Amazing villa with great jacuzzi and pool with heating, also each room has its own bathroom and beds are very comfortable. The host was very welcoming, provided us with useful tourist information and cleaned jacuzzi and pool from time to time. Kitchen is very well equipped, we had everything we needed, the whole villa was sparkling clean and had all the essential amenities anyone would need. We enjoyed every day of our stay here and will book this property again definitely.

The house is nice, spacious, tastefully furnished and very well equipped. The private swimming pool is an excellent place to relax for up to six to eight people. The upstairs terrace overlooks the sea and has views of the pool. Both the ground floor and the upstairs apartments have two bedrooms with double beds, and both have a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and a bathroom. There is also a separate toilet downstairs. The owners have taken care of every detail to make you feel at home. Upstairs there is a barbecue and a large dining table. The nearest beach is about a 10 minute drive away, but as it was quite crowded we went to a beach a little further away (Medveja) which was about 25-30 minutes away. Shops and restaurants were also within 5-10 p walking distance, but there are many more shopping centres and restaurants in the area.

Villa Norma was very spacious, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, very clean, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and if there was anything we needed, the hosts were available to assist. They were kind enough to even drive us to the grocery store when we needed a ride. Wonderful people at Villa Norma!! Communication was excellent and they were always available to help us if we needed it. This was exactly what my family needed!!!!

The family is so friendly and helpful. We were able to contact them throughout our stay with any questions we had. They also gave us great suggestions for places to visit and places to eat. The town of Opatija is beautiful and peaceful. The quality family time we spent at this villa was worth the cost. We are so glad we booked this instead of a busy hotel! We really enjoyed the balcony and pool. We would love to return some day!

The pool and the apartment are so good, clean, and enough size for nine people. It has got so much equipment of the kitchen. (The modern electric equipment is in the kitchen and the living room, bedrooms too.) These rooms are comfortable and cleanable. Some bedrooms have some private bathrooms too. The feeling of the apartment is so relaxing and there is enough space for the friends group or big familie to take some special moments together. (For example: play the board game..ctr.)

Spacious rooms, very bright and cosy, everything clean and tidy. Very understanding and polite hosts. The whole house is very modern, the Wi-Fi was good, all needs are taken care of. The pool was big enough for a group of 9 people. The outdoor seating area is spacious and comfortable. I recommend this place to others!

Was zu beachten ist, dass die Mutter des Vermieters und noch eine Ferienwohnung mit auf dem Gelände sind. Der Pool und das große Doppelhaus sind aber nur zur alleinigen Nutzung. Und die Vermieterin ist eine ganz tolle Frau. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und gut verteilt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. Leise genug für die Erholung, nah genug, dass man in 5 Gehminuten mitten im Geschehen ist. Das Haus an sich hat unsere Erwartungen fast vollständig erfüllt. Ein wenig Nachholbedarf sehen wir nur bei der Sauberkeit (Spinnennetze) und bei der Ausstattung der Küche (kein Toaster, etwas wenig Geschirr und Besteck für die mögliche Anzahl der Gäste). Wir würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!! PS: Der Pool und die Liegemöglichkeiten sind ein Traum.

The pool and the surrounding area were wonderful. And the host was very sweet and gave us a lot of useful information.

An amazing place, with a beautiful view and adequate facilities that allowed us to enjoy the weather and the beautiful surroundings. Most importantly, however, are the hosts who make up this place : friendly, open and very helpful. This was our first stay in Croatia and certainly not our last. We will return to Villa Chiara again for sure. ☺️ We rate this place 10/10 by the hosts who treat the guests like their family.

The breakfast was fantastic with cold meats, cheese, bread rolls, croissants, cakes , orange juice, coffee and puddings served to your table with choice of various egg dishes. Also loved the spa area with infrared sauna, Swedish sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool. The massages provided by the masseuses was very relaxing.

Wonderful location, just in front of a beautiful beach. Breakfast was really nice. The room is big and it was nice to be able to get a baby cot + and extra bed for a bigger child. Swimming pool is also great.

I loved absolutely everything. At first, I thought the carpeted floors in the rooms were a bit dated..but oh no, when one wakes up and walks from the bed to the balcony, the soft carpet under the feet just adds to the ambiance as one looks over at the waves over the water! Wow! The food was also immaculate at the restaurant. There's a tiny cliff beach right in front of the hotel but if you walk 5 minutes, a larger beach (but all rocks, so bring water shoes). Walk 10 or so minutes and you're in the cute town you probably drove through on your way to the hotel - we had award winning food by chance and enjoyed the general vibe over a beer on the water (So basically, location is amazing!) The hotel staff were very friendly and open to any request. We got last minute massages and it was phenomenal.

Hotel Acacia is an unexpected hidden gem. Staying in a small boutique hotel was one of the most beautiful experiences. Everything from the friendly welcome, the beautiful ambience and the whole experience. The guest feels like a king in this hotel. The rooms are large, pleasantly modernly furnished with a breathtaking view of the sea. All the staff are incredibly professional and friendly. Especially Ms. Sanja, who knows how to make a guest feel like a welcome and valued guest. The food is beyond excellent. Breakfast is a rich puzzle of freshness and full of flavors. We can't praise the dinner either, where everything is perfectly taken care of, from the pleasant casual atmosphere to the excellent service of selected flavors and wine. Definitely a destination that you fall in love with and happily return to. We highly recommend it.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The owner was very kind and professional and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The beds were comfortable the entire property was extremely clean, the pool was very relaxing at the end of a sea day. The hotel is located just a short 2 minute walk down to a sea walk which you can use to walk around most of the nearby coastline with numerous entrances to the sea water. We were extremely happy with our choice to stay at The Hotel Villa Vera.

Incredible breakfast, service and host has an amazing attention to details. Villa is filled with beautiful unique objects and plants, rooms have incredible view on the seaside and you can even choose the type of pillow you want to sleep on. Even double beds have separate mattress, so you are guaranteed to get a good rest. Whirlpool and swimming pool are incredibly lovely addition as well.

A very nice hotel on a good location, the beach is only 2 minutes. It has a swimming pool. The friendliness of the staff is super. A real good breakfast. In fact everything was very good. A special thanks to the leady who runs the place she is so nice and willing to help she deserves a lot of credit.

We could not fault our stay while we celebrated a couple of special occasions in our family. The hotel even provided us with a nice bottle of sparkling wine and cake to celebrate! We had access to the newly renovated pool at the adjacent Grand Hotel, which was wonderful. The rooms were clean and spacious, plus our stay included a wonderful breakfast. Paolo at reception was also very helpful to in providing directions to the many attractions of Opatija. We look forward to our next visit soon!

The hotel was great, the staff were very accommodating when we asked to move room as the first room was too hot. Being able to use the pool at the hotel next door with a massive bonus! The room was cleaned daily and comfortable.

The hotel is one of the few cases where my expectations were exceeded. From the moment we entered the hotel and checked in, the reception staff (Mr. Bono and Helena) were extremely friendly, as well as during our stay. This is a great rarity nowadays. In addition, The rooms and bathrooms are large, clean, bright with a great view. Mrs. Paula Loncar, the hotel sales manager, personally asked us several times how our stay was going. The reason we visited Opatija was my mother's 70th birthday. In this regard, on her birthday, she received a large chocolate cake as a compliment from the hotel. The services offered by the hotel were diverse, far from the standard lounges and taxis, such as a boat trip, a tour of the city with a retro car and many other nice and interesting services that one can remember for a lifetime. Well done to everyone, I hope there are more such places not only in Croatia, but why not in Bulgaria as well. I definitely recommend this place, it will leave a great memory in you for a lifetime.

Stayed 3 nights when we first arrived in Croatia -- what a wonderful, relaxing place to start a long vacation. Splurged on the double room with balcony and sea view--enjoyed drinks and snacks on the balcony with the harbor and sea views below. Though there was a lot of action at the harbor (party/starting area for a road rally with lots of noisy cars), the double paned windows shut out the noise at night. Wonderful modern styled hotel, great staff (front desk gave us good suggestions for restaurants just off the main Lungomare), great breakfast (lots of buffet selection and made-to-order dish), easy underground parking. Hotel located right on the Lungomare--a real treat to stroll in either direction. We also hiked up to the church in Veprinac one day and drove to Vela Draga and a couple of the small hilltop villages (including Hum, "the smallest town in the world").

My 10 points for all as it’s a really wonderful hotel! All was perfect, starting with hospitable check-in, accompanied with a glass of Prosecco, provided by charming Paola, continuing complimentary chocolates in the room and ending the general positive impressions from the Amadria and its services. We arrived really early (11 a.m.) but were given a nice corner room with a sea and patio view, equipped all necessary things (a cattle, free water, tea, coffee, robes for going to beach etc.)The hotel is the only one in Opatija with separate access to the sea. Swimming was very comfortable, deck chairs were convenient, we really enjoyed relaxing! The staff was very positive and helpful, thanks to Paola for early check-in and Anna-Marija for help in reserving a table at “Bevanda”. And special thanks for the souvenir after check-out! We will definitely come again!

The hotel is positioned high in terms of stars and price policy. The expectations are thus as high as the prices for staying here. In many ways, the hotel meets those expectations. However, to justify the prices and five-star level, Keight Hotel Opatija will need to run like a well-oiled machine. The design itself is superb. The hotel boasts a refined interior, while the exterior blends with its neighbouring buildings. As hotel guests, we cannot desire more architectural extravaganza from a boutique hotel. Although our remark is utterly subjective, we thought the hotel exuded exclusive elegance with a hint of subtle drama, so typical of the 3LHD architectural bureau’s projects. What adds value to the hotel is the Spa centre crowned by an elegant 25-metre pool. A spacious zen room and two saunas provide enough serenity and comfort to make guests feel pleasant even in winter. We were most impressed by the light emitted by the underwater half-moon-shaped lights dotting the pool. Given the number of hotel rooms, the spa is above standard.

Breakfast: one of the best breakfast experience I’ve ever had. You can choose from the a la carte menu or the buffet. Egg Benedict to lovely istrian food. Even if you want to be more healthy there is yoghurt, salads. Lunch: nice offer at the rooftop/ poolbar. There is not a big lunch so if you have a bigger mouth you may need to order more dishes than a sallad. The taste is excellent! For your comfort: lovely bathrobe/ beachtowels. If your here in may you can walk near the savoy, istra hotel to rent a sunbed. From june you can rent a sunbed straight from the hotel approx 50m the location is great! Djust bring your lovely beachtowel with you and enjoy! Suggestions: At breakfast don’t forget to try the homemade sausage, chiayoghurt and the breakfastcheesecake with cherries. Try the Roko restaurant near hotel Kvarner ( approx 500 m from the Keight hotel) you have o try their fried calamares, ” pjeslakvica ( poorkmeat)” I promise you the best I’ve ever had.

Hotel is excellent! We arrived and before we left the car, concierge was there to take our luggage and park the car for us. Check in was very fast and simple. Josip at the front desk was amazing, at check in and at check out. Breakfast is top notch, food is delicious and staff is excellent, especially Ljiljana which went over and beyond every morning! Rooftop bar is great for a nice drink with fantastic view! We went to SPA and OMG- huge pool and relaxation area is amazing! Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy and barrooms are great! We couldn’t fault anything in this hotel and would def be back! Davor as a GM is a real gent and should be very proud of his staff and himself as can’t complain how this hotel is run!

This was a beautiful hotel with grounds that are well kept. It had a pool with a nice area with comfy loungers to relax in and the area had a hot tub. The pool itself could be changed to be an indoor pool or an outdoor pool depending on the weather. Our room was a corner room on the 2nd floor. The curtains were quite good at blocking out the light but then it just wasn't bright enough. The room needed a lamp in the corner. Our room also had a musty smell too. I couldn't find the hairdryer and needed to call the front desk for help. It was in a drawer under the sink. Interestingly it was screwed into the bottom of the drawer.

