Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in Paphos District

We stayed here in May 2025. The staff were all amazing, very nice and always helpful. The breakfast is the best I've ever had, huge choice of foods, cereal, fruit, crepes, yogurt, fruit, fresh orange machine and amazing raw honey (in honeycomb) Very clean, lovely indoor pool and outside pool. We loved sitting out in the grass areas, people watching. My only issues were, The cement floor screeding around the pool and in many places on the walls has broken away and crumbling. The outside swimming pool has alot of mosiaic tiles missing. All of the external light fittings need replacing, old and held together with silver tape.

Very good location, the facilities were very good,enjoyed the pool and the pool bar. There was an elevator leading down to the pool from the room which was very helpful

The Amphora is slightly less busier than other hotels, which is just what we wanted. Theres a good number of sunbeds which are spaced out around the pool but also on a grass area which leads down to a small sandy beach so dont have too many people walking between your loungers and is also set back off the main promenade. Pool is good with a smaller shallow one for children. It does close quite early but there's a pool side bar that is open serving drinks and food which is reasonably priced. Our room is simple and clean with comfy double bed which was refreshed daily, floors mopped, glass cleaned and fresh towels every 2 days - looks like most rooms have a great sea view as well which is beautiful. We had a large balcony to sit out on, and there was an airer to put all your wet clothes on. Reception staff were helpful and staff around the hitel were also friendly. Breakfast had a great choice of food and close to local shops and small selection of restaurants, but the walk up to the Pafos harbour where there's more activitiy and choice of food only takes about 20 minutes.

We had a double room with halfboard. Every room has a view to pool, garden and sea at the same time. Breakfast was perfect - I'm vegetarian and I was pleases. Dinner - also very good, different dishes from one evening to another. Special thanks to head waiter and the deputy head waiter (Andrei). Cleaning was exemplary, and so were the bath consumables. A lot of cafes and restaurants at walking distance. Pool bar with various drinks and snacks. Definitely a place to return to.

Our stay was short but very relaxing! The Pool/beach area with palm trees and sea views was absolutely beautiful — the perfect place to unwind on a sunbed and enjoy the peaceful sunset. The pool was large, clean, and very pleasant to swim in. Our room was modern, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We truly enjoyed our time here!

THE MOST AMAZING HOTEL! We came to Cyprus for the first time this year for our friend’s wedding at the hotel and were not disappointed! Summary of The Elysium: 1. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at 2. 20min from the airport 3. 24hr room service (highly recommend) 4. Services in the hotel: hair & nail salon, spa & gym facilities, perfumery, other shops 5. ESPA products provided in the bathrooms 6. QR codes for service around the pool and everything can be charged to your room 7. Ice-cold towels brought around the pool each morning (heaven) 8. Most amazing friendly staff 9. Extremely fancy and clean hotel 10. Great food and culture 11. Excellent cocktail selection 12. Breakfast buffet 10/10 13. 5min walk to the local strip with lots of restaurants, bars and shops including McDonald's and KFC 14. Luxurious and extremely comfy beds (the maids even do a “turn-down” in the evening which includes taking the cushions off the bed, water restock and turning on the ambient lighting! I’d never heard of a pillow menu until staying here!) 15. Cats everywhere 16. 10/10 weather Laura from the salon is a superstar and fixed my nail that broke the day before the wedding. Christoph? (blonde curly hair pool waiter), the first aiders and the lady in the spa were all ANGELS and took great care of my sister whilst she was not well on holiday. Fortini (waitress) and Thanasis (doorman) were always extremely sweet and friendly. We couldn't name everyone but all of the staff we met were wonderful!

This was a hotel full of old world charm and hospitality and yet had all the modern comforts. The indoor heated pool was a wonderful way to end a day of sightseeing. The food was incredible…we had breakfast and dinner and the staff would always offer to make us something new. The staff were just incredible in their hospitality. We could walk to the harbour from the back of the hotel. The outside pool of many levels looked amazing though we used the indoor heated pool as it was winter. We had a great stay!

Very nice hotel. Very elegant interior with lots of facilities available. We booked bed and breakfast and made use of the outdoor pool, the indoor pool/sauna and steamer all included. The rooms included bath robes and good quality slippers. We had a nespresso coffee machine in our room which was great. The sea view from the room was amazing. AC in the room was easy to use. House keeping kept the room clean and fresh everyday. Everything was replaced/topped up well. We had one issue with another guest however the reception and guest relations were able to sort it out for us smoothly. The reception staff are very smiley and friendly. They are easily approachable so are the bell boys. They were amazing! The breakfast options were amazing, the outdoor seating for breakfast was my favourite. The only bad thing was that it was noisy from early morning (8am)as there was construction work going on in tombs of kings.

Amazing outdoor pool area, great rooms, lovely bars, relaxing indoor and outdoor restaurants. Big indoor pool, great gym, sauna, steam and spa. Everything is so spacious, tasteful and clean. The food is beyond amazing. One of the restaurants is a huge, constantly changing buffet, which is fantastic. The hotel is near 2 brilliant archeological sites, the tomb of the Kings and the Archaeological Park. The feeling of the hotel is classy relaxed. The best thing of all is the staff, who are all so lovely, so helpful and make your stay so easy and enjoyable.

Incredible and impeccable service throughout our stay! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was memorable, including a custom request of an ice cream cake for my husband’s birthday ( the cake was heavenly)!!!! The pool area was amazing, with plenty of sun beds, helpful & friendly staff and an incredible food & drink service. On Saturday & Sunday, a live DJ was spinning tunes poolside really adding to the tropical atmosphere.

