Really nice room with a private pool and a view of the pool and the sea behind. Super friendly staff, especially the person showing us how to have a proper Greek breakfast. Great breakfast with a lot of local choices. Lots of nice restaurants directly at the beach in foot walking distance.

The room with a private pool was excellent. We enjoyed excellent service and facilities: restaurants, breakfast, pools, and a dedicated area on the beach for hotel guests. Highly recommended place to stay.

The private pool rooms are nice but a little noisy if you are a light sleeper. I was woken up a number of times due to loud cars/mopeds going by along the beach road and I was there off-season. The outdoor pools look like they would be nice in the summer.

Very enjoyable, close to the beach and they gave us a free upgrade with a private pool. It was wonderful and breakfast had a large selection. It also had ample parking on site so we didn’t worry about the car. I would definitely recommend.

Five Star rating for a family owned and run hotel. Amazing staff and service. Food was excellent. Pool area and beach was ideal. Room was very comfortable with large terrace. Five minutes from the heart of Kalamata. We will definitely be back next year, along with our kids and grandchildren. Fabulous Rooms on the first with private pool and plenty of play area around it, perfect for families!

The suite with private pool was nice and the wifi excellent. But a bit dark if terrace orientated to the east, no afternoon sun. Remote area so you will need a car. Good breakfast but there should be a choice of self serve drinks. you have to wait for a waiter, hoping she/he comes to order a coffee or water.

The hotel is very nice with amazing sunsets and views over the Messinian Gulf. There is a nice restaurant next to the pool area (there are two clean, well-maintained pools). Breakfast was good. We also ordered a light lunch by the pool but found the service quite slow as we waited over 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Note that service at breakfast was very good. The rooms are comfortable and all the staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting the Kalamata area.

Stunning hotel set into the side of the mountain with an expansive view of the sea. Spotlessly clean, modern yet very comfortable and welcoming, The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Two beautiful pools overlooking the sea and outfitted with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The breakfast buffet here was varied and delicious. Don’t miss watching the sunset and sipping a cocktail (delicious pina colada) at the nearby castle themed restaurant/bar. We were so relaxed at this hotel and I hope.we have that we are fortunate enough to stay there again sometime.

The villa was stunning in every way. The view was amazing. Fantastic welcome pack - everything was thought of throughout the villa. A lovely taverna next door and a fantastic restaurant less than 20 minutes walk, along with a mini supermarket about 10 minutes walk. You can walk to the beach but a car would be good for that and to explore the surrounding area and villages. A great beach with watersports, beach bars etc. Very friendly people wherever we went. We were met on arrival and handed the keys with a show around of the villa and the friendly and helpful owner (who spoke excellent English) assisted us with taxi booking during our stay. We took a trip in to Kalamata old town, which was great. Nothing was too much trouble and the villa has everything you could need. The outside area is fantastic - pool, dining table, sun loungers and lovely garden with herbs and flowers. We would definitely return and didn't want to leave!

Stunning villa! Built with an ecological concept, Panos, the owner of the house, a warm and charming man, welcomed us with a refrigerator full of goodies, helped and was available for any request. The best villa we've stayed in to date, it has all the necessary equipment from the kitchen to the bedrooms and the laundry service room. A pool with a gorgeous view, especially at sunset. We fell in love!

The house was perfect. We stayed in August, 2 families, together 8 people. Centrally located ,10 minutes drive from Kalamat and the nearby beaches, The house is big with all needed facilities including a big pool, B B Q and perfectly equipped kitchen. The owner was very helpful and friendly and gave us information about restaurants,beaches and places to go. We will definitely come back

It was amazing. It was everything we had been looking for in a villa for a family vacation. The rooms were very clean, as were the pool and toilet, which was really important to us.

Panos, our host, provided many items that got us through our first breakfast and then some! This was so unexpected but very appreciated. There is a small market with in walking distance for juice, fruit, milk, eggs, Greek sausages, etc. With in a very short drive to Kalamata you will find supermarkets with all you need as well as a farmers market on Wed and Sat mornings. Villa Dafni was exactly like the pictures and spotlessly clean. Fantastic place for multigenerational vacation. The lower floor is autonomous so our newly weds loved that. Our older traveler appreciated the main floor bed and bath. The top floor has two balconies- don’t miss the stars over the Mediterranean! We are looking forward to our next stay at Villa Dafni already. Thank you to our host, Panos!

