Perfect remote location for us as we wanted away from the usual busy city’s but still have Kietc close by thankfully we have a car but other people visiting may not which I think would be a struggle. The welcome leaflet is fab it tells you closest supermarkets and restaurants etc. We did try one of the recommended restaurants called Jacksons Gastro cafe but wouldn’t recommend it at all food is vile and overpriced with extremely rude and condescending staff, nothing to do with Atlantis Gardens but just a warning to others who may stay here and see it recommended. The pool was lovely and clean we spent most of the mornings there before venturing out. We didn’t rate the beach as its artificial sand but the watersports were fab and there are lots of lovey beaches close by. The main little downside for us was the snack bar the food was lovely from there but 2 days out of the 4 we were told it was buffet only which was disappointing especially with young children who aren’t going to eat half of it and is €15 per person there’s no reduction in price for kids. Providing plastic cups/plates for kids would be great to avoid breakages. Overall we had a really nice long weekend and would stay again.

Le logement est très fonctionnel avec lave vaisselle, lave linge , table à repasser. Grande terrasse pour profiter de l extérieur. Personnels sympathiques , efficaces lorsque l on a besoin d eux. Les extérieurs sont arborés et très bien entretenus.Possibilite de manger sur place. Supermarché à proximité dans le village de Mazotos. Idéal pour les familles. Voiture indispensable pour vous déplacer. Recommandons fortement.

Все понравилось! Оперативный чек ин, вежливый и приятный персонал. Апартаменты выше всяких похвал. Огромная хорошо оборудованная веранда, удобная мебель и кровати, кухня со всем необходимым. Если придираться: * плохо работал кондиционер в одной из спален * не удобные подушки и очень теплые одеяла, не по сезону * бассейн маловат, если будет полный заезд * на пляже галечный вход, буквально 2 метра В любом случае общее впечатление на 10 из 10

All went well. The place was almost deserted - being low season. The apartment (Orpheus D602) offered plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped (fridge, freezer, washer, toaster … no microwave though). Internet worked fine. As the place seems to be popular with the Russians there are advisory boards (explanations how to flush the toilet or use the equipment) located through the grounds.

Good service , nice people and great staff. nice quite as we liked it. The only thing was that we had to go somewhere to get something to eat. a restaurant nearby is needed. All was perfect! Aga and Per

Having the sandy beach right at your toes when you step outside your private garden surrounding your 2-storey pool villa is an experience that you do not encounter so often. We loved it. It was worth the several days, while we were looking for the perfect accomodation for our family holiday. Recommended for everyone in need of a quiet, luxurious private accomodation, but at the same time would like to enjoy the facilities like main pool, pool bar with restaurant, beach bar, room service, water sports, etc. Thank you Atlantis Gardens!

Amazing retreat! First of all I would love to thank the owners and staff of Atlantis Gardens for such a great and special place. 1. Location. This beautiful resort is located 20 min drive from Larnaca airport near the Mazotos village at the seashore (1st line). Taxi 🚕 will cost around 💶 34€ for a 6-seater van (if you travel 🧳 with a family or a company). It is rather wild place with no clubs or restaurants around. Which was a great plus for us. 2. Accommodations. Tourist can choose a 1/2 of a villa or the whole villa. 1/2 villa is a 3-bedroom apartment with a big living room with a huge flatscreen TV 📺 , fully equipped kitchen and very big terrace with big table and outdoor furniture. Villas have also private pools. Everything is clean and fresh. 3. Services. Sheets, towels, coffee ☕️, etc. are changed for extra payment, even if you stay for 2 weeks. 4. Infrastructure. Big territory. Many parking 🅿️ lots (don’t know if extra payment 💰 needed). Comfortable swimming 🏊 pool both for adults (1,65-1,70 m at the deepest part) and children. Small children playground 🛝. A little gym. Bar-restaurant with open kitchen 8-19:30. Small private beach 🏖️ with all supplies, and water entertainments. 5. Personnel. Very warm, welcoming, service-oriented and pleasant. We want to come back to this place again and again!!!!

Our apartment was very spacious and beautiful. 2 bedrooms with attached shower/toilets, a living room, equipped kitchen with a long bar table and a big balcony. There is also a washing machine. All very modern and nice. Perfect for a family long stay. There is a swimming pool and lounge area on the roof (some apartments have a private pool). The staff was nice and helpful.

The LIV & CO complex is a lovely place to spend some time. We originally booked for one night, but we extended to two nights within an hour of checking in due to the lovely staff, facilties, and cleanliness of the whole complex. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was immaculately clean and had top quality furnishings and a wonderful balcony. The swimming pool was a great place to relax, with towels provided and large sun loungers the size of a double mattress. The pool was lovely, and the whole area was clean and tidy. I was made aware that a rooftop pool will be ready by mid June, I can only imagine this will be amazing and will hopefully be able to return in the future to experience the new pool. The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was super helpful, especially Sylvia, who couldn't do enough for you. The welcome was very personable with water offered upon arrival and fruit available in our room. The location was only a short drive to Larnaca. However, buses are available for those without a car.

We had such a fantastic stay at these brand-new apartments. Cleanliness & Design Spotlessly clean from top to bottom. The rooms are beautifully designed with televisions in every room, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, soft fresh towels, and even high-quality pool inflatables provided. The attention to detail is outstanding — everything feels high-end, from the fridge to the sofas. The whole complex is surrounded by greenery and plants, creating a lovely ambience. Facilities There are two pools (rooftop and ground floor), both very clean and child-friendly. Parking was plentiful and easy. The beds were fairly comfortable (a little on the firm side, which some may prefer). The poolside music was a nice touch, even if the playlist was a little random. The smell around the complex was also a surprisingly lovely detail! Food & Service Breakfast had a very healthy selection (fruits, cereals, cheeses), though no meat options, which was a little disappointing as we would have used it more. Nespresso pods were supplied daily, which was brilliant. Staff are excellent — always kind, very welcoming with children, and the cleaners and manager in particular were outstanding. I really liked being able to WhatsApp the staff for requests — such a thoughtful touch. Little Extras Nice selection of bread, drinks, and fruit in the reception area. Balcony views were fantastic. Everything from the design to the service clearly had a big budget and careful thought behind it.

The staff graciously offered a complimentary breakfast, which was truly exceptional. It was prepared by a private chef and served by the villa’s pool, creating a memorable and luxurious experience. This thoughtful touch inspired us to extend our stay. We also had access to sun loungers by the pool, where the atmosphere was both intimate and relaxing—providing a perfect blend of feeling away from it all, yet comfortably at home.

Our stay here was wonderful! We arrived late but were welcomed warmly by the staff, which set the tone for the rest of our trip. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel offers a variety of activities and has a reliable shuttle service to both the city centre and Liv Mackenzie, which was really convenient. The rooftop pool is lovely and a great place to relax. While the location is a bit remote, we still managed fine without a rental car. However, renting one could be helpful for getting around more easily. There’s a nice bakery about a 15-minute walk away, and we also used Wolt for food delivery and dined out during our stay. We did encounter a small issue with broken glass in our room, but it was handled quickly and professionally. Ina is amazing—so helpful and full of knowledge. Alexis is warm and attentive. Both ladies really stood out and made our stay even better. The shuttle driver (we forgot to ask his name!) was always punctual and very pleasant. My family had a great time here and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Lovely villa, well equipped with all you need for a self-catering break. The big asset to this villa is undoubtedly the pool. It's definitely the right size for multiple guests. Lost count of the number of times I fell asleep on that hammock, too. The rooms were spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. The water and wine when we got there was a nice bonus. The host was very helpful when we got there, although we never needed to contact her throughout our stay. If you order a delivery, be ready for a challenge getting the items delivered. The address was sending delivery drivers to the lake. There were roadworks preventing a quick walk or drive to the main beach road. The location was very remote. You will definitely need a car. None of this is a blotch in the villa, though.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely perfect. Our host went above and beyond for us - from greeting us and showing us around at the beginning (despite our late arrival), to sending us recommendations for places to eat and visit. She was so helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The villa itself was immaculate and had every amenity you could imagine. The location was ideal for us: far enough out for the quieter surroundings but Larnaca main town was easily accessible, and we were only a 5 minute walk from the beach - though we spent a lot of time chilling by the pool on the sun loungers or in the hammock under the lime and grapefruit trees. We will definitely be back, thank you so much for making our stay in Larnaca so memorable!

Very friendly and helpful owner. She was such a sweet lady who helped us prepare a surprise for our daughter and also gave us many recommendations for restaurants and shops. The place was great, we had spacious rooms and all the tools and appliances in the kitchen. You can even organise a barbecue outside the house. Great-sized swimming pool with all the toys for children. We spent a fantastic time there!

The pool was amazing, so clean and big. Lots of loungers, umbrellas and toys for the children. Also lots of different chill out areas, absolutely great for families. Also lots included in the property. I can’t fault it. Would definitely go back.

Everything about the villa was excellent. Michael welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know. During our vacation, we got the privacy and peace we needed! The place is great for families, as well as for young people who want to relax with chill music near the pool. Nearby, there are supermarkets for shopping, as well as wonderful restaurants 10-15 minutes by car. The villa is strategically located in the middle of all the nice beaches between Agia Napa to the east and Paphos to the west. By car of course! Regards Michael, we will come again :)

Host was very nice, when he welcomed us in the house. House has beutiful orchard with orange and lemon trees, we could eat fresh fruit for breakfest. There where no problem with check-in and check-out. We were in February so we didn't swim in the pool, but it looked great. I can really recommend this place and I hope come back one day!

