We stayed 3 nights at the Lotte Hotel in Jeju, triple room with a partial view of the airport and ocean. The hotel is located at 15 min by bus from the airport, which is very convenient. It is above of a duty free mall, so lots of tourists. It was very crowded and noisy during our stay. The room was comfy and clean with big windows. We had breakfast which was quite expensive for what it was : the food was average, same food every morning. There is a pool that it is not free and to which you can access to at only certain time. I stayed in many hotels and this is the first time we have to pay to access the pool...

Stayed here in Sep 2024 at the end of a Jeju island trip. I was staying in an Airbnb with friends for most of the visit but moved here before an early morning flight. The hotel is located downtown, very close to the airport (5 min drive). The building has a duty free mall on the lower floors, which must be popular with international tourists from China/etc… The checkin was quick. The room was large and comfortable. Most rooms have a view of Mt Hallasan…and so did mine. Overall, a very comfortable, if brief, stay. WiFi worked well. Bed provided good sleep. Bathroom was spacious. I didn’t find the Refrigerator with complimentary water till later, but there are several convenience stores nearby. I stepped out in the evening for a walk and a meal, and found several restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel allots slots for use of the pool, which I found a bit strange…but maybe that helps to prevent crowding. Quick checkout In the morning and off to the airport in no time.

Easy to get to from the airport (10 mins bus ride). The staff were friendly and really helpful. The room is a little dated but the bathroom is lovely. I paid to use the pool and sauna, which is well worth it. Would happily stay here again.

The heated spa pool was fabulous for our weary legs after a long day exploring the island. Central location with lots of restaurants and cafes around.

Stellar just as their location in Seoul. Great pool and Sauna.

I don't understand the Korean language at all, and here is my impression: Pros: 1. Very roomy hotel rooms even for standard type, queen size bed, patio, and a very spacious bathroom 2. Indoor huge swimming pool open all year round(but closes early at 7pm) 3. Indoor natural hot springs spa(quite rare in Jeju, I think), and open very early at 7am / close around 9pm 4. Free parking for self-drive guests(I think there's no public transports to get there except taxi) 5. Staff can communicate in English well 6. Quiet neighborhood, and don't see tour groups checked in(my liking) 7. Acceptable price for room costs, even for Cons: 1. Not much choice for buffet breakfast and limited nenu for dinner 2. Can't find other restaurants in the area 3. Worse of all, location's phone no. is wrong on her website(very inconvenient for self-drive guests who solely rely on car's GPS tel. input and can't write Korean) But overall, I by chance found this hotel and had a wonderful stay in it(after I got help from another hotel to help with the GPS)

I love this hotel so much. I wish to back to there again as soon as I can. So beautiful view from room and specially swimming pool and sauna are so good. I can not forget gorgeous breakfast. My 5 years boy also loved all the time in there. We surely will be stay again. Even weather wasn’t nice, this hotel made us our trip was in perfect timing.

If you have a plan to climb Hallasan Mountain, I will visit again. It was good to have various facilities such as swimming pools and hot springs.

몇년전에 남편이랑 왔다가 온천 혼자 하는 게 아쉽고 사우나 좋아하는 엄마가 너무 생각나서 드디어 엄마랑 다시 왔어요! 역시나 엄마가 너무 좋아하셔서 온천욕 두번이나 했답니다. 탕이 작은 편이라 성수기에 사람이 많으면 힘들것같긴한데 제가 갔을 땐 항상 사람이 다섯명 이내여서 쾌적하게 이용했답니다. 레스토랑 메뉴가 몇년 전이랑 좀 바뀐 것 같은데 그때나 지금이나 맛있었어요. 지금은 딤섬, 차돌박이짬뽕 맛집이 되었더라구요!! 완탕면도 맛있었지만 짬뽕에 전복2 차돌한주먹 새우 등 해물 푸짐하게 있어서 먹기 전엔 비싸다고 했는데 먹고나선 가성비 미쳤다고 생각했습니다 딤섬도 진짜 다 맛있어요~ 주변에 가까운 식당이 없는데 그게 아쉽지 않았습니다 다음엔 조식도 먹어볼까해요 직원분들 다 너무 친절하고 객실 청결도, 어메니티 록시땅, 다 만점~ 한가지 아쉬운 건 전기차 충전기가 고장났다고 하더라구요.. 당연히 있을 줄 알고 계속 충전 안했었는데... 그 덕에 마지막날 동선 꼬여서 한끼도 못 먹고 비행기 탔어요 ㅠㅠㅠ 그냥 충전 안하고 반납할걸 ㅠㅠㅠ 미리 문의해볼걸 후회했습니다ㅠ

방에 들어서자마자 탁트인 오션뷰에 깜짝 놀랐어요. 시야에 걸치는거 없이 저멀리 산방산과 바다가 딱 보입니다. 룸컨디션 너무 좋고, 어메니티도 포도호텔이랑 동일하더라고요. 조말론 제품 넘 좋아하는데 매일 넉넉하게 넣어주셨어요. 주변에 본태미술관, 수풍석박물관, 방주교회 등 볼거리도 많고 중문단지까지도 15분이면 갑니다. 산중에 있어서 그런지 한여름인데도 저녁에 발코니 나가면 산바람이 솔솔 불어 시원했어요. 그리고 다른 무엇보다고 여긴 아르고나이트 고온천이 대박이에요. 전 온천 별로 안 좋아했는데 이번에 가보고 완전히 반했어요. 깨끗하고 성분도 일본 온천이랑 비교했을때 탑10에 들 정도로 최상급이라고 하네요. 하루 두번 온천하고 왔고, 재방문의사 10000%입니다. 제주에 오성급 다 가봤지만 이제 제 원픽은 디아넥스입니다. 참, 룸서비스로 먹은 현무암치킨 강추합니다. 안 먹으면 후회할 맛이었어요.

The location, it has Hanlla san and sea views and also has a stream next to it. The landscape was absolutely great. We enjoyed the morning walk. It has a huge outdoor swimming pool, which seems amazing for summer. Jeju pork bbq restaurant has good quality meat and food. We stayed in the renovated room. Everything was very clean and tidy. They provide room cleaning service once every 2 days, meaning that u will get the cleaning service only if you stay over 3 nights. However, It wasn't a big problem for us!! Complementary mini bar has chocolates, cup noodles, and beers from Jeju island ! We loved it so much ! All the staff were helpful and attentive.

The location was at sewkipo 서귀포 one of the famous place in jeju, the view was amazing was super clean has everything you need to stay They got a “ashley “ a famous buffet in case u want to have breakfast/brunch and dineer, they got a swimming pool and alot of activities! I was lucky to find this place and i will visit it again

Beautiful setting around the resort, friendly staff everywhere, spacious rooms and comfy beds, etc. Kids were very happy with the pool, restaurant(Ashley Queens-buffet), arcade and convenience store in the building. We would love to return to the resort in the future.

너무 늦게 후기를 남기네요 죄송합니다ㅠㅠ 먼저 유명한 리조트답게 시설이 너무 맘에 들었어요 들어가자마자 깔끔하고 기품있는 카운터와 입구가 맞이 하니 여행을 왔구나라는 기분이 들었어용 룸컨디션 말해서 뭐합니까 너무 좋았습니다. 가격도 싸고 리뷰이벤트도 해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 제가 머문 방은 리모델링 방이었고 그래서 그런지 너무 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 그리고 조식 여유가 된다면 무조건 드세요! 다음 제주도 여행도 여기서 머물고싶어요!

업그레이드 받아 켄싱턴 프리미어 오션뷰에 3박 숙박했습니다. 바다가 바로 내다 보이는 발코니가 있고 새로리모델링 안 된 방이라 묵기 아주 좋았습니다. 수영장과 야자수, 바다를 보는 게 낙이었네요. 시설은 깨끗하고 침대도 편안했고요. 큰방에 있는 창가 소파가 가족들의 사랑을 많이 받았네요. 리셉션 직원 분들 친절도도 높았습니다. 다른 계절에도 묵고 싶다는 식구들의 얘기에, 여름 같은 때도 가볼까 합니다.

We were in South Korea for 28 days and staying at this resort ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. We did NOT want to leave. We truly loved this resort in almost every way. It's strange because based on the images, my first impression upon arrival was that it didn't look as nice in person. But it is! It's very nice and peaceful and quite lovely. The staff is also awesome, always helpful if we had questions or needed anything. We mostly needed the charcoal they prepared to barbecue on your private patio with which we did almost every day. YUM! The main pool is extremely nice and we spent a good bit of time there, but I will note that there were quite a lot of families and children. We were a couple traveling with no children so if you don't want kids around, this may not be the place for you. Of course, we did stay there in August so maybe other times of the year have less children. I'm not sure. Regardless, I would absolutely stay here again, even though Jeju Downtown is quite a distance away. A car is an absolute must. We didn't have one and we definitely needed one. The next time we visit Jeju, and there will be a next time, we'll rent the car and very possibly stay at the Palm Valley Resort again.

Wow, What a great property! I loved our stay at Palm Valley Resort. Checking in was so simple. Staff met us at our car and immediately took our bags and showed us to our villa and explained how everything worked. Not sure the gentleman's name but he was so nice and courteous. The property is gorgeous and the villas are big and private with beautiful views out of every window. You can cook your own food inside or BBQ outside. The pool was very nice. Great location and close to everything. This is for sure in my top three places that I have ever stayed in. We will be back!

Requires car and preferable to have a korean speaker with you; otherwise nice small resort with really great staff who maintain the property and pools well.

This place is kids friendly. The pool is amazing. My son is 8 yo. Kids aged between 5 and 7 would be the best.

The breakfast buffet is worth the money. For all, there are eggs, bacon, croissants, cereals... There is a playground for kids... my daughter loved the little cars available to drive on the path (see photo). There is also a huge laundry mat in building B. You can wash huge loads... there is a washing machine just for shoes with a dryer just for shoes. Very convenient.

Quite & relaxing location, convenient to have N2CU & coin laundry, near hiking sites and it has kids lounge (unfortunately we can’t visit due to cleaning day),

Exclusive pool party every night made it difficult for people who want to simply enjoy a night swim after a day of itinerary outside of the hotel.

The room was nice, spacious and clean, the shower had a normal water pressure. The pool is the biggest attraction - beautiful, the nighttime pool party, however, was lacking - not worth the entrance fee.

The room was comfortable and we had a nice view over the cliff. We especially liked that there's a seven-11 shop in the hotel, so that we could buy some snacks at normal prices. The pool was warmed and the pool facilities were top, very clean and neat. The parking is close to the lobby, very convenient. We loved this hotel a lot, we stayed at other hotels in this region, but this one had the best price/quality combination.

The environment is gorgeous It even has a trekking trail inside lolll and the view was nice~ I suggest going to the infinity pool during daytime coz the view is much better Its also very quiet~ and since its a but far away from urban area u can see sky full of stars at night! Definitely will come again~~~

Great customer service and breakfast! The hotel was very comfortable and calm, we had no issues with transportation. The only downside is the infinity pool was 4 feet deep. Overall great experience and good prices.

Hotel includes everything you actually need. There are: 7-11 open up to late evening, 2 arcade rooms, swimming pool (but it’s in the middle of the hotel and around you have just hotel walls, no better view), massage chair, photo booth, vending machines, smoking area, 24/7 reception, big car park and car charging station. Rooms look the same as on pictures.

This hotel was recommended to me. I stayed only 1 night, so couldn’t really enjoy the pools, however, I was able to use a massage chair for only 2000won in the lobby. A convenience store is right in the lobby. Great location if having a car, not so nice if going by bus (I had to use taxi a few times and it had to be called by staff because Kakao T didn’t work there).

High floor has great views of sunrise peak. Big room and clean environment.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and confortable, the hotel has a 7/11 which is really convenient. There is also a coffee shop in the lobby and some massage chairs which was very welcome after a day of walking around!

It's located at a quiet location with a great view of Mt. Sanbang. A convenience store is also located on the first floor and that's definitely a plus.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. This is my second time staying here. Staff is polite and courteous. Room is clean.

Stylish and unique boutique hotel in the area that makes you feel like living at home. Very interesting design with creative room space and functional. Great room, good price! Spacious room with kitchenette and comfortable mattress, amenities provided in all room, functional spaces with living area and kitchen zone. We stay in T-suite room and pool suite. T suite room is the suite room in loft style with outdoor terrace that has a big bath tub and sofa to pamper yourself for a relaxing getaway together with kitchen and dining area, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms. Pool suite is the room with the pool in your place! The water in the pool a bit cold but able to heat up and prepare it as warm pool with extra charges and advance acknowledgement required. Such a good choice for fun with friends and family, surely comes together with small kitchen and dining area. Parking available on site but limited, restaurants and front also limited hours. Open air rooftop and living space to chill out throughout the hotel. Lovely and cosy boutique hotel in Jeju that worth a stay at least once. Impressed!

This is a wonderful spot to discover Jeju from. A quiet spot on the south coast with spectacular views, walks and lots of dining opportunities. The architecture and the style is 10/10. The couple who look after the hotel are delightful and despite limited mutual language we found them helpful and kind. It is extremely good value for money. The only feedback is that the communal areas appear rather tired. I would strongly recommend this accommodation.

여기는 재방문한곳인데 뭐랄까.. 좋아요,, 그냥 좋아요,, 음,, 좋아요,, 뭐라설명해야할지 모르겠는데.. 좋아요.. 감성적이고.. 이쁘고.. 센치하고.. 운치있고.. 조식개맛있었음 또 먹구싶당.. 크으~ 오션뷰 죽여줌 최고입니다.. 제가 묶은 방은 이동식 욕조라서 인스타갬성 훌륭합니다. 하 진짜 뭐랄까 여기는 두번째 제주계획할때 무조건 가야지! 했던.. 머리속에서 바로 생각났던 그런숙소..ㅎ.. 그리고 자칫 할거없어서 지루했던 여행지에서 넷플릭스를 볼 수 있다는게 정말 좋았습니다 ㅎ 조식또 먹구싶다요..

관광지 옆에 있진 않았지만 차가 있다면 다니기 괜찮은 위치입니다. 난방, 온수, 수압, 청결을 중요시하는데 모두 훌륭했습니다. 덧붙여 헤어드라이어 바람이 약하지 않은 것도 좋았네요. 연박의 경우에는 따로 요청을 해야 수건 추가와 청소가 이루어집니다. 요청만 하면 바로 해결되니 불편하진 않아요.

슈퍼룸 묵었구요. 뷰 하나만 보고 골랐는데 사진처럼 파노라마창에 근사한 뷰를 바라보며 반신욕 할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 중문 관광단지에서는 15분 정도 떨어져있지만 3분거리에 바닷가 있고요. 멍우주, 휴일로 같은 유명 카페가 있어서 휴식을 위한 테마로 머물기 좋은 곳입니다^^

Hotel is located in such a nice and quiet place, it even has a private trail. Rooms are spacious and cosy, soundproofing is also on point. Outdoor pool is so great to relax and regain strength after a day full of walking around all the great places around beautiful island of Jeju. There's even a CVS inside hotel in case you'd want some late night snack or forgot to bring some sanitary staff. Breakfast is served considering tastes of both, local and foreign guests. Staff is very frindly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Surrounded by forest staying here felt really peaceful and relaxing. Super friendly and helpful staff, communication in english was easy. There’s a tiny market at the hotel for any essentials. The room was spacious and clean, bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The pool area is pretty. Plenty of parking spots available.

The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is the hotel does not have an onsite restaurant within the same building as the guest rooms. The restaurant is actually in the clubhouse of the golf club opposite the hotel. The menu is also quite limited in choices. We also could not get ice in the guest room and were told we had to purchase this from the convenience store in the hotel. This is a good hotel to consider if renting a car to drive about in Jeju as it is quite far from the city centre. However you can use uber taxi and the cabs come very quickly like in 3-5 minutes.

Wonderful staff. Always helped when we wanted to go places by translating the destination and writing it down for us. Breakfast buffet is mostly traditional Korean with a few things that aren't. We had a 1 room that divided into 2 rooms (1 King, 2 twins), a living room, and a private pool. The pool was fabulous. Heated and totally private. It rained almost the entire time we were in Jeju so being able to swim at our convenience was top notch. I would rent a car if you're wanting to do allot of touristy things. We went to relax period.

