A Memorable Stay – Exceptional Service and Hospitality! Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. A huge shout-out to Mohammed Hassan, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He made it super easy for us to extend our stay and accommodated all our requests, including a late check-out, with such professionalism and kindness. He truly made everything smooth and stress-free for my husband and me. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We had the pleasure of staying in both the deluxe rooms and the pool access rooms, and both were absolutely fantastic. There are so many room options to choose from, which makes it perfect for all kinds of travelers. As someone visiting from the UK, the hospitality and service in Egypt really stood out – warm, welcoming, and so attentive. This stay was one to remember, and I would definitely come back to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The pool and the landscape is beautiful. But truly the best thing about this place is the pool staff and the housekeeping staff, they were very kind and helpful. Whatever i needed they made sure i got, always smiling and happy to serve you. I will definitely be back again

Lovely room with access direct to the swimming pool via our terrace. Great Breakfast loads to choose from. Two great restaurants with lovely waiting staff. The bar staff from Tao remembered us from our previous stay not sure if that's a good or bad thing...

We enjoyed staying at intercontinental very much , big hotel , good location and big shopping center which we could enter from the hotel . Nice helpful staff , many good restaurants specially lebeanese restaurant, Fayrooz Which had live music every night . Wonderful pool .

This was our very first stay at a hotel in Cairo, and what a welcome we received at Intercontinental Citystars! After a long (and slightly chaotic) trip from London, the kids were more fussy than pharaohs denied their naps. But then—enter the heroes of our trip: Miss Hala and Mr. Yusuf! From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with the warmest smiles and genuine friendliness that instantly made us feel at home. Honestly, we weren’t sure if we’d walked into a luxury hotel or a family reunion (the nice kind). 😊 The kids were mid-meltdown, but Miss Hala and Mr. Yusuf came to the rescue with colouring books like they were seasoned magicians. Poof! Tantrums vanished. Our little ones went from grumpy travellers to mini Picassos in under 30 seconds. It was a miracle. As for the room—it was beautifully decorated, cozy, and spotlessly clean. After such a long journey, it felt like walking into a peaceful oasis with Egyptian charm and modern comfort. We couldn’t have asked for more (well… maybe just room service that delivers coffee directly into our hands—but we're not complaining!). We’ll definitely be booking our next stay at Intercontinental Citystars, and we’ll be recommending it to all our friends, family, and even the nice couple we met on the plane. If you’re lucky enough to be greeted by Miss Hala and Mr. Yusuf—consider your trip already a success!

Everything, every small thing, all staff were so caring, attentive, polite , I was so impressed that the cleaning staff have their manager following their work all the time a step buy step that I never seen before in any other hotel even in the other intercontinental hotel in another country, the cleaning staff were so polite, when I was leaving one gentleman of them asked me how much you give us from 10 , I like his spirit, I want to thank Mr. Youssef and Mr. Ossama for their high standards respect they know very well how to deal with the guest and give him the feeling that he is very welcome in intercontinental Cairo city stars, and big thank you for Ms. Mariam Khattab the right person in the right place she came to welcome in the check in, and same when we checked out to leave , a decent smile young leader 👍🏼thumb up for all of u and the high management

Went for a day's treat but I stayed there before. The pool was great, clean, nice ambiance. The spa indoor pool was good too and its service satisfactory. Overall, staff were particularly helpful, cheerful and respectful. I truly enjoyed that day. And the rooms are convenient with adequate luxury and service. Restaurant food was very good.

Spacious room with direct access to the pool. Good breakfast. Nice Italian food at Luca’s restaurant. Clean, tidy and safe kids area with lots of activities. Friendly staff. Complementary extra bed for kids. Free water bottles on the pool.

