So good I went back again. I guess it’s a standard sort of ‘resort’ place … pool, swim up bar, sun loungers, pool towels, good quality rooms, restaurant, good front desk … but at these prices it’s exceptional!

Convenient location. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Nice balcony overlooking the pool, which was sparkling clean with a swim up bar. Helpful, friendly staff. Will definitely stay again.

Absolutely wonderful hotel the place the staff were attentive, friendly and efficient couldn’t do enough for you was perfect in all ways . Upgraded to a pool access villa which was so lovely definitely worth the extra money. Definitely recommend this hotel

This resort is wonderful and the staff are equally as excellent- Hassan in reception and Jill in the spa were exceptional. The views are incredible (We were staying on the 5th floor) and it’s very tranquil. There is a fruit & vegetable farm with mushrooms, lemongrass, coconuts and bananas growing to name a few. Also a small pond with fish and small frogs. Swings, breath work, yoga classes and gym - plus a spa on the 1st floor. There are two pools one for adults only staying in poolside suites and a family pool- both are ace! Free shuttle bus to and from Ao Nang beach. Would highly recommend! We stayed for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great breakfast variety and quality, food ordered to room and in restaurant also fab!

Okay.. the place is located 7 min by car from ao nang beach. ( very close, easy krab taxi service, free shuttle buss there and back. ) seriously super well organized. So the location is super pretty and really better than the ao nang beach area. Pool is cozy nice and had a pool bar. Water is clean. Restaurant is also great. Felt safe to eat everything. And the food we eat was tasty. Breakfast has nice buffee with cold cuts, fruit, egg station :D (any kind of egg you want and ) etc. Room is clean, right size. We had a bath in the living room. That was nice. Balcony was big, with a lay down bed thingy. Staff nice, helpful. We desided to take one more night and they upgraded our room so we did not have to move, even though we booked a cheaper room. This was super convinient. Professional !! Oh yes almost forgot spa. Spa is a bit more expensive than i’d seen here in other hotels. But they have take one get one free massage. They also have sauna. The room we had was spa suite. Thank you

First impressions of the hotel was really good. Checkin was great. Welcomed straightaway from the front desk staff with a smile and a cold drink. Staff were absolutely brilliant here. The land of the smiles it was in this hotel. Room Room was very nice indeed. Modern in design with a large comfy bed. We had pool view. It was at the very end of the building overlooking the baby pool. Suppose it's still considered a pool view. Free drinking water is allocated every day. Great to have this available in this hot climate without having to visit the shops first. Pool The pool is very nice. A little cold for my liking but ok after a little while. Swim up bar. Loungers sit in the water. Other sun loungers are curved ones with no adjustments. I wasn't keen on these as you're slouched down very low. Can't adjust them to sit up a bit to read etc. Location We found the location to be great. Turn right at the main road after exiting the main hotel grounds. Walk up the slight hill and your on one of AO Nangs main strips. Lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Or turn left after you come out the hotel and walk 5 mins down the road and there is an open air market on the right side of the road. You can often hear a band playing there. Lots of food stalls to grab a bite and listen to the music. Food/Drink We only ate breakfast at the hotel which was included in our room rate. I really enjoyed the varied selection that was on offer here. Wondering stay!

We did a lot of research when picking a place to stay for 4 nights. We were not disappointed! The property is beautiful and everything worked as it should. We went with a larger corner room with sea/Mountain View because we planned to stay several nights and that was proven to be a good decision. The pool is great and has a swim up bar. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is room service. We chose to have breakfast included and we found breakfast to be wonderful. A lot of options (omelette station, noodle station, pastries, fruits, rice soup and 5-7 different items on top of all those). Prices for cocktails were reasonable. Location was super convenient. It’s within 10-20 minute walk to all the meeting points for our daily excursions and tons of restaurants and massage places as well as convenience stores within 5 minute walk as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Travelled here with my 4 year old child who made good use of the pool and playroom. The pool was the highlight of the hotel for my child as it had a nice kids pool area. The hotel is well located and about a 10-15 min walk to the beach, but slightly off the main road so it's not so busy. We ate at the hotel restaurant several times and the food is great. Service was great overall and we were given a free room upgrade to a pool view room. The room I got was clean and quite spacious with strong AC. The hotel gave us 3 glass bottles of water a day and this was enough for us to refill our bottles and not have to buy any bottled water. Overall a great stay and it's a particularly good place for families!

Pool area is nice, but no real bar! There is a pool bar, but you can only really reach it from being in the pool. Very slow to get drinks, takes about 20mins after ordering. Breakfast is geared up for Thai and Asian. Nothing really suitable for Westerners. But room was lovely and the location was great

Our experience was excellent at Sea Seeker. We were upgraded to a mountainview adjoining rooms (quieter and more relaxing than poolside) and participated in the breakfast option for our ten day stay. Options at the buffet were excellent - hot traditional (hard/soft boiled, fried), pancakes, omelet station, noodle bar (excellent), fresh salad bar, fresh fruit, cereals, juices, breads, and pastries. The pool area was well kept, towels were provided, and there were always enough sun chairs. Rooms were very well kept, the sinks were "outside" of the bathrooms, and the toilets were separated from the showers. Water pressure was adequate and there was plenty of hot water at all times. The AC worked well and the room was able to maintain the cool temperature even when we turned it off for several hours. The staff was excellent. The concierge that checked us in at midnight when we arrived, to the hostesses and waitstaff at the Breeze Restaurant - everyone was friendly, efficient, and pleasant. One individual did stand out - SHINE. He greeted me every morning and kindly and repeatedly inquired about my daughter who got food poisoning and was recovering in the room. My husband and I were in the restaurant industry in New York City for almost three decades and we understand the value employees bring to the table for an establishment. Shine's genuiness and authenticity stood out and made us feel valued.

Excellent location. Supermarket, banks, many restaurants, medical clinics, many coffee shops. All very close. Within 1-2 minutes walk. Hotel service good, with the exception of front desk. Rooms on ground floor have direct access to large pool with swim-up bar.

We went for the swim up pool option, was a nice way to treat ourselves before going back to backpacker life - very affordable too, considering! Definitely the best place (Koh Yao Yai is not yet so affected by mass tourism as for example Phi Phi, where the mass of tourists is repulsive) and hotel I have ever been to. The whole family enjoyed the stay very much and we will be back. P.S. I love the traditional Thai style, the whole resort is very traditional.

A beautiful resort in the heart of Krabi. Lovely swim-up pool bar with plenty of loungers and yummy 2-for-1 happy hour cocktails. The buffet breakfast was superb!! This place was the perfect way to start my Thailand adventure. I recommend taking a longboat to Railay West for the day. You can book just down on the corner near the beach. My only negative is that the bed was very hard. You may be able to request a soft bed when booking.

This is a gorgeous hotel in a great location in Krabi. We had a room with a private pool, the room itself was spotlessly clean and there was nothing to fault - comfortable beds, great facilities from robes & slippers to a good quality hairdryer. The pool & balcony area had an amazing view and we got to enjoy one of the floating breakfasts which I would highly reccomend to try. Breakfast included in the room offered a great variety.

Extremely friendly staff that went above and beyond trying to make the customers happy!! Can’t say enough about them!! Delicious and huge amount of choices for breakfast friendly atmosphere, no one, was made to hurry and get out! Their entertainment and enthusiasm was infectious and our time at Panan first in a pool access room which was huge and so convenient to hop in and out, and later at a sea view room, clean and well stocked, was fantastic hope to book this again in the future! You can’t go wrong with Panan Krabi resort!! Thanks again

Resort was fine for what it was. Grounds could use some sprucing up but understanding given hot tropical conditions. The pool Villa were great with 2 floors and a semi-private pool shared amongst the 3 connected villas. Would stay again!

Villa room with shared private pool was nice, but could use better AC. Surrounding area is terrific and you are so incredibly close to it when staying at PP Princess. Great pool for lounging during the day and decent food/drink prices. Would come back if I ever make it to PP again.

This is a beautiful resort with spacious grounds, beautiful green landscaping, and excellent facilities. Our room had everything we needed and was impeccably clean (as is the whole resort). The large swimming pool with swim-up bar is fabulous, and there are plenty of sun-loungers for everyone, including a shady area by the beach if you do not wish to be by the pool. All of the staff are wonderful - always smiling, polite, and helpful. The buffet breakfasts had every choice you can imagine and were enjoyed in the 'temporary' Mangosteens restaurant, looking out at the sea.

Five star luxury here , a warm greeting and chilled drinks upon arrival. Rooms are very spacious , fully air conditioned and wonderfully comfortable beds. The whole resort is very spacious, focused on relaxation and high service. From the fully equipped gym, Friday yoga classes on the beach and cocktails at happy hour at the swim up pool bar (x2 for 350 THB). The staff could not have been more attentive and ensured we were made to feel welcomed and at home. There’s some good restaurants and bars along the beach outside the resort. You can rent a scooter and it’s 10 minutes to Ao nang.

We just spent 5 nights at the Dusit on Krabi and had an exceptional time. The facilities were a high standard, plenty of leisure and wellness activities, two fantastic pools including one with swim up bar/food, fronts a quiet beach, solid western n asian food breakfast buffet, quality on site restaurants whilst a number of others literally steps from the property entrance, and room finishes of a high standard (they are in process of refurbishing the rooms and i believe are 2/8 buildings thru process; we didnt get a refurbished room but ours was still of solid quality).

We booked a Deluxe Jacuzzi room for our stay, the room was nice and huge with enough amenities however we felt the Jacuzzi was in need of maintenance. The staff in the resort were great and we loved the breakfast buffet. I especially loved the slides in the pool, it was a nice break from the same old boring pools. I might book this hotel again but would prefer to go for a pool access room.

We had a pool access room which was very convenient to swim to the bar and only a few short steps away to breakfast.the staff couldn't do enough for us they are very helpful and always smiling .breakfast caters for all nationalities and there is a good snack menu aswell .rooms were cleaned everyday and bed was comfortable .i had read a few reviews which were not good and I honestly think some people complain for nothing . It's a 3 star hotel and it deserves more .the location was quiet so No loud music keeping you awake .( apart from my friend who snores so that was only noise I heard ) The beaches and bars are only minutes away and you don't get hassled in the street with vendors , the people are very nice and plenty of nice restaurants and street food stalls . Slot of people stop here fir a few days while travelling however we stayed 18 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days and the experience was amazing. The complex is new, bedrooms are very big and comfortable, bathrooms fantastic. We were impressed by the cleanliness. People at the reception desk are friendly and help you with everything. The pool is nice and the pool bar offers great cocktails (happy hour from 4pm to 7pm as well)! We also had lunch a couple of times at the pool and the food is delicious and cheap. Same for the breakfast buffet that was huge every morning. Ao Nang Viva Resort is in a good position, close to the shopping streets and to the beaches. Highly recommended for couple, friends and family.

Booked in here for 5 nights, ferry over from Phuket. The hotel is not very big and the staff are great, always happy to help. Breakfast is ok, omelettes are the best but there is a selection of Thai food available. The pools are good, one with pool rooms and a general pool. This has a big water slide which is great for kids, but there have been lots of mum and dads using it too. Not far from the beach, short 10 minute walk to both beaches. AoNang is a very nice pkace and after years of just Phuket i will be coming back here again. Recommend the Viva hotel. Good value, clean and friendly.

We arrived a little earlier than check in time, but as I'd already notified the hotel and our room was ready. Lovely room, bright and clean, with everything we needed. The balconies all overlook the pool, which is nice. The breakfast/dining area is very nice and we didn't struggle to get a table any morning. The food was alway good, with a mix of choices to suit most needs I believe. Pool area was lovely too, although I would imagine if hotel fully booked there maybe not enough sun loungers. However that didn't happen while we were there and the pool was a great place to spend some time away from the buzz of the resort.

The room was good and faced the pool. Connecting door to the next room was a bit noisy. Breakfast was good with the pastries being notably good. So were the Thai food like the Padthai. Staff overall were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice although for some reason the last 2 days of my stay the filter was not turned on which made the pool water a bit dirty. Location was good as it faced the sea though it was mostly blocked, and.a short walk to the shops.

The pool and outdoor area was great and relaxing, rooms were very clean and the comfiest bed we had on our trip was here! Would definitely stay again. Staff were very helpful and brought bags to our room for us. We received little drinks on arrival which was very cute. They stored our bags for us the day we were leaving. Breakfast had great choices. The bed was so big and comfortable we still talk about it !!

Great property, we had an amazing room with balcony that led straight to the pool. Rooms where clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff where kind & breakfast was decent too. Pool was clean and had a lovely swim up bar. Quiet at night times and in a great location.

We stayed in the suite for my girlfriend's birthday and the staff were phenomenal. Amazing little getaway in the middle of crazy Phi Phi. Swim up bar in the pool as well. Would come back again.

staff were good on check in, then even better as the stay went on! above and beyond, so flexible on when they made up the room as we were sick so didn’t head out until later. AC worked SO great, free water bottles each day, pool was lovely and swim up bar (nice!) always staffed.

Unbelievably good pools - especially the colder one even my husband went in (he thinks it’s ozonated). He hasn’t been in a pool for 15 years but I couldn’t get him out of this one. Great staff, lovely rooms, lovely grounds, good food. Highly highly recommend.

We had mixed feelings about this hotel. When we stayed it was being renovated, adding new modern rooms which looked beautiful and a new pool. We stayed in an older room with an extra lounge area by the pool and though it was comfortable it was a bit shabby and had a caravan park feel. The view is fantastic and the area a little off the main road so quieter and natural. The free shuttle to the beach was great. The service was just ok.

