Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in Ixia

We liked our room with a swim up pool and the private beach. The hotel has everything you need, included an (overpriced) supermarket right outside within the premises. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices. Pools are many and nice to stay, bars and restaurants are available and the buffet one had plenty of alternatives.

The hospitality was incredible! It painted our whole stay and made us want to become regular customers! The staff in the reception were incredible!! The food in the buffet was exceptional! The Italian restaurant was too loud and OK, the Tsouka restaurant was exceptional and the street food burger side we were happy we experienced it at the end of our stay since it was the least appealing part of our stay (rude stuff, very loud, cursing and flirting in Greek, highly inappropriate behavior). Our room was exceptional and the swim-up pool really great! It was the first time I experienced an army of people coming in every day cleaning the rooms and pool in 10 minutes and leaving it spotless! The room service was incredible and the all-inclusive part was held at the highest regard. The spa facilities were spacious and calming the massages we got were really good!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Helea. The facilities were brilliant — having a swim-up pool made all the difference to our holiday! The splash park was a big hit, the beach was lovely, and we really enjoyed the cinema and escape rooms. The evening entertainment was also very good, and the whole resort had a stylish yet comfortable vibe throughout. Our room had everything we needed. While there wasn’t a huge amount of cupboard space for four people, we made it work. The beds were super comfy, and we slept really well. Food-wise, the Italian restaurant was a standout — the steak was insanely good! The buffet was decent quality, but what really made it special were the freshly made gyros at the beach bar and the snack bar offering takeaway food during the day. So convenient and tasty! Service was top-notch. The staff were incredible — so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special shoutout to Mary in the main restaurant, and Despina and Vasilis at the lobby bar for their exceptional hospitality. We’ll definitely be booking again. The staff is absolutely outstanding - friendly, helpful, and truly go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. This is definitely the hotel's strongest point. For families, this place is fantastic. The kids' facilities are excellent: great water park, ping pong, video games, padel court, and two high-quality escape rooms that our children loved. The main pools are large, clean, and very kid-friendly. The shared pool is perfect - a proper large pool shared between about 10 rooms. It stays quiet and is great for morning swims. Daytime dining offers huge variety with gyros, burgers, ice cream, crepes throughout the day. The alcohol selection is also very good with quality cocktails.

Loved the pools, comfortable Sunbeds, watersports and boat trips from beach, variety and quality of food and drinks, friendliness of staff, cleanliness, chilled beach vibe music around the pool, relaxing and spacious even though busy. Great place.and only a short taxi ride from Rhodes town, Kallithea and Faliraki if you want nightlife. We loved it and would most definitely recommend and return. Oh and no wristbands is a bonus!! Rooms nice too

First time in Rhodes and we absolutely loved staying at Elissa Lifestyle Resort. It was so conveniently near the old town which was great but still just far enough to be nice and quiet. The hotel itself was superb in all aspects. Clean and numerous pools meaning wherever you went it would never seem crowded. The design and styling of the hotel, layout and openness was really relaxing allowing for beautiful vistas of the coast and blue sea. My wife and I are are vegetarians and we went half board and were really happy with the variety of options (Amazing salads and pasta!). Staff in particular were the epitome of warm and welcoming. Every interaction was positively pleasant. Of note, the spa is located in the sister resort next door (walkable 5mins) and was really lovely. There is an indoor pool and steam room etc but just a heads up, there is a nominal fee to use this. Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely want to come back to Rhodes and Elissa. Two small things to mention that would make it even better would be first to have some benches along the coastal walkway to sit and enjoy the views even more. Secondly, whilst the spa was amazing as were our treatments, the rooms would benefit from some sound-proofing acoustics from the outside pool areas. These points do not detract however from how much we enjoyed our stay.