The hotel has been extended from the original pink villa to provide plenty of good size rooms and ours had a lovely view to the sea. The room was very comfortable, good air con, and nicely finished. The hotel has really nice facilities: there is a restaurant and cafe on-site, open for all, as well as a small bar for guests between the pool and the sea. The swimming pool and jacuzzi with garden seating and shade from umbrellas and lovely planting were all very nice; a few steps took you down to the sea front and a few more to the public ‘beach’ (mostly concrete bathing areas with steps to the sea). The sea is lovely for swimming in here. The hotel breakfast was very good: a buffet, with coffee and eggs available from the staff. There were some lovely touches we didn’t see in other hotels: really excellent freshly baked bread, anchovies and good quality smoked salmon as well as meat and cheese. The service from the hotel staff was lovely: friendly and helpful. The car park beneath the hotel was convenient.

We cannot say enough nice things about our stay! From our warm welcome (with a cold drink) to our departure...the kind staff (smiles do matter), the close attention to little details, and the stylish (but not pretentious) facilities exceeded our expectations. We'd like to comment on our hostess/manager Maria, who made such a difference in our experience. We felt this was an extraordinary value for money. The breakfast buffet (with daily live music/pianist!) and service at breakfast was outstanding and generous and a joy to linger over on the terrace or under the arched patio. Our room with a balcony view of the sea was fresh, comfy, and done in such soothing colors. We loved the quiet indoor/outdoor pool area, the close vicinity to the beach walk, and free use of the sauna/steam rooms. The hotel still has an air of old-school, formal glamour (without being stuffy) that one doesn't find so often anymore but we truly appreciate. We will be back.

Hotel ist sehr sauber, liegt zentral und direkt an der Küste. Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das hoteleigene Parkhaus kostet 20€/Nacht. Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber. Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön. Die Massagen sehr zu empfehlen. Der Pool und Jakuzzi sehr einladend. Es stehen Obst, Tee und Wasser kostenlos zur Verfügung. Der Spa-Bereich ist zur Küste hin offen und man kann von dort aus ins Meer, ansonsten kann man sich draußen auf den Liegen gemütlich machen. Hier wird man von den Kellern auch bedient. Das einzige was an dem Hotel nicht in Ordnung ist, ist dass man die Liegen bezahlen muss. Egal ob für 1 Stunde oder ganzen Tag, es werden 10€/Liege kassiert. Bisher noch nie so etwas erlebt.

Opatija is an incredibly lovey and beautify town and hotel Milenij is definitely a diamond in the crown :) We loved the magnificent sea view from the room on the top floor, beautiful park next to the property, sparkling clean and convenient facilities with saunas, indoor pool and hot jacuzzi. The warm and friendly attitude of the hotel staff and willingness to help made our stay absolutely amazing - thank you to Tomislav and Lucia, Svetlana, Diana, Alen and a huge warm thankyou to Maria !

An incredibly wonderful hotel and the best impressions! The town where it is located is cozy and picturesque: on one side it is surrounded by mountains, and on the other it opens to the sea. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient – there are different types of beaches nearby to suit every taste, as well as a bus stop that makes it easy to travel to neighboring towns and villages. The service at the hotel is top-notch. A pleasant surprise was a complimentary bottle of champagne from the hotel. Breakfasts were delicious, featuring products from local producers. Special thanks to the lady who greeted us at breakfast – her warm smile and friendliness every morning set a positive mood for the whole day. The staff are incredibly attentive and welcoming, always ready to help and give recommendations. Thanks to their advice, we discovered wonderful local restaurants and enjoyed truly unforgettable dinners. A hotel we would love to return to again! 🌟

I’m sure that those looking for something to bother them will find it. For us, this villa was simply wonderful. The room with the balcony overlooked the street and it was quite pleasant to sit outside in the evening. There are cars of course but the room was quiet. Ivana and Peter as well as other staff were wonderful, helpful and charming. The whole place is clean and well maintained and much like other people we LOVED the breakfast buffet! The proximity of the beach is also a big plus. A few minutes walk and you are at the old city centre or, if you wish, a walk by the sea in the evening is also lovely! All in all, it was a great stay and I’m quite positive we’ll be back!

Lovely family run hotel. You don’t see this very often anymore . Very comfortable room with great shower/bathroom and comfortable bed. Amazing views and lazy afternoons on balcony. Beach across the road is beautiful with amazing clear waters. Free beach chairs and umbrellas. Beautiful walks close by to beach clubs and supermarkets. We took advantage of the half board dinner which was so good and tasty. Great house wine too . Breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from . All staff are super attentive and nothing a bother . Loved our little stay here .

Highly recommended. Modern & comfortable. Outstanding value. Prelook (Preluk in Croatian & on Google Maps) is on coast between the big city of Rijeka & resort town of Opatija. You can walk to Opatija in 30 minutes along ocean on paved promenade. Spectacular. Or drive in 5 minutes - but parking is difficult. Opatija is grand old hotels - but now a tourist trap town for wealthy & coach trip tours. Very expensive. Closer & only 10 minutes walk from Prelook Apartments is the charming fishing harbour village of Velosko. Now a favourite. Our hosts recommended Veranda Restaurant & we had wonderful meal gazing across Adriatic sea & boats. But there are any number of bars & restaurants in this hidden away spot. Do yourself a favour and stay at Prelook Apartments and eat in Velosko. You will save money rather than staying in big towns and hotels. Combines western comfort with Croatian hospitality. The breakfast spread is spectacular and amazing value in the downstairs cafe. Staff and owners are all warm, friendly and helpful.

A very nice hotel, with delicious breakfasts and a very kind, friendly, and welcoming staff! Comfortable bed, air conditioning, spacious room, very good WiFi in the hotel, a kitchen available for cooking, and a beautiful view from the window and the terrace. The beach is just across the road – very close, and if you walk a few meters through the forest to the left, you will find an even more scenic beach. The hotel also offers free parking. Mister at the hotel is truly dedicated to his work and performs it at the highest level! Many thanks to him for the excellent hospitality and unforgettable time! :)

The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean! The first impression was - everything smell sooooo nice and pleasent! The breakfast was satisfying, not with a lot of options but considering that those are apartmants and not a hotel it was totally fine. Location is amazing - 5 minutes drive from Rijeka and 5 minutes drive from the center of Opatija. Staff was super friendly and polite!

My room was huge and included a kitchenette. I was there only one night, but it would have been perfect for a week stay. Right across the street from a nice swimming beach. Short drive to Opatia, but not within walking distance for me. Good breakfast. Very nice staff.

My only concern was that I didn’t know how to use the shower right away as it took some time to figure out which way to turn the knobs to get the shower heads on to get thevperfect personal water temperature and the toilet could have a receptacle to put waste in it even though there is a waste bin under the wash basin!... All in all the location is superb right next to the Adriatic Sea and the pool area is exquisite...the design iof the hotel is minimalistic with the use of the glass throughout...excellent!

Loved the pool area with its great views. The bar was excellent and offered many delicious cocktails. The restaurant overlooked the water and served amazing food. Our room was fantastic, overall a wonderful experience.

I can't rate this hotel highly enough. I have stayed in many very good hotel but this rates about one of the best ever. While touring around Istria we booked in at the Bevanda for one night as a birthday treat. The hotel is perched on the water's edge and its rooms - all 10 are named after famous visitors to Opatija - have breathtaking views across the Adriatic. We found ourselves in the Gustav Mahler suite with a double spa-bath overlooking the water. Moreover, after an early evening walk along the front we returned to discover deliciously chilled sparkling wine in our room as a birthday gesture (we hadn't disclosed the birthday, but they had spotted it on my partner's passport when we checked in). The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Dining in the hotel is also a pleasure although the cost probably reflects that quality.

The location is simply stunning, offering breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea — it truly made our stay unforgettable. This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The breakfast, for a start, was an unbelievable selection served in a very grand dining hall. We were kindly offered a room upgrade to a suite, as we went in the off-season, and this was very spacious, with a beautiful balcony view of the sea. The spa facilities that were included within our stay were very well maintained, and had a fantastic sauna. We wished we could stay in Opatija at the Heritage Hotel even longer to enjoy its old world charm further.

Beautiful classic hotel. The breakfast was lavish with anything you can imagine from fresh omelettes, eggs, pancakes to fruit, pastries, cheese, breads and meats. The spa was quiet and clean. I had the whole place to myself using the whirlpool, sauna and rest area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Service was impeccable! The bed was very comfortable too. We enjoyed our time in Opatjia!

Everything was just great. If I had to single out the strongest impression that would be the most amazing staff from Duško who greets you at the entrance, Emil, Denis and Ivan at the reception desk to Mandica and Marko at the amazing dining hall and all the others who made our stay unforgettavly great. Needles to say, we will be definitely coming back.

Our experience at Hotel Ambasador was truly outstanding. The location is simply perfect — right on the seafront, offering breathtaking views and immediate access to the Lungomare promenade. It's the kind of place where you can relax by the sea and still be within walking distance of everything Opatija has to offer. The hotel itself is modern, elegant, and equipped with top-notch facilities. The wellness area, pools, and beach access made every day feel like a proper holiday. The food was fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of options to satisfy every taste. But what made our experience truly memorable was the staff — especially the reception team. Warm, friendly, and always helpful, they made us feel genuinely welcome from the first moment. Whether it was assisting with recommendations or helping with different requests (we had problems with the car we arrived in Opatija), their attitude was impeccable! It was a true pleasure staying at Hotel Ambasador, and we will most certainly return. Highly recommended!

Last weekend, I spent an unforgettable time at the Ambassador hotel. As soon as I arrived, I was welcomed by friendly staff and a beautiful view of the sea. The room was spacious, modernly decorated, and had a balcony with a breathtaking view. I spent most of my time at the pool and in the wellness center. I relaxed in the sauna and later enjoyed a massage that helped me completely unwind. The food in the restaurant was excellent – I tried various dishes, and I especially liked the fresh fish and homemade desserts. In the evening, I walked along the promenade, enjoying the smell of the sea and the sound of the waves. Everything was calm and peaceful, exactly what I needed after a busy week. My stay at the Ambassador was short, but fulfilling and relaxing. I went home with a smile on my face and a wish to return soon.

We had an upper floor room with a deck. Great view. The Wellness Spa met all the needs. Unfortunately it rained during our stay but we were able to spend time in the spa and indoor pool (salt water) . Huge buffet breakfast with made to order eggs etc. was a perfect way to start the morning. All the staff were amazing from reception to concierge through to wellness centre and housekeeping. Everyone had a smile on their face and made us feel very welcome. Gorgeous facility with lots of little sitting areas.

I stayed at Hotel Ambasador for a few days and was really very satisfied. The location is perfect – right by the sea and the promenade, and the view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was well organized. The staff were very friendly, especially at the reception and in the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent – a huge variety and everything fresh. The spa and pools were fantastic, both the indoor and outdoor areas.

The hotel was gorgeous. You could feel its unique history and also its grandeur. It is obviously a special place and staying there, we felt special as well. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. It's worth staying here just for the excellent support they provided at check in, check out, and several other times when we had questions. We spent an afternoon just swimming, relaxing and enjoying the sea at the hotel beach and swimming pool, which were lovely. We also enjoyed walking along the promenade and exploring the town. All of the different rooms that people in my group stayed in were clean, elegantly decorated, and very nice overall. The one with the seaside view and balcony was something special, though. If you are wavering, reserve that and enjoy the view!

