The hotel is really nice, with decent rooms. Have a lot of facilities like Indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, pool bar, sun bed, private beach, pool table and more.

Nice hotel, rooms are very average and a little small but nice and clean. The pool is nice and big, there’s a toddler pool but it didn’t have a slide or fountain or anything I like how the beach is VERY close to the pools There’s a lot of grass and a small playground for kids which is nice We checked out at 12 but had to stay till 17:00 because of our flight, we took showers in the spa bathroom which wasn’t very nice and they said they didn’t have shampoo (?) only body soap There’s a supermarket and some restaurants right next to the hotel

So nice having access to the pool and beach, so convenient. Also like the reservation system for the pool chairs for the entirety of your stay. Breakfast buffet amazing selection. Very clean and the cleaning staff so lovely as were the spa staff.

The breakfast is wonderful and everything works like a clock during breakfast. There is a good selection of excellent coffee. The view from the breakfast terrace is breathtaking. One can reserve sunbeds for the entire stay, which is very convenient. The staff are very, very kind and always ready to help. The hotel is well-suited for buggies or wheelchairs, and wheelchair users are very well taken care of by the staff. The restaurant is excellent. The swimming pools are clean and beautiful. The sunrise observed from the beach or the terrace is fabulous. The bar is great, and very skilled musicians perform live music. There is free parking with plenty of space. One never feels overcrowded, one can relax well as privacy is respected at this hotel. On the other hand, if you wish to visit the nearby famous beaches, restaurants and bars, it takes only a few minutes with a rented car or a taxi. Driving to and from the airport is very straightforward. The beach is of fine sand with a lovely mixture of tiny colourful shiny pebbles. We had a wonderful time, and we will come back again.

Our apartment was very spacious and beautiful. 2 bedrooms with attached shower/toilets, a living room, equipped kitchen with a long bar table and a big balcony. There is also a washing machine. All very modern and nice. Perfect for a family long stay. There is a swimming pool and lounge area on the roof (some apartments have a private pool). The staff was nice and helpful.

The LIV & CO complex is a lovely place to spend some time. We originally booked for one night, but we extended to two nights within an hour of checking in due to the lovely staff, facilties, and cleanliness of the whole complex. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was immaculately clean and had top quality furnishings and a wonderful balcony. The swimming pool was a great place to relax, with towels provided and large sun loungers the size of a double mattress. The pool was lovely, and the whole area was clean and tidy. I was made aware that a rooftop pool will be ready by mid June, I can only imagine this will be amazing and will hopefully be able to return in the future to experience the new pool. The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was super helpful, especially Sylvia, who couldn't do enough for you. The welcome was very personable with water offered upon arrival and fruit available in our room. The location was only a short drive to Larnaca. However, buses are available for those without a car.

We had such a fantastic stay at these brand-new apartments. Cleanliness & Design Spotlessly clean from top to bottom. The rooms are beautifully designed with televisions in every room, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, soft fresh towels, and even high-quality pool inflatables provided. The attention to detail is outstanding — everything feels high-end, from the fridge to the sofas. The whole complex is surrounded by greenery and plants, creating a lovely ambience. Facilities There are two pools (rooftop and ground floor), both very clean and child-friendly. Parking was plentiful and easy. The beds were fairly comfortable (a little on the firm side, which some may prefer). The poolside music was a nice touch, even if the playlist was a little random. The smell around the complex was also a surprisingly lovely detail! Food & Service Breakfast had a very healthy selection (fruits, cereals, cheeses), though no meat options, which was a little disappointing as we would have used it more. Nespresso pods were supplied daily, which was brilliant. Staff are excellent — always kind, very welcoming with children, and the cleaners and manager in particular were outstanding. I really liked being able to WhatsApp the staff for requests — such a thoughtful touch. Little Extras Nice selection of bread, drinks, and fruit in the reception area. Balcony views were fantastic. Everything from the design to the service clearly had a big budget and careful thought behind it.

The staff graciously offered a complimentary breakfast, which was truly exceptional. It was prepared by a private chef and served by the villa’s pool, creating a memorable and luxurious experience. This thoughtful touch inspired us to extend our stay. We also had access to sun loungers by the pool, where the atmosphere was both intimate and relaxing—providing a perfect blend of feeling away from it all, yet comfortably at home.