We had the best holiday here. Way above our expectations. We arrived about 30 mins before our check in and was shown around and given a drink We went all inclusive and was definitely the right decision. There’s a buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and snack bars for lunch either at the pools or at one of the al a cart restaurants (same menu). With all inclusive you have the option of having a try of each of the 3 al a carte restaurants on site, and the service and portions are huge. All inclusive also included all drinks. The buffet restaurant was very fancy, and had a wide range of choice, mostly Greek food which changed daily. Our room was beautiful and overlooked the sea. It was cleaned every day and the free mini bar was restocked daily. Right on the beach (which is a bit stoney), pools and sun beds were clean and tidy. Towels were provided. Hotel location was great - we took a bus to the old town one day and spent a few hours there and had lunch. Another day we hired a car from the Independent Car Hire place opposite the hotel complex (very good) and went to Lindos which had a beautiful golden sand beach, and then visited seven springs and a few archaeological sights on the way home. We only hired the car for one day - there was a car park at the hotel but was always quite busy. Really lovely hotel, would recommend

The best hotel we have ever stayed in so far. Walking around the hotel the grounds are beautiful, the room was lovely - we paid for the cheapest room and ended up with a gorgeous sea view! Food was the best. We went all inclusive and the lunch and snacks were like restaurant food, not your typical lunch buffet/quick snacks you normally get at an all inclusive. The breakfast was also very nice. The buffet dinner was good, but there wasn’t much variety of meat. We did only eat there one night though, so perhaps the variety was less limited other days. The room service breakfast was amazing. The room service and the mini bar was all completely free - which isn’t usually the case for many all inclusives, there’s usually a few extra charges. The drinks were proper drinks, very well made, not too weak or strong like most all inclusives do. Private beach with comfy sun loungers, sun loungers around the pool were comfy. There was a lot of pools to choose from and you could always get a sun bed. Complimentary beach bag and towels. Not much walkable outside of the hotel but both Rhodes town and Lindos are very easy and quick to get to by car or bus. Perfect hotel if you’re into your wood / neutral decor, love good food and drinks and relaxing. Would 100% recommend and we will be back.

Our family of four, including two teenagers, had a fantastic stay at Elissa Adults Only Lifestyle Resort. The hotel is stunning, with clean, well-maintained facilities and beautiful views. The staff were very helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. We enjoyed the variety of pools, never having trouble finding available sun loungers. The night bar was a great spot to unwind with excellent musicians, although service was sometimes slow. Dining at the sushi restaurant for a birthday celebration was a highlight, with delicious food and a lovely ambiance. While the hotel’s food and drinks are on the expensive side, renting a car allowed us to explore and dine in the charming old town, just a 10-minute drive away. The old town’s bustling atmosphere, with plenty of dining and shopping options, was a delightful contrast to the quieter hotel surroundings. A visit to Lindos and the Acropolis, a 50-minute drive, is highly recommended. Despite a couple of minor issues with pool cleanliness and late check-out arrangements, our stay at Elissa was enjoyable. For those who like to explore, bed and breakfast with a car rental is the way to go.

Sehr schöne Adult-Only Anlage, ca 12 km südöstlich von Rhodos-Stadt. Gehobenes, stilvolles Ambiente. Schöne Zimmer, gut durchdacht. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer direkt am Pool. Besser geht es kaum. Leider alle Pools jahreszeitlich bedingt noch etwas kalt mit 20 Grad C. Vier sehr gute Restaurants in der Anlage. Alle etwas teuer aber Rhodos ist nicht weit und bietet alles: vom Nightlife über Wassersport und aller Länder Küche. Wir kommen wieder

Stunning swim up pool room. We had the end room which was nice and quiet. The sun didn't get onto the pool until after lunch so we used the sun terrace beds and walked over to our room later in the day. The house cleaning was perfect everyday. Fresh new towels for the room and beach towels daily.

Very nice hotel, we had a swim up suite which was perfect, good location and not too over crowded, loads of room around pool, always plenty of beds free. George was very welcoming on our late arrival. Walking distance to beach and Main Street and can even hire car or moped from the hotel.

Good location with walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. Private pool was superb and the hotel and public pool peaceful, nice staff. Breakfast was good and so were the foods on the hotel restaurant.

