great location, close enough to the action, with sea views, but also away from the crowds. plenty of space, including the balcony, patio and private pool. The staff we spoke to were super helpful and friendly.

The property is a very good size, with lots of facilities including a private pool, large garden area and outside hot tub It was very clean and well maintained and is very secure with automated gates and a second locked door into the gardens. Excellent location, just 5 minutes walk from the marina, restaurants and shops.

Spotlessly clean villa in an excellent location. Friendly informative staff. We were there with our two young adult sons. The villa was big enough to give us all privacy, with a great pool area and good sized pool. Close to the marina, and even within walking distance of the beautiful Papagayo beaches. The two local beaches are also very nice, and just a few minutes walk.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Great location by the water and in a quiet, newly developed area west of Playa Blanca, near the lighthouse. Convenient parking. Your own private pool which is well maintained and a real bonus during the pandemic. Daily cleaning service. Well equipped kitchen. N.B. If you want daily refills on the packaged coffee and tea in your villa, you need to order the breakfast package. We stayed in a deluxe villa but we toured a rustic villa and it is also quite nice.

We have been to Playa Blanca before and stayed at a 5* star hotel at the other end of the bay so opted for a "quieter" location this time purposefully as wanted peaceful time with private pool. Heredad Kamezi is a beautiful cluster of 35 individual villas located by the seafront by the Lighthouse. If you enjoy walking, there is a seafront pathway all the way to the Rubicon Marina - takes about 1.5 hours leisurely. The nearest restaurants are about 15 min walk away. The complex has its own onsite supermarket that we used every day. FREE wi-fi and we chose to have pool heated (pool towels provided free). Regular maid service. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Villa had all we needed. If we went back we would prefer seafront villa but we knew in advance that we didn't have it so not a problem. Our party was two adults and two children (11 & 12). Our parents couldn't make it last minute and we had 4-bed villa. Our villa, in my opinion, was suitable for 6. Eight would have been a squeeze. Overall a lovely stay, competitively priced and so peaceful.

We stayed in a lovely villa with a private pool. The villa was comfortable and spacious, with a gorgeous terrace with a sea views. The bed was comfortable (especially with the additions of our selection from the pillow menu!), nice bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. Parking right outside the front door. The pool area is lovely, and also has a barbecue area. The kamezì app is very useful. The Deli restaurant and the Ocean View tapas were absolutely divine—local products and innovative flavors. The staff was wonderful. We mentioned that it was my husband’s birthday and they surprised us with a cake! We loved our stay!

What an amazing place to celebrate our 20 years of marriage! According to other reviews, the usual photos, etc it seemed the right place for us. But we had no idea that for once none of these did justice to the place. Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely well maintained campus, decent little shop for your essentials, good size rooms, well stocked kitchen with fridge freezer, halogen cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. So no need to pack the whole wardrobe! You even get dishwasher tablets replenished and washing-up liquid so no need to buy it yourself. You need your washing powder though. But the best is yet to come - open the sliding doors and you have a lovely terrace with your own private pool, BBQ, and a view that you get only in movies. If you want to eat out there are plenty of places by the marina but there is one place called La Flamenca, about 15 minutes stroll, ask the reception to point you in the right direction. We found this to be the best in 10 days of eating out, so much so that we went back for our last evening meal. You can also find bikes, scooters and quad bikes for hire to enjoy a quick ride to the marina. I even managed to enjoy a bit of shore fishing. In short, last time we visited Playa Blanca we were on our honeymoon. We will not wait another 20 years to come back! If you like a quiet retreat, with great views, family friendly, etc you can't find a better place. There it is - I hope this helps you make your decision.

It was an easy location - we had a private pool and it's only a 20 minute walk to the front. Liked that it was residential so fairly private and could park the car on the driveway. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including bathrooms, a blue tooth speaker, a Wii and whilst we didn't use it we had access to use the spa and gym facilities at the local hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the well furnished private villa. We paid to have the pool heater on, so we could use the pool. We also paid for a starter pack, which meant we could make a drink on arrival. There was only two of us, so it was good having 2 bathrooms. The pool man came 4 times during our stay.

