Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in Perdika

All staff were polite, attentive and professional. We were upgraded to a room with a swim up pool which was fabulous. There was always a great variety of food on offer for breakfast and dinner (we were half board). The views were breath-taking. All was perfect

The beach staff were fantastic- Leonardo and Alexandra to name a few. The staff in general were great and very hospitable. We had a private pool which was super clean and perfect. We really did have a fantastic holiday and can’t wait to come back.

Elix and especially the private pool suite is unique in it’s comfort and view. Watching the sunset from there is astonishing. As a guest with autism this suite provided me a way to relax at my own pool without any external stimuli. The staff is working tremendously hard, is very professional and really kind.

August 24-28. Perfect hotel in everything, amazing view, maximum service, perfect staff, high level and very delicious food. I would like to highlight something from the staff that was a surprise for us, we had booked 2 standard rooms with a sea view, but when we arrived at the hotel, the staff offered us 2 rooms with a pool access , which was something amazing and very welcome. it was really a perfect stay for us

Christina and Vassilis are great hosts The property is located on an amazing spot in natural old olive trees sanctuary with a sea view from the pool and the rooms, clean linen and towels every day, the rooms are modern and spacious with a kitchennet and everything needed for your stay, breakfast was great, the pool was great, the property located in a small village Anthoussa which is a 7 minutes drive to Parga town, very comfortable and great place to stay while you are traveling to Parga. We are traveling a lot in Greece and this was our best place ever and will come back again...

We stayed in Filoxenia, with a small child, at the beginning of July 2023. A perfect vacation, just as we imagined. Excellent accommodation, beautiful pool, area around the pool, nature. There is also a waterfall on the property itself, which definitely takes your breath away. Kristina and Vaislis are great people, always ready to help you.. The breakfast is excellent... Everything is very clean, in and around the accommodation, you can definitely see that they have a well-coordinated team around them. A place for all recommendations.. We will definitely be back!!!

We stayed in a lovely, nearly new villa with 3 large well appointed and clean rooms. The villa had a private small pool that we used regularly. It is in a beautiful setting with great views down to Parga and the sea. There was a very nice breakfast served on the terrace. The hotel is quite quirky with various levels, and steps everywhere. There is a shell museum, observation deck, and many small pools and waterfalls. We spent an extra unplanned night.

We highly recommend this property. It turned out to be the perfect place to stay after arriving in Greece. The friendly and attentive staff thoroughly briefed us on the room's contents. The private pool was fantastic. The view from the pool was wonderful. The covered terrace was perfect.

Stylish minimalist property with great views over the bay but only 10 minute walk into town. We had a spacious suite with private infinity pool and comfortable loungers and chairs overlooking the sea. The suite had a super comfy bed and lounge area together with a spacious shower and bathroom area. Equipped with nespresso machine (pods replenished daily) and fridge with water replenished daily. Appreciated the welcome wine, fruit and juices! Great air on in room. Breakfast buffet stocked with varied and quality choices. Specialist coffee and egg dishes made to order. There is access to a tiny beach with great sun loungers on a shady olive grove terrace. Another level up is a beach bar with drinks and snacks available operated by the lovely Soulteria who brought complimentary iced water and orders to our loungers. Christina at reception is charming and helpful with great recommendations for restaurants etc.

A surprisingly stylish, modern boutique hotel overlooking the sea with spacious, contemporary rooms, comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. The space in the room was cleverly executed with a good sized wardrobe, coffee station, a terrific shower and great toiletries. There's a lovely terraced garden overlooking the bay with comfortable sunbeds and a path down to the sea and the swimming pool has a great view. We stayed for three nights at the end of September and would have stayed longer except they were closing for the winter. Breakfast was good with options cooked to order and it was only a ten minute walk into the middle of town for dinner.

