The villa was beautiful, clean, spacious, close to the beach and restaurant, with an amazing private pool and all the facilities one might need including a fully stacked kitchen. The host is amazing and was available to every question and request we had during our week-long stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Endless Blue Private Club villa! The private pool for each villa was a real highlight, offering us complete privacy without having to share it with anyone. It made our experience so much more relaxing. The beach is just a short distance away, which was incredibly convenient. The location is also perfect for exploring the area. The Monastery of Saint Gherasimos is only 18 minutes away by car, and it’s also just an 18-minute drive to Argostolion, the capital of Kefalonia. For those looking to visit Myrtos Beach, one of the most breathtaking beaches, it’s only 40 minutes away. We were also pleased to find the villa is electric car-friendly, with a 22kWh charger on site—perfect for charging our EV. Overall, we loved everything about our stay and highly recommend it for a peaceful and luxurious escape.

This is an exceptional small villa complex. Superb private villa with amazing pool. Fully staffed for every need. Nothing is too much trouble from Anna who is always on hand if you need something. Excellent round the clock villa cleaning. Villa is in a fantastic position with wonderful views. Has everything you need, super comfortable, wonderful comfy bed & linen, fantastic Internet. Gated entrance & exit, super secure. Was always peaceful & quiet. Lovely outside space, well maintained & cleaned. Pool cleaned every day, crystal clear water. I have stayed in numerous villas but this is by far the best. I can not recommend it any higher. Thank you to everybody at Endless Blue for giving us such a wonderful holiday.

And a short walk into the wonderful Fiskardo bay with all its fantastic restaurants.

Amazing villa with kitchenetee, plunge pool, and lots of space with an awesome view of assos town, harbour, and venetian castle on the mountain. Close to great restaurants and beaches. Included breakfast is fresh, generous, and delcious! 5 star service, Panos and staff was the best!

Amazing stay. Such a beautiful split-level apartment with plenty of outside space and that all-so-important plunge pool. Everything in the property was top-notch, from robes to bedding to the pool towels. Breakfast was excellent and catered to our dietary needs. Our hosts Popi and Panos were so helpful and welcoming, really lovely people. Location was excellent with the town just a minute’s walk away. Views down over the harbour were icing on the cake. Thoroughly recommended to treat yourselves in this beautiful little town.

This place is amazing! The villas are clean, modern and stylish. The location in Assos is gorgeous. Panos was warm, friendly and gave lots of tips about the island. His breakfasts each morning were incredible - fresh, local ingredients and so yummy! We would definitely recommend staying here - you won't regret it!

We had a fantastic stay - the delicious breakfast every morning was a highlight, as well as the beautiful apartment with views over the water. Popi was very helpful and communicative and Assos is a lovely place to be for a few days away! The villa itself is lovely and well designed.

Our host was very welcoming, helped us with luggage and showed us around as needed. Such a beautiful, simple luxurious accomodation and incredible breakfast brought to the room each morning. Plenty to do and enjoy relaxing, friendly town. Would gladly come back!

Without a doubt this is the best villa we have stayed in on the island. We were greeted by the owner Fiotini who was so helpful all holiday. She also left a fantastic welcome pack for us. The villa is absolutely stunning and is in a great location. Almost equidistance from Skala and Katelios and the views are breath-taking. The photos do not do the villa justice. The luxurious inside is matched by a wonderful and very private outside with a great swimming pool. The outside furniture is very comfortable with lots of shaded areas. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough.

This was our favourite booking of our trip through Greece. The owners are so lovely. He is a carpenter and built this home, and the attention to detail is evident. The three bedrooms each have their own washroom, and there is a fourth washroom for the main space. It was so comfortable to be there. The house has views of the sea from three sides! There is a covered deck and beautifully tiled pool space. I could have enjoyed those views for many more days. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The villa is located in a very peaceful area with a breathtaking view. The swimming pool is absolutely beautiful and is long so excellent for swimming laps. We really enjoyed the huge grassy area too. The rooms are very spacious and it was super convenient to have en-suite bathrooms. Very clean with every amenity to make one feel comfortable. The hostess provided an incredibly generous welcome package including bread, cheese, fruit, baked goods and drinks. She is very friendly and always available. Can highly recommend this villa.

Family of 6 with two children. We had a fantastic stay here, everything was perfect. From the communication and welcoming host, the spotless villa, comfortable stay with some extra welcome bits. We loved the area, the outdoor BBQ and of course the pool. 5 min drive approx to Skala beach which is beautiful with lots of restaurants to choose from. The children loved swimming in the calm sea with the fishes. Would highly recommend the villa and would love to return one day! Very sad to leave!

Regular cleaning and several towel/bed linen changes Lovely products left at the start and a present when we left from the host. Wonderful host who was available for anything we needed If you want to be near to skala - overlooking the katielos bay then this is the villa for you. We would go back in a heartbeat

The villa was beautiful with great decor and had everything we needed dishawsher, crockery etc. The bathroom had a good size shower no bath but this was no problem to us. The main room was very big with doors leading to the patio are which had sofas and sun loungers. The view was spectacular and every morning we would be blown away. There is a good size pool and views of mountains to the rear. There is a supermarket a few minutes away which is easily walkable. You need a car really although we didnt have one and took the bus or taxi or walked. We would get a car next time. Loudas beach is walkable but very steep on the way back Trapezaki beach we walked to but then got a bus back. I would recommend getting a car. We did not walk back as the roads were too steep. There is a great restaurant called the Olive Lounge near by all the others near by are hit or miss.

Close to tavernas, car and scooter hire, supermarkets but not at all noisy. Villas are well-equipped, clean and new. Aircon works well. Beach towels provided, daily cleaning, spotless on arrival. A good twenty minutes walk down a steep hill to Lourdas beach (which is clean, sandy and calm) so you may want to consider hiring transport. Be aware that only five of the six villas have access to a pool. This was not made clear by Expedia on the website prior to our visit.

The arpartnent was wonderfully spacious and clean, all the things you need for a simple and easy stay. Pool was warm and outside area was well kept. Views were also amazing. Basically we loved it and stayed an extra night!!! Good value for money

Beautiful, serene. I’m a cat person and there are a little family of strays but very friendly cats which we just loved taking care of when they visited us. Ery the property manager was awesome! Will be back for sure

Everything we could ask for a nice stay. The pool looks nice but the weather was too cold to use it. But there is good privacy to use it and its ground. We would come again when we are in the island next time.

The location is really central, great for accessing all parts of the island. The villa is on the road to Agia Effemia so a short drive to the harbour and all the restaurants. A two minute drive to Divarata which has several good tavernas, supermarkets and coffee shops. The hosts were great, attentive yet not obtrusive. The villa is fitted out to a high standard and has beautiful views over the mountains. Definitely one we'll return to.

It was stunning! Inside and out, just as it’s pictured. The facilities are brilliant, you don’t want for anything extra. The outdoor space is a small slice of paradise.! The hosts are the best we’ve come across. A beautiful, kind, thoughtful and caring family who make sure you are truly taken care of. They were so wonderful to us and our children.

The villa was in perfect location between Lassi and Argostoli, 2 supermarkets 2 mins away and a beach 5 minute walk. I didn't want to leave and I wish I was heading back out tomorrow.

