Stayed in the suite with plunge pool. Really great size room for 3 adults, comfortable third bed. Nice decor, very quiet, no noise from other guests.

Phenomenal location with a very short walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping district (just far enough to avoid the noise). I stayed in the room with the pool, which was VERY nice on hot summer days to lounge in. Blackout curtains were perfect. Highly recommended! TIP: Check out 'The Traditional' restaurant on the corner just a few meters from the hotel... great food and service!

This property does not offer breakfast but many good choices are nearby. It is on a pedestrian street in a lively neighborhood and close to many attractions and places to eat. It is not exactly a hotel, they have 10 rooms and after we got our keys, the building is not staffed overnight. We ended up arriving later than anticipated so be sure to contact the staff so they can be there for you. I decided to upgrade to a special room that has a really cool tiny pool on glass deck in the courtyard. I would not have chosen it if I had known it was not a hot tub, since we visited in the fall. I think I just misunderstood from the photo. The whole place has a great modern vibe. Fancy Nespresso coffee! Comfy bed, great shower.

The hotel is situated in a quiet street nearby the center. You will be at 5 minutes walk from Monastiraki and Psyrri area. The Acropolis is at walking distance. the hotel is also very close to Plaka and Ermou shopping street. Our room was quite big and very well decorated. We had the room with the small pool and it has also a balcony with chairs that we enjoyed a lot. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. it was highly appreciated. I will come back again as the place was really nice.

The cabanas are fabulous. The beds are comfortable and all the fittings are to a high standard. Breakfast was great. The main pool is really lovely, and our kids loved the plunge pool. It is a beautiful place.

The bungalow with a private pool was absolutely stunning. The breakfast every day was gorgeous and all the staff were very friendly. It was great for visiting restaurants such as Ark, Bungalow 7, Astakos and Charlie DOS. Easy to organise taxis. Everywhere was spotless.

Easily the most relaxed yet service forward resort we have visited. From a comfortable check in experience on a couch rather than standing at a desk, to being driven to our bungalow, every detail is thoughtful and considered. Our bungalow was immaculate with a private pool and courtyard with a fireplace. Communicating with the staff via WhatsApp makes any request or question easily handled in such a timely fashion. The grounds are peaceful, the spa a revelation, and the view cannot be beat. We will be back.

The property is new, different, and exquisite! Our bungalow was probably the nicest and most accommodating room I have ever stayed in! They truly thought of EVERY detail to make the stay enjoyable. I did not want to leave the room! The grounds are also gorgeous. Compared to other O&O resort stays I've had, their service, however, has a lot of room for improvement. Many of the people were wonderful, professional, and what you expect for a One and Only. However, I will give several examples of things you don't expect with a property of this caliber. First, we had room service dinner both nights and asked that the dishes etc. be picked up at 9:30 when they asked us for time. Neither time were they picked up. The food sitting out outside attracted wildlife (which was cool but just not pleasant to wake up to remnants). When we first got there, we went to change in the spa, and, after requesting a ride back to the pool, we had to wait over 20 minutes for a buggy/golf cart. The first morning at breakfast, our coffee did not arrive until after we were done eating (after several requests). The most disappointing service aspect was the pool and beach service. Perhaps they were understaffed. It was VERY hard to get service; waited forever just for menus. The pool service was especially bad. I asked a server if I could order, she basically huffed and said later and never came back. Two different items our drinks took so long that they comped- but we'd rather just get them on time!

Overall it was a little disappointing. Our bungalow was beautiful. However breakfast was below par for this class of hotel. Service was hit and miss. Furniture was dirty and shabby in restaurant and pool area. Too many cats around the restaurant area for our liking. However the Peruvian restaurant Manko was exceptionally good. The gardens and walkways were beautiful. The reception area does not have formal check in desk which we found rather annoying. The cocktail bar made the worst margaritas we’ve ever had. The pools are not heated. So we are 50/50 on whether we will return.

Our room was comfortable, clean and the plunge pool was very nice. The location is great, and very close to the metro station. The staff was very kind and communicative, helping us with whatever we needed.

