access to the ferry service to get to the Asia side in 15 mins. Hotel pool was clean. Enjoyed use of sauna and hammam. Access to pool from room very easy. Literally step out of room , few steps to lift then down to pool. Most of the time had the pool to myself. I enjoyed the breakfasts.

Wow. What a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location! Such a great vibe outside with restaurants everywhere and so convenient to the tram and ferry. Great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious with a luxury feel. Lots of room for bags and an extra large shower with separate toilet. It’s a small hotel that is built very recently so everything is clean and fresh. The absolute best thing is the pool, sauna and hammam. All clean and well maintained. Gorgeous starlight ceiling so you feel like you are outdoors. Best hammam and sauna we’ve ever had!!! Felt so relaxed afterwards. Kids loved the pool and it wasn’t heavily chlorinated like most indoor pools. Made for a relaxing evening after a hot day of sightseeing.

We loved the central position of the hotel, easy to walk and take transport from here. A bonus is that it’s very close to the sea and lovely to walk along Galataport area. Lots of shops, supermarkets, restaurants of all types around. The hotel itself is clean and modern. All the staff we encountered were kind and helpful. It does make a difference in this industry. We stayed in a seaview room on 3rd floor and found the room large enough. It was lovely to see the water and ferries. We did hear some noise from the hall, next room but not too much. Street noise was minimal. The swimming pool, spa and sauna were fun for a couple of hours. Love the starry ceiling above the pool. Lift goes to 4th floor then one flight of stairs to restaurant. Bed and linen comfortable, great hot water and shower pressure, nice toiletries, kettle and 2 water bottles daily. We paid for breakfast and this was served on their top floor with views. A good selection of items. The restaurant is open for lunch, dinner, room service etc with reasonable prices. I would be happy to stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

The standard room is very compact, meant just for sleeping. Room and shower are modern. My windows faced another building, so I kept the curtains closed. Otherwise, people can see each other. The first half of the night it was noisy outside, but closed windows blocked it well. Air conditioner power cannot be adjusted, only turned off or the temperature lowered. Still, it works well and is powerful. Reception staff were rather cold. Restaurant staff were excellent – very hospitable and helpful. Not obvious at first that you can order extra breakfast dishes. Food and drinks at breakfast were tasty. Breakfast room is beautiful, with panoramic windows. The terrace is windy, hot and sunny in summer. Probably nicer in the evening. Pool is pleasant, warm, with comfortable depth. Sunbeds available. Hammam is hot but not humid enough, since there is no steam. You can pour water on surfaces yourself to improve it. Towels are available on the spa floor. No bathrobes. – Modern room and shower – Good sound insulation from windows – Powerful air conditioning – Excellent restaurant staff – Tasty breakfast, beautiful breakfast room – Nice pool with sunbeds – Hot hammam – Towels available at the spa

We did stay in this hotel for 6 nights (our first hotel we did stay 5 nights in another area), the location was perfect as well as the early check in. We had a family room which give just some extra space, the room was clean, no bother for asking more water and we did enjoy to eat in the restaurant for lunch and dinner, during lunch we did had the restaurant for ourself and price/quality is excellent. Breakfast is cosy and the staff are walking the extra step and in our situation it was bringing turkish tea without asking to our table. We also did like the swimming pool and hamman, and of course the amazing red house cat, and breakfast served for the cats in the morning.

Just spent 3 nights at the Sultan Hamit hotel. It's exsactly the right hotel for a short stay. Very Clean rooms and public areas. Very comfortable rooms: massive double bed, ensuite bathroom, hair dryer, shower, bathrobes, toiletries. slippers, water, fridge, tea & coffee, safe - all included . Breakfast was included and was very good quality but don't expect a Full English. Complimentary snacks in the restaurant each day - great for a restful coffee with the group, after a day's sightseeing. Excellent staff, especially at Reception. Super location, a short walk to Blue Mosque and other top visitor attarctiions. Even closer to bars, restaurants and quality craft outlets. (There probably isn't a poor eatery in Instanbul). There may be better hotels, in minor details or with a swimming pool BUT I will certainly use this hotel again next time because I know I will not be disappointed. Note: There is nor bar but they will happily provide glasses for your own drinks. The hotel does not have a restaurant for luch & dinner but there's loads to choose from nearby. I will put this review on Google Maps also.

