We had the room with private pool, which was amazing. The pool had a view over the bay, the room was well equipped.

We had a perfect private pool as well as a very comfortable bed. We also had a kitchen where we cooked in the evening. Host was kind enough to provide us salt and oil. By the way they own the cutest and biggest dog ever 😍

Everything was great. The staff (Vaso and his daughter) were very friendly and the location of the hotel is great, very quiet and private. The private pool is an added value. Everything was super clean in the rooms. Would definitely make a reservation again.

Beautiful setting, REALLY comfortable beds and quality bed-linen. Hosts were exceptional and the size of the bungalow was perfect for a couple and our teenage son (we had the top and ground floor bungalow with private pool)

We were totally enjoying everything during our stay. So many opportunities for kids, various everyday program with beautiful performances and shows. The food was nice, we had premium package with very good bar and private pool, by the way all drinks and cocktails in all inclusive package were good. We come back again in the less than month, and had room with a pool, which is excellent but also consider to choose premium part, as it has more options included (restaurants, premium pool, pool grill) Tanja was again superhost and also Vasilisa and her team from babyroom were helpfull so we will come back again next summer for sure 😊 It is also very quite and spacious complex with lot of green areas to walk and enjoy (grass is kept amazingly well)

The property is immaculate and super modern. Everything you need is in the property. The owners are really helpful and very accommodating. We loved the location. The views from the balcony are dreamy. It is a little out of the town and so nice and quiet yet you can still walk into the town along the water front for dinner and drinks. We would definitely come back. We loved this property and location!

We loved the villa. It had plenty of space, both indoors and out. Although it was just the two of us with our baby, it's definitely large enough for 4 to 6 adults to share and not feel too confined.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Maki, I cannot speak highly enough of the property and the incredible hosts. Marko and his family were so welcoming, we really couldn't have asked for more. They had arranged for us to have water, milk, wine and a beautiful platter of meats and cheeses when we arrived, as the shops were shut on Sundays. During the stay they brought us the best pancakes we've ever had and some incredible pita, a local dish. We were overwhelmed by how welcoming they were throughout our stay. The property itself is fantastic, the views are beautiful, the pool is great, and cleaned every morning by the owners. The villa has so much space and is immaculately clean, it's very well equipped, and feels like staying in a luxury hotel but with the benefit of having the whole place to yourself. There is also a gym, with running machine, weights and an incredible view! We have stayed in a number of villas, apartments and hotels over the years in Montenegro and this was absolutely our favourite and we will certainly be returning soon!

The best bit about the villa is its location. As it is high up in the hills, the view over the coast was absolutely spectacular. The villa is very modern and has everything you require which includes excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds and great showers. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a BBQ and electric grill. Marko and his Dad were very welcoming and were always happy to help if needed. We also loved hearing the local goats occasionally below the villa.

Private well equipped villa with heated pool, extremely clean (both the villa and pool). The staff cleans all day around the private yard and pool. Parking is next to the villa and much privacy. Any requst we asked for was provided. Each villa comes with small kitchen with anything you need, very convenient for families. Villa is air-conditioned, windows with mosquito nets. The farm is developing and growing, restaurant where you get breakfast is super for dinner as well, also playground next to it and small ice cream stand. Ploze beach is 6 minutes away if you wish for some sea time. Budva is 15 minutes drive. Buena accepted us with warm welcome and maintained touch during our stay to verify all is well. She is a real asset to the place!

We have just returned from a wonderful 8 days at Farma Carevic (Resort and Villa). The staff were hugely welcoming and kind to my small children. There is a farm on site, where the kids could pet the goats, cows, pigs, feed deer, and learn a bit about how farming is done in Montenegro. The villa was amazing, the pool nicely heated and the staff even brought us additional inflatables for the kids to play with. The breakfast was superb, a mixture of local dishes along with ham, eggs, pancakes, fruit, granola etc. The location is lovely, although you must bring a car to explore the local coves, beaches and explore further afield. We did day trips to Lipa Caves (excellent!) went up the cable car in Lovcen, and explored Budva and Lutica bay. All great excursions. The property is undergoing a little development, and is a working farm too, so expect some rough-around-the-edges, but for us, that added to the charm. Oh - I must also mention the homemade icecream. The chocolate and pistachio is incredible. There are also superb views along the coast, tremendous sunsets, I could go on...

We had a wonderful stay at Carevic Resort during our honeymoon. The private villa with its own pool was perfect, and the peaceful farm atmosphere made it truly special. We loved seeing deer in the garden and had the chance to feed the animals — such a unique and heartwarming experience! The staff went above and beyond. Bojana was incredibly helpful and always attentive to our needs. They even celebrated my birthday twice and gave me present which meant a lot to us. A big thanks to Nenad, the professional and friendly waiter who quickly learned our preferences and made every meal a pleasure.and also They were really careful about the our Muslim friendly diet.thanks a lot . What is there left to say? We felt home, immediately when we arrived. Everyone is very welcoming and the house is simply stunning. Our kids enjoyed swimming, even late in the evening when the pool was wellness warm. The food is very good and you get an extra when staying there. Most importantly, everything you can order is from the farm. The owners really take pride in giving you the best experience and want to show how they would like it. I want to end my review with the best aspect of our stay, the person that made a great holiday an unforgettable one. All praise to Bojana, you know why! Newly build houses close to the Ceravici restaurant. It is on the farm so we had the farm tour too, which was fun. The house is big enough for a family, well equipped, beautiful woodwork inside. The location is not in Budva, but this is why we liked it. It was quiet and you could leave behind the crowd even in the peak season. The swimming pool is well maintained enough big for swimming, you need nothing else for a vacation with kids. Please note my review is about the accommodation, the restaurant is ok as well but accommodation is outstanding. Special thanks for Djordje for hosting and Nikolett and Bert for the helping during our stay.

We stayed only one night in Villa Old Castle but we would have loved staying much longer! Everything was perfect : the place is wonderful, well decorated, clean and the swimming pool is a big plus. The owners were really welcoming and lovely, they cooked for us for dinner and breakfast and everything was excellent and affordable. We really loved our stay and totally recommend it!

The family is so welcoming, you feel at home immediately. The views, the apartments and the wonderful pool are just heavenly. We booked a day tour with Philip and Petar to see the Blue Cave and several beaches and had such a good time! Our stay was only 4 nights but we felt like it was an oasis of time ❤️

The most beautiful place with the most heartful family running the villa. The villa is a bit far from everything - but that’s the magic. Views are amazing, pool is great, and the family tells, provides and helps you with everything you need to know (and more!). Apartment was clean and comfortable.

Absolutely everything. This is such a relaxing and luxurious place to spend your holiday. The property is stunning, with incredible views and fabulous facilities-the pool, various seating areas and lovely grounds were so tranquil and comfortable. The rooms are beautiful (we had the suite which is amazing with a fabulous bathroom and gorgeous views from the balcony. We were very spoilt by all the lovely, friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and were always on hand to deal with any questions. Last but not least, as a few other guests have mentioned, the breakfast is incredible-a lovely variety of local sweet and savoury food that changes each day and lots of it. Practically, the property is very well located for Lake Skadar (about 25-30 mins drive) and the nearest beach (Sutomore) is 5 mins by car, was very nice (pebbles) and had good restaurant options (would recommend Wave as the food was good, reasonable and lovely waiting staff). Budva, Petrovac and Sveti Stefan were all nearby as well. A few guests have mentioned the road to the property. We didn’t have any issues. It is narrow and fairly steep, as are quite a few roads in Montenegro, but it was absolutely fine to drive up and down.

The place was just amazing so beautiful and peaceful, with a great view just like in the picture and even better! We had two beautiful sunsets and good days at the pool.. there is a big kitchen for those of you that want to cook but if not you will have to drive 8-15 minutes to the closest restaurant, for us it was fine

We were lucky to have the whole villa for ourselves. You have everything you need: from fire pit to grill place to swimming pool. The staff is really nice and we absolutely loved the breakfasts!

The Stay of The Year. This hotel in combination with its staff really has it all. Luxury and privacy in the high season with a beach almost to oneself. The manager, Michael, know what he’s doing. We were just stopping by for a breakfast and was not really guests to start with, but we got instantly charmed by the staff and the whole vibe around this hotel. A discreet hotel by the road with not much advertising, is really hiding the perfect get away for a couple or a family. Can’t remember the last time we had some many laughs in a week. The breakfast is outstanding and has something for every taste. At Ananti resort, everyone will try to accommodate your needs the best they can. We will be coming back, for sure!

From check-in, we were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service! All the staff were helpful, always eager to assist and make the experience as enjoyable as possible! The beach club was fantastic, the beach was beautiful, and the food was good. Once again, the staff were incredible and efficient! It exceeded all our expectations, and we definitely want to return.

