Loved the outdoor space with the private pool and terrace. Accommodation was very clean. It was within walking distance of the Old Town of Dubrovnik.

Ida welcomed us with a lovely surprise of some food and drinks then showed us round the gorgeous villa, gave us lots of advice on the area, places to eat and things to do and then handed us the keys. The villa is amazing!! There were six of us - two couples and two children. We each had a double room, the beds extremely comfortable with air con in each room. There are two bathroom/shower rooms and two separate toilets. The kitchen is very well equipped and a comfortable lounge. The pool and garden is cleaned every morning and the villa was immaculate overall. The location of the villa is perfect to walk to the old town (10mins) and also to explore the other side - marina etc. it’s secluded and quite so great for relaxing after exploring. Ida was contactable for any advice/ideas and a super host overall☺️ 100% recommend you stay here!

We have had the most wonderful stay! Everything was great with this house. Had plenty of kitchenware and very well organized, provided certain things that everyone needs when they travel. We booked this house due to its location as we wanted to be close to the Old City but not actually in it. Just 10 minutes’ walk. We just loved the pool where we spent a lot of time just hanging out. Would recommend this house to everyone and maybe someday we can come back. We also loved the fact that our fantastic host Ida checked in with us from time to time to make sure we were OK, if we needed anything and came with good suggestions. To me that is great customer service.

We were welcomed with a sparkling clean house that accommodated our two families (4 adults and 4 teenagers) wonderfully well. We were in walking distance to a nice bakery and a Konzum grocery store. The pool was a perfect place to relax and hang out. When we ventured to the old town or the beach, it was an easy and pleasant walk for all of us. Ida herself was amazing — she was an exceptional host who was immediately available to help us plan activities or reliable transport. She was kind and helpful and also very knowledgeable about history and context for this gorgeous setting.

Everything! We really loved the location, as is 7 min walking distance to the old city. The villa is very very beautiful and clean and has a very beautiful garden with a nice pool, which is cleaned on a daily basis. And most important, the host, Ida, is exceptional!!! She helped us with the plane transfer, reservations, lots of important information and everything we needed! Whenever we needed anything, we called Ida and she gladly helped us, like a personal guide to everything in Dubrovnik!

We had a fantastic stay here. Villa is beautiful and handily positioned for all the amenities on offer in Mlini. The owner Goran was amazing, and greeted us on arrival with his wife with a bottle of wine and beers! Nothing was too much trouble for them, regular pool cleaning and fresh towels throughout our stay and provided us with great advice and sorted out transport for 7 people when we needed it. I would thoroughly recommend Villa Avoca

Very cozy villa 🥰 Hospitable and caring hosts. The villa has everything you need for quality rest for 4 adults and 4 children. The pool, bedrooms and kitchen are perfectly equipped. Amazing views from the balconies. Everything is fine. I recommend it. The warmest memories 🤩

Great location near the airport and close to Dubrovnik, Uber was the best way to get around. The host let us know about a shortcut to get to the town if walking. Villa was secure with an electric gate. It had everything you need, even a washing machine and clothes horse to wash and dry clothes while away. Views from the villa were spectacular. Large living area and 4 bathrooms. Host also sent a lot of links of things to do, booking trips etc. Very useful. Would definitely recommend

This beautiful Villa without doubt is the best we as a family have ever stayed in over the last 20 years, there is nothing more special than watching the sun rise over the Bay, Marina and Old Town of Dubrovnik the sunset is just as beautiful. The Villa provides everything you could possibly need for your stay there are not many villas in this area of Dubrovnik with pools but Villa Vega has one which we used every day to cool off after a lounge in the sun or a walk down the old town. We would like to thank the owners Sanje and Serge they were such wonderful hosts right from the beginning by meeting us showing us round and even leaving a tray of cold meats and wine they also text over the stay to make sure all was ok.

The villa was very luxurious with good size bedrooms and bathrooms and a spacious terrace with pool where you can relax and enjoy the view. You could find everything you need in the kitchen for making breakfast and meals. Everything was clean and modern. The view from the villa was amazing overlooking the Old Town and the sea! Our host Sanja was very helpful and provided us with information about events and local shops, bakery etc.

A truly unforgettable stay – Sanja went above and beyond! We’ve stayed in many places over the years, but this was something special. From the moment we booked, Sanja was warm, responsive and incredibly helpful – and that continued throughout our entire stay. The villa itself is breathtaking – the view is nothing short of stunning. Every morning and evening, we were treated to panoramic scenes that photos simply can’t do justice. Yes, there are a number of steps to reach the villa, but they’re absolutely worth it – and Sanja helped us arrange smooth airport transfers, including help with our bags both on arrival and departure, which made things effortless. What really stood out, though, was the care Sanja showed – especially towards our daughter. She went the extra mile to make her feel special, and it meant the world to us. All of Sanja’s recommendations were spot on – from local restaurants to activities and hidden gems, everything she suggested helped shape an amazing holiday. She clearly knows and loves the area, and her advice added so much to our experience. We left with full hearts, unforgettable memories, and a huge amount of gratitude. If you're lucky enough to find this villa available – book it!