Overall a very good choice if you want to stay in faliraki. We booked the suite with private pool and it was wonderful. The stuff was very informative and helpful. Will definitely come back when we find ourselves in Rodos.

A stunning hotel with top class A La Carte restaurant options. “All inclusive” really does mean all inclusive - unlike other hotels in the market, nothing is out of bounds. The restaurants are fantastic - make sure to make your evening reservations well in advance before you arrive though. Private Pool suites are more like a swim up room (the pool isn’t completely private), but still worth every penny in my opinion. We have visited this hotel for the past 2 years and will most certainly be returning next summer.

The property is beautiful, and the amenities are very nice. The location is fantastic, in close proximity to Rhodes, and the beaches are wonderful. However, two points to be aware of: 1) there is only one general pool for guests (in addition to the children's pool), and the other pools are not for use (display only) and 2) while there are multiple ala carte restaurants, it was nearly impossible to get reservations to any of the restaurants. We stayed for 5 nights, and were only able to secure a dinner reservation for one night, even after working with the concierge and the FBN (?) staff. While there are restaurants that do not require reservations, the menus are limited both in options and understandably quality.

Good points: food good quality, buffet and restaurants, close to the beach, whole day of activities for children. Our daughter loved the competitions, face painting, drawing time and playground. Not so good: amenity kit in room not replenished, including soap, minibar not replenished, we had to ask for basic things such as water, room just made up not cleaned, we’ve stayed for 10 days with sticky surfaces, not to mention spoons not replaced, or even tea cups not cleaned, restaurants booking impossible, should not be allowed to book prior to checking in, not enough sun loungers, by 9am all were booked by inconsiderate guests, rules set are not imposed, pools are too small, 3 in total. Kiddies pool occupied by unsupervised children creating an unsafe environment. Feral kids just running around, life guard wasn’t interested in keeping the area safe. There are babies and toddlers swimming around teenagers, it’s unsafe. I was kicked in the stomach by a feral girl, I’m 7 months pregnant, drink service very slow. Overall it’s a 4 star hotel with good food. Amenities are not great and the hotel should figure out how to manage such large number of guests. If you like all inclusive, it’s your thing. My daughter enjoyed it as she met a lot a nice kids who played with her. Plenty of activities for kids. For adults aside from drinking and evening music, there’s nothing else to do. Although it’s not the hotel’s responsibility, however many guests were plainly rude.

Had a great time staying at Mitsis Alila for a week. We are a family of two adults, a 5 year old and 2 year old. Staff are all very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast can be very slow and it's very hard to get anyone's attention, it's like they avoid eye contact. The food and drinks are of a high quality, we had a great meal at the Italian, especially the seafood linguine. My biggest issue was the fact that when we checked in our toilet was dirty. It took four phone calls to reception and three cleaning attempts to get it right. Although they were apologetic I don't really see how you can get it wrong for so long. I even took pictures to show exactly where it had been left filthy. Was extremely frustrating. Evening entertainment is brilliant. Lack of sunbeds around the pool and both pools are salt water and therefore very salty. Some lovely food bbq'd on the beach and fresh pizzas being made daily. Cocktails at all bars are delicious which was a pleasant surprise. Overall a lovely stay just a few issues that could be improved.

Hotel is clean and spacious and definitely one of the best ones in Rhodes, main issue is that there is no separation from the adult only and family parties and therefore can be very noisy around the pools and buffet dining. This can be easily rectified by the management by having separate areas in the restaurant dedicated to only adults and families with young children. There is an adults only pool but in the six days we were there it was packed and no space available (despite getting up at 6am). The al la carte restaurants are definitely worth a visit as well as the Champagne bar. Entertainment is good but finishes every night promptly at 11pm there is no nightclub as advertised on Expedia.

Stayed in the bungalow with pool access. It was brilliant especially with kids. Pool wasn’t busy and there was a very well run bar serving drinks and food to bungalow residents. Highly recommended.