The view from the room was amazing, the room itself the size and quality of the furnitures and fittings were outstanding. The staff was caring,very professional and attentive consistently during our stay. The service at the restaurant and quality of the food were well above anything on offer nearby. It felt very private and exclusive in an incredible location.

We had an amazing stay at the old olive villa, the owner was excellent and he was very helpful through out. The villa is very well equipped and very comfortable, the bed was very comfortable and the aircon needed as 36c during our stay. The pool was lovely for dipping into so would definitely recommend this villa, we went to to local bar around 8 mins away and walked to the bottom of the hill to the restaurant and bars. You will find a shop half down the hill and we loved our trip to skadar lake and visiting budva old town.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Old Olive! The place was clean, cozy, and had amazing views. The hosts were kind and helpful, and the peaceful setting made it a perfect place to relax. Highly recommended!

Very nice, well-kept and well-equipped house in beautiful surroundings. We stayed in the villa with private pool, it was well isolated from the rest of the property and with a beautiful view of the mountains.

It was in such a beautiful and tranquil place. Perfect for a day by the pool with no one around. The house has everything one may need including an amazing view from the pool or breakfast table. Have to mention the fact that everything was very clean and well maintained. The pool was cleaned every morning, the grass was cut, the plants were watered and breakfast delivered at 8.30am!

Excellent views, in middle of nature, shared pool and jacuzzi. Pool table, wine cellar, coffee machine, mini golf, AC, Helpful staff. Recommend this if you are not afraid of nature and wildlife.

This is a really beautiful relaxing holiday destination. Thanks for meeting us, it certainly is remote, which was the main appeal for us, The sat nav does work but alot of the roads don't seem to appear you just have to keep going and have faith. We stayed in the smallest villa and it was perfect for our needs, I loved the bathroom, the aircon worked well the pools were lovely. Ivan the owner was helpful and informative and the groundsman (sorry forgotten name ) was great at removing a wasp nest and keeping place clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and good quality bedding. Thank you for the wine.... I'm afraid it didn't last long

Great food, all local and freshly prepared by Maria. Breakfast was amazing, rich and everithig was freashly baked and cooked in the morning (burek, pies, douhgnuts...). We reccomend to eat dinner at the hotel! The locals working at he hotel will make you feel comortable and welcome all the time. Rooms, spa, pool and sauna are very clean! Our sea facing room for two had a wide balcony with a panormic view of the Adriatic Sea. It was adequately furnished with a flat screen tv, mini-fridge, twin beds with side tables, air-conditioning and automatic folding blinds. There is a pool with sun chairs and parasols. Irina and her staff make you feel very welcomed and are always helpful. We enjoyed the location and had an overall comfortable stay.

Difficile à trouver dans un village ou les rues ne font que descendre de la route M2 vers la mer, sans jamais se rejoindre. Il faut donc trouver la bonne qui va à la résidence Harmony. En haut de la route il y a bien un panneau mais en partie caché par celui d’un concurrent !… Ivana nous a gentiment reçu et était toujours disponible pour conseils ou renseignements. L’immeuble est front de mer de chez front de mer, au dessus de rochers aménagés en plage avec transats et parasols, c’est un endroit fantastique avec une vue panoramique d’ou l’on ne voit qu’une seul maison de l’autre coté de la baie et elle est belle. La réalité est plus belle que les photos de l’annonce. Une petite promenade aménagée le long des rochers permet d’accéder à des restaurants et bars. La piscine en eau de mer est très belle et nous étions seulement deux couples pour en profiter, c’était le calme absolu. Notre chambre (la N°1 pour trois personnes) était très grande,propre et bien équipée, avec le balcon équipé d’une kitchenette comme au caraïbe !.. L’immeuble est un peu sonore mais comme il était quasiment vide ça n’a pas été problématique. Nous avons passé deux jours inoubliables

The manager Irena and all her staff made us feel very welcome, and Irena went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. She even organised a private taxi and guide to Albania for a day. She organised our trip to Kotor Bay with Globtours, and let us use her laptop when we needed to. Irena and her staff gave us a nice send off when we left with lots of Montenegrin kisses. We will fondly remember our time in Montenegro, the people and our lovely stay at The Apartments Harmony..

I had a fantastic weekend stay with friends! The owner was incredibly friendly and always available to answer our questions. The house is absolutely beautiful, located in a peaceful area, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be returning in the summer!

The view from the full length window to the sea is beautiful. To get to the beach you have to go down a steep hill and walk carefully but it is worth it! We ate down there at Lucice Beach rather than drive back into Petrovac.

George was away, but arranged for two others to meet us. Accomodation was incredible. Large space. Very comfortable. Excellent condition. Would recommend.

Dragana, our lovely host was amazing, she couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. She drove us into the town, changed beds and towels during our stay and even made us a delicious cake. She was there to help with anything we needed, if we wanted it. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Dragana was amazing, so sweet and helpful. She left us beer and fruit on arrival. Everyday she asks our needs. We ve coffee capsules, tea and also Turkish Coffee :) Everyday our towels cleaned, pool is very clean. She give extra pool towels. Car park is easy to park and free. Small garden table is perfect. Market is so close.

Villa Dragana was awesome in every way. Our host was super helpful, friendly, and cheerful. We got along great. It was a safe vacation because our host was always nearby. Our hostess took good care of the cleanliness, comfort, and overall functionality of the place. She also baked us a delicious cake! The luxury features of Villa Dragana included a heated swimming pool (which could be covered at night, making morning swims very pleasant), a well-equipped gym with a variety of equipment, and a stylish sauna connected to the gym. We made good use of the gym and sauna. The rooms were spacious and clean for our group of six. It was a short distance to the shops and the beach, so the location was good.

It's a great House! There is absolutely everything for living, fully eclecsed kitchen, all necessary equipment. Everything is done with great love, wonderful interior, textile, there are even bathrobes)) I don't even know what can be missed in this House! Stunning courtyard, clean pool! There's all for barbecue! The sea is close, shops and restaurants - everything is within walking distance. And most importantly this hostess House - we have a feeling that we came to visit the best friends or loved relatives. We were surrounded by incredible care and no need! This is the best place! Dragana - you're forever in our heart! Traveller, if you haven't decided to stop in this place yet, definitely do it!

The villa was spotless and the facilities were very modern. Great location, just a 5 mins walk to the beach and only 10 mins in a taxi to Old Town in Budva. Dragana, the host, was amazing and was so polite and helpful. Nothing was too much of an ask for her, and she changed our towels daily, as well as booking taxis for us. The pool was heated, which was lovely, even though the weather was a constant 27’C anyway. Everything about this property was perfect, and I would highly recommend it.

The villa is located above Budva, there is a fantastic view of the sea and islands, and it’s also cool in the house and in the rest areas, there are a lot of trees around. The villa is very beautiful and just renovated, which made me happy! Household appliances work great. On the territory there is a garden with a swimming pool, and even with a section for children and night lighting. There is an excellent restaurant next to the villa, which was recommended by the owners. 15 minutes to the sea, five minutes to the fortress. We rented a car, which the owners offered us, they also gave us a map of routes around Montenegro, and advised travel directions. We will definitely return to this magical place!

The villa itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Bay of Kotor from the garden and the pool. We have never stayed in such a well-equipped property before – the kitchen has every appliance you could possibly need for cooking, and there is even a piano in the house! The location is perfect as well, right next to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops, which made everything very convenient. Thank you, Nebo, for your amazing help and warm hospitality – we truly hope to return one day!

The villa was beyond our expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area and outdoor space was perfect for chilling and entertaining and there was ample space for 8 people. Everything you could need was provided. The owner answered all questions promptly and was very friendly. He was there to meet us and see us off. He gave recommendations for trips, bars and restaurants which were all great. The views were fantastic from the balconies and we were situated directly across from a beach and laid back beach bar. The bus stop was a 5 min walk and supermarket no more than 10 mins. In all, a wonderful villa, host and location. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Everything was great. Clean, you can find everything what you need. The beach is in another side of the street, pool was great for hot days, each room have an air conditioner. Host are friendly and helpful.

Also, full equipped kitchen and washing machine for clothes. The villa has very good location (about 15-20 minutes) from porto Montenegro and has wonderful sea view. The villa is super clean. Special thanks for owners kindness, support and advices.

The hosts were awesome and the house was beautiful. We appreciated a lot of the touches - bottle of wine in the refrigerator, the kitchen was stocked with some basics, the amenities in the bathrooms were really nice. They provided beach towels and there was laundry on site. We had a blown fuse one night and the hosts were very responsive on sending their housekeeper over to fix it at the main switch (a rockstar, it was 10pm). The pool is great (a little chilly) and the access to the bay is super easy - down a few houses across the street. Getting to Tivat and Kotor was very easy.

