We were lucky to get upgrade for a room with a warm private pool, I was great for the October.

Overall a very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly, not annoying. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful. There are several pools and they are not very crowded. The rooms are clean, there are additional creams and hygiene products. We had a room with a private pool - very cool, the pool is refreshing. The location of the hotel is a small town 15 minutes from the beach. A very atmospheric village - with a large number of restaurants of Greek and European cuisine.

everything is perfect in this hotel : - beautiful hotel, it feels like a small village - two heated pools including one with a pool bar inside - beautiful rooms (I asked for an upgrade during my stay, so I had a private pool with sea view, it was awesome, I recommend it) - the food was excellent - staff was super super nice - yoga session some days - special night events some days - special phone application of the hotel where you can find everything about the different events - you can also order from the snack bar or the kitchen through the app I will definitely come back ! thanks

We booked the room with a private pool, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. The standout aspect of our stay was the excellent service from the hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel welcome, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The waitstaff at breakfast were also very attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Additionally, the hotel pools were lovely—clean, well-maintained, and provided a very relaxing atmosphere.

Fantastic stay at Nana Princess Suites. We stayed in a private pool room with an ocean view. We had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. This hotel provides the highest level of attention to detail and service. One of our favorite stops in Greece. We stayed in the bed and breakfast special, and paid for our dinners which were reasonably priced. We enjoyed the private pool, ocean view, and room service options (try the American breakfast special!). An overall great stay.

From the moment I arrived at Nana Princess I knew it was going to be a special holiday. A glass of champagne, a pen with my name on it to complete forms and a tour of the resort all with minimal fuss. The rooms are a technology delight, the private pool, the main pool, the pool bar, the staff, breakfast, restaurants, all simply perfect. The spa is definitely worthy of an experience too. I went to the Nana Princess solo, and throughout was made to feel very welcome - it was fine to be on your own. I can't wait to return and experience this spot of paradise in Crete again!

Amazing. Everything from the start of check in to check out the staff was amazing. The room and the private pool with the view, wow. The food options were plenty and breakfast was delicious every morning, the property was gorgeous the best part aside from the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, was the staff who made our stay so relaxing and fun. Paela and Kosta at the pool bar, are so entertaining and personable they made the cold pool water enjoyable.

The hotel itself was beautiful and worth everyone if it’s 5 stars but the staff really make the difference (and if I could give them 6 stars I would). Attentive, always happy and chatting with an approach that felt genuine and not because they were told to. One if the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The food was excellent both breakfast and the restaurants, plenty of options for sunbathing either with your own private pool, 3 other pools or free cabanas on the beach. Absolutely awesome

From the 5 Star welcome, which included the hostess receiving us with beverages,tour of the property and helping us to familiarize ourselves with the hi-tech features in our room, to the excellent breakfast and overall experience, it is definitely a class of its own. We stayed in a seaview room which also came with a private pool. The room was well furnished, including blackout curtains, and they always maintained the room by making the bed in our absence and also left sweet treats and wine for us. The review will not be complete without mentioning the guest relations staff. Angeliki and Sofia were the two staff members who ensured we had a comfortable stay and answered all our questions about the hotel, the general area, dinner recommendations etc. They were extremely friendly and helpful and were there to greet us at breakfast and later in the evening. When there was a technical issue with the TV in the room, Sofia appeared right away and helped us figure it out and also had the technician show up immediately. She was informative about the village (Chersonissos), While we immensely enjoyed their excellent breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, baked goods etc., and the hospitality during the breakfast, our stay would have been perfect if the restaurants offered more choices of vegetarian dishes for dinner. We dined only one night in the restaurant as the options were quite limited for vegetarian entrees and sides. Hoping to see more vegetarian options during our next visit.

Awesome location, the activities were very nice. And we really enjoyed the waterpark. The restaurants buffet choices were quite a lot and really yummy food. The private pool for our room and the closeness to the beach made all the difference and we really enjoyed a lot.

Really nice stay, lovely hotel with exceptional restaurants! The main pool, beach and surrounding areas were lovely, the adult pool looked extra special but we were there as a family so couldn’t use it (think you do have to pay extra for this pool too). Really liked all the bars dotted around the complex, the Aperol Spritz one was a nice addition. Also highly recommend the cocktail bar- It did some good quality drinks in a lovely setting!

