The property and service were just as nice this time around as our first visit in June 2021. Our three year old son REALLY enjoyed the children's programs in the evenings ('Blue Tots' and 'T-Bots' programs) and asked to go back, daily. A big shout-out to the children's animation team who were absolutely wonderful! As a family, we enjoyed the lovely beach and pools, which were, surprisingly, swimmable in early November. We especially love this property in Side as it's in a nice, quiet, natural location with birds singing in the morning. My husband enjoys going for walks/jogs in the forested areas near the hotel. Food, service, and cleanliness were on point, as always. We had a corner suite this time and loved the views of the sea from our room on the 5th floor. We've stayed at other ultra all-inclusive properties in this region of Turkey, and, for the price, you really can't beat this property. Multiple other guests we spoke to were also repeat customers. Thank you for another lovely holiday!

Staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have separate areas for both families and adults only in both the pool areas and restaurants. Buffet had a good variety. It wasn’t spectacular, but was good enough and had many options. Coffee shop was a favorite. I arrived early since I had taken a night bus. They checked me in early without me having to ask. Very sweet.

Pros: - Excellent COVID-19 precautions - Excellent staff - Excellent rooms - all with sea view - Excellent towel service, sunbeds and umbrellas (pool & sea) - Great location in a fairly isolated beach (not a private beach, by law all the beaches belong to public) - Separate areas for adults Cons: - Poor cocktails. Stick to simple drinks and you'll be fine. Don't forget to ask for brand names of your favourite spirits, otherwise you'll be given the cheaper local equivalent. - Food is above average. It's not bad, but I had much higher expectations. - A la carte reservations cannot be made before check-in, after check-in they're already booked by current guests. Although I had booked enough nights to try each restaurant and made a request to book restaurants in advance I couldn't try them all. My booking request prior to check-in was denied and I was able to book 3 out of 4 restaurants after the check-in. - The beach doesn't have silky sand. It's mixed with pebble. Not too bad though. The sea has also pebble in the ground but then turns into sand if you go further. - Not flexible arrangements: I asked whether it was possible to leave the hotel by 3am paying an extra fee, but I was asked for the full price. It doesn't make much sense to pay that amount for a few hours of sleep. I booked another hotel nearby for less than half the price for my last night. They could have made money by asking for a similar fee, which would have also saved me the trouble to change hotels.

Comfortable beds with other pillow options. Spacious family suite which fit 2 adults and 3 kids. Kind and helpful staff Really close to beach and Side, probably best to walk as taxi 10 euros for a <5 min journey. Kid’s club is clean and well organised with lovely staff running it. The kids enjoyed the swimming pools and slides, for us adults the outdoor pool was a too cold in mid- April. The very small kiddie pools are heated and there was an indoor pool which was nice and warm. The massage in the spa was one of the best ever. Good evening entertainment, the magic show was great fun! The food was excellent at the buffet with plenty of choice and variation.

Good pools, nice kids club, foam party day was the best day ever for our 6 years old. Alacarte food good and kids eat free from kids buffet. Baby pool with a small slide was very good for 1 year old. Game room, hairdresser and spa were all fine. Room cleaning could have have been better compared to the usual we have experienced in Turkey. Music by the pool (at least one of them as they have two pools) would have been nice. A little far away from shops and restaurants when travelling with small kids.

We are family of four. 2 adults and 2 kids (age 6 and 4). We have spent 12 days in Barut Goia and enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean, all the facilities were provided. The hotel has everything what families are wishing for. Our kids enjoyed pool, kids club, activities, shows, and mini disco. Spa was clean, and relaxing. We used SPA three times. Mehmet was very friendly and helpful. Restaurants were full of food. I still have to burn gained 3 extra kilos during the stay :) Özcan was very friendly and helpful. During our stay in the hotel Gunesh was very friendly, helpful and skillful in everything. From making drinks to making sugar candies, from making pop corn to making nargile( waterpipe) . Our kids loved her and despite being busy she was always kind and engaging with them. Big thanks to her for making our stay better. Pool was clean. We enjoyed both pool and water slides. Kids club were doing their best to engage kids :) Our kids made a new friend from entertainment team Yasemin. Big thanks to her .