We stayed in this wonderful apartment for a week — a couple with 3 kids. The apartment is beautiful, very functional, and fully equipped down to the smallest details: all the kitchenware you might need, extra towels, bed linens, blankets, and more. There’s even a water dispenser and board games! It’s a fantastic home that makes a family vacation truly enjoyable. The pool is lovely and very clean. The owner is a wonderful person who stayed in touch and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

This property is even better in reality than in the photos on here. Definitely recommend this place and SAVVAS is such a good host. Just a quick message away to help with anything you need. Such a gorgeous house. Nice and clean. Good sized pool. All the facilities you need plus close to a supermarket. Nice little touches of coffee/tea/milk plus wine when we arrived after a long journey.

The Villa was beautiful, very clean and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen was equipped with everything there was a washing machine but no dishwasher. The pool was very well maintained crystal clear water and large enough to swim. Lovely outdoor eating area and beautiful fruit trees. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely return.

We had a great time at this house! Our host, Savvas, was extremely friendly and helpful, offering lots of useful tips and advice about the area. The house is beautifully decorated, very spacious, and fully equipped — from a well-stocked kitchen to board games we enjoyed in the evenings. Although we couldn’t use the pool due to some bad weather at the end of April, it looked very inviting. The location is convenient too, with a supermarket and a McDonald's just a 5-minute walk away. We also met some very kind neighbors who even brought us fresh fruit and homemade jam. There are charming villages nearby that are perfect for walking or dining out. If you’re planning a trip to Cyprus, we would definitely recommend staying here — especially because the well-known beach towns are often overpriced and much more touristy, while this home offers a more local, authentic experience at a fair price.

The villa looks exactly the same as it’s on the picture. Very beautiful, clean and comfortable with all the necessary stuff. It is the perfect place for group of friends to enjoy the pool, BBQ and the whole space as it’s really comfortable. All the rooms had separate bathrooms, AC s and everything was so clean. I would highly recommend this villa! I’d like to say few fords separately about our host Jimmy - he was the best host ever. Very helpful in every aspect - we were using his van to drive around the city, visited Ayia Napa and costs were reasonable. He is the really best! Thanks for that!

The villas are really spatious, beautiful and clean. The heatead pool is definelty a big plus (especially if the weather is not summerish). The owners are really nice and helpful (they supported us we everything we needed, including some rides to the town). We were 12 girls coming for a bachelorrete party and we spent 3 amazing days there.

We loved the villa, it was really big and clean. The pool was amazing too. There was A/C in every room, so everybody could use it if they needed it. The owners were really helpful and friendly too.

The house was bright and spacious. The air conditioning worked well. The pool was lovely. The host and his son replied rapidly to any query we had. We were close to supermarkets and restaurants. We will definitely return.

Comfy place, really nice pool, big kitchen and dinnig room. The Host is friendly and helpfully. It was PERFECT house for our's family holiday. We will come back in the future.

Everything is grate. The host is very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and the beds were confortable. The pool is large and a lot of inflatables are provided. The outdoor place is very well equiped, as well as the kitchen. Bicicles are on the place and we use them every day. The sandy beach Makenzy is only 6 min. by car and is not crawdy. Additionall bathroom outside with washing machine.

This property was just excellent; it made our vacation what it was. My five friends and I stayed here together and had a fantastic time! The pool is large, which allowed us to have a lot of fun, the barbecue outside made for some incredible feasts at the end of some incredible days, and the property was clean and had everything we needed. Charamablos is a fantastic host!

Everything was super, we had commotion, a fully equipped kitchen, super clean house, nice pool, nice garden.The host welcomed us with wine, bread, milk and serials for the kids, we had drinking water in the house and the most fun thing for the kids -the billiard table.

Where to start... communication was excellent, from arrival to departure. The whole team from pool cleanliness to the cleanliness of the Villa all spot on. (Thank you to your team) There is a folder explaining absolutely everything about all electronic devices and everything else super thoughtful. Plenty of towels and and everything else you need from kitchen to bathroom. Spacious and a very welcoming home, made us feel at home. If you are looking for a quiet holiday in a village with with charming taverns and cafés/ little pubs then look no further. Alot of facilities within walking distance and a bus route to Larnaca and other places. We will be visiting again 😊

We loved everything about the property. The location was perfect for us. The property had everything we needed for our stay,on arrival we had the essentials like water, milk,tea and coffee,the local supermarket was only a short walk. The pool was lovely and clean and the outside area with the brick bbq came in very handy. Not once did we feel like we needed to contact the owner with any issues. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing break away with family. We would definitely rebook when going back to Cyprus.

The place was perfect for us, family of 5, but you could easily have 6 or 7. Very clean and pool was great.

The space was exactly as described, actually even better in person. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The private pool was perfect for cooling off during the day and relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine. It was a rare luxury to have such a private outdoor space in the middle of the city. The sea view from the terrace were stunning, especially at sunset.

A very large and beautiful villa, just a 15-minute drive from Larnaca Airport. The house had everything we needed, and the rooms were spacious with plenty of towels. The villa has 9 rooms in total, including 5 bedrooms — two perfect for couples, and the others ideal for children. The villa was extremely clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, and outside there is a gas barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. We absolutely loved the pool. It was peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax. Our family had a truly wonderful stay here

The villa itself was phenomenal, there was everything and more provided by the wonderful host, from cleaning amenities, to luxurious shower items, which was a wonderful addition. This villa was absolutely immaculate. A heaven of beauty. The rooms a enormous and beautifully decorated, with personalised towels, throws and bedding. The host made our experience one that was truly memorable, with a large tv providing all the channels you can desire, including all the sports channels in English. The property was so beautiful that we were living in heaven. I would like to give a special thanks to the hosts of Oasi, we thank you for all your help when needed, your attentiveness and for making us feel welcomed in your outstanding villa. Will most definitely be returning there for our holiday again.

Lovely peaceful complex. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Very good car hire firm opposite. Kristina and her husband were very helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, she even made allowances for us checking out a bit later.

Very spacious, the swimming was great. The location near the beach was fabulous. Kristina, our host was fantastic!! Ps our daughter loved the family of cats with kittens outside the villa too.

We knew where the location was so happy with that. The host was responsive and very helpful. The tv broke while we was there and it was replaced the same day with a smart tv. Darron who looks after the property was a lovely, kind and very helpful man. The host even supplied milk, water, bread, tea and coffee when we arrived. Nice hotel, rooms are very average and a little small but nice and clean. The pool is nice and big, there’s a toddler pool but it didn’t have a slide or fountain or anything I like how the beach is VERY close to the pools There’s a lot of grass and a small playground for kids which is nice We checked out at 12 but had to stay till 17:00 because of our flight, we took showers in the spa bathroom which wasn’t very nice and they said they didn’t have shampoo (?) only body soap There’s a supermarket and some restaurants right next to the hotel

The room size and facilities were quite nice. - We really liked the breakfast, the spread was quite good. - There is a heated indoor pool, which was quite nice given we were there in the winter - The outdoor pool also looked amazing but the water to too cold due to winter - The staff were quite nice

So nice having access to the pool and beach, so convenient. Also like the reservation system for the pool chairs for the entirety of your stay. Breakfast buffet amazing selection. Very clean and the cleaning staff so lovely as were the spa staff.

The breakfast is wonderful and everything works like a clock during breakfast. There is a good selection of excellent coffee. The view from the breakfast terrace is breathtaking. One can reserve sunbeds for the entire stay, which is very convenient. The staff are very, very kind and always ready to help. The hotel is well-suited for buggies or wheelchairs, and wheelchair users are very well taken care of by the staff. The restaurant is excellent. The swimming pools are clean and beautiful. The sunrise observed from the beach or the terrace is fabulous. The bar is great, and very skilled musicians perform live music. There is free parking with plenty of space. One never feels overcrowded, one can relax well as privacy is respected at this hotel. On the other hand, if you wish to visit the nearby famous beaches, restaurants and bars, it takes only a few minutes with a rented car or a taxi. Driving to and from the airport is very straightforward. The beach is of fine sand with a lovely mixture of tiny colourful shiny pebbles. We had a wonderful time, and we will come back again.

My family of 4 were upgraded to a fantastic garden villa with a private pool and had the most fantastic relaxing week at E hotel. Nothing was too much for the staff at the hotel. Great pool and even in busy weekend we easily found sunbeds to lounge on. Breakfast maybe slightly limited but always had English breakfast and fruit, lots of cheeses and cereals along with pastries. I wish the cereal could be covered as being such a hot climate there were ants around who would find there way to the sweet cereals..! I would definitely stay here again it was great to be in a less tourist hectic location hair 15 mins drive from the hustle and bustle of larnaca - finikoudes.

This hotel is a great location to see the sunrise and sunset. The hotel is a distance away from the town centre but great for peace and quiet. There is a bus available that goes into town but not as frequent. The pool is a good size, but not a heated pool, the seating area around the pool is nice and clean. The staff are all friendly.

We recently stayed at the E Hotel Spa and resort for 10 wonderful days. I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews and would implore people to disregard them. Despite the hotel being 10 minutes from the airport , there is very little noise from the planes. My mum has mobility issues and we were worried about accessibility for her. However, from booking the hotel to leaving, the staff have been nothing but attentive, caring and friendly. All the staff went above and beyond and we cannot thank them enough. The pool is lovely and serene and will cool you down on a hot day. The rooms were comfortable and felt like a home from home. While they could be updated a little, the rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities. There are high levels of humidity in Cyprus. We did not have an issue with this, as we left the air conditioning on over night and did not open the window. The cleaners were great too and did a great job cleaning ours rooms and communicating with us. The breakfast was decent and as standard as you would get anywhere else. The restaurant served good burgers and a lunch buffet. However there is an amazing restaurant across the road, which serves mainly fish, but other delicious dishes too. There is a beach nearby, but we did not go to this in the day time. At night time is it nice to walk around. It is advisable you hire a car, but the hotel provided us with a car hire company to rent from, which was incredibly low cost and they ha

The beach and some key tourist attractions are nearby, including the Saint Lazarus Church and Museum of Archeology that I visited. I happened to be staying at the hotel during their 1 year opening anniversary and they invited me and other guests to join in their celebration with cake and bubbles. Everyone was very friendly.

