The hotel is ok...convenient too, only a few minutes walk to the train station! It’s a very quiet hotel with a lovely pool, although they are renovating the pool area at the moment.

At first I was put off by the building, and then by the lobby. However. the receptionist was so classy and kind that he allayed my fears. He directed us to their parking garage just by the hotel and we reentered the hotel via a tiny lift which was stuffy and stifling, badly in need of a face-lift. When we went up to the room we were dismayed by the heavy dark decor, but it looked clean and comfortable and it was only for a night. the shower stall was really crammed. We settled in and went out to explore and upon returning the lobby was lit up and had taken on an entirely different aura....very nice. Likewise the room, it was better in the lighting. the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Not much interest from the staff though. There's a lovely little garden and pool, and a tiny gym looking onto the garden.

We stopped over here for a night on our way to Rome Fiumicino airport. At first I cringed at the sight of the building. Upon entering however, the lobby appeased me somewhat, and the receptionist greatly. We got a good room (albeit very heavy decor but that's a question of taste I presume), attentive, kind service. Parking was a boon and right under the hotel. The hotel has a very cute garden, a small gym and a pool looking on to it. When we arrived on a Saturday morning, the town seemed so dead. However, it all came alive by the evening and we fell in love with it. The hotel lobby itself took on a completely different aura in the evening, all lit up expertly. Our room too looked very nice all lit up with the generous lighting. Breakfast was all right. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at Michelangelo Palace. The room was nice and very quiet and the breakfast was delicious. My son enjoyed the small outdoor pool as well. The location is great for shopping and right across the train station.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location was fabulous, close to the Vatican and only a short distance from many other sights. We enjoyed evening walks returning to the hotel after dinner. Staff was exceptional. Very responsive, informed and helpful. We felt extremely well looked after. The accommodation was the perfect choice for us as a family of four. We had two bedrooms and a private pool to enjoy leisure time after sightseeing. The spa was equally good.

Pool is amazing. Pool bar and waiter service was top notch. Beds, bedding and towels were great quality. Poolside drinks were reasonably priced.

This property was gorgeous. The pool area in no way felt like it was in the middle of Rome. The pool was also perfectly chilled and refreshing after long and hot Rome summer days instead of feeling like bathwater directly in the sun. The staff here were all professional and welcoming. Specifically the gentlemen who ran the podium upfront: they were always so friendly, helpful, and courteous. Also Valentina and Matteo at the bar, the kindest people on property. We will definitely be back here. If you want luxury this is your place. A short walk to great restaurants and attractions but out of the main touristy area leaving it quiet. We cabbed a lot to main locations in the morning and the drive was short and no more than twenty euros anywhere.

The biggest advantage of this hotel was the excellent outdoor space, in particular the swimming pool. To come back from walking around the centre of Rome in the August sun and be able to cool off in the large open air pool was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were given an upgraded room which had more space than the standard Premium rooms. As there were 3 of us this was a big benefit. If we return to Rome in the summer months, I would definitely seriously consider staying here again.

We were very well looked after as we were given an upgrade. Our room was clean, cool and comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of choice. the environment where you sit was fresh and very light. The outside area for evening drinks was delightful and so was the pool and pool area, all very well catered for.

Communal showroom block was great, spotlessly clean and plenty of hairdryers . Mobile home was lovely and we were allocated 2 together to accommodate our family. Very close to the beach with free sunbeds, lovely pool. Great for families Thanks had a great time until our flight home was sorted.

The camp itself is really nice. No cars inside, kids can go around camp freely, very quiet .... also, next to reception, there was a bar, restaurant, and animation for kids as well. Bar is goog with reasonable prices. Location is great, you are next to the beach, there is also a swimming pool... you are also 1 hour away from Rome and 10 minutes from Tarquinia town. Accommodation/ mobile home was pretty good, everything functional and working. Air-conditioning was good. Big fridge with freezer, etc. We got sheets when we arrived and got new one after one week as well. Towels are for renting.

Absolutely fantastic. The team and entertainment was excellent, and food simply delicious! We will definitely come back 😃

Pool is clean and plenty of sunbeds, chairs, tables etc. Mosquito screens everywhere enhance likelihood of a good night's sleep - absolute necessity in such a lush area but in my experience not a given. The rooms have no fridge for your beverages etc., but your room has a dedicated shelf n the fridge in the B&B's central kitchen (bit of a quirky access through the service elevator). The B&B is right outside the sleepy village of Castel Trosino (just a 5 minute walk), from the castle you can enjoy stunning views on the valley. The village also has one of the best restaurants you will ever visit in Italy - you dine in an amazing location and enjoy honest regional food cooked by nona (at very affordable prices). Highly recommended! The center of Ascoli Piceno is a mere 15 minutes away on a winding road - it is in very good condition though. Finally, the B&B's manager (Marco) is amazing, very warm and always available on whatsapp or in person to address any needs or questions. Grazie Marco!

Beautiful setting within walking distance of the nearby Castel Trosino. Marco was a fabulous host providing a good breakfast. Nice sized swimming pool available. Use of the kitchen facilties & communal area via the internal lift was important as there were only a couple of restaurants (both extremely good & well priced) in the near vicinity.

The air conditioning unit was amazing. The tv was a big smart tv, so I could log into my Netflix and watch my fave shows in English. There was a lovely big shower, a kettle and fridge and she provided tea, sugar, cups and glasses. The best thing for me was the cafe across the street. We went for fresh pastry breakfast, juice, and proper coffee every morning. The bus stop was a 5 minute walk away, which took us right to the metro where you can reach any part of Rome for a small cost.

Teresa is lovely and a great help with getting directions. A great location, shopping mall across the road with everything you need...even a supermarket. Its close to the metro to get into Rome center. The apartment is amazing, really clean and comfortable would definitely recommend it...I'd book here again

Everything was clean and neat. Teresa the host was very very helpful and polite... Subway was minuts away amd took us 20 min to the city centre. Appartment was spacious and new...sauna and hot tub were awesome.... One word... PERFECT!! Highly recommend!!!

Francesca is very helpful and friendly, and always available if any help is needed. The pool was great - and each of the 4 rooms has its own dedicated pool furniture and parasol. Breakfast was quite simple, however there is an excellent supermarket nearby if required. Good options in room for making coffee, etc. The bed was very comfortable!

The owner is a very helpful and caring person; Francesca and Marco are great hosts We had a great stay. The apartment overlooked the pool directly with a small dedicated area to sunbathe. Every morning Francesca and her lovely sister served us breakfast directly in our breakfast area. Great continental, breakfast, The rooms are clean, equipped with every comfort and considering close still quiet. Each room outside has an umbrella, sun loungers,deck chairs and a outdoor table to enjoy relaxing around the pool or an evening in total relaxation. Nicky the family dog the children and us loved 😀 Local supermarkets are a 20 minute walk or 2 minutes by car Definitely advise a car if you don’t want to hike especially after visiting Rome can be tiring (taxi rides to Rome 40 minutes )very friendly taxi company Francesca recommended very helpful and the prices were very reasonable. Everything was perfect! Francesca is incredibly nice and will help you with any questions you have. The apartment is not big, but it has everything you need and is nice and clean. With daily cleaning and fresh towels if you want. The location is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing, but also close to Rome and the airport. Restaurants nearby where you can also order for delivery. Big parking space within the gate and a lovely pool to swim in and cool off. Breakfast has fresh fruits and homemade cakes, which are really good! And if you don't like coffee, you can get tea or orange juice. :)

Where do I even start… Host was wonderful, warm and really helpful with all the things we needed. She showed us amazing places to see and tips for Rome. Staying here really felt like staying at home. It was always clean and tidy. Room and bathroom was spacious. Pool was amazing after hot day of traveling. Wished we could stay even longer and maybe enjoy dinner together to talk about all adventures! If we will go to Rome we will absolutely stay here again! Thank you <3

The hotel is ideally located five minute walk to Saint peters basilica or castle Saint Angelo. About a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel. All-around hotel our wonderful restaurant and the best part is the staff at the hotel know exactly where to send you for whatever type of me are you are looking for… They referred us on four separate nights in each restaurant was outstanding! Take advantage of the staff… The hotel has a great rooftop deck which even though The bar was open in April because of cooler weather they still deliver drinks from the lobby bar… Or if you just want to sit on the rooftop deck and read a book or look at the view it was excellent! The rooms are ideal and top-notch kindness, the water was always hot in the shower had great water pressure! The bed was comfortable and all staff in the hotel from front door man to room staff at front desk staff - all knowledgable friendly and able to answer any question I had! Highly recommend this hotel !

This is the nicest hotel that we have ever stayed in Italy. We usually stay at more traditional, locally owned, older places. This was like living in luxury. Location was good, not as close to St Peter’s as we are used to, but still only about a 20 minute walk. There were plenty of little shops and restaurants close by, especially Gelateria La Romana. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Nice size room with all the modern conveniences like strong rain shower, big bathtub, big hair dryer, nice bath products, shaving mirror, Marriott mattress, robe and slippers. They had plenty of outlets and lights, although the light switches were a little confusing. The mini fridge was stocked with complimentary water and juices. Nice size closet for hanging clothes and folded clothes. Three modern fast elevators were definitely a plus. The included breakfast was quite nice. If you want the traditional Italian experience, with a shower the size of a small phone booth, stay at the Michelangelo or San Paulo VI right by St Peter’s Square.

This is my second stay at the Meridien Visconti and it continues to please. It is an affordable 4-star hotel within a half-mile walk from Vatican City and other major sites in the city. The staff, for the most part, speaks English, and I found them to be very friendly and attendant to their guests needs. The breakfast bar offers a variety of American and European breakfast dishes and the evening bar has a hometown feel to it where guests mingle in the evenings. The only drawback I can see is for American guests who are used to more spacious rooms, which is not untypical of European hotels. However, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. This is an excellent hotel for the price.

A great location convenient to the entire city centre of Rome. Easy walking access to Vatican City, Via del Corso, Piazza del Popolo, the Pantheon and more! Service was excellent, reception was friendly and bell service was great at obtaining taxis timely even on rainy days with high demand. Never waited more than 5 min for a taxi. Onsite restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooftop bar offers a fantastic spot to enjoy good weather with both indoor and outdoor seating and a creative cocktail menu. Room types vary, but with plenty of options for sleeping more than 2 for a family visit. The Urban Suite is an excellent choice if you have 3, especially for families with an older child.

The resort is really pretty. At this time of the year the pool is not yet open but it does look amazing. The gardens are very well maintained. The room very nice and comfortable. The welcome snack is an absolute 10-point winner, and the staff could not be nicer. We had dinner at the restaurant, and what can I say? it is a Michelin star chef! so dinner was amazing. We also had breakfast there, really good too! I wanted to eat everything! so very nice presented.

Beautiful place surrounded by lush greenery. The pool was wonderful, the bed was comfortable, and the personal attention made our stay truly special.

Aminta resort is a perfect way to escape from the routine. Just half hour from Rome you can find this resort with 1 star Michelin cousine where everything is perfect: first of all the people working there, Alessio was simply perfect and drove us into the canteen, showing the history of the place. The day after, without any obligation, booked for us another canteen to visit with another perfect lunch. Last but not least, The Marco bottega menu was amazing, matching simplicity and great cooking. The fact of having a 1star Michelin chef always there for meant to feel confortable and at home.

It is a magical place. The food is probably among the best I have ever tried in Italy and I am Italian. All the product comes from their farm and the quality of the ingredients is outstanding. What makes the place incredible is the staff, caring and gentle always on point. We will come back in the summer time.

The water it is mineral water, the property well maintained and equipment, beds are comfortable and clean villa. We appreciate it every detail like the natural stones wrong the pool, the bided, the fresh towels, the smell of the flowers the fresh cut grass, soap liquid in everything sink, the design of the garden, no shoes from the street inside and hosts Katia and Marcelo are very nice and helping with everything.

We've just returned from 10 daya at La Collina delle fonti. We had the whole villa as a family and were delighted. The location, the quality of the accommodation and above all the amazing friendliness and welcome from our hosts Katia and Marcello. They were without doubt the best hosts we've had. Nothing was any trouble, they were able to advise on places to see and even supplied us with homemade cake. Very highly recommended.

Exceptionally friendly stuff doing their best for you flawless stay. Location is quiet , secure and well placed. Animals around make you feel away from busy city centers and dive into pure Italian countryside life.

The property is a Bed and Breakfast in a wonderful location overlooking Lake Bracciano. Carla is a very welcoming host and her breakfast was delicious. The room is comfortable and tastefully decorated and the pool was so inviting. It’s only a short drive to the town of Trevignano Romano with wonderful restaurants. Also Bracciano is only a short drive with its amazing castle and fabulous restaurants including a Tapas Bar built into the walls of the castle.

Carla was so kind and welcoming and even opened the pool early for us to enjoy. The facilities were really lovely and the gardens beautiful. A short drive to the town and the lake and views were spectacular! I will definitely return if we are near the area and recommend for a hassle free stay!

Possibly our best stay in a B&B. Really exceptional property and an outstanding, charming host! Carla went out of her way to ensure we enjoyed a wonderful 2 nights. Very clean, comfortable and with an excellent swimming pool. Faultless.

Very friendly and helpful hostess. Our deluxe room was spacious and beautiful (bedroom + lounge room with possibility for 2 single beds). The pool area was lovely. We had breakfast on the main terrace with great view. The area is on a high hill with many villas. Calm area. Car is necessary. Appr. 10 min drive to Trevignano. The view to the lake are beautiful.

The property is amazing, calm and relaxed atmosphere, thermal pools, plus we had our own private thermal bath in the room. Room was comfortable. Stuff is friendly, Paola is really lovely Lady.

This is a very nice family agro-resort with an excellent restaurant. The thermal pool is emptied and filled daily and open until midnight with a fountain, very lovely, However this is a thermal bath (very warm) which isn't always the best in such very hot weather, but of course that is not the resort's fault! The hosts were lovely people, met us when we arrived late. made individualized breakfasts. There was no wifi in the room due to a recent storm but the reastaurant area had it so it was fine. Minor communication issues - messages in advance weren't answered and we sadly don't speak Italian and only one of the hosts spoke english. The restaurant food is out of this world. They also make their own wine and olive oil. It was very hot when we were there (over 35 centigrade - almost 100 Farenheit) so we couldn't spend as much time outside and in the hot baths as we would like but in a milder time of year with the warm baths it would be wonderful

The views are stunning and the thermal was so relaxing! The owners were very kind an accomodating, we hope to return. Not really a complaint but the breakfast could have a few more offerings.

Very nice location, and rooms/apartments. Pool was very nice and I liked how each apartment had it's own section at the pool so you could leave your belongings. Screens on windows were very much appreciated & used during heatwave and kept mosquitoes out. Having drying rack for clothes to dry was also appreciated. Owners were very kind and hospitable. We will stay here again.