Room was very nice and clean, comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. Pool is amazing, slides are so much fun. There was always enough sunbeds next to the pool. Food and drinks were great, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment was interesting every night. The kids loved the foam party! 🤩

Everything! Among top hotels in which I stayed (and stayed in several hundreds) - as expected from a 5-star hotel but this was even a bit beyond… From the very first moment at the parking and then reception to the very last moment at departure everything was simply perfect. Our suite was big, modern, super clean, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, nice terrace (looking onto the fields behind, meaning on the quiet side). Food was delicious, very tasty, wide selection of everything. Swimming pool is large and the water is extra clean (perhaps with just a bit too much chlorine?). Every evening great show - the best in our 3-day stay was the group from Colombia. The sandy beach is nice, quite close (transfer 3-4 min by bus, every half an hour) and the service is well organized there as well. Staff is excellent, everybody very nice and pleasant. All in all, not a single complaint (perhaps the location outside the little town of Side which is a gem in itself). Highly recommended, absolutely great hotel!

Im großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt für 10 Tage in Ordnung. Das Personal im Barbereich war ziemlich unfreundlich und lies den Streß an uns Besuchern raus was wir schade fanden, Zimmer war ok mit Aussicht auf den Pool, wenn man jedoch mal früher ins Zimmer geht also vor 23.00 Uhr kann man nicht zur Ruhe kommen da es extrem laut ist aufgrund der Musik, die Livemusik war schrecklich, das Personal an der Rezeption war ebenfalls nicht gross freundlich gegenüber uns und diese hörten uns teils auch nicht wirklich zu. Als wir angekommen sind mussten wir mit langen Wartezeiten rechnen da unser Zimmer noch nicht mal bereit war. Die Speisen und Getränke waren super und sehr qualitativ. Eine Reise von 5min vom Hotel bis zur "Shopping Strasse" kostete 10 Euro egal mit welchem Taxi, was ziemlich überteuert ist für das am Schluß 2-4 Läden zu Besuchen sind. Die Poolbar war abwechslungsreich in der Getränkemenuliste, die Becher und Gläser jedoch sehr schmutzig mit Restbestanden und teils auch verrostet. Die Arbeiter welche Bilder von den Kunden machen möchten wirkten EXTREM aufdränglich und kamen sehr viel zu uns als wir die Ruhe genießen wollten, nach mehreren Aussagen das wir keine Bilder machen wollen machten sie jedoch weiter was wir als sehr nervig empfunden haben. Alles andere war okay..

Ein Hotel nahe an der Perfektion. Ich schreibe daher nur auf, was mich trotz all der Schönheit gestört hat. Total nervig: Liegen am Pool und Strand werden früh morgens reserviert, so dass wir in den ersten 3 Tagen nach dem Frühstück keine Chance auf eine Liege am Pool hatten. Am 4. Tag haben wir dann aus Notwehr dieses Spiel mitgemacht. Nächster Punkt: das Hotel ist das Zuhause von zahlreichen Katzen. Diese sind auch im Restaurant und den Terassen. Wer das (wie ich) nicht mag und unhygienisch findet oder eine Katzenhaarallergie hat, sollte das Hotel nicht buchen. Ich habe vor Anreise per Mail zwei Wünsche geäußert. Beide wurden komplett ignoriert. Bei dem Wunsch nach einer Lage des Zimmers ist es dann sogar das komplette Gegenteil geworden. Ich wollte Aussenseite nah am Meer und habe Innenseite das letzte Zimmer bekommen. Aus diesen genannten Gründen würde ich das Hotel nicht nochmal wählen.