The pool is clean, and whilst it's small and more a dipping pool really, it's got great views - it's a very welcome addition to have somewhere to dip into in the searing heat given it's a city hotel. I felt safe and welcome and would happily return.

The rooms are so comfortable and new, the breakfast was good, the pool is very nice and small so there was quite that we could relax. The staff especially in the breakfast and the pool bar are kind and great. The hotel can organize a parking spot for 6 euro for a day. Thank you very much

The hotel is very modern, renovated, very very clean. Great staff, good service. The rooms are big relatively to hotels, comfortable, very clean, the bathroom pleasant, great water stream and hot water. The breakfast is great with large variety of everything. Enjoyed every meal. The pool is small but very nice. The fact there is a bar next to the pool is great. We spent few hours including lunch and it was really great. The place is quiet, no noise, both outside and inside. Very convenient location - few min to the beach and few min to old quarters Bottom line - great place.

The hotel staff was very inviting, friendly and helpful. The amenities (pool, bar, breakfast) were all clean and new and useful. The room has everything we needed including a mini fridge and coffee area. Every question or problem we had was answered politely and professionally by the team. The location was very good, less than 5 minutes to finikoudes beach, the marina and inter-city bus stop.

The property is very clean. Everything is well maintained. The bedroom had a great L shaped balcony overlooking both the sea and the pool. The room had a lot of storage and was clean and comfortable. The pool area is lovely and clean. The sun-beds are kept very clean and have perfect fitting pool towels. The breakfast was lovely with a lot of choice. We had to eat inside because of the cats but still it was lovely. Most days we also ate lunch in the restaurant! There was a good selection of food. One of the best things about this hotel was the staff. FANTASTIC! The restaurant staff were lovely and one of the waitresses a British lady gave us suggestions of where to visit and how to get there. However our biggest shout out is to the bar staff Agthea and Nazeem ( probably for their names wrong.) They gave outstanding service. Nothing was too much trouble. We would also like to mention the life guard Nicolas, very friendly and interacted well with the clients both adults and children.

The hotel is lovely, very new and modern. The pool is good and the hotel backs straight on to the beach and a walking path along the seafront. The restaurant was good and I enjoyed the free breakfast. The location is not ideal if you don’t want to sit by the pool all day. Larnaca town is too far to walk to (although buses are regular). I tried to cycle one day on a rented bike and there is so much construction going on on the road nearby that it was pretty difficult despite there being a cycle paths most of the way. Oroklini village is walking distance but in the heat probably a bit too much and not loads to see. There is construction going on right next to the hotel which you could hear but it wasn’t too disruptive. I had a room that looked out on to it and it never bothered me. The staff were great but would have appreciated a bit more information on public transport. I asked some questions and they were very helpful by ringing the transport company to find out but they never picked up. I would have thought this sort of information would have been to hand. Very good hotel for a couple of days relaxing by the beach.

I stayed here for 5 nights with my husband as we had a family wedding nearby. From start to finish, our stay was exceptional. The hotel is very well-appointed with a great pool, excellent spa and gym, and lovely restaurant and beach bar. Staff work very hard throughout the day to keep all areas clean and tidy. The breakfast selection was perfect, with staff working tirelessly to ensure nothing ever ran out. Even though we were visiting in peak season, the hotel was never busy or noisy, and I found it to be very relaxing with a very welcome sea breeze when lounging by the pool. My only (very minor) negative points would be that the bedroom lacked a full length mirror, and the chair was too low for the dressing table mirror. Otherwise I was very pleased with the bedroom - the bed was big and comfortable, there was plenty of storage, a nice balcony, a fridge, plus water was provided daily. I would not hesitate to return here or to recommend this beautiful hotel!

We found this a classy, modern, clean, well run hotel, probably more suitable for families. Nice fresh rooms, 19 sq.m., with balconies, many with sea views. Decent sized pool, plus kiddies’ pool, plus there is only a footpath between you and the beach. Good breakfast, with plenty of choice. Dinner was top class. Staff universally friendly and helpful. It’s a 15€ taxi to the city centre, but frankly the city centre was nothing to write home about. There are a number of restaurants within easy walking distance. Boats, canoes etc for hire, again just a short walk away.

I'll knock off a star for the pool upstairs, which you can hardly call a pool—a large bathtub would have been more appropriate. Otherwise, the hotel really deserves a 5-star review. Very polite and professional staff. The rooms are pretty spacious and nice. Breakfast was also very nice with local and international choices. I would definitely pick this hotel for another stay in Larnaca. Highly recommended.

This is got to be one of the cutest rooms that I have stayed in. The room has a modern/retro décor. While the room is not very large, it is well designed to make the space functional and comfortable. We stayed in room 307, the only down side was that we could hear people at night from the hotel courtyard. The hotel itself is nice, clean and quaint. The location / surroundings however is a bit odd. There's really nothing in the immediate surroundings of the hotel. It is an easy 5 minutes walk (maybe less) to the town center. We stayed here for 3 nights and never felt unsafe walking to / from town at night. The pool on the roof is small but decent place to unwind. The breakfast area is nice. There is a decent selection in the buffet. There is also a menu for you to order your eggs. Some mornings they gave you the menu and sometimes they did not. Just ask for it.

We really could not fault our choice of this hotel. The location was great in a quiet area out of the main drag but only 5-7 minutes walk to the seafront. The hotel is modern with good rooms, Not overly big but modern and with a nice balcony, The top floor pool looked great but didn't open until May. Restaurant was excellent serving great buffet breakfasts and normally we don't eat dinner in the hotel but due to our late arrival we did and it was superb. Main asset were the friendly professional staff. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, same for the bar and restaurant staff. We had 3 nights there initially then moved on to the interior of the Island for 4 nights and last night back at the Indigo and just as good.

The urban art on the outside is fantastic and very striking, having an example of this in the room is unusual (Bruce Lee in my case) and adds great character. Room was okay size with a balcony looking on to the street. Bed is comfortable, shower is efficient. Breakfast was very varied with lots of choices on offer and runs until later than usual if you need a rest day. Staff were brilliant, always helpful and lots of smiles and conversation. Archeology museum is just next door as are the Kition ruins. The long sandy beach and a selection of westernised eating places start at 5 minutes away and extend along the sea front. I walked to the soda lake and mosque but the bus back stops 100 yards from the hotel. Was able to leave my luggage in a secure place at the hotel on the last day having a late flight home. Really nice stay and the friendliness of the staff is a big part of that

Exceptionally friendly and helpful personnel, spacious room, with all necessary facilities, comfort bed, blackout curtains, foldable mini-ironing board & iron, bathroom accessories included even a shaving kit!). All perfectly clean, quality bedding and towels. Convenient gym with new equipment, you may enter with your room card and do your workout at any convenient time for you, all clean, with automatic air fragrance. There are 2 lifts and 2 staircases that was really useful, very well thought-out planning for not a big hotel. I really liked the artistic design in common spaces, impressive drawings on the walls, cosy atmosphere in the restaurant, comfortable furniture in the hotel lobby. I was impressed with the wide selection of breakfast dishes, breads and sweets and various types of cold drinks (like lemon water with mint, Sunny Orange Burst with fresh cut oranges, and ... 5 kinds of milk!)). The service staff was always friendly, present, renewing the food, cleaning the surfaces all around the restaurant. The food was nicely presented and tasty, all fresh.

The Rise Hotel is all you need to have an amazing experience in Larnaca. The hotel is located 3-5 minutes from the beach and is near most of Larnaca's attractions. The staff is so friendly. Many thanks to the restaurant team for the amazing breakfast, especially the man who consistently refilled the plates to ensure all the guests had a good experience. Also, I want to express my appreciation to Nina for her efforts in check-in and check-out. The gym is so clean, and the vibes of this hotel are exceptional. I told them I would write a good review on booking because they deserve it. Don't hesitate to book your room in the Rise Urban Hotel. It has the best value for the money you can get in Larnaca.

We arrived at the hotel in April. We were greeted by a lobby representative named Stavroula. From the very first moment, she was warm, friendly, and welcomed us with a beautiful smile. She helped us with everything we needed — even with matters unrelated to the hotel. The hotel is new and very clean. The beds are comfortable. The location is excellent. Highly recommended! The price is affordable for everyone. The breakfast is excellent. Room service is outstanding. Don’t pay attention to negative reviews. We strongly recommend coming here. The staff at Urban art hotel and main reception are amazing and they can’t do enough to make your stay comfortable, they will give you advice and help you out with anything that you need. The property is very centrally located just a 5 to 10 minute walk away from the main promenade in Larnaca. There are lots of shops and services nearby and it is easy to navigate. The bus from the airport stops more or less directly outside of the hotel and the bus is also very cheap. The rooms that face the front and have a balcony are very spacious and well designed inside. They have everything that you would need inside the room.

The location of this hotel could not be better. Right on finikoudes beach and close to all the restaurants. The breakfast was good, a little bit of everything to appeal to all tastes. The staff were generally speaking friendly and helpful. The aircon was amazing in the triple room, which was a life saver in the August heat. The pool is nice enough and ordering food/drinks to the pool was easy and we thought very reasonably priced (€6 for a cocktail with no service charge to bring it to the pool). The triple room was very large and comfortable, it's also nice that they welcome you with some wine and fruit. The view from the executive suite is spectacular and the addition of fresh flowers and chocolates was a nice added touch to make it special. Everything seemed clean and neat! We would book to stay here again if in the area.