We especially loved spending time on the terrace, enjoying meals with a backdrop of the mountains and sea. It was the perfect spot for unwinding after a day of adventures. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The absolut best part was the private pier where we spent time at everyday, from morning swim to relaxation after a busy day. All in all, this house was the perfect base for our Montenegrin getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing vacation.

Words can’t describe how amazing my experience was in Montenegro and staying at Villa Gioia. Dracia went above and beyond for our stay and made my 30th birthday trip so special for me. Really well equipped apartment and we had everything we needed for the stay. We also loved the pool, which was basically private (you'd share with other 2 flats but noone else was using it when we were there so it was great). Overall, we were really happy with the place and would consider staying again!

The owner was very nice and understanding, it was very clean when we got there, there was good wi-fi and everything we could need (appliances).

Very nice and forthcoming hosts. They are always available and will gladly help with any questions you might have. The hike up from the beach, especially when it's very hot, can be a bit of a challenge when you're already tired from a long day and there could be a few more glasses, plates, etc. in the kitchen but other than that I would 100% recommend this apartment.

Absolutely beautiful villa with great size private pool, perfectly located for easy access into Tivat and Kotor and close to Tivat airport and yet felt so spacious and tranquil. The villa was spotless and contained everything we needed for a family holiday. The hosts could not have done more for us to make our stay truly exceptional. They were so helpful, kind and generous and we were very sad to say goodbye. We really hope to go back again soon.

Extraordinary welcome from the hosts who couldn't do enough for us. The house was immaculate and had everything that we needed. An unbelievable location with a private pool that we spent hour after hour enjoying. A lovely barbecue on one of our evenings was enjoyed looking out to the mountains and the setting sun. A gem of a house and couldn't recommend highly enough for a family wanting to explore Tivat and the bay of Kotor.

Beautiful villa with a wonderful pool, with a smaller pool, which worked really well for our 16 month old granddaughter. Very easy to drive to Tivat and Kotor, we actually used taxis some of the time. 5 mins drive from the airport. Andrea and Josip were amazing hosts, generous ,friendly, helpful, just great! The Villa itself was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed for 4 adults, we even made use of the BBQ. Would definitely recommend the Villa

The hosts were incredible. They made the holiday for us. The villa is on a farm and they gave us some of the food they've grown as well as the wine (excellent!!). Nothing was too much trouble for them with any queries. We were initially a bit cautious about staying in a villa with the owners onsite, but nothing could have been further from the truth, they allowed us all the privacy needed. They were usually preoccupied with the farm in any case. The pool is wonderful, the villa is great, air con works wonderfully. The views are just amazing and the area is very quiet it's a perfect location if you want peace. You will need a car though. It's literally a 5 minute drive from the airport which is cool. Thank you Josip and Andreja We had a wonderful time and would very much recommend staying here.

Andrea and Josip are wonderful hosts and have a lovely place near Tivat. We enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere upon arrival, the closeness to major sights (Bay of Kotor, Lovcen Nationalpark, Perast, Tivat, etc.) and the terrace with the amazing pool. The hosts have a perfect balance between interaction and privacy. A barbecue was hosted and self-made bread, cheese and chorizo as a welcome get-together. Thanks for the amazing stay. The kids loved the animals for sure (there are sheep, hens and baby-chickens (so cute), a cat and more). There is an excellent bbq-restaurant just 300m away as well.

The villa is located in a quieter spot in Dobrota with the most incredible views across the bay which can be viewed from.the many balconies and pool.area, which had comfortable garden furniture for all the family. The interior is spacious, clean and very tastefully decorated. It definitely.has the wow factor. We were met on time to.enter the property and Zagorka was on hand for absolutely anything we needed at any time and couldn't have been more helpful, she went the extra mile at every opportunity, excellent service. We couldn't recommend this place enough. It was the perfect place for our family holiday.

The Bay of Kotor is stunning and the views from the property are insane. Huge villa spread over 3 floors with every appliance or gadget you could need. Contact with the host was great. Comfortable beds and good showers. Lots of towels for both inside and the pool. Wi-Fi was good

The house was in pristine condition, far better than our expectations based on reviews and exactly like the photos. We came at the beginning of the season and it seemed freshly restored. Everything worked well, even the small stuff like TV channels and coffee machines. Additionally, the view and location were great. Zagorka was excellent in her communication and always went the extra mile to make sure everything was right. She allowed us to check in late at night, gave us recommendations and was always on call if we had an issue. We even left some money behind and she transferred it to us straight away.

Hospitality was second to none. We had issues with flights and luggage and the hosts made it like the issues did not exist.

Was a great place to stay in group, loads of space and the method used to build the place was very interesting. Everything was clean and accommodating although we didn’t get to enjoy the pool area and have a good experience of the surrounding due to the weather conditions however everything else was good.

Everything was as described. The villa was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely come back!

To sum up: Staying there was like getting your whole house to a warmer place with better view and a swimming pool. We had everything we needed and we had great time staying there.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the villa. The villa is very spacious and comfortable, and it easily accommodated our group of 10 people from 3 families. We stayed for 7 days and had a very comfortable and enjoyable time. The villa's location is a huge advantage, as it is within walking distance to the beach, market, and bakery. The pool is well-maintained and added to our enjoyment. Having a staff member come in daily for cleaning was a great touch, keeping the villa clean and tidy throughout our stay. We visited Sveti Stefan, Budva, and Kotor during our stay, and access to these places by car was very easy. Communication with the host was excellent; he was very tolerant and helpful. We were very pleased with our holiday at the villa and would definitely like to return.

We have stayed at many villas as a family of 5 adults and Villa Zen Port is definitely up there as one of the best. 3 large bedrooms with huge beds, own lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Like mini apartments. Lovely veranda for eating and one of the best swimming pools. Beach 5 min walk away, few little restaurants, great bakery, small grocery store and icecream parlour round corner. We visited Budva, old town is lovely and Petrovac. Both worth a visit but get very busy. Alexandar the host and Myra the cleaner both excellent and so helpful. Montenegro is beautiful and we will return.

A beautiful place to stay - spacious and comfortable inside, with a gorgeous outside area with an excellent pool and great tree and flowers. A great shaded balcony area to have lunch and dinner. Round the corner is a bakery, ice cream, restaurants and you are down the road from the beach. Grocery store a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommended!

Super stay with a very friendly host, kudos to Miso! He was welcoming and friendly with us. The villa has everything you need. A pool that is well cleaned, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I totally recommend to stay, please inform Miso if you are arriving with a car or multiple cars. There is limited parking there and it's kinda tricky sometimes. If you see this villa, book it. You will not regret it. Plenty of space for 8-10 people and big terrace. Keep up the good work.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The apartment was very clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure everything was perfect for my stay. I especially appreciated the small touches, like the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable bedding. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future.

The host is exceptionally kind and ready to help. The views are amazing! The pool is great, water is lovely and clean. The staff comes upon requirement to change laundry, tidy up the rooms or clean the pool. There is vineyard, figue trees, olive trees and lavender on the territory, place to park the car, wine cellar to have good organic wine of 2 sorts by 3 years of production. Again, the views are amazing! One can see sun since dawn till the sunset from the pool terrace. One can grill steaks looking at full-view of Igalo Bay, the cruise ships and yachts leaving Kotor-Boca Bay to Adriatic… 1000 words are not enough to express excitement.

The villa is really nice and comfortable, pool is clean and the view is great. All rooms have AC. The host was also nice and helpful. We definitely would go there again.

Nice and friendly host (no communication problems). More than enough space for a quite big family (three bathrooms). Beautiful stone house (actually two separate buildings) with several patios. Very well equipped kitchen (actually two kitchens!) Kids enjoyed the pool a lot!

The villa was huge and Amazing 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, Many bedrooms and a Big pool with a beautiful garden. The owners were so nice and welcoming they did everything they could to make our stay perfect!

The villa, pool, sauna and grounds were fantastic for our family group as we all had our own space. The kitchen was well equipped too and the drinking water coolers were extremely useful.

Six of us together we could eat and socialise together but sitting rooms and patios for time separate too just a lovely space pool was wonder barbecues and steam room all perfect

Wonderful place, villa is clean, has everything you need for a vacation, the beautiful beaches of Jaz, Ploče, Trsteno are 5 minutes away by car. Quiet and beautiful place with a beautiful view of the sea.Pool is beautiful and warm, the children enjoyed it the most!!

