Most modern and close to main attractions hotel we could find. The pool was more like a kiddie pool - shallow and no more than 12 people would be comfortable. The restaurant was out of most menu items when we went for dinner (only went bc it was raining). It makes me think that they don’t keep it stocked bc they aren’t busy. But the staff were great and really helpful! Overall, we’d stay again for the clean, modern rooms and proximity to the downtown area.

I really enjoyed my stay! I was not too sure about it, so I only booked one night! After staying there, we de used to extend our time here. It is very convenient! The rooms are spacious, clean, welcoming, and beds are super comfortable. The hotel has a great restaurant and bar! Andar, our bartender was great! The front office suggested we go try Las tias restaurant for lunch! We did, and we were super satisfied! Strongly recommend this place!

It was a great experience, the staff went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. Came in to a beautiful room and a tray of fresh fruit was waiting for us. Along with two large bottles of water. The restaurant at the hotel was the best and freshest food. They have a farm to fork approach for all their food! Will definitely stay again!

Very nice place. Everything is good, except two things I didn't like; there's no elevator, so if you're carrying heavy luggage, you have to use the stairs and perhaps making several trips upstairs. The other one is a dirty pool. It was a hot day and wanted to go cor a swim, but after seeing the pool, I decided no to. The water filter was not running, or maybe it didn't have one. Other than those couple of things, everything is good.

Nice hotel with quite good location. Quite far from center, but road connection is ok. Nice rooms, quiet pool and good breakfast . Fair prices. Internet is not very fast, but it is free. Free parking just next to the hotel.

It is a good hotel with a great location, closer to a big shoe outlet (MULZA), next to a good quality steak buffet (La Vaka), the hotel is nice and well maintened, the pool is small and colder, but it has a nice garden with games and slides for kids. The included breakfast is good if you only want fruit, cereal, cookies, coffee and juice, and if you want some eggs or ham, it has an additional cost, so finally is a good hotel in a friendly neighborhood.

A Very clean and confortable establishment with spaciuos rooms. Incredibly quiet rooms with modern amenities, including free wifi. Nice open , private pool área. Large dining area within atrium space.. Located two blocks from Plaza Mayor, a large, modern shopping mall and nearby to some nice eateries. One block away is a new casino. A few complaints: although the individual rooms are climate controlled (great working a/c!), the atrium ceiling makes some of the common areas rather warm. Additionally, rooms do not have a minibar with a fridge and there is no store on site for last minute items you may have forgotten to pack. Overall , 4 of 5 stars.

This is a wonderful hotel in Leon! The staff welcomed us so well and spoke impeccable English too. They were so helpful and could not do enough to make us comfortable. The room was amazing. It was large, very clean and well equipped. The coffee machine was great and the hand made chocolates were a welcome addition too. The bathroom was amazingly spacious as was the walk in shower! There were plenty of towels, bath robes and slippers. I would want to come back again! There breakfast was brilliant and the pool area and gym looked great too.

Rooms were nice and tidy when we arrived, pool was clean and not freezing cold, finally the best part was the breakfast buffet. Food was really REALLY good, we were a large group of 11 and everyone was very satisfied with our stay. Will book again next time I am in town.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is my second time staying at the Crowne Plaza, and it surely won't be my last. The rooms are comparable to US hotels. The pool is nice, well kept and indoors. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Recently stayed at the Metria hotel for 7 nights and rented 3 separate rooms. We were in Leon visiting family and for my daughter’s baptism. The hotel was excellent. The service was amazing. The front desk, doormen, housekeepers were the best. We stayed in room 512 and the housekeeper kept our room spotless everyday. The pool is kept very clean and heated. The spa was amazing. Rosie gives the best massages!!! We will definitely be back. The only workers that weren’t very nice were the hostesses at the restaurant they acted quite snobby with my sisters. Everyone else working in the restaurant were very kind. We will definitely be back to stay in the future. Do not hesitate to book this hotel. It is a great place to stay and you will not regret it.

