What a beautiful hotel. We stayed for a week in a premium studio with sea view. Lovely room with a great view over the pool and the sea. We were self catering as we enjoy eating out, and Palma Nova is full of places to eat and drink. 2 lovely pools, with plenty of sun beds, always beds to be had no matter what time you you go for one, and pool towels are provided. Rooftop pool is just for adults, lovely area with amazing view where you can sit with a glass of wine and take it all in....my favourite place. This hotel is one of the nicest i have ever stayed in, spotlessly clean, staff are lovely and in a great location. Will definitely be back.....sooner rather than later!

Everything is excellent about the hotel. Pool, enough sun beds + umbrellas and never an early morning rush to secure them, different areas to relax, access to private pebbled 'beach', free pool towels changed daily, friendly and helpful staff (especially Sherriff), views, gym, shop, the hotel is not too full (max capacity 500 I believe), indoor pool and spa facilities, different bars/restaurants. To be fair the hotel is fantastic! My kids (10 + 14 - girls) loved it, so did the wife and I, we would definitely return. If you want a quiet, relaxing, good quality hotel that feels luxurious - look no further!

This hotel is everything you would want , great food , great pool area especially the roof top pool has amazing views. The rooms have everything you need and are very clean and who wouldn’t want to wake up to the views they have . The ladies who do yoga and pool gym are fab really enjoyed there sessions . We’ve booked for next year so that says it all . The staff are very friendly in every department from the restaurant to reception

I Recently stayed in Ponent Mar for a week with my 2 daughters in a comfort apartment. The hotel is beautiful and meticulously clean. Decor is top notch. Pool is lovely and no sunbed wars! Although it was September. There is also a roof top bar and pool for adults only which gives a beautiful and tranquil vibe and views of palma nova bay. Food in the restaurants is great and the location beside the sea is breathtaking. Staff are helpful and friendly. My only criticism would be that to get a room with a sea and pool view you need to book a more expensive room option, which I didn't do, to my regret. Therefore we had a view only of the back end of the hotel towards inland which I was so disappointed about. If I was to return id spend the extra for the sea view. The hotel has an onsite shop, gym and spa. All excellent additions and prices in the shop are very competitive. Im terms of location it is a short walk to the town, not even 5 minutes. Where there are amazing restaurants and bars. The beach is also a short walk and is sandy with clear waters. However there is an incline on return to the hotel which I found a struggle in the heat and with a disability. The hotel itself is definitely a cut above.

Peaceful and quiet, the private beach and beach bar attached to the hotel. We stayed in a swim up room and it was worth every penny. The staff were incredibly helpful and were on hand for anything we needed. A short walk in to palmanova for restaurants was also a major plus.

Loved the space and amenities, half board food was amazing, lovely pool indoor and outdoor, right on the beach, grocery store and restaurants nearby, staff was extremely kind. Stayed in the premium oasis room with a private pool- definitely recommend!!

Superb staff, acted very promptly when we had an issue with people in an adjacent room. Hotel has a nice feel to it, good outdoor areas and gardens, food good. Really liked the private pool/bar area dedicated to the superior rooms/suites.

Great hotel overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure. Breakfast was superb, large variety of choices, great taste. There are many facilities in the hotel (like pool, access to the beach, saunas, gym), there is plenty of things to do. Close proximity to the Palmanova and other beaches, few restaurants and shops (walking distance). The room was clean and comfortable.

Great location . Quiet hotel swim up suite is private and peaceful.

We stayed here in a “swim up room” technically this is not true, however you have a private pool area and also private sun beds. Which we really enjoyed. The pool club (over bridge pool) up on the top of the hotel was not that great. We couldn’t get a sun bed ourselves in this area, however we managed to get seats. The staff in the top pool area, some are ok, others are really rude. On to food we went half board, however, we struggled with the food. No fresh fish or meats cooked in front of you.There was meat and fish, cooked in another area and brought down to you, which was lukewarm by the time it arrived. The rooms were kept nice and clean. with as you would expect clean towels if you had used them. I had used my bank card as we purchased our drinks etc; which I thought was a bit of a hassle to be honest. However when we came to checkout we were informed we had a bill of 40 Euro, exactly! Very odd as we’ve stayed in many hotels and never had a bill that was stop on, an even amount of Euro. I told the receptionist we didn’t owe this and she took this so easy, I suspect maybe it’s a bit of a try it on. All in all we had a nice holiday, but probably wouldn’t go back again. If you’ve booked go and enjoy yourself. May be just go room only or breakfast if you are foodies.

