I have stayed at the Tranquility many times and it was up to it's usual very good standard and the swimming pool was fantastic. I visited her with my sister and we had a room each, both very comfortable.

I want you "travelers from all around the world" to know that Lorna, the owner of the place, is absolutely exceptional for the way she handled my special requests and particularly my pick-up/drop-off, my food & drinks requests. she is professional, courteous, friendly, attentive, and engaging. she is such an exemplary & gracious host. She makes you feel so welcome, we almost already feel at home and soon in paradise at the same time. Her knowledge of Kingston and her remarkable solving request efficiency are rare indeed nowadays. She is a rich source of balanced information that we usually rarely glean while staying in a classic hotel. I just thought you should all know that this is a real asset to her business. Anyone who treats customers with so much kindness and attention is a rare jewel, and truly gives you an edge over her competition. Lorna Nelson (and Bill Samuels !) are definitely part of the reason we will (without a shadow of doubt) looking forward to stay with them again in the future. Tranquility is a hidden gem in the foothills above Kingston. I stayed just one night to be relatively close to airport. (Tranquility is 1/2 hour from airport. Normally, I am more than two hours away.) The hostess, Lorna, is delightful. She is welcoming but respectful of your privacy. She offered a complementary beverage and snack shortly after arrival. I watched the sunset over Kingston. I enjoyed scenery from my personal balcony. She made sure I had a cup of coffee in the morning before heading to the airport! I will definitely stay at Tranquility again.

We stayed in Jamaica for 10 days and Tranquility Estate was one of 4 accommodations, but by far most the best one. Our Suite was spacious and had a great aura, from the balcony we had an astonishing view on the Blue Mountains and Kingston. The quality of breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruits from the Garden and local markets. Our host Lorna is so lovely and made that we felt like at home and in paradise at the same time. We can't describe in words, how good we felt at Tranquility Estate.

Fabulous host in a fantastic location. A large country house overlooking Kingston from the aptly Ned Skyline ridge. Lorna is a superb cook serving the highest quality Jamaican dishes with exotic fruits and, of course, the world's best coffee from just up the Blue Mountains. She is also a rich source of balanced information that you will rarely glean while staying in a hotel or Air B&B . You will need a car and be a competent, confident driver to get up the steep hills but it is genuinely worth it.

I’m not one to write reviews but I’m definitely one to read them so I’m working on providing more reviews, especially when I have great things to say about a place I have visited. Casa Victoria is a beautiful property in Caymanas Estates in Kingston Jamaica. I was worried about the safety of the area but once I arrived at the property I realized it is a gated community and you must be a visitor or a resident to get past the gates. Be sure to let the local manager know of your arrival time and you will be met at the gate to enter the apartment you booked. Check in was easy. You must have the cleaning fee and destination fee (whatever that is) ready to be paid in US currency as well as a refundable deposit upon check in (make sure you ask how much bc although I knew I had to pay a deposit, I never knew how much). There are AC units in the bedrooms and fans in every room. We visited the pool. I suggest that the Casa Victoria invest in some lounge chairs. My husband went with the kids to the pool but did not want to get in and there were no chairs to lounge in while the kids enjoyed the pool. The property is very clean and quiet. There is not much to do around the area but if you have access to a vehicle you can drive to some nearby areas to get groceries or any other items that you may need. The customer service is outstanding. I have been in close communication with a man named Kevin who took very good care us. When there was an oversight he provided us with an upgrade! Nice.

I checked into Casa Victor in March 2019 and was a bit dissapointed with the villa however Victoria and the other manager was very helpful in finding an agreeable space. Although it was very late (around 1 am) Victoria stayed until we were situated. I woke up to the hill view which was very nice. It was very quiet and peaceful. This is definately place if you want some quietness. There is good security so you will be safe here. There is a family area with a ice, clean swimming pool for the adults and kiddie pool for the childred. There is a tennis and basketball court and a very nice gazebo and place for the family or and indivudl to sit and enjoy the breeze. There is also a park for the little ones to slides, swing and play. I would definitely come back as it was enjoyed myself. Thank you Victoria, you have made it a pleasant stay.

This villa is within easy reach of the only local beach in the urban area, The property also has access to pool and play area which our kids made use of. Not a bad way to see Jamaica for a expat who have been living abroad for 45 years. Jamaica will always be home and Casa Victoria will always be our second home.

