Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in Kadriye Mahallesi

As some of another guests we got upgrade to duplex suite Bohemia with private pool, restaraunt and beach. It was amazing to rest there. Suite is new and very cozy. After this suite you want to rest only such way. We want to return here.

amazing breakfast-lunch-dinner, a giant high ceiling suite with a private pool, high waves a beautiful warm sea water, so comforting lounge, professional stuff who know what they do the best.

Huessin at the reception is great and offers great hospitality and welcoming attitude. There is a pool specifically for toddlers 35 cm and it is shaded.. This was amazing as the kids can sit there for hours playing without getting burnt. The bohemian villas with private pool are amazing!!!!! The shows every night, Kids club is super with lots of activities for 4+ and amazing team.. Every day new and different activities. Kids club stay open till 10.30 which is amazing for kids.

The resort was wonderful, facilities were great for the family, plenty of entertainment to go around. Staff were so nice, they upgraded us to the bohemian villa with private pool. The experience was one of its kind, service and menu at the bohemian beach front restaurant were the best we ever experienced. The generosity was top. We will definitely come back

We are still amazed by this resort, what can we say! Everything was actually perfect: Stay: we got an upgraded room as a wedding gift from the hotel, the room with the private pool was stunning, everything was clean and neat, and service was exceptional. Food & bar: the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet were superb, everyday a new variety of dishes, from turkish to international cousines. We also felt in love with the open bar beside the main restaurant area. Facilities: All pools, the gorgeous sandy beach, sport activities, night shows, and entertainmenet facilities were all great. Staff: from reception to the bar, to the restaurant, along to the beach staff, all were friendly and helpfull. This resort is a must visit, we will sure come back again, thanks Sirene Belek!

We’re very happy to be upgraded to a swim up room in the lake house. The room was huge, 2 bathrooms and a sitting room and fully stocked minibar. The resort is huge with many alacart restaurants and vary…food was really nice and cocktails amazing, especially when made by Joseph in the lobby bar. Gym had all equipment you’d need a was not packed. Beach and pools amazing and always got a sun bed.

We recently visited Susesi Luxury Resort and couldn’t believe our luck! The Royal Suite was nothing short of spectacular, beautiful interior design, stunning view, private pool and luxuriously furnished. The grounds were meticulously maintained, the food was excellent and there was lots to keep the kids entertained. Our boys loved playing football on the huge pitch and then cooling off in the water park. We watched on from the comfort of our private chalet (included in the package) which was pure bliss! We were also lucky enough to have a butler service… a special thank you to Erhan who went over and above every day and made our stay unforgettable! He was an absolute star and a huge asset to the hotel. We will most definitely be coming back and hope we’ll be lucky enough to have him again. We would happily recommend Susesi to anyone looking for a luxury holiday in Turkey. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely hotel with family friendly rooms. The senior suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for us and our two teens. Overall the resort was very clean and the huge pools never felt crowded even at peak times - though do get down early if you want a poolside spot. Overall food was very good, the buffet in particular had a good rotation of themes, helpful staff. This was high season, so if you want a quieter experience go before 7:30pm or after 8:30pm. Lunch at both pool side spots was very good.

We stayed at Susesi in June and overall had a really good time. The grounds are beautiful, with lots of pools and plenty of space so it never felt crowded. The beach and piers were a highlight – the water depth and entry are great! Rooms are big and comfortable, and I liked that the minibar was topped up every day. Food was generally nice; we especially liked the snack bar with döner, the others not as much. The drinks were also very good quality, mostly bottled brands, which was a big plus. That being said, some areas of the hotel feel a bit tired and not quite up to the “luxury” label. The buffet restaurant can get really hectic at dinner, and service is hit and miss—some staff were brilliant, others just didn’t seem interested. On more than one occasion drinks orders were taken incorrectly, which became a bit frustrating. I also felt like we weren’t given much useful information on arrival, and staff sometimes gave conflicting answers when asked about various things. We left with good memories, though a bit more attention to detail would have made it excellent. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and would recommend Susesi for its pools, beach, and atmosphere, but with fresher upkeep and more attentive service, it could feel truly luxury.

