Beautiful hotel with the most stunning grounds I’ve ever seen and quite enchanting at night. Pool areas are lovely, our favourite being the lazy river area which is huge and the water a good temperature so think it’s heated. The big swim up pool was particularly cold in November, there were few beds taken and only me brave enough to swim in it albeit briefly. The pool specially for Unique clients has sunbeds that have mattresses. Rooms are good size but dark apart from bathroom area. Light switches completely illogical and if you want to use the toilet in night you choose to wake others in room up or use your phone torch as there’s no seperate light in loo! Towels in room are thin and small and need upgrading and there’s no tea/coffee making facility but there is a fridge you can empty and put your own stuff in. Breakfast is excellent choice. Biggest gripe here is people refill their own water bottles direct from water tap which is disgusting and unhygienic. They need a notice on it to say use a glass to fill your bottle. Entertainment is poor and there is no atmosphere at night but plenty bars and restaurants nearby

We loved the Lopesan Baobab. It is beautifully designed and everything is designed for comfort and ease. The room was very comfortable and spacioys with lots of little extra conveniences (extra pool towels, beach/pool bag, robes etc). There isxa handy app to order extras as well and it worked really well. The pools are amazing. We mainly used the lazy river pool which allows for great swims but we enjoyed all of them and each has a different vibe. The hotel is huge but is zoned well so feels almost like a little village. Great gardens and walks throughout mean things are always easy to find and get to. We stayed B&B and the breakfast buffet is great. Lots of options. Lots of bars, restaurants and cafès to try nearby. Highly recommend and want to return!!

Just returned from a nice 5 night break at Lopesan Baobab. We booked the unique package as had our 13 year old travelling with us and needed a junior suite with separate bedroom. In my view pros and cons as follow… Complimentary airport transfer very efficient and friendly in MB people carrier. Exclusive check in not needed as very quiet on arrival. Check in by Carlos W was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Room was reasonable size with plenty wardrobe space. Beds hard as a rock though. Visited 3 restaurants …. Pili pili for unique breakfast was just ok and not as much choice as buffets. Ankara was lovely for evening meal, first class food and service. Baobab buffet again fine lots of choice but bit of a bun fight (half term). Unique lounge in 6th floor was poor. No view, uncomfortable seating. If you want free snacks and drinks then fine. Pool areas, ok so we found this an issue… lots and lots of foliage and trees and no large areas of sunbeds. All sunbeds were sat very near to pool edges making manoeuvrability an issue. I would expect Unique package guests to have their own exclusive area but this seems to be shared with everyone else, just certain areas of a pool that are cordoned off for unique guests. Henry Stanley pool bar is scruffy and understaffed. Food looked very poor. Richard burton bar very nice airy and spacious. Overall would be stay here again , no, we would most probably return to the Villa del Conde or try the Lopesan Faro.

What I really appreciated was the overall comfort of our stay. The rooms were spacious, well arranged, and very comfortable: we all slept wonderfully, which made a big difference during our vacation. I also enjoyed the pool area: there were plenty of options to choose from, and the fact that several pools were heated made swimming enjoyable at any time of the day. The atmosphere around the pools was lively but still relaxing. Another highlight was the entertainment. The animations were engaging, fun, and created a cheerful holiday spirit for both adults and children. It added a lot of value to our stay and gave us moments to share together as a family.

The stuff really made our stay special and we’re always very attentive to our needs , a special thanks for the waiter/barmaid David who was always smiling and friendly with us and also to Dorian from the reception who was very helpful. The food was great and breakfast delicious .

Hotel is amazing, I can recommend the villa with a private pool and hottub. Food is amazing. Staff are very attentive and remember your preferred coffee orders as you walk in for breakfast. Being a fussy eater they customised my food - Can't thank them enough. Cleaning team and grounds staff - amazing!

The combination of the design of the hotel's pool and restaurant area is really cosy, rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains from the restaurant is phenomenal. I observed that the wi-fi connection was available in the pool-area, without interruption. HOWEVER it is the Staff, that make Seven an exceptional place. They are the cherry on top and the true soul of the hotel. They see their customers, they are friendly and welcoming. Professional, but relaxed and I really liked that. The guests tend to greet each other at least with a 'hi' and it's usually a mixed crowd. Also important to mention, that the place feels very safe. Thank you for a great holiday, I will be back.

Really relaxing, friendly, calm resort. It's a rather small resort, with approximately 20-30 guests max, so you can almost feel like you own your own pool when most of guests go to the beach ;) Staff is amazing, rooms very spacious. Breakfast is delicious. Great pools, facilities, sauna, jacuzzi, little gym. Everything you truly need to have an amazing, chilled stay. We will be surely back next year!

We had an amazing time staying here for a second time - this time over Maspalomas Pride 2025 Great facilities - beautiful swimming pool and grounds and functional outdoor gym (not huge but has the basics you need). Great final Ice Cream pool party for Pride But most of all we love the staff - they are a great team - incredibly friendly and welcoming and the service is fantastic.

Hotel is very tranquil perfect for couples. Staff lovely, friendly and helpful. My only niggle is our room with pool (202) like many others did not get sun on the terrace until around 1 in the afternoon, when it was too hot for us. We spent our time by the main pool, which is gorgeous and often we were the only ones there. But not using our own pool was disappointing. I would definitely go again but not pay for a private pool.

A Perfect Family Holiday Stay!” We had a fantastic time staying at Lovisi’s house for our family holiday. The location was great, with good shops and restaurants just a short drive away. The house itself was spacious, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean, making it the perfect home away from home. The heated pool was a wonderful bonus, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Communication with the host was outstanding—quick responses and very friendly throughout. We highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lovisi. The house is located in a quiet area and has private parking. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked a few meals in the house and even used the barbeque. The garden and private swimming pool were fantastic and we used it a lot during our stay.

Spacious well equipped villa. We had a very enjoyable family barbecue on Christmas day sunbathing around the pool.

It was all fantastic from the pool to the luxury of the villa

The room was fabulous with our own bar and soft drinks in the fridge. It also has its own plunge pool.

There was nothing I didn’t like I loved everything about it , we got a free upgrade to a room with a private pool we were delighted! Also at a reasonable price we upgraded to all inclusive and we were so glad we did as the food was beautiful. Views from hotel were spectacular. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to return next year .

Fantastic hotel that caters very well for families but also couples, older guests. Rooms spacious, modern and comfy with large balconies and basic self catering equip. We booked a family suite with limited sea view but it was pretty much panoramic with a lovely sunset each night :) Maids will make up your room daily if requested. The hotel is large and can get busy but there is ample space even when its full. There are 5 pools including 2 adults only/spa pool an infinity pool and 2 good sized family pools. Plenty of beds around each although you do have to be early to get them, but that was no problem. Plenty of quieter areas if you dont want the busyness of the main pool, and fab slides and splash area for kids. The restaurant is large and well set out, no trouble getting a table and outdoor dining an option. Food really good, lots of choice with pasta/asian/fish/mexican/meats/fresh salad every night. If you are all inclusive, you can get food almost all day. Amazing fresh pizzas in the snack bar at lunch! Drinks good, not very strong alcohol wise but not a bad thing when drinking all day! You can pay for premium drinks if you feel the need. Staff really friendly and nothing too much trouble. We are already looking at returning! :)

The whole hotel was clean. Plenty of spaces to chill in the sun away from the pool, snooker tables dotted around the bars and they showed the football on the big screen. Spacious rooms, great facilities (gym and spa), multiple pools slightly heated. Never had to fight for a sun lounger in a good spot, adults only areas, self service soft drinks/beer/wine which was amazing as could Grab one walking past as they are dotted all over so never had to walk far, cocktails on all inclusive really good. We stayed in May and it wasn’t over run with kids like most reviews said. Location was great - beach close by, you do have to walk down 600 steps to get to it (I counted on the way back up) or get a taxi.. all staff are so so friendly and the animation team for the kids are always doing something (pool activities, competitions, kids clubs), even got the adults involved in water basketball and a few games around the pool. Food was what you expect at all inclusive, loads of choices and the staff were always working to clear tables and get food replenished quickly. Oh and when we checked in they took our information including date of birth, and on my partners birthday we arrived into the room and found a bottle of champagne with a lovely note! We never even mentioned it was a birthday, but the fact they took note and done this as a surprise was so thoughtful!

Overall, Villa Livisi provides excellent value for money and a very comfortable stay. To have a 4 bedroom villa, with 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and a private pool is a real positive with the property. The living space is bright and airy, the kitchen has all of the essentials that you need in terms of pots, pans, and platewear. Asides from these, kitchen was empty. When we left we left key condiments like salt, pepper, oil, sugar etc for whomever enjoyed the villa after us. Its location is good, particularly if you don’t mind getting around on foot. If not, taxis are quick and reasonably priced. Despite being adjacent to the motorway, it really doesn’t interfere too much at all. There are plenty of shops very near by- Lidl is a 3 min walk, the cash and carry is worth a visit and mercado and spar a 7-8 min walk. The pool and the garden really are the highlight of the property. After a day out and about, or at the beach, it was simply lovely to be able to come back and enjoy the pool.

Villa was perfect, plenty of space and pool was great. Whilst a 15 min walk to the centre it suited us perfectly with a food store just a few minutes away. It was easy to get out in the car and visit the attractions and beaches. Host was welcoming, helpful and would definitely stay again.

The property was conveniently located near to Lidls so made it super easy to get everything that we needed. We loved the pool area which had plenty of sunshine and shade if needed all day long.

That space and the pool were excellent and it's only 3 min walk to supermarket.

While a little dated, the villa is very spacious and it easily housed all of 6 of us. We used the bbq & pool area quite a lot & the waterfall is a nice touch but does need to be requested if this is something you would like on during your stay. Our host was amazing & was no more than a message away. He even helped sort us out with taxis from the property as the better bars and restaurants are further afield. Lidl is a couple minutes drive which was very helpful to pop to when needed.

Excellent experience overall. Ongoing housekeeping made us feel like we're at a luxury hotel while still retaining the benefits (privacy, large living spaces) of a rental property.

We stayed here as a family of 4 with 2 young kids. We were here for 8 days, and the villa has everything we need. We loved having our meals outside in the garden, and using the pool every single day. The villa is very comfortable and homey. It's the perfect place if you want a quiet and relaxing holiday with your family. Location wise It's a close drive to the best beaches of Gran Canaria. There's plenty of good restaurants nearby as well. The owner is also very responsive if you have any questions or issues. We would love to stay here again if we return to Gran Canaria in the future!

The house is wonderful and the outside area really nice. Great pool, benches to soak up the sun, a great sofa and outdoor dining area. We really liked the shading options for the sofa and table which made it really nice to stay out there even in the middle of the day over the hottest hour. The house is in a quiet area and you will need a car when staying there.

We really liked everything! We stayed there for a week. - We had a car which is a must there - Heated pool was very nice and it is highly recommended during winter time - Rooms were nice, clean, as well as bathrooms - Kitchen was fully equipped - Super calm and nice!

Location is quiet and only for guest closed place. Close to the private marina with whole bunch of amazing boats and great restaurant (Yacht club). And the host (even we did not met her) was amazing, helpful and gave us enough information we needed.

Pedro's house is amazing! The outside area offers everything you could possibly imagine: a good size salt water pool, kids playground, bbq, kitchen and table area for al fresco dining and a tropical garden (Pedro also gifted us mangoes, avocadoes and dragoni fruits from it)! We were a big group of 11 people of which 4 kids and we never felt there was not enough space for all of us. Having three kitchens available (and three fridges where to store food and drinks) was also great to cook for that many people. The tropical garden was good also to let baby nap in the buggy in the shade whilst we all had fun in the pool! Pedro was an incredible host helping us with anything we asked for (and more).

We had an amazing time at Villa Diaz Aleman. We stayed for 8 days with 8 people, working remote during the week and exploring the island at the weekends. We had all we needed. Three kitchens, three fridges, a pool, enough space for yoga etc. The villa is located close to Maspalomas where you can find anything you need. Free parking space is in front of the house. Also the couple living in the ground floor of the villa was really friendly and helpful, as well as the owner! So we can highly recommend that place for big groups! 😊

The villa was very clean and well equipped for a self catering holiday. We found everything we needed without any trouble. The swimming pool was excellent and it was great to have a little fence around it as this was very safe with our toddler. Pedro was a wonderful host, so friendly and helpful! One of our favourite nights of the holiday was when he helped us to cook homemade pizzas in the pizza oven.

Beautiful, safe villa for families with all the facilities you could ask for. Salt pool & outdoor kitchen were our favourite parts. Hosts are lovely and responsive, amenities are close by car and beaches/ shopping etc 15 20 minutes away. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We were provided with two travel cots and two highchairs for our twins. The play area was fantastic for kids. Gated pool prefect for safety of young children too.

The villa was amazing, very modern and bright. Great layout with every room having there own ensuite which is good for whole family. Salt water pool was also very relaxing and there were plenty of sun loungers for the whole party. Christel was the perfect host, she was there if you needed any assistance, but left you alone to enjoy your holiday if you didn't. Love her attention to detail even inside the cupboards and drawers.

Villa was stunning with every little touch you could imagine to make your stay stress free. Christel was an amazing host... met us on arrival and when we departed. Was always on hand via WhatsApp. We hired a car from the airport and this enabled us to explore the island easily.

The villa was faultless with all the amenities you could need. The host went out of her way to welcome us. Our luggage was delayed at the airport and we were late to arrive, nevertheless Christel stayed up and met us to hand over the keys.

The property is very modern , very spacious , very clean and comfortable , it all the essentials you could ask for down to extra toilet roll , all kitchen appliances every thing you could need and more to feel like home from Home it’s a beautiful property

The villa was very modern with all the necessary facilities you needed with a great view, with the sea in the distant background. The pool was in the sun from around 10am to sunset, very refreshing

Really nice clean house with everything you need. Towels + toiletries provided. Really spacious terrace and deckchairs. Pool is bigger in person. Wifi good.

The villa is very nice and clean. The view over the village to the Sea is a really big plus. The swimming pool is actually quite big (not heated). The gas heated barbeque grill worked well and you could find all the needed things from the villa.

Compact, well organised, bungalow with big terrace & beatifull (sunset) views. Sun on terrace in february from 11 till sunset.

Really, everything we could have wanted to ask was already explained in the emails before our arrival, including a mini-guide to attractions and restaurants in the immediate area as well as throughout the island! The welcome at the villa was very nice; you truly feel like you’ve come to visit an old friend rather than just a rented property from Booking. The villa itself is very spacious, with more than enough room for our family of four, and we didn’t even use one of the rooms. Everywhere was perfectly clean. The patio with the jacuzzi and pool made a huge impression; the kids were delighted. During the day, we enjoyed the heated pool (the water temperature was very good), and in the evening, the jacuzzi (great for stargazing at night). The area is very quiet and well-maintained, with a nice shared pool that was almost empty during this time—we could treat it as a second private pool (it’s about a minute’s walk away), and a well-equipped Spar store. In summary, the vacation was very successful, and we would love to come back! Both the villa and its owner far exceed the standards on Booking! We highly recommend coming here!