Our stay here was wonderful! We arrived late but were welcomed warmly by the staff, which set the tone for the rest of our trip. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel offers a variety of activities and has a reliable shuttle service to both the city centre and Liv Mackenzie, which was really convenient. The rooftop pool is lovely and a great place to relax. While the location is a bit remote, we still managed fine without a rental car. However, renting one could be helpful for getting around more easily. There’s a nice bakery about a 15-minute walk away, and we also used Wolt for food delivery and dined out during our stay. We did encounter a small issue with broken glass in our room, but it was handled quickly and professionally. Ina is amazing—so helpful and full of knowledge. Alexis is warm and attentive. Both ladies really stood out and made our stay even better. The shuttle driver (we forgot to ask his name!) was always punctual and very pleasant. My family had a great time here and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

The villa looks exactly the same as it’s on the picture. Very beautiful, clean and comfortable with all the necessary stuff. It is the perfect place for group of friends to enjoy the pool, BBQ and the whole space as it’s really comfortable. All the rooms had separate bathrooms, AC s and everything was so clean. I would highly recommend this villa! I’d like to say few fords separately about our host Jimmy - he was the best host ever. Very helpful in every aspect - we were using his van to drive around the city, visited Ayia Napa and costs were reasonable. He is the really best! Thanks for that!

The villas are really spatious, beautiful and clean. The heatead pool is definelty a big plus (especially if the weather is not summerish). The owners are really nice and helpful (they supported us we everything we needed, including some rides to the town). We were 12 girls coming for a bachelorrete party and we spent 3 amazing days there.

We loved the villa, it was really big and clean. The pool was amazing too. There was A/C in every room, so everybody could use it if they needed it. The owners were really helpful and friendly too.

The house was bright and spacious. The air conditioning worked well. The pool was lovely. The host and his son replied rapidly to any query we had. We were close to supermarkets and restaurants. We will definitely return.

Nice hotel could be great with a little TLC. We had a villa with a private pool which was great traveling with 2 young children, bed was big and super comfortable, nice big shower and huge jacuzzi bath. Just felt a bit tatty around the edges and not much close to the hotel.

My family of 4 were upgraded to a fantastic garden villa with a private pool and had the most fantastic relaxing week at E hotel. Nothing was too much for the staff at the hotel. Great pool and even in busy weekend we easily found sunbeds to lounge on. Breakfast maybe slightly limited but always had English breakfast and fruit, lots of cheeses and cereals along with pastries. I wish the cereal could be covered as being such a hot climate there were ants around who would find there way to the sweet cereals..! I would definitely stay here again it was great to be in a less tourist hectic location hair 15 mins drive from the hustle and bustle of larnaca - finikoudes.

This hotel is a great location to see the sunrise and sunset. The hotel is a distance away from the town centre but great for peace and quiet. There is a bus available that goes into town but not as frequent. The pool is a good size, but not a heated pool, the seating area around the pool is nice and clean. The staff are all friendly.

We recently stayed at the E Hotel Spa and resort for 10 wonderful days. I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews and would implore people to disregard them. Despite the hotel being 10 minutes from the airport , there is very little noise from the planes. My mum has mobility issues and we were worried about accessibility for her. However, from booking the hotel to leaving, the staff have been nothing but attentive, caring and friendly. All the staff went above and beyond and we cannot thank them enough. The pool is lovely and serene and will cool you down on a hot day. The rooms were comfortable and felt like a home from home. While they could be updated a little, the rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities. There are high levels of humidity in Cyprus. We did not have an issue with this, as we left the air conditioning on over night and did not open the window. The cleaners were great too and did a great job cleaning ours rooms and communicating with us. The breakfast was decent and as standard as you would get anywhere else. The restaurant served good burgers and a lunch buffet. However there is an amazing restaurant across the road, which serves mainly fish, but other delicious dishes too. There is a beach nearby, but we did not go to this in the day time. At night time is it nice to walk around. It is advisable you hire a car, but the hotel provided us with a car hire company to rent from, which was incredibly low cost and they ha

The indoor pool was really warm which meant that we could swim even when the weather was changeable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an excellent fish restaurant just opposite the hotel and a charming family taverna called Enalia in walking distance.

Everything about the villa was excellent. Michael welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know. During our vacation, we got the privacy and peace we needed! The place is great for families, as well as for young people who want to relax with chill music near the pool. Nearby, there are supermarkets for shopping, as well as wonderful restaurants 10-15 minutes by car. The villa is strategically located in the middle of all the nice beaches between Agia Napa to the east and Paphos to the west. By car of course! Regards Michael, we will come again :)

it is such a great house with an even greater host!such a lovely guy who makes you feel totally welcome and is there when needed. the house has absolutely everything you could need. I loved the pool. could have stayed in 24/7! with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms you can stay as a big group. I am really happy I found that gem of a house and that gem of a host <3

Host was very nice, when he welcomed us in the house. House has beutiful orchard with orange and lemon trees, we could eat fresh fruit for breakfest. There where no problem with check-in and check-out. We were in February so we didn't swim in the pool, but it looked great. I can really recommend this place and I hope come back one day!