The place was wonderful with an amazing view of the old town! Well situated, just outside the walls of the town, the villa was very comfortable for us, 2 families of 4, modern, clean and with all the amenities that we could have ! We even used the BBQ! Beautiful large house walking distance from the old walled city. Absolutely stunning views of the ocean and Lokrum Island. The hosts Naira and Adrian were amazing, so friendly and accomodating. We loved chatting with them and learning about the history of their gorgeous home. They had wine and snacks for us when we arrived, provided restaurant recommendations and were very helpful with everything. The property itself is simply gorgeous, recommend for large groups even though we were a party of 4 wodmen. Well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, cute kitchen, living area and a patio and pool with views to die for. Thorougly enjoyed our stay and we'd book Villa Adrian without hesitation again.

Absolutely stunning views of the Adriatic and Dubrovnik. Do not hesitate, this villa is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities you need for your stay. We enjoyed our mornings on the balcony overlooking the sea and cooling off in pool during the evenings. But the best part of the stay was our host! Adrian and Naira made us feel like family. They were so gracious and generous during our stay. We hope to return soon!

Villa Adrian is an amazing property, the location and views are stunning, the property itself was a pure delight in every aspect, beautifully furnished going above and beyond to meet all of our needs. There is absolutely nothing i can find fault with for this Villa we had just 2 nights there as we were moving on but i wished we could have stayed there for the whole of our trip. Our hosts were such lovely people who went out of there way to make us feel welcome and comfortable with our stay, lots of little extra touches from them to make our stay special. Naira is an extremely talented Pianist who was practicing to perform in a concert during our stay and we was very privileged to be invited in for our own private audience with Naira, what an experience for us. The property was absolutely stunning. Completely spotless. The pool area was completely private and so relaxing.

The location just 5min from the airport was perfect. The area is calm and quiet. The unique style combines traditions wiith modern facilities, comfort, privacy, and authenticy. The villa is well looked after, clean and well equipped. Good wifi and lovely pool. Beautiful terrace on the 2nd floor perfect for relaxing, morning coffee or dinner. The game room is a nice extra touch.

Absolutely everything! The villa was incredibly well equipped with great amenities, and was spacious enough for 12 of us to stay in comfortably and none of us wanted to leave! The pool was a lovely temperature and we enjoyed it every day of our 6 day stay in April. The location is brilliant with it being a 10/15 minutes walk to old town, or a short bus/taxi ride. It was also near a variety of shops for food. The outdoor dining and BBQ area was a great feature and we all loved it. We couldn't say enough good things about Villa Bruna. It felt like a little paradise!

wow, it’s amazing!! very large and clean, two washing machines, great pool with outdoor toilet and toilet. there’s a bbq outside where you can grill, along with multiple lounge chairs and a mini fridge. great layout! inside a well stocked kitchen with a huge fridge and everything working and top notch. they even welcomed us with beverages, fruits, nuts, candies, and local liquor. we were two families and easily could have fit another. wifi worked great in most areas, and they even had wifi outdoors. about a 15 minute walk to old town. the hosts were very nice, communicative, and welcoming. highly recommend

The outside garden, pool and bbq area is amazing. Plenty of room for all the family to enjoy. Staff went the extra mile to ensure we were happy throughout our stay, for example leaving complimentary fresh fruit bowl, chocolates & coal for the bbq. The villa had everything we needed!

Beautiful modern villa, very clean and even better than described. Pool 1.5m deep & good size. Garden, outdoor seating & sunbeds excellent (even pool towels were supplied). Good quantities of basic essentials supplied eg dishwasher tablets, toilet roll, salt, oil, coffee, tea, foil etc plus extras (cereal, pasta, chocolates, crisps) were very thoughtful & definitely helped until we could get to the shops. Hosts were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Best villa we have stayed in by far.

Villa was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were very friendly, answered questions quickly and met us there on arrival. Also let us check in early as no-one was in before us which was really helpful. Pool was really clean and perfect temperature to cool down from the heat. Lots of pool towels too which we really appreciated. We even saw a tortoise one morning in the garden! Beds were comfy (3 large ones and 1 single). We felt very safe there. In our opinion you do need a car, there isn’t much within walking distance unless you like a good long walk in the heat! We had a rental car but did also Uber one evening so we could all drink, Uber was very easy to use. We loved nearby Cavtat and went there most days, aswell as Bar Luka in Cilipi and Dubrovnik Old Town (so hot!). All in all a lovely first time in Croatia and we’d definitely return.

Our host was so friendly and helpful! He welcomed us with a delicious juice and wine, along with a basket of fresh fruits. He was so accommodating, letting us arrive many hours earlier and leave many hours later than the official check-in/check-out time. The villa was incredible! It was spacious, tastefully furnished, and very clean. It had a stunning garden and a very clean pool. There was everything in the house/garden that you could possibly need, even laundry detergent for the washing machine, etc. The location is really nice, and it's super close to the airport. It's also near the lovely little city of Caftat (about 5 km away), but you'll need a car to visit there or take a taxi. We were a big family of seven, four adults and three kids, and we had such a lovely time!