I’ve been to Sivota many times and have tried a handful of different accommodation. This is by far the best in the area. Looks just like the photos if not better, no children which is a bonus and located in a very quiet area. The breakfast is fantastic with a choice of continental or omelette/eggs and so on. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Met some other lovely couples during our visit by the pool which was a rarity because it’s usually so quiet there! Short walk into town although we had a scooter and car rental. Easy access to the beach. We will be back ! 🇬🇷

Deamaris is a unique boutique hotel with stunning view, exceptional design and professional staff. What’s special about this hotel is the location overlooking the sea with a small beach with sun beds and umbrellas. There’s a cafe down at the beach with a chill lounge music where you can get drinks, coffee or a small snack. It’s convenient, stylish, comfortable, not too touristy, it’s the best option for a chill, relaxing vacation. Not to mention the pool, amazing breakfast and fridge filled with water and soft drinks every day.

We loved everything about Apolis Villas. Perfect location above Parga with beautiful views of the town below & of the sea. Our villa had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchenette & our own private pool … perfect for our family stay. The hosts of the property are a beautiful family who will do everything to ensure your stay is a perfect one. The on-site restaurant is also worth visiting for dinner with beautiful views & for a lovely home cooked breakfast in the morning. We would definitely stay here again if we ever are lucky enough to come back to Parga.

Wonderfully private villa, luxury accommodation. We stayed in the 'superior villa' and its elevated position gives clear views over Parga bay out to Paxos and is not overlooked by any other accommodation. Akis, the owner, greeted us on arrival, showed us around and left us to it. Pool, veranda and whole villa cleaned every day. Pool is large and very clean. One thing to be aware of is steep drive up to villa complex. Its not very 'walking' friendly as whole of area is hilly, and drive up to villas is steep. You soon learn to stick the car in 1st, and go for it! If you get a cab from Parga town they all know the 'Apolis' villas and will drive you right up to your front door. Parga is a wonderful town that has more of an 'island' feel than a mainland resort. A great variety of restaurants and bars but very family friendly and popular with Greek holiday makers too. Great beaches that you can drive to or use the water taxis from Parga bay.

We had such an amazing stay in Apolis Villas Resort. The location is breath taking. The room is clean and accessible, the swimming pool is placed so you can see all Parga from above. The owners are such amazing people, a beautiful family, hard workers and very nice people. We will definitely return here for another beautiful holiday! Thank you team Apolis Villas

Absolutely amazing holiday at Apolis Villas. You are made to feel part of the family while you are there, they cannot do enough for you. A stay here is all about the gorgeous views and infinity pool looking to Parga, what a view, pictures do not do it justice! Such a good place to recharge but also so convenient for Parga town!

The location of the hotel was exceptional. The view of our room to the sea, sunset and pool was one of a kind. It is definitely the ultimate destination for relaxation, as the area is quiet and only nature sounds can be heard. The breakfast was very nice and very unique in comparison to other hotels' breakfast. Last but not least, the pool was always clean, with salty water which is a huge plus! While the stuff is very kind, friendly and welcoming. We will definitely revisit this property!

The property was located in a perfect place between Sivota and Parga so you can visit both locations in a short time. Facilities were amazing (pools, pool bar, green areas, beach and all). Amazing experience, very calm, away from the noise and a very beautiful hotel. Perfect getaway for your vacations. Will be there again.

What a place, we booked it for 9 nights starting 11th of June, we got a really good price, breakfast was included and it has good variety, the room is cleaned every day, small kitchen nicely equipped, AC actually works, decent sized fridge in the room, spacious terrace, and the overall layout of the flat is really well thought out, there are 2 common pools and you can ask for towels from reception. I definitely recommend it.The positioning is very good, with a great view of the sea. The staff was also very nice, always in a good mood and ready to help with anything you might need. Also if you're lucky enough you might even see some wildlife outside the resort, like foxes and land turtles, we actually saw a pretty big one on the road leading out of the complex.

The place is brand new and stunning. We travelled the whole continental Greece and this place won by far as the best one. Chilling atmosphere, everything fresh and clean. Nice view. 2 pools pretty quiet (1 with chlorine 1 with salt). Very high level breakfast. Super nice staff smiling and willing to help in any situation. Comfortable parking inside. AMAZING apartment, very wide and bright. Privacy is top level. From the apartment to Syvota center is only 11min of an amazing road with sea view. People should always work as these profesionals did...they are model and examples!!!

