The "Perla" was the specific house we stayed in while on our vacation at the Eglina Villas. It was a beautiful home with many levels. The first level is the garage level so you enter in the home going up stairs to the second level. This level offers you a modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances and a dining area and family room. It has a beautiful view of the mountains and pool and the gardens around the villa. The stairs downstairs take you to a level where there is a bathroom right outside of the bedroom with twin beds. Below that level is a game room with a pool table. Then if you went upstairs from the kitchen level, you would find a queen room with balcony with its own bathroom outside of it. Then if you go up yet another level, there is a queen room with balcony with its own bathroom inside the room. Every room has closets and plenty of storage. They all seem equivalent in size. The rooms have beautiful views. It was a wonderful home to stay in. We rented a car, which we think is necessary. You get used to navigating the narrow roads in some places but the home is right near the airport and has some beautiful beaches nearby. The next town over within 10 minutes also has some great restaurants and beaches too. Mr. Jimmy was a great host. He checked on us to make sure we had everything. Ms. Julia did a great job in providing a clean home and freshened everything up mid-week.

This was an incredible place to stay in Kefalonia! First off, the villa is very well laid out and extremely comfortable. We felt extremely pampered! The kitchen is very well stocked with what you need. We loved the backyard with the patio areas and super nice swimming pool. As it was extremely hot while we were there, it was so nice to have access to your own pool where you could swim and relax. Also, just down the road is an extremely nice beach area (Eglina's Beach), which we visited quite a lot. Less than a 5-minute walk, and it has umbrellas/chairs for rent and a bar area..:-)) I also want to say how amazing the hosts were. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful! We needed blankets, and they were there in less than 10 minutes! Any question we had was promptly answered. We had an issue with getting all of us to the airport on the last day, and they happily offered to help us out by storing our luggage temporarily. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again! An amazing experience!

We were a family of 6 and stayed in villa Perla, which was perfect for our needs. Pool was amazing and clean, they also cleaned the sun beds everyday which i have not seen in other places. The barbecue has everything you need and we had one of the best nights, what can be better than a BBQ party with a pool! The location is 10/10 because it's so close to the airport (and no, the noise of the planes didn't bother us, it's actually cool to see them take off). One of the best beaches, Ammos i think, is 2 minutes by car/10 minute walk. Finally, there is space to park 3 cars if you want, we were very happy since we didn't have to worry about parking a big car. All in all, we were super excited and my family would definitely come again.

Everything about Aegli Villa was superb. Great pool..lovely outside areas to sit relax and eat. Jimmy our host was so lovely..popped in regularly to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed.The two ladies that came to change bed linen etc were very friendly and extremely efficient and also the man who came and checked the pool..tidied leaves from the gardens etc was very polite and friendly. We had such a good holiday..We wanted two weeks of down time and relaxation and we certainly got it in a perfect setting.We will definitely be returning .We have been coming to Kefalonia for four years now and this by far was our favourite place xx

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cypress Garden Villas. The villas are brilliantly designed, spotlessly clean, and have everything you need, including a fantastic private pool and garden. Rania is an excellent host and the other staff are also really good. The location is also excellent, close to a supermarket and some very good restaurants and beaches. We absolutely recommend Cypress Garden Villas to anyone looking for a nice quiet getaway.

The private pool and garden were delightful, with sun beds and shaded areas. The location was great, very quiet but within walking distance to a lovely restaurant and other places to eat and a supermarket. Large comfortable bed, air conditioning in bedroom and living area. Thoughtful welcome package of treats and drinks as well as toiletries.

Lovely property kept spotlessly clean both inside and outside. Rania was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Poolnan abd housekeeper slso very friendly abd smiley! Villa was in a quiet area with own pool ideal for relaxing, quiet break. Amenities and beaches closeby in a lovely area with friendly staff in local restaurants. Would fully recommend and also re visit.

The accommodation was clean, well maintained and it was great having a pool. A well kept site with orange trees outside. And also a lime tree, and various herbs. Nothing was too much trouble. Cleaner and pool attendants keeping a good standard. Rania checked we were enjoying our stay.

This is a real Gem of a place set in an oasis of tranquillity. We have been visiting Kefalonia and in particular the area of Svoronata for the last 29 years and can honestly say that properties of this quality are very hard to find.Located a short walk from some of the best beaches on the island the property also benefits from a beautiful private garden and swimming pool with out door shower and an array of garden furniture including a fabulous cabana. Inside, the property is extremely comfortable with fitted kitchen and lounge area, a fabulous wet room with an amazing Rainfall Shower and the added bonus of a washing machine!There are a number of local tavernas/restaurants within a short stroll away including one the top 2 restaurants on Kefalonia across the road. Rania is an excellent host with a great team behind her.You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

The host was absolutely lovely and welcoming arriving before our check in time, made their own marmalade and had lots of lovely decorations around the villas. The pool was a good depth with a shallow section for kids looking out towards the sea. Simply a beautiful place to stay.

Lovely position in Trapezaki, very nice villa, comfy beds and good facilities. Pool was amazing - although a little chilly - but it was in May. Fab place to relax and unwind. Angie was very welcoming and friendly

It has been our third time in Kefalonia and Fiora Villas. Angie who runs the place and all Fiora Villas staff are great and helpful. The villa itself is spacious, well equipped and simply beautiful - decorated and arranged with extreme care for details. The surroundings are amazing - every morning we took a coffee at the terrace while looking at the sea. The area is very calm, it's a perfect place to relax and escape from daily routine. We also had the opportunity to try some homemade food including local dishes, jam, dried tomatoes - all simply delicious. Thank you for the amazing stay we had - we are already planning our next trip to Kefalonia :) see you then!

Would definitely recommend the 2 bedroom villa with private pool. Large, comfortable and big sun terrace. All staff friendly and helpful - easy 15 min stroll into town. Got a good last minute deal. Lovely place to relax for a week in the sun.

A great, quiet, location, close to the picturesque town and harbour. Wonderful views of the bay from the room's balcony, to watch both super-yachts, and sailing enthusiasts, etc., as they come and go below, and for the evening moon-rise. The approach road ends uphill at the hotel, so very little traffic noise. The staff were superb, efficient, friendly and helpful. Great views also from the excellent pool , restaurant and other public rooms. The snag for some older clients might be the many steps to the various levels, but ignore the reports about driving to the car park, we found the climb easy in our hire Panda! It presents no problem to any competent driver. A nice touch was the free tapas when ordering a large beer from the pool bar!

Very attractive hotel. Beautiful views. Handy for town and tavernas. Varied choice at buffet breakfast. Large pool, very clean virtually pristine condition. The only slight down point is that the hotel is on a very steep hill which could cause problems for some guests (although a lift was under construction whilst we were staying)

The staff are lovely, and food and drinks are amazing. We were upgraded which was a suprise and the swim up rooms were incredible. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

Great hotel in a perfect location. Close to airport, but no airport noise. Could walk into Lassi for lots of dinner options in 5 minutes or into Argostoli for even more restaurants, bars and sites. Hotel was very nice, 2 pools, good breakfast, decent prices on drinks at the pool bar and good lunch menu at the pool. Room was clean and comfortable, with recently updated decor and a nice balcony overlooking pool and out to the ocean. Could walk to 1 beach in 2 minutes, or a much larger, nicer beach in 10-15. Highly recommend!

I liked the hotel and the layout, the pool area, is very good looking, the average age of the people staying there is probably late 50's to mid 60's so you can be pretty much be assured that you won't get a football or a frisbee flying across the pool area, there is a beach near the hotel where you can watch the sunset called Makris beach. The WiFi in the room was very temperamental, the actual rooms are very very good looking apart from the front door to each room, which is strange, if they were to be changed then that would be a great bonus. George at the bar by the pool is brilliant along with the staff there and the staff at the bar in the front by reception, I can't fault any of the staff and there are too many to mention, but they were all great!

Das Hotel kann man sich nicht schöner vorstellen. Die Zimmer sind gross und wunderschön modern gestaltet, Pool und Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt. Poolbar, Bar , Speisezimmer und Rezeptionsbereich sehr schön und ebenfalls modern gehalten. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Entfernung zum kleinen, gemütlichen Strand ist gering. Zur Stadt mit den Tavernen ist es auch nicht weit. Alles in allem ausgezeichnet!