What an absolute paradise! Stunning property, looks better than the pictures! The pool was exquisite, outdoor patio was super relaxing and the view was great! Interior design is beautiful and gives a zen vibe, meticulous attention to detail in everything! The villa was pristine and super spacious! 2 bedrooms with en-suite washrooms. The location, the views and the standard of the rooms/property and amenities were all exceptional. Very well maintained and very clean. East & West facing balconies ensure morning and evening sun and views.

Amazing accommodation - beautiful setting. Didn’t use breakfast facilities as bit hot to walk down and up hill but lovely all the same!

The property, pool, hosts, facilities and location were excellent. We knew we’d need a car here, but great there were restaurants and bars within a 15 min walk. The villa had everything you would need, a real home from home. Also great that basics like toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets etc were provided for.

We loved our stay at the villas in Greece! The host went above and beyond—super responsive, checking in to make sure everything was perfect. The villas were immaculate, easy to get to, and so comfortable. Little touches like water and some basic foods made us feel right at home. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Everything was perfect. Great location in quiet village, only 20 minute drive to Argostoli. Kostas was so attentive and helpful at every opportunity. The villa was absolutely beautiful, it was the perfect escape.

We were truly impressed by our stay here! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming — they treated us like family from the very beginning. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the hygiene of the pool was excellent, with the host cleaning it daily. The house has everything you need for everyday living, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen stocked with welcome items like bread, water, jam, honey, and snacks. The house is also equipped with high-quality air conditioning units, which made our stay even more comfortable. On our departure, the owner even gave us wonderful gifts — local products from Kefalonia. We are honestly amazed by this experience and will definitely come back again!

Had the most amazing week. Niki, Panos and Family were so welcoming and made you feel at home throughout. The villa was fantastic, all the little details were thought of and they went above and beyond to make the holiday a memorable one. Great views, lovely location all within walking distance of amenities, but close enough drive or taxi to the town! All which can be booked through them. We will definitely be back, it’s not our first time to Kefalonia but it was our first time to the villa, and it won’t be our last!

We had a fabulous stay at Zest. Tina & Petros work so hard to create a home-from-home experience. We loved: - the pre-arranged airport collection & welcome drink - the breakfasts : tasty homemade veggie cakes & mini-wraps,waffles, biscuits & muffins,locally sourced brown bread & eggs. Tina uses their garden produce so well - the clean pool - beautiful & peaceful setting - with flowers around,the honesty bar, - the well equipped kitchen,: real oven, filter coffee machine, mini grill & good space. Zest also provided washing up liquid & cloths/ tea towel - unusual for an appartment. The coffee mugs, glasses nice & plentiful. - the free wi-fi worked well - the cleanliness throughout, regular changes of linen & daily bathroom replinishment. it's like a hotel but with advantages of an appartment -the good amount of space: two bedrooms,for three adults), the outdoor & indoor sofas were relaxing. The beds were confortable, air con in all the rooms& a clothes airer The appartments are 10 mins from Xi Beach and opposite a car rental company which made hiring a car easy. There are 4 buses a day which we caught outside the appartment. This helps - given that there is only one limited mini-market nearby. There are taxis - we took one late evening 10 Euro one back from Lixouri. We did frequent trips by regular ferry from Lixouri to Argostoli It was a joy to meet Tina & Petros, friendly, fun, and caring. Thank you for everything - we loved our visit to beautiful Kefallonia

We had a fantastic stay at Zest at Xi beach. We stayed in a studio which was perfectly adequate in size foralways a couple. The studio was immaculately clean and smelt lovely and fresh. It contains everything required for a self catering holiday, although, we ate out all the time except breakfast. A very nice free breakfast was provided in a lovely setting around the pool. It was a great way to start the day. Petros, the owner, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He spoke great English and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Petros. We would highly recommend Zest and have already booked to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Zest Apartments, from the warm welcome to the final goodbye. The Apartments are large, clean and have everything we needed, and the pool area and playgrounds were well used by our children. However, the best part of the Zest was the owners, who were friendly and helpful, and we felt like we were part of the family. Don't miss the BBQ dinner, it was awesome. We loved it and would love to come back one day.

Caught in the cyclone while we were there so no electricity and no water for a couple of days. Obviously nor their fault and Petros did all he was able to do to assist us. Lovely place, ideal for families, short walk to the beach and good, clean swimming pool.

Waren die ersten Gäste 2019 und somit lief es anfangs etwas schleppend. Wer im April zum Xi Beach reist muss sich im Klaren sein, dass im Ort ALLES noch zu ist und man nach Lixouri fahren muss(10min.) um essen zu gehen oder mal ein Eis zu essen. Das Hotel selber lebt von seiner familiären Atmosphäre und den Betreibern, und die sind absolut herzlich und hilfsbereit. We have had the most amazing week. The Villa is breathtakingly beautiful with the most stunning views. It’s very spacious and the host has thought of everything you could possibly need. The host Anastasia met us on arrival and was very informative & kind. We would definitely return. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

We stayed at Villa Esperanza 2. The villa is absolutely amazing. Whatever you could wish for. The kitchen, the rooms, the living room - all modern and luxurious architecture with wood and stone, both inside and outside. The infinity pool overlooking the sea is definitely the highlight of the villa. Spacious pool, warm water and looking at the sunset and sunrise from all rooms makes you want to stay in bed for hours and just look at the view. A special thanks to Panagis, our host. Always with a smile, always available on WhatsApp for any request, always wanting to assist and ever so caring. He has definitely made our stay memorable and fun and it's always good to know that you have someone like Panagis at your side. Look no further - When in Kefalonia, Villa Esperanza 2 is the villa to book! Hands down!

Beautiful Villa and pool with amazing views of the sea and loved watching the sun rise over the sea every morning. The garden and pool lighting looked amazing in the evenings. Excellent communication with Panagis who was very helpful and we appreciated the chocolate bread, cake, fresh fruit, olive oil, bottled water and wine, especially as we arrived too late to shop or go out to eat. We also appreciated the cleaning and changing of sheets/towels every few days which we had not expected. It was perfect.

Villa Esperanza was absolutely stunning! Our stay was the most comfortable and luxurious we've experienced on an island so far. The interior is a beautiful bohimian/contemporary style with lots of space and comfortable furniture. The beds are perfect for all sleepers (back, side, and stomach). Everyone slept like babies! My husband and I had the entire second floor to ourselves and enjoyed beautiful sunrises every morning on the balcony or from bed while our kids opted to sleep in (thanks to the shutters). The views from the villa are something to behold, especially the night sky and the aforementioned sunrises. Truly magical! The infinity pool was always a welcomed treat after sightseeing. While not deep, it is long enough to have a proper swim. I highly suggest renting a car and visiting other parts of the island. The beaches in Fiskardo and Sami are breathtaking. Our host was very gracious and responsive. We truly appreciated the welcome basket of fruit, honey, breads and wine. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We had a fantastic time at Villa Esperanza 2. Panagis was a great host who showed us all the important details and a lot of recommendations about tours and restaurants. The villa was fully equipped and thoughtfully prepared, with everything from a stocked kitchen to comfortable bedrooms and sunbeds. We especially loved the beautiful design, the great sea view, and the inviting pool. You can get light maintenance service once 2-3 days for your choice. We highly recommend this villa and would love to visit again.

