We were excited for the pool but it was not clean even after their cleaning day on Tuesday.

Great overnight get away. The room was on the smaller side, but big enough for two people. Everything was very clean the bathroom very clean the grounds the pool the sitting in public areas was very nice. Looked very upscale and everything was very clean. We ate breakfast at the bistro and the food was fantastic for breakfast eggs cooked exactly the way you wanted them. The amenities in the bathroom very very high-quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Very conveniently located things to do within walking distance and the outlets are about 2 miles away although I wouldn’t walk there because the neighborhood as you get up that way is not the best. Felt very safe at the hotel. Everybody was super friendly would definitely stay again

The staff at the Bistro are awesome. Kim, Jerome, Franklin and a few other servers really go out of their way to make sure you feel special. Check in staff I believe his name was Shawn was super nice and welcoming. Especially after having a delayed flight for 4 hours. The grounds was beautiful as well we did get a chance to go to the pool and we enjoyed it.

This hotel is one of the best that my wife and I have ever visited. It is a magnificent compound in a great location to all that Delray Beach has to offer - restaurants and the beach. The staff could not be nicer and more helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the pool view was great which did include a good view of the ocean. The only negative was construction work in the pool area but it is understood that it is temporary and the pool area will be even better once completed. We certainly will stay again even though it is expensive but you get what you pay for.

Amazingly friendly and accommodating staff, great pool services, perfect location, super clean, cool building, little perks like turndown service and ice pops at the pool… it all goes a long way. Beautiful rooftop bar with mostly covered seating and fans. Staff was the standout - especially poolside.

My family and I have stayed at the Opal Grand twice and we continue to love the hotel, amenities, food, ambience. We will be back again because of the beauty of the resort and everything it comes with. We had an amazing server at the pool who was very nice, welcoming and attentive. The staff at the breakfast restaurant, The Monkey Bar is very attentive and helpful. Everyone from valet parking to front desk staff is outstanding. We had great room view of the pool and ocean. The Opal Grand is a great resort.

We had a nice clean room on the 5th floor with a view of the main pool and the ocean. The pool was great. The Monkey Bar breakfast was very good.

This location was great to enjoy the beach and nightlife! 5 minutes to the beach, and 10 minutes to the bars. It was clean, including the private pool.

Beautiful large pool with towels, fully stocked breakfast (pastries-LOVE the blueberry and apple turnovers, self made waffles, fruit, cereal, milk, juices, coffee, hot cocoa, eggs, sausage, bacon, toaster for breads/bagels). Comfortable Beautyrest mattress, soft lush towels, Nest toiletries replenished daily. Our pool view suite with living room and pullout couch, kitchen with all dishes, pans, utensils, and bedroom with 2 queen beds with bathroom was perfect. Snack shop in lobby and parking passes for us and family that visited us was all perfect!!!! We will be back!! Pool bathroom could be nicer. Thank you for a great stay!!!

great breakfast with more than you can ask for, starbucks coffee, fabulous pool and hot tub, pool towels are great, enough chairs around the pool, bathroom products were lovely, staff was the best. David at the desk was fabulous and the cleaning staff and breakfast staff were just lovely. kitchen had enough if you wanted to make a small snack. Nespresso machine in the unit was great and coffee was always available.

Great property and location. Nice pool area although I wish the enforced those bringing glass bottles into the pool or on the pool deck. Loves the free breakfast!

From the moment I arrived I noticed the well appointed entry, was met at front desk by Lovelie yes that was her name and she was ! I arrived earlier than expected but not a problem, my room was ready ! I travel with a well trained medical service dog "Blue" 🐕‍🦺 he was welcomed nicely . I go up to my suite and opened the door to a very lovely clean room with a spectacular view of ocean , the city, pool and Atlantic Ave. Loved the pool and deelish choices for breakfast and good coffee ! Loved my morning and evening walks with Blue and access to great restaurants and snack options. Shopping and the outdoor market. I am in the Hospitality Business 42 years so I am not easily impressed! But wow well done Opal's Atlantic Suites on the Avenue in Delray Beach !!

We have stayed at great properties in both North America and Europe and would say it ranks in the Top 5 overall. Beautiful hotel, views and ambiance. The service was inconsistent in certain areas. The valet was extremely busy and seemed annoyed when I asked to call us a cab. At another time, we were pointed in pouring rain towards a shuttle parked a bit away and not offered an umbrella. Pool service was slow and we had to flag staff down for service. This is not what we are used to at 5 star properties. If they could make some adjustments in this respect, it truly would be an exceptional place to stay.

The Breakers consistently provided our services for many years! The brunch is the best one can expect. The pool and beach area is nice, but some disturbance was caused by the construction of the water wall near the beach.

What a fantastic place to stay, everything was perfect. The pool are, the room, the facilities were all fabulous. The complimentary cars were awesome! Me and wife went for a treat and it was def that alright!

So amazing. The weather wasn’t great but it didn’t matter. We had a bungalow at the pool and it was beautiful, comfortable, and so helpful with getting family together. Would do it all again.

The whole decor of this hotel was really nice. The theme traveled all throughout the hotel. We ate at their restaurant Proper Grit and the server G was very attentive. The pool however was smaller than expected and had a lot bugs floating in it. The pool servers were also quick to start packing up the lounge chairs and it was only 4 o’clock on a sunny day. They even took the mattress off my boyfriends chair while we were in the pool.

Every detail of the Ben was spectacular - every person, from the valet to the check-in, to the bellhop, to the pool and restaurant staff (notably: Michael, Josiah, Michele, Ibeth, Kevin)- was so courteous, kind, accommodating, and helpful. The decor, the rooms, the food, and the energy/ambiance were perfect - we felt at home, but also in a very specially curated environment all at once. Proximity to downtown is great as well - and although we didn't use it, the shuttle service to nearby beach and other locations is so helpful. Only super minor thing I missed was a little overpriced gift/amenities shop that hotels usually have (we needed a charger!), but there was a CVS close by. I can't recommend staying here enough! We shall be back.

