Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in Kos

Stunning, simple, natural design of the property and the accommodations. The layout is wonderful for a private feel. We booked a Private villa style “casa” with a private pool. The resort is built perfectly into the natural landscape of the land with a gorgeous private beach.

Incredible service - staff went above and beyond to make it a special stay for us. The whole place has a lovely relaxing atmosphere, beautiful beach - you can order from your sunbed, towels provided, beach bags in your room. It feels like every detail has been thought about to make your stay as perfect as possible. Lovely food. Loved it. The staff upgraded us from a swim up shared, to a private pool suite and it was absolutely gorgeous. The whole stay was such a treat from the moment we arrived.

The resort as a whole is lovely and well designed. Even though it was nearly fully booked it never felt crowded. The beach is beautiful and very well maintained as are the small pools attached to the rooms. We had a swim-up with a pool shared with 2 other rooms, and the design is clever enough that it still feels private. The breakfast buffet was abundant and dinner was decent (we ate a la carte). Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely come again.

Absolutely stunning hotel. From the time we got to the hotel it was just pure relaxation. The swim up suite was superb in every way. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly and made the experience even better. The activities that the hotel had arranged through the week were also very good (outdoor cinema, stargazing, wine tasting) and we thoroughly enjoyed each one. And just as an added bonus, the beach at the hotel is also perfect where we ended up spending most of our days at the hotel :) . Highly recommend!

Wir waren für den Geburtstag meiner Freundin für 4 Nächte dort. Wir beide fanden das Hotel traumhaft schön! Das Floating Breakfast habe ich für das Geburtstags-Frühstück gebucht. Kann ich jedem für einen besonderen Moment empfehlen. Unsere Swim Up Suite war sehr modern und luxuriös mit einem eigenen Poolzugang und sehr bequemen Liegen. Der Pool generell ist sehr groß und sauber. Es gibt viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten um den Pool herum. Das Personal war auch sehr nett. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Das D'Andrea Lagoon ist eine tolle, (noch) kleine Hotelanlage mit sehr zuvorkommendem und herzlichem Personal. Die Swim-up Suiten sind ein Traum und lohnen sich in jedem Fall. Das Hotel befindet sich an ruhiger Lage und ist ideal zum Relaxen. Es hat genügend liegen am Pool und am Strand und das Ambiente ist einfach wundervoll.

Our stay at the resort was very relaxing. The swim up room was wonderful and we were able to un-wind during our stay. It was a shame, for an adults only reaort that there was no Spa. I found it rather disingenuous, to offer “Spa Indulgence” on their website without a Spa on site. Although they did offer Spa access at an other hotel, requiring the additional cost of a taxi ride away.

Alles in allem ist das Hotel wirklich vom Design her ein Highlight. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Swim-up, wo man direkt von der Terrasse aus in den Pool konnte. Leider hat mich das Essen für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht so begeistert. Wir hatten nur das Frühstück gebucht, weil uns 45€ mehr für das Abendessen einfach zu teuer waren, zumal wir gehört haben, dass es keine Abwechslung beim abendlichen Buffet gegeben hat. Das Mittagessen, welches mal à la Carte bestellen konnte, hat mich leider auch nicht überzeugt. Die Portionen waren für die Preise recht groß, so konnte ich mir mit meinem Freund die Gerichte immer teilen. Aber man kann, zumindest, wenn man die Möglichkeit hat auch in der Stadt Essen gehen oder im nächsten Ort bei Marmari. Hier ist die Auswahl aber auch eher beschränkt und alles leider sehr touristisch. Ebenso ist es schade, dass weit und breit um das Hotel herum eigentlich nichts ist. Ohne Auto oder Taxi ist man so gut wie aufgeschmissen. Der Strand war ca. 5min vom Hotel entfernt und es war sehr ruhig, da es ein Privatstrand war. Ehrlich gesagt hat Kos sehr wenige schöne Strände, aber der Strand vom Hotel war dafür sehr schön! Die Liegen waren kostenlos und Handtücher bekam man auch. Einziges Manko für mich war, dass es keine Toilette am Strand gab. Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel, wenn man gerne seine Ruhe haben möchte und einfach "Entspannen" möchte, für diejenigen die mehr Action brauchen, ist Kos generell nicht so super geeignet.