Really enjoyed my stay, although definitely because of the room, it's worth spending the extra couple of pounds for the economy rooms with wifi. They were very comfortable and modern, so it was enjoyable to stay in. Location was okay as well, a 10 minute walk to the beach, which myself and my boyfriend quite liked because of the amazing street food, but the hotel provides a shuttle bus there and back so it's not an issue either way. Staff were always helpful but at times standoff-ish and cold about enquiries, however we were self sufficient so didn't interact with staff too often. The pools are gorgeous! Breakfast Was basic with not much choice, but again not too bad for a little something. Would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend.

Great location perfect for shops and bars. The staff lovely and so helpful. We had a swim Up room which was perfect and a great price for such a luxury. Wanna'place was also a fabulous restaurant and best meal in our 5 nights In Ao Nang where we ate in a different restaurant every night.

The location of the hotel is perfect 15 minutes from the pier, and the beach is across the road. The room with swim up access was lovely large and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choices to eat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to stay at.

I have stayed at this Hotel multiple times and it just keeps getting better. Staff are wonderful and always super friendly. Location is great with loads of tourist travel shops around the every corner, Scooter and Car rental on your door step and a laundry that delivers back to the hotel. 7 11 is only 2 min away and both beaches are in walking distance. We took the pool access room and I will recommend this to anyone, so lovely after a long day of sightseeing to just walk out your room and fall in to the pool. The Breakfast is great and they make the best omelettes i have ever had in my life.

We absolutely loved everything about this place! Room and views were incredible, perfect location on the quieter side of Railay but a very short walk to the West beach/main street. Lovely staff and breakfast. Pool and swim up bar was amazing!

The staff couldn’t do enough for us, the resort is very comfortable. We loved the pool, one of the best we have encountered on our travels. Free & Boy who serve at the swim up bar were an absolute dream.

The location of this resort is convenient as it is located along Aonang night market streets. The resort is clean and relaxing. The pool access for the rooms that I have booked is an added plus point.

We had an extended stay here of 12 nights and really enjoyed it!! We got the pool access room and I enjoyed having that amenity. We got to know the staff, they’re very kind if you are! They strive to provide a great guest experience! Be kind and patient with them, it’s a great team! Our room was cleaned and well kept. Housekeeping did an amazing job, daily. The location is perfect. You can walk to anything, taxi service right outside. Laundry, and currency exchange next door. All tours will also pick up and drop off here for free. I enjoyed coffee and the egg bar in the mornings.

Great location for the hotel - lots of shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach is super close to the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Food at the breakfast buffet changed everyday and they had lots of different options. We were here on our honeymoon and paid extra for the pool access room which is so worth it with how hot it is in Thailand. Amazing time and if we are ever in Thailand again we would stay here in a second!

Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Location is great and everything is walkable. Lots of dining and shopping options. We stayed in a direct pool access room and would definitely recommend. Housekeeping would only give about a quarter roll of toilet paper at a time. The bathroom has VERY dim lighting. Overall the bathroom is definitely aged and weathered. The climate control really only had two options for temp. Any setting at 20 Celsius (68 degrees F) or higher resulted in a stuffy and hot room around 78 degrees F. If we moved the thermostat dial just one degree to 19 Celsius, the room turned into a freezer. My guess is the room temp was then around 62-64 degrees F. I run hot, so not a problem for me personally. Just a warning for those that like moderate or warmer temps. There wasn’t such a setting after fiddling with it for 5 days. We wouldn’t avoid this place if we came again, but would probably consider other properties with pool access rooms first.

Right in the main strip of Ao Nang (5min walk to beach) money xchnage/laundry/7-11 down stairs. Hotel is 2yrs old. Period of stay 17-22 Aug approx $80 AUD/night Hotel has 2 buildings with a pool in the middle. Room 4306 - beach facing , very quite. Room 4503 facing opposing hotel blusotel. Rooms are spacious (deluxe room) has private balcony but superior has a flower garden segregating the rooms. Beds are firm and air con strong. Poolside rooms have trees blocking the view from the pool room entry(would not recommend) No poolside bar, gym is in good condition- reception to turn on air con. Breakfast is basic continental and Thai with egg station. Had no hot water in our room and was fixed straight away. Expect your typical service from this district. Overall would stay again.

The pool & the beach. We stay for 15 days. As soon as we pass the first night we decided to stay 10 more days. The pool is really nice, the room was really confortable. Room service every day. With water, tea, coffee & suggar. The staff here is really kind. You can take pool towels every time. We highly recomend this place. After staying so long in the island also, the beach really is the best (the closest to the town, you can go walking by) Thank you for everything.

The pool is absolutely lovely. The breakfast is fine, but the place where you have breakfast is gorgeous, literally on top of the beach. You can set your things on a lounge chair by the pool and walk down to the beach for a dip and a swim, as there’s a lovely tiny beach ten steps from the pool. The location was great, away from the noise and confusion and a good middle ground between the pier and the other beaches like Long Beach. Overall, a great experience.

Really relaxing place and staff were lovely although cleaners are a bit noisy in the morning and woke us up twice to clean. Pool could do with a clean as didn’t see anyone. Leaning it the whole time we were there. Apart from those 2 issues everything else was great. Good breakfast, we personally liked the location as we partied then walked back to the quiet area of our hotel.

Words can’t describe how perfect this hotel is! My husband and I really enjoyed everything about this hotel. Our room was large and beautiful. We had a swim up infinity pool outside our room, ocean view, and a couch/ sitting area. They offer a free mini bar in your room with water, sprite, coke, and chips! The hotel also offers a free boat taxi ride from the ferry/ pier. This hotel is located on the quieter side of the island (not in the middle of the party area), which is perfect for those not wanting to hear loud music/ noise when trying to sleep. The hotel was quiet and we were able to get good sleep! The staff at this hotel was AMAZING and sooo kind! They watched our luggage after checkout while we went to get lunch since our ferry was a couple hours after checkout (with no charge), they carried our luggage, and called our excursion company to help request specific food for diet restrictions. They also offer laundry service (for a fee) and our clothes smelt amazing and were neatly folded. The house keepers are also great and made sure we had everything we needed! Lastly, we never saw one mosquito while at our hotel! We wished we could have stayed at this hotel longer because it’s one of our favorite hotels we have ever stayed at!! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! :)

After reading all the negative reviews about this hotel my expectations were set pretty low before I arrived. We stayed in room 3008, a pool access room on the 3rd floor and it was great. The room was clean and spacious, with views to die for. The maid was in every day during the 3 nights we stayed here. The pool was glorious and was never particularly busy, there was always sunbeds available. There was a wee bit at the edge of the pool where the floor paint had worn away and looked a bit scruffy but it didn’t affect anything in any way. The restaurant area was large and clean. The breakfast was not the best, the coffee machine took forever and it wasn’t very warm when you eventually got it. However the omelettes were made to order and were nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. I didn’t venture into any of the other floors so can’t comment on what they were like. There was a sign on the room doors advising to lock them due to monkeys visiting the hotel but we only saw one monkey while we were there. If I was staying on Phi Phi again I would definitely return to this hotel. The views and location are amazing.

Great location. Away from the packed area around the pier. It suited us to be slightly quieter but still very close to everything. The staff are lovely. We had a room with pool access and beach access. The room is a very good size and the beds so comfortable. The pools are lovely and very clean. It was nice to see the monkeys nearby and they seem to have staff on duty all day to keep the monkeys away from the resort. The breakfast was very nice. If you like a Thai breakfast there is a quite a lot of choice. There is also cereal and toast/cakes. The staff can collect your luggage from the pier and drop it back off there ready for your departure.

Great staff, excellent facilities I could not fault the Blue Tara Hotel. Our room was spacious and very nice. The pool was fantastic with a pool bar and umbrellas around the pool too. A great breakfast and the staff are very friendly too. I would highly recommend staying here when at Ao Nang beach Krabi.

My room was for two but I had it to myself so plenty of room. The cleaners kept it exceptionally clean providing towels more regularly than needed. The two free bottles of water a day were gratefully received. The balcony was plenty big enough with two wicker armchairs, a table and a hanging frame for wet clothes, towels, etc. I had a room overlooking the pool. The pool was wonderful, long enough for exercise and sensible depths at either end. The breakfast was very good providing western and thai food with the restaurant open from 7 - 10am so plenty of time for a lie-in if wanted! The rest of the day you could order drinks or food to your pool lounger which I used alot. I didn't have a bad meal.

Everything. Amazing location. Staff were so helpful, for example I dropped my sunglasses onto a different balcony and they helped me to get them back. Everywhere was clean the pool was nice and has a pool bar and there is plenty of drinks and food options. They replaced coffee and water in our room daily which was a really nice touch.

I would highly recommend this hotel, we had issues with our travel provider and walked in from the street to book. We were shown a choice of rooms which were all beautiful and chose a swim up room on the 3rd floor. In this room was huge with a walk in shower and large free standing bath, a large comfortable bed, sofa, dressing table and ample space to hang clothes. Outside was a huge balcony with seating area and access to a pool with beautiful views to the clifts. The manager and staff couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome and cared for. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding and lots of choice for breakfast. I cannot wait for our next stay here when we next visit Krabi.

We arrived at the hotel under unfortunate circumstances after our travel agent had changed our hotel last minute and we had arrived at a hotel down the road that we really did not like. We went to the Phu Pi Maan resort to look for an alternative room and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind just what we needed when upset and stressed. We checked in to a pool access room, the room and pool balcony were huge and really comfortable the view from floor 3 across to the cliffs is breathtaking. Breakfast, hotel gardens all great but most noticeable is how attentive and helpful all of the staff were, could not recommend more highly and we will be staying again.

Fantastic resort on a hill with breathtaking views of the mountains. We had the pool access room and enjoyed the amenity. Food at the restaurant was tasty. The resort is kind of tucked away from the noisy tourist areas so it adds a measure of peace and quiet as well, which we appreciated. Our room was nice and clean and comfortable. Only issue we came across was our door and keycard reader; when we first arrived, the door would not lock and needed to be repaired, then the following day we came back to our room in the afternoon and the door wouldn't open for us, essentially locking us out. Hotel staff gave us a temporary manual key to use and it took some time to arrange another repair.

Very impressed with the Ao Nang Phu Pi Maan Resort & Spa, the staff were fantastic, pools awesome, room huge (we had a mountain view room, view was spectacular) & the resort is close enough to everything whilst being quiet & secluded. We went into this stay a tad apprehensive as this resort caters to Muslims (which is fine) but we didn't realise until after we booked, so the no alcohol rule we thought maybe a bit of a pain but it wasn't at all, they just don't serve it, you can still take drinks to your room & the pool area so it was no biggie. The other thing was as we are not religious & as the resort is located pretty close to a Mosque I'd like to point out that that was not a problem as the noise from prayers was not too loud & after a while I grew to enjoy it laying next to the pool. Only slight negative was the breakfast, we have stayed in dozens of resorts in Asia & their breakfasts really needs some more variety, but other then that all good.

Booked last minute and wasn't in the slightest at all disappointed. Booked a pool view room but i got a ground floor suite with a swim up pool which was just fantastic. very clean and the staff were so helpful. It was really quiet even though it was somewhat away from the beach and more within the shops and bars. Would 100% stay again.

We had originally booked into Bayview resort on phi phi but checked out almost immediately. We booked in to JJ's very last minute. We were greated by very friendly staff and taken to our room (delux with pool access). The room was very stylish and clean. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing place in a wonderful location. I get the impression from people we met that hotels on Phi phi are not the best in general so this one is a real catch and a very reasonable price. Only things stopping me giving it 5 was that the bathroom could have done with a bit of doing up. Looked a little run down although still very clean.

This was an amazing experience and a wonderful peaceful resort. From the moment we checked in until check out. We were there for our 20th anniversary and they upgraded us to an amazing private villa with our own private plunge pool and bathroom all outside. I can’t think of anything that was terrible. Staff were friendly, great breakfast and close with tuk tuk to Saladan market/ walking street.

I was quite worried arriving at this resort given some of the very negative reviews recently, especially centring around the "upgrading" of rooms to the new part of the resort. We were upgraded in the end from our booked Superior rooms to Private Pool Deluxe Rooms in this new part. This bit of the resort used to be an adjoining property (Pilanta) but was in November 2018 completely renovated and is now a proper part of Twin Lotus. These rooms are equidistant from the beach as the Superior/"garden" rooms. They are based around a lovely large pool. Although at the back of the resort they are only approx. 4 mins walk (even in the heat!) from reception/breakfast/pool/beach area. There are golf buggies if you don't want to walk. The private outdoor bathroom/lounging area with private pool was lovely and not overlooked by anyone. I was worried about mosquitos but was not troubled at all. The room was spotless and promptly cleaned everyday. The complimentary water in the fridge everyday was a nice touch. The bed was SUPER comfy! Really nice and quiet part of the resort. The air con was very effective. My only room gripe was the pool was not cleaned despite putting the "please clean my pool" sign daily. There was a lot of grime on the tiles above the water level, so this needed a good scrub. The breakfast was pretty good, however annoying that at 9.30am there were low/no stocks of lots of things and breakfast runs until 10.30am. Staff biggest disappointment as not very friendly.

