Lovely spacious room. Wonderful pool with plenty of shaded areas. Swim up bar. Excellent food, large portions. Massage in room or poolside. Coffee machine in room. Very friendly and attentive staff. Ice cold water from dispensers. Very clean. Air con in room was very good.

We had a swim up pool room and it was great for the kids. We couldn't get them out of the pool. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Always smiling and happy to help with any queries we had.

Breaky was great, close to the beach and the swim up bar was lovely. Overall it was a magnificent stay.

I liked the pool outside the room, that was very welcoming after a day in the heat of the Philippines, with the added bonus of a swim up bar.

Modern and luxurious, right by the beach front, with private courtyard pools with swim-up bar and sun loungers.

Just a wonderful resort from the swim up bar to the meals. But the friendliness of the staff in all areas are what makes the resort shine and is a highlight of the area. Definitely a spot we will return to one day!!

Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen great and spacious for a family of 4. Food and atmosphere was great with live music every night we were there. Main pool was good as well. Mini mart across the road and easy to get transport and tours. Special thank you to Joshua for assisting with tips on Puerto Princesa and also arranging a few things at dinner to celebrate our daughter’s 16th birthday.

The rooms at AZIZA Paradise Hotel are spacious, clean, and well-appointed. We stayed in a Deluxe Room which featured a comfortable bed, a large bathroom with modern fixtures, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The room had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, ensuring our room was always tidy. The hotel's restaurant, Demeter Diner, offers a wide range of dishes that cater to various tastes. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of local and international options, ensuring a great start to the day. The pool was very warm. A bit dated but still nice. And clean. The resort was very nice overall. Rooms were also a bit dated but still good. They sort of let you do whatever. We just purchased a $8 bottle of vodka and made our own drinks at the pool. Just like the other reviews stated everything at Aziza is good. Breakfast was a really good selection. But what takes it to the next level is the staff. They are so kind and helpful and fast with any request. It seems like they are in the middle of some renovations and what has been completed so far looked great. The price is also very reasonable. They even heard it was our anniversary and left us a huge dessert in our rooms and flowers. Food was good and drinks were cheap! Great nearby restaurants also.

room was superb, far bigger than i expected so was pleasantly surprised. breakfast wasn't included with our booking so we didn't feel we had to have the hotel breakfast so we ventured out for meals. Location was brilliant, right on the beach as well as having a swimming pool with a swim up bar.

The resort was very nice and more of a boutique resort. Nice pool at the resort with some level of escaping the hot sun at different spots in the pool. The private pool suite we booked was beyond our expectations and great for our family to enjoy.

You're promised a true taste of luxury at this resort - and it delivers 👌 We had a relaxing and refreshing stay at this resort. The staff are friendly and eager to help. The rooms are comfortable and classy. We fell in love with the comfort of the bed. You're only a minute away from the beach, and the pools are to die for. You have options between adult and kid pools. You can rotate between pools and never get bored. The best views are from the main adult only pools where you get to see the skyline and the ocean. The sunsets at Alona Beach are popular for a reason - it does get crowded on the beach, but it's worth it. Breakfast buffets are good. While the range isn't massive, the taste is delicious - especially the sweets! The in room dining experience and quality is top notch. My favorite highlight was enjoying the in-pool walk up bar and just cooling down in the pools.

Hotel surrounding is very well looked after and beautiful. It has a lot pools - 3 in total and 1 being adult pool (16 and above). It has good access to the beach and everything is well looked after. Gym has a lot of equipment so you can really have a good workout. Breakfast was also good, you can have breakfast in two restaurants (main building and closer to the beach and pools).

The pool area was excellent & never crowded since there were several different pool areas. Very good spa & the outdoor area was lovely. Room was good & breakfast & buffet was fine.

Great location on the main Alona beach, with an easy walk to the lively bars along the sand in the evening. Large well laid out pools with more than sufficient sun loungers and three pool bars. WiFi was good and beds very comfortable Usual breakfast buffet with two outlets, like most hotels busy at peak times. Served by “happy staff” 👍

A family of 14! Big group. We decided to book a 3bedroom suite and 2 deluxe room. The suite is huge enough to fit 20 people if allowed. There are extra beds in each room, 2 huge sofa in the living room, a decent size of kitchen with sink, utensils, espresso machine, big refrigerator but no microwave. The resort is beautiful, quiet and very relaxing. Air condition is good, even turned up the heat at night. We love the pools, we spent so much time after visiting the beach and at night. There's a bar at the pool area. There are staffs cleaning the pool every morning. Coconut trees scattered at the pool sides making it better to swim during day time. The breakfast was amazing and delicious, so many options. The pick-up from the airport was seamless, van, boat ride were very coordinated, thanks to Nico. The hotel is just few minutes rides to the mall using their free shuttle. If you can shell out extra to your budget, i highly recommend this place.

Fantastic hotel that is an easy walk or shuttle ride to D Mall while also being a quiet, relaxing space away from the hustle and bustle. The pools are clean, well-sized and stocked with pool toys. The bar was lots of fun and the two staff who took care of us there while we swam each afternoon were fantastic! Breakfast is also excellent with a wide selection of Filipino and other dishes. Aqua especially took great care of us during Typhoon Opong - we were due to check out and transfer to another hotel on the island, but the front desk staff allowed us to stay well past the check-out time so we could transfer to our next location safely. We also appreciated the room upgrade free of charge. All in all, great place to stay and highly recommend if you'd like a beachfront location away from the crowds!

Me and my husband stayed at Aqua for 10 nights. We both love to travel and this resort is a gem! A quiet, neat, comfortable, friendly staff, great food, scenic place. Chef Jojo is the best, i am still at the door entering the restaurant, and my morning stuff for my tea was already in a plate waiting for me. Getting a bed/chair by the pool was never a problem. All mornings, we had the pool to ourselves. It's just a short tricycle ride if you want to go at the main white beach, or just take their free shuttle service to DMall. For travelers who want to just have a quiet relaxing vacation away from the crowd, i highly recommend Aqua.

Lovely hotel just off Bulabog beach on the quiet side of Boracay. About a 8-10 minute stroll to Dmall. The rooms are spacious and high quality, although the mattress was very old and needed replacing. The staff are endlessly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Things to note...it's on the windy side of the island which is great if you like watersports, but the wind at the 2 hotel pools can be pretty fierce, especially the one nearest the beach, which is normally empty for that reason. That makes the other pool crowded, which highlights the relative lack of sunbeds, when the hotel is busy. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Aqua is the place to stay in Boracay. The property was gorgeous and very well maintained in all ways. Magnificent pools with different depths that cater to all levels of swimming abilities. A big thumbs up to the staff at the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, swimming pool, and security. Always there with a smile and a helping hand. It is located on the peaceful quieter side on Bulabog Beach. It's a 5 minute walk to the other side to White Beach, and then you're amongst the hustle and bustle of D'Mall where there's lots of restaurants and shops.

We had 4 nights (had to cut short from 6, sadly) in a pool front room in the Beach Wing. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Having direct pool access was brilliant when you didn’t quite feel like hitting the beach, which was less than 50m away from the room! Great food, especially breakfast and the staff overall were super friendly and helpful. Special mention to Kuya Security Padilla and our main attendant in the restaurant, Lynel. Both brilliant - salamat!!! Perfect sunsets over the ocean. White sand beach. What more could one ask?! Would love to come back soon.

We had an excellent stay in this property, the direct pool access from our rooms were great. The only minor issue I had was one of the wooden window shutters did not hold and occasionally opened. The options at breakfast was good. Staff were courteous and friendly. Love that the beachfront isn’t too crowded. Would consider coming back to this property.

Hotel was awesome! We got the direct pool access on the beach side. Room was clean, modern, fairly quiet even though we were on the first floor. The food at the restaurant was delicious! The BEST truffle Caesar salad I’ve ever had…and I love me some Caesar salad. Paired with great live music singing with saxophone playing was perfect! Staff was amazing here! We made what we believe to be lifetime friends with wait staff Ryan, Jezrell & Nelson. They were at the restaurant every morning and night during our entire stay and delivered exceptional service!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Henan Prime Beach Resort for a wonderful stay and a memorable experience for first timers to Boracay!!

We were greeted with an upgraded room on arrival which was fantastic. The bedrooms were amazing and the beds were very comfortable. The azure dinner and menu was fabulous and breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices and all freshly cooked. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The views of the beach are fantastic and the pool is good, although a swim up bar would have been great in the pool.

We had a Private Pool villa and it was gorgeous!! Very clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was nice and cold. When we had a problem with one of the air conditioning units, they fixed it straight away. The bathroom was HUGE! The rain shower was superb. We didn't really use the pool because the bigger pool and the beach were very close - which was nice because we didn't have to walk very far to either. The villa was also very near the Azure restaurant. The food was excellent and the ambiance was perfect being right on the water. The pork bao and the pizzas were so good! We had the breakfast buffet every morning at Enye. I can't fault it at all. Delicious food. The Bavarian cream donuts were to die for! We thoroughly enjoyed the water aerobics in the pool. It was a fun activity for all of us that we weren't expecting to have. All in all the staff was very attentive and friendly. Shout out to Jester (thank you for making us feel at home!), Merrie, Honey, Andrian, Clare, Pearl, Janina, Jade and Harry for their outstanding service! Dime gave us haircuts, that we LOVE by the way, and a manicure. Thanks again, Dime! :) The valets and concierge team provided amazing service. We often took a golf cart to the room if we didn't feel like walking. They were always smiling and happy to drive us. I can't fault this resort for anything really. I hope that I get the opportunity to stay again!

The resort is very comfortable, clean and well staffed. I had made some requests prior to checkin as my wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. In all aspects of my requests, all staff exceeded my expectations completely. All staff were extremely friendly, considerate and helpful. This started from the time we checked in including car valet staff, concierge staff, checkin staff, pool staff and the restaurant staff (theres plenty of choice of food from all the restaurants operating)The pool area is well maintained and the lifeguard on duty was doing an amazing job. At any time when people were in the pool swimming or just relaxing, his eyes never left the pool. Job very well done. The food for our private dinner at one of 2 Pool Cabanas was exceptional. Beautifully presented and well prepared. None of the dishes we had were at fault. A true credit to the kitchen staff and the chef. Amazing resort, beautiful and clean and staff are incredible. If i am ever coming back to Mactan that’s the only place i am staying in. We’ve stayed for 6 nights and loved every single minute there. Rooms are large and comfortable and very clean. The infinity pools are extraordinary and they leave clean beach towels every morning. They have a lovely small veal as well but me and my partner spent our days at the pool ( as we’ve had enough beach time in El Nido) Morning breakfast is so nice and you have two restaurants for it which makes it less busy. Azure beach club has is amazing. Juvz one of the staff has served us for almost the entire stay as we would go there for happy hour and then dinner. He was extremely polite and friendly . And the food omg…I’ve had the clams at least twice and that burger was the best I’ve ever had hah. Hotel offers free shuttle into Cebu which is amazing. The schedule can be improved, but hey…still free shuttle.

Very friendly staff , we had a pool access room which was great , spacious , very clean . The free shuttle transfer was great to/from airport , the beach and town . Great breakfast with a good choice. Nolits at the bar was great always friendly and ran the bar very well.

We stayed in Charlie's Villa and that was impressive! huge rooms and bathrooms , private pool and outdoor shower/bath in the master room.

They cleaned the hotel and villa constantly. We had a private pool and they kept that clean. They have shuttles to and from town and Lio Beach but only for a few set times a day. The town is about a 13 minute drive. The breakfast buffet was great. The staff was very polite and very helpful.

The hotel is well located if you want to stay just outside main El Nido. The hotel is about 10 minutes away, but with the good price of tricycles and the hotels shuttle between the town and hotel the location was not an issue. The hotel was excellent, the pool very nice, and food also very good. We had the pool access room, which I would highly recommend if within your budget.

We had a great time at hennan garden. We got the premier with pool access was the best ever! Room is clean, staff are friendly and courteous. Its quiet, not far from beach. We wld love to comeback here and highly recommended.

Very quiet. Service was great, immediately attended to our needs. The only thing worth mentioning is how the swimming pool was built. It was very inviting that we decided to go to the pool just right after we checked in. The set back was that the swimming pool pebble title was not at all feet friendly. You cannot even walk on it as you enter the pool and the Baja as it really hurts your feet and surely enough scratched the bottom of our feet. Didn't attempt to enter that pool again thoughout our stay at the resort. Very dangerous for kids to use that pool. They really have to do something about that.

This was such a tranquil and beautiful resort. The staff were super lovely and helpful, they helped us book transport wherever we needed, and organised multiple tours. In general, they really made a difference and we felt really well taken care of. The hotel itself was wonderful, the rooms were great. Clean, spacious, quiet, and with a lovely bathroom, and lots of wardrobe and storage space. I really liked that they gave us separate beach/pool towels, in addition to our regular towels. The location of the hotel is a bit away from Alona Beach, which for us was perfect. It was quiet in our immediate area, but the ride to Alona beach wasn't too long either. Rooms were super quiet and huge, nicely designed, the aircon was located in a way that it doesn't blow directly in your face and super silent too, water pressure in the shower was great, pool area was super nice and maintained well (first pool after 2 weeks in the Philippines where I really liked to jump in), breakfast was ok, restaurant was also very good.

Very modern, clean, spacious and well equipped room, beautiful pool and garden, good breakfast, very friendly and helpful team, good laundry service. The hotel has an own multicab shuttle. Amenities like facial tissues, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, umbrella and pool towels. Good and quiet AC.

An impressive welcome/happy staff, efficient service. Massive super cool room and bathroom with well stocked fridge, mega comfy beds and pillows. Ground floor room was just a few meters from the pool. Bike, motorcycle and car rental simplified, ask the reception desk and it shall be done, efficient and cheap. Resort is meticulously maintained, pool, restaurant/bar area thoroughly enjoyable, 35 + degrees and staff are quick to move a fan to our table. The staff and owners made our stay most enjoyable. Thank you Diana and husband Maik ( the sexiest Swiss man on their resort) We’ll be back 🙏❤️

Well situated to shops, restaurants and area where tours depart daily. Short walk to White beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Amenities lovely, nice size pool with water sunbeds a bonus. Our room was situated above pool with a balcony and a view which was nice as some rooms just looked onto the walls of other buildings. Would stay there again.

The hotel is a very close walk to the beach and the mall in the town center yet far enough away to be quiet. I'm glad I stayed here and not right on the beach. For the price, it's literally a haven away from the busy areas after some time outside. The pool is awesome and has cold water which is rare to feel in the heat of the Phillipines. My favourite thing to do was use the sauna at the hotel then jump in the pool. The staff are nice. Try the cocktail bar buy 1 get 1 free during happy hour one night.