Clean, new hotel, nice bed, decent size room, safe walking around. Decent restaurant, there’s sushi beside the building and a vips restaurant across the street. Also big grocery store with ATM inside. Like the whirlpool hot tub beside the pool and the gym. One of the reasons I decided to stay here was the Netflix but didn’t work in the smart tv not even with the app phone. Shower hose didn’t work, asked twice to get it fix.

We enjoyed our stay, shower was nice and big. Location was very convenient to the state fair that was on while we were there. The restaurant had good variety and was good. The pool was the only thing that looked like it needed to be cleaned. The women cleaning our room and every one working there were very attentive and very friendly. We would stay here again. Great service from all staff in general, nice hotel with a pool and whirlpool hot tub, there’s a restaurant across the street and a big grocery store. Also you can take the Bus to the airport outside the store (chedraui) they had free live music on Saturday and Thursday. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel

Would definitely stay again! The only issue we had was we were asked to leave the pool area for bringing outside food. Only in house food is allowed, I just wish we were told ahead of time. Other than that service and the hotel were excellent. They even have infant cribs!

We needed a shuttle from the airport last minute at midnight because the car rental we set up fell through. It took a couple tries to get in touch with a live person, but they picked us up no problem. The next day around 10am however thr shuttle service back to the airport was not available according to a reception girl so we got her to call us a taxi. She seemed inexperienced and she didn't voluntarily offer any assistance so we had to push her a bit. We saw the shuttle drive in and waved him over and asked us if he would take us and was very willing to do it and quickly obliged. Over all though the Hotel was clean and comfortable and nice, they offerd a good local style continental breakfast And i would habe tried out their indoor pool if I had a longer stay there

I unfortunately stayed one night for a few hours didn't get to try the breakfast nor the pool or check the other amenities outside the room. The room was very clean stayed in a king size bed very comfortable clean im very satisfied and will be staying more!! The shuttle is free from the hotel to the airport! Once you check in male sure you tell them you will like to schedule one! I checked and later onabout this i was lucky I got a spot! Although i was solo i will be bringing my family's next time!

Drove in the night before my flight back home. Rooms are very big and clean. Bed was very comfortable. I think the pool should stay open longer as it closes at 8p. The shuttle service is very fast and prompt. I will be staying here on my next visit to GTO.

This hotel is close to the airport around 3 minutes driving also 15 minutes walking , the hotel is very good with pool and continental breakfast i really enjoyed.

This is an excellent option if you are traveling to Leon. It is a brand new property and the service is excellent. We stayed for 5 nights and we could not be more satisfied with the service. They offered a free complete breakfast not the generic continental breakfast that other places offer. Pool and gym are very nice and complete. The only bummer was that they do not have a license to sell alcohol yet, but per an attendant, they're working on getting it, which is obviously true because they have a big bar next to the restaurants and a big screen for sports, only need the drinks now! Overall this was a wise choice for me and my wife. Location is really good, you just need to uber about 5 minutes to get to downtown, or you could always try the bus, which is a straight shot on the same blvd. and get there in 20 min tops. Very nice stay!

This Hotel is conveniently located on an important Blvd, close to the fair grounds, shopping malls, the most important exit of the City and it has a nice restaurant for breakfast, which is clean and healthy. Perhaps I would like them to change the breakfast menu everyday. For now, it's the same every day. But the attention is great, and friendly. Clean rooms and quiet, with sn impressive view of the city, especially at night. I like to come here everytime I visit Leon. Lots of patking as well. Swimming pool, gym, laundry service to your room. There are 3 elevators and private access with prox cards.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Leon Guanajuato, Mexico. The hotel staff was so cordial, especially Fabian who went above and beyond to recommend some local attractions. His form of hospitality made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future. The hotel was clean and we enjoyed the warm swimming pool. Me and ny partner enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we went to the pool, and there we stood a long time. Rooms were clean, and the bed was comfy. Definitely i would stay there again, accomodation was great!

I loved everything, front desk was amazing very helpful and curteous. The food at hotel was exceptional. I enjoyed many varieties such as french toast, fruit platter, FRESH squeezed orange juice. Great Hamburgers, fries, they had everything. Very clean and my room was cleaned daily with fresh clean sheets! Our cleaner was very sweet and everyone at the hotel is very friendly. Everyone says good morning and makes you feel very welcome❤️

Excellent facility, the pool is just what you need to have a good time, the gym has enough privacy and the seats near of the lobby to read or just to have a drink let you relax to continue enjoying. For my is excellent the location because is enough near to the highway to drive to the airport or Silao event to drive to Leon and visit the commercial zone.

