The rooms were neat and clean. Really close to train station that we used to get all over town. The layout was great and the fish area was a nice addition. Sitting the yard you would hear the waterfall feature see the fish swimming it was a calm area to be in. The maid would often come by to clean keep everything tidy. This was a great place to stay with my large group.

It is very central and all the bedrooms are like individual hotel rooms with their own shower and toilet. But you get the whole property as well. There is a small communal living room and kitchen and plenty of outdoor seating if the weather is good.

The hotel and all the fabulous collections decorating it are off the charts. The decor is truly a feast for the eyes--every corner reveals new treats you have not yet seen: collections upon collection of beautiful antiques, framed posters, articles and photographs, telling the history of Bangkok. There are contemporary collections as well--posters, musical instruments and more!The service and care of the employees is off the charts. We loved all the food we tasted, we loved our bedroom and our bed and the fabulous linens. This is an absolutely first class hotel. The location, right on the water made it easy to get everywhere, as did the available water transport and the facilitation by the staff. Oh, the staff!....could not get any better--so personal and caring, listening and thinking ahead what we would like or need. The food was all delicious--breakfasts (love the home made passionfruit yogurts, the soup, the eggs, the pastries!) the dinners (loved everything we tasted !) The wine list was superb as was the assistance in selecting. We loved our bedroom!--Best bed ever! Best linens ever! Quiet, and so detailed in the planning right down to a soft "night light" under the bed, and each room is decorated differently-we loved the great looking bicycles on the walls of our room. The staff took care of us down to every detail.....they thought ahead of details that we would never have thought of, and which "made" our vacation. BEST EVER! Oh: Loved the lap pool: 5 stars!

I've gotta say, I've been staying at high-end design-driven hotels all over the world for the past 15 years and I have never been as impressed with the design of a spot as I was with the Siam. My wife designs hotels for a living, and I'm a 15 yr Creative Director, so suffice to say, we are rarely impressed. But this place knocked it out of the park. Couldn't find a single flaw with the place if I tried. It's def a haven from the insanity of Bangkok. If you're going to stay here, realize it is not near the generic riverfront hotels like the Peninsula or Mandarian. Those are a 30-45 min boatride south. Don't even try to take a cab to the tourist areas. Consider this more of an escape from--or oasis within--the city, and treat it accordingly. Food-wise, one of the best street food streets in Bangkok is directly across from the hotel, so if you want a mind-blowing $2 bowl of boat noodles for breakfast, just walk right out the door. The staff suggested tons of really great excursions and restaurants, all accessible via the private boat, and most within a 15-30 min boat ride from the hotel. We stayed in a Pool Villa suite and really didn't have a ton of reasons to leave, aside from getting the street food in the mornings. Will def return.

I really enjoyed my couple of days at this unique property I found it to be quiet and calming throughout my stay. It really is beautifully designed and you find yourself reaching for your camera time and again - it’s unlike any hotel I’ve stayed in in Bangkok. The staff were charming and helpful. I enjoyed the swimming pool area, my huge room, comfy bed, the gym and just reading a book in the light filled spaces throughout the hotel. There is a Jim Thompson outlet in the hotel, a small art gallery, a snooker table and a library. I was not intending to explore the many sights of the city nor spending time outside the hotel so can’t really comment on that, but it served the purpose of allowing this guest to decompress fully and in wonderful style.

this will be a memorable experience started with a booking of a muay thai package at the spa for a couple of friends celebrating their wedding ! And I decided to stay there with my close friend. Everything is done for your pleasure, from the pool view to the bar, breakfast service, the transfer service by boat and of course the spa premises which are unforgettable. I would like to express my gratitude to Mint who did a wonferful treatment with lots of attention (a senior therapist that I highly recommend). The hotel gathers a lot of antique pieces from the colonial age, a walk through the past in a cabinet des curiosités (amazing moments)... Thank you ! I hope to see you again, congratulations to the dedicated staff and the designer in charge of this hotel.