Hotel was what I wanted. I stayed in a suite with a view of the water. Parking was packed and had to park wherever I could find. Biggest ridiculously dumb thing, the would not allow alcohol from the bar area into the pool area. I would happily return here, but not being able to have a beer while enjoying the view of the pool during the summer months is silly.

The room was very nice and roof top swimming pool was amazing! Breakfast buffet was nice as well. The location is very good, I could even see dolphins from my room!

아이들과 함께 하기 위해서 예약한 숙소이고, 이용하는 시기가 1월 중순, 당시 외기 온도가 10도 안팍에 비가 오는 상황이라 외부 풀장을 이용하기는 했는데, 좀 춥기는 했습니다. ^^ 옆 풀빌라에서는 웃음소리가 끊이지 않았으니... 저희가 체력이 떨어지는 걸 수도...ㅋㅋ 룸 컨디션도 좋고, 인근이 조용해서 참 좋았습니다. 가까운 곳에 놀러 갈만한 곳도 몇 곳 있어서... 잘 쉬다 왔습니다.

비수기에 조용한 숙소를 찾았는데 정말 만족스러웠습니다 바로 다음날도 예약을해서 연박할 수 있게끔 해주셨어요 미니 수영장은 어른이 사용하기에는 작고 자쿠지 정도였고 여름에 온다면 수영장있는 풀빌라에 묵어보고 싶네요 그리고 청결이 대한 후기 안좋은걸 좀 봐서 걱정했는데 그럴만한건 보지 못했어요 침구도 배게 이불 모두 구스여서 너무 가볍고 좋앗어요

타운하우스 형식으로 각 호수마다 바로앞에 주차장이 있고, 수영장 및 산책로 등 아주 잘 관리 되어있었습니다. 룸 컨디션은 당연히 좋았습니다. 프라이빗미니풀이 있는객실을 예약했는데 나름 2인이 들어가서 분위기를 낼 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

직원도 너무나 친절하고 숙박시설도 너무 훌륭합니다.진짜 힐링하고 가네요 다음에는 꼭 길게 예약해서 오고싶네요.소랑 풀빌라 한번만 오는사람은 없을것같아요 너무 만족하고갑니다.물온도 따뜻하고 좋아요 조식도 가성비 괜찮았습니다.

Very clean hotel right across from the beach. Very accommodating for small children. Positives are the location, cleanliness, convenience. Breakfast was not included, but there was a coffee shop downstairs and a convenience store next door. The staff had limited English but were very friendly and tried to be helpful. The AC in the room didn't seem to work, but we also didn't ask about it - we preferred to open a window for fresh sea air. Towels, bottled water, and amenities were changed every day, but no full room cleaning. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting an easy and clean hotel right across from the beach.

The hotel is above a few small shops and a coffee chain, the view and room itself is perfect for what I was looking for. The full length windows are fantastic and allow a great view of the beach and local area. The checkin was quick and check out was just as fast. Shower was incredible and modern as was the rest of the hotel. I wish I had stayed the previous night as well but I wasn't able to check out of my previous hotel sooner.

협재해수욕장을 바라보는 풍광이 훌륭하고, 시설 내 주차장은 없지만 호텔 바로 앞에 있는 협재공원 주차장을 이용할 수 있어 불편이 없습니다. 또한 다양한 형태의 룸 모델을 갖추고 있어 여행의 목적에 맞게 이용할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 그리고 친절합니다!

숙소 너무 청결하고 깔끔합니다. 구조가 잘되어 있어 친구들과 불편함 없이 하룻밤 편안히 보냈어요 ^^ 협재가 바로 코 앞인거 진짜 메리트 있어요. 주변에 편의시설도 많아요. 옥상에 자유롭게 사용할 수 있는 공간이 있어서 그것또한 협재 밤바다를 느끼기에 충분했어요

BBQ night, s'mores at fire camp, ponies, fishing pond, huge facility for indoor activities. Not touristy at all, only korean guests and they were really nice. Athmosphere was peaceful, quiet and family friendly. From what we saw it is also perfect for couples and friends. I can not stop recommanding this wonderful place. Wish we could have stayed one more night.

Ddosi Aewol was an amazing property! Our villa was the 2 bedroom Ddosi unit and it was very spacious for the three of us. It had a well-equipped kitchen, and very comfortable sitting area and an incredible view of the ocean. We enjoyed our personal pool area and balcony every day. The second floor bedrooms were also spatious with nice views and comfortable beds. My only complaint was that the mattress/pillows had a distinct mildewy smell. The staff did completely change the linens which helped, but the smell was still there. But I do hope to go back one day as my overall impression was still very high. We rented a car so that we could take in as much of Jeju Island as we could, but there are restaurants, cafes and a convenience store all within walking distance.

If you are looking for a place to grill, pool, and bath in the sun, then this is the perfect spot for you. The layout of the villa is spectacular and the pool is perfect temperature. I'm definitely coming again!

The villa was so big. Complete amenities. They provided high class shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were lots of towels too. Complete kitchen stuff from refrigerator, microwave, toaster, water purifier and many more. The villa came in with a lap pool but since we came during spring time the water is cold but if you want the warm water you can request from the staff but you need to pay extra for the whole stay. There are restaurants, convenience store and gift shops nearby. Will definitely book again :)

The villa was beautifully furnished and spacious. The surrounding area was peaceful. There was two bathrooms, both with showers, as well as a pool and another shower room next to the exit. The living room and kitchen had a really nice view of the ocean. There was plentiful parking at the location, as well as several restaurants and cafes at walkable distances.

We loved the location and our private pool. The beds were comfortable and the views were stunning.

The room was huge and nicely decorated. We even have a pool and spa area all to ourselves with amazing views. Many photo spots in the area, romantic vibes.

Awesome seaview from our patio. We could leave the curtains opened the day to enjoy the view from the bed! The cafe served exceptional coffee and bakery ! Very relaxing vibes with the pool and sea view from the cafe. Full glass windows look so good both from inside and outside! Walking distance to the small town where we had Korean bbq, hairtail fish , Korean food from a small one man joint and 711 ! Not forgetting the view of the mountain was also unforgettable!

The outdoor pool, jacuzzi and outdoor lawn. Nice place to hang out after hiking at Seongsan. Plenty of parking for those that drives and hotel has many instagrammable spaces like giant swing, piano by the sea and stairs to heaven!

The property was beautifully designed, spacious, and very clean! The whole resort was lovely and there’s a nice swimming pool.

I traveled with a family of six (four adults and two young kids). My first impression was its impeccable cleanliness and the well-designed common area for dining and cooking. The heated flooring on both the ground and top floors was perfect for cold weather. Outside, the property offered beautiful scenery with a serene forest walk. We also had breakfast at the restaurant, which was both affordable and delicious. We stayed for three nights but chose to forfeit our $500+ per night stay at a five-star hotel to return here for another night, as this place provided all the space and facilities needed for a large family. The price was reasonable too. I will definitely come back here again.

It was perfect for relax! I visited with my husband and I will come here next vacation with my family. If you want to relax in nature, I recommand this resort.

If you're looking for a relaxing place, this hotel is perfect. It was very quiet and peaceful. The jungle view is also amazing. I was the only one on the 3rd floor, so every morning, I could enjoy peaceful time with meditation and yoga in nature. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the spa was amazing as well. It’s also very close to a beautiful beach, Hallim Park, and various restaurants. The owner is also very kind. For me it's definitely one of the best hotels in Jeju

The villa was really huge and nice and comfortable. It was clean too. Would like to specially thank the front desk personnel, Mr. Kim who went all the way out to help us. He went the extra mile to help us look for a taxi driver who could drive us around Seongsan area in the bad snowy weather and even helped us to plan the places we should go. He made our trip possible! Thank you Mr.Kim!

Great location to explore the east of Jeju Island, exceptional view of the sea and coast with all the landmark sites along the horizon at the Penthouse Suite. Front desk staff was limited in English but very friendly and used a translation app to help us, another staff was fluent in Chinese and introduced us to a very good local seafood restaurant!

The area is close to a lot of tourist locations. In addition, the room that we stayed were cleaned, neat and bright (which we like). It was a very cosy stay and thanks for looking after the small details. Keep it up and will recommend to others.

The room is massive and the jacuzzi bath came as a treat after a long day of travelling! Also the gentleman who checked us in he was so lovely and friendly!!! Great recommendation for snacks❤️we have a new favourite!!!

객실이 넓고 청소와 침구 모두 굉장히 깨끗해요. 침구랑 청소 결벽증이있어서 여행에서 숙소 고르는 시간이 가장 긴데 너무 만족했어요. 룸크기도 넓고, 욕실도 넓고 깨끗해요 복도 지나면서 만나는 직원 분들도 모두 친절하셨고 늦가을이라 이용은 못했지만 수영장이랑 바닷가 산책로 너무 좋았어요. 앞으로 제주 숙소는 고민없이 여기로 올꺼예요

위치는 애매합니다. 제주도 호텔이나 리조트가 다 그러니까 이건 뭐 방 컨디션은 좋아요 조식은 가격대비 쏘쏘 사우나가 투숙기간에 수리관계로 운영을 안해서 프런트에 문의하니까 근처에 이용가능한 업체 리스트가 준비안되있어서 솔직히 좀 놀랐습니다. 제방문 의사는 음...표선에 잘일이 있으면 이용할거 같습니다.

Even in the old wing of this hotel, this place feels indulgent and luxurious. We enjoyed our stay in a Double King Room with Ocean View - the view off the balcony was stunning. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice sitting area. The pool was one of the best hotel pools I've experienced - the temperature was perfect and the water felt silky - like a spa pool. The facilities were exceptionally clean and the hotel staff friendly and professional. We especially appreciated the assistance of the concierge in everything from taxi arrangements to restaurant recommendations that went beyond the obvious tourist places - favorites included a local's pork galbi place in town and a Jeju black pig BBQ place that offers transportation to/from the hotel. The hotel is also a relatively easy walk from Cheonjeyeon Falls - a beautiful park with walks to 3 different waterfalls.

Beautiful brand new building (built in 2022) just having their 1st year anniversary this weekend. Awesome courteous staff. Their service is top notch. Breakfast buffet is delicious they have a signature coffee bar where you can get a latte, espresso etc. F&B general manager Jack made sure we had everything we needed. One thing that I would like to mention is that guests have to book to use their swimming pools which is very inconvenient. Also there are not enough lounge chairs to sit down at the pool so we had to pay for a cabana ( $20-40/ 2 hrs) to sit and drink/eat. Also they should limit children after certain hours but there were so many kids screaming and crowding the pool after 9pm.

Great location right at the beach, beautiful view and awesome infinity pool with view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly, the room nice (if small), and the overall atmosphere and vibe was very stylish, young, and refined. The pool reservation system was smart since it allows everyone to enjoy the pool.

New hotel with few reviews but decided to stay here for our Jeju trip. We got the family suite with twin looking out toward to the mountain with partial ocean few. Check it was smooth and very friendly helpful staffs. Our room was very roomy w/ separate living area with balcony, desk, couch and desk and fully stocked frig w/ complimentary water, local beer, cider and coke (they stock each day!!!). Bedroom had queen and full or twin beds, bathroom was huge plus access to balcony too! Suite was on the 10th flr. Used the pool once at night. The outdoor pool was nice and long and spacious. Their locker room was very nice. Had breakfast buffet and good selections of food. Oh, don't forget to get latte coffee at other end of the restaurant. Here is GS25 convenience store right outside the main entrance. Good place to pick up some snacks, drinks etc. Location was perfect at the bottom of the resort complex with other hotels like The Shilla Jeju, Lotte Hotel, Gand Josun. Few restaurants nearby and Starbucks, 7-11. Close to Jungmun area which had few local restaurants. Free parking and they few EV charging stations too. Overall, Parnas had the biggest rooms compared to the our stay in Signel Busan and JW Marriott Dongdaemum. Highly recommend the hotel for families. FYI.. you will see lot of couples here too!

The facilities are superb. There are an outdoor pool and another indoor pool (heated) which are loved by families, and the indoor pool opens till midnight which is great. The gym is very nice as well with many different equipments (though it would be better if the equipments had been placed further away from each other...). The room is quite big - great for families with kids, and the mattress is very comfy. They provide bath robes and slippers for kids as well. The welcome chocolate and sweets are tasty. The basin in the bathroom drains a bit slowly though. The toothbrush sets are chargeable. Breakfast is not included by default, like many other hotels in Korea. From our experience, the breakfast's food variety is great, and food is well prepared, tasty, and fresh. But ppl may have different opinion on if it worths the $$ cost. We tried the hotel's Korean BBQ restaurant as well. The pork and beef were fresh and tender, quite juicy, on par with the price.. The parking lot has quite a few charging stations for EVs. The front desk staff are able to speak English and there are also Chinese-speaking staff. But we did encounter some communication issues when we called the guest service hotline from the room. The lady who picked up our call was trying hard to understand our inquiry but still could not really get it. At the end she had to say that later she would ask her colleague who could understand English better to call back. It ended up we just called the front desk.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic, from initially walking in to finally checking out. This is the first five-star hotel that I felt actually lived up to its reputation. My absolute favorite part of the hotel was the pool. I never used the indoor pool, but the outdoor heated pool was truly amazing.

This property is essentially a Las Vegas hotel in the middle of Jeju City. Basically everything you need is there. A buffet, bar, karaoke, clothes shopping mall, casino, japanese restaurant (rather pricey tbh) and I kid you not, a FULL SIZE 7-Eleven store INSIDE. The pools were a little smaller than I thought they'd be and the inside pool is slightly unimpressive. The spas looked great but I didn't have time to try them. Keep in mind, getting around Jeju Island is a bit of a hassle unless you take taxis and with those everything is about 15 minutes apart instead of 45 as buses take forever. There is a McD in front for a taste of home and a black pork restaurant behind for a Jeju delicacy. Need groceries or souvenirs? There's a Lotte Mart about a 10 minute walk south. The room was gigantic, floor to ceiling windows for a gorgeous view of the city or mountains. I was only irritated with the clientele from time to time, but for the price I feel like it can't be beat. For comparison, my hotel in Seoul was only $20 cheaper than this but wayyy less nice.

The Grand Hyatt in Jeju is a landmark and it's easy to see why with the massive Dream Tower dwarfing all other buildings in the vicinity. We were graciously offered a free monitor upgrade due to staying multiple nights. There were numerous restaurants in the hotel but we didn't try any, since there were countless options in the surrounding blocks. Again there is a lot of shopping, which we did not take part in, but it was interesting to walk around. The outdoor pool was great and the kids absolutely loved it. The only downside is that both the indoor and outdoor pools get VERY busy as this is a very popular hotel, so we found the sweet spot with going around dinner time while other people are eating. Bonus points that we found out about a free shuttle back to the airport even though the Hyatt website says that you should take a taxi or the bus.

If you have the chance to visit Jeju Island, then the only hotel you should even consider staying at is Grand Hyatt. The view from the hotel room (if you book the Oceanview King suite) was exceptional!!!! We loved being able to sit in our room and watch the planes fly off from the airport. You honestly don't need to leave the hotel at all as the complex includes a gym, infinity pool + kid friendly splash pool, 2 spas, casino, numerous restaurants, clothing stores and a 24/7 convenience store. The restaurants within the hotel are pricey but that's a given for a 5-star hotel. If you do venture out, there are numerous local eateries nearby that offer good, tasty and cheap food. Free parking is offered to guests which was great for us as we rented a motorbike to explore Jeju.

Our group of 4 had an early flight out of Jeju so we decided to stay at Ventimo Hotel for one night. It was an excellent choice. The hotel is located on the quieter side of Jeju City but within 10 min of the airport. It is also within walking distance to the main shopping areas in Jeju City. There are also a lot of restaurant options within walking distance. When we arrived at the hotel, it too early to check-in but they held our luggage while we went around the city. Although the hotel has a parking garage, I was going to return the rental car so I did not need it. Uber rides were about $5 from the rental car agency and to the airport. We got the 2 bedroom, 2 bath room which works for 2 couples. It is one of the few hotels that had this combination and we found it a great value. The rooms are small but comfortable. Having a living room where we did most of our packing and unpacking helped. There was also a kitchen although we did not use it since we were only staying one night. The staff was great and helped make a massage reservation. There was also an early breakfast option where they prepared breakfast togo for those of us with an early flight. That is a very nice touch. I would recommend Ventimo Hotel as a good home base for exploring Jeju City and Jeju island.

