Hotels with Swim-up Rooms in Miami Beach

As a family of 5 we stayed here and found the family rooms with 2 big bunks and a separate bedroom for the adults great. There was no musty smell and no noise from other rooms as other reviews have mentioned. Overall great stay. Car parking wise the hotel charges $50 plus tax for a valet service, but this is just a guy from the $20 car park diagonally opposite, so go here yourself and save some $$

This hotel is so cute & quaint. The king room was big & spacious. The queen room was also big with a smaller bathroom area but big enough. The lobby is cozy & always seems pretty quiet. The staff members Danny & Jackie went above & beyond for my wife, sister & myself. If I had to dislike anything it would be that there's no food on site but not a big deal for us.

I would have to say this is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. The service was amazing and they never hesitated to answer any questions or offer any help. The checkin and check out was super easy. Just a great experience. Thank you!!! We will definitely stay here again and recommend to people we know.

Loved that it’s a smaller hotel. It’s very aesthetic. The beds were super comfortable. Loved that the bunk beds were full beds as well. They also use Le Labo products which smell amazing. The staff was super nice and friendly. And the hotel is a quick walk to the beach. I will be back for sure!

Nice hotel, the host was very pleasant, smelled amazing once you walk in the entrance is a nice lounge style with a bar, no front desk. Just minutes of a walk to the beach. Only downfall is rooms have no refrigerator but was able to get cups of ice at the bar. Would definitely stay again.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could . We normally are loyal to the Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons chains. That said this hotel was as good if not better then those. From the moment you drive up the service is impeccable from valet to dinning to the front desk and pool staff. This is a great place especially if your leaving on a cruise from Miami. Rooms and hotel are sleek and modern . Lobby is beautiful and the pool area is lovely. The staff and food at its resturant was the icing on the cake. After spending a forgettable 2 nights in Miami, spent a very enjoyable last night in the Miami area at the Loews. As someone who spends 70+ nights a year in a hotel, (all for leisure), the only other Loews I had ever been to in the past was the Loews in Atlanta and it was a very positive experience, as it was here. Rooms are extremely comfortable and modern as I believe the hotel is only about 2 or 3 years old. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Sadly the Florida weather continued to not cooperate and didn't get to enjoy the pool but did have lunch at Phineas at the pool while dodging the rain drops. Booked through AMEX FHR as I always do and utilized the free breakfast at Americana earlier in the day and got an upgraded room on the 18th floor. Excellent fitness center as well. {My only issue was with the valet, (Cuban guy with glasses),who upon 5 seconds after arriving at the hotel said, "You take care of me, I'll take care of you." Very unprofessional & offensive! Someone needs to tell him to put a stop to that nonsense immediately as I'm sure I'm not the first guest he's attempting to strong-arm for a gratuity.

We had the absolute best stay at Loews Coral Gables over the weekend! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hospitality was truly exceptional — warm, welcoming, and above all, personal. A special shoutout to Nikola, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was flawless. His attention to detail and genuine care made a huge difference and truly set the tone for the weekend. Every staff member we interacted with — from the front desk to the restaurant and poolside team — was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They made us feel right at home and elevated our entire experience. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with luxurious yet comfortable spaces and every amenity you could want. We loved the pool, restaurants, and fitness center, all of which were pristine. The dining was another standout — every meal was delicious, and the service was just as impressive as the food. This was one of those stays you don’t want to end. We’re already planning our next visit, and we’ll 100% be recommending Loews Coral Gables to all our friends and family. It’s a true gem, and we can’t wait to come back!

I just wanted to share my fantastic experience during my recent stay. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect! I made the excellent choice of booking a room by the pool, and let me tell you, it was by far the best decision. the pool bar/restaurnat was conveniently close to my room added so much enjoyment to my stay. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. Their dedication and attentiveness did not go unnoticed. We decided to rent a cabana, and it was simply awesome – a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The grounds were pristine, and I was genuinely impressed with how well-maintained everything was. Moreover, the neighborhood was wonderful, contributing to an overall delightful experience. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I can't wait to return!

Incredible location and superb staff! The pool and beach are gorgeous and the hotel is in a lovely location. If you want the perfect South Beach getaway, consider the W! The staff goes ABOVE and beyond in every area of the hotel - especially the bellmen, pool and beach staff. Special shoutout to Oliver on the beach staff who is incredibly friendly and always helped us with a smile! And Filipe who was super accommodating and always making sure we had everything we needed. We wish we could stay longer. The W South Beach hotel would certainly be a must-stay with its location, spacious rooms and exemplary pool and beach area, but it is the inviting and friendly staff that puts them above any US hotel we have been to - ever!