BASIC OVER VIEW. Very pleasant stay at a very nice hotel. The place was friendly and room we stayed in ( which was at the entrance end of the hotel with a pool out front and small private pool in the room) was very pleasant. DOWN SIDE. We had to get up reasonably early (around 8-830) to get a couple of sunbeds round the pool or at the beach. If you try later you’ll struggle to get a bed. This was at the main pool by the beach. There were only 6 bed by the pool by our room and most were in total shade and had no bar service or bar near by. UP SIDE. Main pool (when we got a bed) was beautiful and over looks the beach and sunset. This area is lovely. Staff come round to get you drinks at happy hour and on one day bought round fruit to eat which was a lovely treat. OVERVIEW. Nice enough hotel. Breakfast was lovely with so much choice. Staff all seemed very friendly and helpful and I would recommend

The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, the pool, the beach, the gym, the restaurant, all the grounds are fantastic. However make sure you book upgraded rooms/villas for the best experience. Private Pool Deluxe rooms are at the very back of the property - far away from everything and incredibly dark with no natural light in the room, which is very disappointing when you're in such a sunny location. Those rooms have a lovely terrace with small pool, but I don't really see a reason why you'd stay in your room instead of making use of the rest of the hotel facilities. Great breakfast spread with lots of options to choose from, and the restaurant overlooking the sea, which is stunning. Beach restaurant offers great variety of lunch/dinner options at reasonable prices, however aside from breakfast coffee, they don't serve any coffee during the day and tried to serve me powdered instant coffee at a hefty price - the same type I could make in the room for free! The spa is 5x the cost of any other massage place in Koh Lanta, and don't really see anything special about it. I had a very pleasant stay, but there is certainly a lot of room for improvement to truly make it a great experience!

Stayed in the One Bedroom Pool villa room and it was HUGE! Large entrance room, large bedroom and big bathroom. I liked the wooden floors and vibe, felt rustic but also very clean and not too dated feeling as wood can sometimes. Bed was quite comfy, and good pillow selection. The bedroom had a wonderful view to wake up too. The private pool also was super nice with an even better/bigger view! (Pool is not heated so slightly on the chilly side and need the sun out to use the pool comfortably) Staff were friendly with a welcome juice, ride to the room, and generally helpful. The 2 pools on site are also very nice especially the infinity one on the 6th floor, was busy but not annoyingly busy. Despite having my own private pool it was worth going to as well.

We had a wonderful time at the resort. It offers stunning views over the bay with islands and cliffs from all over. The stuff was so friendly and would not let us walk anywhere with suitcases (they drove us up and down the hill with a sort of a doorless car :D ). We got upgraded to the Superior Villa with the private pool which was of course rather incredible and unexpected. This accommodation is exceptionally good. From the service at the start from reception, excellent customer service, the bar staff-fabulous., the breakfast staff really attentive, especially Milk. The food at the bar, satay chicken, spring rolls, the assorted cocktails, and very kind staff. The food at breakfast, so much to choose from. All delicious. The room itself, a welcome note on the bed and the mirror. Beds comfortable, the bathroom very spacious, the quietness of the room is restful. Bath outside on the balcony y, a nice surprise. Air conditioning worked really well. The pools have a scenic view of the Krabi islands and cliffs. The infinity pool was so relaxing. The hotel is within the main shopping strip, and a short walk to the beach.

Everything! The staff are warm and welcoming with an attitude across the board that was orientated to optimizing a positive client experience. The care was sincere and genuinely considerate. The bedrooms are spacious and had a an additional sheltered, private bath on the balcony. The breakfast offered a wide variety of cuisine and continued until 1030, allowing a sleep - in without missing this daily treat. The pools were well located , with the infinity pool providing breathtaking views of the Ao Nang and the bay. The gym was well equipped and available 24/7.

We always stay in the pool access villas, which is a great way to unwind after a long day island hoping or shopping. Great location and very good value for money. TV's are a bit small with only local channels to select from, but at the end of the day we are not there to watch TV. :)

Great that it was fully Halaal and very peaceful. Location was fantastic and right where you get the boats to Railay beach A number of great food vendors on your doorstep, with The Funny Cafe being the best. Nice and spacious room, well decorated, we had shower and a bath in the bathroom and pool access from the room. In the room is everything you may need: hair dryer, sewing kit, fridge, kettle, bags of tea and instant coffee, prayer mat, even slippers. But the best thing in the room was bed - it was extremely comfortable, we even didn't want to get up from it :) Near the pool tea/coffee and snacks were available from 15 p.m. Staff was very helpful and friendly

A fantastic hotel right in the busy center of Ao Nang. The locations is great for walking in-and-out when discovering Ao Nang. The boats to Railay Beach leave from the beach 100m to the left and all the nice restaurants and bars are in walking distance. However we also hired a motorbike for our stay (through the hotel) which gave us a little more freedom to also explore the inland. The staff of the hotel is great, friendly and willing to assist you with anything. Not all speak English, but there's always someone that does (my Thai is a little rusty). The rooms are modern and spacious, we especially liked the bath and the bathroom. There is a little balcony to dry your swimming wear and towels, but there are also some moquitos so we didn't actually sat there, At the end of our stay we even got an upgrade to their new Pool Villas (3 of them up on the hill). These are the most luxurious villas ever! You've got a beautfil view of the sea, the islands, together with the remarkable rocks, palm trees and sunsets. The villas are very private and the adjacent private pool is next to a small deck and runs all across the front of the villa. The bathroom with rainshower and separate bath (with a view) is stunningly beautiful. The bedroom with a small walk-in closet is wonderful. Bed is perfect and the (270 degree) view is amazing, we loved waking up here. There is also a small kitchen and seating area all equiped with big smartTV's.

The hotel was fantastic, beach was exceptionally beautiful and our villa was superb. Very spacious and stylish, as well as very private. The Christmas Eve event was excellent with fireshow, and good entertainment. Very boutique in feel and breakfast was high quality and delicious. We spent time in our private pool and at the beach bar, which was affordable and food excellent. Truly a remarkable stay.

We stayed in this hotel for one week week, they accommodated us in a villa with a private pool, an outdoor shower and a bath. We were supposed to have one bedroom but they upgraded us to a two bedroom villa. So we had plenty of space. They refilled our water bottles every day. However, if you needed one, you could ask for another one and they would refill it for you free of charge. The cleaning was perfect, the service, the massages we can't complain.

Sofitel is a great tourist place to enjoy your vacation. They kind of have their own private beach. Truly a 5 star hotel. Exceptional swimming pool, it is huge in length and good to spend time over there. However, I request them to increase the duration of pool hours from 7pm to 9pm. Many of us want to enjoy the pool at night.

The Sofitel's service and facilities are probably the best in Krabi. The staff are extremely professional and went well out of their way to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. The pool is definitely the property's most impressive facility. According to their marketing, it is the largest free-from pool in Thailand (or maybe just Krabi), but it is quite impressive, and the pool-side bar service was extremely attentive. The club lounge is also a pleasant facility and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We loved the vibe of this hotel, the comfort and ease of everything! The staff were amazing, especially the 3 lads on the pool bar, they had it running so well and worked amazing as a team, very friendly and professional. Also, the manager of the Italian restaurant we met twice, you can't miss her - she has such a big smile! She was amazing too! The Gardenists were working whole day as the cleaning staff too with reception and Restaurant team! When you come to Lanta by ferry, this hotel is first beutiful light yellow building at seafront surrounded by Palm trees. You can see the ses and the pool from the balcony. Or if you are on ground floor, you have pool access into 50-meters pool.

Such friendly staff, made it so easy to hire a bike which you need to get around the island, had a lovely private pool and they even arranged the boat to Phuket and transfer, tv had Netflix aswell

Stayed here for 10 nights, upgraded us to a superior deluxe pool facing room on arrival. It was stunning, room was very spacious, bed was huge, as well as the bathroom. Had everything you needed for the stay. Water and coffee/tea everyday, room clean if needed also. Staff were kind and always helpful. Pool was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was available at the property though we didn’t opt for this so couldn’t comment, though smelled nice every morning. Location was great, close to both beaches, restaurants, bars, markets, everything you needed! Great stay!

Immaculate New Modern/Refurbished Hotel. Good value. Good WIFI. Getting Free upgrade to a Large Quiet Room 2nd floor overlooking pool area. Excellent swift service by all staff. Bed felt too hard, so they put extra toppers on. Nothing was any trouble. Our comfort was their top priority. Location is perfect across from the beach area, and it was central to all restaurants, bars, and markets. Breakfast was adequate.. Even had streaky bacon. Small pool ideal for cooling off. Good for transport options.

Room renovated compared to earlier comments, very well organised. Balcony without view but with a place to dry clothes and swimwear. Calm with windows closed, still very close to the night market. Swimming pool: the path to the swimming pool requires renovation but this does not impact the use of it. On some days, the tide/river brings an unpleasant smell, but this is not under their control.

Comfortable bed. Lovely pool. Beautiful beach. I had a room over the road which was quiet and a 2 minute walk to beach perfect. Area was quiet but that was fine. Walk along beach to horizon bar for food live music and fire dancer. Beautiful view for sunset. Food was ok but french bakery down the road (5 min walk ) was gorgeous. Waiting staff don’t speak much English but it’s their country so why should they. Shower isn’t fab so jump in the pool first if you been on beach to rid the most of the sticky sand. I would return.

I previously stayed at this property 15+ years ago, the villas are showing there age but have for the most part been kept in great condition, the landscaping continues to be lovely. A very relaxing place with the private pool and also a community pool. For low season the value is outstanding.

Nice quiet place with private pool villa. Many activities to do like soft archery, bicycles, swan water bicycles, pool table and more.

Sheer privacy and peaceful location. Staff couldn’t do any more to please us, Nothing was a chore to them. From booking excursions on our behalf to ordering taxis and airport transfer. Fresh fruit platter and bottled water in our fridge daily. Whilst we didn't take advantage of the takeaway food service there was plenty to choose from. We did however enjoy the best Gin and Tonic in Koh Lanta delivered to our villa. The private pool was awesome and we did have fun using it. It was just perfect!

If you truly want to relax and unwind, Hotel Adam is the place to be. The staff are very kind, attentive, and great with children. My family and I had a lovely time. The private pool is a fantastic feature, and the food is amazing! We were a big group of nine, and everything was handled perfectly.

It was an excellent stay at Hotel Adam. Beautiful architecture and beautiful hospitality. Our room had a personal pool on the 6th floor with breathtaking view of the sea. Tia, walls, mays, Jane and benzy have been quite warm to receive us. Memorable experience to sum up.

Excellent room and facilities. Highly recommend the pool-access rooms. Location also excellent - 10/15 minute walk to 7/11 shop and restaurants, but there are also a few restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Very welcoming and helpful staff also.

The private pool was great. Also, the views from the beach bar are amazing.

The room with a pool access is amazing. You get a lovely view on the river and can jump in the pool first thing in the morning. We really loved the location as it was quiet and peaceful but had plenty to do nearby (including a lovely cafe for breakfast, a great cocktail bar where you can watch sunset and an amazing seafood restaurant). This is all to the left when you exit the hotel. if you want to go any further on the island (and you should) you can rent a scooter directly through the hotel which makes it much easier as well. Overall we really loved our stay there!

The resort is very beautiful and romantic! The staff was constantly putting effort into keeping the outside areas clean and tidy, especially the pool areas and the beach were flawless. Same goes for the rooms! The mattress was very comfy and the pillows too. The location is excellent to explore the island and the private beach is also great (lots of nice shells to find)! There are some restaurants around but we ended up eating most nights at the hotel, because the restaurant was so good!! Best Pad Thai & Mango Sticky Rise we had in Thailand. Lastly, special thanks to the great staff, which was always very polite and took well care of us!

I have stayed at this hotel twice, and it’s definitely one of my favourite hotels. The property is beautiful, the staff are professional, and the rooms are both spacious and elegant. We stayed in a suite with direct pool access and lounge entry. The room was very large and comfortable, and the bathroom was truly amazing. The lounge was lovely, offering a great selection of snacks and small tapas. The pool — and especially the breakfast — are simply outstanding, and the kids’ activities are fantastic.

The best thing about the hotel is that it is really pretty and has a huge pool. Loved that there was an adult only side. Not too crazy about the swim up bar, because it seemed that the kids liked to go there since they could stand on the steps and platform. The bar service at the pool is terrible. Don't expect to lay in a lounge chair and get waited on. You will find that wait takes forever. They seemed more concerned about people eating at bar area. The rooms are very large. The bathroom we had wasn't that great, when you took a shower - water came out all over the floor. Over all it is a nice hotel, but the service is not great at the bars and restaurants. Went to the buffet for breakfast and had lukewarm coffee and tea. If you ask for anything it took a long time to get, if you get it at all. Ordered mango and it never came one day. Staff in the restaurants doesn't seem too concerned about the guests and they seemed bored to be there. We were very surprised by how slow and the lack of service since we picked this hotel because of the high ratings.

The hotel was running on a very low occupancy yet they did not think of giving a closer room to pool access(which is their usp) as I had elder parents and small children. Inspite of mentioning that we are vegetarian everyday we had to explain again to get things made for us, which they did it very happily. The resort is far from the main area Ao nang and the hotel concierge does not give you any ideas or options of things to do. They are more interested in selling their tour packages which is 8-10 times expensive than the other providers. The stay could have been more interesting if someone could have been assigned to us to understand the concerns on food, stay etc. But I guess they are all returning from Covid and really not equipped to serve customers. Being Sofitel standards they really need to get guest relations on a higher standard.

Stayed in swim access room for 4 nights. Lovely stay in beautiful surroundings. Friendly family with good service. Breakfast included and although good, would have enjoyed more Thai options. Nice pizza from restaurant on site too. Added bonus of ‘free’ tuk tuk ride until 6pm to anywhere on island. Free pick up and delivery back to port. Lovely super clean pool area, pool towels included and pool access is 24hrs! Room decent size with lots of thought gone into position of plugs etc with nice view over pool.