Standard Family Twin City View - simple stay for 2 nights. Location - in Jeju city, a short walk (50m) from bus 202 stop. Useful for people travelling from Seogwipo or the west coast. Plenty of 24/7 convenience stores and one supermarket (round the corner) within 10 mins walking distance from the hotel. Less than 10 mins taxi drive away from Jeju International Airport. Room - was quiet on the 5th floor. Not my expectation of a city view from my room as I was looking at the back of other buildings. Shower water pressure was strong. Bed was medium firm. Netflix is available to connect on TV. Bonus - A laundry room (complementary) for hotel guests to use with 5 washers and 3 dryers. The free homemade sandwich provided in the morning was much appreciated during the stay.

Excellent hotel — we were really happy with our stay! The location is perfect, just about 8 minutes by car from the airport. Parking is very convenient — the staff take your keys and bring the car around when you’re ready to leave. Everyone was friendly and spoke great English. Our room was spacious and bright, with a super comfortable bed, large shower, and soft towels. There’s a small breakfast area and a kettle with tea and coffee in the room. There’s also a CU convenience store right at the entrance, which was really handy for grabbing snacks. Unfortunately, the hotel no longer offers breakfast sandwiches, but you can easily buy something at the store or from the vending machines at the reception.

Excellent hotel. Very well located, close to great restaurant areas and the airport. The staff was extremely kind — they held our luggage while we waited for check-in and even allowed us to check in early. Truly great service. There’s a laundry area, which was very helpful and had clear instructions for using both the washer and dryer. The room was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the retro video game machine — I had a lot of fun with it! The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and easy to move around in. The atmosphere was very peaceful — we slept soundly without any disturbances. I’d definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a great choice for a comfortable stay, conveniently located near the airport. Our room was spacious, full of natural light and had all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay (the hotel even provides complimentary sandwiches in the morning, if you want :) The staff was very helpful and they let us check in one hour earlier, which was super nice. The hotel has a rooftop terrace, where you can sit, enjoy something to eat or drink and watch planes against a beautiful sunset backdrop (we did it almost every day!). I would recommend this hotel to all travellers - we will definitely stay there when in Jeju city again.

Following our great experience last year, we’ve decided to stay for summer holiday this year again, and we were never disappointed! The room is specious and clean. The terrace is a nice place for a breakfast or evening chill, and jacuzzi bath is relaxing after swimming pool. The rooftop swimming pool is rather small but great for family with small kids. Owners are really kind and try their best to help guests. We would definitely be back next year.

Very nice location nearby beautiful beach, nice view of famous HyoungJae island and green grass, good size of the room, facilities (kitchen and parking lot), swimming pools (convenient location on the roof and two swimming pools with different depths), very tasty breakfast and super kind staffs.

Talk about a spectacular view! Our room overlooked the ocean and there were two swimming pools on the top floor that also looked out into the ocean. The resort area is very quiet and some of the staff speak English well. The room was clean, comfortable, and quite hard to leave. The resort has a coffee shop built into it. The coffee and Mango smoothies are delicious. However for beer/Alcohol and/or more substantial food, it is a short and beautiful walk into town. The only thing that we'd have any complaints about was that we were biking and it would have been nice to have laundry... But the room was super clean, so we just handwashed what we needed... I'd definitely stay here again. Thanks!

My family of 6, two adults and four kids, recently stayed at Sun and Moon for a vacation and we all just loved it. We had two rooms and they were both wonderful. Clean, modern and large. The bedding was really nice and the beds were super comfortable. Having a small kitchen was fantastic, and we enjoyed the daily breakfast service. The hosts are really welcoming and helpful, and know English. The views from our rooms were absolutely beautiful. I loved the heated floors too! My kids enjoyed the lawn, games and bubbles, and of course the swimming pool!

I had a fantastic stay at Sun and Moon Resort during my vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I loved the convenience of having breakfast delivered to my room. The rooftop pool was amazing as it offered a stunning view of the ocean while swimming. Additionally, I enjoyed the opportunity to sunbathe on the grass right outside my room.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Leo. I was only in Jeju for 2 full days and so wanted to be close to the airport. The hotel was really convenient, taxis are fairly cheap from the airport and there are also a number of buses that go very close to the hotel (and it’s only a few stops away from the airport + T money card works here). The hotel was also close to my day tour pick up point (literally a couple of minutes away). I was here during Chuseok so quite a few places were closed but in normal times, there are lots of food options nearby. On the hotel itself, the elevator was quick and efficient. My room was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfy. Shower was great + electric toilet. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers. There was a kettle in the room, a fridge, a hairdryer and a big tv (with Netflix). An LG steamer also in the room which was exciting but when I actually tried it, I found it took too long and results weren’t great. Still a cool contraption to try. Water bottles provided every day and fresh towels. All the above made this a great stay but what added the cherry to the cake was Helen (the assistant manager) who was a dream and just amazing at her job. She made me feel welcome the second I arrived and I felt like I had a friend who gave me great recommendations every evening. She really is a star! To note, I tried the buffet breakfast once, it was ok but not amazing. I wouldn’t get it daily.

You can definitely tell that the hotel has been around for a while but everything has been maintained very well and kept very clean. In-room LG styler was very much appreciated though it got really noisy while in use but it did the job so that's fine. Rooms came already equipped with the UK power sockets so that was really handy as we didn't have to bring out our international adaptors. Bring your own toothbrush set though as that's the only amenity that wasn't provided in the toilet. We had a rental car and were able to park on the property for free (with valet service too!) so parking was a non-issue. Check-in and check-out processes were very smooth - most of the front desk staff couldn't really speak English (if you speak Mandarin, you're in good hands though) but Helen is by far the gem of Hotel Leo! All the reviews that sing her praises are truly right and very well-deserved. Possibly the only fluent English-speaker there, Helen was incredibly helpful and friendly, and an absolute delight every time we met her at the reception. What would have been just another normal hotel stay was made instantly better because of Helen. 10/10 would recommend.

I love the location ( bus stops, restaurants, Shops are all in the area). few minutes bus or taxi ride from Ferry station and airport. The staff are amazing. The receptionist/concierge speaks fluent English ( which is a relief) very accommodating and took really time to assist and answer all our questions. I believe her name's Helen? Or Nancy. She's the daytime staff in the reception desk. She's from Seoul. She is amazing, knowledgeable of the area. The food at Their Cafe is amazingly delicious. There are a lot of choices. The staff (2) Josephine and the guy( I forgot his name, sorry) was very accommodating, pleasant and made sure that plates were removed and Food were always sufficient. Room is clean. Big space for 2 queen beds. The only one that was missing was the English caption on their TV. My friend and I want to watch Netflix, you tube but no English caption and unfortunately the staff cant figure it out how to add as well. But overall, I will definitely recommend Hotel Leo. Our 3 day stay there was more than satisfactory.

We stayed here on the last night of our stay in Jeju, as we needed to be near the airport after returning of rental car. They have valet service for cars; the hotel room is spacious and clean plenty of dining options nearby (hotel staff recommended us but we decided to take the car for a drive to black pork street before returning). There is a weighing scale at lobby - great for us trying to figure if we are overweight. When the central AC was a bit warm - we just called frontdesk and they turned on the AC blower unit so that was perfect. Just to say - this hotel is a 20 mins bus ride from Jeju Airport (the taxi queue was CRAZY) and so we just hopped onto bus for 1150 won /pax - bus stops right across from Hotel Leo. Next morning, hotel booked me a taxi and it was 5500 won / 10 mins ride to airport. Please do consider staying here if you need a convenient spot in Jeju City! I can't wait to be back - Thank you Hotel Leo!

Pleasantly surprised. For us, Hotel Leo is the best hotel stay experience we’ve had in South Korea. Highlights of what to expect: - larger rooms compared to most properties in South Korea; - breakfast buffet isn’t large but a good staple of international mix with some local Korean dishes. Everything we ate was delicious; - LG Steam Closet Care System in the room removed the wrinkles or refresh our clothes without washing; - cable TV loaded with different channels; - walking distance to Jeju Cultural Street; - quality soaps, shampoo and conditioner. Note, no toothbrush nor toothpaste; - great water pressure & hot water; - bidet toilet with options for enhanced cleaning / comfort; - staff speak fluent English and Mandarin. They helped us get taxis, gave directions to nearby restaurants, etc; - almost every room and hallway are decorated with local art; - overall property decor is modern; If there are other Hotel Leo properties in other cities, We’ll be booking our stays there.

This stay was part of a family and friends adventure for a child's birthday as well as a couple of first time visitors to Jeju. We had a good time. The location was further away from the city than we have stayed before which came with the benefit of fewer tourists, however, it also meant it took us longer to get places. When we checked in, one of the meal cards for the second room was missing, however, when we asked for it, it was quickly corrected. Staff speak multiple languages, so communication was easy. The breakfast was really tasty and convenient. There were a variety of options to suit a variety of taste preferences. There were a couple of weddings in the hotel during our stay which was fun to witness - changing of the couple's posters in the lobby. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The beds could have been more comfortable for us - however, they were fine for the length of time and the purpose we were there. I would like to have had heavier blankets available. The shades were useful for blocking light which let us sleep just a little later. The staff were kind overall. We asked to use a table in the cafe at the end of the day to play a card game and were told we could not, and the staff did not suggest an alternative even when asked. Staff could have been more helpful in that regard. We ended up playing on the floor in one of the rooms for our group. The hotel was close to several restaurants and to bus stops.

My tip is, rent a car and book a room at Astar hotel. From Astar hotel take the car and just go. Driving is not that difficult, just read into the traffic rules and you’ll be fine. And most important you don’t have to worry how to get back to the hotel. The hotel itself is about 15 minutes from the airport. From the hotel to the airport I had to pay 4100 won for the taxi. The hotel has a convenient store which is open till 23:00. From the hotel it’s about a 10 min walk to an area with shops, bars and restaurants. I’ve eaten in the hotel restaurant and tried the bibimbap. It tasted quite good. It’s always nice to come back at hotel after a long day and drink a beer at the hotel or buy a snack from the store. The hotel room itself was nice,clean and big. On the second floor there was a sauna, but I didn’t use the facility. The majority of the staff spoke English, so you don’t have to worry about the language barrier. In overall I had a good stay in Jeju at Astar hotel.

I stayed here in 2016 and finally returning to travel in 2022 I stayed at Astar Hotel with friends again. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Intercity Bus Terminal, has a convenience store in the hotel and there are several restaurants in the area. It's not far from Jeju City center and the airport neither. We had a traditional Korean family room equipped with a double bed and traditional Korean matresses to spread on the floor. Both the bed and sleeping on the floor was comfortable. The room was spacious and very clean. It came with all the necessary amenities like minibar, kettle, shampoo/bodywash etc. We had a nice view that included a little bit of ocean. Staff was helpful and spoke good English. One night we ordered room service from the restaurant downstairs and were surprised by the value for money: it was hardly more expensive than a restaurant and super delicious!

The hotel location is very good because it's about 10min walk to the cherry blossom street, the bus terminal and the sports complex where there's also cherry blossom trees. A taxi from the airport to the hotel cost about 5,000won. My booking does not come with breakfast but there's 2 nearby cafes - Tour les Jour (3-4 stores away) and Paris Baguette (less than 5min walk). There's also a very nice eatery nearby that served ginseng chicken soup for 10,000won (12-15min walk - come out of hotel and turn right. Just walk down, past the cherry blossom street and look out for the store across the street, with a big banner of the dish hanging on store front). It's very reasonable as the portion is big and the food is really tasty. Overall I would recommend the hotel if you are there during the cherry blossom period.

We are a family of four and stayed in the executive suite with a private pool and balcony. We really enjoyed the private location near the beach. View of the ocean and mountain were beautiful. Our kids loved the private pool on our balcony. Kitchen and living room were comfortable. There are small fruit vendors nearby and several convenient stores within walking distance. Wifi worked fine.

It is a spacious apartment with 10mins to a “secret” beach. The swimming pool looks great but it is a pity that we didn’t take a dip into their heated pool but my kids managed to have a great fun with the trampoline and soccer ball. The breakfast is a decent spread and their staff is super friendly.

We loved the place! Music piped gently all throughout the interior AND exterior of the hotel creates an amazing ambience in the cold, quiet atmosphere (Parking lots, swimming pool, garden etc) Breakfast was included and delicious and sufficient (don't expect too much variety!). Room is spacious and beds are comfortable enough Despite the cool weather, we enjoyed the cold pool and hot jacuzzi! The hotel provides free EV charging stations and 1 fast charge station (chargeable). Cons : - they only throw rubbish/change towels daily (when asked to), but won't make the beds unless you stay for more than 3 nights - a kitchen is provided but if you leave dishes unwashed, you get charged a penalty - although there's a nearby private beach (5 hike), it's not really playable. Brown sand isn't inviting for children to play on, so we didn't spend any time on the beach - we asked for extra pillows but they could only provide smaller pillows Summary : We loved our time here and are very grateful to the staff , especially Mr Yang (who was exceptionally friendly, helpful and kind!). We wished we stayed longer, but will be back one day as we love Jeju!

Nice sea view. Has an outdoor pool and warmed jacuzzi. Pool is not too deep and hotel provides floats for children. Room is comfortable and clean. Complimentary semi western breakfast is decent. Parking available on site. Family friendly.

A wonderful family hotel. Small and cozy. Breakfast: not enough, there is no choice, at most you can combine everything together in a sandwich or something similar, the coffee can also be improved. Territory: enough for a walk, there is a trampoline, a children's and an adult pool (only works in the warm season), a hammock, a children's soccer goal. The room: quite spacious, has its own small kitchen and all the utensils, pots, pans, etc., large and comfortable bed, pillows, nice view from the window; there is a terrace, also a working jacuzzi, which massages the muscles quite well after walking. There is a parking lot for those with a car The staff is friendly and friendly to visitors.

I love everything about the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable (the bathroom is huge). The mountain view is stunning! The carpark is huge (but it can get crowded like what people mentioned; no sweat just drop your luggages off before parking your car). Nanta theatre is just next door (super recommended to watch since you're staying at the hotel and get 50% off! Go splurge on VIP ticket). There is a planetarium also opposite and yes it's a short drive to attractions such as Hallasan trails (Eurimok or even Yongsil), Jeju Stone Park and Ecoland. It's also quite near Jeju City (20 mins drive). Love the location but of course it's not recommended if u do not have a car. Will definitely come back here!

Stayed for 7 days and 6 nights. I was provided on level 7 with GREAT CITY VIEWS especially at night was just beautiful and peaceful. Front desk staffs were always smiling and welcoming. I've asked for 2 room services and did an excellent cleaning jobs. Food from the restaurant wasn't the best but having the BBQ facilities was great. It's little costly that's because this hotel is located sort of mid/high on the mountain. All you had to do is drive out for 10 minutes to find shops and restaurants. I would love to revisit soon.

A bit earlier check-in time at 2:00PM. The room was clean. There was no shampoo or body wash. They did provide two bottles of complementary water. After all this hotel cost only a fraction of other fancy hotels’ room rates so you get what you pay for, I guess. But I’d only recommend this hotel to people who plan to drive while in Jeju.

Great parking spaces and the Sakura trees on the road in front of the hotel were so pretty. Bonus point. The staff said there’s no amenities and that there’s a convenient store on g floor. We hurriedly bought shampoos etc only to find out that they did have shampoos etc. Just not tooth brush.

The booking included a 50% discount for the Nanta Theatre, which I could attend and it was such a fantastic experience by itself. The hotel has a convenience store from 7 to midnight, which is extremely convenient. I was traveling for a research visit at Jeju National University, I cannot recommend this place enough!

There is a lot to like about this hotel. The only issue I had was that everything costs extra, such as the health center and the pool. The pool costs 7,000 per person, and requires you to wear swim caps. The staff at the pool didn't speak English and didn't want to let me in because my swim trunks weren't the typical Korean Speedo style. Also, there are separate men and women entrances to the pool and you MUST go through the shower and sauna, so if you are a single parent with young children of the opposite gender, this is a HUGE problem since you can't watch your children at all. VERY POOR pool design and management!!! Other than that, the hotel room was clean with good air conditioning, comfortable beds, a decent TV, and a nice view of the nearby city and ocean. Employees at the desk were kind, and there is a 7/11 convenience store on the first floor. I would recommend this hotel to anyone (except for the pool) but be aware that using other facilities costs extra and the automatic car park doesn't accommodate SUVs and very large cars. Still, the hotel was a nice value for the room price (minus all the extra Jeju city fees) and we had a nice stay there overall.