Loved the whole villa like a home away from home. Had the pool heated so swam everyday and chilled around the pool. Pool staff were lovely. Villa was clean on arrival we cooked and used the amenities. We had a fabulous time

Spacious apartment for a family of 5, also gave an extra bed but we didn't need it. Has all the appliances to help you feel at home, washer, dishwasher, TV, nintendo, etc. The pool was amazing and private, not overlooked at all. We were slightly overlooked from the patio area by the terrace on the left, but nothing too much.. The pool was cleaned every few days,, we had paid for the pool to be heated but really didn't need to! Cats everywhere, which my kids loved feeding and hanging around with. Villa is in a residential area. It was so nice and quiet, 15-20 min walk to the ocean front. If you don't like walking, the taxis are relatively cheap, 3-4 euros one way to the hustle and bustle. Everything was really good and we look forward to returning one day.

The property was in a great location within walking distance of everything in particular the supermarkets around the corner! Located in a nice quiet location. Facilities were great and the private pool was amazing on the calima days! The property has everything! We can't wait to book again in the near future

We had an excellent stay at Villa Yucas. Early in our stay, a key got stuck in an exterior door, so I called the host and he had the property manager and a handyman there quickly to fix the problem and attend to our needs. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I have already recommended this property to other friends. We would absolutely stay here again! We especially loved the spaciousness of the house and the privacy of the outdoor space. We spent most of our time outside, grilling, sitting in the sun, in the pool, and just talking and relaxing as a family outside. It was the best vacation we have had in a while. This is the perfect place to relax and reconnect with family or friends.

Lovely villa, inside and out. Clean, everything you need in there. Pool is bigger than the pictures and deep. Kitchen fully equipped. Great location, close to supermarket. A short walk to the marina which has some great restaurants. 20-30 minute walk to the main beach which is along a walkway with some amazing views over to Fuerteventura. Bottle of white wine was a lovely touch. Definitely going to go back.

The location, the villa, the pool. We did not hire a car. We took a taxi €50 from the airport to the villa. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac. The villa is secure and very private, the pool is not overlooked. It was end of August and the water was perfect. The lounge is very comfortable, full Sky TV, radio with wall speakers. Kitchen more than enough equipment and utensils. Washing machine, pegs, drying area outside. No dishwasher but it wasn't a problem. 3 bedrooms, 2 double, one twin. A family bathroom and one en-suite. Hairdryers x 2. Whole place spotless. Aircon throughout but chose ceiling fan at night as silent. Communication with Kamal great - thank you. Walk to Rubicon Marina, 5-10 mins. Walk to bus stop - 2 mins then a regular No. 30 Bus to the centre of Playa Blanca. Bus is 5 mins. Or a 20 min walk. A great break and would highly recommend.

Great location, easy walking distance to Marina Rubicon and restaurants. Very comfortable villa with everything you need. Lovely heated pool. Very private property. Villa Tamia has off-street parking, Villa Atlantico has a bigger pool.

Location excellent and short walk to the Rubicon Marina. Heated pool was great for the Grandchildren and the pool man came twice per week to clean it.

The house was just as described. Very clean and very well equipped. We stayed 26 days and had a wonderful time in Los Charcones. We specifically wanted a house with a pool, and this did not disappoint. We had loungers and parasols. The bedroom double doors open out onto the pool area, and the lounge double doors open onto the patio. We had plenty of linen, towels etc for our extended stay. Beds are quite comfortable, no complaints there. The house is in a gated complex, it is quiet and very safe. The owner; Jose, met us on arrival and was always very attentive, responding immediately when I needed to contact him. Jose provided some basic groceries to get us started, and the house was well equipped with cleaning products for dishwasher, washing machine etc. A nice touch. The local supermarket (Supermercado Pechiguera) is 5 mins away by car, and while small, has everything you need, and is not expensive in comparison to some others in P.B. Overall, we loved our time there and would happily recommend it !