We gave this a 5 star mainly because of Mr Anderson the manager. Pros: The villa is well kept, the community and surrounding is very secure, Wi-Fi was not an issue and in general the villa exceeded my expectation. Cons: The pool closes at about 7pm, shops are not in walking distance. Overall, we have a good three-day family getaway.

We had a comfortable and peaceful stay at Casa Victoria Golf Retreat...Accommodations were clean and neighborhood very quite. Miss Victoria was amazingly hospitable and accommodating, she made everything perfect and comfortable. Any issues were resolved quickly and to our liking. My family had a great time and my kids enjoyed the park and pool. We plan on staying there again.

Personnel was friendly and helpful. The shower head fell off and they were there in 20 minutes with a replacement. Turns out the old one just needed to be screwed back on. Good location, and fantastic property but better suited for a family taking a vacation v/s a business traveler.

The management team was awesome, the AC didn’t work in the main room on the first night but Ms Vicki made sure that I didn’t go a second night without it.

Really great place to stay, I sure will be booking next time . The staff is amazing.

Best part of staying at this location is that I could be in Hellshire in 25 minutes, Kingston (Half Way Tree) in 10 minutes and Ocho Rios in 45 minutes. Very central to all the things that mattered to us.

The property is very close to Bob Marley Beach. The view of the mountain and the ocean is breath-taking. Nice indoor pool, clean rooms that were way better than some of the more pricey hotels. We were treated very well by our hosts. We were served delicious dinner and breakfast. Only about 15 minutes drive from airport. This place is a hidden gem.

Very respectful staff, comfortable and clean environment. I really loved the view from the pool side ☺️ very convenient dining, Beach, cane river falls, authentic jerk chicken and pork 😋 I would definitely stay there again. Oh yea the airport is approximately 15mins away can't beat that !

The view is absolutely amazing! On the north side of the building you have the view of the mountains and to the south is the view of the ocean. This property is in the middle of a residential neighborhood however the dining room and pool are on the 3rd floor and the full 360-degree 4th floor balcony makes you feel as if you are in a different world. If you want to feel the local flavor without the resort feel, then this is your spot. As a Jamaican born visitor, the manager and staff made every effort to ensure that we enjoyed as much local cuisine as possible. The Manager brought mangoes from his home for us on a daily basis and the Housekeeper/Chef/Girl Friday came as our escort on our trip to the beach. I would have given a full 5 stars except for the noise from the passing traffic a quarter mile away and the locals out for the evening on the weekend. The property is still a work in progress but the staff and the view make it worthwhile. I will definitely return.

I was sceptical about booking because of the rating, however after taking the chance and I was pleasantly surprised! The location is excellent not far from the town, and amenities. The compound was immaculate and so was the guest house and room. The pool was clean and the area just breathtaking! I will definitely stay here again! The staff is also very polite and helpful. There is AC which you can control, a very clean personal bathroom lots of closet space. A tv with cable and big windows. Remote operated gates for safety and a guard at the gatehouse. The area was quite peaceful and serene! Loved it!!

My stay at paradise place was one of my best vacations on the island thus far from the staff to the environment my room was exceptional fairly new complex in a great location. I dont understand the reviews i see about place not been an hotel i think people need to open their eyes and read they never advertised as a hotel they advertised as renting guest rooms you also have access to use a full kitchen to prepare your meals this place is lovely if you want a hotel book pegasus,knutsford or any of the other hotels but this place if you want comfort ,quietness and to be able to cook your meals then look no further.

This is a guesthouse i read the details before i book so i knew what i was booking it is not a hotel so if you are looking to stay at a hotel try marriot,spanish court etc because people dont understand that a bookingsite advertise different properties. My stay here was lovely samantha is a wonderful host she ensure i was well taken care of and had all the neccessary info to enjoy my trip.The room was clean and modern and bed comfortable continental breakfast was fullfilling i would stay here again for sure.

When I saw the apartment from the outside it was nice then when I saw the inside it was just as nice! Staff was kind. The only downfall was the bed it was very uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the apartment was great though.

Great experience. Kevin and Safia was the best host. Very nice, clean and to date with everything. Close to everything including shopping. This hotel was superb, great locations. Excellent service and wonderful staff, who were friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was actually great and good value for money, even for kids. The spread has enough even for those of us who are vegan. Even though the pool was small it was perfect, with towels on hand and some cosy sunbeds. I was able to take some meetings by the pool and also some inside where there was a designated working area. For a hotel this size, the gym was actually really good. Nice size and well equipped.