We have been so many times, it is our favorite hotel (not just in West Palm)! This hotel is a destination in itself.. nestled in between so many restaurants and shops, but you don’t need to go anywhere as the restaurants here are GREAT!! The Grit downstairs has amazing breakfast and coffee. Thank you Ruth and Juan for taking care of us. Upstairs the rooftop pool is amazing. The cocktails and the food are delicious. Michael at the front door is very welcoming. The Ben is the place to be!!

What a lovely experience at the Ben! This is my second time staying here, and the staff is incredible. Their service is quick, and I even had an issue in my room that they were able to resolve within minutes. Michele the barista was incredibly kind, and everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful. The pool deck is so beautiful with incredible views, and the variety of spritzes at the bar are delicious. Thank you all for being so accommodating and welcoming!

The Ben does not disappoint! A phenomenal setting in WPB. From the warm greeting at check in with a welcome cocktail to the attention to detail from the staff-excellent service! A perfect girls’ trip! Ali at the concierge desk assisted us with reservations at Spruzzo the rooftop bar and restaurant for an evening with friends and family in a cabana. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and outdoor lunch at the restaurant downstairs. Highly recommend the Ben!

Location was about a mile off of I-95 in Delray Beach, FL, a couple of miles from the beach. The hotel is very nice. There was gated parking outside, which was nice, but the area seemed safe anyway. The lobby was nice and spacious. I was greeted quickly and warmly and check-in was a breeze. We had a king room on the top (4th) floor. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Beside the bed, there was a micro fridge, a small microwave, smallish closet, a desk with an office chair, and, oddly, a footstool. The bathroom was very nice and clean. Towels were okay. The outdoor pool was fabulous. We were treated to a visit by a small lizard and a good-sized iguana while sitting by the pool. Don’t see that up north where we live!! Breakfast was very good. Brewed coffee, scrambled eggs and bacon along with the usual continental breakfast buffet items. Plenty of seating. We stayed two nights and will definitely stay there again next time we visit our son in Delray Beach.

Great stay! 10/10! Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful (shout out to Randy!). Hotel amenities were amazing - a great gym, pool, free breakfast, free parking. Room was very clean and quiet. There is a free shuttle (Freebee app) that takes you to the beach and a number of other areas within a couple miles. Easy, short walk to restaurants on Atlantic. Would absolutely stay here again. I suggest ignoring those other reviews that commented on the area. As a female traveling solo I can comment that it is definitely safe and I had no concerns on my AM runs or walking in the afternoon/evening.

Very clean, comfortable, big bathrooms that fit a wheelchair, although I didn't get a disability roll in shower, still it was big enough. The pool was awesome, we went at night. The breakfast was included in our reservation. They had waffles, croissants with sausage egg and cheese, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, chocolate milk coffee, muffins, you name it. I would definitely recommend the best part is the location, two blocks from the downtown in Atlantic Ave, we walked....no problems.

The hotel was in a great location. Walkable to the entertainment district. Hotel itself was very clean and modern. Room and shower were spacious.. Amenities- pool and workout area were well taken care of … towels provided. The staff, specifically Andre was very helpful. He shared with us the Free Bee to get downtown and avoid the pain of parking. I also forgot my toothbrush and Andre made sure I had one with toothpaste when ai returned.

Very clean friendly staff. Breakfast was included in our stay . Outdoor pool was nice and relaxing. Was located near a lot of restaurants and not to far from the beach. Some great little down town shops. There was pleasant to do. Also security for parking area. Felt very safe for families kids or anyone visiting.

Loved our stay ! The location can’t be beat, walking distance to beach and restaurants/bars. The suite was very clean and well decorated. We did not cook other than toast and coffee. We enjoyed the porch and the views of the grounds. The pools are great very happy they were cool not warm as the weather was super hot. Nice break after being at the beach. The grounds were lovely. Everything was very quiet even during holiday weekend. If you want to go to the busier main drag of Delray it’s a bit of a walk, but there is a free golf cart ride service you can sign up for just tip the driver. We found this too late ! Parking can be very expensive in lots by downtown. Only suggestions would be a coffee pot or more nexpresso pods for people who want more than a cup and don’t want to go to lobby. Would also be nice to have umbrellas by pool for some shade. Overall we loved Delray and Cranes and plan to return !!!

Very quaint and clean. 2 pools and fabulous sitting areas in the shade poolside. Close to beach and shops. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you have difficulty with stairs request ground level. We had second floor and very sweet employee carried our luggage down the stairs and to our car.

Great location and the room was clean and had everything you would need. The property was well kept and heated pools . Pools opened all day.

This little hotel is a gem in the second row from the beach - it takes 5 minutes max to go to the very nice and sandy beach and 3 mins to be on the main street of Delray Beach where lots of restaurants and shops can be found. Nevertheless, hotel itself is in a very quiet street (big methodist church opposite that probably only gets visits once a week) Check-in was very nice and efficient. Our room was amazing, had a (not even so) little kitchen included - with all (!) the appliances that you would need for a few days (fridge, freezer, kettle, cups, plates etc.). most important: a Nespresso Coffee machine with re-fills every day. there are 2 medium pools and numerous cozy seating areas in the lush gardens, everything is maintained perfectly (and we came 4 days after a hurricane went through). Parking is free right in front of the hotel - it was nice for once not to get ripped off on that one like in other hotels. Area is perfect for longer and shorter walk, seems save and sound even at night; Delray Beach is nice because it doesn't have huge apartment building all over the coastal line.

