For a resort that is 20+ years old I thought it was very well maintained. Obviously, there are signs of wear, but none that take from the resorts quality of stay. The room size, private pool and location were amazing. We had just enough view of the ocean with pirvacy to satisfy!! There are 3 restaurants on the island all with substantial choices for dinning. I was really impressed with the lunch menu at the rum Chapel! We never had a meal we didn't enjoy at any location.

There are 3 pools :- huge children/family, adult only with swim up bar and an adult only quiet pool which is perfect. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Despite being a big resort you don’t feel it’s crowded apart from breakfast time which can get busy. Guests are encouraged not to reserve loungers. Excellent local restaurants within a very easy walk from the hotel.

We loved everything about this place - the comfort, the hospitality, the vibe. Welcoming & check-in process were smooth and attentive. We had a super comfortable and spacious room with a patio and private pool and a great garden view. The bed and pillows were a dream, super comfortable! Breakfast was so rich and varied and we've enjoyed all the various restaurants in the resort. I fell madly in love with the fragrance of the place, the champaka flower, which is in all their toiletries.

The hotel is designed as part of the nature, feels like staying in the jungle - very beautiful (we did even have one shower with no roof) We had another room after for one night: the staff arranged us an early check in so we could always be in a room.

Beautiful small boutique resort, we were also able to secure a last minute upgrade to a plunge pool suite which was very comfortable and private.

Beautiful, modern hotel in a great location, two minutes walk to Surin Beach. We had a swim up room which was great- very spacious and lovely bathroom. Breakfast was excellent - great choice of fruits, cereal and cooked food. Omelettes made to order were delicious! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Was absolutely blown away by Stay! Highly recommend visiting and staying, everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly, food was excellent and the gym was well equipped. Booked a swim up room and it was the best decision to have the pool right on your doorstep. Had absolutely no issues with the wifi at all, I was able to take multiple zoom calls over my stay and be connected for work 24/7. Being surrounded by so much nature and greenery was just amazing, my words don't do justice to how good Stay is. You need to experience it for yourself!

Everythinig is top top top 10/10. We rented 3BR villa w private pool,it was the best experience I have ever had. There isnt any negative about the hotel. Rooms are super nice,the 3BR apt has 3 floors and on the top floor u have the outside bathtub and the HUGE 6person shower. In this resort you find super big choices of treatments and you communicate with staff/gym/hotel via their own app. You also order room service and treaments from that. Super convinent.

It’s an amazing place to get your Muay Thai or gym session in - I came 2 months ago for two weeks missed it and came back. Also the clinic for sports massages Botox etc everything is insanely great! Will be back again - my favourite room is the step into pool access. Only complaint was getting bitten by a spider but they sent a doctor (my cost) straight away and have been fumigating the place a lot.

Had a rough start but once I mentioned the poor service at arrival, everything changed. I’ve been here 6 different times and I love this place. But the prices have jumped up so much!A coconut is $8! +tip. The food is very good but the prices! Ouch.Had a massage at the spa ( it’s 3x more here) and it was not good. It’s the same quality masseur as those little shops outside. Waste of $.The buffet breakfast is a must, they have their own coffee and it’s so good. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pools here are the cleanest I’ve seen. Staff are all friendly and helpful. ( although it didn’t start that way) they did really well to accommodate me. I’m here alone, 7 months pregnant and asked for room near the lobby. It wasnt- then I was moved to a swim up room to compensate which was easier for me. They arranged pick up outside my room to bring me to breakfast. They helped to bring me my outside food orders. Gave me a fan to help me sleep better. And made me feel safe while here alone. Cons: to much smoking everywhere outside. I couldn’t sit on my swim up balcony without breathing cigarette smoke and I’m pregnant! I was disappointed the hotel would do nothing about this. ( just move me rooms) you smell weed and cigarettes all the time. Spoils sitting at the pool trying to get fresh air. It’s a wellness resort - why are people smoking all the time? It’s gross. Policy needs to change! Beds are way to hard, I brought my own memory foam. I highly recommend but if non- smoker beware

The property is very family friendly, we loved our own private pool. The villa is very clean, and roomy. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Loved all the cats and that they care for them.

We had a 3 room villa with private pool and it was amazing. From check in to check out the staff went above and beyond to make our stay. We had water,coffee & tea everyday and the tuk tuk guys were great. The only thing I would say is some people may not like that it’s in a quite area and that you do have to have transport to get to places or get cabs but this was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we return

The most important part is the staff is very kind and helpful, the security is trustworthy and feel safe with the hotel. I was hurt by the sea urchin in my own trip, the staff proactively provided vinegar and guided me how to cure this. Thank you so much!

We had a beautiful villa with private pool and it was just great! Very spacious and comfortable, although it would have been wonderful to have outdoor seating for everyone. The staff is very helpful, special thanks to David for always thinking about the guests! The only downside is that you really do need a car or a motorcycle to get anywhere as it’s not really walkable to the restaurants and shops nearby. But all in all, would definitely recommend!

Having a private pool was better than expected, and it was reasonably private. Sinae seemed very sustainably friendly which was great to see and there were added extras we weren't expecting. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This was our second stay at the Marriot. We liked the location and the size of the room (upgrade on arrival, thank you), but can't say we used the swim up or cabana as we prefer the beach. The beach right outside the hotel is all right but it's far better further down the road - we knew this, and did not bother us. In fact, a good way to burn some calories after breakfast. :). Attentive staff at breakfast, although a bit confusing system for ordering coffee and eggs.. Nice touch was the note from the management recognizing us as returning guests.

The property is beautiful and peaceful; if you are looking for a more quiet retreat in Phuket, this is the place! Our stay at the property was an incredible experience. The private pool villa, housekeeping service, room amenities etc. were amazing and the property is right on the beach which made our stay memorable. You can enjoy the tide in and the tide out walk on the beach. Kayaking, paddle boarding and various other water sports are included. There is a complimentary shuttle to a nearby shopping area as well as local restos offer complimentary shuttles as well so you have lots of options around the resort. Definitely will return again.

This was our 2nd time staying at an Anantara resort - we returned because of the good hospitality we experienced in their Riverside Resort in Bangkok. Needless to say Anantara Layan went well above our expectations! Room We went with a Deluxe Pool Villa - which is basically a large size room with a king bed and an outdoor area with a plunge pool. The room also has an espresso machine, tea maker, large TV, Apple TV, Bose sound system etc. The pool area is spacious for 2 people and contains an outdoor bathtub, deck chairs etc Resort and facilities The resort is located on a lagoon offshoot of BangTao beach. There are various activities at the beach like paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing, water cycling, table tennis, volleyball - all complimentary. We went on long kayaking trips in the lagoon and it was very enjoyable. There are plenty of deck chairs and the staff are very prompt in making sure you have towels & cold water Dining Breakfast was wonderful with good variety and quality. Don't miss the complimentary sparkling wine at breakfast Pizza's at Breeze were quite good too - enough to satisfy mid-day hunger pangs Dee Plee (Thai restaurant) was fantastic - the quality of the food was incredible. We went there 3 times Service The staff was very helpful and friendly and seemed like they genuinely wanted us to have a good time. The swim up room and the pool were the highlight of the trip. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. All the nature around is so pretty, you can hear the monkeys/birds above. Very relaxing stay.

I stayed at the sky suite with plunge pool and the view from the suite was amazing. Wonderful view of the Patong Beach while avoiding the noise in the central of Patong. The service was excellent. The restaurant was also beautiful with a lot of choices at buffet breakfast.

We stayed in a sky suite and it was fantastic. The view was beautiful over Patong. The sun was on the balcony and plunge pool all day. The room was kept clean and it was very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and would do anything for you.

The staff are absolutely incredible. The views were beautiful. My Skyview plunge pool room was an absolute charm. Highly recommend Indochine! The only downfall is the location, but it is only 10 minutes away from Patong beach!

I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world and a few of them have been luxury ones. This hotel is definitely in my top 5. I rented the deluxe suite and the view from the balcony is amazing. The staff from the front desk to the housekeepers and guard on duty have all been phenomenal. The breakfast area while small is sufficient. Pool is sparkly clean. The room is a great size, the jacuzzi is huge, and the bed is very comfortable. I wish they had a gym and in-house massage/spa services but since there’s plenty very close by it wasn’t a big deal. The conveniently located 7-11 downstairs is also a big plus. I would definitely stay with them again.

Hotel is right in front of beach. We had booked a standard room (dont) they are dated. We move to suite rooms which are much bigger and with much better views. Rooms cleaned daily balcony with two sun beds and table to watch sun sets. Staff are very good. Hotel bar with happy hour great and two pools both good sun traps. Will come stay here again

This place is excellent staff are great and on top of everything. Location perfect, parking garage for scooters, security guards are helpful and smiling. Fantastic breakfast. I would stay here without a doubt and highly recommend this to anyone. Pool villa suites are best option if it fits your budget.

Cape Sienna is a gorgeous hotel built into the hillside just outside Kamala. We were there 4 nights and I wish we had more time there. The staff are amazing, so friendly and welcoming. It’s a very modern hotel all glass and marble and the view from the lobby is breathtaking. We arrived early after a night flight and our room wasn’t ready until 1pm . We were expecting that and packed swim stuff on the top of our bags . So we chilled by the pool until our room was ready . Our room was stunning , huge, light and airy with a super king bed, loads of storage space . A good side bathroom with a rainforest shower and a good sized balcony . All the rooms have a sea view . The pool area overlooks the sea and is spotless . Lots of sunbeds but they get nabbed pretty early . There is another smaller infinity pool across the road and we used that on our pool day . Breakfast is normal buffet and has lots of choice . We didn’t eat at the other two restaurants as we like to get out and explore . We did use the rooftop bar a few times, it has an amazing view . The drinks prices were more than in town but that’s to be expected. Kamala village and beach is a 10-15 minute walk. We walked down and got a tuktuk back . The beach is ok and sunbeds were about £5 for two plus umbrella. The beds are squashed together a bit but I always go for an end of row bed . And there’s loads of bars and restaurants along the beach . I would definitely return to Cape Sienna. I would

I loved my stay here. Very comfortable as a solo female traveler, I was week looked after and it was easy to not have to leave the resort for anything other than visiting other islands. The beach is a short walk and it’s a very cheap Bolt ride to Shimmer beach restaurant and to the local beach club. Three nice places to eat at the hotel. One at the pool, second on the rooftop and 3rd around the pool. If you’re feeling a little restless, you have the hotel’s own café just a minutes walk from the hotel where you can either be around the pool or working remotely from the café. The only issue is no changing places in the Rock Café. Overall excellent rooms and breakfast was pretty good too! The views from breakfast room are spectacular!! Try for a sea view room if budget allows, it was so relaxing spending time on the balcony too.

