Sharing everything they don’t tell you!! The rooms are a bit out dated. They look like the photos as advertised. But everything else here makes up for it! The sheets are clean, the towels are very large, and the bathroom provides wash, conditioner and shampoo if needed. The complimentary breakfast is better than any hotel I’ve stayed at. Omelet line, mickey waffle line, on top of a buffet line for eggs, cereal, yogurt, sausage, etc.. From 5pm-6:30pm there is complimentary happy hour and snacks. Yes. Free beer and cocktails for an hour and a half everyday. The free snacks are also buffet style. Popcorn, pretzels, chips and salsa, veggies with ranch or hummus and more. The pool: very warm. Kiddie pool is very cold. Basketball court, pool table, ping pong, corn hole: at or behind the pool. They also play a movie at night on a projection screen at the pool every night. Staff is very nice. - worth the money.

Not bad. Wifey booked through AMEX for points with platinum card. Close to food, parks, and outlet is across the highway. Very nice pool and outdoor area. Pool has an area for children. Pool tables, ping pong table, outside bar and sitting area, indoor pool that connects to out door pool, the works! I suggest paying for parking with room. Daily parking fees. Rooms are currently being renovated but you will most likely get an older room. Carpet is old and rooms are poorly ventilated. Eyes watered within 30 minutes of arrival. Beds and pillows are good. Not bad for the value. Especially if you are with your family and rather spend monies on excursions.

Great spot. Close to the Disney parks and parking and driving was simple. Hotel is kept up nicely and staff are very friendly and keep the place clean. Very kid friendly, staff offered coloring paper and crayons while we were relaxing by the pool to keep the little ones entertained. Evening movies by the pool made for a nice relaxing evening after a busy day at the parks. The evening reception was nice and the staff keep everything full right up until close. They had a poolside BBQ one nice which was delicious and gave the place an extra cool vibe. Front desk staff were also very helpful and responsive. Oh and one more thing the place offers a pullout couch like many hotels do but this is the first one that was actually comfortable. Usually try not to sleep on the pullout couch but with a big family and sometimes it's a must and it's usually the most terrible mattress ever made not this one it was actually a nice memory foam thing. Thanks Hilton for being the best.

Breakfasts were awesome with large variety of choices. More than enough food. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Pool Bar rocked, very nice girl behind the bar in Pool area.

This hotel is excellent for families. The small kids swim area was perfect for toddlers, the indoor outdoor pool and hot tub were great. There was a cigar lounge, billiards area, playground for the kids and a basketball court. There is a lot of on site things to do to keep a family entertained. Oh yeah, the breakfast was tasty and filling. The breakfast area was kept up nicely. In the accommodation were clean and seem sterile. The bed and pillows were just right for my husband and I. There was a twist to this Embassy Suites. They had an annex / pool view rooms. These rooms were facing the pool and not on the inside of the building like the traditional ES. All in all I would stay again.

I had a great 2 night stay at the courtyard Marriott. From the time I arrived until the time I left was outstanding. The staff from the front desk to the room attendant Marie made me feel welcomed. The fitness center to the pool was excellent. Oh yeah, the bartender was great too. Would recommend this hotel to any and everyone.

Great location. Super comfortable bed and nice restaurants close by. We enjoyed the time at the pool too.

This is an amazing resort but very much on the pricier side. Originally, we were in a room on the first floor with a horrible parking lot view. I asked to be changed and was given a room with an amazing pool view. Of course for more money but totally worth it. The staff is amazing. Every single person there always greets with a smile and the turndown service is super nice. I understand about valet only parking but it is terribly annoying. They need to have self parking. Also, they close the pool at the slightest warning of a storm even if it seems to be miles and miles away. I totally understand liability and all of that but it seems that the pool area closes at the first dark cloud and stays that way until the sun comes back out. These are just very minor complaints and this is an amazing place no doubt. Just be prepared to get out your checkbook.

We booked this hotel because of the amazing beach pool, it truly is spectacular! The hotel itself is clean and modern and very friendly staff. The hotel is a bit out of the busy areas/touristy areas which is great to get away from the action but if you want to go out for dinner, you need to drive a bit. We loved their pool bar food and they had delicious drinks! The hotel is part of Evermore so it was nice to have access to the different amenities, during our stay. If the weather cooperated a bit more, we would have spent more time at the beach pool! Great stay.

This is an absolutely beautiful property! The level of service is unbelievable! When you arrive, you are in awe of how beautiful the Lagoon is. We were showed to our room on the seventh floor overlooking the lagoon and the pool. The room was very modern with lights to set the mood or to get ready for the day by. We spent the first day by the beach. I would say get there early enough if you would like to have shade otherwise you will end up with a chair that is in the sun. I know a lot of people probably like the sun and that’s not a big deal but for an old guy like me I sure do like to have a little shade. We spent the second day by the pool, which had a live band that played some pretty mellow music that everybody enjoyed. The drinks were great. I really enjoyed the sneaky water though my wife didn’t really care for it much I will tell you the daiquiris are strong. And the food is fantastic. We were sad to leave as this is a special place and we will be back. I cannot stress enough how nice of a property this is.

This place is as incredible of a guest experience as you can ask for. Entire facility is immaculate. The coolest pool you could ever think up at this place. The lagoon and entire Evermore facility are like something from a design the coolest hotel possible simulator. The striking buildings and beautiful gardens will make a horticulturist out of everyone as you stroll around the property. F&B is incredible, close attention paid to every single ingredient in every dish. Poolside grub is great. Poke nachos on the plantain chips and the grilled grouper sandwich are the best IMO. If you eat at Ceiba we recommend the lamb shank dish. Crudo was remarkable as well. That lamb shank is easily the best menu item up there. A lot of love goes into each and every one of those, sous vide to perfection.

I don’t even know what to say! I have been to many resorts and hotels l. I will say the attention to detail with the room the property and focus on the customer is 100/10 Food amazing Staff amazing Property amazing The amenities are amazing! All employees from front desk to pool were amazing. Always smiling , so friendly and willing to assist when needed. Shoutout to Nick took care of us at the pool weekend. We stayed here for our family vacation to Disney world and Universal Studios. It’s a good place for the price.The showers could have been a little cleaner. I loved that it had 3.5 bathrooms for our large group of 8. The beds were comfortable and the place is spacious. The downfall? Those stairs. I didn’t realize how tiring we would be coming from a full day at Disney and Universal that walking up & down those stairs would almost kill me. My husband and I opted to stay at the bottom bedroom just so we didn’t have to go an extra flight of steps with our heavy luggage. The 2 other bedrooms are on the 3rd floor! So we would have to carry our heavy luggage up 2 flight of stairs. Our girls just left their luggage on the 2nd floor, lol. Maybe we are just out of shape. The entry way is small and it was raining when we arrived. So getting into the home with 8 ppl and luggage was chaos. I received the email of the house rules while in Florida (we stayed at the Animal Kingdom for half our trip) and this is not your “home away from home”. They provided 1, 13 gallon trash bag. They said there was 2 but we never found it and when we called the man was hard to understand.The whole trash instructions was confuso g to me and when I tried to get clarification, I didn’t get a call back.The lady that was passing by in the morning was helpful as I was having anxiety of doing it wrong and being fined $100. Overall it was a good place to stay for the price, but if your 45 and out of shape, not

Overall the place was clean. Some repairs needed for the bathroom shower bar and a bit more dirt and grime was around the master shower. The master bedroom closet door was off track so that was difficult to maneuver and the master bath toilet was not secure to the floor. For the most part it was clean and updated. The pool area was nice even though we didn’t have a chance to enjoy it. The place also had items we had left such as a stroller. Plenty of clean blankets and towels wrapped in plastic so they were fresh from the cleaners. The linens on the bed were a bit spotty though so we used the blankets to sleep on. There is a lot of room in this place to give everyone their own space. Overall this was a really nice place that I would stay at again.

I use to stay here all the time. The hotel is closing and there is nobody in housekeeping. The staff that are still working are friendly. Restaurant and store are closed. Bar is closed. Front pool only pool open. Couple more days and it will permanently be closed.

Nice place for a quick vacation stay not the greatest place but has a pool

The property was decorated beautifully. Our toilet top had a crack, but it worked. Other reviews said there was cigarette stains on the tub, I saw extra tub covering pieces. No cigarette holes, no bugs at all. Not even 1. I loved all about our little room. The lamps were adorable and the furniture was sturdy.

Staff at check in was great. The room was clean. Only thing was there was litter on the ground and some guest left Garbage out for the strays to get into.

The staff was very friendly and helpful ❤️ my family and I enjoyed our stay

We have stayed at this property nearly every year since 2011. The phase 1 rooms could definitely use some renovation. (Don’t know about phase 4) Our biggest complaint for spring 2025 are the new lights around the pool/hot tubs. These areas used to be so relaxing, now the lights are like a football stadium. Others people we talked to felt the same way. We stayed in room #401, I caught 3 lizards that came in through some gaps by the floor in the patio area. 1 made it into the room, the others I caught in the screened patio. The sliding glass doors don’t seal up enough to keep bugs/lizards out. (This shouldn’t be a problem if the screened area were sealed off better) The sliding glass doors slide hard and screech when being opened or closed. The front desk never failed to act quickly with whatever came up. One night there was some lighting which closed the pool. The girl at the front desk shared that they use the weather bug app to reopen based on lightning strikes. They also messaged almost immediately when it reopened. We will return next year (really hoping they address the super bright pool/hot tub lighting)

The resort is spotlessly clean, has magnificent gardens and is very central to parks, malls & access to motorways. The apartment was very large with two double bedrooms and 2 double beds plus bed sofa, plus 2 large bathrooms both with bath & shower. The staff are outstanding and was greeted by all including the gardener. Plenty of towels for both room and pool provided plus basic soap cleaning tea coffee facilities were also there. Lovely pools which included lifevests for kids. Great to use as a base or stay around the pool all day.

I stayed at various condos around this location and this was the best for Staff, cleanliness, size of the room and very quit. My Wife and I liked the screen in porch. The staff was very quick to respond to all our needs and the staff was very friendly. The pool area was very nice and the water heated perfectly particularly for February. The pool water was treated properly and the water did not burn my eyes when I open them. Well done.

Everything was wonderful—a peaceful, secluded spot that felt like a true retreat. The gardens were beautifully maintained and offered a lovely walking path, but my favorite feature was the small herb garden available for guest use. Harvesting fresh herbs made preparing dinner a delightful culinary experience. There are two small but adequate pools, where weekly socials like bingo, karaoke, and snacks add a touch of fun and community under the sun. The staff were friendly, pleasant, and always helpful. Overall, our month-long stay was truly lovely. The only minor drawback was the bedding. The plastic bed linends and the lack of a fitted bed sheet made the a little e uncomfora=table due to night hot, and a bit restless in addition to the bottom sheet not being a fitted sheet, so it was always .fortable, and the lack of a fitted sheet meant they didn’t stay in place well. A small detail, but one that would make a big difference in comfort.

Stayed for a week, until 28/05/2025. From arrival this was a promising place, first and not least because of the friendly security staff (Esther especially, a legend and a legendary talker. What a gem!) and excellent staff in reception, to our pleasant shock at how much better than we expected was the suite, to the squeaky - clean bathrooms, surfaces and linen (thank you Michael Shannon who looked after our block), the excellent pools and spas (busy, hard-working ground staff but always ready to acknowledge one with a smile and a greeting) and the great location, this was our #1 ranked hotel stay of 36 years of marriage.

We had a great 4 night stay at the Drury Plaza. The hotel was beautiful and only a short distance from the Disney bubble. Great value for our family. We enjoyed the pool area daily. Twice we ate lunch at the pool bar. Also had dessert one night in the kitchen bar. The shuttles to the parks were excellent. Hotel even had a shuttle back at 1:10 am after Epcot After Hours event. Bus drivers were pleasant. We were offered water on a hot afternoon and were offered pool towels to dry off on the bus after a rain storm. We took advantage of the breakfast each morning. It was hearty and many choices were available. It was crowded but not chaotic. Staff was pleasant and tried to keep up with clearing the tables. Hotel guests should have cleared their own tables. Many garbage pails provided. We also took advantage of kickback each night. The bartender was so pleasant. Wine was tasty. We ate at kickback on Sunday night which seemed to have the weakest selections of our stay. Food was plentiful though and something's for everyone. 24 hour coffee in the lobby always tasted fresh and was hot. A great stay and we will be back!

Great sizeable room on the 11th floor overlooking the pool and nightly fireworks display. Comfortable beds and great Smart TV for relaxing after a long day. The free 3 drinks and food for 2 hours each night was an added bonus. The pool area was great with a sizeable pool and free towels was welcomed. The daily free breakfast was very nice but the experience was a bit manic with so many people and children there, particularly after 9am. The on-site Pizza Hut option was a great . The staff, particularly the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Sean and Kevin.

For context, we’re a family of 3, travelling from the U.K. for 10 nights. Our experience could not be faulted. Staff are fantastic. Warm welcome, and super helpful throughout our stay. Rooms are always clean; spacious and well equipped with all we needed for a comfortable stay. Facilities are great. Never had an issue getting a sun bed next to a lovely pool. Additionally, there’s a hot tub and splash park for the kids. Additional comfortable outdoor seating. All with views of Disney Springs, the greenery of Florida and the fireworks displays from Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. Often people would still be enjoying the fireworks at 9/10pm in the pool due to the lovely Floridian warm weather. But this is just the tip of the iceberg. This hotel doesn’t have hidden fees on check in, instead has a range of perks from early entry to Disney parks (have reception add the hotel to your Disney app so you qualify for early park access) free shuttles with run to and from the Disney parks… which is a big saving and super convenient (just ask the reception for shuttle times) Free breakfast, free popcorn, a ‘kick back’ with more food in the evening, and three free alcoholic drinks from the bar for all adults. For no additional charge… how good! We used Uber throughout our stay, inexpensive travelling to and from the airport, universal parks and international drive, highlighting the great location of the hotel. Would highly recommend, and we will be returning in the future.

Our family loves the Drury brand. We have stayed at several Drury properties all over the country. The brand has a high standard for customer service, family-friendliness, and making the most of a budget. For this specific location, we love the proximity to the theme parks, the vast array of amenities, and the incredible staff. We arrived at the hotel early. We were able to leave our luggage and go to Disney Springs. We received a text when our room was ready--2 hours before check-in time! We were given a coupon book with some great deals for Disney Springs. Drury has their own shuttle service. If the shuttle schedule doesn't work for you, you're only .5 mile from Disney Springs and all of their buses. We love the pool and hot tub. The area was clean, the ambience was fun, and the staff was so great. We had a manager come out durning the evening, and he spoke to every guest and asked if we needed drinks or anything. Being personable and kind is a huge win in our book! The breakfast and dinner that are part of the cost of your stay are excellent to saving time and money, especially on a park day. While the cuisine isn't elevated, it it kid-friendly. There are a variety of options, so there's something for everyone. If you want higher quality food, there is a restaurant in the lobby and one at the pool! We'll be back Drury team!

- This property greatly exceeded our expectations. It was perfect! - The apartment is huge. - The kitchen was very well equipped. - The master bathroom was gigantic. - Washing machine and a dryer in the apartment. - We jokingly asked the receptionist whether the pools were working - we visited during Florida's cold spell when it was around 5 degrees Celsius - and the pools were HEATED! So we managed to try them out - there's a pool and a jacuzzi. - Free parking. - AMAZING value for money. It was by far our cheapest accommodation during our travels through Florida & it actually might have been the best one. Highly recommended.

The property was very clean, the pool was very nice. Tiki bar by the pool was a nice touch, as is the grilling area by the pool and the sand volleyball court. Compliments to the female security officer who was wonderful.

We stayed here last January for our 50th Anniversary and were so inspired by our experience we booked another stay for my birthday weekend. The room has a sunken tub, stand-up shower, kitchen area, and washer & dryer. The resorts stunning pool, hot tub & tiki bar creates the prefect setting to unwind and relax. Families will appreciate the activities for children including a kiddie pool and playground area. This resort is in close proximity to parks, restaurants and shopping areas.

Nice hotel. We’ve stayed here before and came back because it was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to Florida for a baseball tournament. Other hotels charge a resort fee and a parking fee. We did not need that type of hotel so this Hampton Inn was perfect. Tiffani at the front desk was very helpful, courteous and polite. She started our trip off right! Pool was better than we expected. Housekeeping was great too. We came into our room the first night and there was a beautiful swan made out of towels in the bathroom. Thought we were on a cruise for a minute! Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was wonderfully fresh and had lots of options every morning. It never seemed crowded when we were there. We went in mid to late February. Rooms were definitely recently updated as was the entire hotel. We didn't get to experience the outdoor pool as the weather was rather cool. We were on the go from sun up to sun down with Disney plans. Noise was not a problem for us. It couldn't have been a better stay.

Rodrigo and his staff are welcoming and treat you like family. The breakfast prepared by Itzel and Heliani is first class. Hacharias rooms are top standard and maintenance was check the pool and hot tubs Alkaline levels often. The atmosphere is inviting with a touch of music and relaxation I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting the Orlando area, Disney and Universal Studios.

The hotel itself is perfectly located and both Disney and Universal is easily commutable. The room service was excellent, my wife loved how Jenny kept or room tidy and clean throughout our stay just like a mother would do. My son loved the breakfast especially the Micky shaped Waffle makers! And yes the swimming pools as well!

We stayed one night prior to moving on property at Disney. Absolutely loved this hotel, friendly staff, loved the clean, beautiful pool and close to lots of restaurants(we went to Cheesecake Factory and really enjoyed it). The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

Our stay at Pestana Orlando Suites was very nice, tranquil and peaceful. The hotel itself was clean, with a welcoming lobby area and friendly staff. Overall, it made for a relaxing experience. There are just a couple of small areas for improvement. First, the landscaping could use some attention, especially when compared to other hotels in the area it feels due for an upgrade. Second, the limited access points to the hotel can be inconvenient. While the main entrance and the pool entrance are open, several other doors leading in from parking areas remain locked, which doesn’t make sense and causes frustration when parking on the opposite side of the property. Outside of those minor callouts, Pestana Orlando Suites provided a calm, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

Extremely clean, great pool and laundry! INCREDIBLE STAFF! Big shout out the most incredible staff member Precious! I had to quickly book after a negative experience at a unhygenic resort down the road and was calmly welcomed and reassured over the phone and during check in! Will only stay here during my trips ! I found several of the other hotels are dated and unfortunately not very clean. This was a welcome surprise to be so modern and clean all over!