Property was amazing. Especially for my disabled Grandma who needs assistance to walk and as it’s all ground floor it was very easy. The beautiful palm tree in the garden is fascinating. Bedrooms&En suites where huge. Pool area with the hot tub was very enjoyable as the garden gets all the sun. Also in the garden there is a choice of 2 BBQ’s which we loved to use!

Lancelot is a beautiful Private House. The owner, Carlos met my wife and myself at the property after we had been transferred from the Airport by his lovely Daughter Julia. Carlos showed us in great detail all of the facilities; The outside space is fantastic and there are different levels on which to sunbathe or dine outside on. We were overwhelmed at how everything that one could desire was provided. Carlos explained how to use everything and we also took up the option to have the Pool Heated for an additional sum, this proved to be a good decision given that it was February and we woke up every day to a lovely warm pool. We didn't see Carlos at all throughout our 10 day stay but he did provide his mobile number if we had any problems, which we didn't and he came to clean the pool and test chemical levels whilst we were still in bed and when we got up we found that he left us a very large Canarian Cake cooked by his wife Dory . We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely be returning again this year. Bravo Carlos, Dory and Julia, you are a lovely family who gave us one of the best holidays we have ever had.

Hosts are very friendly. A welcome gift of fruits, drinks and meat selection was a great surprise for us. We stayed over Christmas period, hosts baked for us two lovely Grand Canaries cakes. Heated pool int he property is a great advantage as there very little sun on the pool. Kitchen is well equipped, groceries shops minutes away by foot walk. The house has also Netflix TV that is a great advantage. Carlos is looking well after the house, everything is nicely clean and pool is well looked after. There are no cockroaches there, flies or mosquitoes in the house, windows and doors all protected by the nets. Very nice and quite neighborhood, plenty of parking and all the restaurants, shopping centers are minutes away by walk. Greta location for someone who likes to be in the center "of everything".

The owners of this villa Carlos & his wife Dory were very welcoming. Carlos was amazing and picked us up & dropped us back going home. The villa had everything you needed and the heated pool was lovely. When Carlos came to clean the pool he even brought us a lovely gift for our breakfast can't ask for better service. The location was fantastic everything was in walking distance.

Fantastic location. Hiring a car is a great choice (though not essential). Within a close radius you have Playa de Amadores (10min), Mogan (known as Little Venice and very beautiful and less than 20min away) , Melonaras (stylish looking seafront and some lovely restaurants - 20min), Maspalomas (the dunes are a must - 20min). Aqualand (20min) is just outside Maspalomas and has a great selection of slides. We went in February and there was no queuing at all. Las Palmas is a little further away (50min), but worth a day trip. The local football team (UD Las Palmas) are currently in Spain's topflight La Liga and tickets are reasonably priced and easily obtainable unless it is against some of the bigger teams (Barca, Real & Atletico Madrid). Wonderful hosts - Carlos and Dory are the best - could not do enough for us and were prompt and responsive right for the start. Clean, comfortable, well furnished and full compliment of domestic appliances - used the BBQ multiple times. Nice little pool to cool off in which I imagine would be very welcome in summer. (Can also be heated for a small fee if required). FYI, also found there were ZERO mosquito's around at this time of year as opposed to some of the other Canary Islands we have visited previously.

The pictures are not photoshopped, it’s just what it is! The villa has everything you need and feels really luxurious. The view is amazing and with the greenery of the golf course it’s like you’re in oasis. The contact with the host was very friendly and a great start of our vacation. I recommend this villa to everyone who wants some peace and quiet to relax and if you like some more action, you just 10 minutes away to the beach and lively area with your (rental) car.

Fantastic apartment, and a perfect base for exploring the island. Apartment is great design, well thought out and very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing break. Host Isaias was great - friendly and helpful. This was our first visit to Gran Canaria and would love to stay here again.

We were a group of friends who loved the whole vibe of the villa , the location, facilities, and large layout, which was absolutely perfect. The host Maria was extremely friendly, kind, and very considerate to any request we made of her. I would highly recommend this property for any family or friends style holidays here. The heated salt water pool with adjoining BBQ area was large and in full sunshine all day long and very private.

What a beautiful villa. The outdoor space is immaculate, and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The heated pool was a major bonus. Rooms were clean and spacious. And the living area is ample size for the group with a piano if you can play a tune. Maria was very communicative and quick to respond to anything, easy to work with. Can't wait to go back there again!

The Villa has everything we needed even down to shopping bags, the pool was amazing, the whole place was perfect.

This is an amazing villa to stay in. Very quiet and private with a lovely little pool. Everything is beautifully maintained and everything we needed was available. Plenty of bottled water. We felt very well looked after. The views are lovely.

The property is spacious and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s nice and close to the community pool, amazing Grill restaurant and Spar. Just ideal!

Having just spent 2 weeks at Villa ArenaMar all I can say is that it is a fantastic place to stay with a family, there is plenty of room both indoors and outdoors. The villa is set on one level so it is ideal if travelling with small chldren and the pool is a wonderful addition. It is ideally located not far from the Yumbo centre and is convenient for supermarkets and bars. It is in a quiet street so no noise at night time. The Villa has everything you need inside, including linen, kitchen utensils, all the comforts of home and the showers were great. Having air conditioning in the bedrooms was amazing at night. I will certainly look to go back and would highly recommend staying here when visiting the area.

Villa is big, 1 floor which makes it with young children very comfort.

The pool in our backyard! It was the only unit we saw with a pool, and it was so nice cooling down there. It was a lot bigger than what we expected. It fitted 8 people very comfortably!

The house was very nice and spacious, equipped with everything needed for our stay. Host is very communicative, helpful and reacts rapidly on unexpected problems (ie. our induction hob got broken but new one was mounted on the very next day). Very nice surrounding with 2 swimming pools and jacuzzi. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful accommodation with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Central location walking distance from Meloneras beachfront where there are a few restaurants and bars but hiring a car would be beneficial to be able to explore neighbouring towns although taxis are also available fairly easily. Lovely pool area with plenty of areas to relax and enjoy the sun or entertain. Spacious kitchen and lounge area with all mod cons, large fridge freezer and appliances. Efficient aircon and WiFi. Great walk in wardrobes in 2 rooms and plenty of storage space throughout. Stayed with 4 teens and 2 adults and was plenty enough room for everyone to have their own space. Richard was as very helpful and welcoming.

The property was clean and very very spacious and modern. The owner and host are very very welcoming and accommodating.

Lovely villa, spacious outdoor area with everything you need. 4th bedroom is actually a self contained studio just next to the villa. Road is noisy but you can zone it out after a day or two. Kitchen is dated but has everything you need. We would happily stay here again.

The villa has stunning views of the sea and golf course. It was modern and clean. There were 7 us staying and there was plenty of space so we weren’t on top of each other. The pool was great and the hot tub a bonus. There was also a welcome pack which was a nice touch. We had a family birthday while we there and the outside bar with fridge and a freezer very convenient. Aurelio met us at the villa and showed us round he was friendly and he was quick reply to messages. The local supermarket is within walking distance as is the Meloneras beach and the start of the boardwalk to Maspalomas lighthouse. I’d highly recommend the villa to anyone.

Property was lovely… very well equipped, lots of space and nice pool.

Great welcome pack and information booklet. Excellent communication with Aurelio; he met us when we first arrived and gave us a very detailed tour of the villa, and came and said goodbye when we left. Excellent facilities and very high spec decor and furniture throughout.

The villa was beautiful and very modern throughout. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of space for 8 people. Aurelio was super friendly, helpful and quick to respond to messages to help with anything we needed. Thank you so much!

Even with 8 adults it was very spacious and you weren’t living on top of each other. Location was excellent but for us after many years of visiting GC we knew where we were going.

Lovely coffee shop 1 minute walk away in the Hotel Riu as well as easy access to taxis from there. Washing machine was a wonderful bonus. Wifi was excellent and good water pressure, sufficient hot water and shower gel supplied. Management company were very responsive. Private and quiet.

Surprisingly it's two separate units which was a pleasant surprise. Its perfect for 2 couples wanting their own space but sharing the pool and outdoor space, of course if you book this place you get the whole place regardless so total privacy. Exceeded expectations

the pool was a lovely size, though would still have been better if heated. it gets the sun all day so it’s great for sunbathing. customer service on messages was good.

This was the best villa we have stayed in! Very clean! Everything is new and very comfortable! Service at the highest level! We will definitely book again!

Serenity, very quiet. High standards. Good condition. Maid service halfway through the 14 nights to change beds and clean the whole villa. Easy to contact if needed.

Villa was lovely with most things needed for a relaxing stay. Garden was lovely meaning could move around to get full day sun. Only really minor issues if any where possible all sorted straight away with great communication. Would definitely return.

Perfect location for some relaxing winter sun. Our party of 8 made the most of this fantastic villa, plenty of space and fully equipped, the pool and table tennis facilities got maximum use. The location of the villa was a great base for exploring the island in a hire car. If you don’t want to hire a car, a short walk away is Tauro beach which is free of commercial activities and has great snorkelling in crystal clear waters (my favourite beach). 5 minutes walk on a coast path from Tauro beach is the resort of Amadores which has a wave free lagoon beach and plenty of places to eat. Another 5 minutes walk along the coast path is the resort town of Puerto Rico which is also just a 5 minute taxi ride away (€5).

The pool was great. The villa had everything you needed. Any problems were sorted quickly.

The Villa was fantastic with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Lots of British live on the Tauro site and were very helpful. The Spar shop very reasonable prices and the staff very obliging and helpful with ordering taxis.

I travelled with a group to Casa Viva La Vida and had a wonderful stay. The villa is in a quiet area, 10 minutes from the beach. You get a great pool, jacuzzi and roof terrace with sea- and sunrise view. There are so many things to do! We had a walk through the mountains close by and went to Anfi del mar, a city with cute restaurants and bars. We also stayed at the villa one evening where you can barbecue and relax. Great quality for the price. We will definitely come back!

Nice and quiet location, with shops and restaurant nearby. Great facilities with ample space to fit large groups or multiple families. Amazing view from the top and several walking trails in short walking distance.

Only arrived back last night and felt it was important to leave this review. This was by far the best family holiday we have had in a long time. The apartments were spotless, a great size and had everything we could need for our holiday. The cleaners work so hard to keep the rooms and place so clean and tidy at all times. The reception staff were amazing so kind and friendly nothing was too much of a problem to them. The pool area again spotless and a lovely temperature for this time of year. The pool bar food, drinks and staff we just amazing and so friendly we spent nearly everyday of our holiday here. Thank you so much for the best 2 weeks we will see you all next year….. Apartment very spacious (we had a 2 bedroom with lovely balcony). All rooms nice and large and enough sun loungers on the balcony for 4 plus table and chairs for 4 also. Hob and microwave plus kettle and coffee maker and an everything you needed to cook. They provided pool towels which was a real plus point for us as when trying to travel light these can be bulky to pack. If you have small children then the mini golf on site would tick some boxes and the pool has a bar and offers food during the day which is also a bonus if you don’t fancy cooking or traipsing down into Amadores or up to the Europa centre.

We stayed 3 nights here and the apartment was excellent. It's literally home from home with everything you need. The WiFi is brilliant, so much so we used our IPTV box! They are big apartments. Well equipped. Huge balconies and stunning views. The reception staff are brilliant. Friendly and always make sure everything is ok. The pool area is lovely too. Great food at the pool bar. We cannot fault this place at all. Short walk to the commercial centre. We will definitely book to come back here and highly recommend these apartments. Nice to be in a quiet area which is why we booked these.

First holiday for a while and it didn’t disappoint. There were 7 adults and 2 children (3+5) in our group, all related. We arrived and were greeted by Tom on reception who spoke very good English and was very kind and funny. We arrived just before the dinner service was about to end so we all went for dinner after dropping our bags off in our rooms. The food was delicious and varied and it was the same throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless and cleaned with new towels every day. There were ample staff all over the hotel, always cleaning, gardening, serving and happy to help. There was ample food by the pool after 11am serving hot/cold food and self service ice cream machine! Drinks as well , lush cocktails etc. The pools were clean and plenty of them with the kids pool being used a lot from our 3 to 4 year olds, loving the slides etc the most. Now I’ve got to say the entertainment crew were spectacular, they were on it morning noon and night with soo much energy and full to the brim with activities. Always smiling and getting everyone up to join in ( I’ve never seen the pool so full of people doing the water aerobics in my life) just brilliant. The shows they did at night were top notch with colourful costumes and stage settings, 5 stars to the entertainment crew, they made our holiday. All in all a lovely hotel made special by the staff and entertainment crew going above and beyond, what more could you ask for on your holiday.

We chose this hotel due to having activities and entertainment for children. Gran Canaria would not be my first option for a holiday. I have been before as a teenager but we chose it as it’s family friendly. I emailed across in advance to request two rooms together and quite central. We had 338 and 339 opposite the stage and we loved being able to watch the shows from the balcony. The hotel wasn’t as big as expected which was nice. We loved our stay. Good food, friendly staff and the gardens around the hotel are lovely. The main pool only gets sun on one side in the morning so the kids pool was busier and then we went to the main pool in the afternoon. It was quite quiet at the beginning of our stay even though it had been pride weekend. By the end it was very busy so I am not sure it would be as enjoyable in high season. The bathrooms could do with some TLC but overall the bedrooms are fine. We did not find the kids activities very well advertised and the board by the restaurant is difficult to read. One morning there was kids breakfast but we didn’t know about it. My niece just wanted to swim anyway in the end but she did enjoy the disco. A really perk of this hotel is the designated smoking areas rule, but it would be nice if the smoking was not right outside the entrance as not great on arrival and when coming and going. We had a great time and are looking at other hotels of the same brand.

Location is great: close to the beach and walk distance from centre. Facilities are amazing: pool is great, the only small problem is only few hours of direct sun, and in afternoon most of sun-beds are in the shade (been there in November, so not sure if during whole year). Food is good and there is plenty of choice. Hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner are comfortable (so no need to rush), and availability of snacks 24h is a big plus. Evening show by the pool was great every day.

staff friendly and helpful. good variety of food meals in an all inclusive package. hotel very clean and room however bathroom shower very poor state for a 4star. chip floor, water leaking outside the shower on the floor and out the room door. only to notice many other people have the same issue as we notice their room doors was leaking water from the shower to the carpet outside the passage. cocktails were crap. too sweet not worth it. sofa on our floor looked to be thrown out was disgusting. house keeping responded very efficiently to our request. there was no delay. balcony with a view was great. easy reach to exterior transport services and beach. lots of kids so maybe if you want no kids better to come here. swimming pool not that huge despite having several pools but majority cater for kids.

