Amazing!!! Surrounded by mountains and nature. Room was exceptional. Lots of space and separate bedrooms for us and the kids. Loved the outdoor patio and the pool was a perfect size. Loved all the lounge beds around the pool. The food at the restaurant was amazing as well. Great breakfast spread and dinner was always so delicious.

The beds by the pool were very comfortable, and the view from the pool/terrace is insane. The whole place was very quiet and relaxed.

We had a fantastic stay at Finca Binabona. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature—perfect for a relaxing escape. A rental car is helpful due to the remote setting, but parking is easy and the drive is beautiful. The staff were kind and very helpful. Our junior suite was spacious, stylish, and extremely comfortable. The food was fresh and delicious (dinner better than breakfast though), and the pool and garden areas made it easy to unwind. Wi-Fi was reliable, and the atmosphere was quiet and serene. We visited in spring and loved the green landscape and mild weather. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed (I've travelled for over 20 years and in most parts of Europe/US before). The hotel is very well placed in the mountain and the facilities are so well maintained and comfortable to use. In particular my children love the pool, the relaxed bed ourdoors and whirlpool in the bathroom, and we love enjoying the winds in big terrace of our room, birds and sheep songs, and wonderful roses, sunbirds and lemon trees in a very well maintained garden. The breakfast is great and staffs are very friendly and helpful.

By far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, with a pool area overlooking the mountain views. The rooms were spacious and clean and they even provided a free bottle of wine in each room upon arrival. The staff were so friendly and accommodating during our entire stay as well. Could not recommend more, and would love to come again someday!

Loved this hotel, the attention to detail and the staff were excellent. Location is amazing if you want a quiet relaxing holiday with stunning beaches. The spa with a plunge pool and sauna was great too.

The location is calm, peaceful and good. The sea is within walking distance. The staff was nice and polite. They upgraded our room and we had a shared private pool. It was really nice. We also liked the food. Everything is digital and easy to use. There is a tablet in the room and we made all our reservations with it.

The most wonderful stay at this hotel . Stayed for 5 nights in August . Staff are so polite and friendly and cannot do enough for you . Christina on reception and the guest experience manager Mari Claire are so helpful , friendly and professional. Our room was beautiful , we chose a swim up room and it was so lovely to step out on the terrace and enjoy the privacy of the pool area . The location is beautiful and just a minute walk across the road from the beach . You really do not need to leave this hotel as it’s so relaxing and quiet . The cleanliness is exceptional and they leave you fresh water and chocolates every day . Outstanding stay in this hotel and we will definitely return , thank you all so much for making our stay so memorable

We love the private pool in our unit. It was deep to wear you can swim and very clean. The temperature was perfect. We also love the room. It was spacious and comfortable. The shower had great pressure and the hot water stayed hot during the shower session. The staff was amazing and always helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We love the variety they provide. We definitely will be coming back!

The most beautiful and calm place we visited on Mallorca. The room and whole property was great, superpeacfull "hotel" outside the touristic hell. Nice pool with relax bed, where you dont have to pay some additional cost or make some reservation. Our room has terace to the garden and pool, only few meters away. There is a only fex rooms, so we didnt have to worry about crowded pool or something - we were there mostly alone or with another one or two couples = absolute privacy. The breakfest was really nice with sufficient possibilities and in great quality, vegetables from hotel's garden and other products also seemed to be local. The bar was open whole day and there was no problem to order a drink or anything to the pool. The dinner menu was smaller, but sufficient and also good quality. Although the property is not located just right next to the sea, the beach is only 20 minutes of walk down the sidewalk. This beach was also beautiful with white sand, the water was very clear and it wasnt crowded compared to others, cuz there is a only really small tourist village with few restaurants and shop. Whole place was a paradise and i absolutely recommend! Definitely we will visit this place again in future.