Fantastic hotel, amenities, breakfast buffet, rooms and swimming pools are great but what sets this apart from the rest is the staff. We had a terrible check in experience, but the management upgraded us with no hesitation. Special shout out to Mohammed (Breakfast and Pool Manager) he is a gem of a person and a real advocate for customer service. Lateefah (Lady in Red) always welcomed us with a smile, Rabea (Director of Rooms) sorted out our issues, Samer (Head of Concierge) who arranged unforgettable experiences with the family in mind and I cannot forget Reda and Shoeb (Lifeguards) who met us with energy and hospitality especially for my children. Cairo pleasantly surprised us and we will return again in the future.

I liked the clean room , large clean bathroom , the food from the poolbar , some live music entertainment and the nice first floor bar. Good music ,food and wine at the first floor bar. Very nice place to have a coffee and breakfast outside near the pool.

We stayed at the hotel over the May half term holidays and we were so pleased that we chose to stay here. We have two children with severe food allergies and the communication with the hotel was brilliant from emails prior to booking the hotel to the hotels communication team sending us WhatsApp messages on the day we were arriving to assure us that we would be able to have a meeting with the food and beverage manager and throughout our stay we had our main contact from the hotel who kept in touch in case we needed anything else. They left little brushes, toothpaste and shampoo and oils for the children which they loved seeing when they entered the hotel room! The hotel went above and beyond to make it a memorable stay for us- we decided to play it safe and eat at the hotel for dinner in the evenings and tried every restaurant from the steak place, to the Italian as well as the oriental and Lebanese grill. They all catered for our children who are gluten, dairy, egg and nut free. As well as that the food was delicious and high quality! The rooms are lovely and our room was at the ground floor which led straight to the pool which was great for the kids! We would definitely visit her again- we loved Cairo!

The room was a good size with a balcony overlooking the pools. There were lots of options for breakfast and the staff were very helpful. I didn't use the pool but I did visit the facilities and they were very impressive.

From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly professional, courteous, and attentive to every detail, always making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The check-in process was smooth, and I immediately felt welcomed. The room was spacious, elegant, and spotlessly clean, with a beautiful view and all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches, from the high-quality linens to the excellent housekeeping. The hotel grounds are stunning – the pools, the golf course, and the man-made beach create a resort-like atmosphere right in the city. I especially enjoyed the variety of dining options available, each offering delicious cuisine and excellent service. Whether it was breakfast at the buffet or dinner at one of the fine restaurants, everything was top-notch. What really stood out to me was the peaceful ambiance and how well the property is maintained. It’s a perfect escape within Cairo – ideal for both relaxation and business. I highly recommend JW Marriott Cairo to anyone visiting Egypt and looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I will definitely return on my next trip

We have had a wonderful week at the JW Marriott in Cairo. The staff have been exceptional from the moment we arrived, nothing is too much trouble. The food has been delicious with lots of variety and the staff, looking after us so well, have remembered our choices and brought drinks before we have even ordered! A special mention to Mohammady in the executive lounge on level 7, he was superb, we have been truly spoilt, thank you. The room was beautiful, comfortable bed and luxurious towels, fresh and plentiful daily. We had a fabulous view over the golf course and a large balcony. The swimming pools were lovely and warm and towels provided as we were taken to our choice of sunbed and refreshments offered. Ubers are quick to arrive and a great way to get about. The hotel is in a great location for seeing the many beautiful sights in Cairo. We can not recommend this hotel highly enough, we look forward to being able to return. Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff who have made our stay so memorable.

I spent the weekend my my wife and daughter who really had a great time enjoyed every aspect of the experience. Food was also outstanding we had food at the pool, Cucina and at Mirage cafe, the whole experience was fantastic. The layout, the landscaping, the pool and golf course views from our 1st floor balcony, the adult only section of the pools, the pool area was beautiful, the large number of food options at the breakfast buffet, the lounge seating off the lobby to watch golfers at 9 & 18, the friendly and helpful staff, the Iftar buffet spread…pretty much everything.