This villa is absolutely gorgeous! Probably the best one i ever had the chance to rent. The infinite pool is fantastic, the bbq place is wonderful, the rooms are perfect with in suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The owner, Panagis, is a wonderful person. He sent us everything we need to know about what to visit, where the most wonderful beaches are, where to eat, how to book excursions (he even offered to do it for us), he was kind and very helpful!

The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes walk from the beach, with at least four excellent tavernas (our favourite was Stamna) and two mini-markets within reasonable walking distance. Driftwood villa is set in a very large private garden with many fruit trees and other interesting shrubs as well as an excellent swimming pool. With so many interesting and thoughtful touches wherever you look around the property, seating areas too numerous to count, but all welcomed while trying to either chase or to hide from the sun. Everything surpassed our expectations! Thank you Maria and Dennis for a wonderful relaxing stay xx

Absolutely amazing hosts from the off. From the beautiful lunch prepared by Maria upon arrival, the warm welcome to the organic vegetables brought by Dennis and the lovely bottle of wine. The villa is impeccable, attention to detail and such beautiful decoration hand crafted by a very talented Dennis. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool was kept in an amazing condition, so clean. A beautiful peace full holiday, our best one ever. We could not have asked for a better relaxed holiday in beautiful settings, so much so we are returning next year. Only one problem we encountered was where to sit next, there were so many options. Dennis & Maria both came to wave us off on our last day. Can't wait to return back next year.

Driftwood Villa is an exceptional and totally unique property. We loved everything about the villa, the quirky driftwood designs, comfy super king size bed, beautifully kept pool and stunning gardens. Maria & Dennis were super quick to respond to our questions and were a charming couple who clearly enjoyed the process too. Air con was very effective and the kitchen very well equipped along with an upmarket BBQ which we used a couple of times. Walking distance to two tavernas near the beach, only one is open in the evening. Perfect spot for two, idyllic even!

Manos couldn't do more to help us, showing us where the best restaurants and beaches were and also helping us promptly when we accidently locked the keys in the villa. We had a villa without a private pool but this wasn't an issue as most of the week we had the shared pool to ourselves.

Modern and well equipped property , furnished to a good standard. Fabulous view , private pool and spacious, covered outdoor living/dining area. Friendly, helpful staff , and regular cleaning. Air conditioning great, and much needed. Access to large shared pool. Just 10 minutes walk to town, main square and sea front. Well located to explore the area.

We stayed as a family of four but as part of a larger group of 12. We had a villa with private pool and a house with the shared pool. We loved the properties inside and out, they were modern and kept spotless. The pools and the views were fantastic. We enjoyed meals on the bbq and you had everything you needed from a home away from home. The kids loved that they had Netflix on the TV too! Manos and his team could not be more helpful and friendly , nothing was too much trouble - replenishing coffee for example within mins of asking. The cleaning lady was a joy each day, always taking the time to talk to us and the little ones. We loved our stay so much . This is a wonderful place for families and couples not far from Lixouri where you can enjoy the local culture, great food and a wonderful atmosphere.

Second time staying here. 1st time stayed in 2 bedroom apartment and this time in a villa with private pool. Exceptionally clean, beautiful views, friendly owner and cleaner. Easy walk to Lixouri town and square with lots of restaurants, cafes and some bars. The square has a lovely vibe at night. Short drive to the lovely red sand beaches of Xi and Megas Lakkos. Can hop on the ferry to the capital Argostoli for a change too, which is definitely worth a visit. The ferry in the summer runs every 30 minutes from 06.30 am until about 01:00 am. I will be coming back and staying here again for sure.

Lovely location with incredible views. Apartment was beautiful with a lovely outdoor space and pool. We loved be able to use the communal pool and our own pool. The patio was great with comfortable seats and lots of space. Area was quiet but not far to walk down to local restaurants in the town. Manos was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had a lovely and special stay with some lovely personal touches. The cleaner was also great and came in every day whenever was convenient for us. Overall we would highly recommend staying here

We have been quite frequent visitors to the island but this is the first time that we have taken a sailing to Ithaca - which we took from Agie Efimia and which we enjoyed very much. This has been a great place to stay.

Beautifully furnished and very well equipped villa with amazing views. Quiet and in a great location with an ideally sized pool and shady seating areas. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

The villa was sheer luxury in every sense and spotlessly clean! We had everything we needed and more. The beds were really comfy, and the pool and outside facilities were fabulous! Plenty of parking too, I can’t recommend Diosas villas highly enough.

Super clean and modern villa with excellent AC. The pool is very nice with the jacuzzi in one corner. There is also a very nice barbeque. At the villa you get absolutely everything you might need.

Extra clean and spacious. A stocked fridge and a basket of goodies for breakfast. All household appliances at hand, including a laundry room. A lovely pool with salt water. Super comfortable beds. 11/10 👌

Do NOT be put off by location near to airport, planes do come over but even at peak time (July/August) was approx 8 per day at most, only during daytime, and they fly past in 30 seconds! Actually enjoyed watching them come over 🙂

Our host Nico was really attentive to all our needs, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for 9 nights and ate at a different restaurant each night all within walking distance. All the people we met were all very friendly and welcoming, Svoronata is a very relaxed place with a really nice feel. The pool is a great size and the view is simply stunning!

Villa was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The pool and the views were outstanding and our host Nico could not do enough for us. We had the most enjoyable stay and will be booking again on our next visit!

The "Perla" was the specific house we stayed in while on our vacation at the Eglina Villas. It was a beautiful home with many levels. The first level is the garage level so you enter in the home going up stairs to the second level. This level offers you a modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances and a dining area and family room. It has a beautiful view of the mountains and pool and the gardens around the villa. The stairs downstairs take you to a level where there is a bathroom right outside of the bedroom with twin beds. Below that level is a game room with a pool table. Then if you went upstairs from the kitchen level, you would find a queen room with balcony with its own bathroom outside of it. Then if you go up yet another level, there is a queen room with balcony with its own bathroom inside the room. Every room has closets and plenty of storage. They all seem equivalent in size. The rooms have beautiful views. It was a wonderful home to stay in. We rented a car, which we think is necessary. You get used to navigating the narrow roads in some places but the home is right near the airport and has some beautiful beaches nearby. The next town over within 10 minutes also has some great restaurants and beaches too. Mr. Jimmy was a great host. He checked on us to make sure we had everything. Ms. Julia did a great job in providing a clean home and freshened everything up mid-week.

This was an incredible place to stay in Kefalonia! First off, the villa is very well laid out and extremely comfortable. We felt extremely pampered! The kitchen is very well stocked with what you need. We loved the backyard with the patio areas and super nice swimming pool. As it was extremely hot while we were there, it was so nice to have access to your own pool where you could swim and relax. Also, just down the road is an extremely nice beach area (Eglina's Beach), which we visited quite a lot. Less than a 5-minute walk, and it has umbrellas/chairs for rent and a bar area..:-)) I also want to say how amazing the hosts were. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful! We needed blankets, and they were there in less than 10 minutes! Any question we had was promptly answered. We had an issue with getting all of us to the airport on the last day, and they happily offered to help us out by storing our luggage temporarily. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again! An amazing experience!