It was our 5th visit to Creta Maris. We have an 8 year old daughter and this hotel is perfect for us. It offers lots of swimming pools, beach is very close to it (right there), beach is sandy with tiny pebbles on one side (the other side has big rocks, but the clean sandy side is big enough for all the guests to swim), the water is crystal clear. There are enough chairs on the beach, by the pool people do reserve them and sometimes the stuff removes towels. This caused the physical fight between guests and one agressive family was even removed from the hotel. The food is great, we stayed mainly in the main buffet restaurant as there is everything there. But who goes 1st time - other restaurants are definitely worth trying. Bungalo area is very quiet. The territory of the hotel is big, also hilly. Stuff is very friendly, the service is very good.

Great resort. A lot of activities for all (adults, kids, seniors). A great place to spend quality time with family especially for those with kids. Professional staff ready to help and make your stay as enjoyable as they can. Delicios fresh food with great Greek flavour as aspected. Our stay was in the nice, clean bungalow near the pool with a beautiful sea view. Even if your stay is not in the main building all the facilities (restaurants, pools, bars etc.) are at 2-3 waking minutes away.

Overall everything was great. We enjoyed our stay. Adult area in the pool was a good idea, as we were separated from the main pool. It was calm and they were not allowing any kids there. Food was delicious but they could improve dessert variety as they were serving mostly the same ones everyday at the main Restaurant.

The buffet breakfast was great with loads of choice. The hotel had lots of different seating areas depending whether you wanted sun or shade, pool, beach or bar. Our swim up pool was a real bonus and all the staff were really friendly and helpful.

We stayed in an amazing room with private pool overlooking sea, room was great, service and food in all restaurants was fantastic, we enjoyed breakfast each day in the Crete restaurant overlooking the beach. We would love to go back for another holiday!

Our stay was amazing! first we were upgraded to a room with a shared pool that was so much fun! its basicly like a private pool (5 rooms shared) but big not like the tiny private pools you get for one room. the hotel is perfect for relaxing, pool is great, the cleanless is top!! sparkling everywhere. breakfest was perfect. as Kosher keeping jews we had a great selection of raw fruits and veggies, coffee, juice . id defeinetly go there again. and its 10 minute drive from the only Kosher restaurant in Crete (yamanis)

Beautiful resort, perfect view and great location about 10 minutes by car from Hersonissos. The breakfast was excellent and fresh, our room with private pool was incredible. Very clean, little treats and water bottles everyday, very nice beach and pool area. Perfect for relaxing and also a good spot to head out from to travel around the island.

I was in the room with the private pool which was great, the staff was really helping of course the famous Dimitria that brought us fruit and white for my birthday :) the staff in the kitchen was very helpful as well and overall experience was very welcoming and also many sweet cats!

Junior Suite with private pool was amazing and the room was spacious. Lunch and dinner included in our all inclusive was really good. Cleaning of the room was efficient and quick with minimal disturbances. The hotel is not too far from attractions and events.

The room with the private pool was exceptional - we've had the most relaxing holiday in a while. I 100% recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place where to switch off completely from work/life stress. The food was overall very good and although the vegetarian options were sometimes limited, the staff was more than happy to help us out with alternatives - that was incredibly appreciated! The overall atmosphere was great and it felt very inclusive - adult families, couples, and even solo travellers.

We booked 2 x private pool suites between a group of 4 of us. Both rooms were stunning. We unfortunately had a slight issue in one of the rooms which resulted in us being moved, but the staff were excellent and very helpful with the room switch. The hotel manager came to us personally and offered us late check out for free as a good will gesture, as we had a late night flight. We would 100% book this hotel again.

It was one of the best all inclusive experience. We booked a room with private pool looking at the beach, not sure whether I get similar views anywhere around. Staffs were patient especially animation team were fantastic and the way they take care our children as their own. We booked in early April, their water parks were not open till April 5th which was disappointing but they kindly arranged a free visit to nearby waterpark for free. Only advice is book in May/June when the adventure clubs are fully open.