Perfect resort for a family vacation. We stayed at the pool suite which was just perfect! The staff are very friendly and helpful. We traveled with a young baby and they helped with everything we asked. To top it all Nikos at the pool bar was just amazing. The only minus is the salt water in all the pools except the one with the water slides which the kids loved.

Best holiday from start to finish. The A la carte restaurants are amazing and the quality of the food is excellent, even at the buffets. The variety of choice of food, different places to eat and three different areas/styles of night entertainment mean you never get bored. This is what makes this place different from your bog standard all inclusive resort. Three swimming pools, kids entertainment and clubs and above all: the staff. Staff are amazing, from reception to housekeeping ,to waiting staff. Martha and Stavros (maitre and restaurant manager) are exceptional. We travelled with a 10 month old who has no teeth yet and eats pureed food, and they made sure his food was prepared fresh every meal and delivered to whichever restaurant of the resort we were eating at. Our 3 year old had so much fun at the two kids' pools and at the beach, and loved the mini club too, which gave us parents a break for a couple of hours during the day. I could write much more but suffice to say that the moment we left we decided to book for next year and are already looking forward to it.

It was probably one of the best hotel stays I've ever had! The room was kept tidy always and the staff welcomed you every morning with a smile. They provided activities and music throughout the day at the pool which kept things entertaining throughout your stay. They even provided evening activities that were free of charge as well. They had three different pools and a great spot to sit on the ocean as well. I would highly recommend this to a friend.

Great resort with amazing food - above expectations for the price we paid, especially at the a la carte restaurants. Good pool facilities. Few slides for the kids - could benefit from more in the kids pool area, maybe a couple of smaller ones for our little ones. Fantastic service overall, minor point was on one or two occasions housekeeping was not up to point but nothing major. Overall extremely good value for money!

Alexandra/ Ἀλεξάνδρα was amazing, she put my boyfriend and I in a beautiful suite with a private pool for our stay. The hotel was right by the beach, central and we were able to walk to the old town in 10 minutes. The beds were comfy the shower was great.

As we arrived from our hotel of 8 days in Lindos we were surprised by a free upgrade of our room to one of the luxury rooms they had with a private pool. The staff was extremely nice and well dressed. The hotel is situated very well in the capital of Rhodos with a lot of nice restaurants and bars near it. For young couples it is recommended cause it is next to the strip and close to the beach.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even upgraded us for free to a junior suite with a small private pool. The room was very spacious and clean. There was a coffee machine and capsules in the room to make coffee. The location was within walking distance to everything. The breakfast was great with many options available for vegetarians as well.

Perfect stay including a private pool! The pools on the ground floor are nicely separated so that the other guests do not disturb you. The hotel is modern, clean and offers everything you might need.

The property was exceptionally clean and we got offered a upgrade room for a very reasonable price due to unexpected availability It had its own private pool and was fantastic for the morning sunshine. The sun did unfortunately disappear due to the room position early afternoon but still fantastic

Food is exceptional, rooms are bright and clean. We got an upgrade for a room with private pool. The sun is coming on that side at morning hours if you want to adjust your plans to that. Stuff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is perfectly located, a lot of shops/restaurants are in the near. The beach is 5 min walk from there. Super friendly staff, lot of tour options. The room with the private pool is just amazing. Strongly recommended.

I have just returned from a 9 night stay at the Olympic Palace and had a great experience. The outside of the hotel and lobby look great as you approach and all of the outside areas are beautifully landscaped. The room we had was much more spacious than expected and the big was bigger than expected (also very comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from!). We went all inclusive which I’ve never done before but it was definitely worth it for the money. The food was excellent every day, there was a lot of choice and everything was fresh and really tasty. We ate lunch in the aqua marine restaurant by the pool each day as it was easy to pop in and out which we liked! We also had dinner in Casa Bonita one night which is a really nice setting and the food was lovely. There was a good selection of drinks, the local beer was good, and also cocktails at the pool bar. All of the staff we spoke to, everyone in the dining room were really friendly, Sambika and Fatmir at the pool bar are great. The hotel had plenty of sun loungers, of course the ones by the pool go the earliest but they have more beds behind the pool. Would definitely recommend a visit to the spa, you don’t realise it’s as big as it is when you walk past but it’s beautiful inside. We also had a massage which was great and worth the money. Also recommend to play mini golf at the front of the hotel! The private beach was lovely, very tidy and the sun loungers are really comfy. Definitely pay for the pool/sea view room!