We were a family of 6 and stayed in villa Perla, which was perfect for our needs. Pool was amazing and clean, they also cleaned the sun beds everyday which i have not seen in other places. The barbecue has everything you need and we had one of the best nights, what can be better than a BBQ party with a pool! The location is 10/10 because it's so close to the airport (and no, the noise of the planes didn't bother us, it's actually cool to see them take off). One of the best beaches, Ammos i think, is 2 minutes by car/10 minute walk. Finally, there is space to park 3 cars if you want, we were very happy since we didn't have to worry about parking a big car. All in all, we were super excited and my family would definitely come again.

Everything about Aegli Villa was superb. Great pool..lovely outside areas to sit relax and eat. Jimmy our host was so lovely..popped in regularly to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed.The two ladies that came to change bed linen etc were very friendly and extremely efficient and also the man who came and checked the pool..tidied leaves from the gardens etc was very polite and friendly. We had such a good holiday..We wanted two weeks of down time and relaxation and we certainly got it in a perfect setting.We will definitely be returning .We have been coming to Kefalonia for four years now and this by far was our favourite place xx

This is a beautiful, stylish villa. The easy access to the pool makes for a wonderful indoor/outdoor feel. We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 adult children. It was perfect and I'd highly recommend. In cooler weather (it was 38+ degrees when we were there, so we drove), it is walking distance to a small village and even to Fiskado. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The view and location was beautiful and quiet. The village in Ayia Efimia was perfect, quiet with a few restaurants, supermarket, butcher and bakery. The villa’s outdoor area and pool were fabulous. Small hot tub on middle floor also a nice bonus. Nice bbq area with all the supplies. Owner Alexatos was a lovely man and very helpful. Villa cleaned and pool/bath towels changed every couple of days. Villa also well placed to explore the fabulous beaches of Antisamos, Myrtos and our personal favourite near Fiskardo being Emplisi beach. Also some beautiful coves on the road to Sami for a day at the beach. Amazing island which I would definitely visit again.

We enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub every day in this spacious villa. Dionisios was great and on hand if we needed anything, but everything was provided in the Villa to enjoy our stay. We will definitely like to return in the future.

The nearby beach that is walking distance from The Villa was the perfect extra bonus.

The villa was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home—plus some luxurious touches that made it feel truly special. The location was peaceful and ideal for relaxing, yet close enough to explore the surrounding attractions. I especially loved spending time on the terrace, soaking in the view with a cup of coffee in the morning. As a family we book mostly vacation homes, if possible with pool. This house was one or even the best we have booked in the many years. The equipment, the location, the care, the cleanliness and the general comfort was outstanding. We felt incredibly comfortable and can only congratulate the homeowners for this great property. We can only rate the house with 10, but would also give 11 points.

The property was perfect, exactly what we wanted for a family holiday! Beautiful pool, aircon throughout a well equipped kitchen and a great layout! The Villa was beautiful. Very clean on arrival and they came every 3 days to do a top up clean, change towels, bedding. The pool was cleaned everyday too. The location was lovely overlooking the mountains and sea.

The location was perfect. Although the villa was in a peaceful area it was still within walking distance of Lixouri. The pool was cleaned every morning and the cleaners thoroughly cleaned the whole villa twice a week.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cypress Garden Villas. The villas are brilliantly designed, spotlessly clean, and have everything you need, including a fantastic private pool and garden. Rania is an excellent host and the other staff are also really good. The location is also excellent, close to a supermarket and some very good restaurants and beaches. We absolutely recommend Cypress Garden Villas to anyone looking for a nice quiet getaway.

The private pool and garden were delightful, with sun beds and shaded areas. The location was great, very quiet but within walking distance to a lovely restaurant and other places to eat and a supermarket. Large comfortable bed, air conditioning in bedroom and living area. Thoughtful welcome package of treats and drinks as well as toiletries.

Lovely property kept spotlessly clean both inside and outside. Rania was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Poolnan abd housekeeper slso very friendly abd smiley! Villa was in a quiet area with own pool ideal for relaxing, quiet break. Amenities and beaches closeby in a lovely area with friendly staff in local restaurants. Would fully recommend and also re visit.

The accommodation was clean, well maintained and it was great having a pool. A well kept site with orange trees outside. And also a lime tree, and various herbs. Nothing was too much trouble. Cleaner and pool attendants keeping a good standard. Rania checked we were enjoying our stay.

This is a real Gem of a place set in an oasis of tranquillity. We have been visiting Kefalonia and in particular the area of Svoronata for the last 29 years and can honestly say that properties of this quality are very hard to find.Located a short walk from some of the best beaches on the island the property also benefits from a beautiful private garden and swimming pool with out door shower and an array of garden furniture including a fabulous cabana. Inside, the property is extremely comfortable with fitted kitchen and lounge area, a fabulous wet room with an amazing Rainfall Shower and the added bonus of a washing machine!There are a number of local tavernas/restaurants within a short stroll away including one the top 2 restaurants on Kefalonia across the road. Rania is an excellent host with a great team behind her.You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

We had a wonderfully memorable family holiday to celebrate my son's first birthday. The villa is stunning! It is modern and stylish, yet very comfortable, perfectly situated between the mountains and the Ionian sea. It is also ideally located close to some great tavernas and a beach, all within walking distance. The villa was stocked with everything and more - fresh clean linens, loads of towels and tea towels, a thoughtful welcome basket (fruit, milk, juice, bread, coffee, and other breakfast goodies which was helpful for a late night arrival), dish and laundry detergent, and a beautiful kitchen with all the mod cons. All three of the bedrooms have an en suite, separate access to the pool and terrace, and were of a very good size. The only thing missing was a BBQ, but as this is a brand new villa, we were told one was to be built soon. Daniel and his team were superb. Daniel was happy to answer any questions we had and is very knowledgeable of the area. He gave us loads of suggestions on great places to eat and drink within walking distance. In fact, he even booked us a table one night! The pool was cleaned for us every couple of days, and the villa also had a clean (including changing the towels and bedding) halfway through our stay. Thank you for enabling us to have such a great time. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The villa is exceptional. Modern, spotlessly clean, well equipped and quiet. It was located close to several good restaurants and bars and only about 15 minutes walk down to the beach. The staff were excellent, check in was smooth, any issues were dealt with promptly. The place was kept clean with a mid stay clean of the villa and the pool was cleaned every couple of days.

This new villa is exceptional! Literally the best villa we have ever stayed in. With super comfy beds and views from every room looking out towards the sea. The pool area is very spacious and again has great sea views. Lots of restaurants, beach and shops/supermarkets are all within easy walking distance. The hosts are also very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, new and spacious villa, very well equipped and with modern design, managed in very professional way. Great view at the sea and nice outdoor area with large pool. Exzellent base for exploring the island. Supermarket and restaurants in walking distance, but villa still in quiet surrounding. Nevertheless rental car highly recommended. Overall fantastic stay. Our group of 6 enjoyed it a lot (3 adults, 3 kids at age of 14, 11 and 8). .

The location & the villa are excellent. The team managing the villa were very professional & helpful. Yes it's a bit of a walk to the beach but you can spend the day around the pool. If you do wander to the beach the bar at the beach called 7 cafe bar is great to watch the sunset...

Well equipped with a lovely pool, a covered terrace and lots of possibilities for sitting in the sun or shade. Serviced with clean linen every 4 days. We felt that we were taken good care of by the host. For example, suggesting the best supermarkets to use because of my food intolerances which was incredibly helpful. We will return for a second stay next year.