The hotel is close to the Old Town, the sights such as the Aia Sofia Mosque, the Blue Mosque and the Topkapi were a 10-minute walk away, and the Grand Bazaar was a comfortable 20-minute walk away. There are many restaurants in the area, with a large selection. I contacted the hotel about the airport transfer, and they were already waiting for us upon our arrival. At check-in, while we filled out the paperwork, we were given coffee and water. Our room faced the sea, it was clean and looked much better than the pictures. The breakfast was varied and delicious, the little waitress was kind and attentive, constantly replenishing the stock. The staff are helpful, friendly, always smiling. There was a lady working at the reception, she was very charming. The transfer for the trip home was also organized, the reception called me on the phone in the morning to ask if I had requested the transfer for 8 o'clock, which was on time. The rooms were cleaned every day, fresh water was always prepared, and we received fruit and small sweets for the afternoon. I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to everyone. I recently stayed at Sultan Hamit Hotel in Istanbul with my mom and grandma, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is truly perfect—close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. What really made our stay special was the incredible staff. From the moment we booked, communication was smooth and helpful. They arranged both our airport pick-up and drop-off, which made everything so easy and stress-free. During our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They gave us great advice on where to buy souvenirs, what local dishes to try, and even what to avoid—which we really appreciated. They also arranged a beautiful boat ride on the Bosphorus for us, which was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel itself is lovely. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and we especially appreciated the late 12pm checkout, which gave us some extra time to relax before leaving. All in all, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I hope to return one day myself!

Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, always spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable—we woke up refreshed every day. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, a perfect start to the day. The hotel is in an excellent location right in the heart of Istanbul—most of the main attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar were within walking distance. This allowed us to fully experience the charm of the city without spending time commuting. Thank you to the entire Hamit Hotel team for the great care and an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be happy to return on our next visit to Istanbul!

It was excellent! We stayed here în January 2025 and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel! The rooms were very clean and smelled wonderful, the bathroom was impecable and felt cosy,, the view was amazing, we could see the sea. The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was cleaned and the towels were changed and supplies were provided ( shower gel, shampoo). The breakfast was delicious and you could have coffee and tea all day beside the two periods of snacks offered by the hotel, one around noon (12.30-14) and one în the afternoon (17.30-19).. Just imagine, coming from a long day shopping or sightseeing and knowing that you can have a hot tea or a coffee to get back and visit some more! The location of the hotel is closer to Sultanahmet Square and you have the best option of terraces and restaurants. We thank the manager and the staff for our experience at the hotel, we will definetely come back again!

This Hotel is located in a great area just across from the Golden Horn and a five minute walk up the hill to the amazing Galata Tower and the local tourist and shopping area. The staff were very friendly and sorted out whatever you needed. Shout out to Mahmud (sorry if I spelled it wrong) who was a nice guy and happy to help us out with trip bookings, information and midnight snacks! Also to the room service ladies who kept the great family room nice and clean and in loads of fresh towels. Also loved the free slippers! 🤣. We had a great first floor room with a spectacular view over to the Suleymaniye Mosque and Beyazıt Tower. We liked to walk along the river past the fish market to the Galata Bridge where the kids loved watching all the fishermen. There is also an easy to use tram system there at Karaköy Station which works out at about 50p a journey (you also use the tram card for entry into the public toilets which is a good idea). Perfect if you don’t fancy the amazing walk to the Hagia Sophia 🕌or need to save time. Crossing the roads is a bit of trauma but go with the locals and you should survive! 🤣. We deffo visit Istanbul in the future and would happily stay here.

Ali Celik worked so hard to make our visit as comfortable as possible. We have never been to Turkey or Istanbul before; and over all we struggled with language barrier issues throughout the visit. But not at all at the Istanbul Golden City Hotel. Ali made sure my teenage son and I were as comfortable as we could be. He went out of his way to listen and accommodate our needs. He personally helped us with our bags as we needed to move rooms and was a genuine kind man. We had the panoramic 9th floor room. It was a lovely space. Such refreshing showers. Good working A/C and the most amazing views of Old City and the river. We loved the views over the park and river and peaceful energy after the busy of site seeing in the city. Breakfast on the 10th floor was a pleasure. Filling up before going out for another busy day. Big selection of hot and cold foods. Lovely cakes and pastries. Plenty of fresh fruit. Kept my very hungry teenage boy well fed and happy. And the view... what a joy.