Lyttos has been the ultimate place for relaxation for many years. The resort was perfectly prepared for the Corona situation. The staff was in a constant cleaning process, around the pool/restaurant/ rooms/shops. Everyone was honestly greeting each guest, spreading some positive vibes….the staff cleaning the pools/watering the plants/housekeeping/restaurants staff. The impressive buffets still exists, however no self-service in Corona times so you will be served. Lyttos is the “all inclusive experience” really worthwhile. Buffets are creative and yummy, drinks in the pool bar endless, relaxing zones in cooler areas, a private beach with clean water you can see the bottom of the sea, never too overcrowded, a supermarket and also a shop with high class swimwear, clothes etc. the waterpark is a dream for kids. You have the choice each day between different restaurants, you only have to book them before but no more expense, the Asian or Cretian one with the view to the sundown. You can rent bikes, play golf, do wellness, all within Lyttos. The shows each night for the kids and for the adults are entertaining. The rooms have been designed to fit customers needs, coat hangers for wet swim-clothes on the balcony, safe, microwave, fridge. All around tropical palm gardens. One can book apartments with own pools. One time Lyttos, always Lyttos. 12 points out of 10, no criticism at all!

Lots of nice pools including a full olympic sized lap pool and many other various pools. Lots of water slides, pools, and playgrounds for kids. Great food in the main dining hall, and several nice restaurants (all are buffet style but the food was very good). Well kept, smoothly run, friendly staff.

Great hotel, great staff, great food. We stayed there as family of two adults and two kids, using two separate rooms. Hotel is settled in a large area and has its own pools, outdoor theater, large pool bar / snacks area, tennis courts, beach, all inclusive restaurant, supermarket, gym and other facilities. First two days were very windy, we could not use the sea as the hotel is located on the north of the island and as the winds blew from the north, there were lot of waves but we enjoyed the (very large) pool, water slides and other facilities in the hotel, also we were able to rent a car and do sightseeing in the island. On the rest of the days as the wind stopped, we were able to enjoy the sea as well. Throughout the whole stay the whole hotel was very clean, very well maintained, food was top quality with lots of choices in meat, fish, poultry, vegetarian and other Mediterranean dishes. Food and drinks were all inclusive, and unlike other all inclusive deals which may have lower quality, this had top quality in food. Staff was very kind, they served food and drinks for long hours, the whole facility was properly maintained, starting from early hours in the morning. We would definitely recommend it for everyone, especially families who are looking for a great Mediterranean holiday.

The room was spotless, stylish and extremely comfortable for a family of 5. Beautiful patio and the children loved hopping over the little wall and exploring the lovely gardens. The swimming pools were amazing- olympic sized pool for pre-breakfast lengths and fabulous slides and children's pirate ship pool which kept the kids happy for hours. (Wetsuits for the end of October were a great addition to the packing.) The food was absolutely delicious, it was a real treat. We hired a car and went on some fantastic trips (Knossoss, Lassithi plateau and Ag. Nich and Spinolonga)- stunning olive groves, mountains and beaches. An amazing holiday, I would highly recommend and Lyttos beach hotel, their facilities and hilarious animation team (the evening shows were wonderful) really made it.

If, like me, you have never been to Crete before or are looking for a hotel with some soul and authentic Greek feel then PLEASE book a room at this resort. I had to book this resort fairly late in the day after having to cancel a previous trip to Kos - and I'm so glad for it now! Firstly, the resort is beautiful. Each "room" is like a mini-villa and they only differ based on the number of rooms you need with the larger ones having a private plunge pool. This shared experience really makes you feel as if everyone is in a little community. Secondly, the 'gardens' are almost like a botanical attraction, they are well maintained with huge variety and very fruitful with lemons, pomegranates, olives and herbs - they are not like the sculpted segments of vegetation you get at most hotels. Being the only resort on the hills in the area, every villa can see the sea from their windows flanked by the mountains and hills and enveloped in the gardens - everyday it was beautiful even when cloudy. The staff are exceptional, very friendly and welcoming and happy to help with anything. The Greeks are a lovely people and this is reflected perfectly by the staff - a particular shout out to Georgios and Marianna in the restaurant for their conversation

