Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in Lefkada

The rooms were as described and perfect for our stay. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff courteous and attentive. We most enjoyed the swim up bar in the pool. Would stay here again.

The staff are lovely and very accommodating. We arrived late and they organised some hot food even though kitchen was closed. Pool areas are very nice, sun beds clean and comfy. Swim up bar was great. Breakfast area and food were lovely.

This is a beautiful place to stay. You don't have to go anywhere, you can stay on site and enjoy the beautiful accommodation. However, Lefkada is a beautiful place, and it would be silly not to go out and explore. The breakfast was incredible. The private pool was so much fun for our family. The staff was incredible.

This is a beautiful hotel! It’s spotless clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home.  The environment was pleasant and very welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The architecture, atmosphere, and service were great in this big hotel. This is the place if you are looking for a good hotel with many pools and good food to eat within the complex. The restaurants there are two of the best restaurants in town. In general, they went over and beyond to help us make our stay enjoyable. They have upgraded our room by giving us a room with a private pool, which was extraordinary, and we are thankful for that. We will definitely come back :)

After a shaky start involving an “upgrade” to an inferior room (declined ) we came away from a five night stay with good memories of the Emelisse. It is well laid out across a headland next to the picturesque town of Fiskardo. We had a room with shared pool access (recommended) which was spacious, clean and private. The resort has an impressive swimming pool for all guests as well as one just for adults in a separate quiet area. A small pebble beach with stunning water is a short walk away. Breakfast is excellent. The restaurant provides reasonable lunch and dinner offerings and there are many dining options at Fiskardo (accessible via shuttle at lunchtime and in the evening). Staff are lovely and service is generally very good. If you book a trip to Kefalonia, you should see this part of the island and you should stay at the Emelisse if you do.

I don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful Emelisse is. My husband and I travel a lot and this is hands down one of the most wonderful resorts we have ever stayed in. From the minute we arrived we were welcomed by the amazing staff and were blown away with how picture perfect the entire complex is. We ate amazing food for lunch at the pool bar overlooking the ocean and then went to the Spa. My husband and I both agreed that we had the best massage of our lives!! The many pool options are out of this world both with an adults only infinity pool and a much larger pool overlooking the ocean. At night the staff provide free shuttles to to Fiskardo and pick up (it’s only 5 minutes away). Breakfast was beautiful and it was amazing to sit out and look over another beautiful view. The beach access is one of a kind with access to a full pebble beach but also an amazing experience to sit out on the cliffs and dive in crystal waters. Emelisse is completely special and unique and we are already talking about coming back soon!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We were given a room with direct access to a pool shared by 4 room which was lovely. The breakfasts were amazing with everything from yoghurt and fruit to homemade savoury pastries to beautiful cakes, eggs several ways, freshly squeezed juice, bacon sausage and served on the balcony with view of the ocean. Access to the sea from the rocks just below the pool was spectacular and sunsets to die for. We ate at the pool restaurant several times and enjoyed it each time. The beautiful beach of Emplisi is an easy short walk and was one of our favourites of the holiday. The shuttle bus to Fiskardo goes regularly and makes evenings in the town easy although the walk is also pleasant. Morning yoga was excellent and although we didn't use the tennis and squash court looked well maintained.

Fabulous hotel in the best location with an easy walk into Fiskardo or shuttle if you want it. The pools were beautiful with a short walk down to the sea from the main pool where you could jump in and snorkel. The adult only pool was relaxing and peaceful with plenty of shade. Excellent breakfast. Stunning views. Clean comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.

Breath taking views from our room and a perfect way to wake up each morning. Beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean as well as our own private plunge pool. Amazing beach's and town just a short stroll away. We will definitely be back one day. Highly reccomended.

The location was perfect, 10min walk to the restaurants/shops. The view from the room exceeded our expectations, waking up in the morning to an ocean view and a plunge pool was just perfect for us.Although the water was cold we still made use of the plunge pool! The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved it and cannot wait to be back. Thank you for a brilliant stay 😊👍🏽