This place combines the best aspects of a hotel and self-catering accomodation. On the one hand you have a good-sized space and a decent kitchen for preparing food, on the other you have daily cleaning and replenishing of basic supplies. The bed is extremely comfortable and the air conditioning is extremely quiet. Add in the rooftop plunge pool (for those that don’t know, it’s basically a big outdoor bath - can be hot or cold), and the great views over Athens and you end up with a fantastic stay in a beautiful city. And Konstantina couldn’t have been more helpful.

Our apartment (Hub offers 4 or 5 unique layouts all on 5th floor) modern, smart decor, private sun-facing spacious terrace + plunge pool of hot (we stayed March & read books while bathing) or cold water, outdoor table & chairs. Central location. Fix station. Taxi rank 15 paces! Many nearby eateries shops sights. Konstantina host excellent info. Staff very polite. Comfy king bed.

Room was super nice, huge space, with nice swimming pool at 2 x 3 m, huge screen +60 inch, sofa, another screen, great bathroom, bathtub, shower room, espresso machine, and extremely comfortable bed. The host Anna Marie was very nice and friendly. We were able to check in very early since previous guests left. There was complementary drinks in the room too

The room with the inside pool was amazing!!! Totally worthy to book this room and relax with wine or beer after a long day of walk across Athens. It came with free water, wine and coffee. Definitely will stay here again!

A brilliant apartment. Very clean, modern, spacious. Lovely bathroom facilities and a nice shower. Comfy bed. The private pool on the balcony was fabulous to have, to go back to the room and have a bit of relaxation amongst city site seeing. Host was very helpful and sent us a lot of recommendations of places to eat and visit.

Simply amazing! Our "Pool" room was incredible. Comfortable bed. Pool was great, private and secluded. Kitchenette was very handy and Kostinos was awesome!

We got the room with the pool, and this was the highlight of the stay. Konstantinos is a very helpful host and made sure everything was perfect. We loved the room, spacious, modern, well decorated, and very clean. The place is not too far from the main attractions, a 15min walk was enough to get to the main area of Athens where you can find all the restaurants, museums and etc.

The bed was comfortable, the facilities were clean and beautiful and everything was in great condition. The hot tub was at a comfortable temperature for the hot days, and I had a chance to cool off in it like a plunge pool one night. Air conditioning worked very well, which was a relief during the 100F days! The room looks exactly like the photos. Location was really convenient to Acropolis metro and great restaurants, and to the meeting points for our tours. We were able to use the sofa as an extra bed, too, which was nice since we were friends who didn’t wish to share a bed. We stayed in room A, the one with blue walls in the photos. Highly recommend! Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything, including arrangements for taxis to and from the airport.

Loved the whole experience start to finish. Spent 5 nights here. Superb communication, the hosts sent us info on all nearby bars restaurants etc. Check in and out super easy. Apt is gorgeous, so spaceous, lovely design. As a photographer I was obsessed with some of the feature walls:) cleaniness 10 out of 10. They checked water ph in jacuzzi twice in 5 days always advising when they would be in. Fresh towels and refresh apt twice. Location 10 out of 10 super close to everything. Lastly Prosecco and water in the fridge as a welcome gift was a lovely touch, much appreciated after a long day travelling. It was our first time for a holiday after recovering from a long term illness ans it was PERFECT. Thank you thank you thank you. Ah and also... Nicolaos the taxi driver who picked us up from airport and dropped us off and organised us a car when we couldnt find any on his day off was sooo helpful and lovely giving us great tips too.

Yannis was an amazing host. he welcomed us and our baby, we thought it might be an issue, but it wasn't, they even provided a new crib for us. They left us a little treat in the fridge. The location was 3 blocks or so from the New Acropolis Museum. It was so close to all of the reataraunts, main streets, and attractions. We especially loved the HUGE private balcony with a large bathtub/Jacuzzi on the top floor, with a slight Acropolis view from the corner. We didn't know much about where to go later l'm Santorini, and Yannis helped us book a taxi and told us where we could hold out luggage nearby. The host made the stay so smooth. The room was large and clean, with a nice comfy bed, separate toilet, and an open shower with glass booth in the bedroom. The elevator was small but better than stairs. Air-conditioning worked great.