Fantastic experience here. We stayed in a large bungalow (2 adults 1 child), we requested 2 bungalows next door to each other which was honoured. The bungalows were much bigger than we expected and were very clean and were cleaned regularly throughout our stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There are good facilities on site, including a pool bar, shop, games area and restaurant which are all reasonably priced. We did a pay as you go breakfast, which was good and very reasonable for children at €3.50. The pool was cleaned daily - one of the cleanest pools I have seen. There is also a little jacuzzi area which we enjoyed. The complex is about 5 mins in a taxi to the beach and lighthouse, which costs around €5. As soon as reception calls a taxi one arrives! There are lots of taxis in the town / by the beach to bring you back. Our stay here exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend.

It was very easy to find the hotel and check-in. No problem with parking outside of hotel - plenty of spaces an free. The location within Maspalomas is great. The flat in our bungalow was clean and tidy. Everything worked as expected, good wifi signal and fast connection. We only tried the smallest pool as it was the only heated one. The water temp in the main pools was way too low, which is expected in December. You need to get pool towels from the reception for EUR 10 (deposit).

Englisch- und Gaylastige Unterkunft…. In der Anlage sind verschiedene Bungalows (Normal bis Premium) und Größe zu buchen, die Premium Bungalows sind besser ausgestattet und verfügen über eigene Liegen. Frühstück und abendliches Buffet muss nicht mit gebucht werden. Es kann in der Unterkunft direkt bei Betreten des Restaurants bezahlt werden. Frühstück kostet 7,50 €, das Buffet 14 €. Im allgemeinen war die Anlage sehr ruhig. Das änderte sich als die Herbstferien anfing…. Für uns nervig war das ständige Reservieren von Liegen und Sonnenschirmen am Pool. Liegen waren ausreichend vorhanden. Sonnenschirme nicht….der Pool war sehr groß. Duschen für spätere Abreise sind vorhanden…bitte an der Rezeption anmelden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich… WLAN viel des öfteren aus und war am Pool so gut wie nicht vorhanden….

We were a bit out of the way in 165 but it was a nice property with decent beds, bedding and bathroom towels, soap and hairdryer. Nice chair&table set for the patio outside. The free bus to the beach didn’t suit our times so we didn’t get to use it. It was a 30 min walk to the dunes though so not too bad. We felt the meals were overpriced at over €9 for breakfast and €18 for dinner. We’d not spent anything like that much in restaurants. We didn’t try the pool beyond dipping our toes as it was sooo cold. I’m sure in summer it would be lovely- it was definitely a clean pool area. I’d happily stay there again.

This is the largest apartment we have stayed in, with the large balcony - which gets the sun all day and night - an added bonus! We already knew the location was excellent having stayed in the vicinity before. Very traditional Spanish feel to it which we liked.. Pool was small but adequate. Kitchen was small but enough to cook a full meal.

The owner was brilliant and helped me get back into the apartment after locking myself out on New Years Eve. The size of the apartment was good. It was in a perfect quiet location very close to the beach, restaurants and all the shopping centres. The terrace, the garden and pool was tranquil and ideal.

Great size, clean and comfortable with large patio and next to the pool. Plenty of kitchen equipment for 2 people. Good size bedroom and storage with built-in safe. Decent shower with plenty of hot water. Quiet area but great location for walking to the beach, Cita and Yumbo centres. Good communication from Eduardo.

I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who doesn't need anything out of the ordinary and is looking for a decent place with everything needed to spend time in Playa del Ingles. A very large balcony with a pair of deckchairs 👌 a table and chairs are also there. A large living room with a kitchen - everything is a plus 👍 Eduardo was very communicative, he replied to every message immediately and there was no problem with anything, a huge plus 😉 5 minutes from the facility there is the Cita Shopping Center - where you can eat a tasty meal for reasonable money 😎. We are very pleased with our stay at Melusina. I highly recommend it to everyone

Staff so very helpful and all friendly. Excellent location. Clean towels given all the time, towels for Beach and or Pool, which were swapped for clean as often as you wanted, no deposit for pool towels, no deposit or charge for room safe. Fridge in the room. Complimentary Coffee and Tea, daily bottle of water in the room.

Nice breakfast, egg station where they cook to order, nice fruit and bread/croissants election. Lots of seating area for breakfast. Pool very nice. Separated into main building and annex across the road. We stayed in the annex which was good but would have preferred main building. Even have lifeguard on watch at the main building pool. Mixed clientel from what I can see during the week. Rooms very comfortable and modern, nice seating area as well as table and chairs in veranda space outside room. Has kettle and fridge. You can get free tea and coffee during day in main building too, and there is a bar serving beer etc. Quite a few pigeons flying about the breakfast table/catferia area. Just by the mini golf near the yumbo. You can also hang by the pool for the afternoon if you have a late departing flight. Free WiFi in hotel. Defo recommend.

Totally recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is definitely a 5-star rating, and all the staff from reception to catering to hygiene are absolutely fantastic and friendly and can not do enough for their customers. We were in room 18 opposite yumbo Centre, I had concerns over noise, but I can confirm, not a peep did I hear. Room fantastic and spotlessly clean and well laid out. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh water bottles, and the hotel provided tea and coffee in the dining room 24/7. Beds are comfy [ so top marks as my back is not great] also brilliant air-conditioning system. All rooms face onto the centre pool, which is also fab, the pool is heated it was brilliant and clean with life guard on duty. There are plenty of sun beds for everyone. Breakfast is top class as well loads of choice from hot to cold. The hotel provides a vip transfer at a cost as well. The hotel is a 3 min walk to yumbo shopping centre and restaurants. Big shout out to margarita hygiene cleaner and also the women at the reception with long dark hair you are a credit to the hotel, also to the senor chef who would drop your hot breakfast to your table. I give this hotel 5 star rating, and we will be back.

Rooms, pool, service from staff, quiet and relaxing. Rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. Lovely terrace out front looking onto the pool, with a private one out the back which we didn’t use much but great to have both options. The size of the property makes it so relaxing.

Lovely small, quiet adult only hotel located right by the Yumbo centre. The (multilingual) staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There was easily enough space around the pool area for the number of guests, which was surprisingly peaceful given the proximity to the nightlife of the Yumbo centre across the road. Rooms had everything you could need, including a small private open area at the back of the room with seating. Small seating area to the front of the room by the pool meant you can swap between the two depending on how hot it was etc. Plenty to choose from, both hot and cold, for breakfast which was included, however as a vegan the options were limited (as you'd expect in Gran Canaria). Saw people having freshly cooked pancakes and omlettes made whilst you wait by the hotel chef. Drinks and bar snacks were reasonably priced. Although the menu and kitchen opening times are limited, there are many options nearby for food so this isn't an issue. Ideal base for a relaxing holiday and would def consider returning if we happen to visit Maspalomas in the future.

My new favourite place to stay in GC. Having stayed previously at many hotels, including Lopesan etc, I can honestly say this was head and shoulders above the rest! Staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, could not be looked after any better. Pools are heated, sunbeds for everyone, sauna, steam, plunge pool, fantastic gym with great modern equipment. This hotel just had so many small touches that were greatly appreciated! Champagne on arrival, really good explanation of how things work, free shuttle to Maspalomas beach (every 30 mins or so which is incredible). Honestly couldn't find a single fault! We will be back soon!!!

Junior Suite - 10/10. Ok size, clean and extremely quiet. Right next to the pool, with own sunbeds. Decent range of TV channels and a good sized fridge. Would ask for this room again. Bathroom - 10/10. Clean with a decent shower. Bed - 10/10. Very comfy. WiFi - 10/10. Worked perfectly and all throughout the resort. Gym - 10/10. Superbly equipped. Certainly good enough for most gym goers. Pool - 10/10. Heated 25m pool. Excellent condition. Separate lane for those wishing to do lengths. Spa - 10/10. Didn’t pay for any treatments, but there was a lovely separate spa pool with various jets/pipes/bubbles etc! Quality sauna and steam room too. Staff - 10/10. ALL staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Meals - 10/10. Stayed half-board and both breakfast and dinner were excellent with great variety and quality. Food was extremely fresh and regularly replenished. Entertainment - 8/10. Evening entertainment was generally good - some performances betters then others. Hotel - 10/10. Just perfect. Small to medium size resort meant that it never felt busy. Immaculately looked after. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Nice location, but not too much around nearby (so recommend going half-board). About 20 mins walk to Maspalomas beach. All we wanted to do here was chill for a week and that we did. We don’t usually return to the same place, but for Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa we will gladly make an exception.

We stayed at Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa for one week. The Club has many highlights. Pools. My wife is a swimmer and the swimming pool was great. There is a lap lane dedicated to swimmers and the temperature of the water is perfect, both for swimming and for cooling down after sunbathing. There is also a smaller roof-top spa pool, with higher temperature, for lazier people like me. Gym. The gym is very well equipped, there is everything you need for a complete workout. We trained every day and we enjoyed that. Restaurant. The variety and the quality of the food is outstanding. Among the other things, you can also get fish or meet cooked on the spot by the chefs. Bedroom. We were lucky to be upgraded to the bedroom with an additional outdoor shower and bathtub. Housekeeping was done every day. Staff. Everyone was welcoming and always happy to help and fulfill our requests in timely fashion. A special thank to Ludovico, from public relations, for his kindness and availability. We also had the opportunity to meet with the director of the Club. He is man with a strong motivation and passion; this made clear to us why everyone is so committed in making a good job. We are looking forward to come back.

Lovely place to stay. Staff so friendly and helpful. Despite being in lock down due to Covid 19 after only 2 nights stay the resort team could of not been more helpful. Only went out on our first day for a walk. About 30 mins to Yambo centre for restaurants and shops. Plenty of the usual restaurants in a holiday resort to choose from. We took advantage of the evening meal special offer while at Club Maspalomas. Buffet style 3 course meal. Plenty of choice and food was lovely. Fantastic swimming pool with dedicated swimming lane. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Spa pool nice and warm with views over the complex. Stayed in 1 bed junior suite. Very nice appt . Could do with more wardrobe space as it’s very limited only around 12 coat hangers. Fortunately I always pack a few of my own, but hanging rail very small. Small fridge, tea and coffee facilities and daily maid service. Pool towels supplied Highly recommend, would defiantly go again. Relaxing Mums week away

This hotel was a little gem and surpassed our expectations. Brilliant service from happy friendly staff, great entertainment every evening and a few mornings classical guitar performances at breakfast, aqua gym and yoga free to join, and a few surprises different every day one day free ice cream another free sangria. Our room was really gorgeous spotlessly clean great shower and international tv channels, we also had a private garden with sun beds and a jacuzzi, as well as another two sunbeds at the front of the bungalow. It’s an all bungalow adult complex arranged to give maximum privacy. Great pool with a 20 metre swimming lane roped off, sauna, steam room, gym, and another small rooftop pool. Very relaxed vibe with music playing by the pool all day. We will definitely rebook our 4 night stay felt like 2 weeks rest.

Great location, 5/10 minute walk to bars/restaurannts and Cita shopping centre with a Spar (which is also where the bus stop is for local buses including to the airport) 5/10 minute walk the other way to Playa Ingles with bars/restaurants etc. Reception staff helpful and friendly - especially Begoña who was very helpful with local recommendations and had a bit of banter with us! Good pool with poolside bar, plenty of sun loungers. Pretty solid breakfast buffet spread. Was a birthday trip and the hotel gave a bottle of nice red wine and a happy birthday note from management which was a nice touch.

The Hotel comes with a fantastic, quiet location directly at the sand dunes of Maspalomas. There is a panoramic walkway that you can follow along the coast for >10km and a direct access to cross through the dunes down to the beach (approx. 10-15min.). The rooms are spacious, modern and starting from the 3rd floor there is a great view over the dunes down to the beach. The pool area is very well designed to provide ample space and there is an area elevated from the pool with relaxing sun beds and a lounge area to enjoy drinks under the palm trees with great views. The breakfast buffet provides a wide selection of choices incl. pancakes, waffles and special made omelettes.

Perfect location for accessing the dunes and short walks to Playa Ingles and Yumbo Center. Clean and comfortable room (esp. bed and shower) with great view of pool and dunes. Nice pool area. Good breakfast. Good mix of guests (old and young couples, few families/kids).

This hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are constantly cleaning, watering the gardens and making an effort to keep it spotless. From the moment you first step on the marble like floor outside the hotel you are met with a gorgeous looking and tranquil environment, and a wonderful view of the ocean and sand dunes as you walk through the doors to reception. We were also greeted with a welcome drink, orange juice or prosecco which is a great touch to impress you from the get go. The walk to the beach is around 10 minutes accross the dunes (not for everyone) but you can also walk out the front of the hotel and down some steps to the main strip instead to access the beach if the dunes arent your thing which is around 15 minutes. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. We must have asked reception a dozen queries about how to get to places, bus routes, taxis, restaurant recommendations and they were always so accomodating and enthusiastic to help. They can order you a taxi anywhere at the drop of a hat which we were also very impressed by, it feels like a 5 star service. The pool area was stunning with plenty of comfortable sunbeds (even some proper mattress like beds on the upper deck). The room was spacious and every room faces the ocean view with a balcony to sit on and enjoy a drink. We were luckily on floor 5 (top floor) so had amazing views and watched the sunrise each

The appartment is exactly as the pictures. We had a very nice view at the sea. The pool is very nice and big. We went in march so there weren't a lot of people. Pool was often empty, just a few people laying in the sun. The children's pool was cold however. The bus stop is 2minutes walking. Everything we needed was close. The staff was very friendly. Our baby was sick and we had to change the sheets, they were very kind.

The apartments are clean, up to date with everything you need. The beds are amazing so comfortable. Daily room cleans apart from Wednesday and Sunday. Towels also changed. The balcony had enough room to have two sun beds out and a table and four chairs as well as a umbrella. Loads of sun loungers next to the pool, didn't use the pool but looked lovely and clean. The internet works really well, however doesn't reach to the pool area.

Pool was larger than expected, well supervised, very clean and HEATED! (Essential in February). Pool area also had table tennis table and a billiards table nearby so was great for kids. The apartment was extremely clean on arrival and then cleaned 4 times in our week, which was both ample and completed to a very high standard. The maids were great. Location was also a huge win. Very quiet area: no late night noise outside whilst being very close to mini markets and restaurants as well as being on the doorstep of the Maspalomas sand dunes, which are simply spectacular and only a genuine 5 minute walk away.

Got picked up by free taxi .. easy transfer.. complex and room perfect for our stay .. very clean and everything you need at hand. We had a ground floor corner apartment which sadly didn’t get the sun at all but it was easy to go up to the pool area and get some rays. Pool big .. lots of sun beds.. shop right next door ti get drinks/ snacks. Very friendly staff. Close to all bars and restaurants.. all in all lovely stay.