I usually stay at the S Hotel on most trips to Kingston, but gave the AC hotel a try for an overnight stay. The AC is larger, and facilities seemed more modern. It’s also more expensive. I arrived on a Friday and the lobby and the bar/ restaurant/pool area were crowded. Tourists, locals, kids. Live and loud music was playing that I could also hear from my first floor room. I am older, so I didn’t particularly care for so much activity and noise downstairs. Staff were all wonderful and attentive. Food was average and dining area was open and connected to the lobby. Breakfast was not included. I’d say I prefer the S Hotel. Free breakfast, closed in dining options, nice secluded pool area, nightly entertainment by the roof, etc. more suited for business and older adults.

This was my first time visiting Kingston, and since it was for a very short stay I had to find a comfortable place and a brand that I could trust. AC was the best choice. Just to point a few highlights the staff at the front desk were very friendly since my arrival, happy to exchange some cash to pay for my taxi from the airport. Crisan helpt me with my registration, even though the room was not ready because I arrived around 10am. she offered to store my bags and mentioned that I could still make it for breakfast if I wanted to. I decided to go get a coffee at the Starbucks next to the lobby, perfect please to check some emails while waiting for the room. Crisan later looked after me to let me know that my room was ready, she also assisted with coordinating a taxi service for my early morning meeting the next day. Afte that she offered a higher floor "european style" room, which I found very convenient for my stay. I wished my stay was longer to enjoy the pool and bar facilities but all in all I think AC was an excellent choice in Kingston. The final morning they even accomodated a late check out for me. Definetely I am recomending this hotel for a stay in the city. Hope to be back one day!

This is a comfortable and relaxing space. When I go to Kingston, I look no further than this hotel. 20 mins from the airport but near all additional business place ( bank, water commission, jps, nation stadium) are within 5 to 10 mins of this location. The staff is quite amazing Andrew and Elianna are great in the morning. They provide information for daytime travel. Elizabeth provides a smooth check in process in the evenings. I really feel welcomed at this location. The rooms are clean and up-to-date. The pool is a great place to relax. There is a bar and restaurant onsite. Starbucks is on the property as well. Key access is needed for use of the elevator and guards at the front of the property to provide a safe environment. I will definitely return to this location over and over again.

This is a stylish property with friendly, knowledgeable staff. The food is excellent and the libations chill. I love the complimentary coffee machine that fueled me throughout the day. For Starbucks lovers there is a beautiful one off the lobby next to a BYD showroom. Another cool feature is that the AC lounge is a go to social spot in Kingston so you will be among style conscious locals for an extra nice vibe. Say hi to Wendy at the pool deck bar. Margaritas and rum sours are among her favorite cocktails to create for your pleasure. Cheers and enjoy your stay! Oh, and they have a nice gym that includes a TRX, loved that too!

WOW what an amazing experience staying here !! We stayed over the Xmas period as a treat to ourselves & I am so glad we did! The pool is gorgeous, super clean & heaps of super comfy gorgeous cabanas around the edge which are all included -no extra costs at this place! We literally hardly left the hotel as it was so nice. They also have a huge spa pool which is also gorgeous & clean! The staff are all SO FANTASTIC! Every single staff member was welcoming & helpful, going out of their way to ensure the stay was amazing. The food is yum ! The included breakfast was the best we had anywhere on our trip, they had a full Jamaican breakfast, plus bacon & eggs, omelettes & pancakes cooked to order, bagels, cold meats & cheese & even champagne! We had dinner at the hotel too and all of the food was tasty, huge portions! The room was lovely & super comfortable, very quiet & lux ! There is a huge supermarket & petrol station directly across from the hotel which was very convenient! Would recommend staying here to anyone & if we are ever back in Kingston it will be my only choice to stay. Thanks for making our Xmas overseas wonderful !

My second time staying here nothing has changed. Still amazing. We checked out early but our flight wasn't leaving till last evening. We were allowed to use the facility pools, restaurant ect. We were at the pool and it started raining, we didn't have anywhere to change so the manager (I think she is) let us use our room to have a shower and get changed for the airport. She was so nice, such a beautiful person. I'm definitely staying there again. Oh the food is tasty, real Jamaican food unlike other hotels.