We visited this hotel in 2017 then went to a lot of different hotels in belek but decided to go back last minute. We were made very welcome, room was ok but no balcony but they changed for us which was great. We also had problems with the sun beds but Semia took us under her wing and went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable we thank you for that. Maybe sunbed problem could be sorted by leaving a piece of paper for staff to check at the beds with towels on then have a 2 hour or 3 hour check if not back the staff remove the towels and if people come back they deal with the staff not the people who are trying to enjoy their holidays. The food in the all the restaurants was superb but agree with main restaurant far too busy. Drinks were brand and staff were friendly at bars. The pools were only accessible through ladders which you were a bit frightened incase you slipped coming up from the water maybe put in wider steps or better access into pool for older people. We would go back to this hotel as Semia especially made our stay so relaxing hope you see you soon ⭐️

The lagoon swim up room with heated pool was perfect. Great location to main area. Gym fully equipped with cardio and weights and machines. Towels and bottle water always available. Always able to get a sunbed by the pool area. Beach bars and restaurants great.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms in the main building could use a touch of redecoration, but they still have a classic and comfortable feel. The Lagoon Suites, on the other hand, are exceptional, spacious, stylishly designed, and the swim-up access adds an extra level of luxury. The food was consistently warm and tasty, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to Başak and Taha for their kind assistance throughout our stay, they were attentive, responsive, and made everything so much smoother for us. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Tolles Upgrade auf Swim Up Suite bekommen, Essen einfach nur hervorragend, Massagen ebenso sensationell. Service von Anfang bis zum Ende einfach 1A, sehr Gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonderer Dank geht an Buse Demirtürk, die junge Dame hatte jeden Tag ein Lächeln und ein tolle Energie, und hat sich einfach immer unkompliziert um uns gekümmert. Wir sehen uns bald wieder 👌🇹🇷

Beeing at Kaya Palazzo for our honeymoon was perfect and a wonderful experience. The pool access room was very nice and clean. The food was great, you will spend much time on choosing what to eat as three was hundreds of different cookings and food. There was plenty of things to do and you never get bored. The entertaimet team was very nice and warm especialy Ksaniya, Sveta and Lenka, they were the best.

We have just returned from a lovely family holiday at Kaya Palazzo and will 100% be returning next year! It was our first time visiting Turkey and we were searching for a hotel with the perfect balance; things to entertain our son and luxury and relaxation for us… Kaya Palazzo delivered on all of these. We stayed in one of the Lagoon Suites and it was the best choice. Spacious, large decking, direct access to the private peaceful lagoon and exclusive dining at the Lagoon restaurant and the Palazzo Restaurant on the beach. I had reached out to the hotel in advance to request a room with privacy and direct pool access and the Guest Relations Team delivered! Our room was perfect 6306 close enough to the Lagoon Restaurant but private enough that we could enjoy the peace on our decking and the Lagoon. We booked two days in the Premium Cabana on the pier complete with a jacuzzi and it was the highlight of our trip. Swimming in the sea, sunbathing, cooling off in the jacuzzi, enjoying incredible food and drinks all day! Special thanks to Denny who looked after us and went above and beyond to cater to all our requests with a smile. A special thanks to Rida. His warmth, kindness, care and attentiveness made us feel so welcome and he is one of the main reasons we would return. The kids facilities were amazing - there really was something for every age from the quiet baby/toddler playroom to the softplay to the PlayStation room and cinema that showed films multiple times per day. Plus workshops in different handicrafts. The arcade was completely free to use with a teen hangout with extra PlayStations and two bowling lanes. The pools were all big and plentiful and the waterpark was great fun - only one of the outdoor pools was heated however which connected to the indoor pool. It was a nice place for a warm swim at the end of the day. The beach area was also lovely with big playpark, outdoor wooden gym and plenty of sunbeds and food options. Spa was beautiful and we had great massages there.