The hotel was beautiful, although I actually stayed in what was once Silo apartments at the back of the hotel, which was not as good as the main part of the hotel.My room was very nice, but it could have done with a few extra comforts. There was absolutely nothing in the room with any information on it, like how to call reception or even how to dial out. No information on any local places of interest. A simple thing, no do not disturb sign for the door, so consequently housekeeping were forever opening the door to come in when I wasn’t ready. Housekeeping came in every day but was very hit and miss. Sometimes the towels would be changed, sometimes not. Sometimes the bins would be emptied, sometimes not. The sink was not cleaned for several days in a row. The balcony was messy and the table was never cleaned. It was €3 for a pool towel which I was told I could exchange every three days. What they did not say was that I would have to pay €3 every time I did that. The pool bar was very nice, and what little food I had there was good, however, you could not buy a cocktail there. I wanted to buy a sandwich and a drink there one day to take to my room, I was told it would cost me €5 extra for room service, even if I took it there myself and brought the plate back afterwards. So although I enjoyed my stay, there is room for improvement, considering the cost of the accommodation.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful hotel and staff were amazing. They were so attentive, helpful and polite. The facilities were great too. The staff very kindly upgraded our room to a swim-up room. I booked a Swedish massage at the spa which was incredible. The food (dinner at the in-house restaurant and also complimentary breakfast) was delicious. So pleased with our stay and would thoroughly recommend.

Hotel is small, beautiful, immaculate a lovely atmosphere. All of the staff are wonderful, professional & ready to attend to any need. Breakfast choice & service was so good & everything cooked to suit individually. The buffet was also fabulous & beautifully presented. Buck’s Fizz included too if you fancied …. which we all did! The holiday was an extra surprise one for a friend’s big birthday. We had the three swim up rooms next to each other at the little pool, which a lot of the time we had all to ourselves. We chose Kefalonia because none of us had been there before & the hotel because it looked so lovely - it didn’t disappoint so thank you all at Casaly for helping us to make it so special.

Wonderful hotel in great location on the promenade and a short walk to the pedestrianised town centre. Room was excellent with balcony over looking the pool. Lots of choice for breakfast and staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Highly recommended.

We chose Casaly because it had a swimming pool, spa and gym.

It was new ,modern and clean. Maria is a wonderful host. She served us an amazing breakfast each morning and was there to help us find things to do. Fresh orange juice, freshly cooked eggs made just for us, greek yogurt and fruit...i don't think we would have found a better breakfast anywhere. The location was walking distance to several good restaurants on the beach. It was quiet and relaxing. We had the pool to ourselves most days. It was so nice to be by the pool with a beer in the late afternoon and watch the birds. The beds are very comfortable and the Aircon worked well and the room was a good size with doors out to a good size terrace and to the pool. We did not want to come home. It was the perfect place for us to stay.

Wonderful room and location. So peaceful and we were the only ones there just before they close for the season. Even if it’s full it’ll only be four rooms more as the small size of the hotel allows for a very peaceful surrounding. Sofia the owner is amazing and so thoughtful. Her breakfasts are made fresh everyday and she will cater to your needs with ease. She is also very helpful with things to do and helpful tips. Thanks to her we enjoyed several good hikes and visited a great vineyard. She makes the place such a treat to go to and we will make the effort to stay with her again. The room was the executive suite with an upper area for the bed and the room was outstanding. Clean, well thought out and the bathroom was great. They provided lots of toiletries including a toothbrush set each. Overall one of the best place we have ever stayed in. For the price you pay you feel it was worth it with the level of service and facilities. We stayed in late October and although not warm at night you can easily stay by the pool during the daytime. The hotel is also very secure with a code gate and cctv across the site.

This is an exceptional place to stay, not just an ordinary good hotel. From the moment you arrive (and we arrived very late!) Maria makes you feel welcomed. The house is an oasis in the middle of nature, on walking distance (700m to Katelios beach. The suites are extraordinary, from the linens used to the pillows and even the hangers! all is zen. Nice toiletries, slippers and robe, all has been thought of. The swimming pool has the perfect temperature even in July, sunbeds perfect with thick cushions and as there are only a few rooms you are mostly by yourself. Breakfast is served on the patio by Maria at your table, everyday eggs and/or bacon, pastries, veggies, some sweets and fresh fruit juice. We loved the quietness of the place, we certainly will be back, thank you Maria for your kind attention to all our needs ! We stayed over a week and visited the whole island from there, although not always close by, but we loved to travel through nature, which is fantastic and silent.

Everything. Rooms: comfortable and very clean. Cleaned every day. Big TV with Netflix in the room. Perfectly working air condition. Nice terrace. Hotel provides everything you need: towels, bathrobes, slippers, toothbrush, cosmetics… In rooms there is fridge with cool drinks. Breakfast is homemade and incredibly tasty. Swimming pool big and clean. Sunbeds very comfortable. Area is very quiet and green, with nice garden so you can relax. Lot of parking space.

We were met by Maria with the warmest welcome who made our stay so enjoyable. Everything from her hospitality, home cooked breakfasts, immaculately clean and comfortable room as well as the small attention to detail were very appreciated. The pool area was a lovely place to relax with comfortable sun loungers and accommodation close to restaurants on Katelios Beach. Thank you Maria for an amazing stay.

Great location and atmosphere. The studios were very clean, and it was a family run place, and the lady was very kind, helpful, and lovely. The pool was great, and overall, we had an excellent holiday.

A beautiful location for this studio. We had a sea view which was beautiful and we could sit on the balcony every morning with the sun coming up over the mountains. Owner and family, lovely people, very friendly and helpful. Brought us breakfast as a kind gesture, was a pleasant surprise. The room was cleaned every day, except Sunday - a day of rest. Fresh towels were brought to us as we left ours out overnight and we had a torrential thunderstorm - it was such a kind thing to do. The bed was made up every day and the bathroom cleaned. The room consisted of a ho with 2 rings (electric) to cook on, a fridge with a small freezer. A wall cupboard which was stocked with general crockery, cutlery and cups etc and cooking utensils such as a frying pan and pan. Toiletries were provided free of charge. The owner also sold bottled water, which was reasonably priced. There was also free access to the wi-fi The beach and local shops are about a 15 minute walk away - straight down the road to the left out of the studios. Most people speak English at the shops and you can also purchase a British newspaper There are also a selection of tavernas along the beach - all reasonably priced and very friendly staff who serve you. A wonderful experience at Anastasia Studios. Would highly recommend

Anastasia Studios was such an amazing find! Dina was so warm and welcoming and and the room was perfect for us. We were doing our own cooking during our stay and the kitchenette had everything we needed and more. We even got some fresh vegetables from Dina's garden! The room looked as though it was recently refurbed and it was cleaned every day. We opted for the air-conditioning which was an additional fee, but well worth it as they were in a heatwave at the time we stayed. The area of Katelios was so lovely (had no idea about the area prior), but we would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to stay away from the more touristy resort areas. Nearby beaches Kaminia and Koroni were some of our favourites from the whole island...and seemed off the beaten path. The mini port/marina area of Katelios with a strip of fish restaurants on the beach, was the perfect stroll for the evenings. Skala was only a 15 min drive away, which we went to a few times as well, if you are looking for some more lively action. I can't wait to return next year, and highly recommend staying in this accommodation if you are looking for a self-catering, peaceful stay with the most lovely host in the world!

Absolutely lovely hosts! A spacious studio with a balcony - our room was made every day. Upon arrival there was a big bottle of water and 2 cans of beer left in the fridge, as well as a bottle of wine and some snacks left on the table for us. The family who look after the property are the kindest people, always greeting you with a smile on their face and ready to help. One time we wanted to buy a few eggs from them (since they have chicken) and they didn't even want to charge us for them - their kindness was truly genuine. The studio itself is spacious and has everyone one might need (an iron, hairdryer, hobs, utensils, fridge etc). The location is also really good - there is a supermarket and a really nice bakery just down the road. It is within walking distance to Katelios where one can have a nice dinner by the sea. All in all, this place is such a gem and such great value for money. Can't recommend it enough!

Amazing stay. Such a beautiful split-level apartment with plenty of outside space and that all-so-important plunge pool. Everything in the property was top-notch, from robes to bedding to the pool towels. Breakfast was excellent and catered to our dietary needs. Our hosts Popi and Panos were so helpful and welcoming, really lovely people. Location was excellent with the town just a minute’s walk away. Views down over the harbour were icing on the cake. Thoroughly recommended to treat yourselves in this beautiful little town.