Wasn’t sure if it would live up to all the positive reviews but it really does! Have stayed in hundreds of hotels but overall experience here was well up with the best, and at a much lower price. They don’t sacrifice quality for quantity as it’s all inclusive. All the time being asked what you’d like to drink, even on the beach in front. Staff always cheerful. Food choice and quality also excellent most days. Some small issues such as fact it lacks any internal atmosphere, as it’s all about the pool and gardens. Lobby is boring and long functional spaces abound. Also a pity the balconies with sea view, which cost more, have narrow bars making it feel like a jail cell. Better to have glass barriers like penthouse suites above and many other good hotels now. Also be warned the water sports operators on the beach charge Acanthus guests more. Better to say you are staying in one of the three star hotels, as you have to give hotel name. Highly recommend the paragliding. Very safe. Highlight of beach time. Enjoy your stay. Will definitely be back!

Such an amazing stay at this hotel. The attention to detail was top notch. Everything was clean and COVID protocols were very high. The food was exceptional, we tried the a la carte restaurants three night and every meal was a delight. The buffet had numerous options with new things to try daily and more importantly, the service. Special mention to the team at Lavanta, Safran and guest relations. This was a Honeymoon trip but we did not mention because we did not want the service to be about special treatment, yet it was that level we got. We were a youngish couple compared to most guest but found ways to entertain ourselves. The indoor pool was stellar, the spa was gorgeous and the walks on the promenade were special. The sunsets alone were worth the visit.

Sportaktivitäten sind top Sehr schöner Pool Sehr leckeres, vielseitiges Essen Top Lage Super Sauber Sehr schöne Zimmer Es gibt wirkich keinen einzigen negativen Punkt für dieses Hotel.

Great resort. Really good food and big variety of cocktails, beers, spirits. It is possible to have sparkling wines. Clean and spacious room. The best thing is that in pools and restaurants there are separate areas for adults and people with children. This was the 2nd time at all-inclusive resort and we expected much worse, but were really pleasantly surprised.

Pretty much everything. Service, food, layout, cleanliness, entertainment. It wasn’t crowded, no lines for food and drinks. Abundance of available lounge chairs and beach towels at the pool and beach at any time of the day

Everything! The hotel and service was fantastic. Our room was upgraded to family swimming suite directly walking out into the pool. Food was unbelievable.

We had an unforgettable holiday at Akra Sorgun TUI Blue! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling and ready to help with anything. Their warmth and hospitality really made the difference. The food was out of this world – every meal was a delight, with so much variety, fresh ingredients, and flavors that impressed us every day. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, everything was perfectly prepared. We also treated ourselves to some massages at the spa, and they were absolutely top class – relaxing, professional, and worth every minute. The entire atmosphere at the hotel was just fantastic. You can really tell that the team cares about their guests. We will definitely be coming back and can’t recommend this place enough!

Really nice hotel resort with all you can wish for! We arrived around 2am at night due to plane delay and there was even some food available at night time and pool bar open 24/7, so we didn’t stay hungry or thirsty:) They moved us from reserved Style to Palace hotel, which was fine, since hotel compensated with additional free a’la card dinner. We especially recommend Mediterranean restaurant! Style part of hotel is really stylish, while Palace is more traditional vibe. You can use facilities of both, which is a big plus! Extremely friendly staff, always at your disposal. Great entertainment program! Pool area is really nice. Pool bar right by the pool and Vienna patisserie a few steps away - they allow to take deserts and coffees to the pool area. Beach is just a short drive away with hotel shuttle bus. Beach is very very big, lots of loungers in cover, so you can get shelter from strong sun. Stack bar is serving big variety of food for long lunch. All in all - strongly recommend for your perfect vacation!

Absolutely amazing! Best hotel in the area. We had a great overall experience. The food was delicious and high quality—we usually get sick at all-inclusive resorts due to poor food, but this hotel was completely different. The staff was outstanding—you can tell they’re well-trained and genuinely care. There was always plenty to eat throughout the day, with drinks, ice cream, and snacks readily available. The coffee shop was a great bonus! The beach was awesome, with food and drinks available there all day. It's accessible by a shuttle that runs every 5 minutes (though it's not widely advertised), and you can also walk, so it’s very convenient. The pools were clean, especially the kids' pool. No complaints at all—we will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to everyone!