Crane’s is a little gem in the most perfect location. It’s about a block from the beach and Atlantic Avenue where there are many restaurants, bars and coffee shops.(many a bit of a walk but some right nearby) the property is beautiful, lush and tropical. My room was bright, beachy, updated and spotless. The bed was comfy with crisp white linens. There was a little kitchenette which was handy to keeps drinks in fridge or heat up take out in the microwave. I was enjoying a respite from caring for my Mom on hospice. I ended up staying in the room to rest and recharge and it was delightful. I would definitely return again when I’m able and really take advantage of the surroundings. The pool looked very inviting. The young men at the front desk were very friendly. The cleaning girls were very sweet and accommodating. It is also affordably priced. Crane’s is not fancy but absolutely perfect for me. I highly recommend!!

Amazing location - right across from the beach and half a block to Atlantic avenue! Also so nice the room was so homey! We even went to the pool twice and had it all to ourself, it was so nice and the bathroom at the pool was beautiful. Everything was super clean. This is SUCH a catch, I don’t know how we got so lucky to find such an awesome resort! The staff was also so on top of everything! Brought us ice, towels, took our garbage, everything was so quick and we were able to just text them what we needed!

The Dover house is he ideal place to stay when you go to del ray. I wouldn’t stay at any other resort. It’s clean, across the street from the beach , beautiful pool. Just perfect. It’s like staying at your own house. The staff was awesome as well

Location was fabulous. Across from beach, which was the best. Easy to rent chairs and umbrella. Also loved the pool. Property itself was very nice. Well maintained. Location relative to restaurants was great, and the kids enjoyed the playgrounds that were also within walking distance.

Right across the street from the beach! The pool was clean the perfect temperature and surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping! Short walk to restaurants and shops. Great stay!

A bit more mixed than usual for a Hampton but more good than bad. The good-location was great and walkable. Area was safe. Hotel was in good condition. Room was clean. Breakfast was standard for Hampton. The not so good-parking. With the amount of parking in the area charging $20 for this location feels like a cash grab and although it is Hampton/Hilton branded on all signage and located below the hotel it is operated by a third party company which makes you pay through a qr code and directs you to a shady looking website instead of charging to your room. Pool towels were gone at 6. We went in figuring they would refill. They didn't. I went to the desk after swimming to ask for more and the desk clerk radioed someone to bring them out. About half an hour later someone comes out and tells us there's no pool towels available. He said he would go back and bring regular towels. Another 20 minutes goes by and my wife goes back in to find him. He handed her 3 towels (there were 4 of us) and said that's all they had. Good luck to anyone swimming in the remaining hours of the pool being open i guess. No recognition of hotel status with drink or snack or even mention at arrival. Overall I would likely stay again but some small issues give slight hesitation.

Great walkable location to shops, restaurants and beach. Nice pool though the pool area is a bit small and congested. Nice for relaxing before/after going to the beach. Decent breakfast though more fruit would be better!

We stayed here for a night and were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations! The hotel over all and room was very clean, the bathroom/shower was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable! The location was perfect and in walking distance to downtown and the beach. The continental breakfast was typical for Hampton Inn locations but the dining area was great! There is a small fitness center and outdoor pool but if you’re going to Delray, you’re most likely going to the beach and this is a perfect affordable location! Mike Gerrish the general manager was so nice made sure our accommodations were perfect. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn!

The Hampton Inn Delray was a very nice, crisp, clean hotel. Very nice relaxing ambiance in the hotel. The pool area was very nice. The staff was wonderful. Mel, Rocky, Regina, and the housekeeping staff were very attentive. The valet staff was also very attentive. Would highly recommend it, and I know for sure this will be the place I stay at again. It is walking distance from the downtown Delray area bunch of restaurants and stores to shop at.

I truly needed a weekend escape and Sun Dek was my choice based on location, price, pool, and a kitchenette in my room so I could truly park the car and relax. The Beach is much closer than described - Across the street is a lovely tree-lined path right to the Ocean. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the bed (King room on the ground floor) was comfy, and the pool and pool deck furniture, including a covered raised deck with tables and chairs, were comfortable and inviting. Overall I enjoyed my brief time away and went home happy. There are a few things that a traveler will want to keep in mind and that I thought needed an upgrade. The Sun Dek is on Ocean Blvd and there is a lot of traffic going by. I could not hear it in my room but the pool sits at the front of the property on Ocean Blvd so headphones were essential for me to set a relaxing tone. There is a grab-bar/handle and steps into the pool, however, the bar is VERY low so if you need the bar/handle it's awkward, and the last step in, or first step out is unusually high. The pool itself was great and goes from 4ft to 8ft. The landscaping in the pool courtyard is beautiful. Minor issues that would not stop me from booking again are a slight musty smell in the room and some dirty silverware in the drawer. Bring an air spray with you, as I did, and it goes away. Overall I enjoyed my weekend escape at Sun Dek Beach House.

We love this location. Great restaurants and lighter road traffic a plus. Staying here is the best of all worlds because you can enjoy the on site heated pool or the beach via an easy short walk. It’s great to have a full kitchen when staying several days. A private balcony and private parking spot makes things easy and enhances enjoyment. There’s no fighting for poolside chairs or an umbrella. Totally quiet and stress free relaxation. The house cleaning staff is beyond friendly and every need is met immediately. All (in your unit) supplies are replenished daily when needed. You will not only be happy but you will feel important. The management/office staff is available 12 hours daily and provide additional support in every way including providing beach chairs or laundry options. They literally go out of their way to make you feel like royalty. This was a rare an unexpected perk. In closing, there is never anything to get annoyed about. The bed was very comfortable, the refrigerator had an ice maker and trash is collected daily. I may have left out further goodies about staying here but you can always find out by booking a stay. This place sets the bar impossibly high in every way and we will certainly come back.

