Great room with pool access, really enjoyed the holiday and the staff at the hotel were great

Good budget hotel. Clean room with daily servicing. nice pool with pool towels provided. Thong song stop outside 10B to town. 7/11 close by. Breakfast was the same every day but a variety.

“A quality budget hotel” - exactly - top quality, I’d say. The room was super clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. The location was ideal to ensure a good night’s sleep and it took 10 minutes by songthaew to Central Pattaya (beach/promenade/shops/restaurants and about 30 minutes (in traffic) to North Pattaya Bus Station (to Ekkamai, Bangkok). The songthaew stopped right in front of the hotel and a cab back at night was around 120 THB. It was actually walkable in good footwear but it depends on the heat and the individual. Breakfast served with a smile from 7 until 11 really was a great selection of Asian and Western food complete with a fresh eggs/omelette station. The coffee was good, as were the selections of teas and milks (dairy/soy/oat). There was also yoghurt and fruit compote :-) The pool areas looked clean and well-kept with sunbeds plus I enjoyed the front terrace area which was suitable for smokers and non-smokers alike!

Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Zing Pattaya! It was my first time in Thailand, and I arrived during Songkran — what an incredible time to visit! The hotel is in a great location, close to everything you need. The rooms are clean and cozy, the pool is lovely, and the café is super convenient. But the highlight was definitely the amazing staff — so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Truly guest-friendly and full of genuine hospitality. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back!

Staff was nice, easy check in/out. They asked for a 500 THB deposit which was returned upon check out. Nice bedroom, including mini fridge, coffee, tea and water. Comfy beds, cleaning every day, good shower pressure. There are two pools which are not crowded, very nice rooftop. I stayed for 6 nights and was very comfortable

Room was with Balcony with sea and pool view. TV was having an you tube, so one can see his own country's program too Pool was lovely, water with less chlorine, changing room beside the pool and a shower just outside the pool area. Breakfast was awesome, one of the best, I ever had.

The hotel is next to the beach in a more secluded area and felt more luxurious than other places I've stayed at. The room was big, with lots of furniture to rest and relax. There was an electronic panel by the bed to control AC, lights and let the staff know if housekeeping was needed or not. The room had reusable slippers (instead of the usual disposable ones), bathrobes, water bottles (4 per day), cosmetics, hairdryer etc. The breakfasts served a variety of foods, western and Asian ones, warm and cold, including sweets. The pool area had sunbed and towels for the guests, there is also a restaurant with a great offer of savory/sweet dishes and drinks. I liked that the water in the pool was on a warmer side (the one in BKK hotel I stayed was super cold). There is a direct access to the beach, so it's safe to leave personal stuff around the pool area on a sunbed and hop into the sea for a swim. The staff was great, which is a norm in Thailand.

the resort is the same as shown in the pictures, that’s the best thing about it and the private pool was also very nice

This is a good place for family. We stay at Lanai pool access, our kids love swimming and want to go back to this hotel. Breakfast is good but it's a bit crowded.

Loved the pool lanai room with pool access, with two kids that really enjoy swimming, this was the best choice. Breakfast buffet had more food that one could even think of and it was all delicious. Beach bar area was excelent for the afternoon and having a nice beach just a step away was awesome. Everything is just as the pictures on booking. Loved our stay.

Pool access room was great. We stayed five days and the House Maid Enghik ensured our room was serviced to a high standard. She also maintained our friends room . Nothing was a problem to her when requested to address issues in our room. breakfast Restaurant Peter & Leo were outstanding in their service and attention to detail over five days. Peter also showed great judgement going to the aid of a Bell Boy bring a customer down a steep ramp in a wheelchair. He went above his duties to make a situation safer. I would like to see stricter enforcement of No Smoking around Pool Access Rooms.

