Beautiful house with a great swimming pool and lovely outdoor facilities including an outdoor shower. The house is well equipped, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for a family of two adults, a young adult and a teenager. Parking is next to the house. Alberto is the perfect host along with his mum and sister. House was spotlessly clean on arrival, fresh bedlinen and towels were provided within the first week. Wine, water bottles, biscuits, and cereal were available to start our stay. We highly recommend Casa Vecchio Mulino 🙂

We had a wonderful stay in Casa Vecchio! Our first time in Piemonte and what an experience! Everyday enjoying the beautiful region followed by a refreshing swim in the fantastic pool, as well as the good coffee in the morning. Very friendly hosts who can always be contacted during the stay. The house is nice with a lot of space. Also very close to supermarkets and to the beautiful city of Alba (8 minutes by car).

Everything was just excellent. Wonderful place to stay with the family - the hosts are super caring and helpful. Excellent location and comfort!! Will come back again for sure.

Villa Principessa is in the perfect location to get a true local feeling of Lake Como. It is set on a hill in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the lake and plenty of room. Our family was greeted with a wonderful welcome basket filled with snacks. The rooms were very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped for making an evening meal with the whole family. The house has impeccable landscaping and a pool you'll love to relax in. You can easily access the beach from a peaceful 4 minute walk on a secluded trail with a waterfall. At the bottom of the trail there is a hotel restaurant that has the most delicious pizza. Our contact and host- Deborah and Greta- were absolutely amazing! They answered any questions we had and were very accommodating with all of our needs including check-in, check-out, crib availability, payments, and any other questions we had. Deborah was quick to respond to all of our emails and was very easy to contact during the whole process. Her professionalism made all of our travel worries disappear! All of our expectations were met and you won't be disappointed with choosing this villa!

The villa is beautiful and has everything what you might need. The view is incredible and the pool as well as bbq is great. The town is less touristy so you have more space for yourself. However, it is 10-20min drive to all the tourist activities. It is only 3min walk to town and lake. It was perfect for us.

Fantastic view that you can't get enough of. The villa itself is very beautiful and well enough for 14 people! Everything was clean, enough towels for all guests, great guest gift, good communication before and during the stay and complicated check-out.

Barbara is a fantastic host, she is very helpful in advising us where to go and eat. She is accommodating and friendly. We totally enjoy our stay in her villa. She prepared breakfast every morning with different choices for our 6 days there. The villa is spacious, clean and kitchen is fully equipped.

Amazing property and location. Highly recommend. The hosts are absolutely superb and go out of their way to ensure a perfect stay. I can’t wait to go back again.

Everything about this Villa was wonderful. Barbara was a perfect host and brought us warm croissants every morning.

We spent four days at this villa on Lake Como, and overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay. The size and upkeep of the property deserve commendation, as does the enchanting view of Lake Como from the villa. The house itself has a certain charm and was very clean and well-equipped during our stay. Notably, the heated whirlpool and the two terraces overlooking the lake were among the highlights of the accommodation. The hospitality of the host was pleasant and helpful, which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Overall, we are considering booking this villa again and can recommend it.

The views are absolutely amazing. It's a large, private property with amazing views from the bedrooms, the gardens, the hot tub, etc. Just stunning. The villa is large with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable fits 12. Deborah, our host, was super responsive both before and during our stay, and is really service-minded. Thank you!

Fantastic location. View onto Lake Como unbelievable. When dishwasher broke host was able to get it fixed quickly. Lovely grounds. Not overlooked.

Our stay at the villa was unforgettable. The panoramic view of the lake, sunsets and mountains took our breath away daily. The villa is spacious, very clean, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay, whether you’re a family or a group of friends. Even though the weather was spring-like, the warm outdoor pool with jacuzzi features made it a joy to swim and relax throughout the day. The kitchen had everything we needed, and both sauna and hammam were great highlights. I can also mention outdoor sauna with a view over Como and mountains, from which you can go into relatively cold plunge/shower also outdoors - and then back to sauna to enjoy the view and relax. The villa is peacefully located right on the lakefront. There was a barbecue area, though we didn’t get a chance to use it. Special thanks to Alizée for being so attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The sweets for breakfast were delicious! The only downside? Time passed too quickly — we truly didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful villa with lovely gardens in a quieter part of the Lake Como area. The beach and Onnolulu bar (for drinks and kayak rental) are just across the road. Alizee and her team do a great job of making sure that the guests are looked after.

We were welcomed by the very friendly owner Guilio. The house was beautiful and very comfartable. We enjoyed the pool and it was a short walk (10min) to the old center of Alba.

Beautiful view and a high quality property. Loved the fresh tomatoes and fruit to be picked! Giorgio, our host, was extremely accommodating and helped with restaurant and attraction recommendations. Also loved the small touches like the bread sticks wine and olive oil upon arrival. The pool was great!

There is a lot to like for this property. The location is excellent as one can walk into the city of Alba and enjoy bars, restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, all of it! ...by foot. No parking costs and no messing with the car and no wasting time for parking as the property has a gated parking lot. The villa and all the rooms are great and the view is absolutely spectacular. The host is amazing and very helpful and knows basically everything and everyone in and around Alba (restaurants, wineries, wine bars) - THANK YOU Giulio for everything - All in all this was an amazing stay and a first-class property. We all loved the place.

I can’t say enough about this amazing and beautiful Villa! The views are just breathtaking! The Villa itself is spacious, clean, open and airy. The outdoor space is perfect! spacious home, kitchen and dining areas were nice. Main bedrooms were all on different floors which our 3 couples liked.

The size of the villa was perfect for the 9 of us. The position of the bedrooms on different floors provided privacy. Also the location of the property is absolutely perfect, a private beach across the street, restaurants with in walking distance and if you’re hiring a boat excursion the walk to the dock is less then 10 minutes.

Beautiful mansion in the hills with a great pool for some cooling of. The apartment was very comfortable and atmospheric. The little kitchen in the closet was just perfect, everything we needed was there. We had a warm welcome by Romeo and his wife and when we decided we wanted to stay an extra day this was no problem at all. Nice restaurants - both high end and children proof - just down the hill. Overall very charming and comfortable. Nothing fancy, great value. Highly recommended.

It was great that everyone had their privacy while being able to come together whenever they choose. A bathroom for each apartment was fantastic for this type of family trip as well.

The house was perfect for our group of 15 people from several different families. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and a good size. The outside facilities (pool, sauna, steam room, table tennis, fussball, etc.) were great for relaxing and having fun, and the sound system kept the mood. The outside seating was excellent for group dinners. The donkeys, horses and cows were great company, too! The house was also a great starting point for lots of hiking and running opportunities in the mountains. There were several restaurants in short walking distance that were really nice - Rusall, La Fagurida, and Al Veluu in particular. The small paths made it easy to get down to Tremezzo - although the walk up again in the heat was a bit much for some! Guiseppe was a great host and very responsive to any needs or questions.

Lots of space in this beautiful house, swimming pool and hot tub were very nice. Grounds were beautiful, loved the donkeys. Host was friendly and attentive, facilities were all great. We had an amazing time and would love to come back.

Podere Brughee is peaceful and relaxing. We were a group of 8 family and friends and all were so comfortable. The internet was good! Giuseppe was so helpful.

Giuseppe was a great host and responded to questions quickly and helpfully. The accommodation was stunning and the gazebo with sound system just brilliant.

We had the most wonderful stay and can't wait to return. The villa is beautiful. It's all brand new, completely spotless, fantastic amenities and the view was incredible. I would also mention that we have a baby and the cot was the best one we've ever been supplied with! All rooms have separate air conditioning which was great given the temperature was in the high 30's when we were there! The pool and the gardens are stunning - the flowers were beautiful and clearly a lot of thought and work has gone into making it perfect. Yes you do have to drive down into Menaggio but we didn't see that as an issue - getting there early helps with the parking but we never had a problem. For those with kids - there is a good park right outside the gate opposite the property and you can walk along to the ice cream parlour at the end of the road. All in all a wonderful stay and thank you to Samuel for being so helpful on watsapp and making great recommendations for our stay.

The Villa was awesome, clean and almost every room had a spectacular view! The view of the lake and the mountains were breathtaking! The pool was fantastic! The owner was more than courteous to provide sparkling water, still water and coffee upon our arrival. They also treated us to a bottle of Champagne and Red wine. The property was a gem of Lake Como, we could not have asked for a better location or a more beautiful Villa. The grounds were immaculate, Perfect! This place was a dream come true! We hope to visit again someday!

We had such a relaxing 3 days here, everything was perfect. The villa is amazing, the view from terrace is breathtaking overlooking mountains and Lake Como. Our beds were very comfortable, toilet and bath clean and cozy. Lovely backyard and nice outdoor pool. Very easy to get around by car, 10 min to the city center and local restaurants with amazing food and drinks. This property truly makes you feel like you are home. Thank you owners for such a lovely stay here at Paradise Villa. Will definitely came back.

The property is large with plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner plus a grill outside. We had a big group and everyone was happy with the place. A beautiful view no matter where you stand at on the property. And Luda is amazing and so helpful. She helped us plan our travel to the winery, which was really worth the trip. I would recommend that to everyone. Also the bus stops right by the villa so if you choose to use it, the c120 bus is what you wanna take up or down depending on where you wanna go.

This is a very great location! It's very proper, the view is astonishing, the air is very clean, one of the most clean areas of Italy. The hosts are incredibly nice and helpful. We've travelled a lot, but never stayed anywhere with hosts like this. There's a great garden, nice and big swimmingpool, the rooms and bathrooms are fabulous. When you want to stay anywhere near the Como lake or Lugano lake, book this place, you won't regret!

Ludmila was a fantastic host, who went above and beyond. When we were on our way to the villa we got stranded half an hour away with 2 flat tires on our rental car and no taxi service available. She came with her neighbour and picked us up. During our short stay she was very helpful and always on hand The villa itself and the garden was charming and nicely located. Very comfortable beds, well furbished bathroom and good coffee machine

We had an amazing stay in this Villa, in a beautiful and romantic room with a full view on Como Lake. The owner Chanel spoiled us since we were the only guests! Really grateful and I hope to go back sooner or later!

The accommodation was exceptionally cosy, extremely well designed with even furniture in the style of the year of build of the Villa!

This place is beyond extraordinary — it had everything we needed: high-quality coffee makers, a beautiful kitchen, a cozy fireplace. Truly lovely.

They were also very helpful in accommodating our very early morning departure. Loved it!

The house was a great fit for our family! Everything was new and clean, well equipped the host was super responsive and nice. The location is amazing and the pool was the cherry on top!

The Town of Lierna is a perfect spot to relax and renew energy in. A lot of great restaurants and activity on a decent price. The view is amazing and people are friendly. This hidden gem of Italy is perfect for friends how want to relax, enjoy good food and go around the area on easy activities. The House is big with newly renovated rooms and air conditioning in all rooms. We were five friends that came and stayed for a week, we would recommend this house to groups that want to relax and enjoy all the best Italy has to offer.

The poor is lovely. The property is spacious. It is a 2 min walk away from a restaurant (il Crotto) and 15 min walk away from a supermarket. We stayed here 5 nights and didn’t require a car as the public transport is quite good.

The location of the villa was super. There was plenty of rooms/privacy and everything was clean and cozy. The communication with the owners was also 10+

despite the driveway being difficult to navigate sue to its narrow entry and busy road, our family loved having our week long family reunion here. This historical villa has beautiful views and traditional furnishings which along with some modern conveniences was a perfect venue for us. Due to Europe’s heatwave, some of the smaller bedrooms were hot but we managed with fans and had the kids sleep on a sofa in the air conditioned master loft. The swimming pool was a lovely respite from the heat and after a long day of sightseeing! kids loved it!