This small boutique hotel was such a great find! This older property was made current with some really nice touches, such as keyless room entry, bathrooms are stylish, great black out blinds etc. Having cold water bottles in the frig upon arrival was a nice touch! My husband and I couldn’t think of a single thing that could have made our stay any more enjoyable. They have literally stocked the rooms with everything you can imagine and the grounds were well kept and beautiful. The pool mats and noodles were awesome. The pool furniture is top notch, not that cheap stuff that cracks or you stick too! While using the facilities on the last day, we charged our phones in the outdoor dining area, nice they thought of electric out there. We used the outdoor shower and bathroom to clean up prior to our late flight and we were thankful to have this. The close proximity to the beach is incredible and the use of the beach chairs and umbrella is not something you will find at big national chain hotels. The ladies in the office were helpful. We are so happy we picked this place and cannot way to return!

Sun Dek has become our go to place to stay when ever we are in the Ft. Lauderdale area. The moment you walk in you feel right at home. From walking to the beach right across the street, to laying by the pool or playing games at night under the gazebo-they thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. There are beach chairs, a laundry room, games, pool floats, small library and fully stocked kitchen if you choose to cook in. But the best thing about Sun Dek is their staff! They are always friendly and courteous and Marsha in the office is absolutely the best ever! We were there over the Christmas Holidays with our daughter and getting ready to book our next stay in January. Only 35 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale airport and Port Canaveral cruise terminal but away from the hustle and bustle.

Wonderful hidden quiet gem of a hotel next to A1A with a two minute walk to the beach. Recently renovated with a relaxing clean pool and pool area. Or borrow beach chairs and umbrellas supplied by the hotel for guests to take down to the beach. We have stayed at several hotels in the area over the years but this is a place we will definitely recommend and will return to the next time we’re in Florida!

I had a fantastic experience at the Hilton West Palm Beach, and one of the highlights was the outstanding service from Nick H, our poolside server. From the moment we sat down, Nick was attentive, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed. He made extra to make my birthday extra special!! He checked in regularly without being intrusive, made great recommendations, and always had a smile on his face. It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their work, and Nick’s professionalism and warmth elevated our entire poolside experience. Nick made my friend group feel like family so by the end we started calling him NickyPoo. So come to Hilton poolside to get your NickyPoo experience!! If you’re staying at the Hilton and plan to relax by the pool with a ResortPass, I hope you’re lucky enough to be taken care of by Nick. He’s truly a gem and a great representation of the Hilton brand!

We had a great experience at this hotel. I highly recommend it. Nick from le Playa gave us the very best service 2 days in a row, first at the restaurant and then pool side. He was professional, friendly and quick, managing to serve the whole pool by himself on a busy holiday weekend. He also made some local recommendations for the area that we appreciated helping us to have a great time all around. Pool area was gorgeous! Loved the walk-in style. Comfy lounge chairs and great hot tub. The room was pretty with comfortable beds. The front desk staff were a great help getting our rooms close to each other and accommodating someone disabled in our group. My only negative was I did not expect the cost for valet. A great experience all around.

This was a very good experience. I have lately been staying at the sister property “Canopy” which is also excellent, but gave this another try. This is really a nice place to stay. Nice views, pleasant staff, very nice housekeepers. The room had been recently renovated and was quite nicely appointed. The pool area is truly nice…more of a resort pool than a hotel pool. The fitness center was above average. Overall, a really good experience worthy of five dots.

The staff was amazing! Keitra went above and beyond when we checked in, Jacob was patient and immensely helpful when I needed something printed, and when my roommate got locked out of the convention center in the middle of the night, they sent security to go help her and bring her back from a dark parking area. Every person I encountered in the hotel was cheerful and helpful. Food was great,but expensive, as were drinks. The only thing that was not pleasant was the loud and obnoxious music that came from speakers at every inch of space around the pool area. I wanted to take a quick nap between classes one day, and instead, my ears and head hurt so much from the music, I had to go up into my room! Why must they play that? Obviously not everyone has the same taste in music, so why play any at all? There should be at least one area around the pool with no music.

This was our second time enjoying a stay at this hotel, and it was even better than we remembered. During our first visit, we didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but this time, it was well worth the wait! We spent the entire day relaxing poolside, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Alyssa welcomed us warmly with towel service and a personalized greeting that truly made us feel special. Nick, our server, went above and beyond to accommodate our children and ensure we had a great experience. The atmosphere was lively and family-friendly—with a DJ, yard games, and even a visit from the Mexica Tequila Company. There was something for everyone to enjoy, regardless of age. Even our youngest was able to nap peacefully, which says a lot! We’re already looking forward to our next visit!!

The check in process was super easy and we were early but it wasn't an issue. The property is maintained very nicely as is the surrounding grounds and area. The breakfast was good, I especially really enjoyed the crust less spinach quiche, it was very good. The cage free scrambled eggs and sausage and the coffee were all good. The room was quiet and the doors didn't slam which was nice. The front desk employees were very kind and courteous. The only thing is I wish they had some umbrellas in the pool area, it was too hot to be out there without some shade. Overall, we enjoyed our visit. Thanks!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted! Very professional and pleasant. The building pool area very clean. The cleaning people very nice!! Even the staff at the cafeteria. Very pleasant . If I can give 20 stars or more i would! I would definitely recommend this hotel. I’m coming from CT and visiting royal west Palm Beach!! Exceptional!! Excellence!!!

As soon as you walk in the lobby from outside you're greeted with the greatest smell ever. 😊 That same cleanliness smell and look applies throughout the whole entire hotel. There wasn't even a leaf in the pool!