Let me start by saying a big thanks to the entire hotel staffs. Special thanks goes Ploy, Mong and Pai, thanks for your warm hospitality and making us feel at home. And a very big thank you to Mr. Lukas for making sure we were taken good care of. You made our stay a memorable one. The location of the hotel is perfect and very convenience to reach. Not far from the busy Pattaya city, yet very easy to reach there. Now to the hotel itself, I was amazed how home we felt in this hotel. It has everything a hotel can offer to make your vacation pleasant and enjoyable one. The private beach, the warm 2 big pools, the complimentary afternoon tea time and the cocktail plus hot snack and little finger foods session which comes with the executive rooms was just amazing. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with loads of variety western and asian style. We literally found it hard to step out of the hotel because it has absolutely everything. Breakfast in the morning, beach/pool after that then afternoon tea, beach and walk after that, then cocktail and snack session then rest and dinner. The food at the hotel restaurant was authentic and delicious Thai and western cuisine. Definitely coming back!

As a family we have stayed there many times The staff are friendly, the rooms are big, cleaned daily. It has a swimming pool and a lift , and wi-fi is free It's opposite Market where all types off hot food is served , 5 mins walk to the Beach and 12 mins walk to Jomtien Bus Station. The area has everything for everyone and is a great place to stay. We will stay there again

We have stayed here before and will stay here again . The rooms are comfortable and clean, the Staff are friendly, Great Wi-Fi and even has a pool. There is a Lift to all of the Floors and Location is great. A Food + Clothes Market over the Road, 5 mins walk to the Beach and quite a few Bars near by.

Clean, big rooms and quiet place in the center of Jomtien. Affordable budget with a swimming pool.

I had a value for money double room in the remote block next to the swimming pool. I was a solo traveller, but booked a double room that two people could have shared for the same price. It's about 200 to 250 meters walk from the main reception to your room, so only a couple of minutes walk. The receptionist told me if you book a family room you say in the main building right next to reception on the beach road, so you don't have the long walk to your room. If you are in the remote rooms, as I was, the hotel provides a free motorcycle sit in taxi if you don't want to walk to your room, useful when you have a case with you, but I walked the rest of the time. There is food available to order to your room or you can sit outside the kitchens adjacent to the rooms and the swimming pool which are next to each other, but I didn't eat there so can comment. Wi-Fi was fine, so all good for me.

Staff arranged for my booking to a poolside villa with no other guests occupying the four other villas at the pool. Great facilities, big bedrooms,, comfortable beds and very clean.

very peaceful location unlike Pattaya. our one bed suite was huge. almost getting lost in this beautiful luxurious room. Three swimming pools and on the beach. plenty of sun beds on the beach and main large pool. excellent breakfast. the Chinese fried donuts were a treat. beautiful gardens and nice sunset views on the beach. The sea food buffet dinner was a treat and not expensive.Used Grab taxi to get around and not expensive door to door service. few shacks either side of hotel beach area and also the marina. All staff very courteous, it’s the Thai culture. Would highly recommend this place and return. Also treat yourself to full body massage in the spa place. amazing

Great quiet beach location can walk north a fair way to canal.3 great pools plenty outdoor showers,grounds are green plenty of trees well maintained.Room was large with pool veiw.Breakfast large selection.Nice thai restaurant 250mtrs North across road.I will return' one of the best I've stayed!

Everything from the hotel main areas to my room was perfect. I have travelled a lot and this beats most 5 star hotels I have stayed in. The pool was exceptional also comes with a nice poolside bar, location couldn't have been any better, just a minute from the boats, the shops, food and entertainment but that minute is enough to allow total peace when sleeping. Room was incredible, even has a bath in the bathroom. Special mention the the young lady cleaner on floor 3 (room 320) she cleaned my room on tap even if I left the room at 4pm, she would still clean it and always with a smile. Handy mini-bar in the room and great air-con. The hotel bar is superb, used it once and was an incredible setting and experience. Breakfast was good but due to my late nights I only made it once as it stops at 10:30, when I did make it the food was varied, good coffee and range of juices. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel.

I actually enjoyed the pool i normally stay in rooms with private plunge pools but they were full this trip so i tried a new place without one and i was actually surprised i normally dont swim with others

As I booking for pool access room is nice and huge room but when you want jumping to swimming pool is dirty and no go in as well ，disappointed for the pool access room for me and waste money

The room is quite comfortable with the amazing poolside view and with the balcony. The resort is located on a main road, and also in approx. 10-min walking distance to Pattaya bus station and the shopping malls such as Terminal 21 and Big C. There is also a 7/11 in a 3-min walking distance from the hotel. The swimming pool facility is also quite great. I felt relaxed and enjoyed swimming in the pool. The breakfast buffet is also quite nice.