It was simply wonderful – calm atmosphere, beautiful rooms, a lovely pool, and an amazing outdoor area. Breakfast was excellent, with happy chicken eggs that made it even more special. Es Trenc beach is just a short walk away – only 15–20 minutes. The exceptional customer service truly stood out. We absolutely loved our stay! We’ll definitely be back – and please take care of our new little friend, Sandy!

The vibe, it’s laid back and simple. Peaceful. The room is kind of a small house, amazing, spacious, with shaded entrance and shaded terrace with a table and a soft bench. There’s a small pool with comfy beds around it to rest. The property has a lot of well kept greenery, the space is well designed, giving the guests privacy. The breakfast is good.

The room with private pool is amazing and the beach club in front of of the hotel (pool area only available for hotel guests) has an amazing view and direct access to the ocean

It's a gem. Super clean, seems new or refurbished.Staff is wonderful. Food healthy and great. Facilities great. Two pools at the hotel- third one with a stunning view of the sea 1min across the road.What I liked is they don't play dumb music by the pools. It's a peaceful, quiet place where you can really unwind. Seems to attract guests who are respectful.We had a suite with a private pool- amazing. Only minus is our room was quite cold- heating didn't work (I guess switched off for the start of the season?). But there was an extra duvet and a blanket. We arrived late, shattered and the welcome was warm and they left some food for us in the room.

We had a room with a balcony that allowed us to go straight out to the chill out pool on the terrace. The food was also very good quality for buffet style, not like some canteen style hotel restaurants. The beach pool was brilliant allowing for the option of both going in the sea and swimming pool. The sun is shining onto the pool area until approximately 8pm allowing for late sunbathing.

This hotel is so nice, smells great wherever you go! The spa is very nice (2 saunas, one small pool, showers), also has a gym you can use 24/7. There are two outdoor pools (one smaller in “the chill zone” and one bigger). The very popular Sa Cala beach club is right across the street from the hotel and you can exclusively use their pool area as a guest of the hotel, which also has a separate exit to the sea. The hotel is right across the very nice beach Esmeralda (that is often crowded though). And the food! This was the best food that I have ever had in a hotel so far in my life! We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel, the food was always amazing and there was a large variety of dishes every night. We stayed for 7 nights and every night there were new dishes to choose from, it is impossible to be hungry if you choose a half board in this hotel! The desserts were also amazing; every night different cakes and sweets, a large variety of fresh fruit (especially in the morning). Regarding location, you can walk (about 15-20 min) to the center of the town where all the restaurants and bars are :) All in all: I highly recommend staying in this hotel when you’re in Mallorca!

What a beautiful hotel. We stayed for a week in a premium studio with sea view. Lovely room with a great view over the pool and the sea. We were self catering as we enjoy eating out, and Palma Nova is full of places to eat and drink. 2 lovely pools, with plenty of sun beds, always beds to be had no matter what time you you go for one, and pool towels are provided. Rooftop pool is just for adults, lovely area with amazing view where you can sit with a glass of wine and take it all in....my favourite place. This hotel is one of the nicest i have ever stayed in, spotlessly clean, staff are lovely and in a great location. Will definitely be back.....sooner rather than later!

Everything is excellent about the hotel. Pool, enough sun beds + umbrellas and never an early morning rush to secure them, different areas to relax, access to private pebbled 'beach', free pool towels changed daily, friendly and helpful staff (especially Sherriff), views, gym, shop, the hotel is not too full (max capacity 500 I believe), indoor pool and spa facilities, different bars/restaurants. To be fair the hotel is fantastic! My kids (10 + 14 - girls) loved it, so did the wife and I, we would definitely return. If you want a quiet, relaxing, good quality hotel that feels luxurious - look no further!