We loved the beautiful garden and tranquility the place offers. Nice swimming pool and a barbecue area as well. The communication, check-in and check-out was smooth. All in all, we had an amazing time there.

It was our first at an agriturismo and we didn't know what to expect. The location was outside of town so you really need a rental car. The ground was very pleasant and beautiful. The studio apartment was spacious for the 2 of us and we liked having the table and chairs outside when we can sit out. The weather was a bit rainy and cool while we were visiting, so we didn't do too much outside and because of that it was chilly in the apartment. But we asked for an extra blanket and got it on our first night. We appreciated having access to the washing machine to do a load of laundry.

The area is beautifly located, I recommend it to people who need peace and quiet. Despite the fact that the agritourism offers many places to stay, you rarely see other visitors on site. There are many places to relax on the premises, the pool is wonderful. The owners are extremely polite and communicative. I am very grateful for the personal approach and preparing special meals for us due to our specific diet. The breakfasts were delicious, vegetables and fruits grown on site are available all the time. As for the apartment, I was positively surprised. I was afraid of the lack of air conditioning, but even on hot days, it was pleasantly cool inside. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The place is located in a very attractive area, we did not have time to visit everything that was planned, because sometimes we preferred to enjoy the quiet and the views from our apartment.

Stefano and Emmanuela are so kind and accepted us with open arms and hearts. Their place is a piece of heaven and that combination made us feel above the clouds, when they heard that i wanted to propose to my girlfriend they were super excited and keen to help which made my proposal the best experience it could be, all thanks to them!

Wonderful cosy place, helpful hosts. I recommend it for its excellent location - you can visit the most beautiful towns and small villages of both Lazio and Toscana. The lake with its beaches is very close by.

Amazing location, owners were very welcoming and the food in the restaurant was outstanding. Our room was beautiful. We loved our stay and will return next year for sure.

Everything about this location was perfect. My family, friends and I had the best summer weeks here. The kitchen is a dream for people who love to cook together. The pool is the most clean and refreshing pool ever. Large also. And the host, Francesca, is the most wonderful host you can imagine. So loving and helpful. She knows the best places to go (i.e. the advised winery for tasting and lovely food was like in a movie). She keeps the pool continuously extremely clean, without chlorine, and the whole premises bug-free. Without pesticides! I am keen on going there next year again. The location is also perfect of you you want to visit the Terme of Saturnia. We went jogging every other day, and on serveral mornings we saw deers and hopping birds. The small town of Saturnia is really cute, has a small store where you can buy an amazing lot of groceries. And the bakeries there are wonderful.

Villa was perfect. We had a party of 16 adults and one under year old child. We had the best time just hanging in the villa or pool area, and cooking in the massive Italian kitchen. Also nice towns and activities (tennis, golf, hot springs) nearby, hence car is needed to move around everywhere. Francesca was great host with helpful attitude and good tips to make the stay even better.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Il Turchetto. We were a large family group and all felt comfortable and catered for at the property. It was extremely well equipped, clean, spacious and was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The housekeeper Francesca lives on site and was super helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and ensuring the pool was cleaned every day. She also met us on the main road the day we arrived so we didn't get lost which was great. We loved all the outdoor seating (in big properties there often isn't enough) and the toddlers really made use of the grounds exploring everywhere! Lots of beautiful towns and villages nearby to visit... It's hard to fault! Thank you for a brilliant week.

Francesca welcomed us warmly and was attentive to every request. She went above and beyond to make our stay there pleasant. The villa is spacious, furnished in a traditional Tuscan style and is located on a hill with a wonderful view. Please note that you cannot walk directly from the villa to the Molino Falls as you see on Google Maps, as the access is blocked. However, you can get there in an easy 10-minute drive or a leisurely 45-minute walk.

The villa itself was beautiful. The pool, whilst small, was perfect for my 8 year old to splash around in and enjoyed by everyone there, looking out over the sea in one direction and the mountains in the other. Everything you need is there, and everything was clean. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable with air conditioning. I spent many an hour on the balcony with a glass of wine. We brought additional beach towels with us which were helpful given how often we used the pool!

A house surrounded by nature: breathtaking views - the nearby mountains on one side and the Tyrrhenian sea on the other. The house and its location exceed the wildest expectations: the house is spacious and equipped with all necessary appliances (grill, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes dryers). From the upper terrace there is a view of a very well-kept garden with a swimming pool and lemon trees and the sea. A big advantage is also a home gym. The host - Pepe and his wife are really very warm and helpful people who respond to every question / request. I wholeheartedly recommend - we will definitely be back!

The view wow the view was amazing. The house is incredible and has such a lovely feel about it we felt at home, And Francesco well he was an absolute pleasure and a gentleman he couldn’t do enough for our family. The history of the villa is amazing if you ask Francesco will be happy to tell you about it.

We stayed at this farmhouse recently and overall, we were happy with the value for money. The property itself is charming and peaceful—great for a relaxing getaway. However, the communication with management was extremely poor. We arrived at 3:30 PM, only to find that they had no record of our booking and seemed completely unaware of our arrival. To make matters worse, our room wasn’t ready, and it took another two hours for them to clean and prepare it. Once settled, the experience was pleasant, but the initial confusion and delay were frustrating and disappointing. If they can improve their booking system and guest communication, this place could be a real gem.

Idyllic but isolated location, a car is a must. Friendly owner. Slightly faded grandeur, could do with some upgrading.

A great location for a vacation. The cute hills not too far from Rome, with a beautiful nature surrounding. A 3-level house with many garden and in-house additions. The garden is exceptional and gives a nice touch to the property. Heating, paid additionally in the colder months, can be in some months be substituted with fireplaces on the levels, an added value for sure.

The location was fantastic. At the end of a quiet Street. The property was at the highest point in Formello. This is a Family Home since 1960. It has everything a family would want away form the hustle & bustle of Rome. Access to Rome via La Storta Train station. The Metro is probably the cleanest Ive travelled. No need to drive into Rome.

The modern interior and exterior ,the size and the fact it had a pool . The hosts were lovely and very accommodating , we booked last min so pool wasn’t ready on first night but they made sure we had it cleaned out and called maintenance and had it ready for following day .

Lovely refurbished property with stunning views. We had a lovely stay there. Very relaxed and quiet, yet Only 10mins by from the train station to Rome and Walking distance to a 24hr supermarket.

Agostini is a great host, and communication was great, he also met us at the property to show us around and go through the details for everything. The location is lovely, it is sat in a quiet spot surrounded by mature trees and a large garden. My children loved the visit of the donkey and having cats around the grounds as they are not allowed one at home. The pool is large and ideal for a large family. There is enough aircon everywhere to be comfortable and sleep well. Near the seaside with access to lots of restaurants, plenty of sunsets to view. Lots of nearby supermarkets to get groceries. The weather!

It is really lovely and centrally located by metro trams and buses right outside the hotel. Breakfast was good and so are the morning wait staffs. The rooms are big even if it is standard. Paul the front office receptionist was awesome and spoke Italian, fluent English and Portuguese to my surprise. Really an asset to the property and very helpful. He also recommended the restaurant in the hotel for dinner and a local restaurant just next to the hotel that serves homemade style dishes. The TV has Netflix and Amazon for you to log on. Will surely stay there again and recommend this hotel as it’s close to all the sites.

The hotel location is central and convenient. Room assigned to me was spacious and clean. But, it is the staff that provided excellent service that made our stay memorable. For 4 nights we dined and drank at the garden restaurant and enjoyed Alissandro and Neil's excellent service. Every morning, Maria and Carolina greeted us with smiles and care at the breakfast buffet. Mark at the front desk was always welcoming and ready to help us plan our day and suggested great restaurants and hidden gems in the city. We definitely, will return and stay at the Hotel Milton Roma!

Metro, busses and tram right outside the hotel. The area around the hotel was safe. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows was excellent. It had a mini fridge and an espresso machine. Shower was nice with pressure water. There's an outside yard with a bar to relax. Breakfast was nice with a big quality to choose. The reception stuff were polite and helpful. Special thanks to Alexander at the bar outside.

the staff in the hotel were very friendly and we felt more than welcome, the breakfast was nice and had quite a lot of variety, the rooms were very clean and so was the overall hotel. we really liked and appreciated the fact we could leave our bags in the reception when we had a late flight, very comfortable areas to sit and wait for our flight when we needed to!

The Hotel was very nice & clean they had a very good Breakfast Buffet that had eggs/sausage & lots of pastries & drinks, it was included. The beds were 2 twins & comfortable & soft but firm enough. They had a nice bar outside you could order food & take to your room & it was quite tasty. Maid service was good. Nothing to complain about!

We stayed at Hotel Villa Pamphili Rome as a family and found it a very good choice for those who prefer a quieter location with space to relax. The hotel sits in a green, peaceful area, so you do need transport to get into central Rome. Our room was modern and clean, with a balcony overlooking the pool – perfect for the kids to enjoy the view. The pool itself was a big highlight, with plenty of loungers and space, although the poolside bar didn’t open until later in the morning which felt a little inconvenient. The rooftop restaurant was a lovely experience, especially at sunset. The menu leaned more toward adults, but the setting was enjoyable for the whole family. Breakfast had a wide selection that suited everyone, while the daytime restaurant menu could have offered more choice for younger guests. For getting around, the hotel does run a shuttle, but we found that with four people a taxi was actually cheaper – for example, only €20 to the Trevi Fountain. The staff were excellent throughout our stay – friendly, attentive, and great with the children. Overall, this hotel works very well for families who want a comfortable base with a pool and plenty of space, and don’t mind taking a short trip into the city for sightseeing.

Very clean, modern hotel, beautiful swimming pool - which was very nice to come back to after the heat of Rome. (To note - it is very deep even in the shallow end). Excellent breakfast - great choice and plentiful - continental and full cooked, inc pastries, cakes, cheese, ham, toast / breads. Nice modern rooms, very clean and lovely bathroom with good shower. Beautiful roof top bar and restaurant - with distant views of Rome. Although a little way out - 20 mins in a cab (circa 20 Euro each way) - a price worth paying for the hotel and in particular the pool. Very helpful front desk. There is a hotel shuttle 5 Euro each way) but gets booked very quick and if 4 or more then cab sometimes works out cheaper anyway. Pool side bar - very nice - including their pool menu and ice cream.

This is our 3rd visit to Hotel Villa Pamphili Roma as a family. We love the family interconnected rooms which allow us to have a room for our children with their own bathroom and one for us. The breakfast buffet is amazing with the best coffee made by Laura. The roof top restaurant food and ambiance are amazing. The huge pool is the hotel highlight and so good for kids in the middle of summer in Rome which can we so hot. We spent some time every day in the pool. The poolside pizza, salads and drinks were amazing, and Guiseppi was so efficient. We have visited 3 times over the last 2 years, and we have loved seeing the same staff over this time. There is consistent service from the front desk, through to cleaning and restaurant staff. Everyone is lovely and helpful in the hotel, and nothing is too much trouble. The front desk team are happy to help out with transfers and taxis. Any issues we had we were able to resolve quickly. The only negative is that it is about a 10–15 minutes taxi drive from the centre of Rome about 15-20 euros in cost. We didn't find this to be a problem as we were easily able to call taxis to the hotel and get them from the centre of Rome back to the hotel. Our children are aged between 6-10 years and the hotel accommodated children of this age well.

Fabulous hotel stay. The hotel is situated in a stunning hilltop location, surrounded by stunning Mediterranean vegetation. Staff are all super friendly and very helpful. The pool is amazing! Very deep, so plan ahead and take life jackets, etc, for younger children. I contacted them beforehand, and they were very quick to respond; we could take our own inflatables, so we ordered from Amazon beforehand and took a small electrical pump! We stayed for five evenings and travelled into Rome most days, just a short taxi ride, approximately €18 each way. We had to pay an additional €10 supplement fee on top of each journey; however, we asked as there were 6 of us, so we needed an XL vehicle. Food in the hotel was very good, albeit a little limited during the day. More options should be available from the pool bar; you can't get chips or the lunchtime menu outdoors, just pizza, salad boxes, and sandwiches, unless you eat indoors. Very clean and lovely hotel, fantastic pool, and team! Stunning location. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

After spending a few days in central Rome, we moved to this beautiful resort style hotel for our last 2 days. Travelling as a family of 4, we all loved the space, pool & calm of this great hotel. The staff were fabulous & attentive, it has a large pool area with snack bar (which my sons loved), a delicious breakfast, and a Terrace restaurant that was open for dinner with a great view. The spa was also a fabulous plus. We all had massages & I utilized the spa area, which was fabulous & included lots of spa spots in the pool, 2 saunas, a steam room & massage showers. The hotel was also a taxi away from Central Rome, so it was still easy to visit the tourist spots and also close to the Vatican. I would highly recommend a stay here, as we’ll definitely be back.

Hotel was a 20 minute walk to the Vatican City and 40 to Trastevere, driving or public transit would have probably been easier but it was nice enough out to make the walk and the streets around the hotel are nice and quiet/calm. Wishing we had stayed there for the entirety of our time in Rome instead of just one night.

I liked everything to be honest. The hotel have a big like for me for the parking place, it’s free. Very good location, 20min walk to Vatican. Nice room, clean, big bathroom. The breakfast should have some vegetables, but a big variety of food. Also for 25€/pers you can eat lunch or dinner, they have a day menu in the lobby to check their food menu. Thank you. I recommend it!

The hotel locates in the Prati area which is very near to Vatican so it’s very safe to stay. As a solo female traveller the location was great for me so I’ve booked the hotel twice, at the beginning and end of my travel to stay in Rome. It was near to the train station (6-7 minutes by foot). There was a nice selection of food and drinks at breakfast

The newly renovated rooms are great, we really enjoy them. I like how we have a mini-fridge, which is helpful with a small child that has snacks/baby food. Love the customer service from the front desk, they were great when we requested a later checkout due to the timing of the papal mass. That was really helpful for this particular stay.

We stayed over Christmas and had the most magical time. This hotel and the staff are exceptional and we look forward to staying again. Beautiful hotel, incredible location, superb food and the friendliest most respectful staff. We were fortunate enough to have Christmas dinner in the HiRes restaurant. What a beautiful experience. The food was outstanding, wonderful Christmas ambience and each table was looked after by their own waiter. We must mention Giovani, who looked after us and made our Christmas dinner a superb experience. So friendly, knowledgeable and fun! It is the perfect hotel to stay in whilst in Rome. It's full of character, is chic and the location simply can't be beaten. Do enjoy the HiRes breakfast, it's really lovely and the staff are again, terrific. We will definitely be staying their again.