Best hotel in Paphos. Amazing breakfast, wonderful staff, always big smiles and very kind. Amazing sea view and sunsets. The rooms with a private pool are great, although we didn't use that much the private pool😂😂

We have been staying at Annabelle for over Twenty years and have just returned home from our 22nd stay. Annabelle has the best location in Paphos, just a short 15 minutes walk to the harbour and right on the seafront. There is a private beach area to the rear and beautiful tropical gardens with 2 outdoor pools and various other places to cool off including the swim-up bar. We stayed in a studio suite with sea view, and having stayed in most types of room this is our favourite. The room was really spacious with fantastic sea views. The furnishings were all of good quality and the bed was really comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was also spotlessly clean and had a good size balcony with sun loungers, table and chairs. We ate in all of the restaurants as we were on half board basis and the food choice, quality and service were all excellent. Breakfast was in the Fontana which was also open on a few night during our stay for buffet dinner. The choice and quality of the food in the Fontana restaurant was also excellent. Everything was replenished quickly and the hot food selections were actually hot. We had a fantastic time again, totally relaxing, thanks to the amazing staff at Annabelle who couldn’t do enough for us. Already booked 23rd and 24th visits.

Perfect location, good facilities, very friendly staff. Lovely holiday all round. We were recommended this hotel by Permier Travel in St Ives as they had personally stayed there. Five star hotel therefore all facilities were great. Two pool areas - One large rectangular pool and other were irregular shaped pools on three levels with waterfall and pool bar. The irregular shaped pool was our favourite as quieter and good temperature. Larger pool was almost too warm and wasn’t as refreshing due to the fab weather that we had. Breakfast area was great. So much choice and waiting staff were extremely friendly. Always clean and tidy and food topped up at all times. We didn’t use the other restaurants at hotel but others said that they were amazing. Short walk to bars and small supermarket opposite. Leisurely 10 minute walk to marina area where there was an abundance of good restaurants. 10 days in Paphos was probably a bit long as most of the trips were boat trips and lacked other trips. Overall, the Annabelle was a nice hotel. Similar to the Hilton Malta that we also stayed in, but Annabelle was a little more dated in comparison.

our room was nice in size, it had a couch area and we had a balcony facing the most magnificent sea view and the stunning garden with all the pools. the pools were so fun and fresh! we had a choice of four outdoor pools- all different styles- you could literally be in the pools all day. there were sunbeds facing the see with bar and towels. it was so nice to know that there was a option of a kosher breakfast- as we cant have that in many pools

Beautiful hotel right on the seafront with amazing pools. The food was really nice at both the a la carte restaurants we tried, breakfast and lunch at the pool bar. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were so friendly and attentive. It was really baby friendly - you could order a long list of complimentary items for the room such as bottle warmer, baby bath, steriliser, changing mat, even a walker or baby bouncer! There was also a kids menu in every restaurant. Maybe not as good for small children as there was no baby pool or play area but we didn’t need that as our baby was 11 months and just came in the main pool with us.

The hotel was elegant and exquisite, a fantastic location and amazing staff. We stayed in the moonflower suite and enjoyed the private plunge pool morning noon and night.

A beautiful, quiet boutique hotel – exactly what we were looking for. The room with the private pool and jacuzzi was cozy, clean, and perfect for a romantic getaway. The staff were truly exceptional and welcoming, especially Petros, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of.

We had a wonderful stay at M Boutique Hotel in Paphos. The design is stunning, and the location is ideal for exploring the city. We booked a room with a private pool—initially placed near the street, which was noisy due to construction work and cars—but the reception staff were incredibly kind and quickly arranged for us to move to a similar room in a much quieter area inside the hotel. We’re truly grateful for their attentive service. We also enjoyed relaxing spa massages during our stay, which added to the overall experience. The hotel’s restaurant and bar are both excellent—delicious food, great atmosphere, and very professional staff. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in Paphos.

New, fresh and modern hotel with a Mykonian vibe. Great pool area with comfy big sunbeds and big umbrellas. Pool well thought out as it has shade. Lovely rooms with modern tech features and great bathroom/shower. Staff very nice.

What can we say except yet another Outstanding , stay at this amazing hotel We first came here 22 years ago and have now stayed here 8 times after a two year absence we loved the changes that have been made the QR code at the sunbeds is a great idea It was our wedding anniversary yesterday and the staff looked after us so well a lovely bottle of fizz and and card was such a nice touch We had a wonderful meal at Garibaldi on Saturday the staff made us feel very special thank you . We loved the Asian restaurant beautiful table overlooking the castle A massive thank you to our wonderful chambermaid Tetiana she worked so hard we wanted for nothing she is a credit to your Hotel. We stayed in Cabana 47 with our own plunge pool and was very quiet Finally to Flavia at Guest relations she is so efficient and a lovely lady thank you for all your help Demetris the wonderful manager who is out and about all day checking on all the guests and the surroundings you do an amazing job and run the hotel so well See you all next September for another stay why would we want to go to anywhere else but this very special hotel

Stayed in August 2 adults and 1 child. - We had a non-sea view room, which was OK as we didn't spend long in there. The child bed was a converted sofa/chair, not the most comfortable but OK for a 8 year old. - Allocated Sunbeds - Really good touch if you get good ones, we had B22 over on the grass across the path. They were front row overlooking the sea. I had thought i wanted to be by the pool but actually these were great as more peaceful and great view. - Food - the buffet was great with excellent theme nights. Recommend sitting outside and seeing the hotel cats! The eggs cooked to order for breakfast were also nice. - Entertainment - The holiday reps did a pretty good job with music most evenings and a quiz. Not the best but OK. There was a magic show which was good, my only gripe was that he did use live animals in the show, which personally I don't find acceptable. - Pool - The rules do say no balls or inflatables in the pool, but it doesn't seem to be enforced. Pool was warm in August and nice jacuzzi area. - Hotel can offer a courtesy room after you have checked out to allow a shower before you leave. - Staff all very friendly and helpful

The staff was always helpful, we felt welcome and taken care of. The food was sensational at breakfast, lunch and dinner, we had a Cypriot meze meal and it was very nice. The pools were great, both the large outside pool and the kid pool, but especially the inside pool which gave us an escape from the sun. The beach is just down the stairs, a nice and quiet beach, great to see the sunset. The hotel is right next to the bus stop which was an advantage for when we went to Coral Bay or Aphrodite's Rock.

