We stayed at the Aria Claros for 4 days and was very pleased. It is a hotel especially suitable for families with children to stay. The slides in the children's pool allow children to have fun and spend time. There is also aqua park so you and your kids can enjoy waterslides. There is also a wonderful beach. The entertainment and the cuisine were brilliant.

The service from Waiter Hamidul Husen was brilliant, he was always very kind and helpful and made myself and my family feel like at home. The service from Nita (message therapist) at the Gold spa wellness was excellent. After I had my massage I felt energised and all my aches and pain were gone. This experience from Aria Claros beach and spa resort was amazing, me and my family will definitely be coming back. Thank you

This was by far the best stay we had over 2 weeks in Turkey and one of the best house rentals we've had. The house was beautifully designed and spacious for our family of 4; the air conditioning worked very well despite afternoon temps in the high 90s; and the location was perfect for visiting Ephesus. The manager also kindly arranged a taxi for us to and from Sirince so we could do some evening wine tasting there. It was a terrific place to stay.

We enjoyed the stay a lot! The house is newly reconstructed and worked with quality and stylish materials materials. The house has everything we needed for comfortable stay. Well cleaned and prepared to welcome guests. It was very pleasant to find coffee and tea upon our checkin. Central location, walking distance from the main attractions. It is worth to stay in this place in a group of people, big family.

If you are looking out for a hideaway coming in from the airport from Izmir, this is your choice. It' s a very cozy and private place with direct entrance to the private beach for swimming, paddling, sunbathing or chill out. Drinks and food are served on the beach. Some rooms come with.a private pool. Breakfast is a nice treat, the staff is very welcoming and friendly and the view is splendid.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. If anyone would like to have a quiet spot to relax, this hotel definitely provides what is needed. It has a private beach which helps a lot and saves you travelling to the crowded beaches in the area. It also provides private thermal pool in each room where you could also enjoy your time. All of the hotel staff have been very helpful. They are super professional, knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. They have tried very best to make our stay even more relaxing. Thanks to each of them. We also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. Hotel restaurant provides a lovely ambience where you can enjoy the delicious meals. We will definitely come back.

My daughter and I loved our stay here. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, nothing seemed too much trouble, booking restaurants and taxis for us. The hotel has a wonderful sense of calm with its modern rustic design. The private thermal pool in each of our rooms was a treat I had not anticipated and we found bobbing around in it very therapeutic and very good for the skin. We are now on the look out for one in London, might be a challenge!

This is a perfect place for a retreat. I have really enjoyed the thermal pool in front of each room with complete privacy overlooking the sea. Luxurious with a glass of wine in hand under the olive trees and stars, in the peaceful quietness of the night. The decor is fabulous with all natural elements. I had the most delicate fish meal at the restaurant which also has vegan options. I would love to go back sometime.

The pool area was quiet and relaxing with comfortable loungers, the garden area had shaded seating which was also used to serve breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea and cake. Breakfast was excellent quality, all fresh local products with a different freshly baked pastry every morning. Lavent, the owner, was absolutely brilliant, as were all his staff, very welcoming. Lavent spent time giving us tips of where to visit in the local area and made reservations at various places for us. His local knowledge made our stay in the area extra special. I would definitely stay here again.

A true Alacati boutique hotel experience! Luxury room in a refurnished cool and sunny stone house, tropic, harmony-filled garden with a long pool for taking some good morning laps, after that: the most beautiful "instagram momen"t hotel breakfast - Sitting at the patio of the beautiful garden the owner, his wife and staff would prepare a home cooked breakfast for each person, everything served at the table: Instead of a buffé, you got your private little cute cups of everything just for you; a wonderful home made sausage and eggs omelette, local, tasteful cheeses, great breads, coffee, juices, a honey tasting of the local different flowers and above all a home-made lemon marmalade, (which we could newer find the likes for in Sweden!). In addition the bed was comfortable, the high sealing airconned room kept cool, and to top it all off the owner himself gave us a ride to one of the best beach clubs in Alacati! We have just had the most amazing holiday at the LuCe hotel I couldn’t fault anything at all. The host Levant and his team are so welcoming and everything is pristine from the hygiene to the cleanliness this hotel has it all. Beautiful tapas breakfast with hot pastries scrambled eggs amazing cheeses and bread/olives and jams which were all organic we were told. I particularly loved afternoon tea and cake which was a nice touch. The bedding was changed every day along with towels which all smelled beautiful and fresh. There were pool towels also to help yourself to as well. The hotel also has the friendliest dog Patron who we completely fell in love with 😍 finally on our last day the owner Levant drove us to the Alicate Marina where we stopped to take in the views and chat over a coffee. Beautiful elegant and relaxing. Pool area was stunning! Staff were professional friendly! The breakfast was plentiful healthy. The service was exceptional and breakfast was available till 12 noon perfect!

Günstiges gutes Hotel, sehr zentral, man benötigt nicht einmal ein Auto. Man kann in 5 Minuten zur Stadtmitte laufen. Daher Essen und Trinken indirekte Umgebung sehr gut vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist leichtbedürftig. Es könnte mehr sein mehr zur Auswahl, es wird ein Teller vorbereitet, pro Person mit zwei Stück Käse, einige Oliven, zwei halbe Tomaten, etwas Gurken und ein Ei dazu. Zudem gibt es zwei Sorten Marmelade. Man wird satt und es reicht aus. Schön ist, dass man am Pool frühstücken kann das leicht an Hygiene, es ist nicht verschmutzt oder verdreckt, doch sieht man, dass die Reinigung nicht wirklich drei Dimensional in den Räumen ausgeführt wird.

Wir hattten ein Loft-Apartment in der unteren Etage. DIe Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und liegt direkt im Zentrum von Cesme, absolute Top Lage und man erreicht in wenigen Schritten die Einkaufsstrasse und den Hafen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Türe vorhanden. Der Gastgeber/Mitarbeiter ist wirklich immer erreichbar und hilft bei allen Belangen und Fragen vor Ort. Wir können das Apartment sehr empfehlen.

Modern clean apartments at reasonable price and Cesme and Alacati and Izmir all reachable within driving distance. Sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and storage was definitely no issue in the apartment. Staff available any time and they were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay

Sehr tolle Anlage, nettes Personal. Beim Frühstück sollte Mann etwas mehr Mühe geben. Mann ist in eine Region der tolle Köstlichkeiten daher habe ich mehr Qualität erwartet.

What a hotel! This was our favourite hotel that we stayed in throughout Turkey! We can't rave enough about this hotel. It's beautiful, so nicely maintained, lots of beautiful decor, gorgeous pieces, furniture and nice touches. The staff are INCREDIBLE - so wonderful and helpful and friendly and looked after us - trying to book taxis, explaining things in English, bringing us Turkish tea and being hospitable ( and even showing us magic tricks!!). The pool area is so chilled out, beautiful and vibey that we ended up spending a full day by the pool instead of going to another beach - it was a really relaxing vibe and we loved it - and there was lots of space, sun and comfortable loungers around the pool. Breakfast is a feast, and anything you want, and turkish tea brought out to you all day long. The hotel is in the BEST location - literally a 2 min walk around the corner to the old town and all the shops and restaurants. Our room was comfortable, relaxing, quiet and stunning with great decor. We had a sweet balcony to have tea, and the wifi was strong and worked well. Comfy sleep and great bed - albeit no sheets which we had to ask for ( seems to be a Turkish thing) only thin blankets to sleep under. There's no English TV Channels here, but who cares when you're staying in such a stunning hotel. This is a boutique hotel and it's 5 star all the way - in every little touch/decor/detail and we'd definitely return!

We loved our stay at Bay C! The staff is so kind and helpful. We loved sitting under the olive trees and having a great breakfast. We stayed in one of the upstairs rooms, which was spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel is in a great location, we walked to Alacati Town Center in 5 min. There was always a spot for parking the car. Thank you to the entire Bay C team, we’ll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect. Hotel location, staff, breakfast, cleanliness was very good. Staff made us feel comfortable like at home. We will definitely come again.

The location of the hotel in Alacati is great. Having the pool only a few steps from my door was fantastic. The locking system of the door (to the room) did not work properly but I had no safety concerns. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a good stay.

Genç ve dinamik bir ekibe sahipler Doğukan, Damla ve Buse her biri güleryüzlü ve aşırı yardımseverler. Çok güzel bir deneyim oldu. Buradan da kendilerine teşekkür ediyorum. Otel civardaki bir çok otele nazaran gayet fazla alana sahip birçoğunda havuz etrafında adım atacak yer yokken burada tüm cephelerde şezlonglar var ve restoran bölümünün önünde zeytin ve nar ağaçlarını altında şirin bir bahçesi var. Odalar da gayet makul ölçülerde ve tertemiz. Tekrar gelecek olursam kesinlikle farklı bir yer düşünmem.

L'hôtel est situé à quelques minutes à pied du cœur d'Alacati où se trouvent de nombreux restaurants, bars et boutiques. L’établissement est magnifique, super cadre avec un jardin très agréable et une piscine parfaitement entretenue. Très bon petit déjeuner. Sympathie des propriétaires. Hôtel et chambre très propres. Le personnel était adorable, souriant et serviable. Un merci tout particulier à Cahit pour son amabilité et sa disponibilité. Je recommande !

We decided to book Paloma Pasha on the reviews we read recently. The hotel was so much better than we all expected, from the moment we arrived everyone made us very welcome. We booked a swim up room, although the water was cold, we did try, perhaps a thought for the future, it may need to be heated in the early season. We tried the a la carte restaurants and both were lovely, our favourite was Wabi Sabi, but Quentine has a lovely setting overlooking the sea. Special thanks to Kadir at Guest Relations who was so thoughtful and kind. He is a asset to this hotel. We hope to come back soon and relive the good times we had there.

Paloma Pasha is a wonderful hotel at the end of the local bay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They were wonderful in solving the mistake at the Booking, so thank you very much for that. The rooms with a pool access are awsome. The big pool is great, and the pier is pefect, if you enjoy being just above the sea and prefer deep water at the entry. Bars offer good selection of drinks. There are some cats, which are very kind and staff takes good care about them, but cats are very pleased with some additional treats. Mostly there are no lines in the main dinning are, tables are clean, and food is good. In the years we are comming to Paloma Pasha, we never had any health issus with the food. A la cart restaurants are great as well, the prices in the steak house are very reasonable and the meat is great.

