We stayed in the Numinbah, just so very comfortable, very private and oh so romantic. The lodge is very spacious, well laid out and certainly a home away from home. The amenities in the bathroom were a beautiful range. We particularly enjoyed the plunge pool and the expansive outdoor BBQ and sun lounge area given the very warm temperatures over the weekend. The air conditioning inside made the lodge very comfy. The delicious meals were provided in our fridge each day, all we had to worry about was when we wanted to cook and eat, there was always more than enough food, we would never go hungry. We enjoyed our walk up along the creek to the water falls and the hammocks where we relaxed in the hammocks for a while but couldn't wait to go back to our lodge. The staff are amazing, particularly Katherine, thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. This was a very special occasion for us, our 43rd wedding anniversary and my husband's 65th birthday. What a special treat!!!!

We stayed at the Cedar lodge which was very private and spacious. Communication and check in process very easy and staff very accommodating. The pool was lovely and warm, cooking on the BBQ was easy and the food was absolutely excellent with generous portions. We did the boundary walk, enjoyed the swimming holes and hammocks and seeing the glow worms is a must! Overall a lovely private getaway and would recommend

We had a lovely stay in our Mountain View Lodge 'Numimbah'. Such a stunning property and lovely touches from the Crystal Creek Retreat team, a rose petal path to the bed, and a nice bottle of wine - thank you! High-quality furniture and appliances Lovely view! Great selection of DVD's to borrow Only downside was the bath, though gorgeous, it took almost 30mins to half-fill, we filled with hot water only as the bath was marble and the temperature dropping as soon as it hit.... only lasted 5mins in the tub as the water got too cold too quickly.

Everything about the place is magical, this is where I proposed to my girlfriend and it couldn't of been a better choice of location. The place is incredibly romantic and is perfect for young couples. The staff are absolutely lovely and made sure that the room was set up in a romantic way (rose petals on the ground leading up to the bedroom). The food is fantastic and since the cabins are fully serviced you can heat the food up at your leisure. The rainforest and walking tracks are absolutely beautiful and the creek is lovely to swim in.

Superb location if you are looking to get away from it all and spend some quality time in the rainforest.accomodation was first class and the staff were very welcoming and always happy to help. Breakfast was quality and provided fresh daily. loved everything about the stay and will be returning.cannot recommend Crystal Creek Rainforest Retreat highly enough! The look out treck is well worth the effort!!

Beautiful property with a zen Bali feel. Loved the variety and quality of coffee table books. The private pool and spa was great, plenty of supplies in the kitchen including fruit and a bottle of Moet on arrival! Extra towels were appreciated. Overall a great stay.

Every detail of our stay was thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and luxury. We can’t wait to return!

We absolutely loved this Villa! It was easy to find with good support and instructions from staff to our enquiries about parking before we arrived. Ot was much more spacious than expected and the Balinese style beautiful and immediately relaxing. We adored the outdoor showers and our children needed none of the usual persuasion to shower! Even the toilets exceeded our expectations! Kitchen was well equipped and Aircon/ceiling fans worked well when needed. Beds extremely comfortable and enormous, sheets and towels high quality and plentiful. The private pool and jacuzzi were a total delight to our 2 boys even when it rained. Everything is thoughtfully designed to promote an immediately relaxing environment and our 4 night stay at Villas of Byron was our favourite part of our trip to Australia! Thanks you so much!

Such a lovely stay, I wish we'd had longer than 2 nights! Couldn't fault it - the staff were lovely and so helpful, everything you could need in the room (we were in a plunge pool room), gorgeous little garden with the pool and loved the outdoor shower, lovely relaxed decor, comfortable bed and armchair, amazing cheeseboard and bottle of French bubbles on arrival. Nice central location as well 5 mins from the beach. We'll definitely be back!

Loved the main pool area, especially great for the kids giving beach vibes with them being able to play in the sand too. Plunge pool room that we had was very spacious and beds super comfy!

We have been to Kim’s on two previous ocassions and it still lived up to our expectations. It is a place to go to relax, go for a walk along the beach, soak in the hot tub and eat,! The food is plentiful, fresh and has a home cooking feel. The seafood is delicious and so fresh. The bar area is lovely for a pre dinner drink by the fire with live music on the Sat night. Loved it and will return again for a special occasion.

Just do yourself a favour and book a stay at Kim's!!! I have never felt taken so far away from all the stresses in life as I did staying here!!! Gorgeous surroundings, comfortable room, best private spa area! The staff were just beautiful people - all happy and friendly and happy to go the extra mile to make your stay the best ever! The food at the restaurant was all included in your price and it was divine! Breakfast and dinner every day! We will be back!!!

Great way to relax and revitalise ourselves and our relationship. Bungalows were very comfy and the meals fabulous. So many choices it was hard to pick. Great home style cooking with a sensational variety of fresh seafood daily and Deserts to die for. The staff were absolute professionals ready and willing to satisfy our every requirement and left us to enjoy the beach and rain forest surrounds. Private outdoor hot tub heaven with our bungalow.

This was our third stay at Kims. We had a terrace spa room which was large and comfortable. The tarif included all meals and the food exceeded my expectations. My only criticism was that the bed was well and truely due to be replaced as it had a distinct slope to it on one side making it quite uncomfortable. Otherwise I would totally recommend Kims for an indulgent break.

Was absolutely fantastic. The staff were amazing as was the room & food. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary while there in which I surprised my husband with the stay & I organised a celebrant & photographer to help us renew our vows. It was so magical & the staff couldn't of been more helpful to keep it a surprise right up until the big moment, I will definetly go back.

Very comfortable villas in a beautiful natural setting. Great views of the valley and sunset. Close to Clunes, Bangalow and Byron. We made use of the tennis court. Looking forward to using the pool and spending more time in our villa next time.

the villas are beautiful, so clean and private. the pool was perfect, other facilities amazing. super helpful map with little cafes and restaurants to find, loved it all! even had our own carport, view was gorgeous. suzanne was great!. we will be back!

Very peaceful and beautiful location. Sofa bed a little small for two kids, but they were so tired it did not matter. They swam in pool and played a little tennis. We took advantage of the laundry right next to the villa. Arnie the dog is very friendly, and Suzanne was very helpful with local advice. Will happily stay again when we are next in the area.

You cannot find a better getaway from city and / or tiring foreign travel than this special place.

Every little detail for our comfort was anticipated before we even thought of raising it. Our Bushwalk / Beachwalk was offered with no planning issues for us to deal with and comfortably organised with drop off, water, snacks, etc. Even our water preference on the dining table was remembered.

Amazing service, rooms were spectacular with every item that you could possibly want. loved everything about our stay.

The unit is very spacious and well appointed. The plunge pool is a great bonus to cool off on a hot day. It's a quick walk to the beach and walking/cycling tracks and just up the road from the shops.

Clean modern apartment complex. 2 lovely pools. Well equipped gym. The apartment was tastefully decorated, well furnished and nicely presented with large balcony. Great location 4 minute walk to the beautiful beach.

Outlook from balcony was beautiful, well appointed, close proximity to walking paths and beach. Pools were beautiful.

I haven’t been to Since I was kid. We stayed at Beach Hotel for 5 nights. The rooms are basic but very very clean and so large for a hotel room. The highlight for me was the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem. Even the staff in the adjoining pub were friendly and so lovely bringing us food and drinks to the pool area. It’s also located right in the heart of Byron so you are close to everything you need. We had our 4 year old with us and our room was on ground floor near pool and grassed area. So it was the perfect getaway for us during the isolation of covid. We will be back

My teenage daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. Jane and the front reception staff were absolutely amazing. They were so helpful with assisting us in planning our days and offered us free bike hire - it really added to an easy-going holiday experience. I loved that our room had direct and close access to the pool via the back patio and loved even more that I could order a cocktail poolside that was bought to me from the attached pub. The other great bonus of staying here was its location. We literally walked outside the hotel to so many restaurants, cafes and places to eat and shop. The location was absolutely ideal and the friendly staff made us feel so comfortable.

Jane, Eve and Sky were incredibly attentive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They very kindly allowed us to check in early (at 11am instead of 2pm), helped us find a taxi, and answered all our silly questions. In addition to the complimentary bikes which we rode all the way up to the lighthouse, we were blown away by the generosity of the hotel when they allowed us to use their spa and pool after check-out. Plus we were treated like queens with cocktails delivered poolside - everyone went above 'n' beyond.

The Belonglil penthouse is divine, the private pool, proximity to the beach and local restaurants makes this a premium place to stay in Byron Bay.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse and it was excellent, very comfortable, large apartment with private pool and bbq. The location was excellent as we were across the road from the entry to the beach and about a 20 minute walk along beach into town.

Quiet spot just off Belongil Beach, well outfitted for a family of four with nice patio and pool access. Easy check-in/out, plenty of parking, would stay here again.

Property was great. Staff were very kind, only minor complaint is that pool area was mediocre. We stayed in June so possibly not pool season for selling we’re Canadian and kids were excited for pool, but it and spa were pretty dirty -lots of bugs and leafs. I suspect it’s in better shape summer season when more than the odd Canadian use the area :) rooms were clean and well stocked.

Belongil beach across the road where we watched whales, and a short drive to Byron Bay, or a longish walk if you're of a mind. There was a nice pool in the villa plus the main pool. Landscaping and parking were great. No real issues with the freshly renovated villa, it was lovely.

The whole experience. The pools were stunning. Mark, the pool staff member, was so amazing and a true credit to your team. He moved my towels and gear to the heated pool without asking and let me know all the pool temps. That just made my day to engage with nice people in a beautiful environment. It was a personal getaway and I can't recommend it enough, even for a night on your own to escape and reset. Bliss.

Beautiful Studio apartment, really large and well equipped for a studio with cooking facilities, bright and airy. Access to rooms and underground parking was easy. Lovely large pools and 1 pool heated, included a spa. Very quiet area. Local shops within walking distance with Supermarket, bakery and other specialist shops. Restaurant next door with great menu which can be delivered to your apartments. Very beautifully kept, rooms clean and well stocked. Grounds well maintained. General Manager Raule, very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The staff very friendly and happy to assist when required. Directions to Resort easy to follow and close to other towns and entertainment facilities within 15 - 20-minute drive Overall great stay and definitely a 5-star rating from us John and Susan Ross

The room was amazing! Huge comfortable bed, spa bath and view overlooking the pool. Beautiful decor and spotlessly clean. So impressed!!! The restaurant attached , Spice Den has incredible food and cocktails and we enjoyed dining in and room service. Pool was gorgeous. We felt like we were in Bali. Super close to the little shopping village - other great places to eat include Tuckers (breakfast) Crafty Cow (lunch) and Jordys (pizza dinner). And just a 2 min walk to the beach. This place does not disappoint!!!!

The room was so spacious, the bathroom was luxurious, the lounge area was relaxing, the balcony had a great view of the pool and greenery. There was a spa on-site, which I used and had the best massage. There were plenty of locations around the pool for reading a book. The on-site restaurant was delicious and had a great atmosphere.

The pool is much smaller from what you see on the website photos. Pool good for kids but not adults. You are only given one main entry key and parking door key which makes it harder after the reception closes at 5pm. The gym has only 3 things in it, cross trainer, bike and treadmill.

Place is nice for families, kids loved the pool area, balcony overlooking the pool, and have a nice view of the lake. Few mins drive to shops, and lakeside restaurants. WiFi wasn't working/not available in the rooms, balcony, etc but seems to be available only when you're very close to reception - but that won't stop me and family from coming back though.

It’s a great place to spend some quiet time with family. Kids loved the pool area and with court access to pool was a huge advantage.

The property was beautiful and the gardens and pool were well looked after. We were very happy with our accommodation as it was comfortable, clean, tidy and overlooked the pool. The proximity to the town and beach was excellent. Andrew and his team were absolutely great and most helpful. We have recommended the Beachcomber to all our family and friends and we certainly intend on returning!!

My second time here, per my original review I could never fault this place. Free secure parking, comfortable, clean and large rooms. The lady at reception is always so welcoming and friendly. Close walk to the town centre (2 min) the pool and pool area are great and the beach access is handy as well, will stay here every time I’m in Byron

We had an excellent stay at this resort in January. We were able to check in early which was a great benefit and upon leaving able to leave our suitcases. We stayed in one of the suites which was huge and although we didn’t self cater everything was provided The location is brilliant as it was just a five minute stroll into town. Tea and coffee is provided in the room and extra is provided by reception. Should you run out? We could change our towels as often as we needed to as these too were provided in reception We sat by the pool of an afternoon which was lovely and used the gate at the back of the accommodation to venture down to the beach. All of the staff were extremely helpful. We went on the solar train as well as venturing up to the Lighthouse. Plenty of lovely eateries for breakfast and dinner in the town. If we return to the area, we would definitely choose to stay here.

what’s not to like!? There was a very friendly lady who checked us in and provided beach towels for hire. Which came in handy as there is a back gate out of the property which leads down to the gorgeous belongil beach (far less busy than main beach, win!) the room itself was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The smart TVs worked well, the apartment itself was massive for two people. The location of this property is amazing, slightly out of the hustle and bustle but a close two minute walk to be right in the centre. The pool area of the property was nice and the outdoor showers coming back from the beach were a nice touch. The free secure parking was great as well. I would absolutely stay here again. What a perfect couples getaway to celebrate Valentine’s Day ❤️

They had everything which made it so easy to make breakfast, lunch & dinner. it is well kept. Our family also stayed in N3 family cottage, which was really nice & cosy. also w/ an AC for hot days. walking distance from everything. playing park for kids, two pools & a tennis court. beach😍 our hot water wasn’t working. but Ian allowed us to delay our check out time til’ 5pm. which was amazing cause it allowed us to us up the pool & just enjoy the breeze & the amazing view.

Resort is quiet, has a bar and a cafe. Pool doesn’t stink heavy of chlorine they have a saltwater pool as an option as well. Is right next to a national park has many opportunities to meet the wildlife. IE wild rabbits, joeys,peacocks. The beach is a 1 min walk from most properties. It’s the perfect getaway

It is right next to the most secluded and cleanest beach we have been to. The lagoon pool and the beach are both excellent, even better than the pool and beach at the 5 star hotel resort we have been to near Sydney.