Breakfast was very good with a wide choice. There was a also an A la carte choice but this was poorly advertised and not mentioned by the staff. Dinner was good with a varied selection. The bedroom was quiet and the bed comfortable. A good large swimming pool was available as well as a small gym. There is also a very nice outside cocktail bar with a narrow infinity pool which is elevated and overlooked the front of the hotel.

The Spanish Court Hotel is fantastic. Beautiful big, modern, and spotlessly clean rooms. The pool is amazing, the rooftop bar a perfect place to have your evening cocktail and the food in the restaurant is delicious. Very good check-in experience and almost all employees know the meaning of hospitality. In short, one of the best places to stay in Kingston. (Tip, The hotel is pretty close to The Bob Marley Museum. A MUST VISIT!!)

The rooms were so comfortable, everything you could need. The breakfasts were amazing and the pool and day beds were also just amazing! Staff were friendly and helpful at every stage. The entertainment on the friday eve by the soul band was a highlight for us all!

This was my 3rd visit to the hotel. I keep coming back because of the clean, well maintained location. The staff are amazing and always prepared to receive my questions. The room is always clean and spacious. The pool is great for my daughter. And on the odd time when the pool was closed early due to cleaning, the manager was promt to get us into its neighboring hotel to utilize their pool as a good will gesture. The bartender remembered us from our previous stay and made our days at the pool very easy going and kept us entertained. All in all, a good place to stay and we'd definitely come back again.

The staff was very welcoming and accomadating. Breakfast was excellent. The other foods were great too. My daughter loved the pool and the fact that there was a pool bar where she could get Pina coladas. Rooms were clean. The staff cleaned every day we were there. Felt safe. Didn't want to leave.

Location was good. Breakfast was ok, but could have had more choice, also when items were finished (even at 8am) they were not replaced as they had run out! Dining room quite small which meant I had to share a table on at least 2 occasions. Rooms were nice and large, but felt quite dated. Gym was good but small. Didn't use the pool or pool bar but spoke to others who enjoyed these. Hotel could do with a refurb at some point. However, staff were quite helpful and attentive. Parking available, although on a Friday and Saturday evening the carpark was full!

A true luxury hotel Where Old world charm and elegance meets neat sophistication The pool deck nice area was great place to sunbathe Beds and pillows very comfortable and balcony room spectacular -panorama of city lights at nights and daytime views soothing on eyes as far as south coast St Catherine to Kingston harbor. Mountain views was seen as a backdrop too. Check in was delivered with earnest efficiency and Front desk was very accommodating throughout my stay. Excellent staff ball men were very professional Breakfast was good selection of American- Jamaican dishes. A true Resort atmosphere in the heart of Kingston. You will not miss the beach here A Perfect oasis when you come for business in the Capital of Jamaica

The service, on entering, reception, pool and both bars staff. Good room, good shower, pool view, room service options although didn't use.. Fast USB charge and fridge in the room. Breakfast included, with a non meat options. On site cafe,, open 24/7; pool bar and bar lounge. Great ice cream. Life guard by the pool and towels for use by the pool.

Fabulous front desk staff, great pool, nice restaurant, nurse on staff, coffee shop with sandwiches and desserts Clean cute rooms Today I checked in. As one girl was checking in our group another came up to me and asked me if I was ok. I said did my friend say something to you, she said no but I didn’t look well. She was very concerned and told me they had a nurse on staff. After we checked in who knocked at my door, the nurse. The girl was so concerned she sent her up! I’m fine! But I really appreciate Tanecia and Shanae’s caring attitudes and astute observation! This hotel has nice rooms, is clean, the pool is great with chairs in the water! My favorite! There is a pool bar, a restaurant and coffee shop with desserts and sandwiches. Love it! The staff is what makes a hotel in my opinion I attached menus of pool bar!

Had a 3 week stay at the Pegasus and would definitely come back. We stayed on the 3rd floor, overlooking the pool and the rooms are great. Air con is ice cold, rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Breakfast was included in our stay but the buffet is quite expensive for lunch and dinner. We mainly ate from the bar menu or the 24hr cafe which has a good selection and the food is good quality. A special mention to Richard who works really hard in the restaurant, making sure you always have what you need, drinks, sauce or anything he can help you with. A really friendly guy too. The bar staff can be a bit slow at times but overall they work hard to get you served. The pool is basic but good and there are tennis courts at the back with racquets available for hire. The only negative is the music or party's which happen almost daily. It is so loud and if you want an early night it's hard to sleep through it as it vibrates the whole room.