Bed was comfortable, pillows were awesome, pool was clean! Food was great!

Place was nice to stay at and felt secure since you only have access to whatever floor your room is on. We didn’t like that our linen was dirty in two rooms and our fridge didn’t work. The staff did change our linen and brought new fridge. The other thing we didn’t like was that we were told we can book a shuttle and it had to be done the day before. Shocker the staff said that’s not a service they provide. They gave an excuse that the shuttle only operates from 3am to 11pm we had to be at the airport at 2am. They wouldn’t order a cab for us and told us to use Uber. In the end after enough of the parties traveling to the airport complained they ordered a shuttle. The pool was nice but not heated like advertised. The food was great highly recommend the steak tacos (beware of the peppers they’re hot) and the hot wings. Alcoholic drinks are super watered down we honestly thought there was no alcohol in the drinks. Other than that the place is nice and we felt safe. Also only like a 5 minute ride to and from the airport.

The room we had was big with kitchen, living room with 50" tv and king size bed with 50" tv. Air conditioner. The restaurant food was great and the room service was great! The staff at the check in could be little more professional. I drop off my laundry (front desk) Wednesday afternoon didn't get it back until Thursday night at 10pm. They didn't tell me why it took so long. I think they forgot about the laundry and one of the staff saw it the next day on the floor and sent it out to get it washed..

The staff was extremely nice and gave us terrific service. We had an incident where we burned popcorn in the microwave, the alarm went off, there was smoke everywhere and the staff rapidly took care of it. We even had an employee bring us popcorn without us asking because we burnt ours. That was a very nice gesture and thought.

We chose this Hotel because we needed something close to the airport and being it at the Outlet meant we could do some shopping without the need to drive. Location: The hotel is located at the Shoe Outlet and right next to it is the clothing outlet so really you have tons of options to shop around. As a Plus there is a Starbucks just outside for all of us coffee addicts. Hotel: The Hotel has a very nice modern look, you can see it is brand new and the price is amazing. It is really a business hotel so not much to do here except have breakfast and go out. Room: This is what really impressed me. I didn't expect it to be so nice considering the price paid. Room looks amazing and they even include a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee maker, hey its the little things that make a big difference. Would definitely stay here everytime I return to the city

Clean and new, nicely decorated and furnished. They need to provide a list of tv channels as I had a hard time finding a channel I liked. Service is good. Breakfast, included, could be improved slightly to include cut fruit and yogurt for instance. The location is perfect for shopping at outlets which are walking distance. Also to a main highway which is great if you are driving. Parking is included and is quite handy. I had a problem with a noisy neighbour but it was promptly resolved by the courteous staff. Overall, a lovely and comfortable place to stay.

The hotel is conveniently located at Mulza. I had all the stores literally around the corner. The staff was really nice and one of them helped me to get a little tour around the city. They were super friendly. After visiting the stores, going to a concert and arriving late to my room, I was able to order food at the little restaurant inside the hotel, I was planning to sit and wait, but the lady offered to take it to my room. I’m really happy with my experience and I’m definitely coming back.

The location of this hotel is a shoe lovers paradise. It is located within a shoe outlet centre with about 50 beautiful shoe shops and within short walking distance of a clothes outlet centre. The customer service was excellent, the rooms are clean and well appointed. My only complaint is the pillows, they are mini pillows instead of full size pillows. The mini pillows are uncomfortable and I had to request extra pillows to make 1 semi-comfortable pillow. Otherwise, an excellent hotel with plenty of parking.

Everything was great, the only issue was that we went to shopping and come back to our room wasn't clean no fresh towels no toilet paper refill, we also request an airport shuttle but wasn't available for the time we request but they can get a taxi cab for the same price as the hotel shuttle (250 pesos) but when we arrive to the airport the taxi cab driver charge us 400 pesos

Just steps away from the bus station and shopping in leather district. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable and offered amenities such as free coffee and water. Indoor swimming pool was nice and warm. Staff were always friendly and helpful. McDonnalds was right next door as well as other food venues. Best nights sleep.