Villa berryrose. In 1 word- perfect!! We were 6 people, including a teen and an elderly woman. We all had such a great time there. The vila was perfect, had EVERYTHING we needed. The house itself was spotless, specious and surrounded with beautiful orchard, and lively nature. The pool!! The large beautiful pool! Thanks for the great hospitality

Everything is grate. The host is very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and the beds were confortable. The pool is large and a lot of inflatables are provided. The outdoor place is very well equiped, as well as the kitchen. Bicicles are on the place and we use them every day. The sandy beach Makenzy is only 6 min. by car and is not crawdy. Additionall bathroom outside with washing machine.

This property was just excellent; it made our vacation what it was. My five friends and I stayed here together and had a fantastic time! The pool is large, which allowed us to have a lot of fun, the barbecue outside made for some incredible feasts at the end of some incredible days, and the property was clean and had everything we needed. Charamablos is a fantastic host!

Everything was super, we had commotion, a fully equipped kitchen, super clean house, nice pool, nice garden.The host welcomed us with wine, bread, milk and serials for the kids, we had drinking water in the house and the most fun thing for the kids -the billiard table.

Location is perfect for exploring Cyprus. The pool was fantastic and having the bbq area right next to it meant we could easily cook dinner whilst the kids were still enjoying the pool.

Where to start... communication was excellent, from arrival to departure. The whole team from pool cleanliness to the cleanliness of the Villa all spot on. (Thank you to your team) There is a folder explaining absolutely everything about all electronic devices and everything else super thoughtful. Plenty of towels and and everything else you need from kitchen to bathroom. Spacious and a very welcoming home, made us feel at home. If you are looking for a quiet holiday in a village with with charming taverns and cafés/ little pubs then look no further. Alot of facilities within walking distance and a bus route to Larnaca and other places. We will be visiting again 😊

We loved everything about the property. The location was perfect for us. The property had everything we needed for our stay,on arrival we had the essentials like water, milk,tea and coffee,the local supermarket was only a short walk. The pool was lovely and clean and the outside area with the brick bbq came in very handy. Not once did we feel like we needed to contact the owner with any issues. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing break away with family. We would definitely rebook when going back to Cyprus.

A quiet location, you will need a car to get around to explore. The villa was very well equiped with everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. The pool and outside area are very well maintained. Supermarket, bakery and butchers only 5 minutes away. I would highly recommend for a family holiday. A big thank you to Maria, who was only a call away should there be any problems, not that we had any.

A very large and beautiful villa, just a 15-minute drive from Larnaca Airport. The house had everything we needed, and the rooms were spacious with plenty of towels. The villa has 9 rooms in total, including 5 bedrooms — two perfect for couples, and the others ideal for children. The villa was extremely clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, and outside there is a gas barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. We absolutely loved the pool. It was peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax. Our family had a truly wonderful stay here

Great position 5 minutes from the sea. Larger than it looks on the photos. Good size pool in a gated community. We were allowed to stay past our check out time free of charge. Excellent value for money compared to others we looked at and have stayed in previously.

The location is great and the villa is not expensive, especially out of season. It has everything you need, even a living room that can be used for small workshops or conferences (it has a big screen that can be connected to a computer).

Lovely villa, well equipped with all you need for a self-catering break. The big asset to this villa is undoubtedly the pool. It's definitely the right size for multiple guests. Lost count of the number of times I fell asleep on that hammock, too. The rooms were spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. The water and wine when we got there was a nice bonus. The host was very helpful when we got there, although we never needed to contact her throughout our stay. If you order a delivery, be ready for a challenge getting the items delivered. The address was sending delivery drivers to the lake. There were roadworks preventing a quick walk or drive to the main beach road. The location was very remote. You will definitely need a car. None of this is a blotch in the villa, though.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely perfect. Our host went above and beyond for us - from greeting us and showing us around at the beginning (despite our late arrival), to sending us recommendations for places to eat and visit. She was so helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The villa itself was immaculate and had every amenity you could imagine. The location was ideal for us: far enough out for the quieter surroundings but Larnaca main town was easily accessible, and we were only a 5 minute walk from the beach - though we spent a lot of time chilling by the pool on the sun loungers or in the hammock under the lime and grapefruit trees. We will definitely be back, thank you so much for making our stay in Larnaca so memorable!

Very friendly and helpful owner. She was such a sweet lady who helped us prepare a surprise for our daughter and also gave us many recommendations for restaurants and shops. The place was great, we had spacious rooms and all the tools and appliances in the kitchen. You can even organise a barbecue outside the house. Great-sized swimming pool with all the toys for children. We spent a fantastic time there!