Check in was easy and we were allowed an early check-in with no extra charge, the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and included some tasty local jamaican delights, the 24 hour cafe was also very convenient, there is a pool with pool side bar, we felt safe and the staff were very helpful

the staff was friendly and helpful. The jamaican breakfast buffet was exemplarary. The pool areas needs an upgrade and cleaning of leaves and other debri and guestb staying at the hotel were cleaning the pool by manually removing leaves

Had an amazing time, only problem was pool was not clean to use amd too much people walking pass the pool to go to the bathroom.so we sat for 5 minutes and left

Excellent choices for breakfast and especially delightful selection of fresh fruits. Location was central for walking to stores and shopping. Also walking distance to the delightful Devon House Great House tour, the craft shops, ice cream shop, bakery, and restaurants. Impressed with the Regency Club disco and live jazz entertainment. Beautiful pool area and casino. Also liked that the trees on the grounds were labeled with their botanical names. Nice touch! Watching the brightly colored beautiful variety of goldfish swim around and play in the fishponds with the water falling was intoxicating and really relaxing. I sat on the rocky ledge for an hour or more each day just to feel the tension float away by the babbling and whistling sound and clean fresh smell of the water. Much needed unadulterated peace and calm for mind and soul. Impressive that both ponds by the reception walk up and the Conference area were so well kept and adorned with the most beautiful orchids and palms. Really lovely and satisfying stay. Staff spoiled me too. I plan to return soon.

Great hotel, and great location. The room was well equipped, as we had the King Room. The room overlooked the well appointed Koi pond. We sometimes left the windows open to enjoy the sound of the water and the fresh air. The breakfast which was part of our reservation was also a plus. The check in process was pretty smooth, but do not expect to be able to get your room prior to 3:00pm. We had a rental car and enjoyed free parking. We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool area, beach towels were available at the front dest. The one drawback is that they could have cleaned the leaves out a but more regularly.

The SIGNATURE customer service and professionalism exhibited by the staff at the Terra Nova is extremely high and commendable. We plan to make this venue our GODSU UNIVERSITY's home away from home for conferences, conventions, business and leisure travel. The leadership of the newly appointed General Manager Mr. Miguel Arthurs is embedded in the elevated spirit and service we experienced from the hotel staff. We were extremely pleased with the amenities including the pool, jacuzzi, breakfast area, bedroom, gym, all the finishing touches this exclusive experience at the Grand Terra Nova Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica. We especially enjoyed the warm smiles and infectious hospitality. We shall return very soon!

I stayed at the S hotel (formally known as the Spanish court) twice during my trip to Jamaica. I have been here a few times over the years and this was my most memorable stay yet. Upon arrival the front desk staff were welcoming and very accommodating. Despite my room not being ready, they allowed me to store my luggage and use the facilities. All the front desk staff were a pleasure and especially Moya was kind attentive and had a great manner with myself and other guests. The rooms are nicely decorated, very clean and the bathrooms to a good standard. There are some signs of wear and tear however and they probably could do with a slight upgrade to bring them in line with other modern hotels in Kingston. Some of the rooms have better views than others but upon request staff were very kind and moved me to another room when I asked. The beds are super comfortable and the housekeeping was great! The gym is small but has enough equipment to get a decent workout in and was never crowded. Breakfast is a nice addition to the daily rate and included fruits, Jamaican breakfast, bagels and coffee/tea. The pool area is my favourite out of all the hotels in Kingston. The cabanas are lovely and the area is kept clean and to a high standard. The bar at the pool is great and services excellent food and drinks. The spa services were incredible.Anoushka was a fantastic therapist and I enjoyed her massage so much I booked her again on my return. Highly recommended! What a great stay!