The town is lovely with lots of great restaurants and supermarkets. Snorkelling was fabulous

The view and location was beautiful and quiet. The village in Ayia Efimia was perfect, quiet with a few restaurants, supermarket, butcher and bakery. The villa’s outdoor area and pool were fabulous. Small hot tub on middle floor also a nice bonus. Nice bbq area with all the supplies. Owner Alexatos was a lovely man and very helpful. Villa cleaned and pool/bath towels changed every couple of days. Villa also well placed to explore the fabulous beaches of Antisamos, Myrtos and our personal favourite near Fiskardo being Emplisi beach. Also some beautiful coves on the road to Sami for a day at the beach. Amazing island which I would definitely visit again.

We enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub every day in this spacious villa. Dionisios was great and on hand if we needed anything, but everything was provided in the Villa to enjoy our stay. We will definitely like to return in the future.

Fabulous Villa, wonderful to have your own Pool exceptionally well appointed Villa with very comfortable beds, a lovely surprise is the gym and the ping-pong table, location not too far from one of the nicest towns in Kefalonia

A beautiful hotel, well designed and well equipped. The pool was huge and never crowded in the week we were there. We enjoyed our individual plunge pool.

Beautiful location and layout. Suites have a private patio and plunge pool. Very good restaurant on site. Staff are amazing. Lots of parking. Two minutes drive to Trapeziki beach where new umbrellas and loungers are being installed.

The property is very modern and pretty! Each suite has its own private pool, hotel is very private and calm. Food and drinks were also really good! Service from Yanis and Nikos was great.

This place was exceptional! Great view, awesome main pool. Room was excellent with private balcony and private pool as well. Every room comes with a private pool! Staff was very nice and the owner was onsite and greeted us and rest of guests! They made us feel like family. Brand new opened in April 2023! Highly recommend this place!

Without a doubt this is the best villa we have stayed in on the island. We were greeted by the owner Fiotini who was so helpful all holiday. She also left a fantastic welcome pack for us. The villa is absolutely stunning and is in a great location. Almost equidistance from Skala and Katelios and the views are breath-taking. The photos do not do the villa justice. The luxurious inside is matched by a wonderful and very private outside with a great swimming pool. The outside furniture is very comfortable with lots of shaded areas. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough.

This was our favourite booking of our trip through Greece. The owners are so lovely. He is a carpenter and built this home, and the attention to detail is evident. The three bedrooms each have their own washroom, and there is a fourth washroom for the main space. It was so comfortable to be there. The house has views of the sea from three sides! There is a covered deck and beautifully tiled pool space. I could have enjoyed those views for many more days. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The villa is located in a very peaceful area with a breathtaking view. The swimming pool is absolutely beautiful and is long so excellent for swimming laps. We really enjoyed the huge grassy area too. The rooms are very spacious and it was super convenient to have en-suite bathrooms. Very clean with every amenity to make one feel comfortable. The hostess provided an incredibly generous welcome package including bread, cheese, fruit, baked goods and drinks. She is very friendly and always available. Can highly recommend this villa.

Family of 6 with two children. We had a fantastic stay here, everything was perfect. From the communication and welcoming host, the spotless villa, comfortable stay with some extra welcome bits. We loved the area, the outdoor BBQ and of course the pool. 5 min drive approx to Skala beach which is beautiful with lots of restaurants to choose from. The children loved swimming in the calm sea with the fishes. Would highly recommend the villa and would love to return one day! Very sad to leave!

Regular cleaning and several towel/bed linen changes Lovely products left at the start and a present when we left from the host. Wonderful host who was available for anything we needed If you want to be near to skala - overlooking the katielos bay then this is the villa for you. We would go back in a heartbeat

A new, well equipped villa. Great having 2 shower rooms, great WiFi, aircon, good coffee machine etc etc. the private pool was excellent.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Endless Blue Private Club villa! The private pool for each villa was a real highlight, offering us complete privacy without having to share it with anyone. It made our experience so much more relaxing. The beach is just a short distance away, which was incredibly convenient. The location is also perfect for exploring the area. The Monastery of Saint Gherasimos is only 18 minutes away by car, and it’s also just an 18-minute drive to Argostolion, the capital of Kefalonia. For those looking to visit Myrtos Beach, one of the most breathtaking beaches, it’s only 40 minutes away. We were also pleased to find the villa is electric car-friendly, with a 22kWh charger on site—perfect for charging our EV. Overall, we loved everything about our stay and highly recommend it for a peaceful and luxurious escape.

This is an exceptional small villa complex. Superb private villa with amazing pool. Fully staffed for every need. Nothing is too much trouble from Anna who is always on hand if you need something. Excellent round the clock villa cleaning. Villa is in a fantastic position with wonderful views. Has everything you need, super comfortable, wonderful comfy bed & linen, fantastic Internet. Gated entrance & exit, super secure. Was always peaceful & quiet. Lovely outside space, well maintained & cleaned. Pool cleaned every day, crystal clear water. I have stayed in numerous villas but this is by far the best. I can not recommend it any higher. Thank you to everybody at Endless Blue for giving us such a wonderful holiday.

We loved the beautiful view, the convenient location close enough to a couple of restaurants and little cove beaches, but a nice distance away fro Argostoli town and Lassi. Both were a 5 minute drive away. We loved the pool and terrace facilities, the villa felt like a home away from home. We even ordered pizza one night and did laundry which I never do! Everything was perfect from the loungers, pool, outside seating, comfy beds, quiet area, easy to drive to, and really good kitchen facilities including pods for the coffee machine. Overall however the real highlight was Vaggelis our host who went out of his way to be friendly, get to know us, make recommendations, and tell us about Kefalonia. He was available to respond to messages and made it feel as if we had a new best friend in Kefalonia you can ask them anything. Thank you so much.

We travelled as a group of two families and the two villas were perfect for us. We could spend as much time together as we wanted, while also being able to separate at any time. Both villas are well built, everything functions properly and their location is excellent. In 6 minutes' driving you are at the centre of Argostoli, with its restaurants, tavernas and cafes. At the same time, because the villas are located at the end of a small peninsula, you get almost no traffic in front of your house; it's peaceful and very private, so you can just enjoy the pools and sunbathe with no worry that people will be staring at you from the street or a neighbouring property. That's another great thing: there is no neighbouring property for rent, which was wonderful! The sea is literally a few steps away from the front of the villas. The owners (I believe the villas are owned by Vaggelis and his family) could not have been more welcoming or helpful. We arrived a few hours early and that was no problem – they allowed us to leave our luggage in the house, while they finished cleaning, so we could wander freely around on the sea shore until they were done. When we left, they were not expecting guests until the next day, so they allowed us to be lazy and leave a few hours after departure time. In short, they have been excellent hosts to us – always there to help, but never in the way. We only saw them when we needed help.

We stayed at Lighthouse Villas 2 for a week, our host met us on arrival, was always available if we needed anything, gave us some lovely recommendations for places to visit, places to eat, including their wonderful family restaurant in Argistoli. The villa was really easy to find, we hired a car from the airport and it took 15/20mins to get to the villa, very easy driving. The villa has everything you need for a holiday, towels were provided and beach/pool towels. There was a washing machine and everything dried in minutes outside in the sunshine! The view from the villa was amazing, the waterfront is a stone's throw from the bottom of the garden, there is a bench by the water and even from the garden you can watch all the boats, kite-surfers, birds on the water. It did get windy, especially in the evenings, so we had some interesting card games when we were chasing flying cards around the garden, but nothing to hinder our enjoyment! The cleaner came twice a week, the place is spotless, but do take care on wet floors as they can be a bit slippy, but there are mats in the bathroom to keep you safe. We had a perfect holiday and cannot thank Vaggelis and his family enough for looking after us so well, thank you!

Absolutely fantastic Villa. Myself, my partner and our 16 month old stayed in Villa no.2 for 12 nights in May 2025. Vaggelis communication from the minute we booked the villa right through to arriving home safely was fantastic. Vaggelis Mum and Dad were amazing assisting with cleaning of the villa and ensuring the pool was absolutely spotless throughout our stay. The villa is in such a peaceful location, a couple of minutes drive into Argostoli, 20 mins from the airport, our 16 month old loved our daily walk across the road to say good morning to the fish…. Thanks again Vaggelis, hopefully we’ll see you again soon

We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday at Lighthouse Villas. The villa is really well designed, modern, air conditioned and with stunning mountain scenery from the pool area. It’s located on the seafront a few metres away from the lighthouse itself and walkable into Argostoli. We also hired a car to explore the island more fully. Our host, Vaggelis, was very welcoming and super helpful - we’d highly recommend a stay here.

The villa is cleaned and Sheets and towels are changed three times a week - which is unprecedented in our experience. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool and pool area are well maintained with plenty of shade - the sun loungers are very comfortable too. Any problems were immediately dealt with by the manageress Ourania - who speaks perfect English.