Oasi was an oasis of pure paradise, this villa was absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by the most mesmerising palms. The pool was beautiful and the entire garden was very grand and beautifully landscaped. We were greeted with a variety of fresh fruits and bottles of delicious wine. The villa itself was phenomenal, there was everything and more provided by the wonderful host, from cleaning amenities, to luxurious shower items, which was a wonderful addition. This villa was absolutely immaculate. A heaven of beauty. The rooms a enormous and beautifully decorated, with personalised towels, throws and bedding. The host made our experience one that was truly memorable, with a large tv providing all the channels you can desire, including all the sports channels in English. The property was so beautiful that we were living in heaven. I would like to give a special thanks to the hosts of Oasi, we thank you for all your help when needed, your attentiveness and for making us feel welcomed in your outstanding villa. Will most definitely be returning there for our holiday again.

The location of this hotel could not be better. Right on finikoudes beach and close to all the restaurants. The breakfast was good, a little bit of everything to appeal to all tastes. The staff were generally speaking friendly and helpful. The aircon was amazing in the triple room, which was a life saver in the August heat. The pool is nice enough and ordering food/drinks to the pool was easy and we thought very reasonably priced (€6 for a cocktail with no service charge to bring it to the pool). The triple room was very large and comfortable, it's also nice that they welcome you with some wine and fruit. The view from the executive suite is spectacular and the addition of fresh flowers and chocolates was a nice added touch to make it special. Everything seemed clean and neat! We would book to stay here again if in the area.

We have just returned from two lovely weeks at Sun Hall Hotel. The hotel is in prime position, as it’s less than 100 metres from the beach and good restaurants and bars galore are on the same street as the hotel! We had bed and breakfast. Our room overlooked the beach, what could be better? Breakfast included cereals, eggs, meats, cheeses, watermelon, the list could go on and on. The hotel bar is great, not expensive, and Thanos who poured me more drinks than I care to remember is great fun, genial, with a wonderful sense of humour. He’s such a lovely guy. Receptionist were really helpful and Maria especially is worthy of mention. There is an outdoor pool on the 1st floor. It’s very shallow and there isn’t a pool bar. You can phone the hotel bar and they’ll come to the pool with your order. We didn’t use that service, and I probably saved a great deal of money by not using it! So, a really good holiday has come to an end. We liked Larnaca, it’s not an expensive place to eat and drink, and some of the restaurants near the hotel were great!,

All the staff were really friendly, helpful, professional and very welcoming creating a very relaxing and homely atmosphere. We very much enjoyed very good breakfast in a spacious hall overlooking the marina, the sea view from our balcony, and the very good sized lovely sun heated swimming pool. The hotel was very quiet and we could not hear anything from the neighbouring rooms. The beds were very comfortable and extra pillows were provided without any problem. Even after checkout at 12.00, we were given beach towels and invited to use the showers in their fitness centre and the pool while waiting for the airport taxi. They kindly let us weigh the main luggage. The location is perfect for all sorts of activities: the marina is just across the road for boat trips, about 100m along the promenade is the intercity bus stop, the central bus station for local buses is 5 minutes away just beyond Europa Square with several buses a 15-minute ride to the large Metropolis Mall, the tourist information centre is just 2 minutes away and several sights are within a 20-minute walking radius. Getting across the one way road to the beach was much easier than expected because the traffic is mostly quite slow and cars stop to let you cross. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. It was great for staying in and relaxing and also for exploring Larnaca and Cyprus. We would definitely stay there again because this hotel was a perfect fit for what we wanted to do and so friendly.

The Sun Hall Hotel was great. This is the only place I will stay on my next trip to Larnaca. The rooms were nice. The balcony was adequate. The only noise was the quiet coolness of the AC which worked very well. You need an good AC in Larnaca in July. My wife and I loved the continental breakfast. We were even allowed to let our children and grandchildren who were staying in a nearby apartment to come eat breakfast with us every morning for a very decent price. The hotel is centrally located. Just across from the beach. There were plenty of nice restaurants and shops nearby. We got up each morning and walked the boardwalk along the beach before the heat set in. We rented a car and took an excursion to a traditional village and then drove through the hills to a monastery. It was a very pleasant outing. The pool was excellent which we utilized every day. They even had pool side beverage service. During our visit, my wife severely hurt her foot, not the hotels fault. They had a wheelchair available for us to use and the staff inquired about her wellbeing often. Fortunately the injury was not debilitating and she was back on her feet in a few days. All things being considered, I can't think of any reason why I would try to stay anywhere else in Larnace.