This is a beautiful, clean, well-maintained villa and the views of Menaggio/Lake Como were truly stunning. There was plenty of room for our group and the photos on the website were very accurate. The house, especially the kitchen, were more than well-equipped with everything we could need to cook beautiful meals at home. Our contact at the property, George, went way above and beyond to help us when one of us needed medical attention (the hospital was a short walk from the villa), and George also helped us arrange transportation to the Milan train station at the end of our stay. He was available for any and every question we had, even in the evenings, and the attention and quick response time were amazing. We loved being steps away from the most amazing gelato! The ferries to Varenna and Bellagio were fairly easy to manage, though we spent a lot of time waiting (for the bus to take us to town, for the ferry to take us to Bellagio, etc).

Very Italian experience, lovely and accommodating host and very professional staff, thank you for a lovely experience⭐️💫

Who doesn't love that? The rooms are stupidly big. No doubt great if you have lots of kids. The AC is remarkably good. I've been in hotels costing four times more with AC that doesn't work - Le Touquet WM comes to mind. This is so good. Well too good. I was too tired to work it out and I was a bit freezy. Breakfast also bizarre. Kids and pink donuts and chocolate cake? Go for it! Theres no toaster??!! But a really good selection of seeds - which I love. They added charges on at the end which made me think I should have gone via a booking site I normally use. But let's not be grumpy. I doubt the difference was that much.

Big family room the bed were confortable nice swimming pool close to bus stop.

The air conditioning worked well at this property and the pool was very enjoyable for my children. The restaurant is good. They offer a buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, cheeses, fruits and so fourth.

Good hotel, nice staff. Nice swimming pool. Very good that breakfast is free for children.

After a long day of travelling it was lovely to have a carpark at the property that was very reasonably priced . Also with a lift to take our luggage up . We were able to go and eat when we arrived which was around 10pm . Staff were friendly and helpful

It’s very hot in June, but our room was always comfortably cool with the ac. The breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the location. It was away from the city center, but just close enough that we were able to get to everything easily. We also had a rental car and the parking lot was huge and made parking simple for us. It was also close to a mall, cinema and many stores and restaurants.

Everything about the NH Hotel in Assago was excellent. The staff were exceptionally courteous and welcoming. The breakfast was truly good, offering plenty of choice and quality. The entire facility was very clean and well maintained, and its location made it easy to reach nearby places. The gym was also well equipped and convenient to use. Overall, my experience was entirely positive.

Everything was as expected. Breakfast was very good. Getting there from the freeway was easy, parking was easy, and the hotel was very close to the Unipol Forum, where we had booked a show. It's also very close to the subway.

Super clean room, super friendly staff and awesome location for us. We were doing a roadtrip through Italy so staying outside of Milan with cheap parking was great! And it's very easy to get to the town centre.

Very good for the price. The room size is in the small side, but that's typical for Italy

We had a pleasant overnight stay at the Hotel Concord. The breakfast was very good and staff were pleasant. The room was nice The Hotel is within a couple minutes walk to Porta Nuova train station which is quite convenient and one of the reasons for selecting the Hotel Concord. Just don’t make the mistake we did and get off at the Porta Susa stop which is a 25 minute walk. We made that mistake , but luckily got a taxi to take us right to the hotel . Turin is a pretty city and the Royal Palace museum is beautiful . Try to stop at the Cafe Al Bicerin.

If you’re travelling by train, it’s ideal - a five minute walk. It’s close to major landmarks - ten minutes from the Egyptian Museum, three from Via Roma for shopping. Friendly and helpful staff, with excellent English, happy to order a taxi, offer a restaurant recommendation, directions, a spare heater for an unwell guest. If you’re travelling with seniors, it’s perfect. Working lifts, rooms closest to the elevators have accessibility features, ramps are available to access the breakfast room, good signage. Excellent buffet breakfast - greet choice of savory/sweet options.

It's my forth time in that hotel. The reviews about dirthiness of that place are absurd. The room is impecable clean. The shower is great with good preassure and a lot of amenities. Bathrobes are provided. The breakfast is of great variaty. The location is in unbeatable: 5-7 minute walk from Egipt museum, 3 minute- to Porta Nuova station. Last but not least. The personell is extreemely helpful and kind. The kept the parcel for us and upgraded the room. Such things are never forgotten. Can't recomment enough!

Location is wonderful. Not only the hotel is very closed to the centre but also walking distance from the railways station. Additionally, if you really have to travel by car (as I did), car park is available (pricey but invaluable). the lobby is spacious with lots of chairs and sofas, in case one needs to wait or meet someone. Rooms are vey nice. The breakfast buffet is really spectacular both in variety and quality. Do not miss it!

Great, central location, a 5 minute walk from Porta Nuova, the main train station in Turin, with several attractions within walking distance. The front desk was very accommodating. It was Superbowl Sunday with the game from 12:40-4:30 AM, and i was not sure where or if it was being shown on Italian TV. But they helped me and i got to watch the entire game in Italian language. 😊

I stayed at this hotel for one night in early October and had a very good experience and pleasant stay. The hotel room was very clean, modern, large and smelled good. The room had decent amenities including a safe deposit box, blow dryer, refrigerator (with free drinks), and a flat screen TV with multiple foreign language channels. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The hotel room was modern, but the hallway was outdated, however, it was very clean and smelled good. The elevator is small but functions quickly and was always readily available to me. The hotel staff was very professional, attentive, friendly & accommodating. I felt very comfortable and was well taken care of by the staff. The staff assisted me with finding local attractions and public transportation. The breakfast was very good with many hot and cold items. The hotel is located on a quiet side street so there was not a lot of street noise. The hotel is also located within a short walking distance, 6-8 minutes, from the central train station with easy access to the metro system and trains to the airport. I had a great stay at the Berna Hotel and highly recommended this hotel. I will stay there again when I visit Milan.

We had a great stay at Hotel Berna! The location was perfect ... ~10 minute walk from Milano Centrale train station. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable ... air conditioning worked perfectly and the hotel does have an elevator. Very nice bathroom and shower. Complimentary drinks (water, soda) refilled daily in room fridge. Enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet (at extra charge) ... included a variety of items (pastries, fresh fruit, breads, cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage, meats, cheeses, etc.) The staff were great! Extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist with any questions or concerns. Many great restaurants within walking distance ... but had to take a taxi to shopping and Duomo. Minimal cost, but just a bit too far to walk in the heat. Would definitely recommend a stay at Hotel Berna ... we've been here twice and will stay again if we're lucky enough to spend a few days in Milan in the future.

Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The only slightly negative thing to point out is the rooms are dated/old and you can hear your neighbors’ conversations, when they use the bathroom, etc. But everything in the room worked fine and that is all I cared about. The staff were great, and the breakfast was wonderful (a great start to my day). The best part is the location. It is only a couple of blocks from Centrale station, and I knew I would be coming into Milan that way as well as taking a tour out of there – so it was very convenient. Plus, there was a Metro stop (which I used a lot) right on the corner. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance including a Michelin-rated dim sum place that ended up being one of my favorite meals. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights on a mid week break and enjoyed every minute of the experience. The hotel is lovely, it is a small-mid sided family ran hotel which provides great service, great staff and great value. Our room on the 2nd floor was spacious and comfortable. Good sized bed which was also really comfortable. The staff are all so helpful and friendly from the lovely waiter who gave us our Cappuccino every morning before we asked, the front desk team are all very helpful and especially the Bar Manager (he may be called Dan but definitely begins with a D….he has a Pony Tail) who was so nice and helpful, advising on wine and encouraging us to come in for the Happy Hours (5pm-9pm) with the real nice selection of food and snacks. If we came again to Milan we would definitely stay.

I would like to thank Aron, who works at the hotel reception. For the first time in 20 years of traveling, we encountered a problem with booking.com—the hotel could not see our reservation, and the prepaid amount had not been received by the hotel. After three hours of sorting things out with the booking operators, Aron made sure we didn’t get upset, gave us a discount, and even included breakfast as a bonus. Aron, thank you so much! The hotel is wonderful, located in a beautiful tower that even attracts guided tours to showcase its charm. There’s an observation deck at the top with stunning views. The hotel’s location is superb—close to the Duomo yet tucked away on a quiet street. The cleaning service is excellent as well. I was pleased with the quality wooden flooring, though I would have appreciated slippers in the room. I highly recommend the city of Turin and its surroundings. I used to underestimate it—many people think of it as just a stopover city for winter skiing in the mountains. However, Turin boasts magnificent palaces, cathedrals, and museums that might not catch the eye at first glance but leave you awestruck with their beauty.

We spent 5 nights at the NH Collection Torino Santo Stefano. We were allocated a room with 2 bathrooms - one for abled and one for disabled guests. What a luxury. Apart from this there was a comfortable large bed with plenty of pillows, good quality bathroom amenities, a perfect room clean and turn down service. The breakfast buffet is fairly large and the staff are very friendly and remember your preferences after just one day. Also the reception staff are very knowledgeable about the area and always happy to answer any questions you may have. The hotel has secure parking garage which was highly appreciated. And last but not least, the location is absolutely ideal. The large central market, Porta Palatina, Palazzo Reale and Duomo are all just around the corner. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within a few steps. The hotel is wheelchair accessible with big enough lifts, automatic doors at the entrance and toilets for guests with a disability. A great hotel we can highly recommend.

We recently stayed in the NH Collection Torino Santo Stefano during a quick visit to the city. From the moment we stepped inside the hotel, our experience was excellent. The staff was helpful and proffessional, very attentive. Our room was well equipped, clean and nicely warm. The shower had excellent pressure and temperature. And we did not hear any noise at night. We visited the bar and the restaurant, both were excellent. The bar was quiet and had a good selection of drinks. The breakfast is good too, with fresh coffee prepared for you and a nice selection of cold cuts, cheese, fruit, bread, etc. And the restaurant was the highlight of our stay in the hotel: the food was perfect, tasty, elegantly presented and very authentic. We will definitely come back whenever we visit Torino.

Hotel was everything you need for a city stay with clean, comfortable, quiet rooms, a good breakfast area and close to the key city landmarks. On arriving late, check-in was quick and efficient meaning I was in my room in within minutes of arriving. Excellent location with bars and restaurants in abundance just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Best feature of the hotel is the open lobby area with a wooden sloping staircase and clear glass atrium that features a 360 viewing platform on the top floor. Taxi requests were promptly made and managed by room number to avoid confusion when taxis arrived outside the reception area and never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Great hotel in a great location.

I stayed at the NH Santo Stefano last week and it was perfect. It is one of my favorite NH properties across the company's portfolio of hotels. For this stay I'd like to particularly call out the outstanding service of Mauro at the Front Desk. He was a wonderful help to my girlfriend and I throughout out our stay. He was super helpful both in his regular duties working the front desk as well as providing us with guidance and recommendations of the best of Torino. He's a tremendous asset and helped to make our stay in Torino very memorable.

This is a luxury hotel in every sense of the word. We had a lake view room on the top floor which was beautiful. The room and bathroom were a really good size and the hotel itself is like stepping back in time. We used the outdoor pool which has a lovely bar/restaurant next to it, as well as the indoor pool with superb spa rooms (sauna/steam room, etc). One of the best indoor pools I've experienced. Gym was great too if that's your thing. Will definitely return.

The building and grounds are extraordinary. The spa and indoor pool are very luxurious and a nice option when the weather doesn't allow for using the outdoor pool. The staff had very kindly provided additional softer pillows.

Gorgeous charming hotel in a great location. Beautifully remodeled bathroom. Fantastic balcony overlooking Lago Maggiore. Staff was super and the spa/pools were amazing. Salt water pool was very enjoyable. The Hemmingway bar was a classic!

The breakfast Buffet was exceptional, the pool outstanding, the pool restaurant relaxed, exactly what one would want. The main restaurant deserves Michelin stars.

Definitely recommend treating oneself to a room with a terrace, great way to dry clothes over an extended stay like ours and of course beautiful sea views! Breakfast was outstanding and evening dinners were exceptional. Convenient taxi stand right outside and elevator to the city center a block away. Short walk to the boardwalk overlooking the sea. Grocery, Bakery, Pharmacy and a number of restaurants close by. Quiet area of the city as well, highly recommend and will be back! Melia Customer Service Reps are impressive on the phone and eager to assist. Enjoy!