It was perfect in every way. Spotless clean, modern, a little palace. Cleaned regularly throughout and fresh towels every time. The pool and patio area is very clean and well kept and we made the most of it and the BBQ. The thoughtful touches meant so much, after a flight delay and very later arrival, the fridge of cold drinks and bottled water was an absolute blessing. Perfectly situated for our needs. Not to far away from everything Skala has to offer, but with the added bonus of peace and tranquility with the most breathtaking views from every angle. We had a hire car but often walked (20-30mins) to the nearby restaurants, bakery and beaches. Skala is a 10-15 minute drive and taxis are available which we used once. The drive up to the villas from the road is steep, but once you get the hang of the gate and drive, it’s not an issue at all.

The facilities and view were excellent, heated swimming pool, well maintained, fridge filled with some drinks, late check out was not a problem. Good that there were fly protectors on all doors, multiple bathrooms. Good communication and instruction from the owner.

So comfortable and had everything we needed. Had our privacy was nice and quiet and super close to everything Loved the pool to come home to after the beach

You would probably need to drive though as really steep climb back up. Very the owner was very welcoming and good at keeping in touch, cleaner was lovely too

It is spacious and comfortable, the view is beautiful and the pool is a great amenity to have. . The host provides everything you need and if you require anything extra they are happy to help. The location is great. A short drive to the beaches and plenty of walkable restaurants.

The villa's are well located to all amenities , you can see bars and restaurant from the balcony. Great swimming pool with back drop of the sea and Lourdata beach - wonderful host who was brilliant at handling all queries and full of advice.

The location suited us as we are not big beach fans as it was 2 km to the nearest beach but who needs a beach when you have your own pool. The villa was in a quiet location within very easy distance of a choice of bars and tavernas. The villa was well appointed and the host was very responsive to any queries we had both before and during the visit. There was regular contact from Maria who replaced towels and emptied the bins. Well appointed kitchen.

Such a beautiful villa with a private pool - modern, stylish, roomy and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Wonderfully kind hosts who introduced themselves when we arrived and who gave advice and recommendations about places to eat and about beaches and places to visit. We have been quite frequent visitors to the island but this is the first time that we have taken a sailing to Ithaca - which we took from Agie Efimia and which we enjoyed very much. This has been a great place to stay.

Beautifully furnished and very well equipped villa with amazing views. Quiet and in a great location with an ideally sized pool and shady seating areas. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

The most beautiful villa . The Villa was clean , spacious and had the most gorgeous swimming pool and garden with stunning views. Bedrooms were spacious and airy with beautiful bedding. Only a short drive into lixouri we enjoyed our stay in the sunshine. The swimming pool was cleaned daily and the staff were on hand to help in anyway needed. Just beautiful

As a family we book mostly vacation homes, if possible with pool. This house was one or even the best we have booked in the many years. The equipment, the location, the care, the cleanliness and the general comfort was outstanding. We felt incredibly comfortable and can only congratulate the homeowners for this great property. We can only rate the house with 10, but would also give 11 points.

The property was perfect, exactly what we wanted for a family holiday! Beautiful pool, aircon throughout a well equipped kitchen and a great layout! Lots of lovely touches and the owner and cleaners were very accommodating and nice it really was a wonderful trip in a great location to explore beautiful Kefalonia! Thank you so much

The Villa was beautiful. Very clean on arrival and they came every 3 days to do a top up clean, change towels, bedding. The pool was cleaned everyday too. The location was lovely overlooking the mountains and sea.

The location was perfect. Although the villa was in a peaceful area it was still within walking distance of Lixouri. The pool was cleaned every morning and the cleaners thoroughly cleaned the whole villa twice a week.

Food at the buffet and Italian restaurant were very good. Great selection of choices of food. Only complaint would be that with the half board plan, no drinks were provided with the dinner, not even water! Also, even though we had our room set to do not disturb, the maids still entered our rooms and cleaned and people knocked on our doors to refill coffee etc. Those were the only things that bugged me and that’s really not anything to worry about. Honestly, It’s definitely the best hotel on the island! We rented a car and traveled over the entire island. The best beaches are on the west side of the island. Xi beach is right by the resort and is one of the nicest. Try the tavern on Xi beach. The food is really good and cheap! The hotel is worth the money for sure. We got massages at the spa and the ladies there were wonderful. We loved our stay and the island. Next time I would spend a little more and get a villa with a private pool 😀

We had a great time relaxing at this hotel. Getting there isnt well publicised so we arranges a taxi (through the hotel) which we negotiated a cost of €80 (each way) before we left the UK. If we had researched a little better, we would have found there was a ferry to Laxouri then a taxi to the hotel (my advice-do this) for half the price. On arrival, staff were great, cold drinks were given at the reception, bags were taken and we were shown to our room. Really nice, clean, spacious room bottle of wine and a bowl of fruit to welcome us in. Ventured down to the pool, no problems throughout finding loungers always loads to choose from every day, no need to lay towels out. Pool was a great relaxing treat, quiet and tranquille. We stayed half board, breakfast far and away the best meal the hotel offered, wide ranging selection of any style of breakfast, including a quality full English. Dinner, in our view was dissapointing. Evening entertainment was sparse but did cater for everyones tastes, again a little disappointing bar staff were friendly. We ventured out to the beach which had some nice bars and views, this served as a leg stretch and break with a little more activity and noise. Small mini market offered a nice range of drinks and snack should you wish to stay on you veranda for a night cap. Return to the airport was a breeze using the ferry. All in all, we had a great break at a beautiful hotel, I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing break.

Almost everything about this resort is excellent. Spotlessly clean, attentive and friendly staff, great accommodation and pools, little outdoor cinema showing English films each evening and then there is the food. I have never been much of a fan of buffet style meals, but the food and service provided here surpassed all expectations in both the quality and quantity. Truly amazing. Vast choice of fruit and salads, local dishes, oven baked pizza, pasta and roast meats and desserts to die for. You will be going back for more ! Drinks are a very reasonable price. Half price alcohol at happy hour between 4pm and 6pm. Mine’s a mojito 👍. The only negative is that it is situated such that you either need a car to travel anywhere, or avail yourself of organised trips. We did both to see the highlights of the island and delightful neighbouring Ithaka. But I missed the typical evening stroll and window shopping. It lacks a comfortable lounge although there is a music bar. There are sofas in reception but it’s a bit clinical and the air con is a bit too chilly there. Xi beach is a short stroll away. The weather was so hot during our stay that we didn’t go there as I believe there is little shade and that was a shame, but the pool made up for it. Umbrellas are fixed so no one can take more than one per two sun beds and reserving these with towels is technically not allowed. There is also an outdoor sofa area with shade. In all a great place and highly recommended.

Lovely hotel and fabulous island. Something here for everyone. Hotel very comfortable, very clean and everyone very helpful. Did not use the spa this visit. Outdoor cinema is great and worth the experience in the evening, hotel provide blanket if required if you feeling a little chilly. Pool great never had a problem finding a relaxer chair though some people felt they had to reserve their spot before breakfast with a towel on the chair. Food was great and varied throughout stay. Well run restaurant. Very good choice of food at pool bar if you require lunch. On site art gallery worth a visit. The island of kefalonia is beautiful and was well worth a return visit.

This is quite a spacious villa with a private swimming pool equipped with all that you can need for a good vacation. It is not located in the first line or not directly in Skala village however you can get by foot to the nice beach in Skala and also to all places of interest in Skala barely in 10 minutes. It is quite a calm location. You have a partial view of the sea and Zakynthos island from the terraces. Also mountains are visible from the windows looking to the yard. You can get by car (5 mins drive) to the nearest sand beach - Kaminia - one of the longest beaches of Kefalonia with crystalline waters, an ideal spot for a silent and relaxed day under the warm sun with the views of Zakynthos. The beach also offers shelter to the loggerhead Carretta-Carretta sea turtles, so you can see their footprints as minimum. As maximum you can see the turtles themselves. Villa is quite comfortable, air-conditioning is working good, which is quite handy during hot wawes. Cleaning service is every 3 days. Swimming pool is big, well maintained. Comfortable for swimming. Space around the pool has sunbeds and umbrellas. Costas, the host, is very open, helpful and proactive young man. You can ask any information about what to visit there and what kind of entertainment or offers you can find there in Skala or on Kefalonia itself.

A very nicely furnished and equipped villa. We really appreciated the early check-in and the fridge was filled with water and a bottle of wine which was most welcome. The swimming pool was lovely with the added bonus of pool towels.