Excellent location right by the beach, we got a room on the 4th floor, which had a beautiful view of the sea (when booking a room with a direct view). The room was spacious enough, clean, with a comfortable bed, with excellent blackout curtains. They refill a liter bottle of water daily for free. The bathroom was large enough, excellent completely closable shower cubicle (not a drop of water outside of it). Large balcony with seating. We were also pleased with 2 fast elevators. We also used the pool on the 1st floor, it is smaller, but sufficient. You can ask for a beach/pool towel for free at the reception. For breakfast, there is a decent selection of hot and cold dishes, as well as sweet pastries, we also appreciated the fresh orange juice (you can choose to have it chilled in a bottle or get it yourself from the machine). Friendly staff at the reception, in the dining room and also cleaning staff. It is clear that the hotel cares about it and has proper management. Reasonable prices in the lobby bar/restaurant.

What an amazing place. It's an old and spacious house, perfectly restored to make you feel the air of Larnaka's old town. The owner is really amiable! They have some shared rooms, and also some private ones. I stayed here twice, both times in a private very spacious and clean bedroom, with comfortable beds and a balcony (to the inner little yard) nearby. The bathroom is also shared, with full-time hot water, and the shared kitchen is well equipped, even with free tea all day long. The common area is good for mingling with people, mostly of them lonely travelers or couples. And it's pretty well located, 2min walking from the main tourist street (which connects the seaside with St Lazarus Church). Loved the place. Back to Larnaka some days later, stayed here a second time. Truly recommend it.

Everything was great 1. The location (70 mins walk to the airport or 15 mins by bus #425), 7 mins walk to the central bus station, 2 mins walk to Lazar Church, 1 mins to the beach and seaside 2. Area of the hostel is really nice and quiet Total silence at the night time. No sound in early morning 3. Kitchen and the fridge downstairs, plus you can live your baggage if you your room isn't ready or if you have a late flight 4. And the lady at the reception is very helpful (she even printed my boarding pass). 5. Wifi is perfect 6. I have booked a personal room with bathroom,it was very comfy. And it has an aircon which is good even for March (I put it for 26C to make the temperature a bit warmer)

The hostel has a great central location, very few minutes from Finikudes beach and has a nice cozy environment, with a big garden patio at ground floor. The dormitory, even if has many beds, is spacious, very clean and the space for the bed is big and confortable, with adaptors and enough space to fit your things. In the room there are big lockers under the bed and that's great that dorms have air conditioning, that is essential in Summer time, considering that some other hostels in Cyprus have just fans. The staff is very helpful. I have been staying in many hostel around the island and this is definetely the best.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the Le Mat Hostel! The location was perfect as it was close to the beach, and everything was just a short walk away. The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially the hardworking and precise cleaning lady! The kitchen had everything one could dream of and even had a machine where you could get ice-cold water. During the night, the AC was turned on, and the room was comfortably chilly, making it great for sleeping. The lockers were fairly big and the property provided every guesy with towels.

Easily the best hostel I’ve stayed at. Very attentive staff, easy check in experience, great showers! The building is absolutely beautiful, exposed stone walls and great interior decor make it a great place to relax and chill out. The rooms are large, lockers are provided with no padlock necessary, and I liked the tarot card theme of the rooms, very whimsical. Ideal location in the centre of Larnaca, nestled in beautiful windy back streets, and walking distance to everything, you feel like you’re staying in an ancient city.

The location was right in the old town, very close to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops very close by and a good range of shops. Parking within walking distance and only €2.50, if you leave the car park and then go back you have to pay again but we stayed all night. Vasilis kept us informed on our check-in and we had no problems. A nice studio apartment to stay in if you want to be in the centre of everything, clean, comfortable and good air conditioning for the summer months.

It was absolutely perfect for the price, we had a very good time in Larnaca and this hotel made it even better.the apartment has 2 balconies where you can just relax and chill. It was 2-3 minutes away from the beach and we found that very convenient. Also there are some clothing stores and markets near. Overall, very good apartment, excellent location, clean, comfortable, cozy and very nice. We will come back 100%.

Its a great space, clean and convenient for one night. keys were easy to pick up at a hotel a minute down the road with an EXCELLENT breakfast buffet. The price was so reasonable and good for its location and size. was very grateful to have booked with this place. Its basic and simple and yet has everything you need in quiet street with hot shower and clean bed and washing machine.

The studio is big, clean, comfortable and having all the facilties. Nice and central location, a few minutes walking to Finikudes beach and to all bars and restaurants . The staff of Qbic hotel, located one minute walking from the studio, provided me the checkin and the checkout and has been very helpful and kind, giving me the chance to leave my hand luggage in a big locker for free after my checkout.

Very comfortable matrasse, right in the city center, everything within walking distance, great restaurants and bars nearby, very good AC. Very clean and good accommodation for the price! There is a parking lot right next door for 2,50€ for entering and you can leave the car there as long as you want if you do not exit the parking lot.