My stay was awesome! The hotel isn’t that big, but it was nice and very comfortable. Modernesque. They were renovating the bottom floor rooms when I was there so when you went to the pool you can smell the paint and things like that. Other than that, the staff was amazing. Very attentive and welcoming. I arrived the day of my birthday and later on that night, after coming home from walking the beach, they came to my room and surprised me with a birthday cake. It was the sweetest thing, it actually made my stay that much more special because I know they pay close attention to details. Their breakfast buffet was also good. A huge variety of things to eat. They have an omelette/egg bar where they cook your omelette to order. Coffee was great... I’m a huge coffee person and bad coffee in the morning is a no go for me, but it was very good. A variety of juices, fruits, desserts (yes I said desserts, for breakfast). Also, the location of the place was literally a 2min walk to the beach. Probably the best part of it all. I didn’t have to commute anywhere, all the shops and restaurants are literally just down the street. Another great part about this location. Overall... great stay, I would stay here again :)

Hotel staff super-friendly. Main reason why I extended my stay by an extra 4 days at the Hotel. A couple of minor things that I believe would add additional value to guests stay would be the following; A. The pool temperature could have been slightly higher during the late afternoon/early evening. B. Also feel the limitation on one cup of coffee in the morning a little stingy considering the hotel is offering itself as a 4-Star hotel. At the very least there should be a pot of coffee available and at least coffee/tea offered to guests in their rooms. NB. Would have been useful to have been informed in advance that their in-house credit card authorization was not available and only cash was acceptable. Additionally, that the gym was out of action. Neither were major things , however, would have meant I was better prepared as both were reasons why I booked the hotel

The place is wonderful, the villa, its bedroom and bathroom were spacious and top notch from the point of comfort and luxury and the private pool was very lovely. The staff were friendly and sociable, our stay was made even more pleasant by their presence. The Mangrove walk and bar and sunset are beautiful.

We were comfortable at Zen Villas, and the staff was very nice and willing to help us with whenever we needed. The hotel seems to cater more to families than those looking for romance. There's a great pool, but there were a lot of kids playing in the pool when we were there. At nighttime, you could usually relax at the pool in a more quiet atmosphere, for exercise or romance. Overall, the hotel is quiet, and the live music on the weekends was really excellent. We loved walking on the mangrove walk. That's a really nice feature of the hotel. The bed was comfortable but the chair in the room was easy for sitting and you have to take a shower really carefully to not splash water all over the floor. My suite had a nice little kitchen and refrigerator, which was great. The restaurant was okay, but they'ed bring breakfast to your room and breakfasts were really good. The restaurant had some tasty dishes but we were disappointed that there wasn't more local food to try and no fresh fish. A fresh fish of the day dish would have been nice. We liked staying at Zen Villas for a few days and would recommend it. Bohol is a great place to explore. We're glad we went there and loved seeing the Tarsiers at the official conservation center.

PRO: Easy check-in, located on a main road, given a local/tasty drink upon check-in, transportation available for a fee, resto on-location, pool was great, pool area has lots of seats/tables/lounging, very serene environment/ambiance surrounded by nature, staff are polite, resort is well-maintained, free access to mangrove walk, which was serene and a must-go on its own, suites has a well-stocked kitchen utensils and toiletries. Room has safe. CON: Shower has a flawed design - water splashes out and tends to pool around the bathtub/shower area, curtains on windows are somewhat see thru - i went outside to check and i can see inside with curtains down. RECOMMENDED: I still recommend to people tobseeks out peace/quiet/calm environment/ambiance.

I visited in August 2023, the resort is beautiful and quiet. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the front desk staff and check-in was easy and fast. Afterwards, we decided to order some food and drinks, the service was quick and efficient. Our food came out hot and fresh, and our drinks came out filled to the brim. The food was delicious and the drinks were super tasty. I believe we were taken care of by JM and she was super accommodating and helpful when deciding the food and drink choices. We also enjoyed the pool, the pool was very nice to swim in and there wasn’t too many people which was great. Overall, great time and great food here.

The pool was excellent, and it was only a short walk to the beach (shuttle avail if needed)with the white sand . The room was 5 star elegant.Dining options are small in Talawa but outside the gate there are tons of eating choices..the breakfast buffet which was included turned out to be very tasty with plenty of choice for all.You cannot use the pools at the different resorts and it is closely monitored. They need to offer a better price on sodas so make sure you just walk out the gate and buy from 7/11unless paying 5 to 7 Canadian for a coke is worth it .Told us outside food wasnt allowed but after seeing all the guests eating Jollibee and McDonald's most ignored that.Next year we will stay at other Hennan resort to try it as it has tons of pool and its right on the beach

We had an amazing stay at Henann Tawala! The staff was amazing - front desk, pool boys, breakfast staff : 10/10 for the service and the kindness. Breakfast was amazing, alot to chose from. The pool area was beautiful and clean. We later on extended our stay to the Pool side room! Totally worth it. Both room was clean, had all we needed. If there is one thing i i was not so happy with, was the bed. Bit to hard for my taste - personal matter. Overrall 10/10!

The location is incredible, perfect combination of having everything close by (15 mins by a scooter/car) but far enough to have a complete privacy and peace. The stuff was extremely gentle and provided us everything we needed. We also met the owner, a super interesting person that added a bit of “made in Italy” taste in the place itself. Highly recommended!

At last: A great hotel in the Philippines where you'd like to stay longer, and NO FLARES and troubles. :))) So extraordinarily good. In short: Service the friendliest and best ever. DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH, just start walking north (rightwards) and keep on walking til the end of White Beach. You'll be happy and don't need more of Boracay. Superclose to the ferry port. That comes in very handy when returning there. Right next door: Austrian-German restaurant with really good food / reasonable price. Perfect to enjoy the sunset. Pool on 3/F, smaller than on pics, but good enough; similar to an infinity pool :) They let me stay and hang around after checkout (so helpful and saving my day) (from 12pm to 7pm) and called an e-trike later on. If you ever come to Boracay and are not on the highest budget - this is your choice. Go there! You'll be finally pleased for an ok price. 😁

I love the location and the pool. Its a peaceful place to stay, the staff are very accomodating and they clean the pool daily.

It was peaceful, quiet and relaxing, away from all the busy establishments and crowds of people in Station 2. Its next to Club Climax and The Auhana which are in the farthest side of Station 3. There are a lot of good restaurant options around. We had a 3-4ft pool outside our door which we usually have for ourselves. It was warm even at night, probably because it was in the sun the whole day. Its really a beachfront as the sand is just outside the ground floor rooms. Water pressure, heating and AC was good! You can access Netflix on their TV. A 24/7 security and neat beach! Reception was very helpful and friendly. We even asked them to have our clothes laundered (for a price) and fetch us a tuktuk / tricycle to get back to the port.

Location, location, location!! From the fact that it is literally on the beach and to reach it you have to walk 300 meters on the beach with you luggage which at first youre disoriented but there is no roads near by. That means it is super duper quiet and beautiful. The room are spacious and comfortable, the bed super comfy. The views are a million dollar. The infinity pool is so lovely and the fact that there's just a few rooms feels very private. The staff are the sweetest and kindest and most welcoming. Boracay can be quite busy but this hotel is on the quiet side of the island. Still lots of nice restaurants couple of minutes walking to choose from.

I'd highly recommend staying here, especially in a suite with a private pool. It was so special and the staff were so lovely - especially Lim and Adryan. The gym, massages and food were also great. If you can, book for at least 2 nights so you get a full day there.

The breakfast was amazing, rooms were clean and the private pool was excellent. The staff was very accommodating in terms of transportation, organizing tours, providing breakfast early, and getting a car for us. They were so helpful and made the stay easy as well as fun

The room is new and big, with ocean-front view and private pool. The service is extremely nice, including free transportation, welcome drinks, free massage and most importantly, friendly staffs. We enjoy our staying in Epic Suites a lot:)

The staff were polite and helpful, the restaurant had amazing food and variety, kudos to the chefs. The spa was ok, my sister had a great therapist who did a great massage, mine was just ok. The villas need a bit of a refresher, they were a bit outdated, the private pool in our villa looked old with chipped paint in some places. The main pool had a great view but the loungers could do with a bit of scrubbing. I would go back for the tide pools and snorkeling though, nothing beats just getting up in the morning and going snorkeling in the beach in front of you and see the wonderful creatures.

From the moment your driver picks you up at the airport, to when you step the island and into paradise, you already feel the luxury and comfort. Each and every staff member makes you feel at home, at takes great care of you, remembering names, preferences and checks in regularly. The resort is magnificent, hidden in a secluded bay on a private island, and lives up to its 5-star fame. The restaurant with great menu, the edgeless pool with ocean view, the bar with breathtaking views, they bay to snorkel in, everything adds up to a great stay. The beach view villa is large, with a great kind bed, and direct views on the beach, and has its own indoor and outdoor bathroom area, with a large rain shower. There is a safe, a TV with apps like Netflix etc, and an airconditioning that works great to cool things down for a proper night sleep. While there is no cell reception on the island, they do have fast and good internet via Starlink. From every villa, or resort area you can access the wifi and be connected, if needed. Power is steady as they have their own generators and large solar farm up the mountain. Everything is taken care of: from carying your suitcases from the dock to the villa, the turndown service at sunset, the extra towels at the pool and bay area, a water hose at your front steps to shower off the sand from your slippers, etc. Definitely a 5-start paradise!

Wow, what an amazing location! You won’t find a better setting than this resort! The staff are fantastic, special shout to Nick and Christian behind the bar and Norrien from the dive team, they’re all fantastic! The food is great and well priced, the drinks too, we stayed in the water villa which was amazing! The bed is so comfy, the AC is great and we love the bathroom and our outdoor shower! My only ‘even better if’ and I know I sound like a Karen saying it, but this resort could do with a minimum age requirement! When you’ve paid a lot of money and you have the relaxing sounds of the waves crashing on the beach sipping a cocktail by the pool, our last day was ruined by screaming and shouting children around the pool!

Cauayan is among the best resorts we have ever been to. The stay is indeed expensive (ok VERY expensive), but in our opinion definitely worth it. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, the food in the restaurant is SUPERB, service level is the highest available in the Philippines, and the resort's facilities are at great condition. We stayed in a Water Villa, and then moved to a Pool Villa - both rooms were big, comfortable and offered amazing views. Our recommendation is to pay extra for a meal plan (at least half-board). The food is truly very good, but expensive - meal plans will probably help to reduce costs (to an extent). Happy Hour/Happy Day plans allow you to also drink if your not on an All-Inclusive package. Do not skip the sunset track and the private small beach, accessible by a short kayak sailing.

Our stay at Cauayan Island Resort was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the resort’s stunning natural beauty, pristine beach, and exceptional service. The villa offered breathtaking ocean views, going out right into the sea. You can even look at the ocean through a glass floor on the terrace and watch your partner snorkel in the crystal clear water! The service ist outstanding—attentive, warm, and always going the extra mile to ensure we had the best experience possible. The staff was always there when needed, but never too much, and we had incredible people attending to us and guiding us on the sunset hike. The whole atmosphere, from the wonderful white beach, the secluded atmosphere, the amazing infinity pool, all the little details, was really amazing and we can highly recommend it.

This resort is located down a long skinny out of the way road. When you arrive the resort just blows your mind. So peaceful and beautifully maintained. Unbelievable pool area We stayed in a private pool suite. Room was clean and lots of room to move around Bathroom was set up weird but we made it work for 3 days. The breakfast buffet was more than the eyes can take in. Wow and excellent food. The restaurants were pretty and set up nicely. Food was great. Pool area clean with great view. We rented at car with driver and took a trip to the waterfall. The drive back and forth was miserable Crowds traffic and garbage. We were very disappointed in Cebu Would never return. Even the boat trip to snorkel was awful. The crowds are relentless. So many tourists are so disrespectful to the under water life. The snorkel spots are so packed with boats and way too many people to see any fish. Someone even wrote their name on a piece of coral underwater. Like I said we would NEVER go back to cebu. The resort was wonderful but we like to venture out and discover things. This is not the place to do that .

I enjoyed my stay in Crimson Resort, the room is big and spacious for families, the staff are friendly and well trained, the four pools are huge and fun and the daily breakfast is delicious. We especially enjoyed the foam party at adult pool and Crimzone pool, the playground in Crimsone, the seaweed collection activity, snorkeling and the complete amenities of the room. Cebu beach is so pretty. Big shout-out to Clint in breakfast for his very warm service to me and my daughter. Cons: - There was no housekeeping done on 2nd day of my stay which was not informed to me in advance, I think that was not professional. - They don’t allow food delivery in but the food in the resort is not that delicious to be had everyday (I tried sisig, inasal and pizza). - You need grab or taxi to go out to Cebu city (and face the jam) as the shuttle only runs 3x a day, so it’s not convenient if you want to explore Cebu.

We have stayed in several hotels in and around the Philippines. The Crimson resort is by far the best hotel on Mactan Island. It is the only TRUE 5 star hotel with Shangri La and Movenpick being very dated when compared. Crimson is luxurious, modern, beautifully maintained and has all the amenities one would want from a 5 star hotel. If you are looking for a great home base to venture out on your day trips in Cebu then the Crimson is your spot. There is nothing better than coming back from a long day and slipping into the infinity pool, grabbing a drink by the ocean front bar or just relaxing in your luxurious room or pool villa. For the price Crimson is much more economical than Shangri La and Movenpick also. Don't let history and brands fool you. Crimson is the top pick on Mactan now.

From the moment we arrived at Crimson,we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The room was spacious, and immaculately clean, with a stunning view of the beach we especially loved the luxurious bed and the serene vibe of the entire resort. The infinity pool was a highlight relaxing and beautifully maintained. However, I had a near accident while walking by the infinity pool as the area was quite slippery , I almost slipped and fell. Thankfully, an amazing staff member named Angela was nearby and immediately came to save me.She helped me regain my balance and ensured I was okay.she deserves special recognition. I first stayed at the Mandarin Island because as I was walking by it years ago I realized it had the best pool right on the beach and the location was probably the absolute best on the whole island. So I booked it for the first time 3 years ago and I have been back 7 times. I don’t come back for the pool or the location anymore….now I come back for the staff who are really like family! The GM, the manager all of the front desk and all of the restaurant/beach people are your friends for life once you stayed here. I really cannot put into words the level of care and concern here. When you have been gone for 6 months and you return it’s like you never left. It’s also a bargain when you compare the value to other hotels. Stay here once and you’ll never stay another place in Boracay.

Our stay was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning pool view. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had high-quality toiletries. The hotel's facilities, like the pool and beach access, were also fantastic and well-maintained. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel very well taken care of. We would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to return."