We liked everything! The place is really a great place to stay in this area, close by to Dubrovnik. The pool is just great and the place itself was very clean. Marina, the owner, provided all the little things required to stay in such a house upfront upon arrival, like (dish washing) tablets and some basic food as a starter. She really made us feel welcome and relaxed! We really had a great stay for almost a week and will likely return next year.

Very friendly, helpful and flexible hosts. There were fresh fruits, wine, cold drinks and basic ingredients waiting on arrival. Beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool and plenty deck chairs. Beds were comfortable and having both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms was very convenient. Even though the distance from the airport is less than 5 min, the noise was minimal. We would be happy to come back again.

The location of the villa is perfect for those wanting to be close to the Old Town. The hosts organised airport transfers for us which were on time and when we arrived at the reception we were told the villa would be ready early which was great! We were then shown to the villa and the hosts showed us around. The villa was spacious, clean and the pool/outside area was really great. There was plenty of space for us all. The rooms were comfortable and everyone having a bathroom each made it so easy. Aircon throughout which was great. We were walking distance from two supermarkets and the old town was a 15 min walk downhill (might recc getting the taxi back up the hill!). There is also a small bar outside of the property - far enough away that it doesnt disturb but close enough for a nice drink if you're fancying it. Overall really happy with the villa and the pool/outside area.

Excellent property, 5 bedrooms, all the same so no fighting over who gets what. Very well appointed Kitchen and big lounge. The pool was a bit chilly, but probably the time of year more than anything. More than enough garden and covered area to relax and enjoy the weather. Walking distance to the Old Town and pretty much ideally located for most things. The reception area has a cafe and there is always someone there to help if required.

This property is in a great location only a 10min walk from Old Town. There is a lovely little bar opposite the villa to get coffees and drinks. This villa is so clean and tidy and has thought of everything. Sunbed towels, coal for the BBQ etc. The pool is a little cool but good for cooling down briefly when it’s so hot.

Supernice private pool (heated!!) area with great private outdoor all-weather dining facility. The apartment / house where you sleep is in less good condition, but if weather is anything but terrible, it’s not a big issue. Location is great and view is also good. Parking is in nearby parking square - not too far away.

Great accommodation, shame about the steep steps that lead to the apartment. Communination could have been better, it was not timely. The taxi driver could have spared us the search for the accom (climbing many steps with our luggages) as cars could go on to the road where it was. Searching for it was not easy at all. But a kindly person helped locate it. Speedy service when we informed the host TV was not working, so that was good. Being able to drop our luggages at the apartment on arrival (we were early) was very helpful. We enjoyed our trip & who knows, we may be back again to the apartment when we visit Dubrovnik again.

The location of the villa is exceptional with easy access to the beach and lovely bars and restaurants. Access to the Water Taxis was a 10 minute walk and great fun. The outside space at the villa was fabulous with an accessible kitchen space. We made good use of the gym which was an added bonus. There was lots of space inside the villa including separate kitchen areas. Mato was very friendly and very informative of local facilities including bars and restaurants. We loved Croatia and Villa Hortensia and plan to come back

Beautiful view. villa and outdoor facilities - worked really well for our large family group. Mlini is so pretty, local shop and fantastic bakery practically across the road. Larger supermarket is walkable and good value. Bus stop is nearby. Mato was very helpful. We had a fabulous week.

Much better than the photos suggest, they don't do it justice! Very large rooms, lots of space indoors and outdoors. 8m by 5m swimming pool is fabulous - very clean. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. They gave us a lift from the airport on arrival and to Cavtat on the final day before our flight home. They allowed us to check-in early on the first day too as we had an early flight. Short walk to an excellent local independent pizza restaurant. Good local bakers nearby. Lidl not far away. Shopping centre in Srebreno is free parking for 2 hours (5 minute walk to beach from here) and only 3 Euros/hour after that. Ubers into Dubrovnik cost around 10 Euros for 4 people or 15 Euros for 6 people.

The house is wonderful (we agreed with you that the upstairs kitchen is not needed and that a games room would be fabulous addition ) and the beds are some of the best we have stayed in. The six of us enjoyed the pool and the different spaces to relax. It was pretty well equipped and appreciated the clothes and dishwasher tablets and toilet rolls and kitchen rolls which are always necessary. Loved that you also provide olive oil balsamic salt and pepper and nespresso coffee for us. The basketball and inflatables were a fun addition and the outside toilets are brilliant to stop wet feet going into the house. 3 fridges was also super helpful for the wine beer and food so maybe figure out how to keep another one upstairs! Beautiful pool towels lovely and big and we appreciated you gave us more than 6!! Love the multiple different room configurations! Also 8 euros to Dubrovnik old town in 15 ish minutes. And 2 brilliant local supermarkets to get fresh bread, meat, veg and wine. Plus a few local restaurants. What’s not to love!