This is my second year at this resort, and both times the overall experience has been outstanding. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful towards whichever needs you have. They pretty much have everything that you would need on a holiday away in the sun. A beautiful outdoor swimming pool, which is very relaxing. An indoor pool for those who which to swim or relax indoor for a while away from the sun. The sea is right there also on the same resort, and they have a wide range of activities that you can do. This hotel also has a few slides which actually are pretty fast, however you are met with a freezing cold pool at the bottom. This is due to the slide section being slightly in the shade. The hotel has a wide range of options regarding restaurants, and although our food taking 2 hours in the Italian restaurant one night.. the smiling faces of the servers kept us entertained and kept the alcohol flowing. There is always something happening in the evening, whether this be at the jazz club or a late night party in pasha (the nightclub). The rooms are all very clean with outstanding views. They also are very flexible with rooms and the number of people you can have in them. I was in the smallest room, but there was 3 of us in there. 2 had their own beds, and they made the sofa bed up for me. I cannot fault this hotel at all, only maybe the wifi, but when they have such an amazing place for you to relax, the last thing you need to do is be on the phone all day!! ENJOY..

This is the second time that I’ve stayed at Paloma and I’ll definitely be returning again! We stayed in a pool-accessible terrace suite and absolutely loved it. The pool was amazing during my entire stay and had no issues. We received a deep tissue massage from the spa and it was phenomenal and worth the price! There was a definite upgrade to the food as everything tasted superb, so kudos to the chefs and their crew! The activity team were also phenomenal! Thank you to Dilaver and Zelal for making all the activities fun and memorable! To the restaurant staff, thank you to Hikmet Ilhan, Musa, and Fevzi for taking care of us during every meal and attending to all our requests. Our housekeeper Betül Şahin, also showed great hospitality and to the activity area and seaside custodian, Yilmaz, I would like to thank him for the great work during the heat and intense winds the past few days! The areas were always kept clean and I definitely noticed it! Finally, it always feels special when workers remember your face as a returning guests. Thank you to those mentioned and everyone else for their generous hospitality! We definitely feel like family at Paloma!

Lovely hotel, fab room and pool. It was great to have a cool dip in the pool followed by a warm dip in the sea. Amazing choice of food in main restaurant. Of three alternative 'special' restaurants we tried two - 'The Ottoman' and 'The Fish'. Neither were 'special' or a patch on the main restaurant regarding food or staff. Pleasant and helpful reception staff. We'd love to go back.

Das Design des Hotels ist einfach traumhaft schön. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Poolzugang, das war natürlich sehr praktisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Lage ist ebenso top, man ist nur paar hunderte Meter entfernt von den berühmten Streets von Alacati entfernt. Wir würden dieses Hotel definitiv nochmal buchen und empfehlen es auch weiter. Wir bedanken uns hiermit nochmal für alles und die nette Zeit.

this hotel is new and we went there in November and basically all the rooms we available and got to spend our days in suite room (lucky). the owner was kind enough to offer us the room and was very helpful and listened to our all request.breakfast was amazing.rooms were very clean.towns and beach were 20 mins walk which is not bad for a location..would definitely stay here again if I ever visit to beautiful town of Izmir (Alacati )...

Ich habe lange überlegt welches hotel wohl passend für mich wäre da ich alleine gereist bin, über diese Entscheidung bin ich sehr zufrieden gewesen, ohne Bedenken kann man auch alleine hier Urlaub machen. Mein Zimmer war im Untergeschoss, das Zimmer war klein aber fein und sehr sauber es war auch sehr hell trotz das man im Untergeschoss ist. Der Pool war super sauber und das Frühstück war ausreichend. Nach alaçatı waren es mit dem Auto nur ca. 6 min entfernt also somit super zentral. Ich kann es nur empfehlen und bedanke mich hiermit nochmal. Für den angenehmen ruhigen Aufenthalt in diesem super schönen butik hotel

Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Zimmer auch modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend. Es ist eine kleine, familiäre Unterkunft, die genau das bietet, was im Internet angepriesen wird. Für das Geld, kann man sich über nichts beschweren.

Otel yeni olduğu için odaları ferah ve temizdi. Havuzu otele göre büyük. Bahçesi çok geniş ve çok rahattı. Birkaç eksik var ama yeni olduğundan dolayı.

Cok güzeldi sakin bi yerde kalabalıktan uzaktık dönmek istemedik… personel cok anlayışlı ve canayakın samimiydi tekrar gitsem bu oteli tercih ederim

My friends and I traveled to Izmir for holiday and absolutely loved our stay at the Marriot. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and never hesitated to provide accommodations when necessary. The amenties and facilities were beautiful and well maintained. My only complaint is that youre unable to get in the pool after 6pm on the weekends because of the pool parties. My friends and I ended up going to the indoor pool downstairs instead, but we would have enjoyed sitting in the pool and watching the sunset.

Very nice welcome in a very nice hotel. The breakfast is varied and high quality. We had access to a very pretty outdoor rooftop pool as well as an indoor pool. There is also a sauna and hammam available which is pleasant

Amazing hotel and amazing team. Located at the best location of Izmir, the hotel has a lot to offer from great sea views to top noche food. I always enjoy staying here whether it’s a business or a leisure trip. I generally extend my trip whenever I have a business trip to enjoy the facilities and the great service at Izmir Marriott. Breakfast is very rich and offers a lot of healthy options. I used the spa several times and definitely recommend it. The rooftop restaurant/bar Pagos is definitely a great outlet. It’s such a luxury to have both an indoor and outdoor pool in such downtown location. What I also like a lot about this hotel is the compactness and I can easily go for a walk by the sea or rush to a meeting without spending 15 minutes to get in or get out. Well done to the team and I’m sure whomever stays here would enjoy their stay.

What a wonderful hotel ideally situated 20 yards from the sea. Definitely lived up to its 5 star rating. The rooms were pure luxury with magnificent views of the sea and surrounding area. Every thing you could want was provided in your room and it was impeccably clean and kept pristine by the cleaning staff all the time we were there. Roof top pool and sunbathing area was beautiful, the restaurants catered to all our needs and the staff were so kind obliging and friendly at all times. A big thank you especially to our waiter SUAT who looked after us so well and provided everything we needed including prompt service a willingness to talk and make us feel comfortable. Can't thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable. RUSSELL ELLIOTT.

Arrived Saturday afternoon for a 7 night stay. Quickly checked in and headed to our room. Wandered down to pool around 4pm expecting to struggle for beds but during our full stay there was never an issue getting beds around the pool. We stayed on a B&B basis and great choices at the breakfast restaurant. We also ate once at the top floor Italian restaurant which was very good with spectacular views. Room had a mini bar / fridge, comfortable king size bed, shower and separate bath and large tv. Pool area is large with attentive staff servicing drinks and food poolside. There also a cafe beside the lobby. Great location for walking into the city and the waterfront.

Excellent property, great food for buffet breakfast and room service. This is a large hotel complex with many places to sit by a pool or in nature or to enjoy coffee and pastries in the lobby. The indoor pool was a bit hard to find in a separate building with the spa facilities. Very few people used it. It has a whirlpool and many places to lounge. It is 1.4 meters deep and is large enough for swimming laps. They provide ample. Towels and even found a noodle for me to use for water aerobics. The housekeeping staff was friendly and provided great service. The rooms are very standardized and functional, and the hotel has a large collection of original are and sculpture, such as a famous Botero at the entrance.

Great location, beautiful garden and swimming pool. It is the best hotel in Izmir. Sitting by the pool makes you feelmlike upu are on a remote island as the hotel is surrounded by beautiful trees!

Lovely property and great location . Nice gardens. Fantastic pool and leisure facilities. I liked the smell in reception and I liked the pool and spa facilities.

Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. I will definetly go back. I highly recommend this boutique hotel, it is family owned business. Breakfast was amazing, breakfast is included in the price. If you want anything later time they do have kitchen you can purchase drinks/toast etc. Or you're able to get your drinks snacks or food from outside and eat it there, the owner was very open to it. The rooms were clean, modern and updated. The water pressure was great, they have mini fridge in the rooms, the pictures online is exactly how everything looks and more. Alacati merkez was 5 minute walk from the boutique hotel, the ilica beach was about 8 minutes with the car. We enjoyed the pool, it was clean and we were able to use the pool anytime even at night.

The hotel is very close to the city center, 10 min walking distance. Very close to shops, restaurants anything you would need. Staff is very friendly and kind. Breakfast is amazing with several jams, pastes, pastries as well as unlimited tea and coffee. Rooms are cleaned everyday, towels are replaced daily. Kasim Bey, Ayse Hanim, Cemsit and the others are all so nice and they do anything you need to make you feel at home. Pool is a decent size surrounded by a lot of sun-beds as well as chairs&tables. So pleasant to sit around the pool and drink some Turkish coffee. We definitely recommend this lovely hotel to anyone who visits Alacati and we will sure be back next year! Thank you for everything!!

Wir hatten unsere Strandtücher vergessen, da wurde uns recht einfach vom Hotel gesagt, wir können ohne wenn und aber die Handtücher des Hotels für den Pool nehmen. Da kenne ich andere Hotels, wo das nicht erlaubt und auch nicht gern gesehen wird. Wir hatten einen kurzen aber sehr zufrieden stellenden Aufenthalt und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

The property has a very good location, in a quiet place outside of the center of Alacati, but very close in a 7-10 minutes walk. Enough parking place for the people that come by car. The rooms are absolutely cozy and beautiful, we had ottoman style with balcony. Beautiful and stylish pool. We had a very good breakfast on the restaurant terrace.

Close to town, excellent breakfast, decent size swimming pool, very clean, lovely and friendly people the boss Kazim, Jevaher, Ata and Dila.

Wonderful and a clean space. Hotel is in the city centre, near to both bus and train stations. The rooms were well equipped, serviced and with clean bathrooms. The staff was very kind and helpful, treating me to yummy apple tea and helping with information. And helped me checkin early and also kind to allow me to stay in the lobby till the evening before I catch my bus. The owner of the place has an amazing crystal collection displayed at the hotel. It was interesting and quite fascinating. They gave a quartz stone as a souvenir for me to keep. It was a perfect stay, with warm and helpful people. If you are in Selçuk, this place should definitely be your go to.