We have just returned from two lovely weeks at Sun Hall Hotel. The hotel is in prime position, as it’s less than 100 metres from the beach and good restaurants and bars galore are on the same street as the hotel! We had bed and breakfast. Our room overlooked the beach, what could be better? Breakfast included cereals, eggs, meats, cheeses, watermelon, the list could go on and on. The hotel bar is great, not expensive, and Thanos who poured me more drinks than I care to remember is great fun, genial, with a wonderful sense of humour. He’s such a lovely guy. Receptionist were really helpful and Maria especially is worthy of mention. There is an outdoor pool on the 1st floor. It’s very shallow and there isn’t a pool bar. You can phone the hotel bar and they’ll come to the pool with your order. We didn’t use that service, and I probably saved a great deal of money by not using it! So, a really good holiday has come to an end. We liked Larnaca, it’s not an expensive place to eat and drink, and some of the restaurants near the hotel were great!,

All the staff were really friendly, helpful, professional and very welcoming creating a very relaxing and homely atmosphere. We very much enjoyed very good breakfast in a spacious hall overlooking the marina, the sea view from our balcony, and the very good sized lovely sun heated swimming pool. The hotel was very quiet and we could not hear anything from the neighbouring rooms. The beds were very comfortable and extra pillows were provided without any problem. Even after checkout at 12.00, we were given beach towels and invited to use the showers in their fitness centre and the pool while waiting for the airport taxi. They kindly let us weigh the main luggage. The location is perfect for all sorts of activities: the marina is just across the road for boat trips, about 100m along the promenade is the intercity bus stop, the central bus station for local buses is 5 minutes away just beyond Europa Square with several buses a 15-minute ride to the large Metropolis Mall, the tourist information centre is just 2 minutes away and several sights are within a 20-minute walking radius. Getting across the one way road to the beach was much easier than expected because the traffic is mostly quite slow and cars stop to let you cross. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. It was great for staying in and relaxing and also for exploring Larnaca and Cyprus. We would definitely stay there again because this hotel was a perfect fit for what we wanted to do and so friendly.

The Sun Hall Hotel was great. This is the only place I will stay on my next trip to Larnaca. The rooms were nice. The balcony was adequate. The only noise was the quiet coolness of the AC which worked very well. You need an good AC in Larnaca in July. My wife and I loved the continental breakfast. We were even allowed to let our children and grandchildren who were staying in a nearby apartment to come eat breakfast with us every morning for a very decent price. The hotel is centrally located. Just across from the beach. There were plenty of nice restaurants and shops nearby. We got up each morning and walked the boardwalk along the beach before the heat set in. We rented a car and took an excursion to a traditional village and then drove through the hills to a monastery. It was a very pleasant outing. The pool was excellent which we utilized every day. They even had pool side beverage service. During our visit, my wife severely hurt her foot, not the hotels fault. They had a wheelchair available for us to use and the staff inquired about her wellbeing often. Fortunately the injury was not debilitating and she was back on her feet in a few days. All things being considered, I can't think of any reason why I would try to stay anywhere else in Larnace.

Excellent location right by the beach, we got a room on the 4th floor, which had a beautiful view of the sea (when booking a room with a direct view). The room was spacious enough, clean, with a comfortable bed, with excellent blackout curtains. They refill a liter bottle of water daily for free. The bathroom was large enough, excellent completely closable shower cubicle (not a drop of water outside of it). Large balcony with seating. We were also pleased with 2 fast elevators. We also used the pool on the 1st floor, it is smaller, but sufficient. You can ask for a beach/pool towel for free at the reception. For breakfast, there is a decent selection of hot and cold dishes, as well as sweet pastries, we also appreciated the fresh orange juice (you can choose to have it chilled in a bottle or get it yourself from the machine). Friendly staff at the reception, in the dining room and also cleaning staff. It is clear that the hotel cares about it and has proper management. Reasonable prices in the lobby bar/restaurant.

Very nice staff, daily cleaning. We received all the help and we arrived at night, we are leaving on an evening flight. Until then, our luggage will be kept. The ladies at the reception gave maximum information on where to buy products at a good price and not to use the shops on the beach. They printed a schedule, called a taxi and I could list them. The weekend noise at the end of the street mentioned by many was not disturbing because of the double windows. Every morning, the room was filled with instant coffee, tea, cream and sugar. Fresh towels daily. The dark-haired cleaning lady and both receptionists deserve 6 stars. Breakfast is served at the waterfront Alexander restaurant 3 buildings away, where you can choose from a variety of breakfasts. (Here I would like to note the flexibility when one day we were unable to have breakfast due to a boat trip, but the voucher was not lost, but its value was deducted from the total amount of our evening consumption. We will definitely return. ;)❤️

The Hotel is in a side street, a close distance from the main street where all the restaurants and bus stop are located, very near the old town. It was quiet and luckily we stayed only for one night and that might have been a reason we were given a room right next to the reception so if they're dealing with the customers, it's quite disturbing. The window faces a wall which is one meter away from your window so I can't imagine staying here for longer - without a day light. It was quiet at night, no street noises. There is a fridge, a hair dryer, AC, wifi working, bathroom was nice and modern. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The location is absolutely perfect — just a one-minute walk from the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the sea any time of day. Location is super - just 100 meters walk from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and cafes are available in the Main Street where is Lazaros Czerkiew… Andri in the reception met us and helped with check in, even when it was around 17:00 pm, as after 16:00 pm there is a self check in. She step by step took us through every detail and also recommended us to visit Lefkara that is just 40 km from Larnaca, a small Greek Orthodox village… We are very positive about our stay, everywhere was clean, we had all the stuff we needed during our stay. Highly recommended if you really want to find something good for affordable price.

I liked everything about this hotel. Modern, super clean, room has everything you need, very well designed for guest convenience and comfort. The best staff (Nadia) at reception - professional, welcoming, knowledgable and simply lovely. Great location - in the charming old part of town and 2 min walk from the beach which is nice and clean (the sea is quite shallow) and you can rent a sun lounger for only eur 2.50 per day, or sunbathe on your towel for free. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants in the area, lovely promenade along the beach. The best value for money.

The staff went out of their way to help us. We booked last minute, arrived towards midnight for an unplanned trip. The late night receptionist was exceptionally nice, helped us, gave us electrical connectors and was. Dry pleasant despite the late hour. Breakfast was incredible and a large variety. Aside from the normal Western type cooked meal there were also fresh vegetables, fried Haloomi cheese, fresh Greek yogurts, fresh fruit. All with the gorgeous beach at the background. It is not in the middle of the city which is great as it gives the property a vacation feel.

Dimitra went above and beyond to make our stay perfect . At first we weren’t given the 2 single beds or the items I had requested however Dimitra was prompt too provide us what we needed by making up the single beds and delivering the items we needed . She was always so helpful and attentive . Thank you Dimitra The only issue we had which was out of the hotels control was the awful smell of manure from early evening until the morning throughout our stay , to the point it was unbearable to be outside .

The rooms are spacious, the bed is extremely comfortable but above all every room has a spectacular sea view. The airport is a 10 min drive away so you will hear the aircraft’s coming in to land if you have the patio door open but this adds to the surreal experience and as a light sleeper I have never had any issues with noise. I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and would not consider staying nowhere else.

The outside area of the hotel was recently renovated and it's great! The swimming pools have sunbeds inside the pool to relax, and the kid's pool has a small playground. During our stay there was an accident as one of the kids pooped inside one of the swimming pools and the staff reacted immediately. They closed the pool to clean it and they opened it only after they tested the quality of the water to be safe for the gueststo use it. In general, the hotel was clean and the staff was very polite! We have been to the hotel in the past and we will certainly come again!

We returned from the hotel yesterday back to Israel. We are a couple with three small children. We took a room with two rooms and a balcony overlooking the sea. I want to recommend the hotel. The service is very high. The cleanliness of the rooms, the pool, the dining room, and the hotel in general was very good. We had breakfast included and we also had dinner, the food was different in the evenings every day and included delicious and varied food. Because one of my children has autism, so twice he couldn't find anything to eat in the evening, so we asked the chef to make him clean pasta and within a few minutes my child enjoyed hot and fresh pasta, many thanks to the chef. The children's playroom with a variety of games for all ages was nice. The pool was perfect for us and the comfort of the pool beds were right next to the pool. And the sea is a 15-second walk with sand. There is not much to do near the hotel, it's just taking a taxi every time to get where you want, but next to the hotel there are several restaurants that we didn't try because at lunchtime we ate at the hotel's restaurant with a large selection of dishes and which were really delicious. There is a supermarket near the hotel and car rental and taxi. Thanks for a good vacation to the hotel staff. I will definitely recommend you. And without a doubt my parents also want a vacation in your hotel after everything I told them.

We stayed here as a family of four, with two under 5s. - Room We stayed in a double with side sea view and it came with a sofa bed, which fitted a 5 year old alongside a large open cot/childs bed which fitted a 3 year old. There was a kettle, a smart tv with apps including netflix and disney, alongside complimentary water. - Food Breakfast was great, a range of hot dishes, cold meats and salad, juices, speciality coffees, and even champagne. Breakfast hall was nice, although they allowed smoking on comfortable chairs next to the outside breakfast area and the smell was gross. Staff were otherwise friendly. Buffet dinner was also very nice. - facilities The splash park for children was nice and the shallow pool area was very comfortable. Given its october, the water was very cold in the large adult pool. The sea was nice and warm though, and everything was clean and tidy. There was also an activities room for children.

The rooms were impressively spacious, featuring two connected rooms - one with a single bed and the other with twin beds. Both rooms were spotlessly clean and equipped with efficient air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable night's rest despite the warm Mediterranean climate.

