Fantastic hotel, wonderful welcome with a glass of Prosecco, we were taken to our room which was perfectly appointed, beautiful outside furniture, lovely pool but a bit chilly! Breakfast was served morning in the main restaurant, every thing you could want. Lunch was great and the dinner in the main restaurant was fantastic. We will definitely be back, so relaxing!

Our stay was wonderful!!!! The hotel is tucked into the hills of north-western Sardinia and gives an exclusive feel to the resort! We were able to hang out by the pool and soak up the needed sun, rest and enjoy the food at the restaurant. Service was great. It is a fantastic hotel in a nice setting!

Loved the hotel and its 5 start inmost ways. Location is out in the sticks but maybe thats ok for relaxing. Prices in the restaurant are very high. Its OK but not value for money eating. Room great but you need to be very mobile as its hilly. Pool and beds around superb. Staff very good.

We had a first class experience here with a suite with a stunning view of the sea and the spectacular mountains that surround the resort. All staff were helpful. The pool was heated which made it easy to swim even as the weather cooled unseasonably for September.

This property is exquisite. The views are spectacular. You can see the ocean, the rocky mountainside and the manicured landscape. The rooms are gorgeous. 5 stars for service and accommodation. The pool was beautiful. Good was delicious. Perfection

This hotel is set in beautiful gardens, with 2 swimming pools on a split level. Great views of Tavolara Island. The room we had (128) was a decent size in a quiet spot, also with a nice view. What sets this hotel apart from others, is the staff. Most of them have good English, & we're very attentive, we never had to ask for anything twice. They were so welcoming & informative. The restaurant for an evening meal, is amazing. Very high quality of food & service. A little expensive, but we had some really delicious, wow food. Much better than we were expecting. Usually hotel restaurants are not very good, this place is special, a real treat. Breakfast is also very good, a very plentiful buffet. A little note. Should you like a proper coffee, & not the stuff they have to offer at the buffet, the eating staff are happy to get the coffee you like. Be it an espresso, cappuccino, or Americano. Nothing is too much trouble. For a relaxing afternoon by the pool, there is a pool bar, with again, a very attentive waiter. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Booked last week available to fly from Bristol, ie first week of October. Arrived early evening, hotel easy to find and parking also easy. Reception very good and freindly, all rooms at ground level looking out over the gardens, we could also see the island of Tavola from our veranda which made the evenings very pleasant. We upgarded to half board on arrival at Euro 25 per person...a good decision as the area was getting very quiet at that time of year. The food in the hotel was quite good, four small but adequate and varied courses, breakfasts were also good with plenty of choice. We found the cost of wine a tad expensive at about £30 a bottle (we made it last two days...well tried to anyway!). Drinks at the bar were also a bit pricey, there is a fridge in the room however, and the 'own food and drinks police' weren't out. The hotel pools were small but pleasant, but we swam in the sea every day which was wonderful! Euro 15 gives you loungers, brolly and the free use of kiyaks etc, it's only a short walk and even shorter drive. If we were to be critical, we found the standard rooms a little bit basic, we had no tea making facilities on the first night, luckily they arrived the next day. We were the only English there, hotel mainly occupied by Germans, with a surprising number of young children, apparently it was half term in some regions. However, they were well behaved and the parents weren't too bad either! In all we had a memorable and great time.

Super idyllisches, familiengeführtes Hotel in der Nähe von Olbia. Die Zimmer sind in mehreren eingeschossigen Häuserzeilen verteilt, die auf einem privaten Anwesen liegen. Die Zimmer sind hübsch gestaltet und bieten was man braucht, nur die Betten sind etwas hart. Das Frühstück ist üppig und insbesondere die selbstgemachte Patisserie kann sich absolut sehen lassen. Der Blick aus den Pools bzw. dem sehr schönen Hotelgarten auf das Mittelmeer ist kaum zu toppen. Das gilt insbesondere für die beiden Whirlpools, die auf unterschiedlichen Höhenniveaus um eine Liegewiese und Granitfelsen herum gebaut wurden. Der Hotelstrand ist 5-10 Geh-Minuten entfernt, der kleine Ort Porto San Paolo ist fußläufig erreichbar und bietet Restaurants, Supermarkt, Cafés und Eisdielen. Was fehlt, sind schöne Städte zum Flanieren wie am Gardasee z. B.. Olbia lohnt sich entgegen der Meinung der Reiseführer überhaupt nicht. Alghero ist zu empfehlen, aber mit dem Auto fast zwei Stunden entfernt. Dafür liegen einige Traumstrände in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The grounds were absolutely stunning and we were so in love with it that we spent a whole afternoon lounging around the pool in a cabana just reading, drinking local wine, and taking in the view. A nice location for short drives to some of the north's nicest beaches. Staff was wonderful and attentive. The restaurant had some exceptional dishes (loved the shi drum tartar, the uni pasta, and honey gelato)> the bed was a little stiff, but overall the room was just lovely. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Amazing view, great swimming pool (we were in September, so the water was quite cold, but still enjoyable), the owner (Ms Lorena) was very helpful and kind. On top of that, Murta Maria is a lovely town, close to Olbia, which is in turn close to Costa Smeralda. Well worth your money!