I never really leave reviews. But feel like I have to for this one. This hotel in every way was one of the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Very helpful with recommending us where to go in or near Genova. Breakfast was amazing and high quality. The pool which you have to book was actually a great feature because you have the whole area to yourself when booked in. The gym was enough to get a good workout done. The location is perfect to get into the city and to be away from it all at the same time. Can’t recommend it more. I left so much out.

Fabulous stay here…..a little bit of luxury for us after staying in a few apartments. The staff were lovely and attentive, the bar & restaurant great (delish pesto pasta too!). We also made the most of the gym, pool and steam room. It’s in a quieter more residential part of town but still very walkable to the old town and port, all very lovely.

As expected a stunning Melia hotel. Room was large, immaculate with 5 star touches, robes, slippers, Rituals toiletries, mini bar and coffee machine. Just perfect for our 3 night stay. Breakfast was good, Spa/pool were a nice addition. The cocktails at the bar were amazing. Ideal for a city break. Staff were brilliant.

Lovely rooms, nice indoor pool in basement, great service and fabulous location. We stayed for 8 nights and used it as a base for exploring both Genova and doing day trips to Turin, Cinque Terre as well as Portofino, San Margherita Lingure and Rapallo.

Excellent clean hotel in super location right beside the Train station in the centre of Turin. The hotel staff are Fantastic, especially the staff working at reception. Sara was amazing, I called the hotel a few weeks in advance of our stay to confirm the secure on site parking and she was very helpful on the phone. She even remembered me when I mentioned the phone call to her. That is customer service!! Check in was easy and smooth, the man at reception even provided a local map with restaurants marked out that the hotel recommend. The room was big with a street view. Overall, very clean, safe & secure parking and amazing staff. Thank you for your Hospitality.

Everything was absolutely excellent, but a very special mention for the breakfast which was comprehensive and the best value of a breakfast anywhere! The choice put many, many hotel breakfasts to shame. There were hot dishes, cereals, a cold buffet, an amazing selection of patisseries, plus very good coffee and other beverages. The hotel also recommended some good, nearby restaurants as we didn't want to go back into the centre and towards tourist orientated restaurants. We definitely approved of their choices! Altogether a vtop of our list.ery happy experience, and if ever we return to Turin, this hotel will be the top of our list. A big thank you to the staff also!

The room was spotless and well-equipped with a sink, stove, fridge, coffee machine, and a spacious bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The rooftop features a large jacuzzi, plenty of sofas, deck chairs, and a hammock near the bar, providing a perfect spot to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made a special effort to supply me with gluten-free choices 👍

We stayed here 4 nights with our group of 14 & everything was excellent. Our room with a balcony was very comfortable. There was one day we did not feel well so we did not go sightseeing with our group. We rested all day enjoying our sunny balcony. The hotel graciously packed us a lunch & when we checked out and asked for our bill, they said it was complimentary! Everyone at the desk was kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, plentiful and everything beautifully presented. They do not have a dining room (beyond breakfast) but there is a very good pizzeria very close by that was walking distance. This is a very well-run small hotel.

We stayed at the apartment which is located above the hotel (walking distance up the hill, but don't do it with luggage), we used our car and you get a passcode for the gate so it's very secure - 3 adults. amazing views, really beautiful apartment, brand new and super comfortable, well designed and airy. nice well kept grassy garden outside. very spacious, lots of storage space, very comfortable beds and fabulous luxurious shower with lots of features. Sparkling clean. loved everything and with we could have stayed longer. Staff were very nice and helpful with tips and anything we needed. Didn't use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped

The hotel is situated only a five minutes walk away from the city centre of Saint Vincent, a little village with a lot of nice bars, great restaurants and some quality shops. The hotel rooms are very well equipped and very comfortable, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. From the balcony you do have a perfect mountain view. There are parking facilities just in front of the hotel. Price quality ratio is excellent, if you like driving the hotel is just half an hour from Cervinia ski resort, from which you can basically jump to Zermatt Switzerland by skilifts and by skiing.

Had an amazing 3 night stay in this beautiful hotel set in a wonderful location. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The views from our balcony were of the mountains. Stunning location. Excellent choices for breakfast. The hotel is close to other towns so easy access. We were able to use the garage to park our car so it's very secure! Would recommend this wonderful hotel when staying in Aosta Valley! Well done to Alberto and his team, they make you feel very welcome!

This hotel is outstanding. Fantastic staff, really great SPA (we loved the outdoor pool!), one of the best breakfasts I ever had at a hotel. Nice, comfy rooms and don't miss out on the bar menu at the hotel! They claim not to offer dinner - but the small plates offered at the bar is more than enough for breakfast. The drinks were also amazing - and the bartender too :) The hotel also offers a shuttle to the gondola that we used, very nice!

Nice and clean rooms! The Turkish bath and the saunas are very good, albeit small. Perfect for two people! The outdoor pool is the main attraction and is a very nice temperature. The breakfast is well assorted. PS. Beware. There might be loud people audio commenting everything, even in the spa. But for us it was a fun experience overall😅😂

This hotel is in a very good location for pretty much everything a tourist wants in Turin. The room was surprisingly lovely and well-furnished; the bed was comfortable; the colazione (breakfast) was superb. There were a few wee issues: my shower doesn't drain, because the floor isn't level; there are two shower heads and one of them doesn't work at all (luckily, I only needed one!): the outlet for the toasters in the breakfast room isn't working right now; the safe is broken in Room 112, and there is some kind of event space or something right above room 112, because there were a lot of chairs scraping, things banging, and the smell of harsh cleaning fluids starting around 11 PM. The small steel safety enclosure outside my balcony was one of several set into a large patio that is used as a smoking area, although I have smelled smoke in the hallway (but I bet not with the hotel's knowledge!). This open-air patio is surrounded on all sides by what I suspect are apartments, so there are children and dog sounds that start early and go late. Or maybe that was a guest's dog, since apparently pets are allowed in the rooms. (I'm OK with that personally). None of this is uncommon for a city hotel, and it has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Just pointing out that if noises like that bug you too, you'll be happy you brought your best ear plugs. I am giving this 5 stars. For an urban Italian hotel in this price range, it's quite typical, even a little nicer than most.

This hotel is in a very good location in Turin, a block off the main areas. The room was delightfully decorated, and mostly clean (a little mold in the shower stall). The weirdest thing was that the water cannot drain in the shower, because the drain is not the lowest part. Also, the courtyard is part of a residential complex, so there were babies and dog noises. My room was lovely to look at, but there was some kind of public space above me, so I was awoken each night to furniture being moved around for 15-30 minutes, and the strong smell of antiseptic cleaning fluid of some kind. The breakfast was nice, but the reception and wait staff seem really unhappy. I feel like there could be some management issues here. I have stayed in hotels in Italy countless times over many years, so this wasn't cultural - there was something lacking in their esprit de corps all four nights I was there. I saw one manager with a blond ponytail running and barking orders. She may be the issue, I couldn't tell you, but I suspect they have high turnover. The hotel is beautiful, though, with an exceptionally comfortable bed.

Amazing room, good breakfast, the location of the hotel and most important the staff at the reception: very friendly, supportive and helpful. Huge thanks to the receptionist Suhaira, she was very helpful to rearrange my booking, when I had to depart earlier, also helping with my asks. Thank you so much, you’re the best! And huge thanks to a person who gave me the quiet room as per my request, even for a short stay I enjoyed it a lot. If I ever be back to Turin, I’ll definitely stay there again. All the best to the hotel and the people working there!

It was about 1/2 mile walk from the train station and was in the heart of Turin. It was right around the corner from the pedestrian street with tons of outside dining and shopping. Very lively and fun location to have a cocktail in the afternoon with all the locals. Easy to walk to all the historical parts of Turin. Breakfast was good and basic with a variety of breads, yogurts, and fruit. It is a small hotel which I always enjoy because you see the same staff everyday and they remember you. I would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic location - just around the corner from the Palazzo Madama, Royal Palace, etc. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Everything you could want and more. Good comfortable bed, Huge double shower (in our room). Big sink and space to arrange bathroom items. Good dry sauna (seemed like we were the only ones to ever use it) that heated up very quickly. Friendly staff. Provided feather pillows at my request. Mini fridge in room. Wifi stayed connected (unlike some hotels that disconnect you all the time). We even had a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. Many hotels don't even have windows that open.

Grazie mille, Stephanie! I will never forget your kindness. This hotel is in a great location for exploring the city center. If you have heavy or lots of luggage, it is 8-10 euros from Genoa Centrale Principe. Wish I had known - I'd still have a phone. Given I had no phone and thus no directions, I was given a map and instructions which were very easy to follow. It is minutes from many of the must see places in Genoa. Genoa itself is probably one of my favorite cities in Italy. It has it's gritty side but in general, incredibly beautiful, accessible and walkable. Hotel Doria is a perfect place to set off on your adventure. Upstairs to the right great coffee bar too!

I had such a great stay at Hotel Doria! The front desk lady was so warm and welcoming, which made checking in a breeze. The room was much bigger than I expected, super clean, modern, and really cozy—perfect for the cold weather. Breakfast was well worth it, especially the salty options with lots of prosciutto—such a nice touch! What really stood out was how thoughtful and flexible the staff was. The weather was bad on my last day, and they were kind enough to offer a late checkout without any fuss. They even called me a cab, which made everything so much easier. Honestly, for the price, this place is amazing value—comfortable, well-located, and with genuinely great service. Would absolutely stay again! 😊

The location of the hotel was great, it's in the middle of the city centre. We were welcomed by a really nice and helpful lady in the reception who gave us a map over Genova and recommended some areas we should check out. The room was nice, great air condition, big comfortable bed and amazing shower. Lots of soft towels also! Everyone working there seemed very nice and spoke good English. Sold cheap soda and water bottles in the reception. We got a pincode to enter both the main and our own door so it's easy to come and go as we want.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Doria. I arrived alone as my partner was meeting me later in Genoa and the staff were all amazing, so welcoming and helpful giving me tips for what to do in Genoa that day while I waited for my partner to arrive. The hotel is in a fantastic location, you couldn’t ask for better. The rooms are modern and clean and breakfast on the roof terrace was a lovely addition to our stay. The real highlight for me was the staff, they really made our stay.

Gioia greeted us on our arrival, she was lovely and so helpful & friendly during our stay. The room was perfect and there was plenty of room for the two of us. There was a fridge downstairs in the reception area and you could help yourself to beers, soft drinks and water all reasonably price and settle up payment at the end of your stay, all done on honesty. The hotel was situated very conveniently for visiting the centre of Genoa, a short walk to Piazza De Ferrari.

We have just returned from a 6 night holiday in Italy and our last night in Milan we stayed here. It is a long 20 mins walk from the centre so that was the only minus point. The lovely private courtyard with nice rattan furniture was perfect to return to after eating in the centre of Milan in the evening. And breakfast was really good too- again you could have it out side in the courtyard. The reception area has trendy seating and the air con is so welcome when you walk through the door after a hot walk back from the centre. The staff were very nice on reception and were happy to help in any way possible. We had a lovely spacious room with a fab walk in shower lovely big bed nice bedding etc. We would definitely stay here again - just the walk into the centre was a bit long.but the hotel was just what we like individual/stylish/ perfect service and very reasonable priced.