This hotel is everything you would want , great food , great pool area especially the roof top pool has amazing views. The rooms have everything you need and are very clean and who wouldn’t want to wake up to the views they have . The ladies who do yoga and pool gym are fab really enjoyed there sessions . We’ve booked for next year so that says it all . The staff are very friendly in every department from the restaurant to reception

I Recently stayed in Ponent Mar for a week with my 2 daughters in a comfort apartment. The hotel is beautiful and meticulously clean. Decor is top notch. Pool is lovely and no sunbed wars! Although it was September. There is also a roof top bar and pool for adults only which gives a beautiful and tranquil vibe and views of palma nova bay. Food in the restaurants is great and the location beside the sea is breathtaking. Staff are helpful and friendly. My only criticism would be that to get a room with a sea and pool view you need to book a more expensive room option, which I didn't do, to my regret. Therefore we had a view only of the back end of the hotel towards inland which I was so disappointed about. If I was to return id spend the extra for the sea view. The hotel has an onsite shop, gym and spa. All excellent additions and prices in the shop are very competitive. Im terms of location it is a short walk to the town, not even 5 minutes. Where there are amazing restaurants and bars. The beach is also a short walk and is sandy with clear waters. However there is an incline on return to the hotel which I found a struggle in the heat and with a disability. The hotel itself is definitely a cut above.

Close to Airport. Close to the beach. Short uber ride to Old Town Palma. Staff were really helpful, nothing was a problem. The breakfast & dinner buffet was outstanding. Beautiful clean hotel. Gorgeous relaxing spa. Our swim up suite was amazing! Both pool bars were great, especially the lunch menu.

Traveling with a friend it worked well for us that there was a sofa bed, which was very comfortable and allowed us to have separate bedrooms. It was easy to return the bed to a sofa to give us room in the living area. As coeliacs who need gluten free it was great to have the kitchenette as it gave us the opportunity of eating in rather than constantly searching for gluten free restaurants. The suite was spacious and clean and the balcony looked out onto the pool and the sea in the distance. Little things that made a difference were a cloths drying rack on the balcony, complementary bottle of water and a fresh rose on the table. There was only a combination shower/hair wash in the shower but reception had conditioner, body lotion and other things you might need. The shower has both large head and smaller power head, with plenty of pressure and warmth. We really liked the spa area and this was our reason for choosing this hotel. There are two large outdoor pools and an indoor pool, three jacuzzies, a large jacuzzi pool with benches and fountain and different sauna's.

Staff were lovely, our room was great and we got upgraded. The three outdoor pools meant they were never too busy and the rooftop and higher pool were adult only. There were bars at each pool with food served at the bottom pool and the prices were reasonable. The hotel was quiet.

Wir waren zu dritt unterwegs und hatten 2 Junior Suites gebucht. Super große schöne Zimmer mit Schlaf und Wohnzimmerbereich. Großes Badezimmer mit 2 Waschbecken. Terrasse mit Liegen und Stühlen ausgestattet. Es gibt 3 Pools die alle sehr ruhig sind. Man kann sich über den Mittag an der Poolbar versorgen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Really loved this hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and spacious. Great getting a view of the pool. Loved that there were 3 pools (4 if you include the one in the spa) so you never felt too crowded.

Peaceful and quiet, the private beach and beach bar attached to the hotel. We stayed in a swim up room and it was worth every penny. The staff were incredibly helpful and were on hand for anything we needed. A short walk in to palmanova for restaurants was also a major plus.

Loved the space and amenities, half board food was amazing, lovely pool indoor and outdoor, right on the beach, grocery store and restaurants nearby, staff was extremely kind. Stayed in the premium oasis room with a private pool- definitely recommend!!

Great hotel overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure. Breakfast was superb, large variety of choices, great taste. There are many facilities in the hotel (like pool, access to the beach, saunas, gym), there is plenty of things to do. Close proximity to the Palmanova and other beaches, few restaurants and shops (walking distance). The room was clean and comfortable.