1. The staff made our stay exceptional. They were all very friendly and helpful, always smiling. 2. The cleanliness of the hotel is top notch. Everything is cleaned every single day, even the handles one uses to go down the pool. 3. The breakfast was very good. There were many choices to choose from and all kinds of eggs made on the spot. We didn’t encounter the problem of waiting in line because we used to have breakfast early. 4. The spa is nice. The therapists are professional, especially Dianna, who I booked my deep tissue massage with. It is a bit pricey but worth the money. 5. The pool area is nice and clean and you are allocated sun-beds for the whole stay. For each set of sun-beds there’s a QR code that one cab scan to get the menu of the pool bar and order online. There is also an adult-only relaxation pool. 6. The gym is ok. It has basic equipment but not so professional. 7. The entertainment program was fun too. 8. Dinner was of a different theme every night - cypriot, italian, oriental, indian…. 9. The location of the hotel is wonderful, right at the beach and the main promenade of paphos.

Hotel is amazing loved the swim up bar. Drinks food entertainment all staff excellent. Thanks to Sam for sorting our room out for our anniversary. Would definitely return P/s lived the reserved sun beds.

the front desk staff & bellhop were so lovely. it was our honeymoon so we booked the fisherman’s suite and it was worth it. we had pool access all day. the room was spacious and comfortable and they topped up your water every day. the buffet and restaurants were great!

Outstanding hotel with a beautiful pool, beachfront location and unbeatable buffet. Plenty of activities to do locally and something for every age group. Staff were super friendly and helpful - our room was attended to any time we needed. Swim up pool and teens club both a real favourite. Our personal room attendant (Bedgaj) was helpful, polite and discreet. Overall would absolutely recommend.

I know the hotel can be expensive but you certainly get what you pay for, the food and drink was exceptional, they had different themes each night in the buffet restaurant, and the staff couldn’t of been more friendly and helpful, especially Imag who cleaned my room each day I stayed in the adults only part (fisherman’s Village) and I would highly recommend it if you’re going without children as that part is much quieter and the swim up bar has no queues at all

The hotel is located very well, close to touristic attractions, restaurants and bars, not far from the local mall and only few km from the old city. The staff was amazing, kind and helpful! We’ve got a corner room with a pool access, it felt like we have our private pool! The food was good.

Just home from here, we booked a swim up room and it was perfect. Just be aware the swim up pool is shared with the hotel so it does get busy however this didn't bother us. The rooms and facilities are kept spotless. Breakfast was fine just your typical hotel buffet style. We didn't eat in the hotel other than breakfast so cant comment on that. Overall our stay was great and I would definitely stay here again.

Very happy with the hotel and would stay there again. Rooms, shared areas and pools are kept clean. Breakfast had good quality food and a good range; staff were busy replenishing it and clearing plates. Loads of restaurants, shops and the sea front within easy walking distance. Evening entertainment is provided. We loved the friendly hotel cats, but they won't hassle you if you're not a cat lover! We had a swim-up room. The pool for these is a good size and various floats are provided. For anyone choosing a swim-up room, I would recommend the standard one rather than the junior suite, as the latter don't get much sun. If you can get rooms 3012-3019, the sun is on these south-facing rooms from 10.30 at the latest in November to 15.00. You get your own sunbeds on the private terrace. One area for improvement is check-in. As the hotel has different unattached blocks, the staff are required to walk you to your room. We unfortunately arrived at a busy time and it took an hour to get us to our room. A map for such a time to give to guests who are happy to find their own way would be good. A water cooler in the gym would be a useful addition too. Thanks to all the staff for an overall great stay.

I was very happy with my stay in this hotel. The service personnel is super friendly and well trained at the restaurant (special thanks to Marius & Stefan) whereas at the reception nearly all staff was new and hence they were not able to answer basic questions like restaurant opening hours, or nearest bus connections etc. - but this is understandable if no proper trainings/on boarding materials are provided. I booked all inclusive package which was worth it. Food was delicious and there was enough choice. The alcoholic beverages were simply low quality, but the selection of all-in spirits and cocktails was great. The indoor pool and sauna was a disappointment as a relaxing atmosphere was not guaranteed: sauna & jacuzzi costs 25€/h per person but as they are next to the indoor pool, there is no privacy at all. It's not possible to book the sauna in the evening when the pool is closed, and hence one can have kids jumping around while you "relax" in the sauna/jacuzzi. This was not very convincing concept for me so I ended up not using the sauna, which was a pity as sauna & spa was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel. Cleanliness of the room was fine if you don't look too close (I know I have high standards for cleanliness so most people are probably fine with the level the hotel has :-) Lastly, I found the location very convenient as the harbour and a mall are quick to reach, and the public bus from Paphos airport is less than 10 minutes walk away.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay at the Palmiers. It was one of the most relaxing stays we've ever had. All the staff at The Palmiers went above and beyond to meet our needs. Sam and Simona are exceptional hosts who are warm and welcoming and make you feel at home. We ayrrived quite late in the evening and Sam was there at the door to the building with a big smile. He showed us to our apartment and we were so happy to see that the hosts had stocked the fridge with complementary wine and beers, juices and fruit. There were snacks and nespresso coffee pods and tea bags. The apartment was immaculate when we arrived and the rest of the building including the lobby and hallways are also sparkling and clean and smell beautiully fresh. Towels are provided for the pool and lots of towels for both bathrooms with face cloths. There are also sumptious robes and slipper and high end bathroom toiletries such as body wash, soap and hair supplies. The beds are incredibly comfortable. I haven't slept that well in a long long time. There is a television in the living room and the bedroom with lots of apps and global television. The couch is so soft and lovely for an afternoon nap after a long day in the sun. The pool area is very clean with high end gorgouse bathrooms, showers and changing rooms.