Last minute family summer holiday get away. This hotel was great location for many shops, restaurants, and the beach. It is close to nightlife but as a family we still managed to avoid all of that and preferred to go the short walk into Palma bay for the beaches and nightlife. Rooftop bar/ pool was great the pool was quite cold but the views were great. Reception staff were really helpful and the staff in general were friendly. There were other pools but I think they are for pool access rooms only but were never used from what we saw. The rooms are brilliant especially in terms of value for money, clean, spacious, modern and well equipped it’s a huge plus for this hotel. Breakfast was also good, plenty of variety and nice tables outside too. I would recommend local car hire which the hotel can help with they were great much easier and better value than airport

Lovely hotel. Clean, nice room and staff were lovely. Check in staff were very helpful and accommodating. Nice layout of our room however we did upgrade to a Beach House as we wanted a pool view or beach view which meant it was a bigger room with separate bedroom area. This also meant we had access to a terrace with sun loungers and one of the two pools which are shown on pictures that the hotel overlooks. It is not clear when booking that these pools can only be accessed by the rooms with terraces out on to this area. The only other pool option is the rooftop which is an amazing area with a fantastic feature pool however you have to pay to reserve sun loungers and the luxury beds for the large majority of the terrace around the pool and there is only a small section whereby guests can access a free sun lounger. Outside guests can also reserve loungers so I image when it’s busy getting a lounger will be difficult. For most of our stay the loungers were reserved but no one showed up to use them! The pools weren’t heated which ruined it a little for us on this stay as it was too cold to go in the pool and the kids were extremely disappointed.

Our twin room had great facilities! Full-sized fridge, microwave, plenty of hanging space & a couple of lamps, making it cozy. Excellent location for beach, bars & restaurants, shops, etc.We had a good sized balcony too which overlooked the front of the hotel, making it fun to people watch at night. Rooftop pool area was AMAZING! Spectacular views! Large area of sun loungers & Bali beds available to hire for an extra treat. Bar was very expensive for drinks (ie 2 x large drinks were €28)! 😬. The pools I found were particularly cold (probably the coldest I've ever swam in) but the feature of the pools running in between 2 buildings makes it too tempting not to venture in to take a look down! I only ate breakfast at the hotel but for a 4* I found the quality very poor (ie meat quality & quality of juices). I would not hesitate to return to this hotel. Maybe in the warmer months when the pools are a bit warmer (the lifeguard says he only swims there during August) but I suspect at that time the pool area would be a lot busier (I stayed October).

Beautiful hotel, very accommodating, the room was spacious with a free standing bath. We had a swim up room right next to the pool bar which had amazing drinks for a good price and the staff were lovely and helpful. We had breakfast included which was also lovely, fresh and wide variety of options.

Stayed in the direct pool access room which was lovely. Bed was comfortable, mini fridge was restocked daily FOC, good selection of drinks/food and room service was also available. Plenty of loungers including Balinese beds. Unfortunately the pool bar wasn’t open yet when we stayed so walking inside and up 3 floors to reception for drinks each time was a trek.

We visited this hotel as a guest to use the pool area. We were staying in a Melia hotel in the area and the pool and terrace was not in use. We were offered by our hotel to use the facilities in the Melia Palma Bosque hotel. We were met at the hotel reception by Marine. This wonderful lady gave us a tour of the hotel and showed us to the pool. Her customer service and warmth was fantastic. She mentioned that there was a dj on that evening so we returned later and had food and drinks. The vibe in this hotel is great. Food, drinks and the atmosphere were all superb. We returned the next day to the pool. Marine welcomed us one again with her smile and her great customer service. Marine is a big asset to Melia. Her personality is one of a kind. Thank you Marine.

super clean, super nice staff, we got free pool drinks ticket just bc we booked through booking.com, and you re not allowed to smoke which is amazing when you have kids. It is realtively close to hop on hop off bus stop(10min walk). Hotel is located just under the castle(15 min walk), it was trendy, minimalistic look, with a lovely view, room was super clean, there is a free minibar(drinks) which is restock everyday. Kids enjoyes the pool very much, midday through the biggest heat we enjoyed indoor pool, i enjoyed the gym in the morning, there is a big supermarket (3min walk), lots of restaurants, behind the pool there is a small beautiful garden with oranges and lemons trees, it was just perfect stay. We even lost the card from our room which was no problem, everyone was super helpful and good spirited! thank you!