Wow, this villa is an absolute gem of a find! It’s approximately 15-20 minutes from the main town of Argostoli but tucked away in a sleepy little village in the hills with stunning views!!! The villa has everything you could possibly need. Inflatables for the pool, mountain bikes for the hills, a huge variety of seating/relaxing areas, untold games and books. It also has everything you would expect to find in a home away from home: kitchen utensils, tinfoil, dishwasher tablets, untold herbs and spices for cooking. The villa itself was exceptionally clean, with very comfy beds! The outdoor back balcony became the hub of the home and we spent many an evening admiring the view, playing cards and listening to the crickets. If you’re looking for a quiet, serene villa to stay in, this is the ideal place to stay. We absolutely loved this villa and the photos really don’t do it justice. Without a doubt, we would come back here to stay if we come back to Kefalonia and it really was a great base for exploring the island. I’m gutted to be back home. The owner of the villa couldn’t be more helpful and called me on the first day of arrival to welcome us and answer any questions we had. We have just returned from staying in this beautiful villa. It is located within the village of Davgata we were here for 2 weeks this has been one of the most relaxing holidays we have had. The villa itself is well maintained over 2 floors bathroom on each with an external staircase which was ideal for our 2 teenagers as it allowed some independence but not too much. The villa has fantastic views from the balcony and each level of the gardens, lying in the Hammock reading or just chilling is something I will never forget, Swimming pool is a good size kept clean and well maintained as are the gardens. There are steps leading to each level. A car is a must; there is a local tavern which serves food and drink although we did not go as I have fussy teenagers. There are so many positives for us from having breakfast outside and hearing the goats from the local farm through the fields next to the villa to having family meals on an evening. The owner gives you all the information required before you arrived and will contacts you on arrival. There is good communication with owner if any questions . We have been coming to Kefalonia for number of years if we return next year and If available, I would stay at this beautiful villa.

We stayed in this tranquil villa for 10 night. Communication with the owner was great. Arrival was easy. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The pool was wonderful, super clean. The upstairs terrace was fantastic. Stunning views. We loved having our own space downstairs with our own bathroom, away from our teens. They also loved the fact they were a little away from us. Our stay was so peaceful and relaxing. Its the last house in the village, no neighbours. The tiny village has no facilities currently, but it had heart and a really special feel. We had a car, and usually parked this side of the Lagoon and walked over the bridge into Argustioli center. I can not fault this beautiful house. Me and hubby were in tears leaving... We had a wonderful family holiday. Just what we needed. We really hope we will be back one day. Thank you so much.

The house is absolutely beautiful, located in a small village just about 10 minutes’ drive from the capital, with stunning mountain views. It's spacious, with a lovely swimming pool and various entertainment facilities that make it so comfortable you don't even want to go out. The host was very warm and attentive — she called and messaged us to check if we needed anything. On the third day, the drain in my daughter’s room got clogged and there was a bit of a smell, but she quickly sent someone over to fix it. Although some of the house's facilities may be a bit dated, that didn’t stop us from loving it. We had a wonderful week here!

We loved the beautiful view, the convenient location close enough to a couple of restaurants and little cove beaches, but a nice distance away fro Argostoli town and Lassi. Both were a 5 minute drive away. We loved the pool and terrace facilities, the villa felt like a home away from home. We even ordered pizza one night and did laundry which I never do! Everything was perfect from the loungers, pool, outside seating, comfy beds, quiet area, easy to drive to, and really good kitchen facilities including pods for the coffee machine. Overall however the real highlight was Vaggelis our host who went out of his way to be friendly, get to know us, make recommendations, and tell us about Kefalonia. He was available to respond to messages and made it feel as if we had a new best friend in Kefalonia you can ask them anything. Thank you so much.

We travelled as a group of two families and the two villas were perfect for us. We could spend as much time together as we wanted, while also being able to separate at any time. Both villas are well built, everything functions properly and their location is excellent. In 6 minutes' driving you are at the centre of Argostoli, with its restaurants, tavernas and cafes. At the same time, because the villas are located at the end of a small peninsula, you get almost no traffic in front of your house; it's peaceful and very private, so you can just enjoy the pools and sunbathe with no worry that people will be staring at you from the street or a neighbouring property. That's another great thing: there is no neighbouring property for rent, which was wonderful! The sea is literally a few steps away from the front of the villas. The owners (I believe the villas are owned by Vaggelis and his family) could not have been more welcoming or helpful. We arrived a few hours early and that was no problem – they allowed us to leave our luggage in the house, while they finished cleaning, so we could wander freely around on the sea shore until they were done. When we left, they were not expecting guests until the next day, so they allowed us to be lazy and leave a few hours after departure time. In short, they have been excellent hosts to us – always there to help, but never in the way. We only saw them when we needed help.

We stayed at Lighthouse Villas 2 for a week, our host met us on arrival, was always available if we needed anything, gave us some lovely recommendations for places to visit, places to eat, including their wonderful family restaurant in Argistoli. The villa was really easy to find, we hired a car from the airport and it took 15/20mins to get to the villa, very easy driving. The villa has everything you need for a holiday, towels were provided and beach/pool towels. There was a washing machine and everything dried in minutes outside in the sunshine! The view from the villa was amazing, the waterfront is a stone's throw from the bottom of the garden, there is a bench by the water and even from the garden you can watch all the boats, kite-surfers, birds on the water. It did get windy, especially in the evenings, so we had some interesting card games when we were chasing flying cards around the garden, but nothing to hinder our enjoyment! The cleaner came twice a week, the place is spotless, but do take care on wet floors as they can be a bit slippy, but there are mats in the bathroom to keep you safe. We had a perfect holiday and cannot thank Vaggelis and his family enough for looking after us so well, thank you!

Absolutely fantastic Villa. Myself, my partner and our 16 month old stayed in Villa no.2 for 12 nights in May 2025. Vaggelis communication from the minute we booked the villa right through to arriving home safely was fantastic. Vaggelis Mum and Dad were amazing assisting with cleaning of the villa and ensuring the pool was absolutely spotless throughout our stay. The villa is in such a peaceful location, a couple of minutes drive into Argostoli, 20 mins from the airport, our 16 month old loved our daily walk across the road to say good morning to the fish…. We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday at Lighthouse Villas. The villa is really well designed, modern, air conditioned and with stunning mountain scenery from the pool area. It’s located on the seafront a few metres away from the lighthouse itself and walkable into Argostoli. We also hired a car to explore the island more fully. Our host, Vaggelis, was very welcoming and super helpful - we’d highly recommend a stay here.

Very clean and tidy, pool was cleaned during our stay. Nice outdoor kitchen area which had brick built BBQ and Pizza oven. Lady that owns the Villa was lovely. Easy drive to local towns where there were ample places to park (for free). Numerous restaurants and local food stores. Was a little too far to walk if hot.

The villa is set back off the road and has amazing views. There was everything and more that you could ask for. Sofia met us on arrival . The electric gate opened and the views take your breath away. There was a welcome basket with wine, juice , water croissants a fresh pineapple everything that you could have wished for. The villa is along an off road track so you do require a car . Sofia messaged daily and nothing was too much trouble. The tv needed batteries within the hour that was sorted. We had a power cut the filter on the pool stopped. Within the hour this was sorted. We did not want to come home.

The most beautiful property. Really amazing stay would definitely recommend. 10/10 Thank you Sofia!