Arriving before check in time we left our bags and went on our way. Upon our return, we got a bit turned around looking for our room and the maintenance staff kindly showed us the way. Our bags were already in the room. The next morning we had an early tour that met before breakfast started. Taking a chance, we went to the restaurant to grab something to go. The staff there were very happy to let us grab a coffee and croissant. A great way to start our day. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful getting transportation to the airport during the train strike.

We decided to come back here after spending 4 days first time three years ago. The location is amazing. They have roof top bars and restaurant with a wonderful view. Service is amazing. The staff couldn’t be more warming, friendly, exceptional. All of them. We had lunch in they restaurant Brillo, a fantastic Asian dinner at their newly open Asian roof restaurant. Drinks at the other bar. Staff is wonderful and service too. We will definitely come back! Hopefully soon. This is now home for us when in town!

Location couldn’t be better. It was perfect walking distance to EVERYTHING!! We are a family of 3 and the triple room was perfect. My 12 year old daughter had her own room (sofa bed in lounge area) which gave us all privacy. Hotel had 3 bars (including roof top bar for aperitivi) and 2 restaurants. Breakfast was superb. We can honestly find no fault with any aspect of the hotel. Front of house staff were incredibly welcoming and bar staff were wonderful. We will stay here again.

Location is excellent. Don’t ask the porter to order a taxi for you. They are in bed and the driver will take you for drive in town and run the meter for at least €20. Just walk out of the hotel take a left turn and another left. Taxi stop is 100 meters away with many ready for a ride.

The hotel is very pleasant and located near the railway station (Roma Termini) which is also a hub for the subway/bus/shops. Most of the important attractions are about a 20-30 minute walk in all directions (Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona, Villa Borghese etc). The Vatican is a little farther (at least one hour walk), but it takes about ten minutes by subway (about 5 stations, I think). There are also affordable and very good restaurants and shops around the hotel. We came to Rome around Christmas time and the whole city was very festive and adorned with lights and ornaments, which compensated for the lack of Christmas markets (there is only one in Piazza Navona and it's not extraordinary). The room was very clean and cleaned every day. The bed was particularly comfortable (great mattress and pillows!) and the bathroom was big and also very clean. We also had mini bar, safe, tea and coffee options, wifi and many other facilities inside the room. The view was ok... just buildings around the hotel. Breakfast was also a very pleasant experience, with various options and many cakes :). All the staff were very nice and willing to help, and offered any information we required.

We especially liked the friendly, thorough check-in process. Lorenzo made our day with how attentive he was. He made sure to mention all the details that are necessary when first arriving at the hotel. All the while with great professionalism. It truly makes a difference when the staff is friendly and welcoming. We greatly appreciate the attention to detail we encountered at each interaction. Our room was clean and ready with AC running making the experience very relaxing as the temperatures in October are now much warmer, we love the option to have a cool room. The male breakfast attendant was also exceptional. He was friendly and in good spirits. The food selection was everything we could ask for and more. We enjoyed a cappuccino and espresso with pastry selections which was so nice! Absolute pleasure staying at the Diocleziano hotel and looking forward to future stays while visiting Rome!

Arrived hours before check in time and our room was ready. I know this can’t happen all the time but it was very much appreciated. The front desk staff member, I didn’t get her name, she was very kind and she took the time to point out several points of interest, quite handy after arriving in Rome for the first time. Also during breakfast, Mauro was always very welcoming, remembered our coffee order, he made a difference to start our morning. There was a glitch with the hot water at the property one evening but all was rectified and it did not cause any issue the rest of our stay. A/C could’ve been better but again, this did not take anything from our stay. Thanks team!

This hotel has everything you need!:). They renovated it perfectly!!! The bathroom is spacious and they give you all the toiletries you need, there's coffee, wine etc available on-site. They have hot water kettle in the room... They have 120 outlets, 240 converters in the bathroom wall. The breakfast is great!!! They have bacon , eggs, pastries, vegetables, amazing cheese and fruit spread, great coffee!!!! Excellent, as it's delicious and a nice variety, so you could eat something different every morning 🌅🍳🍪🍮😋The air-conditioning was great and so nice, as Rome was having a heat wave while we were there. The customer service was 10 ... Everyone was willing to help and accomdate any requests we had. Do not hesitate to book this wonderful Roman hotel!:)

From early enquiries to the hotel, to arriving, throughout and on our last day, the team at the hotel were out of this World. Their friendly and professionalism, knowledge and assistance was first class. The standard of the room was excellent (with free upgrade), accessibility and locality of hotel was excellent, local to transport, mini marts, restaurants, tourist shops was easy and hotel team help organise wheelchair, events and tourist booking, made our stay so much pleasure, would return without hesitation to this hotel and destination. We stayed here when we visited Rome. It's a little outside of the city, but it's much more affordable and there's easy transportation from the hotel into Rome. The Metro is about a 15-20 min walk, and there are a few bus lines across the street from the hotel. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was excellent - lots of options and everything was delicious. Part of the reason we picked the hotel was for the pool, so we were really disappointed to find it still had a winter cover on when we arrived in late April. The pool area was nice and the weather was quite warm, so we would have definitely used the pool. In fact we sat outside near it most nights. The staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed it here and would definitely stay again.

Our bedroom was very large, and spacious with high ceilings and large windows that looked out towards the garden. The bed was very comfortable. The outdoor seating area by and around the pool was nice and clean and you could get bar service from there. The pool was adequate - it is not an inground pool but a good size. I also liked the decor of the lounge and foyer area - quite contemporary, smart with clean lines. The building is an old monastery so I was expecting a more traditional decor so a nice surprise.

We really enjoyed our stay, once we knew how to get to the hotel. Transportation was easy and convenient. We didn’t realize how far it was by bus to get to monuments. Buses were only really busy in the mornings. Amazing breakfast!! So many options to choose from, fruit veggies, meats cheese, cereal, yogurt and more!!! Pool was a little cold when initially but after a hot day it was so refreshing. Zahid (believe that was his name) bartender was awesome, made yummy spritz’s. Bed were soo comfy, room was spacious and lots of storage. Bathroom was a good size, decent amount of amenities. Only downside of bathroom, the door opened inwards towards shower. Think it had w swelling, it kept getting caught on floor. Two months ago they updated their system to have keycards. And in the room you have to put key at in the slot to turn power on to room. But! Has been some issues, thermostat would not go below 22.8 degrees. When I tried to go lower it went higher, so room was a tad warm. And it kept beeping, like a lot. We told front desk, gave us another keycard to put into the slot to help. It did for a bit but beeping still happened, though not as much. Overall, great stay!

Our stay here was overall lovely, just what we needed for our time in Rome, just a bus journey of 10 minutes to the hub of the city,from right outside the hotel, bus let you off at vatican city, you could jump on other buses for other tourist sights, hotel was welcoming, staff was lovely, rooms were clean, and serviced every day. We had an early start one morning for an excursion and they provided breakfast boxes for us to as the breakfast room wasn't open when we had to leave, would recommend this hotel as it's just outside the hustle and bustle of the city. With a lovely pool to take a dip in after a busy day of sightseeing. 😀

Friendly staff, clean and fairly, modern rooms. Although it is slightly out of the centre, there is a bus stop directly outside with a bus into the centre and can be at the Vatican in 20 minutes on the bus. Busses are every few minutes. We thought the distance would be an issue but it was really no problem at all. Didn’t use the pool but the breakfast was nice. Cleaners were considerate and kind. The bartender was happy and upbeat. Was a quick, cheap uber from airport Uber from Spanish steps was around 25eu Bus was €1.50 for 100 minutes, just tap your card on the bus. Would recommend this for a couples and families alike

I will stay here each time we return to Rome. Clean, very responsive staff, and an under advertised roof top bar only for hotel guests. It comes with a fully stocked bar and ability to order food. We watched many sunsets from there. This hotel is centrally located and each tourist sight in Rome is walkable. This hotel is easy to get a taxi from and has the option for breakfast too. One night our AC wasn’t working and someone was at our hotel in under 5 minutes to fix it. When it could not be fixed they offered to move us immediately. We felt very taken care of.

We had a corner room and the bathroom was one of the best I've seen outside of the US. The shower was so large for European standards! Everything was very comfortable. The rooftop deck is a fabulous place to watch the sunset and have a drink with spectacular views of Rome. There are lots of bus connections in Plaza Venezia - not right out the door, but close enough. The breakfast was very good, not wonderful, especially with the higher price on the weekend. It was all extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable.

We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is centrally located in walking distance to the Fontana Di Trevi. The room was super clean, beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. The provided all toiletries and super powerful hairdryer and two large bottles of water daily. Our room had a Nespresso machine with coffee and cream as well. The rooftop bar was a great place to meet up in the evening and watch the sunset over the Collesium. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 2 different times. The first time was after a long flight. Check in was at 3. No exceptions. Apparently if you book through Hotels they pre-assign your room with no chance for early check in. Staff was friendly enough. Second visit was much better because we knew not to expect a room before 3. Very clean, quiet, great location. I would stay again if I ever found myself in Rome.

The hotel is very nice, the room was big (I mean for Europe), it was clean and pretty. Breakfast was included and it was very good. They have a bar but it was closed so I dont know if it is good or no. The reception staff was super friendly and at our arrival they gave us a map, recomendations for eating, they explained how to get to all the tourist places (which were all at 15 mins walking), the farest was the Colosseum but he explain which bus to take and were to buy the tickets which was at the tabacci store just in front of the hotel. There are restaurants and a convenient store. The bus stops are a few steps from the hotel in the same block and there is also a dry cleaning place were you can take clothes to was in the morning and they deliver them to the hotel in the afternoon. We took a bunch of clothes and they charged 20 euros. It was a really good price considering all we took there. The staff at the hotel’s restaurant was kind. The reception people helped us book a taxi to get to the airport. I would definitely stay again in this hotel for my next trip to Rome.

I am so happy that I booked hotel Diplomatic through Expedia! The hotel made a reservation for private taxi to pick us up from airport and I am thankful that I did it because the wait line to get from the airport to get the taxi was ridiculous. A short but great stay. A typical Italian hotel with everything needed for a short city break. We stayed on the 7th floor and had a really nice balcony and sitting room attached to our bedroom. The room had very good air conditioning and a small mini bar. The staff at the front desk were very helpful with advice, ordering taxis etc. nothing was a problem. Very close to tourist attractions and to the SIT airport shuttle, all within walking distance. There are a few nice cafes in the neighbouring streets for good coffee and breakfast and the Colonna Cafe which is to the right of the hotel as you exit the front door is a must visit…traditional home made Italian dishes for a very reasonable price. So good we visited two nights in a row! The Bull Dog bar at the end of the street is also good for a chilled late night drink. Would definitely visit again!

Fantastic hotel. Excellent location in a nice area with many restaurants on the doorstep (handy as they do not offer lunch or dinner) All the main areas were 15/20 mins walk so it is really well placed. We had the buffet continental breakfast which was decent enough and was good value. Rooms are standard Italian hotel style which worked for us simply somewhere to sleep. Beds very comfy and the room was spotlessly clean Every single member of staff in the hotel (breakfast room, cleaners, maintenance and reception) were all very pleasant and helpful during our stay. Before we came they were very quick to respond to enquiries I had before we came. They also organised private airport from Ciampino for us which was very slick Fantastic place to stay, the reviews we had read before confirmed what we enjoyed. Stanza molto spaziosa e pulita, insonorizzata, con le principali dotazioni tra cui cassaforte, frigo-bar e wi-fi gratuito. Parcheggio interno viedosorvegliato a pagamento, con costo contenuto (5,00€), oltre a parcheggio pubblico gratuito nelle vicinanze. Colazione ottima, con presenza di dolci e bevande di ogni tipo, a buffet, oltre a ulteriori bevande su richiesta. il personale alla reception e alla colazione gentilissimo e professionale. This place exceeded our expectations! The location is superb—right in the heart of the historical district, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a bigger room with king size bed. It was worth for the money: the room was spacious just like the bed. Location of the hotel is also good, easy to find and approach with car while the old city is some 15 mins walking through park. The neighbouring building is a shopping mall. Breakfast is excellent, and the buffet dinner is also nice. There is a closed parking for a symbolic EUR 5 per 24h.

This was not my first stay at the Best Western Hotel in Viterbo. I traveled with my wife and daughter. Valentina and the other staff members were exceptionally professional and courteous, as usual. The breakfast was very good, and our room was clean, included a balcony, and was very quiet. The downtown area is not too far from the hotel, and there are several restaurants nearby for dining.

This is a gem of a small, boutique hotel in Rome on a lesser traveled street, so not a lot of traffic. The rooms are classic and tastefully decorated, on the small side but still very comfortable. The beds are queen-sized for two, not full-sized as indicated in reviews for some other hotels. They have a lovely restaurant for breakfast and the wait staff as well as front desk staff is welcoming and friendly. We loved the walkability of this location to many sights, restaurants and shops and grocery store to pick up snacks and libations. To get to sights further away, & also to and from the airport, the front desk arranged for our car service. Their recommendation for a restaurant our first night in was most enjoyable and they arranged our reservation. Our flight got in early in the morning, so we had time to kill before we could get the room, but we were pretty tired from a long flight. No problem for them to hold your luggage securely until the room is ready, but on reflection, we would have booked check-in for the day before so we could go straight to the room that morning to rest. The hotel is reasonable in rates, so it definitely would have been worth booking the extra day. I would definitely go back to this hotel next time I go back to Rome.

We reserved a standard room for a charming stay before embarking on our cruise. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and exceptionally well-maintained. The rooms are compact, yet they contribute to the hotel's original allure. While certain facilities, such as the bathrooms and some room features, have been renovated, the hotel's charm lies in its preservation. The breakfast was delightful, offering a diverse selection of delectable options. The hotel staff demonstrated remarkable accommodation by assisting us in arranging transportation from the airport. A driver was waiting for us with a sign displaying our names, which provided a great sense of relief. The staff was highly professional and courteous. Although the air conditioning was not as effective as desired, this is understandable considering the building's age. The surrounding area felt exceptionally safe, and it was just a short walk to Termini, where we could catch our train to Civitavecchia. Extra note, if I were not traveling with my mother, this hotel would provide an adequately romantic setting for a couples' trip.

Everything was outstanding! The location is amazing. You can go everywhere on foot and the area is quiet with a lot of excellent restaurants around. If you’d rather not walk, there are plenty of bus stops. The rooms are silent and they have all the amenities you need. Super clean! Nice beds and great pillows. Delicious breakfast with a great variety of fresh products. Nice background music in the lobby. Although the best of it all is the staff! Friendly, helpful and efficient. Kudos to Alexandra, she made our stay a lovely one! It was my mum’s birthday and they arranged some balloons in our room as a surprise for her. They also prepared a breakfast box one morning that we had an early day trip. Special mention to Simone too! He was super kind and attentive during breakfast. If I travel to Rome again, I will choose this hotel for sure.

