It was conveniently located. Beautiful. The staff experience was exceptional! The pool was lovely. The poolside service was exceptional. My only complaint would be we had terrible WiFi both in our room and on our patio. We were in poolside room 115. We actually had better service walking way out by the pool, than in our room. Other than that it was just the rest and relaxation we wanted!

A wonderful hotel with exceptional service from start to finish. Stayed 3 nights in a club room on the 5th floor overlooking the pool. Check in was very friendly and welcoming with IHG Ambassador status recognised immediately and full explanation of the lounge and other facilities. The room was very clean and nicely presented and kept immaculately clean every day by housekeeping, the bed was super comfortable that every time I laid on it to watch some tv I kept nodding off. The nespresso machine was a nice touch and well stocked. The bathroom was generally very good but it did take some time to get hot water through and the shower head had seen better days but it got the job done. And the toiletries as always were very nice. The club lounge is really good, in part this is due to the attendants who were all very welcoming and provided exceptional service that was appreciated after a day in the office. The pool and terrace is great and loved taking a swim to cool down. Overall highly recommend this hotel and already booked for a couple of nights before our cruise.

This Hotel I must say is excellent 10/10 the staff first of all are very friendly. I had a lot of stress due to flight cancellation and when I arrive at the hotel, my greeting was meet by Mr Conrad Baguisa who was very attentive and friendly, accommodating and compassionate he listened to my concerns and help me get settled in with a special accommodation to help ease my stress me and my family was very pleased at how understanding and supportive he was the Hotel ambience is impressive the Rooms were clean the place in the atmosphere was pleasant and it helped make my stay in Miami excellent my family guess was able to have a cigarette in their smoking section the pool was a whole vibe with neon lights around the area at night. We had drinks in a nice time in this area, which was surprisingly 24 hours that helped make our stay pleasant breakfast every morning could’ve been better, but the staff were friendly and welcoming so if you’re looking for a clean safe friendly environment to stay in Miami choose this hotel it’s pet friendly kid, friendly, and an excellent place for fun and safe for a great week in Miami.

Great environment, great service. The room was amazing. The front desk representatives made sure that my wife and kids were taken care of while I was out on business. The pool area and bar are super nice too. The restaurant is a little pricey but their food is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend the Lomo Saltado Alfredo fettuccini.

The entire experience visiting the Intercontinental Hotel in Doral Miami was impressive. The MOD, Conrad Baguisa, was very active throughout the hotel checking on guests and ensuring their needs were attended to. The hotel itself was decorated with nice artwork and upbeat furnishings. The pool area looked invited but will have to visit it on our next trip.

First, the view was amazing! It was the best hotel I ever stayed in Miami. I always stay in south beach but never downtown. For now on, I will stay downtown Miami every time I visit. The location was great, I can walk to everything. While I stayed we had access to the pool and hot tub next door. Simply amazing. Absolutely love the hot tubs. The pool was great as well. The view at night was breath taking. The lights from the building was very beautiful. If I can afford it again, I will definitely stay here again.

We were quite happy with this property. Upscale but not obnoxious. Our room had a view of the bay, marina and Miami's amazing skyline. Service from the valets and bell team was impeccable. It's not inexpensive but you get what you pay for. We enjoyed the 5th floor bar (bartender Ranier was great!) which opens onto the pool area. Very nice pool with a bar and great views of the marina.

The good: hotel was newly remodeled, check in was a breeze (I got in late at 2am), lobby bar staff were super nice (Sylvia), M club had decent options and a very good breakfast. AC is nice and cool, room and view was nice. My upgrade certificates were honored. The bad: I rented a cabana at the pool for two days, but it was borderline unusable due to all the noise (concrete sawing). The hotel said they would send a manager, but never did. Pool bar staff hide around the corner on their phones (Daniel). They refunded one of the two days. The hotel charges a destination fee $36 with the promise they take off $18 from any hotel dining options (other than the market). You have to beg for this to happen. Bed was a little too firm.

Great balcony with city view but actually has water view too!!! Great location for different modes of transportation to go anywhere!! Loved the pool! Great breakfast!! And loved that I could use my resort fee towards things like did in drink in hotel!! Will definitely be back!!

The love location, great service and staff. Special mention to Michael the chef(came to our table). He custimized a dish for me thst was wonderful. All our meals wete delicious. Gilina(not sure spg?) Provide excellent pool service and the BEST margarita.

everything was exceptional, the front desk staff helped since the beginning answering all the questions we had, for breakfast there was a huge variety of food, the pool was in remodeling condition, so they offered us to use the regency hotel pool, it was next to Sonesta. the location is very convenient we had amazing food in a Cuban restaurant that is just crossing the street. we want to stay longer; we didn't want to stay in the airport for 2 hours so front desk staff offered a late fee to stay up to our flight check in time and we used the shuttle, so it was very beneficial and safe. English and Spanish speakers in the hotel is a plus. Definitively we will back soon =)

Good location close to the airport plus a free shuttle bus which runs every 20 minutes and is very convenient. Lovely gym, nice pool area. Super friendly staff.