Ana, Jeffery and Kevin at the pool area were so amazing and accommodating . The pool was the best experience. I do recommend they change the menu for foood at the pool . They took out the smash burger and that was the best ! Why do that ? Let me know .

The property was lovely and takes up basically a whole city block. The finishes are fresh and modern. The common areas are really nice. It’s a little strange that the front door of the property doesn’t open automatically and there is a little bit of an issue in the pick up drop off area because drivers have to make a U-turn but it’s not clear to an Uber driver where to come. The family pool is packed and they don’t really monitor how people save their seats so starting as soon as the pool opens in the morning, people have magazines laying on chairs next to the pool and then they don’t come down for hours. The beach staff was lovely and the service was really good, we Ran up big checks every day we were there, including the second day when we invited friends of ours to spend the day with us and ran up $1000 Beach check lol. My room had some maintenance issues when I arrived, the safe did not work, and there was missing artwork and expose nails in the wall, when I first contacted the front desk and maintenance to make these repairs, they gave me a little bit of a hard time Saying that I needed to wait in my room for maintenance to come, which wasn’t an option for me, as we were only there for three days. But in the end, when I reached out to the management staff, the management staff facilitated the repairs instantaneously, then graciously were overly apologetic andmore than compensated me for the inconvenience. They really went out of their way to make sure that I was happy

Booked another stay at W SouthBeach this year and the hotel delivered once again - although under tremendous pressure. We booked a few days not realizing it was Passover - the hotel was at absolute max capacity which came with some hiccups. Think fully committed plus families jam packing the rooms with more bodies than normal. As mentioned in the past the hotel is a great mix of location, amenities, size & price. After a challenging front desk check-in experience - the staff handled the crowds very well and did the best they could considering. Mr. David at the pool took great care of our family - even when towels ran out for a few hours. The real standout, however, was Priscilla P - once again. When we decided for the second time this year to stay longer Priscilla came thru - not only securing us a room but also making the room change as seamless as possible. Would also like to mention Ashley K who helped us recover from a very challenging check-in - she was kind, empathetic and friendly - successfully getting our trip back on track. Food is still great for hotel/poolside food - and if in budget opt for a suite with kitchen - makes for a great midday break with kids.

We enjoyed our stay at the W from the moment we got there. We rented a pool cabana for the day, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The cabana was comfortable and a beautiful spot to relax. The staff at the pool were so great. Everyone we met went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. In particular, we want to give a huge shoutout to Kevin, Sindy and Jeffrey — they were absolutely fantastic! We can’t wait to come back again.

First, the view was amazing! It was the best hotel I ever stayed in Miami. I always stay in south beach but never downtown. For now on, I will stay downtown Miami every time I visit. The location was great, I can walk to everything. While I stayed we had access to the pool and hot tub next door. Simply amazing. Absolutely love the hot tubs. The pool was great as well. The view at night was breath taking. The lights from the building was very beautiful. If I can afford it again, I will definitely stay here again.

We were quite happy with this property. Upscale but not obnoxious. Our room had a view of the bay, marina and Miami's amazing skyline. Service from the valets and bell team was impeccable. It's not inexpensive but you get what you pay for. We enjoyed the 5th floor bar (bartender Ranier was great!) which opens onto the pool area. Very nice pool with a bar and great views of the marina.

The good: hotel was newly remodeled, check in was a breeze (I got in late at 2am), lobby bar staff were super nice (Sylvia), M club had decent options and a very good breakfast. AC is nice and cool, room and view was nice. My upgrade certificates were honored. The bad: I rented a cabana at the pool for two days, but it was borderline unusable due to all the noise (concrete sawing). The hotel said they would send a manager, but never did. Pool bar staff hide around the corner on their phones (Daniel). They refunded one of the two days. The hotel charges a destination fee $36 with the promise they take off $18 from any hotel dining options (other than the market). You have to beg for this to happen. Bed was a little too firm.

Great balcony with city view but actually has water view too!!! Great location for different modes of transportation to go anywhere!! Loved the pool! Great breakfast!! And loved that I could use my resort fee towards things like did in drink in hotel!! Will definitely be back!!