It was a very nice facility. I used the fitness room and read a book around the pool. The breakfast was great. all good!

I LOVED my stay at Hawthorne and have every intention of returning! Walking in, there is a fresh scent and friendly face ready to welcome you anytime of day or night! The place is clean, well decorated and has an air of class. My suite was wonderful, giving apartment feels with the nearly full kitchen. The only thing missing was an actual oven. The room was fully stocked in the typical hotel fashion and anything additional needed was just an ask away or available in their convenience shop. The breakfast was perfect and was fully attended to by the nicest staff. I utilized the laundry room in my 7 day stay without issue, the gym room is open 24/7 as is the business center. There is a pond out front that has a walking path around it, I walked it most of my 7 day stay and met an iguana and a crane! I additionally enjoyed a few hours of pure calm rendition a lounger by the pool. The Tanger outlets are walkable For shopping and eats as well. The property was a five minute drive to PBI. This was simply a wonderful place to be for my trip and I felt well taken care of! Thanks Hawthorn, you will be seeing me again!

This hotel is immaculate!! The landscaping around the pool & entire property is gorgeous! Breakfast daily is delicious! Several options & they serve you. The day reception manager is Laquea & this girl is WONDERFUL!!! She was able to get us an early check in & was extremely gracious. We’ve never experienced this at any hotel in any State. Her accommodating us meant the world to both of us. We had just got off of a cruise ship early in the morning & being able to check in & settle in was so appreciated!! Also Angelina at the bar has the best personality & makes tasty cocktails. This hotel offers Shuttle within a 4 mile radius for a small fee. We want to give a huge thank you to Casimir (sp?) and Pedro for getting us places & especially Casimir fir the timely ride to the airport on our departure. The Hawthorn extended stay hotel and suites is definitely a place that we would return to!

The hotel is very well located in the city and suited our needs. The rooms were very clean and well-organized. The room was very comfortable, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very spacious, and the kitchen was very organized with everything you needed to spend a few days. The hotel also has many areas, including a gym, a very spacious breakfast room, and a bar area if you want to spend a few hours. It also has a pool, which was very clean and beautiful. The water was very warm, so we had a great time enjoying it with the kids. We went as a family, and everything was to our liking.

Good location, great service, breakfast had good options, and it was tasty. The pool was clean and the staff at the front desk were very helpful. Easy to park the car and the hotel was at 10 min drive from the main spots. Also, the hotel was very clean and smelled well.

Property was very clean lots of parking and in a great location near many restaurants and 5 minutes away from the downtown. We didn’t get to go in the pool but it was very clean.

The stay was great. Our only complaint is that the pool closes at 5pm!?! That really sucked and we only got to use it one out of our 7 days there. The pool should be open a LOT later than 5.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! We had concert tickets at the IThink theater which was only 20 mins from us. We were minutes from the outlets which was a huge treat and only mins from restaurants. Clematis Street where all the action is was was only 10-15 mins from the hotel. Easy access to garage parking. Pool was clean and towels are provided.

I came down for a hastily-booked weekend business trip ... my schedule was "checkerboard" and unpleasantly hectic. H2S arranged for a shuttle, my room was large, *clean,* business-friendly(!), and very comfortable. When I leave (tomorrow), after a late checkout (thank you!), I am scheduled to have an uncomfortably long wait before my late evening flight ... the front desk made arrangements for me to use the business conference room (as it had not been booked), and that will make tomorrow efficient, effective, well-spent and comfortable for the several-hour gap. Because of my meeting schedule, I did not get to use the pool or gym, but for my business trip I give them 5 out of 5 ... I will gladly stay here again.

It has a very convenient location. It is near West Palm Beach airport, shopping malls, restaurants and the iThink Financial Amphitheatre. Our main reason to travel was to go to a concert at the Amphitheatre and the location was very convenient. The facilities were very good, breakfast was good. Our room was very spacious and it had one of the most complete kitchenette I've seen at a hotel. It had silverware, microwave, a nice refrigerator with fridge, a kitchen cabinet and sink. It was amazing. The pool is nice and we had fun at it. We would definitely love to stay there again.

The staff was nice, polite and respectful. The pool and the fitness center were really well and our rooms were clean and set at all times. The breakfact was also really nice, money spent well

I liked everything! Although it was too cold outside to sit out by the pool, it was beautiful out there. Nice breakfast and dining area. Plenty of seating throughout the lobby. Fast elevators. Our room was great! Comfortable sofa, large swivel TV on dresser, nice body wash, shampoo and conditioner in dispensers in shower, desk and comfortable chair with a big mirror in room so I had room to put on makeup without taking up the vanity area. Big closet. Plenty of lighted parking.

Loved the way the pool has lots of spaces with shade and tables and lots of chairs and how it connects to the breakfast room, which has the perfect flooring for people coming in with wet feet to avoid it being slippery. Every single employee we encountered was very helpful and the front desk girls super efficient not only with us but every other guest.

We have visited the Hampton Inn nearly every month for the past 4 years when we plan diving trips to Florida's east coast. Located close to the marina, walking distance from many great restaurants, great pool to relax by, and breakfast is always on time. This is the hotel to pick if you are visiting for business or pleasure.

The breakfast had plenty of options. The pool area was very nice. The room was fresh and clean without using febreeze or similar scents that I have experienced at many other properties during our past month of traveling. We’re changing our plans for the last part of the trip and rebooked this property instead because it’s awesome.

The Hampton Inn Gateway in Boynton Beach is a hidden treasure. A warm accommodating staff of professionals coupled with immaculate updated facilities is a winning combination. Delicious complimentary breakfast, a magnificent swimming pool and a great location a few blocks from I95. My go to place several times a year.