The location is excellent. It is close to metro, bus and tram stops. It is within walking distance of multiple sights of interest as well as close to restaurants, coffee shops, a small grocer and a pharmacy. The hosts were outstanding. Aside from being very welcoming and accommodating, they also provided their recommendations for restaurants, cafes and bars as well as information on how/when to visit the sights. The jacuzzi was a lovely way to relax after a long day of walking in the heat. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well. The room was also equipped with a small fridge, a nespresso machine (pods were supplied) and other utilities. I would recommend this place to other like-minded travelers who are looking for comfortable, convenient accommodation to facilitate a holiday in athens.

Everything was lovely and we really enjoyed our days in Athens. The apartment was clean and the host came to change our towels too so it is a big plus. We found a nice Prosecco in the fridge and the coffee machine was very useful for the morning coffee. The position is perfect to visit the city because you can go to the main sites just by walk. The Jacuzzi is just something amazing.. we jumped in everyday! The host was very helpful and he booked for us a taxi and send a message with all the info about restaurants, activities and advices.

It had a modern luxury feel. Little haven after a days exploring Athens. The view of the Acropolis from the plunge pool was very special.

Amazing place. We loved our time there. The hosts were so kind and recommended a lot of great places in Athens. They also prepared the loveliest welcome drink for us. We loved the plunge pool and the decor of the apartment was cool and comfortable. Air conditioning was silent and effective.

Fabulous location, all main attractions are within easy walking distance as are restaurants and shopping. The apartment was immaculately clean, as was the private plunge pool and so nessasary when in Athens. Great value for money, we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Staff couldn't be more helpful with swif communication on local knowledge and responding to booking transfers. The complementary wine and water on arrival was very kind and appreciated. Fabulous 👌

Hello, The villa is exactly the same as shown in the picture, it's clean and well maintained. The swimming pool and the garden are also clean and enough big for a family or a couple of friends. We enjoyed spending time in this area. Lina and Nikos are very nice people they were available for every need related to our journey(vehicle rental, restaurants, activities...). Thanks to them we enjoyed our journey and spent a beautiful time in Salamina !

Very clean space, with great amenities and comfortable rooms. The host was very polite and helpful during check in and check out. Furthermore, we were allowed to have music loud during the non-quiet hours for our bachelorette, something not many hosts provide.

The olive apartment is a luxurious 4 bedroom penthouse at the top of a beautiful well-secured modern building. We really loved and enjoyed our stay at the olive apartment. We were greeted with amazing house-wanting treats!The apartment is spacious, clean, and great choice for families. There was a one bedroom downstairs, a bathroom, a living room overlooking the pool and a closed spacious kitchen that has a beautiful balcony. The upstairs space has one master room with a bathroom and a walking large closet and two bedroom with sharing bathroom. Bedrooms had tv, and a/c units. The location of the apartment is more secluded quite part of Glyfada yet very close to restaurants, shops and parks! The pool is the perfect size for kids, and family to enjoy with great privacy! The pool has heater that can be switched on upon request. The property manager is very attentive and very responsive before arrival and during our stay. We were lucky enough to get a free house keeping service during our stay.

The decor and layout of the apartment were wonderful. The host had left us lovely amenities and the kitchen was fully stocked. A huge basket of delicious fruit, juices and water were in the refrigerator. The pool was fantastic. It was light and bright and a perfect location.

Property was fantastic. Very clean and everything you need for a ‘home from home’. The pool is great! Really big and ideal for kids as has several levels to help when getting in. Within walking distance to coast, lots of shops, bars restaurants etc.