I only stayed here one night, but it really was a unique experience. I was quite exhausted after three weeks of travel, and The Siam gave me the perfect excuse to just stay in and relax at the hotel. I enjoyed a leisurly lunch, hanging out at the pool, and just relaxing. The room is very spacious with a killer bathroom and extremely comfortable bedding. The service was also really great. I would say the only thing I would do differently is find my own transportation to/from the airport, as it is quite overpriced compared to other hotels in Bangkok. Otherwise I really loved the hotel and my overall experience.

Very cool place with teak bungalows around the swimming pool. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was included and delicious. Five minutes to the airport for my fight to Siem Reap Cambodia

아이들이 수영장에서 노는것을 한눈에 볼수있어 매우 좋았고 또한 5분 거리에 전통시장과 마켓이 있고 호텔 앞 레스토랑은 정말 가격이 싸고 음식도 정말 맛있어요 다만 호텔이 전창으로 되어 있어 옷갈아 입을 때 커튼을 쳐야하는 불편함이 조금 있네요.. 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다.

チェックインが早かったため、プールに浮遊物がありましたが、すぐに掃除をしてくれ、キレイになっていました。プールに直接行ける部屋にしたので、息子は大喜び。周りの環境が過ごしやすくてよかったです。こども連れにおすすめ。タピオカドリンクを自分で作れる(入れ放題30バーツ)や、日本の昔の駄菓子屋さんが奥にあり、表にパッタイとフライドライスだけのお店があるような、ワクワクするローカルのお店が沢山ありました。次回からドンムアンを使う時は最終日こちらのエリアに泊まりたいです。タクシーで30分位のところにものすごく大きなショッピングモールがあり、お土産の、買い忘れなども全て解決してくれます。ホテルの朝食はパンにジャム、飲み物などと簡素なものですが、清潔度など総合的に満足と言えます。ドンムアン空港まで無料のシャトルカーがあります。

Breakfast was very good different choices every day. Great cafe, no bitter or sour taste. So close to the Central mall, where low cost food choices are available. Outside the mall there is street food available. In the hotel is a great tailor shop for individual, measure to body , suits and shirts with Italian fabrics for 15.000 bhat each. Also offers cheaper solutions.... but hey. I liked the pool, a little oasis and well maintIned . Wireless works fine everywhere, so poolside management is possible....until the hardware gets too hot. The staff, superb, knowledgeable, good communication and very friendly. I definitely will be back in October

The staff were very welcoming. The room looked a little dated, but was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is a short from a shopping mall, which is brilliant. We really appreciated the free shuttle to Chatuchak Market. We enjoyed the pool, which is on the ground floor, so be prepared for a bit of a trek from your room to the pool.

Hotel was very nice and clean and big. Location was best. Connected to the Central mall and Ladprao metro internally. Chatuchak market was just 10 mins. This place is not spoken of, but is the best market in Bangkok. Room was good and comfortable. Facilities like pool and lots of dining options at the hotel. Breakfast had many options including Indian, Thai, Chinese, English. I was not able to select only a few. Mostly over ate. Chef personally came to see guests and was also honouring special request for Tea or Roti. We know that tea is must for Indians. Staff were the best. The watchman at the entrance were so helpful. Even the staff at reception were very good and always ready to serve you. Hospitality of this hotel is top notch. In short, it was more than pleasant stay at this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. Our room had a nice view of the city. I liked the fact that it is connected to a mall, it made it easy to pick up essentials and get food. As there are not alot of options within walking distance, and its a little far from alot of attractions. It is close to public transportation though. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I'm bummed that I didnt have time to enjoy the pool area but I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious stay.

Location is an excellent hub which is convenient to explore the city by SkyTrain and Subway. You can enjoy shopping with the big Central department store and surrounding shopping arcades, enjoy eating with variety of delicious restaurants and food courts. The hotel has the atmosphere like resort in the city with full facilities of gym, swimming pool, spa, meeting rooms and many high standard restaurants. Highly recommended.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, though vegetarian choices were limited (I’m not vegetarian, but I noticed this). The room was spotless and cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided as expected. We stayed in a king room, which was spacious with plenty of storage. The staff was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and even surprised us with fruits and cake for our wedding anniversary, which was a thoughtful touch. The view from our room was stunning, adding to the overall experience. The pool and gym were great, but the pool area was quite crowded, making it difficult to fully relax, as all the lounge beds were occupied. We also appreciated the convenience of having a 7/11 nearby for any essentials and a small mall where we could easily order or buy food. The overall value for money was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent service and attention to detail!