An excellent stay and a role model of customer service. There was a little incident slightly before our check-in and it was handled in the most professional way by the reception team. Kudos to Kristalli and Vasilis. The hotel is very spacious and a golf cart service is offered to assist with luggage transportation etc. The pool areas are wide with enough sun chairs for everyone. I liked the decór of the bar near the reception area. The hotel offers amenities such as spa, golf, entertainment, a cat cafè and much more. We had the one bedroom villa. You can see renovation has been done and the room is kept in a simple yet practical style. Lots of space with kitchen amenities such as a stove, a waterboiler, a microwave etc. Loved the balcony and the sunbeds on it. There is an iron facility as well. We had dinner in Rodies Restaurant, which is highly recommendable. Traditional Cretan cuisine with a twist. The service was impeccable, a big bravo to the restaurant staff and the chef. The ambience near the pool is exquisite. Would recommend the pork, the chef's appetiser plate and the dolmades. A wider desert selection would be nice. Breakfast was very busy. Variety of savoury and sweet options. It would be nice to offer iced coffee at breakfast. The maitre was very friendly and talkative. All in all a great stay and will come back!

Couldn’t have wished for a better resort. The location is about a 10-minute drive from the beach and charming nearby towns. But even within the resort itself, there’s plenty to do. There are beautiful swimming pools, excellent restaurants, a small supermarket, a tennis court, and much more. We knew we had a balcony, but it was a pleasant surprise to find that this balcony (actually a rooftop terrace) was enormous. We enjoyed lovely meals there with a view of the sea. Everything was well arranged for our almost 1-year-old son as well. A crib was ready for him in our room, parts of the pool were perfect for babies, and there were high chairs available at breakfast. Another big highlight for us was the breakfast. There was a huge variety, and every day we discovered new delicious surprises. And perhaps the best part of the resort is the staff. Our son needed to go to the hospital, and they helped us as much as they possibly could. Everyone was incredibly friendly and genuinely wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We definitely want to come back someday, it exceeded all our expectations. Once again, a heartfelt thank you to everyone who works there.

For me this was a near perfect set up if you want to relax and unwind, having a collection of villa's rather than a single building means it doesn't feel cramped, likewise being spread out over a big site meant you rarely felt you had to worry about getting a space by the pool like you can at other places. The staff could not be more helpful, most of the extras food and drink where good value and a mini market onsite meant you could top up any supplies easily. No real negatives other than the "mocktails" were incredibly expensive compared to normal soft drinks but that is a choice I made equally the local town is VERY touristy and so don't go there expecting an authentic Greek experience. If I want to chill for a week by the pool in the sun this would be top of my list.

Well equipped spacious modern apartment with free wi-fi and several tv channels for different languages. On arrival there was a bottle of water and bottle of local rose wine, which was very appreciated. Within the Resort there is a small shop and library, two pool areas with poolside places to eat, onsite restaurants, and a SPA and health area. There is also a regular courtesy bus to take you into the nearest town of Hersonissos, taking about half an hour, as the Resort is somewhat out on a limb. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the overall Resort clean and tidy.

Absolutely everything. The breakfast and dinner service was amazing, amazing staff service and the food was unbelievable! The room was stunning with a plunge pool. The whole hotel area was stunning.

Had an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel! Staff are very polite and very kind and helpful! Food was great, quite a lot of options, food was fresh! Lots of fruit and veg! Had a little bump with the room as we got the one with the plunge pool and been advised the water to be 25C temperature, it was unfortunately a lot cooler than that, went to reception just to enquire about it, had a call later that day offering a suite with a hot tub! Absolutely loved the room, located in the quieter area as the plunge pool was right outside the pool/sea view side! Rooms overall very clean and tidy! Luckily caught the warm weather on the week, therefore really enjoyed myself with my partner!

Booked a week away in the sun. Arrived around 9pm. We booked a plunge pool with a city view. The plunge pool was cold and room extremely noisey as it’s on the main road. The city view was the building opposite. We changed rooms the next day to a hot tub room. This room was advertised as a cheaper room when in booked but then had to pay €120 to move rooms. Another night of no sleep thanks to guests this time back to reception and spoke with a manager called Maria who agreed to move us again no charge this time. The third room had a hot tub in a quiet part of the hotel. No noise issues this time. We upgraded to all inclusive which had a great selection of food and drink the first few days and then as things ran out you had less choice. Food quality great and plenty of options the first 4/5 days then last few days it felt like what ever was left. Great hotel and location. Just a shame it felt like everything was being packed around us. Considering how much this holiday cost us I felt as if we didn’t sit on a sun bed or chair it would be packed away.