It’s a really amazing location in the heart of Arta, which is a small quiet town. The property was a warren of rooms on various split levels. It’s a sympathetically restored building. Our room was fabulous suite, lovely large size with a small sofa which sufficed for our 7 year old child to sleep on. We had a Spacious room. Lovely layout. Soft neutral tones. I loved the double curtain- one layer muslin & one blackout layer so room totally dark for sleep. Good internet. Good soft lighting, Mini fridge in room so handy to keep supply of cold drinks. Lovely roof terrace wit little plunge pool which we so appreciated in the heat. Amazing views to the old cathedral from the roof. I sent 3 emails in weeks prior to our arrival & they were all answered promptly. Fantastic seafood restaurant and amazing vermouth bar directly behind the hotel.

Such a gem in the middle of a beautiful city! The breakfast was tasty, and you can sit outside in a small square between narrow allies. Very fun experience. The room was beautiful as well. There are two pools. The rooftop pool is AMAZING.

We stayed for one night in August. The property itself is beautiful, with charming décor and a lovely rooftop pool area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of fresh options. Our room was comfortable and stylish, and the rooftop pool was a great touch.

We had the best time possible in the Forn Nuo hotel in Arta!! Beautifully designed rooms and common areas with a rooftop terasse and a small pool. Amazing view over Arta and the sea. Delicious breakfast with very friendly staff. Definitely a recommendation if you want to enjoy Mallorca outside the most touristy areas but still have walking-distance access to everything you need.

Little slice of peaceful luxury in the lovely cultural town of Arta. Amazing room overlooking the square. Wonderful breakfast. Location is perfect in the old part of the town. Bonus of a little rooftop pool to cool off in the hot days. Toni was also very helpful. We would 100% come again.

Great location . Quiet hotel swim up suite is private and peaceful.

We stayed here in a “swim up room” technically this is not true, however you have a private pool area and also private sun beds. Which we really enjoyed. The pool club (over bridge pool) up on the top of the hotel was not that great. We couldn’t get a sun bed ourselves in this area, however we managed to get seats. The staff in the top pool area, some are ok, others are really rude. On to food we went half board, however, we struggled with the food. No fresh fish or meats cooked in front of you.There was meat and fish, cooked in another area and brought down to you, which was lukewarm by the time it arrived. The rooms were kept nice and clean. with as you would expect clean towels if you had used them. I had used my bank card as we purchased our drinks etc; which I thought was a bit of a hassle to be honest. However when we came to checkout we were informed we had a bill of 40 Euro, exactly! Very odd as we’ve stayed in many hotels and never had a bill that was stop on, an even amount of Euro. I told the receptionist we didn’t owe this and she took this so easy, I suspect maybe it’s a bit of a try it on. All in all we had a nice holiday, but probably wouldn’t go back again. If you’ve booked go and enjoy yourself. May be just go room only or breakfast if you are foodies.

Last minute family summer holiday get away. This hotel was great location for many shops, restaurants, and the beach. It is close to nightlife but as a family we still managed to avoid all of that and preferred to go the short walk into Palma bay for the beaches and nightlife. Rooftop bar/ pool was great the pool was quite cold but the views were great. Reception staff were really helpful and the staff in general were friendly. There were other pools but I think they are for pool access rooms only but were never used from what we saw. The rooms are brilliant especially in terms of value for money, clean, spacious, modern and well equipped it’s a huge plus for this hotel. Breakfast was also good, plenty of variety and nice tables outside too. I would recommend local car hire which the hotel can help with they were great much easier and better value than airport

Lovely hotel. Clean, nice room and staff were lovely. Check in staff were very helpful and accommodating. Nice layout of our room however we did upgrade to a Beach House as we wanted a pool view or beach view which meant it was a bigger room with separate bedroom area. This also meant we had access to a terrace with sun loungers and one of the two pools which are shown on pictures that the hotel overlooks. It is not clear when booking that these pools can only be accessed by the rooms with terraces out on to this area. The only other pool option is the rooftop which is an amazing area with a fantastic feature pool however you have to pay to reserve sun loungers and the luxury beds for the large majority of the terrace around the pool and there is only a small section whereby guests can access a free sun lounger. Outside guests can also reserve loungers so I image when it’s busy getting a lounger will be difficult. For most of our stay the loungers were reserved but no one showed up to use them! The pools weren’t heated which ruined it a little for us on this stay as it was too cold to go in the pool and the kids were extremely disappointed.