Very nice property, have made renovations over the years. Breakfast is redundant and could use a step up. The fitness area has no towels or water and only basic equipment. The pool area is average, pool is small but clean. Rooms are very nice. Happy hour a nice touch

Beautiful grand atrium where a complimentary evening reception is held; as well as a fantastic complimentary breakfast buffet is served, including made- to-order omelettes. The hotel was very clean in all areas; as well as the pool and deck. The room was spacious, had very comfortable beds and we appreciated having a mini fridge and microwave. The hotel is in a perfect location if you are attending a concert at the ITHINK Amphitheater. Otherwise it is a short drive to the public beach and nice downtown shopping district.

Great hotel at such a reasonable price. Everything was great from the room to the breakfast. The shuttle service downtown was an unexpected surprise. no car was needed. the only complaint would be the pool area and older gym. Otherwise it was such a value and i would defenitely stay there again.

We stayed here one night between flights. The staff were friendly and upgraded our room to a suite. The cooked to order breakfast was on point. The pool are looked nice as well. Complimentary airport shuttle was a bonus. We would certainly stay here again.

This was my second stay at this Courtyard due to its convenience to my parent's home and the pool. The pool is within the Courtyard itself, and is therefore somewhat protected from the noise of Rt 95. It is long enough to swim laps, at about 2/3 the number of strokes of a normal pool. The room itself was very quiet, though the decor was dated. The sofa was firm and very comfortable and made a good place to watch some TV. The cafe downstairs was well stocked. Overall the vibe was pleasant with a welcoming lobby and some people (quietly) socializing after work in the courtyard.

I enjoyed the balcony view over the pool area. There was also a nice sitting area by the pool.

We needed somewhere not too far from the PGA Resort, for 1 night, as our sons are competing in a competition. It’s only a 15 min drive from there so worked out perfect. The gentleman who greeted us upon arrival is very efficient and was super quick with check in. I stay in hotels a lot and he’s up there with one of the best for being able to multi skill a line of guests, incoming phone calls and housekeeping, all whilst making sure every guest felt welcome and important. We opted for a suite as we were only staying 1 night. It was perfect for our needs. I think if we were staying longer I would have opted for 2 rooms for a bit more space. I have nothing negative to stay about our stay: - Room immaculately clean - nice patio area to sit outside - Walk out of room with immediate access to the pool. - Hotel smells amazing - The sofa bed in the lounge was surprisingly comfortable. - Bonus…a fridge in a room that is cold!! - Microwave also a bonus. - TV had lots of watchable channels (unlike other hotels that seem to only supply BBC world news and National Geographic!) We will definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great hotel in a business park close to the highway and airport. The rooms are clean, fresh and spacious and some have balconies facing the courtyard. Beds are comfy but could use a thicker comforter. New carpet appears to be in place throughout rooms and hallways and the amenities (pool, exercise room, laundry) are kept up nicely. The lobby has a nice lower level area - booths with TVs for enjoying a drink or snack. I was most impressed with the staff - everyone in front desk to housekeeping to Bistro was great. All very friendly and helpful, from the gentleman in the cool letterman's jacket up front to Carrlyn in the Bistro. The Bistro menu is limited and were out of a few items but was OK for cocktails or snacks. We didn't try the breakfast as it seemed a bit sparse in choices. Pollo Tropical and Cracker Barrel are nearby for lunch/dinner options. Our stay was five days and we were completely satisfied. Good job Marriott, especially with staff.

The staff were super accommodating and the front desk agent made sure my birthday week was great with free upgrade. Also you can do early check in after a long drive just make sure to contact the property a day or two before your visit (they might let you do it day of with availability). The pool and fitness areas are awesome. I thought it was a great value, and very comfortable.

Dining options across the street within walking distance. Pool was clean and a comfortable temp with towels at the poolside. Lots of umbrella tables and different levels to hang out in. Breakfast was included and consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, cereal, which was a nice suprise to see the hot stuff too. Rooms very comfortable would have been nice to see a kitchenette. But for 2 nights it was perfect. Cleaning ladiy Jeannie was very friendly and helpful.

It was an amazing stay. It was my wife and I first time in West Palm Beach. Came in around 1pm from a long drive from Miami and was thankful for a room ready for us! Unfortunately, the “mobility accessible” room was not what we reserved for nor asked for. We asked if they need it for other guests, they said no. So we gave it a try. First of all, the AC was a foot away from the bed and was extremely loud with inconsistent and ineffective temperature. We were freezing and hot the whole night. We had a rough night. We went to the front desk and Amalfi were able to switch us to another room and upgraded us to a suite on the same floor for easy transition. What a difference! Everything was wonderful! A quiet AC, great space and beautiful bathroom. Even the shower was fabulous with great water pressure. Our last night was fantastic since we slept very well. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Breakfast had decent choices. Outdoor pool overlooking the water was wonderful. A short walk to Benny’s at the beach and a mile to downtown with tons of restaurants. Beautiful drive on S Ocean Drive and Worth Drive. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel and location with wonderful staff and personnel. Amalfi and Maria and breakfast staff are truly amazing and hardworking people. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We highly recommend this place.

This place was perfect for our stay in Palm Beach! The pool and hot tub are right on the Intercoastal so you can watch boats go by and enjoy a breeze. Then walk directly across the street to enjoy public beach access, restaurants, casino, and walk south a bit to a beautiful pier. Easy driving access to I-95 or A1A for a more scenic drive north to West Palm Beach. They let us check in early as our room was already clean (which we appreciated so we could drop our stuff and change into swimsuits for the beach). You can even rent beach towels to take over to the beach for the day. Not high quality towels but they work if you don’t have any. Everything about the room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! We would stay here again.