The hotel is very close to the train station, just 5 minutes walking and we were at the hotel. The hotel's location is unbeatable, it's right in the center of the town with lots of restaurants around it and a couple of blocks from the otogar (bus station). There are also all kind of cafés, bakeries and shops within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel owner was very responsive since I inquired about the room. He and his staff were very kind and made us feel welcome. There's an elevator, which was very convenient since our room was in the fourth floor.

First of all the staff from the owner Mehmet to the receptionist Halil and Funkon (hope i spelled their names right) they were all very friendly, accomodating, polite and helpful. Mr. Mehmet also gave me some stone from his collection. The place was just some steps away from the bus and train station. The Basilica of St. John was just around 10 mins by foot from the hotel. The room was clean. The bathroom was big. There were a lot of shops and restaurants around. They also helped me to book a tour to the House of Virgin Mary, Ephesus Ancient City and Temple of Artemis.

Although I booked a least expensive room, both room & bathroom was large. Room was comfortable with good wifi' connection, Air-conditioner ( I stayed in December) , electric pot, comfortable bed, spotless clean. I needed take a night bus at 10:50 p.m. The owner was so generous offering the hotel living room space with wifi & cay, so that I could stay comfortable like at home. I really appriciate it. While waiting , the owner showed his self-excavated stones, which made my Selcuk stay even more memorable. The owner understands how we , solo travellers travel by bus &train and very kind to help us.

Very central location and friendly helpful staff and owners. Definitely worth a few nights stay if you are taking in Ephesus. Go in the morning (8:30-9am) before the cruise ship crowd and groups from kusadesi arrive. Enjoy the afternoon in Selcuk, more authentic Turkish food and shops. See St John's Basilica and the museum the next day. This area is worth at least two days, and this hotel is a great place to stay. Bakery across the street is highly recommended.

Great hotel with incredible views of the marina and mountains. The thermal spa and facilities were exceptional! Couldn't believe the multiple saunas, thermal pool, cold tub, indoor and outdoor pool and gym on offer... all for free/included in the room price! Used the hairdresser on-site before a wedding, and had great results. Staff were helpful and made us feel like we were in great hands. We'll be back!

Spa and thermal water facilities were not at the same level of quality or cleanliness (was truly disappointed, and ended up not using the spa, pool etc. even though my main reason for picking this hotel over others was the onsite thermal pool).

This hotel was amazing! It was very stylish and clean, with incredibly beautiful interior architecture. The staff were professional and kind. We had a high-quality room with an excellent sea view. The breakfast was great, and every day, they served a special kids’ breakfast for my little daughter, which was very exciting for her. It had easy access to the shopping center, and on the last day, they cooperated with us for a late check-out, though they charged a reasonable fee. The hotel’s pool was also excellent. The food served in our room was delicious, and we regretted eating outside during the past few days. If I travel to Izmir again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Definitely the best hotel in Izmir. Everything is so new (opened last year). To make perfect, I would have liked the outdoor pool to be on a higher floor and ideally infinity with a view like we had from the balcony in the room.

Excellent hotel, personnel, food, spa, pool, rooms, view, comford, location (next to the mall that you enter with your hotel room card) everything was top! Hyatt never failed to elevate our vacation and make us happy! Izmir's top hotel!

This hotel offered many options for activities on the property. They have a functional spa, sauna, pool, and fitness room. The property is connected to the mall which was very convenient for shopping and eating. The room I stayed in had a pretty view of the sunrise and sunset on the balcony. Really good hotel with many facilities, such as pool, spa and fitness. The staff was really nice and accommodating. You were greeted with a smile every time. The breakfast was good with different food and good service. Their employee named Ilgin was very service minded and always made sure we didn’t lack anything. 10 stars for him!

Location is quite nice, it is just in front of Efes Hotel and I think this is a good alternative for that hotel which can easily compete in the comfort of the room. The hamam-styled bathroom was perfect! Sound isolation was quite good. Beds were really comfortable. All in all it provided a quite relaxing sleep and stay in the room. It has an indoor pool which not really big but you can at least relax with air bubles.

We stayed for six nights at the Park Inn by Radisson, Izmir. The hotel is ideally positioned a few steps away from the sea and the promenade which provides stunning sunset views. A taxi rank is directly opposite the hotel, with the main attractions within a 15 minute walk: Kulturpark, Konak Bazaar, Konak Square, Clock Tower. There are many good restaurants also nearby, a few minutes walk. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained and modern, as expected from the Radisson group. We stayed in a Sea View Junior Suite which was a good size with good amenities. Air conditioning was very good. WiFi connection throughout the hotel was good. The staff at the hotel are absolutely amazing. Very kind, polite and willing to accommodate every request. They speak very good English and are extremely attentive. We received particularly good service from staff members Kivanç, Heynettin and Muzeyyen. We had Breakfast at the hotel which was good, however there could have been more variety as it was almost the same items every day. Overall we had a wonderful six nights at the Park Inn and would highly recommend staying here.

Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience. The staff was very helpful, from reserving a room on a higher floor with a better view to providing recommendations about local stores and foods to try. Due to my VIP status, I could get upgraded to a suite, but sadly the hotel was fully booked that night. The room was spacious and clean. The view from the room, as well as from the rooftop (where breakfast takes place), was excellent. The breakfast buffet has good options; not exceptional variety, but I was glad to see that they offered the traditional kumru Izmir sandwiches. Initially, I was also looking at Pasaporte Pier, which is in front of Park Inn and has a direct view of the sea, but the modern environment and consistent quality of Park Inn definitely got me hooked to return back! The location of Park Inn in the middle of the two most iconic hotels of Izmir (Swissotel and Marriott) is definitely recommended! Every central point of interest (whether to Konak or Alsancak) is 15 minutes away on walking and the tram station is 10 minutes on foot.

Nice hotel in a good location. The rooms are modern and beds very comfortable. Breakfast served on the roof terrace with sea views. is really lovely. It’s a pity it wasn’t possible to have coffee, lunch or dinner up there, it’s closed during the day. I was recovering from surgery and unable to leave the room for a day, the lovely room service guy brought me a fantastic breakfast to my room. Breakfast is a buffet. The restaurant is very clean. Receptionists- one is lovely but the rest prefer to talk to each other. Great location for everything and lovely locals. Try Topcau for food out of the hotel turn left and it’s on the corner. For desserts cross the road to Bulu. Walk to carremor supermarket for a wider range or the many scattered about. Out of the hotel turn right there’s a pharmacy in case you need one. Untouristy location which is great for experiencing the culture and local people.

I recently stayed at a hotel located near the sea and close to the city center. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and what truly stood out was the breathtaking sea view from my room. It's a place where you wake up to stunning vistas right outside your window. While they do offer parking, it comes at an additional cost of 6 Euros per night. However, the convenience of valet service makes up for it. The hotel also boasts a bar and restaurant in the lobby, which is a great option for dining. One of the highlights of my stay was the responsiveness of the staff. They were quick to address any issues or concerns, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Additionally, I highly recommend visiting the top-roof restaurant for breakfast; the views from there were absolutely excellent and added to the overall charm of the hotel.

It was the king room and it had a separate sitting area which was really helpful as we are travelling as three of us and a family with an elderly father. The breakfast was excellent. Plenty to choose from a mix of Turkish and English offerings. Room service Dinner was generous, tasty and very fresh with a lovely young server who delivered the mail who really did make a difference with her smile. The location was pretty. We had a few out to the bay. The property exceeded our expectations.

The hotel looked very new and our room was super modern, large and comfortable. We never stayed at Ramada outside US, and we were pleasantly surprised to say the least. It appeared to be definitely high rank. Breakfast was extra, but it was delicious. We also had dinner in their restaurant and it was amazing, both food and service. If you ever need an overnight stay on you way along the coast - this is definitely my recommendation.

The staff was amazing. For example, I forgot my jacket and they kept it until my friend pick it up. We came to the hotel always late because of work but the room service is open for 7/24. One night, I had to order Turkish meatball at 2:00 AM and it was delicious. Sometimes I need ice bucket to get fresh myself after work, the staff always gave me a huge ice bucket.

Fantastic staffs and comfortable staying with excellent food and service. We have stayed in this hote for 3 nights. We have visited the central izmil, Bergamon temple, Fuga central, and of course Epheses while we stayed at this wonderful hotel. Hotel’s Restaurant was so nice and wonderful atmosphere, so we ended up eating there 3 nights in raw. Fantastic staffs!!! Highly recommendable, an I am sure we will comeback to this hotel again.

The stuff for exceedingly helpful and friendly staff with older family members, they spoke English which was extremely helpful because we don’t speak much Turkish. The king room was huge and was extremely comfortable, the view was beautiful overlooking the bay. The breakfast was excellent, and even as Europeans, we could move around the Turkish offerings, and the European offerings. Room service dinner was delicious.

This hotel is at an ideal location next to highway and all major roads and just a stone throw away from the busy megapolis of Izmir. It’s very modern and comfortable, very convenient for short stays. The reception and all the staff behave always very kind and friendly to make you feel like at home. Today Ms.Irem at the frontdesk was very helpful and friendly like all her colleagues as always. I am always looking forward to stay at this hotel and also the food at the restaurant is a big plus too, I must mention.

You may not care much because taxis are cheap, but the hotel in the center is more convenient. No. 1 is convenient because it is a 1-minute walk from the train station. Direct to the airport. The hotel is nicely located on the waterfront at end of the inlet giving it nice views all around. The rooms are generally clean and beds are very comfortable. I stayed twice in this hotel on My recent trip with my wife. When we arrived we were given a standard nonsmoking room on the 8th floor with a nice a view of the bay. We found the room had some work done and construction dust scattered on the bathroom floor. When we called the reception they sent someone to investigate and clean it up. The maintenance person reported this to the front desk and asked for a new room for us. There were no nonsmoking room left on the 8th floor so they tried to relocate to a smoking room but for us that was acceptable. The front desk manager quickly upgraded us to a nonsmoking suite on the 9th floor, equally having a nice a view. In conclusion, this hotel boasts high quality standards and customer services suited for all types of travellers.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and it’s one of my best enjoyable stays. The stay was wonderful from check in to check out. The staff of the hotel (especially Gamze from front desk) go above and beyond to make your stay a wonderful one. The location of the hotel is perfect, overlooking the sea. The room was comfortable and well equipped with all accessories you need. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices to choose. I would like to give special thanks to Mehmet, Cihan, Ihsan and Onder for their excellent service which makes my stay a pleasant one.