Eines der großartigsten Resorts in denen wir jemals gewesen sind. Ich würde jedem die Swim-Up-Rooms empfehlen. Es ist etwas teurer, aber es lohnt sich in jeder Hinsicht. Du wirst mit dem Golfcar zum Privatbeach gebracht und kannst dort super entspannen. Die Umgebungen ist nicht schön, da weit und breit nichts ist. Wir haben uns für 9 Tage einen Mietwagen gemietet, den ich jedem empfehlen würde. KOS ist generell sehr dreckig aber die Stadt Zia sowie die Altstadt ist wunderschön. Außerdem gibt es viele kleine abgelegene Strände die über Naturstraßen zu erreichen sind. Abschließend kann ich sagen - das Hotel ist eine 1

The room with the private pool (room 501) was a dream. Both the facilities and the cleanliness and tranquillity. The hotel staff was very competent, helpful and courteous. The breakfast was excellent and nothing was missing. The restaurant's offer was huge.

It was a great expericence for us. The room is wonderful, very clean and very elegant. We like the private pool and the main area is also perfect. The breakfast is very good. The foods are delicious. The staff is very helpful and kind. Next time, we certainly will stay again.

The staff are amazing! It is a small boutique hotel, so it is quiet and calm, and the staff took extremely good care of us. They take the extra mile to make the stay special and I cannot say enough how great they are. Really enjoyed the stay there and I already want to go back again. Also loved the pool and the cocktails! Plus, the shop inside the hotel carries a great selection of Greek brands. Oh and the spa downstairs, don't miss out on that. They got a gym, sauna, hammam, a heated pool, relaxation area next to the pool, and great massages. Last thing, I love how I can view our expenses in the hotel & flights info on the gigantic TV in the room -> so easy to keep track of things.

It was nice to get a room upgrade, pool in a room and main pool were nice, beach as well.

- hotel directly at the beach (private beach) - you can order drinks to the pool and at the beach which is awesome - staff is REALLY friendly and helpful - especially Kristen (she was our favourite waitress - such a helpful and friendly soul) - really clean hotel - room was perfect - they clean your room twice a day - Spa is really relaxing - massages were good - Restaurant Cuvée is EXCELLENT - food and service are highly to recommend - There are plenty of sunbeds at the beach and at the hotel pool - enough for everyone - Close to the city center (but taxi situation is really bad - Kos Island is lacking taxis)

We stayed at the hotel 4 adults for 4 nights. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we realized that the level of service quality is the highest we have encountered. The entire hotel staff and the management led by Mr. Costa and Mrs. Paris made every effort to make our stay pleasant in the hotel and on the island of Kos in general. The breakfast is excellent, the restaurant in the hotel is of a very high standard - on the first evening the chef prepared a 6-course dinner that can easily compete with a Michelin restaurant. The rooms are very large and decorated in a modern design, a large TV, a huge bed and many treats. We were pleasantly surprised to receive every evening a handwritten note written by the management team in which they wish us a good night and a pleasant stay. The hotel pool is very large and clean, there are many sunbeds, clean towels and service from the hotel bar throughout the day. The reception staff ordered recommended restaurants for us every evening in the old town of Kos and hit our taste every time. The spa at the hotel is one of the best we have encountered and the price is absolutely fair. We will definitely return to the hotel for another stay. One and only issue for improvement: the beach adjacent to the hotel does not compare in level to the standards that the hotel adheres to.

Excellent resort. Very large and well kept. Mature gardens and plants throughout the resort. We were at the hotel at the time it was at full occupancy yet the pools and place does not feel overcrowded. Great staff and see. Take mosquito spray with you for the evenings! Only thing that lets the resort down is the lack of pool service and beach towel service at the pool, but otherwise great place. Could also do with some more vegetarian options for their buffets!

This is a beautiful resort! The gardens are immaculate as is the entire resort and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Considering it is such a huge place, staff remembered us and quickly accommodated our requirements, even remembering our favourite evening drinks. Staff in the main restaurant are lovely and the food is amazing. The buffet style dining provides a wide range of options of both hot and cold dishes, everything is fresh and plentiful. The little mini market has a wide range of products from cotton buds to cold beer, pencil sharpeners to pomegranates and the staff,again, are really friendly and helpful. There is a friendly calm family atmosphere around the resort with plenty to do if you are that way inclined but no pressure to be active if you prefer a lazy beach and pool day. Each pool offers a different atmosphere with aqua aerobics and water polo for anyone who wants to join in at some or a quiet dip for the serious sunbathers at others. Our room was clean and comfortable and set in a small block of eight appartment with views across the gardens and down to the sea. The resident little owl appeared daily and we had several sightings of a barn owl at night. The sports facilities are great. We hired bikes for the day and had a very enjoyable ride to Kos Town and back. Most of the road runs alongside the beach so you can always stop for a dip when it gets too hot - which it will! We would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, was perfect, peaceful and relaxing. It had multiple bars restraints and pools as-well as facilities such as quad bike rentals to visit local towns to break up the stay. Great rooms very spacious and modern however the mosquitoes do get in the room and bite however that’s not the hotels fault. Pool bars could offer more cocktails on the menu however when asked they do make to your choice which was very pleased with. I would agree with the 5 stars it’s rated would recommend and return, expensive but is the same price as other restaurants/ bars in Greece so wouldn’t let that detour you. Has everything you need 10/10

Great Hotel. Can spend your days at different pools or by the beach. Nice shallow baby pools. Recently refurbished rooms with LED strip lighting. Very clean throughout the hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff is incredible and always friendly. I would like to thank Aynur and Kristina for their helps and their best wishes for us during our stay. The hotel upgraded our room with the room having private pool, which is so kind. I also love breakfast, which has a variety of choices.