I liked the whole experience, We had a couples spa and massage, the next day I had a facial, excellent time and money well spent, all the staff are so friendly and very attentive, we were given a lovely gift of champagne, special treats and a big bowl of fruit, on arrival as we came early we checked in and were offered breakfast and the use of all facilities until we could go to our room, cleaning every day and mini bar replenished every day fresh bedding too, pool towels available for pool or beach,there is pony riding for children at the beach with play area too, although we had 200 steps along the corridor from the elevator to the room we laughed so much about it 🤣 I could say lots more and I would certainly recommend coming here.

Dinner was incredible with variety of quality food to suit all tastes, all the food was of amazing quality, desserts were varied, fruit and vegetables were fresh and delicious The room was very comfortable, very clean, laminated floor as opposed to carpet Lots of activities to keep you busy even when it rains, including games room, bowling, board games etc Pool and spa were lovely and well looked after The walk from the hotel to the beach was really nice with beautiful scenery Beautiful grounds and pools Guest services were excellent and everyone was very attentive and professional

We recently stayed at Titanic Deluxe Belek and overall had a lovely, relaxing time. The pool cabanas are absolutely beautiful, the perfect place to unwind in peace and comfort. However, it’s the beach cabanas that truly stood out. A special mention goes to Tayfun, who was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. His service really elevated the experience. The hotel staff in general were polite and helpful, but not especially warm or personable. Many seemed to be from Eastern Europe rather than Turkey, which may explain a bit of a cultural difference in communication and hospitality style. There are plenty of good food options across the resort, something for everyone, and the rooms, while a bit basic in style, were very clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the activities coordinator, whose energy brought a fun and lively atmosphere to the pool area. Lastly, the spa staff, mostly from Bali, were absolutely lovely, so gentle, sweet, and professional. They added a wonderful touch of calm and care to our stay. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing getaway, especially if you make use of the cabanas and spa

I recently stayed at Titanic Deluxe Golf Belek, and overall I was very impressed. The resort offers a fantastic balance of luxury, comfort and entertainment for all types of travelers. What stood out most: The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The housekeeping staff do a superb job — daily cleaning, restocking of minibars — everything felt fresh. The food is excellent. There is a rich variety of restaurants (buffet and a la carte), with many fresh options. I particularly enjoyed the Yamas (fish / Greek‐theme) restaurant, which was memorable not just for food, but also for the atmosphere. The resort’s amenities are top notch. Multiple pools, an aqua park, beach access (including via little train or boat), and plenty of places to relax or enjoy activities make it hard to get bored. The spa and wellness facilities are also lovely. Service and staff friendliness were major pluses. Many reviews mention how helpful, warm, and attentive the staff are. The grounds and setting are very nice — well landscaped, peaceful, with enough space so you don’t feel crowded even during busy periods. Some suggestions / minor drawbacks (to be fair): A few guests noted that some rooms (especially on lower floors) feel a bit dated or darker.

The food was very good, nice variety. Pool was really chill and clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Rooms very cleaned very good, we did an upgrade to the rooms next to the pool and they were amazing. AC worked very well.

Good size Hotel with everything (rooms, pool, beach, restaurants) close by, but at the same time feels spacious and not crowded. Very good quality of internet (survived video calls all day) Amazing variety and quality of food. And great people working there, they were trying to make our stay there at top level. special gratitude to operating director Kaam for his personal attention!!

Our stay at TUI Blue Belek was perfect from start to finish. The atmosphere was beautiful, the food was delicious and varied, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The beach and pools were clean and relaxing, and the entertainment team kept things fun. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality holiday. We’ll gladly come back!

Very quite place suitable for relaxing. Food is awesome, with plenty of choices and good quality. Staff are really kind and helpful. Swimming pools are clean and not crowded. We also liked the evening shows. You can also use the aqua park of the other Sherwood hotel. In general, we had an amazing week, and we liked it!