I am so glad that I chose to stay here because it was absolutely beautiful and stunning! The property is surrounded by beautiful flowers and greenery that is very well maintained! I stayed in a room with a private plunge pool and was so glad that I did as it was so nice to relax in after a busy day! The views from the deck were absolutely breathtaking! Just out of this world beautiful and gorgeous sunsets! I was very appreciative and extremely happy with the service from the manager Einav as I was celebrating my birthday and they prepared fresh flowers for me in my room, thank you so very much! On top of that, they also helped to arrange many taxi rides for me to various locations within Lefkada, and for this, I was most grateful! The property is about a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of the town and that was very nice to be so close to a variety of restaurants and shops.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in - with a beautiful view (from all apartments/suites). Everything kept nice and clean. Einav was a very kind and quick hostess taking care of every request right away. We stayed in both types of apartments/suites and they are both very fine, but we would recommend the type with the plunge pool. The suite is smaller, but more convenient and the balcony much bigger. There is a supermarket within 5 minutes' walking and within a few more minutes you are in the center (habour) of town/village which is very cozy both during the day and at night with lots of restaurants and (tourist)shops. Vasiliki is a nice place to stay on the island. The nearby beach (2 or 4 km away) is very nice and with good parking. No beach bar or cafe so bring what you need.

The property is at the top of a steep hill with magnificent views to the beautiful Ionian Sea. There is direct access to Agios Nikitas Beach. Our villa was very comfortable with a decent sized private pool. There is a cocktail bar and restaurant on the adjacent property. Our hosts communicated well from the outset and were very helpful and supportive during our stay. We enjoyed a delicious home cooked meal in our villa purchased from our hosts

A combination of an amazing private beach and a villa with a pool having amazing view to the sea. The beach entrance was equipped with sun umbrellas and sun beds. We had everything we needed in the villa. We appreciate the villa host for heping us with our laundary. One note: many stairs are used to get to the villa and to the beach. As a young family it wasnt a problem for as but others with infants or some kind of disability should take that into consideration.

Everything. The view, pool and outdoor areas were gorgeous. The kitchen was very well equipped and the interior space very comfortable. A very clean and well maintained villa in a beautiful location. The private stair access to Milos Beach along with the absolutely stunning views from the pool annd balcony and reserved parking made this the best place to stay in all of Lefkada.

The semi-private pool (we were in a studio for 2 pax, so in one villa you have 2 studios) makes it feel luxurious, good comfortable bed, clean nicely designed studio and lovely views from the balcony, 10 min walking distance from Agios Nikitas (restaurants and boat taxi to Milos beach)

Very nice little villa. We stayed in Villa Maria which was perfect for 4 people. On the ground floor it has a big shared living + kitchen area and a bathroom equipped with a shower. Upstairs it has 2 bedrooms and one shared bathroom without shower/bath, only a toilet. Outside it has a shaded terrace and a 6 by 4 meters pool and privacy wood panels on the sides. In front of the pool is a beautiful olive tree garden on the side of the mountain. We had three air contioning devices (1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room). The host was very nice and friendly. The villas are located aproximately 600 meters from Ag. Nikitas and 5 minutes drive from Ag. Kathisma.

It was very comfortable and quite . Had all the amenities . Pool was very clean and size of the pool was enough to enjoy. Landlord was very kind and respectful person and I recommend everyone to work with him and stay his property.

The view from the apartment is incredible. We had a very quiet pool mostly to ourselves and loved being able to use the pool as and when we wanted. The apartment was well contained and has most things you need. We loved having a quiet balcony looking out over the sunset in the evenings. Demitri was very attentive and responded quickly if we needed something. When we had a flat tyre he went above and beyond to help us fix it before our departure.

The location is a few minutes away (by car) from markets, cafes, restaurants etc., but the view is amazing. The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay including kitchenware, coffee maker, washing machine and a pool with a nice seating area. The host was very nice and helpful.

The service of a 5 star hotel with the privacy of a beautiful well proportioned private villa with a large private pool. We stayed here August 2023 and had a truly wonderful stay. We were a little apprehensive given the property was so new and there we so few reviews online, but it was beautiful and well worthwhile. Stella and her team did a wonderful job looking after us, the breakfasts delivered to our villa each morning was fantastic. Villa was cleaned each day. The view from the villa was stunning and the pool and chairs around the villa lovely. The villa was very new and the fit out was done very well. We really loved our stay here and would recommend it. All villas have a great ocean view of Lefkada and Lefkada bay. Anyone that stays on Lefkada should rent a car to get around, and staying here you’ll definitely need a rental car. Thank you Epiphany Villas, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Villas Epiphany. The villas are very tastefully furnished, the breakfast served daily was delicious and left nothing to be desired. And from time to time we were spoilt with homemade cakes or other treats in the afternoon. We didn't have to worry about anything. The villas are surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. We loved the heated private pool and the view from our terrace down the valley to Lefkada town and the sea and on the other side the green hills of the island. A big compliment to Stella and her team. Stella is an incredibly great hostess, whose very friendly manner and perfect service contributed significantly to a perfect holiday. It was amazing! :)