Room was quite big and has a private pool shared by 3 executive rooms. Breakfast was also good enough . Receptionist Aynur Hanım was really friendly and helpful.

First time as a family we went to greece and stayed at Peridis Family Resort and i must say what an excellent stay we had, the staff was really helpful and pleasent always ready to help, always smiled, enjoyed our stay and the resort is very clean we had Executive room as a family and its big with Private pool as a luxury. We will be looking again to use the same resort in future for sure.

Peridis Family Resort er et skønt hotel. Det henvender sig primært til børnefamilier, men også til rejsende uden børn. Der er blandt andet et område kun for voksne med egen pool. Forskellige pools og træer og planter gør det enormt hyggeligt, og restauranten ligger i umiddelbar nærhed af næsten det hele, hvilket gør det hyggeligt at sidde der og nyde en frokost eller lignende. Der er altid adskillige ledige liggestole, som i øvrigt er af høj kvalitet og meget komfortable. Der er også diverse faciliteter såsom beach volley, tennis, minigolf, pool, bordfodbold, airhockey og dart, og til de små er der en stor legeplads - som dog burde være tildækket, da der kan blive enormt varmt - og to indendørs legerum. Personalet på hele hotellet er meget venlige og imødekommende, og der er nærmest ikke det, der ikke kan lade sig gøre. Beliggenheden er ideel - kun få hundrede meter fra vandet (stenstrand/promenade), og der er omkring 1 km ind til Kos By, som man let når til fods. Vi havde jacuzzi på terrassen, og det kan virkelig anbefales.

The staff were great from reception to housekeeping, Yanis the pool attendant was excellent and made Olivias time in the pool fantastic. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The food was great. The clientele were good, no noise, and the kids facilities were great especially the mini club and the soft play, all in a compact area so they are never far and basically, mostly, in eyeball range which is comforting. All in all, a very relaxed atmosphere where the staff were experienced and professional and will go the extra mile. Facilities were great. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you hotel Paridis! We will see you again ...

The experience at the hotel was wonderful. We had a private pool for ourselves not to mention the beautiful views which surrounds the hotel and pool. The staff made us feel like old friends and talked and laughed with us. They made my wife's birthday truly special.

Amazing value for what is a bonafide 5-star hotel. Staff are wonderful, the pool and facilities, including the spa, are absolutely superb and our room was spotless, a great size with a private pool (free upgrade)! Top tip: if you rent a bike the trip into Kos town is only 10 minutes.

The Lango has a beautiful view of the beach at the front of the property,across the road. They have sun beds to relax and have a button to press to call for assistance like ordering food or drinks. They have a beautiful pool at the centre of their property with rooms around. So you’ll either end up with a pool view or a beach view room. We got the private pool room which allowed us to have a flooring breakfast and private swim time.

Excellent all inclusive hotel. Stayed here during peak time in a room with a private pool. Room was spacious, clean and had everything you needed with added extras (bathrobes, slippers and toiletries). Room was cleaned daily and we were lucky enough to have our mini bar topped up daily. Food was excellent in the main restaurant and Italian, Chinese. Waiter staff worked hard as at times the restaurant was very busy. Animation team enthusiasm and motivation was tireless and they encouraged and interacted with all the guests everyday. Evening entertainment was your usual hotel shows however my kids enjoyed them thouroughly. Location of the hotel is quite remote so hiring a bike or a car is a good idea. The beach is pebbly so bring water shoes and the sea is very choppy and gets deep quickly. Views of the sunset are a amazing. The hotel grounds are stunning and are looked after daily. Pools are salt water and can sting if not wearing googles. But we had our private pool room so this did not bother us. Would we recommend this hotel : yes Would we come back : yes

Overall I have to say the Mitsis Rameira is a fantastic hotel. There is a great variety of food available 24/7, from hot sandwiches at the kids pool bar, to bar snacks at the main pool and hot kebabs at the beach bar. Almost everything is self service except for the food at the two restaurants (the Chinese and Italian), and there is a good variety. I found a lot of the food a touch too sweet, even the bread had a cake taste to it, but other than that I couldn't complain. The staff were incredibly helpful, sourcing soya milk for me and making sure I had some every morning. I stayed in a room with a private pool which was wonderful. The minibar was free and restocked every 2 days. Room service is available for a 5 euro charge. Take cash with you as you will need it for the room safe and the deposit for the towels (if required, 20 euro each).