A good find, a small beautiful hotel in quiet suburb of Milan, but with easy direct access from Linate Airport and the M4 Metro and within quick reach of the Duomo and other key must see areas of Milan including the Galleria and other shops via metro, bus or tram. The hotel lies off a quiet street accessed by a passage to the side of the building and opens you to a beautifully kept and ran property by the management and their team. Breakfasts are good but being of the continental variety may not appeal to those from the UK who may expect eggs and bacon etc. The breakfast area is compact and can become very busy if all guests appear at the same time and use of the lovely outdoor garden area for dining is not possible when the weather is not good. However this was quickly recognised by the hotel team who ensured that more space inside was available from the following day. Would recommend and use again

This chic Milanese Villa in the middle of the town close to everything, is the place to stay when in Milan. Surrounded by a small garden terrace is an oasis of peace and elegance. Its staff is the most kind and professional, attentive and responsive to your requests. The atmosfere inside the hotel is bohemian, if you have tickets to la Scala and you would like to be in the mood, start your journey at MagVille! Amenities are 4 stars hotel and nothings is missing. Bed is super comfy which helps when back from wandering the city streets. I look forward to return and bring friends as it is a special experience. This is a place to stay to avoid sterile 4 stars hotels. I guarantee that you will feel a little nobile when staying here. Special reference to the clean environment! Spotless and how it should be! The hotel rooms are great size and clean updated bathrooms. They have an amazing rooftop terrace that is the best view of the lake in all of Bellagio and they do drinks starting at 7, you can make a reservation at the front desk. The drinks were delish, reasonably price, we ordered so many of passion fruit mojitos. The front desk is very helpful with ANY questions you have to ferry times, holding luggage or renting e bikes , forgotten toiletries, etc. They also offer a spa for an hour each day for hotel guests and free breakfast which is a plus! The spa was very relaxing, they had a jacuzzi, a sauna , salt shower and steam room. We did not try the downstairs restaurant but it was always crowded until closing, so it must have been good. It’s family run and you can really tell and it makes it even more special. We stayed 3 nights and we wished we stayed longer! Until next time

Absolutely a 5 star experience at the best hotel and team in Bellagio. Chiara, Daniele, Paul, Sara, Graziano (my apologies if I have left anyone out) thank you for a lovely and memorable experience. The hotel is perfectly located for both the lake and village, beautifully appointed and immaculate. The rooftop bar is an unbeatable viewing location in Bellagio and the spa is a very modern serene oasis with low and warm lighting. Sitting outside on their comfortable sofas with a Negronis and Aperol Sprtiz watching the parade of ferries and people was lively and enjoyable, yet relaxing. The breakfast is excellent with a wonderful variety of items and again, what a view from the picturesque dining room. Our room was on the side with a small balcony above the cobbled salite with a very pretty view that made us feel like part of the village. The entire team is outstanding, knowledgeable, always greets you with a smile and goes above and beyond to help with any and all questions and needs. For example, I booked late and could not find consecutive days in the same rooms. They obviously worked hard to help me, and accomplished a small miracle and not only found a room for all our nights, but notified me by email the moment they were able to find a solution. Stellar service and people that really cared. We 100% will return to the magic of Hotel du Lac.

We stayed here for 3 nights and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Perfect location to the ferry terminal, shops, restaurants and the stunning views from our balcony. We arrived by car and the hotel did a great job reaching out prior to our arrival to provide options. They reserved a spot at a parking garage as we had a large van. You can park the car for 20 min at the hotel to unload your luggage and then park. Driving thru Bellagio is not easy due to people traffic and very narrow streets. We just left our car in the garage for the entire stay. Our room was on the 4th floor spacious with seating area. Hotel has a rooftop bar open from 7-9 I think, we went once and enjoyed the ambience just wished they played Italian music vs. American. Drinks were very good. Breakfast buffet with a view @7:30 offers something for everyone. Staff was very helpful with answering many questions and explaining how the ferries work and how to read the schedules as it was very confusing. After visiting many other towns we were happy we stayed here it does get very busy during the day but that’s when we went to other towns lol. The morning and nights were amazing to walk around and enjoy Bellagio beauty. Would love to return someday.

A beautifully presented hotel, in a prime location, right next to the small ‘promenade’ or piazza area where the ferries dock. The hotel has a nice outside dining and bar area with heaters and canopies (if raining), which was a great place to watch the world go by. A generous breakfast is included, and the dining room is on the first floor, offering lovely views across the lake. There is also a nice rooftop bar which was not open for drinks when we stayed, but we were able to take our on drinks up and enjoy the views. We were only at the hotel for one night because it was fully booked, but I had notified the team in advance that it was our 30th wedding anniversary. We arrived quite early and asked to leave our bags until it was time to check-in. It was a pleasant surprise to hear that our check-in had been prioritised and our room was ready. We also received a complimentary upgrade to a partial lake view room and a bottle of fizz and a card from the team congratulating us on our anniversary. This really was a lovely gesture. The reception staff (family, I think) were very friendly.

We stayed in Hotel Du Lac & Spa in Bellagio for one night. We were so sad to leave as it was one of the nicest places I have stayed in all of Europe and across the world. I travelled to Lake Como to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday with my sisters. Bellagio is the nicest place in all of the lake and the hotel went above and beyond for us. The rooms are beautifully decorated with white, crisp linen. Rooms are so clean and have all of the necessary amenities including soft towels, robes and slippers. Rooms had a mini bar with great variety and were all so affordable. Food and drinks in the restaurant were amazing with great variety. Definitely opt for including breakfast, it was so tasty with a great variety. The staff are so friendly and went above and beyond for us. They gave us great recommendations for the area and other areas on the lake. it is a hotel with great character and amazing views of the lake. The hotel is in a great location, right across from the station and near other amazing restaurants. You will not regret choosing this as your hotel.

A beautiful hotel, run by friendly warm staff, everyone here was wonderful. Secure car park underground was a bonus. Free parking available on the roads outside. Was passing Bra and needed a stop from UK on route to Levanto. Will be back again no doubt great base for a motorcycle holiday. A very clean hotel, great breakfast.

Could not fault my stay at Phi Cavalieri. The on site restaurant serves the most excellent food and the staff are amazing. The rooms are of a very high standard with everything that you would expect from a 4 star hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Bra.

i spent a night at phi hotel cavallieri in bra. the hotel is new and very comfortable, the team amazing and kind, logistically it is perfect (close to town, highway, short distance from alba), and it great value for money. definitely full marks!

The staff were all lovely, really friendly and helpful. Extremely clean rooms and hotel. The underground safe parking a benefit. However out on the streets there’s free parking in a safe location.

Breakfast gave an excellent choice of continental meats, cheeses, bread, yoghurt, tea and coffees, no mean portions and all served at your table. The Paradise room had a superb 'large'balcony with sunbeds, hammock, table & chairs and a wonderful hottub/jacuzzi. When you mix this with a fantastic view you have an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Moving between coastal towns is made very simple by using the local transport, every 15 mins and at a very reasonable 3 euros. Thank you.

A precious little family hotel in a quiet location right between Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino. The bus stop is right outside and also the Trail of Kisses - a gorgeous pedestrian trek to Portofino with fabulous sea views. The hotel is very chic, old fashion respecting good old values of comfort and quality service. Breakfast was my most favourite experience - you are served with love by the family themselves. At the end they offered us a lovely bottle of Limoncino, mane with lemons from their own orchard. Loved it! I look forward to returning there again. Thank you for the most welcoming stay!

We only spent one night here but it was great. We booked the last free room that unfortunately didn´t have bathroom and we had to walk through the hall with other rooms to get into our bathroom which might be a bit uncomfortable to anyone. But we knew this ahead + if you spend here only 1 night it´s no problem. At the end the price was very reasonable considering you´re so close to one of the most expensive locations in Italy! And both our room and the bathroom were clean. We can totally recommend this hotel!

We could not have been happier with the Hotel Argentina. We had room #10 that was spacious and had its own bathroom. It is a European hotel where there is no lift, so be prepared. The staff is amazing, friendly and we took advantage of their boat tour which I would highly recommend! The location of the property is perfect nestled between Portofino and Santa Margherita Liguria. And you can’t miss some time on the beach of Paraggi bay. We will be coming back!

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. Good location 20mins walk to Portofino and 45mins walk to Santa Margherita..... The views from this area are just magical. This is a family run hotel, small rooms but very clean and everything you need in a hotel room. Breakfast typically European, very fresh and served with a smile. It was an enjoyable stay and we were presented with a bottle of Limoncello by the owner...... lovely touch

It is a very well run hotel, with a huge and bright lobby which is also the place for breakfast and meals, because they good good quality food for a very reasonable price. The rooms are good in terms of bedding and other requirements, they even provide shavers and other amenities which other brands don't necessarily provide anymore. Don't expect a nice view, even my suite did not have one, and don't except to walk out and fond a choice of restaurants and bars. In clear you are about 15 mns by car from the nice part of town, and Turin is amazingly nice. All the staff are really very friendly and there is a 24 hours reception and also a well secured (pay) parking. I don't mean to push for coffee, which too many people abuse, but as "small" details showing how caring they are, you can even have a (or as many as you want) good quality expresso in the lobby for free, whereas in most hotels they have to pay sometimes high prices for a single shot

Another wonderful AC Hotel (have stayed in AC Hotel Pisa too). The building is a converted old pasta factory but done very well. Hotel and rooms are very modern and beautifully furnished. Had a nice spacious double room with separate large washing area, bathroom, sofa and desk. Nice private car park too but a bit on the pricey side. Managed to find alternative street parking close-by but not easy. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, even the cleaners who, seeing that we had borrowed a couple of plates from the dining room one evening, left a tablecloth for the following night. AC Hotels is fast becoming my favourite hotel chain in the north of Italy and they deserve it!!

The hotel is located in a historic area of Turin close to the Lingotto shopping centre which is part of the converted Fiat factory (the transformation is amazing and very eco-friendly). The spacious hotel lobby is light and welcoming and the rooms have plenty of space also. The service was outstanding and the staff went out of their way to help us with any questions. Public transport is easily accessible. The only aspects I would suggest are improved are the WiFi, the garden terrace and the Fitness facilities (the jacuzzi and steam bath weren’t available during our stay which was a shame as the downstairs area has a lot of potential).

That is defenitly an above average AC as we have come to known and appreciate them. The building is great - out of the ordinary indeed - and that gives the guest rooms a lovely shape. Parking garage was there, something I usually don't need but given the perceived security/safety situation in Tornio (mainly gained through driving into town from up north), that is a good investment - €17 - absolutely fair. Then, they had a membership offer to get breakfast for only €2 - great promotion that we did go for. Again, as always in Italy's AC hotels: friendly and efficient staff. Well done.

What a surprise, wowwowww.. never experienced anything like this on this scale, home baked birthday cake !! When we checked out, we received another gift. How amazing. Vivien has some talent ! Again, a BIG thank you to all. We were touched by the excellent gestures, the warmth we received. "Good time never end, you can make it continue" :-)) as I said to the elegant lady when we checked out. Promised, see you all again for another good time.

Breakfast was excellent and the dining room is situated very nicely looking over the river and the mountain across. You can't possibly expect any better service than what you would get from the serving staff. Location served us well since it was close to the gondola station and off from the busy part of the town. More than anything else, all the staff at this hotel is so friendly and professional. We needed to leave early in the morning and they arranged a breakfast for us 20 minutes earlier than the normal time! We genuinely appreciated it since that allowed us to resume the TMB without losing much time. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next We visit the area.

We had the most fantastic stay at Stella Del Noord. It is a quaint family run hotel. The service is incredible and the food simply delicious, every meal was amazing. Chef Nicolo, you are an incredible chef, thank you. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help us. A special thanks to Zoran for going above and beyond to help us always and to Sylvie, Michela and Antonella for your warm friendly and excellent service. you made our stay very special.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, we will be back. super convenient to get to the slopes as well.

Hotel Stella Del Nord is beautifully decorated and is did so to create comfort for it’s clients. The bedrooms are spacious and warm and besides the dinning area there is a very comfortable lounge that looks out over the mountains. The staff are friendly, courteous and very attentive. The breakfast is amazing (healthy and plentiful). The evening meals are a delight if you do not fancy going to town. The ski lift is an easy 7 minutes walk through the old Main Street of the hamlet and is very charming. There is also a bus stop just outside to take you to town if needed.

Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, particularly Lucía who went over and above to ensure everything was amazing for us. She really is the most wonderful thoughtful person. Marco was delightful too, he was in the bar mainly, a wealth of knowledge and couldn’t do enough to make us feel at home and be comfortable. Just a wonderful place, wonderful people. Just to mention the evening meal, a little more choice would have been nice, although €35 was good value for three courses. Great location for the ski lift. Overall. Just wonderful.