Our experience from start to finish was absolutely excellent. The service on reception from Yuth was second to none, he couldn’t do enough. When getting transport, You on concierge would either get us a taxi straight away or take us himself. The staff at the pool side bar were so friendly and attentive, special mentions to Lily, Pong and Su. The food by the pool was of unbelievable quality, and so delicious, although the prices aren’t inline with what you would find in the town or on the beach, still a lot cheaper than other hotels of this quality. The hotel was extremely clean, and well maintained. The views from our balcony was stunning, but sometimes a bit noisy as the road runs between the hotel and the beach. Location is good and a short walk from the town and the beach where there is more than enough bars and restaurants to try, and getting a tuk tuk back couldn’t be easier. Don’t worry about getting ripped off as they are a fixed price I would 100% recommend this hotel to friends and family, and will come back here myself.

Hotel is amazing pools are the best especially the infinity pool that is down the hill and across the road. Cannot fault the staff in the hotel they are all so friendly and cannot do enough for you, should definitely be a 5 star hotel. However STAY AWAY FROM THE HOTEL SHOP, it is pricey and if anything breaks THEY WILL NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND, very unhelpful and would never buy from them again even though I will definitely return to the hotel I would never spend money in the shop again

As soon as you arrive at the reception you feel like you are on holidays - beautiful views, sea breeze, and lovely staff. The sea view room was great. The two swimming pools are very nice. Especially, we enjoyed the infinity pool across the street. The food and drinks are a bit pricy but good quality.

The location is good and the hotel has amazing views of Karon beach from all the rooms. Our room was basic but clean and the bed was comfortable. I stayed during covid-19 pandemic so the price was really cheap. The hotel has a nice pool and access to the beach. Its the perfect place to stay if you want to explore Phuket as its well positioned around alot of really nice beaches, and if you don't feel like going far you can just enjoy the pool or beach at the hotel. The food and coffee was good. The owners gave us tips on where to go snorkeling and nice beaches to visit. There is a great snorkeling spot as you enter the beach, from the hotel with plenty of fish to see.They also had snorkeling equipment for us to use. We will definitely be back in the future.

Brilliant hotel in Karon - probably one of the best on the whole of Phuket. We had a wonderful room with a sea view, it was majestic to sit on the balcony, surrounded by the jungle sounds, and see the whole beach and the sea. The property was extremely clean, cleaned and towels changed daily, also free water brought every morning. The staff was extremely helpful and supported us with every problem we had (lost airline luggage, medication needed etc). The breakfast in the restaurant was also great, at an affordable rate, the staff also cut the fruit we bought outside for us. Beach was surprisingly close, but you have to take quite steep stairs to get there. It is a quiet corner of the beach which was great. Next time we are on Phuket we will definitely come back here. There is also a swimming pool available and nice terraces if you wanna go yoga/stretching.

Me and my fiancé really liked the place. The view from our room is so beautiful. The staff and the owner were very friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was really delicious and you have a lot of options to choose from! My fiancé is a picky eater and we survived not going around much around for places to eat as the hotel’s restaurant had a lot of options. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel also had stairs going down to the beach so you can enjoy going back and forth to the beach anytime although not recommended if you have mobility issues. The pool was also okay and there was dart boards and ping pong tables to entertain you nearby.

On The Hill Karon Resort fulfilled everything I needed for my time away. My room had a wonderful view from the balcony and was comfortable. Because of its location there were views of Karon Beach from all areas. The restaurant had a wide selection of different foods at reasonable prices. I found all the Staff to be very pleasant and always ready with a smile. The lady at Reception was always ready to have a quick chat and you could organise transport through her if needed. The pool is a bit small but great for a quick dip. There is a path that leads to the beach and just a 15-20 minute walk to night life. Be aware the path is very steep but well lit at night-time.

If I could give this place 20 out of 10 I wouldn't hesitate. They are simply fantastic! The family running it are absolute gems. They try to help every way they can and are just beyond accommodating. I needed to buy some food after we checked in late at night and the nearest open restaurant was about 3km away. The owner offered me his own motorbike to go get the food for my family. They provided us with excellent advice on good deals for transport and entertainment, and even booked us a cheaper cab service for a city tour and airport dropoff, all without making a dime in profit. They have a lovely pool and are right on the beach. Definitely recommend them.

We loved our stay at the pool swim up villa. Yes, the hotel is a little dated, but it is nicely remodeled and surrounded by the beautiful greenery. The villa is nicely updated, very clean and spacious. The bed could be a little more comfortable.

Loved the private pool villa. Room and pool were excellent. Beach was pretty dirty and not much to do outside of a very tiny village nearby. Was perfect for us as we landed late and didnt want to do the 1 hour drive into phuket after a long flight.

This place wasn't the cleanest and our room had an unidentifiable odor (fart?) every time we entered, but the service, food and drinks were excellent. The pool area was nice. You definitely want to get a swim up room. The plunge pool in our room looked sad and dirty. We definitely were not getting in there.

The property was beautiful and the staff super friendly and wanting the best experience for its guests. The swim up Villa was magical and amazing for its price. Including the breakfast buffet was the correct choice. Our only complaints was that the water out of the shower and tap was on the cold side so we weren't able to enjoy a nice hot bath in the giant tub. Also be aware that bugs do get in (thus the bug net) but they didn't bother us too much. Really enjoyable experience and would recommend

We had a fantastic vacation 5 nights 6 days All staff from check in to check out were outstanding The place, the service and location were all great Our 2 bed room villa with plunge pool was a great vacation experience We had a special birthday event and they looked after us very well To name few who helped us: Sara at reception vacation club Leyla at Beech club Ouii beech club Alex Paul and George with buggy Faizu at beech club reception were all helpful at various points The link up with beech club and JW Marriott is seamless. We had an excellent family holiday at Marriott’s Mai Khao resort. The staff were amazing, the room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The private plunge pool was nice, but we enjoyed going to the main pool area. We particularly enjoyed the activities on offer at the resort and the engaging pool and recreation staff of Apple and his wonderful team including Lean, Gun, P, O, Khan, Lukling and Issy. They were so friendly and made our stay truly memorable and so much fun. The cultural bike tour of Mai Khao village was a highlight. We also enjoyed ping pong, pickle ball, water polo, mini golf and the aqua classes. The cultural activities including towel folding, vegetable carving and traditional Thai costume dress up were a nice experience too. The shuttle and buggy rides to the beach and other Marriott properties were handy as was the close proximity to Turtle Village for restaurants, groceries and shopping. We enjoyed drinks at the Aqua Bar by the pool and Tiger, Bao and Bella were great and even knew our drink orders without being told! Noodles at Delight restaurant were great as well. Overall, the resort was great and the staff and service brilliant. We can’t wait to visit again!!

Our stay at Marriott Maki Khao Beach Resort was truly five-star. Special thanks to Mr. Taksapon from Class Prevention, who responded swiftly and caringly when my daughter had a minor fall at the kids’ pool—his attention made all the difference. We were also touched by the Guest Relations team's thoughtful "Get Well Soon" card and the lovely room decor arranged by Housekeeping. Many staffs who I can't recall names where always asking well being of my daughter. Mr. O by the pool was incredibly friendly and attentive. I also enjoyed engaging conversations with Mr. Abhinav at the bar, who shared great insights about Marriott and local attractions. Jerome at the poolside mini-bar was warm and welcoming. Lovely decor by Housekeeping on my Marriage Anniversary !! Lastly, Oil at the front desk always greeted us with a kind smile and exceptional support—her warmth made our stay even more memorable.

Great resort with very friendly and helpful staff. It is perfect for families with kids. The new playroom is amazing and fantastic for kids of a range of ages. Very good pool, pool bar, kids pool area and mini golf course!

The hotel is situated in a quiet area and yet only 10 mins away from the Patong beach. The food in Vista restaurant is to die for and has lot of other facilities. We stayed in the pool access room ( Hillside pool - adults only) the pool is clean and big. The staffs at the pool side bar are helpful and friendly. Big shout out to Alisa and duen at the vista restaurant, they looked after us from day 1 and nothing was too much hassles for them and always have a great smile. Highly recommended Avista Hideaway Patong !

We stayed here for our first time in Phuket and it was absolutely amazing. We loved it! They upgraded us to their private pool room and we couldn’t fault it at all, it was magical. Eve was very nice and welcoming when we checked in and all the staff were very accommodating and always making sure we were ok. One of the best hotels definitely recommend it.

We stayed at Avista Hideaway Phuket from June 1st to 14th and loved every minute. It’s a true 5 star resort where nothing was lacking in comfort or service. In the first week, we had a Deluxe Room with Pool Access – beautiful, spacious enough for both of us and the direct pool access was really awesome. In the second week, we stayed in the Hideaway King Suite with Private Pool, which was a dream, 10/10! The resort is clean, well maintained, with great facilities for both relaxation and entertainment. The food was delicious and varied, and daily housekeeping kept everything spotless. Staff were warm and professional. Special thanks to manager Matt, who went out of his way to celebrate it and make our baby-moon extra special after hearing about it on day one. We truly appreciated his kindness, unforgettable! If you’re looking for luxury and peace in Phuket, this is your spot. We can’t wait to return.

A very nice hotel with private pool rooms and on the beach. Walking distance to the main street. However had some electrical problems with the room and then moved to another with a blocked toilet

Lovely resort. Very private and away from town but a short taxi ride. Adult pool & bar fabulous. Main pool has activities for kids and adults at various times plus swim up bar. Lazy river was disappointing as it’s far too lazy and we barely moved around. Staff are fabulous. Beach is always running a red flag as they don’t have lifeguards for tourists, the pipe on the beach is an issue. We may have picked up a bug from swimming there. If choosing between a room with spa or private pool, choose the pool. You’ll get much more use from it.

We had a room with the plunge pool and it was worth it for our family. The main pool is great but take water shoes for kids as the floor is not smooth. Great aqua Zumba classes each day. The instructor was awesome! Breakfast was amazing, staff amazing. Great gym and meal offers plus great activities. Indulged in the spa which was very relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel to stay as a family. Location is about an hour from Phuket airport. We took the hotel transfer and used the Grab app to go into Karon beach to explore. The water slides and lazy river are cool also

Hotel located just across the beach. I loved that we had our own private pool. Hotel restaurant was good.

Location is spot on - on the quiet side of Patong beach - and the beach is just across the street and Bangla road is about 18 mins walk from the hotel. There are planty of great restaurants around as well. Breakfast was also amazing. The rooftop pool has amazing views. We had the partial sea view room and it was big enough to accommodate one futon bed and one double bed and could have also included a crib.

I always look elsewhere but always end up coming back to Signature. Located on the quieter end of the beach, it has everything you need for a quiet stay or a 29 minute walk to the busy night life. Surely one of the best hotel room views in the world! Great rooftop pool. Perfect pizzas and a great variety of different cuisine options. I will be back!