Excellent stay at Mitsis Ramira Beach the staff are what make this hotel they can’t do enough for you to make your stay so enjoyable. Food was fabulous so much choice in the main restaurant and also the a la carte restaurants were great. Drinks were amazing especially the Cocktails and even my Gordon’s Gin & Tonic, never had to wait long to be served as soon as the glasses were empty they asked if you would like another. The hotel is so clean our room was kept spotless our family rooms with Private Pool was superb special thanks to Aphrodite for the upgrade being a Gold Member this was very much appreciated. Special thanks also to Antonia our waitress at breakfast such a lovely girl so happy to serve you always with a smile she works so hard she is a credit to the hotel. Evening entertainment was best on the nights when The Jersey Tones and The Drifters were on great to see that Mitsis have Meds Entertainment back again they are brilliant and what you expect from a 5 star Hotel. Thank you Mitsis Ramira Beach for a great holiday and we will definitely return.

Just returned from a 14 night stay at the Ramira. Stayed for the first time last year and liked it so much we booked to return this year. Second visit did not disappoint. Stayed in a Deluxe Double room with seaview. View was fantastic. Room was cleaned every day by the wonderful Eleni Really comfy king size bed. Mini bar stocked every other day (beer, wine, water, coke fanta lemon , fanta orange, sprite and soda water - all included no extra charge). Ate at the italian al la carte which i really enjoyed. Mushroom Risotto was the best I’ve ever tasted. Didn’t try the Meat al la carte this time (I’m vegetarian so not much choice in there for me). The buffet restaurant has fantastic choice and is always varied (in my opinion). It has to cater to the different food tastes of numerous nationalities which can’t be easy. I never struggled to find anything I fancied and the desserts are just delicious! Evening entertainment is varied with the usual tribute acts (The Drifters, The Jersey Tones, The Supremes, Legends etc) , Greek Dancing on Sunday night and a DJ on Friday night. Pools are lovely and it was never crowded in the main pool. Never an issue getting a sunbed. Lovely comfy beds on the beach too. I found the Ramira to be a great value All inc hotel. It’s staff are what make it - they all work so hard and are so friendly. It has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere- not pretentious or posy.

We arrived at about 1.30am due to delays - tired and starving! We were greeted by such friendly staff even that time of the morning - offered fresh lemonade on arrival and were told that food was not a problem as the restaurant was open until 6am! Amazing! - we went in, sat down and had a lovely meal with waiter service! The staff at the hotel were exceptional, especially the animation team - I have to recognise Heidi and Nelly - Heidi because she got my 10 year old son involved in all the activities, he made so many friends and I hardly saw him the whole holiday! and Nelly just because she was absolutely hilarious - and great at organising all the sporting events. If you wanted to you could be entertained the whole day. The waiters were very efficient - great to get drinks bought to you when you're sun bathing around the pool! If I had to pick anything out as a criticism it would be the fact that the 2 main pools were salt water and that did get a bit annoying as it really stung your eyes - my boys got a bit fed up with that. Overall great stay though.

Fantastic hotel the facilities are excellent. Staff are very friendly and polite the food was very good. The only bad thing was the pools are very cols and salt water. We had a private pool which was fantastic. The waiter would come and ask off we wanted drinks when at the pool, such good service. This hotel is excellent

I’ve just returned from a week at Blue Domes. This is truly a beautiful hotel - the landscape, the views day and night are at times breathtaking. I stayed in a Garden View Bungalow close to one of the 10 salt water pools. I think the hotel have coped well with the COVID-19 crisis. There was plenty of staff in the buffet restaurant as they needed to serve you rather than helping yourself. I tended to eat my breakfast at Healthy Corner (really tasty Greek yogurt dishes and smoothies) - I absolutely loved the smaller restaurants dotted round the central Pool Bar - such a great choice to cater for all needs: Burger Inn (fresh tasty burgers, very nice salads - The Academy my favourite!), Ouzeri for Mezze, Sushi, Pitta and Pastry corner. We did have difficulty getting booked into the A La Carte restaurants - I only managed to try the Mexican but the food there was outstanding. As the hotel is sculpted into the mountain, the resort is hilly but mostly manageable for mobility impaired. There are lifts but some of the ramped sections are a long way round. The beach is stony and got very busy but we tended to stick to the pools where there were comfortable sunbeds. Loved the fact your beach towel was in your room and replaced daily. one suggestion would be that the pool near to Tilos rooms had a small cafe? Great hotel, definitely delux level. The suite was clean and spasious (perfect for our family of 5), decorated with attention to details. The food was excellent, great choise to fit everyone's taste from little kids to adults. The food court by the pool was excellent with crepes, icecreams and more snacks. There are 3 water slides in a near by hotel, only 5 minutes walk from this hotel. Evening entertainment was also at the decent level, including kids disco. The kids club also looks fine, but too crowded in August (over 30 kids for 3 adults), so our kids preffered not to attend their activities. The sea shore was clean and well equiped. The water was clean and the fish were amazing! The only down side for us was the salty water in the pool and LIMITED number of free sun beds by the pool. The guests put their towels on the sun beds early in the morning and never free them, even when not used. We got to an absurde situation, where 4 people were inside the pool, 10 people outside and all 30 sun beds are taken, so we did not even have 1 place to put our towels. This issue should be definitely resolved by the management. WiFi is not available in all areas Overall excellent family vacation