The apartment was quiet and relaxing. The apartment we stayed in was on the ground floor next to the walkway, and the pool was directly behind the main pool. However, we hardly heard a sound which was a very positive bonus.

We stayed in a two-bedroom Villa. It was well designed and allowed natural light and ventilation from all sides. Room facilities were clean, maintained well and working perfectly. Kitchenware was adequate for us. Water pressure was extraordinary high. The beach access was easy and we only shared seveal kilometers of it with a handful of other visitors. The ocean had strong currents on the days we went to the beach but that was no problem as we could enjoy the resort pool next to it. The resort was next to a national park which meant we had lots of wildlife sighting and bird songs. The staff were helpful and provided us with all we needed within few minutes.

My stay was wonderful. The appointment was great. The access to the pool was so convenient. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff so polite and helpful. They deserve the 5 star rating though the only thing that I suggest is an upgrade on the tv options and the pool not being easier to get into. There is adequate steps. Just one 1 foot step into to pool then an approximately 4 foot drop off. Not suitable for everyone but as I said I loved my stay there regardless of my limitations.

The pool is outstanding! We would return solely based on the pool. Check in was seamless and staff were so helpful in recommending local eateries.

Gorgeous new property! The lush gardens are divine. The pool, sauna and ice bath facilities are fantastic. The garden deluxe room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. The in room cocktails add a nice touch! The staff were also fantastic, they went out of their way to make you feel welcome and offered superior service at all times.

What a fabulous gem in Bryon. So close to everything but you feel like you don’t want to leave the hotel due to the pool,Sauna, ice bath and the amazing cocktails from the friendly staff.

This place is heavenly! The staff are incredible and no request is too much. The rooms and pool are divine, with the added treat of sauna and ice bath. Most definitely returning!!

I would have liked to learn a bit of the history of the property but there was no opportunity to speak to the owner and no information was provided in the room.

Big4 Deniliquin is a beautiful place to stay in the best location. It took me back to my childhood, staying with friends. The pools are fantastic and a particularly like the heated pool as a great slow cool down after a very hot day. The park is clean, very well maintained and the cabins are first rate and modern. Access to the river to kayak was easy and the river is slow flowing and there’s a lot of wildlife. Waking to the sound of bird calls just topped it off. Kids safely roam free entertaining each other on the park equipment or riding around exploring. It’s a location worthy of a visit.

We stayed for 4 nights , the grandkids had lots of fun playing on the basketball courts , mini golf and even swimming in the heated pool . The highlight of their time here was fishing off the banks of the river and watching the possum's come out at night by the camp fire .

Beautiful riverside cabins. Spacious and clean. So many activities for the kids, no time to be bored. Two big pools. Everything is very close and all facilities in excellent maintained condition, beautiful lawn areas. Pet for fishing and skiing. Will definitely be back for sure. The kids didn't want to leave.

Everything!!! Very kid friendly and clean. The kids and adults had smiles on their faces in the pool area with slides. Very fun!!! LOVE how someone meets you at the gate and takes you to your dwelling. Can't recommend highly enough.

It is just like it's name "santuary". It was our little santuary, our home for our body and mind to rest,restore and recharge. Susie and John were very attentive and make sure we have everything we need and even open up the pool for us when it became available. We feel very welcomed and grateful. It was a magic holiday for us both, we did lots hikes around the area, watched the sun rise in Mt warning, enjoyed some sunshine in the beautiful garden, went to art gallery and local farmer's market, did a hot yoga session in the closest town. Highly recommended moonshine cafe for coffee and pies! Beach Byron Bay for dine in, Byron lighthouse for a moonlit walk and please go to the beach, its the most beautiful beach I have seem! I can write a whole article about the accommodation and this place in the pocket but in summary, just one word "GO"

It was an amazing location and a great way to reconnected with nature. We loved every aspect and Susie and Johnny were amazing hosts.

We at a wonderful stay at Koala shores. We stayed for two nights and spent our time by the pool and going into town. It is in a great location right next to the river and Inlet. The pool is wonderful and the bouncy cushion and billy carts are a great way to entertain the kids. The cabin was clean and comfy, babeque area is funcional tidy and accessible. The local town is lovely and the vibes are great!

Close to the water, great view walking near the water edge. The outdoor pool looked nice, but it was too cold to swim in the pool .We used the tennis court and the kids jumping pillow with a 7 yo he would like to return. Stayed longer and played tennis,

friendly and quiet. kids and parents can relax and enjoy the facilities. It was too cold this time to enjoy the pool, but have loved it in the past.

Park has made a real effort to cater for families & there is lots to keep the kids busy. Lovely resort style pool.

This is a great motel. I had a room out the back and was so was very quiet - no traffic noise at all Everything very clean. They have a swimming pool and bbq which would be great in summer. The breakfast was excellent! Not very close to the main town area, so probably good to have a car, but would highly recommend to stay at this motel.

Being from Brisbane we normally stay on the north side of Tamworth - arrived late into Tamworth on our way home from Sydney and picked a hotel on the south side this time - what a gem this was to find and will now be our go-to hotel in Tamworth. Amazing value for money and therefore any faults in the aesthetic outside look of the hotel were easy to overlook. * Young man who booked me in at reception was so thorough in his orientation that I did not need to ask him one question. Very friendly and helpful. * Room was excellent quality for the price - good quality sheets, comfortable bed, thick/soft towels, plenty of hot water, plenty of coffee/tea freebies, good sized fridge/freezer. Amazing extras with the TV. * Free breakfast between 0600-0900hrs was additional excellent value - cooked breakfast with about 8 options, toast/cereal, juice, even a barista!!! The lady serving in dining room was friendly/attentive without being invasive. * Lady attending rooms was also very helpful - that was the main noticeable thing in this hotel - all staff members were so friendly and helpful, and actually looked us in the eye at each interaction.

The room we stayed in had been recently refurbished. It was spacious and clean, the bed and pillows comfortable and it was just great to be able to relax here after a long day. Russel and Sandy (the owners) were friendly and very welcoming. To top our stay off, a lovely breakfast was included with the very well priced room rate. There was a choice of a continental breakfast or a hot freshly cooked breakie. A good selection of Twinings teas or a freshly ‘barista’ made coffee from Bianca was also on offer. This level of service is rare to find in our fast paced world these days and if you are staying in Tamworth I can highly recommend giving the Country Capital Motel a shot. You will not be disappointed. As “Arnie” would say ... “I’ll be back”.

We had a stopover in Tamworth and were overwhelmed with the choice of Motels in which to stay. We are so happy we settled on the Country Capital Motel. We have voted it the best Motel on our slow journey north. What a gem. The room was welcoming, the bed the best and the breakfast was fabulous. The staff were so very friendly and helpful. We choose a winner this time and will certainly stay again when we are next in Tamworth.

Pleasant reception from Luke, as my wife was in hospital with indefinite stay. Luke was very accomodating with my booking and was able to extend my stay several times. The hot cooked breakfast was an added bonus and is worth an extra star, if this site had one 6 star rating from me. I know I have found my new home base when next in Tamworth. Well done Luke and crew.

Everything was so beautiful! The cabin, the facilities (swimming pool, tennis court, bbq, park, beach), everything was clean, staff were so polite and helpful. The only downside was we had no reception, however there was free wifi at the cabin itself. It was such a beautiful place we are looking at coming back for a longer stay next year.

It was perfect! For a family with little children it had everything. The pool, the facilities and how close it was to the beach made it just right for my family. We will definitely go back there again. The Deluxe Villa we stayed at was clean, new and felt fresh and the bedding, everything exceeded our expectations.

Hidden away paradise, very beautiful quiet place close to the beach, tennis courts, swimming pool and plenty to do . Highly recommended and we will be back. We will stay longer next time as one night is not enough for this place. Thanks for the great hospitality.

My husband and I had the most enjoyable stay. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The beach was a two minute walk from our apartment. The local shops and restaurants were right on our doorstep. We were at Lennox Head for our honeymoon and we feel that we choose the perfect accommodation. The managers of the apartments - Tracey and Mick were fantastic.

We had a wonderful escape. Loved it was right on the beachfront. Apartment had been renovated and everything was clean with comfortable bed. Loved watching the whales play! It was right in town but also felt secluded as right on the beach with ocean views! We stayed in 1 bedroom 1st floor apartment w- ocean view .

Value: good deal for location ; Highly recommend a stay here. We stayed as a family of 5 including a very elderly grandmother who found everything easily accessible.

Well equipped, spacious apartment with direct access to pool and lovely outdoor entertaining area with pool access. Our visiting grandchildren loved the pool and we were all able to eat outside. Great set-up for families! Location perfect for us in walking distance to family and the local club for meals. Easy drive to local shops and tourist attractions. On-site manager and staff very friendly and helpful. Shower water pressure was great in both bathrooms. There was even a spa bath though we did not use it.

The location is right accross from the water and only a short walk into the town. The appartment overlooked the giant pool and pool area. the large balcony a huge bonus. The appartment was well set up for longer stays too.

We didn’t know what to expect from a B&B but it was so lovely. It’s a beautiful house with the ocean on your doorstep. The owner looked after us the whole time even making reservations for local restaurants.

The kids loved the pools. The pool side rooms were great.

Loved the caravan with built on annex. We much preferred this from our typical cabin experiences. Kids loved the little setup. Ants were a bit of an issue on the grounds. They're conveniently built their nest to where they can access people's accommodation. The park sprayed our van out. However, they were unstoppable little critters. We will definitely stay there again. The ants weren't enough to ruin our stay. Great place. Pool was lots of fun for the kids.

Lovely comfortable cabins and pet friendly. The pool did the job and cooled you down. Staff were very helpful courteous and professional. Only a 10 minute drive to the beaches and restaurants.

The pool was amazing and alot of fun for kids and adults,was so clean and well looked after.

A warm friendly welcome and a lovely little stay for 3 nights in a cabin. Clean and excellent facilities. Lots for the kids to do as well. The jumping pillow and the pool were lots of fun (for big kids too!)

Just beautiful. Airy, stylish and facilities to suit travelers. Super high ceilings. Glamour but a premium on comfort. on site café open from 7:30am every day. We didn’t use the private pool but noticed it was very safe with lots of side tables and lounges for occupants. Shared courtyard completely covered by a tent canopy. Clever choice. Arrival is simple - one, or for internal rooms two keys. Close to centre of town.

I’ve stayed here 4 years ago. A lovely old home now a boutique hotel. Each room has a fridge stocked with chilled water and milk , good tea bags and bickies. Lovely pool area offers a cooling refresh plus a nice spot to enjoy the afternoon sun. It’s the little extras that make this place special- pool towels, gowns in the room. Good sized towels. Highly recommend.

Lovely room - just what I was looking for after driving from Sydney. Comfortable bed, spacious, tastefully decorated room, exceptionally clean, heated pool with towels provided, good A/C, and excellent value for money given the size of the room. I checked in fairly late, which was as simple as parking up and grabbing my key from the guest entrance.

Beautiful accomodation with loads of character. Large room and comfortable in every way. Great ensuite. Lovely coffee and breakfast at the onsite cafe. Travelled in winter so didn't try the pool, but it looked lovely. Good TV and heating.

Comfortable stay. Nice view of the coast. Kangaroos were many and present in the area which made the only negative of the place...that being, their poop everywhere. Had to really watch where you walked. Swimming pool looked nice, but it was too cool out to enjoy. Ladies in the reception area were lovely...very welcoming. We even went to extend our stay an extra day and they were quite accommodating.

Beautiful location; quiet and peaceful. Exactly what was needed. The facilities were clean and well prepared. The kids facilities were central and well located; I could see the playground, bouncy pillow and the scooter track from the front porch. Everything was very well kept and tidy. The pool was very clean.

Very quiet, lots of kangaroos around, great location next to the beach, nice pool, kids play area. Would have been better if it had an onsite cafe and maybe a mini golf area. Friendly staff and good cabins.

I especially liked all the kangaroos. They were almost tame and didn't mind if I was close to them. The pool also looked inviting but as it was raining I didn't try it out.

Location was great. A lot for the kids to do, playground, pool and beach is so close. Loved everything about our stay will definitely be coming back.

There seemed to be more staff than guests and they went out of their way to say hello and ask if you needed anything. On arrival we were given a short tour of the hotel and explained how the "Living Room" is a communal area with concierge and wait staff who serve complimentary snacks and refreshments including a cocktail or wine between 4:30pm and 5:30pm. Needless to say that was very popular with the guests! The indoor pool (25 deg C) and gym area is first class and included a big spa pool (35 deg C), communal sauna. Plus mens and womens bathroom each included a sauna, steam room, and experience shower. I liked the creative Australian theme, mood lighting, art pieces and wall garden. Our stay was very calming and felt refreshed afterwards.

We have previously stayed at Capella Shanghai and we loved it so much that decided to stay at Capella Sydney. The hotel is located in a historical building, the location was perfect to reach the most popular areas in the city. The lobby is impressive and staff is very friendly. The views were nothing special, but the hotel was great. The room was absolutely beautiful, the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool and sauna area were nice. The breakfast seemed a little limited, the a la carte menu did not have as many options as expected, the buffet was fine, but not spectacular. The pool area was nice as well as the steam room area and gym.

Brand new and very beautiful and sophisticated inside. Very friendly and professional staff. Very nice pool and sauna area, and excellent gym, but pool felt a bit cold. Could still swim though. Breakfast buffet quite small but good quality. Nice history lecture for guests. Nice "living room" with lounge furniture for guests but could be more practical with a desk if one wanted to work on a laptop. Nice area 2 min walk to the ferries.

Breakfast was a great combination of buffet and a la carte. The food was delivered quickly. The Premium room was spacious and beautifully curated and felt like home. The pool area was lovely and the hot pool massage spouts were great, the gym is well equipped and spacious. The living room is a lovely gathering area and the staff are very attentive. The location is brilliant for shopping and sight seeing.