Property is working on improving the hotel entrance (kind of non-existent at the moment), but aside from not having a grand entrance, we were greeted with a refreshing drink and hand towels upon arrival so don't worry about this because our overall experience was still great. The hotel staff and managers are very friendly and courteous. Our room was spacious and had comfortable beds. We even got a free comb, toothbrush, lotion and slippers as room amenities for each room guests. The swimming pool was great for a refreshing night swim. Hotel is located at station 2 access to other restaurants and nightlife was easy. I especially loved the direct access to the beach since this is a beachfront hotel. The on-site restaurant (Don Vito) served delicious meals. Food was nicely plated, fairly priced and very tasty. Lastly, the roundtrip transfer from air-sea-hotel was the BEST! I provided our fligjt and guest details to the hotel and they help coordinated private transfer for us. The fees are same as with other transfer companies, except we got VIP service. Once I booked my room via Expedia, the hotel emailed me to inquire if I needed help with transfers. I am so happy I went with their service vs any other !!!! Legit, no hassle, private and VIP.

From arrival it was great,I heard on the first part my room number when they double check my reservation by guard,coming in on the reception, all of them have a contagious smile which give a warmth and hospitable first impression. We get the room early,someone assist from our extra belonging directly to the room and one guest relation assisted us aswell,It was great because all of details was given even it was briefly explained. The room was fantastic, great job for the room attendant, detailed welcome platter and letter including putted my name on TV for welcoming was amazing. The food for breakfast is the best,We are looking for Jeff on the restaurant but I think he was resigned. We didnt try the pool but it was clean,overall was clean and tidy. Looking forward to stay again and I highly recommend it. All staff are the best like kamay sa dibdib with smile is one of your assets.

We stayed in the family suites which is a very spacious three-bedroom villa with outdoor kitchen and private pool, perfect for our requirements. The villa is clean and spacious with amazing view across the sea and over to Negros. The outdoor kitchen is perfect for self-catering. Overall an excellent stay and I am sure we will be back.

The place is beautiful. We stayed in the villa and really enjoyed the peace and quiet and privacy that we had. It was nice to have the private pool. My kids took advantage of it and swam every day, and it was nice that we could watch them easily. There are many places to relax there; a hammock, a cabana, a beach chair, and the other furniture. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to have our meals served in our villa, which was super convenient. They also help you arrange tours, transportation, massages, and other activities. There’s a private beach and there’s a kayak that can be used by guests. The location is also very convenient as it’s only about half an hour from Moalboal. The food from the restaurant was scrumptious. We loved everything we ordered from them.

We stayed in a beachfront bungalow on Cebu Island, and it was a truly memorable experience. The bungalows are excellent – spacious, well-maintained, and come with a private pool, summer kitchen, and direct access to the ocean. The view is absolutely stunning, and you can go snorkeling right off the shore, where you’ll find vibrant coral reefs and countless tropical fish. The location is peacefully remote, far from the busy city life, making it a perfect place for those seeking privacy, tranquility, and rest. You can either cook for yourself in the outdoor kitchen or order delicious meals from the staff for an extra fee. They also offer a variety of excursions and activities, which can be arranged on request. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive – always ready to assist with anything you need. Overall, I would absolutely return. This place is a hidden gem for a peaceful tropical getaway.

Honestly, we are regretting not booking more nights in this beautiful place and leaving back to Manila. It was the most beautiful, peaceful, friendly place you can imagine. I can’t think about any small thing what was wrong. It’s a perfect place to turn off your head and just enjoy the present. It is 20minutes to get into the centre of Moalboal, but honestly unless you’re taking a tour from there, you don’t even have to leave that place, cause it’s just awesome! You can also just take a tour from the resort, with transport straight from there! We booked a bungalov, room called a fan room in booking i think and it was the cutest house with your own private resting area under your room, sea view and a pool straight next to the house. It wasn’t the last time these lovely people working there saw us there, we’re coming back soon 100%, cause we love you guys and we love this place! We realy enjoyed staying there, BIG THANK YOU❤️

Sorry to wait so long to comment after the trip, the stay was an unexpectedly perfect experience. First of all, in terms of price, it is very cost-effective, cheap but safe and comfortable and has a certain degree of privacy. In terms of facilities, the equipment is very complete, even a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven. The facilities in the room are a little simple, but very clean, you can see the master's careful preparation. In terms of scenery, I really like the garden and the pool, the night swimming experience is good, go out in the morning and see the garden scenery makes people feel good, and it is really comfortable to sit in the garden and enjoy the beautiful scenery in the rain after playing. Most importantly, the boss and staff were very friendly and provided excellent service, helping us contact the driver and tour guide, providing a shower break after we came back from the beach, and helping us when we needed hot water... I really appreciate the people here helping us with our journey. We only have two girls, but it gives us warmth and security.

This was a great start to my trip. The room was very clean, the bathroom was great with hot water although I didn’t need it bc it was so hot. I didn’t think much when they asked for my arrival time but I was so grateful when they took it upon themselves to go in the room and turn on the AC an hour before I arrived. The bed was super comfortable. The WiFi was fast. Every staff member that I interacted with was super kind. My stay was short so I didn’t make use of the pool but it looked nice. I have no complaints here!

The resort caters to travelers' needs! Situated just 10 mins away from the beach, you can consider this place as a quiet haven because it's quite away from the road but has its own pool that you can use for whenever the Bohol heat is too much. Was able to work well too during my stay as I work remotely. The staff are soo kind and would really make sure you're taken care of. You can also request for your room to be cleaned and when they do, they clean it very well!

great location tucked away from the main road next door to a lovely coffee place (Shaka) and lots of shops and restaurants. 10 mins walk to Alona beach! staff were very friendly and helpful with organising excursions inland with an excellent driver! They were very kind and caring people that helped us when my partner cut his foot on coral, even getting us the right medication to make sure it didn’t get infected. Rooms were large and cosy and the pool was lovely for a morning swim. Best place to stay in Alona beach!

The motel is 50 metres from the busy White Beach in a tidy street. The pool was crystal clean, long enough for lap swimming, and refreshing on the hot days. Breakfast varied from buffet to a la carte depending on the number of visitors and was adequate.

Pool! We really loved the pool. It was clean and not as crowded like what the other resorts offer.

(1) Hotel staff — very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and thoughtful! They surprised me with a birthday cake on my birthday after learning it through my ID. It felt like they were my friends. They made my day! 😊 (2) Clean facilities — not just our room, but also the poolside and the common bathroom near the pool. 🙌 (3) Easy to make requests — a cheesy omelette is not on the “make your egg” menu, but they accommodated my request and made me a cheesy omelette every day. 🥰 (4) Good selection of breakfast — there are different options every day. 🥪

I stayed for a weekend break from Manila and the resort and its personnel exceeded by far my expectations. The way the bungalows are set up around the pool and mix of palms an other plants gives it a vibe of a nice tropical villa for relaxing. The bungalows are spacious, very clean and give you a feeling of privacy even though they are close together. The pool has a decent size. The people at reception are very helpful and María, Rose and Rich at the bar/restaurant are really nice and will treat you very well. They really made the difference in my stay.

We stayed in a nice one bedroom bungalow garden view. It is nice to have a living area. The internet is very fast and good to watch Netflix. The weather was with a lot rain it is nice to relax in the bungalow. The garden is very nice and a very nice big swimming pool. The restaurant only served dinner and it is the best German food and very tasty. I also celebrated my Birthday and they surprised me with cake with a candle and the staff was singing for me was so nice of them. The staff is amazing so friendly and happy. The place is very quiet and that is a big plus. There is a restaurant next door that serves breakfast and has very nice pizzas it calls vanilla sky restaurant. So for breakfast definitely go there. You can walk from the resort to the beach is like 5 minutes walk and the rest of the shops are also like 10 minutes walk. We had to stay an extra night as our ferry was cancelled and the reception was so nice to help us with everything and staying the extra night. She was so nice about it. If I ever am back will stay here again. Thank you all the staff for taking care of us and everything you are all amazing.

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Krystal was in communication with me prior to our arrival. We had a late afternoon checkin after a full day of touring around the island. When we arrived they met us with a refreshing ice cold cucumber kalamansi drinks with mint and cold moist washcloths which was an awesome surprise and a much needed one. The staff were so welcoming and courteous. The receptionists were very helpful with any requests for transportations and excursions. The grounds was very clean and well groomed. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well. The 3 BR suite was very clean with comfy beds except we didn’t realize that the 2 bedrooms were upstairs which we didn’t mind. I would stay here again.

We had the most wonderful stay. We got the 9.30am boat over to the island, were able to leave our bags at reception and went to enjoy the pool - this was really special. The pool has three smaller pools around the base and the views are just stunning. The colours of the sea are phenomenal. After spending some time here, we then went down to the lagoon on the beach where free activities were offered - there was paddle boarding, pedlaos, kayaking and canoes. This was a real bonus. We were able to check in early, about 1pm and we had the executive rooms - the view was just breathtaking. The rooms were large with gorgeous bathrooms. We had a large balcony. The dive shop provided free snorkels and we spent the afternoon in the marine sanctuary where we swam with turtles. This was really special as after doing it in tourist filled Apo Island, this was just us and a turtle. The coral and marine life here is stunning. For dinner, we had the buffet. Breakfast buffet was lovely with ample choice. The only negative was that a lot of the dishes ran out. We got the last boat back and were able to use all the facilities free of charge after checking out. The badminton court is a nice touch as is the hiking trail - wear trainers also trainers for arrival and departure. The sandbar is beautiful but be warned it does get crowded

Beautiful place but a bit overpriced for the Philippines. The room was clean but we did have a cockroach and huge spider in the room. The staff was great, and responded immediately to take care of the spider and sprayed the room for us. The food is good, the property is beautiful. They do a great job at making sure the day trippers stay out of the infinity pool and areas they are not supposed to be. There are security standing buy all day to keep the people who are not staying at the resort out of the areas that are for in house guests only. It is a bit frustrating that the day trippers are at the sandbar ALL day long (from 7am to 5pm,) but we knew that before we booked. We needed to change our dates on a nonrefundable booking and the resort was gracious enough to allow us a change with no fee. I would recommend this hotel, and stay here again, just be aware the sandbar is almost always occupied. BUT, the infinity pool is fabulous and has an amazing view. THANK YOU BLUEWATER SUMILON for a great trip. Your staff is professional, friendly, and always wanting to help for anything you need.

Wonderful experiences on sumilon，snorkeling, kayaking, island trekking, reading, fish feeding. The room is comfortable, has wonderful sea view. The wash room has a skylight. The pools are clean and have good views. If the weather is ok you may lie in the pool and enjoy the starry sky. The staff are friendly and helpful. I got hurt by the rock, the girl at front desk helped me clean the cuts and dressed bandaid.

Lots of choices in the fullboard meals, clean bathrooms in the glamping area, nice relaxing beach & very helpful staff. Only concern is the infinity pool, also overhead other guests asking the lifeguard how often it is cleaned. I swam underwater and visibility is almost zero. Whether the volume of guests is high or low that time, pool should be cleaned daily at least.

This is a breathtaking resort on a breathtaking island with breathtaking views. I realize I sound like a snake oil salesman, however I am not exaggerating. If it's within budget, you will not regret a single night - but preferably at least 2-3 - spent on this island. By far the most mesmerizing island in all of the Visayas. Bluewater Resort owns the island and their service and attention to guests is fantastic. Their rooms are spacious and modern as are their bathrooms. The view from the room is unforgettable. The resort offers a lot of activities from snorkeling in 3 different areas, diving, trekking with 4 different treks with varying difficulties, free bike rentals for a bike trek track, fishing, kayaking, infiniti pool, and much more. Their breakfast and dinner buffets were great and though most would find their nightly price steep, if you consider all of which is included and the locale of where you are staying, it really isn't that much. The experience and luxury supercedes any concerns about the worthiness of the cost. Not to mention, it's a SUPER CONVENIENT place for whale shark watching. They arranged literally everything. Thanks guys!!!

The pool bars have happy hour between 3pm and 7pm and the sea cafe has a good buffet for dinner with option to pay 250 peso extra for unlimited soft drinks ,beer,red and white wine.

We stayed in the premium room, one of the pool villas. Worth every extra penny! Private plunge pool connected inside the villa and the sleeping and lounging areas were premium quality. Along with superior facilities, the staff of course are the kindest, most engaging people and take pride in their Filipino culture of hospitality. Great property, worth the trip!

Henann is one of my most favorite resorts! Our room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious! They have 4 restaurants, pool bars and room service was awesome! The pools were amazing, 4 large ones. My most favorite is the beachfront infinity pool. They’re closed late so you can enjoy after tours to unwind. This place is great for the whole family.

In my time, I have traveled to many places, including living in London for 3 years, Henann Resort Alona Beach is the best resort I have ever stayed. Exceptional service was provided by all the serving staff, this includes the security services team. Food and drink, perfection!!! Henann is very large, and most of the employees would call us by name and others called us “Villa 1”, lol. With the exception of the front desk and lobby, this was the best experience of my life. I have to call out the Sea Breeze bar, at the pools by the beach, service was beyond perfect! Every day for 2 weeks we spent most of our time, while at the resort, at this bar and pools around it. Exceptional service provided by, but not limited to: Titus, Ramon, Dhreen, Jess, Carl and the Whole team there!!! And another shout out to Daniel, JunMark, and NelJhun and the Coral Café staff for their excellent service. JunMark was nothing less than great, making sure we got a good table with a view every single day for two weeks. Not to mention, he made sure we got our potatoes!!! Furthermore, Daniel (whom we fell in love with) was such an amazing server, we never had to ask for our daily special requests, since he was on top of it every time, he knew what we wanted every morning, our cappuccinos and orange juice with ice. I liked the room, the pool view, the pool, all staff were very polite, friendly and kind. If you like Asian food they have asian buffet quite cheap for guests of hotel. Rooms look good, hotel is also looking good as it’s quite new and the bed is comfy.

If we are to visit Boracay again, we will choose this amazing hotel. It start with all the friendly and professional staff from the door greeter, luggage helper, receptionists, food/restaurant workers, they all made our stay pleasantly great. Then there’s amenities and well decorated, comfy, clean rooms. Everything are of good quality and services. Big bonus is the big swimming pool with bar and nightly music/singing entertainment. Our family enjoyed this place.

I stayed here for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The cottages are literally no more than 2 minutes' walk from the beach, or if you prefer a swimming pool, that was available also, and was cleaned at least once a day whilst I was there. The owners were on sight for the duration of my stay, and were always happy to answer any questions and give travel tips if needed. The staff also were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a lovely experience and hope to return next year.

Absolutely incredible stay! Cottage was perfect - clean with hot shower. Staff and owners kind, helpful and smiling all the time. Close to everything you need - beach just 2 min walk, restaurant, bars and shops few min walk as well. Kids were really happy not just because of the pool but also because the owners bring them everytime small surprising! Without any hesitations it was the best place we stayed in Philippines! If you want make your stay comfy and feel like your at home, you should choose Rubin!

Located next to the beach in a quiet corner, yet still close to the center (5min walk), it couldn’t have been any better for us. We had a wonderful time. Sit back, have a coffee, and enjoy the chilled Port Barton vibe. Extra points for the friendly staff and the extremely nice owners who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Simple, clean and cosy place to stay with a nice pool - best in class.

