Large property with lots to do, never a dull moment. An adjourning waterpark with multiple slides, a wonderful main pool (1.5m deep) to enjoys from 10-7. A paddling pool for toddler and a shallow pool for kids. Meals 4 times a day breakfast, lunch, evening snack and dinner. Catering to all dietary and nutritional needs. Unlimited drinks, Eden Signature cocktail/ mocktail, Moroccan tea daily. Different themed evening entertainment

Amazing rooms with bath and toilet. Very spacious. Nice balcony. Well spaced out and easy to find everything. Very friendly, helpful and smiling staff. Aquapark and pools very clean and easily accessible. Not overly busy. All inclusive service and food with drinks was excellent. Change of menu every day. So many positives with no negatives. Was our first family holiday. We are a family of 6 with youngest being 8 and oldest being 18. Everyone loved it. Spa was perfect for the wife. We used the indoor heated pool at extra cost but was with it for the privacy. When doing excursions or taxis, use the hotel excursion office. Avoids the risk of being overcharged when doing yourself as have to constantly haggle which i am very bad at. Hotel for us a taxi to get to a restaurant for 150 dirhams. On return, I got taxi and paid 400 dirhams. Lesson learnt. Overall, hotel was super helpful with everything from beginning to end. Will definitely visit again.

Without a doubt the staff at Eden Andalou are what makes it exceptional. Every staff member was friendly and happy to help. Our room was a garden room where we could see the pool which was lovely. The pool is huge and a welcome relief from the hot sun! The food was lovely and plenty of choices. I can’t fault anything with our stay here I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Lovely hotel, very clean, food in buffet excellent. Huge swimming pool, plenty of beds. All the staff were exceptional but a big thankyou to james at the pool bar for looking after us. Credit to the hotel.

Nice Hotel with all what you need to spend few days under the sun and enjoying the Pool. Not really a 5 stars but a good 4 stars. the Buffet was correct, quite varied and refilled continuously. the room was spacious and clean. The stuff are friendly, the Pool is Big enough. ( we did not go to the aquapark). Some animation in the evening is also proposed, more enjoyed by the kids than grown ups.

This hotel is excellent, amazing staff, spotlessly clean, and the food was delicious,always hot and fresh and plenty of variety, we had a swim up room which was wonderful worth the extra money can't wait to go back hopefully 2024

I have just read a few of the negative reviews. The hotel is an all-inclusive so the food does get a little repetitive. For the price you pay it is not an issue. The special restaurant which you need to book early (no extra but only 1 visit per stay) is expertly handled by Abdelouhad. Such a nice guy! All of the staff are ultra friendly and will do anything to help. The entertainment finishes at 11pm so if you want to go to bed before then, then maybe you should have booked an apartment instead of a hotel. Quizzes, table tennis comps, etc are available and normally run by Jose who seems to be running eveything! 😂Their is a quiet pool if you do not want music on poolside. Speaking of pools this is my only negative. The pools are FREEZING! 🥶 They need to be heated at this time of year. Their are great trips to go on. We did the quads, camels and air balloons. Would definitely come back.

We’ve been lucky enough to visit Tikida Gardens Hotel twice this year, and each stay has been just as special as the last. The hotel really stands out for its beautiful grounds and gardens, peaceful, well-kept, and a lovely place to stroll or relax when you want a change from the poolside. The Main pool has music and good vibes all day or there is a quiet pool for the more relaxed days. There’s also plenty to do during the day, whether you want to join in with activities, take part in sports, or simply unwind. It’s a resort where you can truly choose your own pace. One of the biggest highlights for us is the staff in the food halls, who go above and beyond every day. They are welcoming, attentive, and create such a positive atmosphere that makes mealtimes something to look forward to. Nothing is ever to much and they are always happy and smiling. Very refreshing for us Brits! We’d like to give a special mention to some of the staff who made our stays even more memorable: • Khadija - Dinner • Yassine - Breakfast • Salma - Breakfast • Mohamed - Dinner • Mhamed - Dinner • Habbi - Dinner Plus the Photographer Ash! Overall, Tikida Gardens is a hotel that combines beautiful surroundings with excellent service and amenities. 100% would recommend.