Fabulous friendly staff and the hotel was very clean and tidy - we had pool access rooms which were great - pool clean , fantastic breakfast and they will take you anywhere you want to go in a tuk tuk - definitely recommend - loved the Ku bar just down the road for drinks and pool and great meals at the Sea View and Sea Beach restaurants and the Sugar Restaurant was the best meal we had in Thailand on 3 weeks

Good position,a short walk from the village. (or a tuk tuk ride) Probably one of the best accommodation options on the island. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool which can be used 24 hours.We enjoyed a late night swim with the pool lights changing colour. Our pool access villas were comfortable and clean. Good choice for breakfast and as much as you could eat.

Amazing room with private pool. Super comfortable big beds enough space for our family of 4. Lovely breakfast and main pool area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing like as too much trouble. Free transfers around the island. We were glad not to be on the beach as this was definitely luxury accommodation and close to the village with amazing local authentic Thai restaurants.

We had an amazing pool villa, with views of the ocean. The service was top notch. The room was well appointed and comfortable. A bit of a hike up but it was fine. We did room service several times and the food was high quality, I recommend the Green curry, fruit and fried rice. We enjoyed exploring a new place. My two sons were happy it was near Mcdonald’s. lively place. only thing is next time i would enjoy being on the beach, here it’s a walk to beach. the private pool was incredible.

The staff was super great and accommodating, and the pool villas were amazing. The rooms were so spacious and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. We even tried to extend our stay a couple days bc we loved the room so much. The hotel pool was also gorgeous with amazing views (the smaller pool is right by the lobby but looked nice enough). The hotel building itself was a bit outdated. You have to take a bunch of stairs and elevators to get to the street which could be difficult for those not as mobile. And the gym looked really nice but AC didn’t work, 3 out of 4 cardio machines were broken, and was an all around fail. Hopefully they will get that fixed as times become more normal post Covid. The hotel was in a great location of Ao Nang and we definitely thought it was easily worth the value. We even booked an Avani hotel for our nights in Bangkok because of the great experience we had.

We stayed in the Superior Seaview room on the 8th floor. To say the view is amazing is an understatement. Just keep in mind that if you choose this room it is not just an elevator right away. It's 2 elevator rides and a lot of steps. If you can't catch the elevator it's even more steps. That said the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is very good and the spa is amazing. The infinity pool area on the 6th floor is somewhat small but the pool itself is very nice and the view is wonderful. The hotel is also in a really great location. Very easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here 3 nights in a hilltop villa. It was absolutely stunning !! Exceptionally clean and large with super comfortable beds and your own private pool. Two terraces to relax on and a gorgeous large lounge and the most stunning views. Breakfast was always fresh and plentiful and all the staff at this resort are so friendly and helpful !! I live in Dubai where I see luxury on a daily basis but this resort takes luxury to a whole new level. If you are looking for a very quiet, private place to relax then this is your resort !!

We visited Pimalai in June 2024. The hotel & service was outstanding. We stayed in the hillside ocean view private pool villa and it phenomenal. It was very private with unbelievable views of the ocean, sunset and stars. The food & cocktails in the hotel were amazing. We especially loved the slow cooked beef masaman. The staff were very friendly & made our stay even more special. We still talk about it to this day.

It is one of the best beach hotels in SE Asia - at east this our view. The hotel is attractively laid out over a large area from the beach into the hills and blends perfectly with the surrounding trees etc. We spoiled ourselves with a hillside villa with a private pool and weren't disappointed. The room was superb with acres of space and the pool was large by any standard. It is a steep uphill walk from the beach to the room and not really suitable for anyone with disabilities although the hotel runs a buggy on demand. The restaurants are varied in style but the food in each is excellent albeit quite expensive. Wine is extremely expensive but this is due to Thai taxation rather than the hotel's greed. Above all, the hotel staff are quite simply the most naturally charming that we have ever come across. The standard of service is high but it never ending supply of smiling staff that really makes the difference.

We liked everything they had to offer, we had a very comfortable stay and the private pool was amazing.

The staff of this establishment were truly polite and professional. Everything was excellent. The atmosphere was delightful, the place was clean, and the private pool added to the experience. The lady who managed the place, named Jaeb, treated us like a host we had known for years. This place was not just an accommodation; it was a piece of paradise.

The accommodation was just beautiful! We had a two bedroom poolside apartment, and it was so much bigger and nicer than the photos suggested. My children adored it. It was spotlessly clean and serviced every day. The beds were super comfy, as were the pillows. The pools were all exceptionally clean, and the beautiful gardens were very well maintained. The staff at the resort are lovely and so kind, helpful and polite. The meals we had here were the best we ate our entire week in Ao Nang and large portions. There was a free shuttle into town every two hours, and it was very punctual. We used it a lot. We loved popping into town, but it was wonderful to return home to our peaceful haven each day, and we're so glad we booked here and not in town. There is a wonderful local night market nearby and we highly recommend that as it was only frequented by locals but had the best stalls and was really clean and well organised. You must try the don't stand, which sells various ones stuffed with different flavours for 10 baht!

everything was perfect from the moment we checked in. starting off they didn’t have a motorcycle available for rent as they were all already taken, however a lovely member of staff offered their bike at a great rate. they had access to another bike so it wasn’t a massive i convenience but for this I feel they went above and beyond to help us. everyone was very welcoming and friendly at check in offering free drinks on arrival. arriving at our villa we were extremely happy with how clean and tidy the villa was. everything was very well looked after and the atmosphere was wonderful. the pool outside the villa was spotless as was the entire communal pool and garden area. the cleaners were very fast and efficient. one morning we only popped out for breakfast and came back to find the apartment spotless and they had even done our washing up from the night before. I honestly feel like jungle villas was the perfect choice.

Location was perfect for us I didn't want to close to the beach front as it was very noisy and busy so this worked perfectly. The hotel offered a lift service to the beach front even 2 hours from 10-6 which worked well. The grounds are well maintained and pretty and the 3 pools were clean. We opted for a 2 bed bungalow with own pool this was very spacious and private just what we needed for our last part of the trip. The food at the restaurant was fresh and great value for money and the staff were amazing lovely people.

The rooms were very specious and the bed super comfortable. Shower water and pressure were perfect! Swimming pool was pleasant, the staff took care to leave water the coffee outside the door if needed. The free bicycle are a wonderful and practical idea. I enjoyed them!

I love everything about this hotel.. the view from our room was amazing..booked pool access room so that my kids can having fun at the pool anytime. Just open the sliding door and directly to the pool! Cleanliness is top notch. This hotel is minutes drive to aonang town so its best if u have your own transport. 2 minutes away from ao nam pier where u can take the 10 mins cruise long tail boat to Railay Beach! Front staff Rioi was very helpful 👍

The bed is super comfy. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The pool is beautiful. We had a pool access room and it was lovely to step onto the terrace and straight into the pool. We had some laundry to do and the hotel arranged this for us. We liked that the hotel was a little secluded and that we needed a moped to get there. Nothing was too much trouble...

I loved the view, and the room was quite spacious. The direct pool access was also a great perk! However, I was really surprised by the condition of the towels — they were so worn out and torn that they really shouldn’t be in use anymore, which was a bit of a shame. I also think the overall cleanliness could be improved. We requested cleaning for one day, only to find the same dead insect still in the same spot, which was disappointing.

A wonderful hotel with good facilities and views of the sea. We took one pool-access room and one sea-view room. Rooms are very spacious and good option for a long-stay. Excellent furniture & bathrooms. Its a bit of a climb each time you head out. Only catch is that its located far from the bustling beaches and markets. Hence its a good option if you are on a self-drive trip or have a full-time car available. Taxi's are available of course, but its still far from the bustling night life and the beaches. Breakfast is basic and they do not have a restaurant for either lunch or dinner - so be ready to order on the apps (Bolt). Overall, we loved the place!

The villa was absolutely beautiful. It was like a sanctuary away from the rest of the island. I would stay here again for sure. Private pool, great facilities, places to sit inside and outside, and great staff that came to clean the pool and facilities daily. Nice, clean beach in front of villa.

Location, beach, pool, villa and staff are all amazing. Ray in particular goes above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We loved the pool, great size and depth for a private pool, and right on the beach facing the sunset. Perfect aspect for views, sun and comfort. Villa was comfy and had everything we needed. Next door is the main resort with an even bigger pool, massage villa right on the beach, lovely gardens. Beach is gorgeous. Super relaxing stay.

Exceptional accommodation right on the beach. We were a group of 5 and the area consisting of 3 en-suite chalets plus separate living/dining chalet and private pool and gardens was perfect. The pool is gorgeous and the ideal way to cool off overlooking the sea, there is also use of a larger pool next to the villa. Everything was spotlessly clean. A big thanks to the manager Ray who was always on hand but never obtrusive. An added bonus was the bar next door who would happily deliver drinks and food direct to the villa. A wonderful experience that we will never forget.

This resort has beautiful views on what felt like a private beach. Customer service was top-notch! It's about 30 minutes from Au Nang, which wasn't great because it was so peaceful. The tour desk can arrange roundtrip transportation to Au Nang to shop or enjoy the night market/nightlife. We hired a private longboat, which picked up from the beach at the resort. Very convenient! Wide selection of breakfast options. Offers swim-out suites.

The perfect beachfront pool villa with the comfortable bed, the amazing and clean private pool, direct door to the beach and lots of places to sit together and drink a beer, cocktail or eat a nice meal. The staff was always very helpful and kind and the breakfast was great. Also easy to catch a taxi or bolt to ao nang for going out in the evening.

Overall If you want a nice quiet stay then it doesn’t get any better than this resort. Pros The view from the beach is spectacular. The best we’ve seen and that includes Aonang beach and Koh Phi Phi. The beach view looks across and out to more than a dozen gorgeous islands jutting out of the sea. It is a view to die for. The beach itself is soft white sand going slowly into the ocean. You can walk out 100 yards before it’s over your head. And there is great shade under the trees, enough for everyone and for the whole day. Our room was huge, with a modern shower and bathroom. The breakfast is the best we’ve had in Thailand. Lots to choose from and a view to end all views from the sitting area. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The hotel is beautiful. If you want, you can get a pool access room, which is great if you have really young kids Cons If you want lots of restaurant choices, shopping, or a party scene - this is not it. There are 4 resorts on this semiprivate beach and no other services in the area. Each one has a restaurant and there are 2 other restaurants. The prices in the Anvayee restaurant are on the high end, but you can walk down the beach 200 m for other choices that are more reasonable. You can also get a shuttle into Aonang but we did not feel the need. We would go back to the Anvayee again. It is very special to us.

Anyavee Tubkaek Beach Resort was like spending 6 days in a wonderful dream. I cried when I left because I just wanted to stay. We were a bit hesitant after seeing some of the reviews about the staff and building maintenance. The Thai sun and the sea are very harsh on a building but, despite that, I thought the resort was maintained very well. And the staff treated us like royalty. Toom was a gem; she was so attentive to our every need! Our family of 4 stayed in a 2-bedroom beachside villa and it was, honestly, the most beautiful and amazing location we have ever experienced. The villa felt luxurious and spacious with plenty of space for our two teens to get comfortable. Tubkaek Beach is quiet and full of natural beauty (just how we like it). We rented a paddleboard and kayak, the kids chased crabs on the beach, and a couple of monitor lizards ambled in the yard as we played in our private pool. We came away completely refreshed and reinvigorated. Thank you!!!

Lovely hotel, on a beautiful beach.. Good swimming pools. We stayed in a gold suite with swim up pool, which I would highly recommend. Read lots of reviews before we went saying it wasn't a 5 star hotel, but we can't fault it. And when you take into consideration what you pay, it's great value. Also only short taxi journey from the boat pier, and great location to explore the island. Highly recommend visiting the National Park, Mangroves and have a night at the Thai boxing stadium. Staff were all friendly and polite

OMG!!!! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ENOUGH. It is just in a perfect perfect perfect location, barely 8 min walk from the Tonsai pier. More importantly, their pool on the beach with a swim up bar is Just VIEWS FOR DAYS. They have hammocks & movies on the beach & the rooms aren't just rooms but private tiny bungalows all made out of Bamboo. This resort is so cutely luxurious & the staff & service is so friendly. DO NOT MISS. [yes, you will hear party noises till late from the opposite beach but you're in Phi Phi, so ...]

The minute we walked into reception to check in, we were welcomed warmly and made to feel at home. The staff so polite and attentive. The bungalows were rustic and made from natural materials. The sustainability criteria for this hotel was very high and we appreciated all the detail that was taken to keep the environmental impact so low. The breakfast spread was the best we’ve ever come across and the view equally as rewarding. The pool area was relaxing with some areas in the sun and some areas in the shade, along with the swim up pool bar and pool side snack menu, everything was catered for. The night lighting is also splendid around the complex. There is some noise of an evening, which of course we were warned of in advance and at the time of booking. Everything else tipped the balance for us and we just had to accept that to enjoy this hotel, we were obliged to contend with this minor problem.

We stayed in the private pool villa and garden view villa. Both were very good, lots of space. Friendly staff, they even moved our luggage when we changed rooms.

Very good value 2 bedroom pool villa for 4 adults + 1 child. Roomy rooms and bigger than expected private pool. The family owned resort had wonderfully friendly staff (from cleaners to front of house to drivers). Restaurant had decent fairly priced food (for an island), mostly the Thai style dishes were better, but some dishes too sweet. Overall felt like home.