The night agent was extremely kind and helpful. She assisted my daughter, who was testing the next day, with printing the needed documents. She went above and beyond to help her. The rooms were very clean, nicely furnished, and the pool area and grounds were secure. I will definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel with amazing perks! I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks at this hotel and it will now be our go to hotel when we visit Orlando! What a place. The perks are amazing, you get breakfast, popcorn in the afternoon, as much soda as you like, evening kickback is brilliant and saved us a fortune on eating out everynight as well as the three free alcohol drinks. Staff are super friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. They openly made an effort to chat and make sure your stay was comfortable. The pool was lovely and clean and a good size as well as the Hot Tub. there is an onsite gym that i never tried, laundry room onsite, however the washer is not great but its not the end of the world. Small shop onsite too with everything you may need. We stayed in a 2 bed suite and it was massive. 2 adults and 2 children aged 13 and 8. Plenty room for us all and always kept clean, house keeping every day and they would change towels when you wanted. At the pool they also had towels too. Amazing hotel, i would go as far to the say the best in Orlando! We did also use the shuttle to universal and Epic and it was great, no issues with this either. They do have a universal desk onsite too which was great!

Consistently Great Stay – Our Go-To Hotel in Orlando We recently returned to the Drury Inn & Suites near Universal Orlando Resort and once again had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is unbeatable — close to Universal Studios, shopping, and a variety of dining options, making it incredibly convenient for both relaxation and fun. What really sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service. The staff are always warm, friendly, and eager to help. A special thanks to the hotel manager, who generously upgraded our room in recognition of us being return guests. That thoughtful gesture made us feel truly valued and appreciated. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping team does a fantastic job! The pool area is clean and inviting, a great place to relax after a long day at the parks. It’s always a highlight of our stay, especially for the kids. As much as we love coming here, we did notice a couple of minor drawbacks. The breakfast could use a bit more variety, especially for guests staying multiple nights. Also, parking can get a little tight during high season, so it’s best to plan accordingly if you're returning later in the evening. Despite these small issues, Drury Inn & Suites remains our favorite place to stay in Orlando. We appreciate the consistency in service, cleanliness, and comfort — and the fact that the staff truly go the extra mile. We’ll definitely continue coming back every year!

We stayed as a family of four in an upper-floor suite with two rooms and two queen beds. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the adjoining door was perfect for letting the teens sleep in! Overall, we were really impressed by the property: The location is ideal for exploring Universal and International Drive. If you're driving, parking is easy and free right outside the hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. A standout was the restaurant team, who made a point of stopping by each table at breakfast to chat about your plans for the day and offer helpful recommendations on things to see and do—great tips for making the most of your stay! The pool area was clean and a great place to unwind after a busy day. Housekeeping kept the rooms spotless and in excellent condition throughout our stay. Breakfast was a hit with our teens, especially the “make your own waffles” station. The afternoon kickback was also perfect for grabbing a pre-dinner snack—or even making it your dinner! I think this would have been an awesome option when our kids were younger, too, since sometimes they’re not in the mood for a full meal and would have loved the hotdog station. Thank you so much all at the Drury, we had a fantastic stay and will be back! Might try the Drury Plaza by Disney springs next time!

Can’t recommend this enough. Location wise it’s great, close to international drive, Walmart and the universal parks. There’s a free shuttle to each of the universal parks which in itself saves $30 a day in parking. Rooms do their job, fully equipped and we were on the side where all the roadworks are, but rooms really well sound proofed so it didn’t disturb. Swimming pool was really nice. Free popcorn and soft drinks all afternoon. Then it gets to 5.30 and it’s kickback time. The food choices are minimal but it’s free and you can easily make a meal a night. On top of this, there are 3 x alcoholic beverages a night per person free, to enjoy. Finally the staff. From the assistant manager who checked us in, to Vivien in the bar, every member of staff seemed to enjoy their job. All polite, no job was too much for them. Special mention for Colton who is a great ambassador for you. Will definitely be returning

Honest Review! We stayed for 14 nights as a family of 4 in a 1 bedroom suite. We also stayed 1 night in 5 Star Portifino bay. Firstly the nicest most genuine welcome from Jordan when we arrived. Staff and management walking around each day chatting and asking how you are. SO much better than the much more expensive P.B.! The room was huge, cleaned every day. Couldn't ask for more. The breakfast was limited but fine as its free! Loved the free soda, popcorn and 3 alcoholic drinks at night. Kick back was repetitive and def dont rely on this as every night meal but it was fresh, warm and nice for an evening snack or meal. Pool was spacious and clean with complimentary towels. Great location, good shuttle bus to parks! In all couldn't have asked for more. Preferred this to P.B. and was a fraction on the price! Thanks for the amazing holiday and well done to all the staff 👏

We stayed in the 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom units, these units are the best. Plenty of space for 8 people to spread out, in unit washer & dryer. Plenty of closet space and pantry space. We cooked breakfast all week and a few dinners. Full kitchen made it simple. Their pool was nice and warm, a salt water pool, with a jacuzzi and kids pool. The Pool is closed if there is lightning within 10 miles. which was almost every afternoon the week we were there. The playground is ample and games in the courtyard was so enjoyable for the kids. The lake was so pretty and calming to sit and look out. Didn't see any gators nor snakes, just lizards and birds. Staff was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment overlooking the lake. The apartment was really spacious, clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could need and there was a washer and dryer. We especially liked the balcony which had a view over the tennis courts out to the lake and beautiful sunsets to the left. You could even see the Epcot fireworks at night. The site was so peaceful. My 10 and 14 year old boys loved the basketball courts and the pool closest to our apartment was lovely and warm and not busy. There was another pool near reception but we didn’t use that one. The pools were open until 11 which was great after a tiring day in the parks. The location was excellent. We didn’t have a car and just called Ubers and it was $10-15 to the parks. There were restaurants close by. We walked to one (although I think we were the only ones) Ubers to them were cheap.

On a split second's notice, we decided to join our family in Orlando for a Disney vacation. We got SUPER lucky in that we were able to get a last minute room here, albeit in a different building. The check-in process is a bit confusing as it's hard to find the office as it's literally in the middle of the Building 1 & 2 near a waterfountain and a pool but behind the sales center. Other than that, our stay was absolutely perfect. Our two room suite was impeccably clean and extremely spacious (two rooms and two full bathrooms, kitchen and living area. Absolutely perfect for a family of 3-4 or even two couples. The grounds are beautiful and include several pools, basketball & volleyball courts, fitness center, fish docks on Lake Bryan, mini-golf, play ground, parking garages (best for small sedans/SUVs), shuffle board, herb garden, and even a waterfall! If I HAD to say something negative it would be that the elevator was slower than walking the steps, the grounds could've used a better landscaper (at least while we were there,) and the trash cans in the garages should've been emptied more frequently. The location is just a short distance from the parks! We will be staying here each time we vist Disney in the future.

Beautiful property. So clean and immaculately kept gardens, paths, pool areas and playgrounds. The grills and many picnic areas were fantastic. The minigolf was fun, and well maintained. Pools were never busy, in fact the whole resort felt quiet and relaxed. Rooms very homely and beds comfortable. Staff polite and ready to help with anything. Great price for such an amazing place. Location couldn't be better for Orlando attractions: 10-15 mins max to everything!

We liked the size of the suit. Very spacious and clean. Having the full kitchen and laundry machine in the room were excellent. We enjoyed the beachside relaxing area. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We appreciate the pools area were open until 11pm. We were able to use the area after returning back to the hotel late at evening.

Overall, the location was excellent—just a 10-minute drive to Disney. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool was a great bonus for the kids, and being right next to Old Town Kissimmee made it even better since we could simply walk over for dinner and entertainment. We always enjoy our stays here and look forward to coming back again.

Check in was super easy, they gave us a free gift and upgraded our room to the newer ones by the pool. The room was very clean, the location was perfect, staff responded quickly to our requests and delivered anything we needed to the room. Absolutely wonderful stay and would do it again!

Went from the room to the pool and back. Pools were great. 3 pools, plenty of chairs and umbrellas. There is at least one large heated pool. The other pool we ventured into did not feel heated. I cannot vouch for the third. There is also a smaller kiddie pool and two hot tubs. There is a Publix supermarket very near by, about a ten minute walk (its literally across the street but the driveway to the resort is long), and the room has a minifridge. There are also plenty of food options in the resort and a mini-market.

This our 4th time staying at this property and we still love it. The pools are the highlight with one main pool, a jacuzzi, an adult only pool and a kid only pool. They have great restaurant next to the pool area Beautiful golf course to walk around or play. Nice big and clean rooms and bathroom. The only downside is the really high parking rates, $35 self parking and $45 valet. Other than that that’s our go to hotel with reasonable prices, great location and amenities.

We absolutely love Rosen Shingle Creek. We have stayed here three times in the last month and a half. Beautiful resort with awesome amenities, love the restaurant’s, bars, pools etc especially the pool bar. Everyone is so friendly and helpful they are very accommodating. Super clean and just stunningly beautiful !!! Highly recommend. Just wish they had some kind of points or rewards program for your stay !!!

My wife and I spent a week in January. Property is extremely well-maintained and has a great walking path around the big lake. It had two beautiful pools, but unfortunately it was cold and we did not go in. They do keep the pool and I was very warm temperature, so there were people in the pool though. We had a double unit and it was amazingly big and well decorated. Beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area. Staff was very friendly in every area. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved my stay here. I stayed for 7 nights and everything was amazing. My room was a 1 bedroom and it was very nice. I had everything I needed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The grounds were beautiful, the pool area was fun, clean and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. They had a children’s playground and pool slide that seemed to be a big hit. Many shaded and full sun areas for the pool deck and also a resturant/bar area with out door and indoor seating. Parking was very easy in the garage directly to the elevators to my room floor. So close to many food and shopping options. Right down from the premium outlets and Disney Springs, ion park, and not far to the theme parks. I really enjoyed my stay and will always use this hotel when I come down from now when in Orlando. I come down twice a year and typically stay at the Ritz or JW Marriott, this resort hands down was while obviously a different level I understand, I felt more comfortable with having the large room, full kitchen and living room area. I felt like I never get my moneys worth at the previously locations so I changed it up and stayed here this trip. I’m very happy with that choice. Would recommend and will continue my trips here going forward.

Absolutely everything! The pools were amazing! The adult pool was so beautiful, and peaceful. The landscaping was perfect and we loved the lake, and the live poolside music.

I booked the penthouse king bedroom suite for my birthday, which I have never experienced before, and it was amazing!! I was on the top floor and the view was amazing and the balcony was big. It had a tub I could fit in and a nice big stand up shower plus 2 sinks! The staff greeted me and gave me a $20 credit for my birthday and were so friendly and made it feel like home! The room had a complete kitchen and it just felt like home away from home!! 2 pools (one is for adults only), 3 hot tubs, game room with a pool table and ping pong, and a trail to walk around the lake that also lead to a basketball court and tennis court. I will definitely stay here again!! Thank you for the great customer service and experience,!!

We were very happy with everything. Clean and everything was fairly up to date, kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Our room was much bigger than i expected. The pool area was nice and the perfect place to relax. They offered great food and drinks at the pool as well. Nice and close to the resort was a variety of awesome restaurants and a Target meaning we didn’t need to venture far. Parking was very easy and secure. Located in a clean safe area. To top it off we could see the fireworks at Disney! Highly recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights. We had a room with a king and a bunk bed. That was perfect for a family of 4 (2 young boys). Boys had their own little area with their own tv. Only concern I had with the area was there was no light for them. It made their area dark if the tv wasn’t on. Hotel will provide room service as in replace your beddings if you request them to do that day. They’ll clean your bathroom daily. Pool was small and didn’t see anyone using it. Pool had leaves in it. Only one elevator worked while we were there. A couple of times there was a long wait for an elevator. Location was perfect if you were planning on going to Universal Studios. Less than 5 mins away from the park. After a long day at universal studios, we didn’t have to take a long drive back to the hotel. That was very convenient. Traffic wasn’t bad for the location. Everything was within a couple exits from shopping to eating. Breakfast was available but wasn’t included. We choose to eat out and explore Orlando. Overall the stay was nice. We had no major issues with the stay. For the price and location it was worth the stay.

Garcia was a peach. :) Very nice, accommodating, kind, and lots of patience. The young lady (can’t remember name) from Brooklyn was also very nice. Convenient to Universal. We walked versus taking Uber. Wish there was a shuttle. No free breakfast but options close by like Denny’s and IHOP. Shower could have been cleaner, but the water pressure was great. Plenty outlets to charge devices. Sofa bed was awful. Should be replaced/upgraded. Keurig needs to be descaled (vinegar would help). Complimentary coffee in the lobby with multiple creamer options was a plus. Add a toilet seat cover. More hooks to hang towels & clothes. Bigger trash can or extra trash bags for trash since house keeping comes every three days. More signs on property to deter people from vaping, especially at the pool. The pool was nice. We were able to enjoy it alone for more than an hour before someone was rude and came out to vape.

Clean, comfortable beds, no moldy mildew floors or bathrooms. Close to a lot of places and universal!!! There are no parking fees. No extra mumbo jumbo fees! No breakfast included or shuttle, but I'll take the clean, comfortable, and great location over a continental breakfast any day! If you're looking for cool, clean, comfy beds after a long day, book it. You won't regret it. It is not a resort type of place it does have a small clean pool, but it's not the resort style if that's what you're looking for. For the ones looking for a clean, comfortable, and great location near universal planning to spend most of the day outside, then this is your place.

The polite, humble, and precious staff! Ftom the front desk to dining to your environmental, they were extremely professional. I appreciated how well each of them carried themselves in uniform, hair nice and neat and had spirits that displayed they love what they do! We felt safe. Tha pool areacwas kept ckean and beautiful, very inviting! Should my travel send me again that way, Home2 will be my home away from home again. The breakfast is off the chain!!

Amazingly friendly staff. Room is on point. The water Pressure! OMG! The water pressure in the shower - I didnt want to leave! They are also pet friendly and the pool area is accommodating, not a resort but well laid out and peacefully quaint. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing stay at the Magic Village Views, we had to move hotels last minute and managed to find a beautiful villa here on the same day, we couldn’t believe how luxurious the villa was for the price, an absolute bargain. Immaculate, beautiful furnishings, well equipped and very comfortable. We are a family of 4 and our villa was very spacious, we stayed in the 3 bed villa with bbq and hot tub, the patio area was wonderful. The hot tub was a gorgeous addition and very clean, although we didn’t get to use it much due to the heatwave in Florida at the moment, but this would be amazing for cooler weather. The pool was immaculate and so quiet, there is no shade by the pool but there are cabanas that provide shade, there was never a worry that we wouldn’t get a bed at any time of our stay. Parasols by the pool to provide shade & some music by the pool would make this stay even more wonderful. The staff are very chilled, allowed us to have guests to visit which many Florida hotels don’t allow. Wonderful location for all parks and shops.

The pool was beautiful and the entire family enjoyed our time there. My only negative is that there is no parking at the pool house so you have to walk from your villa

Magic Village Views is a great place to stay, especially for bigger families and for extended stays. The optional paid cleaning services were professional and consistent. The rooms are well-sized, each one with its own full bathroom. The site is extremely safe and secure. The gym and pool were terrific. I will definitely stay here when visiting Orlando with my family in the future. The concierge arranged groceries on demand before our arrival for an added fee which was terrific after a long trip.

We loved everything about the property. The layout and design of the property from you drive up to the gate, and then within is just awesome. The decor and layout of the reception area, restaurant, and pool are unique and beautiful. The villas are beautiful, and my family enjoyed every second of our short stay, and we look forward to a longer stay in the near future.

I liked the fact that the property was extremely clean, equipped with everything we needed, and located in peaceful, gated environment. The staff was professional, kind, and very helpful. My family enjoyed having access to the pool at the clubhouse as well. The location was perfect for our Universal Studios trip and within close proximity of the park. It felt like home away from home but better!

We used Ubers to other places and the hotel has a designated Uber spot and never waited more than 5mins. I agree with other reviews that you can hear the room neighbours noise but this didn’t bother us at all. Check-In seemed unnecessarily lengthy but on the plus side we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite when we only booked a one. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would absolutely stay here again.

Check in was smooth, big open and clean reception area. Room was very clean, nice view of the pool, only small niggle was there was hardly any wardrobe/draw space. Grat location to.walk.along i-drive to some great restaurants. Park busses to universal were very frequent. Pool was lovely and the pool bar also great.

I stayed at this hotel in September and I also stayed at Dockside earlier this year in March. The hotels are exactly the same but Dockside is very much bigger. But I can't complain about either hotel, they're both amazing. My stay at surfside was great even though the AC in our room made me and my brother sick. The hotel staff fixed the issue within the hour I reported it. The AC continued to run even though I turned it off at night because it was freezing at night. The shuttles to CityWalk and Epic Universe were great and ran every 15 minutes. Parking my rental car was very easy with the close parking garage. The onsite cafe was ok, they had a good section of food but the prices were a bit on the high side. The pool was nice as well even though just like at Dockside the pool is only 4 feet deep. If the price is right I will definitely stay here again.

Free breakfast was nice, waffle makers, cereal, fruits, yogurt, breads, eggs, sausage which pleases everyone. Pool is little small but nice and clean and pool towels. Parking was fine, they were booked up and we got a spot. We had a king, it was little firm but still comfortable.

The girls on the front desk were very friendly and helpful as were all the staff The 24 hour coffee was good and strong! We were delighted to have a microwave in the room along with the fridge The breakfast was good and looked appealing The pool was nice Everything was clean All in all we feel that we made an excellent choice out of all the hotels we had to choose from Great value for money in a town which has become pretty pricey

Great facilities and staff. Easy check-in experience even arriving late night well after our expected entry. The breakfast is quite nice and very well equipped, even with Mickey and Minnie waffle makers which kids were going crazy over. Very delicious spread included in the price. Room was quiet and comfortable and beds were great. There is a small pool available as well which is quiet and enjoyable most of the time.