This is our third time staying at one of the paspalis villas. We usally do not travel back to the same place twice, but for this place we have made an exeption. We love the house where we can chill by the pool and have barbecue nights using the grill. The closeness to the town is also brilliant, and we buy fresh bread everyday at the bakery in the main street and take a morning bath in the sea before heading back home for breakfast. The owners are amazing and so helpful with all our needs. No mather what our issue/questions was they fixed it immediately. Definatley coming back

We had an amazing stay! The villa lived up to expectations completely, it was comfortable with everything we could have needed. The pool area was secluded and quiet, and location was great with the shops and beach only a short walk! Costas was super helpful, he arranged our transfers and put us in touch with a great local car rental firm. We also loved the visits from the Cat which my son named Tibbles!

Our teenage kids could have spent all day, everyday in the pool. Fiscardo is a very special place with 15+ great restaurants (nearly all are great) and this villa is a 5min walk down to the harbour. Boat trips from the harbour to Ithaca are recommended. It’s just a brilliant place for a truly relaxing holiday filled with food, wine, sun and super yachts ($100m boats come in every night to have dinner as the cruise the islands).

Fiscardo view villas are beautiful, we stayed in Levante villa top left . They are so clean and the views are wonderful, you are so close to Fiscardo town just a short stroll down, where all the restaurants etc are , but far enough away for the peace and privacy . The villas have everything you need and lovely terraces to sit in with so much space . The pool area so comfortable with loungers and paddle chairs . The foliage and gardens are special too

Location was great, only a short walk to Fiscardo, was cleaned daily and everyone was very friendly. My children loved the pool and we relaxed by the side on the sunbeds watching them. It was so nice to do

You dont need a car unless you want to see sights. Once you've walked to the crossroads, the mini mart is 100m up the hill and very well stocked. The beach is 300m down the hill and beautiful. If hill walking in the heat isn't your thing, hire a car but honestly anyone fit and healthy can walk this! The restaurants locally are all fabulous, the one on the beach is outstanding. If you hire a car, the turtles and shopping in Argostolli is good and the lake and caves of Sami are great (if you're brave enough to drive over the mountain!). The location is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for complete relaxation!

The villa was sheer luxury in every sense and spotlessly clean! We had everything we needed and more. The beds were really comfy, and the pool and outside facilities were fabulous! Plenty of parking too, I can’t recommend Diosas villas highly enough.

Super clean and modern villa with excellent AC. The pool is very nice with the jacuzzi in one corner. There is also a very nice barbeque. At the villa you get absolutely everything you might need.

Extra clean and spacious. A stocked fridge and a basket of goodies for breakfast. All household appliances at hand, including a laundry room. A lovely pool with salt water. Super comfortable beds. 11/10 👌

We had a wonderful time at Villa Chrisi. Everything was exactly as shown on the website. The living room is spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the yard and pool are excellent. There is also a barbecue and an outdoor dining table. We stayed at the villa for ten days, and cleaning was done both in the house and at the pool. At first, we were a bit hesitant about the villa’s location, but during our stay we realized that Svoronata is perfectly situated on the island. It’s close to almost all the award-winning beaches in the south, but also to Skala, to Ainos, to Argostoli, to Lixouri... There are so many beautiful places to visit. We will gladly return to this place and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

The villa was very well finished, with en suite bathrooms to all bedrooms and a generous private swimming pool. Furniture, outdoor seating, air conditioning were excellent. The owner Emily was very responsive and provided a pool cleaning and house cleaning service a couple of times during the stay.

The villa was fabulous. The photos make the rooms look slightly smaller than they actually are, so much room modern design and lovely en-suite bathroom in every bedroom which was perfect also a hairdryer in every room!. Very well equipped kitchen and efficient air conditioning. The outside space was perfect, comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas which are installed to withstand the afternoon breeze. Pool had a luxurious feel and same depth throughout. Private parking and all gated so private and secure. Cleaning of the villa was exceptional, lovely clean utility room if needed. Had a hire car so travelled and explored a lot but restaurants in walking distance. Also very effective screens on all doors and windows so no insects at all.

Fantastic new property with a lot of space for everyone. 3 separate bedrooms with bathrooms, living space with spacious kitchen and all appliances you need. Property is approximately 15 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes drive from the airport. Nice big pool and a spectacular outdoor kitchen! We had a baby feed chair and a cot arranged.We had a nice time there and Mike (the manager) helped us a lot with any our requests! Thank you!

Villa Chrisi is beautiful, very spacious, cool and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The pool is amazing! The village of Sovoronata is beautiful with 3 lovely beaches within walking distance and an amazing taverna at Avithos Beach in season. The villa is so well equipped and there is a well- stocked shop about 100 metres away. Everything you need is here and Kefalonia is a beautiful island. We had the best holiday !

We absolutely loved Yellow House. The garden and pool built into the rock were just stunning. It was a short walk to the restaurants and shops. The views over Vathi from the front terrace were lovely, particularly early in the morning or at night. A highlight for me was having a shower before entering the pool with the scent of lavender in the air.

It was all amazing!! The stunning view over Vathi bay was breathtaking. The lovely authentic design and interior of the house. The feel of being in a spacious home where you could just go and live for months. The well equipped kitchen with a lot of basic ingredients for cooking. The high quality of the outdoor furniture. The fact that there are two terraces on each side of the house, so you always have a place to sit in the shades and can choose to loose yourself in the view of the bay or get some cozy privacy in the idyllic green back garden. The amazing swimming pool with outdoor shower which you can access through all the bedrooms and also from outside. The fruit trees and butterflies in the garden and the roaster that wakes you up in the morning to watch the beautiful village come alive from the balcony. And last but not least the sweet host Anna who made us feel welcome.

Stunning, beautiful family house with amazing views and everything you need and more. Large social front terrace to relax on and take in the views as well as pretty private rear garden with pool. Perfect location just a few minutes walk down into town which has everything you need including great bars and restaurants and a lovely vibe. There are also plenty of lovely beaches in the area and you can hire boats or book trips from the marina. We all said we would definitely come back - we only had 3 nights and didn’t want to leave!

Lovely lovely house - we won't hesitate to stay again! It was very comfortable and we spent an equal amount of time enjoying the pool at the back and the view of the harbor at the front terrace. You can walk anywhere in Vathy from the house. My daughter also left a personal item, that though it didn't cost much, was priceless to her. The host was very helpful in looking for it and she made arrangements to mail it to us.

Lovely gentleman and super attentive when required otherwise left us to our peace. Thank you Nico! Would fully recommend this amazing villa and would return to it in a heartbeat! Do NOT be put off by location near to airport, planes do come over but even at peak time (July/August) was approx 8 per day at most, only during daytime, and they fly past in 30 seconds! Actually enjoyed watching them come over 🙂

Our host Nico was really attentive to all our needs, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for 9 nights and ate at a different restaurant each night all within walking distance. All the people we met were all very friendly and welcoming, Svoronata is a very relaxed place with a really nice feel. The pool is a great size and the view is simply stunning!

Villa was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The pool and the views were outstanding and our host Nico could not do enough for us. We had the most enjoyable stay and will be booking again on our next visit!

We had a wonderfully memorable family holiday to celebrate my son's first birthday. The villa is stunning! It is modern and stylish, yet very comfortable, perfectly situated between the mountains and the Ionian sea. It is also ideally located close to some great tavernas and a beach, all within walking distance. The villa was stocked with everything and more - fresh clean linens, loads of towels and tea towels, a thoughtful welcome basket (fruit, milk, juice, bread, coffee, and other breakfast goodies which was helpful for a late night arrival), dish and laundry detergent, and a beautiful kitchen with all the mod cons. All three of the bedrooms have an en suite, separate access to the pool and terrace, and were of a very good size. The only thing missing was a BBQ, but as this is a brand new villa, we were told one was to be built soon. Daniel and his team were superb. Daniel was happy to answer any questions we had and is very knowledgeable of the area. He gave us loads of suggestions on great places to eat and drink within walking distance. In fact, he even booked us a table one night! The pool was cleaned for us every couple of days, and the villa also had a clean (including changing the towels and bedding) halfway through our stay. Thank you for enabling us to have such a great time. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The villa is exceptional. Modern, spotlessly clean, well equipped and quiet. It was located close to several good restaurants and bars and only about 15 minutes walk down to the beach. The staff were excellent, check in was smooth, any issues were dealt with promptly. The place was kept clean with a mid stay clean of the villa and the pool was cleaned every couple of days.