Amazing hotel, great breakfast selection, good position, nice and helpful staff, great room with everything we needed. The pool and bar on the rooftop were the best part. We could see the city and sunset and the staff allowed us to use the pool facilities after check out. Our room was quiet and high above the chaos of the city.

We stayed 6 nights in a beautiful suite. Lovely comfortable bed, wonderful room, double sinks, bath and a nice shower room, lovely flowers and great cleaners. The turndown service was a very nice touch. Checkin was superb, efficient and we had an early check in which was really appreciated. The lengthy pool is on the third floor and has a nice sunbathing deck. Breakfast is really good, plenty of choice and excellent coffee. Ploy does a great job keeping it organised. I love the way the restaurants have been set up and they have a good vibe. We ate in the evening in the sports bar restaurant and the service was good, despite being busy and the food was delicious, especially partaking in a superb Indian meal. Chicken keema samosas the best I’ve tasted. Champ is the Champ and Folk and Benz perfect service. The shuttle bus service to the mall is well organised. Khun Geng on the door is amazing. He is here, there and everywhere with a smile on his face. Special thanks go to Suren, Sherree, Mint and the super lounge team, Dream, Aoy and Eiw. They looked after us so very well. Expect to pay around 400baht for meter taxi from don muang airport. (About 20 mins depending on traffic) Took Grab taxi back and 12 mins. Great base for exploring the sites of Ayutthaya. Fastest checkout ever with Khun Dream in the lounge. Thank you Pierre-Yves for your brilliant assistance. An amazing stay.

The Novotel future park Bangkok is a nice property. It is located 10 km from DMK airport. The property is within walking distance to a large new shopping mall. The property has a pool, a small gym, and ample onsite parking. The hotel has two restaurants. An Italian restaurant and a Brazilian steakhouse. We ate at the Italian restaurant and the food was good. Breakfast was included in our room rate and the selection was extensive and the food is excellent. The room we had was nice size with a comfortable king size bed. Good AC and internet. Nice hot shower. Plenty of space to store your things. There is always a concierge on duty. All in all a nice place to stay the night before our flight to Manila. Thank you.

Another very enjoyable stay at this fine hotel. Check in is always smooth, friendly and efficient. We appreciate the warm welcome each time our taxi arrives and assistance with our luggage. This year we have made several visits and stayed in a variety of room types, we found each one to be very clean and well maintained, providing all the amenities required for a happy time. Breakfast choices are many and varied, high quality and presented very well. The hotel bar is a popular place for local celebrations and often there is entertainment. The swimming pool is a great place to relax and there is a well equipped gym. The free shuttle to Future Park shopping and entertainment complex is a bonus.

I've stayed in other Novotel's before (other countries, over 5 years ago) and always thought the value was sufficient. However, for this branch my expectations were surpassed. 1. Very friendly service; I had a very early morning flight and they provided a breakfast box for me :) 2. Changed money easily. 3. Shuttle service to nearby shopping mall available (if wanted). 4. Quite good breakfast. 5. Room service easily done with app. 6. Comfortable fitness/pool area. Would stay again.

I stayed at The Quarter Ladprao by UHG for one night during a quick stopover in Bangkok, and it was a pleasant experience overall. Breakfast was excellent. Varied Asian meals the three days we were there. Pool was relaxing and fun for the kids. The location is very ideal. Very easy and access to metro mall MRT and Union Mall is just across the hotel. Central Ladprao is also walking distance. Very convenient to catch a movie while waiting for your flight or bus trip. Close to Mochit. THE STAFF were very helpful especially the ones at the lobby. They go a long way to accommodate and help.

Very clean rooms, we didn’t need the sheets changed and they would give you free drinks at the restaurant. We appreciate the bell man, Jay, he booked taxis for us when there was rain and a traffic jam. Pool was really good, and excellent selection at breakfast too. Very convenient to the MRT and large union mall and central ladprao.