Everything was perfect and above our expectations. This is the first time I have stayed in any hotel since I moved to the US. I had a kind of fear and wrong impression about hotels in the US but staying in Hampton inn changed my complete perception about hotels in the US. There is nothing that I could write wrong about the hotel, because everything was as expected - the location was perfect, the staff was very welcoming, the hotel was clean and good, the breakfast was good for the value. Would like to thank the lady at the front desk “FABY” as she was very kind to hold our reservation till 10:30pm and also gave us an upgrade on the room. Thanks to Hampton inn for a beautiful and comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend and revisit the hotel again for our next vacation in Orlando

Exceptional staff in this hotel. From Ana and Vanessa at the reception, to the breakfast staff and cleaning staff, all went above and beyond in looking after their guests. Loved the room (we had an accessible room as our son uses a wheelchair) It was large, airy with plenty of facilities including a fridge and microwave. Excellent location (Stop 9 on the i-trolley) with plenty of restaurants nearby. Spotlessly clean throughout Beds and pillows were so comfy Fantastic breakfast also 10/10 overall and many thanks to everyone who looked after us so well

Even when arriving in a thunderstorm, everything about the property was just absolutely gorgeous. The views around the property were just absolutely breathtaking with the lake central to the towers. the room was very clean extremely spacious and both the spouse and I were equally in love with the hygiene products they supplied. We were very much big fans of Ecos one of the on-site poolside bar restaurants they’re loaded nachos were my personal favorite. There was a wide variety of pools and on site activities to choose from and they supply free pool towels.

Just returned from a week at Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort. This resort in my opinion is simply the best! From the moment you arrive it’s paradise. Check in was a breeze. Folks at the front desk were pleasant and very professional. We put in a room request and they went above and beyond to meet it. We had a two bedroom unit in Tower 5 on the 13th floor. What a gorgeous view of the lazy river and the water. The unit itself was well maintained and had everything we needed. Any additional requests from housekeeping were delivered within minutes. The Back Bay restaurant had great sandwiches and the wait staff was awesome. The ground are well maintained. There are several pools, water slides and two lazy rivers that offer quiet relaxing areas for family filled fun. There are lot of activities including the music trivia at the pool in the afternoon. The location of the resort is perfect as it is on Disney property. Depending on the park you visit it is an 8 to 10 minute ride. Also close to Disney Springs and the outlets. If I had to pick a negative aspect, it would be the parking. Depending on the time of day or night finding a parking spot was difficult. But we did manage to find one. Definitely recommend this resort. We plan to head back soon.

I have been an owner in the Wyndham program for 30 years. I am now living in Fla. for the past 23 years and BC is my place to go when entertaining or just for a short get away. The service could not be better with what is offered. They have 4 pools one with a kiddie slide, two lazy rivers, fitness center, mini golf, tiki hut bar and grill, restaurant, pool side pizza company(delicious), a .63-mile walking/ jogging track around the lake, grills, art studio, playground, the Wyndham Grand hotel with its 5-star restaurant on site. As for the suites 1-4 bedroom more comfortable than my own home. Very clean and has everything that anyone could ask for. Some of the units have a clear view of the Epcot fireworks. One could very easily stay on site for a week or two and find much to do. On Thursday's they have a farmers' market with some fine products from which to choose.

This property and our unit were very clean. We had a balcony with an excellent view of the lake. The unit itself is very nice with the master suite separated from the 2nd bedroom/bathroom by the living room, kitchen and dining room. The property is fun, with 3 pools, lazy river, cornhole, kiddie playground, and a small mini golf course. The Escudos poolside bar has delicious food, and hopefully you will get Shelby for your bartender. She is awesome! There is also a pizza restaurant and ice cream shop onsite. The only complaint is that we heard banging at night and couldn't identifiy what it was. But, we had a wonderful stay, and will be back!

The cocktails were nice, but only two bottles of water were complimentary after that we had to pay for our own water. The water dispenser on the third floor of the hotel did not work correctly. The gym facilities were sufficient enough and water, earphones and towels were available free of charge at the gym. The hotel shuttle to universal studios was very convenient and punctual. The pool facilities were great, only downside was it is infront of that carpark so you can be seen my onlookers, the pool is enclosed but also near the highway, so it is not a tranquil experience but still sufficient, towels are also available free of charge at the pool.

The hotel facilities are completely new just like in the pictures. The location is very well, close (a fee minutes driving) from many places to eat and shops. The hotel is 10 to 15min drive from Seaworld and Magic kingdom, which is very convenient when your day at these finishes. The gym also is very nice and clean and plenty of machines to get a good workout. The staff members were always ready to help, very friendly. The pool area is decent, simple but decent. We really enjoyed our stay and got a very good rest

The hotel was clean, modern, and very well-kept. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. It’s in a great location close to Disney and other major parks with a free shuttle that made transportation super easy. Our room was cleaned daily, and we always had plenty of fresh linens and towels. There’s also a gift shop right next door, which was convenient. We Uber’s everywhere better than renting a car

The hotel is in a parking lot with a Waffle House and discount store but don’t let that fool you, once you get inside it is amazing. The rooms are so nice, the gym is fantastic and the pool is amazing. They do have laundry facilities just remember quarters. They don’t have microwaves in each room, but have shared ones on every other floor.

My boyfriend and I spent our first Valentine’s Day here, and it was absolutely wonderful from the staff to the rooms and the pool. I don’t leave reviews often, but this location was too wonderful not to review. Thank you very much for a great experience!

Fantastic hotel/resort. We came down for 4 nights and 5 days and enjoyed the hotel, it has all the amenities of a big resort with a small bespoke boutique feel. We had dinner at the Venciian Chop house which was fantastic. We also did Easter brunch at the buffet as well as had breakfast one day. We had drinks before dinner at the Rum bar and had lunch at the poolside restaurant all food at the resort was very good and elevated. The marketplace had amazing pastries, cookies, brownies etc which my daughter asked for daily. The main pool was great, however was very busy but I believe this was just due to the time we visited (spring break for most schools). Our suite was a good size and perfect for my wife and I and our daughter. The private pool was great and very quiet and was great to relax by. My wife and I also enjoyed our couples massages we got at the Spa, the only thing missing would be a Sauna and hydrotherapy but besides that was a great massage. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely be back again.

Upon arrival property appeared clean on outside. Property is way too big if you have disabilities. Could be a large walk between the check in and which tower you will have to walk to. Yes they have porter. To bring luggage up to room and this is strongly recommended if multiple bags. Pool was great water was clean and cool. Hot tub is great but can get over run by KIDS! 2 Hot tubs on property 1 near main pool other 1 is a little more secluded.. The restaurant we dined at was the Venetian. I went straight for the 14 veal parmigiana chop. So Good! Fork tender! All served alla cart. But this chop was so large it’s a meal standing alone. If using pool don’t hesitate go down stairs by 730 am and put your towels or items to hold chair especially if you want an umbrella or want to be near walking area of pool. The only reason I would not go back it’s to big to hard for me to walk with my injuries.

Nice resort, but there are a few caveats. The parking is exorbitant. $34/nt is ridiculous. There are NO umbrellas poolside, so you are just stuck laying int he sweltering sun without shade. I had a king suite and the AC simply didn't do a good enough job. There was always water being tracked into each building because of the central location of the pool, which was definitely a slip hazard. The thumping music at the pool starts at 9am on Saturday, which is about 2 hours too early. The fitness center is nice, but the equipment needs maintenance and/or upgrades. The pulleys on the machines are not smooth anymore and it's noticeable. The food in the Market (the general store open until 12am) was extremely expensive. $6 for a small water. Otherwise, the resort is clean, smells great, the staff was friendly. The food at Calypso (the poolside restaurant/bar) was good and reasonably priced.

I came to the Caribe Royale on a business trip for a convention being held at thw hotel amd brought my hisband along. It was such a wonderful experience! I highly recommend visiting! The pool and hot tubs stay open late until 11:00. There are several restaurants and bars that stay open late as well witj excellent food and drink options. Everything is very walkable. We were bummed that the waterslide was closed the day we left so we didn't get a chance to check it out. The pool is heated ehich is really nice especially in October. The hotel is so nicely maintained and sparkling clean. The flamingo scavenger hunt was a fun little touch. We enjoyed checking out the hotel to find them. And I can't forget Mr. Steve!!! Steven Brown out by the pool. He has been with the hotel since the day they opened 29 years ago. I saw him interacting with a mom and her young daughter as he wished them a safe trip home. Clearly he had made an impact on them during their stay. He was so kind to offer me a towel and water. You don't see hospitality like that often anymore. It was refreshing to see someone who loves their job. Be sure to say hi to him when you're there and enjoy your stay!

Being our 5 time to Florida, we wanted somewhere this time, which felt a lot nicer than just a hotel room. It didn't disappoint in any way. It's was a lovely location, quite location, but being so close to the old town. The rooms in the suites are big. The en suite in the main bedroom was nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed for cooking. The pool was lovely, empty most of the time, which felt like it was our pool and not the resorts pool. The hot tub was nice in the evenings. We felt very at home in this place, not like being in a hotel. If ever we come back, we'll definitely book again with no hesitation.

Beautiful place, sets back away from hustle and bustle.pool was large and heated, many tables and chairs. We saw turtles and small alligator in pond next to pool. The kids enjoyed both pool and playground! The condo was nice and clean. The kitchen was equipped for cooking. The beds were ok, could have been better. They offer plenty of soaps, lots of kitchen towels. The balcony was screened in. Would definitely stay again.

We were happy with the staff. We were happy with the accommodations. We were happy there was more than one elevator. We were happy with the amenities such as the pool hot tub and kiddie pool and they were all in good repair during the duration of our stay. Yes it was way across the street from Old Town however Old Town shut down around 11:00 daily so that really wasn't a disturbance for us

We like the location a lot. It is right next to Old Town (bars, souvenir shops, rides) but it is still very quiet inside since the windows are facing the pool area and woods. Rooms are very spacious, great for a bigger family. The pool is open until 11 pm. Teresa at the front desk is very helpful and gave us some local recommendations.

The Suites or Resort NEVER disappoint! This is heaven on earth! Great accommodations....warm pool....kiddie pool and a hot tub! Friendly people and amazing staff all just a very short walk from Old Town.....shopping.....dining and great night life.

Not at the Vistana but at the Fountains Resort, my husband had taken his shirt off and put it on a lounge chair at the pool. It was primarily children at the pool so we knew it was the pool attendants that had taken the shirt. We have been to FL many times, but noticed with the increase of immigrants that work at the resorts there have been a lot of theft. So, just to let you know, it happens no matter what resort you stay at in Orlando. Beware of thieves. They also work in groups and they watch you when you walk away and leave things unattended.

We had one of the "smaller villas" for our 10 day holiday. It had everything we needed including a small terrace where we had breakfast most mornings. Much better than a hotel room. The facilities are excellent. Pools, jacuzzis, sauna, gyms, mini golf, tennis etc and it's well located for all the fun if the area. We mainly had meals outside but did try to of the restaurants on site for a casual evening meal. Traditional pool style meals but good quality and friendly. One small inconvenience is that at exactly 10am on the departure morning, whether or not you are in the queue to check out, they charge the credit card you gave them on check in. For us, that wasn't the one we wanted to pay with (a USD debit card) as they would only take a credit card when we checked in (which is in GBP). So the exchange cost us a bit and we now need to move funds around. They said we could have settled the bill night before....if only we had known!

Our Stacation in a 1bedroom villa in the Cascades area of the resort was wonderful! Full kitchen and BBQ grills allowed us to cook meals at “home” when we were not visiting Disney Parks. Ww did not utilize any of the on-site dining but it looked good. We also had plenty of room for a day visit from family. The screened in patio was a nice place to relax during afternoon rains and quiet evenings. The resort was super clean with housekeeping, security, resort and facilities staff were evident and on task. The activities staff were energetic, enthusiastic and fun! We played mini-golf and enjoyed the Aqua Fitness, hot tubs, pools and poolside trivia games. Plenty of activities for all ages to choose from! (We would have enjoyed one of the adult craft classes but were in MK that day.) Overall a great resort for adults or families with children.

Come here every May for birthday and Mother’s Day. Been 6 years now. Great location to Disney springs and parks. Large 2 bedroom unit. Nice pools and snack bar. Plenty of chairs. You need to get down early if you want a cabana. First come first serve. Pool was a tad cloudy. Plenty of restaurants near by too.

This was a nicer surprise than expected ! Hotel was clean and welcoming! Lobby is huge even tho there were Alton's people or families there you did not feel overwhelm! From first to last day I had not one complaint the room which was a suite was nice with no smell and well stacked with towels! This could comfortably accommodate a family of 4 with no problems. There is a nice pool and gym and if you live PELOTON like I do this has one!! The gym is a nice size there were 6-8 people in the gym and it still felt at ease. If you need an affordable hotel this is for sure a good choice !!

Very pleasant surprise. The hotel was beautiful as was the adjacent convention center. The business center was well appointed as were the rooms. Comfortable room with excellent HVAC and bed, did not want to get out of bed in the morning but the very nice breakfast buffet was worth it. Pedro at the front desk was very helpful throughout my stay. The waiter at the dinner restaurant was great, I did not catch his name. Loved the nice sized pool, though storms cut my time short. Close to airport and restaurants.

The staff was super kind and helpful, which made our stay even better. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing , so many tasty options to choose from. We also enjoyed the pool and the lobby, both were beautiful and well kept. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The prices in the store or are much higher than if you go to a regular store. The pool is heated and took me a long time to find anything mentioning this and then swimming to confirm. Feels really cold at first so it is probably 72 degrees. Not noticeable until you've been in the water for a min.

Beautiful Suite - so spacious and clean! Pool and Hot Tub awesome- would definitely stay here again. Awesome views from the 9th floor. Well stocked store. Surprised at the parking charge but hear that’s pretty normal for this area. Easy and quick drive to the airport.

Loved our stay here! All of the staff from front desk to cleaning team were all friendly and polite. The hotel is modern, new and clean. Our room was a very good size for the price and the hotel did the most important thing, which was to honour our request for a room on a high floor even though I booked this visit at the last minute. We were on the top floor, so did not have to worry about potential noise from guests above us. Thank you so much for honouring our request! The pool area was very nice. Nice size pool, clean area and there were rarely many people there, so it was very quiet. There is also a gym with a decent amount of equipment. There is a bar with happy hours and the lobby seating area is very large with different types of seating, so it has a nice relaxed vibe to it. You do have to pay for parking, but it's considerably cheaper than other hotels I looked at, plus there was always a space available. It was great to be only ten minutes drive away from Universal Studios, so we were able to easily drive in every morning to visit the park. We were so happy with our stay!

Very nice welcome and kind employee. He gave us - on request - a room in the upper area of the building. We were able to enjoy a great view 😃 Bed is comfy and the room big. Everything is so modern and you can use many of the facilities for free, as table pool, billard etc. The entrance is very cozy and invites to chill. Pool is outside and big. Unfortunately, we had no time to try. The breakfast consists of rggs, pancakes, bagles, cereals and porridge. Is good but on one-way plates and cuttlery.. All in all we've had a nice stay at Tru by Hilton and will concider the Hilton-family on our next trips again 😊

We stayed here 4 nights for an event at the convention center. Location was perfect; you can walk to the West Convention center complex (but we took the convention shuttle buses). You can also walk about a 1/2 mile to a little strip mall with a couple restaurants and gift shop. It's a great hotel for large groups of high school students, as the lobby is very large with a pool table, foosball, and snack food/drinks to buy. The free breakfast was decent but I would have liked to see more pastry and fruit options. The rooms were a little tight, but very clean and comfortable. The beds were good but the pillows were not. There was not much room for storage or hanging clothes. I also really wish we would have had a microwave in the room. There are shared microwaves by the breakfast area, but it is quite inconvenient to go downstairs just to reheat food or make popcorn. If they wanted to save money on microwaves, even having 1 on each floor by the ice machines would be more convenient. The bathroom included soap/shampoo items in fixed large bottles -- I much prefer these to the little disposable bottles, and all items were of great quality! The pool was large with lots of lounge chairs - big enough even when lots of students were out swimming. Overall, a great stay, and I would recommend staying here if you have an event at the convention center!

We stayed here for three AAU junior volleyball tournament, the room was so cold which we loved, shower was awesome and the bed was comfy and pillows were great, the breakfast they served was really good as well. The kids enjoyed the pool which was very clean. We drove to the convention center but had several parents that would walk using the west side entrance of the convention center and walk in the ac to the north/south entrance ( they said it was about 25 minute walk). The hotel is conveniently located to everything. The staff was always very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I stay at this hotel all the time, for a staycation, since I live in the local area. The hotel is true value for money, bright clean rooms with comfortable beds and invigorating shower, and a family-friendly atmosphere. A large pool and fitness centre await, and the lobby features 24/7 coffee and tea along with board games and a lounge. Hot breakfast is served daily, and is top-notch. The hotel is in the heart of the tourist area, and is next door to the Convention Centre. All in all 10 out of 10!

It’s a very good hotel. Clean and modern and comfortable. We had connecting rooms which worked really well for us. The bathroom has allege double shower but no tub. The beds were really comfortable. The hotel - and pool - is smaller than the other Universal hotels, but the pool was plenty big enough for a good swim and my kids were very happy in it! Lobby has a place to eat - we didn’t go - and a Starbucks that was useful. It doesn’t have a ‘destination’ restaurant but the Sapphire falls hotel does and it’s only a five min walk. The bus to Epic Universe is right outside the hotel. We took the boat once from sapphire falls to city walk, but the other times we just walked along the waterside which was pleasant. The bar staff by the pool and on the rooftop terrace were really friendly and accommodating. reception staff friendliness was a little patchy. It’s a five minute walk to the water park. Don’t forget to grab towels as you walk through the pool area - the water park will charge you $7 per towel otherwise (unlike Disney) and they won’t care that you’re a hotel guest. It’s a really good place to stay - we were happy there. It doesn’t exude luxuriousness but that suited us well (we stayed one night at the Royal Pacific Universal to get express passes - nice hotel but busy).

This hotel was fabulous! Check-in was easy and staff was very friendly. We had a room on the 10th floor overlooking Volcano Bay. You could also see Epcot and Magic Kingdom in the far distance so you could see their fireworks at night. Do yourself a favor and request a higher floor in the pink section! The room was nice and modern and everything in the room is controlled by a tablet in the room. There are not nearly as many rooms/people here as the other hotels and were hardly any kids here which was an extra bonus for us. The pool is smaller and quiet but perfect for this hotel. They do play movies at night in the pool area. Not a whole lot of food choices but they had unique choices like wok bowls. Also, it is super easy and convenient to catch the water taxi right next door at Sapphire Falls. Security is at the boat dock so you don’t have to use the big security line at Citywalk and you are dropped off in Citywalk between the entrances to both parks. Not only that but there is a direct path to Volcano Bay that goes under the road and takes you right into the park. We will definitely stay here again as this has been our favorite hotel of any hotel we have stayed at in Orlando/Kissimmee.