Excellent hotel! Bed was big and comfortable. Room was clean. The staff was incredibly helpful. It was hot outside, but the air conditioner worked well. The hotel is across the street from a metro station. There was very little parking, but they provided free valet service. A few no-so-positive things: the wifi in our room was weak, breakfast was pricey (35TL/day), and the location was not ideal. It is not a scary neighborhood, just not close to any restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc.

This hotel was a last-minute booking and it was a great choice. The hotel vibes are classy and calm. The thermal pools are relaxing with one indoor thermal and an outdoor one that is open until 11 p.m.! There is also an outdoor normal pool but we did not use that when there are two other pools that are thermal. The spa is big with a sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath facilities. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. It really is a relaxing haven and we really needed that after a long road trip. I would definitely come back!

Clients do not follow the rules of the SPA, the staff do not monitor this. Clients do not wear swimming caps, eat in the thermal pool, swim as in a sports pool, which is contraindicated in the thermal pool, wear street shoes.

This time we stayed for a night in August. But we used to stay in this hotel under previous ownership for 7 times in the past 10 years, too. The new hotel is improved so much. Wonderful spa, real ancient Agamemnon thermal springs, warm and cool pool facilities, right next to beautiful mountains with hiking trails, also Turkish baths for men and women separately, decorated with handmade Turkish tiles, alongside thermal jacuzzi pools.Food was great in breakfast and also for dinner buffets.Very good, fresh Turkish cuisine and rich selection. Only the wine was pricier than other hotels we stayed in Turkey. I was very pleased with the reception and also bellboy service: When I asked late check out (we had checked in late) they granted it until 4 pm, which is the latest any hotel offered so far. Also when I discovered that the entire second floor was smoke free, I asked us to be transferred to a room there. I had realized this right before midnight and reception was very welcoming and bell staff was very helpful and kind. I really appreciated this. The hotel also has a wonderful view of Izmir Bay and free shuttle to city center. The perfect place for us to stay in Izmir and for thermal springs vacations with hiking. The hotel went through a major renovation, we liked it under previous ownership due to mountains and thermal springs facilities but under new ownership this hotel is one of the best hotels and offers that I find. I strongly recommend you to stay there.

I recently stayed at this stylish hotel and was absolutely thrilled. The interior is stunning — you can tell every detail was carefully thought out. The bed was super comfortable, so I got a great night's sleep. Breakfast didn’t disappoint either — everything was delicious and varied. The location of the hotel is perfect: just a couple of minutes' walk to the Izban station and the waterfront. Cafes and restaurants are literally around the corner, which is super convenient. Even though it's close to the center, the hotel was quiet, yet it's easy to get to the lively streets. Overall, it's the perfect place for a comfortable stay in the city center. The hotel is ideally located in Alsancak, near bus, tram and metro stations, The staff is very helpful and kind. The rooms are cleaned every day. Excellent sound isolation and facilities you would expect form an Ibis Hotel. I loved the fact that this is the only Ibis I have been so far that has a small fridge so you can cool some small bottles of water and security safe in the room. I highly recommend it and I will come back again. Very nice and varied breakfast starting 6:30am. Thank you!

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The facilities are amazing especially the thermal pool and inddor pool. Food is good as well and the hotel bar serves nice cocktails. The spa is topnotch and I had a very great spa experience in this hotel. It has it’s own private beach access with white sand and it’s worth every penny. Truly 5 star experience.

The hotel is on the beach. Every room has an ocean view and the beach looks out to a lagoon with calm and beautiful waters. Possibly the best rooms are the private bungalows with a stretch of beach of their own. The only drawback is the short but pleasant walk to the dining hall. Hotel offers amenities like a gym, standard lap pool, other pools, and two beautiful authentic Turkish baths.

Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği açıkbüfe şeklinde hazırlanıyor güzeldi fakat aşçı şef sanırım acıyı çok seviyor mezelerde acılı çeşitler fazla salatadaki biber bile aşırı acıydı bazı yemeklerde de çok acı biber kullanımı vardı ya da bizim kaldığımız günlere o şekilde denk geldi bilemiyorum. Mezeler çoğunlukla aynı çeşit çıkıyor yeterli gayet. Akşam yemeğinde içecekler ve su ücretli ama fiyatlar gayet makul. Genel olarak çeşmeye göre otelin fiyatları gayet makul. Klima çalışıyordu balkonda küçük bir kurutmalık var havlular mayolar için yeterli. Personel ilgili özellikle resepsiyondaki hanımefendi çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Tek eksi yönü havluların bir tanesi çok aşırı yıpranmıştı gözden geçirilebilir. Bir diğer konu da saç kurutma makinesi odada makyaj masasına sabitlenmiş bir kablo sistemi var odada saç kurutmak hiç hoş olmuyor saçlar dökülebiliyor etrafa o makine banyoya sabitlenirse daha iyi olacaktır. Genel olarak memnun ayrıldık teşekkür ederiz.

The staff are just amazing! Always ready to help with anything you need. Everybody: receptionists, barmen, waiters are just so helpful! The breakfast and dinner are great: a very big choice of truly delicious dishes! Not all 5-star hotels offer such great food. The territory is very cosy and the rooms are all equipped with air conditioners which is just perfect during the day to survive the heat. The location is also great, just a 10-minute walk from a very lovely beach with transparent water, nothing can be more prefect for a swim and contemplating the beauty.

Yemek konusuna gelince, bence dışarıdan bakılınca böyle yemek ve mezeler beklemezsiniz. 10'dan fazla meze hergün taptaze önünüzde. 3 günlük konaklamanın 2 günü bahçede mangal yapıldı. Kahvaltıda çay sınırsız, ama diğer saatlerde çay ücretli ama çok ucuz. 6 TL küçük, 10TL Fincan çay. Ve benim gibi çay bağımlısı iseniz merak etmeyin çay gecenin 12'sinde bile taptaze. Çalışan personellere güler yüzleri ve samimiyetlerinden teşekkür ederim.

I chose this hotel for 2 nights, including New Year's Eve. Centrally located and within walking distance of the park (where we had fun on New Year's Eve) and the promenade by the sea. You can also walk to the bazaar which is right next to the Clock Tower. The hotel has a heated swimming pool (free access), and spa services. In addition to the hotel you can find absolutely anything you want. You can find parking right in front of the hotel Basmane Vakif bank otopark), covered, with 6 floors, guarded, but it is paid (I parked after 4 pm and left after 2 days, around 11 am and I paid 500 TL (be careful they don't want a bank card but only cash in hand). The breakfast was excellent, with many choices. The hotel was one of the top ones. A good choice. I recommend

The check-in experience was straightforward and efficient. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. The amenities in the room were perfectly fine, including good Wi-Fi. The room was very well-sized, and the water pressure in the shower was the best I've ever experienced in my life. The hotel also had an indoor pool and sauna, both clean and well-maintained. Although we didn't use the gym, it was available. The breakfast was decent, offering a good variety of options, though not particularly remarkable. The hotel doesn't have the most convenient location, being a bit far from the promenade. However, there is a well-stocked mini-market 2 doors away. We were aware of that but had no other options available at the time. On the whole, the hotel was a good base for our two-night stay in Izmir.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nicea Hotel, and I must say that General Manager İsmail went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was exceptional. His attentiveness and helpfulness were remarkable, especially in accommodating my 72-year-old mother. She was thoroughly impressed with the extraordinary standards maintained at the hotel. Additionally, İsmail assisted us in booking a fantastic one-day tour to Ephesus and the Temple of Artemis, allowing us to explore these historical sites effortlessly. He also arranged airport transportation, which made our departure stress-free. The rooms at Nicea Hotel were beautifully lit, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The balconies offered breathtaking views of the town, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. Furthermore, being located just across from the local otogar (bus station) was incredibly convenient for our travels. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. It was served for extended hours in the morning and provided a wide array of choices. The breakfast offerings were not only abundant but also thoughtfully balanced and nutritious, catering to various dietary preferences.

I'm giving the Nicea 5 stars. The place is very clean, everything works, there are lots of outlets in the rooms, and our room was spacious. The WIFI works well. The staff is welcoming and pleasant. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. There's a pretty courtyard where you can hang out, drink tea, or eat. Plus, there is a small resident dog that's super cute. It's very close to nice shopping, plus it's easy to go to the big tourist spots from the hotel. There are nice restaurants nearby. Two things of which to be aware: you can't park in front of the hotel. We easily found a spot on the parallel street less than one minute away. Plus, there is no elevator. We asked for a room with a balcony, and it was worth it. We sat out in the evening watching the goings on. We will return there for sure when we return to Selcuk. I loved this place.

This hotel was a great choice, beside a park and very close to the centre of Selcuk. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking a small mosque. Comfortable bed, good bathroom. While the cafe just outside tended to be noisy with chatter until 11pm or so, we didn't mind that or the calls of the muezzins. Ishmael, who checked us in was very helpful and friendly, with recommendations and greetings. We also enjoyed meeting Salsa who was very friendly and a new staff member there. Although the other staff did not speak English they were always helpful and served us a very good breakfast. Great place to stay for 6 nights.

The location is perfect! You have the buses that brings you to ephesus and Sirince also the taxi station that will bring you to Mary's House. its walking diatance to the St. John's tomb,castle and archeologicql sights. Near the hotel there's a street filled with restaurants and also leads you to the train station. There's also a grocery store near the hotel. We have a simple and good breakfast. Our Room was recently renovated and has a beautiful view in the terrace. We will surely comeback again and recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives!thank you so much we have a pleasant stay!