Myself and my mum took a 5 day trip here recently & we loved it. Every member of staff were friendly, helpful & happy! We were in the ground floor room 326 facing the jacuzzi & activies pool. The rooms were clean, modern & a good size. When I first sat on the bed, I thought it might be a little too firm, but I slept like a baby! The food was delicious & good quality with there being plenty of it. After breakfast, lunch & and dinner, we were always full. We never went hungry! The only cocktails I liked were vodka sun & love on the beach with my evening drink being a gin & tonic all made to a decent strength. The pools were beautiful but very cold! I wasn't brave enough in the mornings, but come the afternoon when it got to 33 degrees I was in & found it very refreshing. We usually got to the pool atound 9 - 9.30 & there always are plenty of sunbeds free This hotel is a perfect chill out hotel & I'd certainly recommend it.

This hotel is very well designed ,from the walk way to the interior a mix match of furniture greets you in the lobby with a small shop that sells clothes purses bags and jewellery. Access to rooms are great with a few lifts scattered around . Our room was 341 which faces the quiet pool and is clean an well presented ..clean towels everyday and a tidy up . Be aware tho that you can hear slamming of doors most of the night . Food was OK mainly rice veg and most meats daily . Now sunbeds ..what a palava that is .I woke due to shouting early sometimes 4-5.30 most days and beds are gone by at least 6.30 with only a few remaining at the quiet pool ,by the way there are a few pools .make urself known aswell to staff ,as 2 women we had to stand and ask for things as simple as coffee .All in All tho lovely hotel and well designed.very well kept

We spent a week here in july25. The hotel is excellent. I really cannot fault anything. We arrived at 12 and they arranged an early check in for us at 1pm and also gave us an extended check out due to a night flight. The hotel grounds are well kept, the pools are warm and inviting and the breakfast is very good. We used both restaurants by the pool and the food/service was top quality. Been to Marrakech multiple times and will be returning here, and have also recommended to two multiple people who have now booked

The Mövenpick was a real treat with its beautiful pool and lush garden setting. Relaxing by the water was already a joy, but Najia’s leg massage by the pool made it unforgettable. She worked with just the right balance of pressure and care, leaving my legs completely refreshed. The sound of the water and the calm atmosphere added even more to the experience. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. I would definitely recommend booking a session with Najia to anyone staying there.

Beautifully designed and located hotel, caters to all ages, all staff are professional, friendly, ready to assist and always smiling, many areas to relax, food is amazing and a huge variety, will definitely recommend and book again… all staff speak Spanish and english and another dialect so very easy to communicate with them…. Lots of small boutiques within the hotel and places to eat, pool is enormous, for a quick swim, kiddie pool and just to lounge around…. Kids corner too . Love this place and the employees…

Swim up rooms are superb, roomy and clean. Two big pools, one lively the other quiet with a swim up bar. Food is unbelievable .

Excellent service great hotel and a special shout out to Zizo for bottomless drinks, Mohamed and Mo mo around the pool who went above and beyond. Only criticism is the swim up pool bar service was very slow..need more than one person serving.

The service was outstanding, the staff were eager to please, bringing drinks over, cleaning, they even left a bunch of roses in our room. The swim up pool was amazing, well worth the extra pay. The drinks tasted great.

swim up suite was amazing for the hot days, our own private water and sunbeds 👌 the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Pool bar food and drink were always amazing, especially the chocolate mousse desert...don't judge until you've tried it!

Mr Omar from the reception received us very well. It was a nice welcoming, and we felt immediately like we were home. The check-in was very fast, which was important because we had a 4 hour cat ride to arrive from Casablanca. Thank you Omar!🙏 The rooms are big and very clean. The swimming pool is wonderful and huge, sun all day over it. Our daughter had an amazing time during our stay. The location is perfect, next to the mall and close to the centre where you can have anything you need by foot.

Palais Medina is one of the best hotels in Fes,The staff are friendly and the hotel is beautiful. I love the pool area and eating area with light purple 💜 was stunning and an excellent color choice. I've called the laundry service and left it at my door and left,wondering if my clothes will get washed as I left before it was collected with a little note When I returned at night it was all done placed in bags neatly on my bed - Thanks for the wonderful service - شكرا It is walking distance from the Mall and very convenient to get food or go shopping and the mall closes late so that's a plus. It is very safe and clean and that's the most important thing for all Travellers.

Beautiful resort place with comfortable stay at a good price. Our bedroom was pool facing and had an amazing view. The property is very near to new city of Fes and also not very far from Medina(may not be walkable for everyone) but taxis are easily available from outside the hotel. Honestly we loved everything about it. From the beautiful communal areas (pool, gym, spa, etc) to our stunning private pool Villa that felt like a luxurious home away from home. Will definitely be coming back again.