The host thoughtfully arranged a meet-and-greet to handover the keys at our late night arrival. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and enough staples in the pantry to tide us over until we went to the shops. The villa was perfect for our family, and yes, the photos advertised are just as the place is. Everything we needed was provided. It was tranquil, spotlessly clean, in a fantastic location. We would definitely return!

We would 100% recommend La Sima as a wonderful place to stay. We stayed for a week as a family of 4, with two children under the age of 6. The Villa was in a great location for exploring local beaches and towns, with lots of restaurant options within a 5-10 minute drive (you'll want a hire car for getting around, and for the short 20 minute drive to and from the airport) . The very close by beaches were amazing, but equally the pool at the Villa was a wonderful place to relax, with a beautiful view. We felt that this was the best equipped Villa we have stayed at, and the hosts did everything possible to make sure our stay was fantastic - even providing things like a large beach umbrella to take to the beach should you so wish.

The incredible views from both outside and inside areas. The big beautifully looked after garden: the natural shade from the trees, the wonderful infinity pool, the patio lounge….

Such a cool place, basically a villa in a quiet area but still walking distance to shops and restaurants. Olbia is just a short drive away too. The pool was amazing and the house in general was really clean. The staff are a family and were very nice. You can purchase drinks and ice cream at the pool at certain hours.

This was a great place and we wished we stayed longer. Very friendly owners and staff. The pool was beautiful and clean and together with the garden and the sunbeds it was a quiet and nice place for recreation. The kitchen was great and the room too. It was even better than the pictures. Perfect that you could have the car just near the house and it was easy to get into Olbia. Can absolutly recommend it and hope we can come back someday.

Very nice hotel with all the facities you need, morning coffee is included and very welcomed. The room, bathroom, pool, everything is new and comfortable. The location is great, close to the sea and Olbia airport and also Costa Smeralda beaches are easy to reach from there. The host is very helpful and helped us with shower and luggage deposit for a late chek-out.

Great location with loads of on street parking adjacent to property, supermarket and Pizza restaurant at the bottom of the road. Half a dozen beautiful beaches within 5mins by car. Spotless pool and well kept grounds/garden. We had an outdoor kitchen with our room. It was ideal to prepare breakfast and lunches.

The pool was great, I felt like I was in a 5* resort. Summer kitchens fully equipped and accessible, space for everyone at the same time. I have nothing to complain about, great location, I would love to come again.

I recommend this villa with beautiful surroundings, nice pool and large and comfortable spaces both outdoors and indoors. A well-equipped kitchen and nice bath/shower room. The house suited us perfectly because we were a large family with children and grandchildren, altogether 14 people. We had good communication with the host.

our trip was a family get away and decided on Sardinia, and after researching, agreed that Porto Rotondo would be a great place. Of course, it was low season. We had constant communication with Roberta, our point of contact for this villa, and she was wonderful from the very beginning. The villa is a true gem- spacious with great décor and plentiful in many aspects, however, some updating of the bathrooms, particularly the fixtures in the showers, as they were leaking. some pf the patio lights were not working, and couldn't quite figure out how to turn them on. Nonetheless, the swimming pool and outdoor kitchen/BBQ/Pizza over were great and utilized them a few times while there. There are excellent eateries near by and a supermarket for all of our nees a few blocks walk away. The bad news is that if you wish to venture to visit other areas of Sardinia, be prepared to drive about two hours+ to most of the popular destinations. Nonetheless, a wonderfully memorable time indeed

The property was situated in a good location in terms of access to shops/ port / supermarket and local free bus shuttle but was situated on a road and we frequently heard late night noise from the street. Lots of options for dining out near by and a great supermarket and gelato & bakery within walking distance and the outdoor kitchen and pizza oven was a great hit. The views from the villa were great. The garden was lovely and well maintained and the pool was a great size. No real “shallow end” however. Multiple charming areas in villa to relax - balcony, lounge, Outdoor and garden.

The property is gorgeous, it’s an amazing villa thats one of a kind. It’s a stones throw (5 min walking) from Porto Rotondo which has so many bars and restaurants to eat and drink at,

Initially we had booked just a classic room however it was old and rundown, so we upgraded to a suite with a private pool and that was next level with amazing finishes.