Everything is just like on the photos. Property is new and modern with a lot of space. Pool is clean, view is amazing. Beaches Jaz and Trsteno are perfect and nearby. If you want to visit the bay and Montenegro this is a place you should chose

We spent a wonderful week at this wonderful place with 2 adults and 2 kids. We were really satisfied with everything. The villa is spacious and beautiful, the rooms and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. All the furnitures in the living room are lovely. The view to the sea from the pool and jakuzzi is breathtaking. Sun beds, garden chairs and nice flowers everywhere. Marina, our host is a lovely and friendly lady. She waited us with delicious welcome meal (cold cuts, cheese, fruits) and drinks (beer, wine, juice). She gave us useful advices where to shop and which beaches to visit. We loved every moment we spent there 😍

Comfy beds, beautiful view down to the coast. Barbecue possibility and very clean overall. Were with the family so the kids liked the pools as well. Silent and very quiet and pleasant area. Could also see the sunset that you can´t see from Budva. Close to Queen and King´s beaches those are absolutely great nice small beaches with amazing surroundings.

This property is beautiful, it has the most amazing views ever and the pictures simply do not do it justice. The living room was lovely and relaxing and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was ideal for a quick dip and there is a high quality patio set outside that again is very comfortable to relax in. There is your own sunbed area and steps into the sea across the road ( which is not a through road as only used by a handful of residents) The location was great if you have a car, away from the busy areas yet still within walking distance from a couple of nice restaurants and a small supermarket. The property was fantastically clean and the host was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Would love to return.

You only had to take 10 steps to reach the sea - it's a great, relaxing experience to stay so close to the water! The apartment was well equipped.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and immaculate. Although we hadn't booked a private pool we were lucky enough to be in Villa 1 which meant we were right next to the communal pool.

Great location up in the hills with an amazing view. Our Villa 14 was perfect for us six people who were travelling together. Everything was really top in the house and no noises during the evenings. The house had a barbecue and long table outside for 8 people to have a dinner. The pool is perfect when it comes to cool or after a hot day. Will definite coming back again.

Spacious villa with lots of outdoor space (terrace and ground floor). Fantastic views and a great shared pool which was (in our case) right next door! Tina was so helpful and easy to contact- a fantastic host!

Good communication with the host. Light and clean villa with excellent facilities, the bathrooms were excellent and the pool was checked regularly so we felt more comfortable. Also such a lovely viewpoint of Sveti Stefan from a church less than 20 minute walk away!

Tina, the host was excellent. She ordered us a takeaway when we got in late and answered any questions very quickly. She went above and beyond in helping with an incident we had with the car. The location is good for exploring local beaches. There must be over 10 beaches within 15 minutes drive. You do need a car like all the other reviews say. The pool was good and empty most of the time.

The rooms were excellent, brand new and clean. The views of Kotor Bay are excellent and the dining options were good if a bit too expensive. The pools are very nice and even have a swim-up bar. I would stay here again.

This hotel was fantastic - the view of the bay cannot be beat. We had 2 adults and 2 kids (age 7 & 9). It was great to spend the afternoons at the pool and the beach away from the city crowds. We ate at the breakfast buffet, Bliss Pool Bar, Ole, and Lighthouse. Enjoyed all the food. The best service we had was at the swim up pool bar. We were able to get picked up right from the dock at the Hyatt for a morning boat tour and in the evening for a private boat ride to dinner across the bay. Special thanks to Ana with guest experiences. She reached out to me before our arrival and helped coordinate an early check-in. She also connected me with Kareem (front office supervisor) who was helpful after our stay when my qualifying nights did not post to my account.

We visited the Hyatt on the 10th July for 1 week and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel was clean and modern, we had a room with a swim up pool with the most amazing views. The food was great in all the restaurants and the staff could not do enough for the guests. However, a special mention needs to go to Jose Ibarra the supervisor in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble, and he made every customer feel like a VIP, his customer service was excellent he was attentive and friendly. . Also, Blazo the waiter in the beach restaurant another employee who worked hard but always made time for his guests . All in all, the Hyatt is the perfect hotel for a stay in Kotor, and we could not fault it, we are already looking at re booking for a return visit.

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort and were thoroughly impressed by its stunning location right on the bay, offering beautiful views and easy access to Kotor Old Town by taxi (€15-20). The hotel itself was immaculate, and the staff—especially the concierge—were exceptionally helpful, assisting us with restaurant bookings, taxis, and excursions. Breakfast was a highlight, running from 7-11am, which made it perfect for a leisurely start to the day. We also enjoyed several excellent meals at Olé Beach Bar, where the pizzas stood out. The spa and gym facilities were both well-maintained and a pleasure to use. The pool area was another strong point; it was rarely busy, so we could always find a sun lounger, and fresh towels were always available. The hotel also offers direct access to a private beach, which was a great bonus. There were a couple of drawbacks worth noting. During our stay, the hotel hosted a large wedding that went on into the early hours, which disrupted the usual calm atmosphere, particularly around the pool area. Additionally, we found the drinks, especially wine, to be significantly overpriced compared to local options—€45 for a bottle of Vranac that sells for €5 at the supermarket next door, and €24 at a reputable restaurant in Old Town. Despite these points, the overall experience was excellent, and we would highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort to anyone visiting the area.

The Portonovi Resort is a genuinely remarkable location. In truth, it’s not so easy to describe within the constraints and confines of a short review. Check out its own app and website to see that this is actually a recently man-made village (on, somewhat incredibly - because the location is stunning - the former site of a large shipyard), in which there is a five-star hotel of the One & Only group; high-end apartments for sale, retail outlets, a gymnasium, delicatessen, a marina for superyachts, a beautiful beach club and half a dozen or so restaurants. The rental accommodation is commodious, tasteful, fully and beautifully equipped. Does it come at a price?. Naturally. And, truth be told, it was the farthest thing from our normal type of holiday destination. But we loved it from first moment to last. Treat yourself: just go👍.

This was our second trip to Portonovi inside a year and that’s all the more remarkable given that we’ve never gone anywhere twice. It’s a niche destination, for sure, and it can be beaten on price. But it offers a touch of quiet luxury, terrific accommodation, spectacular scenery, every amenity under the Montenegrin sun and much more besides.

We had wonderful time at the resort. The place is beautiful, well kept. Customer service is outstanding. We certainly will be back.

Wasn’t quiet due to Grocery store & children’s play area located below our Mimosa Deluxe Suite with Sea View. It is a large property & these amenities could have been located away from living area & balconies. The “blackout” draperies listed as an in room amenity weren’t black out material. So window coverings didn’t block out light especially during night where streetlights on the plaza outside the bedroom remained on all night.

I absolutely loved it! The owner is a great guy, very helpful and sincere. Location is amazing - very close to Kotor (2 min by scooter), water is just 2 steps away across the street. The street is busy, but not too busy, I did not find it annoying nor dangerous. It was awesome to have off-street parking, where I could leave my car for a few hours after checking out. All in all, fully satisfied, would stay there again.

Has everything that you need with a spectacular view and 2 second walk to the water! Great 20min walk to old town. Deda was a great man who always made us feel welcomed and offered us anything like extra chairs to sit by the water! 10/10 I definitely recommend people to stay!

Nice location and views, friendly and helpful owners. Spacious unit. The only minor things maybe : lots of ants in the kitchen so do not leave food there. I think there's a breach. Also, a dishes cloth would be helpful ;)

I am travelling a lot in business (approx. 110 nights a year). This time was our ( my and my wife) vacation. It was a really wonderful stay. Lovely, stylish, fresh, clean, family hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Some small shop is 15 meters from the hotel. Someone probably can “claim” about limited choices on breakfast or about the distance to the beach. We found the most we need for the breakfast and 15 min walk to the beach wasn’t any problem for us. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Perfect stay at Apartmani Jovan. Friendly service and great apartment. Cleaned every day with new sheets and towels. Great location only 15 minutes from Budva. Just watch out this time of year the buses aren’t as regular so may need to get taxis like we did. Sveti Stefan is beautiful and only 10 minute walk to the beach and bar. Little shop at entrance to apartments is great to pick up water and beer. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Montenegro!

Beautiful hotel. The service was impeccable. People who work in the hotel are very kind and always go out of trier way to help. The rooms are very specious, new and attention is paid to every detail. Beautiful pool and great restaurants are in the hotel and in the marina that is just a couple of minutes walk on the promenade. Breakfast was great too with many options.

The hotel exceeded expectations - it was located in a great area, had large stylish rooms, a nice pool and excellent restaurants. But the best feature is the staff - they all were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

Wonderful hotel - very high standard. The only downside is that there is still a lot of new development in the bay so some noise from machinery is evident when by the pool.

The hotel is almost brand new with first class infrastructure and the atmosphere in the hotel and the marina overall in fantastic. The staff is still new and not fully trained as expected for top tier hotel brand like The Chedi. Nevertheless, they fixed issues professionally and timely. Breakfast half buffet was yummy and the pool has a nice view. Try to stay in upper floors which give you an almost panoramic view of the area.