This new villa is exceptional! Literally the best villa we have ever stayed in. With super comfy beds and views from every room looking out towards the sea. The pool area is very spacious and again has great sea views. Lots of restaurants, beach and shops/supermarkets are all within easy walking distance. The hosts are also very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Exzellent base for exploring the island. Supermarket and restaurants in walking distance, but villa still in quiet surrounding. Nevertheless rental car highly recommended. Overall fantastic stay. Our group of 6 enjoyed it a lot (3 adults, 3 kids at age of 14, 11 and 8). .

The location & the villa are excellent. The team managing the villa were very professional & helpful. Yes it's a bit of a walk to the beach but you can spend the day around the pool. If you do wander to the beach the bar at the beach called 7 cafe bar is great to watch the sunset...

We felt that we were taken good care of by the host. For example, suggesting the best supermarkets to use because of my food intolerances which was incredibly helpful. Wow, this villa is an absolute gem of a find! It’s approximately 15-20 minutes from the main town of Argostoli but tucked away in a sleepy little village in the hills with stunning views!!! The villa has everything you could possibly need. Inflatables for the pool, mountain bikes for the hills, a huge variety of seating/relaxing areas, untold games and books. It also has everything you would expect to find in a home away from home: kitchen utensils, tinfoil, dishwasher tablets, untold herbs and spices for cooking. The villa itself was exceptionally clean, with very comfy beds! The outdoor back balcony became the hub of the home and we spent many an evening admiring the view, playing cards and listening to the crickets. If you’re looking for a quiet, serene villa to stay in, this is the ideal place to stay. We absolutely loved this villa and the photos really don’t do it justice. Without a doubt, we would come back here to stay if we come back to Kefalonia and it really was a great base for exploring the island. I’m gutted to be back home. The owner of the villa couldn’t be more helpful and called me on the first day of arrival to welcome us and answer any questions we had. We have just returned from staying in this beautiful villa. It is located within the village of Davgata we were here for 2 weeks this has been one of the most relaxing holidays we have had. The villa itself is well maintained over 2 floors bathroom on each with an external staircase which was ideal for our 2 teenagers as it allowed some independence but not too much. The villa has fantastic views from the balcony and each level of the gardens, lying in the Hammock reading or just chilling is something I will never forget, Swimming pool is a good size kept clean and well maintained as are the gardens. There are steps leading to each level. A car is a must; there is a local tavern which serves food and drink although we did not go as I have fussy teenagers. There are so many positives for us from having breakfast outside and hearing the goats from the local farm through the fields next to the villa to having family meals on an evening. The owner gives you all the information required before you arrived and will contacts you on arrival. There is good communication with owner if any questions . We have been coming to Kefalonia for number of years if we return next year and If available, I would stay at this beautiful villa.

We stayed in this tranquil villa for 10 night. Communication with the owner was great. Arrival was easy. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The pool was wonderful, super clean. The upstairs terrace was fantastic. Stunning views. We loved having our own space downstairs with our own bathroom, away from our teens. They also loved the fact they were a little away from us. Our stay was so peaceful and relaxing. Its the last house in the village, no neighbours. The tiny village has no facilities currently, but it had heart and a really special feel. We had a car, and usually parked this side of the Lagoon and walked over the bridge into Argustioli center. I can not fault this beautiful house. Me and hubby were in tears leaving... We had a wonderful family holiday. Just what we needed. We really hope we will be back one day. Thank you so much.

The house is absolutely beautiful, located in a small village just about 10 minutes’ drive from the capital, with stunning mountain views. It's spacious, with a lovely swimming pool and various entertainment facilities that make it so comfortable you don't even want to go out. The host was very warm and attentive — she called and messaged us to check if we needed anything. On the third day, the drain in my daughter’s room got clogged and there was a bit of a smell, but she quickly sent someone over to fix it. Although some of the house's facilities may be a bit dated, that didn’t stop us from loving it. We had a wonderful week here!

Ideal for me - fresh air, sea, sun, the luxury of a private pool and delicious meals in the restaurant offering view of the villas tumbling down the hills with terracotta roofs supported by local stone. Add the enthusiasm to provide the best possible service of the entire staff. I'll return ASAP to see what the gorgeous grounds will look like in another season. Now they are full of poppies, jasmine, ivy, lavender,olive and citrus trees and what will mid-summer present? You can be as private as you wish or join the various activities at the Wellness Center. Wine tasting arranged arranged as well as suggestions for activities. Just writing a review makes me yearn to return sooner rather than mid-summer! Don't miss Eliamos, Kefalonia, this summer!

Eliamos is a beautiful boutique hotel, a collection of villas with pools scattered down a cliff op with stunning views across the sea. We stayed in a two room villa which was perfect for a family of four - the bedrooms and living area were spacious, and the outdoor area had a sizable pool and secluded seating area. The restaurant served delicious, locally sourced food and nothing was too much trouble for the attentive and friendly staff. We failed to find a restaurant on the island which served better cuisine than here! A daily morning Pilates session was a particular highlight, taking place in the outdoor gym, led with skill and patience by the resident PT, Dimitris. There is a track leading down from the hotel to a small cove, about a 10 minute walk, (or alternatively, the hotel will drive people down in their buggy) where the sea is perfectly calm and there beach is deserted. It was perfect for an early morning or early evening swim, although there are no facilities on the beach, so bring the hotel-supplied beach towels and water.

The villa was beautiful with very spacious bedrooms and indoor outdoor sitting areas. The pool was a great size and well maintained. Anything we ate was amazing and the breakfast had a great selection with daily specials. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Absolutely amazing.

Gorgeous, luxurious room with a huge outside area with pool. A very relaxing and rejuvenating place to stay. Excellent evening meal in restaurant albeit expensive. A quiet part of island but nice tavernas 5 min drive away. Staff welcoming, warm and helpful without being intrusive.

This is a truly special place, a very relaxing experience catering to discerning customers used to the very best facilities. The team behind the hotel has obviously consider everything to make sure your stay is unforgettable, from the design of every villa so each guest enjoys a fabulous view, to the gardens but the best part of it is the people delivering truly exceptional service. Their smiles simply will stay with us until we come back. The breakfast is to die for, great, healthy options and after ten days in the property it is difficult for me to choose a favourite dish at dinner as the menu has so much to offer. Do try the strawberry gazpacho.

Every walk involves some degree of hill walking - even to the supermarket and local restaurants. There are 4 very good restaurants in easy reach but you need to travel further to get a bigger choice. We hired a car which was very easily arranged by the hotel. Beautiful peaceful stay 💓

This is a beautiful, stylish villa. The easy access to the pool makes for a wonderful indoor/outdoor feel. We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 adult children. It was perfect and I'd highly recommend. In cooler weather (it was 38+ degrees when we were there, so we drove), it is walking distance to a small village and even to Fiskado. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Costas was very friendly and helpful, the villa was cleaned twice a week, towels bins bedsheets etc., it was perfect for my wife, her mother and I. Both bedrooms were a good size, each with a largish balcony with the twin room overlooking the front of the property onto the garden with orange trees, of which I ate a couple, delicious, the double room overlooking the pool area, the upstairs bathroom was large enough too with a shower attachment in the bath behind a curtain, air con/heating system worked fine, a large open lounge diner kitchen with a dining table big enough for 6 and a smart TV, coffee table and 2 two seater leatherette sofa's and we had easily enough room to charge the hired motobility scooter in the lounge and a handy downstairs toilet with washbasin. A decent sized small pool, not heated, deeper than stated, but not much, check before letting small children in and be careful as the tiled area of the the pool is obviously slippery when wet. It is a slow 10 minute walk, or 5 minutes if you're fit, to the centre of skala and if you go to Paspalis taverna (part of paspalis villas)you get 10 percent off their delicious food, We enjoyed our stay at the villa very much. What a lovely week we have spent here. 5 minutes walk from the main town but in a beautiful private place. For three of us there was plenty of space and it felt like a home from home. Costas was on hand if needed but everything went smoothly. The villa is simply decorated and cosy and the pool area is private and relaxing. The kitchen has most things you will need and also handy for eating outdoors. Also several different balconies to enjoy the lovely views of the mountains. WiFi was better downstairs; aircon was fab; shutters on windows for an extra peaceful nights sleep. Pool guy came twice in a week to clean the pool and cleaner came halfway through. Skala is a wonderful place to visit with plenty of lovely restaurants. A gorgeous relaxing start to our holidays. Thank you.

A lovely villa in a great location. Only a 10 minute walk from Skala. We absolutely loved the space in the villa and of course the pool. In fact we spent 2 days of holiday just enjoying the villa and the pool. The pool towels were also a bonus. Having the beach and town only a short walk away meant we never bothered with a hire car. Costas was a great host and welcomed us on our first day with lots of useful local information. A midweek clean was also appreciated. Would love to stay again.