This was a hotel for us to recharge after just getting married on the Amalfi coast and it didn't disappoint. We were upgraded to a room/suite with a private pool on the roof and honestly if I had known how amazing it would be I wouldn't have gambled on the upgrade. If your going to be out all day of course you have to balance the cost but if your just relaxing then this was the best room we could have wished for. The staff and cleaning staff were very courteous which always helps and really a win for us. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance as well as shops to stock up the mini bar.

I spent 5 nights at the hotel with my husband and we had a great time. As we visited in May, the hotel was pretty empty so some days we had the pool or beach practically to ourselves. Breakfast was included in our rate, and it was wonderful. Lots of options, and even complimentary champagne to make mimosas. The pool was nice but we were unable to swim in it because the water was so cold - it would be great if they could heat the pool. I agree with other reviews that having a sea view room is worth the additional cost. We would sit on our balcony in the afternoons and have wine and the views were beautiful. The hotel itself was extremely clean which we really liked. I'd also like to say how accommodating the hotel was. On our day of check-out, we did not need to leave for the airport until around 4pm. The hotel gave us another room to use for the day so we could shower and keep our bags in there until we left. The hotel is also in a nice area - 30 min drive to the airport in Olbia, less than an hour drive to Porto Cervo, and there are several good restaurants in the town. In general, we had a great time at the hotel and would stay there again.

My wife and I had a week’s stay at the hotel. We booked a deluxe room but on arrival were upgraded to a suite which had a fantastic corner balcony with views over the sea and towards the port. This meant we could sit either in the sun or shade during the day as required. Plus it also had a retractable awning as well which was an added bonus. The hotel is right on the beach plus has a nice pool with plenty of pool side sun loungers. The room although not particularly large was very comfortable with a nice bathroom and shower. We did not eat in the restaurants other than breakfast which ended at 10.30 am each day which had a good choice of hot and cold foods. All the hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful and made our stay a very pleasant one. The location is good with the beach one side with lovely beautiful clear waters and white sand and it is also about 10-15 minutes walk into town where there are a few bars and lots of cafe/restaurants. The only negatives were our TV hardly worked (not that we were too bothered about that) and the WiFi tended to drop in and out. Plus from the 7th June onwards you have to pay for the hotel’s beach sunbeds up to €60 per day! I regularly stay in hotels all around the world and have never had to pay my own hotel for this before? Overall though a very enjoyable stay and if returning to Porto Aranci I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Situated in a quiet street right on the beach front this hotel is ideal for a relaxing get away with wonderful customer service. The interiors use high quality materials to provide an airy and traditional, yet modern atmosphere. Our room (a comfort sea view) was spacious with a good size balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The communal areas are well organised with plenty of tables, chairs and sun loungers. Even at the busiest times there was plenty of choice and it never felt crowded. The food is a very good standard with a wide selection for the breakfast buffet and a range of choices for lunch and dinner. An evening dinner in the restaurant overlooking the sunset over the sea is definitely a must. The swimming pool is well sized with a shallower area for children which also has a jacuzzi feature. The hotel has direct access to an adjacent beach which has a large number of loungers which can be hired out. There is also a public beach next to this section with a cafe and pedalos. The sea for the entire stretch is very shallow, calm and warm. The beach can become busy between 10am-4pm but in the morning and evening is very pleasant to stroll along. Walking in the other direction there are more beaches, cafes and restaurants. There is a local town a few streets away from the hotel with a selection of eateries, shops, a pharmacy and medical centre. The hotel also provides evening entertainment with live music. A great stay!

Great location near the beach (2 mins walk). Helpful friendly staff. Breakfast had a good variety: cereal, eggs, meat, bread, fresh fruit platter, pastries and cakes. Coffee made on demand and lactose-free milk and decaffeinated options available. Very clean spacious room, great bathroom, and a balcony with a clothes rack to dry clothes on. Reception manned all day and main door only opened by room key so felt secure. Lift available.

Very friendly, very clean, new or just redecorated, this is a delightful, welcoming, homely-style accommodation with a very helpful owner. Here, you feel at home. Highly recommended! This accommodation has a mini supermarket on the hotel property; you will have everything within your reach, including shops and church services. Very clean, pleasant, and cosy accommodation in beautiful Golfo Aranci. Excellent, you will enjoy every moment in this property.

I liked everything in this property. Very friendly stuff, new and very clean hotel space and room itself. The cleaning of the room was provided on daily basis. The breakfast was also nice. The location of Golfo Aranci is the best for family or relax holidays. I already want to come back.