Excellent stay, this hotel is a great place to wined down and relax it has a good pool and the fitness center is well equipped with the gear. The breakfast was tasty with too many choices. Highly recommend, mall is close and transport links. the staff are sweet and the rooms are cleaned to perfection. khob jai na krupp !

The pool is fantastic.. the gym is easily the best hotel gym I've ever seen! It is big with new equipment, and very clean! The rooms were spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The subway station could not be any closer, it's literally next door. We will be back!!

Loved this Hotel and didn't want to leave. Staff were so welcoming and after checking in we bumped into Charlie himself. Our room was a great size with a Ginormous bed and everything we needed. The Gardens and pool area were stunning, so lush and green hidden just minuets away from the main road hustle and bustle. We had breakfast one morning which was really tasty but there was food stalls just at the end of our road and a 7 Eleven opposite (so we ate toasties most days) We loved the location and would of been very happy staying longer. Would 100% recommend and hope to revisit again.

Staff went above and beyond to help us, they were really great and definitely the highlight of our experience in BKK! The facilities were amazing, we barely used the pool (bc we planned too many things), but there is nice garden and the communal areas were comfortable. There is a bench/table outside each room if you wanna sit outside or play games with your group. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean and very comfortable as well.

After a full on day in the hot concrete jungle of Bangkok and to walk in those gates to await your Oasis. The beautiful green grass with the stone pathway inviting you to the swimming pool. The staff was all fantastic and really friendly to our girls.

Lovely place and lovely staff!! The room was nice and clean and great aircon!! The pool was calm and enjoyable. A real peaceful space amongst the chaos of Bangkok. Lovely to come home to Charlie house at the end of the day :) will be back!!

Nice and close to Sukhothai Thammatirat Open University. We were there for convocation and the traffic around the University was extremely congested, so it was helpful to be close by. Nice clean, modern rooms, and very helpful staff. ( Especially with advice on how to get to the University quickly by motorcycle taxi ) We were able to an early check in which was very convenient (~ 10:30 am ). The hotel also had a nice pool that we used....very refreshing! The only downside in the pool area was the exceptionally slippery tile that surrounds the pool and environs. Maybe the Hotel has a neurosurgeon on call to deal with the high probability of head injuries.

I arrived at 1:00 am and left at 10:30 am and wish I could have stayed longer. Everything was terrific but highlights include a large stall shower and a great buffet breakfast (not included in room charge). Wifi worked well, staff were eager to please and I wanted to visit the pool. Near airport and some shopping. Rates are low for the value received.

Good hotel for exhibition at Impact arena Muangthong thani. Nice staffs, good service especially Miss.Opal from Front desk. Everybody is kind for me, and room is clean too. I hope to go again. Very nice swimming pool, breakfast restaurant too.

I had a pleasant stay at Hop Inn Rangsit. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The location is a major plus – conveniently accessible to public transport and within walking distance of a shopping mall and local market, making it perfect for both leisure and practical needs. Overall, Hop Inn Rangsit offers excellent value for money with its great service, cleanliness, and prime location. I would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.

This hotel chain is a great bargain. Prices are very reasonable and it is very clean. Plus daily room service if you need it. Just a short 2 minute walk to the taxi stand. In that area there’s several restaurants, from KFC, Japanese, McDonald’s, and other local restaurants. The giant mall is on the other side of the highway, We take a taxi to get around the highway, about $1.40 each way. There’s hundreds of restaurants in the mall, with a large variety of food.

I like clean rooms, lovely staff, smiling, very helpful, convenient transportation near the station and shopping center, worth the price of the room.

Great Little hotel in a very good location, close to BTS Hayak Ladproa and MRT Phahonyothin. I normally stay in Sukhumvit area. I am delighted with their hospitality. The room is in good size although I travel on my own. I still have plenty of room to open my 2 big suitcases. There is a big fridge in the room and 2 big bottles provided free of charge, this is generous. The big balcony although there is no view to look at but this is useful to dry your clothes with the drying rack out there.The second floor have the kitchen, microwave. plates, spoons, forks, coffee, hot water, noodles cup and snacks provided 24 hours a day. There is a golf cart to pick up and drop off to and from BTS or MRT station if you're not fancy walking. There is a laundry service nearby,it's so convenient for long stay guests. The receptionist, they are so sweet and polite. I stayed in many 4 or 5 star but I didn't receive such a warm welcome like this hotel. I had a great stay and no doubt I am highly recommended this hotel.