The hotel was the best in terms of location, price, room size, and service. Location - on a pedestrian-only street making it quiet overall and near really great restaurants. It is walking distance to the train station, bus station, and many cafes. Price - it was truly value for money. Room size - it was very spacious, had a nice balcony, and the bathroom was also big. Service - everyone in the hotel was there to serve. There was no hassle whatsoever in anything during my 4-day stay. Would really recommend this place to anyone traveling to Selcuk/Ephesus!

The Baylan Basmane hotel in Izmir is mainly a business use as its in the heart of the city. It had good reviews as why we booked it it was only 3 star. The staff were fantastic always very helpful and curtious . It is a bed and breakfast only hotel but very well run and an excellent clean dining room either very efficient staff with very good Covid 19 awareness in place. We stayed for 11 nights while our family of four were in the city for our dental treatment. Although the area outside of the hotel is not the best the hotel and staff was very good and made our stay worthwhile. I would advise anyone staying in Izmir city for any form of medical treatment to stay at this hotel. It is very comfortable nice big rooms especially kale our room on top floor which had very large sun terrace and a lounge with sofas we could all use as a family at evening time to socialise as we took up the total 3 rooms on the top floor and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very reasonably priced and eating out is so cheap lots of restaurants in the vicinity including Burger King Chinese restaurant and local cuisine restaurants all around the hotel area. Thank you to the manager and staff for making our stay safe and enjoyable and for supplying everything for our needs without hesitation.

We were shocked to find out how close to downtown this hotel was. About only a 10 minute walk to the train station! When we got in, the front desk offered and showed us two different rooms that we could stay in. We ended up with a suite with a terrace on the top floor, same price! It was so clean and comfortable, such a breath of fresh air compared to the other hotels we had been staying in. At night we even got a knock on our door, and the front desk brought up a dish full of complimentary cherries! How sweet of them. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious and actually a large variety. We would recommend this hotel to anone staying in the area!

The hotel staff accommodated me properly especially the one in the reception who allowed me to print a very important document. He didn't hesitate to help me and I couldn't thank him enough for that. The hotel has had a very welcoming vibe because of its wide parking space in the entrance and the atmosphere outside of the hotel is very comforting and peaceful. The room I stayed at had everything I needed, from clean bath towels and hot water to warm beverages. The room was big enough for me, in fact it was bigger than what I needed, and it had enough places for my stuffs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers!

I stayed in this hotel recently for 4 days during a short stop over in Izmir. I shared the room with my friend and as soon as we arrived we were welcomed with open arms. The staff are friendly and obliging and front desk spoke great english and offered me a map of the city and advised on the best way of getting there. The rooms are beautifully decorated with room for 2 adults sharing, toilets spotless, and housekeeping very attentive. This hotel is amazing value and you will be hard pressed to find somewhere a short taxi/bus ride from the city centre at such great quality and value. Breakfast was plentiful and the room service/bar staff always served you attentively and with a smile. I popped down to the swimming pool on my final evening and was met with an oasis of calm. Again its wonderfully kitted out and sauna, steam room are divine for helping with relaxation after a long day not to mention the pool (although it's not heated). The pool staff offered me towels and i was even able to order drinks served to me poolside without having to go anywhere. Nearby is the huge optimum mall and quite a few outlets of major department stores and there are some lovely restaurants within walking distance. Mia City thank you so much for making mine and my friends stay so comfortable, if I ever find myself in Izmir I know where I will be staying.

Dieses Hotel ist neu und wird super Sauber geführt! Ich war äusserst sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel Restaurant ist Sauber und man kann gerne dort Lecker Essen. Die Preise beim Hotelrestaurant mit entsprechendem Eleganten Zustand ist sehr Angenehm. Es ist nicht teuer. Pooleinrichtung ist ebenfalls sehr sauber. Es ist in einem sehr gepflegtem Zustand.

Dejligt nyt hotel tæt på lufthavnen i Izmir. Pæne værelser og god service, fitness rum, sauna, dampbad og swimming pool i top. Kun 10 min i taxi til lufthavn. Sørg dog for at få et værelse der vender væk fra hovedvejen pga støj.

My family stayed in the Hotel for 3 months due to unforeseen circumstances, from the moment I booked a room it has been a professional and very relaxing stay in very different times due to Covid. All the staff from the front of house to housekeeping made the stay very enjoyable from the lovely room upgrade which included a balcony to the faultless service, nothing was to much trouble. It is very modern and clean, excellent food and flexible even if you wanted something that was not necessarily on the menu. The location is within easy access to a large shopping outlet and a short taxi ride to the airport providing an ideal base for the surrounding areas. .

Friendly and very helpful staff, extremely clean rooms, and a very good restaurant. The hotel's location is strategic for both those who want to visit the city (20 minutes by taxi, costing only about €15 round trip) and for those like me who needed to visit the nearby fair (fuarizmir), just a 5-minute taxi ride away. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were truly very helpful in meeting my requests. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. In summary, Mia City Hotel is a solid choice for those visiting Izmir. If you're looking for a convenient location and a comfortable environment, this hotel could be your ideal choice.

What can I say absolutely amazing from start to finish .staff are so friendly ,efficient and professional ,the food especially breakfast is delicious. The view is breathtaking over the agean sea . The hotel is new and very clean. The location is great. Only two tramway stops from the town's main bazaar and the clock tower. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the historical elevator (TARIHI ASANSOR) which is perfect for sunset photoshoots. The view from breakfast room is amazing. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They treated us like their family. I would like to thank Ms. Sevgi, Ms. Aycan, Mr. Turkay, Mr. Hassan and Mr. Emre for their hospitality. I will definitley stay in The Yali Konak Hotel when I travel to Izmir again.

We booked a sea view room, beautiful views. Good breakfast and polite friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and come back. Only thing, is the distance from the hotel to the Konak ferry port or bazaar is definitely not a walk you can jump on a tram which is about 3 min walk from the hotel. And 2 stops you’re there. I’d say probably a good 30 min walk and if you plan on doing shopping you’d probably be exhausted by then as the markets are huge and a lot to explore.

I only stayed there for one night between flights, and I wanted a hotel that was convenient to the airport. And wow, was it convenient! The staff pick you up and you can actually see the hotel from the airport (it's less than five minutes). Despite being so close to the airport, the soundproofing is pretty good, and I barely noticed the planes. It was quieter than some hotels I've stayed in that weren't near an airport. The room and the bed were comfortable. Plenty of outlets to charge my gear. Blinds on the windows for privacy and extra sleep time. A decent-sized shower in a glass enclosure. A wet bar if you needed it and a hot-water kettle. Dinner available on the premises -- and it was actually quite good -- and the traditional Turkish breakfast buffet had a large selection of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently close to the airport, there are rooms for smokers, which is very appreciated! And they ask you from the beginning whether you want a room for smokers or not. Food at the restaurant is great, staff are really helpful and kind. and the bed was so comfortable. I fell asleep in a moment and slept like a baby.

the room is perfect to prepare for an early morning flight the next day. the room is spacious. the bed is very comfortable and linen smells so good. we dropped our rental car off the night before, stayed at the hotel and then caught an early morning taxi at a cost of 30 lira. good value for money.

Very good staff, very welcoming and helpful. Room is of a high standard. Second time we have used this hotel and have already booked again for our next trip. If you need to stay over before flying I can recommend plus transfer to airport included.

We stayed at Roi Hotel while attending a friend’s wedding. The hotel is in a good location, with several nice local breakfast/ bakery places nearby—definitely worth trying. The rooms were clean and tidy, with basic cleaning products, slippers, and towels provided. The staff were very friendly and helped us quickly when we had an issue with the kettle, which we appreciated. Overall, that was very comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting Izmir.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Roi in Izmir. The staff was extremely welcoming and made sure I felt at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast each morning was perfect,delicious and with plenty of options. Das Hotel ist wirklich super, auch wenn man das in dieser Lage und dem Umfeld nicht erwarten würde. Sehr sauber, alles ziemlich neu und modern. Leider nur wenig Englisch an der Rezeption, aber man kommt gut zurecht. Bis auf die Nachtschicht sind alle Mitarbeiter super nett und versuchen auch ohne Englisch-Kenntnisse gerne zu helfen. 5 Geh-Minuten vom Alsancak Gar entfernt, besser angebunden kann man in Izmir kaum untergebracht sein.

The hotel is located in a very quiet alley but not remote. It's easy to walk to center and museum.there are many convenience stores and restaurants near by .which are very convenient. The staff are also very nice and professional, and the rooms was clean and tidy. I strongly recommend if I come back Izmir I would staying here again .

This review is being made after being a guest of Hanedan Otel for two times in a month. This seaside hotel is located within a short walking distance from the city center. You have multiple beaches within walking distance around the hotel. In addition, you get a special access to a blue flag beach of a sister hotel property named Hanedan Beach Hotel. You get to experience in swimming in crystal clear water with the most attractive colors of blue at that blue flag beach. Regarding service, Mr. Vedat and his very professional team addressed every single request we had perfectly! Simply, Hanedan Otel is a real-world example of very high-level guest service! This luxury property with great sea view, very quiet atmosphere and pretty comfortable rooms is a gem of Foca. The only negative comment I have is that we had to leave Hanedan Otel as our vacation was over :) Hanedan Otel will definitely be our home away home when we visit Turkey again in the near future! Foca was great ! One of the best holidays I have been to that I can say I have rested and enjoyed every second of it. It is such a beautiful town with friendly locals. Everyone is soo nice and and helpful. We stayed at the Haneden Hotel in the city centre. The hotel had a modern look with very nice furniture. We stayed the breakfast and the turkish coffees we had at the hotel. We were given access to the Haneden beach hotel to visit their beach which was an extra bonus we did not expect. they have three sister hotels which we could visit. also there was summer series being filmed at this area at the time and all the stars were staying at these hotels. We fell in love with Foca definitely will return to Foca one day and suggest it to all my friends and family that this is a place to be !

Don't look that it's a 2-star hotel. Honestly, this one turned out to be better than some of the 4-star ones! We initially booked a standard double room but upon arrival we were allowed to upgrade to their best rooms with sea view for a little extra. Rooms were very clean and comfy and had a balcony facing the water, which was amazing! The hotel is located right by the water and is very close to all the restaurants area (15 min walk). The staff is very helpful & kind - they've filled out our tumblers with coffee before we left for free. And BREAKFAST - you can come stay here just for this!! :) probably one of the best breakfast we had in Turkey! Definitely reccommend this place.