Leonoran the supervisor of the hotel greeted us upon arrival , she was very very friendly , helpfull in every way possible. she upgraded our room, she offered to keep our suitcases safe until the room will be ready and when she saw we waited for the room to be ready bc we came earlier. she made sure it was clean and ready before the time and helped us with the suitcase to our room.the room was nice, very quiet, clean with a fridge and good central air . When we left she ordered for us a taxi and got help with the suitcases .it was nice to spend 2 nights in that hotel ,the hotel is centrally located so it was easy to get to busses and trains a n d main attractions. I picked this hotel due to the great customer service rating on Trip Advisor. We were very impressed with this hotel, I had emailed the hotel prior to our stay to arrange for a driver to pick us up at the airport and it worked out perfectly. The driver was waiting when we landed. I also asked the hotel for a driver to drive us to the cruise port, they looked after organizing this driver also. This is not a free service, but it made my stay with them stress free. I had picked the Double Room in the Annex Building (Boschetto). It is a small room but was perfect since we were out visiting the sites in Rome. The room does have air conditioning and they have a small elevator. They were also helpful with recommendations of visiting the different places in Rome and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay at Hotel Grifo if we visit Rome again.

Hotel is good, but the STAFF is outstanding! They really make the differnce. They go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy the city. Great recommendations for restaurants, cafés, traditional food, tourist traps, you name it. I went very well prepared for this trip and yet they provided a couple of great tips that made it even better. Breakfast was ok, just the right amount of things you may need, and the space is not big, but since we were going out very early that was never an issue. The beds were a bit too firm for our taste, but of course that's a very personal thing. OH! And of course the location of this place is perfect to move around the city, walking distance from all places (if you like to walk) and easy access to public transportation as well.

The hotel was conveniently located near many of the local attractions in Rome. We took a cab to get to our starting destination each day and walked our way back to the hotel at the end of each day. We felt safe in this area. There were plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and very helpful. The continental breakfast each morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. Our hotel room was in the main building and it was just the right size for two of us. We were fortunate enough to have access to a balcony of which we enjoyed. We loved our stay, the staff were awesome, and we would definitely stay here again if the opportunity exists. We highly recommend this hotel.

The location is amazing, close to everything. As it is off a side street, it was very quiet. There are lots of good places to eat and a lovely range of boutiques. Very near Cavour metro station and the Colosseum. Staff were fantastic, very accommodating, very customer focussed. We requested a few things prior to our stay and they were all done as requested. Alen was a wonderful host. The rooms are very clean, the terrace is lovely and the breakfast choice is excellent. Beds are very comfy, we slept very well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going for a break there. The hotel had everything we would need in a room plus more. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

We were very happy with this hotel. I arranged ahead of time for the hotel to send a driver to the airport. He was waiting for us when we arrived. I also had them arrange a driver to the cruise terminal. We stayed in the Annex Building double room called Boschetto. They had a small elevator to that floor for the bags. We walked up and down after the bags were in the room. The room was small but we only used the room to sleep, too many sites to see in Rome. The room also had air conditioning. The Monti area seemed very safe and there are lots of restaurants to pick from. I would stay at Hotel Grifo again.

I had the best experience at Boutique Hotel Galatea. From start to finish the service was 5* - the staff truly went the extra mile to ensure I felt special on my birthday. They even set up balloons in my room and gave me a bottle of Prosecco which was the sweetest surprise! I also think it’s such a lovely touch that the staff refer to guests on a first name basis - truly better service than I’ve had at much more expensive ‘luxury’ hotels! Special shoutout to Jasmine on the front desk. The room itself was nicely decorated and well-equipped with great air conditioning and an extremely comfortable bed. The shower was always perfect and as someone with long hair I very much appreciated the powerful hairdryer! I can’t fault this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. I will certainly be returning on my next visit to the city. 10/10 all round ⭐️

We arrived late and texted the night receptionist who arrived promptly to show us to our room. The room was large, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly, we felt very at home. We had breakfast included in our stay which was varied and very tasty. Over breakfast Davide would give us tips on where to go for the best food, next time we come we’re looking for the best shopping! Trevi, Colosseum and Spanish Steps in walking distance, but we took a taxi to the Vatican Museums as it was so hot. Would recommend this hotel to all, we had a fantastic stay.

This boutique hotel has everything you need for a great stay. Although the room was very small, we did have a balcony and everything necessary for a comfortable few nights in Rome. Breakfast was consistent every morning and they ask you to book a time slot to prevent overcrowding. The staff was incredible and helpful with coordinating taxis, laundry services, and anything else we needed. There is a small elevator in the building for anyone with mobility concerns. While this is slightly out of the target area for tourists in Rome, it’s highly walkable and accessible to get everywhere you need to go. We very much enjoyed our stay

The mattress and pillows were excellent, I slept well starting night 1. Water pressure and temp in shower were excellent. The breakfast room and food were very good. The hotel, Mattia, set up our rides from and to the airport, very helpful. We were in a very good location, walking distance to the metro station and many sites. A wine bar and 4 cafes on our street, make that 6, including an Indian restaurant. AND best of all, an elevator!! Almost forgot, there's also a convenience store on the street.

I've been using Aparthotels for over 6 years and this is the best family friendly we stayed in so far. The flat was very spacious considering it was it’s classed as small. We had an actual bedroom a kitchen and dining area. The décor and flooring were impeccable. Beds were comfortable and the functioning AC was a blessing considering it was no lower than 30 degrees outside our entire stay. The only cons for me was the shower which was a bit too small with no much room to move around but unless you’re plus size you’ll be fine. The breakfast room is beautiful, and the food options were decent and a typical continental breakfast. Gym room is good with various equipment and the free laundry room is a huge positive because at other hotels we had to pay for it. Great amenities and facilities overall and so you get great value for your money. Staff was very friendly and helpful and rectified issues at their earliest convenience. The area seems a bit “rough” but it really isn’t. We didn’t feel unsafe . and they have a security guard at night. The closest train station is about 10 minutes away but you have a lot of must see sites around that are easily accessible by foot. The Vatican is literally 5 minutes away. There’s two local mini supermarkets up the street if you’re on a budget and want to eat in some days. You also have plenty of local and affordable small restaurants and bars. I really enjoyed my stay at Trianon Borgo Pio and definitely recommend it.

The apartments consist of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. The bed is comfortable, and there is lots of hanging space. There is a TV, but we didn’t use it, so I can’t comment on the quality of channels etc. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, sink, hob, toaster and pod coffee maker - it is also equipped with cutlery and crockery. The bathroom in our apartment (A04) had been upgraded since the last time we stayed and the new shower is a huge improvement over the old type: much more room, and both an overhead ‘rain’ type attachment and a hand held high pressure jet. Toiletries are in large pump bottles - and the scent is divine (bergamot and neroli). Breakfast was good - lots of continental choices, and a view to die for: St. Peter’s Basilica in one direction and Castel St. Angelo in the other. You can usually use this room at other times too, for relaxing. One slight niggle this time is that the roof terrace was closed for private events on two of our three nights. Not impressed that your paying for a facility you’re not then allowed to use!

I highly recommend this charming place especially for family. We stayed here for 7 nights, 6 people. We were comfortable, two bedroom two bath and the living room was converted to a bedroom. The living room is another room separate from the hallway and kitchen, so it was nice. The kitchen is fully furnished which I really appreciate. The apartment was kept clean everyday by amazing ladies, very trustworthy, we left some gadgets and they stayed were we left them. Another amazing thing in our stay is that breakfast buffet is included, different fresh juices, milk, and an array of coffee (macchiato, cappucino to expressos) is pretty well appreciated everyday. We were 2blocks away from the vatican, shops, bar, gelatos and restaurants are just around us + a mini grocery store just infont of the apartment. Everyone in the reception was nice and helpful. Other tourist areas like trevi fountain, spanish steps, colloseum, etc are within 3mi radius which is very good in getting your daily dose of workout! Lastly, if you plan to stay here, check out the rooftop for a night of aperitivo, the snacks and drinks are super good!

The location, the view, facilities (it has a laundry!!!!) and the staff, all were so inviting and hospitality. The room was modern, great quality furnishings and plenty of amenities and kitchen items such as glasses, cutlery, working dishwasher, drinkable tap water, freshly made beds everyday and restocking of bathroom amenities. Walk out and you have everything you need to enjoy Pratti. It’s literally a short stroll away from Vatican walls and minutes from entry gates. Back street, Borgo Pio, is brimming with restaurants where you can have a cheeky afternoon glass before your walk, and finish the day with a choice of great meal with a glass or two more. Local convenience store is 10 seconds away from the property, you get your drinks and emergency chocolate supplies for late night cravings should you choose. The breakfast was lavish each day with many choices of pastries, cheeses, eggs and protein including yogurts. Honestly the best accommodation of our trip to end the trip. We stayed near Trevi on arrival and finished the trip with Trianon.

Best location at this price level. Just a few steps away from the Trevi Fountain and very central for many sights. We could return to the hotel and refresh ourselves during the day without changing our route. The room was super clean, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful! Everything went smoothly, and the staff was very kind. It was our second time staying here, and we enjoyed it again. We’ll probably stay at this hotel on our next visit to Rome!

Location location location, it’s 2 minutes from Trevi fountain, 10 minutes from Spanish steps and Colosseum. Staff is friendly and helpful and last but not least, breakfast was great! The only thing is the toilet flush, it took 3 minutes for the water to refill before flushing. The shower door is sealed well so water leaks after showering. But the plus side is room service is daily so it was bad for me at all.

My wife & I visited this hotel in March 2025 and what a great choice it was. Brilliant Service. Brilliant Room & Shower Room. Brilliant Breakfast. Brilliant facilities. It is located close to the Trevi Fountain and is ideally placed for catching buses, the metro & sightseeing. Nearby there are many excellent places to eat,drink & shop. I hope to re-visit this Fantastic hotel in the not too distant future. Bella Italia, Bella Roma, Bella Hotel Accademia.

We had a great experience at this hotel! Apart from the amazing location, what really stood out was the service. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready yet, but the staff was very considerate — especially since we had traveled a long way. They gave us an upgrade to a room with a view, which was incredibly comfortable. We truly appreciated the gesture and enjoyed our stay!

The perfect hotel in Rome!! All landmarks are exceptionally close, especially the Trevi Fountain which was the main reason in selecting the location. The staff was very helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was a great size for 3 people. I hope to be back again the next time I am in Italy.

The Rome Hotel Sanz Lorenzo Termini is reachable by both main rail station Rome Termini or Tirburtino. From Rome Station you can use take a bus either 492 or 72 which takes you to the main road (5mins walk to hotel) or Metro from Rome Termini to Policlinico Station and then catch a tram 3L/19 which stops 2mins from hotel. It is walkable 15-20mins but if you have luggage or if it's late at night best to use public transport which is cheap €1.50 for a single journey. Location of hotel may not be central and scenic (lots of graffiti in the surrounding area, can't fault the hotel for this). Staff are welcoming and speak good English. The room is as shown on the pictures. It is modern with a smart TV and mini bar (fridge) which you can stock up. I would say the small double bed could benefit from an additional pillow option. Breakfast is in the form of a continental buffet style and staff once again ensure everything is prepared and stocked up alongside ensuring the breakfast room is clean. There are microwaves available to use in the hotel alongside being able to purchase food and hot drinks throughout the day which is a nice touch, this is something which is often neglected by at other hotels as they are keen for you to use their restaurant. If you are looking for a bed & breakfast hotel with modern simplistic looks, I would highly recommend B&B Hotels group. I really enjoyed my stay and I will use once again in the future.

Overall great place to stay, especially if you're on a budget and want to stay within Rome – so would definitely come back. The area is quite dodgy, lots of graffiti, and I wouldn't recommend walking towards the train station as it feels more like Naples than Rome. Still, there's a good transport connection, supermarkets and pizzerias in the area. There is an off-street parking outside, which could be quite busy, so you might need to wait until you get a space. To pay for parking you can use Easypark app, just don't forget to put a note on the windscreen mentioning that you paid with the app. There's also a parking garage nearby. You can also find a few free parking spaces, but after seeing broken glass from a car window, you'd probably change your mind about parking there. The room was quite comfy, breakfast options were pretty basic. There is a kettle downstairs in the communal area with some cups and cutlery.

Very comfortable hotel. The wifi was great. You need to turn on the TV to get the code and it changes often so you might need to update to a new code a few times a day. But it is a very high quality connection. If you try to use the generic wifi login via the webpage, that is not as good. The room is very comfortable, the beds are comfy, the area is a 25 min walk from Termini station but it is quiet, with some nice restaurants in the area. The breakfast is okay. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Especially because it is very good value for money.

This B&B is apparently newer for the group and you can tell! The rooms were more spacious than I've seen in other similar hotels in Italy and I appreciated the daily breakfast as well as the snack options available for purchase. The room fridge also came in handy as well as a communal toaster oven/microwave for leftovers. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but it connects with some tram lines. It was clean, staff extremely courteous and helpful, and for a solo female traveler, I always felt safe!

arriving at the hotel on June 10 I sadly realized that no room had been booked for me on that date, yet the reception people so kindly helped me settle this with the travel agency back home, and come back to the hotel on the day after; during all of my stay, all hotel people so kindly helped me with every little thing that I needed, whereas the premises and facilities are not just up to the standards, but also very well thought to make all things simple; a really good experience overall !

We saw everything above and had a general audience with Pope Leo. E-mail his office for invitation, on every Wednesday. Or Sundays in St Peters cathedral for mass. The rooftop bar overlooking Fori Imperiali and the Vittorino was absolutely splendid.We used it every day! The staff was great and let us leave a bottle in their fridge for next day since we couldn't finish it. Francesca and Alexandra and many more couldn't do enough for us. The upgrade with Amex Platinum and early check in and late check out worked seamlessly since we were lucky and they had availability. There is absolutely nothing to fault here. They are redoing the lobby to fit the cool, elegant rooms and rooftop bar. It will be a great addition. Do not book tours with MP Tours! If you haven't booked your guided tours before you will have a problem since all is time slotted and checked against your name. We learned this the expensive and frustrating way. So if you want to book go directly to Tourist station that is 5 min from hotel. But we had help from Francesca. You will pay more but it was a great, efficient service. Thank you all for making our stay truly amazing!