Our twin room had great facilities! Full-sized fridge, microwave, plenty of hanging space & a couple of lamps, making it cozy. Excellent location for beach, bars & restaurants, shops, etc.We had a good sized balcony too which overlooked the front of the hotel, making it fun to people watch at night. Rooftop pool area was AMAZING! Spectacular views! Large area of sun loungers & Bali beds available to hire for an extra treat. Bar was very expensive for drinks (ie 2 x large drinks were €28)! 😬. The pools I found were particularly cold (probably the coldest I've ever swam in) but the feature of the pools running in between 2 buildings makes it too tempting not to venture in to take a look down! I only ate breakfast at the hotel but for a 4* I found the quality very poor (ie meat quality & quality of juices). I would not hesitate to return to this hotel. Maybe in the warmer months when the pools are a bit warmer (the lifeguard says he only swims there during August) but I suspect at that time the pool area would be a lot busier (I stayed October).

Can Ferrereta is truly a gem. The quality of the property, experience, and staff exceeded that of other stays in more expensive properties in Mallorca. The hotel was a highlight of our stay and we look forward to returning in the future. Things to know: The spa includes a small sauna and steam room as well as an indoor pool but note, the pool is not heated. In early October, the outdoor pool was frigid but refreshing. On a sunny day, the pool area was completely full but the hotel was quiet and tranquil. The staff are friendly and kind. Valet parking is €30/day. The village of Santanyi is quiet at night but very alive on Saturday and Wednesday which are local market days. The beach in Santanyi is pleasant.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Santanyi and as soon as you enter to the lobby you will find yourself in a luxury oasis of peace. The hotel is brand new and they have done an excellent job of renovating with a minimal cool mediterranean design for the interior. The breakfast is served à la carte and the food is really good…same great quality also for the pool bar and the restaurant for dinner. The swimming pool area is really beautiful and it’s a perfect place to chill during the afternoon. The staff is young and very careful to meet all your needs. As the hotel is quite new, there are obviously some problems that have yet to be resolved, which for sure they will solve quickly. - the courtyard, where the breakfast is served, at the moment is without sun umbrellas, so at the morning was a bit a competition to have the few tables in the shade. - if the hotel is full (like when we were there) there are not enough sun beds at the pool area, so also there, if you don’t get the beds in the early morning you need to wait few hours before to have one. (not all the couple of beds have their own umbrella) - the last row of sun beds where placed in some little gardens but it was always full of mud on the floor! In any case we loved this hotel and we hope to come back soon!

The staff is exceptional, thank you to everyone from reception, valet parking, breakfast, beach pool bar, SPA, dinner, and housekeeping, for our stay. The room was so clean and comfortable. The sunbeds are so soft, the attention to detail to have extra large pool towels is wow. Great food all round with reasonable prices on the premises. Good location for key beach attractions and in the end not that far from Palma. The pool is gorgeous. Facilities top. Ultra comfy hotel. Simply an oasis. Equally, the small touches of giving you water and towels for the beach was great.