We stayed 4 nights at the Golden City Hotel. Location is excellent for all the cruises we went for and we could see the top of The Galata Tower from our room. The hotel sits just on the Bosphorus European side and you can enjoy a lovely walk. Public transport is in walking distance of a few minutes- tram and metro. We like walking, you can walk to many attractions on the other side of the Bosphorus. The best asset of the hotel is its staff especially Mahmood, very kind and helpful, gave us lots of tips for smooth travel and to enjoy Istanbul even more. He helped us to contact one of the cruising companies to ensure our cruise was booked. The room was clean, with fridge and tea and coffee making facility, bed comfortable. Everyone very friendly. You can certainly hear the road traffic, but it comes with the convenience of a location. One thing we missed was to explore the hotel restaurant on 10 th floor as we were out all days. We will next time when we visit

Staying for the second time in this hotel. Both time we chose a room with sea-view, it is worth the price difference. Same as first time, everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is great. 5 min walking distance from Galata bridge (tram), or Haliç bridge (metro and train), ferry station (with ferries to Asian part of Istanbul). You can even make a walk over the Galata bridge to the spice bazar (and Haghia Sophia, Top Kapi), it's not far away, perfect distance for a nice walk and view of the Golden Horn, although many transport options are available. Restaurant of the top of the building has an amazing panorama view. Breakfast is very good, everything is fresh, tasty with more than enough variety available for all kind of breakfast types (fruit, cakes, savory, hot meals, salads...). Just having a coffee with the view over the Golden horn and Bosphorus is a treat. Would absolutely recommend the hotel

It was our second time in Istanbul and I wanted a hotel which would be safe at night due to the fact that it was just 2 of us females traveling This hotel is located on a main road yes it got a little noisy at night because of our room which was facing the main road, but the hotel was still ideal for us and we did feel so safe at night☺️ most tourist attractions are near by the location of this hotel is perfect with all of public transport near by from Metro, trams , ferries. All the staff we came across at Golden City were all so welcoming, friendly and polite especially the reception team Mr Ilker , Mr Mevlut and Mr Mahmut were all amazing very helpful would like to thank them all for their professionalism they really are a credit to the Hotel itself🙂 I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone:) Read more

This hotel was better than expected. The location is great. Walking distance to many restaurants. Views of the Bosphorus are stunning. Waking up to see the water every day was surreal. Breakfast is outstanding. Chef Sebal does an incredible job of preparing everything. The buffet spread is outstanding with a multitude of choices. From Turkish breakfast items to your typical continental breakfast items, you cannot go wrong. She would make personalized omelettes for our kids every day… made their mornings. Enjoy your food while watching the boats go by on the Bosphorus. Our receptionist, Negar, catered to our requests from making dinner reservations, to assisting with setting up a driver, or bringing honest towels. The service is exceptional. The hotel itself could use some renovations and touch up here and there. The rooms we stayed were clean, and large and roomy. One of the hotels we stayed at during our trip to Istanbul was the Bosphorus Radisson Blu. It is a very well-run hotel with a pleasant staff and excellent rooms. Special thanks to Emir, front desk, who was kind, professional, and helpful when we checked in. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a partial view of the Bosphorus! Whenever I called the hospitality desk, our needs were met within a ten minute span of time. Impressive! Speaking of impressive, the breakfast offered was spectacular, with a wide array of food. My favorites were the perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, local honey, and vast display of fruit and cheeses. Special thanks to Davut, who works in the dining area. He is a non-stop dynamo and deserves recognition. All in all, our stay at the Radisson Blu Bosphorus was very pleasant. I loved my staying at Radisson Blue Bosphorus Istambul! The staff and the service they offer are second to none. I had a wonderful hotel experience: the staff helped me to organize everything I needed in seconds! The staff in this Hotel is an asset! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel — everything exceeded our expectations. The stunning Bosphorus view from our room was unforgettable, and the location right in the heart of Istanbul was perfect: central yet peaceful. What made our experience truly special was Mr. Oğuz at the reception. He welcomed us so warmly, helped with every little detail, and made us feel genuinely cared for. Excellent experience and excellent service "We stayed at this hotel for a few days and everything was absolutely perfect! The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the rooms are spacious and meet all our needs. We were especially impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, Mr. Adam and Mr. Dogancan. Whenever we needed something, they were there to help us immediately. We were also very pleased with the restaurant service - the food was very tasty and varied. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others!"

The Occidental is an amazing hotel and will be my number one hotel of choice on future visits to Istanbul. I was greeted warmly at reception and offered refreshments on arrival. I was then upgraded to a wrap around balcony suite. The suite was very large and was spotlessly clean. There was a gift of complimentary chocolates. There was a slight issue with the tv not working and someone arrived within a few minutes to rectify it. I was impressed. There is an amazing pool and jacuzzi. There are massages available at very reasonable prices. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, freshly baked breads replenished every 10 minutes, ginger shots, a variety of egg dishes, omelettes cooked to order, hot and cold buffet, churros and more. Delicious! It was my birthday during my stay and even though I did not mention this, the staff surprised me with a birthday cake and card delivered to my room. One of the staff also gave me chocolates. At checkout I was also given a token gift. All the staff went above and beyond to make my stay in Istanbul special, were super friendly and professional. A wonderful hotel in the heart of Taksim.