Such an attentive and caring person. The pool area is outstanding with extremely comfortable Sun loungers. Pool water is perfect temperature and clean towels every day. The SURU bar overlooking the pool is fabulous with gorgeous comfy chairs and attentive bar staff. Rooms are unusually designed, with wash hand basin in bedroom area. But shower and toilet areas private and both excellent. The gym area and recreation rooms are both fully equipped. Clean towels in room everyday. Plus additional ones brought in the evening if needed along with chocolates everyday. Buffet breakfast caters for everyone. Delicious fresh fruit, bakery items, cereals, and all the other continental food. Cannot fault this hotel. I would definitely book again.

I love Gran Canaria and visit twice a year. This the second time I have stayed at Lopesan Faro. The hotel itself is beautiful and adults only. The location on the beach with incredible views to the ocean and across the famous dunes is second to none. As are the facilities in hotel with the best breakfasts anywhere plus a wonderful, heated pool with the most comfortable loungers. The rooms are great except the first floor overlooking the dunes and the Dunas hotel on the back of the building. This gets noise from the aircon units and the rear service access road which woke us up at 5am with bins being emptied so we moved to another room. The lobby bar has incredible views across the pool and out to the ocean. The location in Meloneras is great. There is wonderful shopping plus a myriad of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. I love Cafe del Mar for the Friday and Saturday night dining and cabaret shows, Pitos y Flautas for sunny lunches overlooking the ocean and Grand d'Italia for late dinners. All of these plus retail therapy - check out Mo's Fashions - are a 1 to 5 minute walk along the promenade. There is aso a very handy taxi rank opposite the hotel for trips to Yumbo, Playa del Ingles or to take you to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel and I have already booked to return next year.

Love, love, love this hotel! Hotel Faro completely exceeded my expectations. The location couldn’t be more perfect — right on Boulevard El Faro, close to shops, restaurants, and even a taxi station right outside. The little touches, like a beach bag, towels, and sandals waiting in your room, made my stay feel extra special. Breakfast was fantastic — a mix of buffet favorites (think bacon, pastries, fresh juice, sparkling wine) plus à la carte options like omelets and Eggs Benedict. The salmon Benedict was 10/10! And the rooftop pool? Such a vibe — great music, stunning views, and cocktails that hit just right. Do yourself a favor and get the strawberry basil smash. And if you don’t stay here you can still go to the rooftop pools as they have a public elevator to use. I highly recommend this hotel and absolutely can’t wait to return!

Beautiful property, great decor. Brilliant location on the beach front and with the lighthouse as backdrop. The food was exceptional and great to have the choice of the main pool or rooftop pool. Staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough to help.

Location is very good- Maspalomas dunes are very close, Ingles beach is just behind. Supermarkets and restaurants are near as well. Keep in mind that Maspalomas has winds “pasades” so being in the beach is a bit hard due to winds so it is very important to have nice pool and area at your place. And this was it- pool is really heated, often it is being a lie, but it is definately a warm enough pool to swim. It is quiet new and nice looking. Pleanty of parking around

This is a beautiful oasis of calm. The rooms are wonderful with everything you could possibly want. The beds are really comfortable. The pool area and pool itself are lovely, clean and relaxing.

Bra AC och fin pool. Lägenheten hade allt vi önskade, fick hade vi gärna haft två köksstolar att sitta på och möjlighet till skugga på uteplatsen. Vår A04 hade bara ett parasoll (vid solstolarna) så vi åt frukost inomhus. Bra städning med premiumalternativet (fanns tre nivåer). Fanns en baksida som vi delade med grannen, viss förvirring om vem som hade ”rätt” till solstolarna där. Nackdel. Under helgen kom flera barnfamiljer som levde om rejält. Det spelades fotboll runt hela poolen och åktes vattenrutschbana sent på kvällen på solstolarna och lugnet var som förbytt. Ett bra boende, prisvärt och rent. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka men då på senhöst/vintern.

Really good hotel, especially for 2 star! The pools were beautiful with plenty of space to relax. We got a small loft, which was big enough for a a few nights but the pool side villas looked good and had more space, inside and out. I don't normally stay in hotels but all of these bungalows were detached and it didn’t feel like a normal hotel or aparthotel, it felt like your own place. Good location and helpful staff. We did have an issue with sewage smells in the night that got quite overpowering in the bathroom but we survived it for one night.

The accommodation is fantastic! The apartments were very clean and there was cleaning every 2 days! The layout of the houses and the equipment is perfect! Properly sized bedroom, bathroom, and living room, small front and rear garden. There are 2 swimming pools that are cleaned every morning! The decoration inside and outside is cozy and the sunset with the mood lights is wonderful! The staff was friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The best and most beautiful place to relax is Doña Rosa. Located pretty close to the Cita shopping center, where can buy everything. Parking is free and easy also in the street and in the parking lot in the backyard. There is a bus stop also from one corner. The beach and the bazaar with restaurants are reachable easily on foot. We would choose again Doña Rosa.

This was my second stay, last year I stayed for a fortnight and wanted to extend, but; due to prior commitments I couldn't. So...this year I stayed for 28/29 days. In that entire time, I couldn't give you a single complaint. I was greeted by a member of Staff who had only started this year (Kilian - I think my spelling's correct), but he met my like a friend. Then Antonio came to check me in, with a big hug and a really warm welcome (and a cold beer). He remembered that I have a disability using my left knee and had, personally, bought me a "None-Slip Mat" for my shower. I'd emailed a few days prior to ask for Ice, a 5L bottle of water and a Cold Beer to be waiting in my room. They were, in fact it was a Very Cold Six Pack of Beer. The Staff are friendly, helpful, never intrusive, incredibly efficient. The House Keeping Staff are so thorough it's a wonder that they can Service your room so quickly. The pool and pool shower are warm, the pool area is immaculate and Bar Service is excellent. I recommend a Long Island Iced Tea to all. The Supermarket is a very short walk and the Yumbo Centre is a nice, comfortable walk, but a Taxi is a few Euros. I'm already aiming for next year's stay.

Simply wonderful. Had a late arrival, but the instructions for entry were clear and simple - and most importantly, just worked, exactly as described! The next morning, Michael greeted me at reception with his sunny smile, and I immediately knew I would be right at home. In fact, that's how the place feels - it's like being welcomed as a guest into someone's home; Antonio and Adrien (hope I've got the spellings right!) are the perfect hosts, always chatting with their guests round the pool, making sure everybody's enjoying their stay. It was particularly noticeable how many people had been coming back over and over again. I'll definitely be doing returning too! It's a clothing-optional resort - most of the time, around half of us were walking around with our kit off - but there's absolutely no pressure or judgement to be clothed or unclothed - and whichever you choose, you'll find a great attitude of body positivity. Equally, no pressure to *do* anything. I just lay by the pool all day, barely even talking to anybody... and that was perfect! It's just about the most relaxed place I've ever been in the world. Go, you won't regret it - except that unfortunately you'll have to come home again at some point!

Great resort with welcoming friendly staff who go that extra mile to keep guests happy. Chilled out vibe around the complex, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. My bungalow was a good size, with a spacious lounge/dining area. The bedroom also spacious with a very large comfortable bed. The kitchen and bathroom areas were compact but well equipped. Perfectly adequate for my needs. My bungalow also had a terrace area, perfect for dining alfresco or catching the sun. The heated pool was great. There were plenty of sunloungers and daybeds for guests around the pool. Guests also have use of a hot tub. The resort is located in a quiet area of the town. This makes it ideal for chilling out during the day. It also helps to get a good sleep at night. The location of the complex is great for reaching the local nightlife. A taxi trip to Yumbo is about 3 minutes. To walk to Yumbo took around 20 minutes.

Quiet place with nice background music. Clean, friendly staff, possibility to stay before check-in/after check-out around the pool with luggage stored at the reception, nice bar, cleaning every day, outside male guests allowed so long they don't use the pool facilities. I also had a hairdresser appointment scheduled by the reception to my room and I was satisfied. Only the wifi coverage in my bed was totally bad. It kept disconnecting but elsewhere and otherwise was stable. Also the tresor was not free of charge but available for a charge. In general, I do recommend the place.

The standard of cleanliness was outstanding. Someone must of cleaned every day I stayed there. Annoyingly; the wifi login & password had to be inserted every time I moved from the bungalow to the pool or back to the resort. There were also no instructions on how to use the coffee machine. Since I stayed here in February 19, they no longer provide food from the poolside bar; which is a disappointment. The resident staff Jorge & Michael were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful.

Hotel is located up in the mountains near the golf courses and its a perfect spot if you are fan of this sport, although we are not one of those people we have enjoyed the views and the silence ( forgetting there was some building work nearby which did not bother us at all) we were happy to be away from all busy beach resorts. As well as the golf equipment the hotel offers electric bicycle rentals, free shuttle to the beach, shuttle to the nearby market, spa,gym, various fitness classes and also a restful sleep program. It was a perfect spot for us to relax. The staff was very professional at any level providing excellent service without being intrusive, always polite and helpful. The food was just amazing! The quality and variety we were very impressed not to mention that every dinner is a theme, they serve Spanish, Street food, Italian, Asian just an example so you won't get bored of the same. We stayed in Double deluxe room in "Yuca" section of the hotel - the room was as advertised and very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. Must mention they have four swimming pools which 2 of are public, " the sunset " pool was our favourite with 180° views onto the mountains and the ocean and warm water, there is also a "secret pool" if you are able to find it...Overall we spent excellent time at the "Salobre" and returned home happy and well rested. I can highly recommend it if you are looking for somewhere to relax and rest!

En av de skönaste vistelserna på ön. Bodde den här gången 3 dagar var på 3 olika fem-stjärniga hotell och här trivdes vi bäst. Smidigt, besvärsfritt, lyxigast. Inte trångt någonstans trots att hotellet är stort, god mat, speciellt i Sidecar-restaurangen ä. Otroligt proffsigt bemötande i alla led, fantastisk utsikt. Sköna pooler, speciellt adults only-poolen högst upp. De enda små nackdelarna som finns är att hotellet ligger lite off (free shuttle finns dock regelbundet till Maspalomas) och att poolen kändes lite kall (24-25 grader) för oss som vill ha runt 28 grader :).

Hotel was top quality. Very well cleaned. Room great condition. Staff very friendly and helpful. Small touches like knowing what drink you like. Found secret pool , which is ideal if beds available. Buffet dinner was best I’ve seen, no cold food after being left out too long. Multiple made as you wait stations. Pasta, meat, fish, themed. Only entertainment is a singer each night if your looking for that. Top pool is like instagram heaven, so get to gym before you go or it’s T-shirt in the pool. Planning return next year

Had a short trip here - rained 2 days but beautiful sunshine other 2 days. Is desert-themed- lots of cacti and aloe vera planted around the hotel. The view from the top of the hotel is all Maspalomas sand dunes/scrub land. The corridors are mostly made of black stone which makes it rather dark but it's certainly different and striking. Food was great - lots of choice at buffet including a grill where they custom cook steak/fish in front of you and they change the dishes everyday. Sunset pool (heated) on 11th floor was amazing when the weather was good. There are at least 4 other pools. The pool area is clean and pleasant. The spa was small and basic but clean and the staff were lovely.Only problem was that it got rather crowded when it was raining - they should really limit the number of visitors to about 8 otherwise it's not very relaxing. Also one of the steam rooms was broken and the other had a reserved sign on it so we couldn't use the steam on 2 days. Room reasonably large with balcony. Bathroom spacious and clean. Only change I would make is that there is a clear window in the shower partition between room and shower which is a bit inconvenient unless you are travelling with your other half. Clientele mostly older, golfing types. No young drunken people out on the lash. Not much in the immediate vicinity apart from the golf course but the hotel on a free shuttle bus down to the town by the coast where there is a nice eating/shopping boulevard overlooking the sea.

Beautiful hotel away from the busy coastal hotel areas. Up in El Salobre about 10 minutes from Maspalomas, the hotel is in a quiet area and perfect if you want something quieter. There are two golf courses, a spa, a selection of restaurants and a number of pools. We visited with our daughter who is 12 and she is happy swimming and reading on a sun lounger but if you have children over the age of 5 that need lots of entertainment then this isn't the hotel. There is a kids club, a toddler pool and a play area for very small children and we prefer a hotel like this that isn't full on all the time. Buffet dinner is amazing, great selection and high quality. Drinks are reasonably priced and there are other restaurants open in the day and different ones in the evening. Rooms are muted colours, relaxing and the views incredible - mountains, sea and the golf course. We stayed in a triple room last time which was lovely and a serenity suite this time which was incredible. I thoroughly recommend the upgrade. There are lots of fitness classes, a well equipped gym and beautiful spa. There are a couple of times a week that children can go in the spa for a time in the morning otherwise its adults only. The hotel is beautiful and service excellent. If you are looking for somewhere to relax, golf, exercise, be away from the crowds and have top notch food and drink, this is for you. We do love this hotel and the excellent and friendly staff and have already booked again for next year.

We had wonderful time at the resort. Booked for 4 nights only but wanted to extend further :-) The bar was set high by the Taj Malabar resort (Kerala, India) but Radisson Blu Resort only raised it higher :-). Kudos to Radisson Blu Resort, Gran Canaria's team! Especially to the team at House keeping and everyone at La Canaria Restaurant for amazing breakfast options, despite being vegetarians we had load of choices. But the best was beautiful smiles and amazing service. My son was not eating in the Restaurant, so staff was kind enough to pack the food for him. Despite being so busy, hotel was extremely clean. Ample of car parking. Very well kept swimming pools. Our room was amazing with panoramic views of the ocean and beaches on left and right ! Option of 2 beautiful beaches and very convenient to drive around major attractions. Will be coming back again !!

Cannot fault this hotel and its facilities. Staff were polite, professional and very helpful. House-keeping is excellent. All the rooms have sea view. We were upgraded from premium room to a massive suite. Balcony was superb with sofa and jacuzzi. Breakfast was standard. Dinner in the buffet restaurant was average. The 222 restaurant is highly overpriced and food below par hence cannot recommend it. The Pool Bar is okay for lunch but there are lots of nice places to eat about 7 - 10mins walk from the hotel. The bus stop (Patalavaca) is also about 7-8mins walk. Location is very good with access to the beach and boardwalk. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely view from room over garden to the sea. The food was very good. The pools were lovely and warm. Never a problem to find a sunbed. The staff were all fantastic. We asked to have a specific table in the restaurant on our last night as it was our anniversary and not only did they decorate the table for us, a bottle of cava and chocolate dipped strawberries were put in our room. Thank you everyone at Radisson Blu for making our stay so special.

Each Bungalow has it's own private entrance and two balconies (one upstairs and one downstairs). If sitting in the sun is what you're looking for, then pool area is under direct sunlight from about 9am right through to around 7pm (July). Of course, there are parasols, or your balconies, if you prefer to stay out of the sun ~ an even better way to stay out of the sun is to sit by the pool bar. Prices at the pool bar are very reasonable. Above all, the staff are friendly, helpful and make you feel welcome. A big thank you to Melanie, Michal, Pawel and Waldemar for making our too short, one week stay, a memorable and happy one. We will, and have, recommended Vista Bonita to friends.