Quiet place to stay amidst the bustling nature of Patong Baech. The pool was a great place to take pictures. Within walking distance of Phuket Smart Bus towards Old Town, the bus schedule is one bus every hour and 1 hour duration ride. Breakfast was pretty good (American and Congee set). Their bistro which served pizza was pretty good as well.

The room of the hotel was very neat and clean. The room does match exactly the pictures shown in the booking.com. This hotel has aesthetic taste of their decorations. It is just infront of the beautiful Patong sea and clearly seen. It has rooftop infinity pool and gym as well. Our stay was wonderful.

Kata beach is a busy area so great to have a little oasis for a base camp. We had a swim up room and id recommend paying the extra . Also breakfast by the pool was a treat.

Excellent facility for swimming and fun! We had a swim up room and that was a hit! The only downside was the food. Breakfast was just okay, lots of options, but didn’t taste great. Orderable food was expensive compared to the street and not as tasty.

Metadee is in a great location, very walkable. Staff is friendly and the pool is nice. The room we stayed in was huge and our private pool was awesome. The breakfast could have been better but overall we had a great experience.

Polite, professional staff. Great breakfast, awesome room, comfortable bed. Pool access from room which led into the larger pool was great. Golf cart buggy available to save the walk to the main road :)

I liked everything, we first visited this hotel over 20 ears ago. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is magnificent, a buffet breakfast with a huge choice, most definitely something for everyone. The hotel was quite busy with a conference, but it was always easy to get a table, made up and ready, I never saw a table that needed clearing. The beach is stunning, soft white sand, lots of places under palm trees to relax and enjoy, the grounds of this hotel are well established. There is a a pier on the beach, walk along and look over the edge and you will see many tropical fish. Shoals of sergeant majors, some impressive parrot fish and a few angelfish. A joyous sight. I had requested a quiet room with good wifi, and the hotel gave me just that, it was fabulous. There is a hotel bus that takes you from the hotel, up and down an impressively steep hill to the sister hotel, the Kantary Bay Hotel. Alongside this hotel are numerous restaurants, the Kantary bay cafe, (amazing puddings and ice-creams!) and at dusk a little street market springs into action. Cape Panwa hotel is a gem, and we will return at the end of 2023. I could wax lyrical about this hotel for ever, the pool is fab too. A glorious piece of paradise.

My partner is celiac and has to follow the gluten-free diet. We were happy to see that all of the hotel’s restaurants had plenty of gluten-free options and the staff could understand what GF means. The food was tasty too! We also loved that the hotel has a private beach. There were not so many people, so there was plenty of available sun beds at any time of the day. The pools were great and overall hotel’s territory is really nice. Since it’s surrounded by hills, the views are amazing. It really felt like a peaceful jungle getaway. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday!

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the location of the resort right in Nai Yang beach can't be beaten.

We booked a private pool villa after finding an unbelievable deal with expedia, something that would otherwise be way out of our budget. we had high expectations and these were somehow exceeded in every way. from the staff right through to the facilities and food. our 12 yr old some was always entertained buy the experience centre, we were treated like royalty at every point, highly recommend

Had a wonderful stay for my birthday. I was here for 6 nights/7 days. Property was exactly as advertised if not BETTER! My room was immaculate and housekeeping made sure my room was always in top condition. I stayed in a private pool villa which was a dream. The property grounds were beautiful and well kept. Every morning groundskeepers would be taking care of everything and very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and there were so many options. It’s buffet style and catered to every one’s needs be it international food or vegan and vegetarian options. I would most definitely stay here again and again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Namaka Resort Kamala. The hilltop location gave us amazing panoramic views of Kamala Beach. Having three pools to choose from was a nice touch – the swim-up bar was fun, and the quiet pool was great for relaxing. They offer free shuttle to Kamala Beach and have an impressive breakfast buffet. The onsite restaurants has great view of the beach and good Thai food and classic cocktails.

As soon as we arrived the hotel staff were amazing and so helpful. The hotel is situated on a steep hill but the bell staff were always on hand with electric carts to help you to and from your room and help with bags. The breakfast buffet included with our room was also fantastic. A really broad offering of traditional and world foods with eggs cooked to order and fresh fruit, pastries, and hot food. The hotel has two pools, one with a swim up bar. All facilities were clean and modern but the friendliness of the staff really made it for us. Thanks to all at Namaka resort

We stayed in a deluxe sea view room and this included a balcony with day bed overlooking Kamala Beach and the bay. The room was excellent. Our booking included breakfast and the choices accomodated all dietry requirements, a very nice way to start the day! We spent most of each day at Kamala Beach, the resort provided a scheduled shuttle. Dinner and happy hour cocktails rounded out the day. Spending the day at the resort was also a choice with multiple choices of pools and maybe a lazy drink at the swim up bar. We really enjoyed the serenity (and we had a great time doing the cooking class).

The resort is beautiful with a great view of the ocean and gardens. The pool is a great spot to relax with a swim up bar. The room had a comfortable bed with a private balcony overlooking the sea. The AC kept it nice and cool. Secluded location with very few hawkers nearby or other tourists. Taxi service is nearby and the hotel can order a taxi in minutes. The staff are helpful and will carry your bag up the hill in a car. There was a free shuttle bus every few hours to Kamala beach.

Jamais eu un tel accueil , le frigo est rempli , les placards aussi et tt pour faire des machines à laver , quelle générosité !!!!! C’est la première fois qu’on réserve une villa et franchement c’est le top !!!! On a la possibilité d’avoir voiture ou scooter à notre disposition aussi ! Absolutely beautiful, very quiet and private. Close to everything, we rented a car from the owners for a very reasonable price. The property manager (Tik) was wonderful! She booked transfers to islands for us and arranged everything to make it easy. Available all the time for anything we need! We would love to stay here again next time! 5 stars for sure!!!

Die Unterkunft ist eine der schönsten in der ich je gewesen bin. Die Haushälterin Tik ist sehr sehr freundlich und liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Es hat wirlich an nichts gefehlt der Kühlschrank war mit kostenlosensen Lebensmitteln gefüllt und es gab viele Obstsorten. Nochmals vielen Dank. Wir sehen uns bstimmt wieder.Gruß Hans

施設・サービス共に大変良かった。私が泊まったvillaは寝室とシャワールームはそれぞれ２箇所あり２人で泊まるには持て余した。４人でも全然ストレスのない広さだった。特にホスピタリティは充実しており、常に24時間体制のコンシェルジュが対応してくれて、プーケット内での様々なツアーの紹介・手配・送迎までを任せられた。地元民からのオススメのレストランやマッサージなどローカル目線でのアドバイスもしてもらえた。ホテルには無い、十分すぎる対応でとても充実感を得ることができた。立地は少し悪かったが、スクーターが1住宅に２台置かれており、それをレンタルする事ができたので、近くのコンビニやレストラン、薬局などや、最寄りのビーチなどには手ぶらで行くことができた。会計もチェックアウト時にまとめて精算できた。ただし、コンシェルジュにまかせると現金払いになるので、キャッシュは多めに準備したい場所は南端のrawaiにあるので、パトンビーチなどプーケットの繁華街からは離れている。静かめなビーチとローカルなエリアが多いリゾートエリアと言える。ラチャ島などへのチャーター船が定着するシャロン湾などが近い。ベタなプーケットの繁華街を避けたい人や家族連れ、カップル、リピーターでよりローカルな体験をしたい方ひオススメ。

La villa est très belle et quasiment neuve. La literie est un peu dure selon moi. Les réceptionnistes sont très pro cherche toujours une solution pour vous satisfaire. Il y a deux climatiseurs dans chacune des chambres. Cependant, pas de climatisation dans le salon qui donne sur la piscine. Pas trop gênant pour nous ! Car les deux climatiseurs permettent de refroidir la villa. La villa est à 20-25mn en voiture de Patong beach. La voiture est indispensable. Il y a une place de parking devant chaque villa. La piscine est magnifique !!!

The villa was clean and very comfortable, it had a kitchen which was great, the private pool was fantastic, very peaceful and the Phuket Pool Residences grounds are very well maintained, The Villas are serviced daily. BB was so kind and helpful during our stay. We can highly recommend the Phuket Pool Residences. The beautiful Nai Harn Beach is a short motorbike, trip, there are also complimentary bicycles for guests.

This place was great and we really enjoyed the private pool. The lady who met us when we got there was very nice and showed us around. It's not a big property so easy to navigate outside your villa. The amenities were good, nice space inside the villa. There is a grocery store very close by along with food stalls and an awesome cocktail stall.

We had an excellent time staying in this private pool villa. Bee bee welcomed us personally and was very friendly. The villa has a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and even a walk-in closet. The WiFi was strong and we were able to use it even when outside in the pool area. The pool is larger than other pool villas we have stayed in Thailand and is cleaned regularly. There was also total privacy, too. There is a supermarket just a few minutes way away too, which was handy! This villa is a little out of the main Phuket area, however it was very easy to get around with Bolt/Grab taxi services, which are really cheap (around just £5 to Phuket Old Town). Rawai beach is lovely too and just around a 15 minute walk away with great restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here! We will be back!

What a little gem, compact but beautifully elegant, impeccably decorated and centrally located to walk to the town centre and several restaurants. Communication from the start excellent and offers of assistance most welcome. Staff outstanding on every level and happy to offer lots of assistance and suggestions. Wonderful little touches like handwritten notes on tomorrows weather accompanied by herbal evening tea and personalised breakfast menus. Room compact but well appointed with small seating area and lounge, comfortable bed & pillows. A little road noise, particularly motorbikes being located at the front of the property, not nothing a pair of ear plugs can't resolve. Breakfast sunroom lovely, small but perfectly proportioned swimming pool and simply stunning library/reading room overlooking the pool and Koi pond. Whilst using the common areas, the staff are very quick to bring out complimentary fresh water and/or coffee if desired. At the top end for room rates, but would highly recommend a stay, you won't be disappointed.