What can I say about The Westin at Katameya Dunes? This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I was staying at the Westin for 11 nights and the entire experience was exceptional, it was just a shame I couldn't get too use the pool as it was still slightly chilly. Breakfast options were fantastic and Fatima was the nicest host I have ever had the pleasure of engaging with. Her warm welcoming smile, and easygoing demeanour made every breakfast a pleasure. The staff in the bar were exceptional in trying to find a football match I wanted to watch and every evening in the bar having dinner was brilliant as the staff were so attentive in looking after guests. The gym was really good, and I only wish the other guests would have treated it better by putting weights back after using them. My only negative experience in the time I was there was being told that I had to pay a fee for using the pool despite being a platinum elite member. It got sorted out in the end so no harm done. The dry cleaning service was very good although I would say to not put the little stickers inside the clothes when returning them as they hurt a bit but the standard of the clothes when returned was phenomenal. Also, the planning of the trip to Giza was amazing with the entire process being seamless and the highlight of the trip. I loved this hotel and will definitely be staying here for pleasure when I return to Cairo, hopefully next year. Great effort everyone.

It was an amazing vacation at the Westin golf resort in Cairo. The staff there were amazing and very welcoming. To name a few Marc at the reception. And Aya and Hassan and Mahmoud at the restaurant were amazing and very thoughtful. They always made sure the children are having fun at breakfast. The Hotel itself is very clean and well placed on the east side of Cairo. The pool was amazing with variable depth so the children had a lot of fun in the shallow area. There was a little basketball court and table tennis. And obviously the golf field. Overall outstanding experience and most importantly the children had a blast which was the whole point. Loved our vacation in Egypt. Highly recommend this hotel. No reservation The one thing I would probably add to this hotel is a Vending coke machine 😂. But that was not a deal breaker.

The hotel is amazing, the space, the rooms, the walking track. I had a great stay. My room was super spacious (I upgraded for a fee because I wanted an early check in). The restaurants offer great food choices, the rooms offer good privacy, the pool area is big and a lovely place to relax and the bar offers beautiful views of the golf course. If you're looking for a luxury stay in Cairo, this is it. I also requested a late check out and they accommodated me until 2pm.

What a wonderful resort, just 20 minutes away from our home in El Rehab! I loved the gorgeous room decor, the greenery everywhere, the lovely pools, the delicious food and the laidback yet luxurious vibe. And the lights on the water and in the gardens at night were simply magical! The staff were very accommodating and generous with their service. They looked after our party very well. I’m glad we spent Eid there as a family.

Great location and amazing swimming pool with hot top jacuzzi A couple of comments should be developed 1- service around swimming pool should be started early in the morning before the starting time of day to avoid guest bothering 2- porkiny (covering swimming suit) should be avoided because this is not the best for hygiene of the swimming pool Other than that, all things are perfect 👍

We chose Dusit Thani due to its location near AUC campus. We enjoyed the pool area, the lobby lounge, and my daughter had a massage. We had a wonderful experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful facility. Clean room with fridge and a nice balcony overlooking the second pool. Free wifi. If your activities are going to be centered in the New Cairo area, this is an excellent choice.

The service at the hotel was beyond expectations . Everyone was friendly from the moment we entered the hotel and we got welcomed by Mr. Mahmoud Adly whom we have known through the hotel over ten years ago and since then we decided not to try staying anywhere else in Cairo other than the Dusit because of the pleasant way he treats us during our stay . I really can’t believe that he didn’t forgot us even though we visit every few years . I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and professionalism and getting everything ready for us before our arrival . We didn’t take a moment at the reception as everything was already done which amazed us . Rooms were very clean , had every in them , very quiet at night , and people were very pleasant and friendly . I would also like to extend my thanks to all the team who work at the pool, the restaurant, and the business lounge for their manners and professional way in treating their guests no matter how we get upset they were still able to absorb that and responded in a very kind and professional way. Thanks to everyone for everything .