Friendly and welcoming staff, Mr Talha and Ms Begum at reception guided and assisted the check in. The rooms were clean and bed sheets fresh, the bed was very comfortable. They have a heated pool and jacuzzi as well, and gym facilities, which made the stay more relaxing and comfortable. The hotel is located centrally at Taksim which makes it easier to go around to the places on that side of town. The amenities were top notch. We got more than what we paid for. The room had a cozy vibe to it. Its good for families. The breakfast options and variety was very nice!

I love the staff, very friendly and accomodating. It is clear that they really care for their guests. I would recommend anyone visiting istanbul to drop by for an amazing experience. I took this hotel after I tried it one month ago. I can say every thing was fine; location, shopping, hotel room, hotel’s staff, room terrace, Gem, swimming pool…etc. The hotel is closed to every thing you may need. For sure next time I will this hotel without any reluctant

Great hotel right at Taksim. There is a lot of choice and if this fits your budget it's an excellent option! Got upgraded to a balcony room so that helped! Good breakfast and great indoor pool and spa!

This hotel is conveniently located near the train station and is within walking distance to major attractions and food places. It was peaceful and quiet around, and my commute was quite smooth. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room is spacious and clean, and this small hotel is newly renovated, so everything feels brand-new and fresh. The room was big and the shower room was even posh)) Again, I would like to thank the staff for their willingness to help and address any questions (the guys even were able to talk to the taxi service on my behalf while I was having breakfast). The best part is breakfast. People traveling from countries like the US or Canada will be pleased: a huge variety of food, and you can even order an omelet or other traditional food the kitchen offers. A friendly guy from the front desk even made me some Turkish tea while I was waiting for my omelet. A truly exceptional experience and friendly service: guys go above and beyond. I highly recommend this place and I will keep it in my favorites for Istanbul. Thank you all so much!

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to two train stops, yet still quiet and away from the main streets. The amenities were complete, room service always reliable and bed super comfortable. Breakfast buffet (with freshly made menemen on request) The highlight of this hotel is their hotel staff. All were very friendly, giving me local recommendations and helping me my luggage. One day I had a tour pickup at 6am and wouldn’t be able to make the regular breakfast time, so they prepared food to bring on the road. When I was returning from the airport at midnight and didn’t have dinner, I messaged to ask if they could leave a fruit, and they went above and beyond to order takeout from a nearby restaurant to be delivered in preparation for my arrival. When I wasn’t feeling well to go down for breakfast, they brought breakfast to my room. Service was truly wonderful! I interacted the most with Gökalp and all his colleagues were wonderful.

Loved everything about my stay especially the view from my room just topped it! very peaceful area a few minutes into the park which was stunning. The staff were amazing always there to help especially Mesut, who would get you anything you need with a smile. And a special mention to Savas who was very welcome from the minute we stepped into the hotel offering breakfast because I arrived very early 7.30am. He was also very very helpful in arranging the stay for my boys who decided to join us later. he made sure they had rooms sorted etc.. so thankful to him 🙂. Overall a shout out to Doulet, Gokalp always for a welcoming reception. And lastly Cengiz for his great sense of humour and chat. Thank you guys 😊 Also the hotel always had fresh cake/cookies in the afternoon and turkish tea and coffee were available all the time.. a lovely touch. Rooms cleaned everyday and smell fresh. Our stay was beautiful and we will definitely stay there again.

This property was located in the best location possible on the European side of Istanbul. It was near all must see places! The staff was very helpful and very good at communicating with me while I was waiting for our driver that they had set up to pick us up at the port We arrived early off of a cruise ship, and they were able to get us into a room very quickly, and they were very kind to  to serve us food upon our arrival. It was extremely easy setting up private drivers with them to get to  the hotel and to the airport after our stay. The hotel was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable!  We had a nice view outside of our room of the river. I would highly recommend staying at the MEG hotels

The location was ideal on a quiet side street. Down the street, there are numerous gift shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. You can walk in that direction or if you want to avoid the hawkers just walk through the adjacent park. Its a 15 min walk to Hagia Sophia area or in the same direction is the tram about 5 min away. The included breakfast is plentiful with lots of different options and saves both time and money since food in Istanbul is very expensive. The hotel provides free water for each guest in the room daily as well as a mini-bar. They can also arrange tours for you and were always available to answer questions and give advice. Our room was a family room with 2 adjoining rooms each with its own bathroom and mini-fridge.