Really nice touches like the mini bar and pool towels, breakfast was nice and the staff were fab! The location was a bit further out but walkable into Palma and taxis are really reasonable (taxi rank right outside the hotel). We had a room round the pool which was great for being able to pop in and out. The pool was easy to get loungers around and even though the hotel was really busy we never struggled to find somewhere to sit around the pool or on the terrace. The gym is small but good facilities. Overall a lovely hotel and Great value.

The studio apartment was small but spotlessly clean as was the whole of the hotel and the pool areas. We had everything we needed as only had breakfast in the apartment. There was a large balcony with chairs but would have liked a table and possibly a parasol but there were plenty round the pool. Lots of sun loungers and a nice snack bar. A great childrens play area and pool and a childrens activity Co ordinator. Theres a gate next to the childrens pool for guests to use which cuts off the corner ( youll need your door key to get back in) then turn left and Walking up a slight incline for about 5-10 mins and you came to The Square”. Where there were some very good restaurants, especially il vivo ( fabulous and huge portions) and Royal garden. Also bars and The auld triangle irish bar which had live music every night. If you carried on walking for 20 mins or so with views over the bay ( you can cut through to the waterside down some steps) you ended up in the centre of Santa Ponsa and the beach . Lots of shops and cafes. We especially liked cafe Mozart ( opposite the bus terminus) and xaloc restaurant with its open grill area, on the way down. At the end of the street to the Globales Costa de calma where the coach drops you is a bus stop where we caught a bus directly to Palma (9euros for 2 )and very much enjoyed walking the medieval streets , Having cake in one of its lovely old cafes and visiting palma Cathedral. Well worth a visit.

Just spent a 4 night break with my daughter at this superb hotel. Could not fault the hotel & staff. The hotel is spotless, the staff are so helpful & friendly especially the ones in the pool bar. Great food from the pool bar at a goid price along with the drinks which are a good price. The pool was spotless too with a great little pool for the younger kids with a play area. We had a late flight for our return home and a courtesy room was available, although this needs a lock on the actual shower room . Would definitely return to this hotel . A good location which is a 5 minute stroll up to town & The Square. A taxi was 6/7 euros into Santa Ponsa town which is a lot livelier with lots of restaurants & bars. Thoroughly enjoyable short break .

I have just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel. I travelled as a single parent and took my three youngest children, aged 8, 11 and 16 years. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel and resort even though we spent time exploring the area too. I stayed in Santa Ponsa 8 weeks prior with two of my older children at a different hotel but I chose this hotel specifically for my younger children . The facilities are very good, great location as it’s about 15 minutes walk to Santa Ponsa , good bus links to Palma and surrounding areas. The hotel staff are absolutely amazing, this includes the pool bar and restaurant staff, cleaners, receptionists and Lukas from the entertainment team. We tend not to be the most sociable family when on holiday but we found the entertainment options provided to be perfect for us. We really enjoyed the range of activities that were available if we wanted to participate. Our rooms were cleaned regularly to a good standard. We were very happy with the choice and quality of food and drinks at the pool bar and staff were helpful when I told them about my son's nut allergy. I just asked my 8 year old son’s opinion and he said ‘pools very nice, good athletics things to do and kind staff’. I’d recommend a stay here to make some amazing family memories.