You know this feeling, when you book a furnished and equipped place and yet, it’s not like home? Something missing, this eternal impersonality of rented apartments… Here you feel home from the very moment you open the door and enter. It smells home, cozy, tidy, impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed and tastefully decorated, it was probably equipped by a Mom of a big, wealthy and greekly hedonistic family. I started to pull the kitchen drawers to find 2 kinds of juicer, 3 kinds of coffee machines, a FULL set of dishes and numerous little things you take time to collect when settling down in a new home. Beds are comfy, bed linen is crispy, fragrant and new, as everything else. 2 bathrooms, that’s important. The location is optimal, the place is silent, the terrace is big enough and doesn’t lack privacy, despite the low floor, thanks to the exuberant vegetation and respectful neighbors. Last, but not least - super profesional and welcoming management by Dimitra.

We enjoyed every moment, the property is huge, 4 floors with pool, playstation, snooker, great kitchen and elevator. We stayed there 8 people that every couple got a great room. Guita and her family were great hosts and answered all our questions and requests. Highlly recomended!

Everything! From the spotlessly clean bathrooms (stocked with high quality amenities) to the spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. Everything looks at least as good as in the pictures and I can’t recommend this place enough. We hope to be back soon! A big thank you to our wonderful host!

What a spectacular place. A unique villa right in the heart of Athens yet secluded and quiet. The heated indoor pool is magnificent (a true pool with great size and depth), and all the spaces are enormous and unique. The amenities cover every need, and the most important feature is that it is sparkling clean. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay.

Dimitris was very welcoming and had a bottle of wine and snacks wait for us. We arrived supper early, he arranged transportation and let us hang out while they get the place ready for us. Dimitris was gracious enough to give us a map of things to do and great restaurants. The place has breathtaking views and an amazing private pool. The art decor was sophisticated and felt like home.

We were met by both the property owner and manager who showed us around the property and gave us detailed information about how to make the most of our stay. Recommendations on taxi apps, areas of Athens, restaurants and trips were really appreciated. The owner is an extremely interesting man who told us stories and historical facts about Greece, which added to our trip. The home is beautifully and authentically decorated and the pool is sublime. Approx. 7 Euros into the centre of Athens using a taxi.

The roof terrace with the pool was a highlight of our stay in Athens with the children looking forward to using it before going out and to cool off after sight seeing. We had a warm and informative welcome and assisted with taxis from the airport and to the ferry port. great location by the park, ideal for sunset. Clean and very safe area.

Great property, solid location at the foot of Lycabettus Hill. Our host, the owner, met us and walked us through his home. The rooftop pool was our main reason for booking this property and it was a joy to use for us and the kids for many hours, with an incredible view of Athens.

The rooftop pool was the highlight . It had amazing views over the city. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and well positioned for the underground into the city. Dimitris was very accommodating and helpful concerning transfers and always available to give us advice regarding our stay.

Excellent accommodation to use as a base for visiting Athens. Not many villas with a private pool in the area. Host was excellent and was always available for any issues and made us feel at home. Would definitely use again if visiting Athens.

Our stay was pretty amazing! We had a lovely breakfast each morning and our view was awesome! The staff was top notch and extremely accommodating! I only wanted to relax by the pool one day and there was only a private pool in one of the rooms that was already reserved. The location was perfect for walking around and seeing just about anything you wanted to.. truly wonderful, relaxing vacation!

We thought the hotel was very nice, and staff was excellent.We chose this hotel because the photos make it appear to have a beautiful rooftop restaurant/bar and a pool. IT DOES NOT. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel, although there are many nearby restaurants and bars. The rooftop pictures are of a very pricey penthouse. Unfortunately the hotel is in a very noisy area, so bring your ear plugs!

We loved both rooms, however, spacious, spotless, comfortable, and attractively furnished. The hotel is on a quiet off shoot of a lively sweet square and street--a little challenging for the taxi drive--but have the driver call the hotel ahead of time for directions. Especially notable is the consistently excellent hospitality of the staff from the general manager and desk attendants (Gregory and Eleni) to the maids to the wait staff at breakfast. And breakfast is a lovely feast of fresh Greek specialties, delicious coffee served in French press or however you like it, freshly squeezed orange juice, among many other choices. The smiling gracious servers are so attentive and pleasant. We've stayed in several hotels in Athens, and not one can equal the Perianth for the excellent location, the service, the beautiful design, and the breakfast. Although we were in Athens in September when the temperatures are lovely, the Perianth would be a welcome cool spot in the heat of summer. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. It truly is a perfect boutique hotel.