Apart from the nicest staff on site which gave me advice on transportation, and greeted me with smiles every single day, I definitely enjoyed the common area/pantry on the second floor. Its an insta-worthy space with free flow coffee and snacks which feels private because there's hardly any other people there. I went there for coffee every morning (and evening). I also sometimes ate my lunch there as they provide a microwave, plates, cups, and utensils for every use. The shuttle to the MRT which is by Union Mall operated from 7am to 12am. I went to a concert and got back late but walking was just around 1km and the area felt safe as there's 7e's and Big C minimart on the way. The shuttle to the BTS was great when I wanted to go to the city centre (Siam especially) for shopping. Oh, and there's a halal food stall selling Thai chicken biryani (Kao mok gai) of walking distance nearby. Its so delicious and cheap!

This hotel provided the best experience of Bangkok to my parents and myself. The rooms are nice and clean, has most everything for your travel. The big bottle of water provided are really good to have, it's nice difference than the two little bottle of water than other hotels I've stayed. The hanging rack on the balcony is really nice to have, the location is few steps away from a laundry facility if you're travel with family and longer than a week. The location is most convenient and the shuttle services to hot spots and MRT/BTS subway entrance in the area is awesome. The staff here are the best, they are professional, personal and very helpful. The kitchen on the 2nd floor provides snack all day, and very nice sitting area, it's really great if you need an business friendly environment other than your room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

An Absolutely Superb Stay in Bangkok! This hotel truly went above and beyond my expectations and made my Bangkok trip incredibly comfortable. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and incredibly pleasant, providing a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. The bed was super comfortable, guaranteeing a fantastic night's sleep every single night. One of the standout features was the thoughtful touch of complimentary coffee and cookies available all day on the second floor. It was such a lovely perk, perfect for a quick pick-me-up or a relaxing moment. Above all, the staff were absolutely wonderful – kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met and provided excellent recommendations. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It truly offers exceptional value and a delightful experience.

Excellent, comfortable rooms with extremely nice beds. Bonus was having free Netflix to watch in the room. Each room has its own wifi router which you can access with password. Plenty of storage space. The common room on level 2 was very handy to have. In addition to the biscuits and coffee, there was a selection of buns and pastries provided on the weekend. We were allowed to stay there after check out since our flight was at night. You can also leave your bags at the front desk after you check out if you plan to visit other places. The shuttle bus to Union Mall was very convenient and quick and saved us a lot of walking in the heat. It is available till midnight on most days. The front reception ladies were very helpful and called us a taxi to the airport.

We stayed at the Novotel Impact while attending a concert, and it was the perfect choice. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to the Impact Arena and halls, so we could easily avoid all the traffic before and after the show. The indoor pool is temperature-controlled and a great size, and the food at the restaurants was excellent. Special thanks to Jacky at the reception, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful — he truly deserves a raise! New at the restaurant was also very kind and attentive. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay, highly recommended if you’re attending any event at Impact.

Everytime when I stay at Novotel Impact (this is my 4th time stay here), I feel like stay home with friends and family. Although, everything here ex. room, food, and hotel facilities and cleanliness are standard. But the most outstanding here are the Novotel Impact staff’s capabilities (far better than many 4-5 stars Accor hotels). From management level, I believe she is a front manager who monitor and well organize for check-in and check-out including response with customer’s request and problem solving with big smile. Even, there are a lot of customers (Long Q) but everything is going quick and smooth. Concierge team are very active and open conversation with very helpful action. Premier lounge staffs both morning and evening shifts are always friendly and warm welcome, their unique capability is to remember what customers want, even very tiny issues like sauce or utensil that help to leverage taste and quality of simple breakfast or dinner to be wonderful and happy moment. House keepers are very polite (always greeting) with beautiful smile even the hotel are very busy (fully occupied). I stay in room 502 for 8 days, room is perfectly clean and all amenities are 100% well organized (better than 5 stars hotels in BKK). Lastly, I believe Novotel Impact could be one of the best example for many Accor hotels to improve their services by come and learn from here.