Perfect hotel for a family beach vacation. Hotel was 5 minute walk to clean public beach with lifeguards, public showers and bathrooms. Nice American sit down restaurant, Excellent pizza place and local homemade chocolate/fudge/ice cream place right there. Public bus right there takes you across the intercoastal bridge to other restaurants in town 5 minutes away. Hotel has heated pool and hot tub. Plentiful hot buffet breakfast had everything- scrambled eggs, bacon, pork and turkey sausage, waffles, cereal, granola, bagels/toast, fruit, coffee and juice. Rooms had microwave and mini fridge for mid day snacks. Staff couldn’t be friendlier and more accommodating. Nothing fancy, but Very relaxing.

Great hotel in Delray Beach. Excellent location, lovely lobby area and excellent service. Highly recommend the Hyatt Place Hotel for families and couples. The pool was great, perfect temperature, and lots of furniture around the pool. Easy to find shade or sun.

**Hyatt Place Delray Beach Review** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Place in Delray Beach, Florida, and I must say, my overall experience was excellent! The check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient, allowing me to settle in quickly and start enjoying my stay. One thing to note is the parking situation. While the hotel charges $24 for parking, I found a convenient free parking option just across the street, which worked out perfectly for me. It’s always nice to have alternatives! The room itself was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. I appreciated the thoughtful layout and modern amenities that made my stay enjoyable. However, I was disappointed to find that the pool wasn’t operational during my visit. While I’m not sure of the reason, the hotel did offer other options for relaxation. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay! The selection was impressive, and everything I tried was delicious. It was a great way to start my day before heading out to explore the beautiful Delray Beach area. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Hyatt Place. The combination of a great location, clean accommodations, and a tasty breakfast made for a memorable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Delray Beach!

This place is really nice for a great price. It is very clean. Our room smelled very fresh. The staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was perfect. Breakfast was delicious. Everything was fresh. I don't drink, but they're is a bar open in the evenings that I saw people at. This hotel is located a block away from the heart of Delray. Tons of delicious options to eat on Atlantic Ave and about a 20 min walk to the beach, but Delray offers Freebee, free golf cart rides within the inner city and to the beach. Dylan at the front desk was kind and helpful. He offers great customer service skills and allowed us an extra hour for checkout. Thanks Dylan!!

The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. The room is beautiful and spacious. The pool was nice. Breakfast was decent, especially for a breakfast included in the price. 20 minute walk to the beach, along Atlantic, which is nice (you can stop in coffee shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, beach stores, etc.). My favorite restaurant in Delray, Brule, is on the same street as the hotel, a 2 minute walk away. Only things I did not love were the $25 parking in a garage that felt very cramped and was sometimes hard to back out of, and the refrigerator making a knocking sound throughout the day and night since its inside a wooden cabinet. I would stay there again.

This hotel exceeded all expectations and is the best in the area, as I've stayed at others. The whole hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was delicious (the mini quiches were the best), the pool was very clean and an appropriate temperature for Florida, and the hotel was central to everything we needed. They also had bottled water at the pool which was a nice touch. There's a bonfire area and grills to borrow but we didn't use either. Miles was the front desk rep we dealt with the most and he was very welcoming and friendly. His smile made us feel welcome right when we walked in.

This hotel is very nice, clean, and quiet. The neighborhood seemed safe, and was also very quiet. We got a suite for our family, and it was nice and spacious. I am glad that the suite was an actual suite with a bedroom that was seperate, behind a door. There was one time I stayed at Holiday Inn, and booked what they called a "suite," and it did not have a wall or door that separated the two "rooms"!! I was shocked by their deception, and I will not stay at a Holiday Inn again. This TownePlace Suites by Marriott was much more accurate in thier description, and I appreciate that. We requested a housekeeping service while we were out of the room, and they kindly accompdated our request, and did a beautiful job. The amenities of an in-room fridge/freezer, microwave, 2-burner range, utensils, pots and pans, coffeemaker, and toaster were nice to have. The pool was nice and clean, and a comfortable temperature (in June) with shaded tables and recliners, as well as gas grills available. They also have a gym and a laundry room. The gym equipment seemed to be in good working order, but I didn't use the laundry room. All of the staff members we encountered in person and on the phone were very courteous and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool area was very clean with towels to use and free chilled water ,the week day breakfast although very good could have lasted a bit longer for late risers The Aircon in the room was very noisy constantly starting up through the night ,the bathroom was very good with plenty of towels and dispensers of shampoo conditioner and body wash ,the staff were very polite and helpful ,will definitely stay at a Marriott again but with a restaurant and a bar .

I stayed in a king suite. Kitchen, refrigerator, etc. Very comfortable bed. Quiet corner room on 4th floor. Staff is very accommodating. They need to change the door knob privacy signs. Everytime I opened the door and it flew off. One went under fridge. Very minor. The pool is wonder and clean. Towels available. Good breakfast choices included. This is my 4th stay here. Will be back.

It was absolutely wonderful hotel. I've stayed at Hampton inns before and they were always nice but this on in Wellington was like I was at the Ritz calton. The lobby was so elegant looking with beautiful sitting area. The free breakfast was good. My scramble eggs and the waffles were great. The pool ate is the best pool area I ever seen that was not a resort The beautiful paio in shade was great. We had a group of 20 of us here to visit a very special friend. The staff was great and did not bother us at all. There is a beautiful cabana that is yours to use free.poolnis 5 out of 5. Our room and bed was so nice and comfy. Also has restaurants and grocer in the same plaza. One of the best hotels I've stayed at

I was here for a 60th birthday surprise. Got to hotel around noon and I was able to check in shortly after. They had been having issues but I got a window of opportunity and lucked out. Tired went to sleep and then went to party. Room was very nice. Spacious. View looked out on a lake plus you could see the hotel’s pool from my window as well. Breakfast is served although never got around to it. Slept in both mornings. Coffee maker. Iron & board. Fridge. Microwave. The bed was ok , semi comfy but pillows need to be new. They are so flat, not even piling up 3 does anything or gives comfort. There was NO TEA. There are still tea drinkers. Not all are coffee drinkers. No vending machines although there are signs for it. You have to buy munches from Their sweet/suite store located in the lobby. Very clean. Pleasant staff. Very spacious and quiet.