We needed very much early check-in as we were traveling with small kids. While this cannot be guaranteed, a room was provided upon our arrival. We asked to order for us a taxi ro airport and it was arranged for the lowest rate we have ever seen for this itinerary.

This is a boutique hotel with loads of charm and character. Our Junior Suite was comfortable and classy, but not overly large. The balcony is only for the petit. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old city, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The military harbour is also an easy walk, and has a nice promenade shaded by palms and umbrella pines. The breakfast room on the lower level is quaint, and the breakfast is good - a variety of breads, rolls, croissants, local honey and jam, scrambled eggs and bacon. The service is excellent, and we were particularly thankful to Ilaria who helped us rebook our ferry to Corsica, when the weather forecast threatened to cancel that crossing. (waiting a few days was not really an option) As is often the case with those who provide excellent customer service, Ilaria did not think she had done anything special. Those of us who are the beneficiaries of such service know better! Thank you again, Ilaria.

Absolutely everything we liked about this hotel. Diego & IIaria were the only two reception staff we meet and they were both excellent in speaking English, helping with all our questions and gave us good advice on restaurants. They were so helpful they made our stay such a memorable holiday. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Olbia. Close to the main strip with restaurants and bars. Close to nice beaches if you have a car to drive to. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are gorgeous. The breakfast every morning was delicious and lots of variety. All freshly prepared every morning. Only a small hotel with 11 rooms makes it even better as it was never noisy or crowded at breakfast. We will definitely stay at this gem of a hotel again.

The location is perfect to explore historic & newer Olbia. A short drive from the port to this hotel. Although always a bit tricky with not being able to enter certain streets, as with most European historic centers, google maps led the way and we were still able to unload & reload our bags in front of the hotel. The parking was just down the street. Our room was quite spacious, with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was served downstairs, and although we only ate on the last day there was quite a variety of breads, fruit and sweets~ Although it is off season here, there are still enough retail, bars & restaurants open, The staff at La Locanda Del Conte Marmeli, were so so attentive and always smiling!

We loved the room. It was comfortable, good size, clean and nicely set. Maybe the aircon could have been a bit better but overall an excellent place to stay! Yet, the girl in the reception was a true highlight!!! She was so welcoming, happy to help and assist! Since this was our final stop on honeymoon I asked here to, if possible, put some flowers in the room for my wife. She not only sorted this out, she went further and got some lovely balloons on the best, placed the rose next to them and made sure all is arranged! I very much recommend this hotel!!!

The hotel is really nicely decorated with a lot of attention to detail. It has a rustic style with a modern twist. You feel welcomed even before you arrive because you are contacted and given instructions about parking close to the hotel to avoid getting a fine due to the limited traffic zone in its street The staff are very helpful giving us suggestions on places to eat and visit. Barbara the breakfast lady is so nice and helpful making you feel at home. Hotel is very clean and in a central location. Will surely stay again next time we visit Olbia.

Jazz Hotel was incredibly accommodating and comfortable, exactly what we needed at the end of our trip. We arrived feeling a bit sad to be leaving Sardinia, but the warm welcome from the front desk staff immediately lifted our spirits. They offered to securely store our bags and even provided towels so we could enjoy the pool while waiting for our room. We ended up spending the entire day at the hotel, making the most of the beautiful pool, comfortable lounge chairs, and excellent on-site restaurant. Every staff member we encountered was kind and attentive, and the food was delicious. Our room was spotless, and we especially appreciated the spacious, well-designed bathroom. Jazz Hotel made our final night in Sardinia feel relaxing and memorable, we couldn’t have asked for a better way to end our trip.

We booked this hotel for the night before a flight back out of Olbia , for its very very convenient location only a few minutes away. The rooms were airy, and very comfortable with great bath products provided. The little pool was a nice bonus, as well as the pool towels that were provided. The on-site restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and great service. Convenient location and overall a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

Hotel is nice and modern, great bar, pool and restaurant, super nice staff everywhere. It was a 10min drive in the morning to leave our rental car at the airport, if you like to sleep in longer like us-its the perfect location. We felt sorry we didn’t book a couple more nights here, even if its not in a scenic location. Hotels by the coast at triple (or more) the cost have facilities from the 80s.

Very impressed by the size of our room, in which they had set up a cot in for our baby. Used to hotel rooms being very small but this was plenty of space. It also had a big rug and was relatively baby proof. Perfect for our 9 months old, there was very little she could hurt herself on. Breakfast was really good. Didn’t stay long enough to use the pool.