We had a stunning view of the cove from the swimming pool area/infinity pool. The facility is newly renovated, and the staff seems enthusiastic with their jobs to maintain a high quality resort.

Top View from Garden & Pool as well as from the room - very tasty food home made, we had lunch & dinner and we tried different delicacies, a big thank to the chef. Staff is very friendly and at guest's disposal. Valentine's special menu & surprise organised from the Av Suite Staff, simply the best. Room was very pretty, lots of space, little garden to chill and drink coffee( kettle, coffee & tea with fridge) slippers & toothpaste & toothbrush available with shampoo & shower gel. Shower was very spacious. Bed and pillows very comfortable too. AC is working very well and cooling the room very fast. Parking space for car & motorcycle. Amazing infinity pool with view.

The rooms are spacious, the staff are all very very nice. The view, pools and poolside bar are all very make for a beautiful setting. Note they do require a 2,000p deposit, but had no issue getting it refunded

My wife and I enjoyed the spacious room, we like the two pools, and the food was acceptable. The view was spectacular, and sitting in the days or evenings out in the pool area was comforting and relaxing. The Duvet was a nice touch if you wanted to crank up the AC. Front desk tried very hard to be accommodating also.

I absolutely adore this place; it offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere where you can truly savor a peaceful setting and enjoy stunning sea views while dining, swimming in the pool, sipping drinks at the bar, or simply relaxing. While it may be a bit distant from the main attractions, you won’t notice it, as they take care of everything for you—from arranging transportation to any local spot to effortlessly booking tours. The food was delightful, though the selection is somewhat limited, it was more than sufficient for my taste and incredibly flavorful. However, what stood out the most during my stay was the staff; they were consistently respectful and attentive. My vacation was completely stress-free thanks to their exceptional service. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends, and without a doubt, if I return to the beautiful island of Mindoro, I will choose to stay at this hotel again.

It was a lovely and cozy place. Luckily, we got a free upgrade and got the premier room (I think?). We are on the 3rd flr and got a balcony, the view though is residential but not a big deal, the room is spacious, and well lit and smells clean. I'm particular with the bathroom and I am satisfied with the cleanliness of this place. They also have a rooftop pool (not sure if it's infinity pool though) and a bar. The staff are all nice, this is a beach front and I'd say the end part of the upbeat area, the right place for peace and a little bit of crowd. The breakfast buffet was good, there's cereals, bread, rice and noodles, viand and taho!! (silken tofu). The food on the first day was good, I liked everything. But on the second day, there's only one viand which is corned beef, sadly, I don't eat this. The options are less than the first day so I'm a little sad and disappointed. On the other hand, they have a foam party! Timed one in the morning and one at night. They have performers at night as well. Overall we had a good stay here, we are well accommodated from start to end of our stay and might be back again in the future, who knows. :)

We had a great stay at Boracay Ocean Club - the staff were very friendly, the pool was great. Its located just outside (but within walking distance) to the chaotic station 2 area. Paying the bit extra for a room with a pool and ocean view is well worth it! Breakfast is good with a reasonable selection to satisfy a range of tastes. The staff in the restaurant bar were amazing! Really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it if you are looking for a nice place to stay. They also arranged our transfers which made life easy getting to the jetty (although to be fair if you wanted to save a few £'s you could easy get a motorbike from the main road to get there). Overall - a great hotel!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Food was ok, but the service was great. We love the location as we can take a trike to the small and walk back along the beach. It’s at the end of all the entertainment and shopping so it’s peaceful in front for relaxation on the beach. Our only issue was with the AC in our room but they did a good job of fixing it daily in a timely manner. The rooftop is the best thing in the area. Great sunset views and great pool. For a cheaper option you can stay just a bit away and pay for a day pass for the rooftop pool.

It’s a little noisy if you get the rooms with pool access and the rules are a bit too strict, but overall the stay was excellent. Staff was awesome, food was delicious, rooms were very clean, amenities were great, and the beach is within walking distance.

Stayed for a few nights here in Boracay and this Resort was well worth it. Beautiful property on the inside and out. The room was very clean and overlooking the pool and swim up bar. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very well thought out and very enjoyable. There really isn't much I can say bad about this place. Also, the location made it very easy to find a ride to go wherever you want on the island.

This hotel was great we even extended an extra night. The pool was fun and the little bar at the pool was so nice. The staff was so friendly and always made sure to welcome us in. Everything was clean and neat! It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach (if you use the alley next to the hotel, otherwise walk north or south to the nearest road that goes to the beach). Easy access from the main road, quick walk to pretty much any restaurant or shopping center. Will absolutely stay here again!

The family villa was very spacious and the beds were comfortable so everyone was satisfied. The only issue was the swimming pool water and I never experienced this before, even in the Philippines. The water temperature was extremely warm and I assumed that the pool was heated and was informed that it is hot because of the sun. The ocean in front of the hotel is shallow and not suitable for swimming, but the hotel offers free use of paddle boards and that was really enjoyable. I would stay here again.

Stayed 5 days 3 nights in this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Room was clean and they have great amenities e.g pool, gym and private beach to name a few. I particularly liked the variety of the complimentary breakfast they offer. The entire stay there, each day had a different set of menu for breakfast. They also offer complimentary drop off shuttle around general luna Property is a short walking distance to main bars such as Siargao beach club and tiki. Only thing negative I can say is that they only give 1 access card per room. So if in case you need to charge your power bank or keep the aircon on so itll not be scorching hot when you get in the room unfortunately itll not be possible.

We had an amazing stay at Siargao Island Villas in a premier suite! The suite was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. The hotel grounds and gardens were so beautifully maintained. The property is. beachfront and we enjoyed the use of the SUPs and the pool. Breakfast was included during our stay and had a wide variety of food options including Filipino, Indonesian and Western. We also enjoyed the services of the spa. The location is within easy walking distance from many restaurants and shops. The friendly staff at the front desk also helped us book land and island hopping tours and airport transfers. We would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you for a memorable family vacation in Siargao!

Positive: Villas are very nice, cozy and comfortable. Staff are great, they are very nice and polite. Shopping and Spa experience was great. The villa is very close to great restaurants. We would definitely comeback again and will tell our friends about this place. Negative: Restaurant staff could be trained more on the menu, they comeback to our table 3-4 times to ask questions about our order when they could get the information they need upon order. So, they were interrupting conversations. Restaurant should change the kind of table napkin they use (it was the cheapest toilet paper like napkins). Guests can smoke by the pool / restaurant and it was annoying to be inhaling cigarette smoke.

One of the best stays I’ve had to this date. From the easy shuttle transport from and to the airport, to the refreshing complimentary drink as we waited for our room to be ready and the outstanding service from the luggage attendants to the front desk. Everything was amazing. Location is right near town, completely walkable within 5-10min or just rent a motorbike, which we did for $600 peso’s per day ($12-13 per day) we booked the executive beach front suite which we HIGHLY recommend. The view is absolutely breathtaking and the pool overlooking the ocean was right next to us, along with the breakfast/lunch area. 10/10

I stayed here for 4 days to attend in a seminar and the experience met my expectations. Our room was 222 and its nice and clean. What I like is that they have rubber slippers for their guest which is totally helpful since I forgot my own. One might have a problem with its sizes though. Luckily my feet were just right. Food there was just okay. I mean, in first couple of days was great, the other two was just okay. I’m not saying its bad, just okay. I kinda blame this on the organizers of the seminar. I think they include grilled dish in most of our meal. Like in every meal, we have atleast one kind of grilled dish. They also have a pool between their main building (lobby) and the building where we stayed. I didn’t even try their pool. I just watched the other people whenever we’re at the bar. Yes, they have a mini bar and it’s just across the pool. Speaking of which, we don’t actually drink in their bar cause drinks there is way too expensive. Luckily, the street is almost full of bars so we didn’t have a hard time looking for a place for a drink. Pardon me for the word but others were mostly strippers club. Also, if you’re staying here with kids, don’t let them have the TV Remote and watch out for Channels 36, 37, and 38. They’re adult channels and yeah, they airing porn there. It’ll be fun for adults only, but with kids? No no.

From the moment we landed at Clark Int'l for our first trip to the Philippines, we were amazed of the level of hospitality we received. We would like to send a special thank you to Samantha and the staff at the front desk. The hotel provided us with Airport Shuttle Services and also local transport throughout area for a small fee. The hotel will exchange money at the front desk, but be sure to have near perfect foreign bills if you are expecting to make an exchange (i.e. no torn, wrinkled or ink marked bills). The rooms were spacious, clean, but a bit dated compared to what you would normally find at other 4 star hotels. There were moments during the day when the A.C. would shut down automatically and the in-room Wi-Fi signal is not that great unless you happen to be placed in a room near the elevators, or a room with the city view. The swimming pool is located on the ground floor adjacent to the hotel bar as well as the training facility. The swimming pool is large enough for swimming laps and the training facility will meet your basic training needs. The free breakfast is A La Carte and offers enough choices of both local and American cuisine. The food is delicious and we would recommend any meal which includes the garlic rice. The prices are more than reasonable for the quality, quantity and food choices you will receive. Local Food Delivery is available, just ask the front desk staff. A special thank you to Reynold one of our drivers who drove us to the airport.

I stopped coming to Angeles a few years back because of the poor maintenance of hotels and the terrible quality of food. Someone recently told me about this place and I had to try it, and glad that I did. The rooms are big and clean with well maintained AC, the internet is brilliant (better then hotels back home even), the showers have near instant hot water! They don't allow delivery drivers to bring food to your room which is annoying, but their own room service food is really good anyway. The only qualm I have is that the waiting staff are not really friendly, not sure if that is because they don't get paid enough, or they don't like dark skinned people (common in Angeles). The cleaning staff are nice though. Yes it's a bit far from walking street however just book a grab for 120p and you're there in 5-8min depending on traffic. Worth the distance. Anyway if you can look past the unfriendly staff this is an awesome find and allows me to continue coming back to Angeles. Highly recommend. Make sure you get into the new building/wing (behind the pool).

They have an omelette/egg bar where they cook your omelette to order. Coffee was great... I’m a huge coffee person and bad coffee in the morning is a no go for me, but it was very good. A variety of juices, fruits, desserts (yes I said desserts, for breakfast). Also, the location of the place was literally a 2min walk to the beach. Probably the best part of it all. I didn’t have to commute anywhere, all the shops and restaurants are literally just down the street. Another great part about this location. Overall... great stay, I would stay here again :)

Hotel staff super-friendly. Main reason why I extended my stay by an extra 4 days at the Hotel. A couple of minor things that I believe would add additional value to guests stay would be the following; A. The pool temperature could have been slightly higher during the late afternoon/early evening. B. Also feel the limitation on one cup of coffee in the morning a little stingy considering the hotel is offering itself as a 4-Star hotel. At the very least there should be a pot of coffee available and at least coffee/tea offered to guests in their rooms. NB. Would have been useful to have been informed in advance that their in-house credit card authorization was not available and only cash was acceptable. Additionally, that the gym was out of action. Neither were major things , however, would have meant I was better prepared as both were reasons why I booked the hotel

We stayed four days while I was diving off the coast. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was served to our room by choice and was delicious. The pool is clean and very nice though the water was cold. Our jacuzzi wasn’t very comfortable because it was straight geometry and stone/tile but the water was nice because it was very private. I would stay here again.

This is the perfect place if you’re looking for more private and serenity. I was able to relax and enjoyed their breakfast very much. We love the happy hour and we had the pool to ourselves. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

nice private pool sea view villa. Alona beach is not a nice area to stay at, tiny beach, crowded, dirty etc. this hotel is a small oasis far from the buzz of Alona beach, but its an expensive option.

A luxury resort, with great facilities and perfect location. Second time in this hotel, first time in a suite, and this time in an Ocean Villa. The villa is good for the private garden, however booking in a room in the main buildings does not change really the overall experience. The 2 outdoor pools are fantastic, so no really need to have a private pool. The main building could be renovated a little bit, since beach front buildings are always subject to severe weather. The north part of the resort is not as good as the rest, with outdoor in front beach not really amazing. The food could be better, but this is however the same usual remark in the Philippines, even in premium locations. A few of them can however propose a great food, so this is possible, and a opportunity of improvement for Amorita. Cocktails are very good, and staff is professional.

My wife and I stayed here 8 days in a junior garden suite and absolutely loved it. The service, facilities, location and value are excellent and we were very sad to leave! Pros: Staff – excellent personalised service, everyone was very professional, they make you feel like a VIP, attentive, get to know what you like very quickly, listen to feedback and make improvements Rooms - junior suite, nice garden view, close to restaurant, large room, high ceilings, well designed, functional, cool, new, clean, private, good air conditioning Location – on top of headland near Alona Beach, great views – especially the sunsets, very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Alona Beach but close enough to walk there, lots of eating and drinking options around, beautiful reception area and pools, pavilion restaurant area and pool is great, nice gardens Room service - twice daily, complimentary drinks in bar fridge & sweets each night Other – inclusive sunset cocktails twice weekly, great breakfast buffet and good coffee Cons: Wifi - patchy in the room but could still watch Netflix, having to leave :(

Huge suite - beautiful pool areas with a great maintained garden. Alfresco breakfast area with an amazing view! Smaller breakfast buffet, but good enough. There is access to the narrow beach, however Alona beach is more about bars, so we enjoyed more the pool areas of the resort with ocean view.

We recently spent two nights at Amorita. Overall we were very pleased with the experience however a few things need improvement. We were collected from the airport and shuttled to the resort in a private van. Our driver was very good. He gave us lots of tips for our stay and was a capable driver. When you first walk into Amorita it feels very relaxed. Wide open spaces in the resort with well kept gardens give a peaceful feel to the place. The staff are also very welcoming. Efficient yet not rushed. We were shown to our room, it was a long walk from reception. Air con was already on when we entered, a welcome relief from the summer heat. A quick explanation of the workings and we were left alone. The room was nice, it had two double beds. The bathroom is open to the bed area, separated by a wooden lattice divider. Shower and toilet are behind separate smoked glass doors. The vanity area with mirror was poorly lit. Not good for makeup or shaving. The refrigerator was stocked with complimentary juices and sodas. Also some cookies were delivered later in the day. Nice touch. We explored the pool area. Two infinity pools with plenty of room to relax. Shaded areas also available. Short walk to the beach area. The resort is on top of a cliff and to get to the beach a short flight of stairs was available. Breakfast buffet needs polishing. Food choices were limited, eggs were pre-cooked and cold, ants on the fruit. Not acceptable for a hotel of this standard.