The apartments were basic but very clean, very comfortable and very quiet. The accommodation was spacious and the lady on the front desk was very kind and accommodating. She turned the A/C on in preparation for my arrival so the room was cool for me and even left a plug adaptor in the room for me to use, which was very considerate (Cyprus has 3 pin plugs). The shower had good pressure and the temperature was easy to control. I had friends staying at a hotel nearby and it was easy for me to walk to the beach to meet them, I felt very safe even returning late at night alone. There is a bus stop a short walk away that takes you to Larnaca and the airport. There is also a coffee shop nearby that does great coffee and breakfast if you don’t feel like cooking, as well as plenty of beachfront restaurants for dinner.

The host was very accommodating, they cleaned the room earlier so that we could check in right after our flight, which was greatly appreciated. The room itself was very clean, and they changed our bed linens and towels every four days, plus provided toilet paper and trash bags. The room comes with a small stove, all the necessary kitchen utensils, and a mini fridge. You can also use a shared washing machine during the daytime. The hotel has a garden with many fruit trees, and we were allowed to pick and eat the fruits as they ripened. The hostess was very pleasant, always friendly, and helped with any questions we had. The location is very convenient, just under ten minutes to the beach. The beach is clean and almost empty of people.

From now on this is going to be my favourite place to stay when I'm in Larnaka! The apartment was amazing- spacious, spotless clean and with all the essential amenities. The best part is the host! Toula is a fantastic woman who goes above and beyond for her clients- I got lost on my way to the property and she drove up to my car and directed me to the apartment. Such an attentive and caring host! She answered all my questions and gave suggestions on where to go in Larnaka. She also has lemons and different herbs growing in her garden that I could pick freely whenever I wanted. Thank Toula for making my stay incredible! See you next time!

Tula was a fantastic host! She showed me the property and my room upon arrival and explained how to get in after hours, how to turn things on/off, etc. I was there during a holiday and she invited me and other guests to a feast where we ate so much good Cypriot food. The apartment I got had 2 balconies so I had a wonderful view. Unfortunately I was there during a very cold period in Larnaka so I didn't get to use any of the balconies. The Internet was reliable and I was able to work without issues. The apartment was spotless, and the way things were laid out was perfect for me. It was a great stay!

We rented 3 apartments in August and they were all very clean. The property has been recently renovated and has everything that you need. A very kind lady Miss Toulla who will meet you with whatever you need. Very close to the beach, about 10 minutes walking. It was a perfect holiday in a perfect place. Now we wait for next year to come back😊😁

When we arrived, there were no bath towels in the room, but after a quick message, the host explained there had been an issue with their laundry service that day. They promptly delivered fresh towels, and the whole process was handled smoothly and professionally. We took the bus to the airport early in the morning from the main bus station, which is just a short 15-minute walk from the apartment. The bus ride took another 15 minutes, so it's a very efficient option for anyone relying on public transport. The intercity bus stop is also nearby, making it easy to reach other towns in the island. Overall, a great option for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway!

Everything. The place is a traditional Cypriot property with bags of charm. My budget room was anything but budget. It was delightful with everything I needed. Downstairs there is a coffee machine (in addition to a kettle in your room) water in the fridge and also snacks with an honesty box. The location is good. It's 10 mins walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants on the strip. There are also bars and coffee shops just around the corner. I loved it and would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Everything was good. Email with entry code & room key is sent prior to arrival. No active reception on site. Very quiet location but close to everything you could possibly need. Including bus stop, laundry, ATM, money exchange & market. The place is clean & modern. The refrigerator is helpful in room since no breakfast is served. There is a place to hang wet clothing near my room. Tables to eat & also an area to relax in common area. No complaints. Room was well stocked with toiletries & towels.

The apartments are really nice, super comfortable for 6 people - 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The terrace is amazing - there is a big table for 6 people and one more cozy small table with a sofa and chairs. There was not hot even in the middle of sunny day. We liked it! The kitchen is very convenient - it contains everything you need: a big fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine, utensils - everything you could need. We were with 3 kids (4-7 y.o.), it took us 7-10 minutes to go to the nearest beach, so it's enough close. Also I'd like to mention that the place is really quiet, spotless (we were there 10 days, the cleaning lady visited us 2 times during our stay).