The breakfast buffet was very good. Dinner the night before at Tradewinds was excellent. (Thank you, Jorge, for your wonderful service!!) Our room was immaculate and cozy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The decor was fun, and the whole feel of the hotel was inviting. We spent the night in Miami because we chose an overnight layover rather than spending a whole day traveling. The Sonesta was the perfect place to stay, and the airport shuttle service was outstanding.

The front desk was helpful with our luggage. We came in an early flight and it was not time to check in. We needed our luggage to be kept at the hotel so we would not have to carry it with us until time to check in. We appreciated the front desk men were extremely helpful and kept our luggage safe.

The pool was out of service and I was not notified of this. I booked a pool view and my view was the side of the pool and not looking down at the pool as expected. Besides that the hotel was nice.

The room is quite nice, very comfortable bed, tons of towels, keurig comes along with coffee, def, green teas, and other fun herbal teas, the rooms are quite large (even their cheapest rooms) and the layout is very nice and cozy. The front desk employees as well as entire hotel staff are incredibly accommodating and kind and go above and beyond. Their pool is undergoing maintenance or something for I think another month but even so, they have a pool at their sister hotel right next door (barely a 1 minute walk from the front doors) that's available for guests at both hotels and is very easily accessible (no questions asked, no hassle). The pool has beach lounge chairs with fresh rolled up towels so you know what hasn't been used. They also permit you to pay in cash at the property including for the security/incidental hold of $100 that's typical of most hotels. Franconia was absolutely incredible at the front desk, and helped me out a lot when I made a mistake with my check out dates and need to renew a new reservations. She was really outstanding and so sweet with only complete kindness, she was very helpful and easily so. Everything was fixed very quickly without the slightest amount of stress or hassle. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you Sonesta and a big thanks to Franceina at the front desk!

I did enjoy my stay here; I will say the pool area was nothing like the photos. There was no seating around the pool and the pool itself was dirty. The second downfall was the parking situation, you had to pay every time you would leave and return.. I did love the lighting in the deluxe room. I do believe room prices here should not be 250 a night.

The property is nice looking and friendly staff. Although, I selected this hotel for the pool, but was notified after checking in that the pool was out of service. The pillows are too hard. I would recommend offering a few different types of pillows. Also, the bathroom could be cleaned better to remove the hair from the floor.

We had a great day but paid extra to book a pool view room however, the pool was out of service. And the patio was very dirty and filled with garbage. The breakfast they offered was $36 US per person which was very overpriced The location was great

Our stay was great, it was very comfortable and spacious, enough cabinets and closet space to put clothes and luggage. The balcony view was an amazing view of the city!! There was even a small table and chairs out in the balcony. The pool is right outside with a great view of the marina. Definitely would stay again. Only negative was the cleanliness of the floors, a bit dusty and left our socks dirty but there was a washer and dryer so meh.

We were on Miami for a week. Building was nice. Out apartment has 2 rooms and harbor view. We were at 9 floor apt 904. Cleaning was not spotless but good enough. I had to request more towels. Pool and hot tub was great specially for kids. Great sound Proof walls. Valet guys were professional and friendly. Front desk employee helpful. Gym nice. Overall I would come back ☺☺☺☺

En general todo estuvo bien, realmente solo necesitamos del apartamento para dormir y darnos una ducha, el espacio excelente para las ocho personas que estuvimos.

The front desk was Beyond professional/personal. It meant everything to us. The actual villas, Beyond perfection! I'd love to stay here forever. Not one complaint. Even the guy who drove the shuttle was helpful/friendly. The pool area was the writing on the cake because the villas/staff alone was the cake, icing, and ice cream. Grills at the pool, pool tables, and other games. Can't wait to visit again. It was 100%better than the cruise.

Very welcoming check-in desk. Helpful, attentive and friendly. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. We enjoyed our balcony view of the palm trees and lake. TV’s in every room with updated technology. Kids enjoyed the activities such as pool, ping pong, large chess board. Pool was nice and we ate at the pool bar. Lots of drink and food options. After leaving, we thought we should have booked another night.