It was our first time visiting Istanbul, and choosing where to stay as a family which wasn’t easy. After doing a lot of research, we decided on Aprilis Deluxe Hotel, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to major tourist sites and public transport. The area felt very safe and convenient which made getting around stress free. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the hospitality we received was exceptional. Special thanks to Rabia, Utku, Selman, Bekir & Sukru at reception, who were incredibly helpful with directions and always greeted us with such warmth and kindness. Every morning, we were welcomed to breakfast by Betül and Andra, whose smiles and friendly nature truly made our mornings brighter. The housekeeping team also deserves a big thank you for keeping our room spotless and ensuring we were always comfortable throughout our stay. Aprilis Deluxe Hotel truly won our hearts. We felt so welcome and well taken care of, and we will definitely be booking our next stay here again!

We were very impressed with this hotel and the service. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, and the two men that treated us exceptionally well when we first arrived and when we were leaving, even laughing with us and making sure all of our needs were met. The coloured girl from downstairs where the restaurant was, helped us so much with shopping suggestions, all while showing her beautiful smile. It made such a difference that everybody was smiley and very welcoming. The hotel itself was clean and was cleaned everyday, we were given bottles of water for free in our room every night, and even hot chocolates on our last night. It’s in a convenient area, near to Akrasay, Grand Baazar and many other walkable distance areas. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

The staff make this hotel one I’d definitely stay in again, my husband and I stayed at here for a long weekend for his birthday. It was our first time in Istanbul so we were so glad the reception staff were so helpful, both day and night staff were fantastic. They gave us help with directions, a travel card and recommendations of what to do, where to shop and to go to eat, all these recommendations were amazing. Such a lovely team that the managers should be very proud of. Hotel was beautiful, clean and within walking distance of most of the attractions, shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and was plenty for us to choose from. Christmas decorations and trees were also a lovely touch at this time of year.

Thoroughly enjoyed this stay. It was a lovely hotel and the PERFECT room. The stay was mad all the more special by the exceptional attitude of all the Team, working in all areas of the hotel, from hotel Housekeeping, Restaurant Team, Management & Reception. We came across this property when desperately attempting to find a new hotel upon arrival to Istanbul. Our booked hotel was unfortunately not in good condition. Aprilis had good reviews and was nearby so we took a chance. The staff were kind and accommodating despite our very late check in. They were quick to help us and over the next couple of days helped us book activities and tours. We went to Cappadocia and Selman was able to help us book a last minute hot air balloon activity. We would definitely recommend staying here as it has convenient locations for most tourist attractions and easy access to the tram. Most attractions are within walking distance and easy to get around. Will be coming back again to stay at Aprilis during this trip.

The hotel is situated in a very good location, filled with bars, restaurants, grocery shops and other shops of any kind! The area is quite busy especially at night, but even if it looks too busy it is nice. The hotel is not that big but it has all you need in my opinion, the room was of a decent size and we also had a small terrace although we never used. The bed was very comfortable, tea/coffee was also provided in our room. They also have a luggage room with a scale to use for free! The breakfast was also very delicious and good enough to keep us full for the day ahead, this mainly consisted of yoghurts, bread, ham, cheese, chips and different hot items everyday. Last but not least, the staff. They are super friendly and helpful, I would recommend this hotel as it offers very affordable prices and a good service, for my next time to Istanbul I would definitely consider this hotel. Hotel Is in good location near to Metro and tram, has very nice room, even if smaller but more than enought for 2 people as we are. All hotel and room very clean, nice smell in the Lobby. Breakfast nice, everyone can choose, you have yogurts, puding, oats, cornflaces, milk, sweet cakes, boiled and scrambled eggs, vegetables, fruits, bread, salami, sousage, cheese, coffee, tea, water and juice. All staff were kind, friendly, helpfull and smiling all the time. I was working 8 years in tourism, so is not easy for me to find good place to stay, but to The Charm Hotel - Old City I will not be afraid to come again or recomend to my family, friends and anybody of you, whom are planing to visit Istanbul.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay in this hotel! I've got an update for Delux room when I was checking-in (loved it!). Check-in was easy and trouble-free (I checked in after midnight). The room was cute, the bed was super comfy, everything was clean and pretty! Oh the breakfast was amazing! Special thanks to Bekir who helped me a lot and showed true hospitality. It is noteworthy to mention his great help on weighting my suitcases on my last day to make sure everything is under my baggage allowance. There is the Turkish guy who brought me an omelette since it was over at the time I came to the dining area, that was very sweet and gentle, thanks so much!!!