Awesome . Loved it here . Great facilities for either couples wanting quiet holiday or for families needing separate great kids areas (small pool and play area) . Would come back here as a couple or again with Grandchildren . The name of the apartments and area couldn’t be more apt . Lucas provided a great variety of entertainment both in and out of pool and the kids were well looked after . Oliver the lovey life guard was always very encouraging when he saw us doing proper swimming. I have to also mention Pablo the maintenance guy with whom I got chatting about cycling and ended up going out on a couple( one moderate and one easy) of local rides with himself and few of his bike buddies . Lovely guy . All the other staff were fantastic we lovely too .. Main 25m pool also epic for getting some serious lengths done. We would definitely come back here. Only slight small downside rooms was a studio which for a week would be ok . 10+ days you have to be tidy or the room can quickly get out of hand . A little larger would have been perfect but nonetheless still nice and fresh / modern enough . Local facilities great and enough to keep you busy visiting nearby Platja Blanca or the main beach at Santa Ponsa only 20 minute wall along the road. Would definitely come back here.

Such a beautiful hotel, amazing hard working and friendly staff, for whom nothing was too much trouble, even when checking in at four in the morning. So a huge thank you to you all . The pools and pool areas were lovely with plenty sunbeds for all. The poolside snack bar served delicious food and lovely cocktails too, all with a friendly smile. The Hotel is a short walk from a beautiful little cove and a short 5 min walk to bars and restaurants, a slightly longer 10-15 minute walk you are in the resort centre. There’s a bus stop 2 mins from the hotel that you can get to other parts of this beautiful Island The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room had everything we needed, there’s even a small supermarket 2 minutes away. I would highly recommend this hotel, we are definitely going back. If you are visiting, please remember, it’s your holiday but it’s the local peoples homes, so please be respectful if that

We had a fantastic room, with balcony and kettle facilities! Extremely comfortable bed. Cleaners do a brilliant job keeping this hotel sparkling. Every single member of staff we interacted with were happy to help us, from reception staff, to waiting staff, to the cleaning staff. Brilliant. Enjoyed dinner on the final night and it was great too. Pool was amazing and very comfy loungers. We noticed the pool/lifeguard kept the pool area really tidy and manages the loungers so that people aren't leaving towels on the beds to reserve them for prolonged periods of time. This means customers don't need to take matters into their own hands and this feels like a really good thing that the hotel do! We we're gutted to be leaving yesterday - but until next time!

Just returned from a 3 night stay celebrating my daughters hen party. From being greeted by the friendly reception team to being checked in early with no problems and being shown to our room which overlooked the harbour and cathedral were the views were stunning which made the start of our amazing stay here. I stayed in the 3 person room which was plenty big enough and spotless. Pool area and bar area were also spotless and the drinks and food were amazing and the little tub of sweets was a lovely touch when he had a nightime drink before heading out. Thank you so much for giving us a glass of ice to get the gum of my daughters shoe and trousers we managed to save them. You can pick pool towels up from reception which is handy on saving space if you only take on carry on luggage and toiletries were provided in the barhroom. We would like to thank the team for making our stay fantastic and wanting to come back.

The room was very comfortable, and having a specific room for kids were amazing. It was very quiet, and balcony was cool to take a coffee. Having 1 inside swimming pool was very cool for kids, as the water of the outside pool was a bit too cold. We walked from the hotel to center of Palma (Seu) and it took us 45min (with kids) which is good to discover the city

I really liked the pool area with a nice view of the city. The breakfast was really good. Staff super friendly. The details such as free water in the room and pool towels available at the front desk were appreciated.

Out of the four hotels we stayed at during our trip to Mallorca, this place was the most positive surprise. Staff 10/10 – special thanks to Ms. Magda for such a warm, detailed and professional welcome :). The peace and quiet, without crowds or too many tourists, allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. The private pool connected to our room was a wonderful surprise and gave us a true sense of luxury. The greenery around the hotel is divine – impressive, beautifully maintained plants with Mediterranean charm. A beautiful garden, Balinese beds, outdoor gym, proximity to La Calita Portals Nous beach, great location and tasty breakfasts. The overall atmosphere in the hotel was very positive and everyone was helpful and friendly 🙂

Firstly, the staff are brilliant. Such lovely people and catered to every need. The pool staff are exceptionally lovely and welcoming. Great service and kind. The pools were lovely, not too busy and can always get a sunbed. The food at the pool bar was great. We ate there every day and tried a lot from the menu. The club sandwich & the prawns & tacos were our favourite. The white sangria and beers were great and really quick service round the pool and the bar. Nice pools, clean and lovely inside pool restaurant with inside and outside seating. The breakfast was delicious and really good choice to choose from. Rooms were big and clean, also good balcony with street view and can also see the sea. Really lovely hotel and nice location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful too. Cabs called for us and arrived very quickly. Easy transport and distance to the portals and palma.