A beautiful hotel, the decor & styling made it feel homely, on a grand scale. The rooms are a good size & well appointed with lovely bath & toiletries. Dyson hairdryer etc. The gym, pool sauna & steam area is superb, you could easily spend 3 hours in the wellness space. The qrcode to gain access to a Pilates workout is great. The Library offer afternoon free drinks from 4:30_5:30 which was pleasant. Staff are professional & kind. Breakfast which was incl was high quality & a beautiful environment. It is expensive to stay so I suppose you expect something great, especially as there’s no harbour views (well from our 2nd floor room) I’m gold level with Hotels.com which means room upgrade, early late checkout, if available. I wasn’t acknowledge or offered any of them & not one to ask (if you don’t ask you don’t get) Another strange thing, we wanted valet but missed & didn’t see entry so drove around block & ended up parking at Wilson’s car park next door. There’s no doorman so you struggle with your bags up stairs then look for reception. The same when you leave. You pay your account then you’re off on your own to exit… I found it a little strange Location is perfect for Sydney CBD

Great place to stay. Lovely friendly staff, room was as described, clean with all the items we needed for our overnight stay. All outside areas were clean and easily accessible, kids loved the pool.

The 2 bed apartment was perfect for me and my 2 kids. We loved the space and the pool! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Oh, and the dinner meal was amazing!!

This place was like a whole other world wrapped up in a bubble of perfectly groomed gardens, beautifully decorated and maintained properties and dreamy restaurant. It is honestly one of the nicest places we have stayed at on our travels through Australia. Everything was just relaxing and had a feeling of luxe about it. Weather was in point with stunning sunsets and the pool beautifully set amongst the gardens for those who like swims.

This place is stunningly beautiful x. The rooms were gorgeous large well appointed and very comfortable. The facilities are all wonderful. The pool. The guest lounge The restaurant everything just made me sad to leave and determined to return..... but.... best of all was the peaceful and breathtaking views from every direction. To say we loved our time at goonoo goonoo is an understatement.

Tranquil, relaxing location. Beautiful gardens and places to sit and contemplate with views of farmland and rolling hills. Facilities are great with a pool and tennis court. Enjoyed my stroll around this village like setting that even has its own chapel. Suitable for solos, couples and families. Will definitely return to this gem.

This hotel was excellent. We received a txt early in the day telling us the room number and access code. We were also informed that their re-furbished restaurant was open that night if we wished to book. Unfortunately we already had a booking at another restaurant. I wished we had eaten there as the food at breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant we went to was not as good as we expected. When we arrived we were met by Hannah (I think that is the correct name) and she was so lovely and helpful. The room was beautiful, large and went out onto a large verandah looking down onto the pool and garden area. Went for a swim in the pool and then had a nice relax on the pool lounges. Could not find one fault and we will certainly use this hotel again.

Our stay at the Manor House felt more akin to a feature film or a fever dream than a typical night in lodgings. From the seamless check in process to the sun-blessed evening upon the balcony we simply did not stop smiling. Our room was quite simply divine. Functional and ergonomic climate controls abounded. The sheets smelled as though they may have been purchased that very day. The television remote and all light/power sources functioned as you would demand in your own home. This manor is located in what I would term Ballina's bullseye. Walking distance to Mainstreet, the ocean and the Shawsy. The swimming pool, despite the frigid temperatures was immaculate, and towels were even located for guests nearby, dare they braved the icy dunk. Parking was exceptionally convenient. All foyers and stairways transported you to a yester place, and yet were maintained within the framework expected in modern five-star luxury. I ate the most delicious pear from the fruit bowl located near the entrance. If you are looking for an affordable, comfortable and beautiful place to stay in Ballina, don't bother looking for anywhere else. A special shout out to Hannah, and the mysterious Gersch, for making us feel so welcome, safe and thrilled during our time at the Manor House. An exemplary showcase of customer service. Thank you.

The property was beautifully renovated, with high quality furniture and finishings, inside and out, including a fabulous paved area leading to the luxurious pool. I stayed in a king room with a balcony and full bathroom, which included a day bed and sitting area, as well as a table and chairs on the balcony. There was an espresso pod coffee machine as well as the standard kettle (though the Smeg kettle was above standard), as well as a high quality granola/muesli and yoghurt in-room breakfast option.The owners were so friendly and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is within easy walking distance of all the River St restaurants and is a fabulous place to stay.

Ballina Manor is a wonderful historic property, our room was beautiful decorated, spacious and incredibly comfortable with a spa bath and a lovely view out to the pool and gardens. The Manor is so well looked after and presented, everywhere was spotlessly clean. The included breakfast was delicious, fresh and plentiful with lots of options. Our hosts, Hannah and Gersch, managed a perfect balance of letting us know they were always available whilst also letting us get on with our stay with privacy and at our own pace. The Manor’s location is great, a short walk to the restaurants, pubs and wharf.

Our hosts were so friendly and attentive. Parking so easy. This really is a boutique hotel with unlimited character. Our room was so comfortable, clean , quiet and really unique . So easy with no swipe cards needed to enter or leave your room and the hotel. Linen and toiletries top of the range. The pool area is very inviting . The restaurant was also inviting and the music so relaxing. Lovely dining room and spacious deck to sit outside. Continental Breakfast was complementary - great selection and just perfect. Great price per room and deserves 5 star rating.

Everything was wonderful! A well equiped, super-modern, clean apartment yet maintaining its " historic exterior". Most accomodation we have stayed in will only provide one nights supply of the little extras regardless of how long we stay. However, this was NOT the case at Bellevue. There were plenty of towels, teabags, little shampoo and conditioner bottles etc. The kitchen is well equiped with enough cleaning items and tea towels etc for the 4 nights we stayed. The bed was super comfortable as were the variety of pillows. Overall, an excellent set up just a few meters from the old miners cottages that have been converted into cafes. The ocean pool is just down the road too.

The location was exceptional, the beds comfortable, and the living spaces had everything we needed. The Bellevue is a ahort walk to a lovely rock pool and the town centre. I would stay there again. We visited the baby blow-hole on our trip.

Loved the apartment, extremely clean with all amenities you need. Bed was very comfortable. Apartment walking distance to shops and rock pool. Host was very accommodating to your needs. Would stay again.

I would recommend and would stay again. High standards of comfort at this stay compared to what is in the area this is the spot. Returned to stay again as flights cancelled and the other hotel I had last minute booked was terrible and very sleepless. Whilst staying at the koala sanctuary you can wander up to the koala skywalk to view them at your leisure. There is a nice clean pool and spa, the pool is hot and cold, and they supply pool towels at request. There are other activities onsite like ping pong which they also supply the paddles and ball. I COMPLETELY LOVED MY STAY. I stayed with my mum.

I fell in love the Trees. They are huge, diverse, beautiful and surround you. No wonder it's called Treescape. I love nature and I was living right amongst it all. The walk along the Samurai Beach dunes at sunrise and sunset were magic. I stayed in a standard room which was spacious & clean with a large comfortable bed. Bathroom was large, and there was a large mini bar sized fridge, kettle & microwave and dishes. On site there is a large communal kitchen with 2 separate stoves and sinks and of course, lots of tables. Plenty of room to cook and mostly enough pans etc. The bedroom block has a patio in front of it to enjoy sitting and quietly enjoying yourself. So enjoyable! The rooms and patios are right next to each other with no divide, so to be respectful you need to keep your conversations quiet - which is perfectly fine as you soak up the atmosphere. Keep in mind, if you are smoker, your smoke drifts in to other people's room windows or right on your neighbour, if sitting on the patio, so do the right thing and move away from the building. You're on acreage so you can use it freely. The pool area is clean, large and of an excellent design - plenty of space to swim or to relax on one of the many ledges within the pool. They also have a hot tub that seems to be a magnet for kids. There are 5 comfy outdoor lounge chairs there too. The staff are SO friendly, helpful & happy. And any minor concerns I had were immediately addressed. They aim to please!

Room was of a large size, with extra bed, that actually had even additional bed all clean, bathroom is new and renovated Location is great, it's kind of hidden in the woods and has access (although with medium level accessibility) to the beach, which is also kind of isolated. so it gives the great feeling to be connected with the nature. At the same time the hotel is directly and easily accessibly via car and public transport. and you have koalas and nice birds as a bonus also swimming pool has warm pool

We booked the deluxe tent over looking the sky track. It was worth the extra $$ as meant that we weren’t looking at other campers and felt a bit more private. Sitting on the deck enjoying the sights and sounds of nature over breakfast or in the evening was really special. You can hear the ocean in the distance too. The tent was bigger than we expected and the bathroom and kitchen were really well set up. Bed was super comfortable. Definitely more glam than camping! Also really liked the pool. Perfect spot to cool off and relax. The staff were amazing. Really helpful and so much thought goes into everything they do. The morning tour to see the koalas was lovely and it was clear that they are doing some really important work here. Knowing that staying at the sanctuary helps to support their work certainly made it feel a bit more special. We will definitely be back.

Koala Sanctuary is such a beautiful place, we loved everything from the very first moment - not just koalas and the morning guided tour. Amazing place in nature (so well done in every detail), terrific staff, clean and cozy studio with with all little things you may need while travelling (dryer, iron, toaster...loved the bathroom and Biology cosmestic products). We absolutely enjoyed the picnic basket for breakfast (so delicious), scavenger hunt for our 7 y. old daughter, the pool with nice warm water, lovely souvenir shop with a little Cafe, Koala Skywalk and the amazing pathwalk with stops&interesting information about koalas. We also appreciated the laundry room next to the Reception which was for free. Stunning location, all beaches within a few minutes of drive, easy with a child. We spent a month in Australia (travelling from Europe) and this was our very favourite place:).

The bath tub overlooking the most gorgeous view was phenomenal. It was the perfect location. The staff were so friendly and so incredibly helpful to anything you may need. The community area had a pool table, bar, food selections etc. Many gorgeous outdoor seating spots with the most serene surrounds. My partner and I would come back over and over, we didn’t want to leave.

It’s in a nice & secluded place great for a private getaway! Comfortable and cosy, has a fire place & spa. There are also alpacas and a horse on the property that you can feed! The reception area has games and DVDs to borrow. Also has a pool table if your into that. We found it so nice to just spa and relax and look out the huge windows at the wild life with a glass of wine!

Amazing property, very welcoming and friendly staff. We got the lovely cabin which has its own spa and it was very comfy, with a fire in the chimney as we got it. Very calm and peaceful. The location in the countryside is far but worth the trip. There is tennis and pool table on site. We even got to feed the alpacas!

The location was wonderful. I loved the animals all around us and the views were incredible. A great place to unwind and relax. Perfect for couples to get away. The staff were really nice. You get to feed alpaccas and they have a common room where you can play board games, pool, grab movies to watch in your room.

My wife and I spent two nights in Eagle View rooms heading to sunrise. Overall - very happy with our stay, had great a time there. There is some entertainment - tennis court, pool table and table football. Just relax and enjoy your time.

Fabulous accommodation for a child-free getaway. Located just a short walk from the centre of town, The Bower was a great find for an all-girls weekend away. Bikes were available to use between 9am – 6pm – the same time as reception was open. This makes getting into and around town quite easy, but walking is just as good, particularly after needing to walk off a large meal and a few sneaky beverages. Every member of staff that we encountered were very friendly, and very happy to help with anything we needed. The pool area is gorgeous. It’s a large pool surrounded by day beds and a bar just outside the gate. There was background music creating a nice ambience and (apart from us being quite talkative) it was generally a peaceful area. The pool is heated which adds that nice level of comfort year round. Only opens at 8am though and closes at 7.00pm. Would recommend this as a place to stay – maybe not for families …. But definitely for the big kids. Down-side: paying the price you do for this accommodation, it would be preferable to have all the amenities in the room without having to call reception to get them. If you need an ironing board and iron post 6.00pm, reception is closed. So think ahead.

The Bower is very modern and aesthetically beautiful. The pool was our highlight with the daybeds and poolside service with a beautiful pool. I felt like I was away on a tropical island.

We stayed in the Bower Studio. The room was actually a bit bigger than expected. The room was very private, with an external gate which led to a small outdoor area behind a fence, where there was an outdoor shower and the entrance to the room. The room itself was a single open space (except a closeable door to the toilet space) with a robe, bench, and kitchenette type area on the right, the bedroom area in the middle, and an ensuite area on the left. Nice big bath, rainfall shower and the provision of good quality toileteries were appreciated. The TV was a smart TV and could chromecast from my phone to watch Netflix etc. when we were having a lazy night, which was handy - compared to having to watch free to air or pay for movies as with many other hotels. The pool at the Bower was also great and plenty of lounge spaces to hang out poolside in the shade. The accommodation is about a 10 minute walk from the main town area and 15 minutes down to the beach, which may be an issue for some but was good to start the day with a nice walk. There is a breakfast spot right next door as well. Nothing to complain about with the service. Room was serviced well each day, and the couple of requests we made were met efficiently. The price is a little more than you might pay for a similar room elsewhere, but probably reasonable for Byron. Overall, a great stay.

Super luxe and so many beautiful details that made our stay so elevated and super special! Such a warm welcome and property tour with the super lovely Nikki who was so helpful and made our day extra special with glasses of bubbles on arrival to celebrate our special occasion which was so thoughtful and also delish! We stayed in a Queen room which is so beautifully curated with luxe bedding, robes and comp slippers which made our stay so extra comfy! The little details in the space are so lovely and the room also features a coffee machine along with lots of goodies if you require. The pool is stunning and warmed with the addition of magnesium which was so enjoyable and it was so super relaxing being able to order drinks ( cocktails ) pool side and soak in the relaxing tunes. We can’t wait to return soon and check out some of the other rooms! There is also the Byron Bay General Store next door which has good coffee and good vibes!

We made a last minute booking for an overnight stop on our way back from Victoria, and were mainly looking for something comfortable, clean and conveniently located - the Abbey ticked all of those boxes. Our ground floor room was generously sized and had a lovely courtyard overlooking the cathedral. The decor / furnishing was new and very tasteful, with a modern bathroom. The room was impeccably clean. Although we didn’t need it for our very short stay, I liked that the room had some basic kitchen facilities (sink, microwave, crockery, cutlery etc) which would be useful if you were staying longer and didn’t want to dine out for every meal. Check-in hours are shorter than usual (closes at 6pm) but the after-hours check-in arrangements were very simple so this wasn’t an issue for us. If we ever need to stay in Goulburn again, I would happily book here again!