We have just returned home from a week’s holiday in your lovely hotel and we all had an unforgettable experience that we will savour for a long long time. Excellent food, fantastic facilities and the hotel was well maintained and very clean. The service we received from the bar and restaurant staff was exceptional and we never had to wait for drinks and/or beverages. M The hotel staff were all very good, kind and helpful and they all take great pride in their work . There were 2 members of staff who really looked after us all week. Ahmet ( the poolside waiter on rollerblades near the infants pool) and Damla( the waitress in the outside and inside bars) were so friendly and polite and very efficient in looking after us. We hope to see you all again very soon.

Fantastic hotel. Proper looks like the titanic from both outside and inside. Absolutely caters for all, from babies to teens to adults. Plenty of daily entertainment. 4 massive pools, 1 indoor pool with gym and an aqua park. Soo many other playgrounds, spac facilty, yoga space, football fields. The staffs are fab always ready to help. Plenty of hotel restaurents and bar about. And the best part is its all inclusive so plenty of food and drinks through out. I would highly recommend this hotel for families and couples 👍 will deo return if i come antalya again.

Arriving on 1st November 2025 quite late to arrive to a midnight buffet 11-12 and it was amazing. I was not expecting the pools to be still open, cold but lovely to have a dip in this hot sun. The hotel is beautiful, my room is lovely and the hard working staff are amazing. Plenty of food served all day something to please everyone and drinks served by the staff at meal times and around the pools.

This hotel is a good family hotel. We enjoyed our stay overall. I will start by mentioning their good features. They have a wide ranges of pool sizes and water slides for all ages. Pools are clean and well maintained. They also have a great entertainment team with a lot of activities through the day and night. Food is great. There is always food available in the different resturants and bars. The best food was surved on the beach resturant from 12 to 4. The main resturant food was great too but their aftermidnight variation should be improved. The rooms are good but we were ecpecting them to be cleaner. We were given first a room which was dirty and then was helped by the great guest relation personnel Mrs. Valentina Kotoy to a much better room but still you would ecpect better from a 5 star hotel. I think the reason they are unable to maintain a high level rooms is their busyness and their big hotel. Now the main major bad point about this hotel which if was not there would make me difienitly recommend it to every one I know is their AIr conditioner. They operate their AC at certain times of the day only, for 2-3 hours in the afternoon and for 4 hours at night. And YES for the reat of the day your room is without AC. During our stay, temperatures in Antalya was lower than usual and so this made it less significant of an issue, but I think this will be a significant significant one during the summer days. Overall our stay was good and enjoyable

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, the food was brilliant with plenty of variety, and there were lots of excellent facilities. The kids’ club was one of the best we’ve experienced — clearly a lot of thought has gone into how the hotel operates, and it shows. However, there are some areas that could be improved. The biggest issue for us was noise. The rooms are not very soundproof, and we struggled to sleep because we could hear everything from neighbouring rooms and corridors. Some guests were inconsiderate, with children running around and loud voices early in the morning. It would really help if the hotel placed notices reminding guests to keep noise levels down, especially during night hours. Another issue was smoking and vaping — both guests and staff were doing this around the children’s pool and bowling area. Designated smoking zones would make a big difference here. We also noticed that a few staff members looked disengaged at times, and one cleaner in the restaurant was walking around with a broom but not actually cleaning. In addition, there were no lifeguards present at the pools, and no wristbands or visible security measures in place, which felt concerning. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it — great food, facilities, and family-friendly features — but addressing the noise and a few operational issues would make it truly exceptional.