Property itself was ok. without a car though will be very hard. lots of Climbing to reach the app. What was very annoying and irritating was the neareby kermis, every night too much noice around the app. Also, it was too crowded and a lot of children. Driving was almost impossible. takes 2 to 3 hrs to get to the airport over a distance from 80 km.... very nice owners.

Great base to explore local area, 10 min walk downhill to beach, a little longer back. Disappointed the pool facilties weren't available, was only advised when checking in that pool was for exclusive use of the villa, whereas we were in an apartment. The description needs updating to clarify this. Having said that, comfortable clean apartment in great location, would consider booking again.

We really enjoyed Vila May Studio!! Viktoria was the most amazing host ever. Greeted us as we stepped off the bus and helped all along our stay. She even wanted to clean each day but we did our own upkeep. The studio Mia was perfect for a three night stay in Sveti Stefan. Bed was super comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Shower and towels superb. Very safe as there is a locked entry gate to come onto the property. Location was AWESOME!!! Highly recommend.

Com certeza ficaria hospedado novamente ao visitar Montenegro. Excelente para a família! Recomendo fortemente. Houve apenas um contratempo no checkin devido a fatores externos (trânsito) e melhor comunicação com o proprietário.

We really loved this hotel. The next time we will be in Budva we would like to stay here again. Liliana was very kind, always helped and available 24/7 in WhatsApp. The breakfast was very good. A wide range of meals, even soy milk and chia seeds. Very tasty pancakes. The room was very beautiful and modern. It was quite big, we had a balcony with a beautiful view on the mountains. Always clean. There is a lot of light in the room. the window in the bathroom. The area is very quite and safe, but at the same time it takes 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the Old Budva. We didn't use the transport at all. Nearby there is a very good restaurant Piaza, which Liliana recommended to us. The atmosphere in the hotel is very cozy, it feels like home. We had a parking lot.

There was only a half length large mirror in the toilet, so if the toilet is occupied, you would have to wait to dress up, because there is no other mirror in the apartment. Rest assured, I would definitely recommend this place. It’s the best one can get in a budget price with breakfast included, and excellent location!

We had such an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely wonderful — always cheerful, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and really comfortable — we slept like babies. Breakfast was great too everyone could easily find something they liked. The location is perfect — close to the center and also just a short walk to the beach, which made everything super convenient for us. Honestly, we loved everything about our stay. Plus, they kindly let us leave our car parked a bit longer after check-out, which made our time in Budva so much easier. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein- und auschecken ging super schnell und man bekommt einen hoteleigenen Parkplatz. Zu Fuß braucht man ca. 10 Minuten zum Strand von Budva und ca. 25 Minuten an der Promenade entlang zur Altstadt. Das Hotel ist sehr süß eingerichtet und hat einen kleinen Pool- sowie Fitnessbereich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und für jeden ist etwas dabei. Budva ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden von Montenegro. (Am besten macht man das mit einem Mietwagen.) Das Hotel kann ich jedem ganz klar weiter empfehlen und werde es bei meinem nächsten Besuch wieder buchen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tate. The room was a good size and we were fortunate to have a room with 2 balconies! Decor was modern. Breakfast was amazing and we made good use of the sweet treats available all day. The pool was a good size and we were always the only ones using it. Good gym facilities. It is a 30min walk along the beach to the old town.

Very good friendly personal service and ambience. Free soft drinks, cake and fruit available all day in restaurant. Nice small gym and spa + sauna and a small pool in connection with the restaurant area. Very nice breakfast and again super service. Absolutely recommended if you can live with 10 minutes walk to the sea side.

I and my family really enjoyed our time there. The staff and people were very friendly, nice, and helpful. The room was really clean, which was important to us. Also, we’ve liked the breakfast and the service a lot. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Everything was great and it was convenient to get around.

An unexpected surprise was breakfast; as vegans, we are used to being offered a breakfast of a few veggies and maybe cornflakes, but here we got a lovely, creative vegan breakfast, which was prepared and served especially for us! This is something that no other hotel ever did, and it really warmed our hearts (and stomachs!) We also liked the location of the hotel, - just a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach and the Old Town, + with a lovely view of the mountains. And lots of stores within walking distance. Next time we come to Budva - this will be our hotel again. We found it to be perfect!

The hotel is exceptional. We lived on the ground floor in an apartment whose windows and doors overlook a beautiful garden with a lawn and olive and magnolia trees. The furniture in the rooms is modern, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and oven. The bathroom is large and nice and has a hair dryer. Everything is clean and tidy. For breakfast they served various tasty food. It was not far to the old town and the beach (I recommend Morgan). Not far from the hotel there is a restaurant Tiffani where you can eat tasty and cheap. We would like to thank the manager Slobodan for his care.

We loved Hotel Vela and it made a pleasant change to have a sofa in our room to chill out on, as well as one of the most comfortable double beds we have experienced in Montenegro! We were there out of season in February but nonetheless it was a relief to have a guaranteed parking space, and the cooked breakfast was delicious. It was only a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, and our room was peaceful. We had a big window, no view to speak of but that didn't matter to us. We enjoyed our one-night stay very much.

The hotel is in a convenient and not noisy location, one can walk to the busy seaside and the old city. The owner, Slobotan, was very polite, welcoming and accommodating, a big asset to the hotel, and all the personnel were smiling, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good, a tasty selection of a bit of everything. There were two water bottles in our fridge and a water fountain in the breakfast room. The rooms were well-sized and had good bedding. Good air-conditioning. All in all a pleasant stay.

Great location. 10 minutes walking distance to the Old City and the beach. There are supermarkets, pastery and coffee shops, restaurants and a shopping center in a few minutes walking distance. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel and the rooms are new, modern and very clean. My room had a little balcony and was very cosy. The linens and the towels were very clean, smelling great, thus the bathroom always smelled very nice. I stayed for 5 nights and felt at home. Thank you.

The apartment is spacious, with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, ironing table and iron. Air conditioned functions well. Everyting needed is provided but the personnel was asking every day if I need any additional item. No noise from the other guests, the environment was ideal to work (table for PC, many electricity plug setc.). Internet always functioned in the apartment, The personnel helped me with early check-in, calling taxi when I asked for, The facility has not a breakfast service. However, there are three restaurants-bars in the same complex offering excellent breakfast menus and there is a big shopping centre at walking distance (less than 5 minutes).

Location of the place was great. Room has everything you need and it makes you feel like you are at home. But my favorite part was reception. All of the 3 persons at the reception helped me with everything. Thank you all for your helps again. And also out of topic, there is a bar/cafe under the apartment with a great menu and best staffs. As a recommendation, pay a visit there too if you stay here :)

We stayed for one night after our flight to Podgorica and another one before frying back home. This place was just as described. Close to the airport (15 min by taxi), in a modern building with nice restaurants. Easy check in. The apartment was perfect and the bed is extra comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfectly which was important as it was really hot in Podgorica. Good value for money and highly recommended!

The whole hotel is beautiful, the design, the staff, the amenities. I came here alone on a solo trip and I was made so comfortable by all the staff. The hotel is located in the old town of budva close to the centre and also beaches, an amazing location. The hotel room is beautiful, large and was equipped with a mini bar, room service and I was given 2 assistants who I could contact over WhatsApp for anything I needed throughout my stay. While the properties may be exceptionally beautiful but what makes ones stay memorable is the hospitality of the staff. There is something very unique about the people who work there. Right from their leader Oguzhan Guver, Natasha -our one point contact at the hotel , indeed an excellent amiable, warm personality, who saw to or that our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. I must mention two very sweet and extremely likable people . Ahmet and Beyza from the breakfast restaurant. They made us always feel special and we would have stayed in over 100 hotels globally, however , they created a life lasting memory in our lives. I wish all the best to the entire team and look forward to stay again at the property. I would highly , highly , highly recommend this property for pampering you and making your stay extremity comfortable and memorable one.

In times when 5-star hotels only distinguish themselves from the competition by their location, their design and maybe some facilities, but hardly focus on really good service anymore, the Merit Starlit seems to be from another - good old - time. Honest hospitality is the top priority here and that in all departments, from reception to the accommodation manager services and of course the restaurant, where we were served breakfast by a lady who really knew her trade... I have never experienced such unpretentious hospitality before. "Trivialities" such as the best location, high-quality furnishings, pleasant room sizes etc. are of course also fulfilled. To summarize, the Merit Starlit is definitely the best house in Budva and probably one of the best in Montenegro.