My family and I stayed at the Hennan Regency for a 3 night getaway to Boracay, and plan on staying there again! PROS - Location is great - beachfront in Station 2, near all the restaurants and nightlife but the resort is private enough where you don't hear the noise from your room. - Guys help you set up beach mats if you go onto the sand, otherwise there are 3 pools, including one with a swim-up bar and another with a kiddie slide. - The breakfast buffet is awesome - lots of variety and a killer view of the ocean. - Misto, the Filipino restaurant on site, was a pleasant surprise - very good. - Definitely take advantage of their airport transportation - a little pricier than doing it at the terminals but we opted for it on the way back to Caticlan and it was so nice and much faster to have the private boat and porter service throughout. - The spa was a little pricey but very nice. CONS - We had 3 adults & 2 kids, so in order to accommodate all of us we had to get 2 rooms because each room had one twin and a Queen. I wish there were rooms with 2 Queens so we could've stayed together with a rollaway. - There was construction during our stay at the property next door so we had to request a room change to get away from the noise and it took a while to get situated. We eventually ended up with rooms on different floors but in the same building facing the pool with the kiddie slide, which ended up being great because you get a peek-a-boo ocean view there too.

Everything about this hotel was OUTSTANDING. The location, right on the beach. The staff, everyone was friendly and helpful ESPECIALLY Jamaica at the reception/registration desk who SET THE STANDARD FOR ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES. Jamaica was friendly and professional. We arrived as a party of 5, she remembered our names and addressed us by our names EVERYTIME she saw us. When we had questions Jamaica had the answers. Her interaction with other guests was the same as ours. Food was excellent, from the buffet breakfast, the buffet dinner with a tremendous variety of choices or the steakhouse dinner (to be honest the quality was very good but the portions were small). The pool was clean, had an adequate number of chaise lounges and chairs, as well as the swim up bar.

Excellent beachfront property with excellent service. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with plenty of choices. Rooms are well cleaned. Just felt inconvenienced that check-in staff made us come back to the check-in counter for the pool cards the next morning without any explanation why, even after i asked why i couldn't get them then during check-in. The next morning when I asked for pool cards, new check-in staff was puzzled that we didn't get pool cards at check-in. No pool towels at the pool in front of our unit, so we had to walk around the property searching for the other pools to get our pool towels.

This really is a great property and I very much appreciate not only their attention to detail but the warmth of the staff. As you can probably tell from my profile we are not novice travelers - we will be on the road for almost 6 months this year. We have stayed in nicer resorts but none of them had employees that were so welcoming and friendly. Not to say that this is not a nice resort but the warmth of the employees really stands out. The property is in a great location right on the beach and has lots of amenities. Restaurants bars and buffet - pretty much all you can want. There are multiple nice pools although limited seating at some of them. Lots of seating out on the beach. The beach here really stands out for all of the resorts and businesses that are located directly on it. It's a great place to take a sunset stroll and there are many bars, fire shows and restaurants to be enjoyed. We have breakfast every morning at Christina's restaurant and all the staff is too many to name individually they were fantastic. And made us feel like home they greeted us like family each day and the food was exceptional.

I had an amazing time during my stay in Hennan Regency Boracay. Checking-in was a breeze. The building itself could be overwhelming by the eye, but it was clean and well-maintained. The room i booked was a junior suite (3rd floor) and it was a huge room While the room was clean upon arrival, it was well equipped and everything works fine. The bathroom was clean and huge as well. Shower and tub adds a nice touch. The bed was comfy and i slept well undisturbed during my nights. The view of the pool was nice. Although it was the only view from my room, it was just fine by me. I have not got to experience the facilities such as their gym, "VIP" lounge, spa, mini-shop, I did get to eat at both restaurants (Christina's - Seabreeze buffet) The food at both places was great. While The Seabreeze buffet had endless tasty options, Christina's was superb and unparalleled at the same time. While im not a picky eater, the food served in both places served, very delicious. Lastly, the entire staff.........Simply excellent and well trained.. Keep up the great work.

Property a few minutes from white sand beach. Room has two single beds which we managed 3 at extra cost. Pool was nice. Breakfast included was excellent for a smaller hotel. Made omelette to order was a great touch Staff excellent. Only issue was construction outside and beside but not hotels fault. Poolside room was extremely noisy until 10pm. Overall would stay here again

Our stay at One Hagdan Villa was amazing. We had the best time to relax and chill by our private pool for the remaining days of our Philippines trip. All the staff was so helpful and welcoming. The welcoming ritual they done at the start of our arrival was really unexpected but lovely experience to remember. A big shout out to Marie and Migue, who were so attentive during our stay. The villa was clean and was exactly like the photos and description. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here with a few friends for three days and three nights. They welcomed us at the end of the street where the jeep couldn’t go any further with necklaces in tow. We had a late check that was accommodated for. Welcomed us with drinks and a hot towel. The rest of our stay was amazing! Great views, great staff, we chose to dine in a lot because of the great food and fantastic cocktails. We came in the of Tyhpoon season and even brought food and drinks with a smile with heavy rain and winds! They accommodated we asked for. Nothing was too much for them even a request for the pool to be cleaned late at night after the pool maintenance had already left. They were amazing, catering to our every needs. Could not be happier with the service at One Hagdan Villa. Special mention to all our hosts, Romel, Khier, Eline and Rosebie!!!! You guys made our stay feel like we were home. It was so comfortable and we couldn’t be more grateful for the hospitality they provided. Thank you guys so much, we will certainly come back to ‘our’ villa 😊

First of all, we had such a warm greeting by the staff, especially Rosebie, she was responsible for taking good care of us. She did an excellent job making sure that we were having a great time and responded to our requests on WhatsApp almost instantly. Conditions and interior of each room and common space, balcony, infinity pool etc. were all so amazing. The view is great by the way. We constantly spoke about what great choice we made by booking here. Some reviews say that it is hard to find an e-trike, but Rosebie helped us reserve every time if we just request 30~45 mins in advance, so we had no trouble getting to Astoria in time for the island hopping or for just getting to dmall or checking out. Getting back also was not an issue as drivers all knew One Hagdan. Lastly I felt very bad because we lost the main door key.. but Rosebie handled the situation warmly.

The place was spacious, away from the busy area. The butler/maid service was great. You could order food from their menu and they would cook it up for you. After you were done even if you cooked your own food they came and cleaned the dishes. Spectacular service. Well spent money.. Big rooms and bathrooms. The kids loved the small pool to relax in.. I would have no second thoughts on coming here again.. The downstairs could have been its own in-law unit by itself.

I loved this property. The Charlie's Villa was a dream stay for our family! It was so spacious and had it's own private pool. The bartender was fabulous. Easy to get free transportation into town and Lio beach. It was 5 star.

I booked and I had room B111 pool side only problem was I would not get in the pool because it was unhealthy in my opinion algee on the pools walls and the waiter was green. The pool by the bar was very clean and attractive, but that was not the one that joined my room. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. Hope you correct this for your future tenants. Your staff is outstanding

Family of 6. Stayed in April 2025. The resort was clean, modern, and ideal for families. We booked two family rooms with balconies overlooking the pool. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety. We also had dinner at the restaurant, where staff kindly sang for a family member’s birthday. Food was delicious. The two pools were perfect, and rooms had air-conditioning. The balcony had a rack for drying swimsuits—very convenient. A couple of issues, though: 1. **Egg station at breakfast** needs improvement. The chef was by themself and confused, and orders were delayed and got mixed up. Guests were waiting too long or taking eggs that weren’t theirs because they did not want to wait any longer. Suggest assigning a second staff member to take and manage orders by table number. Our daughter didn’t even get her eggs until we were finished eating. 2. **Shuttle coordination for private tours** was disappointing. Our tour ended early, but there was no shuttle back. The front desk told us to wait an hour, pay for private shuttle, or pay for tricycles. We paid a premium for the private tour and expected better coordination. Staff insisted we use their shuttle but failed to provide return service without extra cost. It felt disorganized and unprofessional. We had a rental car and we could’ve just used our own car if we knew this would happen. Despite these issues, the resort was still a pleasant and relaxing place to stay.

Charlie's was our home for 10 days. I'm so glad we booked this hotel. It's quiet and away from hustle of El Nido, perfect for families. We went with a group of 8 and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Our kids wanted to stay longer because of wonderful ladies always smiling and ready to assist with anything. Nothing was impossible in this hotel and whatever we asked for was swiftly organised. Beautiful location with clean and spacious rooms, superb room service, and even childcare for our 8 year olds! The pool was a dream with enough sunshine and shade if you needed a break from the heat. The great selection of foods and cocktails kept us from going to town everyday. All you need is provided on the spot! BEST HOTEL IN EL NIDO! We will miss you Charlie's! Eva, Kris, Leon and Lenny

This was a great place to stay. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus to town and Lio excellent although the cost of the trike if you miss a shuttle is quite cheap. Lovely clean room with decent shower. Excellent pools and good gym. The food was good but the strawberry and banana milkshake and tuna melt were both brilliant and addictive. Definitely left feeling impressed by all the staff, it seems a shame there was no tip box on reception as would have been nice to leave something knowing it is share by all the staff.

Nice hotel but can improve in alot of areas.. upon check in since we booked twin room we expect they wont charged us with extra person coz we are not asking for additional bed since we are three a couple and senior they explain to us that the 1 thousand per day for the 3rd person is for the breakfast we ask them not to since she’s already a senior she have her strict diet but they charge us anyway..they should give an option to their guest whether to avail or not. Go back to the room facility its nice but the bed is realy for single person, they provided the toileteries except for sleepers it must be nice if they have! Its nice they are environmental friendly but the shower temp is difficult to adjust most of the time its so hot! And the sink water is irritating because u need to press it again and again since its will stop fast upon pressing also the aircon will stop when u open the sliding door so if u want to keep your room temp u need to close it i think u cant conserve energy from that! Anyway what i love is that the room we booked is there is pool access right accross your doorstep! The AC though its stop alot of times when u open the sliding door when u go to the pool its in good working condition since they are a new hotel u can really see and feel all are still in good shape! Though its 10-15mins away from the beach they provide a free lift going to alona beach and also free airport shuttle! The hotel is also 7mins drive from the airport!

We stayed in Roman Empire for the second time.They extended the pool, it must be longest pool in Panglao. Cleanliness was perfect again. The food was yummy for a very fair price, especially compared to places on Alona Beach. They offer a free shuttle every hour to Alona Beach, which only takes 5 minutes. It is very conveniently located to the airport. 5 minutes to the Airport but no airplane noise at all. We loved the sunbeds by the pool. Starting around 2pm they are nicely shaded thanks to the smart building architecture. The area itself is huge and feels like you are in ancient, luxury Rome. The internet speed is very fast and reliable. Our room was quiet, nice and very generous in size. The employees were so friendly. We were very happy again and want to come back next year 😊

Stayed at this property for 8 days. The property was very clean and 5 minutes from the airport. Our pool room was basic inside but great value & clean and you can walk out the door into the giant pool. The meal and drink menus were extensive and great value with happy hour cocktails at night. All the staff very friendly and transport was available outside the main door. Highly recommended.

We loved staying in one of the poolside rooms. What a great luxury having the pool just a few steps away! And another plus was that there was plenty of shade because of all the dwarf palm trees. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The service at the restaurant was attentive. Now the cons: The food was hit or miss. The pan fried fish was delicious, but the pancakes were like rubber. The coffee was a little bitter. And I thought the beers were overpriced. In the room, there was no control of the water temperature. There was very little counter space for stuff. A bath mat was not provided. Still, a lovely resort and I'm looking forward to going back.

Such a lovely little place! Some thought went into architecture and design and it shows. Lovely rooms, relaxing pool area, away from the noise but close to everything.

The room is clean and nice the only problem we encountered is there are mosquitos. We enjoyed the pool, overall the place it’s great.

The 4 villas are new, large and impressive. The pool is picturesque. The location is not that great, away from the beach and main road along a dark, dirty, muddy narrow road. No sea breeze to keep mosquito and flies away. Roosters all around the compound, will wake light sleepers. Included made-to-order Breakfast is nice.

Great if you like silence. The villa's are comfortable. Take care if you shower at the pool, very slippery! Not plenty of choice for the food offered.

the personal pool, we have a mix family 2 year old to 17 year old. so everyone need something a bit different. the Sunset Bay Beach Villas was the place for us. first real holiday in a long time.

Great place for my extended family, 7 people incl kids. They loved the private pool. Nice with 3 bathrooms and 2 separate bedrooms. The manager is very helpful! I heartily recommend this place.

Our villa was comfortable. A big bathroom, separate cr, a good working air-conditioning in the sleeping room and a big and beautiful sittingroom and kitchen. Our private pool was amazing. Lovely the special sweets. The owner very friendly and helpful. The area is very quiet.

Cons: slow wifi (will be upgraded soon according to manager), peace & quite occasionally interrupted by music from village Overall I strongly recommend the place if you are looking for a relaxing, secluded and spacious place in a beautiful tropical setting and do not need to be close to any town or entertainment.

Les Maisons D'itac was a perfect place to start out our honeymoon in the Philippines. We chose it for the amazing large private pool right outside our doors and the price was pretty unbeatable. I cannot rave enough about the staff and service of this place. We got in at 4 in the morning and Brian the manager was waiting to greet us at the door. The food was delicious and the landscaping was immaculate. Although Rhonda is a little far from the tourist parts of Moalboal transportation was easily provided by the hotel. If you want safe, beautiful, beachfront, private pool, excellent service, then this place is it!

We were group of 5 people stayed villa and we had great experience. It was so clean and nice. Garden and pool areas are beautiful as well. Pool was kind of small but enough to enjoy it. Breakfast was simple but delicious with mango shake ang fresh bread. Set lunch and dinner was very nice combination of pinoy and western food. We enjoyed massages several times at the garden in front of villa Manager Brian was very nice who arranged everything very well we requested. And all other staffs were very very friendly. Moalboal is about 30 min drive, and super nice young driver Marvin take there at anytime. He has great personality with big smile and always on time. Overall, it was great stay, I can not find better stay option in this area based on 20 times trips to Ceu. It was simply great.

Our stay at Maison d'Itac was incredible. Bryan, the manager, couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. From the moment we landed at the airport we were taken care of. We booked a private car transfer to the property(we recommend, it make the trip 2-3 hours depending on what time you land) and when we arrived we were shown to our rooms to settle in before breakfast, which they made each morning per request. We rented a scooter to explore the area( it is about 20 minutes from Moalboal and 40 mins from the waterfall, both doable on scooter) Each evening we enjoyed a sunset cocktail in our pool. The overall experience of the hotel was tranquil and relaxing. You feel like you are the only ones in paradise. The staff was also phenomenal, Thanks Melvin for always being there to check in on our needs. We will definitely be returning. 2017 started out magnificent in paradise!!!

It’s like a hidden treasure and it’s in a very private location, a little hard to find. But, worth every minute of your time spent at this beautiful hotel. They have one swimming pool and a beach area that’s a little rocky. The food is good, but could be better I think, and not many mixed drink options. The room was comfortable and bed was nice with curtains. Overall a great place to relax and unwind!

We loved the jet pool and the pool! The room was great and very spacious. We liked that there was a balcony available so we can dry our clothes. The location is perfect as well and is near must-eat spots in Clark!