We are not normally writing reviews but I thought when I booked the hotel I did not get the info I wanted from previous reviews.If I would have known how good this place was I would have been here many years ago ! Its great. Hotel is clean and they are taking good precautions for covid 19 and cleaning furniture restaurant tables etc. constantly. Hotel staff are great always happy to help. Rooms were very clean and were kept clean throughout are stay.Beds comfortable and room size was average.We had the room with pool which was nice but as there are so many pools not a must.Free mini bar stocked up daily and if more needed on request. Food, this is extremely good.Normally don’t go for all inclusive but here they have it all. Four A la carte restaurants.Mexican ,Greek,Italian and Pan Asian.Just make sure you book a table,seems like the online table booking was always full but we got tables by asking guest relations. The main buffet has great food and changed menus daily,they did get large queues to get in but the queue does go down in 5 mins unless you want a table outside then this may take a little longer .Some slight queues for the food but nothing to worry about. There are 6 other smaller restaurants,Sushi,Pita,Burger,heathly,pastries and greek meze.All were great absolutely no complaints and we did give them a good go, tried most things on the menu throughout our stay. My wife and I arrived the Blue Domes in September for 3, couldn't fault the hotel or staff. The staff is amazing, all of them. Nothing was too much trouble for them, their politeness and willingness to help. On our first day we went to the beach, where we found to our surprise, we had waiter service, this also applied around the pool areas and during the evening entertainment, this was a first for us. There is a selection of watersports available. Layout of complex is clean, beautiful gardens areas. All the restaurants were excellent, from the poolside ones to the A la Carte, our favorite was the Tahi. We had no problems booking the restaurants. Clean beach/pool towels are provided every day and the mini bar is re-stocked every day, all at no extra charge. The safe in the room was also free. Managers were visible, friendly and approachable if needed. The hotel is a bit far from Kos city (about 40 minutes drive), but very close to the airport (15 minutes drive).

We loved our stay here! Had an iffy first night in the Apollon, the bathroom was dated and we struggled to get hot water.. we asked to upgrade using the Hotels.com offer, but the Apollon was not a participating hotel, but the receptionist showed us a new room that we chose not to accept. But we grew to love our room and the hotel, and didnt have anymore hot water issues.. The pool area is lovely, and looks beautiful when lit up in the evening, the hotel is spotless and beautifully maintained. The food is your expected all inclusive but caters well for all. Im a veggie. Due to covid, we did experience long lines in the restaurant as the wait staff were walking around with each individual dishing up.. this was obviously to stop hundreds of hands touching all of the utensils so we felt it was an acceptable precaution.. BUT the hotel changed its approach and began handing out disposable Gloves at the reataurant entrance.. after that there were no more queues. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Apollon and would definitely go back.

Really lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff available at all times. Not too far from the beach, although this was a little disappointing as not sandy. Very nice pool. Buffet style meals of good quality although fairly similar every day. We had a very relaxing trip.

Decent place, you get what you paid for. The place is about 20 minutes from the city center and 15 minutes from the beach (which I didn’t really like, there are much better beaches so do consider in front). I was really shocked to find out that I have to pay for a safe in internet in the room (per day per device!!). Again, it’s cheap and the additional cost is no substantial, however it was annoying (for me).

Restaurant, bar area and pool was amazing. Swim up rooms were superb. Staff very friendly. Clean daily towels.

We've been coming to Diamond Deluxe for many years now and find it hard to go anywhere else! The facilities, the pool, the service & staff is all first class!

This is a lovely hotel with access to a very convenient beach. The restaurant had a good range of foods, which were frequently replenished. Our room was spacious, with a large patio, comfortable and kept well cleaned. The hotel and restaurant staff were always helpful. We didn’t have a swim up pool but enjoyed the main pool. Since it was the end of the season, there were plenty of loungers and umbrellas. If you have problems with pool ladders, some of the swim up rooms have walk in pools. The entertainment was sometimes excellent but even at the end of the season, there was limited seating.