The rooms were nice and spacious - my room was one of the smaller ones but still had a great amount of space with a terrace and a pool view, which made it a good base for the week. It also meant you could have privacy when you wanted it but also feel part of the life of the resort. The facilities were all clean and well kept, with great loungers and poolside music and bar, so it was a nice place to stay and have a lazy pool day if you wanted. Breakfast was good and varied and you could get lunch and dinner at the bar too. I think the best thing about Vista Bonita, though, was the staff. Ayote, Diego and Eduardo were so welcoming from the start - they knew my name, remembered what coffee I liked with breakfast, and created an open, friendly and fun atmosphere that helped create the community between the guests which I think is what gives Vista Bonita its charm. ¡Muchas gracias, chicos!

We've been coming to this resort for several years now as it has everything we need. It's a small friendly complex with 22 apartments based round the pool and garden area. 20 minutes walk down to Maspalomas or Meloneras with lovely restaurants and shopping overlooking the sea or a 5 minute taxi ride (5 euros) to Playa del Ingles and the Yumbo Centre with its vast array of bars and restaurants for a more lively evening! Great to find that the pool is now heated which is a plus! All the staff are very welcoming and it was lovely to meet familiar faces like Francesco who is making a great job of running the poolside bar / cafe and also director Melanie. New managers Monica and Jorge were very helpful with all our requests and the team cleaning the rooms are also a greta bunch. The complex is probably the right size so that you can keep yourself to yourself if you are after peace and quiet but a friendly place for people who may be travelling on the own. Apartments are equipped with everything you need if you want to do your own catering etc. and there is a Spar shop and restaurant attached to the complex so you don't need to go far if you don't wish to. Great views from the rooftop sun bathing area!

Smashing pre-Christmas stay at Vista Bonita - great team working there who were friendly and attentive and made my visit a joy. I chilled by the pool most days, friendly bar service so I could easily enjoy drinks and snacks and I took advantage of pre-booking breakfast there which was very convenient. My room was quiet as away from the bar and pool - could chill on balcony and terrace if fancied a break from the pool area - but had plenty of room, kitchen, tv, outside area and loos up and downstairs. Quiet in evening but lots of people around during the day. Usually took a quick taxi into Maspalomas in the evening as not a lot in the immediate area - few budget restaurants but a great Spar (which has everything) right next door. Would highly recommend for couples, friends or solo travellers to enjoy the sunshine and get away from it all.

A wonderful gay resort in Maspalomas. The atmosphere is intimate, as there are only 25 bungalows. You get to know your neighbours and make new friends. The bungalows are comfortable and functional. The kitchen provides full appliances and utencils for cooking. The supermarket on the property helps a lot if you want to cook your own food. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom is on the smaller size, but there is an extra toilet on the ground floor, which is a great comfort. The swimming pool and the chaise longs very wonderful and comfortable. The pool bar provided good snacks and cocktails. I did not enjoy the breakfast, as it was bare to the bones basic. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Check in/check out process was a breeze. There is a big restaurant next to the property, which is very convenient. It is a bit further away from the center and the nightlife, so you need taxi or bus, but compared to price and comfort, taxi/bus money pays off. A big thank you to Pedro, Kiri and Raul for making our stay at Vista Bonita a great experience!

Amazing hotel, it's simply a palm paradise when you enter the resort. The pool was beautiful and very clean, the temperature was okay in the afternoon, but a bit chilly in the morning (we were there in October and they start heating on the 1st of November), but you could always warm up in the jacuzzi :) The garden around the pool is fantastic, all green and a looot of palm trees. We will miss this hotel and it's atmosphere for sure. The location is on the top of the hill with a nice view, 10 minute drive to the dunes/beach. We had a car so it was easy to reach everything.

We liked everything - the pools, the apartment, the food. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely time! We had an apartment in one of the villas. It was spacious and very clean. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was very good, with a lot of variety and some local dishes. We were having lunch at the pool bar which also has veey good menu. The pools are lovely and very clean. The beach is just 7 minutes away and there is a bus from the resort. There is not much entertainment and not many things to do around the resort. The area where the lighthouse is, is nice - 8 euro to go there by taxi.

A large, all-inclusive hotel with beautiful pools, a great atmosphere, and absolutely fantastic rooms—especially in the villas, which feature sun-drenched terraces and plenty of privacy. The location is excellent, and the pricing is fair for what’s offered. For guests who choose not to include lunch or dinner, there’s an ALDI conveniently located right across the road, and each unit has a well-equipped kitchen for self-catering. Daily cleaning is provided (except on Sundays), and the Wi-Fi is outstanding—over 100 Mbps throughout the entire property. The food is decent—nothing gourmet, but it’s tasty and fits well within a budget-friendly offering. While the beach is a bit of a walk, the pools more than make up for it. And if the sea is calling, free shuttle service is available. And this is close to be a kids paradise place.

Loved the apartment, we stayed in the 2 bed apartment, spacious for a family of 4 . Cleaner every day , it was nice to return to a really clean apartment after a day out in the sun. Pools were great , lovely temperature , fantastic pool side bar to get delicious food , drinks and ice-cream for the kids. Staff very friendly and professional 👌. Great bus service just across the road to bring you to the beautiful beach in maspalomas. Taxis are not too expensive either . Nice restaurants nearby also , great little cafe across the road . We had such a great stay and hope to return .

The stuff was amazing, especially the Receptionist Giusi, she was beyond helpful, always friendly and smiling. The guys from the pool bar and the big waiter in the restaurant were also amazing. The location is right next to Yumbo, everything is on walking distance. The room are big enough, I've been told they were all renovated, even some details could be more done (coffe Maschine in the room, full mini bar, soundproofing on the entrance door erc.). The bed were big and comfy, the only problems is that they are 2 single beds "connected" together, which is actually only on the bottom base. The upper parts, which are on top mattresses, are separating or moving sometimes, depends how you sleep of course. The cleaning ladys were helpful, even though you had to remind them often whst you need extra or what they forgot to put, and sometimes you have the feeling that they cleaned the room too quickly :) however this changes imidiatelly when you give them some tipps ;) The breakfast was good, preety basic, here they should definitely improve more, like bigger variety etc. The pool is great, clean and big enough, the only thing is that officially is till 6 p.m. open (no lifeguard after, even there is no need of one), and there is sun at the pool at least till 7.30 p.m., so it should be longer open. It was gay pride so most of the guests were LGBT and the stuff was super gay friendly, which is super important for Maspalomas! :)

Perfect location close to Playa del Ingles and the Maspalomas dunes. We had a car and there was lots of free parking on the streets around the hotel no problem. Gorgeous large, clean and refurbished rooms with balconies where you could sit at a table and enjoy the evenings. The pool was big and lovely. Hot tubs and lots of loungers. Showers and toilets around the pool. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices fried or fruit and cereals. Also had chefs making an omelette for us every morning, other things like crepes and toasted cheese etc were available. Staff were very friendly. Cleaners did a superb job every day. Can’t fault any part of the hotel. Very good value for money too.

Really wonderful 5-night stay! I was so impressed from the minute I walked in. The reception staff are outstanding and welcoming which is always a treat. The hotel gives off that typical beach vibe ambiance. Beautiful pool area with comfortable sun loungers. My room far exceeded my expectations. very comfortable and spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool area and distant ocean. Lovely, simple and laid-back breakfast. Walking distance to the beach and entertainment spots. Little further walk if you want to head out to visit the Dunes and beaches beyond the Dunes- but so worth the walk! Everything is easily accessible especially to and from the airport. I will most definitely be back!!

Rooms were modern with a large bathroom and rooms were cleaned daily and beds were turned down each night Staff are very friendly and helpful and the buffet restaurant had plenty to choose from. Waiter service around the pool was great and there's a great view from the pool bar overlooking the sand dunes. Drinks weren't overly expensive either.

Perfect location on Gran Canaria, near dunes. We had a room with a view of dunes and the sea. Every night there were events with live singers. Cocktails were amazing, pool was great, snacks at the pool were outstanding and the most important the staff were very kind and nice.

The hotel's location is excellent, the staff is professional and friendly. Breakfast and buffet dinner are varied and well-maintained. More attention was paid to dressing for the dinner, so all the guests were dressed appropriately (no shorts or sleeveless shirts for men). The pool area is very comfortable and everyone could find a sunny or sheltered spot according to their wishes. The pool restaurant is very stylish and well maintained. The hotel is for adults and clearly gay-friendly, so you should be prepared for that. About 30% of customers were male couples. It didn't bother me, but it might bother some travelers.

We love this hotel and this was our 3rd stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. We’ve always found the hotel super relaxing and peaceful. We very much appreciate the lack of a children and daytime pool activities. The buffet is of very high quality and caters to vegetarians very well. The drinks service at the pool during the day time and the evening bars is also of very high quality. The Maspalomas dunes are also stunning to see.

The property was in a great location overlooking the sea! We loved the spacious one bedroom apartment on the fifth floor. The balcony was superb, with two great loungers & table & chairs! Pool & beds great also! It is up a hill, or steps up or down from pool, so if your mobility not good, it wouldn’t be easy to access pool. A few restaurants a short walk away with great choices! Our favourite being Loopys!

The balcony was huge and beautiful and the view was absolutely fantastic - the whole Atlantic and a bit of the beach and a little further away the sand dunes of Maspalomas. Large apartment, well equipped, well maintained and very clean. The location was also good, close to the beach and close to the grocery store. Some good restaurants nearby. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. There are many stairs down to the pool and beach. It was ok (even good) for us, but if you have difficulty walking, there will probably be problems.

I loved the huge, well-furnished balcony and magnificent views of the sea, beach, sunset and nearby areas from the top (8th) floor. I also appreciated the well-apppointed, spacious, modern and clean apartment itself and the super comfy bed. Also the pretty, blowy white curtains with effective blackout curtains behind them. I loved that San Agustin is so much quieter than nearby Playa del Inglès yet is still close to everything. I also liked the fact that this was an adults-only place, which meant that the pool area was always very quiet and half empty. Perfect! I really enjoyed the pool too despite its small size.

This was a lovely hotel. It is a short walk from the bus and has easy internal access to the beach and town. Our check in experience was excellent and the apartment was spacious with an amazing view from both the bedroom and living room. The balcony was a wonderful place to sit. and has both a dining setting and sunbeds. It gets great afternoon sun but also has shade if you need it. We had everything we needed but the little things made it special. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We were given a nice bag with beach towels to use during our stay and fresh bread was delivered daily. There is a washing machine and dryer available for use and books if you need them. The pool area was nice and quiet and there is direct access to the beach and restaurants. San Agustin is quiet which suited us - enough restaurants and bars but not busy.

The view was absolutely stunning. I was disappointed at first to be on the first floor as it had an overhang and wasn't the view of just sky and sea like it showed on the website. However, it essentially meant two patios as there was a separate section with loungers that hung over the pool area as well as a beautiful covered area with a table for 6. The shower had excellent water pressure and heat. Ample towels provided and use of a beach bag during stay. The fresh rolls in the morning were delicious especially with some serrano ham and olive oil and salt. the sofa bed in the living room was very comfortable and easy to make up at night and put away in the morning. Amazing location. You are right by a beautiful 99% pure sandy beach and can see the Dune of Maspalomas from the room.

Spent many hours just relaxing by the pool and then heading to one of the many restaurants on the strip or inland (all walkable).

I never leave reviews but i'm writing this whilst still at El Paso waiting for our taxi as this complex deserves a review. From the start of just booking the holiday to departure the communication and help has been exceptional. We had a little hiccup at the beginning, completely our fault as we left a bag in the taxi and within a couple of days the bag was back with us. All of the staff from the cleaner to the guy who cleans the grounds and the pool go above and beyond to make your stay special. My nephew has extra needs and this place is extremely safe and secure. We had no concerns whatsoever with giving him a little freedom and free wandering. It's safe to say we shall definitely be returning. This place is outstanding ☺️☺️☺️

My first time at these apartments and definitely won't be my last. The apartment had everything you need for a self catering holiday. Well appointed kitchen and utensils. Water was provided in your apartment and there after you can buy from reception to save you carrying from the local supermarket , approx 5 minute walk. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The staff were all really friendly and extremely helpful. There is a cute swimming pool with enough sunbeds for all. The beach is adjacent to the apartments but you do need to go down a number of steps. Each morning fresh rolls were hung on your apartment door which was such a valued detail. Great place and look foward to returning. .

It is simply a perfect accommodation. It is located near the beach, parking is available in front of the hotel most of the time except weekends when it gets crowded, there is a nice swimming pool. The price is reasonable, very friendly and helpful staff, everything you need in the kitchen for self-catering is there. It is clear that everything is well thought out from the client’s perspective, cleaning times are prearranged even a beach umbrella is there so you don’t have to buy one. Thanks a lot again.

Location is everything. We had a magnificent view overlooking the beach and the Maspalomas dunes. We spent time on the balcony every evening of our stay enjoying wine and the panorama.. The pool was great and it's any easy walk straight down to the beach with several good restaurants, cafes and bars nearby.

Daily Choice of Food options was excellent. Service was very good. Staff were excellent. The location is great, within a short few minutes stroll to alternative restaurants and shops. Nice selection of pools and plenty of sun loungers with some in shaded areas. Shopping in the area is close to the hotel but is on the higher end of the scale. A lot of High Street fashion shops available and slight overpriced. There are some very nice restaurants close by on the promenade. Highly recommend location.

The Hotel is one of the best I have stayed in, and this is primarily linked to the level of service delivered and the quality of the food. Needless to say the pools and the location are excellent but the service is the thing that sticks out.

Food as always excellent & fresh. Location is great & there are lovely shops & restaurants close by. Pools beautiful & plenty of loungers. This is our 5th visit to this property as a multi generation family. The garden bungalows (ground floor) are excellent for those with limited mobility.

There was no welcome pack nor any kind of digital info in the room. There was a TV outside the main restaurant which showed events that were happening each day - there was a QR code on the screen but I could not get it to work on my phone. Room was nice and spacious with air con and a balcony view of the sea. We were all inclusive and so ate at the main restaurant for majority of our meals. We also ate lunch a couple of times at the pool bar. The pool was really nice, lot of loungers and there was a very enthusiastic staff member who was at the pool most days doing either some exercise classes/games in the pool or drinks making/tasting The spa was nice with a sauna/steam room and pool with various jets Breakfast was always very nice with a vast selection of hot/cold items, fruits, meats, cheeses, juices and fizz Dinner was themed each night and was a good selection of food and desserts - shame you couldn't get any cocktails or spirits in the main restaurant as I do not drink wine or beer. There wasn't any information available regarding the surrounding area - but we walked along the coast both ways and the walk was not far to reach the next town Peurto Rico

The staff are fantastic and so accommodating and enthusiastic. The view from our room and pool was amazing. It's just a short walk from a beautiful beach. As bouffet breakfast and dinner goes ,the food was excellent! We had great massages in the spa, and there were lots of different pool activities to choose from daily. The cliff walk to Puerto Rico is stunning. The aqua spin at sunset in the pool was definitely a highlight!