10 out of 10. Highly recommended hotel thanks to its location, its staff, the clean rooms and the outstanding breakfast. We travelled with our toddler and he coulnd't be happier. The staff made us feel as we were family. It was even hard to say goodbye. We don't go to the same hotel twice, but the chance is very high that we'll be returning asap. The breakfast every morning was exquisite. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. You can swim basically everywhere in front of the hotel (nicest thing of Foca). The bed was really comfortable and the room spacious. Great ice coffee. Thanks guys!

As a solo traveller there was constantly someone downstairs at the front desk, they had a what’s app number that constantly answered any questions and inquiries I had, it felt like home there was a nice chair in the room as well as a tv, 2 stools, kitchen, fridge, and room service on your demand. Area was 10 minute walk to the water, 10-15 to the bazaar, food places everywhere, easy access to convenience stores which sold cigarettes, alcahol, water, snacks, juice etc. The hotel also always restocked your water when you got room service, the hotel also has a cafe that you can order food from to your door or go dine in.

Absolutely beautiful, peaceful and clean apartment/hotel. The bed was very comfortable, beautiful living room and toilet. Many closet to organize your clothes. Perfect location. Located only 10 minutes walking from the seaside town and to the market. Around 1h by car far from Efesu site. The car parking is inside the building and managed from the staff. The breakfast was super good, with a lot of different choices.

The rooms are spotless and spacious and exactly what I was looking for. It's quiet and lovely view rooms with full equipment and many cupboards to place clothes. Will stay for my other visits as well in the same hotel.

it was Wonderfull stay, very new, clean, well decorated and near to the sea side. Mr.Anil was a very helpful person and has a great smile face. he was his best to help us and make us so happy.

It was a great stay as a family all staff were friendly doing their best to make it a comfortable stay for us, especially Zeynep at the reception and other staff in the Element restaurant, at the pool and housekeeping staff as well. the family room was spacious and comfortable, food was tasty and it was a great selection and hope we will be there again.

Great and friendly staff, great breakfast, very clean pool. Nice games for children to keep them entertained. The staff is truly amazing, they try to accommodate you in every way possible. We will definitely stay here when we return next time.

We had the most amazing stay at Radisson Blu Çeşme! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so kind and welcoming, and the whole experience was beyond fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view — perfect for relaxing after a day by the beach. A special mention for the spa and thalasso — where we had such great experiences. We did a massage on the first day after our long trip from Asia, and it was exactly what we needed to recover and relax. We also tried the Turkish bath, which was such a memorable experience — one I’ll remember forever! I highly, highly recommend it. The breakfast and dinner buffet were delicious with so many options, and the hotel’s location is ideal — peaceful but still close to Alaçatı. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back!

I asked for a room with a balcony and non smoking but got neither. My Hotel was a good 30 mins walk to nearest metro station. It was not near the beach and there was no swimming pool at the hotel. There is a good bar 10 mins walk away. I had problems with the hotel excepting my voucher from my booking agent but after two 30 mins conversations with my booking agent/hotel management I finally got it sorted.

We just stayed overnight this time and left before breakfast for an early appointment in the city centre. As usual, we were welcomed like old friends and we were pleased with our room on a high floor overlooking the Bay of Izmir. As usual, the bed and room were very comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. Underground parking is easy and safe. This welcoming hotel seems to be our home from home when visiting the city.

We really liked this hotel. The location was close to two major shopping centers both of which had large food courts. The rooms were large with very clean bathrooms with great views(we were on the 18th floor). The breakfast buffet had lots of variety which we enjoyed. Best of all, we found it very easy to get to the highway to the airport at the end of our stay.

Excellent check-in complete with upgrade. English spoken at the desk. Room was clean with a view across the Bay of Izmir. We had a good breakfast the following morning but had to ask the chef for some fresh egg as somebody had used the meat spoon for serving the egg - not good for vegetarians. Chef provided egg straight from the kitchen, so that was great. We will be back.

The staff were very helpful and always cheerful. Breakfast was a wide selection of different food types. My room was a sea view and had all the things I required including a great shower. The hotel is part of a shopping mall hut it was very quiet. Highly recommended.

Hotel was in a good location for my business trip. However I chose this hotel because it stated it had a gym and swimming pool, but the swimming pool was closed and the gym was dysfunctional apart from a running machine and a few weights there was nothing else.

This hotel is in a great location in central Izmir. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. I went to the indoor pool on a day that hit 41C outside and the pool was so very cold- needs to be at around 26-27C water temperature. Also, the breakfast is not the best- very hard and tasteless bread, warm milk and limited selection of everything but the salad items. Still, I'd stay here again.

Hotel was clean excellent service, cleaners were really neat and good, breakfast was good, nothing really to complain about except for decking boards around the pool. The pool was beautiful, perfect size and clean, a rare find in a city! I would visit here again.

A week at this delightful hotel was spent. This gem has not one to two pools. The food is excellent and the staff are just great. I was working whilst in Izmir and this is the perfect place to relax and work. The city has lots to offer and the restaurant is superb

Excellent choice . The hotel is in good condition, staff are nice, clean. The pool was great, especially the water park that is free for the hotel guests. The only thing to notice is that you need a car. The area is kind of isolated. But 10 min drive and you are at Alacati , Cesme

If you are reading my message and considering holiday BOOK now, you will not regret. You cant find any hotel even you pay double than here the same quality. There are better hotels available in Turkey, but you must pay 5 times more. Owner of Hotel visiting everyday facilities and checking quality, majority of staffs from Tourism University and they know what they are doing. There is no crowd in hotel, you don’t wait in Q, a-lot of place available and free in pool and beach. Hotel is not all inclusive concept, we had breakfast and dinner, and if you want you can find Ale Carte Restaurant during day. Animation is great, good for kids. I would like to also special thanks to Mrs. Nadide who really help our family enjoy the holiday during our stay with her positive and customer oriented approach. The hotel is located on a small hill next to the sea which has a private beach with an elevator access. There are 5 swimming pools and a Spa center with Sauna, Thermal pool, hoth baths and a Turkish hammam. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. All of the reception guys (Dilara, Merve, Dilşad, Alp) were amazing. Also restaurant personel (Tanju, Mustafa) were very helpful. The little problems that we encountered were solved very quickly. The hotel and rooms were very clean. We really liked the hotel and had great time.

Good buffet breakfast and dinner, a good selection and range. Hotel was quite big and overall very clean. Free parking was provided very close to the entry. Not a big walk from reception to the rooms, or to the restaurant or pool. Very nice water slide and 2 good sized pools.

The location. Hotel pools, spa, thermal baths, food. Sea, people. Service.

The hotel was massive and the service was excellent. There is good access to the beach and the pools were great. Large grounds meant there were a heap of activities to do. The dinner and breakfast was spectacular - really good food and a huge selection.

Excellent private beach with free shuttle, indoor mineral hot spring pool and 2 large outdoor swimming pool. The staff was really nice. Its clean and I liked the duplex room, very comfy beds. Also the breakfast and dinner was delicious. Location was great, easy access to everywhere.

I stayed only 1 night and felt regret to make a stop in Cesme only for 1 day. Staff were friendly and helpful at any time. Room was clean and tidy. I asked for a frenchbed which reception provided immidiately. Indoor pool and Thermal facilities were ok for me. Sauna and turkish bath was amazing. There is a fantastic SPA team. Some of them were from Bali and I had a great massage experience with a perfect value 4 money. Dinner was very delicious but, breakfast was extremely good. I am definately planning to visit. Also, I recommend Piril hotel to everyone who are planning to go to Cesme any time of the season.

The location of the hotel was central, 5 minutes from the market and 10 minutes from the marina. We were greeted very nicely when we entered the hotel. The duplex room we stayed in was very spacious and very clean. The beds were also very comfortable. The food was delicious and almost every kind of food was available. Although the weather was cold, the hotel was very warm. The thermal pool was very enjoyable. We also got a massage service, we were very pleased. We will come again at the first opportunity.

Everything was perfect. We enjoyed every second we spent at the hotel. Open buffet breakfast and dinner was delicious and had a wide variety. Beach was very relaxing. There are 2 big outdoor pools with aquapark. Spa center is also very good, we had the best massage treatments of our lives from Balinese girls. Definitely will come back next year. The fist thing that really made us happy was the charming Xmas decoration and warm ambiance .As we arrived at 8 am and the check in time is at 14 pm ,we were a little frustrated but the front desk did its best and gave us our room at 9 am and we could get rest after long night flight and this was the super perfect start in this hotel. the break fast was great .you can have cold and hot type with diverse jams ,drinks and ..rooms are clean and here i DEEPLY THANK THE HOUSEKEEPING LADY ,she folded our clothes everyday.:D.the location is supper perfect 10 min walk to the sea and walk streets .10 min to the Cankaya metro station which can help you to go to Optimum and Clock square and Port through it. they let the lovely quiet stray dog in to have cozy place to rest ,i deeply appreciate and admire them . enjoy your stay .and i recommend this hotel to who are not looking for luxurious hotels with super big lobby.

Yilmaz bey was particularly helpful and considerate to my mother, she was in town on her own having major teeth surgery and they made her comfortable and preempted things she may need. All the staff were lovely and considerate of my mums well being with particular attention to detail. The bathroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable so my mum was able to sleep well and they provided ice packs to help with the pain in her teeth. Mum said the breakfast had a lot of variety and looked delicious, mum had soup which they kindly blended up for her. Overall my mum was very well looked after during her stay at the Karaca Hotel, I have also stayed here previously myself on a few occasions and each visit has been a pleasure. Thank you so much to the whole team for taking very good care of my mother, I hope to visit again soon. This is a perfect example of Hospitality!

One of the best things about this hotel is the generous room size. For a small extra fee, we were upgraded to a room at the front of the building with a balcony that overlooked a park-like area across the road, instead of another building. We were just a few blocks from the ocean and decent restaurants. Personally, I liked the older-style furnishings (and very comfy bed!) but the bathroom could do with a refresh. However, everything worked and that's ultimately what you want in a bathroom! Excellent soundproofing. We were just above the lobby but didn't hear anything. Service was good and most reception staff seemed to have an understanding of English, especially if you spoke slowly and clearly. Meal tip: breakfast is NOT included and is 10 euros. Save your $$ and have a perfectly fine breakfast for 10 Turkish lira just a couple of blocks away.