Our family recently spent over a week at the NH Collection Roma Fori Imperiali, and we were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The hotel truly embodies the standards of a 5-star establishment, with exceptional room quality, a prime location, and outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, and we want to extend a special thank you to Alexandra and John. They were incredibly kind and attentive, interacting with our toddler as if she were family, which made our visit even more memorable. The hotel's location is ideal for anyone looking to explore the wonders of Rome on foot. After a busy day of sightseeing, it was a pleasure to return to such a comfortable and high-quality room. It’s worth noting that there was some construction in a nearby area from Monday to Friday. While it was audible, it didn't significantly detract from our experience, as it blended with the vibrant atmosphere of the eternal city. The noise subsided by the time we needed to settle our toddler for the night. Overall, if you're looking for a centrally located hotel that combines comfort with excellent service, NH Collection Roma Fori Imperiali is a fantastic choice.

Hello, I will give my honest opinion about my stay at the hotel. First of all, this is my third time in Rome, and it has been the most beautiful one because I chose this hotel. I booked a wonderful suite – clean, well-arranged, with a very attentive team. The service was outstanding, and the breakfast was beyond words: fresh, with an incredible view of Piazza Venezia. The hotel’s location is perfect – you don’t even need a taxi because it’s close to all the important sites and very easy to reach. I would also like to give special thanks to my wonderful friend Amira. She took care of every detail from the moment I arrived until the last day. She even gave me her number, helped me with reservations everywhere, and was always so attentive. I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart. If there’s one reason that would make me come back to Rome, it’s Amira — she makes everything easier and makes you love both the hotel and Rome. Thank you to the hotel and the whole team, and a very special big thank you to Amira.

I booked this hotel primarily due to its central location and the view of the Roman Forum as I was going there to celebrate my partners birthday and she hadn't been to Rome before. Alexandria checked us in and she was quick and efficient. We were booked into room 501, and unbeknown to us, Alexandria had arranged for a happy birthday floor mat to be laid outside the door, so first impressions were my partner was blown away by the thoughtfulness. Inside the room there were stunning views overlooking the Roman Forum. All the staff were amazing but a special thanks must go to Francesca. She really went above and beyond all expectations and helped make the trip exceptional, for example, she secretly arranged for a birthday 'cake' to be presented at breakfast which we hadn't asked for but which she kindly arranged on her own initiative. It was small gestures like that which made the trip so memorable and i look forward to returning again in the future. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

This was my partners and I first trip to Rome and what a trip it was. The hotel is a perfect location with less than 10 minute walks to the main monuments. When we arrived Francesca welcomed up, provided us with a map and food recommendations which was great. We asked on the day to go to the rooftop bar which Francesca sorted for us and gave us a prime table. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. It was my partners birthday whilst we were away and every member of staff wished him happy birthday throughout the day. On breakfast Francesca organised him a small birthday cake (all her own doing). I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is a prime location, with lovely rooms and food and the staff truly go above and beyond for their guests. My only advice would be to make sure you visit the rooftop bar as it is a must! Thank you for a lovely stay! And thank you Francesca as you are amazing!

Despite our late arrival—half an hour past closing time—a wonderful woman named Camilla stayed back just to check us in, which she certainly didn't have to do. I typically stay at Marriott properties when I travel, but I found this property online right around the corner from the Trevi Fountain and took a gamble, which paid off. The staff (on all shifts) were awesome! They spoke English well and was always polite and friendly when engaged. The property was within walking distance (25 minutes or less) of most sites to see and a bit longer to the Vatican. Breakfast delivered to my room was a great touch as I didn’t have to leave to seek out the meal. This is not a high-end property, but the staff and general service delivery makes up for the lack of other amenities. There was a gentleman who carried my bags to my room as if I was in a high-end property. This was unexpected and definitely welcomed. Don’t stay at this property if you’re looking for a spa, gym, or restaurant on site. DO stay here if you like great service from the staff, quaint, great location to the cool sites, and general convenience, and a good low price. My first day in Rome and after dropping my bags at the property, I was robbed of my passport and credit cards (none of which had anything to do with this property) at the Spanish Steps. When I discovered my theft, I immediately went back to the hotel and made the front desk attendant Janine aware, and she jumped right into action to advise of how and where to report this to the local police and to advise of where and when to go to the US Embassy. She even paid for my dinner for the evening because I had no money.

Absolutely loved my stay at Trevi 41 Hotel!!!! It was a perfect 3 star hotel - great price, fantastic location, very clean and great customer service. I was in a solo room for 4 nights in the main hotel and while small compared to a regular size room, it was the perfect size for a solo traveler. The bathroom was spotless, the shower had plenty of hot water and the toiletries/necessities were always well stocked. The temperature in the room was perfect, I like it cooler and everyday when I returned from my excursions, the room was nice and cool. The location was perfect, I was roughly 15-20 minute walk from most sites and 25 min to the Colosseum. There were at least two excellent restaurants on the same street and several gift shops right around you. The staff was extremely helpful & friendly, while no elevator they carried your bags upstairs. The were fantastic to ask questions of and/or help you order a car/taxi. The only issue I had was the TV/cable didn't work, but considering the fact that you spend very little time in your room when you are in Rome, it was an insignificant inconvenience to affect my rating. I highly recommend this hotel and hope that I am able to reserve a room here for future visits.

Hotel is perfect location… were were given the suite living 7 to stay in … that was just up the way … was absolutely massive 2 double rooms huge bathroom … only downside was we had to share the bathroom.. and to get to it you had to walk through the other bedroom didn’t bother us but for someone else might be a bit awkward …. Breakfast was thrown in for free … that was a bit of bizarre set up but once you’ve found the building and floor breakfast is being served it was lovely … staff were very friendly and helpful… defo recommend this hotel … we stumbled upon the nags head pub … as a few of our party wanted to watch football .. great pub but after 10pm it turns into a students paradise with karaoke etc we had a ball … can’t wait to visit again it’s changed quite a lot since I last visited in 2018 … u have to book everywhere to get in now and Que Que Que everywhere u go … so prepare for a lot of standing … and a hell of a lot of beggers … they are everywhere .. so keep your eyes peeled …. 💗

What a gem of a hotel! Really central location (right around the corner from the fountain), everywhere else was around a 15 minute walk away (Spanish steps, Pantheon, Colusseum) So many places to eat, drink and shop right on the doorstep. Knowing how small most Rome hotel rooms are, we were pleasantly surprised by the room we were given. Really clean, spacious, comfortable bed, large bathroom. The guy on reception was brilliant, allowed us to check in 2 hours early, showed us on a map where we were and all the tourist attractions, even advised when to visit based on how busy it gets and how far we’d have to walk. He gave us some extra info on places we hadn’t even heard of including the keyhole of Rome. Super helpful and friendly! Would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay again if we visit Rome again!

We got a very nice room with a sleeping area a large bathroom, a small kitchen with table and a little balcony. The room service breakfast was a nice touch each morning. Tiger at the front desk made our stay very welcoming and he was full of helpful information. A definite asset to this property. the hotels location is great. It is on a street full of restaurants and shops and only a few minutes from the Trevi fountain. The only downside was walking up all the steps to get to our room!

Our stay at Umilta 36 was a pleasure from start to finish during our Roman holiday. All staff go above and beyond to attend to your needs. The front desk staff were always warm, engaging and professional. Their list of “best gelato stops in Rome” helped my husband indulge in his favorite flavours. Their restaurant recommendations were always spot on. I especially loved Alice for pizza al taglio - casual and delicious! They arranged for my husband to have a in room massage the day after he ran the Rome Marathon. The breakfast team make your mornings extra special. I have fond memories of conversations with Laura, who always greeted me with a smile :) Housekeeping did a wonderful job. Our room was spotless! Great water pressure in the shower, double sinks, plenty of fluffy bath towels and an excellent blow dryer. Great location. Put this hotel on your radar. 🇮🇹

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Our room was magnificent. Check-in was seamless and Alessandra walked us up to our room and showed up all the amenities. She also suggested a number of good restaurants nearby and to be sure we partake of the rooftop bar. The views up there are good during daylight and picturesque at night. She arranged to have champagne and a desert that said "happy 25th anniversary" on the actual evening of our 25th. The next day we had beautiful flowers and more champagne delivered. We had breakfast each morning and it was so delicious. Servers were so happy and helpful. A beautiful hotel and centrally located to everything we visited, just a brief 5 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. If you are looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay, I highly recommend Umilta 36.

We have chosen Umiltà 36 for our vacation in Rome and our stay was amazing. This hotel is located in the very heart of Rome - just a few minutes from the Trevi fountain - but hidden on a quiet street, which makes it a true gem. Our room was not only beautifully decorated, but also thoughtfully and smartly designed, the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable and there was no noise from outside in the room. The hotel restaurant “Aquamarina” has a great seafood menu with local dishes and wine. What makes Umiltà 36 really special, however, is the people. Every staff member we’ve interacted with was friendly and genuinely helpful. And what is most important, during our stay our little daughter was treated like a princess - which meant the world to us.

The hotel, is far from the center, 20 mins from the airport, my room wa clean and spacious with everything i need for my stay, breakfast was various and i can find whatever i like. There is a big parking space if you have a car park isn't a issue. The 2 receptionist that i met were polite and helpful A part for the distance worth the price definitely and ill come back again next time in Rome

This a very nice hotel. It is very basic. It’s a good base to visit Rome. It is not a fancy hotel but it is very clean, has a good restaurant and the service is very friendly. The only downside is that it is far away from the center of Rome. I didn’t use the train. It’s €20 a taxi ride to and from the center of the city.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff is very polite and proffesional. Location is a bit away from center, but my son (11y) and I used a public transport. It is very good conected to every side of the town, and easy to manage. And the breakfast is great. Buffet has a lot of options and it is delicious. If we come back to Rome, we will stay here again.

We have been to many hotels, but we have never received such an all inclusive service! Everything, starting from the location (excellent), the hygiene (perfect), the bed linen and towels (changed every day), the beach (clean and well organized - we even had 3 sunbeds), the food (for a week the chef did not repeat a single dish, especially how he prepared fish, only now I really understood why Italian cuisine is famous... Cipollino in Agrodolce is an elixir), the staff, ending with the entertainment, is absolutely and incredibly, unforgettable. The friendly and professional attitude of Lenka, Leslie, Angelo, Luana, Augustino, Ricardo, Evelyn in the hotel and Pasquale on the beach, as well as everyone else and, of course, all of them under the precise management of the owner, Mrs. Dora, who welcomed every guest, led to our decision to celebrate our birthday every year in this incredible place!

The hotel has been recently renovated — the rooms are clean and modern, and the entire property is well-maintained and spotless. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Towels were changed daily, and bed linens every three days. The hotel has its own private beach — clean, sandy, and well-kept. Drinks were served directly on the beach, which was a nice touch. We had the ‘All Inclusive’ package, and everything was great. Towels for the sun loungers were also provided and replaced every three days. The beach is just across the promenade. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Leslie and the bartender Angelo — you made our stay even better. Everything was perfect!”**

The Hotel Continental was a delight from the moment we checked in to the time of check out. This is a family owned and operated hotel and they actually make you feel like family. They are extremely helpful in meeting all of your needs. The restaurant breakfast was varied, fresh and the staff aimed to please. Drinks provided all day was very enjoyable. The location is ideal with a private beach and beach chairs directly across the street from the hotel on the beach. The view from our room was amazing. Bikes were provided free of charge so that the bike trail along the beach could be enjoyed. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and how much we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely return.

Everything was great. We were two families traveling together and it exceeded our expectations. All the staff is attentive, very friendly, polite, and professional. The rooms are spacious enough and absolutely clean. The location it's very nice, too. The promenade with separated bike lanes in front of the hotel is perfect for evening walks or cycling trips. The beach is very close, 1 minute walk and for Italian "lido" it was not overcrowded and the sea was clean given this area and amount of people. Last but not last, special mention deserves the restaurant, the meals were excellent, I mean really really excellent. This hotel for some reasons describes itself as 3-star, but in my views it is a high quality 4-star hotel.

The staff were always on hand to help with any queries and the only issue we had; a broken light in the toilet, was reported in the morning and fixed by the time we returned in the afternoon. The location of the accommodation is really central but really quiet and safe at night (there is a police station in the same street). Perfect stay, highlights were that a breakfast was included. This is a continental breakfast - I have read some other negative reviews of this, but if you are like we are; keen to get up and out- then the breakfast and lovely, friendly breakfast staff is perfect. Big thanks to the staff there- you really do make it so lovely to stay and your local advice on where to go was much appreciated.

The location is very nice and quiet. The staff was kind and gave good advice and service. They deliver coffee to the room and have wonderful, freshly made cappuccino, expresso, Americano that is some of the best I’ve had. I enjoyed the breakfast which was simple but with good variety. Allesandro recommended restaurants that were the best, authentic and friendly, with true Roman dishes and called to get reservations and check on other things for us. He did a wonderful job, but all the staff did. The bed was a little hard and a throw pillow and coverlet a little stained in spots, but the facilities otherwise were very nice. It is in an apartment building, but I hardly noticed and that allowed for my entire group of eight people to have accommodations on the same floor. Overall it was a wonderful experience and i would stay again for the quality and price.

Ten years after our last visit we pitched up again, this time with family in tow. Sometimes this doesn't work, but the Roma was once again great to us. We were even given the same room as before and Alessandro was still there with the rest of the staff making our stay so fantastic. Location is not far from the Galleria Borghese and the Pincio as well as the Via Veneto for the shoppers in our family... The rooms are reasonable size with good air con and a balcony for looking out into the Roman streets below. Bed v comfortable and breakfast fine (for Italy) with great coffee. Part of the joy for us is the location in an old Roman building, which gives an insight into how the Romans live now. We threw our coins in the Trevi Fountain so a return visit will not take 10 more years...

I cannot thank the staff at Roma Boutique Hotel enough for making my 2-week stay so memorable. I was travelling to Roma by myself to celebrate my birthday and I felt really well cared for. The hotel is absolutely beautiful- it's in a quiet, upscale neighbourhood, right next to a wonderful supermarket and close to a Metro train station. I always felt safe and the room was incredibly comfortable- especially the bed and pillows (which is telling because as I'm quite fussy). The view from my balcony was magical. Breakfast was surprisingly good- the coffee was fantastic too. I'm reluctant to rave too much about this hotel because I don't want to compromise its availability next time I want to book- I will never need to find another hotel in Roma, this for me is perfection.