We spent 3 glorious weeks enjoying our stay.The villa is clean and in good order and the owner jose was very helpful on arrival. The location is very quiet and peaceful away from the town,never a problem for us we had car hire, walked or used the bus service they run every half hour with a stop a 10 minute walk from the villa. I feel that the pool would be a touch warmer its not heated but then it was febuary!

Lovely house, great sized pool, welcome starter pack, in very quiet residential area. Very relaxing would definitely stay again. Short walk to parade of restaurants and shops including a Hiperdino.

Excellent location – several beaches nearby and many restaurants within walking distance, yet the area is very quiet. Parking is easy. The house is very spacious – three large bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a lovely garden, and a pool. All rooms have air conditioning. Everything was very clean upon arrival.

Excellent - clean, modern, super pool, brilliant location behind the princess Yiaza. Yes, it's pricey, but for a family of 5, it was great.

This villa really did have everything. The pool was warm eventually. We had an issue with the temperature but it was soon resolved . In fact any issue we did have was quickly sorted as our host was close by and was very hands on Kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. We arrived late and was delighted to find that Fernando had stocked the fridge with all sorts of food and drinks. This was above and beyond our expectations and was greatly appreciated by us all. Yaiza is a quite area which we loved but you will need a car if you want to get about. It is very central and it was easy to get to all the resort areas. Playa Blanca just 15 min drive away. We had a wonderful stay here and I can't recommend this villa enough. Thankyou Fernando for making our stay so memorable.

A Perfect Stay in Yaiza – Beyond Our Expectations! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Yaiza. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the thoughtful hospitality. The hosts had prepared a fully stocked fridge for us, along with an amazing selection of fresh fruit, which was such a warm and unexpected welcome after our journey. The villa itself is great—spacious, clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The private swimming pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the gorgeous Lanzarote sunshine. The location is excellent, providing easy access to local attractions. Whether we were exploring the island or simply unwinding by the pool, this villa was the perfect base for our holiday. A huge thank you to the hosts for making our stay so special!

We absolutely loved the villa. It's in the beautiful village of Yaiza which is about a 10 minutes drive to Playa Blanca. The villa is in a very quiet area, no traffic noise at all. It is exceptionally well equipped, and the welcome food that was left for us was amazing. We loved the pool and the barbecue. Ferdinando was waiting at the villa to greet us and show us round. We had a couple of adventures and Ferdinando dealt with them really quickly and kindly. On the first night we managed to lock ourselves out of the villa with the automatic key lock ,(with pizzas in the inside oven ) ,we contacted Ferdinando and he immediately came and let us in !! Sorry Ferdinando. Then on the last night all the electricity failed in the villa.Within minutes an electrician came round, who couldn't solve the problem, so Ferdinando brought us a load of camping lights .The problem was somehow resolved the next morning. We all are already planning our next visit to Villa Altamosa. Thankyou so much for a much needed family holiday ❤️

Awesome Villa, super clean, everything you needed was provided. The host left us a full fridge with drinks and snacks. We travelled in November and the heated pool was warm enough to swim. Extremely comfortable beds in all 3 bedrooms. 10/10

Villa was fantastic, beautiful sun terrace with a brilliant outdoor kitchen.Garden,pool and villa extremely clean. Location is so peaceful, no road noise,no barking dogs and no loud music,all we could hear was the sea crashing into the rocks,5 mins from villa!Miguel was lovely and was just a phonecall away if we needed anything.

The villa was beautiful, very spacious and had everything you could need. The area was quiet and it was very close to a strip of shops and restaurants, which were lovely. Also only a short bus ride away to the nearest beaches. Pool was excellent, quiet cold in the morning but warmer in the afternoon.