Stayed here for 1 night before flying out from Larnaca. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are bright and modern, beds very comfortable. We ate at the onsite restaurant, so pleased about this decision. The food was yummy, the Hummus was divine and our choice of lamb skewers, was the right choice the lamb was juicy and perfectly tender All the staff were engaging, the owner was a delight to talk to, and was very proud of the fact of what they produce, and quite rightly so. Our stay at Leonardo Boutique Hotel Larnaca was absolutely amazing. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, bars, and cafés. My stay at the Leonardo Hotel was really enjoyable. The room service was excellent and always convenient. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and happy to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was good and had plenty of variety. Excellent central location, very close to the beach, restaurants and most attractions like mini submarine and sunset cruise ,all within walking distance . Very nice and attentive staff. Well equipped rooms with excellent service. Fabulous breakfast. We enjoyed complimentary late check out. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. Good on facilities in the room. The pool was lovely and pool bar staff very friendly. Aircon was great and very much needed. . Good to be able to cast devices to the TV as otherwise only access to local Greek channels. Meant we could watch Netflix. Fab room service menu - wish we'd just eaten in the room for our dinner rather than just to order drinks and snacks. Good secure car parking.

Hotel is situated around 30mins walking distance from Finikoduos beach, so not too bad. The property has quite a few restaurants and a couple of reasonable sized bars.. swimming pool is v.good and gym is well equipped. Breakfast was v.good with plenty of options and variety, we were mainly hosted by Mina who was exceptional when it comes to customer attentiveness and service, she always made us feel welcome at morning breakfast, she is a great asset to the company. Well done Mina! Overall I would defo stay at this hotel again it’s close to the airport and the shopping mall. Overall 10/10 Very happy !

The reception staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The apartment we chose was clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, which was especially important to us as we were traveling with two small children. Most mornings, freshly squeezed orange juice was available, prepared right in front of the guests. The dinner selection was also diverse and delicious. Upon check-in, the hotel kindly gave us free drink coupons equal to the number of nights, which we could redeem at the hotel bar. The heated pool was a great feature – the water was pleasantly warm even though it was early February. We appreciated the hotel's simple and transparent policies, with no extra charges for pool towels or in-room dining. The location is excellent – just a 5-minute walk to the sea and about 10-15 minutes to the city center. Restaurants and shops are also very close by. Additionally, free parking is available right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again! 😊✨

The beach is across a road and the beds/umbrellas are rented out by local council - the hotel do supply beach towels.

The upgrade to the deluxe balcony facing the ocean was worth it. Drawback - no pool and the beach across the street is public - you pay 2.5 euro for your chair etc … beach bars are not part of the hotel

From check in to check out hard to find any faults with this hotel. And to be clear it is a pleasant 25 minute beachside walk to the old town. The hotel food is excellent the room was clean and spacious. Ours did have a trip hazard step in the middle but that was fortunately not a problem. Would stay there again without hesitation the staff we met were faultless. A swimming pool would have made it Superb but the atmosphere and proximity to the beach was great.

Greay location and pleasant stay. Didn't like the gym or swimming pool, it was a leisure centre used by everyone, not particularly clean, I thought it would be connected to the gym but it was located in a separate building rear of the hotel.

Nice hotel has limited facilities only a small restaurant no spa no pool. But across the street is the beach. Bear in mind it is very close to the airport for better and worse. The rooms are a bit small.

Older property that needs another rejuvenation. Acceptable value. We were in 305 for 6 nights. Vinyl laminate floor is beat. Furniture was in good condition. Bed was great. Room attendants were very good. Floor could have been swept a bit better. Bathroom was spotless clean daily. Maintenance needs to do some grout clean up properly re grout shower and not slop another coat of caulking on the obvious leak that has damaged the door frame inside the bathroom. Shower is very good! I liked the "do not disturb" and "clean room" electronic system they have. Balcony was great. However current city view of this room is a re-construction area. Breakfast on 6th floor was great and the gentleman in the actual kitchen makes a good omelette! Very nice attendant in the breakfast room is very efficient and effective. Great smile and personality for the morning. One suggestion... don't put the business end of the cereal spoons up in the container! Always put the handle end up for people to select a spoon. Choices for breakfast were excellent. We mainly dealt with the very nice Ukrainian receptionist. Very helpful getting taxi etc. Hope she gets to London!!! Pool... I went in the water for less that a minute....brrrrr! Nice quiet place to catch the sun. We would stay here again. Larnaca is a good city to enjoy and walk to discover!

I recently stayed at this modern and well-decorated hotel in the heart of Larnaca, just steps from Finikoudes Beach and the main promenade. Its central location, right next to the old city and to the main shopping street, made it perfect for exploring the city. The room was spacious, clean, and stylish, with a comfortable bed that easily fit two people with room to spare. The bathroom was well-equipped, featuring a bathtub, vanity kit, and plenty of hot water for a relaxing shower after a long day. My room had a balcony overlooking the lively Zinonos Kitieos street; while there was some street noise, it wasn’t too disruptive, and I still had a great night’s sleep. The hotel also features a rooftop pool (unheated), with a beautiful view of the city. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the overall experience was very good. For its location, comfort, and price, this hotel was excellent value for money. I’d definitely return in the future!

Back to the Josephine hotel and they kept their standards. The room was modernly decorated and very clean. The check in and check out are easy. The dining room on the 6th floor is great with the view and breakfast is very good with good choices, eggs as you like and gluten supplement for bread. The pool on the roof is very nice and clea and you can get some sun there and thebeach is right around the corner.

I chose this hotel because of the balcony view of the square with the Holy Church of St Lazarus. I thought the balcony was in the room so I was making sure I asked for that room and was worried if it would be available, but the balcony is actually in the middle of the floor, so it is available to everyone staying in the hotel, which is GREAT, even better. The balcony was never full and I had plenty of time to take great photos and videos as everyone and I spent only a bit of time and then went to explore the island. The room had very nice decoration and was clean and spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The cleaning lady was very sweet and the staff was so helpful and booked a taxi for me as I had to leave at 5 am for the airport.

The hotel is located in an old house in the old city area of Larnaca. The house has one floor reachable by stairs and a couple of rooms. There is a balcony on the side with the church where guests can enjoy the view over the square. On the other side there is a small interior garden. It all has a traditional setting. The room has a bathroom with a shower. It has wooden floors and wooden furniture, one window, a fridge, a safe box, a mirror, and a make-up table. Good price quality. We stayed in room 107. The staff was nice and helpful, giving us information. Bus nr. 425 to the airport has a bus stop near the hotel.

The Alkisti really was the best hotel I had on Cyprus. Ioanna from the reception is great. She helped me e.g. with bus connections, considered my request for a quiet room. Also the cleaning lady does a great job and is very friendly and helpful - thank you! The location of the hotel is perfect. The place around the Lazarus church is picturesque; there is a great bakery next to the hotel for a delicious breakfast. The beach and everything else is nearby. At the same time the hotel is a little oasis, especially the backyard. And the balcony to the Lazarus place is a beautiful place.

As soon as I entered the room I felt the stress of travel leave my solar plexus. The interior designers have done a superb job. The hotel smells great. It was such a cozy welcoming space. When you have to move around alot you understand the importance of lighting. The ambience in the room is wonderful. The breakfast buffet on the top floor had a great selection. It also has such lovely views to wake up to. I think the shower could do with a glass sliding door as opposed to a curtain as the water got over the floor. It's to protect the building as well as the guests. Maybe a little more soundproofing would be great. I had a drunk neighbour, but thankfully he went out to party at night. My view was the carpark but the room was so great I didn't care. I would stay again.

The location is very good, as only 5 minutes to walk to the beach front and you are immediately in the cetrum.Very good windows/balcony isolation, no noise to hear from outside. Aircon worked properly in the summer heat. Electric cattle and water in the room is a nice touch. The breakfast on the 4 floor with the view on the sea side was fabulous every morning. Good selection of food and the fresh orange juice was a delight. Housekeeping was very good. The hotel is environmentally friendly trough the bath necessities in bulk and the room digital communication. Reception is 24/7 and we felt very secure. They on our request prepared breakfast package in the morning due to the early flight as well order a taxi for us. Everything was excellent.

There are so many things like about this hotel. The location is perfect, 2 min walk away from the beautiful main beach. The stuff is very nice, who keep the room perfectly cleaned every single day. Breakfast is the same every day, but very generous so you can always find tasty things to eat, good variety of fresh fruits and local options, fresh pressed orange juice. The checkout is very travel friendly at 12, so you still have a chance to enjoy the beach for a half day before your flight. Only the matraces could be a little more comfy, they were a bit too soft in both rooms. Nevertheless it was a very pleasant stay, would book it again anytime and can only recommend it to anyone travelling to Larnaka.

The location is pretty great in terms of the touristic things to see in the town. You are just across the street from the beach and the hotel will provide you a beach towel to use. Breakfast was quite filling each morning and the gym was a great way to start/end your day. There a lots of restaurants and shops to walk to. Another great thing is that it is very close to the Intercity bus stop if you wanted to explore other parts of the Island (and the city tour bus that comes twice per day). The staff was also very helpful with any questions I had.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The staff were incredibly welcoming. Our room was spotless, spacious with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The amenities were outstanding — the spa treatments were top-notch, and every part of the property felt well cared for. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and genuine hospitality; the team made us feel like valued guests every single day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable, comfortable, and truly enjoyable experience. We can’t wait to return!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Opera. Whilst relatively small, the room was very clean and nicely furnished. We appreciated being upgraded to a room with a small balcony that overlooked the square and beautiful Church of St Lazarus. The staff were very friendly and courteous and we appreciated the complimentary drinks and cakes. The only down side was being next to a road with some noisy bikes in the middle of the night. The comfortable bed made up for it though and we slept well. It was easy to park in the large, secure car park next to the hotel. It’s only a three minute walk from the beautiful beach (7.50 euros for sunloungers and umbrella for the day). There’s also lots of restaurants and cafes in the streets around the hotel. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Hotel Opera is ideal for visiting Larnaca. The city bus from the airport stops right next to it, and it is across the street from St Lazarus church, which is beautiful and very historic. The church square has small restaurants and cafes around it, so it is easy to get a meal or a coffee. The beach is only a few blocks away - I preferred to be not next to it, so there was less noise or people. The staff at Hotel Opera were very kind, spoke excellent English, and helped me with anything I needed, including adding an extra night to my stay. The room was bright and attractive, the wifi strong, and the bathroom especially nice. I can't think of a better place to stay. Travelers should be aware that there are steps to the second floor where the hotel is located, with no elevator.