Convenient access to the water taxi, modern rooms, amenities, and relative absence of young children are why we choose Aventura for every trip to Orlando, even for trips that include WDW. Helpful staff members and delicious food confirm our choice each visit. 1)The burgers and fries were delicious... so delicious that we shared one then came back for two more. 2)The yogurt parfaits are tastier, faster, more affordable, and diet restriction compliant than a full breakfast, which we appreciate and rely on every trip--an unsweetened yogurt option would be even better. 3)The staff at Aventura and across other Universal properties is consistently more helpful and attentive than at WDW. Universal is earning our loyalty through kindness and convenience. 4)Aventura has fewer young children on site, which is a big win for us. There is almost no noise in the hallway or through the walls of the rooms. 5)The bathrooms in the Aventura rooms are my favorite feature in the room: the vanity shelves, spacious shower, towel rack, and drying line suit all three of us. 6)The amenities pass (pool hopping) feature was a big win for us during this particular stay. We used our "free" day to explore other hotels and pools. We enjoyed the adventure, and we were excited to return to our own room at Aventura.

This hotel was a great option for going to Universal. The shuttle bus is a nice amenity so you don’t have to worry about finding parking. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. My only complaint was the bad smell at the pool bar area. It smelled terrible while we were trying to relax and have a drink. Not sure if it’s a regular thing but it was there for the 2 nights we spent at the hotel. Other than that, the pool was very clean and relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort with our two boys (7 and 4). The location is super convenient to Disney Springs, Universal Studios and local grocery stores like Publix (7 minutes away). Our lake-view double room was spacious enough, with a handy mini fridge and plenty of counter space. The views were beautiful and the false balcony was nice. The resort’s pool area is fantastic — lots of pool square footage to swim, a hidden hot tub, a sandy lakeside “beach” and plenty of shade. The $50 daily resort fee covers bikes (even kid’s bikes and adult bikes with a child seat) stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, pedal boats and more - there’s tons to do without leaving the property. While the 7 year old and I were at Universal the other two enjoyed a casual poolside dinner and then a movie on the poolside projector. Poolside food was consistently good (we ate there 3 days in a row for lunch) and the bar was well stocked. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. They do offer shuttles to Disney Springs and the parks but the timing didn’t work for us. Even though we live less than 3 hours away, Orlando isn’t typically on our radar though we liked our stay so much that we’ll definitely be coming back for a relaxing weekend getaway!

The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort is a beautiful resort to stay at. The pool set up is amazing and we love that they play movies by the pool every night. There is also a large firepit and smaller more intimate firepit settings that you can make smores with. You can purchase the supplies at the Marketplace in the hotel. Depending on the room (Definitely request a higher floor if you can), you can see the fireworks from surrounding theme parks on your balcony. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has many different options. The poolside snack bar also has delicious food to eat by the pool. There are different activities on premises that you can enjoy, and it is a quick drive to Disney Springs. I would definitely recommend this resort. It is very clean and the staff is friendly.

We're came on Halloween weekend and stayed 4 nights with two boys (6 and 9). We were surprised that it seemed to be pretty slow at this time. We enjoyed having so much space and never waited in line for a boat or an activities. The kids LOVED the use of the boats and water bikes. Why did them all and saw so many birds and a higher soft shell turtle in the lake. We brought collapsible fishing poles and went out once (walked to other side of lake and caught one small bass) but we were having fun doing other things and didn't try again. We enjoyed all the activities, especially the pitch and putt course since we usually just take the kids to the range or golfing in our yard and they haven't done anything resembling a real course. The big pool is pretty cold but we did it a few times for the fun of going through the cave and jumping in the hot tub to warm up. The smaller pool was a very nice temperature and since the hotel wasn't too busy, it didn't get too crowded. I've seen mixed reviews on the pool bar food but we liked it. We enjoyed quesadillas, ahi tuna rice bowl, pizza empanadas, etc. It's not cheap but you are paying for the convenience too. We had win 1047, corner room with lake views, and got to see Magic kingdom fireworks from the bed. That was our only interaction with the theme parks, and it was the perfect amount.

We had a lovely stay at Hyatt Grand Cypress for a family reunion with theme park visits. All 3 rooms were in great condition and we appreciated the care and attention the housekeeping staff provided. Everyone enjoyed the many activities offered - we only wish we had more time to explore everything! Our kids especially loved the waterslide, ping pong tables, poolside Dippin’ Dots, and paddle boats. We didn't get to the mini golf, running trails, aqua bikes, or canoes. The location was great - 10-15 min to Disney and 25 minutes to Universal. Self-parking was a convenient 3-5 minute walk from the lobby. We wanted to give special recognition to the staff at the Lakehouse restaurant where we had breakfast for a week, especially Ouissam and the gentleman who made us so many omelets. Also Emily at boat rentals, Yuno at the World of Hyatt front desk, Tim who kindly let the kids meet Merlot the resident macaw, and Chance who took our poolside orders with such genuine friendliness and enthusiasm. There were countless others who made us feel welcome and our stay special. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy resort activities, multiple pools, and a wonderful staff.

We've been to Orlando many times over the years but this was the first time we have stayed at the Grand Cypress. Wow! What a gem! The grounds are beautiful. There are 3 pools with waterfalls. One pool does nightly movies while the kids enjoy the waterslide. There are so many activities like kayaking on the lake, bicycles paddleboads, waterbikes, basketball, golf, a climbing wall, and walking trails. They also have a gym and sauna. It is so peaceful. There is a mini market and gift shop along with several restaurants and pool bar. The room have private balconies and you can see the fireworks from Disney. The rooms and the entire hotel is so clean and comfortable. The staff is so friendly and helpful. This is our "go to" hotel anytime we come to Orlando. I can't stop raving about this hotel!

Positive things were the pools and water slide were great. Check in was easy. Buy the sandbar cup so you get free refills the entire trip. Bring a pool ball or volleyball to shoot baskets in the pool. If you don’t, they charge you $17 to buy one. Food at sandbar (pool ) was good. Restaurants at resort were expensive. Lazy river is not lazy, it’s fun but no tube and it’s fast. More of a racing River. First row pool chairs cost $50 each. It’s gets very crowded by 10am. Everything was clean and service was good. We had two issues and management took care of it. Resort fees were $45 a night beware. Not much for older teens once the pool closes. Atrium was beautiful!!!

We stayed 3 nights for part of our spring break getaway from MN! We truly wished our whole family could have joined us. We feel lucky & remarkably happy with finding this property while simply searching lazy river options in Florida! We love the high standards held everywhere on the property! One thing to note, it also has such a quiet & calm feel making it easy to unwind. To start, the indoor property is simply WOW! It is beautiful with fragrant flowers & plants & aquatic life. It is an oasis! We loved pool options & hot tubs as well as having options to eat pool side which were great & tasty. Nightlife/dinner plans was made perfect to stay on site to eat dinner and watch UCONN girls on the big screen. Thank you to all the staff who made our time so enjoyable!

Visited this property for one night with my sister and cousin to celebrate my sister’s birthday. All of the employees that we encountered were fantastic and deserve shout outs. We were warmly greeted by Yada from the Front Desk with an early check in. She went above and beyond to make sure our short trip was memorable. Jenni from Pool security was extremely kind and personable. Marc from housekeeping anticipated our needs and provided us with waters when we arrived back from the pool. Last but not least, Luu from Moor was a 5-star waiter. His service was amazing and so was the food! It was a fun one night getaway and we will be back.

The pools excellent with the slides,my son loved it same as me. The food and drinks by the pools really good as well.The room was very clean and quite at night,and it was nice too.It was my son's birthday and at last minute i had asked if i can order a cake and they helped me out and delivered a cake to my room and was a surprise for my kid which i really appreciate.The hotel is super beautiful .U dont have to leave the place for nothing.Variety of foods,nice sports bar (my son loved the pasta there).I went 3 times to the Hickory stake house rest!

We had an absolute fun time at this property recently renovated. This was our first time staying here and we highly recommended it especially if you have kids cause the property has many amenities and things to see such as baby alligator, fishes and it was very entertaining. Our checking was very smooth and shout out to Sadie at the front desk she is just wonderful providing all details about the properties. Amazing, wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, I knew this hotel was going to be a positive experience. Common areas are clean, smell fresh and employees are smiling, friendly & helpful (shout-out to Ileana at the front desk, who was sure to let me know about the services and amenities that would put my stay over the top!) I was more than pleasantly surprised upon entering the room, finding it to be really spacious and modern, with fully equipped kitchen and suite-style room that feels more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room. It was spotless and smelled nice, large windows with city view and sun flooding the space. The sparkling pool is inviting and stocked with clean towels and plenty of sun chairs, fitness center is inviting and clean. LAUNDRY IS FREE!! That's right, FREE! All you have to do is bring your own soap! There are several broken washers, but hey it happens. They are so flexible and willing to make accommodations to make customers happy. This will be my go-to hotel from now until forever every single time I go to Orlando!

This hotel does not provide breakfast but does have a snack area with assorted snacks and a few frozen foods. My room had a kitchenette which was convenient. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well. Gas stations close by as well if you are driving. Hotel provides a shuttle to Disney in the morning and return shuttle in afternoon and at night depending which park. Staff at front desk were very friendly. Weather was great. Hotel also has pool and bbq area.

The pool area was very enjoyable with multiple seating areas with hanging lights and a very nice pool with a walk in entrance. The pool towels outside were always stocked as well. Our favorite part was the walking path behind the pool that leads to the Millenia Mall. The mall has 10 food and dessert options in the food court as well as every store you can think of! It took us 5 minutes to walk there from the hotel, so it’s very convenient! The whole neighborhood was classy and felt safe. We will be back!

This place is spotless and smells amazing, no fuss just a relaxed atmosphere. Short walk to the mall for the best food and shopping to suite all budgets, save money on park food options and Uber is quick and cheaper that $30 a day parking fee. The rooms will sleep 6 with enough room and a good size bathroom area, fridge/microwave and coffee making area. Pool is quiet and clean with towels available without any drama. Check this out from someone who stayed on universal for 9 days and then here for 1 before flying home.

The entire property is lovely. The pool was great with warm water and towels, my son loved it. Comfy bed, hot relaxing shower…Close to the mall and other popular places. The staff and service was top tier. Everyone was polite and friendly, especially the gentleman who was overseeing the breakfast, he helped my son make a waffle. I would definitely stay there again.

The property was amazing and the rooms ans amenities are top tier! SUPER clean, the best staff and just perfect. The pool is heated which is always a plus! My kids loved it and we had a blast ! The pool was great. The bar tender was nice just a little drink before bed. Breakfast was excellent. The line for the waffles was not good. We never made it. I waited three times in line and couldn’t get a waffle for my granddaughter, but there were so many other options. We found something.

This is our 4th visit to this hotel. Overall it is excellent and good value for money as either a base for universal or chill by the pool. The pool area is very nice although the lifeguards are quite militant. Understandably they are all over it. Slight cons would be -the parking fee, $26 a day is beyond a rip off. -the pool gates open at 09:00 & close at 22:00 Sunday to Thursday & 23:00 Friday & Saturday. Outside of these times there is nowhere to sit outside to enjoy a drink or relax in the heat. When the lifeguards clear the pool area they also clear the bar . Surely the bar could be sectioned off to allow us to sit outside for longer ? Check in takes forever the lobby is always very busy Other than these minor points the hotel has been good for and we’ll book again I’m sure.

Great hotel - part of Universal Hotels - classed as budget however was excellent and in my view on par with Cabana Bay Pool was great and pool bar lovely for sitting out on an evening Staff were friendly and the restaurant was reasonably priced and food was good - pizza and salad bar in particular. had one of the 2 bedroom suites - excellent rooms - 1 gripe was the hanging space was tiny and no where big enough for our 2 weeks worth of clothes - would hate to think 6 people were sharing one single wardrobe it was bad enough with 3. also think should provide proper plates, cups and cutlery as the plastic disposable is very wasteful and not environmentally friendly. Laundry rooms were good addition and worth noting when people check out they leave stuff on the tables in laundry rooms for next guests - I picked up some extra hangers from there ( which i defo needed) and some washing up liquid ( i hated binning the disposable plastic ones). My first time in this hotel as usually stay in Cabana Bay however wanted the extra bedroom now my son is older ( in cabana the extra room is a lounge area with sofa bed as opposed to a bedroom). Usual perks of early park entry and the excellent bus service - makes all the difference to your experience. especially needed for early entry to Epic. Overall we had a great time and we will certainly book to stay here again. thanks for a great stay.

We were a family of 6 and booked very last minute. When we arrived our rooms were placed close together and we all had a pool view on floor 10. Staff are very helpful and the beds are made every day. Limited storage space but spacious rooms. I found the beds comfortable. The pool is lovely too. Its a really busy hotel so noise is expected but I didn't notice anything excessive in the evenings. The lifts did get busy at peak times so around teatime but everyone's heading out or down to the restaurant. There was a good variety of foods there but it does get quite pricey. We found an ihop within walking distance which had good food and reasonably priced. We used the shuttles to get to the parks which were reliable and not too busy for peak time as they were regular. We also used ubers to get to Disney and they all arrived within minutes. Our tips for restaurants are Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze and The cheesecake Factory. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 12 nights in June 2025 and cannot say anything negative about the stay. The suite was perfect and the pool view was stunning. The room was cleaned every day. The kitchen facilities of the fridge and microwave were brilliant. The staff replenished the utensils and paper plates cups and bowls when asked. The hotel is huge we stayed in Tower 1 on the 4th floor and had no issues with noise that was unacceptable. It is a very busy place but there was always sun beds available for the pool and the towels were plentiful. Accessibility to Universal was brilliant never waited more than 2/3 minutes for the shuttle bus. Walgreens was very handy for room essentials and Walmart was an Uber ride away which was handy. Accessibility to the I-ride trolley was very handy a short walk for the red line and green line is just outside the hotel. Overall it is definitely a hotel I would stay in again. A truly fantastic holiday

We arrived at the designated check in time and our room was available immediately, we had asked for a high floor room in villa 2 or 3, which we got, the room was OK, not as nice as others we have stayed in at this resort, all the amenities were there, including Kitchen, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and dryer, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom only had a shower, no bath, but was fine for the two of us, as we prefer to shower, large tv's in the living room & bedroom. The location is superb, right next to the premium outlet, where there is a direct access gate at the back of the property and restaurants and a major supermarket (Publix) opposite, you can get a Starbucks at the resort marketplace or the Starbucks store opposite. The one pool was closed when we arrived, but the main pool was open and had ample loungers, chairs and tables for all guests, there is a poolside bar/restaurant, but we didn't use it on this occasion, the pool entertainment was very good and there plenty of games run by the activities team.

This resort is beautiful. Two pools, hot tubs and food on property is good. There is a Publix across the street if you want to buy food to cook on your unit. You can also BBQ outside and the grills are cleaned daily. There is entertainment for the kiddies and a nice pool bar at the main pool. Very clean and well kept. I didn't want to leave and will definitely go back.

Location is really good. Pool is nice, the environment is nice with lots of trees and water. What it requires improvement: food at the bar! And hotel management should find a process to regulate lounge chairs access at the pool. People come early in the morning, install a few belongings to reserve a seat and leave . When you arrive at 10:00, it is impossible to find a place to relax at the pool

The hotel was fabulous; grounds are well kept and clean. The room was lovely and I appreciated the kitchen, laundry and screened balcony. We had a fun time at the pools. I liked that we were near the quiet pool but a short walk to the main pools. The location was great. Minutes away from main attractions yet walking distance from supermarket, restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again and recommend

My second visit to Hilton Tuscany village was better than the first. And absolute gem of a place. We love the apartment style rooms which are so spacious and come with fully functioning kitchen and washing machine and dryer.the balcony on the 7th floor of building 3 gave us amazing views across Orlando and we even got to see a rocket take off from our balcony. All the staff are so pleasant and also say hello when passing on the paths around the hotel. The pool is phenomenal, I have never spent as long in a hotel pool in my life. Hours upon hours having fun with my little girl. Perfect temp. Perfect vibe and even the other guests are all friendly and respectful of each other space. I cannot say enough about this hotel. The location to everything in Orlando was also amazing and the private entrance to Vinelands mall is always just soooo handy. I don’t think I could ever stay anywhere else in Orlando.

Overall, my stay at Hyatt House across from Universal Orlando Resort™ was very good. The location is excellent, just minutes away from the parks, which makes it very easy to enjoy the trip without worrying about transportation. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was quite comfortable, ideal for both families and leisure trips. The room was well equipped, and the included breakfast was a nice touch. The pool is also a pleasant area to relax after a long day at the parks. As suggestions, I think there are a few details that could be improved: the coffee quality could definitely be better, especially for those of us who are coffee lovers; it would also be ideal to include regular or brown sugar in the rooms. The men’s restroom in the pool area needed maintenance, and I had a small inconvenience with the access card to the lobby after check-out. Additionally, the parking fee is charged separately, which is something to keep in mind. Aside from those points, my experience was positive, and I would stay here again for the convenience, location, and friendly service.

Overall a really good stay. Everybody at the front desk, the bartender, and housekeepers very friendly. Pool area is really nice with the bar opening up for easy service to pool area. As for the room, the beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. We loved how the sliding doors closed between the master suite and the kids bunk bed area for privacy! The toilet flushes great except we had to hold the handle down to complete the flush. Shower curtain had a rip in the top. Nothing to bother us though. Property is a Universal Partner Hotel so is very close to Universal as stated. Make sure if you’re taking the shuttle to book your reservation the day before or you won’t get the early departures. We found out the hard way and had to walk to the park. We will likely stay here again next time we visit Universal.

The pool was great, right by the bar, so adults and kids could enjoy together. The room was great. The only suggestions would be towels by the pool. The sofa bed was NOT comfortable and I believe it was broken.