Modern design, has everything you may need with an amazing view. I am sure if it was warmer, relaxing in the private pool at night would have been perfect. Check in and out were a breeze.

The villa was stunning; modern, fully equipped, comfortable and clean, with a private pool overlooking green hills and the sea! Definitely a dreamy place for relaxing vacation, with convenience stores, restaurants and the beach at a 10-minute drive distance. The host, Vangelis, was super helpful and nice, we had requested a crib for the baby and he brought us a high chair, as well - very thoughtful! Can't wait to go back as soon as possible and can't recommend it enough!

Evan met us a few minutes after our arrival with the key and a clear explanation of the facilities. It was such a beautiful and peaceful place, we decided to forego our planned walk through the town and just spend the day at the lovely studio with our inviting private pool. There was breakfast in the fridge so we called it dinner. The lighting in the studio matches the beauty of the place. Windows everywhere with remote shutters for a cozy sleep. View of the landscape and sea in the distance. Even was there for every request by using booking.com message. It is located about 30 minutes between Kalamata and Kardamyli so the remoteness is also a plus. Suggestion - book the Sea Kayaking trip in Kardamyli for a stupendous day of water adventure for any skill level, pick up some barbecue fixings at the Supermarket and have your own feast on the electric bbq on the lanai. Evan wished us farewell with a goodie bag of his fresh grown tomatoes, figs and small bottle of olive oil. We hated to leave. Bravo!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property overlooking the Messenian Bay. The villas were exceptional, well kept, clean and equipped with lots of amenities. The manager and staff were all extremely nice and accomodating, they went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and unforgettable as possible. Pool areas, restaurant, breakfast and bar service were fantastic too. We'd love to go back and spend more time in the future.

This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in. The view is truly amazing and the staff are extremely helpful. Crystof, in particular, is one of a kind - he is incredibly helpful and gives great recommendations for day trips. He was so pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic and the chef was very accommodating to our requests. It was a great vacation!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning villa that exceeded all my expectations. We stayed in Villa Thalia, the place is exceptionally designed & maintained. Patricia the host did her best to take care of all our needs, left all necessary supply for kitchen and laundry so you don't have to bring/buy those. Views of the bay, Kalamata and the surrounding mountains are amazing. Pool was quite cold at the end of September as one can expect but we swam anyway.

Incredible view and beautiful villas. The villa had a minimalist design and it was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, with new appliances. The villa includes a small private swimming pool with a very nice patio. The view is unobstructed from all windows and rooms and it is stunning all times of day.

The best sunset views in Kato Verga. No one in t he family wanted to leave! Patricia is a super host! Beautiful villa on the top of the mountains just above Kalamata. Beautiful view. We were traveling with teenagers and young adults, The villa was specious enough for some privacy and yet great to hang out together. There is an attention to details that makes the whole experience different and upscale. Patricia the host is super nice and helpful with recommendations or anything we needed . We really enjoyed our time there. We will definitely come back!!

I had a great stay at Dream Zen’s place! The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is perfect, close to the city of Kalamata, making it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas. The host was very welcoming, quick to respond to questions I had and made the entire experience smooth, enjoyable and discreet. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay.

Very welcoming hospitality. Indeed very close to the beach you can walk to / from in your flip flops and bathing suit. Very quiet and tranquil! Enjoyed a nice coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening gazing at the open sea view and the city of Kalamata

Location was very practical for us, as it was right next to the venue of an event we attended. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Beautifully kept maisonette with private pool. The garden around the pool is absolutely stunning, so is the pool itself. Quiet neighbourhood with all amenities like restaurant, coffee shop and little supermarket right next to it. We come again!

Fabulous accommodation space! I would probably wait for sunnier times to book just so the private pool is more usable. The large tub was very helpful for my injuries though! The only problem with this room-is that I never wanted to go out because why leave shangri la.🙂🌈

Great size studio, amazing views, loved the private pool

Well equipped apartment with nice furniture, comfortable bed, nice balcony and private swimming pool. The view from the apartment is amazing, it combines mountain and sea. You wake up in the morning and fall asleep looking at the sea! While swimming the pool it is very relaxing to look at all those plants and olive trees in and out of the property.