Good value for the $$. We have stayed at several MVC properties. The cost of our stay in a 2 bed 2 bath villa was very reasonable. I am not a timeshare owner, just a Marriott rewards member. This resort has a decent pool and fun activities. We also enjoyed walking over to Trump Doral resort. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. The villa carpet and sectional could use a refresh. Staff members were polite. Other MVC properties in Hilton Head and Orlando are much more lavish. This is a decent little resort with one nice sized pool, mini golf, fishing, one hot tub. The area around it is kind of urban, except for the Trump resort which we could use the pool at etc. Trump resort was very lavish.

Great for a family with kids: we had a large apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. The kids loved the pool area (pool is heated!). Added bonus: free bbq facilities on site. They even rent out beach chairs and umbrellas! They really thought about everything one might need. Cleanliness: great. Staff: super friendly and helpful. Would love to come back!

the size of the appartement was incredible, kids were so excited to get their own bathroom. very clean, there was everything you needed in the place just like home. nice activities and games around for the kids. the swimming pool was nice and clean and never too busy. and to have the access to the Trump hotel swimming pool was a very nice surprise.

We stayed here after our cruise, got to the hotel early and staff were super friendly. If there is a room available, you can check in early for a fee. We had drinks at the bar and they were delicious. The rooms are HUGE and the shower was amazing! Location is perfect near the airport, and Shuttle started running at 430 am. We had enough of the sun so we did not spend time at the pool area but I could see it was very nice. Super clean and beds were comfortable!

It was a beautiful hotel that was clean and modern. The rooms were ultra large and luxurious with a very comfortable bed. It has an outdoor pool and excellent food at the Miranda restaurant. The service and food was high quality and among the best we’ve had in Miami . It’s nice and close to the airport and runs a 24/7 shuttle service that is free of charge. We appreciated this when we took the shuttle at 3:30 am to catch our flight home.

This hotel is outstanding! We booked a king room and were given a free upgrade to a suite! High ceilings, beautiful furniture, incredible bathroom with walk in shower and plenty of shower heads. floor to ceiling windows everywhere! adjustable bed, and wonderful amenities. The pool, bar and restaurant are all top notch as well. We were able to use the free shuttle to get to the airport in the morning which was a nice bonus as well. Definitely do not hesitate to stay here!

This is my second time staying here, I loved it so muchhh !! The room is breathtaking, the pool is nice, so is the bar in the lobby . I even checked out the gym, this is such a good stay, I will be back again for sure !!

We met V at the hotel who assisted us with everything from the first day. She was so kind and helpful! In general we liked our stay at the hotel as breakfast had healthy and excellent cooked dishes and the pool on the 11th floor had an amazing view.

Loved the vibe and atmosphere here as well as the digitally enhanced room operations and lighting color choices! Very clean and comfortable and everyone was friendly and professional and accommodating. Breakfast was yummy too! The location was great and rooftop pool was clean and inviting! Definitely recommend this place!

Best location in Miami with the best view. We caught the bus over to Miami Beach for a swim from out the front of the CitizenM. Great pool on the roof with very warm water.

Convenient to Miami cruise port. Modern quirky design. Great rooftop pool and seating. Compact but practical rooms with a great shower ! Great bar area in the foyer with lots of atmosphere.

Lovely location, clean, and very modern. We were upgraded to a balcony and ocean view which was awesome! Everyone was friendly and staff was there to open doors, valet was exceptional. Easily walk to restaurants and there was a mall not too far away. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with a full kitchen. Loved that we had cold water, could heat up leftovers and we were able to make a frozen pizza for ourselves to help control costs. The pool is small but clean and there is a walk up bar. Just know that food has to come from the restaurant attached to the hotel so there was about a 20 minute wait for that. Limited seating at the pool so if you choose a popular time you may not get a lounger. Parking is ONLY valet but they have a cool system where you request your car on a link and it informs you it's ready and waiting down at the lobby. Overall we loved this hotel for location and cleanliness. It is pricey but the area is on par with that.

Fantastic Views of the water. The lobby was luxurious and the food was very good. The location is right next to the metro mover, which takes you everywhere you need to be around Downtown. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they give you some champagne when you get there. The pool is nice and I like that bar on the pool deck. It has a washer and dryer and they provide the pods upon request if you need more. Great place to go to if you visit Miami!

Location was excellent: close to a monorail station (free transit to the city centre and other highlights). We loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths: beds were comfortable. The pool was awesome: salt water and big enough for swimming. We also appreciated the pool bar service.

We loved our stay at Fortune House. Upon arrival, the staff was incredibly welcoming. We were greeted with a glass of champagne and assistance getting up to our room. The front desk also upgraded our room as well so we had one of the more updated models. There was a hand written note and a bottle of wine on the entry table welcoming us to our stay. The view was amazing, the suites are spacious, equipped with a full kitchen, washer dryer, and balcony. The pool and gym were great and very up to date. The Front desk set periodic texts to check in and had text system if we needed anything. This was perfect for our extended stay and allowed us to spread out and relax. The wifi was also great for working remote. Finally, we loved the location as it was central to all the things we wanted to do and was very easy to get around. The area was very safe and clean, room service was fairly quick.