We had a fantastic stay when we visited Milan last month. Anastasia at check-in in provided outstanding service which made our stay enjoyable. The pool area is lovely. A little on the small side but fantastic on a hot day.

Overall the staff and services were impeccable, especially at the reception and the restaurants, as well as the car valet and baggage help when arriving and leaving. The spa including the warm pool was perfect, and beach lounge chairs were very comfortable with their top mattress support. The 3 Baci left in our room on the first day were much appreciated also and introduced us to Il Fornaoi. On my previous trips I have purchased from Balzola but now did all my Baci gifts from Il Fornaio. Our first day though was very disappointing because we were assigned chairs on the beach in the last row behind and the last on the border with another hotel with the white fence very close. I felt so confined and couldn’t even move the lounge chair to the left. That gave us such a sad and desperate experience thinking we have been stuck with these assigned seatings throughout our stay while we can see many other available ones all around. I asked if we may have another seating but was not sure they would be able to do anything. The next day fortunately the lady responsable at the beach was able to provide us with a better one. That put our first day experience really low but were happy a better arrangement was reached. Another note mentioning was that the room was not cleaned properly. Chips crumbs remained on the floor. One thing that truly disgusted me was finding clean bath towels left on the bidet! I would expect much better cleanliness standards from the grand hotel. Thank you

The Hotel was superb and we were upgraded to a very large suite with a balcony. The main complaint was with the available menus and breakfast. On arriving for breakfast you had a table with a mat and knife and fork per person. No cups, saucers nor condiments were available. On asking for tea with milk it usually arrived after fifteen to twenty minutes- one pot of hot water, one tea bag per person and a jug of milk.How difficult is it to fill a pot with hot water? and cups; saucers and milk could be made available when a table is initially occupied. The Buffet was adequate; but not as good as other five star hotels. The staff did not attend to replenishing dishes when they were depleted. The scrambled egg dish was usually empty and dried out and I watched for twenty minutes one morning until someone summoned a waiter to get it replenished. We did not have lunch in the Restaurants as we could not find a menu anywhere; other than the Restaurant on the Beach which was small; served exquisite food e.g caviar and even more exquisite prices. We had lunch at nearby restaurants on the beach at a fraction of the price. The evening meal, other than having lunch on the Beach at the "de-Luxe" restaurant appeared to be a Pizza Restaurant, in a smart setting, open to the Public to walk-in with no other food options. We did not see alternative menus anywhere. As my wife is Gluten-free this did not suit us and we again eat out every night at Superb local Restaurants. I would return.

A wonderful, relaxing, rejuvenating, peaceful stay! It is our second visit as we had such a lovely time last year - everything just the same high standard given with the same kindness and generosity of spirit...The Front desk, the sweet Cleaning team, the Bellboys, the Breakfast team, the Bar, the Spa and the Beach team ..wonderful! Alex Cancel is the Head Concierge and it is him that makes the magic happen and brings it all together. As with all the great Concierge's of the top Hotels in the world he works his magic unobtrusively, expertly, quietly and without any fuss. He has one of those very rare qualities of being able to pre-empt what it is you may need or want without you realising it! A beautiful personal note left for us with some delicious Italian Prosecco on arrival, the same stunning Room as last year, the same delicious Cake for my Birthday as last year - he remembers it all! If its 'sold out' tickets for Monaco you covet, he will find a way, a special place for supper in the hills of Alassio - he will know it and arrange it for you... Professional, unassuming and genuinely caring he manages, when he is in the Hotel to just raise the atmosphere to extra special... Everyone seems to genuinely love their job and take pride in it as well as being the sweetest and nicest of people. THIS is what will bring guests back as it certainly has for us! What a glorious surprise Alassio and the gorgeous Grand Hotel Alassio Beach & Spa Resort are! I have visited Italy 8 times over the past 30 years and I had never heard of Alassio but visited this gorgeous town after being recommended by a colleague....I am so very glad that I did visit and stayed here recently for 1 night - I wished I had stayed 3 or 4 nights as the hotel is a gem! I had an Ocean-Facing room and the view was fabulous! The hotel has direct beach access and its own beach club....this is a white sand beach and is about the best beach we saw in the region! The rooms are tastefully furnished and the beds were super comfy. We visited the magnificent spa and had a wonderful massage (thank you Davide!) and then participated in a spa/sauna ritual which had around 20 participants - again, very enjoyable and relaxing. The food was superb at the hotel – we enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast & lunch. The staff in the restaurant were so lovely and helpful and it was one of the best buffet breakfasts that I have enjoyed in Italy. Our interaction with all staff was nothing short of outstanding - special mention to Dario, Alex and Andrea for your attention to detail and approach to service....this hotel is in safe hands with a team like you we will return once again!

Location is great! Close to the train station and close to the main interest areas! Staff was super friendly and very helpful! Breakfast was great! Not a huge variety but for Italy it is a lot(in other hotels fancier than this we got a coffee and a biscuit)! The room size was good and although we found that soundproofing is not the best we did not have a huge amount of noise passing through the walls. Overall a great experience! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

An unexpected and absolute jewel tucked away in downtown Rapallo. We were given a charming little room with its own balcony that had a table and two chairs. The bathroom was spotless and contained some lovely little packages, shower cap, earbuds, even little sachets of intimate soap. We found these things very thoughtful. The service was wonderful, people were so kind and helpful and the breakfast was great.

This hotel has wonderful location where we are easily reach the train station, city center and a lot of attraction sites. The staff is so nice and helpful. The breakfast is very nice. The room is clean, warm, quite and comfortable. The WiFi works also very well. If we visit Rapallo next time, we like to stay in this nice hotel again.

Very friendly staff, fantastic dinner (highly recommend), lovely pool and pool area with great views. We enjoyed our balcony and felt very welcome as all staff members were super helpful and kind.

The property was beautiful and authentic and had an amazing view. The pool was an added bonus too. It is slightly further out but you can walk into the town or get a bus from the bus stop outside the hotel. We had dinner twice at the hotel during our stay and the food was outstanding and was nice to have authentic, family cooked food.

A very good hotel situated on the hill above Menaggio. Fantastic owners and staff. Breakfast is very good. The pool is nice in the warm summer weather. You can walk into Menaggio (approx. 35 minutes), but most people will prefer to use a car. Highly recommended hotel.

Giacomo & Caterina were so lovely and looked after us incredibly well! Their son Andrea was also amazing! We loved the swimming pool and the beautiful views. The breakfast was generous and delicious with options to suit every diet. The shower was also great - 6 variations!

Room was cool and with the use of the shutters it was very dark, making fir a good night sleep. Would definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff. Luxury rooms (we might have benefited from an upgrade, the quadruple room was indeed a very roomy appartment with sauna and spa!). Location just in front of the lake, with view. Large and clean swimming pool with enough chairs to accomodate all guests at the time we went. Good value for money!

We loved the traditional charm of the hotel and the very friendly welcome from the older lady on reception and the two men who served us in turn at breakfast. The swimming pool was lovely, very quiet considering it was peak season. We loved the breakfast, the omelette especially was lovely!

We were hiking the Via Francigena and wanted a place near the path - this was it! The property is older but well maintained and is across the street from the lake; we had a large balcony to enjoy the view. Also, there are numerous restaurants nearby (we ate dinner directly across the street). Our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional - many meats, cheeses, pastries, etc. to choose from, as well a a cook for things like omelettes. Very good!

Loved our stay here, all the staff (of which there were many) were exceptionally friendly. Facilities are great....for example we had an aperitif in the garden with mountain views, we then had a fabulous meal in their restaurant (the best meal I had in our 1 month trip around Italy!) It feels more like a B&B than a hotel. The only reason it did not score 10/10 for me was because of the size of the room (on a 1 month trip, we have 2 large suitcases) and the layout/size of the bathroom was a bit awkward. But as a finale, to our trip, it was excellent! We also enjoyed our own little balcony. Make sure you take the gondola up Monte Bianco (Mont Blanc), wow! If you are a hiker, you can walk down. GPS could not find it and the tourist information office was not very helpful, so give them a call to ask for directions (put in Via/Rue Mont Chetif and drive into the old town then turn left!). Super quiet location on the edge of the old town. We recommend you reserve a table for dinner when you book!

We loved staying at hotel Lo Campagnar!!! We were doing the TMB and decided to have a break in between in Courmayer and this was the best thing we’ve done! Staff were amazing, very kind and helpful when we had questions. We had breakfast included and they had a nice selection with good quality products. On our second day we couldn’t catch the breakfast as we were leaving very early for the hike, so they gave us a tray with some food for the morning and that was very kind. Room was exceptionally clean, and let’s not talk about the stunning view we had from it. They have a lovely front garden again with a beautiful view and you can have some coffee or tea there too. All in all, we couldn’t wish for something better and we wish we stayed longer, but we are already considering coming back!

Although we stayed at Hotel Lo Campagnar only for one night, that's all we needed to realize how great the place is. The hotel staff is wonderful and open to helping with any questions you might have. The location is perfect – you can go for a romantic stroll through the narrow streets of the charming village of Dolonne, and the center of Courmayeur is a 10-minute walk away. The room wasn't huge but more than enough for two people. Everything was spotless, and we had a fantastic view of the mountains from our balcony. But the highlight of the stay was the breakfast. You can order warm meals straight from the kitchen or choose from a bunch of delicious foods from the buffet. The cake was so good I had to get two slices.

Everything! It’s is beautifully decorated with charming ornaments such as gonks, reindeer, sheep, cosy cushions and blankets on the seats outside. It’s lit up with gorgeous lights at night making it feel like a magical hideaway. The food was delicious! The room had a thermostat to control the temperature to my liking and was lovely and warm. I was snowboarding and the walk to the lift was only a few minutes to the Dalonne gondola. The staff were amazing in every way! They were friendly, helpful and so welcoming it that it felt like a home from home. A big thank you to Giuseppe, Sigrun, Zoran and Luigi, who made my holiday an unforgettable one. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again in a heartbeat ❤️

Breakfast was fantastic, buffet along with making you a number of options to go along with it, they will also freshly squeeze juice for you not just by putting out containers but they do offer that as well. Coffee and cappuccino readily available for the asking. Dinner was also great. The location is by far the best for Courmayeur skiing, a true ski in ski out hotel with out walking to lift. I've stayed at other locations and this is the one for me. I will be back, I would not be able to justify staying elsewhere. As you can see with my pictures attached, that is the view from my room that I was fortunate enough to stay in.

We stayed here one night as a family of four. The hotel is charming, has a lovely atmosphere and decor, and the "Bistrot Le Vin Cœur" in the basement was the perfect place to enjoy a homecooked italian meal and local wine - we had the day menu - when we arrived a bit late in the evening. The room was huge, clean, comfortable, and the bathroom luxurious and big. We have never stayed in a better place as a family. The breaklfast was great too, we loved the coffee, and again that the whole family, from old to young, were so engaged, sweet and helpful.

The hotel is situated in Vall Aosta in a very prominent area near the centre. It has plenty of nice views from the hotel such as seeing the nice mountains. The hotel is manned 24 hours and there was no problem of getting a coffee even late at night. Christina was very helpful and i would definetly stay here again should i decide to come over for a holiday with my family. l recomend this hotel to anyone wishing to come over for a holiday in St vincent. Rather small hotel in Saint-Vincent, very well located (close to the Casino, if that's your thing, but also close to many restaurants). Friendly and efficient employees. The rooms are comfortable and clean, some (all?) have a great view of the Aosta valley. Our room as a bit small, which was fine for a short stay but may become bothersome for longer stays. Very good breakfast with a good choice of cheeses and local jams.

We really enjoyed our stay in Au Soleil Hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. They took a lot of care of us. Our room wasn`t super spacious but very clean and with very nice view over mountains. Hotel is located just next to the Casino. The nerest shop is in around 4-5 minutes by foot. Breakfasts were tasty. I would add some fresh wegetables. Dinners were also very tasty.