We stayed for 6 nights as a family (2 adults+2 teenagers).The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos on the website. Spacious, spotlessly clean, fully equipped. The beds were very comfortable . Good shower also. During our stay we met many of the staff , all of them were extremely nice and helpful. They gave us information for things to do, booked excursions for us and in general were willing to assist in any way needed. Contact with the staff during the day (while out ) via whatsapp is very convenient. The location of the Palmiers is excellent- in walking distance from the harbour for restaurants, bars/pubs, taverns , very close to the beach and very close to public transport also. It was a quiet road. There is a minimarket 5 min walking distance and other larger supermarkets near the harbour. The pool was great and also the pool area very clean , with nice seating area. We had a great time in Paphos and in the Palmiers.

My family loved their stay here. The location is great and pool is lovely. Apartments are very clean and hosts are lovely. Only complaint is the amount of rules there are round about the pool - no music, no eating/drinking etc which is great if you want a peaceful quiet time but when you want to enjoy a bit of fun with family puts you off a little. Other than that great views and amazing place!

Stunning apartment with wonderful sliding doors onto both terraces. Great outside furniture, aircon easily controlled and adjustable for each room, excellent showers with plenty of hot water. Super comfy king size bed with quality bedding. Blackout blinds. Bedrooms have full storage facilities and plenty of hangers. Kitchen facilities were great with kettles, toasters and coffee maker. Lots of glasses and crockery. Loads of comfy sunbeds and umbrellas plus pool towels provided They had provided a welcome back with lots of goodies and given us a bottle of prosecco for our wedding anniversary. The staff, Anna and Boris were all really helpful and friendly. Lots of top tips were given on how to make the most of our stay. Location was a 2 min stroll to the seafront promenade with its plentiful restaurants. Great location generally in a fairly quiet area of Paphos. Tbh, we loved our stay! We felt safe and secure, nothing was too much trouble, towels and bedding were changed regularly too. Excellent

Wow! This apartment was truly one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Everything about it exceeded my expectations. - Spacious, modern, and impeccably clean - Fully equipped with everything you could need - Perfect location—just 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the main promenade - Outstanding service - Pool From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such thoughtful gifts—juices, water, wine, fresh fruit, and - sweets—which instantly made us feel at home. The reception staff were absolutely wonderful! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they provided great recommendations to make our time in Cyprus even more special. If I ever return to Cyprus (which I surely will), I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Literally the best stay ive ever had! We payed for a standard room however they didnt have any rooms left so they gave us the master suite with a private pool! Had the best time ever! Amazing stay! Would definitely stay here again!

I really can't understand all the negative reviews about this hotel. We had a fantastic time. We got a free upgrade to a swim-up room which made our stay extra special but everything about this hotel is just great. Very comfortable beds, lovely rooms and attentive staff. The food was amazing. We are both vegetarian and don't tend to do all inclusive because of that but here there was always a reasonable choice. The choice for non-veggies was amazing. The desserts were to die for. All in all, a fantastic time so thanks to all the staff for making our stay so special.

Excellent hotel, great food. The food is always well cooked, full flavour & greatly varied. No 'fights' for sunbeds but they are generally full by 10am. Pool was pleasantly warm but the weather was really hot at our time of visit. No issues with room, Air con not too cold but served its purpose. Recommend all a La Carte restaurants although the servings are too plentiful. Hate to be wasteful of food but the mexican & greek are too filling. Only issue we had was with the pool towel attendant who completely lacked any charisma, clearly not happy with her role. Indoor pool available in the -1 floor. Breakfast drinks shut down at 10am even if you are still eating. Staff very thorough & welcoming in general & Georgina (guest relations) happy to oblige when needed. Did not visit waterpark as it was too hot to venture out.

We returned from this resort just over a week ago and I thought I would post my thought and comment on the place. When we arrived at the reception the staff were warm and welcoming an explained everything to get our holiday of to a good start. Our room was clean and tidy with an additional bed for our granddaughter; the view of the pool and sea was amazing. The staff in the resort are great always welcoming and friendly, especially in the restaurant. The food selection should please the majority of people as there was always something for everyone including vegetarians, there is plenty of seating so no need to rush for your food. The pool area was beautiful, it was never over crowded either, there is even a sheltered area under the bar to get away from the mid-day sun. One warning the flooring can get hot to walk on so ensure you have your flip flops handy. The water park is a great place for the young one and even the adults to go and have some fun. We book the Mexican restaurant near the end of our holiday, I would highly recommend this as the food was fantastic and the view are unbelievable from the 5th floor. One down side was the evening as there was nothing to entertain the young children, one evening I did see them playing football on level zero, but the restaurant manager put an end to it as it was close to the tables. Overall, we had an amazing week and would highly recommend this place, thank you to all the staff for making our trip so enjoyable.