First time staying at this hotel and it’s overall a great experience. Recommend staying in block 3 as you can go directly to the water taxi from here. The cleaning team are exceptional - they really were lovely and just put all the details into servicing the room so a big shout out to them. A few areas for improvement would be; Check in - we queued for over half an hour to just get to a desk as there was only one person on with a long line of people waiting. The rules round the pool are extreme! The lifeguards spent all day whistling at really small and confusing things eg a 10yr old boy playing swords with a float which was a safety hazard to the water by it hitting the water apparently 🤣 I did question it with the supervisor who honestly just said it’s the rules and we are just doing our job - my advice would be to ensure safety but relax a little and let kids have some fun (and adults)

Perfection . Perfect location, perfect hotel, perfect staff. This hotel is central to everything short boat taxi to city walk which runs every 15 minutes, through which you can access universal studios and island of adventure . Volcano bay is less than 5 minutes walk . Hotel it's self has lovely spacious rooms and the extra roll a subbed we needed was perfect true single size bed with very comfortable mattress. Lovely clean warm pool with abundance of life guards on duty at all times ( lifeguards are lifeguards not babysitters so please look after your own children). Pool side bar and cafe excellent we had alot here never disappointed. ( Anakin is the best so helpful and knowledgeable we loved him ) . Would recommend getting the refill bottle for your complete stay at 20 dollars saves you lots . Pool side games was great fun to spend hot afternoon. View of the lagoon from our room was stunning i miss this .all staff very helpful from concierge to to the cleaners . We will definitely be back and will recommend to Anyone. Love the fire pit in the evenings for smores .

The facilities , the pool and the hot tub are amazing, the food was very good from the Drhum club by the pool . The staff especially at the poolside are amazing.

We have recently returned from a 16 night trip and this was our first time as a family staying onsite at a universal hotel and Lowes Safire falls did not disappoint. Check in was friendly and very smooth considering we arrived late. The room we had was a standard room which was extremely clean and comfortable with everything you need. Around the pool was beautiful and the staff were very friendly . The pool was very safe and was open till 11pm which my kids loved. We ate at strong water tavern a few times and the food was lovely. My eldest child has an eating disorder and staff bent over backwards to provide him with something he will eat. Fresh coffee was priced well and they had a big variety of food available throughout the day and till evening. The closeness to the park was amazing we loved the water taxis and they were all very friendly. We also walked a few times which took under 10 mins. Thank you Lowes Safire falls .

Absolutely fantastic stay as always. Our 4th time here and this is the only place we'll stay anymore! The pool is wonderful and relaxing. The staff is friendly to a person, everyone greeting us in the halls. The food either at the tavern or Amatitsa downstairs is wonderful - fresh and delicious at breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks. The location to the parks and other resorts is so convenient but its such a beautiful property to just lounge at, get snacks by the pool, watch a movie and RELAX. The room prices are also a fantastic value.

It's a little way off if you plan on going to the major parks ( Disney, Universal etc ) but for the price this place is hard to beat. We didn't spend much time there during the day, as the pool is not heated. We came to Orlando for New Year's eve, but everything else was really great. They welcome dogs and have large rooms so they can play even when inside. ( we have small dogs )

Great location for the airport and shopping but set back off the road. Good value clean rooms and breakfast included. Friendly and efficient staff. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is the fact that the clean pool is not heated, which is unfortunate as it was too cold to swim and relax in.

I stayed here attending a conference that was at the Rosen. Certainly the prices were better than staying at the conference hotel, and it was close enough (just shy of 2 miles) that I walked one day and had only a short 5 minute drive the other 2 days. There is a Publix close by (on the way to Rosen Hotel), which I utilized. I felt very comfortable and secure at the hotel and in my room. I stayed here as a single person. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. It was pretty quiet from outside noise, but could easily hear other room doors slam shut or people talking in the hall. Continental breakfast was included, looked good (I generally don't eat breakfast) with waffle and omelet options, but I can attest that the coffee was excellent!! Nice sized room too. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others.

We had another great stay at the Swan Reserve over Easter. The Swan Reserve is a nice, boutique property that still feels brand new, but with access to all of the amenities at the very large Swan and Dolphin complex located just across the street. Securing most Disney privileges while earning Marriott points/status (or redeeming Marriott points for stays) is a huge plus. Walkable to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios (though we choose to take the boat to Hollywood since it's just one stop away and a longer walk than Epcot). The on-site restaurant (Amare - Mediterranean) is fantastic. This means that the room service food is also great since it comes from Amare. Also, if you don't see anything you like on the pool bar menu, just check the Amare menu. My kids typically order the Chicken Souvlaki platter from Amare out to Tangerine (poolside restaurant) for lunch and the servers are always accommodating (though the Turkey Club sandwich and pizzas on Tangerine's menu are both great too!). My girls are now 18 and 16 years old and we are not really rope dropping the parks any longer. We tend to sleep in these days and the Swan Reserve is so much quieter in the morning than the Swan/Dolphin/Disney hotels. I am mostly writing this review this time to give feedback on the excellent service we received on this trip from Rick and Doug at the bell / luggage desk, Olivia at the Tangerine pool bar and Franky at the front desk. Great job to all. We'll be back soon.

Arrived at 4 pm on a Friday and check in line was quite short. They upgraded us to an Epcot view room which was just lovely. The gym was well equipped with a nice view of the trees that surround the grotto pool just across the road at the Swan. My sister stayed at the Swan and the walk from our room to the grotto pool was much shorter than from her room. The ceilings were much higher in our room at the Reserve than at the Swan. And we appreciated the smaller size of the hotel- you cannot get lost, unlike the Swan and Dolphin.

The swan reserve is amazing! This was our second stay and it was just as good as the first. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is great.. everyone is so helpful and nice. Very nice pool/bar/restaurant. Definitely a more adult hotel/pool but we traveled with kids 9 months to 10 years old and they all loved it.

Very nice hotel... this was our 3rd time staying and we like the location and the value they provide. Very nice pool area. Only one negative this time - you have to order your drinks and food around the pool on an app. Last time we were there that was not in place. They need to bring back LIVE people taking your order.

Great hotel and walking distance to Disney Swan and Dolphin resorts where you can take the water taxi to Epcot and can walk to the Disney boardwalk area. Walkable to the grotto pool complex, which is large and beautiful and has poolside drink and food service. Also walkable to the small beach area and Swan Paddle boats and playground area for kids.

This HI was right across the street from Icon Park (1 min walk). Room was clean, beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows, nice sized pool. They had Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower and the dove handwash next to the sink. I would definitely recommend! I will continue to book here everyone i need to be close to Icon Park and the things I need to do in that area.

The property was a great location and great staff and pool. When checking into our room the fridge didn’t work and there was no microwave. I put a request to have the fridge fixed and it was fixed after. Other than that it was a great hotel in a good location.

Booked this hotel after leaving another crummy hotel across the street. The element hotel staff were excellent and very accommodating to our needs. They allowed us to check in early which was such a nice surprise and our room was nice and clean. The linens were really nice and I liked the fact that they had filtered drinkable tap water in the room. I always hate buying tons of water bottles. The pool was cute and had a nice atmosphere even though it was next to a street. My only complaint was the pool temperature, website said it was heated but I really doubt it. Freezing cold, no one swam in it in March. I would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, made every accommodation when asked and is very close to everything. The staff was polite and allowed our family to have a great time. The pool was very nice and always stacked with towels. The music by the pool was a little loud but not unbearable.

The modern design and eco-friendly focus really stood out. My room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed—including a full kitchenette and super comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety, including healthy options. I also appreciated the 24-hour fitness center and the relaxing outdoor pool area—perfect after a day at the parks. The location was ideal, close to major attractions but in a quieter area, making it a peaceful retreat after busy days. Loved that this property was so close to a variety of Orlando attractions- 10 minutes to Universal, 15 to Disney, and right on Icon park which has great food options. The breakfast was great in selection of eggs, hashbrowns, pancakes, cereal, fruit, toast, yogurt, etc. Loved having three sleeping options as a family with teens! Also having a kitchen was great for time to chill. We did not take in the pool as it is in front of the hotel right on the road.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are beyond kind and patient especially at check-in and for the breakfast. The beds are super comfortable. The pool was very clean and the kids had a lot of fun. It was so convenient to everything that we went to especially Seaworld. Thank you element, we will be back!

The location was perfect, easy walking distance to the Universal parks but also offering a very convenient and fun water taxi. The unlimited express passes and early access made for an even better experience. The pool area is fantastic with the added bonus of its own water slide. They even played swim up movies in the evening. Very chilled dining in the Beach club. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to enjoy the Universal experience. We will definitely be back.

Stayed briefly while visiting universal with the kids. Great stay, room was comfortable and had pool view which was nice. Pool area was great, sunlounger service for drinks which was great, and also sat at the bar which had a lovely vibe. Staff were very helpful and had good attention to detail. So so close to the parks, a 5 min walk, definitely worth it! Finished off our last night in the bar which had a brilliant live musician, and a large balcony overlooking the pool. A great stay, would recommend and would return.

We had a great time at the Hard Rock Hotel. We purchased the Harry Potter 7 Night package. It came with park to park tickets, express passes for two parks, a day at Epic Universe and a bunch of fun add ons like breakfast in all the Harry Potter Worlds and some ice cream. The room was great. The vibe of the hotel perfectly suited our family with two teenagers. Susan at the Pool Bar made us feel like we were right at home! All the staff were just so friendly and nice. Literally every employee we spoke to was so friendly and kind. There's an Avis at the front desk so we rented a car for a day to explore Orlando. And you're right at the parks - so early opening is actually easy to do. Epic Universe is a short bus ride away and we were able to take full advantage of early opening there as well. You don't get Express at Epic, so we booked for a Wednesday when crowds are low and makaged to do everything including a lazy French breakfast in Harry Potter World. The pool is amazing. Beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is cleverly designed so that the girls could do their make up in the mirror while someone else was using the toilet and shower. Honestly - we couldn't speak more highly about the experience! It was so much fun.

A lovely 5-10min stroll from the hotel to the parks & great to be able to access via the quiet security gate (a breeze compared to the manic security section as you enter from the main car parks). The water taxi was also a fun & relaxing options. Hotel room wasn't massive but nicely decorated, clean & modern. Food purchased from the pool bar was good huge portions. All staff we encountered were really pleasant & friendly they kindly upgraded our room to a pool view, granted us a slightly later check out time & allowed us to make use of the showers in the gym facility later on our check out day as our flight home wasn't til late. All in all a great experience we'd definitely stay again.

Need a slide at pool. And free water in rooms. Bellmen were wonderful, but didn't like having to tip two people each time. One to load cart, then a different one to push and unload cart. Also, they tried to separate me from my luggage when I checked in. Very confusing. All employees were exceptional. Pool was beautiful and fun. Great pizza at pool too. Would stay here again

Recently had an extended stay here and this place was like a dream. The atmosphere, hotel design, pool, etc. make it feel like you’re transported to another place separate from the rest of Florida. How such a large hotel manages to be so close to the parks yet still feel so secluded is an accomplishment in and of itself. What put it over the top for my family and I thought was the customer service. Virtually every request we made of the hotel was promptly handled, staff members greet you as “sir” or “ma’am” and were very polite. In an era where it feels like customer service is dying this hotel was a breath of fresh air. My only real critique is that the lifeguards at the pool could be over the top scolding people about the rules — I understand there’s rules but at the same time people are there on vacation, please let them enjoy it. The only other thing I’d say is that the hot water for the shower was inconsistent. Sometimes it would work, sometimes not. Most often it was warm, at times room temperature but rarely reliably hot. All that said this was still a great experience and we’d recommend it to anyone and we would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our time at the Royal Pacific Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more welcoming – genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth made us feel at home straight away. The hotel itself is immaculate and it was clear every effort was made to minimise disruption with the refurbished work which did not impact us at all. Everywhere we went, from the lobby to the rooms to the pool area, everything was spotless and clearly very well looked after. It really added to the sense of calm and relaxation. The amenities are fantastic – the pool area is beautiful and spacious, dining options are varied and delicious, and the express passes for Universal make staying here unbeatable value. The atmosphere throughout the resort is tropical and relaxing, yet you’re only a short walk or boat ride away from the parks. We enjoyed our stay so much that we returned for a second visit, and it was every bit as good as the first. If anything, it reminded us why we chose to come back. Highly recommend Royal Pacific Resort to anyone visiting Orlando – a true five-star experience.

Absolutely loved our stay at Loews Royal Pacific. Such a beautiful resort. Really big rooms. Beds are large & very comfortable. Great location to theme parks, short walk. Staff are all super friendly and welcoming. Julian checked us in, he was great, and gave us some helpful tips for our stay. We had booked 2 rooms and I had requested connecting or close by, and we were given connecting rooms which was appreciated! They have a great pool with a poolside bar for drinks and food. Also quite a few restaurants. We had dinner at Jake’s American Bar, nice food. They also have a Tuk Tuk convenience store where you can grab breakfast to go, coffee, and takeaway food- very convenient. We loved that this resort gives you complimentary early entry into a park and the Universal Express Unlimited pass to every member on your booking. Having the Express pass saved so much time! We wish we had spent more time at this resort. Perfect location, awesome staff, We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it, and hope to be back one day.

Hyatt has never disappointed me. Same this time. Everything worked out just fine. This is a huge conference hotel and I was for business. Car park is in a separate building, whereto you can walk under an outdoor canopy sheltered from possible rain, but try to leave your heavy luggages at hotel before parking. Room in our case was a U-shape setting, where you first enter bathroom & coffee-maker-area, then working corner and around the corner the bedroom-area. In the middle a narrow view to pool area, which actually is not the pool area that you expected - there are two separate pool areas, which was great if you had had time for those. Room was clean and silent. Nothing luxurious or fancy, though.

Very spacious hotel with stylish pool aera. Gym and spa available. However there is more then one drive up entrance make sure you see the one with the valet. This will be the main entrance near the real check in lobby. Also be prepared to pay additional hotel fees and parking cost. Multiple towers for rooms. There is a 24hour market that also sells Starbucks coffe. A diner style resturant. Also 2 more rocks and decend 21 near the pool spa area. Great gym facilities. You should know your within walking distance of a place called the point. There you will find a wealth of entertainment and restaurants. No need to take your car out. The room was great comfy bead and clean. Spacious. Good hot water in shower. No noise near our room but the kids can be a bit rowdy at the pool aera.

I was recently at the hotel for a convention. The convention rooms are on the lowest floor and so convenient to rooms and elevators. I was a bit worried about walking as I had ankle surgery a few months prior; but, not an issue at all. The main food store and B line cafe are a brief walk for coffee and something good to eat. They also had an area set up on the convention floor where you get similar items. They serve Starbucks coffee and are very quick even with 30 people in line at times. That was excellent in between classes. The staff was all wonderful and friendly. If you need something from housekeeping, you just text a number and they arrive at your door in minutes with the items. I did not use the pools as it rained most of the time and I was in classes; but, they looked like a great place to relax. There is a poolside cafe which would have been nice. Everything is very convenient IF you stay here for a convention. Also, you can get in and out of the adjacent parking garage with your room key. I loved the mirrors in the rooms. They all made you look very thin. The mirror in the bathroom had a built in clock. I want that at my own house.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Prices for drinks and food were higher at the hotel than the restaurants down the road. The pool we spent our time at was the Grotto. The servers were attentive and friendly. We made a connection with Kiowa the first day!! She held conversations with us and was helpful at suggesting beverages and food. My family and I will miss her!!! We had a friend from Georgia join us for a few days. Parking was easy and safe. We loved the convenience of the location to the Orange County Convention Center. The only suggestion would be to either expand the market or add an additional market because it was always so busy, which meant long waits and running out of food. One last great thing about this hotel is the ability to leave your luggage in a secured area if you have a flight later than check-out time. In addition, the hotel gave us a new access card to use for our last day. We could get into the pool and the gym so we could change clothes and clean up before getting on the late flight home. Definitely would stay here again!!

Visited the Hyatt Regency Orlando located on International Drive for a 5-day volleyball tournament. After a long flight from Los Angeles, we arrived at 6:20 am and were greeted by Sacha "Bermuda" with a welcoming smile. For a $100 early check-in fee, Sacha arranged for a room with a pool view. The room was clean and most importantly the AC put out fresh, clean air, keeping the room cool and free from steamy windows and the mildew smell that is frequently found in Floridian hotels. I worked out in the gym which was well-equipped for a full cardio and strength conditioning workout. The Hyatt is connected to the convention center and has a few restaurants on its grounds. The pool areas are large and can handle big crowds yet are geared toward children. The Hyatt is located close to restaurants, racecar driving, golf range, and other activities which are about a ten-minute walking distance. We had a nice time, and recommend the Hyatt for a comfortable and fun stay. Recommendations: housekeeping should make themselves more available to guests. It was difficult to track them down to request fresh towels; place a microwave in the vending area.

My family and I just stayed for one night. We had passes to Aquatica. The hotel set up was nice. The hotel next door shares 2 pools and a nice little bar and grill. It was walking distance to aquatica. We had a decent sized room that had bunk beds. The breakfast thats included was nice and balanced.... pancakes, biscuits/gravy, omelettes, cinnamon rolls, etc. The only down fall to my specific room was that the bathtub drain was clogged up. By the time I noticed this,it was too late to change rooms. I would definitely stay here again because of the convenient location and the pool set up.

We had a quick and good stay at this location. The hotel is located just across the road from Sea World Orlando. Check in was easy. The hotel is very clean. We were only there for one night and did not get to use the pool or anything. The rooms are nice. The beds are comfortable. They have a shuttle to Sea World. The only negatives. $15 a day parking fee. Parking fees should be banned in Orlando. Just more free money for the rich owners. We did not have any hot water in the morning. The water was just barely warm enough to avoid a cold shower. Turkey Sausage for breakfast. Turkey Sausage should be banned in the USA. Nasty Stuff. The rest of the breakfast was okay. We have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express locations with much better breakfast.

The fact that SeaWorld was right across the street. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Pool was open for a good amount of time which was nice after the parks. The bed had to be the most comfortable bed I’ve had in a while even better than a 5 star hotel. Definitely coming back and making this spot our permanent spot when traveling to orlando. Thank you!

Small pool area and Hot Tub located in the middle of building, poolside towels provided. Second visit and will always use when extra space is required when travelling with family.

The place was perfect for a family of 6 - 4 adults and 2 kids. The 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms really catered to our needs. Laundry downstairs was great. The pool and spa were sensational. Even in Winter we could swim as the pool was heated perfectly. The location is in walking distance to many restaurants and the Wholefoods (about 1 mile; 15 minute walk) if you wanted fresh food. The free shuttle to Universal was a bonus too.

This was a last minute decision as we were heading to Disney the next day. The location was great. So much in the area from dining to entertainment. Very safe and clean. We got a suite and it was perfect. Pool area was beautifully kept as well. Pool was warm.

Location is excellent, across the road from Icon Park on International Drive and 10 mins from Seaworld and Universal. The suite was spacious and has everything you need for your holiday fridge/freezer, Microwave, 2 Ring Hob, Toaster and Coffee Machine. Beds were really comfortable and huge. Didn’t use the sofa bed. Cleaning was done every 3 (quick clean - Replace towels, toilet roll etc.) and 7 days (full clean including bedding). Pool area was clean, spacious and towels always available pool not deep but good enough for a soak after a day at the parks. Jacuzzi was nice also. Each and every staff member we encountered whether it’s was reception, cleaner or Starbucks were all so nice and nothing is a bother!