We had a lovely few days as Les Deux Tours - the hotel is very comfortable and the grounds are beautiful, especially around the main pool area, which was really nice to swim in and warm. Our villa was very comfortable and well equipped, including a baby cot, plenty of toiletries and comfortable living areas. The addition of the private pool at our villa was great, especially with our young son. Breakfast was superb, as were the dinners we had, especially the lamb tagline and chocolate fondant! All the staff were very kind and attentive, as were those who worked in the spa.

We loved absolutely everything about Les Deux Tours. The grounds are beautifully maintained, we especially loved the vegetable gardens and the different animals which wander around the grounds! Our room was absolutely spectacular, with traditional Moroccan architecture and the private pool was incredible. Finally, the service was exceptional and everyone made us feel so welcome, as well as being super accommodating with our dietary requirements.

The hotel facilities are amazing - very comfortable and large rooms in a traditional Moroccan style. We had a wonderful suite with a private pool, and made use of the restaurant and spa - we highly recommend the Hammam treatment for a couple. The staff are warm and attentive, and the whole ambiente is fantastic for a relaxing retreat. We also celebrated here our 20th wedding anniversary. Madame Wafa, the events manager, organised a private dinning experience called “1001 candles”. This was outstanding, both in terms of the atmosphere as well as the quality of the dinning - easily Michelin Star level. We can not recommend this enough!

Upgraded to a breathtaking suite with private pool and terrace. All staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful, particurly Abdessamad and Ismail by the pool and Illyas in Guest Experience. We'll be back!

This is huge property, with a very nice pool, one full restaurant, and one bar with a small menu for dinner. The lobby is underwhelming, but sufficient. We had an upper pavilion room which was in a separate building with four total units, and it had a nice sunning balcony that was very private overlooking the main pool. The room below had a private pool with some noisy gusts that partied into the night, which was not appreciated. Staff very professional and courteous. We had a few housekeeping issues but all were addressed and the various managers made sure our stay was memorable. All in all a great stay.

Having travelled across the world for over 40 years, the Four Seasons Marrakech is the best hotel we have stayed in. This is our second visit (and our 3rd will likey be booked in the near future) and from arriving to departure, the customer service is outstanding across all departments from Reception, housekeeping to gardeners and pool staff. The Front of House Manager in particular was very helpful when we arrived. We received a complimentary upgrade to a Garden Suite which was stunning. The quality, decor and size was fantastic. The room is kitted out with all the items you need including toiletries, quality hairdryer, quality towels, iron and ironing board. The daily housekeeping service was also outstanding and the staff quickly determined your daily programme which made the housekeeping discreet and not in your way. The turn down service was ditto! The gardens are beautifully kept as are the pool areas. The pool staff are also fantastic, courteous and professional. The pool towels are quality and you even get sunhats and suncream if you want it. The treats given at the pool were delicious. The hotel is very safe with professional security staff at the secure gated entrance. Taxis costed from 50 Mad to 100 mad depending on where you were going. We did have one issue with a driver trying to overcharge, we contacted the hotel via fantastic WhatsApp and they quickly sorted it out and apologised for the taxi miscommunication. We had a fantastic holiday and highly recommend!

The pool! The reception staff & poolside staff were amazing. The location is easy to get into the main town for sightseeing. A lovely hotel, but the spa unfortunately wasn’t up to Four season’s standards, it was good but not great. Positives: The decor is lovely and beautifully designed, but the lounge seats in the spa were rock hard, not comfortable to relax in pre or post spa. I usually have a daily massage, but after one spa session I chose to go get massages outside the resort for the following days. So, in summary: a great location, great pool & a calm environment- enjoy a very leisurely pace & you’ll enjoy your stay. But not a great/ spectacular dining destination nor the most memorable spa experience vs other Four Season hotels. However, it is still a great get away & worth staying if visiting Marrakech! So, specific negatives aside, a great relaxing resort style Four Seasons, with some standout staff at reception & poolside making it a great stay. We look forward to coming back and the feedback is specific just for guests who had anticipated staying mainly within the grounds for an entire vacation of on-site dining & pampering. Hope this is helpful. P.S: loved the greenery and calm throughout the grounds.