We came very late from BKK, booked for 1 room in advance for 2 people but showed up at the Front Desk with extra people. Thanks to the very hospitable and very professional staff, Miss Nisa at the Front Desk who arranged our rooms so we all can be accommodated and not only that, she assigned us in cozy rooms, high floor with a magnificent view of the city. We are so grateful for Nisa's help that she even made a way to arrange our rooms beside each other. We would never forget how happy we were because of that. Also, we would like to commend Beer of 145 Bar & Restaurant. We know we showed up almost closing time but Beer with a sweet smile accommodated us and we had the best steak and salmon which was superb and the best we ever had! This is like a purpose built hotel for those attending conference or concerts in the area. I had a concert to attend at Thunderdome, and given that traffic will be bad and journey will take long from central Bangkok, I decided to stay one night here. Took an early flight and happy to be checked in with room ready so early. Booked an executive room on the tenth floor with club lounge access. It’s the standard Novotel room but the pillows will always remain a highlight for me. I slept so well. Missed happy hour cos of the concert but I had breakfast the next morning at the lounge, decent selection. The chef was on standby to make eggs for you and help out which was great. The extension pink line MRT to Muang Thong Thani is still under construction and I believe once that is ready getting to Impact will be much more convenient. Had a pleasant stay here no complains.

Stayed here during J-hope’s concert and I must say that the staff are very kind and accommodating. The hotel lobby smells really lovely and housekeeping service was really great too. We availed the Breakfast option and we loved coming there every morning! All of the food options were delicious! It was also a convenient location if you are going to the concert in Impact Arena as it was just across and there was a bridge/connection. There were nearby restaurants but they closed quite early during our stay there. The only downside was I find it hard to go to main Bangkok so I mostly took taxi for convenience but this is a definite when you need an accommodation next to the arena. Would def come back next time!

This was my first time staying at ibis Impact Bangkok for two nights, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. Especially during check in, the lady in charge of my check in process was superb and efficient. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for anyone attending events at IMPACT, as it is just a short distance away. The overall service and amenities were excellent. The breakfast had many choices and was delicious. The staff from the café, breakfast team, the chef who cooked the omelette, housekeeping staff and the doorman were all very nice and friendly. Not to mention the staff who helped me make a cup of coffee during breakfast, he was very kind and gentle. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again for my next event.

everything. especially the hotel staff (all the receptionists those in blue, red and gold uniforms), they were really nice, treated me so well, made me feel safe, tried so hard to communicate with me (language barrier) but they speak english quite fluent enough for me to understand, cared for their customers greatly, never faced any disturbance at all, my room was so clean i found nothing that could displease me but perfection. housekeepers cleaned my room quickly and did their job very well without making me feel uncomfortable. the location as well very strategic, the skywalk was the best thing could ever exist. ordered grab food also very quick as all the shops and restaurants are nearby. breakfast served was scrumptious, very quick on refilling food/drinks that was almost finished.

The location of Ibis Impact is convenient for everyone who attends events, concerts or wants to stay in the area. The breakfast is buffet which offers a really big selection of food and the restaurant is big with lots of seating. I found that the downstairs restaurant was really good and all staff were so friendly and kind and supportive. The walkway to the halls is a great way to walk to any halls and ample car parking for guests.

Have stayed here a few times now and it's always pleasant. The location is perfect if you're visiting the area for an event/concert in one of the arenas around, the staff is always very friendly, efficient and helpful, and the rooms are super clean and spacious, equipped with everything you might need for a short stay.

I think the staff gave me a very good impression of being friendly, attentive and well-spoken. The communication was great, especially we were able to keep our baggage in the storage while we still had some time to explore Bangkok around before our flight home. Great choice to stay if you are to attend concert/ fanmeet nearby.

Maybe I got lucky with a quiet time, but my room overlooked the pool, and gym and pool conveniently close two floors down from my room, so very easy to go down, do a few weights, and then freshen up in the pool.