Wow! This hotel is located in New Seogwipo area. That area has different vibe like you're in seaside area. Room was clean and spacious. This hotel has a gym, an indoor swimming pool and sauna! It blew my mind! I didn't have to find a Jjimjilbang to go to. It has everything that I need. Gym was also well-equipped. Parking was a breeze too! They have valet parking where they took your car to an underground parking spot. Super convenient. Good for someone who's nervous about getting into narrow parking space. A lot of great restaurants nearby. EMart was close by also. Super convenient to go anywhere in Jeju Island. No doubt I'll stay there again next time when I go to Jeju.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are clean and spacious, the internet is fast, the swimming pool is clean, big and reasonably priced. The location is also great - not far from e-Mart, Oppa-dak (not to be missed!), Olive bbq and Grandma’s. The staff are friendly and nice.

The location is great: there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and a supermarket nearby. Close to the ocean and multiple bus stops. The area is quiet and nice. The hotel itself is very clean. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The swimming pool and the sauna are not to be missed.

The bed was so comfortable and the area in Jeju was for us perfect. Lot of restaurants and cafes around. We stayed in the room 1103 and above there you had a brillant view about the mountains. The cafe were also really nice and had a good chamomile tea! We feel us in the hotel so safe and relaxing. Thank you to had us 😊

Staff super friendly and open to answer our questions, the cafe it’s amazing, recommend the iced tea peach flavour! and the omelette 🤤🤤🤤 the room was so clean and comfy, we really liked it! smoking zone right in front of the building (on the other side of the road) or in front of the parking lot of the hotel.

The hotel itself was great, had very friendly staff and a pretty good breakfast. The room was great, comfy and clean with a sizable bathroom. It's a great choice if you rent a car, as the hotel offers a free to use garage, also having a car is highly recommended for visiting most of Jeju island.

We stayed here only one night but we enjoyed our stay. The stuff is very helpful and always smiling and kind. The room was clean, with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good (eggs, ham, cheese, veggies even small waffles). If we stayed longer we would probably miss a bigger variety but for us it was enough.

Room size was good. The rooftop pool was very welcome after a long day! It's awesome that the pool is open until 21:00 (in summer when I went at least).

Room was spacious, we had two big baggage open on the floor. Very good amenities! Great shampoo & conditioner! Great housekeeping. Rooftop terrace was large and had both a covered part with AC and an open part where you could eat take away food. The location was great for eating out and the food streets started there. CU store, and cafe were nice and convenient to have inside the building! The pool was nice, it could use more bathing chairs there were few broken /bad conditions. It is not enough for all the guests so the room to pool space ratio is off, but we were able to enjoy it a few times, but if you want it as an everyday program it might be tough.

Heated pool was great fun for our kid. He also enjoyed the kids zone inside. Pool towels were provided. Breakfast was nice, compared to other we had in hotels on Jeju. There is even a complementary ice cream. Receptionists spoke English.

We liked the hotel a lot. They have great facilities, a gym, a yoga room, a rooftop swimming pool, an arcade room, and a 24/7 convenience store. When it rained in Jeju, we enjoyed ourselves at the hotel. The room was cleaned daily. On the last day, I thought I lost my rings during the stay and the front desk offered to note down my email and send the rings back in case they found it. It shows how customer-obsessed they are. It's great value for money.

Darüberhinaus können weitere Speisen bestellt werden, die von den Köchen frisch zubereitet werden. Zusätzlich kann man im Restaurant à la carte zu Mittag und zu Abend essen. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, lichtdurchflutet und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit ist exzellent, es wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Dabei werden alle Handtücher getauscht und auch die Badutensilien neu ausgelegt. Das Personal ist sehr diskret, aber immer verfübar und außerordentlich hilfsbereit und nett. Der Strand ist sehr nah gelegen. Entlang der Küste gibt es einen beleuchteten Weg, an dem man Abends wunderbar spazieren gehen kann. Ganz in der Nähe, in 5 Min Fußweg, gibt es zwei kleine Restaurants der bekannten Haenyeo Damen, in denen man wenige, aber immer frische Spezialitäten der lokalen Küche genießen kann. Es war eine wunderschöne Erfahrung in einer Oase der Entpannung und des Wohlseins.

This was a great hotel with awesome ocean views, several swimming pools and a hot and cold pool sauna. The rooms are spacious and hotel staff are quick to provide anything you need during your stay. There's EV charging onsite and the parking lot can get crowded later in the night. The breakfast buffet is excellent and showcases local cuisines such as abalone porridge, seaweed uni soup, cafe quality pastries, and Jeju 's famous Tangerine juice while also offering Western style dishes like omelettes and bacon.

Swimming pools were great. The pools were spacious and not crowded when I was there. The hotel is right next to Olle hiking trail #7, so it’s very convenient to go hiking from there.

Such a grand place for an affordable price! Would love to come back during the warmer months to take advantage of the pools. (They had a heated outdoor pool though!)

Spacious and modern room. Facilities were top notch. They even had heated pools and a huge outdoor jacuzzi pool. Breakfast are offered at a discount when we were there. Definitely worth the money, wide selection of food available. Even had premium dishes such abalone porridge and urchin seaweed soup.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort (not the hotel). The room was nice and included a little kitchenette and sitting g area. There was no balcony furniture, though, so the ocean view room was not quite what it might have been. Due to Coronavirus, one pool was not open and I did not mind paying for pool access as there was an outside and inside pool that were both lovely. Done restaurants were open despite COVID and they were good. Nice stay with a significant discount; normal price would be too much and the value would not be there.

Very nice hotel resort if you are a family with children. The hotel web site difficult for English speaking since it does not have an English translation option. So we had to use a 3rd party booking agency to actually understand and book the room. In addition it would be nice if they had airport shuttle information available as we took a taxi across the island only to find out there was a shuttle, but we had no way to know or book. A nice facility with nice rooms by the ocean. However there is no beach or ocean swimming as it is all rough lava rock. However the lava is beautiful to look at and explore. The location is close to town and local attractions. We found touring beyond the facility difficult since most tours leave from Jeju city on the other side of the island. Unless you have a car it Leaves mainly taxi touring. There was only one pool open, the second was closed putting all guest in one pool. It was a beautiful pool and hot tub. However they were pretty much overrun monopolized children and families. If your room includes breakfast there is a fantastic breakfast buffet. However it does get busy and there maybe a wait. We would recommend this hotel resort to families, not so much for romantic couples.

The resort is renovated and reopened in May 2024. All the suite qualified rooms have 2 bedrooms with 2 toilets, living room with Kitchenett and Balcony with ocean (or mountain) view. Merits: 1. The property is a resort complex with leisure facilities for Golf, Swimming, outdoor sports as well as accommodation for hotel and resort. It has all the necessary inhouse facilities, such as restaurants, arcades, and convenience stores. 2. The quality of the restaurants (incl. Korean, Japanese, Italian, Chinese and Buffet) is high-end and better than expected. No need to go out of the property for dining. 3. Both mountain and sea can be enjoyed. 4. Compared to other properties, it has good values for the members incl. discount for F&B, free access to outdoor pool. 5. The staffs are very friendly and attentive. Especially, my experience for check-in process was wonderful and thanks for top notch service. Demerits: 1. It takes around one hour from the airport. It runs shuttle buses for the airport and golf country club, but not many, so separate taxi fees of about 60K KRW (airport) or 20K (Golf) will be incurred. 2. It must be a family resort but some places like a resort outdoor pool or fitness are adult only (abive age of 20) 3. There are a lot of trainees besides regular employees, but sometimes they make unexpected small mistakes.

Professional and very polite staffs in hotel, restaurant, reception, swimming pool. Location is perfect, seaside with sunrise views in morning, quiet and relaxing environment. Swimming pools and jacuzzi opened until late in evening, cleanliness hotel (bedroom, lobby, all public areas), quite impressive the feeling in main building, volume and height below roof is astonishing

Very friendly and well-equipped hotel. I really like this location in Jeju, but of course you do need a car. I would happily stay here again. My only quibble is the add on charges for pool seats etc which I think is unecessary and over-charging. This meant that we did not use the facilities around the pool (part from swimming) etc, which is a shame.

The service was impeccable, definitely better than some of the 5-star hotels we’d stayed at before. We stayed for 5 nights at the hotel and never regretted our choice. Manager Lim also kindly upgraded our rooms. He and his staff went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable everyday. We are a family with elderly and children. All of us enjoyed our stay there very much. Would like to also thank Manager Lim who kindly suggested that we used his hotel’s dining area for our son’s birthday celebration once he knew that we were also celebrating our son’s birthday on this trip. He also called up the cake shop to make sure we did not lose our way when I told him we needed to reserve a cake from the shop on our first night in Jeju. It was totally unexpected and we truly appreciated his kindness. The rooms were very clean and everything is well-maintained and new. The laundry facility was very useful for our big family. The daily breakfast buffet spread was also absolutely scrumptious and varied. I will not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Jeju. Truly top-notch and sincere service!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at this property. Manager Jay and his team were excellent and he helped us with translations into Korean of the places of interest to make travelling around the island as easy as possible. The free breakfast and the packed lunch was so kind and very much appreciated as well as the delicious hallabongs he gave us. The rooms were clean and spacious and amazing value. The Netflix available in the rooms was also a great touch. The location of the hotel is also excellent walking distance to the two waterfalls and the Olle trail tourist centre is a couple of doors down and is also walking distance to the vibrant street food in the Olle market and nearby food streets with plenty of convenience stores nearby. It is easy to get around to the east and west and also central to the mount hallasan trails which we really enjoyed. Keep up the good work Mr Jay and we wish you and your team every success as it is well deserved . We would heartily recommend hotel the grang as a base for exploring the beautiful Jeju island

Our family of 5 booked two rooms at Hotel The Grang Seogwipo and it was a good "home-away-from-home", particularly for our two old aged parents. Jay is always ready to greet us in English and his conversational skills in Mandarin made our parents feel assured help is always there. Jay gave great advice on what we want or could do in Jeju and takes great care of his guests. We couldn't be more impressed with his dedicated service level. The hotel is also conveniently located near Seogwipo Olle Market (6 min walk thereabout) and lots to eat at the food street nearby. CVS are all around the hotel; Cheonjiyeon Falls is just behind it. The rooms are very well kept, clean and tidy. In-room heating works fine and firm mattresses is a big tick. After a long day of exploration, a good support bed/pillow is what you need a for an aching back. Thank you Jay and all the staff at Hotel The Grang.

Jay and his staff were simply wonderful towards me and my wife from the first moment we set foot on the property up until the last second. With the way that Jay and his staff treat you, you really feel respected and cherished as their guests. Jay went as far as to prepare special lunch packages for us and took special care when he noticed my wife was pregnant. I was really at a loss for words how wonderfully this man treated us. He even waved us goodbye with a few words in our own language. Apart from Jay and his staff, the hotel itself is beautifully designed. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was excellent, beautiful and functional. The breakfast was abundant and even varied from day to day. The location is also great, whether for walking around the town or for driving to nearest sights. Overall, this was by far the best experience I have ever had in a hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I recently stayed at The Grang Seogwipo, and we had an amazing experience. The hospitality was top-notch, with the owner always available and ensuring that we felt right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we truly appreciated the small touches like receiving free water every day during our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and our room was both cozy and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel's location is fantastic—just a short distance from some of the main attractions, including beautiful waterfalls. It’s also conveniently close to the airport bus and other bus stops, making it easy to get around. Plus, there are several great restaurants nearby, so finding a delicious meal was never an issue. Overall, we had a wonderful time at The Grang Seogwipo and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! An impeccably clean hotel with attentive and polite staff. The beds were excellent, housekeeping flawless, and the breakfast buffet generous and tasty. The only minus is that the surroundings are a bit rundown and practically plain concrete (car parks everywhere). Also we didn't realise there's no indoor pool and the outdoor pool was still closed in April.

Staff were amazing - somehow dropped credit card in drain outside hotel - the two females whose names I didn't get went out of their way to assist me retrieving it. Members of public also helped. Room was spacious. No where for laundry but they provided iron and ironing board. Received vouchers for drinks and food. Swimming pool very shallow but nice to spend an hour or two - bonus you could buy drinks and food by pool. Location was good.

Everything was great! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, we got room on the 10th floor, corner view to the sea, which was really nice. And the bed was huuuuuge! Location was also good - we came by ferry to Jeju island and walked from ferry terminal to the hotel, which is on the shore of the sea and there are many attractions within short walking distance (2-10 min) - Tapdong plaza, Beach Concert Hall, Chilseonglo (shopping street), Black Pork street, Dongmun Traditional Market, where you can eat tasty local food. If it would be summer, then you could go for a swim right by the hotel or in a nice outdoor pool 😉

Room was comfortable and big and had a nice view on the sea. It was a pure bliss to sleep on the big bed as it was extremely comfortable. We rented a car and used the parking facility of the hotel which was very convenient. We did not use the swimming pool. Staff did not seem very welcoming and nice, this is something we noticed across different hotels in Korea…maybe it is a cultural thing or language barrier…who knows…We tried out breakfast one day, however it was a disappointing experience as the majority of options were for Korean customers and limited choice for continental breakfast options. This is the reason why we decided to have breakfast outside for the rest of our stay.

Food was a bit above average price, no appetizers, a few cocktails and 1 vegetarian option. However, the food was good and had a good presentation. Hotel was a bit away from the downtown area and buses were confusing and slow. Pros: Near ocean, nice rooftop area with enclosed heated domes to rent/use, nice pool area, clean and good size room overall Cons: Older room- older appearing furniture, can see some wear and tear, some small stains on carpet, further away from city and no easy public transportation, had to use different wifi on rooftop (but good connection) 8/10

There was a tiny roof top pool. Heated pool. Looks inviting but it was winter so we didn't use it. Though we did see families with young kids enjoying the dip. The location was abit off the town centre. So it's not convenient if you're not driving and wanting to take their bus to get around. The view from our room was superb! It looks out to the ocean and we enjoyed the breeze. Didnt even need the aircon.

The hotel is very nice from the entrance already. All coridors are climate controlled so you don’t start sweating as you exit your room. The rooms are spacious, ours was sea view around 25 sq.m. with a king sized bed. The TV isn’t smart, but has 2 HDMIs. The bathroom/wc was also nice and the toilet has a bidet seat installed so that was very good. We had a rental and there is plenty of space to park left from the hotel (for free). The rooftop pool is smaller than it looks on the photos. Also if you haven’t booked breakfast you cannot order coffee until 11 a.m. from the restaurant, but you have two nescafe like coffee bags in your room that get restocked every day along with the 2 water bottles(one per person). There is also a safe in the room that is for free!

Best hotel we've experienced so far with our two kids (toddlers). Mattresses on the floor for a lower risk of fall injury (yet not futons so we don't have to roll them up), toys to entertain them inside the room for hours, our room even faced the sea (even though our booking stated city view), a very convenient dropoff and carpark, very friendly/polite hotel staff, and decent fried chicken for a late dinner without freezing outside! We didn't even try the heated rooftop pool during our stay, but it was open!

Small but lovely. Grabel has everything I need. The breakfast is great with charge and the view from the pool is excellent. it’s located in outside of the busy city area but there are Starbucks and convenient stores, and some restaurants right next to it so you don’t have to worry about food. The room is not big but clean, they also clean it and refill supplies for you everyday. Staffs are nice and helpful.

This was our 2nd visit. Because of our own oversight, we didn't have a car, and so had to rely on taxis to get anywhere. The owners personally offered us lifts when, on occasion, there were no taxis available immediately. On another occasion, my father got a small cut on his toe on at the beach and we needed some first aid, which was quickly and readily supplied. These small gestures have gone a long way in establishing our loyalty. The non-suite rooms are comfortable and of a good size for up to a couple and a small child (extra mattresses were seen neatly stored in the hall). My only quibble is that the mattresses are rather firm, to suit Korean preferences, I guess. Breakfast is simple but sufficient, and very pleasant with a view of the garden, sea (in the distance) and currently, 2 puppies :) It appears that Malaysia's state-owned Berjaya holdings is planning to build a resort about 5 minutes away - their hoardings are up. If it's going to be anything like their other projects, that will be sad because they're rather bland in every way possible, through certainly easier on families, older guests and non-Korean speakers. I hope the increased competition doesn't eliminate this 8-room operation because their dedication to service is amazing. Mr Kim (there are probably 2, and I'm referring to the younger one) speaks excellent English and recommended some really good local restaurants - chicken ginseng soup and black pork bbq come to mind.