We visited Can Ferrereta for 4 nights following our wedding ceremony in Palma. We rented a car from the airport and the hotel is approximately 45 minutes drive from central Palma, but closer to 35 to the airport - we parked at a local free car park in Santanyi throughout our stay with no issue (5 minute walk to hotel). We loved the minimalist and slick decor of the hotel, which was surprisingly big once you were inside given the street size of Santanyi. There is a great pool area with plenty of beds to choose from, right next to the bar where you can order drinks and lunch snacks. Adjacent to the pool is the spa (also has an indoor pool) and gym - we used both of these facilities during our stay and were very happy with them. We were very happy with the room itself - which was large and felt well arranged, with a TV you were able to cast to, an espresso coffee machine, and large dispensers for creams and shower gels etc. The breakfast buffet was quite typical for a hotel of this size, but we felt the a la carte menu elevated the overall breakfast experience with some great options. We did not have dinner at the hotel but instead visit some of the many local restaurants, most of which are located within a 10 minute walking distance. We highly recommend Can Ferrereta for a stay in Santanyi, service and quality was high throughout our stay and there were no faults to report.

Beautiful hotel. If you love and appreciate good design you’ll feel spoilt. The attention to detail from lighting to art to even the light switches is outstanding. We were in room 5 with a little gate and front garden. Room was large and very comfortable.staff are highly professional, calm and organised. The pool area is just stunning. Largely couples when we were there. Very very quiet around pool. Suited us perfectly but possibly not an ideal choice for a group of friends . Food excellent as mentioned in other reviews. We used the gym which again is ultra luxurious. Local town is lovely with good choice of restaurants and lots of interior shops!

Every detail from the breakfast to the pool side experience through to walking between the two hotels is just perfectly considered.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left every need was catered for. Collection from the airport, air conditioned Mercedes, great knowledgeable driver. 30 minute drive went quick. Late arrival, staff were waiting for our arrival, luggage taken to room, checked in with a glass of fizz. Woke in the morning to a beautiful location, the photographs don’t do it justice, such a quiet, still location. Breakfast, in fact all food, lovely, taste, pallet, wine, such options!! We had the taster menu, compliments to the whole team…. Wonderful!!! Lazy by the pools, hot tubs, cocktails brought to you, lunch light snacks, healthy smoothies, we worked our way through the menu in the short 4 days we were there, all great tasting!! The SPA…….. where to start, massage, relax, chill, embrace all the natural elements, every experience was so memorable. Staff so wonderful!!! The SPA cannot be missed, we spent most days in there doing something, the waters are definitely healing. Every need was met, lockers, drinks, snacks, left alone, the facility explained, the history, beautiful place. Diner by the pool, topped off the stay. The visit was part of a number of locations for our honeymoon, leaving Paris to come here was the best decision. Diner in Paris was amazing, but a sunset diner by the infinity pool topped it off!! Thank you. The beach….private, quiet, the lodge, shower, toilet refreshments all looked after in the private house. The water was amazing!! 5* location xxx

This hotel has to be experienced to believe how totally rejuvenating it can be. The photos on the site just do not convey enough the feeling of tranquillity and relaxation that you can enjoy here. The separate outdoor jacuzzis and daybeds that are dotted about the grounds allow you to laze in comfort. Two calm pools with more than enough loungers to go round. Breakfast is excellent and eating outdoors is a great way to start the day. The spa pool is refreshing and the gym provides just the right amount of equipment to keep you active.

Fontsanta is a calm and relaxing environment, set in beautiful surroundings. The junior suite boasts private terrace and jacuzzi. The pools are clean and were always quiet when we visited at the start of June. The staff are warm and welcoming, on hand throughout our stay. The spa was also quiet during our visit, allowing for sole use of saunas and thermal pool. Dinner at the restaurant was very good, and the breakfast buffet offered everything we could have wanted and more. Thank you for a delightful stay, we will definitely return soon.