The coziest hotel in Larnaca. The area is the best, the staff are so lovely, clean rooms with a fridge and also there is a coffee and pastry corner in the lobby. There is a magical seating area in the lobby where you can relax and have a cup of tea with cake. The rooms with the view to the church are magical, a pleasure for the eyes to wake up in the morning to the sight of the church and the ringing bells. I am staying l here every time I visit Cyprus, everything is within walking distance and what is most convenient, is that a bus to the airport is right outside the hotel! Thank you dear Opera for the fun and pleasant experience with you. Waiting to come back again!

We stayed for 2 nights as part of a wedding party. The rooms were spotless, extremely comfortable, and had useful facilities such as a kettle and even a UK plug extension. The warmth of our welcome was a true indicator of consistently great service throughout our stay with excellent English spoken and a true sense of nothing being too much trouble. The self service breakfast could be taken either in the attractive outside patio and dining area, or in our rooms and the access to the large communal fridge (in addition to the ones in the rooms) made our trip very comfortable and memorable. The location is excellent with easy access to the beach, fantastic restaurants and the beautiful Lazarus church. This is a great hotel and felt very good value.

I just had a two-day stop in Larnaca and wanted to be downtown rather than at the waterfront. This very small hotel was outstandingly clean and well kept, with a very helpful staff. Bedrooms were small but well equipped. My balcony overlooked the main church square, from which I could witness the Easter Saturday night celebrations. No food available except a small coffee & cake breakfast. But there is excellent food (including breakfast) available immediately next to the hotel. Only problem for me (aged 86, walking with a cane) was the 23 marble steps to get from the entrance up to the first floor hotel - but I had no problem in getting help with my luggage. Overall, a very satisfying couple of nights stay.

Clean and well looked after building. All rooms have a minibar fridge and kettle. Breakfast every day has a huge range of hot and cold options and is excellent. Lovely locations in terms of right in the beach with a pool overlooking the beach. Worth paying the extra for a sea view room. We went at a fairly quiet time (end of Oct) so had loads of space and hardly anyone else at pool or restaurants. Could be quite cramped if full! Staff are really great and always willing to help.

Standard European hotel breakfast nothing fancy, but good, gym pictures don’t really show, but it is well equipped, staff were extremely nice and helpful very friendly. Only hotel in that area that has a beach, and it has more than enough benches, pool bar is good with many options.

The location was perfect we loved being so close to the beach and other restaurants. Our room was spacious and comfortable with great balcony sea view. Fantastic pool area. Food was excellent and all your staff especially the bar staff were amazing.

We had a fantastic two-night stay at the Livadhiotis City Hotel while exploring Larnaca. The hotel's greatest strength is undoubtedly its location—it's truly excellent. Probably the best hotel in the city center of Larnaca especially for city breaks and family vacation. The hotel is luxurious, modern decorated, clean and safety. Thus I think the hotel deserves at least 3 * or 4 * stars. The location is in the city center in quite place, but in close proximity to Funikudes promenade with lots of restaurants, shops and cafes. Excellent breakfast with delicious and healthy products. Extremely nice and helpful staff, especially people working at the reception desk. We definitely come back again at Livadhiotis City Hotel in the near future. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

The hotel is within easy walking distance to the beach with all its attractions, and other fine dining and locations of interest. The breakfast is good fare served early, a benefit for those of us who have early obligations. The room was so large that I went back to the desk and asked if they really wanted one person to be in that room. They said yes, so I spread out and enjoyed it.

I've been staying at Livodhiotas during visits to Cyprus since 2008. I have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, whether it is securing my lost luggage when it finally arrives, booking taxis, or providing wake-up calls. The location is terrific, within walking distance to everywhere I want to go in Larnaka. The room is comfortable and clean, and the price makes for good value.

Very rare to find a double bed and it was very comfortable. The beach was across the road but I’m a pool person so can’t comment but many of the guests did use the beach. As you come out of the hotel if you turn left there is a little shop that sells essential items which was great as I was able to have coffee in the morning as there was a small fridge and kettle, the lady there even lent me a bottle opener for my cocktails. If you turn right and walk about 10-15 minutes you will find a good selection of restaurants and further shops.

From the moment I first walked into the room, I was so pleasantly surprised by how clean and beautiful it was✨. I truly loved everything about it. The highlight for me was the balcony — the view was stunning, overlooking a gorgeous blue pool, a crystal-clear pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, and even a glimpse of the sea, which made me so happy. 🌊☀️ I also loved that the beach was just a 2-minute walk away — such a perfect location! The blue light in the bathroom added a nice, modern touch, and the drying rack on the balcony was super convenient for wet swimsuits. 👙🩴 And honestly, the value for money was an incredible bonus. Everything felt just right, and I caught myself thinking: "I don’t want to leave." 🩷🩵🌴

I really enjoyed my stay at Lysithea Hotel. The pool was definitely one of the highlights – being able to swim at night was such a beautiful and relaxing experience. The whole place has a charming 90s vibe that gives it a nostalgic and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were nice and clean, and the balcony had an absolutely amazing view of both the sea and the pool – it was a perfect spot to relax. Still, the location is great – very quiet and pleasant, perfect for a peaceful getaway.

The property was very clean and looked to be repainted recently. The pool was a good size probably 20m long it had shades at one end which kept the water cooler than otherwise. The breakfast was ideal. Two eggs, toast, cheese sausage or ham and a refreshing salad and a small coffee. I bought a small jar of honey for the toast. When the wind blew the waves crashing on the beach could be heard from the room. Various restaurants and a supermarket an easy walk away. We liked Mamas. A great shower. The room had a connecting door to the adjacent room, good for families. We had a ground floor south facing room with parking by the door and the balcony above provided shade all day. Top floor rooms have no such shading. Generally due to the lack of bar / restaurant there was little noise. There are fitness machines on the beach and was deserted in early May. Pool towels provided. Short road to the motorway.

Just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of great restaurants and lovely shops nearby. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a balcony which was a nice bonus. The breakfast was varied and tasty, a great start to each day. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace with the swimming pool—it was a great spot to relax, even though the water was a bit cold (not a complaint, just an observation!). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

What we really like was how good the complex of the hotel and its facilities are organized. 1. Will start with the room - it was big, well cleaned, with very comfortable and big bed and pillows. The climate control was working very well to maintain the temperature we wished, as well. The rooms were cleaned every day and even they left us a message to call the reception if you want an additional cleaning or in a case when we were sleeping until late and used the "Do not disturb" card. 2. Next - the pools complex. It contained 2 large pools. One of them for swimmers (up to 2.8 m deep), and the other for people who only wants to soak in the water (up to 1.7 m). Very well thought out! The water in them was pretty nice temperature and well maintained cleanness. At the same time, the shallower one was surrounded by palm trees to provide shade from the scorching sun. There are also, enough space, sunbeds and umbrellas around the pools. 3. The private beach - It was big enough and always had free sunbeds and umbrellas, for those who prefer to stay on the beach. The water there was warm as well. Actually we have never been to a beach with a naturally warmer water in the pools and on the beach. 4. Bars in the complex - There are 2 bars. One which is neared to the beach and one that is next to the lobby. 5. The last but not the least - the staff. They were all very friendly, smiling and accommodating! Thank you!

Daniels a lovely restaurant opposite with great food. Had a lovely massage. Gym and indoor pool. Lovely big rooms. Plenty of free sunbeds by the pools and beach.

The pools are great, there was two main pools, and infant one, two mail pools are "connected", and the beach has easy access, close, very clean and nice. the staff is very kind and helpfull, the hotel is very clean even tough it wass full, they kept high quality clean and food in the resturant

The view from the room was amazing! We have enjoyed the breakfast a lot, there were a lot of choices and the food was delicious and always fresh and warm/hot and never cold. We took B&B option and travelled to other beaches, so I cannot rate lunch/dinner and other facilities like pools and hotel beach. We only took a walk there and the pool water was incredibly clean, as well as the hotel beach. We have ordered room service one time, and the food was delicious! Bus stations were right in front of the hotel so it is quite easy to get to Larnaca or Aiya Napa. We came at the end of the season, and hotel was closed the last day of our visit. We have checked out in the morning and left our luggage in the hotel. When we came back in the evening to pick-up our luggage and prepare for the flight, Guest Relations Team member let us into the hotel (even though it was not working anymore due to end of season) and arranged us a room so we can get a shower and reset for our flight. She made us really comfortable, offering us coffee, water and snacks. Big, big thanks for that! Really amazing staff and people. I would warmly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel on sea front. I use it every year when traveling on business. Service is awesome - super friendly and helpful. Food is brilliant - love the waves restaurant on the sea. Beach is lovely and relatively private. Pool great too! Would highly recommend and look forward to my next visit.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at Radisson Beach Resort Larnaca for 2 weeks in june this summer, and we are really happy with our stay! First of all, the staff where incredible, both in the lobby as well by the different restaurant. We booked our trip with Tui, but once we arrived, our room got upgraded to a junior suite on the 8th floor. The view was amazing, and the room was great. Daily roomservice and great hospitality. The day we was gonna checkouf, the staff by the lobby allowed us to have a late check out (ususlly checkout is at 12, but we could check out at 8 om (due to a late flight back home)). The training facilities was also good. They offer both sunbeds by the beach as well by the pool, which is great! Between the beach and the pool, they have a beach-restaurant with great lunches, dinners and drinks, to friendly prices. All in all, a great stay and we will definately come back!