I recently had a phenomenal experience at Karaca hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and punctual. They made me feel truly welcome with their friendly and personable service. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, making it a memorable visit. Highly recommend! Firdes was on reception - super kind, friendly, helpful. Honestly she was so prompt and punctual I was very impressed. As was Baris, he was very charmastic, funny and wholesome. Faith was really helpful with luggage, such a helpful and proactive individual. Ali was the restaurant chef - phenomenal food. The hotel feels like it's family run - they value tourists and make your stay enjoyable by going the extra mile. Location wise is a bonus - it's very near the center!!! My family and I truly had a exceptional stay, I hope everyone else does too.

Right in the middle of where you want to be. Kordon just blocks away. Basemane Train Station just blocks away. Plenty of cafes and boutiques near by. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I arrived several hours early do to flight schedules and they gave me the first room available 3 hours early. After checkout at 12, they held our luggage while we continued to sight-see until 5:30 and then we took their shuttle to the airport. Breakfast buffet was good. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would recommend getting a balcony room as it has a better view. The other rooms view is of the parking garage for the Hilton. Overall we enjoyed our 4 days there. Will be returning next month on our way to our next adventure.

Whatever you ask from the staff, it is delivered in a couple of minutes. Meeting rooms are very convenient (quiet, well-lit, easy-to-access, good catering, etc.) for all kinds of meetings. It is definitely the best value for money and best stay in this region.

Amazing hotel - all aspects of the stay are considerd. Guest service staff were AMAZINGLY helpful. We had a swim up family room which was awesome. The only issue was others trying to use it when they knew they shouldn't. Guest services were so helpful in resolving this. The feedback to make it even more special at the resort would be to review the arrangements for ice cream at dinner (one tiny scoop on a cone) some evening. It should be possible to have it more than one location, every evening and without being in a cone. A wide range of food was served throughout the hotel, sometime the temperature of bits can be a bit cold due to guests not shutting the lids properly. The snack restauarnt was also very popular as was the waffle and ice cream huts. We did the water sports which were also good if a bit pricey, told a price then told that was for Sterling not Euro's so the price then went up... Staff in all locations were excellent - Mehmet in the arcade room, Kelly and the gentleman in guest services, Ayse a server in the main buffet restaurant. Mini bar was filled daily and it was as if nothing was too much trouble. If they could sort out the mosquito's it would be 11/10! In the ampetheatre/evening entertainment and the outdoor space in the evening it was hard to not get bitten.,

Good points: The hotel area is good, beautiful and calm, Lobby is large and beautiful also comfortable, Foods taste acceptable and normal. Fantastic room view and acceptable size. Every where is clean. Acceptable water park. Weak points: Lots of children in hotel areas, means everywhere. Indoor pool was closed, it seems it’s normal till winter. Limited access to other pools, Relax pool just for 16 and above, some pools related to villas, one pool for activities, at last you just enjoy main pool which is crowded. Limit access to drinks even in main restaurant. Conclusion: Acceptable hotel specially for families with children and not recommended for couples or young people who want to have fun.

A stunning hotel - beautiful. There aren't places close-by to go off site, but it's a short taxi ride to the town, and there is plenty to do on site. The pool areas are all large, the aqua park/splash pools are fantastic and there's lots going on in terms of activities and entertainment - day and night. The beach is lovely and offers a range of water activities (but they aren't cheap). For such a large hotel, we never once had trouble finding a sun lounger, or a seat to dine. Everything is so spacious and caters perfectly for the amount of guests. Plenty of places to eat and snack and the food was really good - lots of variety and choices varied each evening. Fresh pool towels are provided (so don't pack any). There's a beauty salon, spa, indoor pool and gym on site. There is a also a shop (but this is very expensive - €30 for a bottle of suncream). Staff are so lovely, and all so hardworking. One staff member particularly stood out for us - Tuğçe, the Snack Bar bartender. She always had a smile on her face and her service was superb. Everywhere is kept so clean - even the communal bathrooms. Would highly recommend it here!

We've been at the hotel for two weeks. We really liked the hotel. The pools are great. The aqua is big. There are separate pools for adults and children. We usually stayed in the pool with the animators. We really liked the animators. The activities are great. You'll have a great time in this pool without getting bored. Barbie is amazing. Her energy and the fun of her dance activities were great. Everything was great, thank you.

What a great hotel, highly recommend. We have just arrived home after a weeks stay and I would definitely return! We transfered with Jet 2 and we were 2nd drop off took just over a hour, when we checked in it was late and there was pasta, soup, cheese, ham and bread to eat in the restaurant. Yes this hotel is busy but we never had a issue getting a seat in the restaurant, there is a variety of foods 😋 available and they do have themed night, we always found something to eat, there snack bar has pizzas, burgers, hotdogs on offer again it is busy but you can sit if needed. We always sat at the activity pool and never had a issue getting a sunbed (i put towels down around 9.15 daily) and this pool is where the animation team do there games and activities. They are great all very friendly and they try to get all guests involved 😀. !!! The hotel is so clean the staff work very hard and they are all very friendly. There is lots to do. A mention to Aydın Bulun who is great at his job, his photography 📸 is brilliant and the experience was great. The sunset bar is a great bar with a great view also 😎🌇 xxx

Hotel Bella is a delight for the senses. Sharing space with the owner, Hazim's, beautiful art collection is this small quiet hotel close to restaurants and shopping as well as right across the street from the ruins of the Basilica of St. John, The Mosque of Isa Bey and the Byzantine Ayasuluk Castle . We were lucky enough to be there when the cranes were nesting on the power-poles right at eye level from the upper deck where we enjoyed their company while eating our fine Turkish breakfast every morning as well as when we went there to play cards and watch the sunset in the evening. Our room was simple and small but quite comfortable and clean. Beautiful art is hung everywhere and the furnishings are all antiques collected by the owner and his family. I spent more time admiring the art in the hallways and common rooms than I did in my room. The art gallery and rug collection downstairs is fantastic. Be sure to open the drawers in the gallery for unbelievable treats from camel bone miniature boxes to fine paintings and prints on paper. Coffee and tea are offered throughout the day. Hazim kindly drove us to the mountains to spend an afternoon in Sirince and then came back to pick us up later. He also gave us easy directions to visit a beach while we were there.

We had a wonderful one night stay in Hotel Bella. The staff took us to our room and told us to meet the owner on the top floor which is a rooftop restaurant/place to just relax. We met with the owner and he helped us plan our itinerary for the next day. He also helped us organize our transportation to Pammukale the following evening. This was very helpful! We ended up eating dinner at the rooftop restaurant that night. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The view of the storks nests was an added bonus. The next day, the owner dropped a van full of tourist at Epheses and picked us up 3 hours later. He took the group to a fun place for lunch with authentic regional food after our outing at Epheses. The rooms are a bit small but we got lucky and ended up with a room with an extra bed. This gave us a place to open up our suitcases and spread out a bit. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Bella to friends. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I appreciate that when I am tired from traveling and need some guidance.

A lovely comfortable and well located hotel. Lovely folks run the Hotel Bella, they were helpful for arranging our plans while in Selcuk but not pushy. All seemed genuinely interested in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I was impressed by the honesty of the management, in that when we extended our stay, they charged us less for the extra night to compensate for not having to pay the booking agent fee. Our family room was charming and clean. I loved the attention to detail in that the housekeeping staff arranged the towels into different animals each day and placed our children's blankets and teddies on the tops of their beds as the precious items they are. They have a beautiful terrace, were they will give you drinks and snacks pretty much all day. The terrace is half enclosed and half open air and has a great view of the Basilica of st John and the nesting storks. The hotel is one block off the main road so easy access to town but still amazingly quiet. Hotel even offers a free shuttle service to Ephesus. All in all a great place to stay.

This hotel lived up to all the rave reviews! Located about 5 minutes from the bus station, across the street from St. John's Basilica and the main restaurant strip with a beautiful rooftop terrace this hotel is in the perfect location. We arrived by overnight bus at 8am and the receptionist was super nice and helpful, we could leave our luggage, clean up and have breakfast before hopping on their free shuttle to Ephesus, it was perfect! The main restaurant area is across the street, really cute. We ate Ejder and Tat - both excellent. We went to the Ephesus museum in the afternoon, which is interesting after visiting the ruin site. We finished off our day with a quiet stroll through St. John's Basilica at Magic hour - lovely. The room at Hotel Bella is small with no elevator like most Turkish boutique hotels, but very clean and comfy. Wifi is free and reliable, and breakfast is lovely out on the rooftop terrace. Free tea or coffee was also appreciated. Also a bonus that we could pay by credit card. Thanks for a perfect stay!

The hotel was Charming, filled with beautiful artworks, carpets, wall pieces. The hosts are knowledgeable, speak very good English and very helpful. The rooms were quaint and old fashioned with wood detail and traditional wall pieces. The terrace was magnificent as it provided a comfortable space that was light and breezy for relaxing, sipping hot tea, reading, napping or simply sitting and looking out to the view. The hosts were exceedingly friendly, supportive, and genuine. A family run business, it had that personal touch and intimacy. Something that is different from large hotels...At Bella if your not feeling well they will make you Sage tea and check up on you! Really lovely experience having lovely big breakfasts on the terrace. If you are looking for somewhere intimate, unique and with lots of character this is the place for you. It is also a no smoking hotel. I really appreciated this. You May want to spend a bit more money for a larger room, as with any small hotels the rooms can be small. However the terrace made up for it. Overall a wonderful experience.

Das gesamte Personal war überaus zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln zur Stelle. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet – genau wie auf den Fotos. Besonders gut gefallen haben mir das bequeme Bett und der ruhige Schlaf dank guter Schalldämmung. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten konnte man ganz einfach zu Fuß erreichen, welches für uns eine Riesen Erleichterung war. Also empfehlenswert!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We liked this hotel a lot! It was clean and all you need. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and they have free valet. For English speakers, the front desk staff spoke little English, but nothing Google translate can’t help you with. It’s a great location. We recommend the restaurant Meşhur Tavacı Recep Usta for dinner. It’s a 20 minute walk or quick cab ride. You won’t be disappointed. Great hotel!