Great hotel, friendly staff, fantastic facilities. Kids club catered for all ages. Our child didn’t want to leave. Food was amazing, lots of choice. The extra cost ala carte beef grill was first class, so much food! Pools heated to a great temperature - including the water park and swim up rooms pools ( unheard of) Out of season (march) still plenty of options. Would be an amazing place in full swing. Hope to make a 2nd visit.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at the Cullinan Belek hotel. We booked two deluxe family lagoon golf swim up rooms and they were UNBELIEVABLE! So much space and the shared swim up pool was the perfect tonic at the end of the day to cool down before heading to the hotel. We were spoilt by Sena and Nuraida who were our fabulous assistants for the week and they couldn’t do enough for us. So many places to eat and drink we were spoilt for choice. We loved the 24/7 bistro and the fabulous Lagoon Restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The buffet was vast (and a little overwhelming!) and Hasir was fabulous as one of our inclusive A’La Carte meals. The only improvement I could suggest would be to provide personal buggies for Lagoon guests so you’re not constantly relying on the bellhop to collect you. Pure luxury from start to finish. Thank you to everybody who made this holiday

Wow what a hotel! We had 10 amazing days at Cullinan, it’s a beautiful hotel one of the largest hotels we have stayed in but yet didn’t feel that it was busy even though the hotel was full. We had a beautiful 2 story swim up room looking over the Azure bar and golf course, by night it was lovely to look out and see the azure bar light up, very pretty. The food was excellent we dined in the buffet, spoilt for choice, the 7/24 again good menu, Nori Japanese, very good and Hasir Turkish restaurant. You will never go hungry, the food is of 5 star quality and in actual fact we were always given way too much! We enjoyed A Cabana day on the pier with amazing staff and we were well looked after by Numan, so friendly and excellent service. We also would like to mention Volkan, who greeted us with a good morning and a smile and the staff at breakfast in the buffet. We would definitely recommend this hotel for families with young or teenage children. There is something for everyone and especially if you are a golfer which my husband and 16 year old son are. Lastly I would like to Thank Gulnara and Kateryna for ensuring that our every need was taken care of. We felt very well looked after, a lovely personal touch. We will definitely stay here again

The cullinan is exceptional and we have just returned from a week stay. We had 4 swim up golf lagoon villas for our family and would highly recommend. Last year at Gloria Verde we had similar but had our own golf buggies for the stay, which worked well. This year we had to call a buggy each time but our assistants (via what’s app) Seda and Nuraida were great. Main buffet restaurant was great quality and variety. Best we have experienced. The 24/7 Bistro was great for waiter service. We wish that the lagoon restaurant did evening food rather than just lunch and dinner. We had one a la carte included within our stay and did not pay extra to visit others. We would definitely book to return.

Another excellent experience on our third visit to CULLINAN. Beautiful and professionally managed hotel and its surroundings, beautiful golf courses, excellent food and exceptional service thanks to the helpful staff. I would like to name some in particular. TOP sommelier and nice person FIRAT 👍🥂 and his wonderful colleagues KATARINA and VERAT 🙏, the manager of the main restaurant GÜNDAY 🤝 as well as the cooks CEREN and RUKIYE, who willingly prepared gluten-free pancakes for me every morning 🙏😋. We also had a wonderful experience at BEEF RESTAURANT 👍 thanks to the cooks, waiters and the boss named SERKAN. I must also thank our lovely assistants NADYA and MARIA for their willingness and care. Many other people deserve thanks, whose names I don't remember but thanks to whom we will definitely return to Cullinan 🙋🙋‍♀️. Finally, I would like to thank you very much for a "detail" that made us very happy, namely the higher water temperature in the pools near the slides and in front of the indoor pool 👍.

Wonderful resort with everything you could possibly need for a family or couple holiday in the sun. Water park on site and championship golf course next door. + Comfy beds, very good restaurants steak house was worth paying the supplement for the tepenyaki definitely wasn’t. Buffet good. Lovely beach, sun beds plentiful, all branded drinks and all cocktails included. Nice by adult pool, family pool rather crowded. V good salon and loved the spa & hammam. Good value. - adult/ beach bar service slow, end up waiting for ages while waiters on roller scates serving family pool were served with dozens of drinks. Not a true 5* experience. Water sports v expensive! much more than we’ve paid in other countries. A bit run down in places but being closed down for full refurb soon. Downside price will then go up.

Very live hotel , big territory, great beach, good service , 2 tested pools and many not heated .