The property is located in a good location and is nice and clean. I did not like that the hotel beach does not offer any food or drinks like most other beaches in Rhodes. Also I found it a little annoying that all the entertaiments in the hotel cost additional money (pool table, game room, mini golf etc). The hotel staff were very nice and most were super friendly and curtious. The pool closed a little early (6pm) which was not pleasant because the sunset was at 8pm and it would have been pleasant to say in the pool as the day cooled a bit in the evening. Overall it was very child friendly and family orianted hotel with rooms that have super nice ocean and sunset views.

Pool doesn’t open until 10am and closes at 6pm so makes it pretty difficult to use the pool if you are planning any day excursions. Receptionist and dinning staff were very nice but the 2 bartenders at the pool bar where hating life and quite rude.

This hotel was great. Had a very comfortable large room with a balcony & hot tub. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony with morning coffee. Pools were nice but it rained the 2 full days we were there so i never got in pool Everyone was very nice & spoke english. The bed was comfortable & housekeeping did a great job

Brilliant hotel, could not fault it, staff are extreamly friendly and kind shout out to ianis and the life guard and pool bar lady absoloutte ledgends. Also the entertainment were brilliant always engaging with everyone we will definitely be back.

Room was beautiful, lovely size and very comfortable. Loved the swim up pool, the bed was really comfortable as well. Great to have a good sized fridge in the room too and the small shop in the hotel has all the supplies that you might need and not overpriced. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Lovely peaceful location but only short drive to beaches and the town. Communal pool also lovely with plenty of sun beds. At a couple of evenings in the hotel and while not gourmet food, it was tasty, good portions and good prices. Will definitely be back.

I loved the suites with pool the privacy was fantastic, rooms huge and clean with comfy beds, tea and coffee making facilities, good working air conditioning and fridge. The best part sun loungers and pool outside with shade loved it. Breakfast was delicious and they had a bar area with views over the mountain and also did food in the evening. A very well looked after property with a family feel.

Had a lovely room with a balcony looking down to the pool. Was very quiet, safe and comfortable. All the staff from cleaners to hospitality were very helpful and friendly. Amazing pool and great food.

Everything: The room was spacious, bright with good AC. Clean room and towels, 5*! Very friendly people who work in hotel, tgey did everything to feel very well. Swimming pool large enough, with crystal clean water. It looked fantastic at night.

We had an amazing time even tho for a shorter time. We booked the room with the private pool which was really nice to have. All around the hotel are peacocks and you can expect some beautiful company followed by their noice which just gave wild vibes. The hotel is not located that close to the beach but worths the amazing view from the main infinit pool. Everything was clean and every time our room smelled nice. We were also allowed to stay even after check-out to enjoy the pool and have a shower before heading to the airport later that day.

A quiet, very friendly, modern boutique The strong side - pool amazing lap area amazing view, great pool bar/restaurant delicious fresh food for those who come to spend a day at the pool. Close to the city but at the same time far and quiet. Must have a car, any means of transportation.

The hotel was elegant, quiet and a big plus was that the area was full of peacocks! Also the pool area was beautiful. Swimming pool was big enough and you could both relax and swim in it. Breakfast was varied and you could order eggs in many different ways. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. the receptionist was really nice and always helped when needed! I liked the location on a hill, but in the hot heat you need a car or scooter to get around. For me it was not a problem!

Lovely room and facilities, well decorated and modern. Everything was extremely clean. The pool area is beautiful and excellent for floating around and relaxing. Breakfast and food from the pool bar were also fantastic. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel is outside of Faliraki so you need to take a 20+ min walk or have a car / get a taxi but this means that the hotel is quiet and secluded which we loved.