Myself and my daughter holidayed here for a week in October and the hotel was stunning. Modern, clean and well maintained. The staff were lovely, the food was great and the rooms were big and comfy. We were offered a free room upgrade and were taken to both rooms for us to decide. There was no pressure but we opted for the upgrade because it had a swim up pool. Would highly recommend a stay here.

The staff were incredible, especially Ovidu and Alfredo at front desk. Although it seems like there are a lot of pools, there really aren’t unless you have your own swim up. Drink services at the beach would have been nice. The food was good with a large variety. The rooms were really spacious and spotless.

Größtenteils sehr freundliches Personal - Mara (Rezeption) & Julia (Restaurant) waren außergewöhnlich freundlich & zuvorkommend. Es waren nicht alle Getränke inkludiert, was ich bei All-Inclusive eine Frechheit finde. Keine Getränke (außer Wasser) am Zimmer, die Badezimmer-Crene wurde nicht aufgefüllt und das Bettzeug bei einer Woche Aufenthalt nicht gewechselt. Alles in allem kein 5* Service, aber nicht schlecht - für ein Zimmer mit Private Pool habe ich mir etwas mehr erwartet, aber schlecht war es nicht.

Amazing hotel, such luxury! Junior suite was fantastic with access to semi private pool right outside the room. Main pool/bar/restaurant area is so chilled and beach a few minutes stroll. Will come here again for more relaxation in the sunshine ☀️

Case Cook is an amazing chilled retreat in Kos. We arrived and had a friendly welcome with a cold towel and welcome drink. We were given a tour of the property and taken to our villa. We were given a free upgrade to one of the 2 bedroom, 2 storey villas with private pool and beach view. Room decor was perfect. We took advantage of room service, as well as the bar and restaurant. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Cocktails were spot on and the food was fresh.

I went away on my own for the first time and couldn't have asked for more. The hotel is beautiful and chilled. Rooms have everything you could need - big, comfortable bed, choice of handheld or rainfall shower, gorgeous full-sized toiletries, big soft towels, Marshall Acton Bluetooth speaker. Large terrace (the suites with semi-private pool look lovely. Gym is small but has great equipment and yoga instructor who offered to put a programme together for me. Pool and beach are outstanding, with the most comfortable sunbeds ever. Food and drink menu faultless. The best part is the staff.... attentive and friendly, but never in your face. Eva, in particular, by the pool was just lovely. I would go back in a heartbeat 💗💗

We had a fantastic stay. The whole place has been designed with a lot of thought, and the materials and finishes mean you are always comfortable, even on the beach! We had a Junior pool suite so our outdoor space was a good size and the semi-private pool was a real treat to have. The bathroom was spacious and some nice products. We had a bit more sitting space within the room, which is nice to have, but we were mostly outside. We used the gym quite a lot, but its more form over function, so if you want to lift anything close to challenging, don't expect that here. That said, the space was nice. Breakfast is fantastic, a brilliant mix of fresh fruits & grains, cooked eggs, bacon & pancakes, lots of breads and different milk options etc. Contrary to a lot of reviews, you can have whatever coffee and as much of it as you like at breakfast. After the second day, we started sitting in a different section and found that the service we received from the women far superior to that of the men. Within a day they had our habits down and you didn't need to chase for anything. The food coming out of the kitchen was excellent, great flavours & quality. We ate out on the island a few times, but it didn't compare to the hotel. Lastly, the bar team are amazing. Expertly made cocktails, friendly and relaxed. One complaint: Just allow as much water & coffee as people want throughout the day, we'll probably spend more on food and drink, and its a basic in most 3&4* hotels these days

Schönes Zimmer (Juniorsuite mit geteiltem Pool), Pool am Zimmer ist top, wunderschöne Anlage, super Frühstück, freundliches Personal, guter Service. Einziges Manko, die Preise im Restaurant/Bar sind vergleichsweise hoch. Man muss aber nicht dort essen. Wir kommen mal wieder. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, der sehr praktisch war.

Location is amazing - great view of the bay. Private pool was also great as was the overall size of the suites - very comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable as the options changed every day vs the same thing over and over again. Nice Greek sweets were included in the breakfast as well.

Short walk to the beach which provided privacy and convenience. Breakfast buffet was very tasty though sometimes a little salty. Private pool was such a treat and the view is unbeatable.