We had a great night and a fantastic breakfast, and then realized that we’d made a mistake and hadn’t booked the 2 nights we thought we had. The staff gave us a couple extra hours to get our things together, and the man at the front desk called every hotel in St. Vincent and found us a new room for the night. Outstanding service!

Breakfast was very good with loads of options and a stunning view. The bar was a great place for snacks and drinks, and the service was always exceptionally good and friendly. I don't know how this family manages to do it, but this place felt like home. The views of the town are incredible, as is the shuttle service that runs seamlessly every day between 16-23. Parking can be a tight squeeze but we managed to get a space for our car and didn't have to worry about driving at all during our stay. I highly recommend this place.

Hotel Furggen was very good choice for my ski trip. Hotel Furggen is managed by a small family, So it is basically family managed hotel and not at all give a commercial feeling at it. It felt very homely at the hotel and everyone was very nice and approachable. I very much appreciate the 3 siblings of the hotel family as they were always there for any help I needed. I think that was the case for all the guests and not just me. Couldn't thank them enough as at times they have to drop me off to town when my pre-booked taxi didn't arrive at all. Also the hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice and plenty. Availability of drinks was quiet good too. So overall I had fantastic time at Furggen hotel and will definitely stay there again in future.

We were in Cervinia just for one night, but the hotel staff made sure we had an amazing stay. Our room and bathroom seemed recently renovated, and it was very comfortable. This hotel is a family business and everyone working there was kind and welcoming! The hotel offers a "taxi" service between the accommodation and the city centre during certain evening hours. They were very accommodating and drove us back and forth to Restaurant Alpage because the weather was too bad to walk or wait for the bus; and they also dropped us off at the Arriva bus stop the next morning although it's further away from the centre. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the views from our balcony because of rain and fog, we would love to come back during better weather.

We spent a wonderful 8 days at the Furggen Hotel. The hotel is located on a hill with the best view of the mountains and the Cervinia village you could imagine. Rooms very comfortable and spotless clean. The owners and staff are very friendly and always helpful. Great family atmosphere in the hotel lobby bar. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty. 10 min walking distance to the Main Street. The hotel offers a shuttle bus for it's guests to and from the hotel and that was the icing on the cake. We would give more than 5 stars if we could and also highly recommend Hotel Furggen. We are counting the days to go back there. Thank you Guys and Happy New Year.

This is such a great family owned hotel, located right on the slope. Staff is very kind and welcoming. Our room was on the top floor with Cervinia views. The only thing is that ceiling is a bit lower in parts of the room and my husband is 195 cm tall. We would ask for room on the ground or 1st floor next time. Federico who works at the bar, was always very kind and helpful. The girls at the breakfast bar as well, the guy at the reception also who welcomed us first night and also prepared wonderful sandwiches. Just everybody! Food and cocktails are great downstairs. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We highly recommend!

This review is on behalf of my sisters who I’ve met for the weekend in Milano. We had such a great experience here with Hotel Five. Free car ride from the airport was included in the price. Getting here and during our stay the staff members were very kind and helpful making our stay even better. Hot breakfast is included in the price with fresh pastries baked each morning, bacon, scrambled, fried or boiled egg, ham and cheese, cereals, juices and delicious cappuccino. The hotel is at a great location just a corner away from Porta Romana metro station and other main tram lines. Very easy to reach the different sites by public transportation. There are multiple restaurants nearby (note: dinner is only from 19:00 maybe 19:30 and reservations are recommended) and there’s a gelatiere in the same block of the hotel for all those with sweet tooth. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

I stayed here on a business trip, and chose this hotel because it had high ratings. I actually stayed there and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is very close to the subway station, so it's easy to get to. My hotel room was a single room, but I was very satisfied with it. The bed, desk, and shower room were comfortable. All the necessary amenities were provided. Breakfast was free, but it was so luxurious that I couldn't believe it was free. The hotel staff were all kind and the service was excellent. The price was also very satisfactory for the service. I would like to stay here again when I travel to Italy. Thank you for your kindness during my stay at the hotel!!

Hotel Five is a modern and well managed three star hotel just across Porta Romana,a nice and typical Milanese neighborhood. Location is great: just some meters from metro (Porta Romana station) and around 15-20 minutes by foot to Milan's downtown and major sights (Duomo, Galleria etc). The hotel in itself is somewhat small (just two floors) but installations and bedding are modern and comfortable, even with bigger bathrooms than other posher Milanese hotels. A dedicated and polite staff are always available (special thanks to Chiara, really helpful) to help you and breakfast is above expectations for a three star hotel. Just a recommendation: a partnership with a laundry would be great to international travelers which need to wash or iron their clothes after a long trip.

This is a great little hotel, about 6-7 metro stops away from the Central station and 4-5 stops from Duomo, so quite handy. Metro is as close as it can be. McDonalds and a few gelato places equally close. The hotel itself is small, but clean and cosy. The TV in the room is the best I have seen in a hotel; you can watch netflix, youtube etc. The hotel is only 6-7 years old, so whilst not the newest, it still feels fairly new. There was a small mix up, the hotel said breakfast was not included but hotels.com invoice said it was; they honoured the booking. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast is simple, but I enjoyed it.

My hosts booked this hotel for me and I was very happy with it. The room was very clean, the breakfast generous with nice options. The staff was superbly friendly and helpful. The location is good as it's very close to a metro stop (that will lead you straight to the Duomo) and some tram stops as well. The one slight negative is that they barely had any non-Italian channels on the TV. Most people are probably not staying in a hotel in Milan to watch TV though so this is not a huge constrained (I just managed to get sick during my travels so more variety would have been nice).

Everything was perfect. We had booked two standard rooms that were anything but standard. Huge rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful decor, and our room was upgraded to a partial lake view upon arrival which means we had a beautiful balcony where we could sit and have a coffee overlooking Lake Como. Breakfast had everything anyone could want and everything was fresh and delicious. The pool area was perfect - cool or warm water pools, lots of options for shade or sun, pool area or lawn. Pool bar had great food and drink and super friendly, fun and attentive staff. Location was absolute perfection - 5 min walk into town but tucked up on a hill to be away from the busyness of the main town area. When I saw some of the other hotels I had considered that were right in the middle of town, I was grateful I had decided on Hotel Belvedere - close enough to walk easily to restaurants and shops and the ferry - but an oasis away from the crowds.

Incredible facilities - the spa, pool and infinity pool are excellent. Lots of different spaces to spend time in, both inside and out. Fantastic views of Lake Como when sitting outside with a drink or at the pool. Staff were exceptional - friendly, warm Great food and drink offering - breakfast was wonderful, cocktails are fantastic Staff were incredibly helpful with great recommendations for local eateries and excursions - nothing was too much trouble. Cleanliness was impeccable, the hotel and its ground were immaculate and very well taken care of. Great location, a few minutes away from Bellagio centre.

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Belvedere Bellagio for 3 nights expecting it to be a nice hotel on Lake Como. What we got instead was the most beautiful and perfect stay we could have imagined. We were lucky enough to have unseasonably warm weather which allowed us to sit by the pool and jacuzzi and on our garden patio facing the lake and just bask in the beauty of the lake and the mountains. The hotel, inside and out, is immaculate. It’s hard to top the views and the hotel itself, but the staff give those things a run for their money. The front desk and concierge staff (Annarita and Cinzia and others) were so helpful and patient with my changing plans. The restaurant staff was top notch as well whether at breakfast or our 3 times for dinner. Also, the pool bar staff (Oscar and others) were quick to provide towels and drinks. We also had a couples massage during our stay which probably was the best we have ever had. The spa area is very nice and we enjoyed the salt, ice, and steam rooms. We highly, highly recommend the Hotel Belvedere Bellagio and hope to come back to this perfect place in the future.

Staff and service were excellent. We stayed in the apartment side of the hotel which was nice to have a little kitchen and a bit more room whilst still being able to use hotel pool and amenities. We didn’t feel the need to brave the crowds and eat in bellagio too many times as the hotel restaurant was fantastic and the pool bar and view so relaxing and quiet.

Myself and my partner just returned home from a 5 night stay at this hotel. Located out of the city centre with plenty of amenities around, we had such a perfect stay. We went into the city centre everyday, either walking the 50 minutes or using the underground metro. There are a couple metro’s by the hotel which take you into different parts of the centre. We didn’t have any breakfast in the hotel so can’t comment on that but we were 100% happy we chose this hotel. The beds were super comfortable, the shower powerful and hot, enough plug sockets and mirrors for us two, a beautiful garden, friendly welcoming staff (especially Julia. She was always willing to help and speak to us, showing genuine interest in our day and was on hand to give recommendations if needed!) the maid came and changed our towels everyday and replenished toiletries when needed. Our room and the hotel was very clean. All in all we had an amazing stay here and when we return to Milan, we will for sure be staying at Boutique Hotel Martini 17 again.

We loved our stay at the hotel- we were surprised at how big the room is and the overhead shower in the bathroom was excellent! King size bed was very comfortable, slept well every night. At the weekend there is some noise from the bars down the street if you have your balcony door open but this quietens down by 1-2am. Wifi and tv worked well. Lovely modern rooms and complimentary Rituals toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch. We didn’t include breakfast in our stay, but there are lots of friendly local cafes round from the hotel where we ate each morning. In the reception, you can self serve from a selection of wines/sparkling wines by inserting your room card which charges to your stay- lovely local wines on offer. There are some nice bars nearby, we had drinks and snacks at FRED a couple of times which is located less than 5 mins from the hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Milan for a few days.

It’s a nice hotel clean and good coffee. For breakfast you get freshly baked croissants. After your reservation they send you an email with a WhatsApp number so it’s easy to contact them when you don’t have roaming, but you can’t reach them after 11pm. The only concern I have it’s about security, I ordered food delivery at 2am, late arrival in Milan, and the delivery guy was at the reception for a bit and no one was there… I came down to get my food and I saw the guy seated in the lounge area by himself and no one knew he was here. Reminding you it’s a small hotel, it’s more like a house with few rooms. And yeah if you have cat allergies be aware, they have a cat inside the hotel that roaming around, cute but just I’m glad my son wasn’t with me (as he has bad allergy towards cat)

First, the staff were very nice and helpful. Before my check-in, staff had already asked for my estimated time of arrival for preparing the check-in. As I arrived late night, the staff was very helpful to guide me how to get to the hotel through Whatsapp and she responded very quickly. She also helped me to call taxi when I check-out. Secondly, there was lift in the hotel so I could go to my room easily with my heavy luggage. The room was very tidy and clean. I felt very cozy. The decoration of the room was fashionable. I was very satisfy for this stay and I definitely will come back again.

An excellent boutique hotel in a non-touristic zone. A recent and small hotel in the Cittá Studio area. Rooms are really comfortable, some of them with a small balcony, all extremely clean. A quiet and cosy garden, a true oasis after a busy day in the city centre. Nice breakfast and amenities. A relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Very nice and helpful staff. 10 minutes walking distance from the nearest subway station, which contributes for your daily steps goal 😊. Definitely, a place to go back!

We had a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea from our balcony and from the breakfast patio. Everything was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, eggs, muesli, yogurt, sandwich fixings and made-to-order coffee. We had some trouble figuring out the air conditioner in our room but then it worked great after a simple lesson from the owners. The family of owners are amazingly wonderful: they picked us up and took us back to the train station; they gave us a free bus voucher to use for the region; they gave us excellent advice about restaurants and hikes; and they showed us the shortcut to walk back and forth (~5 min) to town. They are each so kind and they went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Finale Ligure is a fun city with a festive atmosphere with live free music at night and many restaurants and cafes. We had a delightful stay.

Noris is a superb hotel. We had a twin room facing the sea. The location is quiet and safe, close to the sea if you go down the winding path. The family running the hotel are amazing people, helpful and friendly. They picked us up at the railway station and gave us a lift to the station on our way back. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. I totally recommend Noris and Finale Ligure

We loved the stunning views from our balcony and the delicious breakfast each morning. This family-run hotel feels truly welcoming thanks to its wonderful staff. A heartfelt thank you to Valentina, Federico, Paolo, and their mother, whose homemade cakes at breakfast were unforgettable. And of course, a special mention to their fabulous French bulldog, Perla, who’s always happy if you play a game of fetch with her!