The love location, great service and staff. Special mention to Michael the chef(came to our table). He custimized a dish for me thst was wonderful. All our meals wete delicious. Gilina(not sure spg?) Provide excellent pool service and the BEST margarita.

Great location, comfortable bed and spacious sized room. Rooftop pool was a great add on to this hotel as the sunbeds were big and comfortable. The pool area was mainly quiet which was nice but I’m not sure if it was just because of the time of the month. Most front of house staff were friendly however the cleaning staff were exceptional and extremely accommodating and helpful!

The hotel and the room looks nice. Clean and nice fresh scent all over the hotel and room. It is close to the beach where they offer 2 sunbeds for free, without umbrella. That costs around 22-24$ per day. There is a small pool at the rooftop. We could use the beach and pool after check-out. There is coffee at the room. The area is quiet and the window that looked at the street on the 2nd floor was soundproof. Bed is very comfy. So no issue with sleeping, it was perfect. AC is working well, not noisy at all. We had Breakfast at El Nogal Latín Restaurant & Bar just a few step away was delicious and for reasonable price. Wifi is working fine.

I honestly enjoyed my stay at The Berkeley Park MGallery Hotel Collection. I highly recommend. The room was clean. I was obsessed with the decor inside the hotel. It’s literally located in the perfect area. Not near the noise from Ocean Drive but close enough that the commute is good. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. They watched our luggage while we were out on our last day. They allowed us to do a late check out. I honestly don’t have not one bad word to say about my stay. The pool water temperature was perfect also very beautiful located on the roof with a view.

I’m very happy I chose this hotel! It contributed to our trip being seamless. The walk from the hotel to the beach was perfect. I was very impressed with the location, it was in a residential neighborhood and was extremely quiet and safe. The cleanliness of the hotel was immaculate. The pool was lovely. The staff’s (front desk, house keeping, valet) care for the guest and their attention to detail was amazing. There wasn’t any street parking in that area but valet is offered, which was extremely convenient. I’m very glad that it wasn’t a “figure- it -out- yourself” situation, so that added another star. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Berkeley Park MGallery Hotel is a great place to stay while you are in South Beach Miami. Everything from the facilities, the restaurant/bar inside, the pool, and people working were great and accommodating. This place is very walkable to all the popular spots in South Beach and there is plenty of things to do. The room came with everything and we felt like very welcomed guests. The area is pretty good and quiet, so I felt pretty safe for the duration of my vacation in Miami. Would definitely come to Miami and Berkeley Park hotel.

The hotel is located in beautiful Coral Gables in a historic building. Rooms are very spacious and are well equipped with everything including the coffee machine. You can get your complementary bottle of water at Reception or use the water in the room which they charge 8 dollars for. We had two rooms on the second floor of the hotel, but because the hotel is located on top of an office building or something it felt like we were on the sixth floor or higher thus we had a great view of Miami skyline from our balcony Upon our arrival, we were offered vouchers for complimentary breakfast and each guest was offered a 25 dollar worth voucher to use either for room service or to get extras at breakfast. They also offer a complementary cocktail which is their signature citrus Sangria cocktail. Speaking about the facilities - the hotel has a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace with great views of the Miracle Mile. Both Jacuzzi and the pool are heated and open till 21:00 so we had an opportunity to relax after long days of sightseeing.

We came to Miami earlier this year for a wedding. Our stay at the Hotel Colonnade was fantastic from start to finish. Michelle and Humberto truly went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. Michelle had a way of making us feel like old friends—she genuinely wanted to ensure we had the best possible experience. Humberto personally oversaw the delivery of an important package we were expecting, making sure everything was handled seamlessly and giving us complete peace of mind. That level of attention is rare and so appreciated. The hotel itself is full of character—rich with little nooks and hideaways that make spending time inside just as enjoyable as exploring outside. The rooftop pool was another highlight: a perfect spot to relax, take in the views, and enjoy the Miami vibe without leaving the property. On our first night, the hotel was hosting a live orchestra event, and it was absolutely magical—such a memorable way to begin our stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within easy walking distance. We would both happily return here and recommend it to friends.