My boyfriend and I are leaving today after 12 days in the Akasha. Wow - we have both agreed that this is the nicest hotel that either of us have ever stayed in. The staff are so accommodating, they cannot do enough for you and you are greeted with a smile with every encounter. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded to one with a plunge pool for the last few days of our holiday which was incredible. Both rooms we had were immaculate, perfectly clean and with comfortable beds. The food in the hotel is fantastic, something for everyone and always of high quality. We spent nearly every day on the private section of the beach, highlighted again by the extremely friendly staff working down there (and the delicious cocktails!) I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Crete. The location is ideal, seconds from the beach and surrounded by shops to rent cars or book day trips. We will definitely be back!

Had an amazing holiday staying at Akasha. Generally staff are friendly, hotel is gorgeous and immaculately clean, food and room was excellent and so was the location. On arrival we were shown round the hotel and had sandwiches, a wrap and a banana waiting in our room after late flight. It was my boyfriend’s 30th and we got given a gorgeous large room with a big balcony and a hot tub, and a cake. Food was 9/10 best food I’ve experienced in an abroad hotel on holiday. Room stocked with water everyday which was appreciated. Shoutout to Rostas around the beach pool area who is really attentive and friendly. The only bad things I can think is very few members of staff who weren’t as friendly, mainly kitchen/dinner staff. Also, there’s a lovely gent who appears to do the night shift of showing people round the hotel when they arrive but is really loud in the corridors and woke us up a few times. As well, half board don’t get any soft drinks or even tap water with dinner which I thought was poor, and atleast tap water should’ve given for free. Lastly the dreaded sunbed wars, we never managed to get a bed around the main pool which was disappointing, and the system (you have to wait in the bar and then at 9 you get let out) is embarrassing to say the least so we didn’t try again. There are ample spaces in the beach pool area and the rooftop to make up for this, too, and we ended up preferring the beach pool anyway! Apart from that, a great stay.

Unbelievable from start to finish. We had a premier suite with a private pool which was incredible. The hotel team were amazing and so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they really made the stay memorable. Restaurants were great with plenty of choice. Service around the pool was fantastic and the cleaning services were perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for any couple looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway

We have just finished our 2 week honeymoon at Nema. We had the King and Queen treatments at Nema’s spa which had been a gift from my sister, this was a great surprise when checking in and was incredible, the spa itself is beautiful and so relaxing. The hotel is lovely, clean and modern and we were so happy with our room (design independent with private pool) what made our stay even better was the hospitality from staff members, they truly made our experience and were so helpful. A special mention to Odysseas, Soumaya, Nikos, Rustiv, Paris, Marianthis and Mandrin - they really make Nema what it is and add to the experience of the hotel - all staff mentioned went above and beyond to make our stay great! So friendly and approachable with no ask too big or small. I hope they are recognised for the large impact they have on all guests who stay with Nema! Last but not least the food, the food was incredible - everything in Rizes was cooked to perfection and was beautifully served. The breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing and each evening there was a different theme with an array of dishes to try. We really loved Cretan night and the live music! I would recommend Nema Design and Spa to anyone, it was such a great way to spend our honeymoon!

Nestled in the stunning heart of Crete, this hotel offers a luxurious sanctuary with chic beachfront views and contemporary design. My room, featuring a private pool, provided seclusion, and the staff were warm and accommodating, offering helpful tips on car rentals. However, housekeeping and room service need improvement, as I experienced issues like delayed restocking, missing bathroom towels, and unfulfilled room service requests. The minibar fridge was empty, and dust was noticeable in the breakfast area. I enjoyed the spa's beautiful environment, but my therapist did not fully listen to my needs, so clear communication is essential to ensure a satisfying experience. Overall, the hotel’s food is delicious, and the staff are truly exceptional.