The family villa was huge and so comfortable and clean. We were lucky enough to have the villa directly opposite the pool and the views were stunning. We stayed with 2 teenagers and our son took the sofa bed in the lounge. This room wasn't air conditioned but it had a fan and he didn't mind this, especially once he discovered there was YouTube on the tv! The property was very quiet and we often had the pool to ourselves, which we loved but if you want a lively hotel then this isn't for you! We stayed for Christmas and New year and the staff looked after us all very well. The restaurant was great, amazing fresh curries cooked to order and wonderful fresh juices, lassis and shakes too. The staff were all wonderful, helpful and so so friendly. A special mention to wonderful Bao who was so kind and accommodating, even when we locked ourselves out of the villa at 11pm and he came from his home to help us. A great location too, a short walk from the beach and a number of lovely restaurant restaurants that and bars- the Why Not bar and SameSame but Different bar were great beach bars and the Drunken sailor was a great restaurant on the Main Street too. A wonderfully special place that we didn't want to leave. Highly recommended.

Our stay at the Tubkaak Krabi was excellent. We rented the Haven Suite and it was incredible. Perfect ocean view, amazing and large private pool, and the room itself was huge! The service at the resort was incredible, with such attention to detail. We rented a long tail boat with a private picnic arranged by the hotel, and it was our favorite experience in Thailand! The beach was beautiful, and when the tide was out you could walk out forever and the water was so calm. This stay was one of my top favorites ever!

Fabulous property, our room was deluxe pool access so we had the pool and we were on the 2nd floor so we had an amazing view !! Free mini bar and it’s walking distance to all the restaurant / shops and beach ! Excellent location

We stayed for 3 nights. Based on my booking, I espectro a room with a patio adjacent to a pool. However, the room opened to a small patio with steep stairs and a ladder goin into the pool. The patio was not very useable and the pool access and view were not good. We talked to the manager and were able to move to a deluxe room for the second and third nights. The deluxe room was larger, had a large useable patio and was directly adjacent to the pool. This room was much better. I would recommend this hotel to travelers but would highly recommend a deluxe room. The breakfast was very nice.

Nice place to stay, we had booked pool access rooms so we could step right out of our room into the pool. Very nice place friendly staff and clean. I only gave a 4 out of 5 because some old marks from past guests on walls and mirrors that could be cleaned off. Other then that nice place comfy beds and just far enuff off the main strip to not hear the music and people. Quiet and safe place

Great value for money. Especially of you’re going to spend most of your time out of the hotel. The hotel is modern and clean, good location, staff Are very friendly. It has everything you need...my kids also used the pool a couple of times and enjoyed it. Note - I mistakenly booked a pool access room in the old side, It had a damp smell, probably the humidity from krabi itself and the pool..my family was fine with it, but I wasn’t, as I have a sensitive sense of smell. We upgraded to a family room without pool access, and had no problems going to the pool when we needed it. We also had to pay 100 baht for a lost room card at checkout, the price of the hotel was excellent value for money, so I didn’t mind paying. Overall, a great stay. Thank you

We had an AMAZING stay at The Six Senses. The staff were absolutely incredible, especially Khun Q who looked after us, and the villa is the best accommodation we've ever stayed in. The villa was huge, and the private pool and deck area was just out of this world. The accommodation was kept spotless at all times, and the pool cleaned thoroughly and regularly. It was truly a paradise and I can't imagine we'll ever stay in such a nice villa again. The food was all delicious, and the day trips offered by the hotel run perfectly. We had the absolute best stay.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. We had a two bedroom villa with a pool. The pool was sparkling clean. The air conditioning worked very well. We ordered room service and ate at two of the restaurants. We were only there for two nights which was definitely not enough. The staff were all outstanding. The spa was incredible, one of the best massages I have ever had. I can’t wait to go back.

The resort is simply spectacular. A piece of heaven on earth. The views from the resort, particularly from our room were fantastic (we stayed in a panorama pool villa). One of the strong points of the resort is the food, all restaurants and breakfast were incredible, particularly the Thai options (the fried egg pad kra pao was our favorite). Both the resort and villa pools are also great. The villas are very private. We loved the nature and wildlife in the resort and also the environmental consciousness everywhere. The farm, and possibility to get your own eggs are amazing. We also liked the island itself, which we explored with the bikes available on site. The staff is world class, really they go above and beyond to help and make you feel pampered. Jenny our host was lovely and was always there to help. There are tours to local island as wells as Phi Phi, Krabi and other places. I highly recommend booking at least one of these, since they are really amazing.

Six Senses Yao Noi is set in the most stunning location, blending breathtaking natural beauty with luxury and sustainability. The wildlife and lush surroundings create a vibrant island vibe, seamlessly integrated into the resort’s design without disrupting nature. The level of food and drinks was unparalleled—honestly, the best coffee we’ve ever had abroad, and every meal was an unforgettable experience. There were plenty of activities, including a magical James Bond movie screening under the stars (as a part of the "Living Room" restaurant). The peaceful integration with nature made us feel like we were in a luxurious treehouse. Our Hideaway Villa was perfect, with a fantastic bath and thoughtful mosquito management through fogging and natural repellents. Pool was amazing and so as the outdoors seating and dining area. unmatched privacy!! The hotel staff was amazing, offering free ice cream and complimentary activities like paddleboarding and kayaking, always with a helping hand. Even the transfer to the airport was flawless, with staff escorting us all the way to the check-in counter, handling our luggage from start to finish. The overall vibe was intimate and familial, making the experience even more special.

Absolutely wonderful stay — easily the best experience we’ve had abroad. Six Senses is truly one of a kind. Nothing compares to the breathtaking view from the Hilltop pool, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff, and the incredible design of the walkways throughout the property. Getting picked up from our villa and seamlessly taken wherever we needed made everything feel effortless. Honestly, the entire experience felt magical.

We've travelled a lot, and this is our favourite place. The room (beachfront private pool) is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and the pool and ocean view are incredible. They booked 2 tours for us during our stay, and they customised the tours per our request so they were exactly what we wanted. This was our second stay here (first time was 2015) and we will definitely be back again!

I highly recommend a stay at the Blue Sotel. We arrived and promptly were helped and moved into our room. The place was clean and upscale looking. We liked that the pool had a swim up bar. We asked about using a shuttle for airport transport but the cost was $1000 baht while outside at a tourist stand it was $700 baht so we went with that.

My wife and I had a swim up room, and it was fantastic. The room was big and it was nice to just plunge right in the pool. The location is good on Long Beach which is perfect for walking in the morning. The breakfast fast food and I love having a sea view when dining.

We stayed in may, hotel is good. Quite far of everything but that's what we wanted. Rooms are huge but a bit old, we recommend the pool access room, the exit is literally on the pool! The beach is beautiful but dangerous, be careful specially with kids. Prices are a bit higher than Panghan.

We stayed in both the hillside huts and the pool access rooms. We loved our stay staff very friendly food was delicious. My only suggestion would be the beach/pool area could do with an update. more comfortable sun loungers, pool updated and more umbrellas. beach bar was lovely for sunset drinks. Great location and beach was beautiful.

Moonlight Bay Resort We spent 8 nights at Moonlight Bay Resort and had a fantastic stay. The hotel is situated directly on Klong Nin Beach and has its own secluded beach. There are two pool areas and a nice restaurant and bar. We stayed in a pool view room which was a good size with a huge balcony overlooking the pool and the creek and were able to watch a great variety of wildlife from the balcony in the early evening. Breakfast was included and had a good selection of food. One tip: get a second coffee maker!! The morning coffee queue is painful! The pool and beach area are quiet and there is no morning battle for sunbeds. We snorkelled off the beach and there was a bit to see underwater but not much. The hotel is about one mile from the main Klong Nin beach area which has a plethora of beach bars, restaurants and massage parlours. We chose to walk in and back each evening but there is always a taxi or two waiting outside the hotel if needed. I only have one real criticism. We decided to attend the Wednesday Seafood Barbecue and Fire show and turned up at the scheduled time of 7pm. There was already a large queue so we ordered a drink, joined the queue and made our order. By this time, we got the very last jacket potato and all the corn was gone. (There were still a number of people behind us in the line.) We placed our order (fish and squid) and went back to our seats. It was the one and a quarter hours until our food arrived. The staff were running round like

Beautiful view, had an ocean view. Room itself was everything we needed. Water every day and tidy of the room if needed. Loved the balcony to watch the thunderstorms. Location was great, was worried but everything (including hospital and such if needed) was only a 5-10 minute walk away. Would go back here for much longer if we could, was sad to leave. Had thunderstorms each day so my only comment would be if the pool could be skimmed out each morning. Swimming with sticks and leaves in the AM but I still swam as it was so refreshing. Also as said before stake claim to your beach chairs early if you want the beach view all day , otherwise other chairs around pool.

Personal sehr nett und immer bemüht zu helfen. Außerhalb vom Hotel wenig gutes, man muss eigentlich immer fahren oder eine größere Strecke gehen. Wir haben daher immer im Hotel gegessen, das war gut. Defizite: beim Frühstück gab es nur einen kleinen und langsamen Kaffeevollautomaten der häufig irgendwelche Macken hatte (nervig). Liegen gab es am Pool und am Strand nicht ausreichend, man musste schon früh sein um eine zu bekommen. Außerdem gab es noch weniger Auflagen als Liegen. Kaffeeautomat und Liegen sind absolut keine 4 Sterne

I have been coming to Phi Phi for the last three years and this is the only hotel I choose. The rooms are big and spacious and it is very clean. The staff is super friendly and kind. Breakfast included in the room is a nice perk. I’m staying during covid and it has been the most chill, relaxed stay. They bring breakfast to my room at my time request and room service is amazing. The pool access room is worth the money and the hotel is located right off the beach. Very convenient to the town or the beach side! Love this hotel!

Like most hotels on Phi Phi this property is pretty basic and a little dated, however with that being kept in mind, we were pleased with our stay here. Opted for pool access room - recommend this if you stay here. Two sun lounges out on the deck and jump straight in! Great location on the opposite bay to where the ferries pull in (however this is literally 50m away so you're still right in the action). Overall recommend this option for Phi Phi if you want a medium sized western-style accommodation option in a fantastic location. Staff were great.

This would’ve been a perfect setting if not for the flights for the pool villa. I think they need to install some elevators as this steps can be dangerous especially at night, when bringing luggage’s up and down and for both staff and clients. Other than that my experience was amazing. Beach front property, clean spacious rooms and my pool Villa was my happiness. Close to everything but it gives u peace and quiet when needed. The spa was great and the staff was more than welcoming. I would want to come back..maybe when they have the elevator installed to the higher floors.

Stayed 10 days at resort (our second stay). We are not Muslim, still we find it a great place to stay. The staff were great ,we arrived very early and reception arranged our rooms by 11am. The girls were always smiling and easy to talk to. Our room was on ground floor in block opposite restaurant, it was quite except for people above scraping furniture over tiles, room spacious but bed a bit hard for what we are used to, however staff arranged extra quilt to sleep on which helped. Pool is great, only wish they would allow swimming up till 9pm. Restaurant food is halah, still we found enough to satisfy us. We would stay again as good value for money in great position

We had a great stay for 5 days. Had a quiete room and received an upgrade for our anniversary. Could be more loungers around the pool area. Location was awesome close to many good restaurants. The breakfast was always good with a variety of fruit. The egg person was always busy making your order to your specification. Would recommend this hotel.

We loved the hotel. Great staff very friendly. Hotel is located in the heart of Aonang, excellent location, across from the beach. Hotel has very good restaurant, delicious food and fresh drinks, in good prices. Only downside is they don’t serve alcohol. Pool area very nice. Spa services also recommended. Overall great hotel!

Price same in restaurant as for room service. The staff were amazing and what made this place so special. Always smiling. Happy to help, if you needed a ride a member of staff was always on hand to drop you places in the tuk tuk. Would we stay again - 100%. We were so sad to leave.

Pretty property built into the side of the cliff. Very quiet and removed from the main roads. We didn’t use the hotel shuttle but they run a regular schedule to the beach area. Amenities were nice but if we returned, we would book a poolside room. We felt like we were intruding on other guests to access the pool. Kids loved feeding the koi in the lobby and we appreciated the quality beach towels, beach bags and mats for guest use!

This review comes from a person who sadly walks around looking for what’s wrong, and I’m super picky. I also pay good money and expect better when I do. I’m hard to please. This property was “untouchable”. Hidden 2 blocks off the loud beaten path, built up and against to the mountains present, this hotel is a touch of Zen. Super clean, all staff speak English, you are hidden from from the trash, zoo atmosphere of Krabi. The pool is fantastic, only 24 rooms so you feel as if the whole hotel is just yours. The rooms were great, clean, plenty of space, great bed, better air conditioning, and the staff does everything for you. Now I had a backed up toilet which I found overflowing upon our return from sight seeing, and the toilet/bathroom reeked. I’m not okay with this although they had 6 people cleaning it and 15 minutes later all the as perfect and the smell was gone. Sadly they did nothing for my bill although I had no bathroom for 24 hours, and it flooded the next day. They offered me a free breakfast, to which I said “”keep it”. It was wrong of them how they handled it. But that shouldn’t take away from how perfect this place is as all the other hotel occupants were raving about the place as well. What happened in my room, was a “one off occurrence”! This hotel was a gem, and we came from The Boathouse in Phuket, which is 5 star. This place measured up in every way. All you hear when there are the birds, and silence. Trust me… I would stay no where RGS2024

We really can’t fault this hotel. This hotel is exceptional. The room was spacious, ultra clean with direct access to the swimming pool. The room is cleaned everyday and you get free bottles of water everyday. the staff were all amazing - they were so friendly , helpful and caring - they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. It was my boys birthday so they organised little surprise for him in the room. The staff at the restaurant, reception, housekeeping or the hotel driver . They were all Super !!! The hotel location was great too . A leisurely 20mins walk from Aonang beach but there is a shuttle or Tuktuk that drops you off ( and pick you up ) at various set times during the day for free .Or you can walk . There is loads of places to eat and go shopping near by. The food ( mainly breakfast for us ) was amazing - so much choice and everything tasted lovely. Everything was perfect and we were all so sad to go home. We would go back there tomorrow if we could !!! Best place and I would recommend to anymore.