We checked in at 23.00hrs after a long day of travelling. The staff member was super friendly and helpful. Within 5 minutes we were in our family suite. We had a living/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms both with separate bathrooms. Lovely and spaces to use as our base. The baths and showers are a little dated but all worked ok. Free WiFi which was great for our 2 young boys. Free safe in room to keep valuables safe. Loads of fresh towels changed every couple of days. We had 3 massive TVs one in every room. Loads of draws and cupboard space for all our belongings. Good clean basic kitchen area. We booked with virgin so there was no hotel fees and onsite parking which there is loads was free. The pool area was great for our children again loads of free towels to use. There is a great hot tub which is hot we only used it once as the temperature daily was 35c plus so didn’t need to be warmed up anymore. Very well located for all the parks and entertainment. We had a car which we used always loads of spaces to park in at the hotel, plus we used the local LYFT app for taxis to get us to universal which cost around 8-9$ the app is super easy to use and we never waited over 5 minutes for a taxi. I would definitely stay at this hotel again without any hesitation. I’ve stayed in 5 hotels on International Drive and I felt very safe and at ease here. I can not fault sonesta for the price we paid super value.

Our last night we finally had a chance to soak in the hot tub and we’re disappointed that it was freezing cold. We spoke with the front desk who said maintenance would come look at it. We continued to swim for probably two hours ( it was a cool night and the pool was warmer than the hot tub). During that time no one came to turn the hot tub heater on or look at it. Location was great especially to convention center and The Pointe. A bit of a distance to Icon Park. Short drive/ride to airport and universal. Offered free shuttle bus to Universal however it fills very fast so get there early. First come first serve. Pricing was great! My daughter stayed at Hyatt and said she would have preferred to have stay in Rosen Plaza!

The front desk staff was very accommodating. I was able to check in an hour early. The concierge asked if I had any special requests; whether I wanted one or two beds and if I wanted a pool view. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool and Jacuzzi. During the stay my hubby had misplaced his Chicago Bulls hat (reason for the trip: we were attending a NBA game that evening) when He checked with the front desk, they had his hat in a vacuum sealed bag.

This was the best value and exceeded expectations for the price! Location was great. The hotel was very clean and high quality in terms of building materials, bathroom, facilities etc. Great service, amenities, etc. You can tell this is an old-school establishment that still focuses on the customer's experience and quality service over quick profits. Harris Rosen created a wonderful legacy and I love to see that the team he left his company with is continuing that the way he would have wanted. The pool area is nice and relaxing with a cool bar & beautiful hot tub. Many food offerings & options- Jack's was high end (ambiance & food) and we received a 25% off offer & there was a portrait artist doing free cartoons of guests which was a fun surprise. I liked the TV channel options and loved that the downstairs shop offered so much (& if they didn't have what I needed, there was a CVS right next door!). There is a free shuttle to Universal I believe & the front desk is informative about stuff to do (many maps). The trolley on i Drive can take you up and down the road, but better yet there are electric scooters near the hotel you can rent from an app so you can explore that way if you prefer!

I had a very pleasant stay. I worked super comfortably in the room since it had a nice desk, perfect for getting things done. I also enjoyed the pool area and the relaxing atmosphere. The coffee in the lobby was delicious, and what really made my day was meeting a beautiful cat that the hotel staff takes care of and feeds with love. As a cat lover, that little detail completely won my heart. These are the kinds of places I truly love!

Our room was a King Suite. It was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen and towels were very good. The included breakfast was good and coffee, tea and water were available all day. We loved the swimming pool and pool area. There are shopping outlets on the doorstep and a few fast food restaurants. However we couldn't find a supermarket nearby. No saucepan or frying pan provided. You really need a car to make the most of the area, the bus service is poor. There were a lot of poor reviews about TownePlace Suites but we were happy with our stay.

Great location, just across from Premium Outlet Mall, safe to walk to. Several restaurants walkable from hotel. Hotel was very new, clean and in nice condition. Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, bagels, cereals, waffles etc Pool was heated, and kept clean. Only downside was the intrusive music around the pool area. It could be an oasis of calm …….. if it wasn’t for the music.

We got perfect experience in this hotel. Hotel is located so convenient, not far away from Airport and Parks: 15 minutes from Airport, 15 minutes from Parks, 1 hour from Cape Canaveral Beach and NASA (Kennedy Space Center). Hosts at reception are so kind and helpful. There are enough parking spots for a car on the territory of hotel (parking is not free but it’s not expensive, payment by QR-cod). The room was pretty clean. Three kinds of fresh and clean towels in bathroom. There are all necessary equipment on the kitchen in the room (plates, mugs, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, cutting board, paper towel, dish soap and etc.) Water in the Pool was clean without any smell. Continental Breakfast is complementary (eggs, some kind of meat, cereals, porridge, bread, bagels, waffles, some fruits, soft cheese, milk, yogurts, drip coffee, tea, hot chocolate). A lot of shops, caffès and restaurants around.

We arrived late after a long flight for two nights. Check in was easy and the lady was really helpful. We had been put in rooms next to the elevators, which I usually hate, but absolutely no noise or issues. The room was really spacious and clean. It looks new and is well kept. We had two queen beds, which were comfortable. The bathroom is good with lots of towels. The kitchen area was an added bonus with great touches, like washing up liquid. The complimentary breakfast was great. The pool was what you would expect from this type of hotel, but was clean and well stocked with towels. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The property has a few years but it still looks like it just opened yesterday! It is very well maintained, the room was spotless, the lobby and breakfast area seem like just open! I was very satisfied with the breakfast even though is simple with not too many choices. Free pop corn by the bar!! The pool is good for the kids, but it got a little chilly at some points during the day. The place is dog friendly and our pup was comfortable in our 2 Queen suite. The staff was incredible during our 2 week stay! You can do many things without a car around this property, lots of shops and dining choices!

Our two bedroom suite was very specious and the resort itself was clean, comfortable, and most importantly for me, it was quiet! We had a first floor suite just yards from the pool and it was still a very quiet stay. Our five year old's room was directly next to the front door and he slept soundly, and was not impacted by the neighbors or people walking by. The pool area is huge with plenty of room and the pool itself is awesome. I could go on and on. Like I said, we stayed here two nights but we could have easily done a week or more. Highly recommended, especially for families!

Amazing Hotel. Great employees and the front desk employees are above excellent. Loved the pool after the heater was fixed, but at times very hard to get lounge chairs.. Volcano pool is just one of the pools offered .

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cypress Pointe. The room was exceptionally clean, our bed was very comfortable to sleep in, and we were conveniently located next to the pool area which seemed very popular for the kids. I was very impressed with the staff. All of the employees that I have come across the property, whether it was the Front Desk team at check-in, or the Housekeeping/Maintenance staff around the grounds, everyone was delightful, pleasant, and professional. After a long day at Disney, the hot tub in the pool area was very inviting and exactly what we needed. This hotel is minutes away from Disney Springs so very convenient if you are looking to stay close to Disney property without having to pay the Disney prices. We will be back again!

We stayed at the Hilton Cypress Pointe vacation club in Orlando Florida. The location is fantastic, close to DIsney Springs and Disney World. The staff were excellent, texted us everyday to make sure we were enjoying our stay. And the property was very nice. We stayed in a 2 BR condo on the 3rd floor. Please note: there are no elevators, but we did not mind. It was one of our best experiences renting a villa in Orlando. Would definitely go back. One suggestion: Call the property and make sure the pool will be open before you book (they were doing pool maintenance on ours), we had to walk to a sister property across the street. Otherwise, everything was great.

My daughter and I spent a week here and had a wonderful time. The property was clean, the front desk was very helpful. The pool was being resurfaced and getting ready for summer during our stay but we had access to the property across the street. The pool was completed right before we left - due to open the following day - and it looked great. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well equiped, and the ac blew nice and cold (super important during those 95+ degree days). I would hghly recommend and plan on returning in the future

For its price point, Buena Vista Suites is one of the best vacation properties to stay at in the Orlando area. From check-in until departure, we enjoyed a great stay in a standard suite, which was perfect for two people. Spotlessly clean, with queen sized twin beds surrounded by the usual amenities - air con, tv, coffee/tea maker, microwave, fridge, safety deposit box, shower/bath as well as a seperate connecting door lounge/sleeping area with additional tv. Ice machines on every floor. Public areas of the hotel are very nice, and always well maintained by hotel staff, who are all exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Special mention for Tammy and Robert in the restaurant, and Nelson, Carly, and Victoria from the reception team. The restaurant serves a good selection of breakfast items, from cereals, fresh fruit, juices, to eggs, sausage, taters, toast, muffins, pancakes, donuts. Again, very clean, efficient, and well run. There is also an on-site convenience store, and pizzeria. Pool area is a little small, but adequate, with loungers, parasols, towels. There is also a bigger pool in the sister hotel next door, together with a good selection of bars, restaurants, etc which guests are able to use. Overall, an excellent hotel and guest experience. I would highly recommend it to all travellers seeking an enjoyable base in the Orlando area.

Its location, the staff are all great. Our room is cosy, clean and big enough for four people. TAMEE, lovely staff, makes us feel at home. Breakfast is good enough to keep you fill for 5 hours😀. The swimming pool is OK, but it is available for guests to use the bigger swimming pool in the next hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with so many positives! It was centrally located and as we hired a car we were able to get to disney parks in about 10 mins max and Universal in about 20 mins. The parking was complimentary just make sure you get a permit from reception to put into your car when parked. The room was spacious - ours had a separate living room area with its own TV and table with chairs. Then the separate toilet/shower and sink/vanity. Finally the bedroom was large with 2 queen beds and TV..view was out onto the road but noise was minimum. We stayed on 6th floor which was great. On first day we realised our safe wasn't working properly (buttons wouldnt press and register) but we spoke to reception on our way out to the parks, and by the time we returned that evening it had been fixed! Only small downside is pool area is quite small and doesnt have a bar area. You can use hotel next door for these facilities but obviously would be ideal if this hotel had it too but it isnt a major issue! Will definitely plan to stay here again!

Arrived after midnight and was relieved to see there was staff on duty. Was escorted to our room as the key card machine was not working. The room was very large with two separate spaces. We were given complimentary breakfast with our room which had enormous variety. We also made use of the pool area, pizza shop and shops at the nearby resort and across the road.

We stayed at this Hotel for a weekend of Coast Guard courses. It was a wonderful weekend! Shortly, after our check-in we needed to report a running toilet, and the front desk personnel immediately took care of the problem, and by the time we returned to our room, all was fixed. Bravo to all !!! We had two enjoyable dinners at the Marcelo's bistro (which is just off the lobby of the Hotel) during our weekend stay. Firstly, the convenience, vibe, food, and their friendliness was definitely a two thumbs up. It was perfect after a long day of courses. Their General Manager, Sebastian, was so helpful, kind, and went above and beyond his duties of hospitality management. The Marcelo's bistro also has a breakfast buffet and lunch too, and we had a great and very enjoyable experience at their breakfast buffet, and again, thanks to Sabastian for his recommendation. Next time we are in the Orlando area, The Florida Hotel & Conference Center will be our first pick! p.s. they are adjacent to the Florida Mall which is great for shopping or getting some steps in...and the Hotel had a great gym and pool. Five stars to us!

We needed a hotel for one night following our cruise before flying home tomorrow. We chose The Florida Hotel for its location to the airport and the fact that it had dining options and attached to The Florida Mall. Confirmation & communication with the hotel prior to arrival was terrific. They stored our bags until our room was ready, all staff were friendly & helpful. We shopped & had lunch then checked, our room was ready early. We sat by the quiet pool area in the afternoon. We dined at Crickets Bar in the hotel for dinner expecting “bar food”. Everything we ordered was beyond amazing and the portions huge. The staff there were also equally fantastic. There is also an option to pay for a buffet breakfast which is a plus. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Orlando.

I checked-in way earlier than my check-in hour, and expected to either leave my luggage and come back or pay early check-in. But I instantaneously got a room. The room was very clean, quiet and with a comfortable bed, too bad it was only for one night. Also, too bad I didn't have time for gym/pool. Receptionists were very friendly, and overall the location is in a mall - for better or worse ;)

Pros: Beautiful grounds and complex, very friendly staff, lots of amenities in the area between the Swan and Dolphin (including multiple restaurants, arcade, market, etc.), convenient ferry access to Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Boardwalk, walking distance to the Boardwalk, several pools with something for everyone (kids pool, quieter pools with more adults), happily upgraded usto a corner view room (we even saw Epcot fireworks!!) given my husband's Marriot status. Areas of Improvement: all of our USB ports throughout the room did not work so it was difficult charging devices (phones, computers, etc) without a block, hair dryer sparked and broke upon first use and was in a time crunch for dinner reservations and had to wait 30-40 minutes for another one, the comforter was loud, scratchy, and felt damp at times (just not very comfortable) on the first night so didn't get much sleep. We asked for "blankets" instead which were much more comfortable on the second night. Overall we will be back and try to plan ahead for the minor challenges we faced. :) We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This was our second time staying here. We are a family of 4: 2 adults & 2 teens. We did a split stay: 3 nights at Port Orleans Riverside and 2 nights here. We coordinated our Park days to take advantage of this location, which is walking distance (or a boat ride) to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Highly recommend the boat. We never waited more than 5-10 minutes. And the ride over is about 5-7 minutes. The hotel itself is Westin level and very much has a resort feel. Checkin was fast. And we were able to get a room right away (11:30am). Never had to wait more than 30 seconds for an elevator. Multiple pools, restaurants, and fitness center. We ate at the Cabana pool side restaurant. Service and food were good. The hotel room was freshly renovated. Very clean and modern. Light and bright. Quiet. My only criticisms are 1) there is no fan in the bathroom, which seems crazy for a newly renovated room. It was very steamy and took a while to dry out and 2) as others have mentioned, sadly the beds are not the usual Westin quality. They were very firm and more uncomfortable than lower end Marriotts I have stayed at. Even with these small criticisms, I would definitely stay here again. The location, cleanliness, relaxed vibe, and luxury feel are worth it.

Highly recommended hotel if you want to be close to epcot and hollywood studios at a reasonable cost. Stay was great from beginning to end - had a double resort view room, and we could see the lovely frontage and back of boardwalk, as well as the Tower of Terror. Room was clean and spacious enough for us. Big TV, great pools. The quieter 'normal' pool was lovely and warm and easy to get seats at. Brilliant coffee and snacks from Java in the hotel. Easy to walk to the sister Dolphin hotel if you wanted in a couple of minutes. More amenities there. Easy to walk to Epcot or get the Disney boats. Buses also to Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs. 5 mins walk to the boardwalk and the shops and food there and 10 mins more to Epcot. Super easy. Very quiet and relaxing hotel. Would recommend highly.

The location of the property is hands down the best thing about staying here, particularly with small children. We loved how it was conveniently near parks but far enough away from the crowds like other resorts typically have. The food & drinks at the pool bar were amazing and not at all what we expected. Very high quality. The resort has lots to do for families, extremely clean and staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. We utilized the resort for what it is and did not do any theme parks. We took advantage of spending quality time as a family and exploring everything the resort has to offer, which is a lot. The pool(s) are amazing, clean and for a resort of this size, we didnt feel like there were a lot of people and we could find lounge chairs. We are already planning a trip back.

Had a great one-week stay at FantasyWorld with my 6-year-old daughter. The grounds are clean and beautiful, and there is plenty to do for kids. They have activities by the pool every day. My daughter actually preferred to stay at the pool over going to the Disney parks, LOL! I would suggest bringing your own pillows, I found the pillows very uncomfortable. But, we will be back next year with our own pillows.

The pool and activities for the kids during the day were fantastic. The pool bar and lazy river are great for the adults. The unit we stayed in was clean and perfect for our family. We tried to play putt-putt but couldn't find the balls, and the front desk wasn't helpful.

The accommodations and the staff were amazing! Every staff member we interacted with was excellent, very helpful! Always enjoy the pool and pool bar area. Bingo is always a blast. Best stay of our 2025 winter trip! Will definitely be back nest year!! Jay & Beth S., Merrill, WI

My family and I enjoyed this hotel. Everything was great, from the Jean at the front desk during check-in, the arcade, breakfast, pool and laundry facility. Only negative thing I would have to say, which is me nitpicking was the lack of sufficient towels by the pool. Other than that, this hotel was excellent.

Very relaxing kids went to Disney and I relaxed by the pool. I would have liked to have a drink while at the pool but the bar does not open till 4p. If there was room service I did not know no menu in the room.

This hotel was close to Sea World and the Vineland outlets. Breakfast had lots of options and was very good. The pool was nice and clean and had lots of seating next to the pool. Would stay here again!

I checked in around 11:30am for free because I was a VIP expedia member which was very cool. The location is great its about 22 mins away Universal and LOTS of great restaurants nearby (walmart is also like 14 mins away). My son loved the pool table and the shuffle board. Rooms dont have a microwave but there is one available on the first floor 24 hours. Overall great experience would definitely book here again :)

Very nice budget hotel, we stayed six nights, good location, great amenities like free parking, wifi, breakfast included with enough choices for everyone in our family, pool table in lobby, even washer and dryers which we did use. Room was clean and comfortable, limited housekeeping but on request staff was very responsive when we asked for towels and extra toilet paper, very accommodating for a late checkout request at noon for an extra fee of $25 which worked well for our family.

The place is amazing. Walking distabce to the outlet mall and other food place. Smells good and new. Very clean. Pool is ok. Umbrella was broken but friendly staff tried to fix it for us. Safe area even at nighttime.

This property is across the street from Vineland outlet mall. I was able to access several restaurants after a day of shopping. There is a small pool, it was warm on my stay in may 2025. Rooms are serviceable and basic. Room was very clean and met my needs for a one night before theme park stay. If you need a quick stop or are spending all your time in parks (they offer a shuttle) it is a good value. Also the had a good included breakfast!

Pretty descent hotel to be so close to universal studios. It’s clean and smells good. But there is no closet space, dressers, coffee maker, microwave. The microwave and coffee maker is in the lobby for everyone to use. The lobby is nice. There is a pool and playground area. It’s good for kids. Free breakfast. We recommend this place if you’re looking to stay at a standard hotel and save money.