We came to this hotel in 2018 and decided to rebook. Location, rooms and pool area are fabulous. Such a great outdoor space and walking distance to the town, beaches and the marina with its shops and bars. But its the people who make this hotel extra special. The lovely people on the desk and serving the gorgeous buffet breakfast are so friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. Special call out to Xavier who runs the pool bar - such a lovely guy. We will be back.

Loved our jacuzzi on the terrace overlooking the pool. All the staff were lovely. The guys cleaning the pool in the morning, the waiting staff at the restaurants and the room cleaning team. A lovely holiday.

Really lovely hotel with extremely friendly,helpful staff. Beautiful Spa.We loved our swim up pool rooms! Only slight drawback is that the port itself is rather a commercial,working one with little apart from a few decent restaurants.

Another perfect stay at Puresalt Port Adriano. Tranquil hotel in quiet location, absoloute bonus being adults only! plenty of places to eat in the nearby port and the hotel shuttle runs you there and collects you anytime, the pool area is lovely with the terrace to sit for drinks, nice sea view from the room. all the staff are friendly and super helpful, a special shout out to the pool guy who is great, and also the lady who cooks the breakfast is amazing, somuch choice and everthing so fresh, very enjoyable to sit outside and eat, no rush as breakfast is open until 11am, rooms are nice everything spotless plenty of towels and extra clothes hangers were available on request, altogether a very plesant stay.

Super Hotel, beautiful view from the room, large comfortable bed, helpful friendly staff, great breakfast with plenty of choice, nice terrace to sit and enjoy the choice of cocktails, pool was great, (not heated but was fine, not sure may be cold if going later in the year) they pool guy was so helpful, plenty of fresh towels, nothing was too much trouble, the shuttle service down to the port was perfect, this is available at anytime, the walk to the port is fine but the hill is steep coming back,Port Arianno is lovely, upmarket and classy, and the Harbour Grill is really good, altogether a great week and we will return.

The property was beautiful and overlooked the Port Adriano port, making sunsets and sunrises spectacular to watch. The service was great and every employee we interacted with was helpful and cheerful. The swimup pool attached to our room was the best part and put our overall experience over the top

Amazing! Beautiful hotel, food first class and staff outstanding. Nothing too much trouble, they go above and beyond. Bed so comfortable, swim up well worth the extra to be able to cool off as and when. Breakfast one of the best I’ve had. The view at dusk watching the boats come back was wonderful . I’ll be back in May for a longer trip.

What an amazing place to stay for 9 days. We really enjoyed our swim-up to room accommodations. From the dining room hostess, the front desk personnel, the chefs, wait staff and housekeeping attendants, the service was 5 star and I’ve travelled around the world many times and have a good sense of superior service. Well done!

We booked a swim up pool room and we were not told that the pool is cold and does not work during certain times of the year. This would have been important to note as we would not have booked this room if we knew. The pool although closed was super dirty and not kept up well for a 5 star hotel I think they should at least keep that done. Besides that the room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Please note in “winter” they keep a heater constantly going in the room and it gets way too hot. They were unable to resolve this for us so we ended up getting reimbursed and moving to another hotel. The staff was helpful in getting the reimbursement done but they could have been more informed on the heater situation as I can tell we are not the only guests that had this issue.

The hotel room, facilities, location, staff and food were all amazing. The swim up pool next to our room was nice and private. The hotel swimming pool was the warmest outdoor swimming pool I’ve ever experienced. The piano bar upstairs and terrace was amazing. Even the surrounding restaurants were very nice.

Seriously relaxing break. We’d definitely stay again. Clean, great value, fantastic facilities, amazing pool & only seconds away from a lovely beach! Staff were great, especially Jesus at the pool bar!