It was great experience in overall. Flat is large and comfortable, everything required is there. Although there are some minor things that were not so nice i will still rate it with 10 stars as they are personal and someone might like it :) Walk to the bus stop to airport - 5 min or less, walk to the beach 7 min with kids, old town nearby, and nothing loud around (still you can hear some show ups with cars and bikes if window is open). As check in is quite late 14.00 we had to wait a bit more than 2h but there is nice café nearby so time flied quite fast

The property is modern, clean and in a great location. There were 3 of us and we had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and new with all the things you would ever need. There is a huge terrace with table and chairs and the flat although 3 mins walk from St Lazarus church and all restaurants and 6 mins walk to beach, the location is quite in the evening and perfect for a relaxing sleep. FYI - towels and toilet paper provided in plentiful supply and also when we had a minor problem with kettle, the owners replaced immediately 😀

We were a group of 6 friends in our 20s and the apartment had enough space for all of us to feel comfortable, especially the kitchen and dining area, the balcony and the bedrooms. Having 2 bathrooms was also great. It's located in a quiet street, just a few minutes walk from city center and the beach. Everything seemed (and smelled) new and clean. We truly felt at home! If we ever get to Larnaca again we will definitely stay there again. No need to search for something else!

Location was excellent, only a few minutes walk from all the activity.withiut the noise. Extremely central. Studio was of a large size with a balcony. The care taker was very friendly and responsive.

Lazaro was great, we have some amazing days in our appartment. Close to the beach, to the bars zones and with free car park for the car! In one word: incredible

The location was close to public transportation and the instructions they provided to enter when I arrived late were detailed and easy to follow. The place was so well decorated; I loved it! The owners of the guesthouse were amazing. The folks staying in one of the rooms did not understand that it was a guesthouse (vs. having the whole place to themselves) so they had left a mess in the common area. I notified the owners and they responded right away! They were so apologetic (when it wasn't even their fault!) and they ensured I had a great stay. I would totally stay here again!!

The flat host very kind and so welcoming, they allowed me to check in early without extra fee , the flat room very clean and tidy and everything in new condition, you can use washing machine , and each room has air-condition including the living room , the place its so comfortable, not far from the city centre, thank you for hosting me.

The location was superb on European side, though a short walk to Turkish around 3-5mins. The staff very responsive on queries and really thankful to it! The property was clean, white sheets and white towels provided. Plus we had such enourmous balcony with 180 degree view and sunsets were mesmorizing from there to watch. Looking forward returning back.

The accommodation is located close to both the city center and the Salt Lake. The neighbourhood was absolutely safe and we didn't hear the sound of the traffic, although there is a major crossroad close to the house. The room was large and the bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and we had enough hot water.

The communication was very good,clear instructions were given for self check in, easy to locate, walkable to the city centre and the attraction and ofcourse to the beach and Salt Lake. First of all, it was very clean, everything was clean and the house smelled clean, there was air conditioning in both rooms that worked very well, the apartment was equipped with all the necessary equipment. It had a balcony and there was almost no noise from the outside (due to the good quality of the windows). Everything was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at La C'Mer. The location is ideal, less than 3 minutes walk to the beach. It was clean and cozy, with very helpful host.

Before arrival, we were sent a very detailed manual with instruction on how to get to the apartment and how to get the keys. Room is located in a nice looking building near the Finikoudes beach (5 min on foot). The neighbourhood is rather noisy but this is the price of being located in the city centre. Everything inside was clean and a small wine bottle was waiting for us in the fridge! Guest support is incredibly helpful, they even got me some meds from the pharmacy because only one was open in Larnaca on Sunday and I was ill and couldn't get them by myself. They also provided us room to stay a little bit longer than official check out time, under condition that we won't make a mess there. In the kitchen you can find most utensils you could need to cook a meal (pans, saucepans, plates, even a toaster). During a long stay, a washing machine can come in handy. Internet connection inside apartment is very good and is sufficient even for work. There is also a TV with plenty of channels from different countries, if that's what you're looking for.

The apartment is located perfectly on a quiet and chill street, however very close to the city center and to the beach too. It was perfectly clean and well equipped, just like in the pictures. But what really stood out was the communication with the Lazuli Team. They flooded us with information, everything was perfectly explained and we had detailed infos on everything really. They reached out during our stay several times as well to offer help if needed, so I can say with certainty that it was my best ever experience in this sense. The apartment itself was spacious, the mattress and pillows are very comfy which is great. Side note, that if you are a very troubled sleeper like myself, earplugs are recommended as although the street and the apartment are both very peaceful, due to the mediterranean-style sliding windows, some noise always filters through, but this has nothing to do with the apartment, but with the construction style. All in all 10/10 would recommend and we'll surely be back here.

Very good location. The apartment was clean and layout was functional for 2 adults. There is a balcony (actually 2) and a seaview. There was a very detailed step by step instruction with even street photos to find the address. Maria contactes us as a guest support and assured all went fine. She arranged tech support on site to quickly fix the network as the SID and password had changed. Also we forgot about the difference on power connectors in Cypros and she quickly brought us the adapters. Her support made it all so easy and fluent. We recommend this apartment also to other coupless and would book it again!