Everything this was a beautiful villa so well kept and clean immaculate kept garden and pool was heating so not freezing to get into, kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need

And heated pool 👍 Staff were very helpful and responsive when needed!

Beautiful views all around the property. Everything was perfect from the comfy beds and sun loungers, the heated pool and garden seating area to the lovely lounge and bedrooms. Kitchen was basic but functional. Quiet and peaceful location with nice walks close by in particular the volcano walk which was right at the back of the property. Good water pressure so showers were really good. Hosts were quick to replace a toaster that wasn't working.

The villa was tastefully decorated, and spotless clean. Heated pool was a bonus, easy to contact if anything was needed. Nice quiet spot. A little out of the way but we hired a car so was not a problem. Would recommend a stay here

Once again, we had a marvellous stay in Casa Maurizio. It is a beautiful villa with a super layout and overall excellent facilities. Decor and furniture are fabulous which make this villa really pleasant and comfortable. Location is very quiet and relaxing. The walled garden is sunny all day long and the lovely private pool is a big bonus. Information requests to the host, Stefano, are always dealt with immediately and the support at all times was exceptional. Thank you.

Villa is located in a quiet residential area. Our first stay at Casa Maurizio and we were not disappointed. The facilities are excellent and as described. The host is superb, and always available. Cleanliness on arrival was first class. The heated pool was amazing. The pool was cleaned numerous times throughout our stay (2 weeks). Overall an amazing property, with a superb host. I highly reccomend, and will without doubt, not be our last visit to Casa Maurizio!

Firstly, a mention must go to Stefano, the host of the property. His communication before we arrived and while we were there was exceptional. We had no issues to report, but Stefano would message just to ensure we were ok and ask if we needed anything. A small bag of complimentary groceries was delivered to us which we were not expecting so this was a nice touch. The property itself is outstanding. Everything was spotlessly clean, the pool was cleaned twice in the 1 week we stayed there , and all the facilities worked without issue. We did our homework beforehand so knew it was a 15-20 minute to the beachfront area of Playa Blanca (a bit longer on the way back due to it being uphill and straight into a strong headwind!) so bear this in mind if you do have mobility issues. If you've booked the property for this year then you will not be disappointed (or at least I hope you're not!), if you haven't booked then seriously consider it for next year if you think this is the sort of place that might suit your needs.

The villa was very clean and well equipped, the beds super comfy, good wi-fi. The pool was heated and well maintained as was the hot tub, and the steam room was an added bonus. It is only a 20 min walk into the centre of town and the sea, or a €3-4 taxi. A large Lidl is only about 5-7 mins walk from the villa. Stefano was fantastic and made sure everything was ok, and we had a minor issue in that the plastic glasses to use outside were missing and I advised this late in the day to Stefano and next morning someone arrived with plastic wine glasses and tumblers, simply put Stefano made it very obvious that he really cared and wanted to ensure our time in the villa was as perfect as he could make it. Thank you Stefano.

It was very private and in a quiet area . Inside was very spacious and the garden area was lovely. Both bedrooms really airy and comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms. Kitchen had everything you need , perhaps missing an extra plug socket . The whole place inside and out was spotlessly clean. You can find sun all day. Lovely little pool with a jacuzzi and the hamman was a really lovely bonus. We hired a car and the route from the airport was straight forward and Stefano gave excellent instructions to get to property. Easy few minutes drive down to a car park near 2 supermarkets . First class. Spacious, clean, well equipped and excellent position. First villa holiday but certainly won't be the last. Would not hesitate to come back to this villa and hope to on our next visit to Playa Blanca. As said in other reviews, the photos do not do this villa justice. The wc/shower room at the pool is an excellent addition to the property. The outside space is fabulous too. I can't rate this villa too highly.

Superb location, loved the grass area around the pool, well resourced in kitchen and bedrooms., super communication throughout. We come every two years and will definitely return to this villa while the boys are little.