I had an amazing stay here. The owner, Zoja, was very nice and responsive. The view from the balcony of my second floor room was so beautiful, you can see the whole bay. The kitchen is well equipped and the size of the apartment felt large. The location was ideal, 3 minutes down some steps to get to Kotor beach, and 5 minutes to a mall. About 15-20 min walk from the bus station since the station is on the outskirts. There’s a local fish place straight across the road that has really good calamari for $7. There is also a gym in the basement of the apartment that has a squat rack, bench press, and adjustable dumbbells- everything you need for a strength workout. Plus a pool table. I really enjoyed my stay here and would love to come back!

What a gem! We loved our stay in this spotlesly clean apartment with stunning views of the sea inlet and mountains. The apartments are set up very well with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen in the apartment has a refrigerator, kettle, stove top, plus all of the dishes and utensils you would need. In fact, we made our dinner in the apartment and savored the sunset views from the roomy balcony. Having both a kitchen table and chairs, living room couch, plus balcony furniture meant we could enjoy our cup of coffee or glass of wine from various vantage points in the apartment. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk to a large grocery store/shopping complex, then just a few minutes more to the Old Town. Plus, there is a lovely path along the water shore in front of the apartment. The owner is amazingly helpful, which is always a plus. She met us on arrival and gave advice on what to do and where to go. When we come back, we will only stay here. It is that good.

From the moment you arrived you felt welcome. We booked at short notice and arriving within 30 minutes. Zoja was there to meet us with the keys and showed us the property, we were not disappointed. Zoja was kind, helpful and a great host. The apartment was a 5 minute walk to the promenade where there restaurant and bars and the old walls of Kotor are a further 10 minutes stroll on the flat. We were on the 1st floor in room 4 and we got the sun late afternoon into the evening and it went behind the mountains around 7pm. The apartment was self contained with all the amenities to cook, from pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, kitchen roll and washing up liquid and also shampoo’s etc. the view was the best though and plenty of entertainment watching the cruise ships enter the harbour each day. I would give this property 11 out of 19 if I could. Great host, location and views all in all a fabulous stay. Thank you Zoja for letting us stay on your beautiful apartment.

The view, the view… Pictures are nice but don’t share the great experience of having the Kotor Bay at your fingertips, from dusk till dawn. The terrace is great for having breakfast or any meal, having a rest gazing at the mountains, bay and also the huge cruise ships that maneuver every day just by your windows. Quite a spectacle to watch. Then the apartment. Spacious enough for a family, fully equipped and very fresh, like brand new. Design is also pleasant, above the average offer. You can feel yourself like home. Location - another great side of it. Within walking distance (around 10 mins) to the old town. We stayed for 4 days and used the place as a base to drive around and see stuff around Kotor which worked great - and the evenings you can leave the car and have a walk for a glass of wine to the city. Also we have to mention the host is fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend the place and will gladly come back one day!

My daughter and I loved this property. I am glad I spent so much time prior analyzing all the places to stay near Kotor, and finally picked this one. It was perfect. We had parking, and Zoja, the host, was there when we arrived and when we left. It's an apartment, which my daughter was leery of, but she later said it was the best place I could have picked. Castello is nicer then any resort, there is no problem getting in, and its easy to park. Zoja was easy to get a hold of, and she let us check in early. We drove there, but we could walk two minutes to beach and beach restaurant. It was less then a ten minute walk to Old Kotor, so we walked to Kotor one day and both nights that we stayed there. The place was clean, comfortable, had a full kitchen, and a balcony with such an incredible view of the bay and the mountains!

We booked this hotel after spotting an excellent Booking.com promotion and enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming, we arrived several hours ahead of check in and not only were they happy to store our luggage so we could go out and explore Budva but said we were welcome to help ourselves to breakfast. Upon check in we received a complimentary upgrade to a superior room which was a lovely surprise, again staff were helpful explaining how to use all the amenities in the room. There is a rooftop pool with really comfortable sunbeds, the pool is on the small side but in keeping with the size of the hotel and we had no trouble getting seating each day (it’s just not a pool for swimming lengths!). Everything has been finished to a high standard and in good working order. Location is great, only a short walk to Old Town but set back far enough so it’s peaceful and quiet in the evening.

The hotel was very stylish and comfortable. The location was perfect. We really liked the pool area, which was very relaxed. The room was one of the best we stayed in: comfortable, cozy, good temperature (and it also had air con) and spacious. The breakfast was very good. We noticed that the music in all hotel areas, including the pool, was very nice and the sound volume was perfectly adequate (it wasn't overly loud, so it created a pleasant atmosphere). The staff was great and very kind towards us. Dusan, the hotel manager, was great too!

The hotel is beautiful, very modern, great facilities and very centrally located. We had a car but did not use it to get anywhere we wanted to go - could walk everywhere. The bar is very nice and good breakfast. The rooftop pool is great (I think all pools should have the bean bags they have!)

They gave us a free upgrade, the room was perfect, it was very big and clean. It is perfect location to the old town and the views from the rooftop pool are great. Lovely pool to cool down in, definitely recommend. Breakfast was lovely and changed slightly each day.

Really nice new hotel. Public areas well designed and decorated. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. Staff very friendly - particularly Dusan on reception who went out of his way to recommend a number of great beaches we should check out. (Queens Beach in Sveti Stefan was our favourite, if you’re interested!) The rooftop pool area is fab - with comfy beanbag sun loungers, a decent sized pool and great views out to sea. The free car park was a bonus (although if it’s full you can park on the street) although it’s an easy ten minute walk to the old town from the hotel.

We have just returned from a week's stay in Hotel Libertas, Prcanj. This is our first visit to Montenegro and we have thoroughly enjoyed what we have seen of the country and the local people. What a superb hotel: idyllic location right on the shore and surrounded by mountains; beautifully furnished; spotlessly clean; good sized room with beautiful shower room; lovely varied breakfast; amazing, friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble - our cases were carried up (and back down) for us, they sourced some gluten-free bread for me for breakfast, and helped at any time with advice regarding places to visit and how to get there. The hotel is a 1 euro bus ride (or a slightly nerve-wracking walk due to narrow road) from Kotor's old town and bus station one way and Tivat the other way. From Kotor you can take a local bus to most places. Prcanj itself has several restaurants, cafes and hotel restaurants. We sampled several and found the food and staff to be wonderful and I am sure later on in the season there would be even more choice. We didn't use the pool, or the beach as we were visiting too early in the year. However, the pool/terrace area looked inviting and the small area at the beach side of the road has amazing views. We cannot say enough in praise of Hotel Libertas and its welcoming staff. Thank you.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Libertas. I have to say that the staff makes the difference. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the ladies at the reception and the cleaning lady, to the guy in charge of breakfast and the amazing coffee. Thanks to you all we had an amazing time and hope to be back again sometime. The location is amazing, we had a great view of the bay and the private beach was fantastic. Room was spacious and clean with direct access to the pool area. Pool was amazing for laps every morning with a good temperature. Breakfast and coffee was excellent.

Staff were very friendly and catered to our every whim… local restaurants were just a short walk and enjoyed some very pleasant evenings. Kotor a short taxi ride if you need to see a more hectic side… Speed boat trip was really good, part of the hotel! Negatives: Pool closes at 2000hrs which was unfortunate as a dip in the evening was lovely on the first couple of nights! Never mind we swam in the Boka (bay)

Stunning views from both the spacious bedrooms and the waterside sunbathing area. Fabulous staff - helpful, friendly, welcoming. Delicious breakfast - lots of options. Nice sunny pool area - great spot to cool off or enjoy a poolside G&T. Some good restaurants in Pcranj (walkable) for lunch or dinner. We also took a speedboat across to Perast for dinner - arranged by Maya - fabulous. Our second stay and it didn't disappoint. Loved it

There were two balconies with sofas to watch the exceptional views! Birds were very playful and flew very close to our room. Truly an unforgettable experience. The room was huge! I don't really understand how the bed seemed bigger than usual. And the receptionist was so kind. She gave us many recommendations (e.g. which road is easier to drive on) and even volunteered to call our next accommodation because she was worried that there might be snow on the roads. The staff at the restaurant was so lovely!! They gave us a bit of everything for breakfast because we couldn't decide (btw the juice was so refreshing!) and even helped to put the leftovers in a takeaway bag.

Freundlicher Empfang. Wer es braucht, es wird englisch geredet. Da Internet sehr gut ist, geht aber auch ein Übersetzer im Handy oder eine Bekannte spricht in Deutsch mit dir übers Handy. Zimmer sehr schön. Balkon mit top Aussicht. Heizung geht an wenn es Abends kühler wird.Bad alles vorhanden und mit Heizung. Mückengitter vor Fenster. Restaurant mit guter Auswahl und aufmerksamen Kellnern. Preise gehoben 4 Sterne Hotel mäßig. Die Aussicht vom Restaurant ist auch sehr schön, auch vom Innenraum. Anbindung in nächste Stadt ca. 12 Km. Kloster um die Ecke. Sehr ruhig. Fazit empfehle das Hotel. Nicht 4 Sterne Standart Deutschland aber für Montenegro sehr gut.