Very polite stuff. All the people are super polite. We have read reviews about rude stuff that chasing you for tips... we haven't seen anything like this!!! Nobody asked for tip... you tip if you want to and you need to chase the stuff if you want to tip them as they move quickly. A lot of activities around the pools and on the beach. Animation team is nice. Shows on the theater every second night, on the other nights live performances on the terrace bar. Mostly Germans, no British which is good :) The hotel is super clean, they clean all the time. The room is super clean, changing towels every day, cleaning the room every day. Food is really good with a lot of variety. You also have 1 night at a A la carte restaurant... (4 a la carte restaurants) and we dont recommend the World Kitchen restaurant as it is in the other hotel which is connected to this one... and it wasnt that good. The main restaurant of the hotel is quite good so you dont need anything else :)

I was very satisfied with everything during my stay. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. My room was cleaned every day and the towels were replaced regularly. My cleaner was Dujgu Yildirim and she did a really great job. At the bar, the waiters were very friendly – from the second day on they already knew exactly what and how I liked to drink. Specially at the pool bar - during the day Ismet Mutlu and at the night Tülay Bag! Hasan at the reception was also very nice and welcoming. At the beginning there was a small issue as my room was not yet ready, but this was solved very quickly and I was even compensated for the inconvenience. Hasan handled everything with great flexibility and helpfulness. Thank you very much!

We really enjoyed our vacation at Lago Hotel. The hotel and the area around it was stylish, beautiful and clean. The rooms were rather on the small side, but they were well equipped and comfortable, everything you needed was available in the room. The refrigerator in the room was filled daily with soft drinks. The selection of food was versatile, a lot of fresh, and it was especially nice to have fresh juices at breakfast. Pool area/beach were pleasant. Lots of activities, the gym was quite well equipped. I highly recommend. We will definitely visit the hotel again in the future.

Me and my husband with family we got a free upgrade swim up room so did my daughter and son in law hotel is amazing food really nice no fault at all ..it was my son in law birthday while we was there the staff put Rose pestle s and birthday cake in there room all the staff really good and all so friendly we will be back thank you all so much for a lovely holiday

We stayed here in August for 8 nights what a beautiful hotel 🥰 fresh and clean food was delicious good variety all day everyday beautiful presentation could see the hard work which went into it all desserts were to die for AMAZING !!! on arrival at 11pm we were directed to the dining room where a variety of food was available there is also a 24 hour bar by the pool which was lovely to relax after our journey our room was fresh and clean bed was super comfy the beach was a big surprise as it has food and drinks available all day till 5 good variety and plenty of fruit, ice cream even a fries cart plenty of sunbeds available did not have any issue finding one there is a shuttle bus but tbh we walked not long at all there are fridges scattered around with plenty of water, juice and yogurt always kept topped up also on beach too the entertainment was brilliant all staff were very helpful and get to know what you like only downfall for us was the air conditioning after opening the balcony door or front door we had to keep resetting the air conditioning for some reason it just would not stay on even if we left the card in while we went out We found every where preferred euros not lira so when we revisit we will take euro We will be revisiting this hotel again without a doubt can’t wait to return 😊

What can I say? This hotel was way above my expectations as I had read so many negative reviews. Yes it does have a predominantly German and Swiss/French guest list but this is in no way an influence upon the service provided. Excellent service from all staff. The hotel,amenities,food/drinks service is excellent, the hotel is spotless and is continually being cleaned by an impressive team. Food was plentiful and of excellent quality and something for everyone. The area itself is convenient for the beach, shopping and transportation links. We visited 9-16/March and had excellent weather- 21-27 deg C. Cleanest outdoor pool I’ve ever been in. Entertainment provided is very professional.

From the collection of our cases on arrival to the friendly check-out 2 weeks later, our stay was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly particularly the waiters in the lobby bar. The room was modern and clean with an excellent shower. Food choice was tremendous with something for everyone. The indoor and outdoor pools were well-kept with constant supervision.The entertainment that we saw was of a high standard. The acid test is: would we return? We have re-booked for November!