Had a fantastic time staying here recently for 4 nights. The villa was very clean and well decorated. We went for the villa without a pool, which in some ways was better as we have a proper indoor kitchen and living room. Though a pool in the heat would have been great too! The hosts were lovely and they offer private tours too which is great. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

We loved our stay here! The views were gorgeous, it was well equipped for us to cook breakfasts and Marco was extremely helpful with anything we needed. Other reviews mentioned the location being tricky, but we thought it was perfect to be outside of the busy town but super close that we walked in and out multiple times a day. We are 5 fit and young girls and will note there is a bit of a hill as you enter the property, but no issue for us. There were also good local spots to eat, etc. within a 2 minute walk of the villa if you didn’t want to adventure the 15/20 minute walk into town. We also did an island hopping tour with Marco one day which was AMAZING and beautiful! We spent so much time lounging by the pool and having slow mornings cooking and reading. Our few days there had mixed weather but the set up of the villa meant we could still be outside and covered while enjoying the main space if it began to rain. Rooms were STUNNING, bathrooms gorgeous and good, hot water pressure. Already dreaming about how we can return.

Absolutely fantastic property. The best in the area. Honestly, you will not be disappointed. The property is maximum luxury but the price is so reasonable. Marco the property owner is on hand 24/7 to help with anything from booking trips, to getting motorbikes, taxi , food, drink , whatever you need. He was absolutely fantastic and made our stay so special and unique. We cannot thank him enough! The property can arrange everything you need with ease and for a great price. Other reviews mentioned the location is difficult but we did not find this at all. It’s literally 5 min from the town by tuk tuk or the property can provide motorbike or scooter very cheaply and it takes 3 min to get to town, regardless of the tide. The owner can also pick up from airport for reasonable price. The property is absolutely luxury and perfect inside and out. The pool area has kitchen fridge drinking water . If this property was in Europe it would be 500-1000 eur per night! Absolutely perfect property and perfect stay! Cannot recommend more highly .

We really enjoyed our stay at Sampaguita Villas, especially because of the villa’s care taker, Marco. He was very attentive - we managed to get the best private tours booked for the best prices, he took us on land tours and our clothes were cleaned and ready to be worn the next day! We cannot thank him enough as our experience at Sampaguita Villas was enhanced because of him. The Villa was a short walk from the town (about 10-15 minutes) the pool had fresh water from the mountains and was cleaned regularly, the rooms were clean and spacious, and airport pick up and drop offs can be provided upon request for a very small fee in a cute jeepney van.

Water Sports Centre, you guys are awesome, thank you for the boat excursion, we had you and the boat all to ourselves and you went out of your way to make sure we had everything we wanted, saw everything and snorkeled everywhere and had such a memorable experience. Thank you too for sharing the coconut harvest with us and finding the paddle blade I lost.

The property was beautiful, pristine, great location, well designed, looked like a place like in an exotic island like Bali, staff was very helpful and attentive, great food, i loved my villa with a view of the ocean and my own pool, the prices was excellent, other resorts would charge 4 times as much, this is a great little secret hideaway in northern Cebu, i hope it doesn’t get too popular like boracay and Palawan, lots of things to do like jet skin, snorkeling, even island hopping. Recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet getaway but enjoy island living.

The staff are extremely nice and we were looked after above and beyond and appreciate how willing they were to help wherever we needed it. The rooms where beautiful as was the pool and beach and a delicious menu at the restaurant once again great staff.

What a beautiful resort. I travelled here with my Filipina wife and we loved every minute. We rented a beachfront villa with orivate pool - so lovely. The room was huge and just such a lovely place to sleep in. The restaurant and staff were excellent.

Stayed here with my husband and my baby. The private pool ocean view villa was awesome but there was a leak in the bathroom. Everything was great but the facility needs an update. Also, if they can have a baby changing station at the lobby's bathroom and the restaurant to make it easy to guest with babies.

Simply amazing ... its off the beaten path but worth the drive from Cebu City. I rented a car and drove us up to the location. Its a long slow dirve through the small towns there but once you arrive you realize it was worth it. We stayed in an ocean villa with the private pool. You cant ask for better than this! The resort is secured with a guarded gate 24/7 and the beach is private white sand and great views. Julius will take good care of you in the dining room. The food is excelleng with a LARGE breakfast ( included with the room ) fresh cookies brought to the room every night and there are so many things to say about this place and not many characters left. Horses were well behaved and a great little destraction from the beach even if you just want to go and visit. The trail ride is nice and they will make sure you are comforable before your ride. Just dont let this place pass you by !!!

This resort is truly a luxurious slice of paradise and worth the extra trek away from the main city. The resort has everything, excellent breakfast buffet, beachfront, restaurant, bar and pool. They also have a lot of Watersport activities available (many at no extra cost). We were fortunate enough to be there during one of the owner’s birthday and the family was generous to invite us to join them at Malapascua (a nearby island) and treat us to an amazing luncheon! The staff were all very attentive and professional, and the property itself was first class. I would definitely love to come back here again.

We got a free upgrade to a private pool villa. The Villa was amazing. Clean, comfortable, and we had our own jacuzzi. The view at the main pool was also spectacular. Food was better than the other two hotels we stayed at this trip (which isn't saying too much) The private pool villa has no TV, and is too far from the sea so if you wanted to hear the waves this is not the place to go. Both the main pool and the private pool could have been cleaner. The biggest bummer is that the beach isn't much useable, the rocks are way too sharp, though hotel staff will give you water shoes.

It was very satisfying experience for us to stay at Pulchra, with very clean and cosy atmosphere, amazingly kind staff. Even there are a few uncomfy things such as quite a distance to the city, the variety of food and activities... but everything was cosy.

Resort was clean, quiet, comfortable enough to stay. Staffs are all so kind to say hello with smile everytime they see us. As I thought many guests are families with baby, but there’s not too many people in the resort. Peaceful.

One of the best 5 stars I’ve stayed at. It’s quiet and very natural. The food is excellent and highly recommend the calamaries. Had a wonderful stay Pulchra and would definitely return.

Klima im Zimmer hört man nicht. Perfekt Ihr könnt Euch mit einem Tricycle zum Flughafen el nido bringen lassen. Macht riesen gaudi und ist günstig. Koffer werden an das Dreirad geschnallt und los gehts. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub. Einzig die nicht vorhandene Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und im Schlafzimmer haben echt genervt. Einfach Regale an die Wand und gut is. Im Umfeld findet ihr fantastische Strandbars. Wir haben alle durchprobiert und es schmeckte hervorragend.

Very pleasant stay! They have a small space but make very good use of it, it never felt crammed. Two small pool areas, a quite good restaurant, and a beach bar. Beach access which is very nice - the beach is not the absolute best in El Nido, but it's nice that the hotel is not closed in like many others. Bring bugspray because there are lots of mosquitos! Also lots of really small ants that are harmless but a bit annoying. A carpet in the entryway of the room would have been good to help with not pulling in sand.

Stayed here for 3 days this December '23 and loved the hospitality of the staff. They definitely went the extra mile to keep our family of three happy! During our stay, we had relaxing massages, a home cooked meal from the local market and lounged around the cozy pool and bar areas without thinking about the time! I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a safe, friendly and relaxing environment, mere footsteps from the beach in El Nido! I can't wait to see you again El Nido Coco! Keep up the great work!

Overall this is a good hotel to stay in, located a walk away from where the boat arrives. Staff are friendly and very attentive/quick to ensure all needs are taken care of. All rooms face the pool, which is a very nice design. Food price is reasonable, and quality is good. Only issue I had was the bed being uncomfortable and caused me to have a backache and stiff neck.

I stayed two nights. It was near from port so very easy to find eventhough first visit. I stayed two nights in suit room. Just front of door it has very clean swimming pool. And in the room, the facility wss very good. Especially it has really good bethroom. And they also very good foods.

Nicely secluded despite being amid all the bars etc. i was a little disappointed by Sabang - basically good for divers and men seeking "companionship". That said nobody brought any girls back to this hotel, as far as i was aware. I visited in november (low season).

Since I have family living in Coron, I had invited them for dinner. They actually recommended this hotel to me. I loved their pool and drinks. I think I will come back here on my future trips. I really don't have any dislike about this hotel except the little inconvenience of the non-working elevator.

We were so happy and pleased staying at this hotel. It is stunning!!!! I love the fact that they maintained the originality of the decor even with the slight modern upgrades. They have an amazing breakfast and you can walk out to the pool area. Great for families and the kids to enjoy a good swim. They have their own hotel docking areas and boat to take you out on the waters. The room was HUGE, cleeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaannnn, comfortable, and equipped with all that you need and more. More than what we expected and wished we could have stayed longer here. It is slightly removed from the town with just a 10 minute walk. But there are trikes available all the time to bring you into town. I would highly highly highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

A very nice hotel. Breakfast buffet was good and the pool and view were great. They are building a dock, hopefully they will run some tour from there someday. The shower was very nice and had instant hot water.

My Daughter and my wife stayed at the hotel and had a great time at the pool, enjoyed the food, and ventured out to see the sites in town. I am sure they will visit again.

I recently had a quick visit in Camiguin and i stayed at Bintana Sa Paraiso Mountain Resort, and it was nothing short of a dream. The moment I arrived, I was mesmerized by the breathtaking views of lush greenery. The resort's location is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and escape the busy city life. The mountain air was so refreshing, and the cool breeze added to the peaceful atmosphere. Whether you're lounging by the pool, or enjoying a quiet moment at your balcony. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I also enjoyed the delicious local food served in the resort's restaurant (Josh & Luke Restaurant)– a wonderful taste of Camiguin’s flavors. The entire experience was so relaxing, I found myself wishing I could just move here permanently. In short, my visit was a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation, and I absolutely can’t wait to come back. This is my first time exploring Camiguin. The staff made me feel so welcome and so attentive to my needs. I came here to relax and this place is so relaxing. This is a few minutes from the town but worth the drive uphill with my motorcycle. It was easy to find and the staff did assist me with my rental. They provided me a brand-new motorcycle which I appreciate so much. I did a lot of hikes and enjoyed the scenery. The pool view was fantastic and enjoyed theer new bar. Very helpful staff and what made it work is being a remote worker knowing that they have a Starlink I feel at ease. I would come back for another adventure. The food was decent. I tried their local food surol it was tasty.

Out of the ordinary, Instagram worthy rooms and grounds. Stayed at the two bedroom villa that was wonderfully set to have the master’s bedroom on the main floor and the second bedroom on the lower level. Maze-like stairs completes the Santorini inspired atmosphere. Two pools and a small rocky beach to show off your summer bodies and get the perfect tan! Buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner always had something for everyone. Staff were all friendly. Definitely coming back!

The service was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. We arrived at the place early and we don't have a hard time checking-in. The room is very clean and spacious. I love the location of our room which is near the bakery because we can smell the aroma of freshly baked breads and pastries every time we go out of our room. One of the best part of our stay was the buffet which to my surprise, includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. I think I gained a couple of kilos because the food was superb! Will definitely come back.

Resort offers local tours around Bohol. Rooms had good washrooms with tub and shower. Our room had direct pool access from small balcony. Other attributes too numerous to mention. Particular kudos to staff who helped us.

First time staying at Henann Coast and I highly recommend it! The views from the pool and sky pool were insane. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and everything was really good. All the staff were super friendly—reception, bellman, room service, pool staff, everyone! We’re definitely coming back to Bohol and staying here again.

Wonderful villa with a personal pool and waterfall. The kitchen is well equipped and the landlord is generous to provide washing machine, water cooler, cooking condiments, coffee and sugar amongst many others amenities. Perfect if you rent a car if you’re planning to go many places but getting a grab is easy as well. The caretaker Lon is always so helpful and readily available. He even had lalamove arranged to pick up my guitar when we were out shopping. Awesome chap and he keeps the house clean. Highly recommend this place with a big group(up to 10).

We loved the villa a lot! Very amazed by the facilities of the house. We spent most of time at the indoor pool in the evening but didn't know how to work the waterfall despite following the manual. Everyone just camped in the master bedroom to marathon a series on netflix before heading to bed. Everything was so comfortable so all of us got a good night sleep! Lon, the housekeeper was very helpful. He was there to welcome us and send us away the next day. He also helped to get in touch with a driver because we couldn't get a grab ourselves.

The place is amazing. It’s so big and the whole group really enjoyed our stay. The staff is so helpful and accommodating. If something breaks, they fix it immediately. Pool is super nice and the place is very safe and secure.

There are no words to properly describe how amazing this property. The grounds are very lush with many pools and a great bar/deck area to enjoy the view of the ocean (especially during sunset). The private "room" with the high wall all the way around and the private pool created a very peaceful and relaxing environment. I can't wait to come back to Camiguin and this hotel. My biggest regret is not spending more nights here.

So we found ourselves in Balai sa Baibai, a 5-room hotel, and it is by far the best part of our 3-day vacation in the Island of Camiguin. My husband and I have done some travelling and have been to some high-end hotels and 5 star resorts but this is place can definitely compete with the list. It has been in operation for only a year, but the owners have been in the hospitality business for years, thus pouring all their passion and experience into this very lovely hotel. The rooms are either a suit or a villa. The villas have their own pool, yes, its own pool. Suits are just as beautiful as the villas. All the frills you get with a 5 star hotel, you get there. The interiors are undoubtedly beautiful, showcasing local building materials and local arts and architecture.Service is exceptional, from front desk to basically everyone in the hotel. Because its a small operation, you always see the owner who makes sure you are comfortable and enjoying your stay. Everything can be arranged. The only real bad thing about this hotel, it is booked almost all the time so you better book it way in advance if you want to experience this little hidden gem of a resort in Camiguin Island.

Our Mother/daughter stay in Balai sa Baibai was short and sweet…the staff were very friendly, warm and accommodating. No frills and fanfare…basic accommodations, pool was clean. Place was quiet and the sound of roosters crowing in the morning was perfect! I love Filipino food…their chicken adobo was divine…banana turon and ice cream was the best! Hummus was also very delicious. Gambas was good too! Mattress could be updated, but overall…I would recommend this place to everyone

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were pampered from all the staff & also the owners.As we booked in we were given a welcome drink,we were taken to our vista villa & given a tour of it & shown how everything worked. Later we had afternoon tea brought to us & this was each day that we were there. In the evening a free drink at the sunset bar & a bowl of nuts etc,was a nice touch. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, fruit (plate ),large variety of mains to choose from, (Filipino & Western )fruit drink,water,cereals, tea,coffee & whatever else you asked for. The two owners are to be commended the way they run Balai sa BaiBai & my wife & I will certainly be going back there in our next visit & we have already started telling our many friends about this wonderful resort. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable of the island, places of interest,places to eat & would do everything to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable. 10out 10.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There were good and bad things but if I was to go back I could stay there again. It’s a cheaper option than other hotels in station 2/3 as it’s still a bit of a walk there (20 min to station 2 for example) and therefore is located in a quieter area away from the crowds - that was a must for me. The beach is great, right in front of the hotel and is mostly empty as most people go to the beach nearer the area of station 2 so that was also perfect for peace and quiet. One if the highlights for me was the view from my room with the beach, palm trees and pool, (I stayed at the very top one with balcony, however please note if you choose this room type that the balcony is shared with the other top floor room, which is a bit weird as it’s less privacy, but for me it didn’t personally bother me as I barely saw the people from the room next door). The room itself is nice and spacious, very bright with white typa decoration for that sunny holiday feeling. Bed was big and comfortable. This hotel has so much potential but it’s getting a bit outdated/lack of care - there was a change of management apparently and things are getting a bit left out. For example the pool is useless (it’s like for decoration only, not the right location to have built it there it was a bit dirty), there’s also a terrace with great view but nothing there. They also have a kitchen not in use anymore (you can see it degraded) so no food at all in this property.