This is a truly lovely Hotel, I stayed in 4 different Hotels whilst on Sardinia and this was my favourite one. The rooms were a good size and very clean, a real power shower and plenty of clean towels. The bed was comfy and the TV even had some English speaking channels as well as lots of other Countries ones as well. The Breakfast was good with plenty to eat, especially the local hard cheese which was tasty. Service throughout the Hotel was first rate and the roof terrace is amazing, there was even a lightening storm one night and we saw it flash across the sky. The location is excellent in the little historic streets with nice restaurants and a minutes walk from the main street with all the shops and eateries, it really buzzes at night around there. The railway station was 5 minutes walk away and around the same for the airport bus, which costs 1.50eur, a real bargain(a taxi costs 28Eur) the airport bus is next to the taxi rank outside the main terminal building. The aircon at this Hotel is brilliant. But its the roof terrace which is very large with great views that helps make this Hotel special.

This hotel is in the centre of Olbia Old Town. It is very close to many lovely restaurants and bars and the general nightlife of Olbia. The hotel has two car parks providing free parking during your stay. This is a great asset, as parking in Olbia is difficult. The car parks are only a short walk from the hotel. We stayed at the Hotel Panorama for eight nights and we were very impressed. Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was served over a three hour period, which enabled you to relax in the mornings. The food was lovely and there was a good selection. The staff were constantly replenishing items when they ran low. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to spend time in Olbia. It is a very good base to explore the town and northern Sardinia

Really enjoyed my stay in Sardinia and was very pleased with my 2 days in Olbia. At the hotel, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is located in the heart of the town so close to many restaurants and it is also a good base for exploring the Emerald Coast. My only complaint about the hotel - and it is a very small complaint - is that there was a kettle and cups in the room. But there were only 3 teabags, no coffee, no sugar, no milk. I would expect all these last items from a 4 star hotel. But as I say, it is only a tiny complaint as the hotel was otherwise perfect in every way so I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had such a lovely stay here. We arrived slightly before check in time but the receptionist let us check in early. All staff throughout our stay were polite and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a wide variety whether you prefer cereal, fruit, bread, cheese, meat sweet items, salad or cooked items such as tomatoes, bacon, eggs, sausages. The best highlight of the hotel of all was the rooftop bar which is open 24 hours and you can either take your own drinks or ring reception who will bring them up for you. The views of the city are breathtaking. We spent one evening up there having dinner and watching the sunset! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

We have just got back from a weeks stay at the Hotel Panorama in Olbia. The hotel and all the staff were absolutely amazing. The hotel is conveniently set in the middle of Olbia town making it easy to walk around and get to the restaurants, bars, marina etc. As we hired a car for the duration, parking was included which was a massive help. Our room was a good size and cleaned daily. The breakfast buffet had everything that we needed to fuel up before heading out to explore the country. Every staff member was always friendly and extremely helpful. We would certainly go back and stay at Hotel Panorama. Thank you all for making our stay special :)

Just returned from a week at this beautiful hotel and it was just what we needed for a relaxing holiday. Our room was spacious and clean and our balcony had stunning views over the pool, gardens, sea and surrounding hills. The pool and gardens in the hotel were well maintained and we never had problems finding available sun loungers. We'd hired a car to explore beaches round the island but ended up spending most of our time around the hotel pool as it was too lovely to leave. Golfo Aranci is a small, quiet town but we found a different restaurant to eat in every night and it is perfectly located for exploring different beaches and the island. Finding the hotel was a bit of a struggle. The road outside the hotel was closed except for access every evening between 8 and 12 for a market so we got a bit lost, not helped by us arriving after dark. The car park is also quite small, luckily we always managed to get a space when we needed one but I'm not sure what we would have done if we couldn't. The restaurant at the hotel was lovely. There was always a good spread for breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pool. We also ate an evening meal there one evening and the good Sardinian food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Finally, I must just say how friendly and helpful the staff were. They were all so welcoming and rounded off what really is a fantastic hotel.

Just returned from 7 nights half board. I cannot praise this hotel and our experience enough. From booking, arranging transfers, through to our initial welcome and then every aspect of our stay, it was just wonderful. Every member of staff is dedicated to ensuring guests have a lovely experience. We had a wonderful room with a furnished terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens and the bay beyond with a jacuzzi pool. The room was so comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was great with a good shower. The bed was huge and we slept well. Minibar was well stocked and very reasonably priced. The coffee maker was great and stocks replenished daily. The pool and gardens are great, so very well cared for. Everyone who works here seems rightfully proud of their lovely hotel. Breakfast staff were lovely and we enjoyed relaxed breakfasts on the terrace. Dinner was a real highlight. We booked half board after reading previous reviews and are so glad we did. Alfredo and team took such good care of us. Four courses every night with three choices at each course, a good wine list and lovely cocktails-all so reasonably priced. We loved Golfo Aranci. The beach is nice and water clear, calm and shallow; the boardwalk and marina are lovely for an evening stroll and there's a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants and ice cream shops. It's easy to get the train to Olbia too for a change of scene. We hope to return. Thanks to Marco and the whole team for a lovely stay.