We loved Fontsanta. Amazing food and breakfast ! Loved the fact there is two pools so you dont feel like you are on top of each other. Fab beach next door called Es Trenc which gets packed every day but worth the clear crystal waters. Loved the thermal spa within the hotel, really clean and luxurious always quiet which we loved you felt like you had it to yourself and my skin looked amazing after doing the healing water spa every day for four days clear up any spots i had !! The rooms - we had to move around a bit, junior suite night 1 was lovely bould we could hear the suite behind talking in their bedroom at night and when they flushed the loo :( Night two we were in a room in the external block with upstairs and downstairs rooms. DO not book the downstairs rooms if you are noise sensitive as `i heard loos flushing and chairs being dragged across the floor upstairs and actually the second night in that room the upstairs room had a flood so we had water coming through the ceiling spot lights flowing into the bathroom sink luckily. We moved rooms the next day as I found the room too noisy plus it now smelt damp and we moved to an upstairs room which was so much brighter and no noise issue at all. The staff were lovely and very helpful but i think they need more staff when you check out as was little bit of a wait to check out !

This is the most amazing place you can stay in Mallorca. The staff is amazing, on top of everything, very polite, always with a YES attitude. It's located in a privilidge place, next to one of the most iconic beaches in the island (Es Trenc). It has private parking, so no worries of where to leave your rented car. Ammenities are unreal - great pool areas with jacuzzis all over the place, amazing sunsets views. When it comes to the food it was top quality. For breakfast you had a huge variety of local food, plus an ample hot menu you can order. When it comes to dinner, they have also a good variety dishes to choose from with amazing quality all of them. Our room was big and very clean, with top notch design and great taste. Actually the entire interior building looks like a museum. The cherry on top of the icing was the spa with their natural waters and their wide range of massages and relaxing rooms. Relaxation is guaranteed.

Beautiful hotel, very accommodating, the room was spacious with a free standing bath. We had a swim up room right next to the pool bar which had amazing drinks for a good price and the staff were lovely and helpful. We had breakfast included which was also lovely, fresh and wide variety of options.

Stayed in the direct pool access room which was lovely. Bed was comfortable, mini fridge was restocked daily FOC, good selection of drinks/food and room service was also available. Plenty of loungers including Balinese beds. Unfortunately the pool bar wasn’t open yet when we stayed so walking inside and up 3 floors to reception for drinks each time was a trek.

We visited this hotel as a guest to use the pool area. We were staying in a Melia hotel in the area and the pool and terrace was not in use. We were offered by our hotel to use the facilities in the Melia Palma Bosque hotel. We were met at the hotel reception by Marine. This wonderful lady gave us a tour of the hotel and showed us to the pool. Her customer service and warmth was fantastic. She mentioned that there was a dj on that evening so we returned later and had food and drinks. The vibe in this hotel is great. Food, drinks and the atmosphere were all superb. We returned the next day to the pool. Marine welcomed us one again with her smile and her great customer service. Marine is a big asset to Melia. Her personality is one of a kind. Thank you Marine.

super clean, super nice staff, we got free pool drinks ticket just bc we booked through booking.com, and you re not allowed to smoke which is amazing when you have kids. It is realtively close to hop on hop off bus stop(10min walk). Hotel is located just under the castle(15 min walk), it was trendy, minimalistic look, with a lovely view, room was super clean, there is a free minibar(drinks) which is restock everyday. Kids enjoyes the pool very much, midday through the biggest heat we enjoyed indoor pool, i enjoyed the gym in the morning, there is a big supermarket (3min walk), lots of restaurants, behind the pool there is a small beautiful garden with oranges and lemons trees, it was just perfect stay. We even lost the card from our room which was no problem, everyone was super helpful and good spirited! thank you!

Really nice touches like the mini bar and pool towels, breakfast was nice and the staff were fab! The location was a bit further out but walkable into Palma and taxis are really reasonable (taxi rank right outside the hotel). We had a room round the pool which was great for being able to pop in and out. The pool was easy to get loungers around and even though the hotel was really busy we never struggled to find somewhere to sit around the pool or on the terrace. The gym is small but good facilities. Overall a lovely hotel and Great value.