The view is sooooo good, i really love it. It's easy to see the sunrise, the mountains and even sunset. The room is spacious, clean and cozy. There are a lot of windows and a balcony making the room airy. We have almost everything there hair dryer, bosy wash, body lotion, shampoo and even cotton. We have the floor heater and also the electric blanket so it's too good to keep warm. I didnt use the blanket because it's too hot inside. The breakfast is good and the owner is soo beautiful as well ❣️🥰. Because we rent a car so we feel the location is perfect. We visited Camelia hill, o'sulloc tea museum, and many parks and forests near hear. We did ride a horse, go on the road near Hallasan and we also drive to visit aquarium jeju on the east side of the island. Near the pension are very good restaurant and we can easily have bbq chicken just 5 mins walking there which is my most favorite food hhhhh.

The location and the sea view is perfect for a relaxing chill, be it night or day. There is a front porch where u can enjoy the sea view if u do not want to stay on the balcony. The morning breakfast is good with hard boiled egg, coffee, fruits, juice and different types of bread with the option to toast it. There is also some parking spaces available. Did not meet the owner but had a pretty good stay at his place. Room is very spacious and clean. I would say this would be a great place to relax and chill and would definitely come back again if i ever go back to jeju.

We had an amazing stay. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They even offered free laundry service. The breakfast was great and there was so much every morning. We really enjoyed it. The room is huge and you have your own balcony. The backyard is also great with good views over the ocean. You needed to take the bus to the main street in order to get anywhere (bus stop is a two minute walk) but our location was quiet and peaceful and you could easily get to the beach. I would highly recommend this place. We enjoyed staying there a lot.

The hotel was amazing! The room was big and had the best views to the sea, with a nice balcony to have some drinks in the evening. The bed was very comfy and we had clean towels every day, which was nice. Also, the staff was very friendly, spoke good English and was up to help with anything. The place is simply amazing! Well designed and decorated condos right by the water. It is in a quieter side of the island. The resort provides buffet breakfast with the variety of options. The staff are all kind and very helpful. There are not that many walkable places to eat, but hotel lunch and dinner are simple and very delicious. If you plan to stay here for more than a couple of days renting a car might be a good idea. The distance from the resort to Jeju city is about an hour drive so commuting with taxes won't be cheap. The water in front of the resort while it is beautiful blue has volcanic rocks and not good for swimming. The patios and front yard have been decorated beautifully. Having a cup of coffee with the amazing view was priceless. Would i stay here again?Absolutely! :)

This was by far my favorite place to stay in Korea. What a cozy, clean, and adorable property! The location on the water is absolutely perfect. We were able to witness a gorgeous sunset AND the next morning's sunrise too! The path right behind our room was well-built and maintained, making it for a great place to jog or stroll into town. And MJ Resort front desk folks made it very easy to check in and check out, and the breakfast was fantastic! If you have breakfast at the property, do it on the second floor of the main building. The view is spectacular and the space upstairs is beautifully put together. My biggest regret is that we didn't stay here longer! If I ever come back to Jeju Island, I will for sure stay here. Worth every penny.

Location is excellent. The view is amazing. The hotel is located right on the water and you can see the ocean from your room. There is no beach as the area in front of the hotel is very rocky, but the view is still incredible. The service is also top notch. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond. The included morning breakfast is delicious. There are plenty of choices and delicious foods to make it worth your time every morning. They also have fresh juices that inspired us to buy a juicer when we returned to our home. Room was large enough to enjoy or stay and beds were firm, but comfortable. This place has incredible value and definitely get so much for what you pay.

This resort truly exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious with a stunning sea view. From our window, we could even see the Haenyeo (female divers)’s huts — one of the best ways to experience Jeju Island is simply relaxing at this hotel: watching the ocean, playing by the beach, catching crabs, and observing the Haenyeo diving for sea urchins. It was incredibly relaxing. The hotel restaurant was also excellent — breakfast was simple and satisfying with a great view. The rooms were all very clean, with modern, spacious, and comfortable facilities. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming. We also appreciated the free laundry service. Sleeping here was very comfortable. Staff can speak Chinese and English

So you will feel very warm initially, but i guess this feature is to counter the winter. Receptionist, Grace speaks excellent English and even printed a road map for our destinations. Opposite the hotel a small park. The road besides the park leads you straight to Ollie Mkt. Alighting point to this hotel by bus is the 2nd last bus stop on route 600 starting from airport. Very easy access and walkable to other waterfalls around the hotel. We enjoyed very much.

6star: Newly renovated Esti hotel is a home away from home. It’s the best hotel of 8 hotels/AirBnbs I’ve stayed in the past year. An eclectic mix of sparkling new toilets and rather old room furniture (eg. the comfy worn reclining sofa facing great ocean views) and Ondol traditional heated floor makes a really comfortable stay. Counter staff were so helpful and cheerful, especially patient young man Jung Heyong Ann (hope I spelt it right). Carpark is super squeezy but they helped valet park my car every single time - it made a world of difference thanks! Only the bed was too firm for liking, but I still slept like a pig.

Very good location (near Olle Market, Jung Seop street, only 300m away from the bus station for.airport, near restaurants and convenience store, 5-600m away from Jeongbang waterfall), huge clean and perfectly fitted with everything you need room, excellent wi-fi, big TV, nice bathroom with sink, shower and heated WC splitted from each other. The personnel was very nice, ready to help (either directly in english or with online translator). I fully recommend this hotel ! Perfect value for.money !

Good location if intending to move around on foot. Floor in room seems to be heated which helps during winter months. Breakfast is provided and adequate though spread is repetitive. It helps to start the day early as most cafes are still closed for breakfast. Counter staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is a little dark than preferred and mattress can be more comfy.

I stayed at Hotel Aguila during my trip to Jeju island. The pool is amazing, it was as great view, they also have hot tubs and a free beer for your stay! The food service was great, quick and delicious. I slept so well in the bed, really comfy. The staff was really nice people, at first we had a little communication problem but I saw their willingness to help and understand me and I appreciate that a lot! I really enjoyed my stayed at hotel Aguila.

It could be either low season driven, or it is any time the same quality, but in our case everything was good and well done: - sea view was amazing, I did not notice better views in the area (we had room on the 5th floor) - every day very accurate cleaning (we know that it is for over 3 nights stay for eco purposes) - friendly and polite staff - roof top pool and jacuzzi were really cool and helpful in rainy season

Aguila Hotel is great value. I have stayed here a couple years ago and I think they made some improvements. The pool is great. The beds and bed linen were new, or at least in top quality condition. It's conveniently located a two minute drive or 10 -15 minute walk from the beach and many restaurants. The staff was very responsive..!! I will stay here again, because I love Hyeopjae Beach..!!

I got the ocean view which was so amazing. I really enjoyed even being just in the room. It was so peaceful. The receptionists at the front were also friendly too. The room was perfectly clean and perfectly equipped. Great size as well. Very close to everything that you need for your holiday. Jacuzzi and swimming pool at the roof top was also wonderful. Beautiful view from there too.

Took awhile for us to travel from the aouthside and only enjoyed 45 minutes of pool time (kiddie pool). Outside pool was closed and indoor pool was sectioned off with lane dividers. Swimming caps are a must so either veing one or you can rent out for fees. Shower is available after usage of pool. Good assortment and variety of diahes provided for buffet breakfast. Staff vwry hospital and accomadating. For the age of the hotel, it has been well kept.

Our family of four had enjoyed staying at this great hotel where staff were polite and friendly being helpful. Their sauna was spacious wonderful. Their gym facilities were excellent providing nearly everything even including a hula hoops and blood pressure detector. Their two swimming pools were nice to use and outdoor swimming pool had great views of watching aircrafts flying passing nearby. I would recommend this great hotel to other family members and friends for sure. Thank you so much for everything.

Pleasant stay with wonderful views of the ocean. The building is a bit old but still practical and well preserved. We enjoyed the pool a lot. The breakfast is diverse. We didn’t try the buffet dinner as it was quite pricey. The E-mart store very close to the hotel is also very practical.

Fabulous stay at the Jeju Ramada Ocean. The property is well kept, staff is super friendly and willing to help. The pool and sports center are a delight. A real holiday experience.

My mom and I stayed in Hotel Kenny’s Standard Twin Room for 2 nights in March 2024. We took Bus 182 from Jeju Airport and disembarked at a round-about. Large luggages can be stowed at the bottom of bus, but subject to availability (other passengers might need to stow luggages too). Hotel Kenny was easy to find, and is conveniently located near Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market. My mom and I had some of our meals at the market due to large variety of food options. Check-in was straightforward. Near the check-in counter, there are fresh towels which you can help yourself to, as there was no housekeeping for the 2 nights we were there. As part of sustainability drive, toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided at all 4 hotels we stayed at Jeju and Busan. Room was small, where we could only open 1 large luggage at a time. Toilet is small, such that entire floor will be wet after shower. Nonetheless, beds were clean and comfortable. We checked out by dropping our room key card in a box near the lift. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kenny, and loved its proximity to Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market.

We were surprised at how clean and modern this hotel was! Our room had a big window with a nice view, and there was a chair and little table. There is a basement with modern washing machines you can use for a small fee. In the lobby there are tables that you can use to eat or work or... There is also a computer that guests can use and you can print documents for a small fee. Staff was friendly and helpful. We received clean towels and little water bottles every day, even when the 'do not disturb' sign was on our door. (They would hang a bag with fresh towels and water on the door.) The location is also very nice: near the market and other restaurants and near busstops. If I'm ever in Soegwipo again, I would stay here again.

뚜벅이 여행으로 숙박하기 매우 적합, 다만 잠만 잘 사람들만... 후기를 보고 갔음에도 방이 매우 협소하여 깜짝 놀람. 마음의 준비를 단단히 해야할듯... 장기여행중이라 짐이 좀 있어서 좁은 방에 짐만 풀어도 앉을 공간없어 침대를 창가로 밀어서 장소확보하여 준비함 갑갑한게 싫어 코너스위트에 돈을 좀더 투자했으나 안타깝게도 공사중 건물이 있어 앞쪽, 옆쪽 코너 창으로 공사뷰 감상....그냥 싸게 저층 방으로 할걸...(눈물나게 후회) 그외에는 교통이 아주 좋고(로타리에서 모든 노선 버스 가능), 직원분들 매우 친절, 청결도도 아주 좋음, 침구 좋음, 올레시장 매우 가까움, 자차 이용을 안해서 주차는 잘 모르겠음 담에 서귀포 방문한다면 재숙박 의사있음(가성비 방으로)

Everything was modern and clean, great cosy corner room in this hotel for a solo traveller, with great views of the mountains and city! Safe and easy check in with two entrances/exits for opposite sides of the city. Great location and a very short walk from the Olle traditional market which, by the way, has some of the BEST food I tried on my whole two week trip to South Korea. The breakfast served a nice variety of food in the morning also :)

The location of this hotel is so close to the bus stop, it is a plus. The staff (man) in the night I arrived 03/22 was so kind and great, he is a value member of this hotel (really sorry I can’t remember his name). The facility is also wonderful, so clean. And check-out method also efficient and creative. I’m sure I will stay in this hotel again when I get back to Jeju.

룸컨디션은 오래되었지만 청결하고 깔끔하게 유지되고 있었고 호텔 정원 조경과 룸에서 바라보는 오션뷰 경치가 멋져요. 다만 체크인 할 때 룸 키를 하나만 준 점이 조금 아쉬웠고, 불편해서 룸 키를 하나 더 추가로 받았는데 새로 받은 키가 자꾸 오류가 나서 이틀 연속 로비에 내려갔네요.. 오래된 호텔이다보니 시스템적 시설적 문제가 있나봅니다. 그리고 야외 수영장 물이 너무 차가웠어요. 물 온도를 조금만 미지근하게 하고 밤에도 개방해주면 좋겠습니다. 그것빼고는 조식도 맛있고 만족스러웠습니다.

Location! Beautiful scenery right in front of seashore and there is Jeongbang fall right next to the hotel. Convenient to visit Halla mountain and other tourist places. Breakfast was outstanding and so as all the staff especially cleaning lady did great job every day. Hotel itself has a lot of history. Love it so so much!!

The hotel rooms are a little outdated but the property grounds are beautiful. We got there very late at night and woke up to an amazing and beautiful view of the ocean as well as the property grounds. So peaceful and quiet. The staff was very nice. We had a great stay. Very close to waterfalls

We arrived at Jeju at night and decided to book a hotel that was near the airport for one night. It was about less than 15 minutes' journey from airport to hotel. The hotel rooms were clean and big. It was affordable as well. There are many eateries around the hotel. The staff at the reception was friend and nice too. Thank you.

The room was 15 mins from the airport and there is a direct bus. Room was very spacious and clean. Although chargeable but option was available to check in early. 10000 won per hour. I checked in 2 hours early as i felt 3PM to be a bit late.

The room was big and clean, the location was very convenient and the staff was nice. There was also a 7 eleven on the second floor of the hotel! Overall it was perfect for a short trip.

함덕 해수욕장 바로 앞이라서 수영하고 들어오기 너무 완벽했습니다. 호텔에 투숙객들을 위해 모래 씻을 수 있는 곳도 마련되어 있어서 더 좋았어요. 숙소에서는 덜마른 냄새? 같은게 나서 처음에는 불쾌할 뻔 했는데 수영하고 와서 수영복 말리다보면 그런 냄새가 나는가봐요. 가격도 너무 저렴해서 가성비는 정말 최고인 것 같아요. 조식도 22000원이면 비싼건가? 싶었는데 숙소당 1인은 포함되어 있으니까 계산해보면 나쁘지 않은 것 같아요. 나름 종류도 다양하고 빵종류, 과일, 샐러드, 쌀국수, 연어까지 있을 거 다 있어요. 숙소에서는 씻고 잠만 자는 용이다, 해수욕을 잔뜩 할거다. 하면 정말 최고에요.

I had a pleasant check in experience, the front desk staff was friendly as soon as I found someone who spoke English. The whole process was quick. The hotel is right next to the beach with a great ocean view. I loved the modern feel to the rooms and all of the extra small amenities that were included. There were bottles of water in the fridge, power cables to charge phones, coffee and tea.

Everything about the room was amazing, although the two queens pushed together made a huge and kind of awkward king. The top floor bar can be skipped unless you feel like staying there all night for the all-you-can-drink beer. Otherwise the drinks are way too expensive. Restaurant seemed disused. We booked the 3 bedroom apartment on the top level which was huge! We had 2 large bathrooms, plenty of closet space and 3 or 4 balconies. The rooms were super clean and the kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook meals. Towels were clean and fresh and the beds were very comfortable. We use the pools and gym everyday which was handy. Very clean facilities with free towels provided at the pool.

We were a family of 7 and we loved the apartment, clean, spacious, modern and bright. Our building was the closest to the pool and my kids loved it. All the staff were very helpful. I have to remark the kindly assistance of Mr. John, the manager. The last day he provided us with a van to get to the airport since we couldn't get a spot on the airport shuttle bus. The bus was supposed to provide 15 spots for Somerset guests, and it is based on a first come first served, even being the second ones arriving there, other people rode the bus; since there was no control or line we were very disappointed and after explaining the situation to the staff they arranged a van for us and I would like to thank them again for this gesture. I totally recommend Somerset apartments for a long stay in Jeju.

Stayed with family for three nights. The place was huge with three bed rooms, kitchen, and living room. Everything to the best of our experience was perfect. Kitchen was good. Unfortunately, we did not have time to enjoy the swimming pool. Our place was conveniently located near a convenience store. Shinhwa mall and amusement park were within a walking distance. Somerset provided us with a set of coupons with which we were able to enjoy the park. Because of the Pandemic, there were not many people, quite eerie yet pleasant. There were very few people other than our family. Mall complex through Marriott and Landing was also nice.