Lækkert hotel, tæt på strand og handelsmuligheder. Hotellet er ikke så stort som det ser ud på billederne, men det var kun et plus i vores bog. Vi havde et familieværelse, der fungerede godt for os. Restauranterne var pæne og måltiderne var lækre, med stor variation. Poolen området var meget fint og var ikke overfyldt, da vi var der.

Personal und Buffetauswahl , sowie Qualität war absolut hervorragend. Fruchtkorb und 1 Flasche Wein bei Ankunft sehr schön. Danke Nicht gefallen haben uns, dass das Zimmer zwar den gewünschten Meerblick hatte, jedoch mind. 5 Zimmer direkt bei der Küchenlüftung liegen. Auf Anfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass dies um 21 Uhr aufhört. Dem war auch in der Nacht nicht so. Gemütlich auf der Zimmerterrasse sitzen nicht möglich. Sehr schwierig bei offener Terrassentür schlafen. Wir kamen von Alanya für 4 Tage. In dieser Zeit wurden nur die Mülleimer gelehrt und WC geputzt. Ansonsten kein Zimmerservice, wie Handtuchwechsel oder Bett angelangt. Für ein anderes Zimmer kommen wir wieder.Waren schon 2x dort

The property has everything you need to have a beautiful stay, the pools (private pool you have just a few steps from your bed is especially amazing), spacious green areas with wonderful trees and flowers, very nice sand beach and amazing spa you should definitely pay a visit. Service was great, there is no thing that you could possibly need that you can’t get. Food was delicious in every restaurant, great choice of cheese, salads, sweets, you name it. Every recommendation for this hotel, you won’t make s mistake by choosing it, for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Barut Hemera. The service was excellent from the start. We were asked if we wanted to upgrade a room for a small fee so that our balcony opened right onto our private pool area and we were glad we did. The a la carte seafood restaurant Sandal was also great and worth a try. The hotel was well laid out, cozy, clean and the views were amazing. We would definitely visit there again.

Beautiful hotel with a great choice of food and activities. We stayed as our family trip and the little had the best time.. We had the opportunity to book the rooms with the private pool and it was soo convenient. Big thanks to Murat who finds us those rooms at the last minute with the best rate. Also, thanks to Mahir from the Bakery who made sure we had tasty Vegan options along the whole stay.

This hotel was far better than we expected. Food in the a la carte restaurants was exceptional, and pretty decent in the buffet too. a la carte lunches in Olive were a treat, very well presented and nothing was too much trouble, exception chef there. The whole hotel has a chilled out luxurious vibe with upmarket decor, nice lighting and sofas with funky cushions around the place, just gives it a more grown up feel. The quiet pool near the swim up rooms was our favourite, with Olive bar on hand to cool us down with cocktails and ice cream! If you're after a chilled hotel, close to other bars and shops, with excellent facilities, that feels a world away from your bog standard 'Benidorm' style all inclusive, this is the place for you.

lovely hotel had a room at front off pool with a jacuzzi on balcony was a great selection and choices off food in restaurant but was very busy at times breakfast lunch and dinner was good and pool food was excellent pizzas made fresh very tasty burgers fish and fruit selection along with a great choice off ice creams and lollies even had plenty choice off drinks in bars great entertainment team and mucus around pool were excellent minibus to beach run every half hour to beach which had plenty off beds and food and drinks also include in all inclusive package would be booking again It my daughters and my birthday when we stay so we had fruit basket and a bottle off bubbly left in room for us 👌🌟 free beach towel and toiletries all supplied and free mini bar filled each day in room. Hairdresser on site had my highlights done great service and also great spa paid for these services but price very well

Excellent hotel with amazing staff. I strongly recommend! The hotel and the pool were great. The atmosphere and enterteinment was amazing and well kept by the staff. All services are high quality. Room was cleaned every day and refill for mini bar. Food and drinks were delicious and very diverse with an open bar for 24h in the hotel. Various activities held by the staff during the day at the pool: aqua gym, good music, dance, kids parties, night patries The beach is really beatifull with a nice garden and sunbeds space. As well, there is a terrace on the beach and bar where we enjoyed a fantastic a la carte night and parties. The transport to the beach is at every 5 min by a mini autocar and sea sports area is next to the beach. Bazar and mini markets non stop are next to the hotel We definetly enjoyed the time at Sunthalia and we are excited to always come back Thanks to entire staff and entertainment team for the excelent job!