We just got back from a stay at the Perinath Hotel in Athens, and honestly, it couldn’t have gone better. I booked four rooms for our group before our Virgin Voyages cruise, and from the second we arrived, we were seriously impressed. The service? Amazing. Every single staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after. They helped with anything we needed, and even made early check-in work for us. You could tell they genuinely cared—it didn’t feel like just a job to them. Our rooms were great too—modern, spacious, and super comfy. We all kept saying how well we slept, which was exactly what we needed before kicking off cruise and a long travel day. And the location? Couldn’t be better. We walked everywhere—the Acropolis, Plaka, Syntagma Square, plus tons of shops and restaurants. It made exploring Athens easy and stress-free, which is exactly what you want when you're only in town for a short time. Honestly, staying at Perinath was one of the smartest choices we made for this trip. , I can’t recommend it enough. Stylish, well-located, and the service is next-level.

We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hyatt Athens. Our room was spotless and very modern and well appointed. We had an internal facing room which was very quiet at night, and we enjoyed the balcony and the small plunge pool on the balcony was fun to have. The roof pools were fabulous. Even though it was cool, we enjoyed a swim in both roof top pools. As I always ask... The pool stays open until Oct 31st and then is closed for winter. The server and bar tender on the roof pool were engaging and attentive. We enjoyed a very nice breakfast at the hotel, also on the enclosed roof area and had a fantastic dinner there as well. Service at the dinner was also perfect. The hotel also has a shuttle to the main tourist centre of Athens that runs about once per hour. We didn't use it, but that's a thoughtful service to provide. Some reviews mention the problem with the elevators. They were a little slow, but we really had no issue with waiting 2 minutes. The hotel for us was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again.

Having read some of the reviews I was unsure what to expect, but after a 4 night stay i’d say the experience overall was very positive. The pool areas and breakfast with a view were standout features, with the modern gym and air-conditioning functionality (down to 16 degrees) also exceeding expectations. Our room was always clean and the cleaning staff were friendly, providing firmer pillows when asked. In terms of how the hotel could improve (and made the review 5 star), a few suggestions: - Swimming pool opening hours- bizzare that one of the pools does not open until 11:00. - Poolside food offer- I found the pricing extortionate. I did not want to pay €30 for a poolside snack so ordered chicken nuggets off the childrens menu at €16- these were VERY poor quality. - Our Acropolis view room did not have any balcony furniture- I cannot fathom why they would deprive guests of this. Rooms facing the pool had tables and chairs. These improvements are all within the hotels gift. Some things that the hotel cannot control but people should be aware of are: - The hotel is on a 6/8 lane main road which is noisy 24/7. We were on the 2nd floor and wished we were on a higher one, away from the noise. - Its a strange part of town, I wouldn’t call it “seedy” but from our balcony we could see 3 strip clubs over the road. Finally, if you are arriving late or just want to eat very locally, Masina which is 200m down the road and open late is very good and excellent value.

Recently, we stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Athens. I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Pros: Attentive staff at check-in and check-out, clean and comfortable standard rooms, lovely pools (indoors and out), excellent views of the Acropolis and Parthenon- especially from the top floor pool and restaurant, and easy access for taxis or bus services. Cons: Use of scented products which I could not use. Housekeeping only provided scented bath products. Next, a private party at the pool was very loud and we were not close to the pool but clearly heard announcements and the music well past 11pm. (And our television was on). Also, options for grab and go food and drink were very limited. (The pool had food but a bit pricey for items such as fries and chicken nuggets) Sadly, the biggest con is location. It is easy to get to the center city area and airport, but the neighborhood is so-so. Some nice restaurants and a few markets. But I would not walk the area alone or after sunset. I would stay again and recommend to others.