IT WAS MY SECOND TIME IN CRAFTSMEN HOTEL AND I FELT LIKE AT HOME NOW. LOVE THE PEOPLE THERE AND THE ATMOSPHERE. BREAKFAST AT THE POOL - AMAZING!, COFFEE IN THE MORNING AT THE POOL - AMAZING ! AND I LOVE IKIGAI SPA WHERE I BOOK THAI OIL MASSAGE. I WILL COME BACK AGAIN NEXT YEAR, THANK YOU FOR ALL.

The premise is so beautiful with the view of swimming pool from balcony of the room. We got to chill beside the pool too. The staffs in hotel are so friendly. We really enjoy our stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Craftsman. The breakfast options were all very tasty and the service provided at the restaurant was above and beyond. Just a note to the reception staff, while working in the coworking space we noticed a few times staff were very sick and coughing a lot with no masks on. It prob best to leave the area to have continuous coughing fits with covid and flu etc. Another note for guests is to keep in mind this is a popular "instagram/tiktok hotel so you do unfortunately experience a lot of people just taking hundreds of photos of themselves in the environment, but it is 2024 ...... The room is nice and clean but small, and the bathroom doors seem a bit redundant as they are just one glass roller door that doesnt close fully. The music from the cafe can be heard from your room and one night there was an influencer event which was pretty loud, and the attendees enjoyed the free alcohol, got pretty rowdy all hours of the morning! The gym is nice, big and clean. The pool is very long and refreshing but again popular for insta pics (and not swimming in hahahahha) But overall we did enjoy our time its in a great location walking distance to everything and we will be stating again this year.

The hotel is new so it's still in a great state. The staff are welcoming and their service is awesome! You have to pay extra for breakfast which is fine with me. Not buffet and not too special but good enough--as long as I have breakfast before I head out then that's perfect. Didn't get to try the pool and gym though. The location is in a quiet alley but a bit of a long walk to Ari BTS/train station--about 12-15 minutes. If you don't mind walking or being out in the sun then it should be ok. Otherwise, you can book a taxi, grab, or hail tuktuk (there'd be a few occasionally). Overall, I had a pleasant stay! Will definitely recommend to family and friends! :)

Room was very big, comfortable and nice. I liked the fact that we could check in earlier and to be located in very close proximity to the airport, Receptionist was very helpful, called us a taxi and we had overall very nice stay in this beautiful hotel. Unfortunately, didn’t use a pool but next time I hope we will.

Room was so clean and spacious. It was so comfortable and quiet. I also appreciated the gym and pool personally, very nice facilities and the staff was so nice. We would 100% book this place again when return to Bangkok. It's very far from the center but very near Impact Arena if you're attending an event there.

Stayed here many times great value for money rooms all been updated since covid close to DM airport pool and gym good too staff 5* would highly recommend if staying over this side of BKK and now has sky train too 5 minute walk to get to downtown BKK

Easy check in&out , nice lobby and the rooms have been revamped since I was here previously. Breakfast is excellent with egg,pancake, various other stations for freshly prepared items to your liking. So much choice. Nice pool, good gym. Close to Lak Si BTS with a choice of pink and red (commuter) lines so easy access to Bang Sue Station or DMK Airport. Or use Grab & Bolt Apps for taxi. In the rooms they have very comfortable beds, large bathroom, extra seating area with table. Fridge, tea/coffee. Nice quiet aircon. Rooms are quiet considering you are so close to the main transport links. The re is a 7/11 across the road (access via footbridge) & the I.T. Mall @ Lak Si. Enjoy

The location was near the Central mall and 7-11 is just right beside the hotel which is very accessible anytime.

I had a 3nights stay here as a solo traveller and all I can say is that it was an awesome and truly SiAmazing stay! It's a hostel yet it feels more like a hotel. Location is a + as it's near MRT station, night market and have public motorbikes and taxis outside. The bathroom is clean and has enough cubicles with a ready to use shampoo and body wash in a dispenser, strong water supply with a heater and a hair blower. Room is a bit dim even in daytime tho but they have individual reading and dim lights in each bed bunk with individual socket for you to charge your electronic devices. They have spacious lockers for your to keep your things safe(bring your own locks or you can buy from a nearby 7-eleven store). The aircon is good and cool but I just hate it during my first night because I stayed with a group of friends and they're so noisy and they turn the aircon temp in 26(aircon in 26 temp???) Inconsiderate as it seems because they are not alone in the room. Staff Aey and 3guys are very friendly and helpful in giving directions. I had to leave early for my flight the next morning and Aey was very kind by extending her service. She kept 3babanas, coffee, creamer and sugar for me to have before I go. I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend fellow travellers to stay here.