Loved two bedroom suite-it was very spacious and perfect for our family. Overlooked pool and had partial ocean view as well. Food in the on-site restaurant was good (excep I wouldn't recommend the nachos which were basically cheese whiz over a grocery store bag of tortilla chips, but everything else both for breakfast and dinner was very good!). Staff was pleasant and professional. Would stay there again.

I loved the condo. It had everything we needed and it was easy to work remote from there. My parents were in the hospital at University of Miami Hospital. It’s only about 10-15 minutes there, depending on traffic. Beautiful pool. Small Gym. Nice club house with a pool table and couches. The staff at Nomada Residences are amazing and great to work with. So kind and compassionate.

Top notch place to stay! Free parking in the garage 24/7 access. Security 24/7. Roof top pool, work out facility, bbq area, pool table. Great view of the city. No complaints.

Apartment was perfect for family with teenagers it was clean & beds comfy. Location was really good to walk to design centre. Roof top pool and pool area really good with view over Miami.

The room was not as I have seen in the picture, maybe we expected a little more after seeing the pictures. The parking was steep as we had a truck so was difficult to go up and down. The pool hour was odd as no pool after sunset. Otherwise everything else was good.

I travel very frequently and this is one of my new favorite hotels. This was my 2nd stay at The Elser after a short girls trip last year, and this time was a getaway with my husband. It was even better than the first visit which I didnt think possible. Leandro was so kind and friendly and welcomed us right away. I really felt like he went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with our stay, despite it being very busy when we arrived. The premises is always spotless and the pool is literally a dream. We spent all day lounging under an umbrella poolside and getting drinks and snacks from the bar. Staff was so helpful with luggage as well and Leandro made checking in a breeze. I already have another stay booked and can't wait.

I had a fantastic stay at Elser Hotel in downtown Miami. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of everything, with incredible views of the city and the bay that make every moment feel special. The ambience is modern yet welcoming, striking the perfect balance between vibrant energy and relaxing comfort. A special highlight was the pool area, which is not only beautiful but also has an unbeatable atmosphere for relaxing or enjoying the skyline. Russell’s service at the pool was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Elser Hotel is the kind of place that makes Miami feel even more memorable. Highly recommend for both the setting and the service

The location is PERFECT for concerts at the Keseya Center (Miami Heat arena) and Bayside visits. The hotel was extremely busy for the Labor Day weekend and the Lady Gaga concert, but the staff remained friendly and handed out Welcome drinks to everyone while they were waiting in line to check in and receive their hotel rooms. I did not get a chance to visit the pool or gym area, but other guests that I spoke to said they were both very nice. I also heard from other guests that the food around the pool area was very good!

We loved the pool and great views from floor 32. We had a late flight the day we checked out and the staff let us keep the key to use the pool for the day and also looked after our luggage, this was much appreciated. The rooms were spotless and super comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again when next visiting Miami.

We had an amazing stay at the Elser Hotel! First of all let me mention how warm and pleasant our welcome was which we received firstly from Manuel Gonzalez who helped us with our Baggage and then at the reception from Jennifer!:) Jennifer helped us to find the great room for our family and throughout our stay she asked us if we are satisfied and made sure we are 100 % comfortable!:D Let me mention my thoughts about the room. The rooms were spacious and clean and perfect for our family we had a 3 Bedroom(also with 3 bathrooms 😱😂) apartment the rooms were modern- luxurious designed and also with a kitchen and all we needed for the kids. The view was amazing we had a sea and city view the full Miami experience! The pool and gym area was great too and one of the best I have been too in all of my Miami stays especially the staff was very attentive and friendly! The Beach was around 15 minutes away with Uber and the Elser Hotel offers access to a beach club in south beach which was very much appreciated by us!:D All in all this was my best Miami stay if you’re looking for a large apartment or a smaller one the Elser has it all😂💪 and I will definitely come back! Solid 10 /10!🙌

The pool and hot tub is closed. This was not disclosed during booking and we came a day early for cruise out of Miami with intention to enjoy the pool area. We paid full rate and didn’t have promised amenities. Sad.

Wonderful hot in a prime location walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Shuttle service to cruise port at $8/person cash only. Beautiful mall nearby. Publix grocery store nearby. Staff was very friendly and professional. Really enjoyed the scientific art that adorned the walls. Beautiful pool but it was too cold and hot tub was too hot so we jumped back and forth between the two. Other than that we were very happy with our stay. Thank you

Stayed one night and have to say all was excellent. Clean spacious room, great location near a bunch of restaurants of all kinds, walkable area, terrific pool and spa, nice bar, great service and a check in from Wilda via text to be sure all was good with our accommodation. Breakfast was good with nice variety. All this at a Hampton Inn!