Enjoyed our holiday here had a cabana room with private pool. The only downside was the pool wasn’t heated which I was surprised at in a 5 star hotel. The food was generally excellent and we thought the nocturne tasting menu was exceptional

This Hotel is overall lovely. Most of the staff are great and can not do enough for you. Food is ok, but not fantastic. Only one of the a la care restaurants was open whilst we were there and if you are coeliac (gluten free) it’s not good. Reminded me of a college restaurant run by students. The deluxe sea view room we stayed at, needs some deep cleaning, lots of thick dust on discreet ledges and cobwebs. When we arrived there was thick dark long hair in a clump at the side of the shower and a dirty towel in the luggage rack. Also water/soap marks on sink,taps, shower glass window and water marks on the tiles in the bar area. There was also two long dark long hairs in the bed and the pillow smelt of hair. Someone had used the room and this upset me. (Not a great start) Also a random piece of tile was used at the side of the sink near the skirting to hold something up. I took photos if needed. The guest services did manage to sort the room ‘surface clean’. I didn’t tell them all about the thick dust etc because I didn’t want to appear fussy. They were trying to help. Pool area is nice. Pool not heated. Nice indoor pool too. We decided not to participate in the New Year’s Eve gala, because you had to get a coach to it and share tables with other guests. Guest services were very helpful and offered to ring some local restaurants for us. They said they would come back to us…. Still waiting! Also the air conditioning has been turned off for the winter, our room was boiling.

Fabulous hotel, couldn't fault it. The staff were so friendly & went out of their way to look after us & make our stay special. The food was all spectacular & the half-board package with included soft drinks & a bottle of wine with dinner was excellent value. Our room was stunning & had beautiful views across the sea from the balcony. Due to the season, the outside pool was closed but the indoor pool in the spa was open & was pretty quiet most days so we enjoyed swimming there. We celebrated our wedding anniversary & our babymoon at the hotel & had a fantastic time. We've recommended the hotel to several friends already & plan to return again ourselves. We visited in January so the weather was a bit windy and wet on occasion, but was still between 16 & 20C most days.

We had a wonderful week at the Amavi for 2. The service was great, the staff was very generous and helpful. The hotel front desk did there best to help us with our need. Also costumer service. The pool staff was amazing including the pool bar service and verity of food and beverages. We think that if the food at the main court was more locally and less international it would have been better. But over all the food was good.

We stayed at the Amavi Made for Two Hotel in Paphos for 7 nights in a Junior Suite on Half Board – and honestly, we didn't want to leave! From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The cleanliness was impeccable – housekeeping was discreet, thorough and consistent every day, with the room always pristine and fresh except for a couple of drain smells Service across the board was genuinely top-tier. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly, professional, and attentive without being overbearing – they remembered our preferences and made every mealtime a delight. The pool staff deserve special praise too – always on hand with littele extras during the day and somehow managing to make everything feel seamless. The food was good buffet variety. Unfortunately none of the 3 'special' restaurants were open during our stay so we cannot comment on their quality. Each meal was nicely presented and plentiful with a theme each night. . What really made the difference was the atmosphere – calm, intimate and relaxing.It’s great level luxury without pretension.

The villa exceeded our expectations. A very spacious four bedrooms so great for a group and the private pool was fab. Kostas couldn't have been a more helpful host (and the wine he dropped off was a lovely treat).

This exceeded any expectations we had, it was large, clean and well air conditioned. The upstairs en-suite was a very powerful shower it was lush. Kostas was an amazing host, always available if we needed him and popped in with Cypriot Wine a couple of times. He knew we were arriving late but was happy to meet us for check in and had even stocked the fridge up so we had food for the following morning. The pool was bigger than expected with numerous pool floats either from Kostas or previous visitors. This location was perfect for us as we hired a car but if you don't a taxi to the Harbour is €15 and also to Old Town so it can add up. The cars drive is in the shade which was brilliant. Thanks to hiring a car and the Villas location we could drive to the Harbour front and park for free in 10 minutes, drive up to Latsi Marina for boat trips in 45 minutes. Old town was 5 minutes and to Troodos Mountains was 1hr 15minutes. 30 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to the Waterpark. Parking is free in most places but if not no more than €1 for 2 hours. App: Pafos Smart Parking. Lidl for a food shop is a 3 min drive/8 min walk! The kitchen also has a special tap for drinking water so we had no need to keep purchasing water, no one became ill as i know some people still worry about this. We were so sad to leave and would return in the future. The privacy of your own space and private pool was brilliant and we can not fault Kostas :)

We loved everything about Villa Elina, The villa was beautiful as was the pool and area around it. The rooms were a fabulous size as were the bathrooms, kitchen and lounge area. The air conditioning was great as was the wifi. The villa was spotless, very clean and had all that we needed during our 2 week stay. The surrounding area was quiet and villa was nice and secluded. The pool was cleaned regularly too, and Kostas always popped in every so often to check everything was okay for us all which was really nice. Kostas was a fantastic host, such a nice man and we look forward to seeing him again. 😀

It had every thing we needed from hairdryer, straighteners to playing cards , all your needs in the kitchen and a Lidl down the road . Owner of the property so helpful gave us a few bottles of wine during our stay and helpful in arranging transfer and cleaned pool daily. Close to the beach, restaurants and car hire and right next to the bus stop also. Nice private Villa. 3 bathrooms which is great when there is so many of you.air con kept us all nice and cool. Nice big pool .

We've spent a week here in January. The villa is looking located on the Paphos outskirts. Renting a car would be a good idea to visit places around. Still cafes are available nearby. I also liked the number of fruit markets, supermarkets around open in January. Agia Napa is just dead in comparison to Paphos at this time of the year. If you're into jogging/walking - a great concrete beach promenade is 100 meters away. Just be aware it lacks lightning after the sunset. Great route for up to 10K runs if you make a circle around an archeological site. View from the bedroom floor is great and rooms are really spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you would expect except for the dishwasher. Basic things like salt, sugar, olive oil, tea, coffee, some cereals will cover the first days of your stay. Filtered on-tap water is available. The pool is great and the area around is nice for sunbathing. Private parking for two cars. Last but not least. The host is just amazing. Kostas accommodated our early arrival and did everything to make sure our stay was really comfortable. This also included the supply of a really great wine (top 3% in the world) according to Vivino). Really appreciated.