And I've stayed in every proximity hotel over the past 15 years. The bus to Seaworld never came so forget that and instead do eight minute walk to Sea World front entrance. The pool ain't a resort pool, so be aware if that is something you want.

We booked this hotel because it is IHG with a high rating and it's location is right across from SeaWorld. We booked a one bedroom suite with two queen beds for our family of 4. Instead of booking two separate rooms, we always like to stay together in a suite. Not to mention we had a full kitchen with a full size fridge, dish washer, toaster, microwave and stove. The hotel is well maintained and everything was fully functional. It was generally very quiet at all hours until the guests next door kept banging on the door which was not the fault of the hotel. The staff are welcoming and always greet us with a smile. Check in and check out were fast and easy. We checked out at 3am and simply informed the front desk staff our room number. At publishing time, full daily breakfast is included and food are also provided at social hour from Monday to Wednesday between 5:30 to 7pm. Parking is free and there are ample parking spaces. Pool is small but nice and we were too busy to spend any time there. The location is perfect for SeaWorld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove that we visited.There is a 24 hour CVS and 7-11 within walking distance. The hotel rate was very reasonable for what it offered and it definitely exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip back to Orlando.

We have just come to the end of a two week stay and after visiting Orlando for many years and staying all over, this has to be one of the best value places we have stayed which offers a safe and clean place to stay. It is incredibly well located for Seaworld, we walked most times which saves on the parking as the hotel parking is included and thankfully no resort fees. The pool isn’t huge but good enough, and towels are available from reception. We enjoyed the breakfast most days and were very impressed with the ‘snacks’ aka evening meal on a Mon-Wed, which makes a huge difference to those on a budget. The only negatives I can think to mention is housekeeping sometimes didn’t happen, but they were always quick to resolve it when we asked for clean towels and the safe was located at reception rather than in the room, neither of which caused a huge issue but slightly out of the norm for our previous experience. You will find an incredibly friendly and welcoming team and I would absolutely recommend this to other family’s staying in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at the Staybridge Suites SeaWorld in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite. The room was clean, tidy, and really comfortable – perfect for our family. The location is ideal, easily walkable to SeaWorld, with a return bus also available for SeaWorld, Aquatica, and Discovery Cove which made things super convenient. The complimentary social evenings with free food and drinks on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday were a lovely bonus, and the included breakfast was plentiful and tasty – a great start to each day. A special shoutout to Eric M, who went above and beyond for my daughter's 13th birthday. I asked where I could get a cake and balloons, and when we returned from our day out, we were surprised with an amazing chocolate fudge cake, balloons, and a sweet note. It made her day so special – Thank you! The only small downsides were the lack of a kettle in the room for a cuppa (but I just used a pan on the hob!) and that there could be a few more sunbeds around the pool. But overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return!

There’s a massive fridge that has an ice maker in, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and toaster. Plus hob and cutlery and plates. Room clean and good size bathroom. Towels provided. Small pool and towels available at reception. There’s breakfast included and definitely no complaints, cereal, toast/bread. The food is crisps, nachos, salads and something hot. The chef is called Miguel and his pasta dishes were fabulous, but definitely no complaints about anything tbh. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The staff on reception are super helpful. Breakfast was served every morning at 6am different choices and the pool opens at 8am. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy it due to it being cool weather. The staff in the morning was very nice and helpful. My room was very clean and tidy with a little fridge and microwave. Came in handy. So the overall of my stay was very comfortable and convenient and this will be my go home away from home.

We selected our room via the Hampton app, but that didn’t go through for some reason. We were still able to get a great room. Two burners stove,microwave, marble like counter,steel sink, dishwasher,coffee maker,toaster,dishes and utensils,pans everything you could need,even a garbage disposal,dish soap,and sponge provded,including dishwasher soap. A cute table with comfy chairs to eat at.Laundry facilities on 3rd floor ,we didnt use it but was told wash $3 dryer $3. Beds were firm. I did not like the blankets were i bit thin. Ac was very good and dropped room to 68* for a great night of sleep. Pillows were fluffy and nice. Black out curtains were excellent! 2 big tvs. I couldnt cast to them but a full line of channel choices were available. Seperate bathroom sink from tub/ toilet area with great lighten with lotion and soaps tissues provided along with blow dryer. . Fold out couch in living room with tv that swung allowing you to eat at table at watch tv. The court yard was clean with plenty of covered and uncover sitting area around a nice clean pool. And hot tub was excellent. Breakfast had alot of tasty choices and lots of restaurants around. Coco thai was excellent! I loved it all.

The property was clean and fresh having just undergone a refurbishment. The room was ideal, with a separate living and kitchen area, it was a great size. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When the ladies on reception heard us singing happy birthday to my son, they gave him a card and a bag of sweets and snacks as a gift which was a lovely touch. The pool area was very clean and well maintained with plenty of shade with cabanas and a great hot tub. We also used the fitness suite and laundry rooms which were easy to use and well maintained. Ideal location for universal parks and just a short trip on the shuttle bus. Would definitely recommend.

All workers were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is very clean; the Peloton in the gym even works! Big breakfast and super clean pool. The sweet lady who was taking caring of cleaning the hallway in front of the gym and elevators had a smile and polite greeting for me as I passed through. *Downside— No covered parking in front of building when bringing luggage in during afternoon Florida storms.

The suites have been recently renovated, so they are fresh. Decor is really nice. Swimming pool open to 10pm which I thought was great if you wanted to swim after the parks. Bus available to bring to parks 3 times in am drop back 3 times pm. Staff were friendly.

I will honestly say that after reading some reviews, I was a little skeptical about staying here, but honestly, I made the right decision. Our room was one of the newly renovated rooms and it was beautiful the beds were comfortable even my husband was very shocked because usually that it his main issues at other places. Obviously, everyone has different styles of beds they like. The bathroom was also beautiful. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper and other items you may have forgotten and needed. I paid for breakfast, included , which was a great idea, a very clean area, and they did have plenty of hot food varieties plus fruits toast bagels. The staff was very attentive with making sure everyone was enjoying their food and making sure drinks were good and fresh with ice or any other accommodation we needed. Yes, there was some construction going on, but nothing was disturbing at all. They were also only working during daytime hours 9-5. There were also amazing things to do around the area, close to many stores gas stations if needed we didn't rent a car but it worked out great ubers very close for pick ups it was so accommodating for us. The pool was beautiful, very comfortable temperature especially when it was chilly at night. Area was always clean. They provide pool towels if needed. The tiki bar was amazing, and the drinks were even more amazing. You were able to order dinner till 9:30pm, which we enjoyed, especially when having a few drinks.

Stayed 2 nights part of my FL trip and heading to Universal Studios. The location is great, 5-10 minutes ride (taxi or Uber) to City Walk parking area. The pool area is nice and well appointed. Could hear some noise from Tiki bar or from outside on one night. Rooms were recently renovated and looked nice. Mine was on 5th floor facing the pool and tiki bar. King bed was comfy, free WiFi and free parking. Didn’t try their breakfast (not included). Room size is rather small compared to other hotels of the Hilton brand chain. Staff was not the most friendly upon checking in. Better at checkout. Overall a good experience for a short stay

Good 1 night stay but had some issue with my room on the 7th floor. Pre-paid in advance for a cheaper price. Good : pool view, good comfy bed, free wifi, free parking, easy check-in even late at night, pool aera is nice. Near Universal Studios and many restaurants around by car. Less good : thin wall so can hear your neighbors, older style carpet in the room, slow elevators, no free breakfast, issue with toilet flush but fixed by maintenance If price is right I might come back as an Hilton honors member. Otherwise I will find another place.

I stayed longer at this location than expected due to the winter storm in Chicago in early January and my flight plans changed. The staff welcomed me with open arms. From the front desk staff to house keeping I felt very taken care of. The room was clean and comfortable and I appreciated that the housekeeping was consistent daily. Also the wait staff for breakfast were so kind and helpful. The only feedback I would have about breakfast was that I wish the variety would change more often. We stayed ten days and bacon was only served once. Sausage was served nine other days. For extended stay guests like myself this was the only drawback. Other than that, I would stay here again if visiting Orlando! Plus the location was very nice and felt safe! Loved the bike path that led to the mall! And we got to Disney in under 20 mins with a quick easy drive. The kitchen amenities were nice (wish I had a full stove in the room with an oven though) and WiFi was strong. I appreciated that since I had to work a couple of days from the hotel room due to my layover. The heated pool and chess board and furniture outside were very nice too. We did not use it, but the grill outside was a nice addition as well. All in all I would stay again!

Booking online was very easy period once upon arrival. I had the best receptionists or front desk clerks period both of them were extremely sweet, nice, and understanding period I hadn't issue with my credit card because I forgot to inform them. I was traveling period they were very patient and accommodating, and what's the situation? Was rectified, checking was quick. And they gave me a great room. Since it was so close to the Mall, I rested and shopped everyday period if I did not have to come back to work, I would have stayed till the end of the week period The view was awesome! The swimming pool was perfect, and it was easy to get everywhere. I will definitely be back comma but next time for 2 weeks.

This hotel is amazing! The feel of the high end hotels but in a smaller size! The pool is fun for the family but perfect for the kiddos, the fact you are steps away from Millenia Mall was the cherry on top! Friendly staff! Will stay here always from now on!! 10 stars!

Specialty coffees, custom waffles, and great hot options. This is not your parents’ Holiday Inn with some pastries and cereal. We loved the breakfast burritos, the Spanish tortilla, and today I had a vegan potato roll. I am not vegan and I would eat this again. Pool and cabanas: so chill and comfortable. Lobby bar: relaxed with a great atmosphere. Staff: everyone was so incredibly friendly. Marco, the front desk manager, was kind and helpful always. The other front desk staff have obviously learned from him, as they were all welcoming and helpful. The restaurant staff as well. In our family we mostly speak Spanish, so I loved that there were so many people who were bilingual. We would come back to this location over and over again. Thank you all so much for being a big part of an amazing vacation.

The hotel was very clean, nice and quiet. The room is designed with convenience in mind. The moveable tables, extra shelving and hooks really helped to keep things organized. The area has new stores and restaurants popping up nearby. The outlet mall is within walking distance. We did not use the pool but we did take a look and it was beautiful and warm. The hotel kind of has a weird set up with the bar/store/dining/lobby area but it’s nice (just different). The only negative thing that I might say is the fee for parking. I don’t see any reason for it. There is no security for your car or anything special that I can see that would justify having to pay a substantial fee to park in a normal parking lot. There were plenty of spaces and it wasn’t in a crowded city with very little land available.

Everything from arrival to check out was outstanding! The staff are super friendly and quick to ask if you need anything or help out. The rooms were roomy, clean, and comfortable. The facilities were super nice and the heated pool was awesome after a long day at the parks in the area. They are situated no more than 10-20 minutes from Sea World, Universal, and Disney. Many restaurants and nearby shopping avaliable too. All in all an amazing trip.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The only thing I would STRONGLY suggest is to have adult and child times for pool and to create a dog park to take dogs to allow to utilize for restroom purposes. Other than that, 👍

Super comfy felt like home plus kervin was super nice definitely would come again. The pool was nice the people at the front desk very helpful have ice machine in the second floor which helped for my daughter waterbottle before her volleyball game!!

We had such a lovely experience staying at Comfort Suites on Major Blvd! The rooms are spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The location was perfect for our visit to Universal, and the ample free parking made it so easy to come and go. One of the true highlights of our stay was the front desk service - Katrina was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel instantly at home. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. It’s people like her who turn a good hotel experience into a memorable one. Wonderful staff. Kayla and Kat were exceptionally nice, efficient and very helpful. The Hot Tub was clean and a perfect treat after a long day at Universal. January temps made it too cold to swim in the pool. The breakfast room was run very well also. Free and ample parking. We took the shuttle to Universal in the morning, but chose to walk back later that evening from Universal. It took about 25 minutes from the front gate. 1.5 miles +/-

Staff is supper friendly and accommodating! Very Clean and big comfy rooms! We had 5 people all over 18 and we stayed for a great rate plus with a pool and a hot tub, free parking and free breakfast that actually tastes good! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

My family arrived in Orlando much earlier than expected. I requested with the front desk for early check in. I was willing to pay as it was not previously arranged. The hotel did not have a room available at the time, but she offered to let us use the pool until our room became available. Two hours later, 3 hours early, I received a text letting us know our room was ready. No charge either!

I really liked this hotel - it was a great value stay, feels like higher than the published 3 star rating for sure. There were always lovely kind and welcoming staff (especially Armando and Manuel on the front desk and the gorgeous Gary who helped me out with park tickets and good advice every morning!). The rooms are large, very clean, modern and spacious, with a very handy microwave, full size fridge and keurig coffee machine. The bed was huge and very comfy! There were good quality dove toiletries dispensers in the bathroom- Dove shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash, lotion and soap bar. The breakfast was fine- pancakes, bread/toast, bagels, eggs and sausage, hot cinnamon rolls, yoghurts, muffins, cereal, oatmeal and bananas each day. It would have been lovely to have some more fresh fruit options but overall I was very satisfied. I never had a problem with queues and dined at different times each morning. In addition to this there is coffee/tea facilities open all day in the lobby- what a great benefit! I was able to take a fresh coffee out each morning and come back to a peppermint tea every evening. The pool area was great- water was chilly (but it is January) but the spa was hot. The front desk team said I could use the neighbouring hotel’s pool which was heated- I took one trip there for a dip, no problems- but their pool is pretty small so I generally stayed at the holiday inn pool.

I loved the subtle Disney theming throughout the hotel and in the rooms. Very sleek and modern with pops of color. We only stayed for 1-night after our long drive from NY before checking into our Disney resort the following day. I’d stay here again for longer stays in the Orlando area. Very spacious and close to lots of restaurants and shopping! My littles one loved the pool. Nice and warm in the evening!

This is a great location for families going to the Disney properties. The check in process is easy and Armando is an excellent host. The hotel is clean, free breakfast, nice pool, and the rooms are nice and roomy. The beds are comfortable and you have all the amenities including a mini fridge and microwave. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beds were super comfortable. Room attendants were helpful and Armando had great customer service, very helpful and polite. Definitely will stay here again on our next visit. Great location for amusement parks and great place to stay. They had it all breakfast, gym, pool, hot tub and a 24hr store for those late night chocolate cravings.

The pool is nice, there is no any bugs in it, but there are some stains at the bottom of it, but really, I rate it a 5, since it’s just a pool, and a pool won’t always be perfect, especially if it’s outdoors. Lastly, the suites are really nice (Non-Dated), the beds are really cozy, although, the only thing I don’t like, is that the bathroom is not spacious at all. Right when you walk into the bathroom, the other side of the wall is like 2 feet away from you. The other thing I don’t like is that you have to pay for phone calls outside of the state, which I kinda get, but I think that hotels should make you feel like home, where you can call any number you want, but those are the only 2 complaints about the rooms. So, in total, I rate the hotel a 4.0, but I still recommend it for families.

My group had a wonderful time! My partner and I went to Universal Studios, while we were at the park for 2 days my grandma and her friend got to hang out by the pool. There’s free parking at the hotel, and a free shuttle ride to AND from Universal. The rooms were clean, fresh towels by the pool. The free breakfast was great with lots of options. The people at the front desks were so kind, answering any questions we had. We arrived early before check-in, went to lunch, and our room was ready 2 hours before check-in time (don’t expect this for everyone but how awesome is that!) My family and I had an amazing time here and we will highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Universal

We stayed at this hotel prior to and following a cruise. The hotel staff were excellent. Extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Pool was a decent size and area around pool well kept. Would absolutely stay there again.

Our initial room was less than appealing, but after working with the front desk, they gave us a room that we enjoyed very much! The location is great! The pool is not heated, but we still enjoyed the pool deck. Breakfast is wonderful! The entire staff is very kind and courteous!

The front desk was wonderful and answered any questions we had. We arrived around midnight and they were great. There is a shuttle to and from Universal Studios a few times a day. We didn’t use the shuttle as we chose to walk each way. The walk was a nice 1 mile walk. The pool was decent sized and cleaned each day. There are several chairs and tables and can sit in the sun or shade. The breakfast was decent. It was the same each day with standard Holiday Inn Express offerings. The breakfast area was decent sized . One day we went at 8:30 am and it was busy but not too bad. The next day we went at 7:00 am and it was not busy at all. The king bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, the ac worked well. We kept the tag on our door and didn’t get room service to come in each day so can’t speak to that. My husband had to do some work and there was a nice desk and outlets. There is a Wendy’s right next door and Walgreens within walking distance along with a Burger King and other restaurants. My only complaint was I asked for a top floor room on the corner. We got a 3rd floor room near the gym but it was quiet. Nice place to stay if you don’t want to pay Universal Hotel prices.

Since it was well before their usual early check-in time, there was a small $40 fee—which we were happy to pay, as our kids were exhausted after a long flight. The room was clean, the pool was a blast, the drinks at the pool bar were great, and the onsite laundry was super convenient. There are plenty of food options nearby, including several just a minute’s walk away. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and polite 🙂 I love the fact the place was very clean . But more so the free breakfast you can’t beat that lol .. people were complaining about the tator tots for breakfast but what do you expect it’s free breakfast and it was not every day lol .. The best part is the location if you didn’t have car your able to catch the trolly in the parking lot which was convient if you wanted to explore downtown .. more so the drop off right in front off of the hotel .. also this hotel had a splash pad and pool for the kids 😊 it’s not that deep I think about 4ft but you can go right across the gate to use other pool at the other hotel which the water was a little more deeper I think about 5ft and little more .. and most of the time we did because my kids made friends lol and kept going over there 😂😂🤦🏾‍♀️..

Hotel still felt new. Nice spacious rooms, clean, and breakfast included was an amazing perk. We stayed in March, I’m not sure if the pool was heated because it was as VERY cold…but my kids didn’t care and swam anyway. We had a great stay and I felt it was a great value, I would definitely stay again. Also, the proximity to Sea World and many restaurants was amazing.

Our stay was comfortable and convenient. The room was spacious and clean and the staff that we encountered were all very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the pool bar was supposed to open at 12 (according to their website) but the person working it did not show up until 4. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider stayiny there again.

To much to list! Multiple pools so you never feel over crowded in fact our pool less than 25% full at its busiest. The staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to assist every guest as needed.

I loved the room; it was spacious and had a wonderful view of the pool. The pool and hot tub were really nice and refreshing. The property was beautiful!