Stunning studio, brand new, well equipped with floor to ceiling sliding doors to the terrace, perfect lighting and the most beautiful private stone infinity pool. The small T errace was well equipped with a table and chairs, sunloungers and another set of comfy chairs. Perfect for soaking up the sun, watching sunset with an ouzo in hand, or star gazing at night. The bed was extremely comfortable!! Great location with the lovely Petrichor Cafe next door, Petradi restaurant above, and a mini market just across the road. We didn't drive, but Kalamata city is an hour or so walk along the beach, with several restaurants and bars dotted along the seafront - the prom is an easy flat walk. Cabs back around 7-8euros, which we thought was very reasonable. We loved Kalamata and we loved Petradi.

The property is very clean, comfortable and the garden is wonderful! Our program in Kalamata was quite packed with appointments, which I wish hadn't been the case because it was such a luxury to come back to the house and relax in the pool! The property was very quiet and we slept great every night. Location is great, very near a supermarket and perfect if your plans take you towards the towns to the southeastern shore. Best part are the owners! What a wonderful family! I feel like I made new friends and I look forward to traveling here to see them again!

This house is amazing, the outside area is so great, we enjoyed so much from the big swimming pool, and to sit under the terrace while the kids were playing. The house has everything you need, and the hosts were so responsive and nice.

It is a fantastic resort to relax and to spend time with your loved ones. The villas are beautiful and clean, with a lot of space and a private pool. The restaurant is great with excellent food and very friendly staff. And we also liked the tennis and basketball courts.

I booked the villa for my 30th birthday for me and 17 of my friends. The Villa was so beautiful with the most amazing view of the sea and coast. The pool was overlooking this great view and it was really amazing to hangout there during the day and in the evening. We had the best time and it will definitely be a birthday I will never forget. The host was accommodating and really nice who helped me book restaurants in the area. The breakfast was great and very large! We all had an amazing time!

Perfect accommodation. Impeccable cleaning. Everything you need in one place. Amazing views. Great pool, great barbecue. The 4th bedroom is having only a mediocre sofa bed that we didn't use. The price for off-season was really good, I don't know how it will be during the high season. The location is a little far from the city, you can not drink and drive, but it's manageable. We walked tot the city, but it takes 1h. Depending on your preferences. There is a good restaurant nearby and also some coffee shops. Good luck! We would return for sure!!!❣️

We took the two Villas as we were 12 people, The villas are adjacent to each other, so it is very convenient for big families. The view is amazing, every thing is as new and very clean, each villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 master with bathroom and 2 rooms with one shared bathroom and another toilet down stairs, you have every thing you need and if something is missing you can ask and they will bring, the villa is on the mountain and area is very quite. the out side includes every thing you can dream on sunbeds, BBQ, and others, We enjoined very much and will recommend it to every one

With proper support and approach, if we had an issue, it was solved the same day or the next day. The view and silence around this villa are amazing attributes.

Property was just a 3-5 minutes walk from the beach. Where lots of bars and restaurants are also located. Our place was very modern and clean. The host had left us wine, olives and treats to enjoy on our arrival. Access was all keyless which was great. Not having a lot to the beach. Just FYI, irons and extra household items are placed in an accessible cupboard on the ground floor communal access.

We are visiting Kalamata almost every 6 months and this loft was by far the most beautiful and exceptional house we ever stayed in. From the cleanliness to the high end technology this loft is something you don't wanna miss. We will for sure rebook it for our next trip to Kalamata. Thank you so much for everything!

Such a great place! The pool area is so much fun, the rooms are convenient and beds are comfortable, for a family of 11 we used both upstairs and downstairs and had plenty of space Location in nice very easy to get around, some places nearby but everything was a walking distance The communication and help throughout the stay was incredible, always happy to help with anything

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful house. The house is designed to work so well in the landscape with great consideration given to ensuring there are wonderful views from virtually everywhere. The terraces were amazing, comfortable and with far reaching views, as well as thoughtful touches such as the outdoor showers and lots of seating options. The pool terrace was wonderful with a bathroom and kitchen as well as so many places to sit. It really felt it was a home built for comfort rather than a standard holiday villa. The area was lovely, close enough to the beach, shops and restaurants but far enough away so we had the wonderful views. Finally, I can’t thank Stav and the team enough, the house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Stav’s restaurant recommendations were so appreciated, each one was lovely but special mention to the traditional Greek taverna in the mountains. We went there on our last night, great Greek food, wonderful views and just brilliant staff and service. We loved it. We would love to return to the house!

Loved the space, location, the pool and the great views. We stayed for 2 nights and prepared for our sons wedding. All the groomsmen stayed together and we created amazing memories.