The views from the Balcony are amazing. You also get views out from the bed! The property is perfect for a relaxing holiday with minimal distractions. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, so much so that we didnt want to leave from our room. The cocktails at the bar were great too! The breakfast area, parking, swimming pools were very close to the room which made our stay very welcoming. The staff were all great, friendly and very accommodating. We look forward to staying here again in the near future.

What is there not to like! Everything was perfect and very well thought of! Danae was always available to answer our questions, before and during our stay, she met us at the property with a big smile and information about the area, restaurants, nearby beaches and let us know that she is just phone call away and sent us off with home made cake and cookies, which were delicious. Elena was friendly and bubbly and came every morning and made sure everything was clean to perfection and the pool guy was there before we even woke up to a perfectly clean pool! Villas are very nice. Looks as on the images posted here. They are spacious, well decorated, and equipped with anything you need. Pool and the villa itself get cleaned every day. There is a big and spacious parking at the back. Also being located into the forest, outside of the village, villas are very quiet and relaxefull. The host is a very nice and friendly lady. We had some wine and bevarages left in the fridge, as well as some food for our first breakfast. We got coffee capsulse every morning. There was also a very delicious lemon jam left for us. It was one of the tastiest things we have ever tried. We were 4 people and all of us loved it! We got 2 extra jars of it on our departure, which was such a lovely gester from our host. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Danae! :)

The house is great, very clean and well maintained, a luxurious and fun stay. The pool is great and very clean, all the facilities are excellent and the hospitality is generous and very warm. Danae is wonderful, available for anything, a question or a problem, when we got stuck without milk she immediately helped and on the last day when there was a problem with the car she immediately sent someone to help sort it out. Highly recommended to anyone interested in warm and very high-quality hospitality, classic for a family with children. We will definitely come back again.

Was not a typical beach resort. We had a room with a private pool. Definitely worth it. The hotel pools were many but small - would have liked a pool to exercise in. Gym was ok, would have liked longer hours. Only one dining option. Location is good, private beach was convenient. Breakfast was above average.

Had a pleasant week's stay here after visiting Meteora. I think we expected more at this price. It was mid-September and full of Scandinavian families so each of the swimming pools was too busy with children and all their toys. All the pools are small. The beach was preferable and the hotel's loungers are a bonus. The room was large, modern and comfortable. Cleaning service variable in quality. Breakfast in the Kokona area was a little more peaceful than in the noisy beachside restaurant. Selection was ok and of a standard below what a usual 5 or even 4 star hotel would offer. No real program or activities offered at this time and we had some wet weather days so the taxi boat did not operate every day. There are activities on the website but maybe they are high season only. We were glad of our rented car and get out and explore the region on the overcast/wet days. We managed the walk to Parga ok but older folk or young families with pushchairs may have struggled more. We thought the hotel was much more of a 4 star family hotel than anything else. A 7/10 from us overall, mainly for the room and the beach.

Beautiful gardens and bright room with sea view. Attentive staff. Only concern was outdoor pool next to restaurant. Build up of oils and sunscreen not cleaned suffiently and is dirty?!

Wonderful location right on the beach. Good breakfast and friendly staff in reception and restaurant. Wifi was OK, but a bit slow sometimes. Often lack of hot water in the shower in late afternoon. The cleaning staff has the potential for improvement, we had to go ask for toilet paper, shampoo and soap. And they did not understand English, not even simple words like «shampoo». Nor did they wash the sink during our 10 days there. But except that, our stay was wonderful.

We chose this hotel due to the Lichnis Beach Resort being full (we were attending a wedding and all guests were there). To say that we were lucky is an understatement. In the photos it looked like a downgrade but in reality we had lucked out. Every aspect of the hotel was fantastic. The staff were amazing, the rooms were huge and the beach was great (Lichnos Beach is not sand). I can not rate this hotel highly enough.

I think it’s the best place to stay in Chrysogiali Parga. We had the apartment with the pool and it was more than great! The property is in a walking distance from the beach which is really good taking into account that the parking is quite a problem in Parga. We left the car at the hotel parking and walk to the near beach most of the days. The place is very clean (the cleaning lady comes daily). The design of the room is modern minimal but with all the amnesties we need it. The private pool is one of the best feature! Totally recommend it!