The hotel was lovely and the service was ok. I would recommend this hotel but with a few cautions. One being the location, it is a little far from the main attractions but this suited us as we do not like all the bars/nightlife in our doorstep anyway. The poolside service took a bit too long, I had to remind the desk of our order on our first day, a couple of times before we received it. If I had a complaint it would be the poolside area, it didn't have enough beds in a sunny position and the music from the bar was just awful, very heavy metal like and not to our liking at all, hence we did not spend much time by the pool. But overall a good stay for a couple of days.

If you don’t expect the comfort of a $250 hotel, due to the Cost of the Hotel, very good all over. Comfy bed, bathroom good, breakfast excellent, Nice and clean pool. Just pay the little bit more extra for the rooms facing the pool with balcony

The private pool sweet was beautiful, and the entire hotel property was lovely. The included breakfast buffet was a major highlight too, so much delicious and different food! We had a great time at Cape Dara and wish we could have stayed longer. What a wonderful spot for a honeymoon!

The facilities are amazing, so picturesque. From the moment you walk in to the lobby greeted by smiling faces and a beautiful pool which overlooks the ocean. Room was huge and had a beautiful view of Pattaya beach. We had a day at the swimup bar down on the beach and it was fantastic. Would stay again

The room itself was nice. The private pool was great with the little hammock inside it. The large pool is always quite nice. There was a huge variety of channels which really exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was quiet impressive and I made use of the club lounge, which provided sufficient amount of snacks during the afternoon tea time.

It was a beautifully designed resort with two pools and free Buffett breakfast. The breakfast was great. We got a standard room and a pool suite. The pool room had a musty smell and the pool had algae and needed more care.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The room was wonderful, the staff extremely helpful & friendly (best staff experience ever). We had Room B108 & I highly recommend this room, it’s the absolute best & providing access to the pool as well as a shaded area or some sun on our two patios. The hotel location was perfect; a short walk to the beach, Tiffany’s show, Terminal 21 (a fabulous shopping mall) & plenty of places to eat nearby. Although they have some facilities for children, personally I would say this best suits adults/couples. It’s quiet & provides the relaxation needed for time away from work, with a good sized pool & a reasonable gym. Our bathroom was so lovely that we want the same at home! We were very sad to say goodbye.

It’s a small 4 star property and is easy , relaxing and warm . The facilities and service are nice . The front office staff is helpful . The swimming pool is inviting and the whole hotel feels like a mini resort minus the green cover which you don’t miss much . The pool view rooms feel luxurious and airy . The hotel is in a good spot with not much noise . Closer to terminal 21 and seven eleven and many massage parlour joints around .

Rooms where very nice, we had a pool view room , The cleaners were very nice, couldn’t ask for better, as with us having a 18 month old little girl with us , and her being a little bit poorly we asked if they could change the bedding 2 days in a row as she had been sick on it lol

Huge room. Stayed in a One bedroom Deluxe King with pool access. Excellent pool and loved the garden it's a relaxing atmosphere. It's walking distance to Terminal 21 shopping centre. Good Breakfast. Excellent customer service. Made an error with my booking and the Hotel fixed it for us and have refunded the money without any issues.

Everything. Had a poolside room. Even though the place was packed and in the town it didn't feel like it. Guests have a habit of claiming their seats by the pool with their towels very early in the morning but still loads of beds for everyone. Pool is nice. Food is good. Breakfast very good. Staff are exceptional. Room maids so polite. Special commendation to the lady on the egg station who was under immense pressure each morning but still smiled thru it all and performed her job to perfection. Great value for money.

Lovey Hotel, very friendly staff, food is very good, rooms are clean and have everything you need, has a lovely large swimming pool, however it is awful for people reserving sun beds, and you don’t see them for hours- something I think the hotel needs to look at, we couldn’t find a spare bed at 10am- Not many people just Towels!! There needs to be more tables for breakfast, found we had to stand and wait for one to become free, and not enough no smoking areas either, so if the only free table was outside you were stuck with smokers, same around the pool, it would be nice to have a non smoking area ( not just by the kids pool ) Mainly German I would say, we did meet a couple of English but not many. Location is very Good, across the road from Terminal 21, great for shopping and loads of restaurants,

Comfy clean room , huge swimming pool . This got a little crowded towards Xmas. With pool beds in short supply . Breakfast was adequate . All staff weee very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble . It's great value resort close to everything you need .