This is my favorite hotel in the world! The breakfast is great, with so many delicious options. The location is perfect, and the hotel itself is beautiful. But what truly sets this place apart is the wonderfully warm atmosphere, which is created by the most amazing staff. I have to give a special shout-out to Hrvoje at the reception desk, to Ivan and Luka from the concierge desk, Jurica from the spa department, Lena and all other great people serving breakfast at the balcony and catering the beach and pool area. They all truly went above and beyond!

This beautiful and historic hotel has the best location in Opatija directly on the waterfront but also in town. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast amazing. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was a very nice experience. The room was beautiful and clean with a nice sized balcony overlooking the hotel's terrace, the pool and the sea. The parking for our car (at extra cost) was at a reasonable daily rate. Very quiet location but for the rolling of the waves.

Amazing old palace hotel freshly refurbished right on the edge of the sea. It has some splendor in it and you feel like you are travelling back a century ago. Very helpful and nice staff, the free upgrade of accomodation was very appreciated. Very good and generous breakfast on the terrace and great leisure facilities with a private beach accessible directly from the hotel, a pool and transats to chill under the majestic trees in the garden.

Natürlich ist die erste Reihe der Liegen am Vorteilhaftesten, da sie einen direkten Blick aufs Meer bieten. Sehr zuvorkommendes, professionelles und hilfsbereites Team mit einem persönlichen und freundlichen Touch. Das Frühstück war Qualitiv sehr gut, alles war frisch zubereitet (toller, selbst gebackener Apfelkuchen), eine übersichtliche und gerade deshalb sehr gute Auswahl für jeden und ein zusätzliches a la carte Menü. Ich empfand das Personal beim Frühstück sehr aufmerksam, da regelmäßig abgeräumt wurde und auch immer nach offen Wünschen gefragt wurde. Das Fitnessstudio war mit guten und modernen Geräten ausgestattet! Das Einizige, was ich auch als nicht so schön empfunden habe war, dass einige Gäste sich die Liegen auf dem Steg schon um vor 7 Uhr reserviert haben und teilweise erst am Nachmittag überhaupt dorthin gekommen sind. Eine separate Umkleide im Spa wäre toll gewesen;-) Rundum ein toller Urlaub in der einzigartig gelegenen Bucht mit einem stylische Hotel, was in die Natur und die Felsen integriert ist.

Navis is a boutique hotel with only 44-rooms. We stayed in a 1-bed suite on the 4th floor which is the top floor. The room is spacious, has a king-size bed, industrial modern style furnishings and an outstanding view of the sea. We had a bottle of Prosecco, water and a lovely bowl of assorted fruit awaiting for us in the room. I chose to include breakfast with our stay and it was incredible. In addition to the breakfast buffet options like bread, cheese, cold cuts, cereal, assorted juices, coffee/cappuccino fruit cups, prosecco, etc. Navis offers a separate menu with prepared to order options like omelettes, Eggs Benedict, avocado toast, sausage, etc. also included. See menu photos I included in my review. Breakfast is incredible and the chef/kitchen is very accommodating in creating options for dietary restricted guests. We had two vegans out of five people in our group and both were happy with the dinner meals that were prepared for them and the food available for them at breakfast. Lastly, which was pretty cool, our family in Croatia was able to pick us up in their boat from the Navis dock. What was truly impressive is a Navis staff person came down from the hotel to assist with guiding the boat to the dock and lend a hand getting us into the boat safely.

There are hotels that delivers service and there are hotels that delivers hospitality and Hotel Navis is one of the hotels that has extraordinary hospitality experience. It started even before I came there. Katja was kind, generous and uplifted via our email conversation, she was so kind and thoughtfull that she remembered my preferences which made me feel like home as soon as I entered the hotel. Waiter Matej and his coworkers were generous, kind and moved very different as normal waiters do, I immediately spotted the difference in how I feel around them. Luka was also overdelivering with the massage treatment. Now imagine the morning, you wake up, and you are in your bed opening eyes and seeing the sea and sunrise, magical experience. I also had acreative impulse and createad a workshop inspired by the sound of the sea. Food is also really delicious and on a very high (btw I am very picky person). I hope you feel my excitement through the words. I recommend visiting and experiencing not just the hotel, as hotels are hotels, the real gist is in the people who create you a pleasant experience just because they care and as a team they are really connected.

The view from the apartment is amazing. The place was really clean, exactly as in the pictures, and there is also a dishwasher, a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner in the apartment. The kitchen has a pan, 2 pots, an oven, a fridge and a freezer, and some basics like salt/pepper/oil. There are also 2 bathrooms. The pool was really peaceful and the view from the pool is great. In general, the area was really quiet and relaxing. The apartment is not too far from the city/beach. We also had free parking in the garage, but based on the documents that we got, this will be different from July onwards.

The receptionist met us on arrival at the underground car park which was perfect ! The apartment was modern (ipad controlled devices like lights / air conditioning / window blinds). Spotlessly clean and kitchen well stocked with utensils. Spacious. Great view even from my ground floor apartment. Swimming pool was ideal (quite small but it was enough versus how many guests used it). Really good gym. A nice 10 minute walk down into Opatija (a more challenigng 10 minute walk back up but it was good exercise walking uphill) ! The edge of the ground floor apartments (where you could walk round) were astro grass which my 2 boys loved (they played football on it). 10 out of 10. Thank you for a great experience.

Location has a gorgeous Opatija harbour view thanks to its position on top of a hill. Brand new building and modern apartment was very well kept and equipped with a state-of-the-art home automation system. Enough clothes storage space for 4 people. Nice and cosy terrace. The photos of the property are accurate. Large covered parking space. Check-in and check-out very easy and fast even if you arrive late or depart early. Close to the city center (even if walking back up to the property isn't exactly a walk in the park). Good speed Wi-Fi network. Excellent towels (no bathrobes). Good size and well equipped gym and clean external pool with warm water.

The apartment was very clean, close enough to the beach when we wanted an alternative to the pool, and also conveniently located near supermarkets and local attractions. We also found the beds very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped for breakfasts, and the washing machine was really helpful when traveling with kids. We loved the view from the balcony - it will remain the "wallpaper" of our vacation to Opatija.

Brand-new, modern apartment complex with simple, yet stylish furniture, fully equipped and very clean. Communication with the staff was very smooth and they were at our full disposal. The garage was a huge plus and we also appreciated the swimming pool with a nice view.

Absolutely fantastic place, I wanted to live in it! Everything was perfect. Exceptionally clean and all the amenities you can ever need, including lovely dish ware like long stem wine glasses, full size fridge. 2 bathrooms!!! The layout is incredible. 2 large TV for rainy days, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room. The bed is like sleeping in a cloud. Everything is brand new, fully renovated. The very best part is the included parking and that it is steps away from the Adriatic Sea where you can swim or watch the sunset. The location is incredible if you want to stroll along the promenade and enjoy the endless shops, cafes and restaurants. Park the car and you’ll not need it again as everything is within walking distance. Lastly, the host has a very generous personal approach and gave me insight into the local cuisine and recommended restaurants that were spot on!

Love the location. Some people complain in reviews about the noise from the street, but it’s not bad at all. There is a bar across the street but they are not that loud. Market is in the same building as apartment. Bakery is right across the street. Beach is 5 minutes walk. You are on the Main Street and short walk away from everything. I will definitely come back to this place. Hosts were amazing. Responded quickly to every question I’ve had. Mom was there to welcome us. One of the nicest ladies I’ve ever met. So helpful. This is the most beautiful property in a wonderful location in the heart of Opatija. Just an easy 3 minute walk down to the sea. There so many things I loved about this property! First and foremost, the owners met me at the train station, greeted me like I was an old friend, and walked with me across the street to the apartment. They showed me everything including recommendations for lunch, dinner, drinks, and ice cream. These recommendations turned out to be incredible! The accommodations were excellent. Everything was cleaned and cared for. The details were taken care of as though I lived there regularly. Everything was as you would expect and a bit more. The bed was comfortable, the coffee very good, and I was able to get some laundry done as well. The location was very convenient! It’s right across the street from the train/bus station. It is close to the central part of the city and I was able to walk everywhere. The owners met me the next morning at the caffe downstairs at check out and I was able to say goodbye to my new old friends. I felt like family. I will stay here again and I’ve already started telling my friends about this wonderful home away from home. I highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in the Rijeka area.

Very nice, friendly hosts welcomed us and showed the apartment. Provided a map of the city and gave plenty pieces of advices about which cafes and restaurants are best in town and worth visiting. Great and very interestingly planned apartment with everything you may need. Were really happy to have a coffee machine with capsules. Thank you for that :) Hosts provided also toast bread, nutella and jam for our mornings. Big bathroom with a possibility to get out on the balcony from it. All in all, both, the apartment and wonderful hosts made a very warm and nice impression on the stay in Rijeka, highly recommend this place to everyone. Very atmospheric, well equipped and perfectly located apartment! It has beautiful details that make it very cosy. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, good air conditioner, big tv, lovely bed and good sofa bed, nice shower and a cozy balcony. It is in the center opposite the station. About 15 minutes walk to the Ferry that takes you to all the islands. Really an ideal place! Rijeka is a pleasant town too, with nice restaurants and shops. The owners are a very sweet and charming couple. They had arranged a beautiful cake for me, for my son's birthday. And when we got stranded by public transport in Slovenia, her family came to pick us up. So unbelievably nice! We hope to come back again. I wish the owners all the best!

The apartment was absolutely top, very nicely furnished and cozy, absolutely clean and modern. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was there. The location is also perfect, around the corner is a large parking lot for the car - within walking distance you are in less than 10 minutes in the very lively, beautiful city center / pedestrian zone with stores, restaurants, cafes. So perfect. The hosts are absolutely lovely, were waiting for me at the parking lot with an umbrella - as it was unfortunately raining when I arrived - took me to the apartment, showed and explained everything to me and even gave me great tips for Rijeka and must-go restaurants and sights. So all in all, absolutely recommendable for a stay in Rijeka, 10 out of 10.

Owners of the apartment are so nice, they welcome us, they save parking space for us, inform us about everything in the apartment and in the city, recommend several places to eat and to go out, and even they bought a bread in case we are hungry of the journey, so they are perfect owners of the Booking apartment. Location is so near of the city center, only 10 minutes walk, but in the same time, it is located near big parking and on a boulevard so you can visit nearby places as Opatija. We had one of the villa units. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the unit was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable, with comfortable beds, and spacious clean bathrooms. A view over the bay was a bonus, enjoyed also from our private balcony. Access to the pebble beach was very easy, and the water was clean and remarkably clear, so that snorkelling among the fish was rewarding. Conditions for SUPboarding and swimming were excellent, and we also took the opportunity to enjoy a JetSki experience. A pleasant infinity pool is also available, as well as an indoor pool. Breakfast was delicious and the food plentiful. We will certainly return!

Everything you need for a perfect seaside vacation. Stunning sea views from all levels and rooms, cosy beach, outdoor infinity pool, indoor pool and several restaurants to choose from, all within hotel premises. Friendly, kind and helpful staff, excellent buffet breakfast with an infinite variety of food. Very comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom.

What a pleasant stay at this hotel. Always a pleasure trying out new experiences at a new Hilton establishment. Stayed just one night, we should have stayed four more. Massive complex with a comfortable atmosphere. 5-star service. Beautiful room overlooking the pool area and the sea. Aircond worked well and kept the temperature optimal. Large bed with good pillows. Hotel is well designed to optimize the view of the Adriatic. Stunning spa and wellness facilities. Beach area was vibrant, lift access all the way down to the beach which is so convenient. Good breakfast spread (gotta love a Hilton hotel that has their signature self-service waffle machine!!). We opted for dinner at Nebo (1-michelin star) which was a wonderful experience in itself; lovely decor, large picture windows, excellent choice of local wines. Staff at the front desk are all so helpful and carry out their duties so professionally. Valet service for the car, everything was taken care of. Hilton Executive Lounge was quiet and relaxing, fridges were well stocked with cold drinks and juices. Again, the views are amazing.