Lovely Villa just on the outskirts of Skala, very peaceful with lovely gardens displaying grapes, citrus fruits and plums. There’s a very nice pool which is cleaned very regularly, not too deep if you have small children. The pool area itself has plenty of sun or shade, whichever is your preference on the hot summer days with sun loungers and table for relaxing. Costas, the host sourced and helped us out with anything needed. You won’t have any issues with your stay. Aircon units are situated in living/dining area and both bedrooms and are all fully functional to keep you cool. The owners also own a taverna right on the beach, the food is fantastic and both times we went Costas very kindly booked our table and we were always made to feel very welcome.

We stayed at Villa Esperanza 2. The villa is absolutely amazing. Whatever you could wish for. The kitchen, the rooms, the living room - all modern and luxurious architecture with wood and stone, both inside and outside. The infinity pool overlooking the sea is definitely the highlight of the villa. Spacious pool, warm water and looking at the sunset and sunrise from all rooms makes you want to stay in bed for hours and just look at the view. A special thanks to Panagis, our host. Always with a smile, always available on WhatsApp for any request, always wanting to assist and ever so caring. He has definitely made our stay memorable and fun and it's always good to know that you have someone like Panagis at your side. Look no further - When in Kefalonia, Villa Esperanza 2 is the villa to book! Hands down!

Beautiful Villa and pool with amazing views of the sea and loved watching the sun rise over the sea every morning. The garden and pool lighting looked amazing in the evenings. Excellent communication with Panagis who was very helpful and we appreciated the chocolate bread, cake, fresh fruit, olive oil, bottled water and wine, especially as we arrived too late to shop or go out to eat. We also appreciated the cleaning and changing of sheets/towels every few days which we had not expected. It was perfect.

Villa Esperanza was absolutely stunning! Our stay was the most comfortable and luxurious we've experienced on an island so far. The interior is a beautiful bohimian/contemporary style with lots of space and comfortable furniture. The beds are perfect for all sleepers (back, side, and stomach). Everyone slept like babies! My husband and I had the entire second floor to ourselves and enjoyed beautiful sunrises every morning on the balcony or from bed while our kids opted to sleep in (thanks to the shutters). The views from the villa are something to behold, especially the night sky and the aforementioned sunrises. Truly magical! The infinity pool was always a welcomed treat after sightseeing. While not deep, it is long enough to have a proper swim. I highly suggest renting a car and visiting other parts of the island. The beaches in Fiskardo and Sami are breathtaking. Our host was very gracious and responsive. We truly appreciated the welcome basket of fruit, honey, breads and wine. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We had a fantastic time at Villa Esperanza 2. Panagis was a great host who showed us all the important details and a lot of recommendations about tours and restaurants. The villa was fully equipped and thoughtfully prepared, with everything from a stocked kitchen to comfortable bedrooms and sunbeds. We especially loved the beautiful design, the great sea view, and the inviting pool. You can get light maintenance service once 2-3 days for your choice. We highly recommend this villa and would love to visit again.

This villa is absolutely gorgeous! Probably the best one i ever had the chance to rent. The infinite pool is fantastic, the bbq place is wonderful, the rooms are perfect with in suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The owner, Panagis, is a wonderful person. He sent us everything we need to know about what to visit, where the most wonderful beaches are, where to eat, how to book excursions (he even offered to do it for us), he was kind and very helpful!

The point we love most was BBQ terrace and the view from there. The sun set was breathtaking . We enjoyed BBQ every night, but that would be nicer if there was more equipment for BBQ(such as Tongs for food and charcoal) I would strongly recommend this villa for everyone. Thanks to this villas and Marianna, we had a really good time in Kefalonia.

Location is superb: right beside beach, close to airport and easy drive to rest of the island; fantastic views; villas are all well equipped (including kitchens) and maintained; copious communal and private areas for lounging and dining; ideal swimming pool; excellent facilities; perfect for a group/family gathering.

The views can’t be beat. Separate buildings made our party of 11 feel that they have plenty of space. Very comfortable beds. Outdoor pool overlooking the ocean is spectacular. Outdoor dining and couches were fantastic. Lola the property manager is great. First class all around.

The location is like no other I have ever stayed at. Truly paradise on earth. The villa was really comfortable and cosy, it didn't feel like an overly minimal hotel room that suited our group really well. We really enjoyed cooking and hanging out together at the villa and the pool and sprawling outdoor spaces were perfect. Every room having its own bathroom and air conditioning was ideal. Lola the managing agent was the nicest and most thorough and attentive agent we have ever had as a group. She was really meticulous about showing me how everything worked at the villa and was always on call to help, even at 2am when the south side of the island experienced a power cut she was on the phone available to help with a situation we had with a burglar alarm going off.

Unique villa, incredible view, extremely spacious. The photos are absolutely real, the host is very kind. The place is really huge, there were 13 of us and we had plenty of space. The beach under the villa is very nice, sandy beach with a bar and sun loungers. I highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pilikas Villas and would definitely stay here again. The villas are very private in a beautiful, peaceful location and the outdoor private pool area is amazing. We didn't want to leave the pool! The host Diana is absolutely lovely and is always readily available if you need anything.

The perfect location and Diana was the perfect host! She is an absolute delight, so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Diana met us outside the church in Stavros and drove ahead to show us how to get to the villa. Once we arrived, she went over everything and had prepared a beautiful platter of food with wine and oozo which was wonderful as we arrived quite late and we were very hungry! The pool and external area are very private and beautifully maintained. We sat on the balcony every evening with the most stunning views of the valley and Frikes bay. Diana would pop round each day to clean around the pool, put up the umbrella and leave fresh flowers, she was always on hand to help with any queries on the surrounding area etc. the villa itself is quite rustic and charming, the kitchen and both bathrooms are quite small but functional. Beds and bed linen were fresh and comfortable, Diana would change all linen/towels mid week. All in all, we grew very fond of it all by the end of our stay! On our last day, Diana brought us a little gift which was very unexpected but so sweet!

Great villa in a quiet and peaceful setting. Villa was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Diana met us at the property (having helped us sort a taxi from the Sami ferry) and got us quickly sorted and settled in. She was around during the week to help with any queries we had, but very much in the background. Pool was great and good outdoor space/facilities. We chose not to have a car and walked pretty much everywhere - much to Diane's bemusement! It took about 25 mins to walk to Frikes for great tavernas on the harbour and to hire a motorboat (30 mins walk back as there is a short sharp hill back up to the villa) and 15 mins to walk to Stavros for tavernas/supermarkets plus down the hill to Polis beach (extra 10/15 mins walk). There is a great restaurant about 12 mins walk away on the road down to Frikes that is definitely worth a visit and did a fabulous owner made rose wine. We hopped on the ferry from Frikes to Fiskardo for a second week of holidaying, but I think that you can also do a day trip given ferry times - check in the souvenir/tee-shirt shop next to the mini-market on the harbour side.

Beautiful and clean property, with a view and a pool. The host was very kind and helpful. Perfect location for relaxation with beautiful beaches nearby. We enjoyed our stay!

Green Retreat is set in a beautiful location with wonderful sea views. The house is very well equipped. The garden is wonderful and there are two spacious outdoor terraces. There is also a private pool and plenty of parking. The owners are very friendly and provided us with fresh eggs from their chickens and also home grown fresh produce which was delicious. You can walk to the local beach in @ 20 minutes and there is a great restaurant in the village 10 minutes walk away. We would definitely return here.

The villa was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable. All amenities - WiFi was excellent. The pool was magnificent. Better than you could imagine. There is one bedroom but there is a sofa bed in the kitchen area. Beds were new and very comfortable. Plenty of towels and bed linen. The most remarkable thing was the fresh produce. Denis brought us eggs salad and fruit. It was wonderful. We would highly recommend the accommodation. Thank you George and Denis for your hospitality.

Gorgeous garden, views to the sea and great terraces for eating, including a big bbq. The apartment had everything we needed and our 6month old baby was very happy! A perfect base to explore Kefalonia in a pretty village. We really enjoyed eating fresh eggs and veggies from the garden and were very well looked after by our host!