Great location off the main street with ample free parking and next door to the very good Roses cafe, where we had a lunch and a breakfast. Hotel is a new building but constructed sympathetic to heritage buildings around it. Our room was a larger size than most hotel rooms, with a kitchenette and full sized refrigerator and dishwasher, and large bathroom. Very soft, plush mattress, lounge, dining table and chairs and TV had foxtel. Airconditioning was on warming our room on arrival (there was a September Arctic Blast hitting the state at the time) and the room was perfectly cosy all night. The ladies at reception gave a warm and friendly welcome and check in and out was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again if opportunity arises, and would be especially ideal for a stay of a few days with the excellent setup of the kitchenette.

The property itself is exceptional - definitely a 5 Star plus. Located close to restaurants, cafe's, supermarkets, gift stores, etc. I received a warm and welcoming check-in from Kylie who provided all the info I needed during my 3 day stay. Things like the operation of the carpark security boomgate, secure after hours entry point using the room keycard, local attractions, etc. The room itself was very well appointed with nothing overlooked. A microwave, coffee/tea making facilities, toaster, crockery, well stocked bar fridge, red and white wine, nibblies, toiletries, hairdryer, ironing board and the list goes on. The motel itself is immaculate with regards to cleanliness and the house staff I encounterd were delightful. Complimentary Foxtel and wi-fi were an added bonus. I will be in Goulburn again in late July and am vey much looking forward to staying at The Abbey again.

En route to Sydney took a detour to stay here. It was excellent. I required a late check-in, so I was contacted by a very friendly member of the team (Lexi). She shared the details for the check-in procedures, shared options on where I could get food on arrival and grocery shopping. I had my son with me, so she double-checked if we would like a cot set up (this is called going one step beyond). I felt looked after even before my arrival. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by how well-maintained the property is. It is modern, clean and has great interiors. The room was spacious, the bathrooms were modern and clean with great lighting. The bed was extremely comfortable, so I got the perfect 7 hours of sleep (with my toddlers - that is saying something).

We only had one night at the Abbey Motel on route from Melbourne to Brisbane but we wish we could have stayed longer. We booked at the last minute and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. On a busy weekend in school holidays they arranged a rollaway bed at short notice and sent us instructions for late checkin. We arrived tired and stressed and were blown away by the room - it was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, the bathroom was modern and luxurious. We had an upstairs room with king bed and a rollaway for our son. The room was very spacious. The location was quiet but close to the main part of town so we could walk into town for dinner. We could not have improved on our experience.

Reception was well attended and staff are great communicators, but not intrusive. The room was a surprise, we stayed in an ocean view room and expected a high standard but we got more than a nice room with a view. Every space was filled with very clever space saving designs, the kitchen and bathroom area were comfortable to work around with plenty of storage, and the balcony was a spacious break out area to dine on. We could easily have spent weeks in our room, just a few steps from the beach, so were disappointed when our schedule had us move on. Something I would never expect from even a 7 star city hotel, was the service I received on checkout. I left a sentimental item behind and emailed reception. First thing next morning I received a reply from Belinda, she found it in our rubbish bin, washed it and posted it back to me immediately. In all my travels to dozens of countries and hundreds of hotel rooms, I have never seen such a high level of personal care and responsibility in any staff anywhere. If Belinda doesn't own the motel she certainly acts as if she does, and is highly attuned to individual customer needs. I can't wait to stay there again!

With thanks to Angela for her lovely hospitality last week. My partner and I held high expectations, only to have them continually exceeded during our stay. The rooms are clean, stylish, functional and well-equipped. The rate of the room is suited to anyone that values paying for quality and a level that is a step above the rest. This is the right stay for you and will not disappoint. A generous view of the beach and ocean from your balcony, while being proximate to the surf club and golf club. A local gem - one we will return to and certainly suggest to our family/friends. Allure on Ocean Motel is a 5/5 for us.

Allure is located very conveniently for the beach, golf club and cafes. Parking and access is very easy. The room is thoughtfully packed with a massive shower and newly updated fixtures. It is a lovely comfortable room and if you have a balcony, the view of the beach is excellent. The bed had high-quality linen and a choice of pillows and overall the stay was very comfortable. There is a compact kitchen with everything you might need and you are given milk when you arrive for coffee. The team are very welcoming and will deliver food items if you let them know what you need.

From the moment we arrived, I knew we made the right choice, it ticked all the boxes. The location is perfect and so peaceful. The lovely ladies at reception (Belinda and Angela) are an absolute delight and we were made to feel very welcome from check-in right through until our departure. Our room was beautiful - very well presented, clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast is the perfect start to your day while soaking up the view of Mollymook Beach from your room. Great amenities in walking distance as well. We are already making plans for our next stay at Allure On Ocean 🙂

The room was beautiful. It had air conditioning and an electric blanket (perfect for winter). The bathroom was amazing. The whole room was spotless. The staff that I met were very generous with their time and information. There is a large children's play area across the road, 2 cafes within 1 minute walk and the beach is a 2 minute walk. Just around the corner is the Mollymook Golf Club. A 5 minute drive will take you to Ulladulla or Milton. I will hopefully be back for another stay soon.

A lovely quiet hotel only a short walk into town! Staff on site were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean, bathrooms modern and facilities like the pool, pool room and bbq were excellent.

Stayed here on short notice, we usually stay in town but have been dissapointed lately due to increasing visitor numbers, making it rather noisy, and sometimes a little intimidating. Aabi's is a pleasant surprise with clean, well appointed rooms, secure parking, and a beautiful setting. We as a couple found it a perfect retreat, with our room (#2) opening onto the pool area. Rooms are comfortable, king size beds, big bathrooms. The only issue I had was that the air Cond is on a timer switch which turns itself off after a while.... There are also ceiling fans which perhaps I should have turned on instead. We would gladly stay here in the future, it is good value in an overpriced market. Also, it is child free, so quiet.

This hotel has been one the best I have ever stayed in! The whole fit and finish are among the best I have seen. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I looks part of the neighbourhood rather than a hotel. It is a very peaceful place with a nice outdoor seating area as well as the patio/BBQ area. The pool was very attractive but a bit too cool for the time we were there. I would definitely stay there again next time I am in Byron Bay. A true gem!

Loved our stay at Aabi’s! Beautiful pool with waterfall sounds to wake up to, without the stress of screaming children (adults only). King bed was extremely comfy! The airconditioner was quick to work, which was great as they all have an environmental setting on them, to switch off after an hour. The staff for very welcoming and went out of their way to help us, gave us a shower and lounge to use after check out, before out airport transfer. Will be back for sure!! Thank you!!!

I was wished a happy birthday and advised we got upgraded to a Delux room. In our beautiful spacious room a hand written note was left to wish me a happy birthday and to check the fridge. In our mini fridge in the kitchenette was a chocolate dessert tart, such a special touch. The room was very clean, fresh and modern, beautiful ambient lights, robes for our use, a safe, lots of space to hang clothes, ironing board and iron if needed. The bathroom was lovely and fresh, the hand and body wash smelt Devine! The king size bed was so comfortable, with choices of pillows, all amazing. We had some pool towels brought up to our room that we were planning to use first thing in the morning, but a sleep in with the block out curtains was too appealing. Checked out at 10am. Highly recommend, was a fabulous experience.

The hotel was very modern as its new. The reception staff were extremely professional and friendly. As it’s located next to the Mingara Club, everything was in easy walking distance less than 1 minute..The gym was amazing as was the indoor pool area. We had dinner and also breakfast in the club. We became a Club Member so we received and extra 10% off. As we were visiting for a sporting event the hotel had a modern laundry with a washer and dryer for use for a small fee. Everything was perfect for our stay.

For a hotel that has recently opened up, ticks all the boxes. Upon our arrival we were greeted by staff who were welcoming, helpful and friendly which gave a great first impression. Our studio room was immaculate and all other hotel amenities such as the gym, large indoor pool area, cafe, restaurants and bathroom facilities were superb.

Greeting and information from Josh on the front desk was excellent. My room was wonderful - clean, comfortable, quiet. Lift is quick. Hotel is well located with plenty of free parking, pool, gym and good food at Mings Dragon who make a very high quality yum cha. I’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel, good for an escape evem if you live locally. I went for a nice pool day and it was so worth it. I had the pool to myself on a 30 degree week day. The pool is amazing, so many friends saw my photos and thought I was away on holiday. The bar has a really good atmosphere and friendly staff. The concierge staff was also amazing, both over email and in person. I ended up booking a penthouse as it was the only room left. It was absolutely huge. 2 bedrooms, 2 ensuites and an extra 3rd toilet. The kitchen had an island bench and dining table, and the balcony had a full table and chairs set up too. The balcony was huge and wrapped around to the bedroom. Everything was spotless. The only feedback I would have is that the spa connected to the swimming pool was a tad hot (for me) I highly recommend Astina Suites.

Rooftop pool and spa, location, had a lift, had two bathrooms, had laundry facilities in room, excellent kitchenette, large fridge. Beds comfortable, rooms large. Great there was a bath. Robes and slippers great. Love it had pool towels. Separate toilet in laundry excellent.

Stayed here with a sporting group from brisbane. The room was clean and very spacious, Front desk was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend to family and friends great place to stay. They had alot of things to do there they have a spa gym pool and reset. Also close to malls and a walk away to local restaurants and Rsl.

Astina Suites, Penrith was absolutely incredible — modern, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed throughout. The space felt more like a luxurious home than a hotel, with everything you need for a relaxing and seamless stay. The rooftop pool and wellness area were a real highlight, and the staff were warm, professional, and attentive from start to finish. A truly impressive experience — I’d return without hesitation.

The beds were so comfortable and the apartment was gorgeous. Everything was so cleaned and well maintained. The reception area smelled lovely as soon as you walked in. The apartments were so pretty. The kitchen was fully functional. The shower was gorgeous with very nice smelling shampoo and conditioner available for use. The washing machine was a little bit loud, but it was barely audible with the door closed over. The balcony was lovely and neat, with an excellent view of the pool - perfect for an early morning, or if you wanted to watch out for any friends/family in the pool. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and they had answers to all of our questions. The location was perfect too. Redfern station was only a short walk away, and Broadway shopping centre was about fifteen minutes by foot. It is perfectly located to visit the Sydney Opera house, Darling Harbour, or get to Central station to pick up any tours you might have planned. There was a lovely pub and off-liscence (Glengarry Castle Hotel) between the station and the apartment, and a Woolworths grocery right next to the station to stock up on anything you need. There was no issue getting a taxi/uber from the area and it was less than $50 to the airport from the hotel.

Our family thought this was the cutest place to stay. Our apartment was right near the pool, perfect spot to unwind and catch up with family. We will definitely be back once it's warmer to have a swim in that beautiful pool.

A fantastic studio apartment, the Adina didn't disappoint on any level. Super clean, comfortable beds, clean towels daily, and even if the privacy sign was on the door, a phone call to my room to ask if I required anything. The staff were super helpful, and the cleaning staff were also happy, helpful, and super efficient. The gym was very good; the pool and lovely courtyard area wasn't used because I was out exploring. The Adina is in a fab, residential, quiet area with a few local stores and eateries. Redfern station is a short walk away, very handy. I was solo travelling to visit my son. I felt comfortable walking around on my own around Sydney and the Chippendale area. My stay at the Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Chippendale was fantastic. I was welcomed with open arms as soon as I got there. I was delighted to be given a complimentary upgrade, and when I was shown my suite besides the pool, I was astounded by how exquisite and lovely the accommodations and amenities were. I no longer felt as though I was in Sydney on a work trip; instead, I felt as though I was on a tropical vacation. The atmosphere was both cosy and soothing. The staff provided fantastic customer service and were very friendly. I also ordered breakfast room service, and the server was very courteous, timely, and careful with the food. Overall, wonderful experience and I intent to stay here in the future.

We had a nice surprise of being upgraded from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom apartment! We loved the apartment layout and decor. It had such a nice and cosy feeling with modern retro styling. The living space was nice and big with plenty of room for our 2 year old daughter to play. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The outside areas are really cool, with bean bags to chill in and a cool poolside area. My 2 year old and husband loved the blow up flamingo. Location is nice. It was a short drive to to the CBD.

We liked being able to park right outside the door to bring our stuff in - because we were moving house we had much more stuff than usual - and packing the car after our stay was also far preferable to lugging it through doors and lifts etc. That also made it more COVID-safe, with no exposure to shared areas. We liked the fact that the kitchen facilities were excellent with room to prepare a meal. The TV was a good size, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The air-conditioner was turned on to cool the room before we arrived, a thoughtful touch in summer. We were very impressed by the willingness of staff to provide what we needed, and that there was someone on-site after hours. The bathroom was adequate though the basin was a bit small with very little space to put things. We would have liked a coffee maker or plunger. However, that was a small inconvenience outweighed by the fact that everything worked and when the toaster didn’t, a new one was brought to our door within minutes. We would gladly stay here again.

I never do reviews, but I was very impressed with this stay… I was not expecting greatness from this little motel, but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Right from the start, we received a message from management after booking, regarding check in, which was super simple and very convenient.. We met the boss by chance on arrival who was busy working, but took the time to greet us and called us by name. The room was basic, but very very clean and super comfortable and the best sleep we had in the past two weeks of being away. Very convenient to the club next door and the club workers all acknowledged our stay at the hotel and gave us members prices on all meals and food. Amazing surprise in a great small costal area and we will definitely be back again… 10/10 for Jason the manager…

The check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. Location was also perfect as it's near the pier and cafes. It's also a very clean motel with great amenities - WiFi connection was excellent. But what I loved most about our stay was their personalised greeting (even though we didn't meet them in-person!). My husband and I celebrated his birthday at the Lemon Tree Passage Motel. They were so kind to give us Ferrero Rocher chocolates and a birthday card. Thank you, Jason and Lilian for a wonderful experience at the motel. We'll definitely come back and stay here again!