We loved our stay here. The outdoor pool area is very pretty, with a nice view. We loved chilling here. The staff is great, they are all really nice and helpful. The bedroom with private swimming pool was really enjoyable too. I took a pilates class - it's 5 euros which is a great price for this - and because it was early in the season and they just started I was by myself with the instructor. She was really lovely and adjust the class based on my level. I highly recommend this activity. Great breakfast too, with special plates you can order. Finally, we loved having the peacocks around. Yes they are a bit noisy from time to time but they made us laugh a lot and are so pretty to look at.

Just back from a week’s break, hotel and facilities just as pictured online. All the staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful. Breakfast each day was varied and really tasty. Pool Bar also had amazing food, and really enjoyable for lunch or a snack. The hotel is located 5 min walk from a small beach and then a 15 min walk into the main town each evening if venturing out for dinner. There is not a lot around the hotel, but this didn’t bother us as we enjoyed the walk. We had a late evening flight, but there was a shower room by reception, allowing us to enjoy the sun and pool until later in the day. We never struggled to get a sun lounger at the pool, and there is no ‘sunbed wars’ at this hotel. Only slight negatives for us, is that we would potentially have preferred more shade umbrellas that were adjustable to put up/down at different times of day. As well as more storage in the bedroom, we would of liked some drawers to hide our clothes away.

This was the dream hotel! The staff were amazing, the room was exquisite and the food for the half board menu far surpassed my expectations. We stayed in the room with a private jacuzzi and this was a personal highlight! The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach and about a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre meaning you are close enough to the lively town but get to retreat to the peace and quiet of the hotel! My partner loved the pool and with it being an adults only hotel, everything was relaxed so we didn’t have the stress about getting up early to get a pool lounger or rushing to not miss breakfast. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, you truly will not regret it!

We booked the Kouros for a week of R&R and that's exactly what we got. Everything about this Hotel is relaxing quality. The room was lovely, the pools great, loads of places to relax round the pool (and always available), fantastic breakfast, great bar. And the added bonus of a fantastic massage by Yiannis in the spa room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It's very close to the beach and beach bars and a short walk into town where there are loads of traditional tavernas and modern bars to choose from. All in all a great stay!

Die Hotelanlage mit Pool ist schön angelegt. Der Frühstückbereich ist sehr angenehm inmitten von Büschen und Bananenbäumen. Das Buffet sehr vielfältig und gut. Was das normale Zimmer betrifft, gibt es Verbesserungspotenzial. Es gibt keine Kleiderschränke, nur ein paar Kleiderbügel, die vollen Koffer bleiben auf dem Boden. Neben der offenen Dusche ist gleich das WC ohne Türe, was gar nicht geht! Es ist schade dass es keine Lounges gibt am Pool wo man sich’s am Abend gemütlich machen kann mit einem Drink

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, im exklusiven Hotel „Kouros Exclus“ zu übernachten und möchte meine außergewöhnlichen Erfahrungen gerne mit Ihnen teilen. Von Anfang bis Ende war mein Aufenthalt einfach unglaublich und ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die moderne Einrichtung, die beeindruckende Architektur und die herzliche Begrüßung durch das Personal versprachen einen Aufenthalt, der meine Erwartungen weit übertreffen würde. Mein Zimmer war hervorragend. Geräumig, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem was nötig ist ausgestattet, fühlte ich mich wie in meinem eigenen privaten Rückzugsort. Das Bett war unglaublich bequem und ich genoss erholsame Nächte in absoluter Ruhe. Die Aussicht aus meinem Fenster auf den Pool und den Garten war toll. Alle Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich höflich, professionell und darauf bedacht, meinen Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Egal, welche Anliegen oder Wünsche ich hatte, sie wurden prompt und effizient erfüllt. Die Gastronomie im Hotel war ein weiteres Highlight. Das Frühstück war ein Traum mit allem was man sich nur wünschen kann. Auch das hoteleigene Restaurant bietet eine erlesene Auswahl an kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten, die selbst die anspruchsvollsten Gaumen zufriedenstellten. Abschließend kann ich sagen, dass der Aufenthalt im Kouros Exclusive ein absolutes Highlight meiner Reise war. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen

We had a great holiday, the communication from the hotel prior to arriving was fantastic, helping with transport from the airport and booking restaurants for lunch and dinner (which we would recommend to do in advance). The staff are exceptional, all very helpful and friendly and work very hard. There are multiple restaurants, the main restaurant does not require booking, the food is variable and themed per night, the desserts are wow! There are 5 restaurants ( greek, Italian, mexican, Asian and burgers/pitas) which need booking in advance and the food here is gourmet and fantastic. The beach and the pools are great, plenty of sunbeds, even with people blocking sunbeds early mornings there is still plenty of space around the pool and the beach. There are a couple of slides for kids in the kids pool area. Facilities around the pool including bar, creperie, fruit salad and ice cream are lovely. No waiting for drinks at the bar :) the cocktails were amazing!! There is an open gym with daily programs for fitness guided by trainers..from yoga, to HIIT to CrossFit or just do your own exercise...fantastic team!!! The rooms are very good, well equipped with a full fridge, coffee machine etc. The rooms are slightly outdated but did not impact us as we mostly spent time using facilities.

Clean and room service everyday. Comfy beds and nice sized balcony including airer. Room includes complimentary olive oil shampoo, hand soap, conditioner and body lotion. Fresh sunbathing towels available everyday. 3 separate pools and plenty of sun loungers at no extra charge. Great choice of food/restaurants available all day including pancakes ice cream and fresh fruit by the pool! On the beach access. Good location and 5 mins walk to shops/bars and bus stop to Rhodes town outside hotel entrance 2.5 euro single pp. Fun train nearby kalethia bay and other locations etc about 9 euro. Concierge available for other trips such as the excellent boat trip to lindos £35 euro pp. Entertainment was great in the evenings and even did a wine sampling afternoon :)

Top level service, very professional, hard working and trained staff, highest level of cleanliness, spotless uniforms of all staff members, exceptional attention to guests. This position and attentive attitude of staff can substitute psychotherapy sessions for people who need it! Every staff member deserves a special thank you! Cleaning personnel, persons in the dining room, reception, sports instructors, everyone is excellent, positive, rooms were impeccably clean. Very convenient for families, cosy, everything is very well located, close and easy to access. The flat area is very convenient, no hills. Water slides, mini club for children. Very nice idea to have aquagym and other sports everyday with very nice instructors.Food is exceptional, with attitude to people having allergies, always fresh, diverse, with possibilities to dine in restaurants on the property. Design of dining room is great! Nice gifts were offered as there were Easter in Greece. Bus stop is just across the corner, easy to go to Rodos, water park, other places, the city of Faliraki is nearby. Evening entertainments are close to very stylish pool bar with cosy atmosphere and candles on the tables. Our holidays were truly amazing!

Anna the receptionist was absolutely fantastic, and super helpful and kind. There was so many great options for food that tasted great, amazing drinks. Me and my partner loved the all inclusive. The pool was great and lots to do. Would definitely recommend

All staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. We even requested a late checkout and the hotel very kindly accommodated this. We stayed in one of the bungalows with a private pool - the bed was SO comfy and the pool was fantastic.

Have stayed there before and again was very good after a small mix up with Reservations everything was sorted and was given a 16:00 check out time which was good people there are friendly and the rooms are excellent but the private pool rooms are excellent woukd recommend to anyone

Excellent room with private pool, we had the end apartment so lots of room to sit around the pool , immaculate conditions inside and out, cleaned daily , only a 15 min walk to a variety of restaurants and bars

New and well-organised facility. Very quiet rooms. Nice private pool. Bathroom not very large but useful for the purpose. Comfortable beds and very quiet air conditioning. All linen available.