Good size rooms are very clean and quality finish interior. Shinwha is massive place, everything is there for what you need 24hour shop close to Somerset resort. Restaurant, duty free shops, cafe, kids play park, swimming pools. And adventure park too. Our entire stay at Somerset, Shinhwa World was wonderful. The apartments are beautiful and very well equipped. The facilities are excellent. We loved the gym and pool. We enjoyed walking around Somerset. It feels like a little village. There are coffee shops and a lovely bakery. Shinhwa World is right accross the road with restaurants, bowling alley and of course the theme parks. This is great place for a vacation and to get away from the business in the cities on Jeju.

The concierge team was great. They assisted with answering our queries and one of the front desk on duty even acceded to my request to call up the local restaurant to place order for us making it so seamless. There are even 2 coats/jackets refresher machine located at the front desk for guests to use FOC. I like that fact that there is washer and dryer (pay per use) available as were travelling around Korea for 2 weeks and have plenty of clothes to wash hence that really lighten our packing by a lot. Breakfast buffet was decent, not a spread but really enough for us to start our day with. The in-room jacuzzi was great too. Nice feature though we only soaked and didn't use the jacuzzi. Room was pretty spacious too. Towels and certain areas in the room were a little worn out, however, no biggie.

Ficamos 4 noites no BK Hotel e foi ótimo. O quarto era espaçoso e limpo. Escolhemos o melhor quarto do hotel, de frente para o porto e com banheira de hidromassagem. O preço foi ótimo pelo que foi oferecido. O estacionamento do hotel era pequeno, mas tinha um estacionamento externo que podia ser utilizado pelos hóspedes. O café da manhã era variado e tinha entre pães, cereal, salada, macarrão, batata rústica, entre outras opções da culinária típica coreana.

Wir waren über die Größe des Zimmers positiv überrascht und haben uns über das überaus freundliche Personal (Rezeption und Reinigung) gefreut. Das Hotel liegt auch in Wassernähe und hat viele Attraktionen in der Umgebung (z.B. Wasserfall und Brücke am Hafen). Frühstück war eher westlicher Natur; man hat dennoch eine größere Auswahl gehabt und ist auf jeden Fall satt geworden. Sehr zu empfehlen und nächstes Mal auf jeden Fall wieder!

Clean room with excellent housekeeping services. Bathroom was spacious, with a tub, which is not always available in Korean hotels. Location was right by the airport express bus stop and very accessible to a lot of good eating in Seogwipo. The hotel staff were very helpful with navigating the city and the island and providing information and advice on how to get around on Jeju Island.

We stayed 5 nights and we really had a comfortable stay! It was very very clean, the daily cleaning is very thorough, the room is spacious, the hotel had this "new" feel to it and the staff was helpful with requests. I especially appreciated the bathtub. I seriously recommend this hotel even if the price costs a bit more than the others.

In August 2022 we had the pleasure of staying at GoldOne Hotel & Suites on Jeju Island. It was very quiet as out of main Korean holiday season. The hotel is luxurious with amazing views. A medium sized 5* hotel with all the amenities we could need as a family of 5. As our hotel room overlooked the pool, we felt comfortable letting the kids make there own way to the pool to play. Its also a shallow pool, so they were able to touch the bottom. The games room is right next to reception, so the kids would go and collect the things they needed and go play table tennis or darts etc. The international breakfast buffet was amazing and the service phenomonel. We didn't have a car and don't speak Korean, but the hotel manager Sungkwon happily stepped in to arrange transporation and gave great suggestions for places to visit and speciality restaurants to try. It was only a short drive or long walk to the waterfalls and rock pools. The views from the rooftop terrace over the island are amazing. The football stadium was a short 15 min walk away so the hubby/son went to watch a footie match one evening.

Staff's professionalism and friendliness stand out the most. I stayed for 8 nights with family, and had plenty time to explore surrounding areas, and to experience the hotel's amenities. Although I was not given the upgraded room due to the hotel being fully booked, the hotel manager gave us his best to make sure we stayed comfortably. As others have noted, our room had a swimming pool view and the ocean. The heated swimming pool came in very handy for our 8 year old daughter even during the winter. It even snowed during our stay and we jumped into the pool to enjoy the experience (picture Hokkaido Onsen). Surrounding areas have plenty of local restaurants to enjoy all within 5 minutes drive. Few local restaurants just next to the hotel for excellent local food. E Mart, McD, Starbucks, and other cafes are all within 5 min drive. Taking bus to the airport is also easy within 10 minutes walk to the station, or a short taxi ride. I do however recommend renting a car to anywhere in Jeju Island as there are too many places to visit all spread throughout the island. It's a rather smaller boutique sized hotel with excellent service oriented staff who likes their job. 24 hour hotel tea, and lemon iced water at the lobby is very welcomed.

Upon arrival, Bomi with concierge was exceptional. She welcomed us with open arms, even upgrading our original garden view room to an ocean view room. Each time we stepped into the lobby, she was instantly ready to accommodate any need we had, from pool towels (for the outdoor heated pool) to dinner plans. If the experience stopped there, it would be 5-star! But there’s more! Our room was perfection, with grand touches, such as heated toilet seats, personal jacuzzi and complimentary items (robes, slippers, bottled water, tea and coffee). The bedding was quite comfortable, and the view of Beomseom Island in the East China Sea from the room matched the relaxation that came with the sound of the ocean within walking distance of Gold One Hotel. We chose dinner at the La Scala Restaurant with top notch service and delicious BBQ platter and mushroom soup. Breakfast the next morning included a vast variety of food, served with coffee and tangerine juice. If our travels return us to Jeju Island, we will certainly look to make reservation once again at Gold One! Thank you!!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was so friendly and there is an abundance of extra activities to do while staying here (pool table, pool, garden, game room, room service). The jacuzzi in the room with the balcony view was one of the best things about our stay. Everything was clean and efficient and they have a cafe/restaurant as well (we didn't try it so not sure how it was).

The hotel is well located, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It has a large pool with warm water. The staff were very friendly, and the room was spotless. Housekeeping was efficient and thorough. For teens, there’s a ping pong table and a pool table—my boys really enjoyed their stay!

신랑과 두번째 제주도 여행으로 선택했던 숙소였습니다~ 어디 예약할까 쭈루룩 보다가 고민 끝에 더큐브리조트가 제일 저렴하길래 인터넷에 올라온 사진들과 리뷰들을 쭉 보고 예약했어요! 결과적으로 대만족입니다~ 왜 리뷰에 가성비갑 숙소라고 말했는지 알 거 같았어요 ㅎㅎ 리조트가 산 쪽에 있어서 그런지 근처는 엄청 고요하고 먹을 데는 전혀 없지만, 저희는 밖에서 모든 걸 다 해결하고 온 편이라 크게 신경쓰이진 않았고 (다만 리조트 바로 근처에 무슨 공사중? 폐허? 같이 생긴 정체모를 큰 건물이 있던 건 밤에 보니까 약간 꺼림칙했지만,, 그냥 그러려니 했어요^^;) 그거와 별개로 입구 쪽에 cu편의점 있어서 편했어요. 입구 쪽에도 주차장 있고 리조트 건물 뒷쪽에도 주차장 넓게 있어서 주차 걱정도 없었어요~ 체크인 할 때도 직원 분께서 친절히 잘 안내해주셨습니다. 객실 들어가는 복도가 야외에 있어서 혹시나 방음 안 될까봐 걱정했는데 방음 잘 되고 조용하고 좋았어요! 객실도 엄청 넓었고 청소 상태 깔끔하고 좋았고, 난방도 잘 됐습니다. 저 멀리 바다뷰 보이는 것도 좋았어요. 침대가 와우 ㅎㅎ 지금까지 봤던 침대들 중에 제일 큰 침대에서 잔 거 같아요. 조식도 3박4일 묵는 내내 먹었는데 미세하게 메뉴가 조금씩 다른 게 나와서 좋았습니다! 3박4일 내내 잘 묵고 왔습니다~~

In a cold winter at Jeju of about 1 and 2 degs at night, I feel so warm and comforted especially as the flooring is heated, and surprisingly the bathroom floors too! Imagine going to the toilet in the middle of the night, you are stepping on warm floor. The rooms are large, TV too, there is a balcony that basically looks out into the sea, it was too cold and windy for us to stand outside to appreciate. One minus point, this location is definitely very out of town, you require a car to get there. You can actually park your car right outside your room, which is truly a rarity. There is also a convienence store within the hotel, in case you're hungry or thirsty, its super helpful.

혼자서 패밀리룸에 머물렀는데 가격도 방크기와 시설에비해 저렴해서 더 좋았습니다. 다만 지리상 습기가 있어서 난방과 냉방 동시에 하면되고 냉방끄고 베란다 문열고 잤더니 아침에 온몸에 습함이..ㅎㅎ 이점은 참고하시면되고 방 컨디션도 좋고 뷰도 좋아서 저는 다음에 또 내려가면 여기로 할 생각이에요. 주변에도 사진으로 보여줬더니 바로 상호명 물을 정도였어요. 매년 가는 제주도인데 탑3안에 들정도의 좋은 곳이였네요. 환경보존때문에 비누, 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디워시같은 세면도구들 제외하곤 없으니 치약, 칫솔, 바디타올 등은 꼭 챙겨가시기 바랍니다. 못챙기신 분들은 1층에 편의점이 밤11시 까지만 운영되니까 그전에 구매하시는게 나을거예요. 무튼 주차도 편하고 좋았네요 ^^

객실 자체의 컨디션은 정말 너무 만족스러워요^^ 청소 상태도 좋고 침구에서 냄새도 없고요~ 주변이 엄청 조용한 곳이기도 하지만 특히나 방에 방음이 진짜 잘 된다고 생각해요. 몇번 왔지만 그때마다 옆방에 사람이 있는줄 모르고 지낼정도였어요. 객실 관리가 잘 되어있습니다. 건물이 지어진지 시간이 좀 많이 지나서 가구의 삐걱거림은 있어요. 그리고 건물 외관도 좀 험해진것 같네요ㅋㅋ 수풀이 우거진 부분이 많으니 감안하고 이용하면 만족도가 대단히 높은 곳입니다. 매일 수건 교체와 쓰레기도 비워주시고 수건도 충분히 주세요. 매번 올 때마다 너무 좋아요^^ 이번에도 묵는 6박동안 만족도 최상이었습니다.

주변 환경은 여기 저기 짓다 말은 건물들이 있어 밤시간에는 스산하기까지 했으나 덩그러니 있는 더 큐브리조트는 제주를 비추고 있더군요. 가족여행으로 세명이 숙박을 하게 되었고 체크인때 객실을 업그레이드까지 해주셔서 3일동안 너무 편하게 지내다 왔습니다 프론트의 직원들도 굉장히 친절했습니다.이번 제주여행은 모든게 잘 맞아떨어져서 즐겁게 지내다 왔는데 그중에 단연 숙박이 으뜸이었던 것 같습니다. 앞으로도 번창하시길 기원합니다. 아차 모든 객실의 뷰가 바다 같았습니다. 발코니 전경이 너무 멋졌습니다.

As a solo foreign traveller, this hotel was excellent. I was greeted warmly upon arrival by staff, which was so welcomed after plane delays. The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed daily breakfast in their restaurant. It was excellent value. The hotel is in a great location. There is public transport directly out the front and food and entertainment district within walking distance. Above all, the hotel is very well priced and it all exceeded my expectations. I won’t hesitate to stay again or recommend to family and friends. Thank you.

We rented a car and I was worried that there’s no parking at the hotel. Later I found the information about parking for free at the hotel. It’s even better that it’s valet parking. The employees at the garage are very nice and friendly.

Many restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Rooms are modern and clean with comfortable beds. It’s easy to get around the city. We went up to the roof terrace on the 11th floor to view the sunset.

The hotel has everything you might need either provided or in the near it. The staff was friendly enough and the information is provided accordingly in English. Beds & pillows were comfortable and the room had a nice view over Jeju

We reached the Jeju Airport at 9.30pm by Jeju Air. We took airport limousine 600 at Gate 5. We stopped at Kyungnam New Tourist Hotel. At first we were confused with the location due to heavy rain and nightime. The hotel located at the alley of Arang Joeul Street. We took the taxi to the hotel which cost us with KRW3200. Do not confuse with Hotel Kenny Story and Kenny Story Inn. Please be mind that the front counter closed at 1 to 6 am. The female staff was good with English and very helpful with the maps. We planned to visit the Teddy Bear Museum at Jungmun Tourist Resort. We rode the bus no. 282 at bus stop at Arang joeul street which was 2 minutes from the hotel. It only costed us about KRW1150 per person. Do not worry the bus had the screen to inform the stop location and do inform the driver beforehand if you are not sure about your destination. The Olleh Everyday Market is 5 minutes by foot from the hotel. We visited the Saesom Bridge in the evening. The bridge can be reached by 28 minutes walking distance (1.2km). The breakfast was good with variety of fruits, cornflakes, soups, rice, beverages (coffee, hot chocolate, milk and juice) and bread. We were full. The overall stay in this hotel was nice and comfortable. We get to stay in the room with a double and single bed for 2 persons. The male staff help us to book a taxi to Jeju Airport with the estimated fare 30,000 to 35,000KRW. There was nearby CU convenient store to buy food. However, the parking was limitted.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and was happy I chose it. I felt at home in my room which was spacious and peaceful. It had good natural light and was well ventilated. Everything was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked fine. Each day I was provided with fresh towels and water - but there is also a water dispenser on the reception floor in case you don’t want to use single-use plastic bottles. I liked that the hotel also offered breakfast, though I didn’t take this option. Also they sell a variety of local craft beers which can be difficult to find in other shops. The location was good for me as I was on foot. It was near to bus stops as well as places within the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall I had a very good stay and would definitely recommend the Hotel Rest for any stay in Seogwipo City. Thank you to all the team for making it comfortable and memorable for me.

The room was really spacious, the bathroom was equipped with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. They cleaned and changed the towels every day. They also provided bottled water every day. The hotel was ~8 mins walking from central bus stations, so it is convenient if you come from the airport by public bus. Right at the hotel corner was a CU convenient store. The hotel was in walking distance (~15-20 mins) from Cheonjiyeon Waterfalls which you can also visit at night! The size of the bed was comfortable. Electric kettle was provided in the room. We ordered breakfast for 3 mornings, it was self-service, but just enough. One type of soup, toast, butter, jam, eggs, cereal, milk, modern coffee machine and tea was provided each day. 4000 won/person is a really great price for it. Everybody kept the kitchen tidy.

Close to bus stop, 182, from the airport. Next to food street and night market, but the hotel is quiet. Western/Asian hot and cold buffet available and there is an espresso maker along with juice, milk, tea, etc. Some hotel staff speak English and some don't. Have your address printed or written in Korean too just in case if you want to go somewhere and need to know which bus to take. Room is nice with heated floor. Bed comfortable. Fast wifi and Korean cable channels. Bathroom is small but there is a shower curtain to keep entire bathroom from getting wet.

Staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. Room and location was good overall. I wish there were more parking in site. Bathroom was open shower and smelled a little musty but the rest of the room was really nice though. You use a "smart key" to open your door. I thought that was really interesting, but I think I prefer a regular key or key card because they are easier to have handy than having to pull up a link on your phone to enter your room. Overall, still a nice place to stay for the night.

The room was big with a great bed. Even from the third floor there was a sea view. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby, and CU convenience store. The hotel is situated by the seashore line which looks amazing both day and night. There's easy access from the airport and about 20 minutes by bus to Iho Tewoo Beach.

I like the location as it is not far from the International Airport. Pampas Hotel is near to Yongduam Rock. I visited Jeju during winter and the mattress is really comfortable. The receptionist is helpful even though they speak little English. Ample parking space some more with super reasonable price per room.

Nice view. Walking distance to beach is short. You can get everything just by walking around. Most importantly it is near to airport. I enjoyed my stay there. The sea view was superb and tranquil. Staff overall provide awesome support.

The hotel is located in the downtown part of the city, with easy walks to restaurants and shops. The room was large and comfortable for three, the counter in bathroom very adequate for three. Beautiful outdoor swim club, pool and spa but there was a charge. The breakfast buffet was huge and outstanding. The service was good, and the staff was helpful.

Great hotel in a good location with friendly staff. We booked this at the airport on a deal as our other accommodation was on the other side of the island not not convenient for our tour. The bakery and shop in the Lobby were very convenient with good fresh options. Great pool. The Thai restaurant was really good also.