It ia a very cosy quiet place with nice room size perfect for my family stay for 2 nights! My kids really loved the clean room and the nice big TV where they can watch the movie at night. Jason is very friendly owner of the place, helpful and attentive to our need and making sure we were not lost in finding the location as we arrived very late to check in on first night. Very helpful in making the arrangement for us to check in late, easy for us to settle quickly upon arriving. Highly recommended place for couple or family! 😊

The property is immaculate from the common garden area to the rooms themselves. Recently updated, the bathroom was lovely with amazing water pressure and the hottest of hot water. Even my 6’5 hubby fit easily under the shower, which is always usually an issue. The fact that it is directly next door to Lemon Tree passage Bowling club, is an added bonus. A huge club which was ideal for a few beverages and had a fabulous meal in the bistro. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will recommend to all my family and friends!!!

We knew we were in for a treat upon discovering the Red Earth Motel was virtually fully booked months in advance as we were planning our trip to Broken Hill. As a result we took the only room available, a 2-br unit, which seemed like overkill for a couple but turned out to be luxuriously spacious and containing every amenity you could wish for including a fully equipped kitchen. The motel itself is modern, clean and well presented, boasting a well kept outdoor bbq and pool area. The all-female staff are lovely to a tee. For long stayers there’s a coin-operated laundry. The Red Earth Motel is located at one end of Argent street, a short walk to the centre of town, pubs, cafes and the railway station. We enjoyed our (almost) week long stay at Red Earth and would gladly stay here again. Although we would probably try to get our booking in even earlier next time! Cheers ladies!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at The Red Earth Motel in a Studio Apartment with King Bed . The bedroom is completely seperate from the lounge room and kitchenette which was great when i wanted to go to bed earlier and my husband still wanted to watch tv. The room was lovely and clean and decorated to a high standard. There was even a walk in robe which was great to put the suitcases out of the way as well. Check in was quick and easy and staff lively and friendly. It was an easy flat walk to the centre of town where we ate each night. Great selection of restaurants cafes and pubs all with walking distance from the motel. Free parking right outside your door. Although we didn't have time to use it there was a lovely pool also. If in Broken Hill i can highly recommend staying here. If in the area i would definitely choose here again

Red Earth Motel is a family friendly motel, the rooms/apartments are spacious, with kitchen facilities, dinning table and lounge area. Located within easy walking distance to the city centre and cafe's. The pool and BBQ area are a lovely way to meet fellow travellers. Or sit and watch the sunset with a glass of wine or beer on the veranda out side your room. Book well in advance as this motel books out very quickly.

A home away from home. Comfortable beds and amenities, only one block walk to main Argent St area. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The manager went out of her way to help me secure my car rental which I was running late for but definitely needed for work. A great quite place to work but noted families with kids enjoying the lovely pool and BBQ.

Perfect little spot just out of the heart of BH main centre. It's an easy walk into the main streets. The pool was a little chilly, but welcomed relief on a hot day. Having a kitchenette and couch was handy. Great sized rooms! Air con worked a treat. The noise wasn't really a factor and we slept well

We only stayed for one night but it was absolutely fantastic. The check in staff, Francesca, was so kind, thoughtful and accommodating. Because it was my 40th birthday, she upgraded me for free. This was unexpected and such a lovely surprise. The room was quite large and looked over the gorgeous swimming pool. Everything was modern and spotless! The Darling exceeded expectations via the kind gesture of the hotel upgrading us to a suite, which was a much needed oasis from the grind of international travel. We found the room amenities and staff customer served superb, and a wonderful perk is all the great easy to access food opportunities in the shared food hall. Lastly the shared gym amenities of the star gym and pool were welcoming and overall this establishment is in a great location for sightseeing

Beautiful property, lobby smells divine, gorgeous room that was a good size, friendly staff who went out of their way to resolve an issue we had, lovely pool area, room service has great quality food, central location that is walkable to most attractions and only a few minutes walk to Lyric Theatre, food court and restaurants. They also provided a little sweet treat for my daughter for her birthday.

A modern, clean and comfortable hotel in a convenient location in the heart of iconic Sydney Harbour. Customer Service Agent Cedar was extremely helpful, professional and polite throughout the check-in process. We recently stayed at the Bluegum Motel for two nights while driving from Brisbane to Sydney, and it served as the perfect stopover for our visit to the Dubbo Zoo. The facilities were very nice, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night’s sleep. We loved the added touch of having room service available, along with a Nescafé coffee machine and milk frother with daily replenishment of coffee pods was a nice added touch. The lovely pool was a refreshing bonus, ideal for a quick dip after a long day of travel. The staff at reception were friendly and professional, making us feel welcome right from the start. Location-wise, Bluegum is excellent, being conveniently close to the zoo and within reach of Dubbo's town center where we found great shopping options and nice restaurants and cafe’s.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with modern and stylish décor. Our room was well-equipped with all essentials, ensuring a convenient stay. The pool area was spotless and modern. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the price was very reasonable for the excellent amenities and service provided. Also, it is very close to all amenities. The cake shop across the road from the accommodation had the best coffee, cakes, and sandwiches/rolls. Highly recommended the accommodation!!!

Lovely boutique hotel with nice common areas to sit in front of the fire with a wine. Spire room includes bathroom with no door which we did not love however overall room is comfortable, clean, cosy, beautifully styled - including a pot of tea left on our bed in the evening! Excellent breakfast in the dining room in the morning. Convenient parking. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.

We had been on a long driving holiday and booked here for the final night. It was really superb with historic character, luxury and with a lovely breakfast included. We had a nice gin and tonic by the fire in their guest lounge. Considering breakfast was included it wasn't much more expensive than many other places we stayed and was much more comfortable. Strongly recommended.

Clever amalgamation of original Federation style house and a stunning modern addition— brilliant!! The interior designer is to be congratulated on the originality and the execution in the interior public spaces as well as the bedrooms. The young proprietors have every reason to be proud of the end result I wish them well.

This place was amazing. We were welcomed by Cindy on arrival, who was just fabulous - very friendly and welcoming and ended up chatting for a while. We were the only guest staying on Sunday night, so were given an upgrade to a bigger room (which was really unexpected, and our offer to pay the difference in cost was refused), and free range of the entire building for the night. The room was very spacious, clean and comfy; the bed was super comfy, and a massive bathroom with huge deep bath, and double shower heads. There was plenty of tea and coffee left in the kitchen, and chocolates and wine in the sitting room. Breakfast was super yummy, and eaten on the verandah, which was a perfect way to start the day. Will definitely be back next time we are in the Hunter. Thanks Cindy!

We loved everything about this place, so clean and the location is perfect, all the little extras like the chocolates and the port was lovely. The breakfast was just the best, very impressed, we have stayed here before about 10 years ago and we always remembered how beautiful it was then, so when we decided to come back we bought some friends who loved it as well, just so handy to everything, we went for lovely drives and enjoyed the beautiful unique shops. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend it to everyone. Just loved it.

Loved the remote check in, took the pressure off confirming an arrival time as I wasn't sure how late into the night I would be. I absolutely loved the location - didn't make it to the included breakfast as got pulled away by the many nearby local eateries but I loved the convenience of the location, the free parking and the easy/private access to my super comfy loft. It was a very lovely and relaxing weekend escape! The communications in the lead up to check in were also incredibly helpful and informative.

A very unique and special place to stay. So many personal touches that make you feel at home, welcome and special. The decor is stunning and exquisitely finished. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to meet the host which I regret because I wanted to express my gratitude for the amount of time and effort that must be spent making the rooms and house immaculate, and for the extra touches like breakfast and free wine, tea and coffee. Please do yourself a favour and stay.

We looked for a port in a storm on a long exhausting trip and found paradise. From the moment we walked into the welcoming lounge with wine, chocolates and beverages waiting for us we were smitten. A glorious building artfully renovated with so much to see and then our room...simply blown away. A bath in which we soaked away our cares and an amazing double rain shower. The bed was so comfortable and the included breakfast delicious. We will be back!

Buffet Breakfast was fantastic, had everything you could ask for. Pool was amazing! Extra Bonus for the Adults only pool with the swim up bar. Easy to be transported around the Resort using the Buggy transport. So much privacy between Villas & has the ability to park your vehicle outside your Villa.

Absolute paradise and perfection. A friend and I had a girls weekend away which was amazing. The adults pool with swim up bar is added luxury that was an absolute hit. Will be bringing the whole family back next time.

Nice sized apartment. Far enough away from the road to not have road noise (and bedrooms at the back of the apartment). I was there to recover form surgery and found it quiet and peaceful. Before surgery the kids and I quickly jumped in the pool and they had some pool towels there by the pool ready which was great. We would happily book again, and we actually booked at second night once we were at the property.

Firstly the people at reception were super friendly and ultra knowledgeable about what to see and do in Tamworth and where to eat!! Then the property was super clean, the beds were really comfortable as I was travelling with my friend it was great to have 2 beds! The pool was great to be able to jump into in the late afternoon. All in all our stay here was really awesome would recommend! Thanks to the incredible staff!!

I really could not fault anything in the room. In addition to a clean room, for me, a pool and BBQ is important and this motel has a very clean pool and pool area with shade and sun loungers. There are two BBQs, both clean and worked perfectly. BBQ tools are provided if required. The owner Matt is very friendly and approachable and does a lot of the maintenance himself. That's why in particular the pool area and BBQ area is so nice, but the rest of the grounds are clean and tidy too. I decided to rebook this motel for some more time during my travels in Australia and I am very much looking forward to going back.

Loved the pool!! Room was huge and clean. Had a small table and chairs which was great having kids there. This place is great! We stopped here overnight with 2 kids. The staff were fantastic and kind. They could see it had been a long day and gave us a cold bottle of wine on the house ❤️ The next day I managed to leave without the happy bag with had EVERYTHING in it!!! The called us within 10mins of us leaving so we could return and grab it. Great country people with a great motel. This was the cleanest motel/ inn that I have stayed in. Wonderful service. Fridge was a little noisy. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it. Great facilities, unit was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. They had basic toiletries, tea, coffee, biscuits. Great parking and a book and magazine with helpful information about the area. The pool was great too.

Matt was very helpful with any requests we had. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. The facilities were excellent - I swam in the pool twice. And we used the washing machine and dryer. A great place to stay.

Perfect for our needs. We had been camping for almost 3 weeks prior to arriving. We were able to use all the facilities sorting out our laundry. We were in Orange for a wedding, we were able to air, iron & hang our “wedding “ outfits. The kitchen facilities were also well stocked & laid out - loved the dishwasher! The option for clean linen was clear. When we required more t bags it was a simple process to gain more. Loved the King size bed, just the right amount of support. Location suited us, we were able to grab coffee directly across the street, & Aldi was just past the coffee shop. Woolies/Coles & specality shops still close, walking distance. I was able to book & walk to a great hairdresser.

This was an outstanding stay. Stayed in an Executive Apartment, it was a huge room with a nice balcony. Room and bathroom very clean. Security lift and security parking. Very quiet. Has Washing machine, dryer, oven top, microwave, fridge, room safe, TV in lounge room and bedroom, coffee and tea, coffee machine, bottled water, iron, ironing board, desk and chairs. With the Pre checkin that's offered, it is extremely quick to checkin when you arrive. Menu log chargeback to the room offered for a host of restaurants and pub bistros. Convenient light switches for reading. Fantastic central location, close to everything. Rainfall shower head with good hot water and water pressure. Couldn't have had a better stay! Highly recommend, and will definitely be back!

Stayed with Quest Orange overnight for a work trip. From start to finish, Quest Orange was fantastic. Customer service was on point and very happy to help. Room was clean and the whole hotel has a modern feel. Carpark was easy to access. Plenty of food options within a short walking distance. I grabbed some meals from downstairs and the food and price were excellent. My only feedback that is fairly neutral is extra powerpoints around the bed to allow for a Phone Charger and any other items like a CPAP machine or something else. Feel bad unplugging a clock for example and knowing someone will have to re-program. Will be happy to stay again, even if it was not for work.

Being 5 years old, this property is very well maintained and presented. Highlights: - on-site parking - very comfortable, spacious and fully equipped apartment - rooftop access including bbq facility and views of Mount Canobalas - walking distance to main shopping street Unlike other hotels I have stayed with, the front desk contacted myself shortly after my booking, to confirm my request (for extra pillows) and also sent a text message (post-arrival) to check everything was ok. That's a definite plus for personalized service. Next time we visit Orange, will gladly book with the Quest again.

I stayed for one night in Orange as part of a business trip and found the Quest to be extremely comfortable and very conveniently located. The check-in process was seamless with a warm welcome and everything ready as soon as I walked into reception. The bowl of complementary fruit was a nice touch and appreciated. I was very impressed with the size and layout of my room though didn't really use much with only a one night stay; however, it would be perfect for a multi-day stay and I would definitely stay again. The one thing that was slightly annoying was the over-the-top number of emails and text messages I got prior to arrival.

The pool was beautiful, well looked after and cleaned everyday. The grounds around the pool were also very clean and neat. We had a lot of fun in the pool, spa and spent some time playing tennis. The lamas were also beautiful. Each morning I was greeted by a range of birds. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and it was very spacious. Great view of the pool. It was equipped with all the necessities, even foil, cling wrap and salt. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back. Thank you.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with a patio facing the pool it was marvellous. Well maintained and clean well set out and very spacious plenty of room to move about in. Very comfortable and relaxing.. The grounds are immaculate lovely pool/spa area with a built in coffee shop. Tennis courts, buggies that you can hire, Plenty of tables and chairs and lots of things to do for everyone. They even have pet albacas that just roam around. Firstly the staff were just so lovely at check in, we so appreciate your kindness & communication & the early check in. We had the most beautiful stay in our couples cabin, it was honestly faultless. It was so well stocked with everything you could think of & I mean everything. Dishwasher, microwave, Cook top, every utensil you could think of, salt, pepper, glad wrap, just those little things you might forget that make a huge difference.The bed was so comfortable & big, the room was large & beautiful & bright & sunny & warm & cool (gr8 split system unit), TV with Netflix etc, gr8 wifi Its the best place weve stayed at & the location to a small shopping centre less than a minute by car but is definitely walkable, its few mins from Echuca Town Centre & is also on the river. The outside area itself is large, beautiful for a wedding next to the river as its all set up with a marquee, bar area & outdoor fire pits. Alpacas are cute, they have tennis & basketball courts, beach volley ball, a playground & pool & a coffee shop. All we can say is thank you for our beautiful stay 🙏, we loved it & if we didn't have to rush off due to an emergency I would have taken photos. Beautiful Resort if I could give 100 stars I would & I'm not exaggerating there 💯🌟

Where do I start? From driving into this beautiful resort, we were greeted by 3 gorgeous and very friendly alpaca's. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. The car parks are undercover and the resort grounds are incredible. There is just so much to do there, including tennis, a giant playground for the kids, lovely pool and right by the Murray river, you can watch the paddlesteamers go past. We didn't want to leave. The resort is in walking distance to Woolworths and only a short drive to the main part of town. The beds were very comfortable too.