Excellent accommodation in Valtos, close to the beach, a few shops, bars & restaurants. A short walk to the water taxi to take you to Parga Town or a 25 min walk (steep in some parts) to Parga harbour or a slightly shorter walk to the restaurants overlooking Valtos Bay. Exceptionally clean throughout, the cleaning staff work tirelessly. Kate & Raina are lovely hosts, always extremely polite and helpful. The food that we had at lunchtime in the hotel was very nice and good sized portions. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The good sized fridge was a bonus too.

I loved everything, the deco, their hospitality and kindness...simply everything. So happy we found this place and will def come back

The room was comfortable and very nicely decorated. Everything was rather new. The hosts were nice and helpful overall. The layout of the property with the rooms along the pool with direct access to it was great. We also appreciated a lot the location. It was just off the main street so without noise, but it was 1' walk to the supermarket and the bakery and less than 500 m from the village center where one could find plenty of shops and restaurants. This is an amazing place to go a relax for a few days. We really enjoyed it and we'll try to go back if we are again in the area.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to town and some beaches. The place was clean. Every time I walked back into my room, I felt like they actually cleaned the room. The pool was so quiet and relaxing. Great way to start and end your day. Great staff too.

Our stay here was perfect. The room was spotlessly clean, beautiful and spacious. We liked the access to the pool a lot. The staff were very friendly and answered all our requests. I appreciated their hospitality.

We stayed with my family beginning of September and we had the villa with the private pool . We couldn’t possibly ask for more. The apartment was spotless, beautiful with an amazing view. The staff was amazing, especially Eleni the manager, very polite, always available with a smile to provide anything we asked for. She gave us tips on beaches and restaurants to explore Sivota. The rooms were cleaned daily and everything was very very clean. The beach was beautiful and the sunset view was to die for. We had a spectacular stay and we highly recommended it.

We had an amazing stay at syvota seascape. The whole complex is well thought out with the individual villas and apartments well arranged, beautiful flowers and bushes everywhere and tasteful interiors. The view and the beach are also wonderful. We were upgraded to one of the villas with a private pool and enjoyed this very much. The host (Helen) was always helpful and quickly reacted to any requests. There is no breakfast buffet included but they filled the refrigerator and a welcome basket with everything we needed (and even refilled it).

This venue is beautiful! So peaceful and serene with close proximity to the beach. The views are stunning and the villa was immaculate. We spent all of our time there. The facilities were great- we didn’t want to go anywhere else, it was pure bliss (especially the private pool). Our host Eleni was fantastic- so friendly, helpful- nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend getting a car to explore nearby villages/ beaches and to buy essentials. I would recommend this place 100% and I would definitely visit again!

The entire experience was great especially if you are looking for remote location with great amenities. The rooms are immaculate, the host, Maria was the best host we’ve ever had and the villa was beautiful and comfortable. It was quiet and anything we needed was provided to us at all times. We rented the villa with a private pool, one bedroom and a living room with kitchenette and it was fully stocked, and perfect for our 4 day stay. Every time we left the room for a king period of time they brought us fresh towels and made beds and cleaned our rooms. the location offers several food choices near by and a beach 50 ft away with paddle board and small boat rentals to snorkel spots that were awesome. Maria helped set up an excursion and provided us with all the information we needed about downtown, taxis and all things Sivota. She has a big heart is a big reason we are going back next year. Thank you Maria!

Brand new property with private pool and nice view for relaxing moments in walking distance from village center with large variety of restaurants and short driving distance from nice beaches.

Modern, clean, comfortable accommodation with a lovely private pool and outdoor area. Tzeni and Dimitris work very hard and make you feel very welcome with surprise delicious treats. Perdika has a good choice of restaurants and we had an excellent meal at The Crabs Taverna. Our favourite beach is Arillas. We would definitely go back again.