Die ganze Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt, nicht zu gross und das gesamte Personal äusserst freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Zimmerservice kam 2x im Tag und hat sauber geputzt, frische Handtücher gebracht oder Wasser ausgetauscht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Pool, der auch täglich gesäubert wurde. Das Restaurant vom Hotel hat eine grosse Auswahl an sehr leckeren Speisen. Am Pool sowie am Strand konnte man zu jeder Zeit Speisen und Getränke bestellen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele gute Möglichkeiten am Abend essen zu gehen. Ich verbrachte mit meinem Partner 8 wundervolle Tage in diesem tollen Hotel, jederzeit gerne wieder.

We last stayed here when it was called the Elysium. Then it was superb hence the easy choice for returning. Barring a door key issue that was resolved easily enough everything has been perfect. The food here is really good, breakfast is buffet but high in quality. The dinner we had here the food was plentiful and again buffet. Drinks are good quality too. Another great stay this time we picked a designer room with a pool. Just brilliant. Good quality for a fair price. We will be back again. They upgraded the sun loungers to proper comfortable ones and the umbrellas are also changed. Barring that it’s the same great service and quality your money deserves!

Fantastic location. Beachfront and also straight onto street full of atmosphere and bars. Had our own pool outside our room along with big communal pool. Room was big size and shower was excellent

The hotel is very central, cleaning staff are great and they keep everything clean. Good pool area, Nice rooms. for the price the room with shared pools are very good. Nicely decorated and very spacious and clean Right on the beach which is also very nice

Spacious rooms with very comfortable mattresses. Each room has a balcony, where you may spend some nice time - especially the once with sea-view. High-quality bathroom cosmetics, bathrobes and room slippers are a nice accent. There is a new bottle in the fridge, added after every cleaning. The rooms are equipped with modern technology in the form of a display informing about the need for cleaning or a request not to be disturbed. Breakfast buffet excellent. Especially the possibility of ordering an omelette with selected extras (ham, cheese, feta, tomatoes, onions, etc.), made fresh by the chef. Large selection of products - even for people allergic to lactose, gluten. Fresh smoothies, tasty fruits. In addition, there is a wonderful view from the restaurant located right by the sea. Beautifully situated swimming pool with fresh water, impressive even at night (illuminated). A nice touch is the ability to order drinks and meals to the deckchairs. Beach towels are changed at the reception every two days. Extremely nice and helpful staff throughout the hotel. First of all, the warm welcome at check-in with a glass of prosecco and electronic check-in - a great solution. All necessary informations were provided at the beginning. Additionally, the bellboy even carries the luggage to the room.

We had an amazing time at Enorme Ammos Beach Hotel in Crete — honestly one of our top stays ever! From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was absolutely fantastic — both breakfast and dinner had so many varieties and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The swimming pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the hotel even offered us a free 15-minute massage, which was such a nice touch. The beach was just a few steps away, very clean, and the food and drinks there were lovely too. We also enjoyed some great shisha by the beach — one of our favorite moments! It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and although we didn’t mention it or ask for anything special, the hotel surprised us with a birthday cake and candle waiting by our room door. Such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture — it truly made our day! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back again!

Amazing boutique-like hotel located next to a beautiful “private” sand beach. It is mostly occupied by hotel guests and you have your own sunbeds and umbrella, as well as service on demand. The whole staff, led by the hotel manager is exceptional, polite and ready to help instantly. Both breakfast and dinner are really high in quality with a great variety of food. Being able to order any barista level coffee during breakfast free od charge is really a nice touch. Each night, dinner is served based on some cuisine, such as Greek, Asian, Italian etc. Pool and facilities are also really good, and you don’t need to worry about the noise. Once you shut the balcony door, you won’t hear a thing. Also, hotel guests were really nice, quiet and polite the whole time. All in all, I believe we will come back!

Amazing stay at Ikaros Beach Resort in Crete! My wife and I had a four night stay here recently and it was a fantastic holiday. The resort is beautiful, our ocean front suite with private pool was incredible, the food was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful and the overall experience was brilliant. By the end of day one we were planning our next visit! Travelling with Crohn’s disease isn’t always easy, but Giannis and his staff were so incredibly helpful with food selections that they made our stay so very simple. They were attentive and understood my dietary requirements which meant I didn’t have to worry about it at all. We are going to return next October and can’t wait! Thank you so much and see you again in 2026!