Room was also spotless. The communal lounge for guests in suites had fire going and room also nicely decorated to make your time there enjoyable. Unfortunately hotel restaurant was closed when we stayed on a Mon night. I would happily stay there again and am recommending to friends and family.

We had a wonderful comfortable stay at the Country Comfort Motel in Armidale. Peter is very friendly and helped with local knowledge of places to eat and visit, etc. I looked for a central motel within easy walking distance to the centre of town and this exceeded our expectations. This is a popular place to stay so book early to avoid missing out. This motel was fully booked the mid-week night we stayed. There’s a beautiful park nearby and ALDI is just up the main road. Loved that we had a small milk for tea / coffee. Great value for money. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

From the phone booking to check-in, the staff at Country Comfort Armidale were friendly, helpful, and professional. Our renovated King Suite with kitchenette was clean, fresh and comfortable.Our room was at the rear away from road noise, although opposite a glass entry door so occasional noise from guests coming and going was noticeable but not disruptive.The guest lounge with glass walls, cozy sofas and a wood fireplace was a great place to relax.The motel is clean, modern,well-managed and in a central location near parks, shops and restaurants. Excellent value for money.I’d happily stay again and definitely recommend it.

I was so impressed with all aspects of our stay here! The room was spotlessly clean, very well appointed and laid out and the beds were very comfortable. The gentleman who greeted us at reception was friendly and knowledgeable and he gave several excellent suggestions for dining nearby within only a few hundred meters (which we took and can recommend the White Bull for tasty pub food!). This lovely place is excellent value for money and we would definitely stay there again in future. Thank you for offering a great stay and great value for money - not easy to find these days!

What a wonderful surprise this place was. It starts with the staff at check in. Fabulous guy, friendly and helpful, even a short walk outside pointing out eateries and coffee places nearby. Then the newly done east wing rooms are knockout. We had a king kitchenette and it was great; modern and clean. Lots of nice touches - one in particular was the next morning near the carpark there is a fresh bucket with a windscreen washer in it. Perfect for travellers and our car needed it! There’s a lovely guest lounge also. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was just opposite the harbour with a delightful view out over the boats There was a huge balcony at the front of the property. Plenty of space inside and a great location. We could easily walk to restaurants , cafes and the blue pool.

This is a perfect example of how to take a standard motel and expertly transform it into a modern hotel! From the minute you drive in and meet Katya and her loving co-host (Rasta the poodle) you feel the good vibes and quality. With modern furnishings and building upgrades, 5 star hotel bed linen and sparkling clean everything, this well priced motel will not disappoint…. And I haven’t even mentioned the position! It’s across the road from the beautiful harbour area and a short stroll to cafes, pub, stunning beach and shops.

Everything about this place was fabulous. The location was right across from the marina and easy walking distance to main street area and beaches. The room was very spacious and comfortable and everything you would need was provided. The presentation of the room was a lovely surprise with gorgeous throws and cushions on the bed and the shells on the towels, very welcoming. There was even a doggie mat and bowls in the room for our furry boy. This is definitely our future go to in Bermagui

This property is extremely comfortable and all the amenities were fantastic with the exception of the lounge in our suite. This was tired, stained and when you sat on it you sat straight on the springs - not a comfortable place to sit at all - not sure if it doubled as a bed but there was no way you could sleep on it! The pool area is great and the added bonus is the CVI bistro and Pizzeria right next door. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in a rural setting. Enjoy the view of open pastureland, comfortable and very clean rooms with balcony, a salt water pool and on site restaurant, suitable for large groups as well as families and couples. The only issue was the intrusive music in the restaurants from breakfast through dinner. It’s difficult to have a romantic meal with constant piped music; it also makes all the dining spaces very noisy. Doesn’t fit with the elegance of the hotel.

Very comfortable bed and parking is complimentary. Unfortunately no pool on the property so not somewhere I would not stay with my kids for a few days or more. Food and drinks expensive.

The staff service was absolutely amazing from check-in to checkout. When we got into our room we noticed the soap was nearly empty, but we called the front desk and they had someone come and fill it up. Our room was also exceptionally clean and the bed sheets were definitely clean (we’ve stayed at other hotels in the past that didn’t give us clean duvets). The gym was great too, there were more than enough machines to facilitate a good conditioning workout for any fitness training away from your usual gym. We loved that there was a sauna too. I would definitely recommend staying here!! We stayed in a Superior King but I’d recommend the hotel in general as I’m sure the service will be amazing regardless of the room.

Arrival and (free) Parking was super easy. I was able to get into the room early. It was very clean comfy and on the whole quite. It was on the main road side normal traffic you couldn't hear but the odd motor bike or idiot in a sports car you could hear however it is not a road that had traffic late into the night so my sleep was not affected. Room service was quick and the quality of the meat was excellent. The gluten free bread offered with breakfast is the best I have tasted and upon enquiring they let me know it is made at a local bakery and if time had allowed I would have gone to pick up a few places. The food selection was good.

You cannot get past exceptional service like the service we received from Nikki. She went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious, the lounge was a great size for 2 toddlers to roam around and they loved enjoying brekky on the patio. The fridge was stocked with milk, eggs, yoghurt, butter and juice there was also cereal and fresh bread. The pool room was also stocked with goodies for us to enjoy breakfast or lunch by the pool. The recommendations from Nikki and staff were fantastic. It was a lovely and quick 10 minute walk to the main town and beach. We'll definitely stay here again, thank you so much

The Villa was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed for a great stay, including towels for the pool and beach. The kitchen area and bathroom were spotless and the whole place looked modern. The communal kitchen was very well equipped and the food choices provided for you to make breakfast were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and the pool was nice for a dip at the end of the day. The property is an easy walk to town and to the beach so no need to take the car which was great and it was reasonably priced. We would highly recommend Aloha thank you

We had a last min booking here and SO GLAD we did. Staff were amazing and got things sorted within the hour. The apartment was spotless, beautiful and equipped with everything, including breakfast etc. The downstairs common area was perfect for breakfast and again has everything we needed. We didn't use the pool but it looked inviting and we were given pool towels. Bright, airy and two bedroom apartment with ample living room space. It was home away from home. Bathroom was also fabulous/shower only but perfect for what we needed. Laundry facilities and everything we needed for it was there too.

The service I received pre-check in I can't even say was because it was a Country Town as I've never had this level of service before. I had made arrangements a few days before to see if I could check in a little early which they accommodated. However, I left Sydney later than anticipated and had things to do upon arrival so I didn't do the early check in. Then time for away from me and I received a call from the lovely lady who was working on Saturday 11th June (sorry, I forgot her name) asking if I was ok and when I'd be checking in. I didn't realise the time and said I'm coming now. We had a lovely chat during the check in process and then she told me where to drive to access the apartment while she walked around the back of the property and meet me where I was staying. Now for those who don't know Young can get VERY COLD and she said that they had put the heating on so the room was warm upon my arrival .. I mean, what service is that, where else would you go where this would happen. Most places just want your money and see you later. So I just want to say THANK YOU and you went above and beyond and next time I'm in Young I know where I'm staying. Oh, there was one thing that she thought might be annoying and that was the neighbour was cutting/trimming trees and she apologised for the noise. Maybe some people might rate that as a negative but she has no control over this and it wasn't that bad and they had stopped later in the afternoon so no complaints here.

The Colonial Motel and Serviced Apartments Young are an awesome place to rest after days on the road touring NSW. At short notice I called and spoke with Linda who swiftly arranged exactly the room we were looking for. And on check in, Linda was every bit as helpful and lovely as on the phone. The accomodation is very clean, well maintained and equipped for your stay. We had the executive room with kitchenette & spa bath, and had plenty of space to relax in the warmth of our room. And at just a short walk into the main town & amenities we cannot recommend this little gem enough. Thank you Linda and Andrew for a great stay, we will be back in cherry season 😊

Stayed one night, arrived late, accommodated in every way, including my cat. Warm friendly greeting, right opposite ALDI store, but surprisingly quiet rooms. Rooms very well laid out, bathroom looked very modern and bedroom was also lovely. Looks a little dated on the outside, but well maintained. Very tidy and definitely lovely inside. Comes with Foxtel which is pretty much wasted on me, as I have the technology skills of a nano nat. Their were instructions in the room which definitely helped. Found things I wouldn’t have found otherwise. Petrol Station on the next corner for fuel at beginning of next day trip, so everything is pretty handy for the traveler. For a 3 star Motel, was very impressed.

I stayed here for 5 nights while working in Young. I was lucky enough to stay in one of the serviced apartments next the motel. Fabulous is the best word to describe the apartment - it was very clean, spacious, full size kitchen, washer / dryer - very well appointed and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed a quite and relaxing stay - loved the smart tv and being able to watch netflixs. The air conditioning was great as it got to almost zero degrees overnight - i was comfortable and cozy. Convenient location, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here - you won't be disappointed. Lovely owner / manager - who was friendly and helpful.

We chose this motel on the back of positive reviews for service and hospitality. We weren’t disappointed as check-in was warm, friendly and nothing was a bother. The renovated room was also impressive. It was spotless, modern, functional with plenty of hot water in the newly renovated bathroom. However the shower over bath was a bit disappointing. The location is very convenient as there is an Aldi across the road and a 24 hour garage next door. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. This is now our “go to” motel in Young.

Great comfy night. A bit of work to the motel happening so view not great. But room and options for eating were exceptional. Pool was a bit dirty but nice and warm. It was windy so accepted that the pool probably suffered from that. Awesome staff and hospitality.

We just stayed for a night on our way back to Melbourne. The rooms were really good and well maintained. It looked like they do clean it very well. My kids loved the pool so they were all evening in the pool. It’s not only suitable for family but alone traveller or person travelling for work. We didn’t know this property is busy as it is next to RSL club. You can go in the club and use its pub to grab a drink or go in the coffee place to and nibble something. Down the road there is Woolworth. In the morning I went for my walk so I came across the lovely neighbours too.

Had a 3 day cricket carnival in Wagga and was so glad we chose this place to stay. Michael at the front desk was fantastic from day 1, nothing was a problem for him. The beds in this place were so comfortable, the rooms were well set out and very clean, the pool was a perfect place to rest the weary body, very handy having the laundry on site as well. Certainly recommend cutting out the booking agents, i booked directly with them and had free breakfast everyday, very tasty too. Easy access to the RSL club and the Pearl Chinese restaurant, which was great food. Would highly recommend this motel to any traveler and we will certainly book in again when heading down that way.

We were driving from Geelong to Sydney and needed to stay overnight in Wagga Wagga to break up the journey. This hotel is located in a quiet area, we had a comfy king bed, air conditioning, large TV with free access to streaming services. Plenty of parking onsite and a heated swimming pool. Friendly staff and easy check in. Access to the RSL for dinner and breakfast less than a minute’s walk from our room. We were delighted with this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Firstly the motel was very clean and tidy and had wonderful modern rooms. I had emailed a few days before booking to see if I could possibly park our caravans.Mel on the front desk emailed me straight back letting me know it wouldn’t be a problem to park our caravans and she was very accommodating. We arrived after check in hours about 6:30pm and Mel had already sent us pin codes for the doors in the afternoon. She was actually still there when we arrived and she came out to greet us! (Even though she had finished for the day) She wanted to make sure we were comfortable with where we were parking our vans and ensure we got into our rooms okay. The customer service from Mel was incredible. We had stayed at a few motels in our travels and didn’t get that level of service anywhere. The food at the club next door was wonderful. We had a rough day of travel and it turned our whole day around when we arrived at this motel. We will be booking it for our annual trip every year now! Thanks to Mel and the rest of the team for having us!

Old Bar is not a cliche tourist destination, but it is a perfect out of the way destination for winding down and surfing. Good take away, couple of clubs/pubs, friendly people and a great long beach - I'm sure there is good fishing too! Because of this laid back vibe I was blown away by the accomodation and the friendly and helpful woman who greeted me after a long day's drive. They've had a refurb and the fixtures are amazing, the bed is sumptious- I slept in! And the adjacent club serves a mean schnitzel. Ten out of ten recommend!!

We stay in Old Bar very regularly as we have relatives there. This Motel is great for 1 or maybe 2 nights, if you need more space or a longer stay, then a hotel may serve you better. But for a short stay or pitstop for the night this is exceptional. It's located right next door to the Club Old Bar which has very reasonable meals and it's a short walk (or 1 min drive) into the little town old Old Bar. We would definitely stay here again.

It is just as it looks in the pictures. And the location is really good to walk around Old Bar. Everything looks new, clean and well maintained. The room has a good a/c and a big and comfortable bed. You also have a temporary membership card, which gives you discounts at the bistro. There are plenty of parking spaces, so don't worry about that.

Very nice newer hotel. Large room with nice bathroom and balcony. Easy key less entry to hotel and room so you can check in even if no one is at front desk. Close to a few little restaurants and supermarket, great stop over for trip from Gold Coast to Sydney. Guy was extremely friendly and ready to help at moments notice at reception.

(If you have mobility issues, I noticed there were just a couple of steps leading up to one or two rooms on the second floor, so just check when booking if that would be a concern.) Our room was on the second floor, and with the separate bedroom and kitchenette it had an apartment feel to it. Very comfortable king bed, and more than adequate cupboard hanging space. Very comfortable interaction with all the staff we met, as they were both friendly and efficient. There is off-street parking, although the hotel was fully booked and one night we parked on the street right out front of the hotel. Not an issue though as the street is not a main thoroughfare so plenty of street parking and low traffic volume. This is a small boutique hotel, so just note that it does not have an in-house restaurant or bar. A breakfast pack is provided, and plenty of cafes and restaurants are within an easy walk. I can also recommend the Ferment wine centre/bar virtually across the street.