Staff were friendly, room was great, the bar in the lobby was great. No complaints - maybe would've complained if I wanted to use the pool, as it was out of service.

We loooooved this hotel, it's brand new. We compared it to a few nice hotels we have stayed in in the US. Super friendly staff, most are learning English which was great for me as my hubby and in-laws are fluent in Spanish as their first language but I'm still learning. There is a free breakfast with your stay, soft robes to wear, clean gym and media room. We will definitely come back next time we come visit my in-laws family. Thank you Soleil Hotel!

I loved the place and location, excellent facility. I recommend selecting Soleil as your first option to stay at Leon, is near to the downtown, and easy to access the main streets at Leon. You will have lunch on the last floor and you choose between a seat indoors or outdoors... for me this experience was the best that I experienced because is very quiet, the personnel is very gentile and ready to support you. Double recommendation!

I had a very enjoyable time at this hotel. I found it in an ideal location, very close to the city center and all the attractions. The staff was very accommodating. The food was good, and the hotel amenities were high-quality. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent staff. Room was gorgeous. 4th floor Dining was very nice with breakfast buffet at a good prices . Also had outside dining seating with overlook of the city 24 hour room service . Very clean. Had a gym available. Close to shopping and dining. Would definitely recommend. Very pleased

Great Hotel closed to major avenues. Super comfortable and great view from part of the city. Do not miss the pool in the terrace.

Hotel Noite was a great experience 👌 it was very clean. Great staff! Great morning buffeet every day we were there! I really enjoyed the view from the bar/pool on the top floor. Overall excellent experience. My only complain is that when we fisrt arrived the lady at the front desk insisted that the hotel stay had not been paid which I told her was not true as I had paid in advance she charged my card only to call me back after I checked in to tell me she had made a mistake and that I was correct. She said she would return the payment to my card and that it would take 72 hrs. We stayes at Hotel Noite for 7 days and I never received my money back! I had to make a claim at my bank for this refund.

This is a fantastic hotel en Leon, Gto. Mexico. I love the instalations with the pink and carrera marble. The fountain, the swim pool and the shopping galery. Loved the white and comfortable linens, the bed and the room. The restaurant serves geat food too! Thank you, keep up the hard work and excellence in your services.

I found my room to be clean, large and very quiet, just the right combination for a good night sleep. Breakfast was included and it was well-stocked with juice (green and orange), plenty of fruit (truly large trays), yogurt, cereal, chilaquiles, beans, etc., and dinners were quite satisfactory too (I tried arrachera, guacamole, chicken soup, salmon, house wine)..........but the best part was the outstanding service-oriented attitude of Susy and Sophie in the lobby, Claudia and Sophie (another Sophie) in the bar and Paula and Jorge in the dining area. I found them personable, efficient and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests were well-taken care of in said areas (lobby, bar, dining).......this must be one of the best kept secrets in Leon........I am sure the rest of the employees in this hotel are also superb individuales, but I can only mention the ones I interacted with........my deep appreciation to those excellent employees..................

I had a nice 3 day stay here, after a 20 minute ride from the airport. Airports small but efficient, no problems arriving or leaving. Room was ok, a view of the city from my 5th floor room, bit aged in the romm, but a magnificent satelite system w/over 400 channels. Comfortable bed and pillows and the BR had all necessary ammenities, hot water wwhen needed, with excellent maid service. The elevator was a bit slow. Free business center on the 2nd floor, but 2 of the 4 pc's didn't work & no printer. Inside pool, I didn't use, but others did , I oberved, throughout the day. I ate breakfast 2x in the restaurant, $160 pesos, quite good, all-inclusive. Walked one day, 10 mins away, to the leather center, go north, for incredible, cheaply priced, high quality goods. The ONE thing that was BAD, was the front desk; no care or concern about anything.Did their jobs ok, but not as much as a smile, except for Luisa, who was excellent, so , if I had to go to the desk, made sure she was there. Management needs to train these folks on customer relations.