Amazing hotel set on a hill side so view is second to none. We were lucky enough to have a suite with a private pool which was incredible. Staff go above and beyond and are so friendly and helpful, reception, restaurant staff, the guys driving the golf carts, nothing was too much trouble. The bar and restaurant have a great view and the main pool also has a bar / lunch service which was really good. The local area has lots of good restaurants and beaches We did not want to leave and would highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived we knew we were in a 5 star hotel, excellent service and a beautiful hotel. We stayed in a Junior Suite with Private Pool, it was perfect in every way. The uninterrupted sea view was stunning. We were at the bottom of the resort and although it was steep we enjoyed the walk only using the complimentary ‘golf buggy’ service on arrival and departure. Breakfast offered a great selection of hot and cold choices, as did lunch and dinner. The food was beautifully presented and of high quality and the service was perfect, all the staff were extremely friendly and could not do enough to help. We also had room service during our stay and again, it was of high quality which we thoroughly enjoyed. Cocktails at the pool bar were fantastic and the views are spectacular. If you are reading this review, do not hesitate to book this hotel, a luxurious treat for everyone who stays.

The view from balcony was outstanding from a perfectly clean and spacious room. The hot tub addition was relaxing to use day or night. Bed was super huge and comfortable and lovely pillows for sleeping. Breakfast buffet was huge, loads of options and always different touches each day. Room service for food was quick and well presented. The warm welcome on arrival , complimentary welcome drink with chat about hotel was very personal touch. On entering room there was ice bucket full of ice with complimentary drink. The outside pool bar was just perfect, such a helpful guy serving, so proud of hotel and Kefalos , always there to to help with food choices and drinks and the pool has comfy sun loungers and amazing views. This is a stunning memorable place.

We had the private pool room. There are only 6 of these rooms on the whole complex. The room and pool were cleaned daily and the pool was an excellent size. We did not need to enter any of the main pools. All Inclusive is a must when staying here but the food is very much the same every am/pm. There seem to be different ‘theme’ nights for food but I couldn’t tell what night what supposed to be what theme. The food taste and quality was not what was expected from a 5 star hotel and seemed basic. I suppose this is expected for buffet style dining. Staff were very helpful with regards to day trips/local places to visit etc. daily bus (book two days before) to Kos town. Also daily bus to the local Lido (no need to book this) Beach is a small distance walk (5 minutes) and a member of staff is on the beach throughout the day taking drinks orders which is very good! Going home from the beach is slightly uphill. Snacks during the days consist of biscuits, cake slices and ice cream only. Our rooftop dinner booking was cancelled due to weather? But the weather was beautiful so unsure why. We booked for our last evening in the hotel so could not rebook for another day. It’s a shame as we were looking forward to a change of food! Asked for an iron three days in a row and was told housekeeping will deliver it to the room, one was never delivered to us. Room was booked for Four but there were only two cups and saucers and two glasses. Not enough teabags/milk/coffee provided in the room.

A wonderful calm environment with very young families and older families combined - the two pools were perfect with little ones using the top pool and couples and older teens using the lower pool. The hotel is not walking distance to anywhere, which made it difficult for us to grab some lunch or dinner elsewhere - we were a 10 euro taxi ride away from the local village, and not on an all inclusive package. We had to opt in to dine fully for lunch or dinner (which we weren't keen to do as food & alcohol were a very bog standard buffet) and the hotel had nothing for sale which was cafe style - paninis, pizza etc. The market shop over the road had packet cheese and nothing else, and didn't sell bread! It did feel like we couldn't just snack after a late brekki and then eat out later - 2 taxi rides to town seemed like an effort when we were set up round the pool for the day. Towards the end of the week we discovered Dolphin Bay, which was a shack of a restaurant 10 mins walk away, but a real find! Food and hospitality were wonderfully Greek, with amazing views! All in all, everything was fine - not perfect, but good.

Enjoyed our week stay at the Kouros Palace. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite on arrival which was a nice bonus. Guests are transported to their room via golf buggy towhich also ran people to the beach. Resort is quite hilly so could be an issue for those with mobility problems. - Hotel gardens and pool areas were nice and had lovely views of the gardens and sea. Never struggled to get a lounger although we did struggle to get ones on the shade at times as the umbrellas don't move. - Always found something to eat at the buffet and found everything to be well cooked and tasty. Choice maybe somewhat limited compared to other places. Theme nights were advertised but most dishes were the same with one themed option. - Rooms a little dated but comfortable, quiet and offering plenty of storage. Air con was perfect for during the heat wave. Bathroom however had no fan so it could get very hot after showering. - Found maid service to be a little limited. We were aware they didn't service the room daily however felt that when they did visit small details were missed eg. Not topping up empty toiletries. - Didn't make use of any entertainment options however there appeared to be a good daily programme for those who wanted to participate. - Overall a good stay which was relaxing and peaceful. I would agree with other guests that it is not 5 star service or surroundings in the hotel. I would put it more in line with 4 star in terms of the overall experience.