Beautiful villa with lovely pool and views. Good location close to restaurants and supermarkets. Lourdas beach is close by with more restaurants and lovely little beach. You would probably need to drive though as really steep climb back up. Very the owner was very welcoming and good at keeping in touch, cleaner was lovely too

It is spacious and comfortable, the view is beautiful and the pool is a great amenity to have. . The host provides everything you need and if you require anything extra they are happy to help. The location is great. A short drive to the beaches and plenty of walkable restaurants.

The villa's are well located to all amenities , you can see bars and restaurant from the balcony. Great swimming pool with back drop of the sea and Lourdata beach - wonderful host who was brilliant at handling all queries and full of advice.

The location suited us as we are not big beach fans as it was 2 km to the nearest beach but who needs a beach when you have your own pool. The villa was in a quiet location within very easy distance of a choice of bars and tavernas. The villa was well appointed and the host was very responsive to any queries we had both before and during the visit. There was regular contact from Maria who replaced towels and emptied the bins. Well appointed kitchen.

The villa is as beautiful as the posted photos. We came for a 3 night stay and we enjoyed every second. The villa was very clean, the was comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. The pool is the crown jewel! It was cleaned in a daily basis and the view from the pool is outstanding! I would recommend it a lot!

Everything was excellent, ease of communication, cleanliness, comfort, complimentary products, kitchen equipment, outdoor space, pool, very straightforward to access Fiskardo and local beaches with a car. Sunsets are amazing. We were on honeymoon, a fantastic place to spend it and plan to return next year. An outdoor BBQ would have made our stay perfect. Like many places in the area, there’s a steep approach and some steps to some of the Vila’s on the site.

Immediate service, clean space with a nice view in an area very convenient for our movements to the beaches we wanted to visit! The decor was amazing and we enjoyed the pool too! We didn't miss anything, the accommodation provided everything we needed!

The property was in excellent condition, and the private pool was secluded with beautiful surrounding gardens.

This is quite a spacious villa with a private swimming pool equipped with all that you can need for a good vacation. It is not located in the first line or not directly in Skala village however you can get by foot to the nice beach in Skala and also to all places of interest in Skala barely in 10 minutes. It is quite a calm location. You have a partial view of the sea and Zakynthos island from the terraces. Also mountains are visible from the windows looking to the yard. You can get by car (5 mins drive) to the nearest sand beach - Kaminia - one of the longest beaches of Kefalonia with crystalline waters, an ideal spot for a silent and relaxed day under the warm sun with the views of Zakynthos. The beach also offers shelter to the loggerhead Carretta-Carretta sea turtles, so you can see their footprints as minimum. As maximum you can see the turtles themselves. Villa is quite comfortable, air-conditioning is working good, which is quite handy during hot wawes. Cleaning service is every 3 days. Swimming pool is big, well maintained. Comfortable for swimming. Space around the pool has sunbeds and umbrellas. Costas, the host, is very open, helpful and proactive young man. You can ask any information about what to visit there and what kind of entertainment or offers you can find there in Skala or on Kefalonia itself.

A very nicely furnished and equipped villa. We really appreciated the early check-in and the fridge was filled with water and a bottle of wine which was most welcome. The swimming pool was lovely with the added bonus of pool towels.

This is our third time staying at one of the paspalis villas. We usally do not travel back to the same place twice, but for this place we have made an exeption. We love the house where we can chill by the pool and have barbecue nights using the grill. The closeness to the town is also brilliant, and we buy fresh bread everyday at the bakery in the main street and take a morning bath in the sea before heading back home for breakfast. The owners are amazing and so helpful with all our needs. No mather what our issue/questions was they fixed it immediately. Definatley coming back

We had an amazing stay! The villa lived up to expectations completely, it was comfortable with everything we could have needed. The pool area was secluded and quiet, and location was great with the shops and beach only a short walk! Costas was super helpful, he arranged our transfers and put us in touch with a great local car rental firm. We also loved the visits from the Cat which my son named Tibbles!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Chrisi. Everything was exactly as shown on the website. The living room is spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the yard and pool are excellent. There is also a barbecue and an outdoor dining table. We stayed at the villa for ten days, and cleaning was done both in the house and at the pool. At first, we were a bit hesitant about the villa’s location, but during our stay we realized that Svoronata is perfectly situated on the island. It’s close to almost all the award-winning beaches in the south, but also to Skala, to Ainos, to Argostoli, to Lixouri... There are so many beautiful places to visit. We will gladly return to this place and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

The villa was very well finished, with en suite bathrooms to all bedrooms and a generous private swimming pool. Furniture, outdoor seating, air conditioning were excellent. The owner Emily was very responsive and provided a pool cleaning and house cleaning service a couple of times during the stay.

The villa was fabulous. The photos make the rooms look slightly smaller than they actually are, so much room modern design and lovely en-suite bathroom in every bedroom which was perfect also a hairdryer in every room!. Very well equipped kitchen and efficient air conditioning. The outside space was perfect, comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas which are installed to withstand the afternoon breeze. Pool had a luxurious feel and same depth throughout. Private parking and all gated so private and secure. Cleaning of the villa was exceptional, lovely clean utility room if needed. Had a hire car so travelled and explored a lot but restaurants in walking distance. Also very effective screens on all doors and windows so no insects at all.

Fantastic new property with a lot of space for everyone. 3 separate bedrooms with bathrooms, living space with spacious kitchen and all appliances you need. Property is approximately 15 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes drive from the airport. Nice big pool and a spectacular outdoor kitchen! We had a baby feed chair and a cot arranged.We had a nice time there and Mike (the manager) helped us a lot with any our requests! Thank you!

Villa Chrisi is beautiful, very spacious, cool and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The pool is amazing! The village of Sovoronata is beautiful with 3 lovely beaches within walking distance and an amazing taverna at Avithos Beach in season. The villa is so well equipped and there is a well- stocked shop about 100 metres away. Everything you need is here and Kefalonia is a beautiful island. We had the best holiday !

Green Retreat is set in a beautiful location with wonderful sea views. The house is very well equipped. The garden is wonderful and there are two spacious outdoor terraces. There is also a private pool and plenty of parking. The owners are very friendly and provided us with fresh eggs from their chickens and also home grown fresh produce which was delicious. You can walk to the local beach in @ 20 minutes and there is a great restaurant in the village 10 minutes walk away. We would definitely return here.

The villa was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable. All amenities - WiFi was excellent. The pool was magnificent. Better than you could imagine. There is one bedroom but there is a sofa bed in the kitchen area. Beds were new and very comfortable. Plenty of towels and bed linen. The most remarkable thing was the fresh produce. Denis brought us eggs salad and fruit. It was wonderful. We would highly recommend the accommodation. Thank you George and Denis for your hospitality.

Gorgeous garden, views to the sea and great terraces for eating, including a big bbq. The apartment had everything we needed and our 6month old baby was very happy! A perfect base to explore Kefalonia in a pretty village. We really enjoyed eating fresh eggs and veggies from the garden and were very well looked after by our host!

Great little house, garden and terrace is wonderful. Denis was very kind, wellcomed us with local goodies.

We loved our stay at Penelope Villas, the villa was very well kept, spacious, modern, well equipped and in a great location. With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops. The only issue was the air con wasn’t working properly but the owners were very quick to get it fixed. The grounds were well kept and spacious, the pool was perfect for cooling down and there were staff regularly cleaning the pool, maintaining the grounds and giving the option of housekeeping. We’d definitely return.