We will never stay at another hotel in Miami after staying at the Colonade. Everything was excellent. We were greeted by Humberto; the concierge, and we instantly knew we were in good hands. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. I cannot say enough how great our experience was at the hotel! I have worked in the hospitality industry for 35 yrs including properties on the Strip in Las Vegas and I am rarely impressed with service, but Humberto was 5 stars. We were on a month long cruise and needed a little respite before our 8 hr flight and the Colonade was the answer! Beds were soft, rooms clean, pool amazing...breakfast was awesome! Highly recommended!!

I travel to Miami once a year for work, and this is my third year staying here — I look forward to it every time! The valet team is always so friendly and welcoming, and the hotel smells amazing the moment you walk in. (I even asked the front desk what the scent was!) Check-in is easy, the rooms are super clean and spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable with lots of pillow options. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and the location can’t be beat — great food and places to explore all around. Already excited to come back next year!

Location! Location! Location! Walk to restaurant row, known as Miracle Mile for a bite, enjoy a few complimentary drinks in the lobby each evening provided by the hotel, wake up in a glorious room--finely appointed, and enjoy the crisp, clean, fantastic Collonade Hotel. We spent 3-days/2-nights and loved it. Our family enjoyed the swimming pool, billiards table, and free bikes. No one could complain. 5-star experience.

Rich with history on South Beach is the Shelborne Hotel by Proper. While we've frequented Miami over and over, this was our first stay at the Shelborne and let's just say it's the ONLY hotel we will go to moving forward. From style, to service, to staff, this place has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The rooms are charming all new features. The service is world class from room service, to front desk, to the pool / beach staff. All around incredible. Look out for the following individuals while you're there as they will see you have a great time: Bellhop / Bags: Adrian Pool: Issa Front Desk: Jonathan Dining / Room Service: Maria Beach: Andrew This is just to name a few, but ALL of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We can't wait to visit Miami soon, only at the Shelborne.

Amazing property. And pretty quiet ambience throughout our stay. Happy hour deal at the Bar is unbeatable and drinks were steomg and flowing quite nicely. Stayed at the new Shelbourne Hotel in Miami Beach and honestly everything was great. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, which set the tone right away. The pool was calm and peaceful—such a nice vibe. Everything felt fresh and clean. Definitely would come back.

Absolutely incredible stay! Beautiful hotel with amazing and accommodating staff. The pool and beach areas are both gorgeous. The food is also amazing. They also offer free transport within 3 miles between 11 am and 7 pm. I would definitely stay here again!

everything was exceptional, the front desk staff helped since the beginning answering all the questions we had, for breakfast there was a huge variety of food, the pool was in remodeling condition, so they offered us to use the regency hotel pool, it was next to Sonesta. the location is very convenient we had amazing food in a Cuban restaurant that is just crossing the street. we want to stay longer; we didn't want to stay in the airport for 2 hours so front desk staff offered a late fee to stay up to our flight check in time and we used the shuttle, so it was very beneficial and safe. English and Spanish speakers in the hotel is a plus. Definitively we will back soon =)

Good location close to the airport plus a free shuttle bus which runs every 20 minutes and is very convenient. Lovely gym, nice pool area. Super friendly staff.

The breakfast buffet was very good. Dinner the night before at Tradewinds was excellent. (Thank you, Jorge, for your wonderful service!!) Our room was immaculate and cozy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The decor was fun, and the whole feel of the hotel was inviting. We spent the night in Miami because we chose an overnight layover rather than spending a whole day traveling. The Sonesta was the perfect place to stay, and the airport shuttle service was outstanding.

The front desk was helpful with our luggage. We came in an early flight and it was not time to check in. We needed our luggage to be kept at the hotel so we would not have to carry it with us until time to check in. We appreciated the front desk men were extremely helpful and kept our luggage safe.

The pool was out of service and I was not notified of this. I booked a pool view and my view was the side of the pool and not looking down at the pool as expected. Besides that the hotel was nice.

The room is quite nice, very comfortable bed, tons of towels, keurig comes along with coffee, def, green teas, and other fun herbal teas, the rooms are quite large (even their cheapest rooms) and the layout is very nice and cozy. The front desk employees as well as entire hotel staff are incredibly accommodating and kind and go above and beyond. Their pool is undergoing maintenance or something for I think another month but even so, they have a pool at their sister hotel right next door (barely a 1 minute walk from the front doors) that's available for guests at both hotels and is very easily accessible (no questions asked, no hassle). The pool has beach lounge chairs with fresh rolled up towels so you know what hasn't been used. They also permit you to pay in cash at the property including for the security/incidental hold of $100 that's typical of most hotels. Franconia was absolutely incredible at the front desk, and helped me out a lot when I made a mistake with my check out dates and need to renew a new reservations. She was really outstanding and so sweet with only complete kindness, she was very helpful and easily so. Everything was fixed very quickly without the slightest amount of stress or hassle. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you Sonesta and a big thanks to Franceina at the front desk!