This was a very good find indeed. It's centrally located to walk to all the good pubs and food in Orange. It's very quiet but most appealing of all is it is nicely designed and presented - it feels far more like a luxury small hotel that anything else. Nice artworks and decor, quiet rooms with every mod-con that you could need. A very good continental brekky delivered to your room in a well presented bag with everything you might need including French press coffee grounds and fresh juice, jams etc.,The rooms are very well appointed and very comfortable for a two person stay - we were in a King room and it was just perfect. This is a lot better than most other places around and I've stayed in Orange perhaps 20x. Enjoyed the short stay immensely - an easy walk to what you need in the town itself and parking / access is a breeze. Will be back.

The location was fantastic, especially for the first time visitors! The room, well.. A bit disappointing.. I would have never upgraded to the partial harbor view knowing I'm going to be on the lower level seeing the pool and highway first and small glimpse of the opera house, not a harbour. However, the beds were very comfortable , staff attentive and the housekeeping service was first class. Breakfast - amazing! The hotel overall is pretty dated, definitely needs some improvement and upgrading, especially the pool and jacuzzi.. Very old not inviting. We went once for 10 min as it was bad.. The jacuzzi is a joke, few random jets, very uncomfortable and the pool looked thilthy with the old mold.. Not good for the hotel of this class. Definitely not a luxury in my opinion. If I was to return to Sydney I would have stayed in the different place.

Where do I start? - The room was ready for early check in - Staff helped organise balloons and a cake for my girlfriends birthday - The room was unbelievable and very clean. - 10/10 view from the room - We booked the executive lounge, which I definitely recommend (unlimited drinks and many different time slots for unlimited food) - Room service available and the food was amazing - Clean pool area, which would be very good in the summer - Biggest breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen From the minute we arrived the experience for my girlfriend and I was great. The staff were unbelievable and played a big part in this. Thanks guys!!

Fabulous start to our honeymoon! Ghizlaine and Lisa were extremely welcoming and friendly and managed to get us into a room early after 24 hours of travelling (which was much appreciated). Their customer service was exceptional and it has been a very special start to our honeymoon, thank you both with a gift and card in the room too. The room had a stunning view of the harbour and the turn down service each evening was a nice surprise too. Pool was at a great temperature and the chilled water available was a nice touch. The room was great and clean with fantastic views of the bridge and opera house. We didn’t get to use the pool as it was in maintenance which was strange considering we stayed on a Saturday, a long weekend and with the vivid event happening. Would have made sense to do the maintenance on another day. However, overall it was fantastic and would stay there again.

This is a great hotel - the staff are amazing, it’s an excellent location - close to everything and the rooms have some of the best views in Sydney - we had a partial harbour view room, it’s definitely worth paying the bit extra for the view. Also - excellent pool - it’s outdoor but heated so great on a cold day.

I recently stayed at the Quest Woolooware Bay and was thoroughly impressed. The location is unbeatable—just a stone's throw from the stadium, shops, and some great dining spots. The room itself was spotless and well-appointed, with a modern design that made it feel both comfortable and stylish. I appreciated the little touches, like the well-equipped kitchenette and the spacious bathroom. The bed was super comfy too, which made for a great night's sleep. Staff were friendly, professional, and more than happy to assist with any requests. Parking was convenient and easy, which isn’t always the case in similar spots. Overall, it’s clear that Quest Woolooware Bay has been thoughtfully designed to cater to both short and long stays. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time I’m in the area.

We loved the room layout, facilities and cleanliness of the apartment having spent the previous ten days in a property in Cronulla that was a bit of a disaster. We were sad we had not spent this time in Quest Woolooware too, as we now know what we had missed. There are shops under the complex including lovely coffee shops and two supermarkets. Above all, we loved the friendliness of the staff and in particular the owner Jim Winchester who went above and beyond expectations even taking us and our suitcases to the railway station when we struggled to find a taxi, thank you again Jim. Our stay was fabulous! Staff- welcoming and amazing. Room - very spacious. Bed - so good! The pillows were amazing too. My husband didn't snore at all...which meant I had to check he was breathing! He had one of the best nights sleeps and I am going to buy some of those pillows. Bathroom - spacious and the shower was awesome. Check-in/check-out - very quick and easy. They offer online check-in so the process is speedier when you get there. Very good value for money - in fact, my husband rated this in the top 5 places we have stayed around the world. like-for-like. Close to everything in Cronulla. We would definitely stay again.

The location, the facilities within the precinct and the service from the Owner/Manager. He went way beyond what you normally expect. Nothing, and I mean nothing was a problem for him and his staff. He even enquired the day before on a phone call to confirm my booking if I wanted anything special on my arrival! Wonderful. Everything is new, so the bed, the hot water, the kitchen utensils ... all worked. The view over the golf course was great. All you needed is within the centre. A truly "one stop" shopping experience will be had once the precinct is fully tenanted.

The 2bedroom apartment was super spacious and comfortable! Having a child/usuing a pram this room set up made it very easy for us to navigate and not make us feel too claustrophobic with baby and their things! The rooms were so tidy and loved that we were not disturbed the whole time we were there! Staff were super friendly and helpful with any concerns we might’ve had! Will definitely be returning and staying again & again!

the property was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I have one suggestion if there could be a few biscuits in the room to have with a coffee that would be nice. Other than that I could not fault the hotel itself. I do have to say though that the neighbourhood where it is located is not good. Our balcony looked in the back yards of the neighbouring houses, some of which were very dirty and untidy. While I understand that this is no reflection on the hotel itself, I feel that the layout of the building could have been better planned so that the balconies did not face the neighbouring homes.

We found ourselves needing somewhere to stay late one afternoon after receiving some bad news from a specialist in Nepean. A quick google search led us here, and img I’m so thankful it did . On arrival I was quite upset and the staff were amazing . We had to return again today and once again the staff, especially Louise, went out of their way to make us feel welcome, safe and comfortable. Thankyou so much for your genuine care !!! Booked a last minute hotel for the Easter long weekend. Not familiar with the area before and hotel was surrounded by houses but overall was a pleasant and quiet stay. No disruptions whatsoever. The room was very comfortable, clean and had a balcony and kitchen which was a bonus for us. If you’re looking for somewhere not too crowded and remote, this is the place to book. Check out was also a breeze, we just had to deposit the room cards in an express check out box.

Kids loved the mini golf, Easter egg hunt, flying fox, archery, old school DVD and games. We all loved cooking on our cottages outdoor bbq among the trees (and resident Kookaburra), aswell as all the local beaches, lagoons and coves (including Kiannini where we fed the manta rays). Short drive to Nelson’s, and Cuttagee (spelling?) and Bermigui - we loved snorkeling and swimming at all of them (especially, Blue Pool). Dad loved the in Cottage pod coffee machine and specialty teas - really nice touch. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

I Ioved the bush setting with the bonus is being 5 minutes to a great beach. The cabins were well spaced which provided enough privacy to really enjoy the quiet environment. It had lots of activities for kids and adults such as putt putt, canoeing, swimming pool as well as pool table and more.

Stayed at Kianinny for 4 nights in September, the weather was gorgeous so we took advantage by spending time in and around the pool, canoeing in the lake and playing mini golf. The cabin was a good size and everything you could need was available such as kettle and toaster etc. Only downer was the fly screen door wouldn't stay closed so would bang in the wind, but we managed to prop it open and it was fine. Really loved our stay in the area, the local shops and restaurants were great, people were lovely and the beach was picturesque. Also travelled into Merimbula which was a quick drive and spent the day shopping and having lunch at the waterfront. Highly recommend

Spacious self-contained cabin. Large bedroom with comfortable bed. Well-appointed kitchen-so we could make our own meals (saving money on eating out) It was lovely to have an generous veranda with outside table and chairs for alfresco dining. The bush setting was amazing, lots of bird song, kangaroos and we saw a goanna! We loved the lake with the free canoes although we didn't get to use them this time. The same goes for the swimming pool and games room. We did go on an adventurous bush walk. It was also less than 5 minutes drive from beautiful Tathra Beach. It was the perfect "base camp" for exploring the South East.

This was a brief stop on a road trip and we only wished we had more time to spend here. The cabins were set in a beautiful location surrounded by wildlife. Wrens and other birds could be seen just outside the cabin window. There were lot's of activities available most free of charge. We enjoyed playing pool and table tennis and would of loved to give the canoes a go if we had a little more time. Would definitely like to come back and stay here for a longer period to enjoy all the accommodation and surrounding area has to offer.

Our room was clean & SPACIOUS. They supplied 2 extra pillows on the bed as requested. On top of that they also supplied 3 extra pillows, 2 extra toilet rolls, 2 extra face washers, 1 extra hand towel, 1 extra sanitary bag, 1 extra cotton bud set and. 1 extra shower cap. They also supplied 4x Complimentary Bottled Water plus 4x complimentary cookies. Body soap, hand wash, shampoo and conditioner were great too, i like the mild fragrant and they feels great on my skin and hair. The bathroom also has magnifying mirror. Those are GREAT. They should’ve called themselves HOTEL instead of Motel because the facility is so much better than some hotels we’ve stayed in the past. We had dinner at the RSL connected to it, generous portions and our steaks cooked beautifully. They have exceeded our expectations. It was our first visit to Lithgow and furst time staying here but definitely won’t be the last. We’ll be back.

The room was large, with a comfortable bed and plenty of counter/storage space for our things. The bathroom was a good size and the shower had good pressure and hot water. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful, and went over and above during the checkin process, escorting us to our room and explaining the complimentary items which were much appreciated (bottled water and Tim Tams!). The location was excellent - just a short stroll to the end of the main street in one direction, and another stroll to the blast furnace ruins in the other direction. The motel is connected to the Club, which offered breakfast as well as daytime dining options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room was lovely & clean. The beds & pillows in particular are VERY comfortable! My travel companion has a bad back & chronic pain issues- they awoke feeling like they'd actually gotten proper rest, and their pain levels were the lowest they've been in years! The shower pressure & temperature are excellent! We were able to connect our personal streaming services to the in-room TV. The mini bar snacks, etc. were not at ALL overpriced. The food at the club is delicious! Very reasonably priced, great variety & the staff throughout the entire club & motel are lovely, friendly & very helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Lithgow Workies Club Motel for your next getaway!

I stayed in the Deluxe King room and it was as spacious and clean as pictured on the website. I have stayed in other motels in the Lithgow area but The Workies aces the others by far. It was my first stay and I will be using The Workies as a base whenever I need to go to Lithgow in the future. The staff at reception as well as in the Club itself were friendly, polite and helpful at all times. I couldn't fault a thing.

My husband and I come to Newcastle regularly on business and we've stayed at just about every hotel but they were all lacking... until now! From the moment I checked in to my checkout the Customer Service was 5 star. Staff were warm, courteous and helpful. I had wanted to book a carapace for our EV in advance. This wasn't possible but on arrival there were multiple Type 2 chargers and we were able to secure parking there. The rooms while small were very well designed and very comfortable. we appreciated the coffee machine and the filtered water. I made great use of the Lounge and the Library which provides excellent space to work. There were well appointed desks, teleconference rooms and quiet spaces to work. There was also a printer. There was also a cafe downstairs that offered all day dining. Thank you to all the team at the Hotel. We will definitely be back!

Just had my second stay at this fabulous hotel. I honestly just love everything about it. The lobby smells so good! Staff are friendly. Rooms are very clean. Super comfy bed. Block out blind is excellent (woke up at 9am and thought it was the middle of the night). Amenities are great!! Big shower, lovely lighting, everything is automated. The plush dressing gown and slippers are a lovely touch. Discovered this time, the Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling, music in the shower was such a vibe. The library area is really beautiful and I love the coffee station and sparkling water on tap, cold water stations on each floor. Short walk to the venue i was visiting. Lovely view of the bay from my room. I'll definitely be back again!

This has to be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The DOMA group really deliver quality and this is another stunning example of their hotels. The room is brilliantly designed with the bed tucked into the window with the TV facing. The space is well laid out functionally and it flowed well. The other facilities in the hotel made it such a brilliant stay. The library is a fantastic space where I was able to enjoy a tea and do some work. The lounge has a small menu with one of the best club sandwiches I’ve ever had. I want to return to Newcastle so I can stay here again. I’ll definitely aim to stay at Little Nationals around the country for future trips.

This hotel is amazing, near honeysuckle station, go downstairs and cross one road then it s beach, ( not Newcastle beach) Nice environment, service, very modern and intelligent inside the room, when you go in, the blinds and curtains opened automatically. With some lights, big ceiling to floor window, nice shower products, basically small but has everything inside even a small fridge too. Free coffee capsules and coffee machines, 3 kinds of milk inside, we got two little chocolate balls as welcome gift, Level 2 is library with drink machines. Free hot chocolate/ tea/ coffee. Downstairs there is a coffee shop serve brunch( Monte) nice place to live in, very comfy, will definitely order again when visit!!

The staff were not only attentive and helpful, but exceptionally friendly. The room was great - spacious, comfortable and quiet. We had a second floor room with a city view, and found the aspect looking over the tennis court to be very pleasant. The room and hotel had every amenity we wanted, including nice little touches such as water and iced tea next to the pool, for relaxing. The gym was well appointed - good enough for my regular weights session, and we enjoyed the pool very much. Finally, I love the location. It is not quite so much in the heart of the city, but it is minutes from Barangaroo and the historic areas of Millers point, Walsh Bay and The Rocks, which are my favourite parts of the city, and just over the hill from circular quay. (Top tip - the 311 bus drops you at the end of Kent St for a convenient level stroll back to the hotel).

All the staff were very well presented, beginning with the friendly chap at the parking bay and front doors. Everyone very polite and efficient. The pool and steam room facilities were clean and the pool was huge and really pretty. Bar was comfy with lovely cocktails and room was spacious and clean. Doonas were super snuggly. Housekeeping was prompt and professional.

Good location 15 mins walk from the Rocks area. Staff were excellent - very friendly & efficient. Really good breakfast choices. Everything you could possibly want and superb quality. Swimming pool was a bonus - we swam every day & really enjoyed the 20m pool.