The hotel is small but really really nice! The rooms are also small but we knew that before booking and didn’t really mind. The view is amazing and the pool is great! We loved watching sunset by the pool with a drink :) The only thing that I can say wrong about this place is that in the 3 nights we were there they didn’t come into the room to bring extra toilet paper or swipe the floor (as it’s a beach front hotel, you get a lot of sand in the room even if you wipe your feet etc) But it is very beautiful and I would definitely recommend :)

Positives: We were greeted at reception with a refresher towel and fresh juice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower in our room didn't have warm water for a short period and when we mentioned it to reception they fixed it right away. So once again, very good service. Our room overlooked the ocean on the beach so it was an amazing view to wake up to every day. Although breakfast was on the 3rd floor we were served on the beach every morning. It was truly an amazing experience. The WIFI was good. The swimming pool on the 3rd floor is very modern and also has a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. Our room was cleaned every day on request with fresh towels. If you are looking for peace and tranquility then this place is perfect. It is located at station 3 so not very busy and no hawkers bothering you. The beach road stops just before this hotel so it means nobody walks past right in front of the hotel, therefore, it feels more private compared to other similar hotels located at station 2. If you are looking to be very active the whole time and looking for a lot to do, including shopping and eating at good restaurants then you have to consider a 10 - 30 minute walk. Overall, we had a very good experience and it was definitely a vacation to remember. Negatives: Only one, the room is tinier than most. But, it's only a place to sleep in, dress in, and take a shower in, so this comment should be irrelevant. The view and all other positives make up for the size ^^

We loved everything at la Banca house. The room, facility, location , station 3 is the place to stay if you prefer to have a quite place and more privacy. The staff are all very attentive to accommodate the guest needs, they cleaned the pool everyday, your room, breakfast is superb , arrange our transfortation etc.We would recommend la banca to our friends We would like to thank all the staff for making our vacation more enjoyable and relaxing, from the manager Eugene Flores, front desk Margarita, Remy and Rollan for the delicious bfast everyday, Ginly, Reynante and Miguel for all the hard work maintaining the place clean and enjoyable.

Had an absolute magical stay at Kalinaw resort, the staff is amazing very helpful and nice. They helped us organizing all of our stay and booked activities so we can enjoy fully. The breakfast and the food in general is probably the best we had during our whole stay in Siargao. First off... this jitel is not 4 or five star hotel so if you are looking for one then book something else... BUT it offers all the amenities you normally need. It has a nice pool, has hot water in showers and AC in rooms. Food is also okay. Staff of the hotel are awesome and really helpful. I highly recommend that you ask the hotel to arrange your whale watching/sightseeing tour. They have some tricks up their sleeves that might help you save lots of time queing.

We arrived late but the welcome was wonderful. The place is an absolute cracker for the money.Basic but clean, breakfast was fresh and well served and the pool is such a refreshing way to spend a late afternoon after exploring. ‘Martin’ the turtle swims up to the shore in an afternoon for a nosy which is great to see in his own surroundings and of his own free will. We definitely recommend to book here and would stay again.

From the moment you arrive to time you leave, the staff are the most polite and welcoming people we have ever had the the pleasure of meeting. The buffet breakfast and dinner are incredible, with many options from traditional Filipino foods and deserts to seafood, meats and pasta. The pool is beautiful as well with daily live music or DJ at poolside. The location of the resort is right in the middle of Station 2 with easy access to the beach and nice walks to station 1 & 3.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made an effort to know you personally. Their customer service was impeccable and problems were resolved swiftly. They often went above and beyond. Especially Sam at the pool and Eric at breakfast, they were fantastic! The breakfast staff were really flexible with dietary requirements and always made sure there were enough food options. The pool is beautiful and the rooms are a good size. Beds are super comfortable. The location is great, right on white beach and surrounded by restaurants.

The pool was spacious; having the accommodation open to the pool area was a great choice for us! The breakfast buffet and lunch buffet offered excellent choices and provided a lot of Filipino foods that we were looking for. The service, particularly in the LaFiesta was exceptional - the dining staff were very welcoming and friendly and provided exceptional service. The property offered beach toys and floaties which was handy.

This place felt more than a resort! conveniently located across Cloud-9, we loved being able to walk across to catch/checkout waves then when we return to the gates of Kawayan, we immediately feel far-away. David, Crystal & their lovely staff definitely delivers a luxurious sanctuary and we will definitely be back! p.s. request for a private dinner and you will be very glad you decided to stay in for the night. after trying island famous eats, i craved for a subdued but fine dinner and Chef David delivered! p.p.s. the bakery chocolate croissants too are a must try!

Very private and quiet place with a beautiful garden and a nice swimming pool. The villa was very comfortable and well decorated. It includes everything you need. Location was ideal just a few meters away from Cloud 9, near cafes and restaurants and beside an authentic French bakery. Breakfast was excellent and really well presented. All the staff were exceptionally attentive and accommodating. They made our stay really pleasant and memorable. It is one of those places you wish you would stay longer and come back over and over again.

This property is a real oasis of calm and tranquillity just a minute or two away from the Cloud 9 surf spot. General Luna is also a short and inexpensive ride away. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance of various cuisines. The host could not be more welcoming and helpful, and the onsite staff were always on hand to help us with anything we might need. The breakfast every day was just perfect with different options available and fresh pastries, fruit etc. Overall I would highly recommend staying.

Pros: - Friendly staff - Awesome view over the ocean Cons: - Heaps of ants and insects in the room. Bud bugs? - No shower water one day - Pool not so clean. Closed for cleaning one day - Limited choices on the menu and restaurant opening hours.

There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort. First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing. We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained. There are a few things I wish that I had known before we stayed there. Maybe other reviews mentioned it but I will stress that there are stairs. :) Blessed with stairs. I loved it it was like a daily workout, however, some people may not be so happy about it. Also, I wish I hadnt rented a car. The parking was a bit challenging. The driveway is a little scary to drive up because its super steep. When I go back..and I will go back.. I will just get a driver to the hotel and take Toktok or trikes for my transportation. That is probably the cheapest and easiest solution. I just want to say that the stairs and parking had little effect on our stay, but it is something I think people should know about. If you are not familiar with the area you should know that Aninuan beach is well within walking distance. Its not obvious, but there is a little entrance just a few hundred feet from AV Suites driveway on the other side of the road. I would recommend going there its great and the water is fairly shallow. There are some great local places to eat in Puerto Galera and on White Beach.

Good ambiene and service. Would be nice to have more options when it comes to food. Still a good and relaxing stay.

(Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues as well. But in general we enjoyed our stay. God place for family especially the kids.

Breakfast was good and location was good. Only lack of air condition.

I like the place ,as if you went to other country but needs to improve the other area that is broken.

Very nice Hotel ... but dont stay too long ... pillows are terrible, completely squishy and useless ... pool is only 4ft deep impossible to swim ... So if you like floating in the pool only and dealing with neck and back pain due to the subpar pillows ... this is the place for you !!! However ... the staff is friendly and helpful and the Hotel is beautiful for things like weddings and such ... just not so great for extended stay !!!

Stayed for a couple of weeks , first time in Cebu - nice hotel. Having the mall behind the hotel is ideal for a quick and easy brunch or dinner. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, security seems good - guy at front gate and bag check machine, key card controlled elevators etc. Check in was straightforwards Pool is nice - quite busy on Sundays specifically, so is the mall Gym and spa are available The lobby bar serves good drinks and would highly recommend the afternoon tea they offer (was lovely!), they also have someone playing music in the evenings most of the time Breakfast buffet has a nice selection. Room service was tasty and simple to order. Housekeeping keep the room looking lovely and always replenished the bottles of water and bathroom supplies. Early morning hours has skeleton crew but still people available to help 24/7 if needed One thing I would say is the location is right by the port and a somewhat busy road so you often hear the traffic and horns honking sirens going off etc. so if you want something quieter might be worth looking somewhere further out. Would definitely recommend the hotel, had a lovely stay :)

I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the team working at the breakfast buffet on 22/06/25. The whole team was very accommodating including the chefs working at the cooking stations always assuring and asking us if we needed anything. Also a big commendation to the supervisor/manager of the restaurant that day Alexa and her staff Alex who very accommodating and attentive to us. Another worth mentioning was Jessa at the front desk who made sure our check in was smooth and efficient rectifying any issues that we had right away. Staff like them make a big difference to ensuring excellent service and making guest like myself comeback to this lovely hotel over and over again. Thank you guys and well done 👌👌 Only down part of the stay though was the swimming pool being out of order which was one of things we looked forward to when booking our stay apart from that the stay was wonderful, staff were great and room was nice and spacious.

The hotel is super close to the airport and with a supersized Mall 3 min walk from the hotel this was a fabulous stay. We stayed on the Business floor with access to the lounge and ground floor restaurant for diner where the food was 5 star and drinks and staff took care of all our needs . Jun in particular in the lounge in the lounge was super friendly, professional and ensured we had a fabulous stay. The hotel beds, room, restaurant and pool where all high end. The hotel has a spa with a variety of treatments at great prices and my wife enjoyed a wonderful spa experience with Ruby who did a great facial. Thank you staff at the hotel for a wonderful six night experience.

We had an awesome stay at Shangrila Mactan! One of the best if not the best resort in Mactan, Cebu. Beach is nice, white sands, and with a marine sanctuary, best for snorkeling and kids enjoy fish feeding. So much water activities to experience thanks to one of the staff, Ms April who gave us some tips on what activities to do on top of swimming in the beach and pool. Speaking of pool, our favorite would be the Acqua Pool both adults and kids can enjoy with a great view of the beach area. Special thanks also to one of the staff there, Mr. Jack, who was assigned near the Acqua area. He was very warm, friendly and always happy to assist us so we can have a comfortable poolside experience. We can't wait to come back!!

This was an excellent choice. Upon checking in, I upgraded the room to an Ocean view room on the 8th floor, which also came with access to a complimentary lounge which was only a few steps away from the room. Even though we had a complimentary breakfast in the big dinning room, we found that the included lounge had breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner offerings. Very nice choices. One morning for breakfast, I was in the mood for tocino and they made it special for me! This was a great hotel choice. The pool was great also. They had an infinity pool as well as a regular pool, and one with a water slide. The room had a balcony which overlooked the pool as well as the ocean.

While it’s clear this resort was once a true 5-star destination, the rooms are ridiculously in need of major refurbishment. We stayed in a family deluxe room and a twin ocean view room on the 7th floor of the main wing and how embarrassing is it that their mattress boxes are threadbare in several areas. One of our rooms (7103) had a disgusting smell and a running toilet. Carpet in the hall and ornate wooden panels on the walls of the hallway need repair or replacement. The elevator doors and buttons were always smudged and never seemed to be wiped down. When it rained, a white foam appeared on the balcony floor. That being said, the staff, every single one of them, were amazing and exemplified true Filipino hospitality. Everyone repeats your order to ensure accuracy and requests were handled promptly. Other highlights were the Chi Spa, which we’d definitely come back for (shout out to Noemi, salamat po), the Ocean wing pool, beach area, and Tides buffet. I had asked about access to the Ocean wing pool as a main wing guest and was told by the operator that we could not use it but one of the Ocean wing guests we met at the beach let me know that we should be able to use it, so we tried and the staff there had no problems with us staying. It is a much nicer pool with a better view than the main pool. For those with young kids, the resort has tons of activities to keep them occupied. We would have definitely used the game room and playground a few years ago.

Top notch facilites: 2 big pools. I just tried one near the beach and it's a heated pool. Safety is of importance that is why the pools and beach are manned by a number of lifeguards. The garden area is expansive. The lush greenery is very relaxing. The beach are is clean and water is clear you can see all the schools of fishes. The room is old but very well maintained. The service is 5 stars with the staff being very helpful. Buffet breakfast at Aqua was good (we havent tried the one at Tides). I would love to be back.

A great venue for a family holiday, nice hotel, great pools and a good selection of different restaurants. Kids club was fantastic, and all the staff throughout the hotel were very welcoming. James B at the poolside was fantastic with my kids and he made a real effort to keep them entertained. The hotel rooms were a little tired, but that didn't bother us because we spent most of the time at the poolside. We'll return next holiday! I recommend you book early if you want a connecting room!

One of my favourite places to stay in Cebu. Rooms are very nicely designed and comfortable for both work and relaxing. The facilities are also very pleasant - particularly the pool and gym on the 9th floor. Staff are very friendly and helpful (especially Vimar who is normally working in the gym/pool area). Breakfast is excellent and the location is very convenient within the baseline centre (which improves every time I visit).

Location. Pool, gym. The room itself was big and well appointed like a small condo. Breakfast was excellent with lovely fresh foods. Complimentary all day coffee by the pool was a lovely surprise.

Needed a hotel for a one-night stay in Cebu before heading back to Manila and Citadines was a perfect fit. First off, I need to mention that Citadines is a “serviced apartment” style hotel which means that rooms come with more than the usual hotel amenities. The main addition is a kitchen and pantry area complete with cookware and utensils. The basic amenities are all present and correct. The hotel is fairly new and it shows in the condition of the rooms and building in general. We did have an issue with the shower in our room having a very slow drain. First-timers might find the hotel's layout a bit confusing in that the hotel itself is just part of a high-rise multi-use skyscraper in the heart of downtown Cebu. What looks like reception is actually a concierge desk for arranging tours and activities – the actual reception is in the hotel lobby which is all the way up on the 9th floor. From the 9th floor up of the building is the actual Citadines hotel itself. The aforementioned pool was an ample size and wonderful to be in, whether just relaxing or turning laps. It does get a bit chilly though exposed to the wind at that height. Breakfast was an excellent buffet. Room service isn't available from the hotel per se but they do inform you of an app that's available for delivery via a co-branded service. Service from the staff was above average. Location-wise the hotel was in a good spot in the heart of Cebu City. Overall, we had a great stay.