This Villa was perfect for our family get-together - it was stunning! With a gorgeous pool, outdoor kitchen (with all mod-cons), large seating area by the pool and another, smaller seating area at the front of the villa if anybody needed a little quiet time. The temperature took some getting used to but thankfully the villa is kitted out with aircon in most rooms which was a Godsend! Ilija, the host, was simply amazing. He was so kind and helpful, was available via WhatsApp throughout and gave us tips on where to eat out, the nearest shops, buses etc. On day two he arrived with a HUGE watermelon and lots of gorgeous tomatoes from his parent's garden for us. They were delicious and it was such a lovely gesture from him. We couldn't have asked for more - would highly recommend Ilija and this beautiful villa for a relaxing break.

This is an amazing villa to stay at - the outdoor area (pool, kitchen, seating and toilets) was brilliant (as a group of 11 staying here we made the most of this area). I cannot speak highly enough of Ilija the host - any questions I had in the lead up to our stay were promptly answered, he arranged shopping for us before arrival, helped organised dinner from the local restaurant and in general was a pleasure to deal with. It is worth noting that a couple of bedrooms do not have aircon in them, but we found that by leaving the doors open the aircon from the living areas was enough (and Ilija did get fans for us while we were there, but we found they weren't really necessary). The location was also really good, there were a couple of supermarkets less than 5 min walk away, some good restaurants nearby and not too far by taxi to the old town. You won't regret booking this villa!

Fantastic property with great facilities. We were a large family group and the villa suited all of our needs.The outdoor kitchen was great and the teenagers loved the pool and basketball court. There are a couple of food markets nearby and some restaurants within walking distance at the marina. Our host was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations. He booked our airport transfer for us and we used that taxi company for the duration of our stay, we would highly recommend them. There is also a very regular bus service directly to the old town with a stop just a few mins away. The setting of the villa is stunning, with beautiful mountainous views. There is also a river close by that the teens enjoyed swimming in.

The host was so kind and extremely helpful he went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. This villa has everything you need and more. The pool area is just brilliant. There is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. The inside is so modern and the beds were so comfortable. We got a taxi every evening into the old town. There is a bus 2 mins walk from the villa to the old town, also close by is the supermarket for all your food you need. Our lovely host even prepared a beautiful chocolate cake for my husbands birthday. Your will not be disappointed with this villa and we will defo be back

The swimming pool was nice as well, with enough space and sunbeds, and breakfast was very satisfying, with good products, everything was great, I definitely recommend it !!

The staff were extremely accomodating. We arrived at the property early and were able to leave our luggage and eventually get an early check in. The breakfast and the pool were both fantastic as well and made the stay very enjoyable. On check out we were allowed to stay until 1 as we had a late afternoon flight. Overall the stay was one of the best we’ve had on our 2 month trip and we definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I'm very happy with my accommodation. The hotel is very easy to find and it has it's own free parking. The room was comfortable and had everything you need. The breakfast was tasty and full. There's also a pool for those who want it. Location is excellent, 5-minute walk from beaches, promenade, supermarkets, cafe and restaurants. The staff is helpful and smiling. Excellent price-quality ratio. I will choose this place again and recommend it to my friends!

I rated this property 5* for its location. The hotel is conveniently located within the walls. It was nice to be able to go and rest in our room and then walk back out again. The service is top notch and friendly. Breakfast which was included in our room rate was off a menu and offered a good selection. We were there during good weather so did not suffer any AC issues. Although we did use the AC I can only imagine how hot it could be in the heat of summer. If you are looking for 5 star accommodations you will not find it here and we did not expect it going in. It's definitely more on the charming side and less on the modern so would rate accommodations 3.5-4*. We stayed in a pricey Deluxe Suite due to lack of availability of a lower category room during our stay and I'm not sure I would say it was worth over $800/night. BUT like I said we really wanted to be within the walls so we paid the price.

This is a hotel that is right in the middle of the main thoroughfair in town, right inside of the old city. So the location is convenient as anything could possibly be. It is literally right on a square where there is a market and dining in the evening. The area right outside the hotel is extremely lively and fairly loud but once you are inside, you don’t hear anything from your room. There are less than 20 rooms and the staff is very accommodating. Because of the location and convenience, the price to stay there is high, but we considered this a splurge. The rooms are large enough, but certainly not huge being that the place was built into a very old building of course. The breakfast on the patio is excellent and a pretty setting. It is part of a larger chain of premium, Croatian hotels.

We stayed at The Pucic Palace for two nights Nov 2-4 2025. A very pleasant experience! The location is unbeatable in the middle of the old city, the rooms have an old style charm (yes read that you do not get the newest technology in aircon etc, but who needs it when you're in a medieval city?). The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and do not forget the restaurant! They humbly did not recommend it to us when we asked for one, but ended up having both our dinners there. If the chef is as young as they said, there are no limits to how good this can get. Also, very dog friendly. For a while we thought Enzo would abandon us and take a job in the reception.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pucic Palace! From when we first got to Dubrovnik, we were greeted by the most caring staff who helped us with our luggage from outside the city walls. The amenities in the hotel were amazing as well- we could not have asked for more! Any transportation we needed was arranged and we didn't have to worry about anything. We only had breakfast in the restaurant in the hotel (as we were only there for one night) but it was incredible. The wait staff at the restaurant was so attentive and gave us great insight into Old Town Dubrovnik. All in all, I could not recommend the Pucic Palace more for a great stay in Old Town.