From the staff to the amenities to the facilities, they all deserve the sixth star, my wife and I stopped here for 3 days originally, and while we were there, we extended it to 4 days, no problem. And If we could have stayed for longer, we would’ve. For sure, the crown jewel of our travels so far. I’d like to thank in particular, Shivram at the front desk, for showing us our room and being very nice when we see him on our way to the restaurant. Maria at En Lefko, for recommending the best white wine we’ve ever had. George and Orestes at Daedalus bar for being very attentive and answering any and all questions about the resort and Crete, best of luck with your studies, George! Bany at Olive, for being the best host and sharing his advice. And Kostas at the pool bar, for being the life of the party at the pool, his energy was phenomenal. When we make it back to Crete one day, we WILL be staying here again, and hopefully for longer! Thank you!

We arrived late in the evening and a small plate of food was provided, after our long journey, before escorting us to our room. That was a nice touch. Beds were made everyday. Fresh towels (for the swimming pool incl) were available daily. The evening entertainment was good with a great variety every evening. The food was of a consistently high standard. In fact, it was outstanding, from breakfasts through to evening meals Everything you would hope for in a holiday; Friendly staff who made you feel welcomed, clean facilities throughout, the catering was spectacular in all of the restaurants, coupled with glorious sunshine, swimming pool, and the sea (beach) only a very short distance from the room.

Were here for a 14 days stay. Hotel is a true 5 star experience. Bungalow, surroundings, pools etc. very high service quality without exception, staff is super friendly. In the restaurant I would like to call out Samson for his service. At the Spa my wife and I enjoyed and „King & Queen“ treatment. Excellent service by Alkis and Pinar. The hotel is built like an traditional village, nested on a small hill and on top a small cliff. This means walking to your room may include somewhat of a climb. Rooms, all the buildings ,pool, beach are there to provide a pleasant experience. Food quality is good but not exceptional. Overall we would enjoy another visit.

We were on vacation as a group – the resort is beautiful and the location is perfect. The pools and the beach are just perfect. The food was amazing, and the restaurants really impressed us with their stunning locations and excellent cuisine. The staff is incredibly friendly – a huge thank you to Eleni and Thanos! You couldn’t ask for better service at the pool bar during peak season – we looked forward to seeing them every day (not just for the drinks!). We were also warmly welcomed and served by Rejus at the other bars – truly great service.

Beautiful hotel with such lovely views. The hotel is really new and clean! There is. A good variety of pools. We had the swim up pool which was perfect and had a beautiful sea view. The food was all really fresh everyday and there was always a variety. The staff were always super friendly and approachable . The room was always cleaned to a great standard. Sisi town is only a short walk away and there are a lot of restaurants and the harbour is lovely for a swim! There is also a beach around 5-10 mins away. I Would definitely recommend.

Hotel is newly built and the architecture is beautiful. I have never spent that much time in my hotel room realxing as in this hotel. Room had a nice balcony with private pool looking over the roofs and sea. Hotel is very near to small hidden sandy beaches between the cliffs. You are just 5 minutes walk away from good restaurants and entertaiment. Hotel restaurant is clean and they are offering food with high quality.

Loved the all inclusive buffet and restaurant options, all delicious. Staff were really nice and helpful, even let us use our all inclusive benefits after checking out. The location is amazing and easy to get to the town of sissi. Ocean view is beautiful. Bed was really comfy and the air con and ceiling fan felt really luxurious in the heat. Private pool was great. Very romantic hotel. The Aperol spritz bar was really good. There was buffet options open until 4am which was nice. Desserts were to die for! Overall really beautiful and comfortable hotel and stay.

BEAUTIFUL hotel, very modern and new, clean and comfortable to get around. First I must note the incredible employees at the front desk, especially Joanna, who were very attentive and helpful with a special situation that we had, and made us feel very welcome. We were in a room further from the lobby but it was still a 5 minute walk. The buffet is great, we were in an all inclusive package and loved all meals. There's also a snack bar with more food and drinks (regular and alcoholic) between meals. I do think the AI is worth it. We were in a swim up room and like it, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the room was spacious. We got bottled water every time the room was cleaned. Everything is accessible, we do wish we got a map with all restaurants and such because it took a bit of self exploring to figure out where everything is. Overall WONDERFUL experience and we'll be back- highly recommended.