All the Turkish snacks you want to try can be found here, the variety is dazzling, it is definitely a very unforgettable experience, trust me.

We felt at home at this property! The owner/manager is very kind, the breakfast was lovely, and the location is fantastic. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean, but my favorite part has to be the courtyard, sitting under the lemon tree, having afternoon tea to escape the heat was very relaxing. Very close to the buzzer, very close to the train station, very close to the metro and other historical sites.

The location is exceptional. The entire staff are always smiley and polite. The room was tidy and has all the basics I need. There's a moderately comfortable bed, a shower that works good, an AC (very useful in this weather), a fridge.

Very nice and cosy hotel close to the bazaar and centre of the city. Breakfast is very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Ingin for your support and nice conversations. Will come back in the future.

Excellent Hotel, can highly recommend it. Lovely room and very comfortable bed. Friendly staff except one of the chefs. They even printed off my travel documents for me. Great place to stop off if you are driving from north to south or vice versa.

Good hotel with friendly stuff, all inclusive including simple alcohol drink's such as beer, local wine, etc. Private beach and nice pool. Food is ok, can add fishes to the menu as its located next to the sea.

My husband and I spent 4 wonderful days at the Izmir Palace Hotel on the advice of out Turkish friends. We had been traveling in Turkey for two months and needed a moment to relax before we returned to the US. Our room was attractive without being fussy, with a balcony looking out to the Aegean. What a joy to watch the glorious sunsets and wake up to the light on the ocean every day.The hotel was quiet, comfortable and clean and the staff unfailingly pleasant & helpful. The breakfast was abundant and delicious - çok lezzetli!- as was the dinner in the hotel restaurant. Nice, comfortable hotel, in the best location, right on the Aegean Sea. Nice staff without exception. The WiFi was useless again, as you have to keep logging on. Please do something about it! My card had a card promoting the 8th Floor Sea Bar, which was closed due to the virus. Please remove these cards from the rooms! My room had some maintenance issues, such as the toilet flushes forever, the lit signs to make up the room, and to not be disturbed did not work. Also, a power socket was sticking partly out of the wall. In summary, I enjoyed my stay, but was disappointed about the points raised above. Thank you.

The old-fashioned charm - I think it is the 3rd hotel of this name on the site and they have many photos and artefacts from the previous buildings. The best thing of all is the sea view. There may be more modern hotels in Izmir but this has by far the best location - and one of the best sea food restaurants in Turkey!

I felt like at home. Bonus was the friendliness of the staff, specially Nedibe and Yakob at the restaurant of the hotel. The Staff at the reception were also very nice. I totally enjoyed my stay. The Location was also perfect. Located between Ilica and Cesme with good access to Alacati also. Both Pools were beautiful and clean. Turkish breakfast was also prepared and served with love. Thanks.

EVERYTHING! Excellent hotel, exceptional cleanliness, amazing staff, great location. Everything including communal areas are squeakingly clean. The staff is exceptional and very helpful - attending to all our needs and constantly asking what else they could do. Food / breakfast was exceptional with freshly house baked goodies / pastries and great selection of protein, cheeses and home made jams. Yakup bey (the manager) made our day every day, and was one the highlights of our stay in Cesme. Location of the hotel is amazing too - you can get to almost all city attractions / places of interest on foot. It is literally the best hotel service we have had in years in Turkey (so not adding anything to the next section - we liked everything!)

My recent experience at Crystal Clear Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, the rooms were immaculate. It was a joy to return to such a welcoming and crystal clear space after a day of exploring. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding staff. Nedibe, Emre, and Yakup, are the heart and soul of this establishment. Nedibe Hanım, in particular, is nothing short of an angel. The On’live hotel in Cesme is the most beatifull in design, atmosphere, cleaning, food, services, spa and staff. The food in restaurant a la Carte and in the beach restaurant is excellent in quality,taste and presentation (p.e kalamari and sea bass superb). The spa outdoor and indoor and the multiple 5 swimming’s pool access with no previous booking make the stay relaxing with no required appointments. All the staff is very hardworking and educate, besides lovely concierge reception staff, attentive room service, lovely breakfast waiters, attentive and kind staff in the restaurant and in the pool bar staff, specially mention to Mr. Volkan and Mrs.Heve. Is remarkable the quick performance in solving issues as cleaning the room, get the beach by golf buggy, and quick room service. At last but not at least , We would like to give our greatest thanks to lovely and kind Banu (Sales manager), as we know we will never forget the profesionality and good vibes she gave to everybody but specially to us. At the same time our greatest thanks to the lovely Aylin (guest relantionship manager) for your kind way of asking us for anything we may need and for the resolution in providing an extra sofa in the room. On’live is the paradise where all the dreams come true!!!

This trip was a last minute decision. Booking in this 5⭐️hotel was an excellent choice that made our weekend wonderful. Great location, spectacular view of Chios sunset. Clean, well-maintained and luxurious facilities (both outdoor and indoor pools and spa). Some extras like the hamam, sauna, salt room and mineral pool were all included in the room price ! (you don’t see that very often). The staff was exceptional, friendly and very professional. Our room service, the taxi reservations and our golf-car ride were all perfectly done. The room was spotless, spacious and quiet. Breakfast was satisfying enough. In general , I was so pleased with our stay here. Had a great time , you clearly deserve a nice review 👍 PS. Taxi rides are a good option to move around and are affordable enough. But a good extra option to move around and save some money is the blue minibus that passes every 30min in front of the hotel’s entrance. You just stop it and you get to Cesme centre in 10mins. Cost is 1€ per person . We didn’t have troubles having a sit in any of our rides (May ‘24) , but it might get a little tricky during the high season

The hotel and the room were clean. The breakfast had variety of choices. The different pools (thermal, sea water and indoor pool) in the spa were free to use. When we had some issues in the room, the technician came quickly to solve it.

The pools were great especially the indoor pool. Ample of parking space.

Great experience. Amazing staff that made everything enjoyable/memorable. Muhammed from the wait staff went above and beyond every day. Food (although we only did Breakfasts and Lunches, no dinner) was exciting, delicious, and we'll presented . Location is grea as well, convineantly close to down town Bodrum area with shops, restaurants, and Bars. Only draw back could be the parking, there is none, all street parking, as well as the access to the Sea which is also none existing. We were.told we could use their sister hotel Labranda, but since it was an early time of the year, we decided to.only use the pool, which is small but enjoyable.

Super Pool , zum abkühlen ab 12:00 perfekt. Alacart super günstig. Preise sogar wie draußen! Putzleute angesprochen sehr behilflich gewesen. Sauna , Dampfbad, Türkisches Bad super. Sehr schnell in der Innenstadt. EinkaufsZentren in der Nähe. S-Bahn zum Flughafen 200 Meter . Nur das mit dem Benutzen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel leider für Touristen nicht möglich! Die wollen eine Registrierung und das klappt nicht . Da der Euro Kurs ( leider ) sehr hoch ist . Ist diese kurze Reise super für einen kurz Tripp.

Alles in Allem ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Zwar gibt es keine Einkaufmoglichkeiten in der Nähe, aber dafür die Metro Station, die direkt vor der Tür ist. Sehr komfortabel die Betten. Dusche ein Traum. Kaffee,Tee und Wasser im Zimmer kostenlos. Ein Makel ist das Frühstück nicht reichhaltig. Brot war teilweise nicht frisch. Saunalandschaft und Pool sehr sauber. Hotelpersonal sehr zuvorkommend und immer professionell! Vielen Dank ! Ich komme wieder !

En fantastisk hotellopplevelse! Vi hadde et utrolig fint opphold på dette hotellet. Personalet var svært imøtekommende og hyggelige, og gjorde alt de kunne for at vi skulle føle oss velkommen. Selv om ikke alle snakket like godt engelsk, gikk kommunikasjonen fint – vi brukte både Google Translate og kroppsspråk, og ble alltid møtt med et smil. Ved ankomst ble vi møtt av en ansatt som tok hånd om bagasjen og bar koffertene opp til rommet vårt – en veldig god start på oppholdet. Vi hadde en liten utfordring med sluken i badekaret, men det ble ordnet umiddelbart etter vi sa fra. Det var alltid rikelig med vannflasker og kaffe tilgjengelig på rommet, og renholdet var upåklagelig – rommet ble rengjort hver eneste dag, og alt var skinnende rent. Vi er strålende fornøyde og har absolutt ingenting å utsette. Anbefales på det varmeste!.

Oda çok geniş, yatak büyük ve rahat, yastık eklenmesini tavsiye ederim, nevresimler temiz, iki adet koltuk bir sehba, çalışma masası, bir minibar, büyük bir dolap mevcut. Banyo WC bölümü geniş ve kullanışlı, gerekli malzemeler yeterli. Havlular temiz, yeterli ancak klozet kapağı sorunlu, ilgilenilmesi lazım. Odada sigara içilebilmesi sigara içenler için fırsat. Sigara içilebilmesine rağmen odada koku yoktu. Kliması ısıtma için yeterli. Balkon yok. Camlardan ses az bir miktarda içeri giriyor, ana yol üzerindesiniz ve araçların bir miktar sesi içeri giriyor. Ama rahatız edici boyutta değil.

I've ended up staying in Turkey longer than planned. The staff here have been so welcoming and accommodating. I can't fault them on this. The top 2 floors have lovely views across the city and also come equipped with queen size beds. They literally cater to your every demand. The toilet door wouldn't close in my room, so the very next day that was fixed! They have a lovely onsite handyman that does it all! The cleaners are fantastic, the reception staff are just as amazing ohhh, and let's not forget the food and the guy that serves it! 10/10 and we will be coming back! I can honestly say I will miss this place :)

This is the first time we have used this hotel and we were very impressed. It was convenient for travelling to the Kent hospital the following morning. All the staff were very friendly and English was spoken. Evening meal was delicious and breakfast was self service with a good range to choose from. We parked in the basement carpark but there were also parking places at the front of the hotel.

The staff were very professional and helpful. Offered free upgrade. Only gripe wi fi was patchy. Shower fittings was leaking and couldn’t have a bath as water was not hot enough. Simply rectified