We stayed here for one week and wish it could have been longer. The villa was perfect and very comfortable. Tzeni arrived every morning with something freshly baked for all of the villa's, which was over and above what was expected. The facilities were excellent and the private pool lovely. We absolutely loved the place. The local area is ideal for a quiet break and plenty of good restaurants in Perdika. The villa was cleaned every day and clean towels provided every couple of days. It's was 5 star standard of service. These villa's deserve the 5 star reviews they get and Tzeni and Dimitrios are doing an amazing job. So friendly and are on hand if you need any advice or suggestions on where to visit. I can't give them enough praise and will be delighted to stay again. We hired a car for the drive from Preveza and it was about 1hr 15 mins to the villa. Many thanks.

Our hosts met with us even before we parked the car. They were very nice and helpful. Helped us check in the house; asked us if we need anything and even answered in full detail all the questions I asked about nearby beaches, Paxi and Antipaxi islands. The house had everything we needed, even a very nice swimming pool which our teenager sons loved. The house had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with a kitchen. It was a great pleasure to stay there. Tzeni brought us great delicacies that she herself cooked and we loved them. She even gave us marmalades and olives that she herself made. Thanks so much for everything. If we ever come back, we will definitely stay here again. Because Elaionas Estate Perdika is definitely a home away from home...

Everything about this place is amazing! Starting from the location-very close to the center and in the same time quiet and peaceful, the hosts Jenny and Dimitris are exceptional! They go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. The house is very modern, new, with high quality details, beds are very comfortable, the pool and garden are great with an amazing view. I even started to have a new favorite morning moment when I found on the terrace table every day a new home made delicious surprise from Jenny. We felt like home and there was literarily nothing to complain, on the contrary everything to praise! We will for sure come back again.

It was absolutely delightful. We felt right at home and our host was incredibly generous and hospitable. River Villas is the perfect place for nature lovers as it is closely located to the woods. It’s also convenient for beach enthusiasts, with Valtos Beach being only 600m from the villas. We also enjoyed having the pool and yard all to ourselves. Moreover, cleaning is thoroughly done on a daily basis and we honestly couldn’t ask for a more relaxing getaway.

The property had a wow factor from the outset. The outside areas were immaculate. It catered for dining, lounging, social and pool activities. The inside is just as impressive, with excellent facilities provided.

Our lovely hosts Ioannis and his wife met us on arrival and arranged our transfer which really helps. The property was really beautiful with very slick, modern design features; beautiful tiles, pool, planting etc. And amazing comfy bed. I also really loved the tranquil location. We had lovely views from all angles. This is was more expensive than we would normally pay in Greece but we couldn’t fault the accommodation and our teenage kids absolutely loved it! I suppose it was a real treat to ourselves. We found a short cut to the beach which brought us out at the North West Beach Club which I would really recommend as it was a much quieter part of the beach and the beach service was great.

The villa exceeded our expectations and the location was perfect, just a short walk on the flat to Valtos beach. The manager and staff on site were very friendly and helpful, we could have called the manager at any time for assistance if we needed to. He recommended some great places to eat too so take his advice! A welcome pack was left for us with fruit, wine, water and other treats which was wonderful!

Quite a steep walk.into parga old town but certainly manage able in 40 mins. Definitely coming back to stay here

This is a wonderful hotel with a fantastic staff, in a great location. The hotel is beautiful and modern, very clean and quiet. The location is stunning, sitting at the top of a bay that would not look out of place on a caribbean island. Walking distance to the lovely relaxed Sivota where there are enough restaurants and bars for us. Our room was amazingly clean, spacious and well set out and each room has stunning views over the bay. The beds are very comfortable and the daily cleaning went above and beyond. A special mention for the quietest air conditioning I have ever had in a hotel room! The pool is very quiet with more views over the bay. There are only a small number of beds but we were normally the only ones there. Most people head down to the lovely private 'beach' area where you can access the sea. This also has a bar area which is run each day and provides a great service for drinks and light lunch. The breakfasts also provided everything we needed with a small selection of hot dishes cooked to order and various pastries, cereal and fruit. If you have mobility problems you should be aware there are a lot of hills and steps both at the hotel and on the way to the town. A special mention to all of the staff who were all lovely, friendly and helpful. They got the balance between friendly and giving you space just right.