Staff are amazing! They come and ask if we want to clean the room or refill our mini bar every day and the hotel give every guest a Christmas gift! And air conditioning is good, we stayed here for 6days we loved the room we had a private pool and very private, close to the beach and quiet!

Overall, this resort is recommended especially for family. The private pool is very nice and room ambience is cozy. However the way to get to the hotel is a bit confusing, and is further out from the main road. So, we would recommend for those who seeks to find a nice resort to stay in doors to use the resort facilities.

The hotel is gorgeous. Really nice pool with swim up bar, staff is friendly, clean rooms and great amenities. The breakfast is very good too. The only downside is that you’re in the middle of nowhere. The hotel offers a shuttle service that takes you to the busy area of Jomtien once every hour until 8pm. After that you’ll be on your own to take a cab (2-300 baht) or uber (if they show up- not reliable- for 100baht). If you look in the map you may think you can walk.. but the streets around the hotel don’t have sidewalks and believe me YOU CANNOT WALK ANUWHERE). You will depend on the shuttle or other transport. Jomtiem is a more tranquil place than Pattaya beach. The parts of the beach that you can actually enjoy are the closest to Pattaya. There are maybe 4 km of the beach that are unused due to having no sand area (including the ocean from nearest to the hotel). You need to go at least a few kms north to find the sand. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay away from the buzz. The Chinese tour buses and tourists can be very noisy in the lobby and not follow hotel rules (like not smoking in the pool area or not going to the pool after closing hours) but overall it’s a quiet place and very relaxing.

Great service and very welcoming and friendly. They arranged all my tranport service. The hotel was hidden and far from the beach (if only the path way to the beach was opened but negotiations were still ongoing with the other building at the back for that less than 100 steps beach front) other restaurants but all you need is already inside. A lovely pool which is a great view from our balcony. Clean hotel room and spacious. Although we do suggest to have some OFF lotions specially for the kids because of the greens around rhe hotel. Just a precaution but all is good. The restaurants have great food. Love the pool bar. Awesome gym with the basics. Kid friendly. My son loves the Safari camp and the pool slide. I love the Spa.

This was my first time staying with Centara hotel group. Even though it located not near the beach, but overall we had great time and very good value for money. The hotel provided the shuttle to the beach every hour. The pool was great, my kid enjoyed it very much. Kid‘s club was just like the Hobbit house. We impressed with the Front desk person. She was very informative responsive and friendly. The staffs at the restaurant was very responsive and helped me with sterilizing my baby’s bottle everyday. Besides that my car broke down in the basement and the staffs assisted me in every ways to make my car worked again. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance.

Fantastic service, room, pool, breakfast and would definitely recommend and stay again. It was a little further away - but hotel has shuttle to beach and city - so at end of day you are away from the noise and hassle of busy city area. We had motorbikes so did not matter. Thanks for looking after us - You were all great!

Amazing hotel for a relaxing break with my family. The pool access room was a bonus. The staff and food were excellent. We chose the half board option which was very convenient for a relaxing evening without the worry of going out for dinner. Free shuttle into the city was helpful. A huge thank you to Head Chef Martin Benton who went out the way to makes sure vegetarian options were available for us throughout our stay.

We really enjoyed the poolside experience here. The pools are set among palms and plumeria trees - very green. From some lounge chairs you can look out over the ocean too. Pool attendants were always at the ready, bringing towels, refreshments or food - and very gracious. It's very easy to stretch out and relax.

The service is gentle by bell boys only and breakfast staff & receptionist not freindly at all. Check in and check out very long. We travel a lot. Our problems started right at the reception. They requested 5000 thb deposit (no information about it anywhere though). We booked the sea view room and surprisingly we could sea the sea only if we stand on the bench in the balcony and jump! And yes, there is no access to the sea at all😔

They made my stay truly unforgettable time and time again.