The concierge staff were amazing - they spent so much time with us helping us get delivery which you cannot do yourself unless you have a korean credit card. We had a double bed room which was very spacious. I don’t think the bathrooms were cleaned daily, but overall we were very pleased. It is walking distance from the new town which has restaurants and shopping. A 15min drive to the old town where there are more eating places. Great experience overall.

The rooms were in better condition than I expected. There was a piece of hair in the bathtub, but it was clean otherwise. It's easily accessible from Jeju Airport. It's in the middle of the city, so you'll find many dining options, cosmetics stores, and convenience stores in the vicinity. Parking was a little tough. It's limited in front of the building, but there's a parking tower all the way around the building with six stories.

Executive Double Room, Ocean View - relaxing stay for 2 nights. Location - in Seongsan, walking distance to Seongsan Ilchulbong and ferry terminal (for Udo island). Room - was quiet on the 5th floor with excellent view from the balcony (west facing). Shower water pressure was medium. Bed was medium firm. Netflix is available to connect on TV. A few universal socket outlets available in room which is useful. Food - Did not try the hotel breakfast. There is a convenience store on the ground floor in the same building with specific opening hours. Plenty of 24/7 convenience stores and one supermarket within 10 mins walking distance from the hotel. Staff - Check-in and checkout are straightforward. Conversation in English is basic and require support with translation app for more complex enquries. Extra - The laundry room is located on the 5th floor with 4 frontload washers freely available for hotel guest to use (bring your own laundry detergent / pods or buy from hotel).

Great property 10 mins walking distance from Seongsan and short drive from Seopkoji. Many KBBQ restaurants in vicinity. Morning breakfast is excellent. Wife was pleased with choice, prob good for big families. Highly recommend Co-Op if you want to stay on the east side or are hopping around the island, and need a place for one night.

Feel welcome by the hotel staffs, speak very good English. I lost my wallet at the convenience store and the staff help me to translate. Breakfast is good, staffs are restaurant is nice too. To come to hotel from airport, you can take bus 111 , it took approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

It is a nice hotel with decent amenities. The staff was very friendly for check-in and check-out. The beds are so comfortable! The room size is nice. Everything was clean. I only wish they had more bedside outlets, since everything needs to be charged these days!

Hotel staff are friendly, super nice location near to bus station. On the 23rd of April I forgot my power bank inside of the bus and 24th of morning the hotel staff receptionist helped me find my power bank , i am so grateful to him.

I loved this property but there were some issues. Initially we were told that the AC was not available until summer. However due to in-floor heating the room was hot. After phoning guest services we were told how to turn off the boiler and then told to open window. The next we complained it was still too warm and asked for fan which they said would be delivered. Once returning for the evening there was no fan. I went to front desk and told them that if there is no AC the least they can do is provide fans. Shortly after this complaint we were given the remote for the AC. INTERESTING!! The other shortcoming was the wifi was basically useless. We could hardly check in for our next flight and had to bring this up with the guest services. This problem could not be remedied. Otherwise this location and hotel was great. The carpets were stained and dirty in hallways. It does need some attention. The parking was included and secure in garage. I would stay here again.

Very clean hotel and rooms, big space in the room, staff very friendly and polite, they have a luggage storage area if you arrive before the check in time, we arrived 11am in the morning and left our luggage until 8pm while we went to the East side of the island. The reception booked a taxi for us back to the airport and it turned up 5 minutes later. The hotel is in walking distance to the night food market and loads of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and local bus stops. The hotel also has a small onsite supermarket so you can get things for breakfast or lunch and take out with you for the day.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ocean Suites Hotel in Jeju. The room was spacious and clean, offering plenty of room to relax, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The hotel’s facilities, including the gym, were well-maintained and convenient. One of the best aspects was the location—just a short walk to a bustling shopping street with plenty of dining options and bars nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything I needed close by.

Loved the rooms. Plenty of space as well as a coffee table and chairs. A good pickup and drop off point for tours. Not far from the market. Not far to walk to restaurants if you don’t want to eat at the restaurant. A bakery/coffee shop and a mini supermarket also attached to the hotel. It is also has sea views. Also not to far from the airport

We got a partial ocean view room which was great, the location was amazing in terms of proximity to the shopping areas, market, and the airport since we had an early morning flight. The room was well maintained. The staff was very friendly and offered to call us a taxi early in the morning for our flight. Great experience!

This is the perfect hotel for getting away from the crowds and touristy attractions of Jeju. It is a bit isolated in the hills above Seogwipo and is surrounded entirely by forest and plants. Our room had a view of the top of Mt. Halla on clear days. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly, and will do whatever they can to accommodate your needs. It is good to have a car or available transportation, as the hotel is not walking distance to any restaurants in town. That being said, it is the perfect place to just relax and not worry about the stresses of life. The spa facilities are top of the line, but please note that if you plan to swim in the indoor pool it will require a swim cap. I was informed that this is a common requirement among Asian spas/hotels, but not something that Westerners may be aware of. Besides that, you can use the outdoor jacuzzi/pool without a swim cap. During our stay the jacuzzi was open but the pool was closed for the season. The jacuzzi was a great place to relax after a Mt. Halla climb. I would consider staying here again.

The wellness facilities were a highlight, especially the pool, which felt incredibly refreshing. The outdoor pool area, was a peaceful spot to unwind. the property is very clean and good size rooms the pool water was crystal clean , they’ve have a forest walk surrounding the hotel with koi carp swimming in pools at the lower side of the Forrest very peaceful and calming , the hotel concierge were very helpful and recommended places to visit and where to eat especially Tak he was an absolute gem

Almost everything! Absolutely love this place and it’s a truly real treat for peace and relaxation. The highlights are the inclusive activities and wellness program they encouraged you to take part. I also love their indoor and outdoor pool most especially the health benefits of the water in the pools.

Grand entrance hotel with a luxurious feel! Location is a good 45min from Jeju airport so it wasn’t too bad. Facility itself is great! Spacious room & nice big beds. Unfortunately at the time of our booking, the indoor pool was under construction and couldn’t be used so that was a bummer. They do have a healing indoor pool & provide free classes. Staff were accommodating & very friendly! Always checking up on us if there’s any further improvements needed. I believe the hotel manager farewelled us on our departure which was really nice. Beautiful place & great stay overall!

LOVED IT. This was the highlight of our stay in Korea, the rooms are beautiful, the view is everything and loved every minute of it. we had a car which I recommend in Jeju as it makes life easy and this was not a long drive from or to the airport.

The Jacuzzi hot tub is very nice. Especially in winter for warming up your body after a long day out in the cold. The layout of the room is excellent as well. The sea view is great. The location is excellent for a getaway. Starbucks and resturants are within walking distance.

Everything. The beds were soft, the staffs were kind and friendly, the toilet and room was clean. You can get seaview from the room and balcony.

The bath tub and the room size are great. Easy parking for self driving guest. Good location which is quiet at night.

Excellent view and comfortable stay. Only one draw back: there are 2 breakfast choices (1) American breakfast & (2) Korean abalone congee. We want to try the congee but wasn't given a chance to choose. What's a pity.

We loved our room at this small property, and I think it will be a great experience when they have finished construction. When we visited there was serious construction underway on the pool and on the reception area. It was a bit odd having workmen sitting and smoking and staromg into our room. As reception was closed, we went into the restaurant, and they offered us a tea and a seat at a table while someone was going to come get us. We sat for a while, they brought menus, and no tea. Eventually i asked when someone was going to come get us, and we were told 30 minutes, as they were cleaning the room. This was at 4:00! We were eventually told our room number, but we didn't know where to go - the room numbers are not clear from the outside, and there are many different stairs you could take. A staff member then showed us our room. The room itself is very nice indeed, with a huge concrete tub that could seat 6. It has large windows and sliding doors out to the pool area (which will be great in a couple of months, i think). There were other communication problems. I asked for the hours of the restaurant and was told 9 to 10. However, that was the hours for breakfast, and the kitchen stopped taking orders at 8:00 pm. Some of the food in the restaurant was good, some was quite odd. Generally the staff tried very hard to please, and i liked them. However, the customer service and the experience was not up to expectation given the price of the rooms.

We fell in love with the place the moment we got there. The hotel with its infinity pool is set right in front of a dramatic coast line in a quiet corner of Jeju where a cluster of quaint local cafes/ restaurants may also be found. The room was spacious and clean, and the decor was modern Korean with accents of retro chic. We really enjoyed the comprehensive and wonderful amenities, like the audiophile sound system, the private hot tub with killer views and the complimentary drip coffee, herbal teas, chocolate chip cookies and cold apple juice. The manager was very friendly and helped us in finding our way around, especially as our Korean was limited, and recommending restaurants for our meals. I'll definitely be back!

Incredible! Such a unique setting our room was beautiful. Lots of windows with amazing sea views. We slept with the doors open listening to the sound of the waves. It was too cold to use the pool, but it is stunning and also has amazing views. The restaurant is always fabulous, but this was my first time having breakfast there. This was nice as it was so quiet with only guests eating there then. I really hope I can stay again.

Fabulous property on the sea front in the lovely village of Seogwipo (SW Jeju). Stayed here 4 night in ground floor room with access to own patio and the pool terrace Room was a v comfortable suite with lounge area , fridge and large bed. Access to excellent restaurant serving wide range of cuisine. Had excellent mussels , pizza pasta Only disappointment was the beautifully presented American breakfast was served tepid Highly recommend this property for its amenities location and staff

This hotel was excellent for the price (48,000 KRW per night for three guests). The room was well-equipped with a big fridge and washing machine that was very useful for guests planning to do laundry. The bathroom was not big but very functional, with a bidet and shower door to prevent the whole floor from getting wet. There was a cable TV box with HDMI cable, so playing movies on the TV screen from a laptop was possible. The room was rather clean, and bottled water was provided daily. The location was quite good too, with several convenience stores nearby and restaurants/cafes within walking distance. The hotel was near the sea, with waterfalls and beaches nearby, although I did not manage to visit them. Definitely would stay here again if I come back to Jeju.

This hotel is exceptional value for money. Parking is a little tight and our room looked out into a construction site - but that is reflected in the price we paid. The room was clean with all the amenities you could ask for. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Breakfast included porridge, soup, a variety of hot dishes (eggs, fried rice, vegetables, potato wedges, etc), cereals, cold cuts, bread, juices, fruit, yoghurt - you name it they had it. One of the best breakfasts we've had. Staff were helpful and spoke English. The hotel is a short walk to Olle Market and very close to Lee Jung Seop Street. We had a wonderful dinner at a restaurant around the corner called 무성향 - highly recommend it to those staying at this hotel.

The staff are courteous and accomodating. We ended up extending our stay by 5 nights. The hotel just opened on Jan 1, 2021, so the room was in great condition. Breakfast was also included as part of the grand opening promotion. There is a washer in the room and the front desk provides detergent if you ask. It was so nice to be able to do laundry in the room. The hotel is situated very close to the olleh market and the food streets. Getting around was a breeze and we enjoyed taking walks around the area and exploring.

오피스텔 느낌의 레지던스였어요 실제로 오피스텔과 함께 이용하는 건물입니다. 한달살기 하러 오시는 장박 손님이 많아보이더라구요 (다들 짐이 엄청 많으신 느낌) ((장점)) 완전 신축 느낌이라 깨끗하고 붙박이 수납공간 정말 잘되어있어요 벽장을 열었더니 작은 드레스룸까지 있더라구요!! 룸 컨디션이 정말 좋았어요 위치도 올레시장 이중섭 거리 걸어다닐수 있어서 최고b 방에 작은 세탁기가 있고 건조대까지 숨어있어서 편리하게 잘 이용했습니다. ((단점)) 요즘 신축이라면 다 가지고 있는 문제점.. 주차 공간이 정말 협소해서 조금 늦게 귀가하면 호텔 외부 주차장에 세우거나 기계식 주차 이용해야하는데 짐 많으면 완전 불편해요 한달살기 손님들이 많아서 룸에서 취식하는 분들이 많은것 같은데.. 세상에 고기를 굽는지 냄새가 타고 올라와서 힘들었어요 좋은 이웃 만나야할것 같아요

This was my 2nd time staying in the hotel. Parking was free and convenient. There's a washing machine in the room. Closet with decent size was also available. Very close to the traditional market. And there are a lot of good restaurants nearby. Convenient stores are close. And I love the small shop named Jungseop Munhwa Workshop. You MUST check out the store sibilings Jason and Clara run. It's a family owned little shop with a lot of cool stuff. And they are extremely friendly showing you around.

It was so minimalistic and sleek, with a modern and functional design that made the room feel spacious and comfortable. What's more, the general scent of the hotel was so amazing that my partner and I even asked them for the scent. Central Location for anything you want in and around Seogwipo. Wheather its for the numerous waterfalls around the area. The forests, gardens, and trails located in and around Seogwipo. Also a 30 mins drive from Mount Hallasan if you want to hike it. Numerous places to eat and drink. Comfortable bed, with a quiet room. Great receptionist who can speak English and was very helpful. We had a hole in our initial room they gave us and we took a picture to show it to her and just to let her know that it was there before we got there. We weren't expecting anything, but she changed our room without even asking.

Good location, very stylish design of the hotel and the room, just feels nice to be there. I want to thank the reception manager who was at the reception on 3.-4. of May 2023 - when we just asked to call us a taxi to a Hallasan National Park, the gentleman had called the park, enquired about trail conditions, advised us not to go there (as it was raining and windy and trail was closed) and recommended another trail on the coast. It was a great day thanks to him!

This hotel is excellent. The room is big and the bed is super comfortable. It is a big building so the reception area is quite big as well. Everything is super clean and you have all amenities at your disposal. It’s close to one of the main attractions in Jeju West area - the waterfalls and to a shopping street and night market. Just bear in mind that it is 1h30 away from the airport.

What an amazing place. Staff were great, they even gave us an upgrade to a room with ocean view for free on arrival. The beds were really comfortable and room was spacious and nicely decorated. Location is superb, ocean view as well as looking over the park, walking distance to market and all places of interest. Bus stops to all destinations are all close by.

The front desk closes at late night but is open most of the time, wasn't an issue for us. quite close to the market which is nice but the main issue is I think there are many prostitution/ strip club locations around the hotel. Travelling as a family and therefore we didn't quite enjoy that. That being said, extremely nice staff, free but limited amount of parking. Place is modern and clean. No issues.

Starting with complementary parking garage, there are two levels so finding parking space shouldn't be an issue if you arrive there not very late. The building and facility looked very new and clean and they have a rooftop you can access. There is a CU convenient store on the lobby level which was very nice to have. Plenty of restaurant and shops nearby within walking distance.

휴식이 필요해서 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 장소가 필요했어요. 서귀포 검색하니 스테이 인 제주 괜찮아보여서 30분만에 예약했습니다. 그동안 쌓인 리뷰는 그냥 생긴게 아니더군요. 숙소도 깔끔하고, 바다 전망도 멋지고, 특히 창가에서 보이는 엄청 많은 감귤나무들 덕분이 전망을 더 예뻐보였어요. 조식으로 전복죽을 먹었는데 플레이트에 인스타 스타일로 갬성있게 담아주셔서 조식컷 몇개 건졌어요.^^ 분위기 좋은 팝을 들으면서 하루를 시작할 수 있는 뷰 맛집이었어요. 하필 비오고, 눈도 올때 방문해서 좀 많이 아쉬웠지만요.ㅠ 사장님께서 감귤이 먹고 싶으면 따먹으라고 하셔서 기대안하고 먹었는데, 완전 맛있어서 깜짝 놀랐어요. 귤이 다 비슷하지 했는데, 친환경 귤은 다르더라구요. 맛있어서 흡입 느낌으로 많이 먹었어요. 그 귤을 상품화해서 감귤잼이나 감귤청으로 파셔도 좋을 것 같아요. 이번에 2인이라 스튜디오를 예약했는데, 다음에는 2층 숙소를 예약하고 싶습니다. 조용한 곳에서 휴식을 취할 수 있었고, 침대가 편안해서 특히 맘에 들었습니다. 추천해주신 군산 오름과 카페 루시아 아주 좋았습니다 다음에 기회가 되면 또 뵐게요!