Really nice hotel. The pool area is beautiful. Rooms were clean and plenty of room. Bathroom clean, complimentary shampoo/conditioner good quality. Breakfast offerings are amazing. Def recommend, will stay again if I come back to miami in the future. Parking garage nice perk and restaurants/stores within walking distance.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. It would have been nice if the pool area was open. It was closed due to impending inspection. The employees were apologetic and were ready to get the inspection completed.

Overview: Affordable European brand known for clean, modern looks that are efficient in room size. Rooms fit MAX 2 people. Good For: Traveler needing a clean space to lay their head at night. Room: Again, the rooms are very small - max 2 people with limited luggage. Each room has a very small closet, sink with counter (hair dryer included), tiny fridge, small desk w/chair, and a enclosed toilet with shower (shampoo, conditioner, body wash included). **Each floor has “iron heaven” next to the elevator bank vs an iron in each room. Amenities like razors, comb or q-tips can be found in the lobby. Staff: While this hotel operates in a self check-in way with limited onsite staff, everyone is super friendly and helpful. FYIs: Functional communal space to do work with indoor and outdoor spaces, small bar/restaurant to grab a bite to eat or a drink. Rooftop pool has a bar (only drinks available between certain hours + a few bags of chips for sale). Water stations at both the 2nd floor bar and rooftop.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel’s prime location in the Brickell neighborhood is outstanding, offering immediate access to the vibrant downtown social scene, numerous dining options, and a major shopping center. The area remains lively well into the night. While the rooms are compact, the space utilization is exceptional. The design efficiently integrates all necessary comforts, creating an unexpectedly high level of comfort and coziness. Residing on a high floor provided a truly spectacular city view. Furthermore, the rooftop pool area delivered a memorable experience, combining excellent facilities with a commanding perspective of Miami. The hotel effectively merges functional design with a premium urban experience.

My "GO TO" Place every time I am in Miami. At the Airport take the MOVer to Miami Airport station and get a $2.20 one way ticket or $5.80 24 hour pass (expires at 2 a.m.) to Brickell station. From there you are 2 blocks away. Have a Burger King, Chipotle and a MALL within a block from the hotel. Rooms are small but everything you need is there. Pool on roof is very nice also.

Great location in Brickell and easy travelling distance from many of the sights in and around downtown Miami and the cruise port. The staff were extremely friendly, the room was immaculate and the hotel overall is very well kept and modern. We loved the rooftop pool and bar which were nice and quiet for us in the evening. Upon check in the staff member gave us some valuable info about local transport options which we found extremely useful.

Location, cleanliness, staff and amenities in the hotel were great! It was comfortable in the room for a solo traveler the iPads for lighting blinds TV was great. Shower was great everything up to date great view from the room. I enjoyed my stay here it was very comfortable. The bar on 2nd and roof top and pool was so nice. Staff was knowledgeable and nice.

I decided to stay here when coming to town to see a game at Loan Depot Park. It was a one night stay and wanted somewhere close to airport with a pool. Well, can't get much closer to the airport and the pool was nice. People say there is lots on noise but your right on a busy road and planes takin off literally right across the road. Honestly sitting in room watching airport was entertaining. Staff was great and all areas were clean. Great value with free parking. Would stay again.

Having had to book a very last minute overnight stay and having read a lot of shocking reviews about hotels near the airport I chose this because of the fabulous reviews. I was not disappointed. From the minute we walked into reception tired and weary at 9pm we were welcomed by Daniel who I have to say it’s an absolute asset to the team . He was so helpful , friendly and professional and to my surprise having finished late he was back on duty early next morning when he continued to offer excellent customer service with a smile. The suite we had was immaculate with every amenity we could have needed. The mini. Shop has free tea coffee and hot chocolate available 24/7. The pool and gym were also very clean and well looked after. An excellent short stay , book and you will not regret it.

This place is fantastic, clean, roomy, cozy and every amenity you can think of. Pool, gym bbq , minimart. Great restaurant next door ( prime36) Special shout-out to Camilla at front desk. Such a smily genuine helpful lady. But all the staff was nice including the shuttle driver gentlemen. Perfection really.

Superb service by the personnel, quiet room despite close to the airport, clean, nice little swimming pool, great coffee and a good restaurant just outside the entrance, plus free shuttle to and from the airport.