I was there with my wife and two kids and found the Villa was a great fit for us. I would say that a car is a must as the property is a fair distance from the airport. Sami is a good location for boat trips and good tourist sites including Caves, Beaches and a zoo. The roads are tricky but they do lead to breath taking views, beautiful locations and historic sites. All in all we had a great week away.

A luxurious home away from home. So much space and such friendly, helpful people. I wish my own home was always this clean! It is as good as the pictures look!

Beautiful and peaceful location. Excellent for families and close to the beach. Elena was a great host. Only 20 min away from the capital, by car. And beautiful beaches nearby. We had a car and from here most popular places where reachable within an hour. Would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Our teenage kids could have spent all day, everyday in the pool. Fiscardo is a very special place with 15+ great restaurants (nearly all are great) and this villa is a 5min walk down to the harbour. Boat trips from the harbour to Ithaca are recommended. It’s just a brilliant place for a truly relaxing holiday filled with food, wine, sun and super yachts ($100m boats come in every night to have dinner as the cruise the islands).

Fiscardo view villas are beautiful, we stayed in Levante villa top left . They are so clean and the views are wonderful, you are so close to Fiscardo town just a short stroll down, where all the restaurants etc are , but far enough away for the peace and privacy . The villas have everything you need and lovely terraces to sit in with so much space . The pool area so comfortable with loungers and paddle chairs . The foliage and gardens are special too

Location was great, only a short walk to Fiscardo, was cleaned daily and everyone was very friendly. My children loved the pool and we relaxed by the side on the sunbeds watching them. It was so nice to do

This villa is a gem! It is very comfortable and you have everything you need to self cater. The hosts are amazing - so helpful, so caring about our comfort and the pool was cleaned daily. You dont need a car unless you want to see sights. Once you've walked to the crossroads, the mini mart is 100m up the hill and very well stocked. The beach is 300m down the hill and beautiful. If hill walking in the heat isn't your thing, hire a car but honestly anyone fit and healthy can walk this! The restaurants locally are all fabulous, the one on the beach is outstanding. If you hire a car, the turtles and shopping in Argostolli is good and the lake and caves of Sami are great (if you're brave enough to drive over the mountain!). The location is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for complete relaxation!

Kaktos Villa is amazing! It has the most beautiful terrace with a private pool and amazing view. The house is very spacious, every detail is carefully decided and prepared for guests. We stayed with our 3 year old and used her cot bed in the bedroom. We were all super comfortable as the rooms are big and very well designed. The hosts are very kind, they kept checking in to ask if we need anything. They shared local recommendations and provided an easy check in and out experience. We will definitely come back, totally recommended!

We loved everything about this Villa, Location to Fiscardo is great!, The Villa is modern, very clean, it had everything we needed as a family. We have stayed in and around Fiscardo for the last 6 years in various villas, however this was by far the best yet. We highly recommend, the host was great, just what we needed for a relaxing stay in a beautiful place.

My partner and I, and another couple were staying in the villa and it was plenty big enough for all of us. The host was flexible on check in and check out times, which was really great! A 15 minute walk away to a street with a few high quality restaurants, my recommendation is Veramente - extremely good food (the moussaka croquet is a must!), great staff and if you book ahead you can get a seat with a lovely view of the sea and sunset.

Beautiful villa in an amazing location. Quietly located away from the road giving privacy and tranquility overlooking mountains to the front and the sea to the rear. Superb pool with stunning views. The villa was immaculately clean and well equipped. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and main living room made it very comfortable. Beach and tavernas within walking distance as was a lovely bakery although a car is essential to enjoy exploring this beautiful island. Perfect villa in a perfect location.

It had fabulous views, a great pool and was in a really quiet area (except for the cockerel! Haha) Better than a home from home experience. We loved being so near Maganos and went to Alia’s Yard restaurant 3 times! Amazing food and lovely service at reasonable prices. We were also very near the wonderful Foki Beach and only 12 minutes from Fiskardo Harbour. We loved using the electric juicer and hand blender to make fresh juice and cocktails and the coffee machines were a lovely touch too. Kristina always answered our questions very quickly and had great recommendations. Regina’s boat hire was a wonderful suggestion as we had a fantastic day on our own little boat. I will definitely be recommending Villa Levanda to friends and family.

The villa was very clean, well equipped with a stunning view. We felt very welcomed on arrival. The welcoming package was big and of high quality - water, a bottle of wine, coffee, varieties of fruits, a bottle of organic olive oil, juice, cookies, and some more. The rooms are really spacious. On the third day, we had all the villa cleaned, linens changed, and fresh towels. The pool was cleaned daily, and it was very clean. Great and quiet location, easy and fast communication with Kristina.

Excellent villa. For our family, it was a special villa with all the trimmings; clean, spacious, and modern. Also an excellent swimming pool with a sea view! The location was perfect as it is so close to the beach and restaurants. This was our 5th holiday with this agency and as always the service and standard of accommodation were excellent. Thank you for organizing a perfect holiday for us.

We had a wonderful stay! The villa was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool and garden were perfect for relaxing, and the location made it easy to explore the island. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a peaceful family vacation – we’d love to come back!

The host was absolutely lovely and welcoming arriving before our check in time, made their own marmalade and had lots of lovely decorations around the villas. The pool was a good depth with a shallow section for kids looking out towards the sea. Simply a beautiful place to stay.

It has been our third time in Kefalonia and Fiora Villas. Angie who runs the place and all Fiora Villas staff are great and helpful. The villa itself is spacious, well equipped and simply beautiful - decorated and arranged with extreme care for details. The surroundings are amazing - every morning we took a coffee at the terrace while looking at the sea. The area is very calm, it's a perfect place to relax and escape from daily routine. We also had the opportunity to try some homemade food including local dishes, jam, dried tomatoes - all simply delicious. Thank you for the amazing stay we had - we are already planning our next trip to Kefalonia :) see you then!

The pool and pool area are well maintained with plenty of shade - the sun loungers are very comfortable too. Any problems were immediately dealt with by the manageress Ourania - who speaks perfect English.

It was perfect in every way. Spotless clean, modern, a little palace. Cleaned regularly throughout and fresh towels every time. The pool and patio area is very clean and well kept and we made the most of it and the BBQ. The thoughtful touches meant so much, after a flight delay and very later arrival, the fridge of cold drinks and bottled water was an absolute blessing. Perfectly situated for our needs. Not to far away from everything Skala has to offer, but with the added bonus of peace and tranquility with the most breathtaking views from every angle. We had a hire car but often walked (20-30mins) to the nearby restaurants, bakery and beaches. Skala is a 10-15 minute drive and taxis are available which we used once. The drive up to the villas from the road is steep, but once you get the hang of the gate and drive, it’s not an issue at all.

The facilities and view were excellent, heated swimming pool, well maintained, fridge filled with some drinks, late check out was not a problem. Good that there were fly protectors on all doors, multiple bathrooms. Good communication and instruction from the owner.