We loved every minute of our stay! We had a one bedroom suite for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was more like an apartment than a hotel room. My birthday was a week before our arrival and the hotel still surprised me with a complimentary bottle of champagne and cookies! The beaches and pools were all beautiful. We were there during the weekdays so it was not busy and no problems securing ocean front beach chairs. We didn’t need to reserve a cabana because the beach lounges were perfect for us. The spa had lots for different types of saunas that were no additional charge. Breakfast had a million choices and also free champagne! Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful and kind.

I had an amazing experience at this modern hotel with its superb sea view! The spa facilities are exceptional, offering a variety of saunas, a cold pool, and a soothing foot massage, all within an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant and food were outstanding, exceeding my expectations. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and I’m certain I’ll be visiting again soon. A special thanks to the attentive and accommodating staff, who went out of their way to fulfill my special request. Their kindness and professionalism truly made my stay even more enjoyable.

Blick von der Terrasse (Restaurant) ebenfalls sehr schön. Gratis Parkmöglichkeiten sind am Hotelgelände möglich tw. je nach Zimmerkategorie auch Garagenstellplatz. Poolanlage (Pool mit Überlaufkante) sowie Dusche liegt nordseitig hinter dem Hotel, hier ist allerdings fast kein Blick auf das Meer. Shuttle nach Volosko & Opatija werden zu bestimmten Zeiten angeboten. Preis/Leistung ist für die Hauptsaison sehr fair... Wer ruhe sucht ist hier Richtig :-)

This was a great hotel. It was our 7th hotel on this trip (Italy, Slovenia, Croatia), so I had a lot of comparisons. It deserves a higher rating than a 3 star. Great parking, modern style, great views from the hotel. The staff spoke English. The room was large sized with hardwood floors. It was a great value for the money. The restaurant on site also was very good with fabulous views of Opatija. I chose this hotel in Opatija over the alternatives in Rijeka that didn't look quite as nice. Although, I didn't get a chance to use it, they also had a nice pool area in the back of the hotel. I am a bit concerned that I paid through Hotels.com and the hotel insisted that I pay them as well, saying Hotels.com is only a reservation. This hasn't been my experience with my other hotels.com reservations. I haven't seen my credit card statement yet, but I know Hotels.com has been good in the past in workig out issues like this. I liked the hotel so much I am willing to overlook this issue.

Great small hotel. Room very clean really comfortable beds with fluffy pillows and duvets. The pool area is quiet and relaxing. The food is fantastic from the extensive breakfast to the al la carte in the evening all eaten on the terrace with fabulous views of the bays As a solo traveller I cannot thank the staff enough for making the feel so welcome from the moment I arrived they cannot do enough for you and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay all with a smile I was even presented with a breakfast box to take on my return journey to the airport as it was early this was just one example the staff looking after the guests so well. I throughly recommend for a relaxing stay

The Hotel we booked was closed on Christmas Day, however someone was there to meet us to send us to their affiliate hotel (Navis Hotel) just down the hill. It is directly built into the hillside with spectacular views. We could hear the water lapping from our balcony, and there is a small rocky beach access from the parkade. There is a sauna and pool ( did not use, but looks amazing). Good breakfast with the usual cold buffet items and hot food to order. We watched the sunrise from our bed through huge patio doors - beautiful.

Zu dem netten kleinen Ort Voloska kann man zu Fuß allerdings muss man dann den Berg wieder nach oben wir haben ein Taxi genommen Der wunderbare Panoramaweg Lungomare beginnt . Wir waren auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht und kommen gerne wieder..

The kitchen had EVERYTHING needed to cook - cheese grater, cutting boards, great knives, spatulas, skillets, tea kettle, stove, fridge - except spices and oil (which is FINE). They had wine glasses for reds, whites, and champagne displayed in a beautiful lighted cabinet. AND then there is the terrace! WOW. COMFORTABLE patio furniture, an unforgettable VIEW, and an awning that goes out or in at the touch of a button so you can enjoy the sun, or retreat from it when you've had enough. The street was noisy (it's on the main road through town, with LOTS of traffic and tourists) but the instant you close the patio doors - SILENT. The shower has two heads, and the water gets SUPER hot. Washing machine works beautifully. There is a Konzum directly downstairs (one minute walk) that stocks fresh Mlinar Bakery products daily, and carries a GREAT selection of local wines and cheese, along with anything else you may need - like spices and oil. BEST of all - Plaza apartments is just a few steps from Opatija's famed Lungomare coastal promenade! We loved everything about this studio apartment and HOPE to return to enjoy it again!

We had an incredible stay at Plaža Apartments in Opatija. The building and apartments are stunning – we stayed in a spacious two-bedroom unit with ceilings over 3.5 meters high and three luxurious bathrooms. Everything was spotless, and the equipment and comfort were top-notch. Honestly, it felt as comfortable as being at home, which is rare when traveling! The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms, with their individual heating controls, were spacious and well-designed. We didn’t hear any noise from neighbors, and the building’s marble staircase gave the whole place a truly luxurious feel. The manager was exceptionally helpful, organizing a parking space for us at the last minute and recommending wonderful local spots, including a breathtaking beach in Brseč. Every detail was perfectly arranged, making us feel like we were staying in our own home. No morning disturbances or cleaning staff interruptions – it reminded us of the "free at sea" experience from our previous travels. Opatija itself is a gem, with its beautiful promenade, lovely park, and the must-visit Roko restaurant. All these add even more to the charm of this destination. You simply can’t miss it! We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience pure luxury and relaxation in Opatija!

We absolutely loved our stay in Apartment 11. We were three couples, and the apartment worked really well for us. Two of the bedrooms were fantastic, while the third couple had to use the pull-out sofa, which was just okay. Having three bathrooms was a huge plus, and we also appreciated the washing machine and the fully equipped kitchen. The location was excellent—right across from the promenade, with plenty of restaurants nearby and even a mini-mart right next door, which was super handy. We also made use of the paid parking, and the hosts kindly allowed us to keep the car a little longer, which was much appreciated. Overall, a wonderful apartment for a group stay, with only the sofa bed being the small drawback

The room was beautiful. The balcony was huge, with comfy furniture, fabulous views, and an electronic awning to keep the sun off. Very upscale finishes in the room and high end appliances. Exceptionally clean. Great location. We had a parking spot right outside our front door. A small grocery store is in the first level of the building. Access to the 7+mile waterfront beach promenade was right across the street. We would stay here again!

The breakfast was absolutely amazing with everything you could possibly imagine. The staff were extremely helpful and Nice. Parking was easy. Short 20 minute walk into town. Views from the rooms were incredible. We extended our stay with a late check out, which was amazing because it allowed us to explore the area with a quick drive over to Rovinj without having to worry about parking or luggage security. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

I had a really nice experience at this hotel. The pool area and private beach were lovely, and the poolside menu had some great options for a quick snack. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast and dinner were fairly standard but always had something tasty to choose from. Beautiful hotel, amazing view of the sea, kind and helpful staff. We really loved the modern look of the hotel, and the cleanliness of the entire premises. The room was clean and modern, and the hotel was so kind to prepare a special surprise for us as we visited during our honeymoon. The hotel has a kids club, outdoor swimming pool, ping pong table, and gym. Overall, a very pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone!

The hotel is architecturally very modern and interesting, most of the rooms have a perfect sea view. We recommend to ask for a room on the 4th floor. Staff are genuinely friendly and nice. They do their best to make your stay perfect. Every day there were activities either on the pool or the beach apart from the indoor sport activities. Food was great.

I was delighted with the apartment - and with its location. In a grand old building, it was furnished in a fresh modern style and had EVERYTHING you could need, even a washing machine. You have all the best bits of Rijeka right at your door - down the impressive stairs and there you are! Being central it obviously isn't the quietest spot, but I enjoyed the various sounds of life, from the church alongside clanging its bell to people chatting down below to the noises of the nearby bus station and boatyard. The host Dijana was always available, friendly and helpful. I stayed for almost four weeks and would have been happy to stay another four!

The apartement is very nicely located, close to bus station, railway station, main pedestrian street and harbor… all of the above is under 10 minute walk. It is very nicely decorated, with all amenities one may need. Also, very important is that the building has passcode at the entrance, then there is another at the door of the corridor leading to this and two other apartments, as well as at apartment door. It is keyless and easy for self check-in.

Very central location, clear guidance regarding parking options. As for the breakfast, guests should follow the clear instructions and the address received from the host (our mistake was to use restaurant name on Google Maps, but the host kindly helped us to find the right place). Self check-in and check-out was very smooth.

The place is very well maintained and furnished. The mattress was very comfortable. The building is old but well maintained and creates a very nice feeling about the history of Europe and Croatia in particular. There are several parking lots nearby, which is very important if you are driving.

I was looking for a place to stay near the bus station - I don't think it could be closer to the bus station. It's just across the street. Also, this is a wonderful place, very clean, nicely furnished, the bed is comfortable, great location. Highly recommendable!

Almoust three weeks we were in hotel Mediteran and everything was perfect. Clean sevice, staff, information, best see view etc. Breakfasts were very varied. There were over 40 types of food to choose from. Hot meals, chilled hams and cheeses., salads, sweet pastries, yogurts, muesli, baguettes, cakes, etc. There was a choice of juices, teas, coffee and champagne. We had a wedding planned in the port in front of the hotel, where over 60 friends arrived and everyone was completely satisfied. Every place was close from the hotel - beach, restaurants, walks along the coast, childrens playground etc. Most of all we want to thank Marko ( hotel manager ), Alen ( kitchen manager ) atd Lili ( hotel staff ). Already today, we are planning to return to Moscenicko Drago with the whole family. I can recommend Hotel Mediteran 100%.

Ich war auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht im Hotel Marina. Das Hotel hat eine traumhafte Lage direkt am Hafen von Draga. Beim Check-In hat mein Zimmer nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Auf Nachfrage ob ich das Zimmer wechseln kann, habe ich etwas widerwillig ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Auch für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Was man wissen muss. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, direkt vor meinem Zimmer war eine Strandbar, die lang und sehr laut Musik gespielt hat. Daher sind die Zimmer hinten raus sogar die besseren/ ruhigeren Zimmer. Parken ist auch schwierig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ich würde hier auch Urlaub machen.

Breakfasts are exceptional. Wide variety for any taste (sweet, savory), fruits, tea, coffee (filter or espresso-based). Rooms are very nice, spacious, and tidy. The only thing that lacked was a kettle to make tea or coffee. The restaurant has a great selection of courses. It is possible to have food and drinks brought into the room, and this is very nice. The service is great as well. The location is marvelous. Small, picturesque village with a nice promenade along the beach. Wide variety of restaurants. Perfect for a quiet vacation.

I think our room with the most beautiful view it was prefect. The reception staff, especially the one that greeted us on our arrival. The style of the hotel, furniture. The breakfast buffet was wonderful especially Jeffrey who was there making the buffet table full, so many things to eat. It was just perfect

The SPA was fantastic, we enjoyed a pool where we can swim during the hottest hours but most of all we liked Finish sauna. Also we enjoyed the treatments, facial and massages. The breakfast was excellent and starting day with prosecco felt luxurious. The room was not big but good size, AC worked properly, no problems with overheating. Location was fantastic, close to the beach and restaurants. We already decided to be back next year.