This beautiful property is located under huge limestone cliffs, away from the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang, yet everything was easily accessible with a 300 baht a day motorbike rental. I had two or three issues the first night and the staff was very responsive and dealt with all of my complaints. I remember how Nana at the front desk always greeted us with a warm smile. We liked it there so much that we extended our stay from five to seven nights. The bed was reasonably comfortable, However the pillows were too big for me. They provided me with a less thick pillow, which was fine for me. Breakfast was abundant. I only used the wonderful pool with waterfalls twice but really appreciated how nice it was when I did. I hope to stay there again sometime.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Peace paradise beach! We had a pool access room (3 adults and a little child) and it was really clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious, the staff was amazing and friendly, the location stunning! We wish we could stay longer. We can’t wait to be back. We were staying at a room with pool access and ocean view - it was great. Nice little restaurant and bar right at the beach with supernicw staff and good food. The room was cleaned perfectly on a daily basis. The two very friendly guys at the reception fullfilled every wish with a smile and were always very proffessional - from motorbike rental, to laundry, to solving small issues in the room immediatly.

We loved this hotel so much that we extended our stay for another two days. The staff is so incredibly kind and helpful, they did their utmost to make our stay as pleasant as possible. This is not a new luxurious resort and you can see that the facilities are a bit worn out here and there, but this is what added to the overall charm of the place and what we liked so much. However everything was well maintained and cleaned thoroughly and regularly. The hotel is located almost in the middle of the the Klong Nin beach, so you can find good bars or cafes in either direction. The beach is nice and not crowded, even in peak season. Our room was facing this fantastic swimming pool, which our daughter loved as she could jump straight in. The shower in the room was great, with hot water and good pressure. The breakfast was very tasty, with varied a la carte selection. The adjacent Breezy Bar makes also some great drinks (especially Mai Tai) and food. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone, but especially to families, who will enjoy it mainly due to the proximity of the beach, cleanliness and the great swimming pool.

Villa was amazing, staff were very friendly and arranged things for us to make our stay the best. Couples massage was amazing! We loved our private pool and the view. The breakfast provided went above and beyond expectations.

The villa is quite large, more so than expected. Very comfortable, lived the private pool and the pagoda where breakfast was served. Our favourite place in Thailand. For the photos, the bathroom is the bedroom…

It's an amazing site. The hotel doesn't have a lobby; instead, it has a mystical temple-like entry with floating water stones. The staff greets you and shows you to the room. The space is enormous! The room's paintings and doors were painted by hand. The largest bed in the world! Fantastic outdoor shower, tub, and shower. Although there is a private pool, we didn't spend much time in it. The service is outstanding! The pool is amazing. There are several restaurants and a children's club on the grounds. Everything was fantastic. Fantastic breakfast.

10 stars! Wow what an experience! Customer service beyond anything I’ve seen. We arrived by a speed boat and were greeted by banquet Director, iced tea, towels etc. Our beach villa had a private pool, amazing amenities. We had personal butler Khun Yid, and he was beyond amazing. Everything customized with what’s up text service where you can ask for anything and team just makes it happen. Resort is incredible, spa was amazing, pool with swim up bar, restaurants, kids play room and more! Lots of complimentary activities (we did sunrise hike and visited small island) will definitely will be coming back

Very special property. Love the arrival and goodbye ceremony - I thought they were very unique touches. The resort is walkable or you can get a ride in a buggy but hang on tight if on the back! The breakfast buffet was delicious. The food overall was good including room service but the Thai restaurant was outstanding. We were in Royal villa 30 and it was so big I felt like there were parts I never went to. The bed is so big - it’s like two king size beds pushed together. A whole family could sleep on it but it’s also very comfy. The private pool was freezing and very deep but really nice to relax by. The main pool was not busy when we went so it was also enjoyable as was the poolside dining. Sunset is incredible. We did a private boat tour arranged by our butler Khun Pin and it was amazing. They showed us all the key sights and even gave us water and snack and fresh fruit. After our boat ride the Ritz staff was waiting for us on shore with cold towels and cool drinks. It was so thoughtful. They even provide you with a beach tote and sun hat in your dressing room which is a lovely touch. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and it was a magical stay over all.

he private villa was beautiful, with a fantastic private pool, outdoor bath, and a very comfortable bed. Everything looked great and felt well maintained. I especially want to thank Aea, the private concierge, who was wonderful - very kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. The pool and poolside food were absolutely amazing, and I really enjoyed spending time there. The only downside was breakfast - it was very limited, and I ended up needing to take a taxi to eat elsewhere or order to the room. Also, I didn’t see a proper beach nearby, only a rocky step into the water, though I wasn’t actively looking for a beach. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I truly appreciated the villa experience and the excellent service from Aea.

Where to begin. This beautiful retreat is set back from the town of Ao Nang and takes about a 12min Tuk tuk costing approx 300-400bht each trip, its peaceful and gives off a rainforest vibe. We were upgraded upon arrival to the pool access villa and enjoyed the amazing view of the pool and resort see photos. The breakfast was wither a buffet or set menu, consisting of your choice of hot or cold which was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms are huge, including a t.v above the bath. All the amenities you could need including complementary bug spray - which is heavily needed in Thailand! We thank you and will be back 5 star!

We booked 2 rooms for 4 days 3 nights we get the garden view room 908 and 907. First impression when we arrive is just nice.. the staff was helpful and friendly.. greeted us with welcome drinks. The rooms are beautiful and clean the best part is the bathrooms come with outdoor shower and jacuzzi with tv for us to relax after along day island hopping. Beautiful plants everywhere! The bird of paradise plants are huge and beautiful totally love it.. there is a porch for us to relax outside the room.. during rainy days we just lay down reading our book while listening to the raindrops . It’s quiet place to stay! in the morning we can here some chanting going on maybe because we are next to a temple or something but its doesn’t bother us because its quite soothing hahahaha After the rain stop we went to the pool and surprisingly the pool water are warm maybe because its a hot day before the rain start. We didn’t eat much at the Resort but we did order some tuna sandwiches and beef burger that was delicious 😋 Do try the local stalls instead of the restaurant in aonang because the restaurant food are overrated and bland.. i ate mango salad everyday that we bought near the 7eleven before head back to the resort.. its yummy! Its far from aonang but its okay since we hire a bikes. Its far from the ‘havocness’ of Aonang its more relaxing and quiet place 😍. Love all the plants around the resort especially the huge bird of paradise plants.we stayed 1 more night just to relax.

So so so lovely. The whole place is stunning. I arrived on my birthday, sat by the (spotless) pool drinking cocktails and then had a massage by the pool. I died and went to heaven. Staff were excellent - very friendly and spoke perfect English. I went with a friend but it would be the perfect place for a romantic getaway. The bathroom was particularly lovely & outdoor shower! All felt very luxurious. I only wish we'd stayed longer!

From the second we arrived at this hotel we were treated amazingly. The hotel is 10 mins scooter from Ao Nang which is welcome peace and quiet. Our room was a garden view room which was huge, newly finished and immaculate, the bed was also big with lovely soft sheets. The bathroom had a massive tub and very cool outside shower. The room had a nice big TV with internet connection so you could watch Netflix and the internet speed was very good. The pool was always clean and generally very quiet as the hotel is quite small. The restaurant breakfast could be better and i would suggest moving away from a buffet to an order menu. The food on the whole could use some work but is passable. The receptionists were all excellent and would suggest restaurants and places to go for the day. One place i couldnt recommend highly enough is Klong Muang beach which is a 10 min scooter ride. Its super quiet and absolutely stunning. Go before 3 pm though as the tide goes out very far. I can highly recommend staying here and dont be put off by the fact that its 10 mins from the beach, its a massive bonus being away from the noise.

Me and my partner stayed here from 16-23rd March. As soon as we arrived the hotel staff were so welcoming and helpful. We were upgraded with out asking to the pool view room which was beautiful. Loved the shower as its an outdoor shower and definitely needed in the heat. The staff were always happy to go out of their way to help and my only regret is not personally thanking them all. This resort is about 10 mins from Ao Nang beach and so we rented a scooter with the hotel so that we could explore ourselves and sometimes when we arrived back after a long sweaty day out, the staff would bring us cake or extra water. Really recommend this place, beautiful resort and friendly staff. On our flight home we had to leave at 4am and the staff had made us packed lunches with omelette sandwiches and croissants and jam and orange juice and water which was such a lovely extra touch but the kindest part is that they all lined up and waved us off as we left. 10/10!

We had a great week staying at this villa! The villa is very specious, even with two families it doesn't feel crowded. Having a bathroom in every bedroom is a big plus, especially with so many people in the house. Villa is very well maintained and the cleaning crew come by every day, and they always make sure to asked before they do so to not bother us, which is very nice. The staff was very friendly and attentive, they are always willing to help you with anything you may need. It was so nice to have our own private pool to dive into after a day of exploring Krabi in hot Thai weather. Definitely will remember to come back here when we get the chance!

Villa is super huge. all the amenities are there. great for big families with the deep pool to enjoy. able to park 2 cars. free tuk2 available to go to ao nang beach. Before i booked ive read the reviews on customer complaining of the wooden deck beside the pool as it was slipper, was shocked to see when i came and they did listen to our reviews and change it to stone.. not slippery at all. thumbs up on that! other then that all is good!

Facilities and service were top class. From collection from the airport until the last minute in the villa, everything was thoughtfully taken care of, service was impeccable, fast and friendly. Communication with the teams in the villa was extremely efficient and the response time was minutes at most. Transport on the free Tuk-Tuk service left us off in the middle of Ao Nang with a 5-7 minutes travel time, no issues at all. The villa was quite and relaxing, pool was great, WIFI worked just fine. Everything was great, no complaints.

what a lovely stay for a big family. the pool was spectacular and the facilities were great but the location is not near any walkable places. glad we had free tuk tuk services. the staff especially were amazing. Nay is an incredible host that goes out of her way to help. she needs a pay rise for her outstanding accommodation!!

The villa we stayed in was utterly beautiful, the beds were so comfortable and the private pool was used constantly by our children and ourselves, the restaurant area had a lovely warm and cozy feel to it and was very welcoming, the beach that the property led onto was deserted most days and was so much fun to watch all the crabs run across it. The water was lovely and we had the best 5 days

We loved Ko Yao Noi island and our stay at Kayao Bay Pavillions. The setting of our accomodation was superb set in natural surroundings and close to nature. Our villa was luxurious, comfortable, spacious, extremley clean and well maintained. The villa was equiped with everything we needed and more ! The location of the private pool was a highlight. The menu in the restaurant was extensive offering Thai, European and Street Food the best food we had in our entire stay in Thailand. The management team of George, Bee, and Ryan were amazing hosts and made us feel very welcome. They were always avaliable to help and advise but never intrusive. All the staff, cleaners, grounds staff were friendly, polite and helpful. We would like to give a special mention to the waitresses who were exceptional and to the chefs who provided delicious meals throughout our stay.

Koyao Bay Pavilions is a beautiful and serene place to get back to nature. We stayed in the Taara Villa, which has an outdoor kitchen and living room encouraging us to spend more time outdoors, listening to the sounds of nature. The outdoor area has multiple large fans to stay cool and keep mosquitos away. The front yard of the villa is beautiful with trees, flowers, small ponds, and a large pool. The villa is a short walk to the beach, and also close to a local grocery store if you'd like to purchase fresh fruits etc. The beach was nearly empty every single day, and there are multiple hammocks in the shade that you can sit in and read for hours. The views of the Phang Nga Bay are incredible, and I highly recommend waking up for a few sunrises. Keep in mind that the water around Koh Yao Noi is not going to be the crystal clear water you might find at other islands in Thailand, however you can easily take day trips to places with clearer water. One day I took a long walk along almost the entire east coast of the island, and when I passed beach after beach, I saw very few people. We go to Thailand often, and this is the least crowded, and one of the most calm islands we have visited - we were there in April. At the same time, there is plenty to do if you'd like to such as short trips to nearby islands, bike rides, visits to farms and more. Bee, George, Ryan and the entire staff are so helpful, and we would definitely go back again and stay at Koyao Bay Pavilions.

The property is a serene oasis butt up right on the beach, scattered with tropical plants and trees, making the space feel secluded yet nourishing and absolutely stunning. The architecture of the beach villas are so beautiful- each one having their own gazebo type patio as well. So much seating and places to relax. Just upon our arrival, my partner and I took a much needed nap in the hammocks after traveling. It was the most relaxed we’ve been in a while! This place is incredible on so many levels, from the outstanding food, the pools and beach access, the grounds, and down to the level of attention and care from the staff. They really care here! We had awesome conversations with Asma (such a sweet and friendly woman!), Bee at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, as well as Ryan, always there to offer his support to make sure our stay on Koh Yao Noi was memorable. They went above and beyond to meet some accommodations that I needed mid stay too. Just in awe of this place. Travis and I will be back as soon as we can- even though we’re across the world 😉

From the airport pick up til the warm fare well, everything was super well organised by Mandy and her crew. We stayed in the 8pers bungalow with the private pool and had a great time. there are 3 separate buildings, two of them have a queen sized bed and bathrooms and the other has 2 rooms with a queen and a shared bathroom. The pic shows the very spacious living-kitchen area. In the middle of these 4 buildings there's the pool. We took part in the cooking course with the chef from the restaurant, great fun! The snorkeling trip we had organised via the resort was good for beginners, not spectacular. The diving trip organised outside the resort was so-so. All-in-all I actually do not want to recommend this place so we can keep this one all to our selfs...;)

I can't fault this place in terms of standard of accommodation and attention to detail. It isn't cheap when comparing to other places in Thailand but for us it was worth every penny and wished we had booked for longer. The location was amazing right on the beach with views looking out to sea. We had a 2 bed villa with private pool. All rooms were very big and well maintained. Food was great with specials every night. Koh Jum is a quite sleepy island so don't expect lots of partying. However, there is a bar at the hotel which makes some wonderful cocktails and there is a nice chilled atmosphere - a great way to watch the sunset. There is also some local bars within walking distance. The best way to get around and see the island is to hire a moped (around £5 per day from the hotel) - the roads are very quiet so great for any novice to get started. They will help you with any travel arrangements/trips etc

Koh Jum Beach Villas is an incredible resort on an amazing, small and unspoiled Island. The Villas are incredible. We stayed in a two bedroom villa with pool and it was extremely luxurious. The attention to detail and staff service is incredible. The restaurant provides exceptional food and great value. If you are looking for a villa / resort at the high end of service then look no further. The island itself is small, peaceful and beautiful. We still found loads to do via day trips organised by the resort (all extremely good value and really professionally organised), exploring the island on bikes and scooters or going to try out various small (and amazing) local cafes and restaurants. We had a holiday of a lifetime and can't thank the team enough for making our stay so memorable.