We had such a fantastic experience staying at Villa Kristia and we will definitely be back. It is a beautiful, spacious and relaxing home, that was perfect for our family of 11. It's in a lovely quiet area too, with a fantastic diner just around the corner. There were regular pool cleaners and housekeeping, along with great facilities, wifi, a very clean and well looked after pool, and air con. But what really makes this place special is how dedicated and attentive the host is. Not only did he greet us and show us around at 2am when we arrived, he assisted us with every question we possibly had (and we had a lot), he had great recommendations on transport and things to do and he left us some wine as well as delivering hand made donuts not once but twice! Nothing was too much trouble for him and we are so appreciative because he really made our experience the best it can be. We look forward to coming back.

Incredible host - nothing was too much trouble and he was available with quick responses and recommendations for restaurants etc. The villa is huge and in a party of 7 adults it was great. The air conditioning was a real bonus as it was hot when we there last week. The pool was brilliant - warm and regularly cleaned by the pool person. There are plenty of seating areas for dining and lounging outside - even a lemon tree which hangs over one of the seating areas. The Gas BBQ was great for nights eating at the villa. All of the facilities you need for a home from home are available - washing machine, TVs, Hairdryers etc etc! There a little taverna and a couple of small supermarkets within a 5/6 minute walk.

The owner was amazing. Replied promptly to all our questions within minutes. He helped us with airport transfers and local transport while we were in Paphos. The villa is very large with lots of space inside and outside. The pool is a perfect size and there were lots of loungers and chairs outside. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage in each room. 100% recommend to anyone thinking of booking Villa Kristia.

Spacious , clean , well equipped with the hosts always being on hand to answer any questions from the moment we booked to when we left bbq - pool - plenty of seats inside and out - uk TV with plenty of channels / ping pong table was a hit. This villa is huge! The pictures don’t do it justice! The rooms are clean and spacious! The owners are so lovely and super helpful, just a WhatsApp message away! The location of the villa is perfect just a 15 minute walk to the main strip with a few shops and restaurants(Pambi’s diner) on the way which we enjoyed breakfast at. The pool is lovely to cool off in and we enjoyed the bbq facilities.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house itself is very nice and well maintained, with plenty of space to relax both indoors and outdoors. The pool was a highlight, perfect for cooling off on warm days, and the garden with lemon trees created a beautiful and refreshing atmosphere. There are several sitting areas around the property, which made it easy to enjoy quiet moments. Parking was convenient with a dedicated space right at the property, and its location off the main road and in a safe, calm neighborhood was amazing. It was the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. Overall, a lovely place to stay – highly recommended!

We loved the quiet residential street that the villa is located in and close to all the amenities. The villa has lots of seating and the roof top gives lovely views of the surrounding area. Especially loved the pool … the privacy of the whole villa and the amount of space. The air con was an absolute god send in 30 degree heat. The owner is very helpful and friendly and responds to any queries very fast. Loved our stay ❤️

Absolutely Amazing Villa with a lovely pool and 3 outside areas to choose from, it is 5 minutes walk from restaurants 5 minutes walk from the beach and the harbour is 5 minutes by car. So quite and peaceful considering your so close to everything.lovely and clean with everything you need. we found it perfect.

Positioning of the house is great, near to many tavernas, supermarkets and bus station, its close to everything. The pool and the garden was amazing. Great amenities, you can find everything in the house. Thanks for the amazing stay.

The location was brilliant. Great restaurants. Pubs.shops and beach all within 10 mins walking distance. Nice deep pool. Loads of terrace space on 3 levels.,with spectacular views especially from the roof level

Private pool very good and private. Restaurants nearby and minimarket opposite side of the road. Beach 5 minutes away and shopping facilities in walking distance. very flexible cleaning and for example order taxi for airport, we could leave the luggage over the day after checkout ...

Polynikis was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Welcomed us on arrival and was contactable throughout our stay if needed, giving us great recommendations for local restaurants. The apartment was delightful, very clean and comfortable for 2 people with all the essentials. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning sun and cooling off in the plunge pool. Only a few minutes walk to the nearest beach, with restaurants and a small supermarket on the doorstep. Thank you for a lovely stay in what used to be the family home.

I had the Ground Floor apartment. It's beautifully designed. Very clever how they have created the two apartments with total privacy and each with its own pool. It's in a great location near the Alexander the Great Hotel. Restaurants and shops all nearby. Really comfortable and luxurious bed and linen. Superb bathroom and massive shower with powerful water pressure. Comfortable living room with gigantic smart TV. Welcome pack with wine, beer, juice, and some tasty Cypriot delicacies. Only small problems were I had no hot water for first two weeks as I didn't realize there was a boiler - the switch is in the electronic console hidden away on the second page. I am sure the apartment is perfect in summer but in December it is cold and there was inadequate heating, just a noisy blowey AC. No washing machine but there is a laundry service in the little mall nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at Adrop Pool Suites. The suite was very clean and decorated to a very high standard. The bed was very comfortable and the host left a variety of different pillows to choose from! The location was lovely and quiet, giving us just the relaxing stay we needed. We felt very welcomed by the host, who left us fantastic fresh fruit, nibbles and wine to enjoy during our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and we would have no hesitation to stay here again or recommend others who are thinking of booking!