Best choice of breakfast I’ve had in a hotel. Lots of fresh fruit and juices. Sunbathing by the infinity pool was lovely and the children’s pool was next to it. Bingo and other activities in the afternoon round the pool. There is another quieter area to sunbathe if you want complete peace.

Great hotel. Lovely staff. Impressive property. Absolutely fabulous swimming pool. 1.55 meters deep, about 50 meters long and on the widest side about 15 meters wide. Also smaller pool for toddlers. Food is great. Airco in the room is the best we've ever experienced. Great location. You won't regret going here.

The view of the sea is beautiful. The infinity pool was fantastic as well as the smaller pool on level 6. Very close to the beach and then also a lovely walk around the cliff to the main busy area of Puerto Rico.

Amazing location, well run, pool and peaceful. It was easy to relax and unwind by the pool or even on the balcony. Close to shops, bar and only a few minutes from the beach. He host was quick to reply to any queries and the staff were friendly.

Cordial Judoca Beach is a perfect place to stay for a holiday. The location is great - a few steps to the dunes and the ocean, also next to many restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, the beds comfy, in the kitchen you have good equipment. The terrace at the pool was also great. The bathroom was good to use, too. What was most important - the staff is great. The cleaning ladies are very nice and Ramiro as the host is the best! A helpful, kind and friendly person, who takes care of you. Many, many thanks to Ramiro &team, it was a great stay, we definitely want to come back.

The room was basic but had everything we needed - clean, good shower and super comfortable bed. Daily bread deliveries were a nice touch and Ramiro was always on hand on Whatsapp if we needed anything. The pool area was quiet with only one other couple using it at the same time as us. Quiet location with lots of restaurants and bars located 5 minutes walk away.

Good aparthotel, I was lucky enough to get an apartment on the bottom floor which was lovely. Swimming pool cold but no problem going in feels like the sea. Clean to an exemplary standard, wonderful woman who takes care of it. The host was concerned that we felt as comfortable as possible and we felt so warmly welcomed. Definitely recommend this aparthotel.

Quick and easy check in (you’re required to swipe €100 on your card as security). The apartment was a fab surprise as it was really big and spacious. Loads of storage space, a fully equipped kitchen (no oven though just microwave). Regular cleaning and towel change Huge balcony with comfortable quality furniture. Ours didn’t get the sun but wasn’t an issue for us. The views are spectacular. Lovely pool and sunbathing area and plenty of beds. Decent pool bar with good price lunch (we never had dinner).

This was quite uncomfortable for us but worth noting if using facilities here.

Fantastic facilities spa pool everything one of the best hotels I have stayed in in GC and I stayed at many hotels and been to GC many times. Staff wonderful let us check in early and food was amazing. We had AI the best option as the drinks were well worth paying for AI and good range of food. Indoor pool Spa and salt pool was fantastic all in the price so nothing extra to pay. Roof top terrace wonderful and view exceptional views with refreshing spa pool up there to cool off. Rooms were lovely with large balcony with seating and again lovely views. Everything in there you could want , We are going back next year.

The hotel is well situated, within a few minutes walk to the beach, and also close to many bars, restaurants and shops. Although the pool area isn't massive, it's a lovely area, and we never struggled to find a sunbed. The hotel has the added benefits of having a spa and wellness area in the basement of the building (including a great Dead Sea pool!), plus a rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi pool, sunbeds and a shower, etc. The all inclusive food and drink variety was good, with quite a good selection each day. Our stay was out of the main season, so there weren't many children or families there, and didn't appear to be any childrens' activities running - though I think they do have some during the summer season. Overall, a very good hotel with good facilities.

The facilities at the hotel are great. Very nice spa with an amazing salt pool where you can float ! Very nice gym. Very good swimming pool. A good selection of quality food. For me, this hotel is more than 3 stars. The receptions, spa and bar staff were super friendly and welcoming and helped with anything, such as taxis, advice where to go, where to rent stuff. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had two twin beds, but they were bigger than singles. A selection of thicker and thinner pillows was nice. I was able to project my laptop screen onto the room's TV which was large, and we could watch movies before going to sleep. Overall 10/10 experience.

Great hotel, very friendly staff, lovely comfy rooms with lovely views, plenty of sun beds around the pool in the garden area and on the rooftop. The wellness centre is amazing, mini golf, bowling, pool tables and table tennis all available. Food is excellent and great entertainment.

This is our second time staying here, we have been to Gran Canaria many times but this is our favourite place to stay by far! The apartments are beautifully clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The location could not be better , just a few steps away from the seafront and main bars and restaurants. Pool area is nice and private. Our favourite part about the stay is how wonderfully friendly and welcoming the staff are. There is someone on reception 24 hours so you feel very safe and secure in the apartments. This time we had a sea view apartment , it was absolutely stunning and we were so happy with our room. We can’t wait to come back!

Fab location 3 mins walk to the beach. Nice and clean apartments the ONLY downside is we like a double bed, we had 2 singles pushed together just not the same. The staff we so friendly and very helpful. The apartments were the nicest looking on the block, lovely swimming pool, small but clean. Toilets right by. Bars and restaurants close by too. Beds very comfy and clean. Definitely would book here again if needed. We stayed for 3 weeks too. Not far too for free bus into puerto rico by "cafe de Paris". Ask at reception . Showers too for day on departure as check out isc11am.

Perfect location, just few steps from main Playa do Ingles, in front of a supermarket, and 10 meters from a hotel where you can get an all you can eat breakfast for 9,90 euros. Spacious apartment with all amenities needed. Nice pool. We got parking for free, which was nice. They have beach towels for free. Staff are so nice and they do everything they can to make your stay perfect. We can recommend this place and for sure we will be back soon.

Fantastic apartment in a primo location. A stones throw away from the beach and dunes and directly across the road from a well stocked supermarket with a great bakery. Everything is spotlessly clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nice rooftop sunbathing terrace and good pool. We would definitely return if we are ever back in Gran Canaria. The double bed was extremely comfortable and you can sign into netflix. The room is a little small, but we were at the front of the hotel and overlooked the pool and a great view of the coast. The bathroom is nothing special, but is clean and only comes with soap and a soap dispenser attached the bathroom wall. Housekeeping were very good. You can hire pool towels, we also took these to the beach as well as around the pool, and you can switch them daily. The jacuzzi and sunbeds on the 9th floor are great, and the view is amazing overlooking the coast and sand dunes, a must for a photo. The 'spa' is only really a sauna by the pool and jacuzzi on 9th floor, but you can also pay for a massage by the pool if you want. Breakfast was very good with lots to choose from and staff were very efficient. We also used the car park for our hire car and this was free. The bar area is quite lively at night, but not loud enough to intrude on your evening if you prefer your room. The hotel also was largely adults with only a few children when we visited. There us a Spar opposite the hotel to get any food/drinks that you require.

Everything was perfect, check in was quick and courteous, ( the towel situation was not explained but we worked this out the following morning) The hotel was spotless and smelt clean at all times. Our Room 701 was mountain facing which was fine, and everything was in good working order, clean and the bed was very comfy and a super king. Plenty of wardrobe space and places to store our things. A kettle and fridge in room was so handy, I always bring the ready made coffee sachets for a quick cup before heading to breakfast. The food at breakfast was great, a huge variety and fresh, breakfast runs till 10.30 and the staff were very accommodating after this time, asking if there was anything else we needed before they started to clear it away. The pool area was so relaxing, although it may seem that there isn't many beds we never struggled to get them after breakfast. Sun loungers and cabana beds super comfy. We only went up to the roof once, again clean and comfy surroundings, although i didn't see anywhere to get refreshments, so we stayed at the main pool. Overall great hotel and great location ( 2 mins from the beach/the Irish centre/the bus station)

Love the private rooftop area and the main pool and poolside are great to chill sunbathe and cool off. Fantastic breakfast choices. Dinner buffet nice but maybe a menu each night detailing what is on offer, for example what main meals and sides are available that particular night. That being said i was able to have a decent supper all 7 nights. Staff are a credit too. Comfy room on 8th floor with great views over the sea and dumes. Would love to return for 3rd visit but looks all fully booked for when i could go.

The rooms were well kept and clean. Breakfast and evening meal were self service and very good there was also a hot service both at breakfast and evening meal and there was a variety of dishes. The pool area was lovely with plenty of comfortable beds and shaded beds. The pool was easy to get into with a gentle slope. This is the 2nd time of visiting this year.

Upon arrival we had to wait as the owner did not reply to any calls to the numbers provided. That was a bad start. However, then Chantal turned up and was extremely nice and made up for a lot. The garden and the pool is super nice, and the location is excellent, calm yet close to the beach and services. We might be back. Also, as our flight was late so they allowed us to stay in the room until 17h on our check out day. That was really nice and considerate.

Great location, friendly staff spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen. Loved the balcony overviews the pool and sea. The only problem I found is there no hot water supply. Also you can hear the neighbours as the walls are thin.

This was our first visit to the canaries? My wife and I are retired and just wanted a quiet week in the sun. The hotel was ideal. Most guests were older, mainly German. The staff couldn't have been nicer, particularly with disabled guests and the food was fabulous. The rooms are a little dated but all have a sea view and have everything we needed. The grounds open on to a promenade with walks in either direction and access to a nice beach. At the back is a large shopping complex with many supermarkets and restaurants. The pool is large, spotless and warm and the pool side bar and restaurant is a delight. We shall return!

Lovely room overlooking the sea from which we saw amazing sunsets. We took advantage of the half board with evening buffet. All food was of a high standard. The pool terrace was sheltered from wind, pool was heated and it was a sunny location all day. Lovely walks from the hotel in both directions. They used a company called Anamation, for aqua gym and various other events, all of which were very entertaining . Staff friendly and helpful around the hotel.

Relativt bra hotell i San Agustin. Rummet vi hade, "duplex-rum" hade fin utsikt över havet och privata solbäddar. Hotellets läge är perfekt med direktaccess till den fina sandstranden och havet. Rummen håller okej standard men känns inte alltid helt genomtänkta, ex. placering av dusch i sovrummet samt att nedervåningen på rummet upplevdes som det hade outnyttjad potential. Däremot är det mycket positivt att handdukar, vid behov, även byts ut kvällstid. Maten på halvpensionen består av en middagsbuffé som håller en bra klass. Det saknas dock en tydlighet i hur restaurangen fungerade och vid det första besöket fick man fråga sig fram av väldigt stressad personal. En stor positiv del var borden utomhus med utsikt över havet. Frukostbuffén levde upp till förväntningar med både stort utbud av färskpressade juicer och omelett på beställning. I övrigt fanns allt man kunde behöva i form av bröd, yoghurt och varma rätter. Poolområdet är ganska kompakt, men om man bor i premiumrummen får man tillgång till en solterrass med mindre trängel och mjuka solbäddar. Aldrig några som helst problem att finna en ledig solbädd - oavsett tid på dagen. Vi provade poolbar vid några tillfällen. Läget är fint med utsikt över havet och baren har även öppet kvällstid. Drinkarna var dock en stor besvikelse - som betalande gäst. Proportionerna på drinkarnas innehåll var helt fel och de smakade inte som de bör göra - alla drinkar verkade göras via en "maskin" som blandade ihop dem.

I was very impressed with Dunas Don Gregory. The view from every room is fab overlooking the ocean, with palm trees and sunset visible from our room. The swimming pool and two sun terraces provide for all guests, we prefered the top terrace. But most of all the staff really made the stay very special indeed, they were always friendly and helpful. The waiters were brilliant on New Year's Eve, working tirelessly to ensure everyone was being looked after. The hotel created a very special occasion for New Year, with entertainment, live band as well as complimentary wine throughout the meal. Reception staff were also very helpful. They all seemed to be from the region itself and seemed genuinely to work as a team, as though they'd all been there for a while - creating a very happy ambience in spite of the hotel being quite big. Don't be put off by the horrid shopping centre nearby, which you see when you first arrive: once you're in your room that's not visible at all - and in fact proved useful at times to buy odds and ends. Once in your room, you have the wonderful terrace and ocean view to enjoy! I would love to come back - and just hope that after the refurbishment, the prices don't go up. We thought the rooms were comfortable and clean - in the eyes of some a little dated maybe but didn't bother us - hence the refurb I guess. In summary - wholly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for a quick trip after attending a medical conference in Italy. I was quite happy with the hotel. My room was clean and ready when I arrived and comfortable. The view from the balcony Was lovely. The main pool was nice, and an important difference from Caribbean resorts is that any time you could walk up and find a lounge chair compared to making up at the crack of dawn to reserve chairs. The drink service was good, though not quite as attentive as I would have liked. My only concern was that I travelled here with friends/colleagues and one of 5 nights we were having a nice time on the patio outside bar. Another guest screamed at us and threw water off their balcony at us. This was before midnight at an all inclusive resort. Nobody was hurt. But this is completely unacceptable. And when it was raised to the hotel staff we were told that “it’s a quiet hotel” instead of dealing with the problem. Laughing on a patio bar before midnight while on vacation should not be considered inappropriate and the handling was completely wrong.

We went October pools not heated but found it fine never put us or kids off as it was nice a cool compared to the heat of the sun, only downside with pool I would say as very strictl with no balls or floats and it’s hard as kids like to play and then they allow water polo and that’s allowed even though I got pelted with the ball twice with people playing that shouting and thrashing about so if pool gashes are allowed I think that allowing kids to play would be an advantage. There are plenty bats and restaurants near by and only 15 mins walk to commercial centre we found location perfect as far enough away from noise but close enough to walk there and back, lovely beach 5 mins walk. We enjoyed it so much loved the vibe of hotel and cannot fault Puerto Rico we have booked 2 weeks in the summer next week.

The pool bar and restaurant are exceptional value. Staff are amazing. Happy hour and breakfast, the grill night all super! Bar and restaurant managed separate my to hotel. Aqua gym and poolside yoga were great too. Sauna at an additional cost. Pool towels on payment of deposit can be changed each day and deposit refunded on return when checking out.

Perfectly placed looking over the marina in Puerto Rico. It is quiet and extremely clean. The apartments are well equipped with a full size fridge freezer. Dishwasher, oven and full hob. They even give you dishwasher tablets, a bottle of water and washing up liquid. They think of everything! The pool is a great place to sunbathe when it’s windy. The hotel buildings and the mountains shelter the wind and make it a great sun trap. The young pool attendant is great! He stops people from reserving sunbeds all day and using - the older one not so much! This is such a peaceful resort. No loud music, no animation, which is perfect for us. Every room has a huge balcony with marina views. Plenty of parking outside the hotel. I was wary because people were complaining about the road and tunnel, but it’s not busy at all and I barely noticed it.