Cute and safe property in nice part of Cebu . The hotel communicated nicely to get rides arranged for us to and from the airport . We had same driver who was lovely with a nice van for fair price . The pool was lovely touch and you got awesome view of the city at night while having a drink . The room was like a mini apartment that you had plenty of space in and was comfortable. The free breakfast was an awesome deal and on the last day we had early van and they even delivered an excellent to go box for breakfast and delivered the night before and it was perfect! We even used the self service Laundry which while it did cost more you didn’t have to worry about it being rushed

Incredible stay at the Edsa! Room, super modern and clean. Dining facilities absolutely top. Pool area and gym facilities were top (even has a cold plunge!)! But most of all the staff made my experience here. The dining staff were absolutely incredible - Trix, and many others whose names I unfortunately didn't get. I really liked the overall vibe of the property — it feels relaxing and refreshing, especially around the swimming pool area. The place is also very Instagrammable with its aesthetic setup and modern look, making it ideal for photos and just enjoying the atmosphere.

The entrance hall with the restaurant is very nice, thanks to the attractive decoration, as the path to the pool and the pool area itself.

Tropical Temple was beautiful - the facilities of the hotel and the pool were amazing. Especially to have facilities like that for the price paid in the dorm room - I've never stayed anywhere that nice in a dorm. The location was also great, although it is on the quieter road out of General Luna there is an alley way which has a short walk over to the hustle and bustle of Tourism Road. Also, if you are not staying at Tropical Temple you can use the pool for the day for 500php which you are able to consume food and drink up to that cost.

Really enjoyed this place with my wife. They really take good care of you. It is very clean and friendly service. I did have some service issues, I’m not sure if they’re understaffed a bit but we did find it occasionally having to look for our server which could be annoying. Another issue was we got cold food twice on two separate outings. That really bothered and it really does take a toll on you when you have to shell out money for cold food. They do have a very nice pool and pool view from the room and nice large fish in a pool like tank/pond for a nice ambience. They have about 3 or 4 dining outlets and they also offer breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as room service. Whatever you do, locate Diego, he can solve any problem you have. They have a fitness center that’s 24-hours which is a huge plus when you’re someone like myself who likes to workout at 5-6AM. Definitely staying here our next trip. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you need with plenty of storage and a balcony overlooking the pool area. The staff here were excellent, everyone at reception, spa, pool and bar were great. A special shout out to Rhona at the bar who was excellent, she went above and beyond to look after us. Would recommend to anyone visiting Davao.

Everything is done perfectly here. The STAFF are incredible and do everything they can to make your stay a memorable experience. So cheerful and welcoming. Every time we travel to Davao from Canada, we know we can expect the best experience at Dusit D2 Great beds, great pillows, big soft towels and the shower has tons of water pressure which helps when it’s so hot there. The pools are great too and the restaurant staff and food is great too. I really want to commend the management of this hotel and their amazing staff. I wish all businesses were run this well. The security guard at the front said “welcome home” after we had gone to Palawan for a week and a half. He is definitely a great guy and has been there a long time. I’ve never experienced this type of service in Canada. Well done everyone!

We stayed at this property for 1 week. The location was great. Very friendly staff including the waiters & waitress. The room service was wonderful. Excellent food. The pool staff was very attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel. I only wish there was a microwave in the rooms. Christoph Kuch the resident manager was wonderful. The staff at the front desk let us have a late checkout due to our flight later in the day. I give the hotel a 5 star rating. See everyone next year!!

More than the comfortable rooms and well-maintained facilities, it was the entire staff of Parrots Boutique Resort who truly made our stay relaxing and remarkable. We visited Port Barton during the rainy season, which meant rough roads and tough trails. We weren't even able to complete both our in-land and inter-island tours due to the unpredictable weather. Even so, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Parrots. The staff were very attentive and responsive—they assisted us in renting a motorcycle to explore Port Barton and thoughtfully asked in advance about our complimentary breakfast and the time we preferred to have it served. I also appreciated that we could freely enjoy the pool until 10pm. What made it even better was that the pool uses a mix of salt and fresh water, keeping it naturally warm—a perfect contrast to the cold, rainy days when we were at Port Barton. Overall, our stay at Parrots was fun and refreshing. We will definitely be back there in the future. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to visit Port Barton.

It is a wonderful place in Port Barton, we are super happy that we celebrated our honeymoon here The hotel interior and exterior are well-designed, which is unusual for the hotels in the area.  The hotel itself is Boutique, intimate, and peaceful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The swimming pool was great. The included breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and you get to eat your breakfast on your own Patio/Balcony which is super nice. We also enjoyed the food you can order from the hotel for the launch and dinner (you just need to book it the night before since they are making it  , especially for you). The staff is above and beyond to accommodate any request, truly made us feel at home.    Within 3 minute's walk from the hotel, you get to the beach, where you can swing from a coconut tree Also, for coffee lovers, the coffee at the nearby restaurant called 'Fat Cat' was excellent (they are the only ones in town to have a coffee machine). They also serve a really good breakfast and great Italian food. We believe that this hotel is a very good option if you’re looking for high-level yet good value for money. They also offer massage service which we didn’t try but other guests did and said it was great.

The hotel is located in the middle of the jungle, just 100 meters away from the beach, and it's close to everything. The setting was peaceful, yet convenient. The hotel was really, really clean, which is something that I really appreciated. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Every night, they asked me what I wanted for breakfast the next day and at what time, and they delivered it to my terrace every morning. And the coffee was to die for! And the food was AMAZING. I stayed in the double room with a queen bed, and it was so comfortable! The pillows, sheets, and mattress were all really soft, which made for a great night's sleep. The staff cleaned the room every day, so it was always spotless. The rooms have air conditioning and hot water with really good pressure. The hotel provides shower gel and shampoo. The pool area was amazing, and it was the perfect place to relax and cool off after a day of exploring or lounging on the beach.

Parrots was amazing, we absolutely loved our stay there!! It was in a great location, easy to get to everywhere you wanted with a short walk, the staff were amazing and so friendly, always eager to help. The food options were great there, we had breakfast included every morning at the time that suited us and there were a good amount of options. We also ate lunch there one day and the food was really good and food portions were big! The room is lovely with eveything you need and feels very clean. We also loved the pool area on days where we just wanted an easy space to chill - it got lots of sun and the sunbeds were comfy! I honestly think this is the best place to stay in Port Barton and would recommend it to everyone!

The room attendants were pleasant and they catered to our requests. Special thanks to Sir Apollo for the great housekeeping services! The pool is absolutely beautiful. It is clean, relaxing and refreshing! The pool bar restaurant food is also amazingly good! We ordered Bolognese pasta, pork adobo, Hungarian sausage, and honey sriracha chicken. My favorites are the Hungarian sausage and honey sriracha chicken. We mostly stayed at the pool area because the kids loved the pool. The pool bar staff is really attentive, friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much Chef Teofilo, Sir Ryan, Sir Mico, Sir Cesar, Sir Shan, Sir Marvin, and Sir Mike for your warm smiles and excellent services! We will definitely go back here.

The hotel had good facilities. I really enjoyed the pool area, the gym and the spa. The food was excellent in the goji both for breakfast and evening meal and the pool bar had a great vibe too. The staff were lovely.

Amazing hotel! The structure is very beautiful , the staff simply perfect and always smiling, the rooms clean, large , comfortable and the beds perfect to sleep well. The restaurant at ground floor is a paradise for whom who like the good cuisine, fresh ingredients and great chefs. I miss this place. A particular thank you to Mr Patrick Kennent Piedra at the concierge who solved every time with infinite patience and kindness all my problems, he should be an example for professionals concierge for all around the world.

Service - best in class. I have been to top hotels in India and the service here is comparable. The facilities were great as well. Just wanted to note that the restaurants get fully booked at dinner time. guests should book at least a day in advance. Rooms were spacious and clean. The wifi was a bit slow and the internet tv was not functioning properly due to slow connection. We also had an issue with the room AC but they sent someone immediately to get it fixed Pool - not heated but it is nice to swim during the morning because it gets shaded

We had a wonderful time at Clark Marriott. Everyone was so accommodating from Sir Ryan who assisted us throughout our stay to the other hospitality staff who served and cooked our food. Chef Teofilo always cooks the most delicious meals. Mico, Shan, and Ceasar were always there whenever we needed something from the pool. For whatever we needed in our room, Sir Apollo was prompt when our room needed cleaning or when needed extra beddings and towels. It was an amazing stay. We'll surely be back again.

Staff were very welcoming, all smiles and attention. My praises to Rechelle, Yvonne and K (sorry I forgot her name) from front desk. They made sure my stay is comfortable. I hoped for a complimentary room upgrade to suite as it was fairly a lean season (who doesn't want this, right?) but they can only offer me a discount which I agreed upon. Thanks to the hotel manager for arranging this. First 2 nights I stayed in the suite with balcony and private pool. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The breeze from the beachfront will wake you up in the morning. What a perfect way to wake up. The next nights I moved to King room. It was small but good, quiet. Overall it was a good stay. Would I stay here again? Yes, but only in suite.

Our family had an absolute blast during our stay at the Mandarin White Sand. The kids loved the pool and the beach! Although the rooms are very much in need of an update, especially those located on the ground floor, the great service more than made up for it. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Thanks to Wen from the Front office, Lee and Maricris from the Housekeeping, and Russel from the Restaurant; they made our Boracay trip extra special. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

The beach down the road is also beautiful, great for snorkeling once you swim out a bit, and it is not overcrowded. The hostel is a bit far from Alona and the main tourist area, but the staff rented us a very good scooter and even gave discount because we rented it for a couple of days. If we should ever come back to Panglao, we will stay there again for sure.

New environment, with big open space where you can stay freely as long as you like, also very late in the night. If you don't mind the background music it's a good environment to work with the laptop, especially after dinner, when it's really quiet. Good WiFi in the common area. Beautiful big swimming pool, (pricey) restaurant that can prepare you local dishes but also a big variety of non local ones. Pool freely available to everyone. Little toilet in the room, plus many toilets and showers downstairs. A good combination, zero waiting time and the room is more quiet. Towel and little soap included. Very comfortable bed with good curtains, big locker under the bed that you can use with your lock. Light and power socket in every bed. You can rent a moto in a few minutes. A bit far from the most dense areas, so more quiet, but very close to a very well equipped grocery shop and some local little restaurants. Free water. A lovable staff.

It’s a quiet place with a nice swimming pool and nice restaurant with pool table . The dorm and bed are comfortable. The staff is also friendly.

The room had coffee & tea, much needed pre sunrise surf. The staff were so friendly & helpful too, including the owner. They arranged a tuk tuk transfer and scooter for me. Would def come back here & try one of the beach front cottages next time…if they’re available.

Lovely place right at the beach! The accommodation is huge and has everything you need. The shower is hot and good pressure. Great airco! The swimming pool is amazing, you can almost jump from your bed into the pool. Food is also great, I’d recommend the Mango Curry! Last but certainly not least.. a huge thank you to Lynn who took such great care of us! She’s a gem with the voice of an angel :)

Made the right decision booking this resort. It has the homey beach vibes that offers comfort with good value for money. The kind of place to relax and rest for a busy person like me, who wants to just commune with nature and connect with various types of people. The crew are very courteous and friendly. George and MJ are very warmth to talk to.. All my requests were attended. No complaints and highly recommended. They always make sure I am comfortable and being attended to. The room is clean and conducive for couples or groups. The area is best for surfing activities. The best thing I love about my stay is the easy access to the beach facing the pacific ocean and the nearby best beaches are just also in close proximity like the magpupungko rock pools and pasicon beach. The food and drinks are all good. You may also make personal requests and the staff will make it happen. Try the chicken mango curry(it’s so good)! Wifi is strong along the restobar area, up until my room; and was able to do some online work stuff :)

Everything about Bamboo Surf Beach was amazing - it started with the staff who were spectacular from the outset. In particular, I want to shout out Lynn (sorry if I spelled that wrong!) who was always available and so kind. That also went for the rest of the staff, who solved a couple of minor issues very quickly. We stayed in an ocean-view room which was so beautiful and so much nicer and larger than we expected (it isn't huge, it was just a great size for a couple). The view and access to the beach was outstanding. In addition, it's in a great location on the island - far enough from General Luna to be much quieter but also around a few good restaurants. There was also easy access to surf lessons and other cool excursions - like the rock pools and some secluded beaches to watch the sunset.

Bamboo Surf Beach Resort was absolutely amazing. The location couldn’t be better — right on the ocean with easy surf access and free parking. There are third-party board rentals right out front, and the break here is one of the best on the island for beginner to intermediate surfers. The restaurant was great — big portions, tasty food, and very fair prices. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and the owners were welcoming and flexible. The pool was clean, the beach area and umbrellas were perfect for relaxing, and everything was well maintained. Our room was spacious with a huge bathroom, and the AC worked great. Overall, it’s an incredible value for what you get. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place with amazing staff. The owner is very helpful, she helped us with the tours, and shuttle to the ports. The pool area is amazing, sunset at the pool was great and most of the time we had the pool for ourselves. Restaurant is open from 7am to 9pm which is great as the hotel is a bit far away from the main area, so you could do everything at the hotel for a reasonable price. A lot of choice in the menu too.

The hosts, Sorina and Mihai, and the staff were super helpful and gave us all the information we needed to be able to explore the best spots on the Island and beyond. There is nothing that they can’t arrange for you, from motorbike, boat tours, breakfast, drinks to laundry. The always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. I feel like i made a friend Whilst visiting the island we were also working so it was very important to have good internet connection and we did, and trust me is hard to find stable connection in hotels in the Philippines. My boyfriend loves to swim in the morning to start his day, so the pool was perfect for lengths as the pool is a decent size. The room was cleaned everyday to a high standard, which is also not always common in the Philippines.

Location was perfect for peace and quiet and also perfectly located for tours and Alona. It was immaculately clean and the bed was super comfy. Hot water in the fabulous shower was so needed too. The menu was a Mediterranean style and the food was outstanding. We ate every night there as it was so good. Our hosts Sorina and Mihai and the staff were all beautiful and super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. . The pool was the cleanest and coolest out of all the properties we have stayed. Sunbeds around the pool for chilling and the staff will bring cushions when you’re using them. We had our laundry cleaned there also, beautifully folded and ironed. We explored the chocolate hills on ATV, visited Tarsier sanctuary, saw the most perfect sunsets ever …Thank you for the best 5 days .. we love you all 🥰

I would highly recommend! The staff were lovely and super helpful with organising transport around Panglao and for our return to the ferry terminal. The room was super clean and modern with quiet A/C and a shower with great pressure. We appreciated all of the little touches such as pool towels, fridge, kettle and bathroom toiletries. The pool area was also very nice and clean. Unfortunately I contracted food poisoning on my way over to Bohol/ Panglao. However, our stay here was still great! Serena, the owner was super lovely and offered me medicine, bananas and rice. Thanks so much!

It is facing rockwell makati and have amazing view from the pool area! Place is quite and safe since its surrounded by security in different entry/exit point. Staff are accommodating.. 100/10 for that!