Everything 😃 Usually, when travelling we book decent budget rooms but as we’re travelling for a few months we thought we’d treat ourselves. Wow, the whole experience here was truly wonderful. The entire staff at Verdigris are just fantastic. Above and beyond to make your stay there every bit of a delightful experience. The breakfast was sensational every day. We had a selection from the western menu (croissants/greek yogurt/fuits) and a selection from the Thailand breakfast which was my absolute favourite! Dim Sum one morning and the following two mornings we had Thai fermented fish salad with a mushroom soup to go with it. Just divine 😙👌🏼 The rooms are immaculate as too is the whole hotel. With quiet space for you to relax in the reading room (also great if working) or by the beautiful pool. As inviting as this was, we didn’t have an opportunity to utilise these but now wish we had. We would absolutely stay here again. It was wonderful and thank you to all of the staff who made us feel so welcome. 🙏🏼 😊

Our stay at Hotel Verdigris was an amazing experience. The attention to detail from the staff and the management is visible in everything: the building is beautiful and exquisitely decorated, the pond and the pool are the perfect view from the room, the staff is always ready to help, the quality of the breakfast... We got late on the first night and they ordered food for us and served it to us at the dining room, they offered us free shuttle to the old town... Honestly, thank you so much to everyone at Hotel Verdigris, special mention to Milk, for making us feel so welcomed and comfortable. We travel with a wheelchair and they provided us with all the information we needed before making the reservation, arranged pick-up service and cared for us the whole of our stay. I'll definitely come back to this hotel if I go back to Phuket ❤️

This charming hotel is a rare gem in the Old Phuket Town. Staff are very polite, helpful and accommodating. As soon as I step into hotel lobby, I felt relaxed and at home. Breakfast choices of Thai and Western (I loved their recommended local food) The room is very comfortable and beautifully done. Perfect location with just walking distance to Sundays Night Market, nearby cool cafes, bars, shops, restaurants. Dean & Deluca (beautiful architecture) is only a few steps away from the hotel. Beautiful Study/Reading room is next to the pool. I definitely will come back and stay longer than just 2 nights.

I loved this property! We got the room with its private pool plus the swim up. It was awesome, clean, and spacious! The cleaning crew that came in brought us cookies every night we were there. They have mini bar, and snacks that are free! The rain fall shower was amazing. Breakfast was included with our room and it was buffet style! It was really good food and a nice variety! I feel Iike they could have had more activities at the resort. However, didn’t take away from our stay. It is a ways from anything and everything. You will have to use a Tuk tuk or taxi or rent a bike. The property was super safe and luxurious. The staff were nice- but they didn’t go above and beyond, no need to either. It was a very pleasant experience and happy that it was our first stop in Thailand!

My boyfriend and I spent 2 nights here for Christmas and 2nd year anniversary. We booked a Deluxe room and got upgraded to Honeymoon room on 8/F. The car drop off place is small - we walked for few times to lower level to get on cab. Reception is good - the Hong Kong staff, John, gave us a warm welcome. Room - The room was neat and tidy and well equipped with everything we needed - they have flip flops to go to the pool which was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Only thing to improve is the floor - it’s a bit slippery in the sleeping room and bathroom. Facilities - the outdoor pool was very nice, they had a bar in the middle of the pool and happy hour from 3-5pm for but one get one free. We could see sunset there clearly. They had gym, kids club, mini golf and sand pool, too. Food - we had breakfast there which was with a very nice view. The Pad Thai there was awesome. But the table outside was full of ants, my dish of food was full of them when I walked to get a juice. Better sit inside. Musc - John recommended us a spa place other than the one in Patong, which is quite nice that they provide free transfer. Shuttle - we missed one from Patong since we stayed at the different landmark. They said there was a Exchange kiosk we waited there, but it turned out there were two. Overall - given the price, I would recommend staying here to chill. If you want to go to Patong, you need car.

The Kalima is definitely a 5 star property in every aspect. The hotel itself is beyond beautiful with stunning sky views. We ate at all of their restaurants and was delighted with the food and dining experience. We didn’t have time to explore all the amenities but they had so much to offer for everyone staying, friends , couples and families. The staff were so kind and accommodating. The infinity pools were perfect temperature, beautiful views and open late with a pool bar. Although it is a large hotel we still did not feel as though it was crowded as the rooms are spaced out very well. Location was perfect for us as we got to enjoy the quiet aspect with local shops away from the busy areas such as Bangla road but still visit nightly as it’s a short journey away. It is priced exceptionally well for what you get this is the best value for money hotel I’ve stayed at. Not one single complaint.

My young adult sons and husband agree that 100% this is where we will stay again. Quality gym with morning yoga, most gorgeous pool, plenty of activities with pool table, mini golf, archery. Staff are super lovely and buffet breakfast was the best we have ever had with such a large selection and it changing daily. Even though it’s up on the hill the free shuttle to town and back was easy. Plenty of stairs around but elevator helps and it’s fine if you can cope with 1 flight here and there each day

What a villa!! Amazing Location, Beautifully built, super clean (as it is only 1 month old), lovely pool, great staff and Super Service! We loved our 4 night stay here and wish could stay a few days longer but they were fully booked. The villas are brand new and the quality of the build reflects the amazing stay we had. They even had a shuttle to take you to supermarket and Kamala beach which is a bonus. Love the free bike rental too. Staff is very helpful and informed. There is also a very good Laundry right opposite the villa which definitely helps. The owner at the Laundry speaks very good English and was very helpful. We loved our stay here and kids loved the private pool. Would come back in a heartbeat!!

We got the room with a private pool. It was a lovely room & the location was perfect! The hotel will provide a ride in a golf cart to the Laguna Golf Course, which is only a quick ride. The beach is sooo close! Be sure to grab sundowners at the beach restaurant Club 22. So nice to have your feet in the sand w/a drink watching the sunset and be so close to our room as well. The staff were so friendly and quick! Pang at the front desk gave us great tips of where to go and we enjoyed each place. We will definitely stay here again!!

The staff were very accommodating and allowed us early check in on arrival and late check out on departure. The buffet breakfast offered a versatile menu selection. The food served off the menu for lunch and dinner were excellent. Housekeeping did a fabulous job maintaining our room. The private pool was my favorite. Only down side, fix your jacuzzi in the gym and the spa was over priced. Gym hours also too limited. Some staff had difficulty with English, which made sone communication incomprehension difficult.

Wonderful luxurious hotel. It was lovely and quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Patong across the road from the beach - although pretty it was too rough to swim in. Our 2 bedroom apartment for a family of 5 was perfect. So spacious! The pool and swim up pool bar were enjoyed by all of us. The kids loved the indulgent chocolate hour each day from 4-5pm and the adults enjoyed happy hour 2-for-1 cocktails from 5-6pm at the pool bar. Daily buffet breakfast was fabulous. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Kids club was good but there were few kids around for it to be attractive to our 3. The spa was lovely but very expensive compared with a beach massage. Restaurant food was amazing but again expensive compared with beach side eats. Would highly recommend this place but be prepared to pay for taxi rides everywhere.

We loved this resort! Our room was amazing. If you can splurg for the room with the private pool, get it!! It is so worth it to be able to take a swim at 3am, and you never leave your room. We had a room with two bedrooms, and it was huge. The place is uniquely designed and very nice. The staff is amazingly. Yean took care of us almost every day. He was excellent. The beach was a short walk away. I would recommend this resort to everyone. It is a little secluded. So you will have to take a taxi when you need to do things outside of the resort. But the staff makes that easy for you also. They get you a car really quickly. I have nothing bad to say about this resort. Our stay was amazing!!

From the pick up/drop off at the airport and everything in between was amazing. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating and the suite was exquisite! Four of us went and we had a great time going to the beach (which was quiet and beautiful) and swimming/lounging around the giant pool with pool bar. We actually witnessed a baby elephant walking down the beach and taking a dip in the ocean before posing for pictures! We ate dinner outside at the pool surrounded by beautiful plants and scenery. They offered a four course meal for a set price which was the only negative as it was ok but if you like wine the steward was very knowledgable. However the breakfast buffet was offered a nice selection and was quite tasty.

Located far from patong beach. However, it was a great location to just be in sync with nature and enjoy the peaceful ambience. Pool was awesome. Everything was perfect. Just dnt forget to bring mosquito repellent as mosquitoes appears almost everytime before nightfall. Keep doors and windows closed and everything will be just fine. And do rent a scooter for a day at just 300thb and explore the area.

This was the best private Villa i had ever stayed. Clean and the pool is amazing. The host were generous and helped us navigate the city. I am definitely going back 2020.

We loved the private suites surrounding the pool. We had a lot of privacy and enjoyed the pool everyday. We also enjoyed the fitness fascilities. The staff was so accommodating, always smiling and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and towels folded impressively each day. Laundries and 7-eleven close by.

Staff was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than the check-in time. They helped with first aid when one of us had a minor wound. Daily cleaning kept the rooms very clean throughout the stay. The pool is big too.

We had a great time with our private pool. The location of the villa was far from patong and phuket town but can be solved with car rental which is at a reasonable price at the counter. Definitely will be back again

Very friendly and helpful staffs, very spacious and clean room with fancy private pool garden. The only room for improvement is maintenance of complimentary rental bicycle as mentioned by previous users. Will surely come back in the next trip to Phuket.

Clean house at lovely place. Quite all around, makes you feel relaxing. Love the private pool very much ~ A mobile is provided for local call which is very appreciated. Just the wifi is not strong enough.

This is an amazing resort set in lush greenery facing the Andaman Sea. The setting is stunning. The kids club is the best we have ever seen and we had to drag the kids out of there to take them on excursions. The pools are lovely and the kids’ pool is great for those who are not confident swimmers. The slide is popular although it needs to be restored as it has some rough edges (not that it bothered the kids). The rooms are nice but there was a distinct smell of must from some of the bedding. This was slightly off putting. Also, the shower door let a lot of water through and the main faucet didn’t work. Not a game changer although it would have been nice if everything worked. We ate in all of the restaurants and the service was okay. There was often a lot of confusion over what we had ordered and some things never showed up at all, despite the staff being absolutely lovely. The food was good when it did show up. There is a spectacular fire show on the beach twice a week, which was a huge hit with adults and children alike. There is a massage shack on the beach where locally trained ladies deliver a variety of massages suited to everyone’s taste. Overall, we had a fabulous stay here and would definitely recommend it. We would put up with the few niggly problems again as the resort it so lovely. The pros definitely outweigh the cons by a huge amount.

We loved the location at the top end of the island - on a great beach well away from the craziness of the lower two thirds of the island. The food was overall very good - especially the a la carte options. Italian was great and of course the Thai was also good. Marriott always excels in the dining area. Pool was excellent, steps from the beach. Visiting pet elephant was good value. Pool table was great - but it meant having to listen to the not so great live band. Instead of hits from the seventies, a high quality Thai musician playing Thai instruments or a guitarist playing acoustically would have been so much nicer and classier. Our only real complaint about this hotel as a family would be that the bathroom design is insane and not private at all. The shutters opening on the room did not fully close and the lack of glass in this area and shutters on the door meant that everything in the bathroom was partially visible and fully audible. We couldn’t for the life of us figure out who this open design benefits - perhaps a solo traveller wishing to open the shutters during a bath? Weird - if you and your family like your privacy you might want to book somewhere else.