This was our 4th time at Puerto Calma. We always try to book Block B which has lovely views of the marina and late afternoon sun. The apartment is very quiet at night with only occasional road traffic noise. Puerto Calma never disappoints, the rooms are spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool bar staff are very friendly and accommodating. Happy hour between 4-6 is especially good. We ate in the restaurant on the pasta night which was very nice. The pool area is also spotless with ample sunbeds. There are also bars, restaurants and a very good hiperdino only across the road from Puerto Calma. We have already booked to go back in 2025 😁

The pool the tiles are coming off both by the pool and in the pools themselves (5) and my sixteen year old cut his foot, so be careful. We stayed in a standard room fourth floor we had no sun on our balcony and overlooked the car park! Food was good no complaints, staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. As English guests we were in the minority, mainly Spanish German or French. If you go out the back gate there is a lovely walk into the centre, all restaurants along the front are excellent, didn’t have a bad meal. Costs were around £100 for three adults plus a drink and pudding. Taxis to Playa del Inglés cost around 10/12 Euros and it’s worth a visit it’s more lively than where the hotel is, however lively enough for us. Beach here is lovely but sea shoes need to be worn due to a section of big rocks in the sea if you want to go further out. On the whole we liked the holiday but wouldn’t come here again.

This was by far the biggest and grand property I have stayed at. 5/6 Swimming pools, few silent swimming pools, nice activity area where live music was going on during some evenings. A bar near the pool area, very close to the beach, access to promenade. Breakfast was inhumane. It had so many many many( stress on many) variety for both vegetarian and non veg people. Pancakes, breads, jams, fruits, eggs, milk, nuts, cheese, creams, yogurts, beef - you probably haven’t even thought about it and they got it- more than you could imagine. There was also one day a guy playing saxophone during breakfast, was an amazing experience. They had many live counters.

The reception staff were amazing and the property was beautiful with 3 pools to choose from as well as a separate pool for kids and another pool for UNIQUE guests. The resort was beautiful however it is easy to get lost trying to find your room. I wouldn't say this is 5 star by many people's standard though it is more a 4 star. The only let downs were breakfast which was cold with uncooked baked beans, runny scrambled eggs, soggy cold hash browns, croissants from a packet that were dry and tasteless and hard cold eggs Benedict and fried eggs. The only part of breakfast that was hot were the freshly made omelettes. The other key down were the toiletries. They were all in squeeze bottles attached to the wall which is not what I would expect from a 5 star resort. There was no conditioner by the bath so to get the conditioner you walk to get out of the bath and walk over to the shower and squeeze the conditioner as hard as you could as it was almost impossible to get anything out of it and take it back into the bath. The shampoo, conditioner and soap all fixed to the wall were of very poor quality and it left your hair feeling like rope. The other things that were annoying were only two free bottles of water on day one and the fridge is half the depth of a normal one so you have to be careful of what you buy to make sure you will fit it in. The staff everywhere other than reception and Azatea bar were miserable and rude and yes the breakfast staff are militant.

The rating I’d give is actually 4.5. Beautiful hotel and complex, immaculately clean, beautiful room, lovely balcony overlooking the gardens and sea. Pools to suit everyone and always plenty of sunbeds available. Although one large pool is only available to Unique guests We had B&B food was good with lots of choices. We only used one of the pool bars during our visit and food was good. This is rated as a 5 star but some small areas that I feel falls short- Not shown to your room on arrival this is a huge hotel and we found our room but an elderly couple checking in at the same time couldn’t find there’s and had to return to reception. No food available on arrival after a late flight advised to go to a nearby Casino No coffee in the rooms only tea No tea and coffee served at breakfast had to use the machines yourself Service was a bit slow at times

Finally decided on this hotel purely down to price over the other two Lopesan hotels in the area. The hotel is beautiful all throughout, with excellent staff all willing to assist. I stayed on a B&B basis, as wanted to walk out into the local areas for evening meals, so can't comment on the evening food. Breakfast is served in two buffet style restaurants (I was not Unique booking so I think they have an additional restaurant + other areas). There is one smaller one (opens at 08:30 an the other, opening at 07:30. Both are very good but I preferred the earlier start - but people did queue for some reason for the smaller one - not sure why.... Rooms are kept very clean with daily services. Water is provided on the first day only, so I strongly suggest stocking up from one of the local supermarkets (10min walk) as a lot cheaper than room service. There is a very small fridge in the room, enough for two large bottles of water and at least 4 cans. Pool bar provides good service and a fairly limited menu, but the food is good! One day I rented a Bali Bed overlooking the sea, at a cost of €30. The pool areas are, despite comments on here, all clean and tidy. The metal stands of the umbrellas may have worn in areas but unless you're walking all over them then you'll be fine. The hotel is located with direct access to the Boulevard, with a very enjoyable walk down to the lighthouse, or the other way to Meloneras beach. Thoroughly recommended.

Super little bungalows and great place for my toddler. There’s a great kids pool as well as main pool, there are x2 mini kids play areas (one with sand). It’s also nice the staff have left buckets, spades and balls that people have left behind so the next lot can use. Feels nice a secure. Well maintained and great cleaning service. Good location to explore other areas and right next to Dunes which are a must visit. We hired a car and there was ample space to park near the apartments for free.

We booked two apartments for a family trip. The complex is great for families who want their own space and access to a pool. The complex is quiet in the evenings but a 3 minute walk away from Cita which is busy with shops, places to eat and drink. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. Can't write this review without mentioning team of staff that keep the apartments clean and tidy,the apartment were immaculately clean..We used the tennis courts which were good fun. We are in the restaurant once and it was lovely. I would recommend parque romantica for families or couples getting away.

Everything was perfect. The staff, especially Antonio in the front desk. That man should receive medals for his hospitality. And other staff as well everybody always smiling and welcoming. The restaurant/ bar staff were amazing. The food was fabulous and a great cocktail list. Beds were really comfy and poolside rooms are worth the extra money. The poolside was kept immaculate. The location is quiet but for a short taxi ride you can go to Boulevard El Faro (Meloneras) where there are some gorgeous shops and restaurants. Amazing hotel with lovely staff and guests. I left my Samsung earbuds at the pool. I went to look for them but they weren't there so I went to reception to let them know and someone had handed them in! Lovely clientelle! Puts your faith back in people.

Really clean resort with the most wonderful staff. Would definitely recommend booking a poolside bungalow. Lots of sun loungers, the shop is great for convenience and you decide your cleaning schedule which is great. Pool was so lovely and the lounges are very comfortable. Adults only also great! We had the best week of pure relaxation and chill, and will definitely be back. Very quiet at night.

Loved the swimming pool & the organisation around it. No balls or jumping in the pool allowed. Always plenty of sunbeds available. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. There were lots of taxis outside which was a great bonus for us and it was only 4.5 euros into Maspalomas.

From entering the service was top notch. The hotel is advertised as being recently renovated and I couldn't find fault with the decor in either the rooms or common areas. All the staff are courteous and pleasant to interact with. The sauna area is also first class although a tad small for the size of the hotel offering the traditional sauna and solarium but also a cold plunge pool, stone bath and salt cave. It tended to be quieter after 6pm although please note that it is a naturist area while the rest of the hotel is not. Hopefully they will look into extending this area in the future. Food options are either BBQ buffet or a set menu that changes according to the day. No matter what I ordered the food was delicious. Restaurant staff were always attentive and on hand and despite me being on my own it was a pleasure to dine in the outdoor restaurant with low key entertainment laid on while you eat before moving to the pool bar for more entertainment if you wish.

A fantastic hotel. Have stayed twice now. Have been made to feel special both times. The second time was half board. The food at the hotel is amazing. There is the BBQ, served a few nights a week, where chefs cook to order. And on other nights, half board, you have a varied meal. The hotel managers frequently walk around chatting to the guests and checking you are ok. The pool attendants are very quick to respond. Unlike other "5*" hotels where you have a complicated system of exchanging cards for towels, towels are readily available - and usually within about 2 mins of walking close to a sun bed the pool attendant is across, bringing a cushion, folding new towels around it, checking the umbrella is ok, and wishing you a good day! Perfect service. The spa pool is lovely too - you can sit in the sun, in a heated pool with differing spa controls - seats and beds in the pool which bubble away on the press of a button - a great way to spend the afternoon. The hotel also offers free wifi throughout - again a bonus versus other hotels that only offer it in the reception area. It even works by the pools. All in all, would thoroughly recommend. It may cost a little more compared to other hotels, but you get back the difference in improved quality, great food, great service, and extras like wifi included.

The hotel is in an excellent position. The beach is a short walk away together with a small shopping area and restaurants and bars. We were welcomed in a friendly and professional manner and offered a welcome drink whilst checking in and having the hotel facilities explained. The room was spacious, immaculately clean and well appointed overlooking the swimming pool and restaurant. Every morning the room was cleaned and tidied to a high standard and the turn down service with fresh towels, chocolates and bottles of water in the early evening was a very nice touch. On the first night although it was late, 10pm, we were served very graciously in the tapas bar. The waiter made excellent choices for us and the service was prompt. The breakfast choice is unbelievably huge; everything is fresh and plentiful. We opted to go half board after trying one of the local restaurants. The food in the hotel, set dinners and bbqs was very good, again with huge choices for both dinners and bbqs. The pools, gardens and spa area are all well maintained and beautifully laid out. Staff were helpful, polite and smiling, nothing was too much trouble. The staff genuinely cared about the service they were giving. The staff look immaculate in their fresh, pressed uniforms. Guests are made to feel very special and are treated with respect. This is an excellent hotel, well organised, well maintained and has a caring attitude.

The hotel work force is very efficient and work hard to make your stay worthwhile even though we have spent more time at the beach than by the hotel pools. The downside - smoking allowed by the pools and sitting/eating places. Very unpleasant.

The view over the golf course towards the coast is the perfect start to The day. My room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view over the pool with a pretty veranda. The Spa had lovely staff, the facilities were very good with a salt room, sauna, Turkish steam room and great pool. If you are brave they have an ice cold plunge pool too. My only negative feeling was that after day one, the water in the room wasn’t replaced or the coffee pods. It’s a tiny thing and quite petty really but I would expect these to be replaced in a hotel presenting as a spa hotel. There was a note saying if you wanted your towels replaced you’d also have to pay extra. It seems odd as if I’d booked a series of one night stays they would have been replaced. I would give the hotel 4.5 stars if I could. However overall the experience was very good and I would recommend the hotel without question.

Wow. What a place. The best I’ve stayed in for a long time. Large, comfortable and well equipped rooms, with balconies overlooking the pool and out across the golf course towards the sea. The pools are great, the spa really well equipped and the gym adequate for all but total gym bunnies. It is adult only, so beautifully calm and quiet. The whole place is clean and well run with friendly staff. The breakfast is extensive and very high quality and you can get simple lunches from the pool bar that also offers ice cold beer as you watch the sunset. I highly recommend this place and will return.

Pool area is very nice with plenty of space and loungers. Two pools, one heated one not. I stuck to the heated! My room was huge and comfortable and looked onto the pool and beyond. Loved it. Bed very comfortable too.

At first I was scared to have little privacy, but this was not the case at all and if there were people at the pool next to our balcony, it was actually pretty chill. I also liked the small details, such as a small wash rack on the balcony to dry your swimclothes at the end of the day.

Amazing modern small hotel with nice rooms, rich in decorations. We had ground floor room near pool. Very nice kitchen and Bathroom. Pool is amazing and also Garden area. Very healthy plans and nice atmosphere. We liked sand around pool. Location is also very nice, only few minutes to promenade. beach and dunes. We had car, but didn't use it at all for 2 days.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Compared to the other apartments in the area they really are the most modern and stylish apartments. During our stay we only used the pool once, although it is small, it's fine because the pool area is rarely busy (from what we could see from our balcony + the one time we used the pool!).

It was just as it was portrayed. Lovely quiet location, very little traffic, no noise from the street at all. Sunbeds around the pool with trees providing shade if you want some. Apartment was clean, beds comfortable with soft sheets. Shower was powerful with plenty of hot water, bathroom has a hairdryer. It has TV, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, toaster and 2 hot plates. Pool towels available upon deposit.

Couldn’t fault the hotel. It had everything right. Hotel not too big so it was easy to get to everything. Self serve drinks including wine, beer and soft drinks meant there was never a queue at the pool bar. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and shade. Poolside food was good but we preferred the buffet, but the kids preferred the chicken legs and chicken nuggets by the pool. Hotel was very clean and always being cleaned. Even the toilets by the pool were spotless. We really enjoyed the food and it was constantly replenished and catered for all tastes. Mojitos were delicious! Pool was fresh but not freezing. A 15 min walk to the beach but this should not put you off, there is a free shuttle bus to the beach.

An excellent hotel, beautifully looked after. Lovely, helpful, professional and friendly staff. Fun entertainment staff. Food very good. Rooms/balconies very clean and modern decor. My only problem is with smoking. Some of the smokers, availability of ash trays (not being restricted to specific areas in reality) and smoking area near the pool bar. A minority of smokers do not appreciate that smoke will not be confined to just where they are sitting. A few people smoked whilst sitting on the sunbeds in the middle of the day when the area is very busy ( and they can just help themselves to an ash tray so may think they are being responsible when they are not). Also the smoking area is next to where you have to queue for drinks at the pool bar. I would have preferred to queue at the other side to avoid having to inhale people's smoke- but this was not possible. There is another smoking area away from the main areas and some people do use this but the area by the pool and pool bar was, not surprisingly, busier.

Checked in online via the RIU app ahead of time. Check in was a breeze and actually got an upgraded room to a 2 bed apartment! Apartment spotlessly clean. Air con great, super cold! Tea and coffee making facilities in room and mini fridge which had water in when we arrived. Pool areas kept nice and clean. There were the usual ‘sunbed warriors’ who were out each morning at 6am reserving the best spots. This was annoying as many of them didn’t then appear round the pool till after 4pm so their beds were empty all day!! There was no need to do this as plenty of beds to go round. Food - always hot and fresh. Loads of choice for adults and kids. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Asian restaurant good choice and food delicious. Less so for the spanish Ole restaurant- food ok but a bit similar- lots of calamari and the steak was a bit rubbery and fatty. If you only go to one, pick the Asian restaurant. Staff always polite and enthusiastic. Entertainment round the pool fun to watch and the water aerobics was well run and a good laugh. Evening entertainment wasn’t great. We went out most nights to be honest. Can recommend Kasbah shopping centre and Irish pubs. Overall a great holiday, no stress or fuss, lovely week in the sun in a top hotel!!!