We stayed at Intercontinental before our cruise on the Icon. It was highly recommended by other cruisers. The hotel is beautiful and the service was top tier. the spa area is included in your stay, and my husband loved it. the pool area was beautiful. Many people on other reviews complained that there was not enough sun at the pool, but I thought there was plenty even though I was not trying to sunbathe. The staff at the pool bar were very nice. the drinks and food served at the pool bar were all great. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. This hotel is walking distance to many restaurants, bars and entertainment. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, they offered fresh, healthy options as well as traditional breakfast items. This hotel is just a few minutes from the port, so a very short uber ride was all we needed. We will always stay at Intercontinental when we are in Miami.

Everything was very nice. The room was very spacious. There is no microwave in the room which would have been helpful. The ice machine was not on our floor, but rather on every other floor, but very easy to access for us. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The pool is a saltwater pool (in case some want to know), was not overly cool, but not to hot either, it was 100+ each day I was there. The pool bar is only open until 6pm. The food at the bar comes form Toro Toro and I highly recommend the burger. It is delicious!!! If you didn't know, Miami is EXPENSIVE. Gratuity is automatically added to everything as well, but we were able to find some really yummy restaurants outside of the hotel as well. I definitely would recommend staying here at the Intercontinental Miami!

Our stay at the Intercontinental Miami was nothing less than stellar. From the moment we arrived to our departure we were greeted with smiles & professionalism. Every staff member we encountered were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our Executive Suite was beautiful and the cleanliness was exceptional. We always love the dreamy linens and fluffy pillows. Even though the airport is nearby and planes could be heard it wasn’t an issue for our stay, nighttime flights were not a hindrance. The location was perfect for our personal needs and the lobby was a great location to have a few meetings with clients. The vibe of the hotel was great, you can tell people enjoy working at the hotel. Team members would call each other by name and indicate their role as they passed us along during our check in and departure. It’s little nuances like this which indicates a solid connection between colleagues and their role in the guests experience. The pool area was clean, comfortable, and lucky for us the weather was perfect. Sipping drinks & having lunch poolside was one of our favorite activities. We found the nightly room rate to be comparable to other Intercontinental’s we visit. Having an Intercontinental Club is desirable to us and we were glad to have access. Thank you to the entire team and especially Alexus at the Ambassador desk for their professionalism and dedication to their clients experience. We look forward to returning!

We brought our 1 year old here for a relaxing stay, and it was one of the best experiences we've ever had with a hotel. Everyone- from the valet attendants, to the concierge, to the servers at breakfast, to those working at the pool were so kind to my family and in particular my son. On his birthday, everyone was so sweet to him and wished him a happy birthday, and the concierge sent him dessert and champagne for mom and dad free of charge. I've never stayed anywhere that has made such a kind gesture to me, and more importantly my wife and son. They treated us like family, and for that we will be back and they will certainly always have our thanks and gratitude. In addition, for families with young children this is a wonderful location for a vacation. A wonderful pool, very good dining options within the hotel and within walking distance, a friendly staff.... honestly you never have to leave the property at all to have a wonderful vacation. We will be back! Thank you so much!

We booked a day pass to Intercontinental to celebrate my sister's birthday and it was absolutely epic!!! The views of the skyline were just amazing, the pool was the right temperature, the wind was a nice constant since the pool is located on a high floor, and the staff? The staff was amazing! Edgar Gomez was our concierge and ensured that we got everything that we desired! He even made suggestions about how to make our day more enjoyable and offered to take group pics. My sister was extremely happy and that's all because of this lovely venue and Edgar 😊 Oh and book the cabana! It was soooo worth it!

Stay: two nights, in town for business. Month: October. Overall experience: I had a good experience, and would stay here again. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fine. The gym was sufficient for my needs. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I was not able to use the hotel-airport shuttle, because no one answered the phone when I called upon landing, but the taxi ride to the hotel did not cost much. When I asked about the lack of phone answer, the night desk clerk explained that he was the only one working, and had stepped away from the desk to attend to some guests, so he'd missed the call, which is understandable. So if you stay here, don't get upset if the hotel shuttle is not convenient, because it's an inexpensive and short taxi ride, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and they provide plenty of towels. (A pet peeve of mine is hotels that are skimpy on the towels. The Hampton Inn does not skimp on towels!) The hotel is near a big supermarket, a Walgreens, and other stores for any stocking up you need to do. The air conditioning works! I did not use the pool, but it looked nice. The water pressure in the shower is good. I'd happily stay here again.