Although the room is a bit small, it is neat and clean. The private pool is good. Breakfast is delicious

We had a lovely stay at Stay Helios. We booked a Suite and had a great experience. The private pool was lovely and just as described, sunbeds and table and chairs outside was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful, helping us call taxis etc. Breakfast was wonderful- the pictures here haven’t been updated so we were pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was a buffet with a variety of foods and lovely coffee. I would definitely recommend Stay Helios to friends of mine :)

The hotel was very nice and had a private pool or a jacuzzi. The staff was very helpful and operative, they even helped us to rent a car in a half an hour. The location of the hotel is a little bit further from the main street but still everything is in a walking distance (shops, restaurants, beaches)

The ground floor rooms with a plunge pool outside and seating area were very pleasant.

Swim up -huone oli kiva ja toimiva. Henkilökunta oli poikkeuksellisen ystävällistä ja palvelu erinomaista. Ruoka oli todella hyvää, vaihtelevaa. Ohjelma oli myös mukavaa. Kokonaisuutena erittäin onnistunut loma. Miinuksena allasalue oli aika tukkoinen ja ahdas ja aurinkotuoleja ei riittänyt, jos ei niitä ollut aikaisin aamulla varaamassa. Olimmekin sitten enimmäkseen swim up -altaallamme sekä meren rannalla, joka oli aivan vieressä.

Spent a lovely couple of weeks at this hotel. Rooms. We had a top floor garden view room as requested, these rooms are ok as long as you are not expecting great views as they are blocked by the large palm trees. Rooms below on floors 2 & 3 have got balconies which in hindsight would have been a better option. If you do not like a lot of outside noise in the room then DO NOT request a pool view room as you will get the daytime pool music and the evening / bar entertainment which is all outside until 0100. The matress was very firm, not sure if they were all like that, we used the allocated swim up room on our last day for shower etc and the rooms are lovely with wetroom bathroom and beds with very comfortable matresses. Service. The service in this hotel is excellent in ALL areas. Reception are super helpful, the restaurant staff cannot do enough for you and are managed very well by the lovely Maria (cheers for the birthday bubbles). Poolside snack bar staff again are super friendly and helpful (cheers for all the "special coffees"). Bar staff Danial and Geordie are a great team, keeping the place buzzing all night and some great banter. The choice of music could be more varied and the volume reduced later at night. That said they are very entertaining and very hard working. Unless you sit inside the bar area at this hotel you can only drink from PAPER COFFEE cups, which is not what i want to do in the evening on holiday. Hotel was lovely overall, the two men on the bar at night were really friendly but the shady time pool bar didn’t smile once! The beds around the pool need to be more comfortable and you get used to the low flying planes. The room was nice and clean.

The pool area is very beautiful and the staff was amazing. Breakfast was very good and really nice to look at the ocean during breakfast. All the food that we had was very good. Our private pool was a luxury as well as the service available both by the big pool as well as the private one.

Beautifully designed, very friendly staff, all the little touches were lovely (Easter bread, Rhodian honey gifts, fruit plate), service was prompt and thoughtful. Having our own private pool was great.

Everything was perfect! the hotel itself is very beautifully done & very peaceful. Our room was incredibly comfortable & we had a private pool which was so worth it. The breakfast is fantastic & the dinner options are delicious too. All the team there are super friendly & very helpful. Location is good - only about 20 mins from Rhodes old town, the front desk can book you a cab in minutes so it’s all very easy. highly recommend this hotel & hopefully we will come back!

One of the best hotels we ever stayed!!! Extraordinary service, facilities, and beach with buttons to call waitresses next to every single sunbed including in the private pool. Great drinks/coctails, and food. It was also easy to access Rhodes old town, there was a bus station right in front of the hotel.

Everything was great, we had a balcony so didn't get the pleasure of the private pool but the room was great, very clean and air-conditioning works very well, would definitely recommend

The location is great. Very close to the local shops and main road where the buses or taxis can be accessed. The hot tub is a nice touch for the rooms without a private pool