서귀포쪽에 숙소를 잡는다면 이 곳을 다시 찾고 싶네요! 숙소를 검색하고 가는데 골목 사이로 안내해서 처음에는 당황을 했는데 나중에 보니 해안가 도로를 타고 가면 바다를 보면서 숙소를 갈 수 있었더라고요 해가 진 후에 체크인을 해서 들어 갈 때는 몰랐는데 다음 날 밝을때 보니 여기가 왜 뷰 맛집이라고 불리는지 알겠드라고요, 오션뷰가 장난이 아닙니다! 많은 정보를 가지고 가지 않았는데 사장님이 주변 가 볼만한 곳, 현지 음식점 등 추천해 주어서 정말 좋았어요 (역시 현지인 추천은 믿고 가도 됩니다 ㅎ) 평소 궁금한것도 많고 어디 한번 갈때 문의를 많이 하는 편인데 아주 친절하고 어색하지 않게 답변해 주셨어요, 아침에 주시는 전복죽.. 아 잊지 못합니다 정말 맛있어요, 아기자기한 감귤 밭에서 무료 감귤 체험도 할 수 있어서 좋았고 올레길 따라 바닷가 산책도 좋았어요~ 밤에는 심심하지 않게 보드게임도 대여해서 숙소에서 즐겁게 시간을 보냈어요! 나중에 제주오면 또 방문하고 싶은 숙소입니다!

숙소가 저희 집보다 더 깨끗합니다. 여름 날씨 특성상 습한데 제습기가 있어서 무척 도움이 되었어요. 숙소에서 보는 뷰도 너무 환상적이었고요. 제가 출장 때문에 저렴한 숙소를 알아보다가 거리가 좀 되는 곳으로 잡았는데 정말 잘 했다는 생각이 들었습니다. 아침 식사도 저렴한 가격에 두 가지 메뉴를 해주셔서 든든하게 먹고 하로를 시작했어요. 저녁에 일 마치고 잠깐 주변을 둘러보니 논짓물 담수 수영장이 매우 가깝고 밥 먹을 곳도 제법 근처에 있어서 여기 머물며 다른 곳을 열심히 돌아다닐 계획이 아니면 걸어서만도 충분히 제주를 즐길 수 있을 것 같았습니다. 제주의 정취를 만끽하러 다음에는 꼭 가족과 함께 머물고 싶어요. 다만, 렌트카를 빌리시는게 좋아요. 저는 빌리지 않고 한시간 넘는 배차간격의 버스 시간 맞춰 다녔습니다. 성수기에는 택시 잡기가 좀처럼 쉽지 않지만 그만큼 렌터카 가격도 비싸니 둘 중 하나를 고르셔야 할 것 같네요.

I was a bit hesitant about this property as the room rate for a 2 pax bunk bed room (10 sqm.) was really low for Jeju. However, upon entering the room, I knew it was going to be comfortable. While the room being small, it's got everything one needs such as air conditioning, private bathroom (albeit it is covered with a glass wall and a shower curtain that covers the entire glass wall for privacy but it will not soundproof anything), good linen and high quality towels and free bottle of water. The entire property provides free high speed internet. While the single and double rooms (except for suites) don't come with TV, mini refrigerator and coffee pot; the property has 6 outlets for dining, coffee and drinking (and a convenience store) at reasonable price and good quality. Also, the onsite activity center provides various activities such as yoga, surfing class, wind surfing, bike rental, scuba diving, etc. to keep its guests entertained (at a cost). The Saturday night market was cool and attractive event to attend and look around with many local crafts to buy. The onsite pub provides many local beers and the main plaza (the open area in the middle of the compound) acts as an attractive site to chill and drink beer with the friends. It has exceeded all expectation at this price and I would definitely reconsider coming back. One thing to note: ask for the rooms facing the parking lot or the lake or pretty much facing out the compound to have less noisy sleep at night.

Initially chose this hotel because it is close to Seongsan Ilchulbong (around 5 mins. drive) and photos/reviews mentions its "modern/hip" vibes. I can now say that I made the right choice and very happy I stayed at Playce. Easy check-in, sufficient parking space, own EV charger in parking lot, and within the vicinity is a coffee shop, bar, restaurant, convenient store, boutique shop, coin laundry (with arcade machines, bball and mini karaoke), and the place also offers activities like yoga class, night trek, etc. (they are in Korean, you might need to ask front desk for some translations). Five minutes' drive, you are at the foot of Seongsan Ilchulbong, ideal for those who plans to hike. Surrounding vicinity of Seongsan is more restaurants, cafes, etc. to go to. The room is modern, I super love the beam projector by the bed so that you can watch Netflix or movies on your wall. I also love the scent of their shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Some tips for travelers: My room (that had beam projector) is Deluxe King Room. Their convenient store has a period for self-service, no one is there to assist, and you have to use your credit card to get in. It may be difficult to understand first but there is a banner with instructions in front. Use Naver or Kakao Map when you figure locations. Don't forget to try the Hallabong Juice after your hike in Seongsan Ilchulbong - there's tons at the foot of Seongsan, best thing I had there!

This is a different kind of hotel. What do I mean ? This is a cross between an upgraded youth hostel a boutique hotel and a mini resort. There is dormitory rooms, standard (althought pretty small) and suites. Everything here is done for you not to stay in the room and enjoy the activities and various restaurants, pub, ..... on site. It is aimed toward young people. At the time I was there, it was pretty quiet but I guess than during the busy month the ambiance would be very good if you like mingling. When booking a room make sure to ask for a sea view so that you can enjoy the sunrise over sunrise peak from your balconi! Amazing! Staff is not very fluent in english apart one (of what I have seen) but extremely helpfull so you can get around almost every situation.

Unlike other guesthouse/hotel that provides only bed, normal amenities (gym, restaurants etc.). Playce actually offers more than that! the design of this hostel is like a small town, where it is enclosed with pubs, good cafes, shops, restaurants, bakery , yoga classes, spa/massage etc. and even a roof top for guest to get a good view of the places nearby. The room that we stayed was a bunk bed with a built-in toilet. The design of the room, the enviroment...everything is so pretty and on the point. Price wise: It's approximately 50,000-60,000 won, which is totally affordable for a double bed room. Location wise: Playce is very near to Seongsan-ilchulbong, one of the most famous tourist spot in Jeju, and a big Starbucks is just right across the street too.

Cannot communicate with the staff well though, most cannot speak English. Location is a bit remote, inconvenient if you don't drive.

I'll start by saying this, and I've never said this before about any hotel - I never wanted to leave. And I've stayed at plenty of hotels, including Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Ritz-Carlton, luxury boutiques, etc. They're all really great obviously. But Podo Hotel has that something extra - the feeling that it's your home. Maybe it's the peaceful, mountain-side setting (definitely recommend a car). Maybe it's the sense of privacy. Maybe it's the terrace and garden right outside your door (and the sounds of nature). Maybe it's the free wifi and minibar (free minibar!!). I could go on and on. And then to top it off, you get elite service. But it's not cheap. In fact, it's quite expensive. But I'd argue that it's worth it to experience it even if it's for only one night. For a most memorable experience, opt for the Korean-style rooms over the Western-style. You get access to the exclusive hot springs located beneath the hotel grounds in both types, but only the Korean-style rooms have the Japanese Hinoki style bath. Truly a unique experience.

As it is designed by famous architect, the hotel per se was very beautiful like an art piece. We stayed a night in traditional korean room comes with pine tree bathtub, which my parents loved a lot. There was korean style outdoor terrace with a nice garden view where the birds singing every morning. The location was not super convenient since it's a bit in middle of nowhere but it only took 15min by drive getting to Jungmun tourist complex. The breakfast was also served in a restaurant with peaceful view, sea urchin seaweed soup and grilled silverfish were simple but tasty enough to please our morning. One thing I have to mention about the hotel, is that the maintenance of the room did not seem very perfect. Maybe it's because of the humidity inside of the bathroom, pine tree bathtub had old stain or mark of molding. And the wall paper in the room above the bed head was coming off a bit. Overall pleasant stay and wishing to come visit again soon.

Für mich war es auch eine ganz besondere Zeit mit meiner Mutter – ruhig, wertvoll und voller schöner Erinnerungen. Die künstlerische Seite des Hotels hat mich ebenfalls sehr beeindruckt: Die Architektur ist außergewöhnlich und die Bilder im ganzen Haus wirken wie in einer Galerie. Und das Frühstück ist unglaublich lecker. This is by far the most impressive hotel in Jeju in terms of luxurious, hot spring bath in every room, cleanliness, beautiful facilities and building, excellent foods and services. The staff were polite and helpful. We were particularly impressed by Ms Jisu who communicated promptly and effectively with me through email when helping me to book a room during a high session period; Mr Jason Lee for his perfect check-in service provided to us, and Mr Seung Ho Woo for his fabulous restaurant service at the Podo restaurant located near the receptionist desk. The dishes served in the restaurant were of high standard. No wonder why it was often fully occupied. The hotel provided daily courtesy free drinks and snacks in the room-fridge. This was a very nice touch for the convenience of the residence. The safe-box provided in the room was a bit too small for the laptop. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay for us.

Shin Shin Hotel Cheonjiyeon was perfectly fine from my experience of staying two nights. The quality per price is excellent. Room was okay despite wear and tear. Water pressure was good, although the hotel provided only 1 towel per person per day. Our request to clean the room at a specific time was denied by the front, but it was still responsive. Room had a small fridge, a hot pot, and free water bottles. We did not have a chance to dine at the hotel. I saw somewhere that the hotel has a pool and a gym, bud did not find time to visit. Location is quite nice: not too far from Olle Market and the central area of Seogwipo. Many tourist spots are within walking distance. I think the hotel is better than the Tripadvisor ranking.

Tried another room in the same hotel. This room has a terrace. In the photo, the table and chairs are red and beautifully painted. On our terrace they were not painted. I won’t say that this spoiled the impression of the room. Anyway, we left early in the morning and returned almost at night; there was no time to sit on the terrace. Good hotel. The location was also good. There are shops nearby. For 2 days we couldn’t park in the hotel parking lot (it was busy), but the hotel reimbursed the cost of parking in another parking lot. The staff is friendly. Towels, water, tea/coffee were changed every day. Comfortable bed.

Great place to stay, with a really cool view and we got a nice room with a big balcony. They have parking and if its full there is a free parking space down the road as well. Its also easy to walk around and you have a 7eleven right in front if you need anything. The breakfast is really good, they have a lot of options.

Value for money was excellent. Clean, spacious two bed room with breakfast included in the price. Walking distance from the night market and lots of shops and restratuants. Also, close to many bus routes if you are taking transport around the island. The hotel also let us store our bikes inside overnight, which was great.

NOT a crappy continental breakfast, but some decent Korean food wit soups and porridge, cereals, bread, juice, salads, scrambled eggs n sausage. staff are friendly and helpful. speak English as well. lady in the cafeteria is nice, doesn’t speak English though.

Staff are amazing! They helped me a lot and and were so nice to me! The location is excellent because there are at least two bus stops nearby. The hotel is modern and you have everything you need. It has a 24h convenience store, so you will never be hungry or without essential. There are also other facilities such as gym but I didn't have time to use them. Breakfast was excellent, both Asian and European.

Everything was the same as in the description on the website. The staff was super friendly, though non-english speaking. We got the room of a higher level with a fantastic view on the sea for free. The room was not new but super clean and comfy. The location is also fine, there are plenty of bus stops around and the shops are also not far. A million of thanks to all staff.

The hotel was close to all the tourist sites that i wanted to visit. The ambiance of the reception is very welcoming. Though the receptionist are a little shy to talk english but they tried their best to accommodate and attend to my needs. I had a great time staying here. And also, the breakfast is superb.

The hotel is very good looking and the room is very comfortable. There are three separate spaces for the toilet, the shower and the sink and there's a television inside. There's also a wardrobe and a desk where I could work. It was a very comfortable stay.

Perfect hotel for what it is meant to be: an overnight stay next to the airport. There are no facilities in terms of sauna, gym etc. but it has a 24hr shuttle service to the airport and a convenience store that's open until late. The rooms are surpisingly spacious and well equipped, the beds are comfy although a bit on the hard side if you are used to softer beds.. Although it is very close to the airport, the area is surprisingly quiet. In any case we had a perfect rest there on our last night before flying out early next morning.

We chose to spend our last night in Jeju at the Noblesse Hotel due to an early flight the next morning. This hotel was selected because it seemed to be the only one that offered free airport shuttle. That final night, we dropped off a rental car and took the rental shuttle to the airport. Through pre-arrangement with the Noblesse staff, the hotel van was waiting for us at the airport. Check in was smooth, and the van was again waiting for us early the next morning for out outbound flight. Would recommend this hotel to anyone requiring a free airport shuttle.

Great location to walk to the airport. They offer a shuttle, but I believe it starts running at 6:30AM, and you have to reserve it. I say this having not tried to do so and not having asked them. We wanted to get to the airport by 6AM, and the walk was under 30 minutes and very easy. I read some reviews saying the mattresses were hard, and they were, but they were very comfortable for me and my dad, haha.

We had an 8:45 AM flight in the morning, and the hotel shuttle was very prompt and got us to the airport easily. My only complaint was the beds were quite hard. Also, the three double bed room was a little tight space-wise, but was totally fine for a single night before the airport. There's a convenience store in the hotel lobby, super handy!

공항근처인데도 비행기 소리가 안나서 좋았어요. 가격대비시설은편안했어요. 2박묵는데, 청소를 안해주셨는지 수건이랑 어메니티 교체가 이루어지지않아서 프런트에 문의를 해야했는데, 제가 말이 어눌한것도 아닌데 직원이 "네? 뭐라고요? 말을 좀 똑바로 하야 알아듣죠!" 라고해서 어려보이는 여자들같으니 저렇게 응대하나 싶었어요. "다시한번 말씀해주시겠어요?" 라고 응대를 해줬으면 좋았을텐데 ㅜ 프런트에 앉아있는 직원의 응대가 조금 개선되어야헐거같아요. 젖은옷 비닐도 구비가 안되어있아사 아쉬웠어요

Great hotel and amenities! I just wish it had a pool and a dinner option because their lunch menu is excellent. They could improve on breakfast and add some more variety. The location is great if you don’t want to be at the beach. Shopping and restaurants are very close, workable distance. Mr. Cho Bae was one of the most amazing, kind and hard working people we ever met! Also Mr. Michael C. was very sweet, welcoming and hospitable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends or family.

Room spacious and fresh. Nice games area in the pub to play darts and pool as well as karaoke and indoor golf. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. They gave us lots of recommendation of restaurants and places to visit. Breafkfast had lost of options for asian or continental breakfast.

A nice hotel in a good and convenient area and reasonably well priced. I don't however think it is worthy of 5 stars and the other hotel I stayed in Jeju nearby last year was probably better (but rated 4 stars). Either way it is a nice hotel and the facilities (no pool but a sauna) were good and well maintained.

The location, it is very near airport, restaurants and shops. Jeju Sun has very good service especially Porter Mr Ahn Tae Young. He is very attentive, informative, friendly and approachable. He helped us(7 pax with 7 pieces of 28 inches luggage) to arrange free transport with the hotel transport captain after found out that we intended to catch the 08:00 airport limousine bus. He was worried as the timing in the morning usually not punctured. We would need at least 4 taxi. We are grateful and appreciated his kind and helpful gesture. An initiative that Jeju Sun Hotel has given to their staff. Jeju Sun has free shuttle service to the airport but it is at 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30. We are very lucky to meet Mr Ahn Tae Young. When we offered to tip him, he refused to accept and told us he was glad that he could help us and hope that we could help to advertise Jeju Sun to friends. Highly recommend Jeju Sun Hotel for their excellence service.

Hotel conveniently located at new town area where you can roam around to shops and restaurants within walking distance. Had a very good experience as soon as arriving at the hotel on a Sunday early morning. My friend and I were greeted by Yuna at the lobby concierge. She would make her best effort to answer my endless questions and showed me all the information with local maps and flyers. She is patient, professional, carries a friendly smile and always willing to assist. Check in and check out are easy and efficient. The bed was comfortable. Although the bathroom posed some problems, the housekeeping staff responded late at night and helped fix the shower head and water drainage right away. Found the room a bit stuffy in the middle of the night. Not sure if the central air conditioning system gets shut off for a few hours. Overall, the room is well laid out, clean and functional with good amount of socket outlets.