We stayed at the JW Marriott in Phuket for 8 nights with our 13 months old boy and had the most amazing stay. Not only was the weather perfect for this time of year (no signs of any monsoon) but we were treated to above and beyond levels of service from all staff across the resort.  What made the trip particularly special was how well the staff took care of our 13 month old. From observing that our hands were full with our baby during breakfast and offering to help out with bringing us anything at all from the buffet, to keeping him entertained for hours at the kids club, even taking him away for a walk to visit the kitchen during dessert time so that my wife and I could enjoy some quiet time over dinner. I have never seen this level of proactiveness and attention at a resort. The restaurant options are outstanding, the beach extremely clean even though we couldn’t swim (monsoon season means the wind comes onshore) although it didn’t matter as the main pool with slide and kid area was more than enough for our needs.  Special shout-out to Rachen, Teya, Mock, Ladda, Phon and Gift at the buffet breakfast, in fact outstanding service from all the staff at breakfast. You really made us feel like family.  To all the wonderful girls at the kids club, you were amazing with our baby boy.  To all the staff at the Cucina Italian Restaurant, thank you so much for a fantastic experience, to all the staff at the Deli Cafe and Benihana for your warm service…

This property is stunning-the landscaping and interior design is exceptional. The grounds are gorgeous and rooms take advantage of that. Honestly it is one of the more beautiful properties I’ve ever seen. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and a delight to relax in. There are 3 pools to choose from with plenty of seating. The resorts in this area are kept unobtrusive to the beach so there is just a long stretch of walkable beach front. You can walk to close by ‘village’ dining or other resorts. You are more out of the way geographically so its very quiet and peaceful. People we spoke to come back there year after year for weeks at a time and love it. The staff is amazing. I would definitely stay there again

Tucked away on a hilly area, it is very tastefully designed and has a lot of space and amazing swimming pools and activities for children. Easy access to nai hon beach which is really lovely in the late afternoon. Staff are very cheerful and helpful. Swimming pools for kids and adults are thoughtfully designed with a pavillion for resting and enjoying the pool bar. Food was nice and reasonably priced. We had a lake view villla with its own private and shaded swimming pool so was very quiet and convinient. Only downside would be the long walks if staying on one of the blocks further up the hill, but they helpfully shuttle you around on request. We had a downer on our trip as kids got a vomiting bug fron either the food or most likely the swimming pool water. They also seemed to have no rehydration salt etc on site and just asked us to go the doctors. However putting down to bad luck and overall very pleasant chilled out holiday

If you wanted to stay far away from the noise and crowds, this is the place to be. This is a beautiful hotel. Most of the rooms have great views of the lake, the sea, a park, pool and temple. The balconies are large so you can relax and enjoy the quiet yet amazing views. The rooms are clean and very spacious, only negative here was that they didn’t have a full length mirror in the room, the only mirror was by the sink in the bathroom. The Pool is huge with many levels and nice design; there is a slide and a dive pool as well. I didn’t get to eat at the restaurant as there was many food outlets just a 5min walk away. The staff were friendly and eager to help. The hotel is large and on the side of a hill so be prepared to walk from reception to the room and back, there are many stairs to climb to get from one place to another, if you are someone that has problems walking/ climbing stairs, you might want to think twice. They do provide a buggy service 24hrs for people that might need help. The beach is about a 10min walk and the water is crystal clear with great sand. There are many food outlets nearby and on the beach they do provide you with umbrellas and drinks (for a price). There are many beautiful and hidden beaches, mountain tops but you will need a car and someone local to point the places out to you. Overall the Stay was amazing and had a great experience

This is a beautiful, private place. Wonderful service, food, accommodations. The owner is great at connecting you with day trips and transportation. It is not near anything that you can access without a car or transportation but it worked great for us to see the James Bond Island and area in a perfect private day tour arranged for us.

The villa is great with private pool and great view to the Patong beach. Villa manager, Dean, is extremely helpful providing all necessary support, car arrangement, dinner arrangement and very good manner.

Jirana was a lovely place to spend a week. Our Host Celine was exceptional. Friendly, always happy to help with transport and dining options and a great communicator. We stayed in the Baby Jane villa. The views were exceptional!! The private pool fantastic. The master suite was amazing, but the second bedroom was very small and really only suitable for a single or children. Probably the main disadvantage is the position of the Villas. It is on top of a very big, steep hill. Fine to walk into Patong (25-30minutes), but it's a taxi ride back. But great if you want some exercise! Patong is very expensive relative to the rest of Thailand. All in all the villa had everything we need. Though the motorbikes in the streets are very noisy!

The Villa is a great place for family. We stayed in chain select. Master bedroom upstairs with an amazing bedroom suite and bathroom. The main floor was the kitchen family room dining room and the swimming pool private. Downstairs were two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Really great facility. Dean the villa manager was absolutely amazing. He helped us to make reservations. He helped us to order fast food pizza online. He helped us to get to the local restaurant and Camille store. He is an absolute treasure and made staying at the Villa accolade experience. The Villa is about 20 to 25 minute walk from the beach. So it’s a bit far. We took Taxi‘s when I went to the beach. It cost about $10 USD each way. It’s quite hilly up and down to the beach. If there is a local pizza restaurant nearby that is terrific. Also a local convenience store to get waters sodas food etc. Overall an amazing village. Would be nice if it was a bit closer to the beach, but it was a great stay for us and Dean was absolutely the best manager.

Our stay at Jirana was truly memorable partly because of the villa itself and the amazing views it offered of Patong Beach and the other amenities (pool, spacious rooms, etc) that were impeccably maintained by the courteous staff, but largely because of the tireless hospitality of the resort manager, Dean. From the moment we walked in to the hour we left, Dean had us covered-- his attention to detail ensured that we had the best transportation arranged to take us around (ask for Sakarin, the best driver on the island), and that our stomachs were filled with the best local fare--sumptuous and reasonably priced. Dean and his staff made sure our stay was thoroughly enjoyable and, though we've been to Phuket several times before, we will not hesitate to stay at Jirana on all our future visits! A very positive experience all around!

This place was amazing. Every aspect of the hotel was so well thought out I would 100% stay here again. Infinity pool with a swim up bar was so nice. This hotel was picture perfect, it looked exactly like the pictures& the reviews published were spot on. The breakfast buffet was delicious& some hot items changed each day. The variety, service, and taste of breakfast is unlike anything you're Ever experienced. The swim up room was beautiful as well as the entire hotel. The service of cleaning our room was very slow& it wasn't cleaned most days, but it didn't take much away from our stay. The food in general that the hotel serves is delicious. Overall I give this hotel a 10 out of 10. It's also cheaper to book through Expedia

We spent 11 lovely days here. It was a beautiful resort with wonderful people running it. Food was great, private beach was the best and we loved our private pool cabana. Perfect location if you have a car, which we did. So peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely return for another visit.

The beach is so clean, blue , clear and just stunning. Views from the room and out plunge pool where incredible, ourselves and our daughter loved the plunge pool, hotel pool & the sea so much , we would very much like to visit again! Breakfast was lovely , the architecture and interior of the hotel is beautiful and there has been a lot of attention to detail. The outdoor room showers were also very cool, it truly felt like paradise!

The most amazing relaxing 5 day visit I have had in over 12 years! Beach Villa was worth every dollar. Excellent variety of Thai and Western food from the restaurants, great bar drinks, stunning pool, spa, pool table, gym, beach game equipment... Our room was secluded and very well appointed with all we needed. Our private pool was cleaned daily before 8am. Little town was a short walk away with restaurants, bars, beach,etc.. We took day trips to Patong and Phuket and Phi Phi... well worth the taxi fare. (800 Baht each way for a 45min drive) Will be back again next year.

Our private pool villa was so so beautiful, the glass windows for walls, the big comfortable bed, the decor, the entire entrance to the villa, the private pool that included a waterfall, the double vanity sink, the outdoor shower was amazing, the big bath tub everything! the breakfast included was delicious, the staff are so friendly and attentive. i especially loved the golf carts they would quickly pick us up in if we requested it. its super quiet there and their big pool was beautiful as well. i love how private and spacious the villa was.

The 2 bedroom villa with the pool was perfect for us. Lots of space, good size pool and beautiful view. good Gym. Small but had everything we needed. Wide selection at breakfast. Staff was excellent. Very helpful.

We've travelled a lot, and this is our favourite place. The room (beachfront private pool) is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and the pool and ocean view are incredible. Not to mention the lovely outdoor bathroom. Food and drinks at the resort restaurant are tasty and reasonably priced, the massage service is great, and staff are super friendly and helpful. They booked 2 tours for us during our stay, and they customised the tours per our request so they were exactly what we wanted. This was our second stay here (first time was 2015) and we will definitely be back again!

I loved the privacy of the property. I booked the private villa with the private pool. The staff were always a WhatsApp message away. The receptionist Fern was excellent support. Being a solo traveller it’s great to know that the staff are there to support in anyway possible.

Loved the style and everything we needed was there. Great service and good value for money. Private pool was awesome and overall design of the apartment was lovely. Great work on lightning - subtle lights in right places made it a very cosy atmosphere.

We had an amazing stay at Ayara Kamala Resort! Beautiful sea views, clean and private pool villa, and top-notch service. Room service was fast, and transportation within the resort was in a luxurious private car. The shuttle to the beach and nearby markets was super convenient.

The value of this property is the infinity pool and oceanfront view. 2 rooms and on the ocean with a private pool is always expensive in Phuket in winter. The hotel is a bit dated and old, but for relaxation and pool usage it's good. The property is off by itself with no areas or beaches to walk to.

We stayed at private pool villa which was GREAT. Had an awesome sunset view, really enjoyed it. However, there are not so much things to do in the resort but pool. They need to improve the food in the restaurant. The breakfast was ok in general considering it was included. We had 1 lunch and 2 dinner in the restaurant and we got pretty tired of the food. They have no variety and the quality was just so so.

I had a peaceful and wonderful 4nights stay at Ayara. Booked for pool access suite, the room is huge with sharing huge infinity pool among like 5 units and awesome seaview. I'm lucky to enjoy the pool all by myself during my stay as im the only one who stayed at the pool access suite. Bed is comfy but the aircon needs to be better, its abit hot at times. Pool is clean as they do the cleaning maintenance daily. Breakfast is awesome, u can enjoy both buffet and ala carte breakfast, many choices for the food and drinks. First time staying at kamala area. They do provide free shuttle to kamala beach daily. You can rent a bike at kamala beach as it will be much cheaper to travel around the island than taking grab or their hotel transport moreover they do provide free hotel parking. Price is abit steep, will be good if cheaper. Definitely will consider to be back for my stay again.

It is the exceptional staff that make Fisherman Way an outstanding holiday. The resort is well established with each villa having it's own space and privacy. The resort pool is refreshing but the having your own private villa pool is my recommendation. The infinity pool overlooks the water and with direct access to the beach the kids will have a ball. Tey tour hand at Stand Up Paddleboarding or just relax on the beach. Housekeeping is remarkable. The staff go above and beyond. The real highlight, for me anyway, is the great coffee. There is an Australian coffee shop at the front entrance to the resort. Awesome cofree. Even had Almond Milk.