This is a wonderful hotel. As other reviews suggest, the staff are all brilliant and the hotel is beautifully kept and comfortable. The service here really is fantastic- it’s a true luxury hotel and we thought some of the best and most personalised service we’ve ever received. We enjoyed all the food we had (lunch by the pool, Eid dinner in the Italian and also the Moroccan dishes in Inara) - Zest bar is great, although we didn’t eat there. It’s not like us to stay and eat in the hotel so often (we usually prefer to go out) but we loved the hotel so much that we happily stayed in and tried the different restaurants! It’s suitable for couples or families. There’s a choice between a family or adult only pool. Both are great. The waiters around the pools are brilliant at bringing water/other drinks and checking you have everything you need (the lifeguard works really hard as part of this team too). The hotel is well located for getting around Marrakech/visiting different sites. Easy to get taxis. It’s also close to the airport (around 10 min drive) - we weren’t disturbed by planes. We really appreciated the personal touches such as the baby gift/fresh flowers in the room - it was so lovely. I hope to come back again.

In a great location with a lovely roof terrace and small plunge pool on roof. The staff were fantastic & went out of the way to make sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone wanting to explore the old Medina. Great spot!

The Nelia is an excellent Riad in the centre of Marrakesh,less than 10 minutes walk to the main square and centre of activity. There are 11 rooms around a central area with a small plunge pool. The rooms are arranged over 3 floors with a really lovely roof terrace on the top floor. The whole place is kept very clean and tidy. However, it is the atmosphere created by the entire staff which makes Nelia the place to stay. Mohammed’s incredible omelettes, Yosef and Ishmael’s invaluable advice, Samir and Mouha always smiling and ready to help in any way they can. They all made our stay perfect.

Location of property. Air conditioning in room. Very comfortable bed. Excellent power shower. Plunge pool in central courtyard. Safe for valuable storage in room. Very clean and beautiful roof terrace and central courtyard. Thank you staff Samir for being a consistent friendly and competent host. You made us feel safe and cared for during our stay. Perfect stay! Upon arrival we were met by the owner who settled us in and provided us with information and recommendations to make the most of our time in Marrakesh. Nothing was ever too much to ask for and they were always on hand to offer advice when needed. The waiting staff in the riad were always kind and happy to help. We particularly enjoyed the tea on the roof terrace and the rooftop plunge pool. The roof terrace provided a calm escape from the busy streets of Marrakesh below. The facilities and rooms are excellent and always clean. We also opted to have a hammam in the riad which was a great experience that I would highly recommend. The breakfast was lovely and we also arranged to have dinner at the Riad on our last night, which was also fantastic. The location is also great with all of the main attractions within walking distance. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking at staying in the heat of Marrakesh.

A wonderful breakfast made to order. Fresh mint tea, fresh coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, Moroccan cake, pancakes and plain eggs (scrambled or omelette). Fresh fruit smoothies were also added during our stay. Delicious! Tea and coffee is complimentary and free at any time of the day and is freshly prepared - it was fantastic! We also ate a three course meal here on our first evening (additional cost of 260 dirhams per person) and it was worth every penny! One of the most incredible meals we have eaten! The staff were outstanding. They were so lovely, friendly and helpful! Ishma was incredible at reception, booking reservations for us for tea, recommending where to go and where to eat and giving us directions. Mohammed, Yasin and Samir were wonderful hosts and we loved chatting to them throughout our stay. The riad itself takes your breath away. It is absolutely beautiful with two pools (a cool one in the centre) and a small pool on the roof terrace at the top. It’s a fantastic haven and retreat after exploring the bustling Marrakesh. Location wise it’s fantastic - this is why we chose the riad initially. It is next to Dar Si Said Museum and only five minutes walk to El Fna Square so this was a great point to return to to avoid getting lost. We absolutely loved every moment of our beautiful trip!

Fantastic staff always go above and beyond to make it a perfect stay. Lush quiet gardens and three pools mean you can find your perfect place to unwind. We were fortunate to have a villa, fantastic size, facilities, and a private pool. 10/10

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was luxurious and included a downstairs bedroom, as well as an upstairs suite - which perfectly suited our needs. The private pool was also great - a good size, clean and a pleasant temperature.