Unusual set up as this hotel was on the 4th and 5th floor of an old traditional office block, so no bar or communal space apart from a small breakfast room. However don't let this put you off - we had a very comfortable quiet room (4th floor Room 28 overlooking interior 'courtyard' so no view but super quiet and one of the cheaper options) with a big bed, ensuite, safe, mini bar and tea and coffee making facilities. Plenty of places to eat and drink within 5 mins walk and less than 10 mins to the Trevi fountain. Villa Borghese Park less than 5 mins away. Staff went above and beyond to help in any way they could and offered some very helpful suggestions regarding routes and transport options. Would definitely return 😊

Not too sure what I expected when booking this hotel, it was cheap in comparison to others. The hotel is spotless. The staff are very polite and could not do enough for us, the lady behind the bar was ultra helpful and could not do more. She carries drinks to the rooftop pool, and makes it a nice experience. Regards to the ‘pool’ it’s basically somewhere to sit and soak your feet. It’s very shallow and probably the only thing I would say could be improved. There was bird muck around the edge that could have done with cleaning off, and the pool is a little dated and showing signs of its age. But this is Italy and to get a hotel with a rooftop area to enjoy the sun, is rare. The rooms were amazing, clean, fresh and beds made with clean towels daily. And let me assure you, if there had been any complaints I would happily mention them. The location is perfect for everything. Central to almost every place you will visit. 20 mins walk to Colossium 20 mins to Vatican Ten seconds to high street 5 mins from Trevy fountain AND as it’s directly opposite the main parliament building, there are police everywhere. So safety is well covered. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel has an excellent/walkable location only minutes to Treve Fountain and Pantheon. Our room was comfortable with updated bathroom and oversized windows overlooking the piazza. The breakfast every morning was served on the upper terrace and had a wide selection. There was a main level bar (new friend Angelo makes a terrific Negroni 😀). The only negative was the property advertised rooftop bar and pool. (bar was not open during our stay and pool is a hot tub that did not appear to be useable). Negatives aside, overall wonderful base to explore Rome city center.

Excellent hotel. The entrance shares the piazza with Parliament so the security presence is significant. The mattress was a little hard. The rooftop views are excellent and serviced by the bar. The rooftop foot pool was a life saver after getting 20000 steps in!

I was very pleased with our stay here. The front desk and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic. We requested a room for three as my daughter was with us, we were very impressed with the accommodations. We had two bedrooms with one bath in between the two rooms. I was thrilled that my daughter had her own space. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom had been remodeled and was large. The only downside was the bathtub/shower it was very slippery. We had a great view of the plaza facing the Parliament building. The free breakfast was on the roof terrace. The view is spectacular! The food offerings were limited and it was the same every day. The food was fresh. The wait staff could have provided some service to the guests. They mostly cleaned the tables. We had to get everything including our coffee,water etc. The location could not be better. Everything was within walking distance. Plenty of great restaurants are just literally around the corner. The Pantheon is 5 minutes walking and the Trevi Fountain 5 more minutes from there. We walked to the Spanish Steps and enjoyed lots of shopping on the way. The Colosseum and the Vatican are also within walking distance if you’re up to about 20 or so minutes of walking each way. We discovered many churches and plazas while walking. The Colonna Hotel was perfectly situated no matter where we walked to. The security and safety is great due to the 24 hour police presence for the Parliament. Loved it!!

I liked everything about this hotel! My sincere greetings to the gentlemen who work at the bar; try a cocktail there, and you`ll be delighted! (Negroni Sbagliato and Clover Club are my personal tops). All other staff members were also immensely pleasant, friendly and helpful. There is also a marvellous roof terrace: breakfast is being served on the last floor, so you can eat with the great view of Rome's city centre or enjoy this place any time of the day : ) In addition, I had a very good impression of my room: it was clean and cosy, smelled good and looked attractive. A bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and modern, and the temperature/conditioning was perfect. Though it was a vivid alleyway under my window, I was never bothered by the outside noise (sound isolation is pretty good). I was also pleasantly surprised with the WiFi connection: I had to do some work stuff (mail, call, etc.), and I also watched movies sometimes - the internet quality was decent all the time. You`ll also find the hotel location perfect because you can easily reach the most popular and beautiful attractions. There is a good choice of restaurants nearby, so you`ll always have a lovely place to eat or have a snack/drink.

I can only say they not only our expectations but far surpassed it. Hotel Al Boschetto is a family run hotel and it shows. My husband and I were guests at the hotel and the service was impeccable. The hotel is spotless and our room was immaculate and very cozy. There is a spacious breakfast room and a restaurant serving lunch and dinner, all quality food and delicious. We ordered room service on many occasions.The owners helped with so many details, from picking up items at local stores, to arranging various car services (including transportation back to Fiumicino. There is nothing they would not do. The staff was warm, attentive and gracious. You will experience Italian hospitality at its finest! Grazie Mille!

This is a good hotel that is very accommodating with the staff speaking passable English. Beds are a bit hard but then I've found that to be the case in a lot of the Italian hotels. Everything worked including the A/C and it was clean. They let me park my motorcycle underneath the stairs next to the entrance. The restaurant is superb and the dining area huge, it encompasses indoor and outdoor. They host weddings here and it shows with the large number of tables they have. There is a wide variety of food and is excellant as is the wait staff.

As our room was ready, the management let us access it nearly two hours before their advertised time. consequently we were able to have lunch in their restaurant, where a delicious chicken salad was prepared promptly. This enabled us to visit the Abbey of Monte Cassino that afternoon (they checked the opening and closing hours for us and gave us directions to get there. We had supper in the restaurant, where an innovative menu was available with delicious food and a very satisfactory house white wine by the carafe.

We liked how friendly the staff are. The food was lovely and the garden at the back of the hotel is beautiful. We had a lovely quiet room at the front of the hotel, which is set back a long way from the road so your cannot hear any road noise. The hotel is in a good position for an onward journey to other parts of the region.

In a nutshell this place was fabulous!! We had such a warm & friendly welcome upon arrival. We actually arrived super early & requested to drop our bags off so we could start exploring the city after an early morning flight. We were informed that our room was actually already ready and could check-in & take our bags to the room. Wonderful!! The rooms were spacious and comfortable and had everything you could need. The bathroom area was equally great! The shower pressure (important for those hair-wash days) was great, along with the temperature! We didn't opt to include breakfast, however we were still able to enjoy the terrace view with limitless cups of coffee from the hot drink machines. The location was equally superb! Walking distance to absolutely everything. Approx 45 mins to Vatican City, 25 mins to Colosseum and 10 mins to the Pantheon. The Spanish Steps were literally around the corner & Trevi fountain not much further. Bars, restaurants and cafes a plenty from the second you walk out the front door! Cannot recommend this hotel enough!!

A lovely hotel that was in a great location. It was within easy walking distance to the Pantheon, The Spanish Steps, and The Trevi Fountain. The room was clean and met all our needs. The Staff were very helpful (dealt with 3 in total) with one even using his own cell phone to ensure that our next reservation in Civitavecchia was confirmed. Unfortunately the elevator was not working, but again the staff were great with assisting us. The rooftop patio was nice in allowing us to visit with others in our party during the evening. Definitely a place I would come back to for future stays!

We loved our stay at Sonder. Great location - close to the Spanish steps, Trevi, shops, restaurants and subway. We also walked all the way to the Vatican and Colosseum which was 30mins away - very walkable and great way to see the city. We didn’t have an issue with noise like other reviews below and appreciated that there was a lift in the building for our bags. Rooms were clean and cleaned everyday. Staff were extremely friendly and we appreciate the gentleman trying to help us on our last day to get to Roma termini on time for our train.

Great hotel. Centrally Located just next to the Spanish steps/Piazza di Spagna (Note that there is also a metrostop on Piazza di Spagna which makes it a very convenient starting point for your exploration of Rome). Very nice terrace on the top floor where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or, in the evening, enjoy a beautiful sunset over the roofs of Rome. The personnel at the reception was very friendly and also very reactive when I had a request or was asking for information. I would definitely like to stay there again during my next trip to Rome! :)

I had an amazing stay at Sonder in Rome! The location couldn’t have been better—just a 3-minute walk to Piazza di Spagna and about 10 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. My room was clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a highlight—delicious food, a great cappuccino, and the peaceful sound of nearby church bells made each morning feel magical. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great local tips. This was the perfect place to stay for a relaxing and memorable Roman holiday. Highly recommend!

I was really happy that most of the people spoke English (what you don’t see much often in Italy :D). we had the room with Jacuzzi which was absolutely stunning!! huge terrace also nice space inside. everything was nice and Clean !! super convenient was that they have restaurants it the same building and the food was absolutely amazing!! from fancy dinner with my friends to easy delicious pizza for what I would come back right away!! and again the staff was amazing !! there was nothing we can say negative about this Hotel !!! thank you so much to Nadit, Daniel, Ingrid, Valeria, Noemi and all the rest of the team !! we will definitely come Back !! I was lucky enough to spend an exciting weekend in Terracina and this wonderful hotel/restaurant! This beautiful city with its historic centre is really worth a visit and I strongly recommend staying and eating at Centosedici! The hotel is situated in a quiet location right next to the beach and in walking distance to the historic city centre and all important places in Terracina. Check-in and check-out is uncomplicated. The owners and employees are extremely nice and very obliging. The rooms are tidy and clean, modern and equipped with everything you need (bathroom, toilet, TV, Wifi, hairdryer, sanitary products, towels). To round off your stay I can really recommend eating at the hotel's own restaurant!

What a charming seaside hotel! We spent two nights with three rooms for my whole family. Tremendous location across from the beautiful beach on the sea. Rooms are very clean, comfortable, and modern with absolutely lovey terraces with gorgeous views. This hotel is an AMAZING value!!!! Breakfast is phenomenal and in a beautiful setting. I highly recommend this hotel and it is wonderful for families with children. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Lastly, the restaurant is a huge plus and one of our very best meals in all of our 15 nights in Italy! We loved Hotel Centosedici!!!

7 of us stayed in this very nice well run hotel. The hotel is kept spotless by the friendly and diligent house keeping, the reception is run by friendly , knowledgeable English speaking fluent staff and the rooms are perfect. While it may not have a whole list of amenities you won't need these anyway. The hotel is above a very exceptional restaurant. Eat here! Hopefully you will be lucky enough to get served by Luca, a true gentleman, actually all the staff in the hotel and restaurant and fantastic. I'll be back!! :-) Ciao X

I spent two nights at Hotel Ristorante Centosedici with my sisters and we really loved it! It's located right in front of a lovely beach (Coral beach) where there is a good beach bar and restaurant (p.s. really good mojitos!). The staff were all so helpful and kind, especially Nadia. She was so kind to us when our flights got cancelled and we needed some assistance. The staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We will 100% be back to Terracina and exactly this hotel :)

Fantastic all round! I’ve just got home from our Rome trip and the Hotel Diana was brilliant, I had seen the reviews on here prior to our trip and felt a little apprehensive but from our experience I couldn’t find a fault! Check in was allowed at 13:30 when we arrived straight from Termini which was brilliant. Our room was perfect, the reviews criticising the size of the rooms I cannot comprehend because this is a city break in an ancient city! We were two adults with two very large suitcases and we were able to make ourselves extremely comfortable for the duration of our stay. If there was any noise it was from other guests and that is beyond the control of the hotel and nothing beyond what can be reasonably expected. Being so close to the Termini and bus station was brilliant and lots of restaurants close by. All staff we can across were friendly and helpful and more than willing to help with anything. We had drinks on the hotel terrace which was lovely but we didn’t eat at the hotel. Breakfast would be what is expected at a hotel, continental breakfast with plenty of choice. The hotel was beautiful as soon as you walked in the lobby, the reception staff were welcoming and also very helpful with any queries we had. They also went above and booked taxi’s for us rather than having us figuring it out ourselves. Our room was clean and every morning they came in and changed the sheets and towels and stocked the fridge which was such a lovely bonus they give you complimentary Pepsi , water and crisps every morning in your fridge. Gave you a great head start for water during the day. The breakfast was so tasty and the coffee was great. I ate my weight in pastries every morning! The rooftop bar for cocktails at night was phenomenal such a lovely atmosphere and the bar staff were great. I honestly cannot fault our hotel at all. They kept our bags stashed for us after check out as we had all day to go until our flight at night ( they did not charge us for this). It’s close to loads of lovely restaurants and shops and close to the tourist sites. Right next to a stop for their hop on hop off buses to. Amazing hotel and great staff.

Great little hotel! Ignore all the bad reviews, I don't think they are justified. This is central Rome after all, and space is limited! Thought the hotel did a great job within the limits of what they have to offer. Booked a triple room with my 2 teenagers and was offered 2 separate rooms on check in next to each other. Brilliant! Air conditioning was working in our rooms, although I did have to fiddle with the controls in my room to get it to come on (if you put it on the little moon setting it seems to work) but certainly didn't go off during the night as some reviews say. New fluffy white towels, decent shower, rooms and decor a little dated but not too bad. Great location. breakfast was advertised as continental and that's what it was...not sure why some are expecting a hot breakfast...that isn't what continental means. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful All speaking good English. All in all, well done hotel, a great little stay, top marks from us.

The staff is very friendly. I emailed them about making reservations for dinner at the roof top garden the first night. Such a lovely response- I felt I was staying at a 5 star hotel. Full breakfast with a lot of variety. I walked to several sites between 7 am - 9 am (to avoid the crowds) and still made it back to the hotel for breakfast. The neighborhood, Esquiline and Monti, is wonderful. Lots of restaurants. And the main train station (Termini) is only two blocks away. Also access to the two main metro lines at the station. The church, Santa Maria Maggiore, is stunning. Only two blocks away - don't miss it. Colosseum is about a 15 minute walk. I also walked to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Plaza Navona.

After seeing a lot of the reviews I was worried! But we have just returned from a 4 night stay and the hotel was fabulous. Our room was huge and the staff were friendly. The air con was great especially with it hitting 40 degrees out! It’s in a brilliant location. We were able to walk to pretty much all the sights and also the hop on hop off bus stops nearby. Restaurants are located all around and little shops too. The hotel was clean and also had the fridge stocked with water and some fizzy drinks when we arrived. Couldn’t fault this hotel and would stay again. Thank you so much

This was my second stay at Hotel Clarici in Spoleto. The location is fantastic - right in the heart of town, and an easy walk to the historic centre, as well as up to the Rocca fortress. Supermarkets within a 5 min walk. Very comfortable rooms with great views. Excellent breakfast, with an amazing variety of foods, provided each morning to satisfy the fussiest tastes. But, even with all these features, for me the aspect that counted the most were the staff! I cannot praise Francesca and Moreno at Reception highly enough...they both go that extra mile to make guests super comfortable! And smiling Monica who makes the most amazing cappuccinos at breakfast.Thank you,Moreno,Francesca and Monica...for another FABULOUS stay at the Clarici! I'll certainly be back next year.

This hotel was conveniently located, about a 10 minute walk from the train station. Everything was clean and adequate to my needs. The best aspect of the hotel was the friendliness of the staff. The free internet access was also appreciated, although as I didn't have a laptop had the use the very slow computer at reception. But hey better than having to pay for it and I had unlimited time. I would definitely stay here again as it was very good value for money.