My partner and I have just had a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel. You cannot fault the service in anyway, Mirela and her team went so above and beyond any expectations. Before we had even arrived Mirela contacted us and arranged a private transfer from the airport (worth booking in our opinion) and then met us from where we got dropped off to take us back to the hotel. She was so helpful in answering all our questions, giving tips and advice and as we had a late flight home, allowed us to leave our suitcases at the hotel and even come back if we needed to use a toilet during the day! The hotel only has 5 rooms, we stayed in room 4 which had everything we needed - a safe, kettle with a variety of teas, a complimentary chocolate bar and water, great en suite and not to mention the fabulous daily maid service. The bed was VERY comfortable, we had the best nights sleep, and the room offered a lovely view over the city. It was a bonus to have white company toiletries too! If I had to be really picky I would say the pillows were slightly on the thinner side. The hotel is in a perfect location, literally a stones throw from the Main Street of old town. The free WiFi was also great. The hotel does not offer breakfast but they do give discounted vouchers to a cafe nearby.

I’m doing this review a little early as we don’t check out until tomorrow morning, but I wanted to make sure I didn’t forget to review this lovely little hotel. The hotel is situated in a very convenient part of old town, up a major street, but where the street narrows and becomes quiet. The rooms are small but very well appointed, decorated, and have great bathrooms. Like the rest of Dubrovnik there are stairs - to the hotel and to your room. The owner and staff are very welcoming and really go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable time in Dubrovnik. When we arrived we were met at Pile gate to transport our luggage and escort us to the hotel. This was especially helpful as Dubrovnik old town is walking only and initially the streets can be confusing. Being a very small hotel the front desk isn’t manned all of the day and not at all overnight. However we were given contact information for the owner and told to ring anytime day or night. Overall this is a very nice hotel at a good price point for its quality and location. Also Dubrovnik is a beautiful town and we really enjoyed our visit.

What a lovely and charming place!! My partner and I just spent 4 nights at Dominus Little Palace, amazing location in Old Town Dubrovnik, close to everything - there are a few steps to get there but once you are there - WOW! Mirela and her staff are wonderful, so friendly and knowledgable about the area, great communication when booking - quick responses. They even assisted with booking transfers to and from Dubrovnik Airport and they even had someone to meet us at the drop off point to assist with our bags on arrival. The hotel itself is a gem! Clean, lots of charm, cozy and comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathroom with a good shower and toiletries which are replaced daily. Good reliable wifi in the room. There is no breakfast but the hotel has a deal with a nearby cafe - Cafe Festival - great deal on breakfast and some tasty options but there are so many restaurants within walking distance. In addition there is a cute little take away cafe at the top of the stairs behind the hotel where a lovely lady makes muffins and coffee to go. Wonderful experience - I would stay here again for sure!

I’m staying just one night in the suite in the top floor of this lovely hotel. We booked this place due to wonderful reviews here on TA. We are sorry we’re only here for one night! Suite #5 (only suite) is at the top floor and as has been said you need to be very fit to stay here. All of Dubrovnik is very hilly requiring lots of stairs, and this hotel is no exception. If the stairs don’t scare you off you’re in for a lovely stay in a modern hotel with beautiful furnishings, a good shower (water pressure is everything!) and it’s just 20 steps up from the Main Street in this beautifully restored town. The owner is very accommodating, arranging rides from the harbor and to the airport for us. Come walk the wall & see the sights but wear sturdy shoes!

We had the up stairs apartment with private balcony. The picture doesn't do it justice! Really felt like we had the best view in Dubrovnik! Toni was a really nice guy, picked us up from airport for same price as a taxi, but with the extra touch of walking us through to the apartment, and giving us good advice. Really easy access to apartment through the Buza gate, and in the perfect spot! Good Irish rock bar just down the steps! Very comfortable apartment, has amenities to make own food and has fridge. The Balcony was amazing . . . Did I mention the view! Great place to see the sun go down with a beer! Definitely a perfect place to stay and the price was excellent for the location and amenities. Bathroom window faces straight onto city wall with only a net curtain . . . But don't worry we checked from the wall you can't see in! Thanks for an amazing stay!

The apartment had everything we needed for a convenient stay (main cooking appliances, iron, AC, etc). The views from the balcony were breathtaking - we couldn’t get enough of it and dinned on it basically everyday. Best view in town! Loved the house itself too, really authentic. Location was amazing as well, main street just down the stairs, Buza gate a minute away, less than 10 minutes to Banja Beach (which we really liked). Loads of restaurants and bars nearby, as well as all the main landmarks and cable car stop. Moreover, Toni was a wonderful and thoughtful host, he even allowed us to check in early because we arrived in the morning. We really liked the recommendations that were in the apartment’s handbook and visited a couple of restaurants mentioned (both were great!). All in all, this was an amazing week and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in Dubrovnik’s heart.