Was a beautiful villa with private pool. We didn't eat in the hotel for dinner because we wanted to experience Marrakech at night and soak up the resort in the daytime. It was perfect for that

The beginning was a bit difficult, but after that, Mona and the manager Mehdi were really kind and understanding. Their attitude was very kind and helpful. The villa with the private pool is incredible.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are large, well-maintained, very clean, and many have incredible views of the lake outside. The pools were also beautiful, and the staff were generally helpful. The biggest issue is accessibility to drinks and drinking water. For people traveling in a foreign country, and one as hot as Morocco, access to bottled water is a must. The hotel has amazing views because it is on top of a hill, and the only bottled water available is all the way down the hill near the lake, requiring a golf cart ride to get any. The front desk really should have a supply of bottled water on hand all the time. Similarly, drinks at the upper pool were only available by being transported up from the restaurant, and should just be available for poolside service. So definitely some room for improvement, but was still a lovely stay.

The stay was lovely. Everyone really kind, good food, but I would wish for more vegetarian options! The room was lovely, the gym nice, the breakfast delicious (cuttet fruits and good espresso would be nice!). I only find it expensive that you have to pay extra for the sauna - in european hotels it’s included, such as the pools. And the indoor pool was ice cold! I was shooked! I expect a Wellness Hotel to have warm indoor pools! Nevertheless, a lovely stay. I would definitely come back and hope for a Little bit change and more better stay. Thank you.

Overall the hotel was awesome but had a few quirks that prevent me from giving five stars. Pros: Breakfast was amazing with stunning views of the area. Hotel had several activities including paddle boat rentals, kayaks, and several pools. Staff were incredibly friendly. Cons: The indoor pool that was advertised as "warm" was freezing. "King" bed was two twins pushed together. Lunch and dinner were good but not what I would expect based on the price (wasn't amazing). Service was very friendly but everything was slower than expected. For example, we asked for laundry service, but they took two hours to pick up the laundry and then 36 hours to return it clean. We asked for towels but they only brought up two after 30 minutes (we are a family of four). Room service delivered some of the food hot, some warm, and some cold.

Have been staying at the resort for 5 nights in early Feb, 2025 (including over Valentines Day, 2025) while pursuing shooting sports in the area. Staff has been attentive, friendly and courteous even with my English and broken French. Room is comfortable, food is fine to good, bed is very supportive and I love my patio/terrace above the pool. The best part by far has been my daily massage at the spa with Siham who seems to have magic powers! She speaks very good English and understood my issues, particularly in my neck and shoulders. Siham uses a unique blend of techniques varying from traditional deep tissue to Thai stretching and everything in-between. She has a smooth, firm stroke that is both relaxing and powerful, focusing on pressure points and using her elbows and forearms to great effect. She is genuinely working hard versus just going through the motions of a typical hotel spa massage. Her attention to detail makes an hour feel like 90 minutes and I come away feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated. It’s a huge bonus for both client and masseuse to work together every day over the course of a week - a deep connection is made and the treatments can be more targeted … I truly feel Siham has put me back together after each day afield and I cannot thank her enough for her extra efforts on my behalf. Thank you Siham!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Agadir that we didn’t want to leave! The location is unbeatable, right on the beach, with beautiful facilities including a heated outdoor pool, beach and pool towels readily available, and a well-equipped gym with a coach on site. Breakfast every morning was a treat — such a wide variety of options to choose from, something for everyone. We especially loved the dining experiences: Le Corail serves delicious Spanish cuisine, and La Plage offers not only great food but also the most stunning view and relaxing ambiance. At one point, we tried to extend our stay but saw there was no availability online. We mentioned this to a staff member, and to our surprise, they brought the hotel director to speak with us personally. They managed to arrange the extension at the same rate — which we truly appreciated! What stood out the most was the service. Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely kind, attentive, and always had a smile. Their hospitality really made us feel special. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon! Ps: Room 66

The rooms were elegant and spacious, the communal areas were stunning, the gym was well equipped and the gardens and pools were beautiful. All the staff were professional, thoughtful and kind, from concierge, front of house, gardeners, pool cleaners, gym instructor, security team, cleaners, bar staff and restaurants staff, absolutely everyone went over and above to give first class customer service, thank you.

This hotel was great, especially for relaxing after touring Marrakesh and the Atlas Mountains. The layout of the hotel was well thought out, and the pool was large (with an additional heated pool available nearby), with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. The Food at the hotel was fantastic. We ate in all 3 restaurants, each having it's own vibe. The main restaurant was a buffet in the evenings and the food was varied and excellent. The Spanish restaurant served excellent tapas and the beach bar/restaurant served good food with an excellent view of the beach. The breakfasts were also excellent. All credit to the new French chef and the brilliant staff. Over all, the facilities were excellent, including the gym and spa. Above all, it was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff that made this stay a great one.