Lovely 150 year old historic hotel in the heart of the Opatija Riviera. The owners appear to be slowly renovating the place so that's good. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff are absolutely amazing and helpful. And the sea water pool (yes that's seawater!!) is awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast, dinner, pool, staff and location are very good. Room is perfect, clean, shower cabine and bathtub in the bathroom, a lot of space and two balkonies.

Fantastic view of the bay and sunrise, very big, bright and airy room with lots of space and very comfortable bed. The balcony was an added bonus we were not expecting. Staff were fantastic, very accommodating, friendly and treated us very well, it was a really pleasant surprise and an unexpected stay that we were so grateful to experience. Great location too, close proximity to the beach, promenade, restaurants, shops and supermarket. We really loved our stay. Gym, spa, indoor pool and breakfast were also good added benefits to enjoy.

Lovely hotel. Great spa facilities and a nice pool with heated sea water, very clean, beautiful architecture, lovely bathroom, rooms with high cellings, sea view. We had two cute balconies, one with a sea view. Getting a slightly more expensive room is worth it. Buffet breakfast with excellent choice of food included in the price of the room. We felt this was a well managed hotel. We would gladly visit again.

We where located in room 123 just above the restaurant which gave a nice view over the harbour. We have had an amazing experience here, from the sauna and the jacuzzi in the indoor pool to the relaxation around the outdoor pool. We where half board, breakfast was plentiful and for those like me that try to eat healthy, fruit is plentiful and I enjoyed the smoothies and chia seed yoghurts that where made fresh every morning. I didn't eat much at dinner, but again if your struggling to find something, there is a huge salad bar. The soup is lovely too with bread rolls made fresh every day. All in all I wish id booked to stay another week ☹️. Just outside the hotel if you take a right you have panoramic views over the sea; if you take a left that's where all the action is. For me, the hotel is in the perfect location due to the walking distance to where you need to go. Unforgettable holiday, thankyou 💖

Beautiful hotel on the Croatian coast. All rooms have sea views and balconies. Fantastic choice of food at every meal. Very clean and comfortable. Good bar area. Staff very nice and helpful. Has an outdoor pool, an indoor sea pool and a spa. Just a short walk to bars, shops and restaurants - hotel sits on promenade so plenty to see when in your room/balcony. Would say this is a better hotel for couples than families.

The location and facilities at the hotel are great. The easy going nature of the hotel and wellbeing options (indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, spa, health centre) makes the hotel a desirable place to stay. The half board meal option was value for money & there was lots of food variety to choice from. The rooms were comfortable and the balcony view was beautiful. The fireworks was an added bonus for my last night.

I had a fantastic stay! So pleasantly surprised. The room was spotless with astonishing view of the sea and surrounding islands of Cres and Krk. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The spa services, in-house and outdoor pools, and jacuzzi were sensational. Location is also convenient since it is in the center of Opatija, so there are many options for activities, sightseeing and visiting various beaches. The breakfast buffet and dinners were also impressive, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Very important is also hotel parking garage due to parking struggle in general that the city has.I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure! I am sure I will be back soon as well.

Contacless access to the property. Wonderful design. Soundproof! View. Even if the property would have minor disadvantages, the soundproof would cover them all. Everyone who travels through Croatia knows how loud is the street noise and walls are thin. I slept like an angel. Comfy bed, wonderful set -up. Shower set-up with temperature and time regulation. Definitely recommended! Ned to mention 5 min walk from closed parking. So it takes you just minutes to rack the lace even if you travel with bug luggage.

The apartment was perfect for our stay very modern and tastefully decorated. The apartment had all the facilities needed for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. location was perfect, and I walked off the bus into the apartment. Train station 8 minute walk. 24-hour bakery and deli 25 feet from the apartment. Local busses 5 minutes walk from apartment. 8 minute walk to old town and beautiful shopping area with plenty of restaurants and bars and cafes.

Stayed in the apartment for only one night as we were on our way to Split and it was a hectic decision to stay one night in the region. Thoughtful facilities, comfortable and nice ambiance! we're responsive and helpful staff, even during late hrs. Had unplanned online meeting and accommodated with late checkup easily, very grateful to the team! Highly recommended!

Das Hotel Mozart liegt direkt im Zentrum von Opatija - gegenüber der Uferpromenade bzw. dem Café Wagner, wo es nebenbei bemerkt großartige Torten gibt. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit eingeschränktem Meerblick und Balkon, was bedeutet, dass der Balkon auf der linken Seite des Gebäudes liegt. Der eingeschränkte Meerblick ist von Vorteil, da es Nachts sehr ruhig ist. Der Blick nach Hinten hat auch seine Reize. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto parkt man eine Seitengasse rechts weiter. Die Schranke dafür wird vom Hotelpersonal geöffnet und bei Wunsch gibt es auch einen Parkservice. Das Parken selbst hat nichts gekostet. Am Tag der Abreise konnten wir das Auto auch noch einen halben Tag dort stehen lassen, weil wir nochmals baden gegangen sind. Das Zimmer selbst war zwar nicht übermäßig geräumig, aber sehr sauber. Was mich als Allergikerin besonders gefreut hat, ist, dass es keinen Teppichboden gab sondern Parkett. Fernsehapparat, Kühlschrank mitsamt Minibar (keine übermäßigen Preise) waren vorhanden, ebenso ein Zimmersafe. Das Bad war zwar ebenfalls sehr klein, aber schön ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbüffet war, entgegen vieler Bewertungen hier, extrem groß und vielfältig. Von frischem Obst über Kaviar bis zum Sekt war alles vorhanden. Allerdings muss ich vielen hier zustimmen, dass das Frühstückspersonal nicht gerade schnell beim neu eindecken war. Die Terasse im Hinterhof des Hotels ist wunderschön und man kann dort in Ruhe und im Schatten frühstücken.

Nem tudok hibát találni benne :) Tökéletes helyen van (csak át kell menni az úton, ott a strand és a korzó, a közelben az összes étterem és üzlet), kényelmes ágyak, csinos szoba, méretes terasz, mindennapos takarítás, kedves és segítőkész személyzet, finom büféreggeli hatalmas választékkal. A konyha is jó, az étterem kiülős része gyönyörű, a büfévacsora is rendben volt és még olcsó is. Ja, megvan a hiba: a reggelihez adott kávé pocsék (mint a legtöbb szállodában). A parkolóhely is nagyon kevés, de a személyzet igyekszik segíteni. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, köszönjük Hotel Mozart :)

Nice service, excellent food and a room with the balcony and the sea view. We were lucky to have an excellent weather for this time of the year, and I also have got all necessary facilities for my business. This hotel merits five stars - because of the location, facilities and service.

The Mozart Hotel must be in all the tourist guides since everyone was taking photos of the Art Nouveau building. It was a real pleasure staying here and the front desk staff where very helpful and hospitable, especially Ava and Lorena.

Opatija is beautiful city and spa, and hotel Mozart is a nice residence in the middle of the downtown, seashore and promenade. The service is excellent, the breakfast too. However, next winter some rooms will need to be fixed.

Room size, layout, comfort of bed - fabulous HUGE feather pillows! Aircom was excellent in the room. Great shower . Hairdryer worked really well. Really quiet rooms. A great nights sleep. When we arrived I realised I had got confused when booking and didnt book a balcony room. The manager (and her team) were very accomodating and changed our room the next morning, with no fuss, when a room became free - no extra charge. Both rooms were equally good quality. The breakfast was great quality. Lots of variety and always fresh. The resturant was very relaxed with plenty of space and seating. We used the inifinity pool a few times - it was really nice. Good temperature and very clean. Towells, robes, mules and a beach bag were also provided in our room to take to the poolside. Even though the hotel was very busy - it didnt feel busy at all. There was a really relaxed feel to it. Check in and out were both easy, with no waiting time. We were able to take a bus into Rijeka from outside the back of the hotel, which was really convenient. It's a good location to walk along the front of Opatija and to other neighbouring towns, which we did easily. Great sea views. It's a location and hotel we would return to again.

We stayed here for 5 nights instead of 3 - that's saying a lot :) Our host Robi was great - he gave us the best apartment with a balcony and a great view, he offered us free tickets to the swimming pool in Opatija, he provided free shuttle service from to the bus station in Opatija and to the buses stop at the end of our stay. Offered even more free transfers but we like to walk :) Yes, it takes about 10-15 min to walk to Icici or Ika, but you have to go uphill to get back. The place is very quiet, away from the main road and noise. This apartment has a small kitchenette so we cooked our meals here and enjoyed eating in the balcony. In Icici you will find a shopping center, little bakery in Ika, a beautiful 14 km long seaside promenade with bars and restaurants along the way.

Apartmen is very clean, and spacious. All of them have see view. Robi is very helpfull person. He made overview of the area. Mention best places to visit and eat. All the recomendations was usefull. After I had a car isue. He recomended worshop and the problem was solved in the same day. Nice place, nice view, good choise.

An unbelievable Gem of a hotel! Your room is literally right on the water! We enjoyed hearing the waves as we fell asleep. Free surface parking and a delicious breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

We had very special room, the sea was directly under the terasse. It was amazing :-) So close to sea all the time and private terase with direct entrance to the sea.

The breakfast was ok, but more variety would be welcome. The staff was very kind and always ready to bring you what you need with a smile.

It is located in the city center. It is also really close to Lido Beach. The Hotel is really elegant, we loved its atmosphere. The staff was kind and helpful. We rented a parking place of the hotel (although free space is not guaranteed at the day of arrival). The breakfasts were really good, the dinners were fine. We had a wonderful view to the sea. Our room and beds were really tidy.

Great hotel, comfortable rooms, most with sea view, cleaning service very good, nice shower sets.I liked breakfast and dinner not to many choices but quite enough for every taste, meat, fish, pasta and very tasty. Det finns pool men den är inte uppvärmd och den är under tak, solstolar finns vid poolen kostar inget och man kunde be om större handdukar i receptionen o även de var gratis. Frukost fanns tillgänglig men det fanns att önska på den biten samt det fylldes på spartanskt. Hotellet har ingen privat del på stranden men det går att ligga på en handduk istf 12euro/stol dock finns en trevlig bar. Det som fanns att önska förutom frukostens utbud var städning av de allmänna utrymmen såsom trappa o korridor samt målning av små skavanker i rum samt sätta list i glipan mellan golv o upp till dörr. Vi åt på A&D grill riktigt prisvärt med grilltallriken för 2 inget halvfabrikat utan mat gjord från grunden. Hade det vi önskar varit uppfyllt hade vi gett 5/5 på allt. Trevligt ställe vi rekommenderar det.

A small family-style hotel with fewer rooms, ideal if you are looking for a quieter place in Opatija. The hotel has its own garden with a swimming pool and a beautiful panoramic seaview. The rooms are smaller, the upper floors with smaller windows, but very cosily furnished. There are carpets in the corridors, which eliminates noise from walking (very smart). The gym is simply equipped but also offers a sauna. The hotel has its own beach with a pleasant entrance to the sea (beach towels must be asked at the reception). For parking, it is possible to use the hotel grounds protected by a ramp (spaces are limited). Breakfast is relatively varied, served from 7:30 to 10:00, unfortunately at 8:30 the sausages and eggs were cold and the ham and cheese were no longer available. The hotel staff is very helpful and pleasant, it is important to highlight the extremely friendly and at the same time professional approach of the gentleman at the reception, his services were exceptionally great. If you are looking for quieter accommodation in the heart of Opatija. It is a 3 min. walk to the city center, but the noise from the nightlife in the city is not heard at all. Most rooms have a beautiful view of the sea, and all are air-conditioned. I definitely recommend visiting this hotel.

From the warm welcome, availability of onsite parking, hotel facilities (pool, beach, gym, sauna, lift) included good breakfast) sparkling clean public areas, comfortable bed, great double glazing, effective air conditioning, lovely balcony with great views, and location on the promenade providing great views and walking access to town.