Everything was perfect. Great food, a variety of clean and warm pools, Luna Park, Kids club, even the arcade. Room was in decent condition. Clean and managed. Staff super friendly!!!! Really loved the chocolates after each meal.

I stayed in this hotel begore two weeks for six days At all it's very nice hotel but there is some disappointing points The room is old furniture design that even it's cleaned you don't feel it's cleaned enough because there are many spots in the bathroom and th furniture The second point not all the stuff but some of them are very rude. Rustum is the main family restaurant manager is very impolite person . he embraced me in front of all the persons in the restaurant just because am taking biscuits to my child to eat in the pool and I know it's allowed to do this in all hotels. i was in antalya for ten times and all my visits I always choose luxury hotels. always i take some food for ny kid to eaten him when he is playing and i saw many of families do this especially if the kid doesn't eat good. what he did that he told me what are you doing and not allowed to do this and this what make many people looking at me like i did a terrible thing. But mostly the hotel is very good and i liked how it is organized and the variety of foods is excellent but i won't return back to it Thanks

The facilites were great, big pool, lots of options for lunch, the beach and the piers were amazing. The food was very good. Cocktails were mostly good. Kids options were great. Adults only area was nice. They have an insane patisserie! The bungalow room was lovely (but see below). Comfortable bed, great shower, lots of space. Some members of staff were really friendly. Adults breakfast restaurant has a lovely view. 24h restaurant is very nice!

From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel welcome. Even the check in process was personal. We upgraded to a swim up luxury room which was stunning. The place was immaculately clean, staff constantly cleaning. Food was amazing, plenty of sun beds for everyone with a no reserving policy. Even at the beach we had pre filled ice boxes and drinks waiting daily. It was so unbelievably relaxing. We had a late flight but there’s a lounge with showers and 24/7 food so right up until you leave you’re looked after. This was a late change to our holiday only a week before we found out our original hotel wouldn’t be open, but we are so pleased that we found ourselves at the Papillon Zeugma. Undoubtedly the best holiday I’ve been on.

Everything about this holiday was great! Hotel is lovely, clean and well set up with pools and access to beach. There was enough space for lounging either at the pool or under cover at the beach with lounger service for drinks via qr code. The activity schedule has something for all - i did yoga everyday after breakfast in preparation for a day of lounging! There are some good slides both for older "kids" and little ones and a nice pool for really little kids away from the main pool. We used the a la carte restaurants (€5 surcharge- worth it though) which were all great and we were extremely well fed. Make sure you book early though. Staff are really lovely. Can't help you enough. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We visited here end of October after seeing all the great reviews and it didn’t disappoint. Great hotel with plenty of things to keep you and the kids busy. Lots of choice on the very large buffet/grill and between restaurants. Some of the a la carte are open through the day for free and don’t count as your main a la carte allowance. The room minibar was well stocked and filled everyday. We stayed in the luxury pool villa which was amazing apart from the ice cold pool. It definitely needs heating to be classed as luxury. Other than that the only issue was the aircon didn’t work but there was a fan above the bed which was enough. There was only a few British families here and the majority of guests were Russian and German which wasn’t an issue. Drinks were unlimited premium brands and no dodgy extra charges. Slight language barrier but it didn’t cause any issues. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. The private beach water sports were a bit on the expensive side. 60 euro for 10 minutes on the jet ski for example We’re hoping to return next year.

We had a fantastic week at the Papillon Zeugma and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed family holiday. The entertainment staff were excellent and put on a full day of events around the pool and gardens if you wanted to take part. The kids club was well run and again the staff excellent and clearly enjoyed their jobs entertaining the children. Food was very good with a superb range of choice in the buffet restaurant and nice options at the pool or beach bars as well. The hotel was very clean and clearly well managed and run. The room was a good size with comfortable beds and large bathroom. Overall very pleasing experience and probably the first resort we have wanted to return to - even looked at availability for next trip before leaving.