Lovely breakfast with wide range of choices including freshly made pancakes, crepes and omelettes. Fabulous pool area with lots of secluded areas to rest and relax. Amazing spa with a wide variety of treatments, excellent spa pool and hammam. Hotel situated on the beach with private beach area that also had a very comfortable lounging area. Taxis always available for travelling further afield. Variety of restaurants in the evening, some with live music.

Calm and serene spaces, with beautiful pools. one was heated. We were a few metres walk from our garden room to the pool. The food was amazing! Incredible buffet breakfasts. We loved the beautiful sandy beach access. Gorgeous tapas food in the Spanish restaurant. Clean rooms. Amazing gymnasium.

We liked everything. The pool loungers were amazing and the staff looking after the pool were so helpful. The food was really good lots of choice and again the chef manning the counter was happy to walk through each dish and explain what they were. The room with the pool and sea view was lovely. We could not have asked for more. The bar staff were also really friendly. Overall I felt the Sofitel staff were a happy bunch with smiles on their faces and offered excellent service.

We stayed at the Sofitel Agadir Royal Bay Resort from 24th Sep to 28 Sep and had a fantastic time. This was made possible by lovely hotel staff, in particular, Sara, the Customer Relations Manager who upgraded us to a magnificent room which was thoroughly cleaned and properly set up, baring in mind that I had an 18month old and I am very strict with hotel cleanliness. The staff on reception, at every restaurant were very friendly and welcoming, never hesitated to help and go out of their way to make our stay as comfortable, enjoyable and as safe as possible. We thank them dearly for making this happen. For our fellow travellers who are reading this review rest assured that the staff are friendly, hotel is of a very high standard, free WiFi everywhere, restaurants are fabulous, very child friendly, the pool area is of decent size, kids pool always had warm water, security is paramount, checks at gates and entry, hotel has a VIP night club for party goers, shisha spot for casuals and varied entertainment everyday of the week, Moroccan night of Fridays not to be missed. Overall we had a five star service and we thank the hotel staff for this. Finally, couldn’t finish without mentioning chef Zouhaer Hicham who does one of the best tagine dishes I have ever eaten, you have to taste it to believe it, so if you are still in doubt, rest assured that Sofitel Royal Bay Resort will give you a five star service. From the moment we got there the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional! They gave us a personal check-in the beautiful riad setting lounge. Mehdi and Soumaya were superb they offered us drinks whilst checking-in. I would also like to point out that the staff were very professional warm and delightful. The concierge staff were excellent and always ready for a helping hand. Ayoub was such really helpful, funny and good with the kids. The pool staff were also excellent and always warm and smiling around the pool. The food was great and always fresh. The room service was immaculate. Abderrahman was really helpful and always had a lovely smile when coming to the room. Last but not least all the housekeeping was always on point and cleaning the room daily with all the accessories replaced. All in all this hotel was a delightful stay, definitely a 5 star service. Lastly Rachid the the GM was also a very friendly and professional Manager, always willing to listen and help. Would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to going back in the future.

This hotel was amazing! The pool was fantastic. Lots of lounge chairs and seating. Private access to the beach which was incredible. The private beach had lots of cabanas and seating.They had hooka / Shisha at the bar / pool area. The food at all the restaurants were good. The lobby was really nice. The whole staff was really nice and accommodating.

Beautifully kept luxury hotel with exceptional facilities, food and staff. The pool and ‘Riad’ lounge areas are stunning and the Sunday Brunch - served poolside - was world class. A truly outstanding stay at a hotel fully deserving of its 5-star rating. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

The hotel is Very clean, fast check in, everyone is happy and ready to help. The manager was Fantastic (thank you MR Ammen ). the location is great, you walk few step to the water. the pool was fantastic, it was indoor pool. the spa is out of this world. i van go on and on about this hotel, but until you get there and see all of it on your own, its not going to be the same. I love the hotel, and when i get back to the same city, i will be going back for sure.

Great location, on a beautiful beach. The staff attentive, and multilingual to help those monoglots. Idriss at reception deserves a special mention. Pool looked great but was closed for renovation. Our little boy played for hours on the beach anyway. Good breakfast

A beautiful place right on the Mediterranean. Wonderful facilities including private beach, two pools, several restaurants and spa. The landscaping is beautiful and the service impeccable. The staff is very friendly. Also convenient transportation to the Tangier airport. Definitely worth a stay.