Nice pool, comfy beds, great water pressure. Also pretty decent buffet for adults and kids eat for free. The menu has a great variety of meal and they were very well prepared.

The location, the pool and the restaurants

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn in Leon. The staff was always attentive, friendly and pleased to serve. We could not have asked for more. Sometime has passed since our return so I may not remember all names but here are a few - Adrian, Oscar, Mariol and many others who are naturally good at hospitality. Given our limited spanish and their level of English, we found communication to be no problem at all. The breafast choice was superb and a nice way to start the day. Thanks to all of you at Holiday Inn who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The city of Leon has very interesting aspects, we enjoyed our trip to the Piel (Leather) market which is a must do if you visit the city and also our visit to Universad De La Salle. The trip to Guanajuato is like a passage back in time from the Momias Museum to the Kiss Alley to our trip up the mountain at the foot of De Cristo Rey statue, we were delighted. It was wonderful to see how modern and ancient architectural styles seamlessly co-exist. Not too many international tourists in this part of the country like Playa del Carmen or Cancun, so do not expect man on the street to be familiar with the English language. Despite this, we did not have too much of a problem communicating because of the helpful nature of the residents. Also public transportation between cities is excellent and easy to navigate.

This hotel is very well located. Very close to the convention center, across from a large store and close to downtown. The 5th floor is reserved for club members and everyday at 7 (am,pm) coffe and/or tea and cookies is served at the lounge area. The restaurant breakfast buffet is excellent. The staff is very courteous and they can extend your check out on asking, which they did for me. Just be sure to reprogram your key.

Radisson, my first time to stay , was pleased with service and the staff. Elizabeth went out of her way to get my directions and plans perfect, front desk. Another man actually went tp pharmacy for meds for a stomach Mexico problem! I could not even walk to next door, I am alone and don’t want a challenge, as I had had a bad taxi ride prior. So they made sure I took Uber,what a wonderful Safe way to go, & cheaper. OK room service was great, was spoiling myself with it 3times. Fast and I liked the soft boiled Mexican style eggs, with melted cheese. Tops the buffet, for me but it was nice also. Went into the gym for 3 hours, small but not more than 2people, the best vibe was the waterfall just out the door, sounded so nice. Pool was fine and you can eat poolside as well. Had a wonderful massage, de stressed, and left well and revived. Thanks to all, will be back. Soon.

Everything. Very clean and comfortable. The most impressive for me was the breakfast, particularly the skill of the cook at the grill, who made a great omelette for me. The buffet was excellent, as well. Enjoyed the pool, but even more liked playing pool. Lastly, we were there for an early flight, and the shuttle service was good.

Hotel is new good pool,good bar,good gym, good bed,good tv, good water pressure and hot water, close to poliforum, good value, airport shuttle, good buffet breakfast, pleasent staff, pool table, overall good experience with lots of restaurants near by, quiet area off the main highway. Would stay again on business trips. Roger the bartender was great and they have an excellent jazz singer in the lounge every night good WiFi

overall the hotel was good, the only issue that I had has that if the pool is open until 10pm, they were asking us to leave the pool 15 minutes earlier.

I only have positive comments about the hotel. The rooms are really comfortable and the staff very polite and helpful. We loved the pool. It was a shame that the bar was closed this time as we used to enjoy a drink or two listening to nice live music. Definitely one of my favorite hotels.

Hotel is amazing for someone that is semi familiar with Leon and is looking for a quiet but close to downtown place to sleep. Not super fancy and no real added amenities. But then again that is good, no kids screaming in the pool or halls.