We completely fell in love with this villa. If usually there is instagram vs reality then this house was far beyond instagram and much much more than we expected. We lived in a dream. Everything was perfect to smallest detail like matching bed linen, pool towels and bath robes. Villa is really modern, comfortable and with fantastic design. From infinity pool you have masmerizing view - sea and mountains. Breakfast was served near pool, previous evening we ordered breakfast via app on ipad and next morning it was served. We really felt like in hollywood movie - everything was fresh and delicious. Villa provides all services so you do not need to leave it - you can order diner from different restaurants with delivery to villa. And we ordered massage service which was held near pool - fantastic relaxing experience. And owner Stella is another story to tell - she is stunning and charismatic. She greeted us and prepared welcome snacks and wine, very nice touch. She is friendly and was available throughout our stay with an excellent suggestions and personal approach. 100% recommend!

As per all the other reviews the service is 10/10 . Stella and her team could not be bettered. Their mission is to do whatever it takes for you to enjoy the holiday and thats what they do. really flexible. breakfast was the treat and all included. Also Stella (and her family!) is maths/econ major so smart cookie. Small things like leaving gift was lovely touch. The villa itself is modern, stylish with stunning views. Outside area and pool are the same, pool was nice and deep and cool - all in all just like the photos. can accommodate and extra person in lounge which we did for 1 night which was great but wouldnt recommend for much longer. Lastly the fact we could book days and not full week was a big benefit, more like a hotel than a villa in that regards.

Amazing architecture!!! The villa was designed and built by outstanding designers and architects. The rooms are big. The bed is very comfortable. There are two closets, a spacious bathroom with an anteroom. Everything is designed with style and many amenities. There is a lovely garden and a pool with a jacuzzi. The pool offers a wonderful view of the bay. The staff is wonderful and responsive. The food is well selected and extremely tasty. The time spent there was amazing, I highly recommend this wonderful place. I will definitely visit again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Veneziano! The villa is curated in every detail, the style is so elegant and the whole atmosphere is super relaxing (away from the main roads which makes it the perfect place if you're not a fan of noises, but still close to beaches.) Manager Ria has been extremely helpful with her advices on activities and best places around the island and she always made sure we were happy with all the services received. We genuinely felt we were taken care of at all times, which was really special! The swimming pool area also went beyond our expectations, it's truly beautiful and the view of the sea and mountains is amazing. At the end of our stay we almost felt like we were leaving our second home, as Ria made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. I would recommend the Villa to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and elegant holiday.

The villa is a monument of mediteranean architecture-roman style,with some maurish influences,everything dedicated to a good quality of life in a hot climate.The swimming pool is joined by a very elegant structure which was initially destinated to be a chapel but now is a kind of “ nympharium “. The patio is a pleasure at any moment of the day.The services are perfect,especially Yra which will help you in any intention you will have about your holliday. In some miles arround you will found a lot of good tavernas and some nice beaches. The most special beaches of the island can be reached in one hour. Hope to meet you again,Yra !

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa with the most helpful Ria and Nia providing delicious breakfasts every day. Our room was huge and spotlessly clean with a daily clean. The infinity pool and beautiful gardens tempted us to spend a day sunbathing and we also enjoyed explored the beaches of Lefkada. We must emphasise that Ria could not have done more for us, even assisting us with help for a family issue requiring translation help. We would return in a heartbeat!! Thankyou so much Ria.

The villa is beautiful and impeccable, furnished and decorated with attention to every detail in the suite and the villa. The exquisite pool and sunbathing area of the villa also offer an amazing view to the bay and we felt so well and enjoyed it there so we did not want to go outside to the nearby beaches.

The villa was very spacious and immaculate. Lots of storage space. Air con was excellent. Screens on the doors keep the bugs outside not in. the pool was gorgeous and the pool area beds and shower great. Bathrooms/showers were excellent. The property and its grounds were fitted out and maintained to a very high standard - beds and other furniture very comfortable. The owners were charming and communication was excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending this villa.

We loved our time in Lefkogea, an amazing place to rewind and rest for the whole family, we enjoyed the surroundings and of course the pool. Easy access to all the island main touristy places ,beaches and main land. We highly recommend the place for anyone who wants to have an amazing time in Lefkada. We will be back for sure.