This apartment is perfect for a stay in Opatija. Only a 5-7 minute walk off the Main Street in Opatija and wonderfully decorated and equipped, this apartment is perfect for a short or long stay in this town! Also, I feel compelled to note, the apartment was incredibly clean. Truly made you feel comfortable.

What a wonderful stay we have had at Amadria Park Grand Hotel! We were greeted with a wonderful smile and very warm welcome at reception by Catalina, who offered us a Prosecco and some very helpful advice on how to best enjoy our stay at Opatija. Our room on the second floor with French doors opening onto a comfortable balcony with table and chairs was wonderful! Even better, was our spacious room overlooking the beautiful harbour below. We felt very spoilt! We made good use of the pool downstairs which was cool and refreshing during the two days we stayed with temperatures in the mid thirties. The buffet breakfast is excellent. A well organised and extensive buffet in very nice surroundings. Opatija centre is a short stroll up the road or a wonderful walk around the bays. Small public beaches are located nearby or you can avail yourself of the hotel beach. Our room was comfortable and cleaned beautifully by housekeeping during our stay. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable. Thank you too to the wonderful Kristijan, who was so helpful on so many occasions. From assisting with our seeking a restaurant recommendation and even phoning to arrange a reservation, to offering storage for our bags whilst away from the hotel. He like Catalina made our stay so memorable! As always it is the generosity of spirit and the kindness of the personnel you meet during your travels that makes a visit to a new part of the world so worthwhile and enriching!

The Amadria Park Hotel is very well situated in Opatija. We stayed 2 nights, if we had stayed a 3rd night we would have had access to the Royal Park Beach. While they have a pool and we did use it the first day we went to the public beach area on day 2. Pay the extra and get a sea view room you will not be disappointed.Our room had a balcony but don’t expect sunsets off it as the sun sets behind the hotel not on the water side. They offer a very good breakfast to start your day. They also helped arrange a driver as we were flying out of Trieste airport and we had a delightful driver for that trip.

Very nice, friendly staff. Location is amazing, right on the edge of the sea 🌊 very close to the center of the town. Very good breakfast, with a lot of different options. Service was excellent with welcome drinks upon arrival. The room was a corner one and it was spacious with nice balcony. The spa was big with indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Next time we will try the massages. Definitely coming back in the summer! 😊

Went to this hotel after a day at Plitvice Lakes on our way to Istria and stopped for one night only. Be warned to call in advance for directions as google maps takes you the wrong way!! Hotel was lovely and we were very impressed, I don’t think the photos do it justice at all. We had a stunning view and a huge bedroom & bathroom. The service was very attentive and welcoming. We ate in the restaurant and having read previous reviews knew to expect no menu but just an array of tasting dished paired with a variety of excellent wines. As we are both not fussy eaters and enjoy food this was perfect for us. All dishes were delicious and explained to us when they were delivered to our table and service very attentive. After 4 courses, we shared dessert as we were so full. We were on a road trip from Dubrovnik to Rovinji and the meal was not only the best meal we had on our trip but the best service we received. I am not sure there is much to do in the area so one night was plenty for us and was the perfect experience after a busy day at the park and a long drive. In terms of cost I think relative to prices throughout Croatia and given the quality and service I think it represented excellent value for money.

Located in an impressive building in the middle of charming old Kastav. If you drive, don’t use the hotel address on google maps – go to the centre of Kastav, and you will find easily your way from there. The design of the interior is full of quirkiness, with myriad of cockerel figurines and other pleasant and surprising details. The room/apartment was huge, the huge bed very comfortable, breath-taking views from the windows. The modern design sometimes overwhelmed the usability - the wonderful bath tube is very slippery, the washing basins are huge but the fixed tap makes them tricky to use, the electrical switches require a degree in electronics to be able to use them efficiently. I am picking straws now – we really enjoyed the stay and we would like to come back some day. The service was prompt and friendly. Very good breakfast and an excellent dinner with local and tasty dishes and drinks.

I can’t even describe how wonderful this hotel is. Last minute booking while heading somewhere else. As I was following my navigation system I looked up at a hill in the distance and thought, wow, once I find my hotel I’m going up there to see the castle at the top. Little did I know I was going to be staying within that amazing fortress of buildings. The hotel was wonderful, the staff were great, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. Would highly recommend it to anyone! What a pleasant surprise!

The best hotel we ever had! We enjoyed the spacious very well designed room equipped with high quality furniture and large bathroom with large bathtube. At every corner you notice love to detail. It is really magical atmosphere out of the window on the square in front of the hotel especially in the evenings when live music plays. The very pleasant staff will arrange everything you need. There are free parking lots in the city behind a nice church ruine. We would give 20 points if it would be possible!

I have booked this hotel for a business trip. Arriving there, I was really surprised. Nice, newly renovated hotel in the middle of a very old Croatian village. The only problem was, that you have to leave your car first outside the village, walk to the hotel and get the barrier put down, so that you can drive there. The room was very big, clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and also the staff very friendly!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay at the hotel. The Savoy is situated in a great location on the Lungo Mare with access to it's own pool side and sea bathing area. Our room, like most others, had a beautiful sea view from the balcony. The buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful, being continually restocked throughout the morning. Parking is available at the car park situated across the road a cost of €11/day, quite expensive for a long stay but necessary given the limited parking in the town. Staff at the hotel are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Given the hotel's location beside the sea and the great weather during our stay we didn't use the hotel indoor pool/spa, but it did look very good and was kept very clean and tidy. The outdoor pool side bar created a nice atmosphere and was open until quite late, (or early morning) although the choice of garage/trance music might not be to everyone's liking! All in all we really enjoyed our stay. 😊

Wir hatten ein Superior Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick, dieser war ein Traum 👍 Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, aber die Liegen müssen extra bezahlt werden € 30 Komfortliegen am Pool und € 10 die normalen - leider wird das bei der Hotelbeschreibung nirgends erwähnt - das ist vor Ort dann natürlich eine eher negative Überraschung. Leider war der Pool auch nicht sauber - es lagen etliche Papierservietten und Plastik Becher am Poolboden - wurde auch während unseres. Gesamten Aufenthalts (5 Tage) nicht gereinigt. Auch das Service in der Vip Lounge war die ersten beiden Tage mittelmäßig - zwei sehr junge Männer, die offenbar nicht wirklich alles unter Kontrolle hatten - das bestellte und bereits bonierte Clubsandwich gab es dann plötzlich doch nicht, der bestellte Nudelthunfisch Salat kam ohne Nudeln, weil diese aus waren … 🙈 Am letzten Tag war dann Goran im Dienst und er war super zuvorkommend und professionell. So machte es dann auch Spaß👍 Das Hoteleigene Lokal Lungomare ist sehr gut.

We had a great stay here with a large room overlooking the sea. The location is great, only steps to cafes, the sea, restaurants and a playground on the beach - yet very quiet at night. They have the nicest staff I've come across in a hotel in a long time - just wonderful. Only downside was the indoor pool isn't heated and the breakfast room was a little crowded (need more space between tables). Also the parking is up the hill a little so you drop your bags off at the hotel (use the free temporary parking directly outside) then head up to the parking garage. The staff actually came to our car to get our luggage for us. Loved our stay here and again, the reception staff are fantastic. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

We had a spectacular view from our King room balcony. Location was excellent. We made use of the pool and the easy access to their private beach to swim in the Adriatic Sea. We wished we had booked for two nights after we arrived. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Staff was very friendly and helpful and provided excellent service. We prolonged our stay as long as we could before heading back on the road. Highly recommend this hotel.

Since I am travelling for business, most of the time I stay in budget hotels, for this reason I am usually not a person who writes reviews. my expectations from hotels are limited and standard. I wanted to write something nice for this hotel. This hotel is not a very new nor a super invested facility, but it has a team that takes good care of both the facility and its customers. I think the biggest asset of a hotel is that the team and the owner are happy with this job and make you feel it with small details whether they want to or not. This hotel will give you a warm and soulful experience on the beach in Lovran.

The hotel is an early 20th century building (I think) with the style of the belle epoch and our room had wonderful high ceilings and tall windows with a balcony overlooking the bay. There was a good sized desk and fridge, but no kettle. Wifi was good and the first time in Croatia we were actually able to connect reliably. There were no plug sockets by the bed which was a minor irritation. Breakfast was wonderful with happy staff and a great selection of food. It was lovely to sit on the terrace while eating and relaxing, a wonderful start to the day. Parking is available at the front of the hotel but needs to be pre-booked.

The hotel is beautifully located in Učka National Park, high up in the mountains. The terrace is stylishly decorated and offers breathtaking views of the sea. We also enjoyed the small pool – perfect for a refreshing dip. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh, high-quality options – from antipasti and tomato-cheese salad to large croissants filled with nougat, jam, or pistachio cream. Simply outstanding! Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well air-conditioned. Dinner is highly recommended: the menu is small, but every dish was of outstanding quality, perfectly complemented by the terrace setting and the warm, attentive service. I also had a few special requests (last-minute booking, late-night arrival, EV charging), all of which were handled to my complete satisfaction. A wonderful experience overall – I would definitely return.

The place is a pretty as it looks on the pictures - Stunning views, whether sea side OR mountain side Warm cosy yet refined interiors. Swimming pool with a view. Michelin star dining. Fantastic Croatian wines. Excellent breakfast. Dog friendly. Utter relaxation. Check the pictures of the hotel in older times and how it was abandoned then revived in 2014 - what a project!

Beautifull view over cost, good breakfasf and comfortable bed. Great to have swiming pool during hot, sunny days. Long way to see and City center but thanks that you feel like you have it for your own, more privacy. Big plus for creation/ reconstruction this old, history place.

The house dates back to the early nineteenhundreds, sitting on a prime spot above the Kvarner. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The place features a Michelin-stared restaurant, the kitchen is truly superb. Lovely pool. Perfect breakfast, high-quality ingredients only.

Reserved parking in the yard is a big bonus, not many accomodations in city centre have it, and entering was explained nicely. Web page is working great. Contactless check-in, everything is clear by messages before arrival. Host is always available for any questions. We had some special needs - everything was answered and solved. Apartment has everything that you need for stay (even washing machine!). Great for stay for long periods and couple of days. City centre is 20 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by car.

Our host was very informative and friendly, we could call her in the middle of the night. Self check in was super convinient and easy to access. Private parking happened to be really in a private place. The room was very cute and clean, we had everything and even more than we expected. Highly recommend!

We had a truly lovely stay at Hotel Paris in Opatija. The hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable family vacation. Its location is perfect — just a short walk to two excellent beaches, Tomasevac and the main city beach, both ideal for children. The rooms were clean, cozy, and nicely decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere for the whole family. The hotel restaurant is spacious with a very good breakfast selection, and we especially enjoyed sitting on the beautiful terrace with coffee or drinks, overlooking the park and the elegant architecture of Opatija. Everything worth visiting in Opatija is within walking distance, which made exploring the town easy and enjoyable. The staff were very kind and accommodating, which made the hotel feel warm and welcoming — almost like home. A special thank you to Ismar at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful with our children and always responsive to our requests. We were so glad we chose to have breakfast and dinner included with our stay at Hotel Paris in Opatija--the buffet was exceptional for all meals and it made our overall stay that much more fun and carefree. Definitely recommend the hotel to anyone due to the convenient location near downtown and beaches, very friendly and accommodating staff, wonderful buffet meals in terms of quality and variety and accommodation of diet constraints, and the quality of the room and facility. We also found the stay in Opatija generally to be very family-friendly at the same time as posh. Budget and fancy options for hotels, meals and activities were readily available.