Hotel Sokoline is spotlessly clean and the service is friendly & hospitable. Without a doubt one of the nicest and most pleasant places we have stayed in on this trip. There is a breathtaking view of the valley from each of the rooms, all of which have their own private balcony. The restaurant is excellent, and features tasty local cheeses and cured meats sourced from local farms. Staff is sincere, welcoming and goes out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I give Hotel Sokoline the highest recommendation, and same for its restaurant.

Massive corner room - 2 x huge balconies with and awe-inspiring view of valley and Ostrog Monastery - hotel is perched precipitously on the side of the mountain. There is an amazing restaurant, service and delicious good value food on the roof top terrace with the same panoramic view - whole place has wonderful chilled atmosphere. Extremely relaxing. Wonderful a la carte breakfast (raspberry juice and local fluffy, fried dough balls amazing). Great to relax after Ostrog Monastery visit in extreme heat in August! Definitely the best place to stay of you are visiting it.

My partner and I stayed in the studio apartment with sea view - worth paying the tiny extra for the sea view and the option of the balcony. It’s really special to open the curtains in the morning to gorgeous blue. The apartment itself was immaculate and well stocked with kitchen utensils should you choose to cook. The queen bed was massive and super comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of plugs and lighting for makeup. Special mention to Tatjana who went out of her way to help us book at taxi from Tivat (you will be quoted €40 for a €15 trip) and greeted us on arrival. She couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive. She showed us a short cut that led directly to the bay front - where there lots of restaurants and places to swim either side less than a 5 minute walk. There is no noise surrounding the property and access is simple and secure. There is a shop less than 2 mins for essentials. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return 100%.

if you're coming to Kotor- YOU MUST STAY HERE! This place is truly a hidden gem, its located in, by far, the best part of Kotor - 5 min walk from the best stretch of water with great restaurants and lounge chairs. 10-15 minute beautiful stroll to old town (trust me you do not want to stay in old town). The room itself was furnished with top-of-the-line finishings and amenities, and Tatiana was the most delightful host helping out with reservations, recommendations, taxis, and price expectations. I will be back! :)Three tips - preorder a car online, have your driver drop you at the top of the driveway not the bottom, and keep the windows closed during your stay(there are bugs all over montenegro).

Words are not enough to express my gratitude for the humane attitude and understanding we received from the owners of the hotel. We are visiting them for the second time and we didn't even suspect how good a choice we made a year ago. The location is excellent, the view too- 5 minutes from the sea and the promenade. And, at the same time, it is quiet and peaceful. We had all the comforts in the apartment and felt like home. A well equipped kitchen is an added bonus. Oh, the huge terrace with sunbeds is lovely. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kind and humane attitude and for taking care of us!

Пока ехали, Татьяна все время была на связи, писала сообщения и очень точно обьяснила как найти адрес. Прекрасно говорит по-английски и итальянски! Мы провели замечательное время и если вернемся в эту страну, то не сомневаемся даже где остановимся!

The studio was beautiful. Had everything we needed and we spent more time than usual in the room as it was so lovely. The room gets great light due to the floor to ceiling windows. The view is nice of the water and mountains behind. The host was gracious enough to help me celebrate my boyfriend's 30th birthday and left a delicious cake, bottle of wine and candles as a surprise for him which he really appreciated! Thanks for helping me make a birthday during 8 long months of travelling so special.

The hotel, the rooms, the grounds, the breakfast, the staff, are all excellent, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were upgraded from a superior room with balcony & sea view to a studio with balcony & sea view. It was a lovely start to our visit when checking in. Sitting around the outside pool in the beach area was also very pleasant. Plenty of space on the beach and easy to order a drink. I do however have two slightly negative comments, which remove it from being a perfect stay for us: Firstly: subject to paying a fairly hefty price, the pool & beach area is open to anyone else who isn't staying at the hotel. Which means the pool was very busy and rowdy at times, which didn't make it feel like you were staying at an exclusive 5 star hotel. Secondly: we booked the more expensive hotel transfer (a black Mercedes S class) instead of a regular taxi, to take us to the airport. Annoyingly, our flight was cancelled less than six hours before. I subsequently tried to re-arrange the transfer but was told I could not do this for free as it was cancelled within 24 hours. Essentially I would have to pay again. This was not at all helpful given the already high impact a 24 hour flight delay would cause us. However, to give them credit, after pushing back and discussing with many staff including the hotel manager, they did offer a free exchange and so we drove to another hotel for our last night. Just a shame it left a slightly sour taste.

We had an amazing time in a beautiful hotel. From the moment you arrive you feel yourself relax. The staff are fantastic & really helpful. We had a gorgeous room with a balcony & a view of the sea. The breakfast is excellent, plenty of choice & all freshly made. The indoor pool is great & I paid for a facial & my husband had a massage which we both found very relaxing. The Cabanas on the beach are very comfortable & perfect for us,as I have to remain in the shade but my husband likes the sun. The pool bar staff bring drinks to your lounger - we liked the milkshakes. We didn’t try the outdoor pool but we enjoyed swimming in the Hotel’s sea front area. All the onsite restaurants are excellent which meant we ate off site only once. All the waiters are very attentive & professional. After dinner we liked sitting in the interior courtyard with a glass wine. It was such a relaxing experience & we cannot wait to come back. Thank you x

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Our room was in the historic building, which was absolutely stunning – it felt like walking into a museum. The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful, always accommodating our requests. The beach area was fantastic as well. We could use the cushioned sunbeds by the outdoor pool free of charge, the pool water was very pleasant, and the service was quick and attentive, even though the hotel was fully booked. The wellness facilities, including the pool and saunas, were definitely 10/10. What impressed us the most, however, was the breakfast and the breakfast staff – both were simply outstanding, we loved it. The only small downside was parking, as it was sometimes difficult to find a spot. But considering it was peak season and the hotel was full, it’s understandable.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, food and surroundings. Big, big downfall was the pool area - full of unruly, very rude / naughty children / teenagers not staying at the hotel. They were extremely rude to us and other guests which left us unable to use the pool due to their behaviour and vile manners. It totally ruined our stay and numerous other hotel guests stay (despite us complaining on numerous occasions). We were extremely disappointed and checked out due to this. Disappointed that a 5* (expensive) hotel allows for outside guests to use the pool area at no extra charge. Totally lowers the standard of the hotel and immediately facilitates.

A truly stunning stay at Lazure. We had a superior sea view room and it was absolutely gorgeous! The views were far reaching across the marina and out to sea. The bed was enormous, the room, bathroom and balcony all very spacious too and beautifully decorated. The staff couldn’t do enough for every single guest. The housekeepers in particular were a delight, offering additional water each afternoon. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever experienced so much variety and different things on different days (I’ve never known a hotel to offer shakshuka as part of an all inclusive buffet!) The pool area was lovely and the food from the pool bar was also very good. The spa was relaxing and the restaurant Augusto was good too. The receptionists were always friendly and helpful providing assistance with everything from arranging taxis to finding out bus schedules. The location is lovely and quiet and a beautiful walk right along the promenade into Herceg novi main town area approx 20-30 min walk. We took the bus to Kotor for a day trip but couldn’t wait to get back to the tranquility of this hotel. You can go on excursions from the hotel and hire boats for the day to visit other areas of Montenegro at an extra cost.

Everything was fantastic! Such beautiful hotel! The staff were so amazing, professional and friendly. The spa area was so nice and massages were 10/10 and moderately priced. Breakfast was incredible every day (the pistachio croissants blew my mind!). The restaurant did get very busy in the evening. The outdoor pool area was clean and well maintained and we could request drinks using the app. Fantastic location just a short walk from the centre, restaurants and shops. We got a train into Stari Bar and easily took a taxi from the station to the hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, all the amenities you could need in the room. The hotel kindly allowed us to have complimentary late check out on one of our rooms so we could use the pool for the remainder of the day.

The hotel and restaurant are built like a little village covering different levels. It overlooks the old town of Bar, even from the outside pool. The restaurant is very good and if you have the right staff, you're visit will be a great one. The spa was very nice for a short stay (Finnish Sauna, Steamroom, relax room and indoor pool). The treatments are not the cheapest, but the experience is amazing!

Beautiful hotel, pool and restaurant with lift access straight onto the main street- a great touch. Breakfast was decent and the food in the restaurant was excellent! Their ice cream is absolutely incredible- real shame they don't allow it by the pool. The room was ok, fairly small but a nice bathroom and delicious chocolates on the bed at night. The spa is really good, lovely relaxation room with great service in there and a lovely little indoor haven. The highlight of the stay was the Hammam by Ferhat. He was amazing- so good my boyfriend and I booked a massage for the next day. Very talented!