This property is a little gem! The staff is super friendly. We were in a hotel in Bangkok so I didn’t want to stay in another hotel. Our villa was perfect! We stayed in the Wooden Cottage. There was a sense of being secluded which we loved. We sat on the deck for coffee and fruit. At night we walked to the pool (infinity pool) and relaxed. We went to the super market next door for snacks, so very convenient. Would stay here again!!

The 16 of us stayed at Fisherman Beach 10 bedroom garden villa and had the best time! The experience from check in to check out was smooth. Thom, our villa manager, made sure we were looked after and helped us every single way. She was pleasant, had great English and went above and beyond. The place was clean, pool was big and each room had individual keys and own ensuite. We used Grab to travel everywhere so didn't care too much for the location. Great coffee place near by. Would stay again!

A table and chairs would be good. It is not near the main town and the local beach is disgusting and full of plastic bottles, glass bottles and litter. A taxi ride into town costs between 150-350 bahts. The staff were pleasant. Rubbish and towels were left poolside by previous guests and not noticed by the staff.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einer der Mitarbeiter hat uns ein einheimisches Getränk besorgt und das Frühstück war ganz lecker. Leider ist der Standort nicht so optimal, da es etwas abgelegen liegt und wir nächstes mal eher Richtung Westküste umgucken würden um flexibler und standortunabhängig zu sein. Das Bad, Zimmer und der große, sowie private Pool waren sehr sauber und angenehm.

Lovely property. Rooms were clean and offered all the amenities. Pool bar had no alcohol which made me a bit sad. I had to walk to a nearby 7-11. Location is far from tourist spots. Grab app is essential!

Beautiful villa with private pool, very tranquil but only 3 minutes walk to the busy road with all the restaurants and bars. The villa was superb, supreme luxury and comfort, a fabulous base to relax after spending 5 weeks touring South East Asia. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Kata beach was very busy but we walk for 15 minute to Kata Noi which was lovely and quiet, well worth the walk.

One of the most beautiful resorts where I lived in peace and comfort. I lived in a suite with a private pool. Fast check-in. Breakfast is beautiful and varied. My stay was at the end of the 9th month. The resort was quiet. I enjoyed my stay and I advise everyone to try the resort, especially the cables.

Our flight got cancelled so we looked for something close by the airport. The stay at Sugar Marina Resort was even better than we expected! Wish we could’ve stayed there longer! The room was super impressive, really spacious, and the bunk beds were a great size too. The best part was definitely the pool access and jacuzzi. If you’re staying here, definitely go for a room with pool access it’s so worth it. The restaurant had loads of options, from Thai food to Western dishes. Even though the hotel was nearly full, it didn’t feel overcrowded. The beaches nearby were gorgeous, just a 5-7 minute ride on the shuttle bus or get a Grab/ Bolt (€5). I also really appreciated that the TV had a decent selection of English channels. It’s always nice to have that option when you’re relaxing in the room!

I recently stayed at Sugar Marina Lagoon and had an amazing holiday! The hotel is beautiful, with a private and peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The rooms were comfortable, and the pool area was lovely, including a cute children’s pool where kids can enjoy themselves. There’s also a fitness room in the center of the hotel with a great view of the pool. I loved that there was ample parking available. I’ll definitely be coming back for another stay!

We absolutely loved the resort and only left it to eat dinners at the restaurant a block away. It was rainy, but with a jacuzzi pool attached to our patio we hardly minded. I imagine this hotel is nowhere near as nice if you are in an upper floor. The water features are what Sugar Marina is all about. Gorgeous rooms and super nice landscaping throughout. We did not travel with kids, but this is a great place for them, with an awesome kiddie pool and play zone.

Es gibt einen Shuttle zum Meer. Das Personal könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein und feierwütige Gäste etwas im Zaum halten.

We recently stayed in a villa at Cape Panwa hotel (family of 4, with 6 year old twins). We had a very pleasant stay. The villa was clean and modern and exceeded our expectations. The private pool was beautiful. My son has many food allergies. On arrival we were told to complete a form with all the allergies. It was then translated into Thai and we took it everywhere we went. The restaurants at the hotel were able to accommodate his needs. They are doing work by the beach, which was every so slightly disappointing but as a result, we were offered a complementary trip to Coral Island, where we spent a fun day on the beach (loads to do: snorkling, speed boat etc.) Also, my husband and I were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. The staff surprised us with a cake delivered to our villa. Very nice touch! The kids enjoyed the playroom and we also used the babysitting services so that my husband and I had an evening out at the market.

We had our wedding at cape panwa in April, we organised it all through the hotel with an amazing lady called Aom! Nothing was too much it was, so easy and laid back experiences everything we asked for and more was given to us. We had our wedding on the terrace and the evening It was super secluded didn't feel like we were in a hotel at all It was right out of the way with amazing views. It comes highly recommended from us and our family. We also stayed at cape panwa for 10 days with a group of 8 adults. It was a beautiful stay and plenty to do around with a free bus into the little harbour town with loads of restaurants to choose from. It's not too far from the main town but we only did one trip as we were so busy. We only had breakfast included but it was always fresh and lots of choice for lunch we ate at the main restaurant and the pool! Would really recommend the pool bar and the food It was really great food. The only thing I would suggest is if you have mobility issues ask for a room closer to the pool as there are some rooms with a few steps but if you are near the pool you'll be close to everything.

This was a bit of a revelation; I thought it was a deal too good to be true but it was better! The moment we arrived we felt very welcome. We had a family room for 4 friends. It was very comfortable and well appointed. The pool was very clean and well maintained. There was lots of shade for the sun conscious. The beach is very picturesque with lots of sun lounges. The other pool on the beach also has a jacuzzi! This pool is smaller but it provides a great view over the beach. The beach is quite shallow and it’s recommended you wear some form of footwear as there are rocks and coral. Our package included breakfast, lunch or dinner, cocktails daily and two massages. The breakfasts were excellent and we could usually hang out until dinner. We ate in all the restaurants over the course of our stay. The best being the Top of the Reef. The Bamboo beach restaurants also very good. Happy hour was buy one get one free. Our best nights were at the Lighthouse Bar with the wonderful Panwa house Band. The only disappointment was the Coral Island tour. It was extremely difficult to get on the boat and floating jetty at the island which was not for the faint hearted. You do need to be fairly agile. The staff were absolutely terrific. The manager Jacob was very accomodating and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I had a great suite room for a great price. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff is not on top of things, but once alerted, attended to my needs properly. The main pool is good. And there's a second nice little pool by the beach. The beach itself is pretty, with nice beds to lay, and a beach restaurant and bar, but is full of dangerous rocks. Do not even dare to go in the water barefooted. Even with shoes you must be careful not to stumble and end up with a nasty scratch from sharp rock, as the water is also very shallow in a large area. The breakfast was pretty good. The open air restaurant by the pool is very pleasant. It is possible to walk outside and find massage shops and restaurants nearby, although is a rather isolated area. I was very grateful the hotel provided a nurse to attend to my girlfriend and give medication when she was feeling nauseated from a road trip. This was a free service. Old Phuket town is a 20 min ride away.

What an absolutely stunning hotel. Had a 10 night package and it was just amazing. I proposed to my future wife and the staff treated us like royalty. An engagement cake was given to us along with a stunning flower and towel display on our bed. Even the pineapple on the cocktails were shaped as a love heart. The food on the set European and Thai menus blew us away along with the sensational food at Panwa House and Tip of the Reef restaurants. Staff from cleaners to reception and restaurant staff were amazing. The beach was beautiful to swim and the pool facilities first class. Very, very relaxing and could always find a bungalow around the pool. A 2 minute trip down to Panwa Village on the free shuttle and great value to get a connection into Phuket in a luxurious mini van. Great massage businesses and sunset bars within walking distance and live music every night in the hotel. Breakfast absolutely sensational and a proper 5 star resort vibe. Stayed in a Cape Suite room which was the best room I have ever stayed in around the world and I have travelled a lot. We will be back next year for our honeymoon. The most beautiful, luxurious resort I have stayed in. Don't look any further than this hotel. We are from Adelaide, South Australia.

One of the must beautiful private pool villas I've ever seen! Only bummer was it requires a shuttle ride to the beach and if you want to eat anywhere besides the hotel. There was also a couple nights with a lot of bugs but that's probably to be expected.

As soon as we arrived we fell in love with the place, it was exactly as per the website and the hotel staff were always so friendly and courteous. We couldn't have stayed in Thailand without our own private pool - it helped us get through the heat! The food was not bad if you needed to stay in or didn't feel like going out. The restaurant itself is just lovely at night with great a ambience and beautiful setup. I also enjoyed the spa treatments and felt great afterwards with the aloe Vera gel massage. Thanks Bell Pool staff :)

It felt like home. It was very private, did not see any other guests unless I went to the lobby. The private pool was wonderful, my son especially enjoyed swimming in it. There was a large smart tv in the living room with Netflix included. There is also a kitchen area should you wish to cook for yourself. You pre-order breakfast and it arrives the time you request it. There is a free shuttle to the beach/shops. The beach was great, we only had time to go the once. Shame we only stayed 4 nights, highly recommend it.

The best place to stay.when we arrived they informed me that the room we booked was under construction and it made me upset that I wasn’t informed of this before my arrival, but now I’m glad they didn’t because I would have booked something else and I would have missed out on the best stay I ever had they put us on the the 6th floor suite for the night which was ok then the next day they moved us to a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with a private pool this room was a upgrade from the one we bought and the staff was the best the hotel was very clean I will definitely book here again wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Phuket

We came to celebrate our honeymoon, the location of the hotel is in the central area of Patong. The room was relatively large, in my opinion a good hotel and justifies the high score it received, we took a room with access to the pool, this pool is very small and you cannot swim in it. And in conclusion: those who are looking for a reasonable hotel to spend their vacation in, the hotel does meet the needs

The staff are wonderful at Nap Patong. The room are lovely and clean. The pool was beautiful and I enjoyed many hours of lounging around the pool.

The hotel staff made us feel at home right from check in to check out, friendly and happy to assist where necessary. We were 4 friends visiting and booked a 2 bedroom with a private pool. The room was excellent with five star amenities, the private pool was a jacuzzi and the kitchen/fridge was well stocked with free drinks/water/fruits on a daily basis. We are one very happy customer. Definitely will go there again.

An Apartment style hotel complex, loved the private pool and the overall design of the rooms, a few lose fittings here and there but otherwise well designed. A very short walk to the beach and bars to sit, eat and enjoy the view. The pool is really rather nice, we didn’t spend as much time there as we really should but with only a three day stop over we were limited on time. Could do with more music but then earphones do the job just as well I suppose. A nice quiet stay to a great standard.

The Grand Kata VIP was overall a good experience, especially with the pool access from the one-bedroom apartment. We enjoyed our stay there. There's a 7-11 minutes away from the hotel. The night market is pretty close to walking and so are the restaurants and bars!