We came to Opatija to see a concert at Summer Stage (Ljetna pozornica) and loved that the hotel was this close to the concert. Breakfast offered a variety of options, both savory and sweet.

The roomwas very spacious and cozy. I had two balconies, one with a table and two chairs and the other with old socks someone left behind 😆 The view was amazing! The bed was very comfortable, the covers and pillows as well. The AC system was easy and comfortable. The bathroom was fine. The sofa in the room was made with awful stingy wool and was very uncomfortable. The staff was helpful and kind. I've seen better breakfast buffets, to be honest. In the next door hotel you can use the spa and private beach. I had a massage which was nice and the beach had very accommodating staff and very helpful and kind! In the end, the room and facilities was up to my expectations and I would come back!

The hotel was easy to reach from the bus stop. It overlooks the sea, although my room looked over the main street and a corner of the sea. I really liked the breakfasts and meals. They were good, and also, sometimes solo travellers don't want to sit alone in a restaurant in the evening so I appreciated this aspect here. The hotel fittings are obviously new, of very good quality and signage and essential information is all well displayed. I would happily come back to this hotel and to Opatija - loved this little town and the Lungomare seaside promenade.

The property was in the most perfect location - right along the sea front and a few minutes walk from the main “life” of the town. I had a sea view room and it was stunning - I couldn’t get enough if it. The room was very comfortable and a very good size with plenty of storage. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to the old town and the bus station for Opatija and Rijeka, while being situated right on the beach.

Location is excellent, near the sea and the Opatija center, We had sea view top floor suite and the view was stunning. We liked both breakfast and dinner. There was a lot of options to choose from for breakfast and dinner and everything was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the suite / sea view de luxe room on the top floor we got and all amenities for our dogs that were prepared in the room. Initially we booked de luxe sea view room for 2 but on the last moment our daughter decided to join us as well. We called the hotel late in the evening and Ms. Ana Turato, hotel´s Director of Sales helped us immediately and assured us we will get appropriate room. And she really arranged it perfectly. All associates across the hotel form the Front Desk to the Restaurant were very kind and helpful. We even got a small Valentine´s surprise in the room from the hotel on Friday. Thank you very much for everything.

I would recommend one night to eat at the restaurant it was a great buffet with lots of variety, and pretty inexpensive. The buffet breakfast which is included was amazing. Not just breads and cerals like most places offer. The only down fall was the internet was only near the lobby for wireless or ADSL in your room for free or you have to pay extra if you would like wireless in your room. It has a nice pool area and also a spa (if you stay more than 1 night) you have to pre book the day before. There is also free parking. Overall it was a great hotel we would stay here again.

A nice and pleasant hotel in a great position next to the main road, with parking and a bus stop nearby. Lovran is a charming little town on the coast. Close to Rijeka and Opatija. The single room has everything you need, it is clean and tidy. Inside the hotel is a medium-sized heated pool, a gym and a small spa area. I had a great massage. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The food on the buffet table is of good quality and is regularly replenished. A lot of vegetables and salads and fruits are offered. I especially praise the staff in the restaurant and at the reception. They are very kind and helpful. This was such a relaxing vacation for me, it was a good decison to book this place.

As Lovran being a village this is not very hard, but since the hotel is situated right above the main pear (that is not being used anymore for docking) where all summer feasts happen you really get the right summer feeling. The view from the room on the sea-side is great, espeacially in the night where the Rijeka panorama is fabulous. Rooms are very nice, clean and spacious with high ceilings and a comfortable bathroom. Altohugh the hotel was completely renovated some years ago, the commom areas would again need some refreshment. The hotel pool is great., on the other side do not expect much from fitness room. Hotel staff is extremly friendly and helpfull. Breakfast are rich. Overall service really good.

We loved this property! The host was available for questions when we arrived and kindly let us use his parking space. The location is perfect - quiet but very close to restaurants, shops and the beautiful Lungomare sea walk. The apartment was small but much care was taken with decor and small touches that made if feel like home. Very reasonably priced as well.

Absolutely cozy apartment, nicely renovated in vintage style. Our host Mladen was very friendly and offered us parking opportunity, which is an absolute jackpot in Opatija. The seaside is just a couple of stairs and steps distance from the door. We were only there for a winter weekend, but would be also ideal for a summer vacation for 2.

Newly decorated apartment close to the beach, restaurants and all amenities. Its location is on the hill, and there are more stairs to climb once you enter the building. It is big enough for two people, and practical enough for short stays. Host is very nice and helpful.

Tha apartment is just so beautiful, has all the amenities one might need. It is literally 5 mins away from the sea, we visitted the Christmas Market, which was just as close and the host was so helpful. We are very pleased with our stay in Opatija!

A huge advantage of the hotel is the swimming pool and sauna, located on the top floors, with a stunning view of the city and the sea. I recommend it. Wonderful place to stay in Opatija. We could only stay one night as we were heading to Slovenia, but the place was so wonderful we wish we could’ve stayed for longer. I messed up and we ended up checking in two hours after the check-in time, I felt horrible but the owner checked us in and was very kind about it all. The place has everything you could possibly need, and had the nice extra bonus of some candies & cookies available. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean and had plenty of space. If we are ever in Opatija again we will absolutely be staying here again. Location to the main part of town and swimming areas is top notch.

My accommodation was a simple little room, actually nothing really special, BUT. It was first of all perfect for a solo traveller as me, who doesn't spend too much time inside the room. The location is just superb. This small room featured everything necessary for a pleasant stay and the care of the attentive host Alida was visible: She even prepares instant coffee, fruits, candies and a can of beer to the fridge which is free of charge. A very nice gesture additionally to her friendly welcome. The chair/table/sunbed combo at the entrance added the option to sit out on the sunny day. Would recommend fully.

Alida's place is just perfect! The location is wonderful. The apartment is in the middle of the best part of the town and yet there is almost no noise. The place is spotless and the bed is the most comfortable I've had in Europe. There is plenty of hot water and she provides beverages which is really nice since we arrived late. Her and her husband are so accommodating, friendly and always there to help.

Nothing to dislike, amazing location in the centre of Opatija, the room was perfectly clean and comfortable and the hosts are super kind and friendly, Croatian hospitality at its best. Just take care to not be as stupid as I was and accidentally walk into the neighbours’ house when you are looking for the place! I will definitely stay here if I visit Opatija again :)

One of the best low cost places we have stayed (and we went to at least 10 different places just this summer). They have an extremely convenient private parking, comfortable bed and sofa bed, check-in was very practical, and so was the check-out. The place was very clean, even with sealed disinfected glasses. They provide some toiletries for emergencies, which is not common. They have iron and iron board, as well as hair drier. On top of that there is also a really nice outdoor area with table and large umbrella to be enjoyed privately by the guests. The communication with the host was fast and straight forward. The fact they pay attention to the details show how much they care we have a good stay.

There were everything we needed, even more. The kitchen is very well equiped. The bathroom is clean and equiped like a hotel. The terrace is great, the neigbourhood is peacefull. Easy to find it, well signed. Smells good, fresh, new, well organized!

The apartment was large and the bed was comfortable. Very good facilities and lots of room for parking. We booked it on the same day and had problems with the Booking.com app and the hosts were very patient and communicative.

Great parking under the property, Possibility to use washing machine and dryer. The flat was great, clean and fully furnished wit everything you need. close to town centre and attractions. Great rooftop pool and well maintained and clean regularly.

Good value for money: comfortable one-bedroom apartment with no balcony but access to large roof terrace (and small, but heated, pool), with an excellent view. Relatively easy 10-minute walk down to the fascinating resort centre, a mix of Belle Epoque elegance and some rather shabbier touristy stretches.

The rooftop pool was small but a lovely escape. The apartment was modern but could do with a little TLC.

We were three colleagues visiting. The apartment was better than expected. The large livingroom with the kitchen and balcony is pretty cozy, also the main bedroom is excellent. Bathrooms are nice too. All premises were so neat that not a single speck of dust could be found! The building is in a perfect location, walking distance from downtown. The garage was also a great option to have and the view from the top of the building was spectacular!

Traditional hotel but been done up recently. Shower was in bath so can be slippy. The spacious room was very clean but they may have forgotten to clean the balcony. Attractive dining room but, as often in Croatia, 'hot' breakfast items were not kept hot. We had use of the pool at the Hotel Milenij, which was quite enjoyable. Parking was a bit of a problem. We had use of the Milenij Grand Hotel's car park for an additinal daily fee of 90 kunas but this is probably the norm in Opatija as it is very busy and there is a lack of on street parking.

The staff are very helpfull and happy to be of assistance. We arrived early and were shown to our lovely room, balcony and seaview as requested. Breakfast was great in the lovely Kitchen area. No pool but the beach is 100m down the hill, but the hire of the sunloungers is VERY EXPENSIVE at over 30€ per day. my car hire was less then that.

This is an older Villa appearing building, but it is amazing in appearance, clean and comfortable beyond expectations. Staff is incredibly friendly/helpful and breakfast of hot/cold foods is very good in a comfortable setting. We stayed at Hotel Agava off and on for a few weeks as we transacted business throughout the region, even if we were 1 - 2 hours away, we returned to the Hotel Agava. One night maintenance was going on and they transferred the reservation a short walk to a partner Grand Hotel on the waterfront which was equally great. Another night there was some mix-up with our reservation and we ended up in what was another partner hotel a short walk away that was not as good (we were booking our nightly room late with short notice), the next day the manager was exceptionally apologetic, professional in his guest service skills and offered to make it up to us - and then provided us a really terrific upgrade for two nights if we wanted to stay for the weekend. We did, and then received a email days later again apologizing and offering to assist in any way possible should we return to Opatija! Maybe it is just the superior and better rooms that are great, but the Hotel Agava will certainly be our place to rest and relax wherever we are in the surrounding region. Opatija and Rijeka too have so much to offer from a quiet seaside village with shops and beaches, to city amenties of shopping malls, etc.

We have stayed here for our Anniversary together with our 5 and 7 years old sons. The hotel was above all our expectations. We received exceptional service, very polite, friendly! The number was beautiful, even with a balcony with a sea view! We received welcome drinks during registration not at the registration desk,but in restaurant zone. At our number we received not only clean, wonderful room,but also greeting card on our Anniversary day, champagne and beautiful chocolate cake decorated with real roses! It was the best surprise that we have received from the hotels ever ☺️ special thank You to the girl from reception who worked on July 22nd, 2024! She is the best girl at reception desk that we have ever met! You made our wedding day very special! And the breakfast was gorgeous, especially profiteroles, kids and husband could not stop eating them ☺️. Thank you so much for everything! We highly recommend to stay here to families with kids and to romantic couples!

Additionally, Auntie Mara, who resides in the building temporarily, is incredibly kind and generous—our one-year-old son adored her and enjoyed playing with her. We extend our thanks to her! We truly had a wonderful stay in Opatija, a place with a unique energy and vibe that you can really feel. Highly recommended!

Location is excellent, walking distance to the city center but far enough from the noise. The property is very clean and well equipped. Hosts are very friendly, professional and lovely people. Parking lot by the entrance is a big plus, not to mention the amazing view. The access to the see by the house is well enough for a nice swim or spend there some time with a good book.

Lovely apartment with a fabulous balcony looking over the sea. A 10-15 min walk to Opatija centre along the lovely promenade. You can walk in both directions along the 10km promenade by the sea which is really lovely. Facilities in the apartment were great and you have an oven/stove top and microwave if needed. Denis was an excellent and welcoming host.

Ideal for a family with small kids. We managed to travel only in off-season but I would gladly visit again. Probably the most equipped apartment we have visited so far. There’s a caffee bar below but the music wasn’t too loud and they closed in the evening.