I almost want to keep this place under the radar so I can book it again and again. The view here is absolutely everything. Seriously, it will shock you. Buy wine, sit on the balcony, it's going to be a better view than anywhere else in the city. The sounds that rise up, the sunset, the gradual changing light, it is sublime. I fell in love with Dubrovnik because of this balcony. Yes it's high up, (for an easier route up from the main street, standing with your back to the apartment, walk left and take the last staircase up, it's less steep, it curves, its much less effort) but the height is worth it.

Great location! In the old town but close to Budva gate, so you don’t have to carry your luggage all the way down the steps. This is honestly the best location if you have luggage. This was a huge plus in Dubrovnik where there are huge stairs EVERYWHERE! It’s also meant you were close to an exit gate if you wanted to get an Uber etc. comfy bed, good aircon, cute little place and the host were lovely!

Everything!!!! And in 2024 they are adding a small swimming pool! Marina will provide delicious home cooked meals for reasonable prices. The airport shuttle costs 10 euros and is a 7 minute ride. I stayed 2x at the start and end of my trip.

Great for an overnight stay , very close to the airport. Lovely areas to sit outside. The outside pool area wasn’t quite ready but was superb. Lovely, attentive staff.

Guesthouse Godimento is in a charming, serene location, despite being close to the airport, convenient for our very early flight. Our host, Marina, went out of her way to make us comfortable, - nothing was too much trouble- so it felt like we were visiting friends. She picked us up from the port for a very reasonable cost and stopped en route so that we could admire and take a photo overlooking Dubrovnik and told us she would upgrade us to a larger room- actually a small apartment- so we would not have to climb so many stairs. When we arrived “home” Marina made us a great coffee with yummy biscuits, which we enjoyed on the terrace. She also gave us the last pomegranate from her tree, as we had never tried one. We gladly accepted her offer of an evening meal, ( she said her husband could prepare either fish or meat for us) and they brought a great goulash, along with salad ( best tomatoes we have had an ages) , bread and wine. Her son took us too the airport at 5.00 am the next morning. We enjoyed our brief stay so much that we wish we had planned to stay longer. We noticed a bus stop nearby so Godimento would make a great base for a longer stay to visit Dubrovnik and surrounding areas, as the apartment is equipped with the amenities, such as full sized fridge, washing machine, stove, microwave etc.

First off, this is a family-run small business, and they are very good at what they do. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived by Marina, and I met her sweet granddaughter Mia as well. As I arrived earlier than check in, Marina offered me an upgrade - a larger room with a kitchenette and living area - without an additional charge! It is a sweet room, very clean, and very comfortable. During the day I took a lovely walk around the neighborhood and enjoyed the scenery and all the flowers. Later I made myself a cup of tea, sat outside on the patio to read my book, and Marina brought me some freshly cooked veggies - how generous! The shower is good and a selection of shampoos were ready for the testing. The bed has a new foam mattress and I slept better than a baby. In the morning, her son-in-law drove me to the airport, which is only a 5-minute drive away, but this guesthouse is in the countryside, with a veggie garden and all. You’d never know it’s so close to the airport. It is a great place to stay for peaceful living - for one night or many nights!

We loved everything about our stay at City Center Rooms! The location is perfect, in the very center of Dubrovnik. And despite that, it was really quiet. The room is small, but very comfortable. There’s a lot of hangers and shelves to put your stuff on. The self check in was really easy with the instructions provided to us by Martina. And the view at a small church was the highlight of our stay at City Center Rooms :) We would definitely stay there again!

Martina was amazing to deal with. We embarked our boat early and she organised for us to store our luggage until the room was ready, which was also early. Fantastic location with easy access and no major city steps to get to the accommodation. A big shout out to Taverna Pupo as a great location to cull out of the hustle and bustle and enjoy a relaxed drink and coffee Thankyou for making Dubrovnik memorable

Location was fantastic in the centre of old town, everything was in walking distance. The apartment was lovely and clean and modern with a beautiful en-suite and view out the window. The host was absolutely fantastic and helped out with any issues we had immediately. Even though the property was located in the centre of old town it was very quite in the actual apartment and we had no issues sleeping.

The apartment is located within walking distance from all the main attractions. Is very quiet and comfortable. Most hotels and apartments in dubrovnik have lots of stairs but you don't have to worry about that if you stay here. You only need to use the stairs to get to you floor. Martina and the pupo restaurant guys were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again for sure.

City Center Rooms is located just as it says… in the heart of the old town. Our instructions on how to get access were excellent and the communication from Martina was fantastic. I travelled with my son so the sofa bed was made up without hesitation. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy. Great shower too! Would definitely recommend. Thank you again Martina!