The host was very involved and helpful. The room had direct pool access, which was really nice. Due to the small number of rooms and guests going on daytrips, it often feels like a private pool. The location being on the west-side of the island made it easy to drive to all of the spectacular beached on Lefkada, with the most popular one even in walking distance.

A very beautiful place! Big , nice smelled apartment with all the amenities. Amazing views at the Ionian Sea, unbelievable sunsets, just stay there and relax. Private pool makes the difference. Breakfast is not served but you can prepare your own , just visit a supermarket. Private parking just outside your door!

The property is in a very quiet, peaceful location with an amazing view. The staff are so accommodating and helpful. They are very responsive and available for anything you might need. The lounge chairs next to the pool are comfortable and the pool is a refreshing temperature. There are clean grills, large refrigerators and a freezer, as well as kitchenware available for guests to use. The rooms each also have a mini fridge. They provide Nespresso pods for coffee. The air conditioning works great. The rooms are modern with a good sized bathroom and large shower. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We would like to come back for a week next time. Their sister hotel has a popup chef event with a nine course meal, including wine. It was delicious and romantic.

Absolutely everything about Eunoia Porto Katsiki was exceptional. We could not believe how lucky we were to find this beautiful new accommodation. We were greeted by the lovely smiley Emma who could not have done more to make sure we had a fantastic family holiday including delivering fresh fruit one morning and freshly made fruit smoothie another. The villa itself is stunning with a really cool vibe, plenty of space for 4, a small kitchen with chilled water in the fridge on arrival, gorgeous bedroom and beautiful bathroom. Our two older teenage kids loved it, especially the pool and outdoor relaxing areas. The view was fantastic with beautiful sunsets every night and the outdoor bbq and kitchen were an added bonus. Katsiki beach is stunning and a great place for a snorkel. The local taverna did delivery within a few minutes and there are several excellent tavernas within a 10 min drive. Brilliant holiday and would definitely go again.

There's life before you see a sunset here, and life after - the entire experience here was excellent. From the communication from the hosts, to the quality of the property, the access to Porto Katsiki, and the stunning beauty, we couldn't have asked for more. Being able to bring your own food and use the outdoor kitchen was great, as we prepared for this and it made for a very cozy experience. The pool is perfect. The layout allows you to have privacy and also connect with other guests if you wish. Both of the GMs, and especially Rebel, were proactive and communicative, helping us with special requests and suggestions, and took time to get to know us during the stay. The rooms are well-sized, and the bathrooms are luxurious. We walked from the property to Porto Katsiki (it was a hike but was fine). We are grateful to have stayed here!

We had such a good time at the villa, beautiful view of the sea and sunset, spacious garden and pool and comfortable bed. Very dog friendly which is a big plus for us as we travel with our pooch everywhere. The host Olga was very lovely and helpful. The villa is close to beautiful beaches and there is also a very good restaurant just down the road (by car).

Very clean, the guest is very friendly and you have all the needed amendities. There is a pool and the guest is making everything for you to feel good.

These villas and apartments are truly spectacular! Clean, relaxing and well equipped. The villas are in a village so there is a store, 2 great restaurants and a bakery a 10 minute walk away. I didn’t have a car but I would recommend getting one if you plan to visit other parts of the island! However, without a car it’s a short taxi ride to Lefkada Town and from there you can walk to Milos Beach Resort and Agios Ioannis beach. There are some really great restaurants down the side streets of Lefkada Town. The thing that made my experience was the wonderful hospitality from hosts, Olga and Spiros. They made me feel so welcome and I really felt like one of the family. Truly special people who represent Greek hospitality at its finest. :)

The separate villas are charming, each with its own private pool - ours had a sea view. Staff were superb. Just a short walk into the village of Agios Nikitas.

Katerina villas are spacious, private, very well equipped and just a few minutes walk to Agios Nikitas. It was so nice to have our own private pool to come back to after a hot day on the beach. The small village of Agios Nikitas is stunning and lined with lovely Greek tavernas. Georgia did a wonderful job at making us feel very welcome and helping us with all our questions. This is a wonderful place we will definitely return to.

The view from every part of the villa overlooking Milos beach is spectacular, better than the pictures. The private pool is so nice and the whole thing place is just very clean and comfortable. It’s a really quick drive to the town just below where there are many great tavernas, markets, coffee etc.