I did enjoy my stay here; I will say the pool area was nothing like the photos. There was no seating around the pool and the pool itself was dirty. The second downfall was the parking situation, you had to pay every time you would leave and return.. I did love the lighting in the deluxe room. I do believe room prices here should not be 250 a night.

The property is nice looking and friendly staff. Although, I selected this hotel for the pool, but was notified after checking in that the pool was out of service. The pillows are too hard. I would recommend offering a few different types of pillows. Also, the bathroom could be cleaned better to remove the hair from the floor.

We had a great day but paid extra to book a pool view room however, the pool was out of service. And the patio was very dirty and filled with garbage. The breakfast they offered was $36 US per person which was very overpriced The location was great

Overall the hotel was very nice. The staff were very friendly and kind. The pool area was very nice, the only bummer was there were no pool towels and you had to go ask for them, they said they would bring some and never did. The room was clean and nice. Unfortunately the bathroom sink didn't drain well. The pillows were very flat and smelt. Otherwise it was a nice hotel and a good convent location.

This was a comfortable clean no frills hotel with a nice pool and lobby area. Staff was excellent and helpful. Would defiantly return the next time I am in town.

Everything was perfect except the interaction with one person at the reception desk. They provided inaccurate information twice in regards to laundry. I was initially told all supplies for laundry (detergent, etc.) were available for purchase which was incorrect or they were out of stock. I then used DoorDash to get the supplies and there was no way to get change (quarters) at tho property. So, my entire load of dirty clothes was stuck in the washer. I then called from the laundry room for help and he said he’d come help but didn’t come. I went back to the front desk after waiting and he was on his personal phone. He then told me I could go to Walgreens to get what I needed (half a mile away at 2am). Great property, great location, great stay. One bad interaction with staff.

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for after our cruise. 10 minutes to the airport. Walkable to miracle mile where you can find a lot of food variety. About 20 - 30 minutes to Lummus Park or cruise ports (south beach) and like 15 minutes from Domino Park/Azucar I’ve cream shop. (Little Havana). The staff is very friendly. They held our bags until our room was ready so we could go grab lunch and again after checkout so we can eat and shop until we had to be at the airport. The rooms were very comfortable and had all the amenities. Definitely will be staying again.

My family really liked this place. We tried first to stay in South Beach but decided to enjoy that area during the day when it's nicer and safer specially when you have kids with you and ended up booking a room in this place. The hotel is located in one of the best and safe neighborhoods in Miami. Our room was very clean and spacious. Also, the staff were very friendly. There is a well known street called Miracle Mile less than 5 minutes away by car with very nice restaurants, bars and stores. We'll definitely come back.

Posh Beach Hostel is an amazing Hostel! The location is really in the heart of south beach! Everything is close by 7/11, CVS pharmacy, Clubs, Restaurants Etc. The atmosphere is a modern chill safe, clean and secure vibe. It has all the main amenities one needs in a Hostel! They have a full fridge, microwave and kitchen sink. The pool is a major added bonus with the beach just about a 7 minute walk. They have a living room TV area. They offer a free Happy Hour daily at one of there sister properties which is a great way to meet people. But everyone is forgetting that this is a hostel and you have to be respectful and mindful of others, they have rules you have to follow. I would recommend this hostel to anyone. I've stayed in others hostels around the world and this is a really good one.

Stayed at this property and enjoyed every minute. There is a full kitchen minus a stove and move lounge area with TV. The pool was the best, a bit cool but so nice to have. Beds have individual locking drawers, metal and a bit loud but big enough to fit your carry on luggage. Bathrooms and showers are coed so not alot of privacy. People will complain about anything. So one bathroom is without a lock... Don't use that one! The private dorms are very nice. You get a security code and key card to enter. I never felt afraid. Great Happy Hour say the local bar about 8 blocks away. Took me 25 minutes to walk and the drinks are starting. Great way to meet people. I can't wait to return, would definitely come back to same location.