The property location is on a beautiful beach. The breakfast is exceptional with lots of variety and choices. There is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool for guests to choose from.quite impressed

This property was sooo luxurious. Loved the layout of the pool area and plenty of ultra comfortable lounge chairs. Beach access right on property with a gorgeous view of the Med.

This must be one of the best hotels in the city. I was looking for a place with 5 stars and a pool. The Four Seasons looked beautiful but was a little expensive for a city trip. But I think Le Casablanca is at least just as good. People complaining about the perfume.. I loved the good smell in the lobby. The rooms are very neutral so no worries. The beds are AMAZING! One of the best hotel beds I ever slept in. The pool is beautiful and the service overall very very good. All people are so helpful and polite. The lobby with the high ceilings is just amazing, the restaurant outside has a great view over the pool. I chose a room on the garden and pool side, it was super quiet and I slept better then I do at home. Please, when in doubt, pick this place. You will not regret it!!

Pros: Great restaurants in the hotel. The french cuisine was superb. The waiters at both the indoor and outdoor restaurants were extremely professional and kind. I travel a lot, and I have to say that this hotel has the most comfortable bed/bedding I've ever slept on. 10 out of 10 on that. Cons: I made a reservation for the pool view, but did not get that view. The manager said that they went with my original booking. That booking, however, was cancelled by me. I re-booked a new room and that was the pool view, but didn't get that view. Also, concierge was kind of all over the place with giving advice. Day and night crew, that is, weren't on the same page. Daytime personnel would say one thing, and the night personnel would say something else, which overall mislead us in many ways, so much that we didn't even get to see the Hassan II mosque. The night staff reassured us later that we could have very well seen the mosque in daytime despite his daytime colleague telling us otherwise. Similarly, train/bus information was incorrectly provided to us in the daytime, night crew gave us the correct information the next day prior to our departure. Perhaps concierge should be trained so that they are on the same page with giving advice. But overall, the hotel was lovely and I still can't get over that amazing bed!

This hotel catered to us Westerners even during Ramadan. We were able to enjoy all of our favorite alcohol beverages. The grounds are so beautiful outside in the pool area. We took many pictures. The lobby smells amazing and is decorated so beautifully. The food was delicious. Hot showers. Clarins brand toiletries. Comfortable beds. Cool air conditioned room. Located on a busy street, but we never noticed any street noise. The staff was courteous and helpful. One gentleman at the front desk informed us about the taxis. He said where we were going should not cost over 35dh and to not get in the taxis without meters (which proved to be harder than we expected). We did get taken advantage of by many taxi drivers while in Casablanca. After venturing out in Casablanca, I was always eager to return to this tranquil hotel. We arranged with the desk for a driver to take us to airport as this was our final destination in Morocco after 2 weeks of travel within the country. The car was a nice large Mercedes that accommodated our large suitcases. The driver was also very courteous even at 4 in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel! I have zero complaints.

Overall an excellent experience. Friendly helpful and efficient, from being met by the doorman to the lovely lady at check in who was extremely helpful. Wonderful room - spacious and with separate seating area. I had a pool view room which had a full opening door onto a French balcony. Bathroom was huge and amenities were excellent. Bed was superb and very comfortable. Kettle and coffee machine in the room (could do with more tea bags and coffee pods. Room service staff were very helpful. Terrace restaurant and breakfast staff were attentive and efficient. Breakfast had a big range of fresh tasty options, eggs cooked to order and excellent coffee. I had read some negative reviews prior to my stay and honestly I have no idea what those people were talking about and did not have any negative experiences. Thanks for a great stay. Would highly recommend Le Casablanca

Le Casablanca Hotel is a beautiful resort in the middle of Casablanca and we truely enjoyed our stay during the New Year’s time frame. The decor was elegant, lounge areas in the lobby, around the bar and terrace seating overlooking the garden/pool quiet beautiful. It really gave my wife and I a chance to relax and enjoy our time to the maxxx. We celebrated the New Year’s Eve in the lively bar area and all the live music, cheering and fun loving crowd was a perfect way to bring in the New Year together. Loved it.... :-)

Due to an early checkout to catch the flight back home a separate breakfast was prepared by the friendly staff. The pool is excellent and large. A separate smaller pool for the little ones is available. The view from the roof terrace is breath taking.