The S Hotel in Kingston used to be called the Spanish Court Hotel, which is helpful to know for your driver! It is a lovely hotel off Trafalgar Road, so within walking distance to Devon House (for delicious patties, bakery items, and even sit-down restaurants). Across the street is a grocery store for fruit and snacks, etc. Our room rate included breakfast, which was wonderful! It saved us time (and money). It was buffet style with Jamaican fare, and also scrambled eggs/toast. Some mornings I ordered an omelet, which was also included. Inside our room we had a mini frig. Bottled water was included the first day, and then we used our Brita water bottles to purify the tap water as needed. We also had a small single serve K-cup coffee machine with Blue Mountain coffee--very nice. The bathroom had a garden style tub, amenities (shampoo/conditioner, bath gel, soap, and lotion), and was spacious. Our room was on the 3rd floor (top floor) and we had floor to ceiling windows with pull-down shades (for the morning sun/heat) as well as curtains. We slept well. Very quiet. The pool area is very nice and for guests only. There is also a hot tub (rectangle shaped, so very large). You can order food and drinks from the pool bar. On the bar is complimentary infused chilled water. Overall, a very nice first impression and stay at S Hotel in Kingston.

The family decided that this year’s trip would be to a hotel in Kingston and let’s say we did not regret. Check in was smooth and we got cold towels and a welcome drink. The breakfast was top tier, especially the porridge, makes you miss home. The pool area was relaxing and the bartender Akeem D was very attentive. We encountered Andre by the pool who would always make sure we had towels and were comfortable. The Sky Bar for dinner was good, servers were always polite, especially Kenesha and Mark. Our rooms were clean and perfect. Everyone we encountered was amazing. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return. Thank you to the team.

Even during a somber weekend trip to Jamaica for a funeral, the S Hotel was an absolute haven. From the moment my son and I stepped through the doors, we were met with a genuine and warm welcome that instantly made us feel at ease. Our room was a sanctuary of comfort and cleanliness, and the entire hotel radiated a modern, photo-ready ambiance that was truly stunning. We soaked up the sun and fun at the pool, and even enjoyed some of the games they had available. Of course, no review would be complete without a shoutout to the complimentary breakfast. It was a feast for the senses, overflowing with authentic Jamaican flavors. We indulged in delicious dishes like callaloo, sweet fried plantains with brown stew fish, and crispy fried dumplings. While there were continental options available, the local fare was simply irresistible. Enjoying our breakfast on the patio with a cool breeze was the perfect way to start our days. The S Hotel Kingston didn't just meet our expectations, it exceeded them. I wholeheartedly recommend it for your next trip to Jamaica.

I spent the Independence Holiday week at the S Kingston and it was worth every penny, my family and I had the best time. The kids spent every day in the Cabana pool that is so beautiful. Even thou it was very summer hot they had the flavoured water prepared and ready for us every day. The bartender are very friendly and always willing to help. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety and we really enjoyed the Jamaica options especially the different porridge since we haven't had some of those in years. I was most excited to see mango, avocado and roast breadfruit we all devoured our plates. We had dinner about two nights and I must say it was very tasty, the oxtails could enter a competition it was that good. Service was world class everyone was courteous and friendly we got a smile everywhere we went. This is a good Jamaican product. Keep up the good work S and see you soon.

Central location. Hot water. Quick check in and check out. No hassle from security. Modern AC unit plus ceiling fan. Restaurant on site. Pool was closed but was offered to use the pool of the hotel next door although we didn’t need to use the pool

Good location, lovely green setting with access to gym, tennis etc. pool was closed but we could have used the pool in the hotel opposite. Good food and helpful staff

This was our 2nd stay at the Liguanea Club in 18 months. We were greeted by the same reception staff we encountered at our previous stay. It definitely felt like a private members sports club (which it is) - a relaxing, tranquil grand 2-storey caribbean property that is contemporary in style and yet manages to retain much of its colonial era architecture ie the dark wood staircases and floorboards throughout, as well as the muted yet jot bland colour palette used in the common areas. All of the greenery - trees, plants and flower bushes dotted in and around the property was also fabulous. Right in the heart of New Kingston and yet there was no traffic noise to be heard! The only thing that we were disappointed about was that the swimming pool was out of commission, as it was on our previous visit in 2023. Hopefully, it will reopen in time for our return trip in 2026 :)

A beautiful heritage property with amazing sports facilities - and arguably the best pool in Kingston - it’s super long and deep. I was in a Superior Room which was massive but basic compared to a hotel with just a fridge and kettle. But with a proper desk to work from. The location is perfect, one of my fave parts of Kingston. My colleagues who were staying at Marriott Courtyard were rather jealous! There’s a restaurant and bar on site. All the staff, members, guests and visitors were warm and friendly. It was also used in the James Bond film Dr No.