The location is awesome right on the beach, was so handy having seats undercover by the pool, so you have the option of laying in the sun or in the shade. The hotel had everything I was after, restaurant by the pool, quick access to the beach, a basic gym but enough stuff for me to do a workout. The massage and spa clinic looked really nice, but I didn’t get a chance to use was booked out so get in early. The piano bar is worth going was arvo/evening, had a beautiful view.

The location being right beside the beach is excellent. The pool and showers between pool and sea was brilliant. Entertainment each evening was quite good. The preferred lounge albeit beside reception was a decent perk. We enjoyed the barby on Tuesdays and the free boat trip on Thursdays. Very good breakfast options - especially the choice of eggs / omelettes / pancakes made fresh each day and broad range of fruit.

the location is excellent, you can go straight from you lounger by the pool to the sea is less than a minute. every morning we went down to the beach in our dressing gowns to take a dip in the sea. The gardens and pool side are really nice and the piano bar is a great place for a pre dinner drink with excellent views of the sea

The swim up room was excellent; perfect for two young children learning to swim. The mini disco at 4pm. The kids club. The aqua mat. Food choices. Cocktails. Spa & treatments. Family vibe. Children's pools & playgrounds. Children & baby food options on the menus.

We had a very good experience at this hotel with our family of 4 including a 3 and 6 year old. The kids club and kids lunch buffet were great and gave us some time to relax and also not worry about what our kids were going to eat. The grounds, rooms, pool, and restaurant were very nice. We spent a lot of time with the pool and the staff was lovely. We had a little trouble booking things with the butler service as the options seemed very limited to certain companies which did not cater to children and were very expensive. The hotel was able to give us a late checkout as our flight out was very late.

Really nice hotel with a Spanish style. Pretty lobby and very welcoming staff. Nice Bar and lounge by the lobby as well as the Es Fum Michelin star restaurant. Clean and nice rooms. Bad gym, very small. Guest service, the butlers( LEO especially) and all the receptionists were great and very friendly and helpful. Same at the Es Fum restaurant. Unfortunately the service wasn’t always the same at the Aqua restaurant or by the pool. Almost all the women were super friendly and service minded at the Aqua restaurant but the men were most of them pretty grumpy and not service minded at all. There wasn’t enough people serving by the pool. Took forever to order and same here the people who did work wasn’t super friendly except for MATHIAS who was really nice!! Overall a nice hotel but it’s not the same as a St Regis, Four seasons or Ritz Carlton as over in North America.

An absolutely stunning and luxurious hotel – truly a dream vacation! Everything was perfect! What made our stay truly unforgettable was the incredibly warm and attentive staff. You rarely meet people who are so genuinely kind and go out of their way to make guests – including the little ones – feel special. Our little one was especially excited every day to greet his ‘Police officer’ from the SOS staff by the pool– such a great man from the team! He also had many favourite people in the restaurant, where everyone was so friendly and caring. The whole atmosphere was full of love, warmth, and positive energy. Even the other guests were exceptionally kind. It felt like a little paradise – we didn’t want to leave! 💕🌸

Exceptional hotel!!! The location is ideal as it is only 25min from the airport. The rooms are very beautiful, with all the modern fittings. The grounds are exceptionally well manicured and there is a lot of space to move around. The adult area is also very nice and secluded away from the main pool area. This is a fancy hotel, but very welcoming to children. The staff are really wonderful, and always willing to help.

Less than half an hour away from Palma you can find this perfect place with a great poolside for relaxation and a natural beach. The property and rooms are all beautiful and the hotel has great choices for quality dining. Staff was very well trained and took care of everything professionally. I can't see a reason why I would not stay here again.

Beautiful property - wonderful sound of silence other than the crickets/insects humming. Incredible staff - so polite and helpful so 10/10 to them! Breakfast was wonderful and had no dairy milk plus the most delicious almond croissant they grow their own lemons and offer trails around the huge property. we have ever had. Some other observations; - hotel is 30-40 mins from Palma town and is very quiet. So not for a big group wanting to party hard I’d say. Perfect for chilling and romantic getaways - hot breakfast ordering little slow/confused so had to reorder and not always correct. - night 1 couldn’t work the AC - not sure if us or it but others in our groups struggled too. Perhaps an explanation is needed when showing us the room initially - no hot water in last morning hotel wide. One of those things with Spanish islands perhaps but a shame as really wanted one - the trails are on a map but no signs so you can’t really follow to easily. We gave up as only had an hour. - didn’t have a spa treatment as quite pricey but the indoor pool looked lovely Overall if I wanted a quieter getaway and happy to chill by the pool /play tennis then this is beautiful. The distance from Palma and beaches etc may make those more ad hic trips rather than daily excursions so something to think about depending on the type of trip you want and if you have a car or not.