The villa has everything you need - lots of appliances and utensils in the kitchen (even an ice bucket for champagne), large TV with subscription to streaming services, 3 huge soft sofas in the living room, washing machine, barbecue area with a gazebo and a large table, deep pool for those who like to dive (we have not seen such a pool anywhere), sun loungers with huge umbrellas, parking with awning for at least 2 cars, the garden area itself is just huge compared to other offers on the island. All bedrooms are super comfortable, especially the master bedroom on the second floor, presidential level) We didn't want to leave, next time we will come for a month at a time)!

Great place, great host! Everything you need and even more is available in the house and on the territory. I liked everything very much. We have been choosing a place to stay for a very long time and for good reason. I recommend this place as much as possible for a company or a large family!

We booked the 3 bed room villa for a very good price which made us feel a little skeptical about the place. Although the pictures looked nice, we were afraid it might not turn out like the pictures. When we got there, we have to drive through a little village with run down buildings and abandoned villas which made us even more skeptical. However Once we arrived, we were simply blown away by the place and the facilities in the villa. Extremely spacious villa with a good sound system inside and outside the pool. A full side gas grill for your bbq by the pool. The rooms were very clean and neat with en-suite toilets. The furniture and deco to the landscaping around the pool was perfect. I have no complains about this place and the staff were simply amazing. Calling to check on us every day to see if we need anything else and very helpful if you have any questions at all. The private chef was awesome too, one of the best tomyum soups i had. Do note that this place requires you to have a car to get to and it's inside a rural area. other than that, it's a awesome villa. will definitely come back again.

Staff are friendly and helpful. There are free shuttle vans for traveling. The in-house chef dinner is in Thai style. The chef is nice. For breakfast, they arrange and cook efficiently. We love the poolside and the room is spacious. It would be grateful if the water in poolside can be filtrated, as we see there’s oily surface one day after. Maybe a filter could be added to make water clean.

Although the hotel is a bit out of the way, we have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. The property is absolutely beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The staff was helpful and more than willing to do whatever it took to make our days easier. The property is a bit out of the way, and most taxi drivers aren't sure where it is, but the free one way taxi service offered by the hotel was super helpful. With the sea view, the private infinity pool and the large outdoor living space, there are plenty of opportunities to just relax and enjoy the villas. Also, be sure to hire the private chef to cook dinner for your party in your villa kitchen...you won't regret it!

It was a quiet and spacious place. I really enjoyed swimming in the pool. I ate meat at a barbecue in the evening and it was so delicious. I want to visit again next time.

I had a very nice stay and have to only give it 4 stars due to the mosquitoes. I did not realize the private pool connected to the living area without a door etc. The bugs easily got everwhere, but everything else made up for it.

An oasis in the middle of chaotic Phuket. We stayed at the 2 bedroom villa for 3 nights, beautifully appointed rooms, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The private pool is a dream, comes with its own water fall and outdoor shower. The ground of the hotel is lush and manicured. The hotel breakfast is delicious and full of options. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the famous karon beach. 5 star experience. We are meh about Phuket in general, but the hotel is the high light of Phuket.

We loved the appletv provided, and the private pool that was linked from the room where you can jump straight in! Loved the location as well, as it is private yet near to the beach and many restaurants available at the doorstep. Absolutely love their breakfast too, where we can have it in the room, with wide selection for you to choose. Definitely a great honeymoon for us!

The hotel was very nice and the staff was amazing. There was quite a few mosquitos so bring bug spray. The private pool is perfect for a couple. We did have a hard time finding the hotel though it is tucked away off the main road and inbetween a few stores. But it's about a 3 minute walk from the beach and stores. A really good location

I recently stayed in the 2-bedroom suite with private pool overlooking Loch Palm Golf Course, and was thoroughly impressed with cleanliness, spaciousness and amenities of the suite. Comfortable beds, great dining area and fully functional kitchen. Plus, the views from the private pool were fantastic! The staff of Tinidee Golf Resort Phuket were kind and helpful, and answered my questions about the local neighborhood. I dined at both restaurants on the property, and enjoyed the authentic taste of the Thai food. The resort is excellent value for money, and I will definitely stay again.

The Resort was beautiful. I stayed in the 2 Bedroom Suite with a private pool and the views were beyond beautiful. The suite was very comfortable and staffing provided us with anything we needed that was not already there. I felt safe, the staff was great, the rooms were well stocked, and the ability to control the temp of each individual bedroom and living space was perfect. The one thing that could be better is the cleanliness of the suite. It was not horrible but some attention needs to be paid attention to the spots and stains on the couches and chairs. The resort is also a bit away from all the action...it's a nice place if you simply want to relax.

Wonderful oceanfront view and amazing pool . Like the free cabanas and latge floating mattresses use in the pool. Need to have electronic mosquito killing machines to get rid of the many mosquitos there. The activities are fun and welcoming . They should play popular 70 s to 90s music at the pool rather than the peaceful elevator music . Also turning up the music would be preferable.

Stayed at Selina for a week and a half on my own. It was the perfect escape. I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite, which was very spacious with a kitchenette. Considering the number of guests, the pool was rarely busy and it was always possible to get a nice lounger. The infinity pool and the beach view all added to the relaxed atmosphere. As other reviews have mentioned, its not the most walkable neighbourhood. However, there are some great and cheap local eateries within 5-10min walk. And you can get a Grab bike down to Rawai and the seafood restaurants there for 50tbh. Overall, would definitely love to stay here again.

Fantastic hotel all rooms are suites,massive balconys, beach is not good but the pool which overlooks the sea more than makes up for it, roof top sunbathing all day pool bar is good, nearest bars are in Laguna area taxi outside hotel charges 300thb one way but don't try and walk it's a 7mn drive or 45 min walk,hotel overall was excellent and will be returning next year for sure

Facilities are incredible, the private pool was amazing. food is decent and location is a bit far from the main events, but if you rent a motorcycle, you'll be fine.

Hotel is like condo/hotel mix, which means your don't have all amenities of a chain hotel (i.e no bar or in hotel restaurants, etc), but that your have much more room and a more authentic experience. When we stayed an owner was having an upgrade done to his unit so there was a lot of noise directly below us, but the staff worked hard to address the issue and eventually moved us to another, even nicer, room. So the noise was a little disruptive, but the people, the place, the pool, etc made up for it.

We were a family of 7 including a 6 year old. The staff are friendly, the apartment spascious and clean ... the pool is lovely.. the staff were very helpful. Make arrangements for your own airport travel as arranging from the resort would be twice as expensive... this is also for trips around ... the massage places immediately outside the resort is amazing...

Our apartment had lots for space full kitchen, dining lounge and large deck overlooking the pool. Modern decor service well every day. The staff were very helpfull. 15 minutes to patong on a bike. A great place to stay

Air cons worked well. Tub was of good size for two people and shower was strong. Basic amenities in bathroom excwpt toothbrush and toothpaste were provided. Highlight was the private pool. Well kept and easy access from all parts of the villa. High level of privacy. Service from all staff was great. Very warm and welcoming. Housekeeping was immaculate. Will definitely be back.

Gecko and small insect did show up but it wasn’t a big problem for me given that there were a lot of trees. One thing that could bother you is that the villa is a bit too far away from those famous night markets. Overall I enjoy the stay and would definitely come again and recommend it to my friends

Let me just start off by saying that although the villas are super sexy for couples, I booked this hotel solo. After a crappy trip to Egypt and crazy fun time in Chiang Mai for Songkran with 15 friends, I needed some quiet alone time. My plan was to do nothing but hang out in my private pool, read and work on some writing and that's exactly what I did. I stayed in Hall 2 and was surprised at how much space there was: a large living and dining room area, kitchen with a full sized fridge and stove top with 2 burners. The burners were good enough to heat up food. The bedroom and bathroom areas were fantastic. The star of the show, for me, was the private pool and roof deck! The room service stops at 5 PM, so you have to call ahead if you want them to bring you dinner, but there are places that deliver. I was disappointed there was no mango sticky rice but that's maybe because I got in the habit of having a MSR everyday I was in Thailand! The hotel has bikes you can borrow and there's a couple of little shops and markets nearby. I'd definitely stay here again.

The villa was beautiful and comfortable. The cleaning crew were very polite and kept the villa clean. The pool was nice and the children enjoyed swimming everyday. It was close to many activities and restaurants.

I like the idea that the villa is situated a bit high up on a hill in Surin (a much quieter neighbourhood as compared to Patong), overlooking the sea (tho from a little distance), and that the villa is facing west, meaning I am able to view the sunset by the pool. The villa is very spacious and reasonably clean. Villa staff is excellent and very helpful and responsive to requests.

The villa was nice and comfortable for 4 people. The host was super friendly and helpful. We had the Baby Jane villa and there was super nice view. Location was suitable for us, there was even few restaurants close the accommodation. You need to use tuk-tuk or taxi to go to the city, but we were aware of that and it was not any issue for us, otherwise you will not get the amazing view from the top of the hill.

Absolutely everything. This is an amazing place to stay. The views are priceless. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. We felt very lucky to stay there. The rooms all have stunning views and there is everything you could possibly need. The housekeeping staff are excellent and very discreet. Nothing is too much trouble.

It's a little outside the busy parts of the city but I stayed in Villa 4 and it had a great view, was very roomy and comfortable and made for a great weekend stay. I was able to relax without worry and the private pool was very fun to float in. Fantastic of you enjoy spots that are relaxed and out of the way!

Hello. Silla Villa a little bit far from beach, but we rented moped, and it was not a big deal. Silla Villa is a quiet and private place with we liked a lot.

Staff were amazing and it was a beautiful villa. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, it was nice and quiet. Only problem was the steep hill, definitely have to get transport but thats easy enough to arrange.

The place is beautiful and very spacious but it’s on the cliff. If you don’t have a scooter will be very difficult to get there

Very well appointed, all the little things are there. The views are amazing, room for the whole family. Or just a couple. Pools are beautiful each villa has own pool, as well as the one at the restaurant. Nice and quiet, but very close to beaches. Quick taxi, tuk tuk or grab in to main shopping areas.

Best thing was definitely the rooftop infinity pool and the bar/ restaurant they had there (not the cheapest food, but delicious and definitely worth the money for the spectacular sunset view you had). Room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful (they arranged a motorbike rent for us). Our flight was late in the evening so they were kind enough to keep our luggage at reception after checkout, while we enjoyed the day at the beach. We could also take a shower in the afternoon and use their towels, so we didn’t have to pack wet towels. Hotel was a bit far away from the beaches, about 30min walk, but we knew it beforehand so nothing to complain about. But this came with the tranquility and quiet of being away from all the touristy hustle. The only thing to improve would be the wifi coverage, our room was around some corners and wifi was not always working

Peaceful modern small hotel with a family atmosphere and comfortable rest. The place is obviously special because of the pool area, where there is a beautiful view, because of the restaurant, the kind but not intrusive staff and the very few guests, so we relaxed as if we were at home in our own house. :) The beach is a comfortable distance away, even on foot, but the view and tranquility are worth the trip. The Hotel is perfekt. All the staff is very kind and the owner is super friendly. The rooms are new and spacious. The television has Netflix. We had also a kitchen in our room and a very nice bathroom with beautiful shower. The swimming pool on the rooftop is fantastic! You have a great view to kata beach and to Thailand’s beautiful sunsets. The restaurant and bar at the rooftop are good as well drinks and food are cooked fresh every day.