Had a wonderful stay. If you like private and quiet this is the place for you. Will stay again. Super clean, room cleaned each day. Espresso machine in hotel room as well, gave water, lemonade and orange drink in mini fridge daily. First day sandwiches in mini fridge. Beautiful view, wonderful staff and owner present throughout whole stay. Multiple swim areas in ocean and pool. You can rent boats from the marina. Also took a ferry to Corfu Island for $97 round trip with our car for a mini day trip. Breakfast was set up each morning with a beautiful view. If your high maintenance this place might not be the one for you not as many amenities, ie gym, spas things like that. It was perfect for me and my husband.

Breathtaking views across the bay with yachts moored up. The rooms are spacious, the bed is so comfortable and the added touch of a small fridge/sink area. The breakfast was plentiful and the orange juice was freshly squeezed, not from a carton!! The staff were so friendly and made sure nothing was too much trouble. Can’t recommend it enough.

It was quiet and gave privacy away from the main town of Parga. It was a short 10 minute walk down the hill into the town.

Lovely villa in a great location. Easy walk into beautiful Parga town, quite tough walking back as it’s uphill but you get used to it! John the owner is very welcoming and friendly and was always available if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved the space. Everything is tought through is the smallest detail. We loved everything: the big clean pool (much bigger than in the pictures), the fluffy towels, the spacious lounge areas, the clean and BIG bathroom with the best greek beauty brand Korres, the softest bedding and proper beds and the kitchen was very well equipped, they even had a sandwich grill! The host Alexandra is very welcoming and was very quick to reply to all my messages vey quicky (speaks perfect English). We tested all of her restaurant reccomendations and they were spot on! We even got some homemade oranger cake (portokalopita) that was the best I have ever had in Greece. We stayed for 8 nights and were so sad to leave. Next time I will make sure to book it for 2 weeks. All in all, dont waste another minute, go on an make a reseravtion!

Intimacy / Luxury is the keyword here. This is the most exclusive place you can find in the entire Epirus. You might think at first glance the price is steep but for what it offers is really cheap. I can’t find the words to describe how beautiful and comfortable is the villa. If you can find availability don’t think twice and just smash the booking button. The owners are amazing and really accommodating. Just go there and you will thank me for the rest of the year / years to come.

The location is on a hilltop, private from every angle. I recommend going there by personal or rented car. The view is beautiful and the place has all the amenities you would need. The host is super helpful, the restaurants and activities recommandations were really good. We only ate at places that the host recommended. The beaches in the vicinity are clean and quiet.

Beautiful interior, the landscape design was exceptional and everything was so well thought through.. It felt very magical! The views were incredible and I loved relaxing in the hammock among the pine tree at breakfast..

Such a beautiful property with great amenities. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, fabulous outside area and also very functional. The pools (4) are cleaned every day and the whole outside area is well maintained The people were all just lovely. The caretaker George takes so much pride in his role, the owners were wonderful, introducing themselves and the maid was so accommodating. The place was empty so it was even more relaxing due to it being late October but would go back anytime of the year.

Beautiful property. Comfortable, clean, excellent customer service. I will add this note to owners and others. We stayed in January, last minute, and there wan't adequate heat in our unit. We were very, very cold. There needs to be auxiliary heat if rented during the winter months.

It's a lovely and new boutique hotel Don't expect receptions and room service These are lift like rooms with a small kitchen and balcony I really enjoyed my stay there and of course I would go back

Confusing check but great experience. This is a new property with plenty of amenities. Lots of good seafood restaurants within walking distance.

The suite offers exceptional view of the sea and the surrounding area is gorgeous, the pool was just perfect!The villa is brand new and very luxurious equipped with everything you can possibly need on your vocation, we enjoyed so much the peacefulness of this place and the commodity that offers.Vasiliki the host is very welcoming and helpful she made us feel at home❤️