A lovely place. Good food, Lovely and Helpful Staff who cant do enough to make you happy. There are several excursions that are available to guests. These cost a little but are worth it and much better than just laying around the pool all day. The only downsides to this are place are (i) WIFI is not available in the Hotel's Rooms. Therefore, if you need to do something on your laptop or on your phone and don't have data on your phone. you will need to come and sit in the Hub of the Hotel or the Reception and (ii) There is no cashpoint / ATM on site, so if you did not fly in with cash and need to access cash, you will need to take a taxi into town (which will cost give or take 20 Euros each way) in order to access a Cashpoint / ATM. Therefore, a lovely place, but with these drawbacks, it cannot yet justify calling itself 5 Star.

My stay was more than I expected. I loved every but of it.

While the hotel is 5km from Kos town, it does have a big pool and is right by the beach. The breakfast and dinner buffets are good - great selection of food. The staff are very nice and helpful. Would recommend for a relaxing pool side holiday. Not good for going out late or partying as too fat outside the city. Can hire bikes though.

Perfect Greek hospitality at it's best! Excellent food, spotlessly clean pools and common areas, welcoming, warm staff. Can't wait to go back!

Das Buffet morgens und abends war top! Es gab eine eine relativ hohe Auswahl an verschiedenen internationalen Gerichten, nur wäre es schön gewesen, wenn es mehr griechische Spezialitäten gegeben hätte!!! Das Personal (vokalem im Restaurant) hat den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet und einen TOP Service geliefert!!!! Die Bungalows könnten ein bisschen besser ausgestattet sein für ein 4 Sterne Hotel... Ich empfehle Frauen außerdem einen Föhn mitzunehmen!!!! Der Pool ist groß genug um Bahnen schwimmen zu können, das Meer und die Aussicht wunderschön!

Prenotando questo Hotel mi aspettavo un buon compromesso rapportato anche alla spesa, poche volte mi é capitato, questa volta sono rimasto sorpreso, ho trovato nell'insieme qualcosa migliore di quello che mi aspettavo, molto gradevo, ovviamente volendo qualche piccolo difetto si potrebbe trovare.

We only have a short stay as we are generally in transit, staff are excellent and always very helpful. Various pools are available some away from main pool, if you want a quieter area. A varied menu was available, well presented,in a pleasent environment

Our room was nicely located by the main pool and pool bar, drinks. Food was good, the themed nights were a highlight! The entertainment team was very good and fun to be with, especially Nathan, Davide and Irene.

Very nice place, modern hotel, the room was very comfortable, clean, tasty food, helpful nice staff. Clean facilities. Hotel is suitable for adults and children too, situated in the big garden with many pools. The beach was nice, clean. You can take beautiful scenic routes by the see side.

Big hotel which do not feel big or crowded even in the main season is the strongest side. Even non-deluxe rooms are nice, spacy, comfortable and very clean. We had smaller pool 5m from the door and bar just little further, nice. Never felt crowded. Beach is short walk and nice but sea is not extremely clean there, some sea grass were common. Food is nice variety, but some is different every day. Always good.

Rooms were smart, fresh, spacious and clean. Pool areas clean and tidy. Food was fresh and tasty with great variety. Staff very helpful and polite. Received a welcome bottle of wine and plate of fresh fruit, cheeses and meat. When arrived AirCon wasnt working, spoke to front desk and it was fixed swiftly.

The hotel is perfect for a relaxing vacation. It is green, spacious, and beautifully maintained. We stayed in a fantastic room with a pool and sea view, which allowed us to move easily between the beach and the pool and enjoy the best of both worlds. The beach is sandy with an easy entry into the sea, truly incomparable to most of the beaches near Kardamaina, which tend to be rocky, narrow, or otherwise less inviting. Both breakfast and dinner offered plenty of variety. In short, we are strongly considering coming back.

The view was stunning. The hotel was very clean and the grounds were well kept. The food was really good even though it was a buffet. The pool and beach were really nice too.

They arranged an early check-in without hesitation and even allowed us to take a shower in the evening of our departure (after the official check-out in the morning) which made a huge difference in our travel comfort. These thoughtful gestures really showed how much they care about their guests. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with a charming New Mexico-inspired vibe — earthy tones, warm textures, and stylish, understated touches that created a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, extremely comfortable, and made for a great night’s sleep after a full day of enjoying the resort. The buffet restaurant was another highlight — the food was absolutely outstanding, with a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious dishes that changed daily. Every meal was a treat, and the service there was just as impeccable as everywhere else in the hotel. We left feeling pampered, relaxed, and deeply grateful for the incredible experience. This hotel sets a gold standard for true hospitality. We can’t wait to return!