We couldn't have asked for anything better. Maria was waiting to welcome us on arrival with a delicious home made meal. The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes walk from the beach, with at least four excellent tavernas (our favourite was Stamna) and two mini-markets within reasonable walking distance. Driftwood villa is set in a very large private garden with many fruit trees and other interesting shrubs as well as an excellent swimming pool. With so many interesting and thoughtful touches wherever you look around the property, seating areas too numerous to count, but all welcomed while trying to either chase or to hide from the sun. Absolutely amazing hosts from the off. From the beautiful lunch prepared by Maria upon arrival, the warm welcome to the organic vegetables brought by Dennis and the lovely bottle of wine. The villa is impeccable, attention to detail and such beautiful decoration hand crafted by a very talented Dennis. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool was kept in an amazing condition, so clean. A beautiful peace full holiday, our best one ever. We could not have asked for a better relaxed holiday in beautiful settings, so much so we are returning next year. Only one problem we encountered was where to sit next, there were so many options. Dennis & Maria both came to wave us off on our last day. Can't wait to return back next year.

Driftwood Villa is an exceptional and totally unique property. We loved everything about the villa, the quirky driftwood designs, comfy super king size bed, beautifully kept pool and stunning gardens. Maria & Dennis were super quick to respond to our questions and were a charming couple who clearly enjoyed the process too. Air con was very effective and the kitchen very well equipped along with an upmarket BBQ which we used a couple of times. Walking distance to two tavernas near the beach, only one is open in the evening. Perfect spot for two, idyllic even!

The host was very supportive, texting me on the first day of the trip and helping and responsive throughout the stay. My partner and I, and another couple were staying in the villa and it was plenty big enough for all of us. The host was flexible on check in and check out times, which was really great! A 15 minute walk away to a street with a few high quality restaurants, my recommendation is Veramente - extremely good food (the moussaka croquet is a must!), great staff and if you book ahead you can get a seat with a lovely view of the sea and sunset.

The location was excellent, and the house was the perfect size for a family of four. The swimming pool was wonderful for cooling off during the day, and overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here.

We loved everything about this Villa, Location to Fiscardo is great!, The Villa is modern, very clean, it had everything we needed as a family. We have stayed in and around Fiscardo for the last 6 years in various villas, however this was by far the best yet. We highly recommend, the host was great, just what we needed for a relaxing stay in a beautiful place.

The spectacular view and comfortable furniture are difficult to leave in the morning, so we had our luxurious breakfast delivered and enjoyed the sunrise by our private pool. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is exceptional. Even though we'd hired a car to explore the island, we couldn't stop going back to the restaurant for dinner!

The villa was beautiful with great decor and had everything we needed dishawsher, crockery etc. The bathroom had a good size shower no bath but this was no problem to us. The main room was very big with doors leading to the patio are which had sofas and sun loungers. The view was spectacular and every morning we would be blown away. There is a good size pool and views of mountains to the rear. There is a supermarket a few minutes away which is easily walkable. You need a car really although we didnt have one and took the bus or taxi or walked. We would get a car next time. Loudas beach is walkable but very steep on the way back Trapezaki beach we walked to but then got a bus back. I would recommend getting a car. We did not walk back as the roads were too steep. There is a great restaurant called the Olive Lounge near by all the others near by are hit or miss.

Close to tavernas, car and scooter hire, supermarkets but not at all noisy. Villas are well-equipped, clean and new. Aircon works well. Beach towels provided, daily cleaning, spotless on arrival. A good twenty minutes walk down a steep hill to Lourdas beach (which is clean, sandy and calm) so you may want to consider hiring transport. Be aware that only five of the six villas have access to a pool. This was not made clear by Expedia on the website prior to our visit.

The arpartnent was wonderfully spacious and clean, all the things you need for a simple and easy stay. Pool was warm and outside area was well kept. Views were also amazing. Basically we loved it and stayed an extra night!!! Good value for money

Beautiful, serene. I’m a cat person and there are a little family of strays but very friendly cats which we just loved taking care of when they visited us. Ery the property manager was awesome! Will be back for sure

Beautiful and peaceful location. Excellent for families and close to the beach. Elena was a great host. Only 20 min away from the capital, by car. And beautiful beaches nearby. We had a car and from here most popular places where reachable within an hour. Would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

We loved our stay at Penelope Villas, the villa was very well kept, spacious, modern, well equipped and in a great location. With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops. The only issue was the air con wasn’t working properly but the owners were very quick to get it fixed. The grounds were well kept and spacious, the pool was perfect for cooling down and there were staff regularly cleaning the pool, maintaining the grounds and giving the option of housekeeping. We’d definitely return.

I was there with my wife and two kids and found the Villa was a great fit for us. I would say that a car is a must as the property is a fair distance from the airport. Sami is a good location for boat trips and good tourist sites including Caves, Beaches and a zoo. The roads are tricky but they do lead to breath taking views, beautiful locations and historic sites. All in all we had a great week away.

A luxurious home away from home. So much space and such friendly, helpful people. I wish my own home was always this clean! It is as good as the pictures look!

The villa was exactly as described as was really spacious with wonderful bedrooms, en-suites, communal areas. It had fabulous views, a great pool and was in a really quiet area (except for the cockerel! Haha) Better than a home from home experience. We loved being so near Maganos and went to Alia’s Yard restaurant 3 times! Amazing food and lovely service at reasonable prices. We were also very near the wonderful Foki Beach and only 12 minutes from Fiskardo Harbour. We loved using the electric juicer and hand blender to make fresh juice and cocktails and the coffee machines were a lovely touch too. Kristina always answered our questions very quickly and had great recommendations. Regina’s boat hire was a wonderful suggestion as we had a fantastic day on our own little boat. I will definitely be recommending Villa Levanda to friends and family.

The villa was very clean, well equipped with a stunning view. We felt very welcomed on arrival. The welcoming package was big and of high quality - water, a bottle of wine, coffee, varieties of fruits, a bottle of organic olive oil, juice, cookies, and some more. The rooms are really spacious. On the third day, we had all the villa cleaned, linens changed, and fresh towels. The pool was cleaned daily, and it was very clean. Great and quiet location, easy and fast communication with Kristina.

Great location, beautiful view, a lot of space inside and outside the house. We got a lot of goodies as welcome free of charge (snacks, fruit, beverage s etc), useful information and good service anytime.

The property, pool, hosts, facilities and location were excellent. We knew we’d need a car here, but great there were restaurants and bars within a 15 min walk. The villa had everything you would need, a real home from home. Also great that basics like toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets etc were provided for.

We loved our stay at the villas in Greece! The host went above and beyond—super responsive, checking in to make sure everything was perfect. The villas were immaculate, easy to get to, and so comfortable. Little touches like water and some basic foods made us feel right at home. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Everything was perfect. Great location in quiet village, only 20 minute drive to Argostoli. Kostas was so attentive and helpful at every opportunity. The villa was absolutely beautiful, it was the perfect escape.

Easy drive to local towns where there were ample places to park (for free). Numerous restaurants and local food stores. Was a little too far to walk if hot.

The villa is set back off the road and has amazing views. There was everything and more that you could ask for. Sofia met us on arrival . The electric gate opened and the views take your breath away. There was a welcome basket with wine, juice , water croissants a fresh pineapple everything that you could have wished for. The villa is along an off road track so you do require a car . Sofia messaged daily and nothing was too much trouble. The tv needed batteries within the hour that was sorted. We had a power cut the filter on the pool stopped. Within the hour this was sorted. We did not want to come home.

Kaktos Villa is amazing! It has the most beautiful terrace with a private pool and amazing view. The house is very spacious, every detail is carefully decided and prepared for guests. We stayed with our 3 year old and used her cot bed in the bedroom. We were all super comfortable as the rooms are big and very well designed. The hosts are very kind, they kept checking in to ask if we need anything. They shared local recommendations and provided an easy check in and out experience. We will definitely come back, totally recommended!

The house has everything you need for everyday living, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen stocked with welcome items like bread, water, jam, honey, and snacks. The house is also equipped with high-quality air conditioning units, which made our stay even more comfortable. On our departure, the owner even gave us wonderful gifts — local products from Kefalonia. We are honestly amazed by this experience and will definitely come back again!

Had the most amazing week. Niki, Panos and Family were so welcoming and made you feel at home throughout. The villa was fantastic, all the little details were thought of and they went above and beyond to make the holiday a memorable one. Great views, lovely location all within walking distance of amenities, but close enough drive or taxi to the town! All which can be booked through them. We will definitely be back, it’s not our first time to Kefalonia but it was our first time to the villa, and it won’t be our last!

Great Villa, exactly as advertised if not better. Had a slight issue with aircon one evening & owner resolved first thing next day, excellent communication. The pool was really clean & was serviced 3 times during week, by unobtrusive & polite pool technician. Also a great location for supermarket & restaurants, “La Mer” especially! Trapezaki beach was our favourite.

Very nice villa! We had everything we needed. Nice view and big pool. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Nora