We had a small garden wedding at Villa Kristy. The villa itself is beautiful - spacious, tastefully decorated and has everything that you could need in it. Run as well as a high end hotel but with better personal service our stay was made extra special by Aurelien, Kristy and the staff who took care of every detail and made sure we were always well taken care of. The food was amazing and eating outside or in our room was always very comfortable. The villa is extremely clean with white linens and a regular cleaning crew that do an amazing job. We especially loved the pool and the privacy of the villa which means whatever room you stay in you are in complete privacy and have everything you need. A massive thankyou to Aurelien and Kristy for making our week stress free and impressing all our guests. We can’t wait to come back.

We’ve had the most amazing stay at Villa Kristy. It’s such a beautiful place, run by the nicest people. It is a fantastic place to relax and rest, as well as spend your day by the pool. The breakfast was amazing and also the food they serve for lunch and diner is great! Villa Kristy is great for staying a few days on sight, as well as using as a travel base towards Marrakech. Having the ability to also book a massage was a great addition! We would definitely visit again.

Our stay at villa Kristy was incredible. A welcomed oasis away from central Marrakech, the hosts/chefs went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. A gorgeous setting, amazing room with beautiful view of the Atlas Mountains. The food was incredible!!! Cooked freshly by private chefs, they couldn't do enough for you. Pool, loungers and scenery was just top notch, I loved the animals in the space too.

Fantastic retreat at the end of a busy trip. Extremely helpful staff and Aurelien made sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful villa, pool and gardens. Fantastic food available (and we were hugely appreciative of the accommodations made for us as vegetarians). The bunnies and peacock added a huge amount of character. We’d love to come back!

- When you arrive you are welcomed with a smile and some Moroccan tea - The Riad is so pretty, it has a really nice plunge pool (it's cold but refreshing!!) and roof terrace - The staff are absolutely amazing, they literally cannot do enough for you. (I can't emphasise this enough) - Really nice massage experience - Our room was stunning! - Positioning in the Medina - really easy to go out exploring all the shops and stalls and set away from all the noise - Breakfast!

The property has been renovated to a really high standard with comfortable rooms, a lovely plunge pool and good spa facilities. The staff were excellent and took great pride in their work. In particular, both Adil and Alham were extremely courteous and helpful which was much appreciated given that our stay coincided with the recent earthquake.

Staff were brilliant! Helping us with each and every request. Khalid, Ibrahim and Youssef did their utmost to fulfill our every request. Did not matter what we asked. Breakfast was authentic and different every day. Interior of room was authentic. Small cold pool inside the riad. Rooftop pool available too but was too hot to go there. Airco available and was very welcome in 45 degree heat! Massages and beauty treatments available and friendly staff to carry these out. A real treat!

The Riad was stunning, there is beautiful pool area and very cool and relaxed vibe also in roof top area where you can have the most peaceful breakfast also. The rooms are spacious, warm, not affected by outside noise and beautifully decorated. The breakfast changed daily and was always very delicious!! Anything we needed was supplied with a smile. On arrival, we were immediately ushered to sit and rest, where we were given tea and beautiful snacks, it was the warmest and most relaxing welcome ever. There is a spa onsite offering hammam and other spa therapies, the care and attention from the staff there was beautiful and magical, I couldn’t recommend the spa and it’s beautiful staff highly enough. All the staff, Mohamed, Adil and Yousseff were incredibly kind, anything we inquired about or asked for help with taxis, etc, was promptly, with a smile, organised for us. Yousseff was especially kind and helpful for anything we needed and always had the biggest smile and welcome for us and accompanied us and helped with our bags, to meet the taxi on the day we left. It was a joy and a dream to stay in this Riad and really made our trip magical and so relaxing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to everyone I know and would love to go back! The location of the Riad was excellent too, very easy to navigate and very close to the main Medina and Madrasa Ben Yousseff.

Had an amazing time. If you plan to stay in Marrakech don't go for a smart lifeless hotel. Stay in a Riad and SofYan would be a great choice. There is no car access, but was met by Naima at the drop off point, who showed us to the Riad. Having no car access was not a problem (I see it as a bonus) SofYan is 20 minutes walk from everything you need to see. Great location. The room was very comfortable, the roof terrace was a great place to have the amazing breakfast. Even managed to cool off in the pool. Naima and Malak were fantastic helping us sort out where to eat and dealing with communication for the various activities we did. The Massage was amazing and we also did the Hammam. Big thanks to Halima and Aicha. Biggest shout out goes to Khalid. He always greeted us with the biggest smile and despite the language barriers was so very helpful. Walking us, at very unsocial hours, to our various pick-up points. Thank you Mon Ami...