We stayed here the night before our cruise. The check in process was quick and very efficient. We had two queen beds in a non-connecting room with a walk in shower and a flat screen TV. There are restaurants and a Publix grocery store across the street. The Publix had a sandwich shop inside that was an excellent place for a well made sub sandwich. The complimentary breakfast was very well done and there were several choices. We used a private limo service for airport pick up and cruise port drop off. We felt the complimentary vans were crowded and you had to wait for them to fill up before leaving. The added cost of the private service was so much more convenient and we did not have to wait for others. The hotel was a bit pricey at $846 for two nights. However the staff were very attentive and helpful and they also had a small pool available.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hampton Inn, and it was excellent in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided outstanding hospitality, making me feel truly welcomed. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The food was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options. The hotel’s facilities, including [mention if applicable—pool, spa, gym], were top-notch and well-maintained. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Hampton Inn to anyone looking for a luxurious and hassle-free stay. I will definitely be returning!

This hotel was great for a post-cruise night for our group of 5 adults. We arrived from Port around 11am and were able to be accomdated for an early check-in by Noon. The pool and hot tub were fantastic; although the jets weren't working in the hot tub. Shopping plaza across the street with a grocery store, multiple restaurants, etc. The airport shuttle and driver were awesome! The free breakfast was pretty decent as well! Would definitely stay here again!

The room was beautifully and tastefully decorated and laid out. Loved the Art! And the color scheme! Breakfast was a little diffeeent everyday, with many choices in a lovely, large light filled room with various types of seating. The TV didn’t dominate. Pool & spa (!) area also varied seating choices and elegant except for the views. You could take your breakfast out there in the Florida sunshine! In a.m. it was peaceful and quiet. Staff were super nice!

We stayed for 5 days at this beautiful hotel and had an amazing time. Every staff member was so welcoming and accommodating. The food at La Mar, as well as the pool bar was so delicious and fresh. Housekeeping made sure that our room was perfectly serviced every day My daughter was amazed how all her toiletries and make up was neatly organized We spent most of our time at the pool and can’t express enough how much we enjoyed it Thank you to Entire staff and see you again Love you All

Location is good. All staff is nice, especially the guys in the pool area. Pool is small but very well kept and enjoyable. Rooms very clean, fixed twice a day very nicely. Great sized balcony. We enjoyed sitting out in the evening overlooking the Miami skyline. Overall I recommend and in fact will be back soon.

I like this hotel. The rooms are ok. Clean and with enough space for a a family of three. It is a bit worn, but I am told it is to be torn down, so it makes sense. Breakfast was really good, and breakfast patio is lovely to sit in. I also liked the pool and the pool area wich also have a nice little bar and lovely staff. Parts of the hotel has wall painting by the fascinating Flore. The artist was new to me, but I spent a good chunk of time in this hotel just staring at his art. Also it was quiet at night in our romm, and we had great view of the water. Walking distance to all we needed.

My first time in Miami & stayed at this fantastic hotel with my girlfriend our room was large spacious & clean with a great view. We flew in from Montego Bay Jamaica after spending six days in Jamaica . I cannot fault any of the staff at this fabulous hotel , they were friendly , courteous & always willing to help . We used the pool facilities again the staff there were amazing . It’s a shame this hotel will be permanently closed as from 31/05/25 demolished then renovated for the next five years I’m %100 they will come back bigger , better, fabulous with the same high standards

This was our first time at Mandarin and they were phenomenal! The staff was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in sparking a conversation. From the valet, to the bell boys, to the concierge front desk staff, pool and cleaning staff, everyone was professional and friendly! They were respectful and eager to help. It was a 5 star experience and we will be returning! Thank you to Mandarin and their exceptional staff!

Sugar was a big plus...the pool was also nice but having two pools so close is a little old fashioned...think of making one big pool...it will automatically be much more glam

Wow, we couldn't have chosen a better hotel than East to stay at. We had credit for our lunch at the hotel, at the pool, we had a free drink, and at a hotel by the beach the hotel partners with, we had an umbrella and beach chairs right by the water! We were treated to everything the hotel had to offer. There is a cafe/bar on the first floor, they have quinto, a restaurant, and a pool on the same floor, and the rooftop has a fun bar named Sugar. We sat and were amazed by the views and vibes at this bar. Views from the room were amazing and the cleaning service paid attention to details. The location was also safe and right next to the mall. 10/10 would stay here again.

Really everything was great. The location is right in the middle of Brickell, on top of the mall. Pool is spectacular, sun hours aren’t perfect but you can make it work. Restaurant by the pool had great food too. Gym was more than adequate, dare I say good. Room was awesome, spacious, incredible view, nicely sized balcony.

Amazing hospitality! The service was great and the hotel was super clean which is a major bonus. The pool service is amazing the entire team there is very attentive to the guest ! They make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need while enjoying your pool side action

This is a very nice apartment hotel. The hotels has two buildings, towers 1 and two. in tower two there is a lobby as well as the pool and indoor playground for kids. The apartment we had was clean, spacious and with comfortable beds. Besides, it had kitchen utensils, washer and dryer and everything we needed for our family vacation in Miami. The hotel has a great location and it is close to several restaurants, a Publix and a Walgreens. I recommend this hotel to everyone, it is a lot better than other places I have stayed while visiting Miami .