Staff and ambience were so great. Every day they have entertainment program running so you definitely won't feel bored. One more thing, the guests will feel like in 1 community and you soon get lot of friends as of the 1st day since you meet more often at the pool, restaurants, events, and disco club. Big thanks to the guest service that offered us a romantic dinner at their beach restaurant as a gift to our wedding anniversary.

Lovely hotel, you can really feel it's special. People working there are very kind and helpful. The stuff have prepared us a great dinner for my fiancée birthday which looked amazing. There are plenty of events almost every day. The drinks at the bars were amazing and plenty to choose from. Loved the swimming pools. I would definitely recommend it.

This four star hotel is like a smaller version of a five star hotel. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Everything is clean and tidy. The selection of food is sufficient and there are new options every day. There is about 4 km long promenade by the sea near the hotel that leads to the old town of Side. The promenade is a good place to walk or run. The hotel's beach is well maintained, the sunbeds are clean and drinks, ice cream and fruit are offered. Many thanks to the front desk manager for room with pool access.

Small hotel so buffet wasn't huge but a great selection and quality. A la carte lunch/snack restaurant a great alternative. Quality of drinks were great and never had to wait to be served and the pool had an excellent waiter service. Swim up room great for a more chilled out/quiet relax. Hotel very well maintained to a high standard and clean throughout. Staff were very friendly and always making sure that everything was OK. Rooftop bar great for a sunset drink or a quiet place during the day with great views. Good location, a short walk to the beach, local bars and markets. Beach/pool bag a lovely touch.

Was unexpected amazing experience. Hotel is small, not usually huge resort, just 3 floors + private rooms with private pool. But that’s exactly what we appreciate a lot. Every member of personal know us, always smiling and try to help in every kind of task, even with special ones. They do it honestly, not only for cash, like in other hotels….they just ready to make your vacation best as you ever had and trust me, they know how to do it. Their service is so amazing that you never miss nothing. Rooms are clean, everywhere is clean, on beach they always clean sunbeds which you choosed in front of you. If you miss something during eating time, they make it what you want specially for you. What I need to say? Just that we ll be glad to came there again soon.

Everything - yes, seriously, everything! The hotel could not do more for us, from the initial booking to a friendly check-in at the start and even friendlier send-off at the end of our stay. Mehmet, the front desk manager, offered us an adapted room when I asked about help for those with restricted walking mobility. He also reserved us sunbeds near the steps into the pool. We were also reserved a table in the restaurant. All the staff is exceptional at their jobs, led by the ever-present and hands on manager Savaş. The pool is fantastic for swimming or just relaxing in, and was at bath temperature by the afternoon. The jacuzzi section was perfect for just cooling off from the heat. The food was delicious and seemingly catered for everyone’s tastes. As we greatly enjoy Turkish food we were delighted with the quality and variety of the various dishes, salads and snacks available. The bar service is excellent, from continual at-sunbed service around the pool to nice drinks in the various bar areas in the evening. All in all, we had a fantastic 2 weeks and will book again for next year.

What a great hotel! Not only is it beautiful, the food and drinks are excellent. Comfy beds, clean, lovely pool. The absolute standout of the hotel is the staff. Every single person you come across smiles, chats, remembers you and offers amazing service. I tried to keep a list of names to mention but it became impossible as everyone was amazing. Savas, the manager, takes time to get to know the guests, checks in regularly and is all around great craic. Halit makes insanely good cocktails, ismail runs around the pool tending to your every need and always with a smile, the guys in the restaurant are so welcoming and friendly. We had dinner in the international a la carte restaurant one night and it was amazing. Really good food, good selection of wine and impeccable service. We cannot wait to come back!