I enjoyed my stay ,amazing pool ,location , security, stayed three weeks. My criticism s would be guest the checked out left so much food in the fridge their was little space for guest that were actually staying there. Microwave is super loud and at night the clerk turns the TV down so low you can't here anything. Some of the guest were slobs ,my heart goes out to your cleaning ladies they deserve a raise for dealing with all that. See you next year!

it was really good experience for me it was my first time stayed in hostel.it was very clean pool there are so nice people and very friendly workers that so helpful.especially rina she is really love with her job she was so cute thanks for everything i hope next year i will be in same hostel.thank you Rina.

Great customer service by angel and Rina. This hostel is particular, all beds are on one floor, no doors, no room, no walls. Kitchen and common area on the 3rd floor, the hostel is clean, roof top pool, free drinks for happy hour. If they add sockets near the bed and create activity every night it will be perfect.

Our stay was great, it was very comfortable and spacious, enough cabinets and closet space to put clothes and luggage. The balcony view was an amazing view of the city!! There was even a small table and chairs out in the balcony. The pool is right outside with a great view of the marina. Definitely would stay again. Only negative was the cleanliness of the floors, a bit dusty and left our socks dirty but there was a washer and dryer so meh.

We were on Miami for a week. Building was nice. Out apartment has 2 rooms and harbor view. We were at 9 floor apt 904. Cleaning was not spotless but good enough. I had to request more towels. Pool and hot tub was great specially for kids. Great sound Proof walls. Valet guys were professional and friendly. Front desk employee helpful. Gym nice. Overall I would come back ☺☺☺☺

En general todo estuvo bien, realmente solo necesitamos del apartamento para dormir y darnos una ducha, el espacio excelente para las ocho personas que estuvimos.

The apartment was so clean and spacious. The pool side was lovely in the night time for a late night swim. Location was also great! 10/10 would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again.

This was a perfect location close to my Father’s condo. We were visiting for his 90th birthday. The unit is in a very old building which has been nicely updated but has some issues. Nice pool area. The property manager was easy to contact, friendly, and quick to remedy some minor problems.

Very good, nice spacious apartment. It actually had everything what we need it. Parking for our car was always available. We fully recommended the place. We came without kids, but great place to come with the kids as well... Quiet place, only heard the neighbours(especially the kids running on the floor) but nothing major.

We stayed here after our cruise, got to the hotel early and staff were super friendly. If there is a room available, you can check in early for a fee. We had drinks at the bar and they were delicious. The rooms are HUGE and the shower was amazing! Location is perfect near the airport, and Shuttle started running at 430 am. We had enough of the sun so we did not spend time at the pool area but I could see it was very nice. Super clean and beds were comfortable!

It was a beautiful hotel that was clean and modern. The rooms were ultra large and luxurious with a very comfortable bed. It has an outdoor pool and excellent food at the Miranda restaurant. The service and food was high quality and among the best we’ve had in Miami . It’s nice and close to the airport and runs a 24/7 shuttle service that is free of charge. We appreciated this when we took the shuttle at 3:30 am to catch our flight home.

This hotel is outstanding! We booked a king room and were given a free upgrade to a suite! High ceilings, beautiful furniture, incredible bathroom with walk in shower and plenty of shower heads. floor to ceiling windows everywhere! adjustable bed, and wonderful amenities. The pool, bar and restaurant are all top notch as well. We were able to use the free shuttle to get to the airport in the morning which was a nice bonus as well. Definitely do not hesitate to stay here!

This is my second time staying here, I loved it so muchhh !! The room is breathtaking, the pool is nice, so is the bar in the lobby . I even checked out the gym, this is such a good stay, I will be back again for sure !!

Great location at the airport. Good shuttle service. Beautiful spacious rooms. Very large nice pool for swimming. Good breakfast and restaurant. But above all: very nice staff. We say thank you very much and will be happy to come back.