Wonderful hotel with charming staff. Stan and Katerina and all the others at reception all wonderful and so helpful. The staff work incredibly hard. They had forgotten to do my room one day and arrived with towels and supplies at 10 pm at night. the lady doing housekeeping late at night was absolutely charming. I hope they are all paid well for such great service. We loved the pool and beach right behind the pool. Everything is so accessible. I forget the name of the lady at reception who gave us advice on sites and where to go and booked us taxis but shes wonderful too. Rooms were cleaned spottlessly. Very appreciative for such a wonderful stay.

We always wanted to stay in a good hotel in Larnaca, Cyprus and the Radisson beach did not disappoint. Great breakfast buffet with lots of choice. Modern clean rooms with indoor heated pool and spa and gym. Location is fantastic on the beach with a great pool area. Nice buzz around the hotel. Big shout out to manager Marios Charalambous for running a tight ship! Will stay again and again!

Facilities amongst the hotel was great except the condition of the pool. You constantly tread on sharp or broken/loose mosaic tiles falling apart. Our room was nice and clean with comfortable bed however needs a refurb in the shower. Imbalance with water pressure/temperature, peeling paint and silicone. Food was good and on point as always. I have been staying at the Raddison since the beginning of opening. Yes a lot has been kept up to standard however some aspects need attending to such as the pool and room showers. Overall a great stay as always.

All in all, a perfect stay which I will certainly be repeating as soon as I can. The house is full of character, with a beautiful internal yard and a huge bougainvillea providing deep shade and colour. The room was excellent in all aspects, decor, comfort, amenities. The location is also perfect, bang in the middle of the island of Cyprus, both beaches and mountains are close. The village has maintained its character and is SO quiet! But the best part of it all are the amazing hosts. When I arrived Giorgos just gave me the key to their suite despite my booking being for a simple double bed - it wasn't booked, so why not?, as he put it. Stratos Art Deco is a cozy and magical place, with a beautiful inner yard, terrace is very green with a lot of flowers that provide shade during hot summer days. The room itself was spacious and clean, there was everything that a traveller might need - even a kitchen with all the appliances. But the most important thing was the impeccable level of service. Elena is the kindest, most attentive and hospitable hostess. If you ever in need of something during your stay, you can be sure that Elena would do everything she can to help you! We were really grateful to meet her and stay at her hotel.

Delightful experience in a typical cypriot village not far from main turistic highlights. This is a cute old house turned in an amazing acomodation with all possible comfort, including a rooftop terrace for breakfast and a hot tub. The hosts are a lovely family who made us feel welcomed and taken care, spoiling us with fresh lemonade at our arrivals and providing all tips&tricks for visiting the surroundings. The location is super! Right next to a bus stop which takes you to Larnaka and few minutes walk from the bus stop, where you can get to Ayia napa. The stuff is amazing, we asked the receptionist to give us newly renovated room and we got a room with sea view. Every day they changed towels and refilled the soap. The food is good, typical british cuisine but not outstanding. We took the half board which was enough for the whole day. When we mentioned that out flight is in the early morning they offered they can pack us some food if we would miss the breakfast! Nice gesture. Also worth to mention that the prices is the hotel restaurant and bar actually quite low, so I encourage everyone to get drinks there and enjoy the pool. The pool water is rather cool, but not necessary chilly. All together it was a pleasent stay 5/5stars.

This is my second or third stay at Elysso hotel in Larnaca and most likely not my last as the price / quality ratio exceeds expectations. The room was very clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location is also convenient for grocery shopping as it is located between two supermarkets - including a budget friendly Lidl. The beach is a 20-25 minute walk or 5-minute bus ride. I didn't use the pool, but if you don't want to walk to the beach there a rooftop pool available for use. Housekeeping and front desk staff are very friendly and accessible as the front desk is open 24/7.

Overall, for the price i paid, i would recommend staying here. The staff are friendly and the room was nice enough. However, only two complaints i have is with how the air conditioning works, reception control all of it. You can call them up to turn it on, but this is an odd process. The swimming pool was also closed, it only opens over the summer. This makes sense, but the temperature was 28 degrees in May. Overall, would recommend staying here. It is great value for money!

Surely, the hotel needs some renovation (and they do it), but everything is clean and the hotel provides all the services, it's not a BnB. For the money asked, it's a very good deal - reception, bar, pool, friendly staff, even gym... Located near the bus from the airport, near Makenzy beach, which is much better than in the city centre, 20 minutes walk to there, by the way. I didn't expect much, so the overall impression exceeded my expectations. For a short getaway to the sea on a budget - it's perfect.

Nice room at the back, though could be a bit noisy at night if people talking late outside.. Staff very efficient and helpful. Asked for hot water one morning for tea as no kettle in room and given some. Very nice breakfast. Swimming pool and lounger chairs great. Good location and easy access to beach.

We arrived at the hotel at 3am and although it was early morning, check in was quick friendly and efficient. The room was a standard double but was a good size, clean and had all the facilities you needed. The balcony was also a good size with beautiful views over the grounds, pools and out to sea. We went for half board and the food was excellent with lots of choice and variety. The terrace was a stunning place for breakfast and dinner. It looked across the pools, through palm trees and onto the beach. The whole of the grounds were well maintained and spacious. There were loads of loungers around the pools, under the shade of the palm trees or on the beach. Their system of reserving loungers on the day you arrive and they stay yours for the duration was brilliant. You could have a lie in and not have to worry all the loungers will have gone. The private beach covered a long stretch so there was plenty of space and the water was so clean and crystal clear. To top it all, the staff were brilliant. Very attentive friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A prime example was when we asked for a 5am taxi to take us to the airport the lovely lady on reception asked if we’d like the kitchen to make us something special quickly for breakfast before we left. Touches like that really make such a difference. We wanted a quiet couple of days to relax in the sun and this hotel provided exactly that. A huge thank you to all at the hotel that made it such a lovely break.

Lovely hotel, but in need of an update here and there given it’s a five star resort. Great quality room with lots of space. Lovely places to eat and choice of bars. Lots of room outside too: private beach loungers, large pool, tennis courts etc. Has a nice indoor pool too for the cooler months, and the gym is large for a hotel - several treadmills, a cross trainer and bikes, plus large selection of resistance machines and free weights. A few areas could do with a bit of attention or refurb - e.g. some mould and tired grouting in changing rooms; old model TV in room with washed out colour; aging mirror with marked up edges and some cracking in tiles in bathroom. It isn’t major by any stretch, but the small details add up when it’s marketed and charged at a five star premium. Food was very good; range of choice at buffets and decent a la cart menu too. Food and drink all quite reasonably priced for a resort - lunch or dinner would set you back €15-30 per person before drinks.

We found everything at this hotel to be perfect. We were upgraded to a sea and pool view room number 210 which was so lovely and so much appreciated after the very challenging year we have had. The room was big, clean and had hair dryer, tea and coffee making and a lovely balcony. The restaurant was very good and clean with a wide selection of food at each mealtime. Vernie and Galida looked after us from the moment we arrived and tended to our every need, such friendly and lovely people, thank you. The entertainment was it enjoyable. The pools and beach were perfect. Looking forward to coming back for another holiday. Many thanks to everyone.

A pleasant hotel with lovely and very helpful staff, though it doesn’t quite meet five-star standards. The breakfast buffet was adequate but could use some improvement, and the property would benefit from a fresh coat of paint. It’s located about a 15-minute drive from the center of Larnaca but has a lovely swimming pool on the grounds and is right on the beach. We visited out of season, so most restaurants were closed, but the one we dined at served delicious food. However, beware of the showers—the water is extremely hot and difficult to control. On the positive side, the beds were very comfortable, and we slept well. However, there were some drawbacks: much of the outdoor area had an unpleasant odor, the indoor pool area was too cold to enjoy, and the men’s locker room had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the bathroom lacked a makeup mirror, and the bedroom had no full-length mirror.

Very nice hotel in good location. Outside the main city so you should have a car or take taxi. Food was OK. Pool and beach area are beautiful and very well maintained. My only problem was with the pool towel service - they only open at 9am so if you want to swim early, bring your own towel. front desk staff were all very helpful.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a half board basis. Rooms are nice enough, modern and sleek. There were some stains in the bedding which I would've raised with the staff if I was there for longer than 2 nights. Food was very good. Every dish I had was tasty. However, the pool area wasn't great, often very busy and overcrowded for a pool of that size. Our room was not ready to be checked into until 2.30, half an hour after check in time. We also mentioned in our booking that we were on our honeymoon stay but no action was taken. Might consider staying here if I'm in the area again but wouldn't rush to come back.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel, very clean, all facilities are available, the staff is very responsive to all of your requests and takes the booking comments/requests seriously which is quite considerate. The sea/pool view from the balcony is quite lovely, and the hotel restaurant was delicious, tried most of the menu and every single item was up to a 5 stars hotel standard. The menu is diversified and the portions are very generous. Only had breakfast once during my stay, however it has everything you expect from a continental breakfast, and the breakfast area is spacious and well-serviced. Very pleased with my stay overall, thank you Lebay!