Good location- 10 minute walk from train station & in the piazza at the entrance gate to the old town of Spoleto. Helpful, friendly staff, clean modern room & bathroom. Adequate breakfast (not a huge selection) good coffee made to order. Our room had a small balcony with a view towards the hilltop town. (The only negative was the balcony was a little neglected & scruffy, but the hotel’s exterior was a bit dated). Good value.

we tested positive for Covid while staying at the Clarici and the staff could not have been more helpful by calling a doctor for us, picking up breakfast, lunch and dinner for us and medicine the doctor prescribed. the staff went out of there way to help make us comfortable. thank you so much. Excellent location at a reasonable price! Less than a fifteen minute walk from the train station. My room had a lovely view of the green piazza with a fountain and a view of the church steeple. Right at the entry into the historic center. Nice breakfast and kind service.

This is a Family-owned Hotel. They care about their customers! Long story short, I broke a tooth having lunch at a nearby restaurant...the day before our 10-day cruise! Came back to hotel, told the owner (Johnny) what happened. He said, "I will call my dentist". His wife, Rita, called the dentist. The dentist could take me in 15 minutes. It was walking distance and Johnny was showing me on the map how to get there. Rita jumped in, speaking to him in Italian. He slowly turned to me and said, "My wife has just instructed me that I will drive you to the dentist". We all had a good laugh. He drove us there, walked us into the office, spoke with the dentist. She took me in, placed a temporary filling in a big hole in my tooth. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. I went to pay, and they would not take any money from me. "WOW" on both the dentist, as well as the owners of the hotel. We later brought them a bottle of wine as a show of our appreciation. As well, Rita has a business of her own. She creates beautiful jewellery and showcases them in the breakfast area. I just had to buy one, both because the jewellery was beautiful, but I also wanted to have a reminder of Rita and Johnny and how absolutely kind and helpful they were to me, a customer that they had only known for a few minutes that day. The room we had was wonderful, clean, and larger than comparable hotels in Italy. The cost of the room was VERY reasonable. We HIGHLY recommend HOTEL TRAIANO in Civitavecchia, Italy !

The staff in this location is superb! We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 AM, and they told us our room was ready. After taking a red eye to Italy from the United States, this was welcome news. They also told us we could have an extended check out until 11 AM, when we caught the shuttle to the cruise ship. The room itself was huge. We had a one bedroom suite, with two beds in the bedroom. The beds were comfortably enough, and the curtains provided for a very dark night. The Location is fantastic! You can walk to the old city, and along the seawall. You have access to a lot of inexpensive restaurants as well. I also like the fact that they were able to provide us with a shuttle from the airport in Rome to the hotel. It all went so smoothly! Don't be concerned about things going wrong. You can have confidence they will provide good service! It was also a very good value for what we got. The property is older, but all of the positives outweigh this.

The hotel is clean, there is an elevator and stairs, the rooms are a nice size. The staff is professional and so sweet. We had to check out early and they made sure we got to eat breakfast even though their breakfast room didn't open for 30 more minutes. The staff arrived early and took great care of us. The hotel arranged transportation too. My family stayed in an apartment room which was amazing, large with 2 bedrooms with everything for an extended stay including a complete kitchen. The hotel is within walking to restaurants and delicious gelato place. We originally walked from the train station to this hotel and also walked several times to the beach and the tourist area of the city. It is safe, but I'd let the staff book transportation to the cruise port. You could walk to the ships, but pulling a suitcase, would take awhile to arrive.

@) cab ride from train station - arrived about noon - asked to wait in dining room until room was ready and offered a bottle of water each - short wait and we were in our room - very much appreciated after a 6:00 am flight and a train journey. Room was large and clean with a nice balcony. excellent breakfast next morning. we had been travelling for about 10 days and were staying at Traiano on the night prior to a cruise. there was a launderette about 100 yards from the hotel so we were able to wash all our clothes and be ready for the cruise. The gentleman on the front desk was very friendly and helpful and the rest of the staff were excellent. the hotel arranges a shuttle to the cruise terminal for us for only 5 euros.

We stayed here for 1 night in between cruises. Pick up was on time. At the Hotel by 10am and they had rooms ready for us by 1030 am. Elevator was small but most of them are in older establishments. Decor in the room was older but very clean. After a short nap, we walked to the Port and shopping area which was about 15 minutes away. After a good night's sleep, the breakfast buffet was very good with many choices. The charm of this hotel was the staff. Super friendly and attentive to your needs. Transportation to and from the Port was very reasonable compared to other options we looked at. Perfect for a 1 or 2 night stay.

It was very nice to be able to use the facilities at the Termes, in particular the hot water pool.

The property and tents are beautiful. The hot 41 degree pool was amazing. I didn’t want to get out.

Fantastisk sted, med virkelig skønne forhold. De varme bade/bassiner med forskellige temperaturer var dejlige. Restauranten er også god og serverer velsmagende mad. Efter tre besøg, bliver menukortet dog en smule ensformigt. Ville være rart med lidt afveksling og måske lidt flere traditionelle italienske retter. Bedste afbetaling herfra af tjeneren på restauranten. Han var super.

I had a love and dislike for this hotel at the same time. I loved the roof top terrance, it was beautiful, the food was good and I enjoyed the service. I actually really like the people working up there. They were friendly and chill and worked hard to provide a good experience. The AC wasn't really working and it was very hot when we were there. This made the room less of a retreat from the heat. We were able to open the window sometimes to get an evening breeze. When the window was completely shut it may the room dark and not very cheerful. We has just come from the Amalfi Coast, so I think we were also adjusting to Roma and city life. The front staff desk found and booked us a beautiful hotel with an amazing pool for a day. We really enjoyed this day. The pool was stunning and it made a great rest day. There are close places to eat and get food. It also is an easy walk to the fountain and Spanish stairs as long as you are mobile and don't have any challenges with movement and walking.

My wife and I stayed at the Marcella Royal Hotel for one night before going on a cruise from Civitavecchia. We arrived late morning and were impressed by the hotel decor and the wonderful reception staff who informed us our room was ready. The room was tastefully decorated, fully air-conditioned and extremely comfortable. We dropped our luggage off and walked to the Trevi Fountain (20 minutes) and Pantheon (further 10 minutes) before deciding to get a taxi back to the hotel, as we have stayed in Rome before and seen most of the sights. We spent an hour or so on the rooftop terrace (there are four sun loungers), and had a few beers while enjoying the sunshine. We had decided to eat in the hotel that evening and had booked a table for 8.30 so that we could watch the sunset over the city. The restaurant staff were also excellent and ensured we got a table with stunning views. The highlight was undoubtedly the food. It was amazing - such a high standard and the best we have had in Rome (combined with the setting). After a comfortable sleep, we had breakfast on the terrace, which again was excellent, with plenty of choice, before transferring to the cruise port. When we are next in Rome we will make a point of staying at this hotel. It really was excellent; a wonderful experience.

We stayed at the Marcella to celebrate my partner’s 50th birthday and it didn’t disappoint! From the moment we arrived the staff could not do enough for us, the welcome was warm and friendly and the reception staff took us through a map of where all the main sites where in relation to the hotel. They also advised us that taxis could be easily organised and we did this on several occasions and taxis arrived within 5 mins! The rooms was lovely and clean and had amazing air con which was much needed in the heat! The only thing I would comment on was the shower was a little small but that is a minor thing in the grand scheme of things. The roof top bar and terrace was to die for during both the day and especially the evening. Staff upstairs were also fabulous and went above and beyond every single day. Starting the day on the roof terrace with breakfast was amazing. Food was plentiful and there was plenty of variety to suit all tastes. We ate on the terrace on our final night and are so glad we did as the food was fabulous and it was an amazing end to our holiday! Thank you Marcella for making this special birthday trip one to remember, we will definitely return one day!!

We loved this hotel. The staff are just so lovely and very helpful. Our room was a standard double but was so clean and had everything we needed. It was cool and had AC and lovely to come back to after the intense Rome heat. The cleaner did a great job each day. The roof terrace is such a bonus here, it is absolutely stunning. The drinks are a bit pricey but the views are just amazing and we loved to come here every evening for a drink. The breakfast had a good selection and was sufficient to set us up for the day. Plenty of items to chose from. The location of hotel is about 20 mins from Trevi Fountain and 30 mins from colosseum. We are normally walkers but with the intense heat and being pregnant we used to walk to where we needed to go and get taxi/Uber to come back to hotel after activities as it was still so hot. These were all very reasonably priced. There are some nice restaurants near the hotel and a lovely gelato shop ‘Gelateria La Romana’ only a 2 minute walk from hotel. We would love to stay here again if we return to beautiful Rome.

Marcella Royal is a hidden treasure right in the heart of Rome. Rooftop dining, quiet accommodations, knowledgeable staff of Rome and it's surroundings, made us feel special as we celebrate our 30th Anniversary and first trip to Rome. We highly recommend Marcella Royal to anyone who wants a unique, quaint and superb experience for a reasonable price point (not free) but worth every dime! Hats off to the Chef, the Managers and the expert Wait Staff - all meals were fantisico and to the housekeeping services, thank you for sanitizing and providing all what we needed and to the Valet and Front Desk Team (all shifts), what a tight and efficient and high quality experience throughout our 8 day stay. And last but not least, the 4 or 5 times we needed a cab, they promised 4 minutes but they were there in around 2 like clock work. Finally, this hotel is close to many sites so walking was our preferred mode of transportation to interact with the people of Rome, attend Good Friday Service, shopping and coordinate tours to the Colleseum, Roman Forum, Sistene Chapel, Positano and Amafli Day Tour!

Nice new hotel in good area we stayed 4 nights and were upgraded to an executive room with lounge access. Staff were great at check in . The Room was very good no complaints at all lounge had a good happy hour every night 6-8.30 plenty of drinks options and a decent selection off foods and is also open all day for soft drinks . Breakfast was always good plenty of selections and nice friendly helpful staff . The area is about 15mins away from Rome city and easy to catch the train in station is just 2 min walk away all in all a very good hotel a pool would have sealed the deal

Beautiful hotel. No swimming pool or spa services at this location. Gym yes . Mostly business women and men in and out. Hotel made up of mostly glass so very classy and elegant. Well maintained. I would have love to see and experience an outdoor sit out area but there is no terrace or patio here at this location. Hilton brand and standards here for sure.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was met with exceptional hospitality that turned my stay into something truly special. I had mentioned we were celebrating a birthday during booking, but nothing could have prepared me for the thoughtful surprises that awaited. To my delight, I was upgraded to a gorgeous corner room with an incredible 180-degree view — the sunrises were unforgettable. The room had been tastefully decorated with birthday touches, including balloons and sparkling wine, creating such a warm, celebratory atmosphere. One of the most touching moments was finding a delicious birthday cake waiting in the suite. It was such a lovely and unexpected surprise that made the stay even more meaningful. As if that weren’t enough, I happened to misplace my phone in cab. The staff collected the phone from the cab driver and worked with me to have it shipped back to the United States after my departure. They truly went out of their way to make my trip memorable. Every staff member I encountered was kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about making guests feel welcome. It’s rare to experience this level of care and genuine hospitality. If you’re looking for a hotel that knows how to make moments memorable, look no further. I can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton EUR Llama! The hotel is modern, clean and spacious and comfortable bed. We stayed a total of 8 nights and we are pleased with the service and accommodation. All the staff were friendly and welcoming! We enjoyed the daily breakfast and the evening reception at the executive lounge. The bar at the 15th floor is also nice. The hotel is also close to the metro station that makes it easy and cheap to get around Rome. Thanks to Alessandro at the Guest Relation for providing helpful information/direction on how to use the metro, saved us a lot as uber/taxi is a bit expensive as we saw the first few days. Thanks to the ladies and gents at the breakfast Gina,Shanil and Sakura at the Executive lounge, everyone was super nice! The hotel rate is also reasonable and good value. We will definitely stay here again whenever in Rome! Thanks again to all the wonderful hotel staff for making our stay memorable!

We arrived at the hotel and we're greeted by Marco, he was friendly and told us everything we needed to know about the hotel and area. The room we had was large and clean with a view over the marina and a small balcony, they don't have tea and coffee facilities in rooms but you could purchase from reception and it was a good price for a hotel. Our room was very spacious, with a TV, extra large bed, fridge in room and again prices were similar to those of a cafe nearby if you had any from it, bathroom was large only issue was it took forever for the water to warm up. Cleaners came daily and the bed dint was changed twice in the 7 days there again better than some places we have stayed. Breakfast was a selection of pastries, bread, cheeses, meats, fruits and cakes with bacon and eggs as a warm option, tea and coffee was served by the team and you were asked if you wanted more, plenty of juices and water available also. This was a lovely stay in lovely coastal town to get to Rome was easy and cheap (€7.20pp return). The whole team were friendly some a little more than others but that could be the language barrier. The Astura Palace Hotel is located in Nettuno overlooking the marina. Unfortunately I did not have a room with much of a view but the breakfast area, on the 5th floor, has a very nice balcony and an amazing view as well as an excellent choice of breakfast foods. The hotel is very well maintained and is located a few blocks from the train station from which you can travel to and from Rome's central station (Termini). Nettuno is a nice town full of nice shops and a number of restaurants. They have a post office beyond the main shopping district and, if you are planning on sending postcards, they will cost you 2 euros each to send to the U.S. and be prepared to take a number and stand in line. However, the hotel does offer to take care of mailing for you if you so choose to do so. The service is great and the people at the front desk are friendly and helpful. It is a very nice place to stay. When making reservations, ask about their business rates.

Beautiful hotel on the beach at Nettuno. My balcony doors opened toward the ocean. The room could get a bit warm for my liking (I was there in January, and I was used to the temperature hovering around 20F back home), so I kept the doors open a lot, which meant lots of wonderful, fresh ocean air. The staff was super nice and did some special favors for me (my being there in the off-season probably helped make that possible). The restaurant was only for breakfast, but there's a great burger and beer joint right across the street that is open late. I'd love to come back to Nettuno and the Astura Palace during the summertime.

All front desk staff speak english. This hotel is located in the best spot in the city, the closest you can get to the water. Walk across the street and you are there. Many restaurants, ice cream shops, markets and anything else you may want is right here. This place is 10x better then I expected. The train station is a 5 minute walk away and for 3 Euros you can catch a train to Rome. That ride is about an hour long and the trains run about every hour or so. Love it here.

My boyfriend and I loved the Astura Palace hotel. We asked for a room on the 4th floor and with an open balcony. They gave us everything we asked. It was beautiful hot days in Autumn when we went so perfect temperature. Alot nicer than Australia where we're we live. The staff we friendly and helpful when we asked for places to eat and where to go to the shops. The bed was large and the room was large. The room and bathroom were very clean and nicely presented. I will be back again.