If you are looking for a very nice and safe hotel in Downtown Kingston Jamaica then this is the best spot for you. This hotel has Palate which one of the best restaurants in Jamaica located inside the hotel. Is you want something else to eat there are plenty of food options located right outside. Gloria’s Seafood, Ribbiz Ocean and Devon House Ice Cream are right across the street with several over cafes that sell many different types of food. My go to spots are just a block away which are Jucci Patties and my Jamaican go to KFC for that world famous BBQ Fried Chicken. Security guards are always around and this area has become a very safe place for tourist. There are vagrants outside always looking for a handout but be careful not to start giving handout because if one sees you they will all come asking. The staff members are amazing and I would like to recognize the following Hilton employees: - Martina dessert shop (Superstar) - Rochelle front desk - Sean front desk - Cristal and Nicholas bar - Akeem bellman - Jalani engineer (responds fast to fix room issues) - Michelle pool deck supervisor always doing a great job keeping the pool area in order.

I visit this hotel for one night, it was good staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, even though I didn't use the pool, the pool looks clean.

A nice Hilton Hotel in Downtown Kingston close to the airport. Check in was smooth although they were giving me a little stress about my 3rd baby (child) occupying the room! It was a 4 persons max occupancy. Aside from that the staff were excellent and very accommodating. Sasha the waitress at the Pool Restaurant/ Bar was exceptionally polite and very helpful. The executive chef “Volae” was wonderful, the food was excellent. The pool is lovely and there are enough beds and towels.

We stayed here for 1 night and it is a lovely hotel in Kingston over looking the water. The hotel reception staff are very helpful and friendly and the room we had was very nice. Kitchen and lounge with separate bedroom and bathroom - all very modern and clean. We had a balcony that over looked the water and Main Street, very nice. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for the waitress. We also had a drink at the bar by the pool on the roof and it again was very nice. We would definitely go back ❤️

The property was awesome to meet family and friends. The pool area was great. The room was great. However. Constantly requesting cups for tea was a bit annoying. Your staff was pleasant smiled and was courteous. The food was great. I look forward to booking another trip soon. There were folks begging for money and bottles of water around the property. I know it not you all faults. I see there are businesses in the area.

Also, Betheena, of the housekeeping team. 2. Security. I felt completly safe during my stay. 3. Full Jamaican breakfast. 4. Swimming pool. 5. Palm trees and plants in the courtyard. 6. Altamont Court Hotel, New Kingston, is a Jamaican owned family business.

The breakfast was lovely & the staff were really nice. Safe gated hotel which is manned 24/7. Would definitely recommend to others. This hotel also has a swimming pool which was so nice.

I went there for my spouse birthday. We stayed in the double room, which was nice. The food was great. Want to big up the staff, their customer service was wonderful. Special thanks to Tiara and company from the restaurant who helped to make my spouse's day an extra special by decorating a little area by the pool side for dinner and served us well.p

The accomodations were good. Exactly what you would expect from a courtyard by marriot, but nothing more. The room was clean and confortable. The staff very friendly and accomodating. Specially Rochelle. That said. The breakfast buffet was lacking in variety and sometimes even serving cold food. The pool bar was closed all of our stay and the pool itself was booked and off limits to guests due to a "private event" for two days, communicated by a paper under our door on the same Day of the event. Good for business travellers, not for vacations. Kingston has NOTHING to see or do, but thats not the hotel fault. We would give it a 3.5 but the staff was VERY friendly so we raise it to 4

Great location, fantastic local sights, good dining options. My family and I enjoyed a very pleasant stay here the facilities were great for us, the children enjoyed the pool and the gym facilities were of a good standard. The staff were extremely helpful and we felt that Roxanne, Michelle, Kadine and Winston are valuable members of the team that went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and we look forward to returning.

Very good experience overall, the staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. Hotel had very good amenities, we used the pool and gym during our stay. The food is also good and they have a wide variety of options. The hotel overall was very helpful in making our stay comfortable.

This place has amazing service and the venues are modern and super fresh. Been coming here many times during my time in Kingston to have the day-pass for the pool, and I’ve never been disappointed. The staff is just great, as well as the food! Really recommend this place

The hotel was clean. I liked the pool side bar and the lobby. The restaurant food was great. The service from all the staff was excellent. Overall very excellent hotel. There's nothing I disliked.