WE HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE ! Me my wife and some friends booked there for 4 nights then we EXTENDED OUR STAY for another week. The hotel was great. Quiet new, very nice pool, private beach, service was excellent. Marianna and Fares from the reception and Nikolas from the bar were amazing, really good people working at the hotel. Very humble but RICH breakfast. The only reason I would not give them 10/10 is; that they charged me 5 euros for the AC Adpator (joking) THANK YOU GUYS DEFENITELY WILL COME BACK AGAIN

The hotel is lovely and is in a great location! The staff was very attentive, the pool and beach are literally steps away, and the continental breakfast and restaurant were also quite good. The establishment is also very kid/family-friendly. If we return to Larnaca for a vacation, we'll also return to Lebay!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. While it's not a luxury property, it’s clean, recently renovated, and very well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that after checking out, I was allowed to use the pool, the pool shower and changing rooms until my departure. Arrived at the hotel after walking from bus stop in larnaca town centre, which was about 20/25 minutes. Welcomed by a friendly lady on reception, after giving our details we went up to our room. The room was spacious with a balcony which had table and chairs, nice to sit out on it. The en-suite had a nice sized shower. Both were very clean. If you’re someone who likes a cup of tea/ coffee be aware that they don’t provide a kettle or cups. You can rent a fridge for 5 euros a day. The beds were made and the bins were emptied every day of our stay. Breakfast was included in the price. It was a continental buffet with a good selection of food. They have a lovely swimming pool and if you don’t have a towel you can buy one. They also have a restaurant where they do lunch. The bar also has a good selection of cocktails and I think every drink you could want, although I’d recommend a nice large bottle of the local beer Keo, after a strenuous day round the pool.The hotel is only a short walk from the seafront and numerous restaurants, also McKenzie beach is a 10/15 minute walk, where there are more restaurants and bars. The Cactus Hotel was a warm , friendly place and will be happy to revisit and recommend.

We stayed here in October 2020 and had a wonderful time. The hotel is a beautiful old family home which has been nicely restored with traditional rooms, and a new modern extension added at the rear with much more contemporary design. We stayed in the modern block and enjoyed the light and airy feel, the beautifully comfortable bed and excellent shower. The slightly quirky design features which caused some negative comments in the past seem to be resolved and we had no issues. Lovely very generous breakfasts were served in the shady courtyard, with plenty of choice, and staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop pool is small but was a great way to cool off after a day of sightseeing in Larnaca. For us the location of the hotel was ideal, removed from the main busy beachfront in a quiet area but only a 5 minute stroll to all the restaurants of the busy strip. We would be very happy to return should we be lucky enough to visit Cyprus again some day.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! The room was clean and modern and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Nice waterfall shower in the bathroom. The only minor issue is that you can hear your neighbors quite well through the walls, but otherwise the hotel is in a very quiet spot. The common areas are really nice - you can enjoy your breakfast (they cook you nice warm breakfast with eggs!) outside in a little courtyard. And the rooftop has a great view and is really nicely decorated, with a small pool. Definitely recommend going there to watch the sunset over the roofs! Service at the hotel was overall great. Got really good tips about what to do in Larnaca and where to go. Everyone was really helpful. If I’m ever in Larnaca again, will definitely stay here!

We arrived at Larnaca Airport about 2:30 AM and were promptly picked up by a service from the hotel. We arrived at the front desk about 3:30 AM and were greeted cheerfully by a young man named Kyriakos, who quickly arranged our room. We stayed in room 601 , top floor, facing the sea. The view from the balcony was truly spectacular. We had some problems....we did not know how to operate the air conditioner, TV, refrigerator, wanted water etc. At least 4 times Kyriakos happily came to our room and solved our problems and this was in the wee hours of the morning. In other words the staff was beyond any expectations at this hotel. In the morning the hotel manager reminded us that should we need anything at which my wife mentioned Tea and like magic we had a supply of tea and tea set sent to our room. The location of this hotel is right in the heart of the shopping and restaurant area of Larnaca, and immediately across the street from the beautiful beach. The breakfast included with the room was exceptional. Cereals, coffee, juice, eggs, fruit, breads on a beautiful floor of the hotel designed for this purpose...Remarkable ! We will be returning for two to three weeks next year. Room Tip: Choose a front of the hotel room..601,602 603 etc 301,302,303. request a refrigerator, it is free...Also be sure to bring electrical adapters for Cyprus.

You have to bear in mind that this is only a two star hotel, so the facilities are limited, but as we were there for just the one night before flying back home, this hotel was ideal. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. The shower had hot water and plenty of it. There was a kettle, together with complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water. The room was air-conditioned, with a balcony and had a TV, but only with local foreign speaking channels except for a couple of English speaking news channels. There is a small lift that takes 3 people + luggage to all floors. Breakfast was included, but we had to leave very early, so cannot comment on the quality of the breakfast. The beach is just across the road opposite the hotel. There are several snack bars, pubs and restaurants just outside the entrance.

Our family spent here very pleasant spring week. In that period (Feb/Mar) many hotels are closed and Les Palmiers Beach Hotel was a perfect choice. We were satisfied with overall service and helpfulness of the staff. Even the first day when we realised the door to balcony did not function perfectly, the hotel fixed the problem promptly. We appreciated the offer of local food for breakfast. Also the location is a great advantage - close to a nice beach, close to many restaurants, close to historic town centre, close to public bus station, so you can have a nice and rich stay in Cyprus even without renting a car.

The apartment I was in was beautiful and kept very nice It was the perfect location for our family visit to Cyprus I would definitely stay there again The staff was friendly and helpful The only downside is the parking You cannot really rent a car as the parking lot is a dirt path and so tight to get into and there is no security so much garbage that my rental got a flat tire and it caused hell for my Trip Other than that the stay was great No rental car next time

Very good customer service and hospitality provided. Room is a bit small but has everything you need included - safe, fridge, tea/coffee as well as USB charging ports on the wall so if you did forget your chargers like we did this was the most functional feature to have in the room ! There is no microwave however staff were kind enough to allow us access to the microwave in the kitchen when needed ! Location is excellent , close to the beach and restaurants and private car park available.

Stayed in a one bed apartment with sea view for 5 nights. The view is spectacular and the balcony is huge! Being able to sit out overlooking the marina and Finikoudes beach with breakfast was magnificent. The apartments are spacious but basic and in need of restoration/updating, though for our stay it was perfectly fine and everything we needed. A/C units provided in both the living area and bedroom which worked great when required. The noise from outside was bothersome throughout with works starting early on an adjacent restaurant (drilling, hammering etc from 7am) accompanied by the horns of cars on the main road seemingly beeping at every minor inconvenience at any hour. Having travelled during an off-peak month, I anticipated there may be improvement works ongoing, but I would imagine the noise would be an issue in busier months as the apartment seemingly had no protection from the noise at all and it felt like we were completing the works or sat in the cars ourselves and not 3 floors up. There is no pool and they make it pretty clear you are not permitted to use the sister Sun Hall Hotel next door. Would definitely recommend for a short stay due to its proximity to the beach, local restaurants and promenade. We had a bargain trip in March and would return again!

The property was very affordable and so much space but they dont have swimming pool and the bus is cros the road amaizing view to the beach

Absolutely brilliant. I stayed for two weeks and loved every minute. My studio was very clean, and the cleaners came every couple of days to sort out sheets and towels and generally clean the place. Every member of staff was professional helpful and polite at all times. The beach is right across the road, and you have about a hundred restaurants within walking distance. Please ignore any negative reviews, if you expect a five star hotel go and stay in the Radisson for €1200 a week. I have been in lots of hotels in Cyprus over the years, but I will be staying here from now on.

This was a great place to stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was huge. I had a very large room/balcony also. It was right across the street from the beach, so I could go back and forth throughout the day, There was lots of coffee and restaurants nearby, as well as a small grocery to buy bananas and yogurt for breakfast. I got along great with many in the reception as well. I also had an amazing massage/body scrub and a mani/pedi with Natalia! I will stay here next time for sure.

The hotel is by no means fancy, but you cannot beat the location and the ease of having a kitchen. The staff was efficient and helpful and the location cannot be beat. You walk out the door to the ocean front of you and the Promenade of restaurants to the right and left. It was the perfect place to stay to be able to walk all around Larnaca and see the sites and enjoy dining.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Onisillos in Larnaca, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in many aspects. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and attentive service that made me feel truly valued as a guest. The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in the heart of Larnaca with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The surrounding area is vibrant and lively, offering plenty of options for entertainment and exploration. The room I stayed in was comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. The hotel staff promptly resolved a small issue I had with my French bed, and I am very thankful for their swift action and kind assistance. While the hotel does not offer a full breakfast, they do provide tea and a selection of bakery items. Though it may not be an extensive breakfast spread, the tea and bakery offerings were pleasant and provided a decent start to the day. The hotel's amenities may be limited, but the staff members were friendly and accommodating, always ready to provide helpful information and suggestions for nearby dining options and attractions. Overall, my experience at the Hotel Onisillos was positive. The prime location, comfortable accommodations, and the staff's willingness to resolve any issues made my stay enjoyable. I appreciate their assistance with the bed problem and recommend this hotel for those looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Larnaca.

Very nice hotel. Very nice hotel the person the reception was very nice. I was supposed to do checking in about 11 o’clock and we got delay at the plan and we got to the hotel at 12:30. It was waiting for us to do check-in. It was so nice every time he saw me ask if we need anything if we need any help in the morning you give me extra time to check out it was helping me to look for another hotel because he did not have another room available and on top of that I came back at afternoon to pick up my suitcase and ask him if I can charge my phone my charger wasn’t working and actually was looking to find a charger for me He’s so nice. Unbelievable.😌

Had a wonderful week staying at onisillos. When we travel we like to stay off the beaten track a bit. Embrace ourselves in the culture of where we are. Is the hotel outdated compared to the surrounding ones? Yes. Did that add to the character and the charm of where we were and how welcoming we felt by the boss himself? Absolutely. I would happily stay here again, to have the people that let you stay in their hotel want to know all about you and what you got up to that day made our stay all the more wonderful. Thank you for having us for the week. I apologise for leaving so early in the morning and I do hope you got our little note from room 220

Onisillos Hotel is very conveniently situated on the bus route for bus 425 to and from the Larnaca Airport. It is also a very short and convenient walk from the hotel to the beach and downtown Larnaca to include Palm Avenue. This is a basic budget hotel which is clean, comfortable, well managed, and a good value for money. Christo is very helpful and dedicated to making sure his guests enjoy their stay in Larnaca. One thing which would make it even better is if the wifi was in the rooms; currently it is only available in the lobby. If/when I return to Cyprus, I would definitely stay here again!