Just got home from a 10 day stay. One of our best holidays! Entertainment team are amazing, they work all day from 10am till midnight most days, hotel clean and all the staff can’t do enough for you. Free shuttle to and from beach or half hour walk. Riu white party was our best night. The drinks were named brands and very strong! There was food/drink on tap 24hrs a day. It is your choice when you want towels or bedding changed. Bottle water at the bar for you to take to your room. A couple of negatives though…I wasn’t struck on the evening food but my partner loved it and went up for seconds! The pool is very big. One small part is roped off, this is where you can only play with a ball or use a lilo etc but it’s too small. The rest of the pool was where everyone else just stood around. No room to swim! If you got to the pool after 10am you were lucky if you found a sunbed! Evening entertainment get very busy so you need to get there early to get a seat. There are only 2 areas you can smoke in and they get very busy. I would most definitely recommend anyone going here.

Great location, not too far from the beach and the shops/restaurants. A more sophisticated area than Playa de Ingles, and not built up...more low rise in general. The bus terminal is right next to the hotel, so it was easy (and cheap) to travel from the airport to the hotel (about 4 euros or so). The gardens/ground to the hotel are stunning, therefore the pool hand beautiful surroundings. There was no fight for a sun-bed (no towels out like some hotels), and plenty of space between fello sunbathers. Not your typical crowded poolside hotel. We opted/asked for a ground floor apartment to avoid stairs. There are a couple of steps down to the ground floor level, but we appreciated not having to climb the spiral staircases to get to the rooms on the upper floors. There is a sun terrace which is great if you want to avoid having to move your sun bed due to the trees in the gardens. The apartment was lovely and clean, and plenty of space. Our flight wasn't until later in the evening but we were able to sun bath in the gardens and use their towels, as well as the toilet at reception. We also left our luggage there until it was time for the bus to the airport. We would most certainly book again.

It’s close to playa de maspalomas beach where all the restaurants are. Loved the equipped kitchen. and the Very very lovely lady receptionist. ( i really forgot to ask for her name) But she helped us all throughout our stay. Went out of her way to help us reserve for a scooter and even researched what time we should leave so we could catch the bus. Loved that they let us lounge through the pool, use shower and toilet even after our checkout time while waiting for our bus back to las palmas.

the hotel is 2 min from the beach, in a stunning garden with pool, no breakfast served , but you have your own kitchenette and large terracce to do your own breakfast and sit outside. it´s low key luxury, secluded, quiet, value for money for what your getting , we loved it! just the garden itself with all tropical birds, the super large terrace, we could have stayed longer! and oh there is a roof top terrace with shower for guests. we probably had the best room, the 2 room apartment at the top.

This is fantastic resort with modern, stylish accommodation. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained with a lovely pool. The location is perfect, with a short walk to the beach, maspalomas lighthouse and lots of shops, bars/restaurants. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely book this again.

Hotel is located in a nice quiet area of the island. It is a really nice hotel with two pools and direct access to a nice beach. Beautiful green plants everywhere and a calm relaxed ambience during the day. Very clean hotel with all areas spotless. My room was nicely laid out with a double bed and lots of room to hang clothes etc, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Good lighting in the room. The flat screen TV was located in a good spot. Great to have tea and coffee facilities plus a fridge. Nice to have a balcony too which had a table and two chairs. The activities during the day were plentiful. I really enjoyed the pilates/yoga and pool aerobics and Jose the instructor was really nice, positive and very welcoming. The music by the pool was great and not overwhelming. Lots of sun loungers available and good bar for snacks or drinks during the day. The food served at breakfast and dinner was varied, tasty and very good quality.

Second stay after two years - I would always come back. Great staff - including Pool animation and Pool bar staff :-) Great dinner buffet menue, although a little more typical seafood would be highly appreciated. Breakfast menue also very good. Choice between hotel pools and beach direct accessible makes this hotel special. Thanks for all.

Amazing experience ideal for those looking for a lovely quiet place - very friendly staff, new urban style hotel, very calm and quiet, super green with singing birds, cool pools esp. with jacuzzi, direct access to the beach - in a very quiet area of San Agustin, private houses on one side and one hotel on another, few nice local fish restaurants around as well, for those who are not on all inclusive or want to eat seafood - i also stayed 1 night in the suite on the 1st floor - feels like in Carribean; i attached fotos with less foundable views (out of the balcony, food in the hotel restaurant, lobby, from the pool)

Lovely place to have a chill holiday. Great both for solo trips and for trips with friends and your loved ones. The food was outstanding and the staff were very polite and helpful. Pools were very spacious, and the water was at a great temperature. The beach was just a walking distance, but to be honest, I preferred the pool, because you get tons of sand from the ocean, everywhere! haha I heard very little noise from the outside, so it didn't disturb my sleep. Basically, everything was top-notch, but if you're looking for some fun time and going out, it's not the best place to do so due to the location and chill hotel vibe.

The hotel was just perfect!. We especially liked the elegant enterior,/ ship like/ the traditional quality furniture and that it had only 60+ rooms. Always enough sunbeds,no crowd,it is mainly for adults. It is located right on the beach. The shopping centre ,where you can also rent bikes,motos and even cars is 5minutes walk.The local bus stop is also there. Inside there are 2 quite big pools so we could swim whenever we felt like it. Our room on the ground floor with garden view was spacious ,spotlessly clean with really comfy beds .Towels are changed daily..The hotel is extremely quiet. The food is gorgeous,in the morning the buffet is great variety,/ champaigne also!/ in the evening it is a 5course delicious dinner . One evening was a fantastic gala dinner,and one evening barbecue ,both excellent! And the staff here is extraordinary!Very kind and helpful ,went out of their ways to fulfil guests' wishes. Special thanks to Danny and Jenny at the reception !They helped us with organizing our trips ,explained everything. Also big thanks to always smiling Marco in the restaurant and the poolbar! The massage ,the sauna ,the gym are also well organized. All in all we can only admire and praise San Agustin Beach Club Hotel .Go and see it yourself. We definitely will return!

The hotel is right on the beach. The hotel Is very small and the surrounding area is quiet and the busier more populated beach/ shopping area is a 20 minute walk down the boardwalk. Shopping is a short walk. The rooms were large according to European standards and have refrigerators. The food was excellent and staff were very accommodating. Our 20 month old child was one of the only kids in the hotel but they bent over backwards catering to our needs. The only downfall is that there was no kiddy pool and the pools were too deep and cold for a small child.

Having a room with a view of the ocean, and being able to walk from the pool to the beach. The showers by the pool entry were also nice to clean off the sand before returning.

Very good hotel - friendly staff and excellent standards of cleanliness. Modern decor and the pool and jacuzzi were great. Good access to the beach down some steps (about 150 haha) which were also a good daily workout to counteract the extra holiday calories! They also offer a daily special cocktail at 5.50 euros which was always excellent and such a good price! They have a notice up re not reserving sunbeds however during our stay the same faces reserved the same beds every day, even before the sun was at the pool. There are more than plenty to go around but I suppose there’s just no stopping some people😊 We have been to Puerto Rico before but have not actually stayed in it so it was great to explore and see what the area has to offer. Highly recommend Golden Beach down on the promenade for breakfast, lunch and cocktails!! El Toro in the centre was great for dinner. Lovely coastal walk to Amadores where you will get the best sunset views.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which had a warm, safe and relaxing feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us, making us feel truly welcome. The lifeguard by the pool was also very personable and made sure everyone was having a safe and enjoyable time. Additionally, the rooms were spotless, thanks to the diligent and cheerful cleaners. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We also loved the pool bar, the bar staff made the most amazing cocktails!!!

Very spacious rooms which had some facilities to cook your own food. Aircon in rooms was a definite plus. Hotel responded well to my request for a room away from the lift or a corridor door. The pool seemed to be heated (might not have been, happy to be corrected) which would have been welcome in the winter but in the summer I wanted to cool off and it wasn't cold! Nice solarium area on the roof to get the sun before it reached the pool. Nice big balcony. Good selection of breakfast and could order hot food from a menu presented to me each morning. Generally this hotel suited me very well and I would return.

Location was perfect halfway between beach and restaurant/shopping centre. Room and pools were clean and comfortable and spacious. Staff were so helpful and lovely and available 24/7. Could leave bags in storage day of check out and enjoy the pool. Breakfast was great included fresh fruits, bread, cheese, pastries and eggs/omelettes made to order. Coffee was also great. Really enjoyed our stay

Clean new modern and bright, ikea minimalist in fact a little sparse where utensils and crockery come in so not advisable for making meals, ok for snacks, and breakfast but we are out at night, towels not very big so may have to either bring your own or ask for more and only one thin pillow that you can use but I used the cushion off the sofa as my second pillow, now then one big problem was no curtains in our room, a thin drop down roller blind over the patio door which let light flood in straight into the bedroom which had no door, we were both wide awake every morning at about 4/5am not from daylight but the hundreds of lights from the other side of the valley, the small pool was lovely and warm but the larger pool was freezing, did not eat but bought drinks from the bar which were reasonable, the staff are very polite and have us a courtesy room on check out, Puerto Rico commercial centre is huge and has so many bars and restaurants, quantity over quality though, we thought the best places to eat were down by the beach, would not return purely down to lack of sleep and neither of us were keen on the area but for a cheap week of sunshine it's fine. We paid 865 pounds sterling for a week over Christmas in a 1 bed 1st floor apartment, no food included

Our family of three enjoyed very much the stay at Dunagolf Maspalomas. The hotel is very well designed with the restaurant and swimming pools in the center surrounded by the bungalow and a lot of palm trees. The suite was well equipped and spacious. We enjoyed the two terraces as well as the common area with sunbeds and palms. The soundproofing works quite well as we could hardly hear any noise from the neighbors. For us this was very much appreciated as Spanish hotels usually have very poor noise isolation. The restaurant served tasty and diverse food options. We took the half board for 10 days and didn't get bored with the food. It was a nice touch to have the grill meat /fish on the spot included in the dinner price. The swimming pool area is quite nice with plenty of sunbeds. There is also a small playground on the premises which our son enjoyed every morning and evening. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is not in the busy touristic area but we were actually looking for some quite time and relaxation. As we had rented a car, everything was easily reachable. The hotel parking was free of charge and there were plenty of availabile spots.

Food in breakfast buffet and pool bar lunch was excellent. Lovely adult only pool area. Accommodation with a golf view was a bonus. Taxi was very available and took 5 mins to arrive when called

The hotel is very beautiful and calm, with pools and plants in the common areas, very well maintained and modern. The personnel was extremely sympathetic and provided a lot of help to visit the city/island and to have dinner outside. The rooms are cosy and quite big, with a bedroom, a large bathroom and a living room with kitchenette and a lot of storage units. The room had also a nice patio outside, with 2 chairs, a small table and a drying rack, which was very useful. The breakfast was incredible, with a lot of variety, good quality food and drinks, and original meals. The bar near the pool was nice. Dinners are good, with singers performing 2-3 times a week. I recommend the hotel !

We chose this property for the heated pool and hot tub, and enjoyed using those (February half-term). The property has a long U shaped pool. Not all of it was heated, but the part that was was still a good size (not rectangular, but probably similar area to a typical 25m pool). The water was cooler than the (indoor) pools we go to in the UK - it was fine for me as long as I was actively swimming, slightly on the cold side if not. The hot tub is warm rather than hot. Bungalow/location all good.

**Very satisfied with the hotel.** It is beautiful around the houses with nice lawns, bridges over the pool, and bushes with flowers. The pool isn't extremely warm, but definitely warm enough to make it tempting to swim to cool down after a few lazy hours on the sunbed or a workout in the hotel's gym. The youths have been there almost every day lifting weights. We've been lucky with the outdoor area of our bungalow. From the terrace, there's a nicely sheltered deck with a tree outside the sitting area. Someone has hung Christmas ornaments, and beautiful red flowers bloom on the tree. The only downside is the pigeons that are a bit too intrusive, so we have to keep the terrace door closed. There are mini-golf and tennis courts on the hotel grounds, and although we are really bad at tennis, we have played almost every day. The breakfast at the hotel is superb, with free cava every morning, a wide selection of coffee, pastries, and cold cuts, and you can sit both indoors and outdoors. We've mostly sat outside and had plenty of space. We have chatted a bit with the receptionist Sara. She talks to all the guests and seems to enjoy her job.

Extremely well located. The pool was beautiful and the pool areas comfortable. The bungalows are very private and cozy.

Easy to find, very clean and nice entrance. There was a lot of activity to maintain the grounds which were very well kept indeed. The cleaning was frequent and exceptional. The whole place was relaxing and had a chilled out vibe. Lots of space and sunbeds. Never felt too busy. Pool is great. Bungalow was fab and spacious and again very clean. Very impressed with the whole set up.

Beds are very confy, newly refurbished apartment, very clean and well equipped. The breakfast and dinner were very good and it was a different menu every day. We had barbeque one evening and roast another day as specials ,etc. The staff working here are the friendliest and most helpful I ever seen especially Maria, Sergio ,Lucy and Mickhail in the restaurant, James and Dave at the pool entertainment and evening shows, absolutely great( my son was there in the morning until evening!!) .Lots of activities for children and teenagers at the pool . Also the girl in the reception was so kind and helpful every single time . Overall I have to give them 10 out of 10! It feels like a 4 star hotel not 3 star in my opinion. We will definitely go back again!

Breakfast was perfectly acceptable. Lots of choice so you could easily make changes in what you ate each morning. Delicious pastries! comfortable bed, well equipped apartment, lovely pool, fantastic view and enjoyed having sun loungers and sun umbrella on our own balcony. The staff were all very friendly and helpful - a particular thanks to Sara on reception, who gave us an apartment on the 8th floor, as far away from the pool noise as possible! Manuel was also a stand-out staff member. Singers and dancers from time to time which was a bonus.

Should have posted this when we got home from GC in September, sorry - forgot! Anyway, we had stayed at Bahia Blanca years before, had a really good holiday and so we were a little bit worried it might not live up to the previous experience. Actually, it was even better, as the apartments have all been renovated. Really surprised and pleased to see we had a dish washer and washing machune. The living area was lovely, very comfortable, big sofa and good TV. Kitchen has everything you could need even a full oven. Bathroom was great, big walk in shower. Very happy with the apartment. Cleaning ladies/men were all very good and friendly to chat to. The issue that people keep coming back to is the lift. It was out of operation once in the fortnight we were there, for maybe half an hour. We were on the 2nd floor so it wasnt a big deal. If we'd have been on a higher floor or it had gone on longer, maybe I wouldnt have been so understanding! Pool area was great, never had a problem finding a sunbed and there were loads of parasols. We had an amazing stay at Bahia Blanca and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need – from kitchen essentials to comfortable furniture. The facilities are great – there’s a tennis court, ping pong, billiards, and even a gym. While the fitness room isn’t huge, it’s well-equipped with everything you need for a solid workout. The pool area is gorgeous – well-maintained, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the sun. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of fresh options. One of the highlights was the location – Playa de Amadores, one of the most stunning beaches in Gran Canaria, is just a 10-minute walk away. A special mention goes to the staff – everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. It truly exceeded our expectations, and we would love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable holiday in a beautiful setting!