Varana Hotel in Krabi is almost new and a lot of money and thoughts have gone into making this a brilliant hotel, including a 50m olympic size swimming pool and other pools, some whirlpool spa-style. It was low season so no crowds around the pool and therefore a very happily quiet stay. The on-site restaurants Kin (breakfast) and Nook (dinner) served excellent food and the staff were attentive, polite and helpful throughout. There is a road to cross to get to the beach, but the fantastic pool more than made up for the need for visiting the beach at all. Altogether, an excellent hotel. The area around it has plenty of cheap restaurants and massage parlours for those who want to explore on foot.

We stayed for 4 nights in the luxe plus room with pool view (we were upgraded from luxe pool view) and we had a view of the sea from the balcony as well which was a lovely surprise (room 241)! The pools were great - we spent a lot of time there with our 2 year old. The food is also excellent - definitely recommend the pizza if you want a break from Thai! We went to the naam spa experience which was incredible, and also ate at the sala restaurant - great view of the sunset and everything was delicious, especially the spicy grilled chicken! The location is ideal as its at a beautiful quiet beach but there are still plenty of restaurants, massage places, longboat tours etc and a 7-11 nearby. The hotel staff were so friendly and really made our stay feel special. We're already planning our next visit! Thank you, Varana!

New hotel, very clean. The staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a quieter part, maybe 15 mins in a car from the main touristy bit - for us that is a positive. The swimming pools are great, two kid friendly pools and a huge/deep pool for exercise/diving. How the hotel could improve: - better sound proofing in the rooms - branded shampoo/conditioner - a small mirror was taped onto the big mirror in the bathroom, this kept falling off which was rather annoying. Minor complaints. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a luxury break.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The entire complex is spotless and well maintained. The rooms were lovely and beds extremely comfortable. Pool areas are brilliant, could do with proper pool table service as it is difficult to get served unless going to kiosk and can take a long time to get food or drink near the pool. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

This resort lived up to its status of being a 5 star. Starting of with a vast property (still look like new), well maintained and very clean, to the staffs that are very friendly and welcoming. They allowed us to checked in early, gave us a discount for the transportation to get our things from the other hotel and back to theirs. The welcome drink and fresh towel is a good gesture, its refreshing and heartwarming at the same time. Once we were checked in, we were escorted to our room via their own tuktuk ride. The room is very spacious and it has a great view from the balcony. The room itself is very clean, nice interior and very pleasing to the eyes. They even provided a bag that you can use should you want to go to the beach or the pool. They have big pools, 3 areas to be exact and its very well maintained. The restaurant has great food selections (we tried breakfast a dinner as well as in room dining). Overall, it was a great experience for us. Too bad its only for a short period. I will definitely come back here in my next visit to Thailand.

Perfect centralized location close to restaurants. On site laundry service was great, pool was super nice and a nice beach in front of the pool. The front desk folks were amazing, especially Mass who was extremely helpful and always smiling.

We came to ko lanta in low season and the island seemed quieter than we expected. It gave us a chance to really relax around the beautiful resort based right on Klong nin beach. I’ve been impressed with the amount of staff busily doing their jobs. As an early riser, I’ve seen them sweep the walkways, scoop the leaves out of the pools and sweep the beach daily. The staff helped us arrange day trips, car hire and laundry. But most importantly, they always greeted us with friendliness and made us feel extremely welcome. Our trip included stays in fantastic resorts in ko lipe and ko phi phi as well as ko lanta but it was here we felt and amazing connection to the people and staff. Sak, the manager, was really friendly to us and we had some great chats about life on ko lanta. I also had some jokes with the receptionists including Hah. And Pen, one if the owners was really fair with us when plans dictated we had to leave a day earlier than scheduled. In 4 days we hired a car and toured the whole island in a day, visited an ethical elephant sanctuary which was an unbelievable experience and got some well needed rest and relaxation time in. When we left earlier than breakfast time they made us a simple take away breakfast the night before! If you want to just relax in paradise definitely visit ko lanta and definitely stay at Lanta Miami! It’s a great resort and private sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the Thai streets. We had one of the new chalets/rooms. It was super. We did meet one cockroach but he had no objection to us staying there. The room was cleaned every day and smelled lovely on return. The pool looked nice but we did not use it as the beautiful long uncrowned beach was only three paces further on. There are rocks but there is a long wide sandy gap right in front of the resort. One could wallow for hours in the warm tropical waters. All the staff we met were lovely and helpful. Always a smile and a good morning or hello and Mr. Sak himself is a gentleman. All tours and trips can be arranged at reception. Delicious packed lunches can be provided. The hotel restaurant is very good. Many others are only a short walk away. We even stayed an extra four days. Super. Great value. Saving has already begun. We'll be back.

Vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold i en Familie Bungalow på stranden. Smukkeste udsigt at vågne til, og dejlig ren pool at bade i. Rigtig hyggeligt hotel med god afslappet stemning. Dog ærgerligt at folk stod op kl. 6 for at reservere de få solsenge der er. Restauranten på hotellet kan bestemt ikke anbefales, vi spiste der 2 gange og den ene gang var der plastik trevler i vores smoothie og den anden gang var vores mad helt kold, heldigvis ligger der andre gode restauranter i nærheden. Vi planlægger helt sikker at komme igen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Lanta Miami Resort. Wir waren im September in der Nebensaison dort und entsprechend ruhig war es in der Unterkunft und am Strand, teilweise waren wir alleine. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das wahnsinnig nette und hilfsbereite Personal. Das Restaurant des Hotels bietet eine große Auswahl an Speisen, es war alles lecker. Touren und Transfers können direkt bei der Unterkunft gebucht werden und auch ein Rollerverleih ist direkt dort. Es liegt direkt am Meer und auch der Pool ist schön. Preis-Leistung ist absolut zu empfehlen.

A magical stay above the bay! Set high on the hill with panoramic views over Phang Nga Bay , absolutely breathtaking. The private pool with its outdoor terrace was the perfect spot to relax, and the luxury tented villa was such a unique and beautifully styled experience. It was the ultimate place to completely rest and recharge. Breakfast served in the pool was a stunning highlight — like something out of a dream. And the best part? I actually saw hornbills right in front of my villa’s garden. Wow. Truly unforgettable.

The key highlight of staying here is the isolation and the private pool. It's like a private villa inside nature with a beautiful view of the islands. The staff is very polite and offered our breakfast to be delivered to the room with a floating table in the pool. We also ordered in room service dinner which was very nicely delivered.

This Tented Camp is a great place to stay if you are looking for something different than a standard hotel. The views and nature are really amazing & helps you to disconnect from work and digital life. The private pool and the floating breakfast is just an amazing experience to share with your partner. The staff is very helpful and friendly, I really recommend this place to anyone that would like a new experience.

The locations is absolutely breathtaking, splashing around in your own private pool, enjoying the peace and some good wine. Just complete feeling of calm surrender. And the sunrise nowhere else - you can follow the sun from the tiny redline in horizon and follow it through all of its fases. Sweet and friendly staff always ready help.

This hotel was much better than we expected. It’s no 5 star, but it’s very clean and great value. We had a room with pool access which was really handy to guarantee sun beds, but it was never that busy around the pool so there were plenty of beds available so we could use one in the sun and one in the shade. The hotel definitely isn’t as green as it is in some of the photos either!

We originally planned to have a poolside room, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, the preferred room wasn’t available on the day we arrived. The hotel has 4 ‘cottage’s’ at the back (not advertised on website) and we were offered one of these with the option of moving to the poolside room the following day. After a really good nights sleep we decided to stay in the cottage room as it was really quiet and had a great shower, and it was only a quick walk to the pool. We stayed for 16 nights and made use of the swimming pool daily. The hotel offers breakfast / drinks and snacks etc, but as we were visiting family locally. we didn’t try the food here, but it looked good. The staff were lovely and the hotel and grounds were kept clean and tidy. Fresh bottles of water were provided daily and the fridge in the room was handy. Once we’d worked out how to adjust the air conditioning so it was silent at night everything was fine. It’s a 10 min walk to the beach (walk to top of the road, cross the main road, then walk through the resort) where we saw some amazing sunsets. Will be looking to book a stay here again next time. Recommend this as a great place to stay.

Amazing 2 night stay on Koh Lanta, long beach was stunning, especially the sunset. Hotel is clean, comfortable, good value for money and had amazing wifi. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they can book any transport you need and offer a motorbike hire service. They also do laundry which came out perfect. The pool was nice and clean, space to lounge at the poolside and it is in the sun all day for bathing. There isn't a whole lot to see around the hotel but I recommend walking down to the beach, it takes about 5 minutes at a steady pace. If you walk out of the hotel to the main road and turn right there's a mini mart and an ATM. If you turn left at the main road and walk for 10 minutes you'll find May's Kitchen, the food there is amazing and so cheap. May is lovely and they give a great service. There is also the Irish Bar next door which is great for a few beers, a game of pool and a pub quiz. Overall a rural, unspoilt, beautiful place made even better with this accommodation. 5/5!

This place was perfect for our family. Long Beach is within walking distance across the street or a scooter ride away. This resort is family owned and they are the sweetest people. They cook breakfast, lunch and dinner at a small extra cost. They will do laundry for you and will help you book any side travel deals for you. (Island hopping, snorkeling). Their pool is perfect for those days you aren’t going to the beach and they do have a pool bar. They even went and got the liquor we desired from the store so they would have it at the bar for us. You can also rent scooters from them. The rooms are nice and kept clean daily. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the family owned part of it.

The villa was beautiful! There were 3 in my group and we had plenty of space to spread out. The attic is so cozy. Having a private pool is so nice (it’s cleaned every morning), but the beach is just a short walk away as well. The highlight was the host, Maria. She is so sweet and her breakfasts are to die for! Fresh baked croissants and baguettes for a very reasonable price. We opted for her breakfasts every day of our stay. She set the breakfast out for us at whatever time we preferred, and we chose to eat poolside. I recommend the same! I also really appreciated the hosts helping us to find transportation from the airport to the villa. It was nice knowing we would have a trusted ride to help with the long journey. Our stay at the villa was just a small part of a long trip throughout SE Asia, but the villa was by far our most loved part. I hope to come back again to enjoy the beautiful space and delicious breakfasts.

It was a very pleasent stay with a very friedly and courteous host Maria. You can order fresh, french Croissants and Baguettes. Yummy. The house is very clean and comfy. And there are shops, ATMs and a motobike rental right around the corner. The pool is good and will be cleaned daily.

What a fantastic stay at a beautiful villa with a lovely pool. Maria is an excellent host, and her breakfasts were amazing. Great location as just a short walk to the little town and beach, but secluded enough to feel away from it all.

I don’t usually take the time to right hotel reviews, I am a frequent traveler and have been to many fancy hotels worldwide, I can confidently say that my stay here has been the best I’ve ever had, it’s a peace of heaven on earth, if you ever want to disconnect from the chaos of life and relax, this resort is the place. Frame and her team took great care of us, housekeeping comes twice a day, we booked the lagoon pool villa and it was sparkling clean, everything was comfortable and convenient, their breakfast is great, the beach is nice and clean, the pools are spacious and calm, they have some activities everyday which I recommend checking (sunrise cycling, cooking classes, etc). It is located on an island where not much can be done, but you really don’t need to leave the resort as everything is available and the staff there is always there to make sure nothing is missing, the worst part about the hotel was leaving, we stayed for 5 days and I can say it wasn’t enough.

The balcony was our favorite spot – ideal for morning coffee or evening wine as we watched the sun melt into the horizon. Dining Experiences The culinary offerings were exceptional. The breakfast spread was extensive and catered to every taste – from fresh tropical fruit and local Thai delicacies to international classics. Koh Yao Yai - is underdeveloped island still; Anantara Resort has Beautiful surroundings and a stunning facility - no doubt! the kids pool is also a fun feature but - although the staff is friendly, the service provided by this resort does not quite meet the 5-star standards expected. for example, receiving coffee capsules took almost an hour after requesting them in the morning. additionally, the food is overpriced and not particularly noteworthy. unfortunately, the restaurant service is quite slow, with food often arriving 40 minutes after being ordered, and sometimes even cold. this can be especially problematic for families with young children. The Stuff is received directive to try and charge the guests as much as possible- and every step you do on the resort- the try to sell you something; we do not mind to consume- but it has to be done a little bit more subtle..... also - a little bit more attentions to the guests - offering an umbrella when raining ,etc...... that being said- Anatara is still great and lovely; we are sure they will be gradually improving their services also in this resort;

We spent 12 days at this resort, and it was fantastic. The personell was amazing, always very friendly and went out of their way to help us. We spent the entire trip travelling around the island, seeing everything it had to offer, and took different trips to see the Elephants, the sunset, monkeys picking coconuts, meeting lots of local people, all very friendly and helpful. We felt very safe everywhere. The hotel and its facilities were superb, only thing that could have been good was a little shop to buy some snacks and sunscreen etc. But we rented a scooter and got what we needed in nearby shops. All in all an amazing holiday in the most amazing surroundings. Will recommend both Koh Yao Yai and Anantara to everyone.