Coming from interstate, I booked a one night stay as we were going out to dinner nearby to celebrate my partner’s birthday. The hotel staff were thoughtful, attentive, and lovely. We were notified when our room was ready and was even welcomed with a nice birthday surprise. This was impressive considering I had only mentioned my partner’s birthday briefly in passing when I rang to arrange for a breakfast booking. The hotel had a stunning indoor pool and a shower room with lockers, a steam room, and a bathing suit spin dryer which I thought was an excellent touch and really anticipated one’s needs. The room was elegantly appointed and was supplied with everything one required for a comfortable stay. Thoughtful details such as complementary bottled water (which is sadly becoming the exception these days), a generous helping of coffee pods and tea bags, a wide range of bathroom amenities, and an unexpected evening turn down service made it feel like home. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of continental and cooked items and also included unlimited barista coffee. We were very pleased with our stay at the Langham which harkens back to a time when hotels provided an elevated guest experience, providing personal care and discreetly attentive service.

Wasn't w big selection but the highlight was definitely the sashimi. We got upgraded to a 1bedroom suite - the room was massive and the whole room still looked new even though it was an old building. The bed felt amazing and the tv even had some yoga videos for you to follow if you felt like it. The pool was amazing, I loved the heated spa. It just felt really serene in there. They also had a steam room in the change room and even though it was small, it felt enough. It was also quiet when we went so I had the room to myself. The staff were all wonderful and friendly as well. I didn't meet anyone that wasn't helpful and pleasant there.

I stayed at Byron bay springs for 3 nights with my partner to celebrate my birthday that was on New Year’s Eve. Before arriving to the guest house we were sent a lovely message about our welcoming, with very good detail on instructions of where to go and what the villa provides. Including little brekkie meals. Also to our surprise, being upgraded to the king room, that had a lovely balcony. When we arrived there was a card on the bed with a flower wishing me a happy birthday and some chocolates. You don’t get this everywhere you stay so it was a lovely feeling. During the stay we relaxed by their lovely pool everyday. The owner even baked some pastries for the quests to help themselves. Byron bay springs is a perfect place to go and relax and feel comfortable as well as having your own space. Our room was refreshed every morning when we went out. The people staying at the resort at the same time as us where all so kind and we enjoyed socialising with them by the pool a nice way to make friends but you also have your privacy at the same time. Definitely will stay here more often when I visit Byron bay now that I have discovered Byron bay springs ☺️☺️

Our arrival at Byron Springs really earned a "Wow" as everything exceeded our expectations. We loved the minimal design of both the bedroom, the large shared lounge and kitchen area, and the pool. Everywhere was absolutely clean and well maintained. The pool looked very inviting but, unfortunately, a sudden storm prevented our trying it during our all-too-short stay. We found the breakfast provided in the room, including Byron granola and fruit, to be tasty and perfectly adequate, while the pineapples and wonderful brownies in the shared area were a real bonus. I thoroughly recommend this little gem, but be sure to book more than one night!

Absolutely lovely place..decor ,rooms ,pool and kitchen area amazing. So chilled. Sat round the pool like it was our own villa..we didn't want to leave.

This accommodation was one of our highlights on our Australia east coast trip. The room and the whole area all lovely decorated in a very modern boho style which we really like. Our room was very clean with a comfortable bed. In the room there is a little in-room breakfast with muesli, yoghurt and some pastry. In the main guesthouse kitchen there is extra tea, coffee and milk. Don’t forget to try the brownies, we really loved them. The WiFi was working really well on the room and pool area also. The stuff is very friendly and always tries to help you. The location is perfect. Quiet and not far away from Byron Bay. There was always enough parking spaces available. We will definitely come back if we are in Byron Bay.

The guesthouse is in a quiet location that was convenient, easily spotted and only a few minutes walk and drive to town, shops and the beaches. The rooms were spacious and really clean and it was so nice seeing a pool we could come to relax at the end of the day. I loved that we could park on site and additional parking on the street. Most importantly, the host Laura, kept us updated with the details before and after arrival and was quick to answer any questions. We were treated with a warm welcome of delicious brownies and fruits, which was super lovely. Thank you Laura! Overall made our stay in Byron pleasant, safe and memorable. Would certainly come back to and recommend to anyone :)

I have just returned from staying at St Hugh for three nights for a business stay. This place is truely beautiful. It is tastefully decorated, comfortable, quiet, with all modern amenities. The bedding, fixtures, and fittings are all of high quality, reminiscent of what you would find in upscale hotels. It truly felt like a luxurious experience. One of the highlights of the hotel is its location. Situated close to Bayliss street and Wagga Main Street, everything is within walking distance. There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity, making it a convenient choice for dining out. Whether you're looking for a romantic weekend getaway or a comfortable stay for during the week for business, this hotel caters to both. Overall, I highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Wagga. BTW: If you have the chance ask the owner his story about the building, his vision to create and follow through with a dream - DO! I will continue to stay, to support local, and watch this dream and success story come true! I will be back!

Beautiful new and clean modern room. Easy car parking on site. A little more expensive than I would usually spend as I'm happy to rough it and save money. In that sense though the value to cost ratio of what you get is far better than the cheaper alternatives. The staff on check-in were very friendly and polite and everything went smoothly. Grabbed a great coffee in the cafe while checking out early morning and the young staff were super efficient and positive at 6am which made for the perfect start to the day.

We were really impressed with the service (Joel was fantastic) and the spaciousness and cleanliness of their well-appointed guest rooms. We loved the little touches like the murals and local artworks peppered around the property. It was conveniently located around the corner from the main shopping strip and eateries. After an extremely long day on the road, all we wanted to do was a grab a quick bite and flop into an extremely comfy bed with Netflix....and we were able to so just that!

Location was fabulous, right there in the thick of things close to all shops and cafes etc, the service was amazing, the manager even parked my car for me!! Such a great room with good air con as it was so hot and I had a great nights sleep in the super comfy bed. A little bit of luxury in the middle of Wagga for a great price. Couldn’t ask for more! St Hugh isperfectly located, the staff are extremely hospitable, and the hotel is an excellent boutique option to staying in a regular roadside motel. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking to stay around Wagga...its the best we have been at ibn many years...and btw the coffee available in the coffee bar at the front of the hotel is the best you'll find for many miles around.

We had the best night at the jindy inn, everyone was so impressed, we chatted in the lounge/eatery in the evening, and morning, a very relaxing place. The rooms were excellent, clean, bathrooms modern, beds made and even a little area outside which impressed one in the group who smokes, with a sitting area and ashtray. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, fresh and inviting. We loved it all, and the friendly staff. Excellent

What great value! Close to town with a view over the lake, and everything you need for a comfortable stay - handy parking, great bathroom products, comfy bedding, towels and pillows, fast wi-fi, a smart TV, self-catering kitchen, laundry and drying room, and an excellent continental breakfast every morning. They even offer yoga classes and have a restaurant. I'll definitely be back to stay here on my next work trip or to experience the trails or snow.

The Jindy Inn was great value for money. The staff were all extremely friendly and lovely and the property had a wonderful homely vibe. The room itself was cosy with a comfortable bed, beautiful view to the lake and great local skin/hair products. The breakfast was fantastic with a great range of food items each morning. I appreciated that they provided alternative milk for my morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

The Jindy Inn is an amazing hotel. We stayed in a standard room with a door that opened onto the rose gardens. Perfectly appointed room with comfy bed, lovely toiletries that you could purchase from the hotel, and the native flora and fauna images and quotes, in the room and around the hotel, added to the vibe. Excellent breakfast and the communal kitchen was a great facility to have. Everything spotless.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Wonderful staff. Room was spacious and comfortable. Toiletries were organic and safe to use and could be purchased along with more items to choose from. Photographs on the walls and ‘sayings’ were uplifting. The dining room and food for breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. Only a short walk to numerous shops. We will definitely recommend this stay to our friends and family.

I liked everything. The whole building is great and the rooms beautiful. I love the décor and the stylishness of the place. The added extra were great and really made us feel welcome and special. Complimentary snacks, lovely coffee cups and coffee maker, take away cups for morning coffee to go. Comfortable beds, great linen and robes. Enjoyed a drinks on the spacious first floor veranda. If they had a pool I'd stay a week.

I ordered a Standard Suite and it was lovely. My hubby and I really loved the room. We didn't have the "breakfast" however it was offered if we wanted to have that. Very clean, great amenities in the room. Large bathroom and we loved the kitchenette! There is also a large balcony out the front to chill out on. We loved it! The housekeeping staff were lovely and very helpful. Reception staff were lovely! We were located very close to town and across the road from the Paragon Hotel where we ate some lovely meals. Will definitely stay here again!

As soon as I walked into the property it radiated warmth and relaxation. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The room was next level comforting and relaxing, the bed was luxurious and the selection of local wine was heavenly and so close to all the local restaurants and bars and a newly renovated hotel across the road. I stay in a lot of hotels and accommodation for work and this is one of the best I've ever stayed at, I will be back for a personal trip next time.

This is a beautiful example of a rejuvenated older building into a comfortable small hotel, with the spirits of the past lingering. The room was well appointed, the kimonos beautiful. Breakfast provisions were excellent, and the mini kitchen made us wish we were staying longer than only one night. We had our predinner drink and morning coffee on the large covered verandah but seemed to be the older patrons doing that. The bubbly receptionist was a delight on check-in.

Room was beautiful and comfortable, bathroom was modern and clean. Plenty of parking on the property or on the street. Room had kitchenette which was handy. At the edge of town but max 10 mins walk to where you need to get to in town. You can get dinner and drinks at the Paragon Hotel across the road if you really don't want to go far. We watched the sunrise from the balcony on the upper floor.

WOW. This place exceeded our expectations. What a wonderful stay my partner and I had. We traveled with another couple as we were going to Roche Estate for a concert. I booked Wine Country Villas, as it was a short drive to get there. The villa was exactly what we needed. A beautiful villa with everything we needed. The included breakfast was perfect. This included eggs, bacon, muffins and juice. The bacon was sooooo good. There was a huge range of spreads and sauces to use. Small poppers of milk in both skin and full cream were there to use with the pod coffee machine. Bedrooms were good, except the beds being doubles were short for my partner. His feet reached the end of the bed and dangled over, but really wasn't a huge issue. Bathroom, was clean and came with, shampoo, condition, body wash, moisturiser and soap. The outlook was lovely from the balcony. Lush green grass, where some kangaroos came to feed early one morning. The pool was great too, with pool towels provided. There were also extra towels available by the pool if needed. We have stayed at Cyprus Lakes up the road, and Wine Country Villas was so much better in my opinion. My husband and I will 100% be back again for sure.

Very comfortable bed with quality linen. Extra towels provided. Great swimming pool but would be good if they added a few more pool chairs and umbrellas. We couldn’t use the pool one day as other guests had claimed all the shade! Breakfast was provided (bacon, eggs & English muffins) Would have appreciated muesli, yoghurt & fruit option. There is a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, but we didn’t like the coffee it made! Would prefer a plunger. Mosquitoes were bad when we were there, but we had taken insect repellent and fly spray was provided. Nice, but very small bathroom. Only a very tiny washbasin and no-where to put toiletries. The bathroom rubbish bin hadn’t been emptied from previous guests. Thankfully not much in there but still not ideal. A/C is very effective for living area, but even with the fans on we struggled to cool the upper sleeping area on the very hot days.

The room was absolutely stunning. The views are gorgeous, the villa is huge. Plenty of space and the bed was a fantastic size. The kitchen was big and spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast provided was also delicious and so fresh. Everything was very clean, the pool was stunning and also clean, the door was an easy access code so no key or check in required. Just lovely. Location is perfect, super central to wineries, eateries etc. Bathroom was also the perfect size. I would definitely stay here again.

The villa was so cute, had plenty of parking and the little bits and pieces inside were great such as a fridge full of breakfast food and juice and a variety of condiments. Location is great for the Hunter Valley, so close to everything but feels like you’re isolated. The pool area is so cute however we didn’t get a chance to swim unfortunately. The morning of there was a staff member who asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything as she walked past.

We loved everything about the property! We had a luxury 3 nights in a gorgeous 1 bedroom villa, which was spotlessly clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Views from our balcony were absolutely stunning. Pool is overlooking mountains. The bathroom has really lovely smelling toiletries and soft fluffy towels. We had a huge comfortable bed. It was actually really hard to leave this place when it was time to come home. Would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful property! Our two bedroom cabin 5 was huge, so comfortable, long verandah with outdoor dining table and bbq, the view was amazing, fireplace inside which unfortunately we didn’t use as it wasn’t cold enough, two huge bedrooms both with full private bathrooms (one with bath), gorgeous gardens, and the pool/spa was amazing! The only negative was that there must have been too much chlorine in the spa as after a few hours of sitting in it my black swimmers turned brown, and then beige. Luckily they were not brand new so I wasn’t too bothered by it, but just a warning to others. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit the Hunter.

Thank you to the owners John and Trish for providing us with a fantastic villla to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. The accommodation was very clean and ready for us when we checked in. Owners went above and beyond having air con turned on, electric blankets on everything was ready for us even the baby cot. We enjoyed the views, absolutely loved the fire place (which had plenty of wood to use and clear instructions to start fire). The villa was very clean, fantastically furnished, beds very comfy. Highly recommend. Would love to go back in summer to use the pool

The property the villas are situated on has a beautiful view of the valley, is incredibly peaceful and bursting with wildlife. The villa we stayed in had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, perfectly located, and only a short drive to multiple wineries and restaurants. There were some very useful brochures and pamphlets in the villa, which helped us plan out our weekend quite easily, too. The pool was clean and nicely tucked away. I would highly recommend staying here for your next trip to the Hunter Valley.

The villas are amazing in size, clean, comfortable like a home away from home. Great pool for chilling at after a day of wine tasting and touring. Location felt central to getting to where you needed to within the wine region and nothing was more than 15mins away driving. Trish and John, the owners were contactable and communitive and the villa had all info required. Good value, so will be booking at Beltana Villas when I am in the wine region next.

this was our 2nd time staying here and we loved it! the villas are spacious and very well equipped with cleaning and cooking supplies. the villas are beautifully positioned with nice views of the property. walking distance to a couple of wineries and central to others to drive to. feels like you are really staying in the country, we much prefer this to the big hotels. the pool is great too :) we will definitely be back again!