A small, quiet hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Perfect for my family of 2 small children (ages 4 and 6). It has a nice pool set in beautiful gardens, a very short walk from the sea. We chose half-board as we prefer to be near our rooms for dinner for the children sake and the food was really very good, typical Sardinian. There are lots of nice restaurants within just a few minutes walk from the hotel which is itself situated on one of the main streets of the small town. The beach is a very short walk away, as is the small marina. The beach is nothing particularly special but the children loved it's warm, calm and shallow water and sand for sand-castles. Lots of excursions are available such as boat tours around the nearby islands and Dolphin watching. If i were to go again I would hire and car and travel around the island more as there is so much to see and do but this trip was perfect considering the ages of our children who were happy just playing in the pool. There is a little bit of night-life around the Marina such as dancing and out-door movies and we saw a little cocktail bar which we will visit next time....

Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the hotel's beautiful garden and the sea. Breakfast by the pool. Then a walk down the hotel's garden and through a little wooden gate onto the sea front. From there a walk along the sand or easy paths to a choice of beaches with sun beds, umbrellas and beach cafes, the nearest only 5 minutes away. In the evening these cafes turn into relaxed restaurants where one can have supper right next to the sea. Or dinner in the hotel by the pool. Every night a couple of hundred people gather by the sea in front of the hotel to watch the sun set. One lovely warm night there was a free classical concert - a string quartet - starting at 10 p.m. on the seafront. Another night the hotel had a special celebration of sea food dinner and a group of Sardinian men singers entertained the diners with spell-binding unaccompanied Sardinian songs. You can find a restaurant on the harbour front, on the seafront or in the quiet little town on Golfo Aranci. There are excursions by boat and pedaloes on some beaches.

My partner and I stayed in this hotel for 1 week at the beginning of May 2009 and we had a really great week. It was sunny and warm. The hotel is excellent and the staff are all very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very clean, light and airy and our room was large with a very comfortable bed and a large balcony with great views overlooking the pool and sea. The bathroom was well equipped and there was always plenty of hot water. All the hotel decorations and furnishing are beautiful and good quality and very well looked after. The swimming pool and gardens are so clean and well kept and the garden gate opens on to the seafront. There is a path along the sea front and a marina with fishing boats. The hotel is in the middle of town near the shops and there is also car parking. I would really recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a relaxing holiday in a great hotel with excellent service. Would definitely return to this hotel - I loved it.

The hotel was perfectly situated in the middle of Corso Umberto which is the Main Street in Olbia close to all the excellent restaurants and bars. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us and provided a fan when their air con failed. This was repaired asap. The staff from reception, room cleaners and breakfast room waitresses were fantastic and there was always a good selection of continental meats, eggs, cheeses, breads, pastries etc as well as crispy bacon and scrambled eggs

The location was great, the view from the room also. We arrived in the evening, welcomed from the Latin music of the Cuban restaurant which lies just around the corner. Personnel was extra friendly and helpful when we needed assistance with communicating with an Italian driver who took us to Alghero. Top-notch was the tasteful crostata di albicocca which was served in the hotel breakfast and looked hand-made.

All staff were very nice and helpful. The lady at the reception took all the necessary time to answer my many questions and help us plan our stay. We were able to leave our stuff at the hotel for a while after check out. Breakfast was great! Plentiful and staff kept refilling the buffet. The location of the hotel is perfect.

The location was great and the staff were amazing. Very pleasant and helpful-particularly the young lady who checked us out in the morning-I’m sorry I don’t know her name-she went to a lot of trouble to get taxis for us, helped us to the pick-up point and was so cheerful. Thank you!

We honeymooned here this week. Perfectly traditional, rustic Sardinian renovated, extended and modernised barns with sunny pool and 2.5km walk/running track out the back with great views across the valley. No noise from other rooms or the dining area later at night - Sardinians eat late! due to such solid walls and double glazed windows. 6 miles from the airport, easy driving in our small rental car, far away enough from the, quiet, dual carriageway not to impact us whatsoever. 15-20 min drives to various beautiful beaches, ancient castles and villages all with lovely bars and cafes to enjoy more food and drinks at our leisure. The hotel itself was clean tidy with great service throughout the day - just ask a staff member and they will get you anything you need - they do pause for an hour 2-3pm (typical of most places here). The restaurant was busy every night with residents and non residents. A sure sign the food is sumptuous indeed. Excellent value for money, lovely sunny pool allowing us to catch rays until gone 6pm even in late September. A truly wonderful trip. We plan to return next year!