Purana is a wonderful place to stay for a private holiday. Our transportation was very complex. We were arriving after the ferry to the island stopped running. They arranged private transportation for us. A taxi was waiting for us at the airport and took us to the boat. Seamless! When we arrived they acted like they were waiting just for us. They sat us down with the best welcome drink and were so incredibly friendly. Our villa was #8 which is up a steep hill, but they always took us by golf cart. So beautiful! It’s worth the money for the view and private pool. They arranged all excursions and took us to a beautiful restaurant on a hill with a 360 degree view. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful resort!

The bungalow was small but well appointed. The staff was nice and the food was very good. I was very disappointed that the beautiful views and the pool I saw on the photos of the property were not part of the deal, as they belonged to a private villa on top of the hill. If you have the money for those go for it! The garden view bungalows were not worth the money I payed for them as there was no pool, no view, no restaurant, no beach......and for that it was way too expensive! It was on the other side of the island 15 min drive from the other hotels and amenities. Short walk to a non swim beach and a restaurant. The boat tours arranged through the hotel we’re also twice the price of the other hotels......

The staff was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. The location was beautiful. The water was warm the pool amazing the food was great. The bar and the Yoga deck was a bonus

This is more than just your average villa booking- they pick you up and drive you to the villa free of charge where there's welcome drinks waiting for you, and you can order your breakfast for the next day from an extensive menu. They also offer to cook you dinner and have many options for traditional Thai dishes. We enjoy cooking so we opted to cook our own meals instead-the kitchen is fully stock with everything you need, including juicers & blender etc. The villa is huge and looks exactly as the pictures. The view from the villa is amazing, and the infinity pool is lovely. Villa Lydia can also assist you with organizing tours, book ferry tickets or arrange an in-house massage in the villa's Bamboo Spa ! Overall, we just loved our stay in Villa Lydia and would be back again in the future.

this was by far the best house I’ve stayed at! the villas was Perfect and beautiful. they helped us with every single thing from pick up wherever we were in Thailand to the boat to the private van and dropped us to the villa. everything was unbelievably smooth and I literally did not have to plan or worry! the staff were the friendliest and helped us with everything including daily breakfast. island hoping was arranged and any other activities we wanted was just a text away. they even arranged a massage for the 6 of us in the villa by the pool area! they drove us anywhere in the island for free too! I’m so extremely grateful and truly privileged to have the opportunity to stay and experience Villa Lydia! thank you for everything and we will be back soon!

Ett fantastiskt lägenhetshotell med mycket fina, välutrustade lägenheter. Vi bodde i en stor lägenhet i två plan med tre fina sovrum. AC i alla sovrum och på bottenvåningen. Pool-access innebär att vi hade tillgång till den stora poolen direkt från vår uteplats. På övre plan fanns en stor terrass med kvällssol. Rent och snyggt. Hotellet erbjuder restaurang med god frukost och en bred meny. Ca 150-200m till stranden (Long Beach) och den mycket mysiga strandrestaurangen Fat Turtle. Rekommenderar varmt detta hotell och vi kommer garanterat komma tillbaka hit.

Vi hade en marklägenheter med direktacess till poolen vilket kändes väldigt lyxigt. Visste inte att vi hade bokat en lägenhet men det hade vi visst gjort:) Bra att veta till nästa gång vi åker. I vårt rum (103) hade vi sol på terassen från ca kl 13 och fram till kl 17, sen går solen ner bakom husen. Men i poolen är det sol från tidig morgon. Ganska skönt med skugga på fm. I vårt rum var det en dubbelsäng i eget rum, våningssäng typ i hallen och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. 4-5 pers kan man bo utan problem. Rummen på andra sidan poolen är större familjerum i etage. Tror man kan bo upp till 8-10 pers i dem. Bra restaurang på hotellet och även bra restauranger på huvudgatan precis i närheten. Kan verkligen rekommenderas. Flera familjer med barn i svenska skolan långtidshyrde här.

Fint hus, superstort och trevliga utrymmen! Fin fräsch pool och skönt med direkt poolutgång. Bra väder. Dock inte mörkläggningsgardiner i alla sovrum men aircondition vilket verkligen var skönt! Bra god mat på restaurangen i anläggningen, rätt nära till stora vägen med fler restauranger och butiker MEN galen trafik och knappt någonstans att gå på bredvid vägen.. stranden ok men väldigt mkt sten så se upp när du går i! Relax Beach likaså, mkt sten och emellanåt livsfarligt att bada. Blev dock matförgiftad så blev liggande 1,5 dygn men medicin från apotek hjälpte rätt så snabbt! Ok läge men hade förväntat oss mer lugn, mys och bättre stränder!

Nice apartments with all needed facilities, lovely pool and close to the beach. We had a nice stay here. Only a few things bothered us during the stay: The drain in the shower stank of sewage, which we told the reception. They sent someone to clean it, but it seemed that all he/she did was to pour some chemical into the drain. Didn’t help, so it kept smelling bad. But else, everything was great :)

Wunderschöne gepflegte Unterkunft mit grandioser Aussicht. Für uns war es nach zwei Wochen Rundreise in Südostasien die perfekte letzte Station, um zu entspannen und den Pool zu genießen. Die Anlage ist zwar abgelegen, jedoch haben wir das gerade als Vorteil empfunden, da die Umgebung noch vergleichsweise untouristisch ist und man somit mehr das unter gewöhnlichen Thailändern ist. Tipp: Aufgrund der Lage sollte man sich vorzugsweise einen Mietwagen nehmen, auch wenn das Personal sich alle Mühe gibt, ggf selbst Hotelgäste in der Umgebung umherzufahren.

Magnifique endroit, la chambre est juste incroyable. Je recommande chaudement. Le personnel est adorable et au petit soin. L'unique bémol est l'emplacement, il n'y a absolument rien autour, sauf un magnifique temple à 4 km et un 7-eleven à 3km. L'hôtel propose un room service excellent et très peu cher ainsi qu'un mini bar bien fournis. Le petit déjeuner est super avec trois choix. Idéal pour un moment repos loin de tout et très romantique en couple. Excellent rapport qualité prix !

Reception staff were amazing and so helpful thank you 🙏. The room was clean and spacious with the best view, unfortunately it was a bit overcast but still awesome. It’s a quiet place but still amazing. We only stayed 1 night so could not go on any boat tours but will do next time definitely. P.s breakfast in the room as standard is definitely a positive.

Our room, with a swimming pool loking to the sea was unbeatable. And Lillian and all her team will make everything for you.

Very beautiful hotel and friendly staff...only one thing unsatisfied is that Rurin Resort is quite far away from everything...but really I did enjoy these 2 days there...thanks a lot(expecially to the manager who upgrated my room to a seaview,privite pool and big suit！) and highly recommented！

This is your own private paradise! Feels like home but you have taken your home to a place in peace & quiet. Beautiful sunrise to sundown. Your own beach, where you can walk, play, lay in the sun, swim & snorkle (though it’s not superclear water , there is some spots out there and you can go by kayak) you can bike around in the area and see the locals & lots of animals. Lilian & her crew is so sweet! Here you really tasty food,almost anything you prefer! Even the coffee & smoothies tastes really yammi !!! It’s important since there is nothing much around but to be honest, we didn’t miss a thing. My other half wanted to scuba dive, then you can go to koh lanta (stay overnight as we did) or Ao nang, not far away and taxi costs nada!! Lilian is there for everyone & arranged a private boat tour from the beach a whole day. Phi phi, maya bay & snorkeling on bamboo island totally by ourselves! Recommend this rather than touristic 4 island tour! We had a calm & perfect beach barbeque at new years eve! Perfect for me! So if u want to really relax, and get away from all the anoying tourists this is your place! «On the beach in the jungle & it feels that you’re on a privat island» I even got to see some of the rooms and I really love the designs. It’s big delicate rooms, good aircondition, smells wonderful & you have a bathtub in your room! Hope u like it as much as I do! Was soo sad to leave! Would love to visit again!

Host welcome us warmly on a rainy day when we arrived. Lilian knows all her guest well. The food and drinks was amazingly good from breakfast to lunch/dinner menu. Had the special not in menu steam crab, which was offered to us with meat extracted. It was a unique experience. Love the freshness and spicy dips. Hotel is just next to the beach, which was quiet and secluded. It’s a gem to just relax and enjoy the sun, wave and sands. Room is huge with ample space. Bed is extremely comfortable & good quality, made my kids and myself fall asleep easily.

Wonderful villa, with salt water pool and great outside area. Villa was immaculately clean with a great size shower room downstairs. The bed downstairs was soo comfy! I personally didn't venture upstairs due to a knee injury but the friends we were staying with said it was great, plenty of room, comfy beds and another shower room upstairs, all with its own private access from outside. There was complimentary water and fruit on arrival and there was also washing powder and fabric conditioner for you to be able to wash clothes in the machine which was a thoughtful touch. We all got eaten alive during our stay, so we recommend you bring midgie spray! You are away from the built up area and the toads/frogs at night are LOUD but you soon get used to it! The main street is just a short walk away from the villa with plenty of restaurants and bars and mopeds for hire in the area. We can highly recommend 'Why Not' bar for drinks and food and they have a fire display every evening as well as live music. Paulo and his mum were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. We were attending a wedding and couldn't find the iron in the villa but Paulo's mum ironed our clothes for us herself and they dropped them back off for us. Bo arranged taxi's for us and was more than helpful. Utterly amazing hosts who were incredibly accommodating 💛

Their friendliness and care made our stay super comfortable! 🥳 There was also an option to order food — it was just magnificent! Kung and Nit took into account all our food preferences. I don't have enough space on this review to say all the nice things I want to share about this villa. I absolutely LOVED every single thing about this place. The views, the home, the hosts, the pool, the food, the entire stay was an absolute DREAM!!! Kung made meals that we couldn't stop eating. The pool was spotless clean, the property was perfectly maintained, and the views of Dragon's Crest was breathtaking. Jan was an incredible host with so much helpful information, and his partner Kung was SO sweet and perfectly accommodating. We spent more time hanging out at the villa with them than we did at the tourist attractions! The property is incredible, it's in an excellent location and it had everything we needed for our week stay. There was such unique decor in the home, the view from the front room was amazing with the flowers and the birds. I could probably write a book about everything I loved, here. Just book it. You won't regret it.

From the moment my adult son and I arrived at Cliffside Lagoon Villa, our stress levels reduced as we relaxed within this quiet garden oasis. With each of us having our own bed and bathroom, we were able to reconnect (we live in separate countries) on the immaculate grounds as well the spacious family room. Our hosts were always available when we might have desired their assistance yet invisible when we sought to enjoy this paradise which they meticulously maintain. Being fortunate to have several travel experiences, never have I had an entire pool and surroundings grounds to myself. Not having to listen to other people's children can be quite soothing. Never had I been made to feel more welcome then I was at Cliffside. Not only were Nit, Kung and Jan friendly and personable, they were generous with their schedule, getting us to one of the excursions we had selected. We look upon them more as friends then inn keepers. Be it a family with young children/teens, an extended family seeking a small reunion, friends seeking to enjoy the Land of Smiles in a calm, quiet setting away from dozen of others, I am confident no other establishment can provide you the tranquility which Cliffside Lagoon Villa can.

Owners were very welcoming and accommodating. Always prompt with replies. They really are A+ Villa itself is immaculate and spacious. Pool is big and water is warm. Garden is very well maintained. Good location - not right on Ao Nang doorstep but less than 10 minute drive - perfect. I could go on and on. Will definitely be returning for my next visit.

We liked everything, the hosts were amazing and would do anything to help and had very good knowledge of the local area and any trips. This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed.

The photographs dont do the house and grounds justice the whole of the property is amazing. The pool has to be one of the best I have ever seen. The staff took such wonderful care of us. It is really like staying in your own personal 6 star hotel. I really cant thank Fon & Mike enough. We were constantly asking for food, drinks and taxis and they sorted everything for us. Please dont miss out you must stay here it is truly amazing.

The owners were incredibly nice. They drove us around when we needed it. The property was incredibly beautiful. The pictures don’t even do it justice. you’re in a small, secluded area up on a hill overlooking some mountains. A big pool lots of wood ornate details. The size of the place was fantastic. There was a lot of things to do nearby also.

Michael and Fon have an absolutely wonderful property and offering. We found everything to our liking and cannot fault the experience. This was everything we hoped for and more. Pure bliss. Thank you! We will be back.

Poolen är stor och fräsch. Solstolar med parasoll finns. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra läge med endast en kort promenad till stranden. Rekommenderas starkt!

Really great place to stay w spacy rooms and huge bathrooms. Balcony w sea view and lovely sunset spot. Pool very large and clean. The cleaning is a bit random and the staff doesn’t know any English, but w hand signs and support via the owner and What’s App we got everything we needed. Filter water would have been good in the rooms to minimize the plastic waste. But overall everything was great. The location is perfect on southern Long Beach - close to everything but yet far away enough from the road and clubs to be quiet.