I can not say enough positive things about this boutique hotel in the city center of Leon. It is only a few short blocks from the main plaza area with restaurants and shopping. And they have added a lot of new bars and restaurants in the area in the last few years so the location is amazing. Not to mention it stays busy even late into the night so it is safe to wander around and go out for dinner or drinks. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and luxurious. I felt like I was back in the states staying in South Miami or something. They have a cool restaurant upstairs that serves your complimentary breakfast on the terrace with views over the rooftops of the surrounding area. They also have a small library with a computer and printer if you needed it. The room itself was great with a beautiful bathroom and complimentary toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and we had enough pillows and a comfy duvet. The decor I think was what won me over when picking this hotel and for the price? Forget about it. You definitely need to book this hotel if you are staying in Leon and want easy access to everything. I took an uber from the hotel to the airport at 4am and had no issues. It was about $10 dollars for a quick 20 minute ride as there was no traffic at that time. You just have to use the phone on the front desk to get someone to unlock the front door as they lock it at night, but they were very quick about it. I will definitely be coming back here on my next visit!

Just about everything was excellent....surprising modern hotel in the historic zone of Leon that is located within 3 blocks of the zocalo. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious served in a lovely corner of the hotel. Our check-in was smooth albeit I had made a mistake by not booking 2 rooms but Valeria made it right with another room at expedia price. The only negative comment is regarding the day receptionist. I made inquiries about finding a schedule for the bus and on our departure we requested a receipt...he had no clue about how to do either - he had absolutely no english. I speak enough spanish to get by but when I requested a receipt by showing him the receipt book all he could manage was to shuffle some papers back and forth then refer to the computer with a completely dumbfounded look. The young woman that worked the evening had great english and was very competent and pleasant.

We travel to Leon about twice a year to deal with family business and have stayed at a different place each time. However, after our stay at Othelo, we've found our home and will definitely be staying there again. The entire facility is tastefully decorated and the rooms are updated and modern. The hotel is very well kept and clean. All the staff there were friendly and helpful. Parking is nearby, about half a block away but very accessible. The neighborhood is somewhat residential and the only complaint we had was about a barking dog (obviously out of the control of management). Breakfast is very good but a limited menu - the cost is reasonable but there is an additional charge for anything other than toast and fruit. Othelo is an excellent place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They were very prompt in meeting our every request. At first, it didn't look like the photos, but it was very good - just that the photos had more light. It was very quiet and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The restaurant was closed for dining, but they would cook deliver meals to your room (due to covid). The staff treated us like we were the only ones staying there--very personalized service. They let us choose the room we liked best and also allowed us to check in very early. There is no elevator and only 3 floors. I will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was solid for a layover before going to Guanajuato. Flight got in late, and it's only five minutes from the airport at a very low price. Hotel has clean rooms that are small but modern. Great cost cutter to spend more money on fancier places in Guanajuato and San Miguel. Includes free breakfast with a few hot items, not the best, but good enough to start the day on continuing with your journey. When I was there, there was also a large contingent of federal police also staying there. Gave it a 5 based it being a great value.

We really like this chain hotel ever since we lived in ONE Playa Del Carmen during our Cancun trip last year. So when we planned Mexico City and surrounding area this year, we all booked ONE hotels wherever we can find one. It never disappoints. For seven consecutive days, we stayed three nights in Mexico City, one night in Queretaro, one night in Silao, one night in Guadalajara, and two nights in Puerto Vallarta. We like them all. Delicious free breakfast. Very comfortable and clean, with very reasonable price. We will definitely choose ONE chain hotel when we visit Mexico again!

O was welcomed by the hotel manager( not going to mention her name for privacy ) who was very professional , with a great attitude and smile. She checked me in explaining the new safety protocol of the hotel in response to Covid. She even give me a little box with a mask hand sanitizer and some disinfectant towels. The room was very clean , almost immaculate. With sound profs windows and a blackout shades. I will definitely consider stay here again.

So close to the airport it’s a great 1-night stay. 100MX/person ($2) taxi ride from the airport 8 mins away. The desk manager checked us in at 9p and helped us order dinner to be delivered. By the time we got to our room and got settled the delicious meal had appeared dor $4 including a beer!!

It is the best. Very close to tge airport amd food was good. The only thing was I asked for taxi service and there was a guy that looked like that worked for the hotel and he charged 200 pesos but Uber charged 39 pesos. The taxi service is the only thing that dampened the experience.

All of it. Sleeping like on clouds was the best around. Pool. Next door delicious food. Just made sweet bread. Popcorn welcome treat. Tv size. Extras like toiletries. Having a living room area. Kindness of staff.