This hotel situated in Wellington which is horse riding country, reflected its surroundings in its decor. Throughout the hotel were beautiful paintings depicting horse riding scenes. Additionally, the furnishings were beautiful, contemporary and well situated so that there was a spacious feel throughout the common areas of the hotel. Further, the amenities you expect from a top of the line Hampton Inn were present. There is an outdoor pool surrounded by a beautiful patio which includes a covered area with lovely patio furniture for enjoying breakfast outside or in a lovely indoor dining area. Breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare and everything was immaculate. Restaurants and shopping appear very close by although we were only spending the night and did not visit those venues. When coming to Wellington again, we will choose to stay at this property.

Such a beautiful hotel. As soon as you walk into the lobby it has a luxurious feel to it. The employees that work there are friendly, helpful, efficient, and of course professional. We had a nice king-size bed over looking a water feature. The pool was clean and beautiful, they provide towels &: umbrellas. Breakfast is included in the price and that was great. They gave you a variety of choices. There was coffee and tea all day long. The had a fitness center that had free weights, treadmills, elliptical, stationary bike. You also were in waking distance from a few restaurants, Starbucks, & a Fresh Market. I would definitely stay there again when visiting my sister. Hector, the person who greeted us in the morning was a fantastic. In fact everyone there was awesome.

For a Hampton Inn, this is a great hotel; I didn't have high expectations but I ended up having a great stay. There's plenty of free parking, it's quiet, the internet connection worked well, and the staff was surprisingly lovely and friendly. The free breakfast in the morning was great - I loved having the option to have waffles. The interior of the hotel was beautiful and modern; my room was spacious and modern as well. I loved the lotion available in the bathroom, that was a nice touch. The pool area looked high-end and really pretty. I was impressed and would highly recommend this location.

Perfect stay in every way. Very clean, very modern. Plug-ins available. Room was spacious, and very conveniently located to multiple shopping & eateries. Breakfast each morning was hot and GREAT. Very convenient business center also, located at the edge of the dining area. I was able to conduct an online meeting there during breakfast. Beds were great, and plenty of long pillows. The elevators worked perfectly. All the parking was convenient to a door. There was a nice-looking exercise room and pool also. I would re-book here in a heart-beat if coming back. It's also near the spring-training MLB stadium, although I didn't have a chance to go there.

Good size, very clean, nicely appointed room and bathroom. Good variety of breakfast food. Pool area inviting although we did not use it. Good location for us as we were in town for an Astros Spring Training ballgame and just a couple miles to the Ballpark of The Palm Beaches

Just checked in this evening. My husband and I were supposed to have arrived 6 hours ago but due to the luxury of flight travel ... just kidding ... we just made it to the hotel and checked in. Eddie greeted us at the front door and he was absolutely one of the best, if not the best front desk clerk I have ever interacted with. He was very welcoming and actually went the extra mile to help try to locate/track down my luggage that was routed to a different airport and on a different airline. It’s good to know there are still good people out there that go the extra mile.

It was a great place to catch up on rest and not to far from the airport. There was a small pool area to lounge at as well.

Love the cleanliness. The amenities and pool hours were perfect. Breakfast was also great. Management addressed any concerns we had. There was a gentleman who came to our room a few times to assist us. I'm not sure if he was maintenance or part of housekeeping, but he was always doing something. Very proactive. Our phone didn't work when we first checked in, and he came and fixed the problem. When housekeeping left without cleaning our room. He was there to clean our room, bring us towels, take our trash. I wish I knew his name, but he was the highlight of our stay. We stayed in room 301 July 9-12th. I hope he is part of the management team or heading in that direction because his people skills are definitely there.

Nice clean rooms with two queen beds, a sofa bed and a separate sink in the kitchenette. I liked the comfort and design of the rooms. Also very friendly staff, Astrid the manager, Joseph, London and Gabriel and all the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was scrambled egg and one or two changing items including sausage, Bacon, and special pies. Also oatmeal was always there even until the last minute. Overall a very nice hotel. Will for sure stay there again if I visit the area next year.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, always attentive and friendly. The room was big and comfortable with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to all the key attractions. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast every morning, which had a great variety of fresh options.

Everything was great. I was there for a conference and it had all i needed except the pool but it was jo issue for me as i was exhausted and didnt have time for it. Great value and amazing and friendly staff. Location is easy access and walking distance to local restaurants and the beach too!

Ther hotel was perfectly located in downtown WPB. The breakfast was very good. I wish they had an outdoor/rooftop pool.

Location was good. Rooms were decent size but comfortable. Hotel has a fitness center but no pool. Breakfast is served daily but they don't have any non pork meat items for breakfast. Went to hotel bar one night for drinks but bartender closed bar early unexpectedly.

Stayed 5 nights for a conference. I can’t say enough good about this hotel. I was disappointed that I was not able to stay onsite where my conference was held but it ended up being a great thing! The Hyatt Place was excellent. Great location, spacious room, great amenities, fantastic staff at check in. The breakfast is very good with lots of options. It was nice to have a living room area separate from the bedroom area. Small fridge and spacious bar which was nice to have for a longer stay. The shower was AMAZING! I have never stayed at a hotel with such awesome water pressure and very hot water. There is nothing negative to say about this hotel. I attend this conference every year and I will be returning to stay at the Hyatt Place going forward!