We had a very positive experience despite we stayed only for a night.. All was great, the courtesy and kindness of the staff.. Rooms, nice breakfast, Big terrace with sea view and Just 5 minutes walking distance to the city centre..

We stayed here for three nights of our honeymoon. The hotel is gorgeous, in a quiet, beautiful area of Bellagio, with amazing views of the lake and the mountains. The family who run the B&B are lovely, really nice and welcoming, even offering us bug spray when we were sitting outside! The garden is beautifully kept, and all around the garden are deckchairs and seats where you can sit and enjoy a bottle of wine whenever you fancy. Sitting in the shade in the middle of these gorgeous surroundings is a great way to spend the hotter part of the afternoon! Our room was clean and spacious, with a lovely terrace which was great to chill on in the evenings. The breakfast was very generous with lots to choose from, and there are tea and coffee making facilities available all day. The location is quiet and serene, about 10 minutes walk from Bellagio town centre. A word of warning though- Bellagio is a hilly town! The walk to Bellagio involves walking up a number of steep cobbled steps, so may not be great for someone with reduced mobility. However, the walk is a very pleasant one, and gives you the opportunity to see the tiny fishing area of Pescallo, which is extremely beautiful. There is also a place there where you can swim in the lake if you wish. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Miralago B&B, and will definitely stay here again if we return to Bellagio!

We booked 2 nights in this little charming B&B. It is a family-run establishment situated a few hundred meters away from the lake. The hosts are quite helpful and kind. The room may be a bit small but not an issue at all as we spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful sceneries outside. Room, bedding and toilet are exceptionally clean. We have a beautiful view of the lake from our room terrace. Every corner in this property is charmed with seasonal colourful florals. The delicious breakfasts have lots of varieties from cereal, yoghurt, fruit, bread, cold cuts, cheese, homemade cakes and of course a good cup of cappuccino. It was really a good treat to start your day. A private parking place can be booked in advance. The Bellagio Town centre is less than 20 minutes walk. The apartment is a minute walk away from the Bellagio Water Sports that provides group/private kayak tour, and also private class in rowing and SUP (paddle board). I wish we had spent more days in this place so that we could also book a nice kayak tour in the lake. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and would not hesitate to come back :-)

Miralago was more than I expected. I can't believe it doesn't have more stars! We had a wonderful room, a gorgeous terrace with stunning views of the lake, and the service was incredible - such helpful staff. On arrival we were bombarded with maps, tour guides, restaurant recommendations etc. We were even offered a lift to the ferry port on check-out! (With our heavy backpacks, this surprising offer nearly made me cry!) Honestly, you couldn't ask for more. The B&B was also far closer to Bellagio centre than I was anticipating. It's, at the most, a 10 minute walk (part of it is uphill but it just means you earn your pasta and pizza!). Miralago is on the non-tourist side of Bellagio and it's a lot quieter and more peaceful. I think that was one of it's charms - to get to Bellagio from the B&B, you walk through a wonderful little street that truly shows the trusting, safe, Italian community of Bellagio, where the residents greet you on their doorstop at whatever time of the day. If I return, I will be staying at Miralago again without a doubt. Such a great B&B. Highly recommend!

Stayed at Miralago in October 2014 as first leg of Italian trip taking in Bellagio (3nights), Milano (3nights)and Amalfi (4nights). Without doubt, our stay at Miralago was the highlight of our trip. Please do not be put off by the star rating - it is a real gem. From the warmest of welcomes, the complimentary tea tray to our room on arrival, to the feeling of being appreciated as a guest, it was just superb. Yes, the bedroom and ensuite were on the small size, but well and truly made up for by the views, location and superb hospitality. We paid extra for a lake balcony view (top floor has marvellous lake view) and were so pleased we did - magical setting whilst enjoying a bottle purchased from reception. The breakfasts are legendary - emphasis on fresh produce, not to mention the home baked pastries. From previous reviews we wondered whether this was the location for us (Pescallo)- uphill etc but it proved to be so much better than staying along the lake's edge. On the morning of departure, the owner drove us down to catch the ferry to Varenna from where we took the train to Milano Centrale.

We visited Bellagio for a wedding venue nearby and wanted something fairly central. The owners were friendly and helpful from the offset and we found our room clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the lake from our balcony. The breakfast was very good and my wife is gluten intollerent but they had made special purchases for her even though there was a lot of choice. They kindly gave us a lift to the wedding pick up point, which was a boat crossing, rather than struggle in heels to get to the boat point in the centre. We would highly recommend this accommodation and fell in love with Bellagio as an area. The food in the nearby restaurants was amazingly tasty and fresh and the locals very friendly. One owner gave us a lift home one night which we found very kind as he went out of his way. The wedding itself is the best we have ever had the pleasure of being a guest at and it was a very romantic break. One not to forget.

This is our 3rd visit to MON REVE. As before it didn't disappoint. The staff are friendly helpful and always keen to please. The rooms are basic but are spotlessly clean when you return from a day on the slopes. A great comfy bed and pillows. The hotel is sold on us as it's truly a ski in ski out. From the large boot room to the slope is 30 steps....I counted. It's a red run down to the first chair of the day and naturally it's a red back from above the hotel. Previous reviewer commented that it's exposed and not that easy on the return.....Have to say the run to the first chairlift is the same ... so if you mange down in the morning you will manage at the end of the day. Anyone with the most basic snowplough could manage!!!!! The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the town. It's a 12min walk down and a 15min walk back. We didn't use it once last week.....regardless of no pavement and lots of snow. What better way to work away a great meal and wine in one of Cervinias fine restaurants. Appreciate not for everyone but to say it's "not an option" is ridiculous!!!! We booked through Crystal as we have done for years and were in room 102 above reception and next door to 101 (Cainy65).... Apart from the swishing of the sliding doors now and again we had no issues. No noise from "drunk" staff.... We must be better sleepers!!!!! Just like to thank all at MON REVE for a great week. Conditions to die for. See you all next year

Cervinia is an amazing ski resort and Hotel Mon Reve is something special on the slopes. The breakfast is a typical continental breakfast, everything you would need to fuel your day on the slopes (we found 8-9mins was the perfect amount of time for a runny egg). It took us approximately 3 mins to walk from the boot room straight onto the slope (run 3.00), which is a red run but it is very manageable if you take your time. This will take you down to the chair lift which goes up to Plan Torette. If you want to go to the bubble lifts that take you to the top of Plateau Rosa, you can walk up to the White Angel hotel and walk through the garage to run 3bis. The bar at the hotel was lovely, please try all of the local wine, you can't go wrong. All of the staff on the bar and the front desk are all absolutely amazing and will do anything to help. The room was very comfortable and we had a lovely view of the Matterhorn, when the weather allowed. I want to say a special thank you to Hermano, who runs the shuttle service for Mon Reve. Always happy to give you a lift into town and pick you back up, our longest wait for a lift was 5 minutes top. Also, ask Hermano for his resort suggestions, his insight was valuable.

Our second year in Cervinia and this hotel was fantastic compared to last time in a soulless hotel in town. It's right on the slopes and access to Cretaz lift direct or left bubble from short walk up the hill to join the piste. This hotel is made special by the staff who can't do enough. Particular thanks to Emero(?) the driver who picked us up and dropped us in town whenever we wanted, no set times. Also thanks to the ever smiley and cheerful Marco and the friendly helpful Swedish lady at breakfast. Rooms are fine, comfortable if not spacious and shower is tiny (we were in 105) but we've experienced that in other Italian hotels and have to remember this hotel is well priced. Great apres bar literally next to hotel on the smart Principe hotel and lovely Bricole restaurant opposite. Would definitely recommend this hotel highly and would return if we come back to Cervinia. It's a great resort, lots of skiing and the Zermatt option is a bonus. We went there 3 times during our stay.

We had the loveliest holiday in this magical hotel. The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating- our children were taken care of, we were provided with everything we needed and it was a beautiful space. We stayed in room 126 which was spacious, spotlessly clean and cosy. The balcony provided a lovely space to step out and enjoy the view. The driver service was exceptional- we were driven to collect our skis and our snow boots were delivered back to the hotel with a smile. Pizzas were collected for us to eat in front of the fire with books and board games. The highlight of our stay was the ease of skiing in and out at the beginning and end of each day. Hotel Mon Rêve was a dream holiday and we can’t wait to return next year. Thanks to Charley and his EXCEPTIONAL staff.

We stayed here for 1 week with crystal ski, we couldn't fault it, edven though it was b&b you had le bricole literally 2 mins beside hotel for eating out at night or the handy shuttle bus to take you into town 5 mins away if that, all you had to do was ring the hotel when you were ready to be collected it was so handy. some great eating places in the town centre as in steak houses. ski down in the morning to chair lift it was so handy. great spot to stay in, you can get take away pizzas delivered to hotel which we did upon arrival on the first night late on.

It's a bit of a hike into Biella centre, at the end of a slightly unpromising looking road, but it's a great discovery.

Beautiful place to stay, Roberto, his wife and son were all so friendly and kind. It was possible to have food and drinks too. Breakfast was incredible! So generous, fresh and plenty of choice. I will visit again for sure, in the height of summer when the pool is open will be lovely! Thanks.

We had a lovely stay here while travelling through Italy- location is quite remote but is worth the drive. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open the evening we went as we would have loved to try their cheese and meat platters! Pool was a welcome addition in the heat and the breakfast was wonderful!

My partner and I want to go back to Courmayeur just so we can stay at this Chalet again. The room was perfect and we had an amazing view from the balcony. The host was super accommodating with us as we got there earlier from our TMB hike and had the room ready for us! When we woke up we felt we were in a fairy tale during breakfast. Great variety of things to eat and they would also make you any espresso coffee and eggs!

I stayed only for one night but it was a highlight of my 11-day trip around MB. Every member of staff was very welcoming and friendly - they allowed me to check in earlier. Facilities - fantastic: you can see there there lot of love (and money) went into every detail. Everything's in working order, clean and functional. I'm not a TV person but they surprised me by offering SKY channels.

The Chalet is excellent. The location of the property is excellent, just at the boundaries of the village and forest. Would totally recommend to have a walk around the property and discover the area including Ermitage. The hotel it self is as if it comes from fairy tale with tasteful decoration. The staff were very friendly and helpful trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

On edge of a small town, not too far from the autostrada. Situated on the Viverone Lake front with views of the Alps. Lovely area to sit outside and admire the view. The pool was busy with plenty of room. Free parking. Restaurant was great with very good menu and food. Extensive wine list including local erbaluce grape. The waiter chose a bottle for us and it was very good. The breakfast menu was included in our room rate was exceptionally good with an extensive choice. One we would book again.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful spot on the lake. The grounds are well kept, the resort style pool is inviting, the staff is more than accommodating and the restaurants are amazing. We were a family of 9 and had such a wonderful time visiting this little slice of heaven!!! If you are considering a visit to the area, do not think twice about staying here!!!!

The hotel is nicely located with great views to the small lake. The breakfast buffet met all our needs. The a la carte Dinner offers great selection of delicious menus. The (not heated) pool is great and large enough for "real" swimming. Last but not least there is plenty of parking space on the property.

Un ringraziamento speciale va a Gabriele, il responsabile della reception, per la sua straordinaria gentilezza e disponibilità: ci ha fatto sentire come a casa sin dal nostro arrivo. Lo stesso vale per Vincenzo che si occupa dell’accoglienza all’ingresso dell’hotel e per tutto lo staff del ristorante, sempre pronti a esaudire ogni nostro desiderio con un sorriso. I servizi dell’hotel sono incredibili e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole: dalla comodissima navetta all-day per il centro del paese alla meravigliosa spa, dove ci siamo rilassati completamente. What a lovely hotel! We stayed as a couple for a weeks skiing and had a great time. the facilities are excellent, the rooms plenty big enough (we had a standard room), the bathroom had a lovely rainwater shower and plenty of fresh towels. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from town but there is a hotel run complimentary bus service that runs from 8.30 - 10.30pm. We never waited longer than 5 mins its super efficient. The ski room was great with lockers and heated boot warmers. There is also a small but great ski shop in the basement for ski hire etc. We were only B&B but ate in the restaurant for dinner a couple of times and it was lovely. Food was great and breakfast was everything you could need. I honestly could not fault it - is it 5* I am not sure but it *is definitely a very good 4* and perfect for what we wanted.