The building is small but has all the amenities. The one bedroom suite had everything we needed including olive oil for cooking and a detergent for the en suite washer. The blender came in very handy for making smoothies for the kids. The only complaint was that our bed didn't have a headboard and the pillows would get in the gap between the bed and the wall. That was a bit annoying. Everything else was great. The kids loved the balcony and the pool. My father enjoyed the gym. The front desk stuff was very nice and helpful

The property was really clean. Elevators were always clean and available. The pool area was very clean. Hotel had a very pleasant smell throughout. Amazing view of the city. Our room was a lot more comfortable and spacious than expected. Amazing space for a family of four. Kitchen amenities were on point.

Apartment was clean and smelled nice. There was a dishwasher, washer and drier and was a pleasure to live there and feel like I am at home. Cool pool and gym. It was a really nice place to stay and will stay there again if in Miami

Building and apartments were very clean. We also liked the area because it was quiet. The only thing we weren't too thrilled with was the pool area because there is alot of construction next to the building so you can hear them during the day.

The hotel was very clean. The staff does an excellent job at maintaining a high level of cleanliness. The room was very nice with a fantastic view. There were only 2 downsides we experienced. One being no parking lot surrounding the hotel. The hotel did offer valet only parking in its garage, but at an overnight fee of $35.00. We did find a street parking spot a block away for free though. Secondly, the outdoor pool was cloudy. You couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. Other than those two items, I’d still recommend staying at this hotel.

This hotel is spectacular and really set the bar for every future stay in Downtown Miami. The location, although on the outskirt of Downtown Brickell, was close enough to walk to the desired sites, discover new places, and it also allowed me to get my steps in, a win-win. My family loved the room which was very spacious; and we stayed on the 8th floor with a view of the pool and a partial skyline. There is also a gym. The layout of the lobby is beautiful & welcoming; with access to a microwave and 24/7 coffee station. The wifi was fast which was a plus. The hotel is very modern and instagrammable; perfect for a family vacation or a girl's getaway. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was well-lit. The staff did a pretty good job at cleaning the rooms. I loved the fact that there was an ice machine and water cooler. Bonus points. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and my son enjoyed the eggs and pancake every morning. My family felt safe and there are restaurants and a gas station nearby. It's also on the main stretch where the Trolley and bus pass, so public transportation is accessible. I would definitely recommend Tru by Hilton to friends & family, and also stay on future trips.

Went to Key Biscayne for a shark expedition. This was close to the island at a reasonable price. I booked the room online and was pleasantly surprised when we checked in everything was ready. I have been trying to use a gift card for the last year and a half at various Hiltons and desk personnel always had issues and could never use the gift card. Not this time. Pedro was at the front desk. He was not even patient but figured out to use the gift card in a timely manner. He also got our room ready, told us about all the amenities and the breakfast. Speaking of the breakfast. hands down, the best of all the free breakfast bars. They had it all and it was free. Way better than the pricey upscale hotels. Great room, just the right size but everything worked!! I have been in 5-star hotels where half the things do not work. The location was great easy in and out to Miami and Key Biscayne. Very clean, microwaves if you wanted snacks after hours, they had board games for families. It was a short visit this time, but we will be back next time for a week. The pool and workout room was great and open until 10. Well done Hilton!! and Thanks Pedro!

Can't say enough positive things about our experience at Tru in West Brickell. I received a text from Pedro as soon as we landed at MIA. I let him know we were stuck on the taxiway, and we'd be late. He reassured us that our room reservation was safe. When we finally got to the hotel, he immediately asked how we were doing after our flight. Just the personal interaction was greatly appreciated. We received our goodie bag and settled into room 801. Highly recommend this room - gorgeous views of Miami and its a corner room (no neighbors on one side). Room was well equipped. I was thrown off with no closet, but we were only there two days. Gym was clean (Peleton, 2 treadmills, elliptical, kettlebells, freeweights). There is a water and ice dispenser just outside the gym, too. Pool is not heated but is large. Great location to shops and restaurants. We spent time in Brickell shopping. Customer service was outstanding, though. Always a smile. Will definitely return.

We had a one night pre-cruise stay . The hotel is ideally located to explore the city using the bus stop outside the hotel or using uber . The price of this hotel which include breakfast was very good compared to other hotels that are slightly nearer the port, plus there is the added bonus of complimentary hot drinks in the lobby. Check in was friendly and quick. Our room overlooked the pool area. Everything in the room was clean and commutable. Good breakfast choice. Overall a great stay and we will definitely stay here again when we next cruise out of Miami