Linda, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful—she gave us great recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

It was very convenient, and even though it was in busy area, it was peaceful. The hostes was very helpful and flexible, when she offered me to come early, right after my flight, so I did not have to carry my bags with me for hours. Also I could leave my bags for the last day after check in and spend the day in the city. It is in the middle of the Old Town and very near the vegetarian restaurant Nishta!

The room was super confortable and had everything that we needed for our one night stay! The location was also amazing since it is right in the center of the walls The host, Linda, was beyond amazing! Told us everything we needed to know and had everything prepared for us when we got there! Since our bus was only at night she told us we could leave our bags and then come pick them up later and that was super helpfull 😁

Location in the old town was fantastic. It is up a few stairs but everything is! Linda was great at communicating, giving me great directions and helping me on to my next destination. She also allowed me to store my bags their on checkout day as I was not leaving until the afternoon. I had the single room which was clean and comfortable, wifi was available and the shower was excellent. Price point was good as well.

My stay in Dubrovnik was really enjoyable. The location of the apartment is quite exceptional, at the center of the old town. Everything you need is there, and the host is really quick to answer, and information given is very clear. He is very flexible for arrival and departure times, and even offered me to leave my luggage extra hours without even charging me and without even mets asking. The price for the location is morning reasonable

This property went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They had all of the travel sized personal items such and shampoo and conditioner but also had a number of other items like shave kits, toothbrushes, etc. They had robes, slippers, flip flops, and a Panama Jack hat with their logo on it. Just know there are a lot of stairs outside the property when coming from the main shopping/dining area. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to anyone staying in the Old Town.

We needed an extra night in Old Town and this place was perfect. The room was quiet, clean and spacious for Old Town. We had access issues later at night with the key, and staff were responsive and helpful - helping us access the room via bluetooth/app. Comfy beds, lots of amenities and good air con. Comfy beds, would stay again.

The property is in a great location and despite being in the heart of the old town it was far enough removed so was very quiet at night. Check in was effortless and if we needed anything we knew there was someone to contact and it was great to have our luggage carried to Buza gate when we were leaving.

This property is one the most tastefully and abundant fitted we have ever seen. And Nicolina, his wife and owner, standing there as soon as we parked the car to guide me into Old Town Dubrovnik to Villa Sigurata was wonderful. Nikolina was a fabulous and lovely hostess offering knowledgeable local suggestions in perfect English. But of course she would be knowledgeable, her family has lived in Dubrovnik old town town for many generations. And she was extremely helpful making new arrangements after she found out the hotel at our next destination had unexpectedly canceled. And their daughter Romana was delightful! Equally knowledgeable of Dubrovnik and its history. She possessed a pride in her town but also in her families history in that town. Oh yes, and a GREAT driver! I hope to return one day to visit Dubrovnik but especially to have a reunion with Nikolina, Luka, and Romana to see all 4 girls in their traditional Dubrovnik outfits, some saved by their Grandmother from destruction by the invaders during the war.

The best thing about this room was the mattress. Very good quality, i got the best night of sleep of the whole trip. The worst part was finding the location. It was very hard to find and frustrating, since we were tired from traveling. It would be better to have a pin drop since the address did not appear on google maps. We had to follow written instructions and they were not easy to follow for first time visitors. A hand drawn map would also be preferable to the instructions. Communicating via Expedia was stressful since it doesn’t show the thread, and you have to click each link individually. The restaurant our hostess recommended was disappointing, not for the food but for the service, however it did have good reviews on Yelp. Rujer I think it was called. Fine dining but not fine dining service. In the morning our hostess helped us get a taxi to the airport, and the driver was excellent. He even carried my boyfriends backpack since he wasn’t feeling well. We would stay again.

Nikolina was a wonderful host, and oriented us to everything, she met us at the gate and walked us to the hotel. She arranged for her husband to pick us up at the airport. One of the best beaches is just behind the hotel through a portal in the wall and steps away, the hotel is away from the crowds and noise and yet close to everything. Wifi really didn't work on our floor until our last day but there were a table and chairs just one floor down we could use to get online. Our TV didn't work, but we didn't care. I noticed in passing that every other room seemed to have a working TV. The location is everything and the helpfulness of Nikolina and her husband made all the logistics so simple. Not a glamorous or spacious place to stay but who wants to spend time in their rooms in Dubrovnik! It was a great base, clean and with some charm none the less. No safe, but that was ok.

Nikolina was great! She was there to greet me at the gate and walked me into Old Town. She pointed out various areas and options for me to use if I wanted. She was able to explain everything clearly and was available to contact if needed. The room was amazing. Very clean, a beautiful combo of stone, wood, and tile. The only issue, if anything, the bathroom is a little small, but you're only using that for basics. The location is right next to a nice little restaurant, where the food is excellent too. You're also near a major landmark in the town so it's easy to find. You are near the port where you can take tours and the gate to walk to the beach. Overall, peaceful and quiet also, given the Euro Cup and the start of peak season, that's a great perk! I will definitely recommend and go back again if I am there! Safe travels folks!