I arrived at Siamaze at around 3:00 a.m. The security let me in and gave me my key. The next morning I went down to do a proper check in. The hostel staff was very nice and helpful. Everything went very smooth. The facilities are clean as a whistle. What ever you need, the hostels staff is very friendly and kind and are eager to help. I booked a single private room. My room was very spacious and the en-suite bathroom was very nice. WiFi worked excellent. For breakfast they have fresh self serve eggs, with bread, jams, noodles, fresh fruits, and many other options. If you’re looking for a safe, clean, and quiet hostel in the middle of Bangkok, this is an excellent place to base your self. If I am ever in Bangkok again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Siamaze again. P.S. They have a cute little garden zen area with a hammock. You can easily sit out there and forget that you’re in Bangkok 😄

First hostel of my solo trip and it will be hard to beat! I booked a 4 bed dorm, the bunks have enough room and a little bedside table. The lockers are big, bring your own locks or rent them from reception. Theres a basket of freebie shampoos etc in the showers that people have left behind. The tv lounge is a great room to meet people, also fyi... If you watch a dvd and its in thai - theres an audio button on the remote to change to english. Breakfast is help yourself to bread, eggs and fruit, you can make your own scrambled egg on toast. Drinks are juice, water, coffee etc. Theres always taxis going right past the hotel and there is a security man there to help if its early hour and you need a cab. I think to Don Meung airport a metered taxi costs 150-180 baht. Also right near MTR station. I will definitely stay here again next time im back in Bangkok.

Clean and stylish hostel with large rooms and excellent air conditioning, the nicest staff you could ever find and a great atmosphere that encourages mingling. We stayed here 9 nights between 12/22 and 2/23 and will stay again. Everyone from families to seniors and many digital nomads from all over the world came through. Nice Saturday cookouts and DYI breakfasts. Drinks are available and you’re close to several convenience stores. Two metro stops are easy walking distance and there are great restaurants and several street markets nearby. Huge lockers in the shared dorms! The only critique is the beds are very firm and there’s not much in the way of storage or supplies for cooking… but frankly it’s cheaper to eat at the markets or nearby restaurants anyway so that was not a problem.

We stayed in this hostel on recommendation from our teenage son who had stayed here twice earlier in the year, whilst he was travelling, and we weren't disappointed, for us the location was perfect as it was great to get away after a long day in hustle and bustle to something close but not right in centre. Staff were faultless very helpful and knowledgeable and keen to help. We are now staying in a 5+ hotel in Chiang mai and the hotel here could learn a thing or two from Siamese hostel, We stayed in a private double room and it was spotless, as was the rest of the hostel, we have booked to stay again before we we leave to go home.

We stayed in the hotel with 2 children before we startet a bicycle Trip in thailand. The hotel is comfortable and the staff is very helpful. We could leave luggage until we will return after our Trip. The children enjoyed the Pool. The breakfast is very good and has Lots of choice. It' s the little Details which make the hotel very spezialisiert and comfortable. The Staff was extremely friendly. Thank you very much and we look forward to come back after our Trip.

Service and hospitality was amazing, all the staffs were very respectful and nice and fun, bar and restaurant service great, the pool was relaxing, the location of the hotel was the best since 7eleven was infront and there is a McDonald’s 2mins on the same road, reception staffs were great and the concierge was 100% specially bell boy Est was the best arranged everything for us and took great care of us, Thankyou Est and Stay hotel team for the wonderful experience -🇲🇻

The staff ars friendly. There is a pool,gym and small restaurant that serves daily breakfast.The location is also good near convenience stores, bank and shops. There are free snacks and drinks in the lobby.

This is my second time here. This is the best value hotel in Bangkok for me. Friendly staff. Modern comfortable rooms. A pool if you need it. Good breakfast options with an egg station. Yes, it's a bit further out, but you can get a grab or taxi easily. It's in a quiet area with a 7-11 and tops daily nearby.