After a one week stay at this hotel ,I can say it was an amazing holiday. we stayed in a pool suite and it was worth it. The room was spacious, comfortable and elegantly decorated. the best thing about the hotel is the staff that makes you feel at home. Everyone is friendly and always smiling. They are professionally trained so the hotel was spotless .The bartender at the pool bar" Fateh" was great and always made us special cocktails. The animation team was one of the best we have ever met. Even though there were less entertainers than usual but they tried their best to entertain us and always welcome anyone to a game with a smiling face. we had great time playing boccia, dart and riffle shooting especially with Sasha, Milena and Yana. As for the kids club well my girl Lana didn't want to leave them, she left with tears in her eyes because she got very attached to them in this short period .So a big thanks to: Tanya, Begum, Bircan, Ali, Irna,Victoria,Deniz and Elena. They were really amazing. They even had horse riding trip once and it was one of the best days my girl spent there . Even though it was the first time for us to let our girl go outside the hotel with a kids club but we really felt that they were responsible and protective . I am soo sorry if I forgot to mention some names and I would like to thank everyone who works there. Thanks for Tolga who gave us a late check out.

Construction and as a result dusty in the area as of 2023 , otherwise very beautiful villas, especially with private pool option.

We have just returned home from a lovey 10 days stay at Villa Vista. The grounds are well maintained, the pool is a good sized, right number of sun loungers and chairs around the pool. Villa is comfortable, spacious and has the essentials you require. Air conditioning in both living area and bedroom but at night we just left the bedroom door open and the AC on in the living room. Convenient 3 minute walk to the migros supermarket. 25 minute walk to Land of Legends, 35 minute walk to the beach. There are buses that pass by that you can pick up by the Forsamall or old Hosptial (both about a 7 minute walk away). These go to Serik/Belek or to Kadriye and Antalya. Taxis from Belek and Kadriye to the villa are 20 Lira but the drivers will ask for more so haggle them down or ask for a meter taxi. Market Days are Belek Saturday (biggest market) in the area. Kadriye on a Tuesday, good sized and also on a Friday evening 18:00-late but this was small (still got some bargains). We would highly recommend this location for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday. Say hello to the cats and the cockerel, you will gain some animal friends that make this place feel like you are really experiencing turkey and not just the hotel on a beach location.

Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again. It is mainly well equipped, lots of nice, large towels etc - but no dish cloth or tea towel so bring your own. Had an issue connecting the gas but this was sorted. I just wish there was an oven in the suites. Lovely, friendly staff. Pool was very clean and well cared for. If you don't like children you might want to avoid this place as they can be noisy in the pool.

Ruhige Anlage mit 10 Villen in einer wunderschönen und sehr gepflegten Gartenanlage. Wir hatten eine Villa mit eigenem Pool, was aber gar nicht nötig ist, da der große Gemeinschaftspool besser zum Schwimmen geeignet ist und fast immer sehr ruhig ist. Leider ist die Qualität der Inneneinichtung der Villen etwas minderwertig: Betten bretthart, Sanintäramaturen von schlechter Qualität, in der Küche kaum Besteck, Gasherd funktionierte zT. nicht. Etwas schade, weil die Atmosphäre richtig schön ist, und wir einen total entspannenden Ulaub hatten.

Well maintained residence. Cozy place with trees and greens. Pool and sunbeds were good enough to relax. Wi-fi speed was ok. Good point was they provide very essential and useful information by notes in the room, e.g. some restaurants of delivery service, worth-visit places nearby and so on. Downside was old AC and guests need to be prepared against possible mosquitoes in the season by themselves.

Very comfortable and cozy apartment, great value for money. We had 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms and a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The area is guarded by friendly security men and a lot of cute cats. Parking is possible right in front of the apartment. Kadriye Beach is just a short drive away. Helpful, quick and friendly contact with the owner through Whatsapp.

very nice modern villa with great swimming pool and all amenities. Host was very welcoming and responsive. we liked that it was located centrally to many places, but you definitely need a car to get around

Ali and Gizem are very nice, helpful and always available to help. The villa is good, safe area and if you have a car, you can reach to grocery stores and city centre easily.