The quiet location, beautiful Zavia beach near down the hotel, host communication, the morning coffee enjoyed at the private swimming pool with a sea view, comfortable sleep, room design.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at this beautiful maisonette in Sivota. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location was perfect – quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk from the harbor, restaurants, and beaches. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace with its lovely views, the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening wine. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive, making us feel right at home. We would happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sivota.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the view from our room was breathtaking, with a clear sight of the sea. The lady in charge was exceptionally helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants and useful tips throughout our stay. She even assisted us with an issue on our last day. Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic boutique hotel run by a friendly, professional,hard working and attentive owner called Chrisovalantis.All the rooms have a spectacular sea view and balconies.We were lucky enough to stay on the top floor which was very peaceful and private.The lower rooms have a terrace and are around the pool.It has the nicest infinity pool we have ever seen which lights up at night and the whole hotel is kept immaculately clean by a team of staff who never stop working all day.Our room was cleaned daily, new towels and clean bedding, fresh towels provided around the pool too.Reli and Evelino are great guys who made sure we were enjoying our stay...nothing was too much trouble! The hotel has a laid back vibe with background music playing around the pool while you relax on the comfortable loungers.It never felt busy or crowded.Parga town is a short walk from the hotel with lots of bars, restaurants and shops! Chris was happy to recommend good places to eat which was very helpful to us as there are so many restaurants to try in Parga.The food at the hotel was always fresh and not over priced.The hotel is up a steep hill but the view makes it worth the walk up.There is a modern glass lift from the pool level right up to the top floor where you can still enjoy the scenery as you go up to your room.There is parking under the hotel or a few spaces on the drive if needed.A great place to stay and a special thank you to Chris and his team for making us feel so welcome!

We arrived after midnight and were welcomed by Chris, the owner. Great to have an introduction to the hotel and amenities before being taken to our rooms. Breakfast was ordered each evening for the following morning. Great selection and you can have this served on your balcony or alongside the pool. We had an evening meal one evening, very romantic beside the pool, and the food was excellent. What makes this hotel is Chris the owner and his team. 24/7 attention to detail and Chris is so hands on. By the end of the week, I thought of Chris not as the owner, but as family. So sad to leave Irida, as the four of us agreed this was the best hotel we'd ever visited. The rooms are all themed, ours was the Lotus room, and was fabulous. No issues with the very comfortable sunbeds around the pool and the very, very comfortable "bean bag" seating. Room was cleaned each day by Helen and was spotless. Vasilis (hope I spelt that right) and Elizabeth were lovely, and Liz's laugh was infectious. If I could bottle and sell it, I'd make a fortune. We've visited many hotels around the world, but this is a real gem. Irida is Chris's dream and it made ours come true.

Location of hotel is excellent, just a few minutes walk into town of Parga. Hotel and room was spotless, room cleaned and made up everyday. The staff ( including Chris the manager ) we met are all very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was a type of a la carte (i.e. you order the night before) and was very well prepared by the F & B (food and beverages) manager. We sampled most things on the menu and they were all very cooked and prepared well and very tasty. Pool is a very good size with towels provided and the sunbeds around the pool are very comfortable. Bar area is very comfortable providing a wide range of beers spirits and cocktails and very good prices. We stayed in a 2nd floor room which had an excellect sea view, a roomy balcony and a very comfortable bed. All in all it was a most enjoyable experience.

Everything is great, the owner Chris met us on arrival and arranged a beautiful room for us, the bed was very comfy and very big,the bathroom and shower was good and also a good size, living room with very nice comfy sofa, you have a lively infinity pool and amazing view Breakfast included is a good idea, and every night you choose breakfast for the next morning, choose your time and it arrives on your balcony table served by Eleas a very nice patient man speaks good English, the chef was fantastic The bar and restaurant has great staff and great service especially on the evening, the chef is very good because the food is great, the view over looking the infinity pool is perfect, it’s great for couples and very Romantic with the atmosphere and music 10/10 can’t wait to return thank you

The Irida is a beautiful boutique hotel - many luxury suites each with a different theme around nature,flowers and the seasons. We stayed in the Lotus Suite which is beautiful, there is a separate screened area from the bedroom where the bathroom is and a separate small kitchen with fridge and tea and coffee making etc. The balcony terrace with views is where you are served breakfast every morning by Vasillis who always ensured everything was perfect - even little touches like putting up the umbrella for shade etc. Chris the owner always chatted with us and the other guests always making sure all was well with our stay. The best thing about the Irida was the beautiful view of the bay in Parga every day and also the evening views where you can dine by candlelight by the pool and the pool was lit beautifully