We loved the hotel. We requested a calm room (if possible), and we got a nice room with a balcony and a view of the inner courtyard/pool (normally we’d prefer a city view but in this case we were really happy with the room/view - and how calm it was, considering the hotel is by a busy road). The breakfast was great, with a lot of options available and although it would get busy it didn’t feel packed and we didn’t experience any major shortages of food during busy hours. And the highlight was of course the rooftop pool - we loved the pool with the view of Acropolis! I just wish there were more umbrellas by the pool. Otherwise, staff was very nice and polite. It was also a nice surprise that there was a shuttle bus to the centre of Athens - the hotel is over 2km away, which we didn’t mind as the city centre gets way too crowded for us.

We had amazing time. Very friendly and kind staff, especially the manager. Very good breakfast and fantastic private pool. Would recommend to everybody to stay at this hotel and enjoy in their very nice rooms. We will for sure come back, when we visit Athens again.

The hotel is outstanding .. the location is perfect, no need for a taxi .. everything is close. Basilios, the manager of the place.. was very kind. he upgraded our rooms from a standard room to the most beautiful room in the hotel with a pool and we also received a significant discount.. the children enjoyed the pool very much Thamdara also helped us a lot. We will definitely go back there again

Breakfast is very special- with an excellent range of breads and pastries brought as standard to your table. Orange juice and coffees are spot on. They will make eggs of your choice. The service is very friendly and prompt. You might need to be careful with how much you have, as many/most things are quite sweet. The design ethos of the whole ( Not) Hotel is fabulous- it really is very stylish. We understand the building/ rebuilding of this took 10 years in the making. Our bed was superb. The pool is a good size, and the seating around the pool is very comfortable. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. It was very hot when we stayed- so we were grateful for excellent AC in our room. There is a train/underground station only about 200 M or so up the road- so access is easy! The hotel will also provide you on request with a range of nice sandwiches, and quite large salad plates-- I have appended a photo of one- really nice and will do for a full meal ( so you don't ever have to move!) Speaking of moving- the newly installed gym is really good- and again, stylish and clean. The gym room has good AC and fans, and is very usable. We'd return in a heartbeat.

The interior decor is beautiful, the bedrooms are designed for comfort, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. We went in August, so our relaxing mornings in the swimming pool were lifesaving! The team was so generous that on the day we were flying back to Portugal from Milos, we had 3 hours in Athens and they received us back with arms wide open to decompress and shower by the pool. I also appreciated the attention to detail -- small things make a big difference.

On arrival we were greeted by friendly faces, a quick check in and taken to our rooms. The room was cooled for our arrival (39 degrees the day we arrived so needed) and given a quick tour to show us what was what. The facilities in the room were exceptional including all the free amenities such as teas/coffees/shampoo/conditioners. Outside the room the pool area was lovely and peaceful (as well as being in the sun until 6pm) and the courtyard was beautiful. Don't be put off by the walk into town either, 5/10min stroll and you are at the main bars and restaurants - Also it was very safe even at night (First night walking back there was a family playing volleyball at midnight down the path). Our first impressions of the location was one of caution but by the end of our stay we realised we were completely wrong!

NOT Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The property is charming and characterful. It's set in a 200-year old-building with clever modern touches, making it extremely unique. Our room was HUGE: over 500 sq.ft. with its own living room. A rarity in Europe. The pool is gorgeous and so is the courtyard garden. The staff is genuine, friendly, attentive and very, very helpful. That made a huge difference to us and in my opinion, the best part of our stay. Well done, team! I highly recommend this place to people looking for a hotel that feels like your own slice of peace and quiet in bustling Athens. It's still close enough to the centre to go on urban adventures.

The hotel is a fabulous renovation of old industrial buildings. The facilities are arranged around a courtyard garden with swimming pool. This creates a beautiful calm oasis at the edge of the city centre. Our courtyard room was extremely comfortable and decorated simply but with some nice quirky features ( record player!) and a lot of style. The breakfast included with our stay was excellent as was all the food that we had during our stay. The hotel staff are excellent. They are very friendly and helpful and really mad the extra effort to make our stay memorable in a good way. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from a metro station or an easy stroll into the restaurants and bars.