My husband and I had the best week at the hotel, The hotel is a paradise, the pools are perfect, it's exactly like the photos. Every detail thought out very well, from the towels for the pool to the daily cleaning of the rooms. It was the holiday to celebrate my birthday and it was memorable. Delicious and varied food, the dessert buffet excellent. And the best part is the team, all very kind, receptive without exception, (Maria - hostess of the buffet team) marked my birthday even more with a surprise cake and champagne, she is very kind. A lovely lady. We'll definitely be back. Thank you all.

Perfect in every way. Had one of the rooms with a private pool and it was amazing. Great breakfast, lovely staff, lots of tavernas nearby. I want to go back there and will recommend it to family and friends.

Can’t fault our stay at Casa Blu at all. It was our honeymoon so we were a bit sceptical about it being perfect but we needn’t worry as it really was perfect. We stayed in the room with a private pool and balcony and it was paradise. The staff can’t do enough for you and really make your stay exactly what you want it to be. We’ll definitely be back.

The hotel was excellent. Friendly, warm and welcoming staff, everyone was keen to help from the reception staff, bar staff, cleaners and the owner. It was a lovely size, we had a room with a private pool which was amazing but also went to the main pool area where there were plenty of sunbeds and lots of room. A good size hotel and easy walking distance to the many tavernas in the villages as well as a walk down to the beach. There were planted and green areas which made all the views wonderful. Very clean all the time and the breakfast was amazing, gluten free options including bread provided and a variety of fruits, cereals, cakes and hot breakfast. Lunch was also delicious.

Perfect and very friendly staff (special mention for the maitre Fotis), nice location, stylish restaurant and pool area, quality buffet breakfast and dinner. Had upgrade to a magnificent room with mini pool. Everything I needed was supplied by the staff. Really excellent stay, a full 10.

We stayed for a week and loved this hotel. We did breakfast and dinner as part of our package and they allowed us to swap dinner with lunch on the days we wanted to eat out. We found that such an amazing bonus and one of the many reasons we would go back. The staff were exceptional from beginning to end and if there was anything we needed they sorted. The food was extremely tasty. It’s such a beautiful hotel and on Thursdays they have a live duo in the bar area which was amazing. Sunbeds are extremely comfy and fresh pool towels and room towels provided everyday! It’s extremely clean and well maintained and very chilled vibes, there were a quite a few families with kids but it was still great for couples and adults, the vibe suited all. I could carry on but I’d like to thank Yannis the resident manager and fortis the restaurant manager for their kindness and interaction during our stay. They make the effort with every single guest. Always checking if everything is good! The cocktails are good and we noticed the all inclusive drinks are also very good. Location is great it’s literally few mins walk to the main road! They actually have two public pools one big and a smaller more chilled intimate one.

We had a really lovely stay at Momi Slow Living Hotel. The whole place is beautifully designed and has a calm, peaceful feel to it. Our room was stylish and super comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches. The whole complex is really well looked after, and the pool area was a great spot to relax—plus the prices for food and drinks around the pool were very fair. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty.

We had a wonderful stay at Momi Slow Living in Crete. The facilities were fantastic, including the beautiful pool, well-equipped gym, cozy bar, and the outdoor cinema, which added a special touch to our evenings. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the sea, making it easy to enjoy beach days. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

This property had it all. Beautiful pool, amazing and clean rooms, and even a restaurant on property. Staff are amazing and shared recommendations. Was quiet and relaxing but just walking distance to the beach area near the night clubs and restaurants. Such an amazing and perfect location

The property that we were staying at was lovely with a private pool. We were asked if we would like to be upgraded to a villa. The outdoor space was amazing with a larger pool and several different seating/ lounging options. That was fabulous.

The private pool rooms are fantastic and a must!

I had a chance to stay on one of the Luxury villas. You could tell everything was new by how clean it was. The views were spectacular and having the private pool really made the trip.

Facilities Overall the room was great Private pool and sun lounges made it really special.

Everything was quite well, expect two things that I didnt like. We had a private pool, which during our stay (12 nights) was not cleaned, the floor of the pool was very dirty. We requested a late check-out due to our cruise leaving at 9 PM, and our request was to stay up to 4 PM, which was not accepted. Hotel was quite empty, there was nobody check-in in our room that day, they approved only till 2 PM.. I suggest Marni Village to be more friendly with its guests!