Great value for the price. The hotel is about 7-10 mins walk from Aksaray metro station and Havaist airport shuttle service and the tram to Sultanahmet. The room was clean and very pleasant. My room was upgraded for free from single bed to double bed without even asking for it, which was really nice surprise. Thank you for the kind service and your hospitality! This hotel is now one of my favorite ones in the Aksaray area.

I have spent a week in this hotel i really liked it Its good located, transport stations are near the hotel and its calm ,the breakfast was good and there's a variety of food ,the staff were so kind and helpful also the wifi was good ,i took a triple room nad it was big , in general it was an excellent experience in the charm hotel.

Our stay at The Stay Boulevard Nişantaşı was truly exceptional. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The entire hotel has a refined, calm atmosphere that makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. The staff were incredibly professional, polite, friendly, and always willing to help without even needing to ask. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Muharrem, the hotel manager, for his professionalism and kindness. I had forgotten my wallet back in Saudi Arabia and only had Apple Pay, and he was very understanding and cooperative regarding the deposit process. We were also generously upgraded to a larger room, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. I would also like to thank Ceyda, who assisted us during checkout, she was very kind and pleasant to deal with. Our stay was short (just a weekend of two days), but I truly wished we could have stayed longer. My husband, my son, and I all enjoyed it so much. The hotel really added something special to our trip. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable. ♥️

Anna and Mehmet took care of us with the greatest customer service. Nothing was too hard for them to organise and they were so reliable. The ladies in the Stay clothing & jewellery section and the taxi Helpers in the front were amazing. Anna organised Hammam and spas for us, trips etc… she was so reliable and was spot on with her organising. She would check with us personally the next day if all went well. I have flown out for over a week and wanted to buy the pillows which were best pillows out if all my hotel stays. Anna is still helping us from overseas and offering us her great service. We loved The Stay. Best service and great hotel, very convenient location and best spa and Hammam we went every evening that we were in Istanbul

The staff at the hotel went out of their way to help. A special mention to Enes on the front desk for going out of his way to help us find a cpap machine in Istanbul. Also a big thank you to Serkan for helping us book a last minute room for our daughter via whats app. We were so grateful. The location is fantastic and close to ferries, trams, buses and taxis if you want to have the hassle of arguing over prices. The rooms are a good size and beds are very comfy.

I stayed for four nights and I was very impressed by the quality of service and hospitality. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to many attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the bosphorus. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional, and they made me feel welcome and valued, especially by Mr. Sarken, Yalcin and Fatih. These gentlemen are the best, they made the experience amazing. I am definitely looking forward to visit again and I highly recommend this hotel 10/10

Everything was nice and amazing the tow gentleman in reception Mr. Enes and Mr. Mert was real helpful and polite. They supported me also when I lost my charger in the last trip. They fixed my trip after I had a problem with another hotel. They called a taxi for me personally by going personally to the street and make calls until they got me one because it was a weekend and hard to find taxis. I will come back again and again. Thanks.

Our room was perfect – powerful shower, quality towels, super clean, and Netflix on the TV. Exceptional service and comfort made our stay unforgettable. Beautiful boutique hotel with modern furnishings. Small but quaint with a wonderful and accommodating staff, from the front desk, to the bellhop to housekeeping... everyone made my stay very enjoyable and efficient. Also, they had the most amazing & soft bed linens! The location is great and close to many restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and shopping. They also serve breakfast, but I did not elect to have that included in my package. A couple things to note, if you have mobility issues, reconsider this hotel and location... 1) The hotel does have a lot of stairs, but there is a small elevator. 2) The hotel is also located on a hill, so if you are walking down towards the Bosphorus, you are fine, however walking back up can be difficult and tiring. (I have minor mobility issues in one of my knees, but I wore a brace and and took it slow or I would heal a cab on my returns to the hotel.) Overall, I had a very pleasant day in this location and at this hotel, and I would stay here again, therefore highly recommend.

The service/staff at the facility were excellent. They were very kind and helpful throughout. They also gave me 2 days of complimentary breakfast when my wife had to leave earlier than me and I was alone during that time. This was very thoughtful of them. The location is great for the area, 5 min walk to istiklal Street and also a 10 min walk to local buses. It briefly got a little loud on one of the weekend nights because people were playing music loudly outside. But generally it's a small narrow street so really very little traffic noise from outside if at all. The bathroom doors are "transparent" though very thick and blurred so you cannot really see through. They arranged the lighting in a way that no one can actually see someone's shape/shadow when they are showering. But still someone may feel a little uncomfortable with it if they are not a couple (I was in the double bed room for 2 people). All in all it's really an excellent hotel, with excellent staff, amenities, and breakfast.