Great positioning with impressive view of the Finikoudes beach. The host was very helpful and present (via whatsapp, as I asked). The apartment was clean with every thing you need in an apartment. We found exactly the same facilities and conditions as in the photos and Booking description. Our plane landed at 9.20 in the morning and we were allowed to leave the luggage in the room until cleaning is finished. Thank you, Katerina(out host), for making our stay very pleasant!

We really like this small, brand new, well equipped apartment. Yes it small but you have everything you need and is clean. Location is excellent. Downton but without noise, all bars & caffes 2 minutes walk. City beach Finokudes 3 minutes walk. You want to explore Cyprus, bus station 3 minutes walk. If you are with car, parking is all over. TV with real satellite & fast Internet. Communication with owner/employees was brilliant. Highly recommended.

Everything about this stay was simply perfect! The communication with the host was impeccable! The host himself is the kindest ever and went out of his way to help us! A very friendly and cool guy! The room was spacious, had a good AC which helped us cool down after a day of exploring in the sun. We had direct access to a little garden/backyard where we could sit in the evening and have our dinner in the nature. A few cats were also visiting us from time to time, so that made the stay even better! We also had access to a kitchen, having a fridge was very useful. The bathroom was spacious as well, I really liked the big shower that doesn't make one feel claustrophobic like most hotels nowadays... The location of the house is also great-it's in a quiet area but still close to a few supermarkets, and a short walk away from the beach. There wasn't a single thing we didn't like! We'd definitely recommend this accommodation and the amazing host! 👏🏻

This room number 10 is located on the first floor (and this is the only room that is on the first floor, the rest of the rooms are on the second floor). 2. There is a shower and toilet near the room, there is everything you need: soap, shampoo, paper 3. There is also a kitchen nearby. This is a kitchen like you have at home, it has everything you need. 4. From this room there is also a door to the garden, there is a table and chairs, you can sit in the evening and enjoy the romance 5. There is a shop and a very nice cafe near the hotel. There is a huge Metro supermarket 5 minutes away. 6. Finikoudes beach is a 15-minute walk. But it’s a cool walk around the city. 1. This is a wonderful hotel! Everything was good, clean 2. The rooms are large, new furniture. New mattress and pillows are very soft,comfortable. It's a pleasure to sleep on them! There are clean towels in the room 3. The kitchen has everything and even more! A lot of different dishes.You can cook whatever you want! There is tea, coffee, sugar, seasonings, salt. All detergents are available 4. The shower has soap, shampoos 5. Check-in: very easy, you will receive instructions and a code to receive the keys to your room by email. Administrator girl NAJNIN lives in this hotel, she will tell you everything, help you, show you everything.She cleans every day! 6. Wi-fi was great! THANKS A LOT!!! P.S. this hotel has two floors, this room 11 was on the second floor. On the second floor there are 4 rooms, a large kitchen, a shared shower and toilet. We also lived in a room on the first floor. We very much enjoyed staying at this hostel. A special THANK YOU to the owner and management team for all the prompt communication and allowing us to check-in early - our flight was re-scheduled and we arrived hours ahead of schedule, and after sending a message from the airport we received a super efficient reply regarding the check-in arrangement. Our room (number 15) was super comfortable - large bed, cozy arm chair, table, wardrobe with clothes hangers, super clean linen and towels - every detail allowed us a comfortable peaceful rest. The complimentary WiFi was fast and stable. The shared shower room was super clean, water pressure (both hot and cold) was excellent, the kitchen had all the equipment necessary for self-catering and they even had a washing machines for doing your own laundry! Every day their housekeeping lady (Nazine) was making sure the space was clean and tidy - thank you! We were very happy with our stay, and have another reservation already to return back to this hostel in a couple of weeks.

The wonderful hospitable staff are the backbone of this lovely place, and I truly thank them for that. The hostel has individual units with two bathrooms and kitchen. One with a stove and microwave and one with just a microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped including toasters, fridges etc. The garden in which you can sit, is wonderful especially first thing in the morning. It's a great way to start the day. The communicatoon prior to arrival is on point. Many bulldings in Cyprus do not have the names on them. Alaadins Hostel sent a video. Its this visual reference that got me to the building. If you are a traveller you will understand that you want to get to the property as soon as possible. Bad communication hinders this process and can be exhausting. The hostel has really thought of that scenario and eliminated anypotential issues. The area is great for discovering Larnaca.

Fantastic apartment with everything you need! Feels like home! Maria provided lots of tasty treats on arrival (sorry, you will have to replace all the mini snickers and chocolates 😂) and a great supply of breakfast cereals and drinks. The bakery below is excellent with a small market next to it for my beers 🍻 Everything about this apartment was exceptional, I highly recommend it.