I travel a lot and never write reviews, but was so pleasantly surprised by the hotel that I thought I would write one this time. First, the hotel is brand new, which means it is in great shape. Second, it is a little outside of Cervinia, but their shuttle bus process makes it very easy to get back and forth dropping off and picking up for skiing right at the lift. Most surprising, the food at diner was amazing and the dining room and bar service was excellent. I don't know if this is the same at all Mythos Hotels, but I will try them in the future to see.

La struttura è moderna e ben arredata, in una posizione ottima e tranquilla. Ovunque c’è pulizia e profumo. Il personale è assolutamente disponibile e gentile. C’è parcheggio in struttura è una navetta sempre disponibile per il trasporto a Cervinia (che comunque dista pochi metri a piedi). Le camere sono bellissime. La spa moderna è attrezzata. In conclusione il nostro soggiorno è stato assolutamente perfetto. Torneremo sicuramente e non possiamo che consigliarlo. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante che consigliamo assolutamente.

Apartments were a little difficult to find at first, though had a great experience during our 4 night stay. When we arrived, and Marco the owner was very kind in giving us tips on villages to see and good free beaches in the surrounding area. The apartment had beautiful views over the surrounding hills, had a balcony and we even had access to a swimming pool. Nearby beaches (around 10 minute walk away) weren't the best, mostly pebbley and private, though a sandy and free beaches were only a short drive away. Would definitely recommend Residence Holidays, if you are on a budget for an enjoyable beach holiday or to explore the surrounding countryside.

We had a fantastic holiday here. The apartment was lovely. It was so clean and had everything we needed and more to have a great holiday. Pool was great. Kids loved it and always plenty of sunbeds. It's family run and the owners are fantasic.... They couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely go back and we highly recommend this hotel.

Nice and friendly familiy hotel with a SMALL studio appartment without sea view. Clean at arrival, but change of towels/linen only after 4 days is not acceptable, even with only two adults. Impossible for tall people to shower without wetting the entire room, so we had to use towels to clean up. The kitchen floor also needed more frequent cleaning, but only a broom was available. Many kids around the pool and no rules causes a lot of splashing. The pool area was otherwise nice, plenty of chairs, but the pool could also be more clean. Very nice and friendly straff!

Fantastic experience! The modern-style furniture and facilities were great. The room was well-maintained, featuring a comfortable double bed and a cozy sofa bed (with very comfortable mattresses and pillows). The availability of USB charging points, including USB-C options, was a practical touch. The bathroom was well-lit and spacious. The shower was generously sized, and the overall cleanliness was noteworthy. The kitchen, although unused by us, was well-designed and useful for long stays. A nice size balcony, equipped with a rack for swimsuits and towels. While there were some unfinished aspects in parts of the building, the main areas were clean and well-kept. The pool was a good size, accompanied by a space for sunbathing. The Jacuzzi next to the pool was a nice addition. We didn't explore the bar, but the breakfast and snack options were appealing. The free parking lot near the property (a 3-minute walk away) was handy, and although it occasionally filled up, we always found a spot. The property also offered supplementary parking for a fee. The location was great, with beaches just a short 10-minute walk away and a supermarket just 5 minutes away. The staff was helpful and friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, it was a positive experience. We recommend this property for a comfortable stay.

Rooms were very clean. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The swimming pool (area) was always clean and well looked after. Location was great! Close to pizzerias, a small supermarket, bars and within walking distance to the beach! Choosing a room with pool view was a plus! At first we booked a room facing the street, but were able to "upgrade", which was great. Being able to have our meals on the balcony was wonderful.

Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß. Das komplette Personal ist nett und freundlich. Die Apartments selber einfach und etwas in die Tage gekommen, aber sauber. Der Community Bereich ist neu renoviert und einfach-luxoriös. Die Bar ist gut sortiert mit Snacks und einfachen Speisen und auch wirklich günstig. Alle Angestellten der Bar sind wirklich nett und herzlich. Für Kinder sollte allerdings etwas investiert werden. Der Babypool ist nicht nutzbar. Kleinkinder können baubedingt nicht aus dem Pool heraus ohne das sich die Kids die Beine zerschneiden und die Rutsche lässt die Kinder quasi senkrecht aus 2 1/2 Meter Höhe in 50 cm Wasser stürzen.. sofern sie es überhaupt die gefährliche Treppe herauf geschafft haben. Das Spielhaus auf dem Gelände hat einen äußerst steile Rutsche die beide Kinder (2 und 4) mehrfach weinend auf den Betonboden hat stürzen lassen. Eine Rutsche auf Beton ?? Das Schaukelpferd ist aus der Bodenverankerung gerissen. Etwas nervig war, dass man sich selbst Trockentücher für die Küche des Apartments kaufen musste, und nicht ein Tropfen Spülmittel etc vorhanden war. Das sollte bei knapp 200 Euro pro Nacht doch drinnen sein. Trotz der beiden negativen Punkte haben wir uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The hotel is very good. Although it is not on the first line, it is very close to the sea—about a 5-minute walk. You can eat at the hotel, and there are also pleasant restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly and responsive. I particularly want to mention the pool; it is very large and there is plenty of shaded space. We chose this hotel for a family vacation and we do not regret it. It was a wonderful stay ❤️❤️❤️.

We were welcomed with a hot beverage. And got one offered on departure too. They held our bags while we went to Sky Way which is very close by the way. They didn't mind when we came back soaked and used their lobby to change from our rain gear. They also checked the weather forecast for us and rang our next accommodation up in the mountains advising that we might be a bit late for check in. Brilliant experience! We will definitely stay here while visiting Courmayeur.

I recently stayed in Hotel Aigle for three days and two nights. This is a wonderful new hotel perfectly located within 8 min walk from the Monte Bianca SkyWay. My room was very large with fabulous bathroom and a balcony with view to Mon Blanc. The hotel has its own parking which is a rare opportunity in small towns in Italy. The breakfast/colezzione was great. Take advantage of the dinners which offer excellent Italian three course menus with several options. I was welcomed by the owner who received me with a free Expresso and who provided excellent recommendations for hikes and tips and allow me to buy the SkyWay ticket with a discount. They made me feel at home. The hotel is beautifully decorated with all the amenities of large hotels but with a small personalized (boutique-like hotel) feeling. I strongly recommend it.

I spent a very pleasant overnight recently at this charming Hotel. From the moment I arrived, was made feel very welcome by the friendly gentlemen (di Varese e Milano) at reception. My room, was cosy with a large bed and good bathroom, and the dinner that evening was absolutely delicious served by a charming young woman. The dining room also has a lovely collection of paintings featuring Mountain landscapes of the area. The following day when preparing to depart I was given a fine cup of coffee, which was a nice touch! Just a pity my stay was so short, hopefully will return to this fine hotel again for longer!

The view from our room was magnificent - a beautiful mountain range. The hotel is located in a quaint village, about a 5 minute drive away from the village centre. We travelled to Courmayeur to snowboard, and Hotel Aigle had a deal with a company whereby we were collected by a free shuttle to the piste and received a discount with our equipment rentals. The staff were very friendly and they ensured we had a comfortable stay. We had to check-out before breakfast was served, and the staff were so kind to leave a kettle, tea and pastries in our room the night before! We definitely recommend this place!!

Roberto really made us feel welcome and relaxed at this small and comfortable hotel. The evening meal and breakfast were great multi-course, tasty and wholesome events. This was particularly great for my wife who needs a gluten free diet and could be totally confident that this was taken seriously. The location was very good for us on the drive from Italy to the UK as it's right under Mont Blanc and just before the tunnel entrance, but in a quiet peaceful place with dramatic scenery. We will be back next year!

Our family of four recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Rascard for five nights for a skiing holiday. It is a family-run hotel and it was a pleasure dealing with the hotel staff, especially Manuela and Maurizio. The breakfasts were fabulous and we dined every night at the hotel (since we were without a car, it would have been difficult to dine anywhere else, but dinners were just as fabulous as the breakfasts). The beds were extremely comfortable and the facilities were immaculate. My husband and two daughters rented their ski gear from the ski hire shop at the foot of the Salette gondola lift and were able to leave it there every night. They made good use of the free shuttle service that the hotel provides to the gondola lift, leaving at 9am and returning each afternoon to the hotel at around 4pm. As I do not ski, I remained at the hotel, and it is worth mentioning that the hotel is on the outskirts of Valtournenche and the road into the village is very unsafe for pedestrians. All in all it was a lovely stay and I can highly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

An truly unforgettable experience! This hotel in the mountains not only offered breathtaking views but what made it even more special was the incredible hospitality from the family that runs it. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully cared for: from the warmth of their service to the little surprises that made our stay even more memorable. They provided personalized recommendations and truly made us feel like part of their family. The peace of the surroundings, combined with the hospitality of such a special family, made our trip an unforgettable experience. We will definitely return!

Gorgeous hotel with very friendly hosts (and dog!😍) stunning interior design throughout, very modern, yet cosy, with beautiful views. Rooms were just lovely with very tasteful decor and the most comfortable bed (personal choice, of course). Breakfast was delicious, we can't comment on evening restaurant as it wasn't open, however the local restaurant (Le Moulin)served 1 of the best pizza's I've ever eaten 😋 Matterhorn view was just a few minutes drive away with a lovely little lake/picnic spot. My only wish is that we were able to stay longer than 1 night...next time!😊

Very nice family atmosphere, and very helpful staff. Special thanks to Rudi for helping out when our car broke down. The beds are very good. Also breakfast was excellent with a nice selection, including fresh fruit, and options for eggs. Restaurant had great quality food.

This place is run by family and you can see and feel that . And they treat you like family. Beautifully decorated , warm and inviting , amazingly good food .

It was a really nice stay on our way to France. The lady in the reception was super helpful over the phone when google maps showed the wrong address. The kids loved the pool and playgrounds and we had private parking just outside our room. The breakfast also had all we needed.

The restaurant was absolutly the most romantic and beautiful place I had seen in quite some time. We received very personal and extremly welcoming service, and we were stuffed when we left. We were very surprised at how inexpensive our amazing dinner was. Back at the B&B, we settled in for a very relaxing night. We really didn't want to leave the next morning, but a plane was waiting. And... I must mention the dogs. There are two very sweet shepards that oversee the property. They were very fun to play with, and made it seem like home. Totally recommend this hotel and plan to return very soon.

We had a fabulous stay at Relais Cascina al Campaccio. Angelo is an amazing host and his property is truly unique. Beautiful views of snow capped mountains in a quiet location. Stunning in winter and I’m sure it is even more so in the summer. Breakfast was very good value for money with a great selection including very yummy croissants and home baking. Angelo is a very gentle, hospitable owner. We arrived late on 26th December after our flight was delayed and the rental car company denied us our booking. Angelo was very kind to our family, helping us to arrange an alternative hire car and providing food and wine for us as all the local restaurants were closed by the time we had arrived. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Emilio and co were amazing. Made us feel extremely at home and we’re accommodating, even when we missed breakfast Emilio still made us our breakfast and coffee. Only a 10 min bus journey into the heart of Como with a bus stop 2 mins away from the B&B

The bed & breakfast is just wonderful, small but perfect.We loved everything about it, the room, the garden, the pool area, the delicious breakfast with freshly made juice and eggs from their own chickens. There is even a wonderful outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, so that guests can enjoy an evening in the garden. But what really made it special for us was Emilio, the owner who was just so very kind and helpful. There was such attention to every detail, and Emilio was so helpful with excellent tipps for exploring the area and for local restaurants that our stay could not have been better. The location is perfect for exploring in all directions.