Location is great! A 2 minute walk to the beach and you can walk to so much around the hotel. A short walk to Lincoln too- about 4 blocks. We were greeted right as we walked up the stairs- the doors flew open and our bags taken up to our room by the bellman while we checked in. Hotel was very clean and all staff was very nice and helpful with suggestions to do and places to go. Pool and jacuzzi area was nice although it was smaller than I thought it would be. Same with the room- it was nice but a little smaller than I expected. Bathroom was a good size. I liked that they gave us chairs, towels, and an umbrella for the beach. The espresso maker in the room made delicious coffee. We were disappointed that we couldn’t go up to the rooftop at night. We just wanted to sit in the lounge chairs and relax around 10pm, but the doors wouldn’t even open to the rooftop. I get wanting to close the pool and jacuzzi at night, but it doesn’t make sense to have the outdoor roof lounge area and bar closed and completely closed off so early. We used the parking garage that was a couple blocks away, only cost $20 for the night and was a very short walk to the hotel. No in and out. We were told there’s a free trolley to take you around- we wanted to use it but we didn’t get a chance to. At the beach they have bike rentals. Would definitely recommend and return back to this hotel.

This was my second time staying at Nassau suites! The first time was with my husband and kids (for Art Basel 2024) and I loved it so much I came back with a girlfriend. I come to Miami at least twice a year and I've stayed at dozens of places and this is the only hotel I've returned to. The staff is amazing, everything is so convenient (warm pool, hot tub, 24 hour concierge, getting beach towels chairs and umbrella without waiting or leaving a deposit, café on Main floor with room service) and the location is perfect… Situated in the middle of all the places I like to frequent (shopping on Lincoln,Espanola, Ocean Drive, the beach, Southpoint, convention centre Collins, Washington). Needless to say I will be returning again with my family in December for Art Basel 2025. Thank you to manager and owner Antoine and Veronique for really caring about the guest experience and striving to continually improve! The blue lavender Café on the main floor has delicious food and smoothies - very tasty and high-quality ingredients. I found the dine-in service a tad slow during the Art Basel rush (which is to be expected) but this time around everything was fine!! I also wanted to shout out to the amazing Nassau Suites front desk staff. Orlando, Mercedes and Tiffany were friendly and accommodating as usual. The staff at the pool is also wonderful, and even the bellhops are wonderful! See you again in December!

My husband and I stayed there for our first trip to Miami and absolutely loved it. We had a beautiful room that is spacious and modern. The mattress was very comfortable. We appreciated the amenities to borrow such as pool robes and beach supplies. The rooftop is gorgeous (especially at sunset) with a wonderful pool and hot tub area. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The hotel was our tranquil haven from the loud surrounding areas. The property is perfectly located. It's one block from bus #100 to downtown Miami and bus #150 to the airport, plus citibikes and free trolleys. It’s one block from Ocean Drive and Lummus Park. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The staff are very warm and kind. Everything exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay there again.

This beautiful art deco hotel has a very nice reception area as well as the sitting area by the hotels main entrance. The hotel is centrally located, only one block away from the beach. The room and bathroom are very spacious and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool area with the pool bar. Each morning we had breakfast in the restaurant next door to the hotel called the Blue Lavender. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and serves delicious organic meals and snacks. Everyone working in this hotel is super nice and polite. We would definitely stay in this hotel during our next trip to Miami.

We met V at the hotel who assisted us with everything from the first day. She was so kind and helpful! In general we liked our stay at the hotel as breakfast had healthy and excellent cooked dishes and the pool on the 11th floor had an amazing view.

Loved the vibe and atmosphere here as well as the digitally enhanced room operations and lighting color choices! Very clean and comfortable and everyone was friendly and professional and accommodating. Breakfast was yummy too! The location was great and rooftop pool was clean and inviting! Definitely recommend this place!

Best location in Miami with the best view. We caught the bus over to Miami Beach for a swim from out the front of the CitizenM. Great pool on the roof with very warm water.

Convenient to Miami cruise port. Modern quirky design. Great rooftop pool and seating. Compact but practical rooms with a great shower ! Great bar area in the foyer with lots of atmosphere.

This hotel is a great place to stay location wise. Upon arriving until leaving our stay was very enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and using the tablet for the lights and curtains was a bit of fun. The staff were soo friendly and helpful at all times. I was given complimentary cocktails as it was my birthday and they were yummy. We had the buffet breakfast and it was really delicious with plenty of choice and the coffee was good. The roof top pool had lovely comfortable sun loungers the pool bar wasn’t open at the time we stayed but that wasn’t a problem. The hotel is very quirky in its decor which we loved. I have since learned they have other Citzen M hotels around Europe and Ireland. I hope to visit one of them soon.