Wir waren zu zweit für 4 Nächte im Hotel. Die Wohnungen sind großzügig geschnitten und wir hatten eine Dachterrasse dabei. Die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet.Es gibt zwei Pools mit genügend Liegen. Wir haben uns hier super wohl gefühlt. Jeden morgen wurde geputzt und uns wurde immer an der Rezeption geholfen. Die Anlage befindet sich etwa 15 min zufuß von der Hauptstraße entfernt. Wir haben uns einen Roller etwa 100 Meter entfernt gemietet, da kann man aber auch einfach bei der Rezeption nachfragen die sagen einem wo man hin muss :). Auf der Hauptstraße gibt es alles von Märkten bis großen Supermärkten. Das Meer ist mit dem Roller auch nur 5 min weg. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! :)

Super mooie appartament met prive zwembad. Precies zoals op de fotos. Vriendelijke en behulpzaam personal, alleen jammer dat alleen de manager engels sprak.Schoonmaak iedere dag en nieuwe handdoeken en water iedere dag. Super netjes. Zeker een aanrader. Had wel verwacht dat ze wasmachine hadden. Maar ze hebben afhaalservice om je kleding te wassen super goed. de Shuttles waren super handig.

Au calme. Appartement confortable, spacieux et propre. 2 piscines dans la résidence. Un peu loin du centre ville (1.5 km). Navettes gratuites vers le centre ville ou la plage. une location de voiture ou de moto s'avère utile.

We were upgraded for our anniversary to a three bed villa as we were staying with family which was very kind. The property was stunning, spacious and very well designed, all the amenities you need including a washing machine, mini bar and private pool were fantastic.

i booked the villa with the private pool and it was amazing. Beautiful resort and very friendly and helpful staff, check in process was swiftly when i arrived for an early check in as requested . Mr.Wutti i believe the hotel manager took us personally to the villa and explained all its facilities . he also shared his phone number and asked us to text him if we needed anything. breakfast was delivered to our villa as requested on time . the private pool was fun for the kids and it was quiet private which what we were looking for. jacuzzi n the master bedroom was a great surprise and the washing machine downstairs was a life saver ! overall, t was an excellent experience to stay in this resort .

We stayed in a ocean view 2BR apt as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The apt was very clean and somewhat spacious. We had a good view of the ocean, and even better view of the NYE fireworks on Surin Beach. The facilities at the resort was good with a rooftop pool and a ground level pool. The gym was a tad limited in terms of equipment but can be worked around by going in early. The staff were fantastic. Location was also great with a short walk to the shops and beach, though it is a very steep hike from the entrance to all the residential blocks.

Mida Grande is a huge resort with 7 or 8 beautiful pools-- so we could easily find a more private one at any time. The location is great-- it's near restaurants and local shops, and it's a short walk from a few very nice beaches. The resort is quite new, with clean, modern rooms and comfy beds. On past trips, we've stayed in a few other hotels around Surin, and Mida stands out as one of the best 4/5 star hotels in the area-- we'll definitely book it again next time.

We had a fantastic time during our stay here. The hotel location is excellent and the room is comfortable and elegantly designed. We had a great sunset time at the rooftop pool with beautiful ocean view and we enjoyed the starbucks coffee too.

Nice place to be in Phuket town. In a quiet street at the Heart of Phuket town, Room was nice with extra beds, good size and cleans. Breakfast / coffee you could order in the cafe underneath. The pool was under renovation at the time of our stay,. It is a no frill room but come in budget and do the job.

The villa we stayed in was a cozy spot for two, tucked away in a quiet backyard, offering a peaceful retreat. However, there were a few issues that detracted from the experience. The place was a bit over-decorated with unnecessary items like empty books, which felt pointless. The toilet lid was visibly dirty, and I would recommend the hotel consider using more hygienic alternatives for their bins. The living room sofa, designed like festival seating with space for bottles on either side, felt out of place and poorly positioned. The carpet didn’t belong either, as it just collected dust and didn’t seem properly cleaned. There were also some areas that appeared unfinished, with minor damages here and there. Despite these shortcomings, we had a decent stay for the days we were there.

Great small guest house close to all of the shops and the Sunday market. We stayed here for 2 nights and picked the hotel for its nice rooms and proximity to the Sunday Market. The rooms are spacious and ours had a small outdoor balcony with a table and chairs with outdoor shower and bath. The only issue with the room was nowhere to store anything. There is a small, half height rail with 2 hangers, and that's it. No drawers anywhere to store any clothes. There are no coffee making facilities in the room so they have a kettle with tea, coffee and snacks downstairs for guests to use

If you like the quietness, relaxation, and yet close enough to great seafood restaurants, Thaimond residence in Phuket is an excellent rental property for vacation. Vlad V., our host was excellent with great customer service. Vlad also helped us with transportation to and from the airport and around the island. In addition, thanks to Vlad again for coordinating our day trip to phi phi island. The island is georgous and a must place to visit if you are in Phuket. If I come back to Phuket next time, I will definitely look into staying at Thaimond Residence. Highly recommended to all!!!

The place is good for family trip or travel with friends. It is located in Rawai, around 35 mins to Patong by car. They have limited housekeeping, but it is very clean in general. I would recommend this place if you drive a motorcycle or car, it is good for people who want privacy.

Kitchen is very equipped for the people who enjoyed cooking it’s a great consideration. Even though it has limited you for 60 units electricity per day, you have nothing to worry since we only used 45-50 units a day for 2 persons. The only inconvenience thing is that the villa is in the centre of the residential area, you must walk for around 20 mins for the nearest convenience store, around 8 mins ride with bicycle. *Overall about the villa is a excellent place for vacation and relaxation with family and friends.

The villas were very clean, well equipped and private. The pools were clean and well maintained. Kanitha, the villa owner, and her family are excellent hosts. They helped us with every request, from tour bookings to local, helpful information. Bang Tao is a wonderful location.

Size and comfort of the villa is fabulous. From the pool to laundry wash everything was perfect. Khanitha and her staff are warm, friendly and helpful. If you need/want it they’ll get it for you. WiFi was strong in all three bedrooms.

Beautiful well equipped villas, fabulous pool & lovely interior. Comfortable beds & well air-conditioned. Good wifi & washing machine.

An amazing secluded place away from the main cities, great price, A LOT of room, private pool was tiny though, more of a showpiece, not to swim in, rather use the large pool they have in the center. check-in was simple and quick. Breakfast was nice and brought straight to your villa. No complaints, would definitely recommend.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights, accompanied by my husband, our 12-year-old son, and myself. The maisonette rooms boasted elegant furnishings, ensuring a comfortable stay, with the private pool standing out as a highlight. However, ongoing construction work nearby resulted in persistent noise between 9 and 11 a.m. and occasionally in the afternoon throughout our stay. Breakfast was served in-room, offering a menu selection and the option to schedule a preferred time. In-room coffee could be prepared using espresso capsules (2 per day), and a cappuccino was available for an additional 145 Baht. The staff exhibited a high level of attentiveness, leading me to warmly recommend this accommodation.

I recently stayed at the Akra collection, and it was an exceptional experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. Staff extremely courteous, PAK in particular went out of her way to make my stay memorable, she is very pleasant, helpful and professional. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, with the front desk staff providing a warm welcome and detailed information about the hotel’s amenities. Throughout my stay, the service was top-notch, with attentive staff always ready to help with a smile. My room was a perfect retreat. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep each night.

This was a beautiful property. There seemed to be construction happening around the hotel but it did not take away from our experience. It is a bit isolated but we were able to book private transportation to and from the hotel.

Best holiday we have ever had, everyone at Akra was so accommodating and helpful, not one negative thing about the place. It’s been a month and I’m already looking at dates to book with Akra again.

Stayed in the "Pool Access Room" and enjoyed it thoroughly. The pool is amazing and caters for all swimmers with it's varying depths, fountains and shaded areas. Breakfast is good but sometimes the food can get cold because too much has been put out. Overall pretty good.

The villa sometimes had abit of a sewerage smell coming from the bathrooms but I've experienced that with most of the villas I've stayed at in Thailand. It isn't walking distance to anything but you can hire a scooter which is so much fun or the hotel offers free shuttle to a few eateries, beach, etc.

The Villa’s themselves are lovely, the beds aren’t too comfortable which is a positive in Thailand, and the pool is a good size and shaded for most of the day which you need. The main thing to be ware of which isn’t warned on the Expedia information is the owner will charge you for the electricity you use and as you can imagine with the climate you need that air conditioning on !!! 8 day stay there and we had to pay 1500 baht which is about £37 not too much but never seen this before anywhere unless a condo. The other issue is the remoteness of the villas I’ve driven in Thailand before so that isn’t an issue, it’s just you have to drive 10 mins plus for the basic 7-Eleven, plus we were the only customers so just one security guard at night and sometimes no one around at all during the day it makes you feel I little on nervous if something happened. In all the normal staff who appeared were helpful, but I have to agree with other reviews the manager wasn’t a people person at all and should never be allowed to be customer facing, she should take lessons from the other staff there!!! In summary great villa nice and quiet but I would never go back.

Pros: Amenities are awesome and rooms great. More like an AirBnB than a villa. Downsides: No toothbrushes. 1500 Baht cleaning fee when you leave, they make you pay for electricity... ended up paying an additional $200 unexpectedly as I did not read the fine print. Price isn't as great with this in mind. Quite far from anything nearby. Stay here if you plan to stay in mostly and drink at the pool - not great for local beaches, tourist sights, or restaurants.

호텔위치가 좀 외진곳에 있어 렌트카등 다른 교통수단이 없으면 예매합니다.하지만 객실 상태 나 직원들의 서비스는 상당히 좋습니다.대신 스파비용은 좀 비싸네요. 아 그리고 3박이상은 추가 전기요금이 징수되니 잊지마시길 바랍니다. 3박5일 일정이라면 첫날밤은 다른곳에서 간단히 하루를 이용하고 오는것도 좋을듯 합니다. 일행들끼리 또는 가족끼리만의 오붓한 시간을 보내기엔 참 좋은곳입니다.

Loved our time there. Marc and Sunny were very nice, friendly and easy to work with (and didn't make fun of our stupid questions). I am already trying to put together a trip next year and we'll definitely be looking at staying with them again.