Been there a few times. For a small family it offers quite a bit. There is dogs, goats and a horse to pet. Sometimes you have the excitement of a wild boar by the pool (or the horse). The pool is nice, big and clean. You have a very good breakfast that leaves nothing open and the have a a la carte restaurant in the evening serving good quality food as well. The rooms are well designed and the beds comfy. It is remote and quiet, even if fully booked. The countryside is nice as well. All in all there are a lot of ups and the few things that are maybe not 100% are somehow charming.

Great place to feel the tranquility of the countryside while still being near Olbia airport and the coast to explore nearby towns. We stayed in a newly opened tent and it was awesome. Very comfortable beds. Everything was super clean. The glamping grounds were great. We made use of the pool around sunset and had an aperitivo during this time. The manager, Federico, runs the place like an owner - showing great attention to detail, loving care for his guests and pride in his hotel. He suggested we stay at the hotel for dinner and were so glad we did! The food was exquisite. We tried a variety of dishes and everything was wonderful.

Wow. The location..surrounded by natural beauty. Next to a vineyard. The hotel has a horse which was an entertainment for us. Beautiful and cozy rooms. Excellent decor. Well maintained, super clean. We have access to the back from the bedroom which leads to the swimming pool which added privacy to us. The food in the restaurant was yummy and value for money. They even packed a nice and big portion breakfast for us when mentioned we checking out very early for the ferry journey. Very quiet place which was perfect for us.

Lovely place to stay, rooms were great and cleaned everyday. In addition, had a pool which was a big bonus, was able to get some laps in after breakfast, some mornings was the only person in the pool. The pool attendants were great. Overall the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Would for sure would recommend this hotel. In a good area, close to the old town in a quiet area on the town.

The journey from the Airport to the hotel was short, the staff were great and did everything they could to help you, really friendly and professional, the assistant manager Antonio was exceptional, he organised all our tours and taxis, and made our holiday most enjoyable. The breakfast was first class, there was a great selection and again the staff were professional, polite and friendly. The location was excellent for reaching restaurants, shops, ATM's etc. The room was adequate, it had plenty of storage facilities, toiletries, and was cleaned every day. The shower area was large so you had plenty of room to move, and the air conditioning was superb. Once in the swimming pool there was the same level of depth, which gave confidence to people who fear deep ends, but plenty of room to swim without bashing any parts of your body. It was in a very good state, and particularly liked the plastic all around the inside of the pool, so if you bumped your head no real damage could happen.

Great location, a few minutes walk and you are right in to the centre of everything. We found the hotel really clean and tidy, staff very friendly and rooms were great. Very nice to have the pool to cool off and I think one of the few, if any, hotels in the centre to have a pool. Would have been good to have coffee making facilities in the room but that's just a minor point. I think the hotel was pretty full but you wouldn't have known it. Would happily stay there again

Fabulous location, 2 minutes to the old town with lots of great eateries and bars, yet quiet. Very clean rooms and great powerful showers in the bathroom. Lovely towels too. Fabulous to have a pool and we largely had the use of it to ourselves, although its not sunny poolside by around 1pm. Good breakfast with lots of choice, plenty of fruit and sweet treats.

A superb little hotel in a great location. We used this hotel based just off the Old Town of Olbia to explore for a couple of nights. The location is superb and literally a 5 mins walk to the main old town area. The check in was really smooth and our room was ready early which was really appreciated given how hot it was! The room was really nice, specious and had everything that we needed! We also booked this hotel as it was the only one I could find in the old town with a swimming pool, which was really nice and well used by us given the temperatures. The hotel was lovely and quiet and you wouldn’t know that it was fully booked apart from at Breakfast time - we didn’t see another person staying there. Overall, a really good stay and highly recommended hotel 😊.

Hotel in the hystorical center of Olbia, few steps from the main walking street with restaurants and shops. A bit difficult to park but found easily nearby payment parking area. The people attending were very kind and professional. The spa at a reasonable cost was very good for the size of the hotel (big jacuzzi type pool, hot vapour sauna, mud and salt to cure the skin, various showers, several resting areas). Breakfast was good level. Very clean. Nice shower in the room.

Friendly greeting by reception staff especially Paula who was very helpful . Room was large with a comfortable bed. We had a courtyard with seating area but unfortunately it was too hot to enjoy. It was only a short walk from hotel to the port and the pedestrian area with a host of restaurants and shops . Hotel clean modern and quiet .The short walk to other hotel for a good choice of food for breakfast was easy and again friendly welcoming and attentive staff. Plenty of parking in the area and we were lucky to have a spot outside hotel .