The food was absolutely amazing. Breakfast and dinner offered a huge variety for any diet preferences. The room was very clean and tidy every day. The pool bar has an assortment of drinks both alcohol and non alcohol and the same goes for all the bars. The spa offered massages that had to be paid additionally but are worth it in my opinion, because it was very very good. The staff was extremely nice and always helpful.

Location, food, facilities, staff, pools was perfect, this hotel has thought of everything and you certainly can't get bored.

Very good room size particularly for the price point. Food was great with a lovely patisserie. Particularly grateful to Fatima from Guest Relations for her excellent help in arranging everything

This was our third time at the side star elegance and yet again it never failed to deliver. From the welcoming at reception to the staff throughout the hotel, the experience was top notch. Al a carte was amazing, service was excellent, Resturant had a vast variety of food to cater for all tastes, bars friendly with branded drinks, all staff spoke/ understood several languages. This time round we had a swim up room, so relaxing , will definitely do it again, we love this hotel so much we’re booking agin for next yr.

This was our second stay at Side Star Elegance and we have already booked our third for 2026. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed many delicious meals in the A-la-carte restaurants. Sitting overlooking the Mediterranean with a glass of cold Rose was perfect! Location is excellent with lovely walks to Side Old Town. We absolutely love our swim-up room.

Family of 7 , booked 3 swim up rooms with one solo occupancy room requested this room was close to swim up rooms , this unfortunately did not happen and room was other side of the complex which was unfortunately for a single female occupancy. Only draw back of holiday. Second time coming to this hotel other than this minor inconvenience food , a la carte , staff and holiday as a whole was second to none. Swim up rooms were amazing , hotel was spotless , rooms were cleaned daily on request. Friendly staff other than bar at the BBQ bar ? Which is such a shame as he made the best drinks , turn that frown upside down. All in all family of 7 that is over the moon. Night time entertainment was limited which may have been due to the weather. Can’t fault the complex for their attentive behaviour and the over all experience will definitely be back !! , WiFi was also super fast throughout the whole hotel Thanks for a great week away xx thanks from the Scottish family.

Best hotel ever. it's our 6th time here. We arrived yesterday. We always book a swim up room and they are perfect. Staff in the restaurants and bars are lovely. I dont understand reviews that say the staff are rude. We have never encountered that. So many restaurants to choose from. The food is fantastic and the alcoholic drinks are branded. The cocktails are made fresh. There are outdoor drink fridges and ice cream fridges dotted around the hotel and you can help yourself. Our mini bar was filled everyday. Our room was cleaned everyday. We go to the Dudan bar as there is entertainment every night. We have tried other hotels but they just don't match what you get here. There isn't a single thing we would change. It's pure perfection.

Nice hotel but thought the staff were very hard to talk to. Didn’t understand much English. Food was nice and room were good. Beach and pool area was great!

There was no bath tub in room. Bathroom looks kinda poor for a five star hotel. There are alots of missing stuff in gym. Such as barbell broken equipments. Hotel is big. Fooda are great. Reastaurant captain hüsnü was very friendly and helpful. I will definetly go back

Great hotel and clean beach with nice and wide variety of food and drinks but location is far from city and no cheap transportation available nearby. Staff only speaks Turkish and German, luckily I can speak a little German but my friends can speak only English

Das Hotel befindet sich in ruhiger beziehungsweise zentraler Lage. In der Nähe sind zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Side und Manavgat sind gut mit Taxi oder Dolmus zu erreichen. Viele Gäste kommen immer wieder gerne hier her.

Een fijn hotel met goede, vriendelijke bediening en zeer schoon! Kwaliteit vh eten is helaas iets minder geworden ( was voor de zevende keer daar) verder totaal geen klagen! Genoeg te doen en goede atmosfeer