Room was stylishly decorated and our top floor had a couch on the landing which was a nice touch so it didn’t feel as sterile as other hotels can. Nikita on reception was delightful and provided an excellent kebab recommendation. Other staff were also friendly and able to answer public transport questions. Room was perfectly clean with great additions, including good shower, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, robes, extensive room service menu and coat hangers that can be removed from the wardrobe. Beds were very soft; the pillows almost too soft. The hotel is well located near Istiklal shopping street and Tophane tram stop. We didn’t try the breakfast as we went to cafes in Karaköy (a 15min walk away) instead. It is a hilly area, so be warned if you’re planning on lugging your suitcase. The hotel even provided a thank you farewell gift, which was a nice touch that I haven’t received before. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

Staff were excellent - extremely helpful. Assisted me in purchasing tickets to the Basilica Cistern and offering helpful advice on the transport system. We had the balcony deluxe double room - very comfortable bed. Shower had great pressure. Tea, coffee, kettle, fridge in room. High quality furnishings, heavy doors, hair dryer, toiletries provided. Room small but fine for us as a couple. We had breakfast at the hotel on our last morning. It was very good - nice selection with bread, fruits, cold meats, some hot items. You can order a hot meal too - I got the omelette. We liked the location quiet but close to restaurants - 8min walk to the tram at Tophane to take us to the Hagia Sophia area. The area is pretty steep so make sure you can handle walking steps and hills. Taxi goes straight to hotel door. There is a lift at the hotel - although small, it does the job of getting your luggage up and down.

I had a wonderful experience at The Soul Hotel. The staff - especially the lady at the front desk, were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Initially, I was concerned about noise from the lobby, but the staff promptly moved me to a quieter room, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options. The amenities in the room were very nice and felt luxurious. The only drawback I couldn’t think of is the TV did not have any channels in English, but that was not an issue for me. The hotel's location was perfect, although hilly, it provided easy access to all the major attractions, including the historic old town. I particularly appreciated the lively atmosphere of the surrounding area, which felt more authentic and less touristy than the old town.

Regarding the hotel's location, it's excellent, just a 10/15 minute walk from the main attractions on this side of the city. Additionally, there are numerous restaurants nearby, yet the hotel itself is very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are quite decent and completely clean. What impressed us the most were the wonderful guys at the reception who were ready to help us at any moment and accommodate our needs. The taxi they arranged to/from the airport was incredibly luxurious and lovely. Truly unprecedented hospitality! One thing that many write as a negative review is that the pillowcases and towels are dirty, however, I can confirm that this is NOT true at all! It's true that they are a bit older, but they all smelled of fabric softener, and the towels were changed daily! Honestly, both my boyfriend and I are full of nothing but praise for the hotel and staff.

It is located next to a Mosque so will listen to the prayers at least once a day early in the morning but you will get used to it. The room is comfy and dark during the night so you sleep pleasently. The location is really good. Around the corner walking 10 minutes you will have Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and all the well known attractions. Also restaurants and public transport. Yousif is in charge of the hotel. He's always available to help, answer your questions, give you recomendations and the best prices. This hotel is made by its people/staff. We recommend to take the experiences from the hotel, bosphorus (day tour) and turkish bath.

We chose this hotel for a one night stop in Istanbul, so it was perfect for the purpose. Small but clean room and bathroom. The location is excellent, being close to little Aya Sofia and walking distance to other amenities. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. Reyvon happily carried our heavy suitcases to the top floor with a smile. Mr. Orhan was extremely pleasant and kind. Both speak good enough English for a conversation.

The room is clean and spacious. The AC is really cold. Additionally, the reception Yousif is very accommodating and helpful. He goes out his way to help me like showing thru the map the tourist attractions in the area, turn on the AC before my check in time, and hail me a taxi after my check out.

I travelled between alot of countries around the world and this hotel is the best stay for me between all the hotels which I reserved before. The staff is more than kind and cooperative, the place is very safe and nice and you will feel that when you stay there. I will back again for sure.

recently stayed at Gafa Garden Hostel & Apartments and was absolutely delighted with my experience! This place truly deserves a 5-star rating. Location: The hostel's location is unbeatable. It's tucked away on a quiet street, yet just steps from the vibrant Istiklal Street and a short walk from Taksim Square. Even better, it was only a 3-minute walk to a MACFit gym and a shopping mall, which was super convenient for my workouts and grabbing any essentials. This made it incredibly easy to explore all the major attractions while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. Atmosphere: The hostel has a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere. The common areas are beautifully decorated, and the garden is a lovely oasis to unwind after a day of sightseeing. I met some fantastic people here, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My Room: I opted for a private room, and it was perfect! It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Having my own space within the social environment of the hostel was ideal. Cleanliness: Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the bathrooms to the common areas. I felt very comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. Amenities: The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. The free Wi-Fi was reliable, and the terrace provided stunning views of the city. I also appreciated the small touches, like the free tea and coffee throughout the day.