Location was great a stroll into Olbia Main Square, staff made us very welcome and went out of their way to assist us on our departure day , our check out was 10am and we did did not fly until late evening ,the staff very kindly arranged for us to use the facilities in the SPA area to have a shower etc.. before we left for the airport, and also allowed us to park the hire car in a car space that happened not to be booked out on the day of our departure.

We had an amazing time at Tramas Ospitalità at the end of August. The hotel staff is welcoming and friendly, always willing to help and answer our many questions as first timers in Olbia! The location is excellent, just walking distance to Olbia’s main strip with several options of shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours and coffee shops. Our check out was early so we didn’t make it for breakfast but they made sure we had a “to-go” box with snacks for the road. I highly recommend this place!

Lovely hotel in the heart of Olbia but down a little street so it was nice and quiet. Minutes walk from the main strip with all bars and restaurants and also some shops. 5/10 minute walk to bus stations depending on where you going. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic, so much to choose from and the staff were very friendly. We didn’t get chance to use the spa but it did look amazing, you have to pre book before using it.

I highly recommend this hotel. The facilities are very good and the staff are wonderful. I had no issues with my stay. Everything was perfect. It is right near a bus stop from the airport and had good parking facilities if you have a car (and you can fill up your car right near the hotel). There are shops, some bars and restaurants nearby, as well as a good Lidl a couple of minutes walk up the road. Highly recommended for staying. (Note: If catching a bus, install the MooneyGo app in advance (double 'o' in name) and buy a single or 24 hour pass - active using the QR code for the to ticket when you board the bus or at a QR sign at the bus stop. Buses can be a little late arriving sometimes).

would be hard to find better staff in a 3* hotel than these arrived early for check was given a plate of cakes and coffee for the short while i waited , breakfast mainly Italian style cakes and pastries not to my style no problem we will cook you a omelet, rooms cleaned and towels changed daily, monday to friday the hotel does a meal deal for guests 3 course 2 choice each course half liter wine water coffee at time of stay 20 euroes stay for 3 weeks booked in as a guest left as a friend , the petrol station in front has no impact on the stay no fumes water in the fridge replaced as used same as toiletries

The hotel is a family business and it ticks all the boxes, even for a person that it is hard to please like me. The place is quiet, the bed is comfortable, the room and bathroom are clean. Housekeeping comes every day and it is very nice to have the room tidied. The staff is very nice and helpful; they have big hearts. The food is very good. Try the dinner as well:) Definetly recommend!

The service was excellent here. We loved the breakfast—a delightful spread of continental and cooked offerings with the best chocolate croissant I've had on the trip. The mountain views were spectacular, the pool was always clean, and I loved the drying rack for bathing suits and towels on every balcony. The little village of San Pantaleo was a vibe: walk a few minutes to a family-friendly square lively late into the night with restaurants, clothing and decor shops (although a bit pricey), and a gelateria. I'd recommend venturing out for dinner if you have a car—reserve in advance.

I loved everything about this place! Elegant design, easy to find, clean room, delicious breakfast. The most unique thing about Borgo Antico are the people that work there. Words are not enough to express my gratitude to the whole team: Marianna, Massimo, Laura, Mauro, Tiziana and everyone from the breakfast team + the person responsible for the pool. They all made my stay unforgettable! They are kind, hospitable, helpful and joyful and this is the right formula for making guests happy! I can't wait to go back to this beautiful place! Amazing hotel for our honeymoon! Lovely staff especially Laura the night manager and the day manager whose name I forget. The room was lush with a spectacular view of the mountains, the photo is us on the balcony. Love the toiletries that are given in the bathroom. Breakfast was great, good selection including gluten free and an excellent barista for the coffees. Lovely quiet pool. Perfect location to explore the town and only 9 mins drive to the beach. Am definitely coming back :)

Everything! This hotel was amazing and we would definitely return. It is set in the village of San Panataleo which was stunning. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the views are amazing. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The pool area is perfect for a lazy afternoon! Breakfast was included with our rate and there was a big selection (they also cater well for gluten free!) All of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We were warmly welcomed and the hotel staff was unique and made us feel at home. Courteous staff. Breakfast was excellent and varied. There are egg dishes, cakes, fruits, cereals and much more. To drink, you get an excellent espresso, cappuccino or similar from an Italian portafilter machine. Dinner and breakfast are available inside or outside by the pool. Modern design. Excellent accommodation with a great Nadia who prepared breakfast every day with such a gorgeous smile. Sadly the Manager can be off and on depending if he is selling you the dinner and other times demanding we return pool towels before he can issue new ones - leaving it in the room is not enough he said. The pool is great but the sun beds are hard so that needs to be improved considering its miles away from a nowhere so if you want to be by the pool side be prepared fo aching backs. The rooms are very well located but you will need a car.