The location is perfect, the apartment is cozy and comfortable. We loved the view from the balcony and the walking path along the sea. The host Dennis was very helpful and friendly. Definitely staying in this apartment added extra points to our satisfaction with the time spent in Opatija.

Der Spa Bereich mit Blick aufs Meer ist wunderschön, die Spa Treatments sehr zu empfehlen. Der Pool-Bereich mit Riva Lounge ist ein Ort der Entspannung und Erholung. Es ist schon viel, wenn man mal mit 4 anderen Leuten am Pool liegt. Oft fühlte man sich als hätte man eine Privat-Unterkunft mit eigenem Personal. Kein Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Umgebung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Absolute luxury! Our room was immaculate and elegant, with a stunning view. The staff are like none other! Everyone we came in contact with was engaging, friendly and helpful. A huge shoutout to Antonio in the restaurant. We ate dinner there several times and everything was spectacular. Antonio knows his wine, food and craft cocktails and his recommendations are solid! Breakfast is a feast and also excellent. The salt water pool is heated and because this is a small hotel, it was not crowded. The gym is airy, clean and well-equipped. The spa is lovely and access to steam and sauna rooms are complimentary. I had a massage from Cornejla and that too was top-notch. I would highly recommend her. The hotel is located on a little paved community path which makes it easy to walk to other restaurants; and if nothing else, stroll past beautiful old villas and take in the stunning views. We would definitely LOVE to stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful time Ikador!

This place is amazing!! Our favorite hotel in all of Croatia and we've covered a lot of them. The staff is amazing, food is excellent..we even had a special Basque tasting dinner thst was very fun. Rooms are lovely, from the night lights that turn on to guide you at night, the comfy bed or the beautiful patio overlooking the sea. What's special about Ikador is everything is relaxing..no bills to sign at the restaurants as they automatically put it on your room, all the snacks and non-alcoholic mini bar products are included in your stay, the welcome sparkling wine and fruit was perfect. We've fallen in love with Ikador and now nothing else compares!!

What a luxurious hotel! There were so many small touches that added to the experience...like a hand written welcome note and welcome drink....to Hermes shampoo and conditioner in the room....the list goes on and on. Our room was above and beyond!! The staff were friendly- kind and professional. The food at the restaurant- for both breakfast and dinner was marvelous!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The view is absolutely stunning, with a direct look at the sea. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and offered everything we could possibly need. Our host, Maja, was incredibly attentive and kind, making sure we felt completely comfortable during our stay. There was plenty of outdoor space to sit, relax, and enjoy meals, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Having a parking spot right in front of the door was also very convenient. From the very first moment, we felt completely at home here. And of course, we have to mention Lola – the sweetest dog ever, truly adorable and a joy to be around. We can highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

This was our second stay at this property and we were so pleased to be able to stay again and only wish we could have stayed longer. Maja the host had great communication and was so engaging and enthusiastic which was not always the case with Croatians in our experience. We have stayed in two different rooms and each was perfect with a great view over the bay and a place to have a drink and relax. The units are recently decorated in a very modern and tasteful manner with everything you need to self cater. If we could give a higher star rating we would. Highly recommend.

It is located approximately 800m from the beach. It has a superb view of the sea. It is equipped with absolutely everything you need. It is clean, and the bed is comfortable. Everything looks like new. The hosts are very kind and help you with anything you need. I will definitely come back here.

This suit has a amazing view to the sea thanks to its unique position, where you can leave the chaos and noise of the daily city. All the furnitures and furnish are new and tasteful, the host Maja and her husband are really warm hearted and always ready to give support.

The owners are really nice and kind people. They are really happy to have you and the apartment is clean, comfortable and renovated. good to know: the apartment is on the top of a really steep hill. The view is amazing, but walking up is a challange :)

The buffer breakfast and dinner was amazing. The family room was big and comfortable, with a separate space for the children. Bathrooms were spacious and clean (although the dehumidifier did not work). Inside spa is good, also the inside swimming pool.

The house is located in a central location in Opatija, a two-minute drive from a large supermarket. From the apartment you can walk to the beach and the main street where all the restaurants and cafes are located. The apartment is in a private house when the owners of the property live above the apartment, there are two apartments in the property. The apartment itself is large, equipped with everything a residential apartment needs. New refrigerator, washing machine, dishes, air conditioner and more. The owner of the property is very nice, I highly recommend the apartment, excellent place.

We had a great 3-day stay in Opatija. The apartment had everything we needed and is in a great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc. We had our 2 dogs with us, and they had everything they needed. The hosts Valter and Ana made us feel at home, almost as if we were family. They made sure we had everything we needed, offered great suggestions on what to do while in Opatija and the surrounding areas. All in all, excellent. Definitely a place we would book again.

Accommodation in the apartment was great. We had at our disposal a large terrace with deckchairs, umbrellas, and seating at the table. The view of a large part of Opatija, the sea and Rijeka - especially at night - was unreal. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful in everything we needed. It is a bit further from the city center, so you have to expect longer journeys on foot, but parks and old streets will perfectly compensate you for the length of the move.

This apartment is amazing! Location with the view on the sea and mountains are breathtaking. Host is so kind and nice. You really get all what you need, and I have to say that it is even better than what you can see on pictures. Warm recommendation!

Valter is attentive. He helped us with the luggage to the local bus stop too. The place has very beautiful view day and night time. We enjoy fresh mandarin from his garden. Spotless.

Right on the Lungomare. Lovely infinity pool, fantastic staff, and slightly outdated amenities but it's certainly charming and decadent. Free delicious breakfast and parking were a huge plus! Would certainly stay again.

Villa Ariston was a perfect blend of old world elegance and modern convenience. Perhaps most impressive was the Villas location right on the Adriatic - our room had a spectacular view facing the sea - it was amazing to open the drapes in the morning and take in the landscaped gardens, terraces, and walkway to the water. The room itself, especially the bathroom was ultra-modern and supplied with fluffy towels. Finally, the staff was especially gracious, and engaging - we enjoyed chatting with all the Ariston folks about the history of the Villa, tips on restaurants and tourist sites along the Opatija "riviera".

The property was amazing and so so beautiful! The private beach is also a huge plus! The breakfast was very delicious and also varied from day to day which we loved. The staff in general but also the staff from the restaurant are all lovely people and very kind and forthcoming!

Location is perfect half way between Lovran and Volosko so that you can easily walk beautiful Lungomare in its full length. Even though the apartment is very close to the sea and Opatija center, it offers free parking in the street which is a big plus in the Opatija Riviera. We did not meet host Darinka as she was just away for medical treatment but were recrived by a gentleman who explained everything and was flexible on check-in as we arrived a bit earlier than indicated. Much appreciated! In brief, visiting Opatija every year for almost 20 years, Apt.Darinka was one of our top choices.

The good thing is that the house is really not very far away from the sea ...you just need to walk down a few stairs and in about 5 minutes you are there ..... but you will find a rocky beach ( not very suitable for little children) with a lot of shadow and cristal clear water. Anyway If you want a real beach you will have to walk a little bit further to Icici ( go about 20 Minutes by foot or 3 minutes by car). Promenada Lungo Mare in Opatija ist anyway very nice! About the House itself....it hast a lot of Charakter - as the owner - Grandma Darinka eho Steaks fluently German and Christian.. - but time says his word....and you can see it everwhere.... Whatever...you will find that your room is comfortable and ist Not hot inside - because both of the shadow from the big trees in Front of the House and Air condition!

We're a group of long time friends (5 women) who were all former Flight Attendants of Saudi Arabian Airlines. We recently embarked on a 30day trip around Europe and visiting Opatija was included in our itinerary. Having stayed 4 days/3 nights at Darinka was a perfect choice for us. Not only was the apartment clean, spacious, ideally located and have splendid views of the sea, but Darinka the owner herself is a gem! Such a very sweet and friendly elderly lady who made us feel so much at home. Thank you for making our stay pleasurable and enjoyable. Excellent location, easily accessible. Parking outside the street is simple, but you can park inside if you wish. The sea, the promenade and Opatija centre are all in walking distance. The apartment is practical with a nicely equipped kitchen and cosy living room/bedroom. The terrace of our room was mesmerizing. The garden is lush, must be a real cool place on summer (we came to catch a bit of Opatija Advent). The hospitality and atmosphere are outstanding, we truly felt welcome and like at home here. Thanks!

Darinka was a fabulous host! She gave us endless recommendations on what we can do in the vicinity of her estate. The apartment was spacious and clean, the kitchen equipped with everything you would need during the stay. Darinkas helpers were happy to provide us with whatever we would be missing. From the livingroom we could see the sea and the antique beds were very picturesque and comfortable. Cant wait to come back with friends or family!

What made our vacation especially comfortable was having a washing machine and dishwasher at our disposal, as well as a microwave, an oven, kettle, coffee maker, and even a blender! The wifi worked perfectly, and on rainy days, the TV came in very handy. But what truly made our stay memorable was the warmth and kindness of the hosts, who not only provided excellent local tips but also surprised us with a plate of freshly baked strudel! We hope to have the opportunity to return to this lovely family and beautiful area again in the future.

Extremely friendly owner who greeted us personally and showed us the apartment. Great size accommodation with everything one would need - including washing machine and iron + board. Lovely location high above town, very quiet and serene. Highly recommended if you want to relax and enjoy the quiet serenity of the hills above town.

Apartment has all you need for comfortable stay. I visited Rijeka with family and we felt like home in this apartment. Kitchen is equipped with all you need( if you want to cook your own meal). Apartment is amazingly clean and we stayed in apartment with the garden which adds extra space and the terrace is beautiful. You have space to park your own car which is awesome considering street parking situation. Hosts were superb and responsive and we stayed extra night. There were nice touches like spare toys for kids and books for adults. Apartment is located near Zamet centre so you can walk to grab a coffee, buy some groceries or drive 5 minutes to reach Kantrida beach. It was 10 min drive to centre of Rijeka too. If you plan to drive to rest of Croatia, it’s easy to go out and hit the highway again. We loved our stay here!

Apartment is very clean and spacious. Huge balkony with sea view. Breakfast was very good and delivered directly to the apartment. Checkin was easy (even though we arrived very late) and host is very responsive. I can recomend this apartment without any doubt.

It was an outstanding apartment. Big, beautiful and it had everything we needed including salt, peper and oil. I wholeheartly recomend this apartment to everyone! We will definitely come back!

Everything was great. The apartment is very comfortable with everything needed. Quiet and nice neighborhood, 10 minutes from city center with a car. Parking is a huge advantage.

Super dejligt, lidt ældre hotel, meget rent, fantastisk beliggenhed, hvis man har værelse med balkon mod vandet, ellers kan det være hvor som helts man bor, fin morgenmad, vores værelse var rummeligt, køleskab til kolde drikke, ingen kaffemaskine, men en kop kaffe kunne købes i restauranten, adgang til søster hotellet på den anden side af vejen med “privat” strand, alle kunne leje deres solsenge (16 EUR per dag for 2 personer) så mere privat var den ikke. Vi vender gerne tilbage til hotellet. Parkering i p-hus lige ved siden af hotellet (20 EUR per døgn). Book bord i god tid på byens gode restauranter, så som Ariston (nævnt sidste 4 år i Michelin guiden) og Rozmarin er også et godt sted (ca. 4 dages ventetid)

Galeb overlooks the water, we sat out on the balcony many times enjoying the great weather, boat activities, and street action. The room/hotel was classic vintage charm with comfortable bed, shower/tub, refrigerator, elevator, and restaurant. The reception was friendly and very helpful. The morning breakfast room was elegantly decorated, the food beautifully displayed, and what an amazing selection! We had a pleasurable two night stay.

We had a good stay at the Hotel Galeb and enjoyed talking with all the staff. The room had plenty of space and we got the view of the water.