Watching the sun set over the ocean from the private infinity edge pool was spectacular. The location above beautiful Milos Beach was great and we went down via the private beach access path most mornings when it was empty with no crowds. The villa was very well built with beautiful stonework. The kitchen was useful for breakfasts. The air-conditioning worked well. Close to Agios Nikitas which was convenient for lunch and dinner (I highly recommend T'Agnantio taverna). We stayed in a single storey villa which is further down the hill, so more steps down from the road and car parking, but closer to the beach. The double storey villas are at the top, so closer to the road but longer climb down to the beach.

Our host Spiris was extremely helpful and accomadating ., The villa is really well equpied with breathtaking view of Milos beach , and a nice private outdoor space by the pool. The view from the balconys from both bedrooms is spectacular.i would definately book to go back there on my next visit to Lefkada . The only downside was we didnt have the time to stay there for longer . I would highly reccomend this Villa for a great place to stay.

Amazing location with private access to Milos beach, which is in top 3 beaches in Lefkada. Villa is modern, spacious, comes with private 1.55m pool and expansive beach views. Nikitas village is very close by with many restaurants options you can eat at or take out to enjoy in the beautiful balcony.

Everything was great. The architecture of the villa, the location and the quality of everything inside the villa. The view from the villa is amazing and you never want to leave the pool. They fill the fridge with lots of things with no extra change! The kitchen has everything you need and there is also a washing machine. We will definitely visit again!!

Everything is just amazing! The stone house is very cute and modern. The host is extremely polite and he though about everything. The location and the sunsets near the pool are amazing. We expected to be the great place but it exceeded our expectations! Can't wait to go there again!

The whole experience was mind-blowing - the view of the endless sea and the infinity pool that just merges into the sky and the sea. The villa is fully equipped with everything needed for a family and the location is really close to few excellent restaurants.

High standard property, new, well equipped, clean, great pool area, nice small balcony for a morning coffee. Amazing views of sunset and beach. Hosts surprised us with some cheese, wine, eggs and more. 15 minutes drive to Kathisma beach and Agios Nikitas (must have car).

The best villas I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous view, the villa is fully equipped, high quality rooms and high quality service. What I enjoyed the most was coffee by the pool!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a pool. The property was well kept, but slightly dated in places. The 2nd bedroom and bathroom were small in our room. It was however cleaned daily and had comfy beds. The pools were quite shallow I think the deepest was around 1.5m. Lack of sun beds, people would put towels out early morning meaning that it was difficult to find a space. It is on a steep slope, our room was at the top of the slope and the breakfast area main pool and reception were at the bottom. Not for people with mobility issues. All in all a very nice hotel with a good breakfast and very child friendly. Lots of restaurants close by. A car is a must if you want to leave the complex and explore.

Beautifully decorated hotel, rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. Pool areas are lovely with comfortable sun beds. Would definitely consider upgrading to pool room as they looked fab. Breakfast was good. Staff at pool bar and Emerald restaurant very helpful. Staff at reception were not as attentive, knowledgeable or helpful as would have been expected for a 4 star hotel. Manager was rude and constantly spoke over me during an interaction. Food and drinks very overpriced. Shower doors fitted on wrong side of door so bathroom flooded every time it was used. Nikiana itself not the most attractive village, limited choice of restaurants and nowhere to walk or sit in the evening. However, the NV beach bar close by was nice and it is a good base for exploring the area.

We stayed at Crystal Waters for three nights after a week’s sailing holiday. Really good hotel, very comfortable rooms spacious for two adults and two older teenagers. Our room had a pool view and a partial sea view which was lovely. Rooms very clean lots of attention to COVID practices around the hotel. Delicious cocktails and very attentive staff around the hotel, great swimming pools and comfy sun loungers. We also went down to the beach and had a swim there which is only five minutes walk from the hotel. Overall very good stay and we would go back

From the moment we arrived to the when we left two weeks later, Crystal Waters was an oasis of calm and relaxation. The layout of the hotel, spread around 3 super pool areas was excellent and gave it much more of a resort feel. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent, both for the wide range of breakfast options and the excellent dinner choices. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and happy to indulge my attempts at the Greek language. If the opportunity arises, we will most definitely return to Crystal Waters.

Very nicely decorated, newer property. It's not that close to anything, but luckily they do have a shuttle service you can reserve for a reasonable fee. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pools are also quite nice. There's not a ton of stuff nearby to walk to though. The included Breakfast buffet was a highlight. Tons of food to choose from. Dinner was ok. Plating at atmosphere was fancy, but the taste ranged from meh to solid. Overall I would still stay again, purely for nice accomodation near-ish Lefkas.