The apartment was beautifully decorated in a perfect location in pafos. Had everything you will ever need for a comfortable stay, the pool was a great size and had a full privacy to enjoy it. Have to mention polynikis the host who was very friendly and kind which made the experience of staying in his apartment even better. I would definitely recommend to anyone to stay there and hoping to visit again soon.

Good property very close to the beach / promenade. Really nice breakfast, expensive but a very large portion. The rooftop Japanese restaurant was delicious but very loud music, a strange combination of restaurant and club vibes. Nice quiet private pool area. Staff mostly very friendly. Room was fine, cleaned twice a day but the air con wasn’t great. Overall a good hotel and I would go back, it’s good value for money, and especially liked the area around the pool. It is right next to the road though and it was very loud traffic / engine revving on a night time although I appreciate this can’t be helped. Perhaps better sound proofing?

A great new hotel that oozes effortless cool, in a prime location. It feels secluded from the outside world like a mini resort, and the facilities are great. The rooms are nicely decorated in a modern style, but are also comfortable places to spend a few hours. There were three annoyances that let this property down: 1. The pool is freezing! The air was a nearly constant 30 degrees during our stay, yet the pool was uncomfortably cold so that no-one stayed in it for more than 5 mins. 2. The main door to our room (301) let in loads of noise. This was not helped by the fact that the cleaning closet was outside our door and the cleaners stood around talking loudly from around 8:30 in the morning. 3. The cleaners were a real mixed bag - the room was never unclean, but quite often our mini bar or tea/coffee supplies were not restocked and our glasses were not cleaned/replaced. Additionally, there was no price list for either the mini bar or room service, which really put us off using them. Finally, because we had the audacity to not leave our room at 09:00 each day (instead often leaving between 10:30-11:30) we were asked multiple times on separate days by a cleaner when we were planning to go or if we didn’t want cleaning that day. It really made us feel like we were misbehaving in some way… Overall, this is a great place that I would stay at again, but there are some things to fix. Shoutout to Sophia and Joanna for the pool service!

We had the BEST stay at M Boutique Hotel. The staff were so friendly, attentive and professional and the hotel itself is immaculate. Our bed was super comfortable and our room was very quiet. We absolutely loved the luxurious sun beds and bean bags on offer around the pool and we never struggled to find space, perhaps due to the time of year we visited (mid-October). The pool was very cold but I personally find this very refreshing and welcome after laying in the sun! All our needs were met and the food and drinks were superb. All I can say is that everything at M Boutique was to a very high standard and we were so happy we chose to stay there. My partner and I actually got engaged whilst we were in Paphos and we were thrilled to be staying in such a perfect hotel for it!

Stylish designer hotel in fantastic central location. Breakfast is fabulous as is the food in the restaurant and drinks in rooftop bar. All staff friendly and helpful. Reception staff always on hand to assist with car hire, taxis & recommendations. Rooms clean and beds extremely comfortable. Super handy large supermarket just round the corner. It was cold during our stay so didn’t get to use pool sadly but I can imagine it can get very busy in high season as not much space for sunbeds. Only niggles are that we could hear everything from our noisy neighbours next door. Soundproofing is not great/non existent. Hotel is also on a main road and can understand noise from bars in summer might be an issue. Finally the complimentary toiletries (Molton Brown) didn’t seem that luxurious. Would recommend taking your own shampoo! Other than that can highly recommend 😎

We had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. We stayed in a junior Sonesta suite. It was very large with a nice small balcony overlooking the pool. The staff from check-in to cleaning to breakfast, were all wonderful - pleasant, interesting and helpful. Breakfast was very generous and individualized. The location is superb, just a block from the Mediterranean promenade. Would absolutely return.

We had a family group of 7 adults and a 15 month old. On arrival the villa was clean and as described in the write up. The kitchen was fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a washer, and a dryer(didn't use the dryer as there was an airer that we put outside to dry clothes. The pool was clean and a company came and maintained it while we were there. The family enjoyed using this throughout the holiday. There was also a BBQ with coals. The villa is in a culdesac so traffic noise was very reduced. There is a bus stop within a few minutes walk but we hired a car. Very enjoyable stay.

the property was well equipped for all holidays If you want to cook in villa I think it had everything you could want we didn’t use this as we eat out but it certainly has it all if needed I would think pool was better then expected don’t think the description does it justice

A lot of bedrooms, plenty of space, quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, small convinience shops are close, plenty of space to park. Definately value for money.

I would have rated this hotel a 3.5/5. 3 seems too harsh, 4 maybe generous. The hotel is very pleasant, however it is not 5 star in because of the quality of the rooms, the building or the service, but because of the amenities and offerings which I must say are nearly all very dated. It was probably a top 5 star hotel maybe 15 years ago, however now renovating and upgrading is definitely needed. Pros: - Clean - Nice pool - On a nice beach - Lots of sunbeds, no annoying people leaving towels there all day. - Good location - close to; Supermarket, bus stop, walk to the marina (if you don’t mind getting your steps in), cycle or e-scooter down the path. - Ample Parking - The staff by the pool are fantastic (pool guy and bar ladies) Cons: - No sockets by the bed - No pool service (including being able to get towels) until 10am - Pool open from 10am - 6pm - Pool towels are available but require a €10 refundable deposit per towel (for a 5 star hotel this is a con for me). -- It says the hotel policy is to change the linen daily however I think they just make the beds rather than put on fresh linen daily. - -The complimentary water ‘Farmakas’ is the worst bottled water I’ve tasted or even smelled however it’s free. Note: Breakfast has lots of variety but it’s unremarkable. This can easily be skipped as it’s not the greatest. The loungers on the beach infront of hotel are €7.50 per 2 beds with an umbrella . By midday there will be none available as it’s very popular.