So comfortable and had everything we needed. Had our privacy was nice and quiet and super close to everything Loved the pool to come home to after the beach

Costas was very friendly and helpful, the villa was cleaned twice a week, towels bins bedsheets etc., it was perfect for my wife, her mother and I. Both bedrooms were a good size, each with a largish balcony with the twin room overlooking the front of the property onto the garden with orange trees, of which I ate a couple, delicious, the double room overlooking the pool area, the upstairs bathroom was large enough too with a shower attachment in the bath behind a curtain, air con/heating system worked fine, a large open lounge diner kitchen with a dining table big enough for 6 and a smart TV, coffee table and 2 two seater leatherette sofa's and we had easily enough room to charge the hired motobility scooter in the lounge and a handy downstairs toilet with washbasin. A decent sized small pool, not heated, deeper than stated, but not much, check before letting small children in and be careful as the tiled area of the the pool is obviously slippery when wet. It is a slow 10 minute walk, or 5 minutes if you're fit, to the centre of skala and if you go to Paspalis taverna (part of paspalis villas)you get 10 percent off their delicious food, We enjoyed our stay at the villa very much. What a lovely week we have spent here. 5 minutes walk from the main town but in a beautiful private place. For three of us there was plenty of space and it felt like a home from home. Costas was on hand if needed but everything went smoothly. The villa is simply decorated and cosy and the pool area is private and relaxing. The kitchen has most things you will need and also handy for eating outdoors. Also several different balconies to enjoy the lovely views of the mountains. WiFi was better downstairs; aircon was fab; shutters on windows for an extra peaceful nights sleep. Pool guy came twice in a week to clean the pool and cleaner came halfway through. Skala is a wonderful place to visit with plenty of lovely restaurants. A gorgeous relaxing start to our holidays. Thank you.

A lovely villa in a great location. Only a 10 minute walk from Skala. We absolutely loved the space in the villa and of course the pool. In fact we spent 2 days of holiday just enjoying the villa and the pool. The pool towels were also a bonus. Having the beach and town only a short walk away meant we never bothered with a hire car. Costas was a great host and welcomed us on our first day with lots of useful local information. A midweek clean was also appreciated. Would love to stay again.

Lovely Villa just on the outskirts of Skala, very peaceful with lovely gardens displaying grapes, citrus fruits and plums. There’s a very nice pool which is cleaned very regularly, not too deep if you have small children. The pool area itself has plenty of sun or shade, whichever is your preference on the hot summer days with sun loungers and table for relaxing. Costas, the host sourced and helped us out with anything needed. You won’t have any issues with your stay. Aircon units are situated in living/dining area and both bedrooms and are all fully functional to keep you cool. The owners also own a taverna right on the beach, the food is fantastic and both times we went Costas very kindly booked our table and we were always made to feel very welcome.

This villa was perfect for us. It was clean, bright, spacious and well equipped. The outside area was larger than expected and was great. We loved the small terrace area where we had our meals. The owners were very friendly and were always around if needed. We loved it and were very sad to leave. Will definitely be returning.

The point we love most was BBQ terrace and the view from there. The sun set was breathtaking . We enjoyed BBQ every night, but that would be nicer if there was more equipment for BBQ(such as Tongs for food and charcoal) I would strongly recommend this villa for everyone. Thanks to this villas and Marianna, we had a really good time in Kefalonia.

Location is superb: right beside beach, close to airport and easy drive to rest of the island; fantastic views; villas are all well equipped (including kitchens) and maintained; copious communal and private areas for lounging and dining; ideal swimming pool; excellent facilities; perfect for a group/family gathering.

The views can’t be beat. Separate buildings made our party of 11 feel that they have plenty of space. Very comfortable beds. Outdoor pool overlooking the ocean is spectacular. Outdoor dining and couches were fantastic. Lola the property manager is great. First class all around.

The location is like no other I have ever stayed at. Truly paradise on earth. The villa was really comfortable and cosy, it didn't feel like an overly minimal hotel room that suited our group really well. We really enjoyed cooking and hanging out together at the villa and the pool and sprawling outdoor spaces were perfect. Every room having its own bathroom and air conditioning was ideal. Lola the managing agent was the nicest and most thorough and attentive agent we have ever had as a group. She was really meticulous about showing me how everything worked at the villa and was always on call to help, even at 2am when the south side of the island experienced a power cut she was on the phone available to help with a situation we had with a burglar alarm going off.

Unique villa, incredible view, extremely spacious. The photos are absolutely real, the host is very kind. The place is really huge, there were 13 of us and we had plenty of space. The beach under the villa is very nice, sandy beach with a bar and sun loungers. I highly recommend

Well stocked kitchen. Pretty private around the pool area. Easy parking too directly on villa property. Location amazing with lovely choice of local restaurants (2 min walk) and a wonderful cafe, plus only 15 min walk down to the most amazing, very quiet, and very 'natural' beach surrounded by pine trees - no tacky tourist stuff. We didn't want to leave!

Great villa in a great location. There are two great beaches and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, including a mini supermarket and other facilities. Spectacular views of the beaches from the balcony and the mountain at all times. The pool man and cleaner came regularly to keep everything tidy and perfect.

Villa Vali was spacious, clean and comfortable for our family of 6 (including 3 teenage boys). The pool was large and well kept, with plenty of seating and a large undercover table set, perfect for al fresco dining! The kitchen was well equipped and clean and we used the outdoor BBQ to prepare meals too. Air con in all the rooms worked well. There are 3 indoor showers as well as an outdoor shower which is very helpful when everyone needs to rinse off sand from the beach. The cleaners came once during our stay and changed all the sheets and towels. Some helpful little touches really enhanced our stay such as the provision of a cool bag for transporting chilled food, hand soap by the sinks and a small supply of washing machine and dishwasher tablets were provided.

The villa was great with a lot of equipment perfect for our family trip. The air conditioning was powerful and the pool was perfect.

This is a great choice for a small group of say 3. the villa is spacious and spotless, the private pool is a great luxury and the main pool is also very spacious. The villas are well equipped and staff very accommodating. I also think this is a great way to explore the west of the island which isn't popular as the north east. There are great little beaches near by and of course XI beach. Good restaurants are a short drive away. I would say a car is needed.

My family and I had a dreamy 3 nights in a 3 bed grand Villa. We loved everything about the resort. The house was beautifully styled, super simple and incredibly calm. The girls loved our own little pool but we spent lots of time at the big pool alternating between the sea, the pool and lovely little bar for home made lemonade and home grown cucumber. The staff are lovely and there for everything you need. There is enough food choice at the bar to keep everyone happy but there are plenty of local tavernas and lovely beaches close. We were particularly taken with the amazing selection of home grown vegetables that we could help ourselves to. It was hard to Leave but we’ll be back!

Gorgeous setting. When you sit on the loungers by the sea, it feels like you're at the end of the earth. Wonderfully far from crowds, quiet, relaxing. Large resort pool that you mostly have to yourself. The villas are beautifully designed, modern and minimal. Extremely friendly and helpful young staff. Fresh zucchini and cucumbers from the garden were always available for snacking. One night, the hotel organized a delicious BBQ. Wonderful stay and hospitality! The only things we wished for were comfortable seating in the living room and screens on the windows and doors to keep out the many mosquitos, but otherwise wonderful and we'd still highly recommend!

Kyamata resort is amazing. So peaceful. Its a little on the remote side but this was perfect. Could walk to a restaurant probably about 1 mile. Eating in though is lovely. The Kyamata restaurant was simple but lovely too. Amazing experience. I would return and I don’t usually say this as the world is big.