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our 10day trip in Montenegro. The staff are incredibly friendly and will do anything to improve your stay. The breakfast platter was incredible and you get such a good view from the terrace when eating breakfast. Parking is easy right outside the hotel, overall a really amazing stay and great value for money. Only negatives are that the outdoor pool was not open yet in April (it opens in May) and would have been nice to have the option to book a room with a terrace. However, we loved this hotel and hope to return one day!

Wow, what a place. Probably the best hotel I have stayed in. The layout is exciting and like a small village in itself, the rooms are decorated with great taste and true authenticity of the area and the view to the old fortress and mountains is enchanting. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were super helpful and polite. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant on the terrace, had a great breakfast and also enjoyed the pools and spa. The town is small and easy to explore from the hotel. I’d recommend wandering around the old fortress.

Hotel only has ten rooms but they are luxurious. Cons : Roof top pool not enough beds they need to take the bar out to create more space as they dont use it. Internet was fine in hotel but soon as you went out to terrace bar or root top pool it was terrible. Most of staff were great but few didnt really want to speak if im honest at times. Terrace area needs bit of TLC as well. Finally i would change this hotel to adults only as its a small hotel 5 star and when we were relaxing at roof top pool loads of kids turned up and ruined peace and quiet. A small quality hotel like this that doesnt have facilities for children should be ADULT ONLY.

The room was very nice, we hd a 2 bedroom suite. Hotel is well manitaide and we enjoyed the roof pool wich most of the time fetl private as there was no one else there. Day we arrived the pool bar waiters were terribly rude and discourteous. They brought the wrong order and insisted we needed to pay for the wrong order and the new corrcted one. We talked to hotel manager and after that the rest of the staff was very nice. They need “polishing” but they want to help, so it makes up to the lack of experience. We never returned to the pool bar though. And the hotel manager or person in front desk is amazing!

Property it self is extraordinary luxury boutique Hotel with all the assets that you need during your stay. Personal is so helpful, kind and generous in support and help on any of the topics. I would especially say that receptionists Jovana and Bojana were just super kind and extremely helpful. Hotel is situated in the best part of Tivat and Main City Beach, additionally it has its own beach bar with perfect view and lifeguard on the beach. Restaurant is completely amazing and absolutely the best place to have breakfast or dinner with the sunset in complete Tivat center. Marko, Zoran, Bojan, etc. and all team from the restaurant is excellent team of professionals that will make your food taste even more delicious with personal sprinkle of the kindness and hospitality of Hotel La Roche that will just make you feel to return back again and again… There is swimming pool on the roof top of the Hotel that for our son or any kid is just the perfect joy and pure fun, or for a couples it is a private retreat from the beach to chill and enjoy some nice cocktails. Wonderful stay! The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and we slept really well. The hotel is lovely and only has a few rooms, so it never feels crowded. We had the pool all to ourselves with the most fantastic view. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive and the decor is wonderful, both in the rooms and the restaurant. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets at the bar right next to the shore, with really good live music. Breakfast was really good and the fresh squeezed juice was a treat. Location was perfect, only a 5 min walk from Porto Montenegro and steps away from a variety of restaurants, though also far enough to be away from the bustle and noise. We stayed in room 101, right above the restaurant, and we could hear music and voices coming up from the restaurant and bar until around 11:30 pm, particularly from the smaller of the two rooms in our suite, but there was absolute silence for the rest of the night, and we had a spectacular view from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience.

An amazing hotel for perfect pampering on the promenade of Tivat. Excellent service, a huge pampering room with a balcony facing the beautiful bay of Tivat. The receptionist who received us was helpful at the high level of 5 star hotels. She came to the room with us and showed what was found and where. When we encountered the difficulty of preserving my husband's insulin injections, she found a solution to freeze us the ice cube that he uses on trips and even came to the car to help us with parking and with all our luggage. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Montenegro. The hotel's pool is on the roof floor, although it is small, but it overlooks the bay and the view is impressive. The spa has a dry sauna and a cool hammam. In short, we had so much fun and didn't want to leave. We will highly recommend to all our acquaintances to vacation here. The peace and quiet that the place gives are worth everything.

Easily the best stay in a hotel that we have had. Every little detail was perfect and was the complete luxury stay. The best feature of the hotel is the staff. Every single staff member was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Right from check in and having a welcome drink and all details given to us, to sorting out day trips, hire cars, recommendations etc. The staff recognised us and remembered our room number which was a very nice touch. We were given a free room upgrade. The room was spacious and well equipped with tea, coffee and water. Each night we were given a complimentary gift which was a nice touch. The room was very clean and serviced twice per day. Very comfy beds and good air con. The pool was area was quiet and relaxing, the pool very refreshing and nice views across the marina. The spa was very nice and the massages we had were amazing. There is free access to spa facilities outside of having treatments. The food was outstanding, lots of good breakfast options catering for all cuisines. The evening and poolside meals were very tasty. There is free access to two beaches, both of which are nice and have bars, free sun loungers and towels. The sea was very clear and perfect for swimming. We didn't have children with us, but there was a small kids club and play area if required. Overall, highly recommend this experience, true luxury in every way, absolutely faultless.

The staff were amazing and so attentive. The hotel , pool and rooms were kept so clean. We had a special wedding anniversary while on holiday and on the day we had a cake and champagne delivered to our room free of charge from the hotel. We were offered free drinks in the restaurant that evening and throughout the day staff offered congratulations. Throughout our entire stay the staff were so friendly and efficient and could not do enough to make our time there feel special. We had a very relaxed stay.

Boutique hotel in the heart of Budva which is convenient. Everything about my stay was excellent. Friendly, welcoming and accommodating staff, beautiful, clean, large, modern, comfortable rooms. My only warning would be to families with children as in the peak seasons the bar below is very busy and plays loud music until 1am. No swimming pool but the beach is only 200m away.

From check in to check out the experience was majestic. We stayed in a Comfort Double room on level 3 for 4 nights. The room was very spacious, large bathroom, excellent water pressure and amenities, along with a heavenly king size bed with high quality linen. There was a slight design flaw with the shower, whereby the water floods out into the bathroom. The view over the park was very tranquil and relaxing, you open the double doors to the Juliet balcony to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. Impressed with the fast turnaround each morning, your room was always cleaned during your breakfast, so you always arrived back to an immaculate room We enjoyed a daily breakfast at The Hemingway Bar downstairs and it was full service, along with plenty of options to get you through the day and more! We loved the fried eggs and omelette, the fresh orange juice and warm croissants were a treat too. The only negative was you did have to pay for bottled water, as there was no free table water available. The staff were very friendly and remembered your coffee order after the first day, it arrived as you sat down:-) The Hemingway also had impressive cocktails. Location was perfect and very central, you were only a few minutes walk to the old town and the beautiful marina with an abundance of restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend Hotel Majestic for your stay in Budva.

A very nice modern hotel, all brand-new, I liked everything there! The room was very spacious, and had all the required amenities, even a coffee machine, and a balcony with a nice sea view; the bed, blankets and pillows were of very good quality and very comfortable; the bathroom was also spacious, it had all the required toiletries, towels were changed every day; I liked the breakfast a la carte (you can choose dishes from the breakfast menu and they will be cooked for you) - very tasty and good quality. The staff is very helpful, friendly and welcoming! The location is just perfect: max 15 minutes walk from the bus station and just 3 minutes from the Old city and the seaside, all sights are easily reached on foot. A lot of restaurants in the neighborhood, and you can find even non-smoking ones - which was just perfect! there are also supermarkets and small shops within max 5 minutes if you need something.

I have just spent a fabulous week at this hotel. The most beautiful room (306) with great views, everything was extremely clean and the hotel is overall presented immaculately. The staff were fantastic and the bar / restaurant ‘Hemingways’ was an absolute treat, with superb breakfasts and exceptional food for lunch and dinner. Perfectly located for all the action in Budva, a 1 minute walk to the old town and the Marina. Only negatives, were no door on the shower (bit of a design fault here) and the top floor restaurant was closed, which was a shame as it has absolutely spectacular views! For first timers to Budva, it is quite a lively town and so it can be noisy of an evening. It’s not a typical beach holiday, but it’s a great base for exploring Montenegro from. A stay at this hotel will not disappoint!

The old town and the beach are 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. Hotel had a lift which we really appreciated!! There are many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. There is a supermarket and brand shops behind the hotel. A very wonderful varied breakfast (was included in our reservation) in Hemingway restaurant by the menu. Every day you can try something new. The hotel staff is very friendly. During our stay, Zlatko always helped us at the reception, he is very responsive and kind. He is always happy to help with any questions or organize a transfer to any destination. We express our deep gratitude to him!!! We recommend this hotel to everyone!