There was mould on my bathroom Shower walls. The rest seems clean. Other thing is the pool was nice to look at from a distance however there was broken tiles everywhere. The bottom of the pool was rough to bare feet because of broken tiles . The hotub was not headed and no one cleaned the water in both pool and hot tub. The water was cloudy . other then that the rest of the place was clean

This hotel has an easy walk-to-all location, is quiet, has an very nice pool (on the small side) and attractive pool area. The staff was very helpful, e.g. I asked for restaurant recommendations and got great advice plus a map on how to get there. Everything was clean. My only beef was that the WiFi connection in my room was too weak to use so I had to sit in the lobby.

Located close to downtown Sperlonga, with a short walk to the beach and supermarket. The hotel is huggggge - we had a room in the second building, so a bit of a walk to the pool, but not a major issue. Pool has daylight sun all day, room was clean and serviced daily, and included complimentary water and soft drink. Breakfast buffet had heaps of options (never seen so many cakes!), with great espresso. There is a shuttle to the hotels private beach. Some of the staff were some friendly, some not so much - but no major issue. Would recommend.

This particular hotel stay was a completely unique experience for myself and my family, not only because it was our first time staying there as well as our first time visiting Sperlonga, but also because after we checked out, we could not think of one even somewhat critical observation about our stay. This hotel absolutely lives up to the “Grand” in its name and then some. Every area of it is so beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and accomodating. The staff is so welcoming, helpful, and friendly, and all the amenities offered are so lovely, from the wonderful morning breakfast, the pool and other outdoor areas, and the complementary shuttle service to and from their portion of the beach. While I would have preferred to have known in advance what the cost was to reserve chairs and an umbrella at the beach, the beachside staff assisted us quickly and competently, with the charge added to our bill upon checkout (rather than requiring cash in hand). This truly felt like a boutique hotel experience, yet very reasonably priced. We can’t wait to return!

We spent three nights at the hotel, overall are very happy with the quality of the hotel and service. Breakfast was super - wide variety of pastries, fruit and cheese and meat. the hotel was fully packed and we were located in a room below the ground floor. However the staff was helpful enough to move us to a nicer room in the first floor - a spacious comfortable room with a balcony. The hotel has a private beach within 15 minute walk from the hotel - it is possible to get there walking along the beach for a good exercise. the only negative is that no towels are provided at the pool area.

We had a wonderful stay at El Dorado Vatican. It was perfect for the 5-night stay in Rome for my college BFF and me. Our room was big enough for the two of us and was clean. It was also cleaned each day, which was nice. The A/C worked well, which was great in the hot weather we had. It was nice to have the shared kitchen for coffee or tea in the morning, if you wanted. There are many dining options (coffee/bakery, gelato, lunch, and dinner) right within the Prati neighborhood. The neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet and away from the hustle/bustle of the touristy areas. We walked everywhere- Vatican City less than 10 minutes, Trevi Fountain/Pantheon 20 minutes, Spanish Steps 25 minutes, and Colloseum/Roman Forum was 50 minutes. It was great exploring Rome by foot, if you can. Also, arranging the shuttle from/to the airport was super convenient, and take advantage of the coffee croissant at the caffeteria down the street for only 2.50 euro/day from Gianluca. He was easily available by WhatsApp for any questions. We definitely recommend El Dorado Vatican. We would stay here again.

The property is close to the Vatican to the bus pickup number 6 and only if my dumb ass come down in the middle of summer would have been a 10/10 experience. I would highly recommend this place to stay as the staff are amazing and near by restaurants shopping and not right in the craziness of Rome but a short walk from it. It’s easy to find and easy to get to anywhere. If you don’t have power adapters just charge your phone/battery/tablet from the back of the TV. My girlfriend and I had all our luggage delivered to the wrong country and still haven’t seen it but shops and markets near by have save us.

The owner was really helpful and could answer my many questions. He provided useful information about the journey to and from the airport. He even messaged upon landing to tell me about a train strike! I liked that there was a little area to make a hot drink or a small snack. There was a supermarket across the street and a bakery a few doors away. I felt very safe and as a mum with her teenage daughter this was important to me. We went everywhere by foot, but there was a metro close by. I would stay here again as it was comfortable, clean and quiet with a lovely big window with a view over the quaint Italian neighborhood

The rooms were located on the 4th floor of an apartment block and was accessed via a quaint lift. The room was clean and comfortable.The apartment is ideally located in the Prati district only a 10 mins walk from the Vatican and 30-40 mins walk to all other major sights. You are only 5mins walk from two Metro stations, so easily accessible via public transport from your airport or centrale train station. The room was cleaned every day during my five night stay and encountered no issues, the proprietor is always contactable via WhatsApp if not personally. The area is quiet with plenty of restaurants and cafes locally. Enjoyed my stay and would return.

The space very clean and beautiful decorated providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What is not to like? We LOVED it. This property captures everything fascinating about Rome. It has layers and incorporating the modern with history was at forefront. This is the spirit of Rome. Everything about the property is top notch from service to location to room accommodation. The staff wants to help you and that is real and felt. Usually by September, traveling can be a bummer because the locals are tired of tourists. This is the first time that I did not feel that in any way. Exceptional staff. We were eloping in Rome during our stay and I cannot say enough positive things regarding the eagerness and helpfulness of the staff. They handled everything even though it was not their job. From meeting and paying my florist, storing my flowers, arranging transport, parking our vehicle… you name it. We would 100% stay here every time we come to Rome. I’ve never said that about anyplace before. It’s thoughtful and well done but not overdone. We visited a few Michelin locations in Rome during this stay and those dusty attitudes could learn many things from this bright and positive property. Class and value all the way. To all of my friends at the front desk, thank you again. You made our stay so enjoyable and unforgettable.

We absolutely love this property. First of all the location is amazing with the Palatine Hill, Colosseum, Caracalla Baths, and Circus Maximus all within easy walking distance of less than 30 minutes. There's the Circus Maximus farmer's market on Sa/Su that is great for picking up the freshest cheeses, pastas and meats. Second, and important for us, the design is superb! The blend of the old with the best of the modern (including technology) makes these apartments delicious enough to stay in for the afternoon or evening just to enjoy the peaceful views. We only stayed for five nights but this is on our list for a much longer Rome stay. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to make tea, coffee, pasta, or you can ping UberEats (which we did). This is an almost perfect property (my very very minor adds would be a full length mirror and a microwave). I highly recommend it for couples or even a family. 24-hour WhatsApp connection with the staff and 24-hour doorman service. We were in room 23 and from the bathroom window you'll see two of the cutest dachshunds ever living next door.

When in Rome.. there are three hot hotels at the moment.. G Rough, Chapter and Rhinoceros! Rhino is so different and special! Wow. The communication with the front office in advance was so great that you already know before that it’s gonna be a great stay. The hotel is part of a gallery or the other way round - they share the same building so you can hop to the latest exhibition. Everyone of the staff was so attentive, even the doorman of the gallery are well informed bout the guests. This is high class service. The rooms are just unique and very beautifully designed - so to say that you sleeping between art. A must see! This is one of a kind. Very clean and spacious. Great Bath products and wow.. that kitchen inside. You can use the buildings rooftop terrace and had offered a very late check-out of two hours more. Thank you!! Now it’s up to you to decide in which room you gonna stay. Tough decision. We see us next time!

We had the most amazing stay at the Rhinoceros. What an amazing jewel of a hotel. The location is perfect - right by the Roman Forum, across the Tiber from the Trastavere for all your foods, and close enough to but far enough from the craziness of the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. The room was astoundingly comfortable and extremely well designed - we got the suite and it was completely worth it. I was so excited to stay at a hotel designed by a Pritzker winning architect, and it was a perfect mixture of a 15th century palace and a 21st century design. Most of all, the staff was so helpful, so cheery, so eager to accomodate. Georgio was the best, and being able to just whatsapp them with any question and get an answer back within minutes (or for them to accomodate our allergies for breakfast) was superb. Thank you to all! When we're back in Rome, without doubt, this is going to be where we stay.

This is an amazing hotel. The location was incredible. Just a short few blocks walk to the Colosseum and Forum. You walk right out of the hotel and are surrounded by history. The room was spectacular with a modern design. The hotel is an immersive, sensory experience. We had a cocktail at the rooftop bar at sunset which was beautiful. The best part of our three night stay was the Rhinoceros team. Everyone was so gracious and accommodating. They really catered to us including a private tour of the art galleries and history of the hotel. Alessandra was the first person we met. She checked us into the hotel and gave us an extensive tour of the room and all of the amenities. When we asked for a dinner suggestion one night, she took the initiative to surprise us by booking a table for us at a wonderful, nearby restaurant. Can’t say enough about how helpful everyone was. Really appreciated this special experience.

De La Ville is a Roma classical hotel that offers a full range of guest services located in the heart of Roma. We were upgraded to a balcony suite. The suite living area was compact and dark while both the bathroom and terrace were bright and large. The rain shower was impressive. Breakfast is the star here and the beautiful restaurant is only open for breakfast. The outdoor terrace is pure Roma in scenery. The buffet features special items like smoked swordfish and tuna along with house smoked salmon. The tomato beans were crazy good. You can order hot items from the menu. Coffee is hot and strong. They have two additional restaurants. Cielo features an outdoor bar on the 6th floor and offers light food items as well. Cielo restaurant is on the 7th floor, rooftop, and the menu is questionable. The other restaurant open for dinner, Cafe Ginori, also has a questionable menu. Sorry when in Roma, at least one restaurant should serve classic Roma food. The concierge recommended La Matricina and it was incredible. Guest services include decent gym, nice spa with ice room, hot and cold baths, steam and sauna and included with your room. The property is located steps from the Spanish Steps, great location. Service for the most part is excellent and the doormen are great for taking care of your needs. Overall, very nice hotel with excellent location and guest services. And breakfast to die for.

My husband I recently stayed at the Hotel de la Ville for our wedding. We wanted to organize a welcome cocktail party the night before the actual wedding, so we decided to book the Cielo Terrace for the event. Miriana – thank you for everything you did for us. We thoroughly enjoyed working with you, and beyond the professional relationship, we also felt we connected with you on a personal level. Miriana took care of every detail from the moment we booked the venue. From the overall timing of the actual event to the food and drinks, from the decor of the space to our stay at the hotel, not only did she take care of everything but she also made our vision come to life. We were so happy with how the event turned out, and we even received such wonderful feedback from our guests as well. My husband and I are very detail-oriented people, and impressing us is no easy feat. Miriana and her team went above and beyond for us; they even delivered a bottle of Champagne and a handwritten note to the room for when we returned to the hotel after the wedding. If you and your partner are looking for a beautiful venue for your special day or if you're just looking for a romantic getaway, we couldn't recommend the Hotel de la Ville enough.

Fantastic experience. Not only because is the best view you could possibly ask for in Rome (directly facing west and the sunset, every day), but also - and especially - for its people. Everyone is genuine, very friendly, and they do transmit the passion they have for this job. There is an overall energetic vibe in the hotel which is hard to describe. Their sister property Hotel de Russie is legendary and one of the most iconic hotels in Italy. However, I can honestly say that Hotel de la Ville deserves not necessarily more, but rather a different kind of attention. It is truly one special place in Rome. I would have loved to see all the green in the courtyard and around the hotel grow. I guess only time will tell...nature takes some time. It will be a privilege to be able to return here once again to watch how the plants grew, and how the people matured and got stronger and stronger, realizing that all in all, what matter the most is how they understood that no one is able to do it all alone. We were in Rome for a wedding so many of us decided to stay there . We are very familiar with their sister Hotel De Russie so didn't expect anything less . It sure lived up to our expectations . I would recommend however to request a courtyard room rather than the street side , it's much quieter because the garbage trucks start their shift at 6 morning and despite the great insulation of the rooms we kept hearing them . Breakfast in the courtyard is really pleasant , the buffet could offer a bit more selection , the menu however has plenty of additional choices . Otherwise we had a fantastic experience i must however warn the location isn't for the faint hearted . We are a fit family so having to climb the Spanish Steps to the return to the hotel wasn't really strenuous for us but some of our friends found it quite challenging .

We loved Hotel de la Ville! It is located on a quiet street in the center of the city, directly above the Spanish Steps. The staff is attentive, warm and helpful and provide a true five-star experience. The rooms feel new, spacious and welcoming and are a great place to unwind. The rooftop restaurant and bar have a gorgeous view of the city and, while expensive, the food and drinks are delicious. In addition to staying at the hotel, we hosted a dinner in the hotel's courtyard. Simona, the hotel's Group & Event Planning Manager, was wonderful to work with. She was friendly, kind and accommodated our various needs. She made it a seamless experience and all of our guests were wowed by the space. I have stayed in various hotels in Rome, but this is by far my favorite, due to the location, staff and restaurant.

Excellent stay, staff extremely helpful and kind, even with my non existent Italian! Lovely location within walking distance of a small town, where I was able to purchase a few items I was unable to pack, including a headtorch! Staff went above and beyond to provide small extras such as offering eggs for breakfast. Highly recommend and will return.

This family owned and operate hotel was beyond anything we imagined. The staff (family that owns/operates) the place is very hands on. At night it was extremely quiet and peaceful. We explored the mountains and nearby towns. Breakfast was nice. The room was excellent. It is a bit drive to get to but well worth the effort.

Albergo nella strada principale. Si va a piedi dappertutto. Gentilezza, pulito, comodo e colazione abbondante e molta varietà. Parcheggio, piscina e ristorante a disposizione dei ospiti. Non abbiamo pranzato ne cenato, ma sentendo altri ospiti, tutto era molto buono. Consigliato!!!

Umbria is the pearl of Italy. Le Macchie offers excellent conditions for both on-site recreation and exploring the region's historical and cultural sites. The conditions are exactly as described. I would especially like to note the cleanliness and order in the rooms, the pool and the recreation area.The quality of water in the pools is monitored daily.The hosts are very hospitable and friendly. Every day Roberto treats guests with seasonal products (fruits, vegetables) from own farm. Do not miss opportunity to try he's yellow water melon! We sincerely thank Adalina and Roberto for the comfort, coziness and home warmth. We dream of visiting Le Macchie again.

Heaven on earth The place is charming, located amongst vineyards, overlooking the city of Orvieto. The room is large and clean, nestled in a beautiful building. The pool is spacious and well maintained. Around the pool there are places to sit and chaise longues where you can simply relax and soak up the atmosphere of Umbria. The garden is stunning in its beauty, and has more other places to relax. The breakfast is excellent, the jams are very special. I will definitely be back

The stay at Le Macchie was absolutely awsome. The place is beautiful, calm, surrounded by vineyards, with georgeous romantic view from the terrace. And the pool is well-kept, clean and warm, situated in a very nice big garden. The owners are great and helpful. I recommend this place to everybody who wants to enjoy Agroturismo Italiano :-)