First time staying at a CitizenM. There is so much attention to detail in this hotel from decor to client experience, eco consciousness, so much about it is beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful! Pool is a good size however the pool bar wasn’t open Saturday at 3pm for some reason. The room (king size bed) was perfect for just me but would definitely feel cramped for two. Their soaps smell amazing, good bar/cafe on the 2nd floor. My only complaint is that there is not a gym which I thought there was. They did suggest a nearby gym that does day passes. It’s in a great location on Lincoln rd near all of the shopping, walkable to the beach etc. I would definitely stay again or look for their hotels in other cities.

I’ve visited South Beach many times, and this was by far my favorite hotel stay. The property is clean, modern, and feels fresh. The breakfast is absolutely worth the $19.95—great value for the quality. The pool area strikes the perfect balance between fun and relaxation, and there’s even a bar right by the pool, which is a total perk. The hotel restaurant is very good, and there are tons of great dining options just steps away. You're within walking distance of just about everything—and then some. This place is ideal for solo travelers or couples looking for a stylish, convenient escape. I give it a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it. From now on, this is the only place I’ll stay when I’m in Miami.

The fact that we were sad to leave sums it up perfectly. The design details are quirky and simply incredible. Breakfast was really good with fresh avo, Smoked salmon, delicious yoghurt and fruits, sausage and a great selection of breads to name a few. The coffee was really good and I was happy that they had almond milk. The staff was really wonderful. Everyone was friendly and makes you feel at home. The room is compact and I was worried about the size of the bed as I am tall. Rest assured this is not an issue. Its bigger than in photos and the quality of linen and pillows were exceptional. I also really liked the shampoo and body wash. Rooftop pool also really stunning and pool heated. Can't wait to visit again.

Absolutely loved this hotel as a solo traveller. Great location near South beach right next to Lincoln Road Mall with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. About a 20min walk from the beach. Staff were lovely, the rooms and premises were spotless and amenities were great. The pool was nice, large and warm. The bar drinks (lobby and pool) were great too! The highlight for me was how everything in the room (lights, climate, tv etc. ) was all controlled by your personal iPad. The shower was strong and had good force too! One of my favourite hotels I’ve ever stayed at and would visit again in a heartbeat.

Lovely location, clean, and very modern. We were upgraded to a balcony and ocean view which was awesome! Everyone was friendly and staff was there to open doors, valet was exceptional. Easily walk to restaurants and there was a mall not too far away. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with a full kitchen. Loved that we had cold water, could heat up leftovers and we were able to make a frozen pizza for ourselves to help control costs. The pool is small but clean and there is a walk up bar. Just know that food has to come from the restaurant attached to the hotel so there was about a 20 minute wait for that. Limited seating at the pool so if you choose a popular time you may not get a lounger. Parking is ONLY valet but they have a cool system where you request your car on a link and it informs you it's ready and waiting down at the lobby. Overall we loved this hotel for location and cleanliness. It is pricey but the area is on par with that.

Fantastic Views of the water. The lobby was luxurious and the food was very good. The location is right next to the metro mover, which takes you everywhere you need to be around Downtown. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they give you some champagne when you get there. The pool is nice and I like that bar on the pool deck. It has a washer and dryer and they provide the pods upon request if you need more. Great place to go to if you visit Miami!

Location was excellent: close to a monorail station (free transit to the city centre and other highlights). We loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths: beds were comfortable. The pool was awesome: salt water and big enough for swimming. We also appreciated the pool bar service.

We loved our stay at Fortune House. Upon arrival, the staff was incredibly welcoming. We were greeted with a glass of champagne and assistance getting up to our room. The front desk also upgraded our room as well so we had one of the more updated models. There was a hand written note and a bottle of wine on the entry table welcoming us to our stay. The view was amazing, the suites are spacious, equipped with a full kitchen, washer dryer, and balcony. The pool and gym were great and very up to date. The Front desk set periodic texts to check in and had text system if we needed anything. This was perfect for our extended stay and allowed us to spread out and relax. The wifi was also great for working remote. Finally, we loved the location as it was central to all the things we wanted to do and was very easy to get around. The area was very safe and clean, room service was fairly quick.

Loved two bedroom suite-it was very spacious and perfect for our family. Overlooked pool and had partial ocean view as well. Food in the on-site restaurant was good (excep I wouldn't recommend the nachos which were basically cheese whiz over a grocery store bag of tortilla chips, but everything else both for breakfast and dinner was very good!). Staff was pleasant and professional. Would stay there again.