This is one of the best stays ever. The hotel is incredible with great restaurants, fabulous breakfast, rooms spacious, pool fantastic, and the staff made it all worth the while, they were attentive and curteous so make sure if you stay here you tip them well. We took the airport shuttle and it made the airport experience very smooth you just have to arrange it with the hotel before you come. I was extremely sad to leave and will definitely come back here next time! This hotel is in new Cairo, far from all the sights but it's all new build, clean and traffic is easier on this side of town, the hotel will arrange a car for any trips you need or hire a private driver. I highly recommend this!

I recently stayed at this fantastic property in New Cairo with my family, and we had an outstanding experience. The place was immaculately clean, which made us feel right at home. The pool was a highlight, offering a refreshing escape after a day of exploring the city. The hosts were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and incredibly hospitable. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Wifi was very good, safe, we were impressed with the international power plugs and Smart TV. Everything was thought of. It made it the perfect getaway for families and safe for children. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Cairo!

My stay was awesome from the beginning to the end.The place is clean and comfortable.You find everything you may need. The location is excellent and everything is within walking distance. The best of all there is the amazing swimming pool in the apartment. I can not find anything negative to say about this place. I checked out 2 days ago and I am thinking about going back already. Absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Host's were communicative and clear before, during and after our stay. Nothing left out. The home was immaculate and clean. Everything functioning as expected. The entire home is very well done. International power outlets throughout (huge plus). The pool was very clean and efficient for it's size. The backyard shade really does keep the area private and cool. I'm just so impressed. Professionalism from every aspect. Hosting, decor, design, function, security, location. All 110%

Seba is an amazing host. Very courteous and always willing to help. She even gave headscarves for the girls. The property is very luxurious and looks exactly the same as shown in the pictures. Very large. the pool is always warm, the waterfall is beautiful and help is available 24/7 in case of any issues. There were a few niggles but they got fixed immediately, which shows the quality of the hosting. Seba deserves a 10/10

Good for big groups , spacious , some villas have a private pool

I seen the villa from outside and it was exceptional I couldn’t believe my eyes especially for the price it was so cosy and comfortable inside also everyday someone comes to clean the pool and the pool is amazing also the view from the balcony is absolutely astonishing I would recommend everyone to stay here especially if your not from Egypt and you’ve come for a holiday the people and management are lovely as well great amazing people

The hotel was amazing! We were greeted with welcome drinks, and they allowed us to check in two hours early at no extra cost. The room was very nice, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies were so attentive, especially Nbeha and Mariam. The driver, Mostafa, was extremely respectful and careful while driving. The Italian restaurant was excellent; we had our New Year's Eve dinner there. The swimming pool was heated, which allowed the children to swim even during their "winter." It was a great experience, and I highly recommend it. P.S. It's located near the airport, which is a great area to stay in Cairo, as it is close to excellent malls, restaurants, etc.

Fantastic value for money hotel with delicious food near the airport. i don’t understand the other reviews regarding bad food at all! We were so worried before and then tried various dishes and everything was delicious! also the airport pickup worked perfectly. If you don’t like Party sounds all evening make sure to book a room which has a city view, not pool view. Also the executive floor and lounge food are very nice. We will come back in 2 weeks on our way back home.

The hotel was excellent for a family. Round the corner there is an amazing food court. There is a mosque onsite and also swimming pool. Staff are very friendly and keep the place clean. The wifi was excellent and room sizes were great. Would go back again next time.

The property is a spacious luxury apartment, in a perfect location, steps from Cairo Festival Mall. However, tbe property is in a private gated compund, and hence all the residents need to report their names and upload thie photo IDs online before they could be admitted to the property. To me, the property owners should add notes on Expedia about the residents onboarding and check out process, instead of inconveniently letting the residents know this process by accident. Despite that, I would definitely choose Vesta again and recommend it to others

Our stay was fabulous. The residence was so clean and the location was great not far from airport and downtown and it’s next to the shopping malls. Security is 24 hours. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Special thanks to miss MERNA.