We had an amazing time here! We stayed in building 17, on the 10th floor. The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was a big hit and it was close to all the attractions we went to see! All of the staff were very friendly! Check didn’t take super long, but we arrived late in the evening. I could see how it could take a long time if there were more people there to check in. The only issue I had, was after checkout I was charged a damage fee. I called and spoke to the manager, who informed me it was for damage to the stove. Thankfully I had taken a video on our arrival and was able to see the damage already existed prior to our arrival. I never even noticed the damage during our stay, as we never used the stove. The manager, Lissette was amazing, she was able to view the video and quickly reverse the charges. We will definitely return here in the future, but I will always make sure to take a video of rooms at arrival and departure no matter where I stay!

The breakfast had many options and the staff stayed on top of replenishing everything quickly. The pools were great; having three pools spread out guests. The poolside car staff were very friendly and food was great for a quick bite.

This was little get away for my family and I. If you are looking to get away and have some fun then this is your place to go! They have 2 different pools, both have cool slides and other stuff in them for the kids. There is an awesome Tiki Bar that has food and drinks! Ice cream shack, put put golf, rock climbing! Its an over all really cool place! Most of the staff was really nice and happy!! There were a few that were questionable, but they worked during the day and outside with the food and ice cream so it wasn't too bad because we didn't have to deal with them all day!! Ohh and the the one pool had a kitty area for the smalls kids, no steps just a real shallow end like the beginning on the beach! Really cool, the texture of the pool was soft which I really liked since I have a 1 year old and was still new with walking.

We had a great stay at Calypso Cay Holiday Inn. It is exactly what the pictures convey: clean, well-kept, renovated. We were with kids (2,4) and it was perfect for our stay. Included breakfast was basic but still had hot items every day on a rotating schedule. The 3 heated pools were great, 2 had the beach-style entry for little ones, hot tubs were nice for the adults. Both were much more crowded on the weekends, but not to the point that we didn’t enjoy ourselves. We didn’t use the included mini golf, pickleball, basketball, but with older kids they would be appreciated. The staff were very nice, friendly. A schedule of afternoon activities, and nightly movies projected by the pool was a fun touch. Overall pros: conveniences for families made our stay easy and comfortable, and close to the parks and to shopping, etc. Would recommend. Cons: the interior hallways could use some love, same goes for the outdoor dining area. Just know it’s not a 4-star hotel, and you will have a good time.

We enjoyed the breakfast very much. That was one of the reasons we chose this location, everything was fresh and healthy. The pool hours were great too. After a long day in one of Disney's parks it was good to come back and relax in one of the pools. Parking was also a plus. The kids enjoyed the bungee jump, wall climbing and zip line too. We didn't get to try our hand at mini golf but maybe next time!

I just want to say that the negative reviews of the Vista are way off. This was our ninth stay here and it just keeps getting better with every stay. We love the amenities and the grounds are just top notch! We stayed in a one bedroom villa in building 96 and the view was awesome! We had a great view of the fairway and also had a nice pool right next to our villa. The villa has everything you need while on vacation and the washer and dryer comes in handy if needed. The resort has two awesome pools with plenty of activities for kids and adults. We prefer the Village pool because of the location, but the Copa Loca pool is great also. The food is phenomenal and you definitely don’t need to leave the resort for food. We highly recommend the Vista and we will definitely be back in October for our anniversary! Safe travels

Property was nice but definitely hard to navigate around. Can’t really get to all the pools without driving. It’s not a simple walk to The other areas of the property. Parking was hard to find at times and food/drinks were wayyyy over priced. Nice place but there were kids in the pool EVERYWHERE not in the dedicated children’s pool area in ALL the pools so keep that in mind when searching for a place to vacation with your wife/husband.

The pool area was amazing. We went to the main pool almost everyday. We only discovered the other pool our last night which was fun.

Excellent Stay So Far. Just checked in 2 days ago. Our flight strived obnoxiously early; this resort happily accommodated us by giving us an amenities key and storing our luggage. (8:00 am). At 11:00am we received a text that our room was ready (5 hours early). Check in took less than 10 minutes. They retrieved our things and we were officially on va-cay! The room is spacious, clean (NO bedbugs whatsoever) and has a nice layout. Beautiful views. There is a small kitchenette WITH dishes and cutlery which is a game changer. Plenty of space, plenty of pool chairs, lots of pools, very cool- different activities for kids and adults. They also offer evening family-friendly activities. Not a huge fan of the way the restaurants are laid out- and they are a little pricey ($4 for a bottle of water)but thats more of a personal preference. Overall- vert impressed and am considering selling my Hilton Vacation Club membership for a Marriotts one. (Oh- and they are NOT pushy about the time-share thing. I haven't been asked once- though I know they are there and where the office is if I choose pursue).

We had a fantastic family getaway. From the moment we arrived, Jeremy M. made the check-in easy and welcoming. His attentiveness set the tone for the whole visit. The activities team — including Madison, Sydney, Riley, Max, and several others — made each day fun and engaging for our daughter. She was thrilled with the variety of activities. We also attended a presentation with Kelly R., who was informative, respectful and refreshingly low-pressure — exactly how these presentations should be. Around the main pool, Rosy made a lasting impression. Her warm smile and upbeat attitude brought so much positivity to our days . Lastly, we want to recognize the hardworking cleaning crew near Copa Loca restaurant and pool. Their kindness and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed and made a difference in our experience. We will definitely return.

The shuttle was included back and forth to the parks. The rooms were spacious and clean. We got rooms in the East Tower overlooking the pool - kids loved that! The $47 per night (x 2 rooms) was high, especially since the mini golf course (in need of updating) was not included in the fee and was an additional $47 for four of us. The rest of the amenities were great. Everyone was very helpful, particularly Jacqueline at the front desk and Frankie in Recreation. The Cafe was nice and varied. Very helpful. Pool Bar not so great. Mikado was fabulous. Will come back for the pools!

First visit to this hotel. This place is big, multiple pools, restaurants, and bars. I was here for a staycation weekend and enjoyed myself. This is a great place for families as there is a lot for young children to do. Most of the activity occurs outside. The pools, slides and the lazy river were beautiful and refreshing. The grounds are well landscaped and clean. The staff is courteous and friendly. The standard guest rooms are spacious and inviting. However, I thought a bit more art would be nice, especially in the bathroom. There are several restaurants for varying appetites (Italian, Asian, bar), including a “Pantry” that has some fresh cooked offerings as well as several grab and go items. However, there is only one indoor restaurant open all day. At the pool bar/restaurant, I had the “Marriott Burger” that featured pineapple and bacon and served with fires (or a sub). Very good. The resort also has a spa and a well equipped fitness center. The Hawks Landing golf course is on property as well for an additional fee. *NOTE: If you want to tip housekeeping, bring cash or ATM. No method to tip HK digitally)

The resort is beautiful! We got to the resort early as we had an early morning flight. They let us check in right away which was great. We are BONVOY members so I am not sure if that matters. The water park and lazy river was the best we have seen so far in Orlando. Enough chairs with shade. Drinks were a little pricey, $20 for a Margarita, but we only had 1 or 2. Body slides were closed but my son had plenty to do. Main pool was nice, TVs had soccer on, laser show at night over the pool was amazing. 2 Queen room was large and immaculate, beds were comfortable. We sat on the balcony and had coffee every morning. So peaceful and beautiful pool view. All of the staff were so nice and accommodating. Shuttle to Magic Kingdom was convenient. We took a quick 2 day trip and it was amazing. We will be back soon.

Thurs-sun couldn’t get pool chairs at either pool, pool service was barely existent, food orders took a long time and we couldn’t get any reservations at the restaurants This might have been an extra busy time as the Monday was a different experience and much calmer, friendlier and helpful.

I had planned a small trip with my family to celebrate my 40th birthday and chose the Orlando World Center due to a previous awesome experience. It was a special trip, it was the first time my mother was traveling since my dad passed last year, so we were all excited to be together. Upon arriving, I was greeted by an amazing gentleman named Gary at the front desk. Wow, what a great guy !! He was approachable, kind and did a great job of explaining all the details of what is happening at the resort. Gary gave me upgrades for both of our rooms with a beautiful view of the pool area and even sent me a birthday balloon and bottle of wine. What a thoughtful gesture! Gary is definitely an asset to your operation and should be recognized. I was able to surprise my family with the room upgrades, we ate some amazing meals and even rented a cabana by the pool. I was surprised about how close it was to universal studios, the outlets, restaurants and other stores, I wouldn't recommend walking to any of them, but there are safe crosswalks and roads to do it if you must. We drove to universal studios but loved that fact that there was in person in house to help book a shuttle there if you needed. We also saved a few dollars with the breakfast. Everyday they would switch it up, we had a choice between scrambled eggs or an egg omlet with cheese. French toast sticks or pancakes. Canadian Bacon, Traditional Bacon or some kind of sausage. There was also oatmeal, cereals available as well as bagels, breads, muffins, 2 choices of fruit (one pre-cut like cantaloupe or honeydew and another to take with you orange or apple)and juices. They also had a washer and dryer. I like to wash my clothes if I can before I leave so i don't have to deal with a dirty case full of clothes when I get back. Detergent and dryer sheet were complementary. It was 2 dollars to wash and 2 dollars to dry. The have a nice pool too!! We went in one time because we were busy going to the parks and visiting family. It was clean and had ample pool seating and umbrellas for shade

My stay at the hotel this weekend was simply excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with kindness and professionalism, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The facilities were spotless, with comfortable, clean rooms that were perfectly equipped to ensure a relaxing experience. I especially want to highlight the quality of service, the peaceful atmosphere, and the attention to detail. Additionally, the common areas, such as the pool and the restaurant, exceeded my expectations in both cleanliness and comfort. The included breakfast was varied and delicious, perfect for starting the day right. Without a doubt, I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay, whether for leisure or business. Hotel is clean and well kept! The room was clean with free coffee and tea. I love that the pool started at 3 ft for my little one. The free breakfast was fresh, nothing fancy but just enough for free breakfast. My kids enjoyed it. Free parking was amazing! The location was great. The bed was extremely comfy. Be prepared to walk since there is only 1 elevator with wrap around units but if you park near am exot door you can use the stairs. All in all would definitely stay here again instead of the sea world location.

I really enjoyed my week stay here. The space of the room was great, easy for me to work and lookout at a nice view of the pond and pool. The kitchen was very useful to cook dinner. The breakfast was good something different everyday besides just waffles. The location was close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. I wasnt there for parks but it is wlaking distance to Universal. My only cons were it would be nice to have seperate TVs. One for living room and bedroom. I would definitely visit again.

I love staying here because we know it's going to be clean! The cleaners are the best, so make sure you tip! They even take down the shower curtains when someone checks out. The rooms are large too, which is nice when you're staying for an extended period of time. Staff was very friendly. The lazy river has new hours and is open longer! Downside was that the pool was cold, so we opted to go into the large pool.

Second time we have stayed here and will stay again when it gets warmer so we can use the pool and slide! Homewood Suites Hilton Orlando Theme Parks was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and kind. I made an error when booking my reservation that they handled quickly and kindly to make sure I could still receive my rewards points. My app was also acting up with the virtual key card when we checked in, and they also handled that quickly! The hotel itself is super close to everything! It is minutes away from universal, sea world, disney, and both the Orange County Convention Center and The Orlando Convention Center and Disney Sports Resort (in case you are considering staying for cheer!) Parking is always available, and reasonably priced ($26 a night- and I promise it's not cheaper anywhere else in Orlando). The pool and sports court were wonderful. The pool was super clean and never too crowded. There is also a firepit and seating right outside of the pool that was lovely to sit at at night. The rooms themselves are perfect for a long stay! With plenty of space and the kitchenette is perfect for saving money by heating up leftovers or cooking your own meals. 10/10 would stay again!

My son had fun swimming in the pool, and we enjoyed drying off by the fire pit at night. The room was big with plenty of space for my husband and my son and I. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I especially liked the kitchen and full fridge.

I like how big the rooms are and how quiet it was. I was charged twice for one day of parking so just under $60 instead of just under $30 and the person who worked there was rude when she told us the pool was closed

Very nice stay. The hotel is new. The room was a good size with a fully equipped kitchen (other than a microwave). DaShaun was at the front desk on two days of our stay. Very nice young lady. Professional, courteous, and answered each of our questions with ease. She is a good representative for the Hyatt House. Because the hotel is new, the pool and bar are not open yet. We used the workout room. Nicely equipped with dumbbells (2.5 to 50lbs) an adjustable bench, cable machine, Kettle Bells, medicine balls, bands, 3 mats, an exercise ball, 1 spin bike, 2 treadmills, and 2 ellipticals. Cleaning wipes and head phones were available for individual use. The breakfast area was clean and well staffed. Breakfast was good on both days. Hot and cold options available. Parking was free, which is greatly appreciated since most hotels in this area charge for parking. A security officer worked each shift at the hotel. Both guards we spoke with were professional young men. Even though this area is safe, the hotel provides security as an extra amenity. We would stay at the Hyatt House again and recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff were amazing - really professional and accommodating. We were a big group and everyone had a good time. The rooms were spacious and clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The daily breakfast options were decent. The only downside was the pool; despite being told it was heated to 80 degrees, it was actually very cold. However, the children still had a blast. Overall, it was a great experience.

I was happy to be in that hotel .everythings were clean and organized.the only thing I could say is that the pool is really small.but other than that is a perfect place to stay in family. Without double I will come back again .thank you !!!!

The shower pressure wasn't that good, but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great, loved the location, enjoyed the pool.

Stayed at the Hyatt House for the weekend with my family, including 2 young children. I contacted Luis at the front desk after already checking in online. He provided me with room keys and reminded me that parking was complimentary, as well as breakfast. (rare in the Orlando tourist area). Room was ready on time, as they notified me via email. Asked for more towels and they brought them up rather quickly. Room was clean, AC was cold, and the service was excellent. Not much more to ask for. Super close to universal studios and they provide shuttle service if you give them advanced notice. Would stay again and recommend to anyone staying in the I drive area especially if going to universal studios.

Didn't regret our decision to stay here for a weekend staycation and to celebrate my birthday. Booked a 1BR unit for a 3N stay (Thurs to Sat). Room is just right, a bit smaller versus other 1BR HGV properties we've been to. But not something to complain about. It's clean and had the usual stuff one will need. Check-in was a breeze, as usual. Thanks to FD and Tata. It's a staycation and my birthday celebration and I had visitors that I had to accommodate. Not a problem! It's still a slow season and we're able to use a long table by the restaurant / pool (not pool side but very near). Everyone had a great time! Thanks to Jeff and F&B Team! Activity Center is great as well. We're able to use the facility. Great service! Shout out to FD Team, F&B Team and Valet Parking Team! Location will only get better once Universal Epic Universe opens in 2025... looks like we'll be back to this resort again.

Beautiful! We had a great view of the eye at icon park and the pool. The pool and slide are great too. Love the full kitchen!

The pool has 3 separate areas, a kiddie pool, a hot tub, a regular pool, towels are at the pool, and plenty of seating around the pool. Our rooms were clean and trash, and fresh towels were brought daily. We stay here almost every vacation to Orlando, Florida. We love it. They have a laundry facility, restaurant/bar (Calypso) amazing place, my son (5) fell asleep and slept the entire time we was there even through the belly dancing shows.

Large condos located right beside I Trolley Stop 28. Free parking $15 daily resort fee $30 cleaning fee on departure. Beds extremely comfortable. Furniture old fashioned needs replacing but I am aware some condos have been upgraded. Fresh towels dishwasher soap shampoo conditioner and soap daily. Welcome pack of coffee toilet paper kitchen towel - good service. Pool area could do with more loungers but very comfortable but pool a little small. Tiki Bar at pool but it was not open. Nice grassy play area for children beside the pool. Barbeques and seating dotted throughout the grassy areas in the complex. Calypso Bar and Restaurant located on the complex with happy hour 3 - 7pm. Full restaurant here as well as bar food which can be delivered to your room. Very well run complex.

The condos where clean and tidy, the pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool and the entire pool area and play area was clean, they had staff available 24 hours, along with a mini store, and coffee that you can purchase at the front desk. The staff was very polite and answered all of our questions.

Great quiet location on International Drive with I Drive Trolley stop No. 28 outside the hotel. Beautiful grounds throughout with lots of barbeque areas. Condos are big but furniture is a little tired but very clean and roomy (some condos have been refurbished but we did not stay in one of them). Each condo has a private balcony. Kitchen has full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, 4 ring hob, small toaster oven, microwave and coffee machine. Bed was really comfortable but sofa bed not comfortable at all. Excellent service at this condo hotel with clean towels supplied Daily and thrash removed daily also. Welcome pack on arrival coffee kitchen towels and toilet rolls. Small but very nice pool with a Tiki Bar which was not open while we were here. Pool area could do with more sunbeds but kept very well. Onsite restaurant and bar open from 3 to 11 which is closed Sundays and Mondays but offers happy hour from 3 to 7. Restaurant offers on site and take out/delivery food. Free parking at this hotel also.

This was a great hotel. More modern decor than other hotels. They had a pool and games outside. Inside there was a pool table and bar. Room was clean and up to date. Definitely recommended your stay here.

I LOVED THE BAR TENDER. The bar was beautiful and the bar tender was AMAZING and so was the food and drinks he prepared for us. I wish I knew his name because he deserves personal recognition and honestly made our whole stay there even better.The hotel was beautiful inside and out and it was very clean. My husband and I enjoyed playing pool and Connect 4 inside the lobby, and the huge version of Jenga at the pool area. The rooms decor was BEAUTIFUL and it gave off so many different vibes that would fit alot of age ranges and reasons for staying at this particular hotel like for example the decor of the room appealed to my husband and I because the colors were calm and fun giving off exciting energy and the room and view to us gave off a very romantic vibe,but to our teen and two younger kids who don't care about wall colors, energy, or romance at this time(thank goodness)it would've just been considered a really cool setup for our teen and hiding seek approved for our two younger kids giving off a vacay vibe for them that we plan for them to experience firsthand very soon.The bed is huge even if you have two beds in the room like we did. It's also really cool to see your name across the tv screen during your stay and most of the employees MINUS ONE were very welcoming and professional.

We were welcomed by Valeria at the front desk who was very welcoming , very helpful, pleasant and smiling. Valeria is an asset to your hotel. The hotel is very clean, the bed comfortable and the location of the hotel is excellent. The swimming pool area was nicely kept and very safe

Aloft was perfect for our stay in Orlando, and very close to Discovery Cove (our only scheduled adventure here). The room was spacious and the amenities were great.We enjoyed the lobby bar (WXYZ) as well as the pool table, and free popcorn. We'll definitely be back!