The grounds & property were always very clean. Staff extremely helpful too! 🌟 🌟 Swim up room is a MUST! Catches the sun from 12:30 onwards perfect for a lazy day after breakfast. Food was lovely and lots to choose from! Late night sandwiches for those midnight cravings 🥪

Our room had a private pool which was excellent. Food in Mallorca restaurant was great- big selection of food. Staff were all very helpful.

three pools to chose from, one with a swim up bar, one with water lounge chairs, every subbed had an option to cover it in shade and loads of self service options for food and drink all day, hotel is spotlessly clean and staff so nice and allow you to print anything you need and to hold luggage until you leave for the airport and you also get to use all facilities until leaving to go to the airport, checked out at 12 and stayed by the pool until 5 which was amazing x three different restaurants with amazing fresh food x gym is also amazing

Absolutely blown away by our stay at Riu Playa Park, All-Inclusive Resort! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch, making us feel like VIPs. The food? Oh, don't even get me started - every meal was a culinary delight, options galore!! And opting for a private pool, the best decision ever! Impeccable service, and relaxation after touring the Mallorca coves, small towns and forest!.

Beautiful location and a hotel to perfectly mstch the surrounding. We stayed at a suite with private pool but this wasn’t cleaned very well and the reception people were a bit slow.

The perfect 5 star hotel experience! We had a beautiful suite with separate living room and small plunge pool that had stunning views of the cliffs. The staff was exceptionally helpful with anything we needed both before our arrival and during our stay--booking dining reservations, a boat trip, suggesting local hikes, etc. The breakfast buffet was second to none and a cocktail (or two) at the terrace bar is a must! Live music every night we were there in September and nice little bar snacks offered with your drinks

we have been coming to the Residencia ever since it was owned by Richard Branson . its now part of lvmh, belmond and its luxury personified . We had a superb room with a decent sized plunge pool with the most amazing views from our terrace that excited us every single day of our week at the hotel, the mountains towering above us with the little houses dotted about , the sea in the distance , truly beautiful . The staff are excellent as genuinely friendly as you might wish, and the place looks a dream - the immaculate gardens at the front of the hotel , the donkey path the bar at the front of the hotel where a rose champagne tasted just that bit better than anywhere else. We found the miro restaurant in the evening just a bit too bright with the evening sun some branches had been cut back making it a bitt too bright- shame as the staff in the Miro were all excellent so we decided to eat at the tramuntana restaurant near the pool for lunch and dinner - which we really enjoyed- we looked forward to it . Staff there again were terrific .. This is a hotel that is expensive - but worth it , of course Thomas Moon the friendly manager is in evidence and he chats to the guests and ensures the place runs smoothly. A superb hotel , unique , and we look forward to returning -very much !

Pros: Excellent location if you want to explore the northwest towns of Deia, Valldemossa, and Soller; tucked in the beautiful Tramuntana mountain range. Stunning property/grounds--like out of a fairy tale. Very friendly and courteous staff (special shoutout to Joanna & Sylvie in the front desk, Clara & Eva in El Olivo restaurant, and Toni, F&B director). Spacious bedroom: comfortable bed and pillows, 2 independent sink areas in the bathroom, plus shower and a bathtub, nice bath products, impeccable cleanliness, great A/C temperature, and a heated plunge pool. Outstanding food--particularly at El Olivo restaurant, but also the breakfast buffet and a-la-carte options. A plethora of incredible activities and amenities available. Complimentary valet parking.

What an experience! We stayed here as a special treat after my retirement. We arrived on Easter Monday and there were lots of complementary activities going on in the hotel which were fantastic. This place is heaven. Service is outstanding in all areas whether by the pool or concierge. The pool is beautiful, rooms extremely luxurious including the beds and pillows. We had a room high up with a terrace. Didn't really need the terrace and sun beds because the pool was so inviting. Make sure you eat at El Olivo - expensive but a great experience. Must not forget about breakfast - not to be missed and a huge selection to choose from.