Having read iffy reviews of the place we were more than pleasantly surprised with our stay. Room was of a high standard. Modern , silent air con, free daily bottle of water, fridge, quality bathroom, daily housekeeping. Breakfast had a massive selection of food. Plenty of room and never too busy. Pool about 50 metres so very large thus not busy, sun loungers comfy and a well priced pool bar. The actual beach is really close, (not part of the hotel) with a natural rock barrier, sea can be choppy and waves strong either side. Airport transfer recommended at 40 euros but can get a €2 Euro bus from old town if you want to walk up (25 mins) Staff helpful and friendly, why wouldn't they be, we're in Cyprus.

This was our 5th time at Venus Beach and we always love it but this time it was even better! The pathways and Beach area had been updated which made such a difference. There was a gorgeous little taverna by the pool area with blue and white check tablecloths and colourful flowers in pots which served delicious food. There was a garden area opposite beautifully looked after growing an assortment of fruit and vegetables! All the staff at the hotel and around the pool were all so helpful and looked after us really well all throughout our holiday! Well located for the bus route into Paphos or Coral bay, taxis always easy and everything you need nearby. Highly recommend!!

Great location right by the beach. Nice swimming pool also. The breakfust was good and we had a free uprade with a sea view which was a nice surprise. Nice view of the sea and pool from our balcony.

We arrived in the early hours, easy check in. We were given a packed lunch and some vouchers for the bar as the all inclusive had ended.we found our room. It was clean and had everything we needed, but was a little dated. The beds, in my opinion, we're quite hard but I guess that is down to personal taste. ALOT of noise down the corridors and people shouting conversations. We had a balcony, overlooked an amusment arcade but I guess it is what it is. The pools are really nice, trying to get sunbeds are a nightmare but again isn't that any hotel on holiday. The pools not opening until 10 is quite late in my opinion. The kids loved the splash pool. The snack bar is varied everyday and the pool bar was great, the kids loved getting what they wanted. Quite a few cats around the pool areas but generally don't bother anyone. The food is ok. On our experience not very hot, but they do have 1 microwave. There is choice and something for everyone. The staff are very efficient at clearing used plates away. There's a shop on site, although a little expensive has everything you'd need. Sells and inflates all the pool floaties which saves you loads of time. Can't comment on the entertainment as we didn't stay up for it as we have young children. Overall a decent hotel be warned tho if you don't like walking in the heat, taxis start becoming very expensive to use to get to the harbour, beach etc etc

We stayed here over Halloween, we had booked the hotel side and the rooms were extremely spacious one king size bed and two single sofas in the living room area. At first we thought we should have booked a pool view as we were looking onto a road but this turned out great as we had the sun all day. Rooms were clean and tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. At check in we were greeted by happy staff and given a bag with sandwiches and fruit which was well accepted after a long flight. My son is a wheelchair user for long distance and hotel was wheelchair friendly but paths outside were very uneven. It's a short 10 minutes walk to the mall and we went here a few times. We were all inclusive and never had to wait for drinks at any time of the day and staff were always happy and there was table service at night which was great. The food was amazing always a massive selection and never had to wait on a table, A big shout out to George, he was the most friendly warm person and nothing was ever too much trouble him, he is a credit to this hotel. Pool was very cold but didn't stop the kids at all. We used all three pools and always clean and tidy. Snack bar was superb especially for the kids with great variety. The crab claws were amazing. Entertainment was great for the kids and the bingo was so good. All in all a fantasic week Would we go back?? ... Yes we would

Would definitely recommend this hotel, The rooms are very spacious large bed, walk in shower, air dryer in room, balcony has table and chairs to sit and chill, tv has couple of English channels. The pools are massive 2 big ones plus a splash park for kids and an indoor pool. Couldn’t fault the entertainment team always something to do e.g volleyball, darts, pool Night time has bingo kids mini disco, the entertainment team work very hard. All staff very friendly. The food is amazing always something for everyone. This is our first time visiting Cyprus would definitely return and return to this hotel.

We have enjoyed our stay at the Mayfair very much, Spacious Hotel and Rooms. Our stay was all inclusive, Food was very nice and there was a good variety at the restaurant and pool bar. Pools were kept lovely and clean, And pool games were good too Enjoyed water aerobics. All Staff were very friendly, Polite and attentive. We had a lovely holiday, Many Thanks. Hope to return some day 🙂

This hotel took me by surprise, really enjoyed staying here. Room was okay - slightly damp as we were ground floor but they had a dehumidifier in there. The entertainment was good, nice friendly staff with a kids club although wasn't aware of where it was on the first few days. Pool area is huge, variety of pools to choose from. Amazing for families. Food was excellent, especially being all inclusive SO much choice with all the snack bars and variety breakfast lunch and dinner. The waitress' and waiters were so attentive and friendly, they went out of their way to make the children comfortable, my son loved them all. Overall kept very clean and tidy, you can tell the staff work hard here. Hats off to you for making customers happy and welcome. Receptionist was lovely upon arrival, very helpful and friendly. Being inland I thought it may be a pain with kids getting around but honestly it was the perfect spot. A kids soft play and bowling behind our hotel was nice for a change of scenery, local shops and a huge mall just around the corner too! Would most definitely come back with my children as they absolutely loved it here. I love Cyprus and this hotel was fantastic. Thank you to all the staff x

We came a little earlier than the check-in time but the owner arranged immediately so that we could have our room. The staff are kind and welcoming and very helpful. Regarding the equipment and kitchen, everything was perfect and complete. They offered a bottle of water, coffee, tea, salt, sugar, plate, fork, knife, kettle, microwave, fridge, dishwashing liquid + sponge (while no other apartment offers it). Let's not forget the air conditioning and television. And everything is new and well maintained. We really had a good time, a big thank for the staff and the owner who helped us a lot <3 ...