If you are travelling to Dubrovnik, there is no other location as good as this hotel! It is located in the heart of the old town, but in a quiet side street, so you will get a good night sleep in a really comfortable bed. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. The only thing we were missing was a balcony to hang wet clothes to dry, but this is just a minor thing. There is possibility to both wash and dry clothes at the hotel for a small fee. Nikolina was a great host and made us feel really welcome. She made sure we always had everything we needed. She also arranged airport transportation both ways, which made the trip really easy and stress free. If we are travelling to Dubrovnik again, we will definitely stay here.

Absolutely loved this apartment! I would stay here again and again! Location couldn't be better, down picturesque quiet street, but steps from restaurants and the main strip through old town. Parking only a 5 min walk away. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus plenty of common living areas. Outdoor patio was perfect for meals on nice days, plus a full kitchen really made the stay comfortable. Host was very welcoming! Can't wait to come back!

We were looking for the big apartment in Dubrovnik for our group of 8 friends. And we were so lucky to find House Nina! Since it’s in the centre of old town we had a feeling we are in the centre of the world when we just opened the door in the morning! Lots of shops and nice restaurants are just around the corner. The nearest beach is in 10 minutes walking!

Everything about House Nina was perfect! It's such a great apartment: beautiful, charming, spotlessly clean, and so spacious. The location is unbelievable - right in the middle of Dubrovnik's old town, and on a peaceful side-street. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Our host Damir was so helpful too. I will definitely return!

My mum and I booked this as a last minute trip after our holiday elsewhere was cancelled, and we will 100% return to stay again. I requested an earlier check in as our flight arrived in Dubrovnik around 10am and this was accommodated with no problems, Zora introduced herself as the host and was extremely warm and welcoming and showed us around her beautiful property. The hotel was very clean and well kept and all staff we came across were so kind, nothing was too much of an ask and Zora was available to answer any queries we had. The facilities in the room were perfect and the bed was extremely comfortable, it was noted when we booked that the rooms were soundproof and we wondered why that would be necessary. Cavtat is very close to Dubrovnik airport, so there are regular flights that fly over the hotel, we did not hear one flight whilst we were in our room it is completely soundproofed as stated. My mum and I will definitely return and stay with Zora again, it felt like a very safe space for us.

Zori was an excellent host. She's very kind and polite, and her commitment to the hotel was extraordinary. Regarding the breakfast, which was very good, we want to remark on the homemade apple cake, which is a delight. Every room has a unique decoration, and the cleaning was formidable. Above all, the most valuable part of her and her husband is how welcoming, warm and generous they are. We felt at home and we are so grateful that we want to come again as soon as possible.

Hotel Haus Am Meer is in an ideal location, just a 10 minute walk from Cavtat center and Close to public transport, supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel room was perfect, and comfortable with a lovely balcony over looking Cavtat. Host, Zora, is an amazing lady, extremely helpful and kind. She made us feel very welcome and treated us as family. We throughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future. Highly recommend hotel haus am Meer.

We weren't planning on including breakfast, but when we saw the food, we quickly changed our minds! Zora outdid herself. She even made us wonderful coffee and brought it to our table, twice. She was very professional and took the best care of us. We had an issue with the toilet, and it was taken care of in minutes. She extra towels for swimming also. We couldn't have been happier with our experience there.

The hotel is not a modern one, but very cosy, clean and comfortable. The big advantage is the location- close to the center, restaunants, coast and also close to the airport. The owners are very helpfull and friendly, try to do their best to make your holiday great. Very tasty and varied berakfasts, every morning something else. Totally recommend if you want to get rest in a peace and quiet with a friendly atmosphere.

This is really a villa in the vineyards! The valley is beautiful, reminded us of Napa Valley maybe 60 years ago. Close to Dubrovnik but you must have a car. Free easy parking. Everything is new and in color coordinated decor. We had the place to ourselves. Nice pool. Only issue is that the sewer seems to be a septic system so there is some odor from the toilets .Keep the lid down and close the door and it will be fine. Wish we could have stayed several days!!

A great property, clean and in a beautiful setting just outside Cavtat but super easy to get to to main town with Uber (there is a bus but with 4 of us it was easier/cheaper to Uber). The pool area was a lovely area to relax by and the kids loved swimming there - I think they would happily have stayed there the whole time! The host was always responsive and helpful.

Truly an enchanting apartment, not even 1 minute away from the city center. Everything was very, very clean, and the hostess was especially kind and accommodating. We felt right at home immediately. There was fresh water in the fridge, and coffee too! The best restaurants are right next to it- like Pizzeria Tabasco for example. The beach and best beach club - „banje beach“ is also just 2 min away! can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to everyone!

Located just outside the walled city, close to the airport shuttle bus stop. Shops and bakeries nearby, lots of restaurants in the Old Town. Entrances to the Old Town, Ploće and Buža gate 1 minute away on foot. Good communication with the owner. In apartment one can find everything needed. We were allowed to stay in the apartment past check out time which was really appreciated.