We stayed for 6 nights at Castell Son Claret and were blown away by the beautiful surroundings and amazing service. From the moment you drive through the electric gates you are greeted with manicured gardens and view of the stunning period country house. The pool area overlooks the countryside with staff at hand to meet your every need and ensure you have a quality relaxing experience. This hotel is perfect for couples who want to unwind and recharge.

Amazing and relaxing hotel. A glorious converted castle in the hills with a fabulous restarant and spa (though expensive!). A perfect place to get away from it all with a gorgeous pool and the very best breadkfast! Comfortable beds and rooms and very friendly service.

We loved it! The pool is nestled in the green mountains and dinner at Sa Clastra was amazing. They just received their first Michelin Star this year.

Everything was perfect!! Beautiful grounds, customer service was impeccable, the rooms were wonderful and we even got an upgrade to a room with a plunge pool. The area is great with a lovely bay and great choice of restaurants. Want to go back already.

Upon arrival, they have upgraded us with a suite with a private pool, which was amazing considering we were travelling with our 2yrs old girl. She had some stomach problemes at night. The reception quickly called the doctor and send over the cleaning lady, making our troubled night a lot easier. The resort is simply amazing. The breakfast has a lot of options that we loved. The top roof pool was heated and in great condition.

The hotel is very modern and clean. The restaurants within the hotel were very nice (not buffet)! Junior suite with private pool, very nice size, outside area bigger than other hotels, 2 sun beds as well as a circular day bed. There were a lot of sun beds around the communal pools, I can’t imagine there ever to be struggle to find a bed. Lots of car parking. Lovely quiet little area.

Modern, clean, friendly staff, loads of sun beds, excellent breakfast. Our plunge pool room was lovely. Only things I would say is it’s a big hotel and took us 5 mins every morning to walk to the restaurant, and it would be good to have some Adults only bedroom blocks so not subjected to screaming children!!

The upgrade to swim up room, absolutely fantastic

We were given a bracelet on arrival which you used to access your room. Its a cashless hotel so could also charge items from the bar. This was great. The kids club was brilliant, you could drop and go in the morning and do activities in the afternoon. They even worked into the evening with activities. The pool had comfortable swim up beds. Excellent pool facilities for the kids, large park and bouncy castle.

Zafiro Palma Nova is fantastic and we will definitely be returning next summer. We stayed in a swim up suite in Zafiro Club and it was worth every penny. The room was spacious, well stocked, clean and has everything to make it comfortable. Special mention to Bartosz - his customer service skills are amazing. He is very attentive, can’t do enough for you and is a credit to the hotel. We hope he is there next year! The hotel is clean, modern, great food in the restaurants and is close to all the bars, shops and restaurants.

Swim up was great, room big, actually 2 beds to sleep in (bedroom with closable doors). Nice service and people working in the hotel, all smiling and great :) food good but may be changing more often. When we get to the hotel we get our room about 2 hours before and everything was explained nicely inluding map of hotel, where is what and what hours etc.

Currently staying in the swim up room. Sadly it is north facing so not worth the £1000 extra we paid to celebrate my 40th birthday. Weather isn't the greatest anyway but this time of year it still doesnt get any sun until a tiny bit on the edge of the decking starting at 5.30pm. Really disappointed. The south facing side really should only be used this time of year as our is pretty pointless. Very gutted. Also the water doesnt meet the filters around the top edge of the pool so the water is full of dirty leaves & looks a bit grimy. The children's food section really needs to be separate. Big queues for food as the child's section is just at the start of the food for everyone. Children picking coloured plates & deciding what to eat means a big queue forms behind. Much easier if they had their own little food island like other places we've visited. Brilliant kids pools, lovely staff, very clean. Just wish id known about the room as a big waste of money.