This hostel is truly outstanding and much better than other places I have stayed on previous visits to Istanbul. The staff are unfailingly friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. The buffet-style breakfast is really great. A good, varied selection and all-you-can-eat with free tea and coffee. Free turkish tea is also on tap all day until late evening and you can eat in the Gafa Bistro if you wish. The building I stayed in is newly-renovated with enough WCs and showers for the dorms on each floor. Each dorm bed has a blind for privacy an individual light an a double power point. WiFi is good. Contrary to some comments in other reviews, towels are provided free and they are large and fluffy! There is a kitchen in the older building across the street with a fridge-freezer and gas hob. However this was under renovation for the last few days of my stay. If you want to cook, check in advance. However there is a plethora of restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes in the area and convenience stores close by. The location is very convenient, not far from Taksim Metro and the Havaist airport buses. It's also worth mentioning that the other guests were overwhelmingly sociable and from all around the world. A perfect stay.

The people working are friendly and most heart warming people.the price is the cheapest and with delicious free breakfast.the air conditioning was very cold all the time and it’s working all time. Every floor has enough bathroom and shower,cold water never cut out .the bed is very big and Comfort. The Closet is big .2 Kitchen .the Location is best in the city and safe because the police station next to it.

I liked everything. Excellent location, close to airport bus station, close to the main shopping street and surrounded by excellent restaurants. Staff were very nice and helpful. The hostel is clean, and the bed was very comfortable. A huge plus is the Turkish breakfast. Simple but delicious, it offered a variety of vegetables, olives, cheeses, eggs, breads and many others. Of course there was also available delicious Turkish tea.

Stayed here for 4 nights, it was fantastic! Great breakfast, a proper Turkish meal on the balcony. We got a double room with balcony shared bathroom - this was great and comfortable and clean. They seem to be improving the hotel all the time. The location is fantastic next to the main square but down an alley so quite. Great resturant/cafe part of the hotel.

The hotel had excellent rooms, with a balcony that got afternoon sun, on a quiet side street, 20 metres from the main Nisantasi shopping area where all the best action and cafes are too. The room was very spacious, with a huge bed, big bathroom and shower, lovely linen and the hotel staff were stunning. It had tea and coffee facilities and a little fridge too. They greeted me by name at every opportunity and checked in to make sure everything was ok. It felt very personalised and that it was important to them someone was keeping an eye out for me. The staff organised for 3 guests to attend a night dinner cruise on the Bosphorus and gave me advice on what tourist sights to prioritise, the areas to keep away from and how to navigate the tourist hotspots to find all the more local places to go. This area is the best place to stay if you hate the tourist touts, hassle, crowds and gross high street shopping. Instead it is a vibrant and really cool neighbourhood with green space parks and fabuous shopping, with lots and lots of local designers as well as the usual Prada etc mixed in with some high street. It has stunning cafes and restaurants in this area too, with my favourite being Cup of Joy around the corner from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, and would stay here again.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Our room was even larger than it appeared in the photos, which was a wonderful surprise. The bed was exceptionally large and extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep every night. The location of the hotel was unbeatable – right in the heart of Nişantaşı, with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. In summary, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We felt completely at home and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you for the excellent service – we will definitely be back!

The hotel is in a perfect location in Nisantasi. Excellent and welcoming staff. Omar, Umet and the gentleman who works during afternoon and night time were very professional, friendly and helpful. The service employee was very helpful and attentive. I have to specially mention Cem who is very warm, friendly and facilitated our stay with his excellent recommendations. The hotel and the room was impeccable. Room was ample with a sofa. The bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom with all the necessary amenities. Bathrobe and slippers provided. Eventhough the hotel is in the center it was tranquil enough to have a good rest. I will definitely stay in this hotel on our next Istanbul visit!

I had a great time at The Rooms Nisantasi Hotel. From the very moment of arrival, I felt the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. The bed is very comfortable. I also want to mention the convenient location of the hotel. It is located in the city center, within walking distance of the main attractions and shopping centers. This allowed us to make the most of our time and enjoy all the delights of the city. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and will definitely come back here again.