Amazing stay at this luxurious location. The host organised a trip to the National Park for me and my fellow travelers as an extra attraction. The villa has a big pool, the pool was heated and in January that was a big advantage since without that we wouldn't be able to use it. The kitchen was fully functional. Beautiful terrace with lovely furniture.

Friendly meeting from the host upon arrival, they showed us around the property. There is both a key and a door code for access. The property is huge, loads of space and very clean which for a large family/group is perfect. All the gear you need in the kitchen too. The outside pool area and terrace are both really lovely. Great views of the mountains and you get the sun all afternoon. The pool is large for a Villa with 8 sunbeds around it, 2 umbrellas, a bali style bed (for a siesta!) - perfect! The walk down to Puerto Calero is about 10 minutes where there are lovely places to eat. Carlos is easy to contact if needed and a really nice chap.

Very quiet location. Beautiful high quality designed villa. Very spacious garden and balcony. Use of clothes washing facilities, bbq etc. was great. Plenty of pool towels and pool lounge chairs. The owner waited till late to meet us as our flight was delayed and allowed us to stay well beyond our check out time as we had a late return flight.

Casa Angel exceeded our expectations. Owner (Andreas) was very communicative and welcomed us at the property and showed us around. The property is much nicer than the images provided. Kitchen/lounge/dining area was very large with great views. All three bedrooms were very large (2 x (double+bunk) and 1 x double, so could sleep up to 10 people). Comfortable beds with towels and bed linen provided. One bathroom was very large and well equipped, other bathroom was smaller but still very well presented. Outside area was fantastic, with a large shaded dining area , a relaxing tiled seating area with a parasol, large tiled terrace surrounded by a garden of cacti and succulents. Plenty of space for recliners and sunbeds and a large swimming pool. The views from the terrace were fantastic. The owners live below but don't bother you at all. It was useful to have them on site when during the first night we couldn't get the hob to work, they also gave us good dining tips in Puerto Calero. The owners have two very friendly and docile dogs that roam the property (if visitors are okay with this, which we were) but they can be prevented from coming onto the guest area if required. This is an outstanding property to stay at for a very reasonable price.

Incredible location, beautiful villa and outside garden and pool area. The host, Andreas, was extremely friendly and helpful and was attentive, but did not encroach on our time at the property, even though he lives below on the property. He also offers trips to the volcano, which is really handy, but we did not take him up on this on this occasion. The kitchen was quirky and there were certain condiments available, which was good. We also had a visit from Andreas' dog, Anton, and a cat, which is always lovely. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your stunning property, Andreas, and we will be back again as soon as we can.

Lovely villa, which was very well maintained. And had some lovely furniture. The pool was beautiful and just the right size for us. It was in a great location, close to shops, and restaurants and only a few minutes away from the Marina and main strip. There was a good welcome book with lots of helpful information and different cards for local restaurants / take aways in the area, along with a map. During our two week stay we had the beds changed and pool cleaned. Very good communication from Anna both before and during our trip. Had a lovely card and welcome basket on arrival, and as our flight was delayed she even came to the villa and put the light on ready for us. She kept in communication with us to check all ok, and brought over a bottle of wine the second week, which was a lovely gesture. To be honest we didn’t want to leave and were sad to go. If you want a relaxing break, this is the villa for you. We loved the Marina too, which had some beautiful restaurants. Thanks for a lovely holiday Anna and Paolo!

The Villa is in a really quiet residence, in the middle of nowhere but also not far away from facilities. From there you can enjoy sunsets on the sea. The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a heated pool which we enjoyed in February, a sunny patio to have breakfast or relax. We all really liked the house and garden, children included. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Very quiet location with supermarket, restaurants and bars a short walking distance away. The villa was immaculate, very clean and a perfect size for my family with all the amenities needed. It had a shaded dining area, a stunning garden and a glorious pool. Our host, Anna, with whom we had regular contact prior to travelling and during our stay was amazing which greatly contributed towards the experience.

The owner also let us have a late check out for our evening flight. Lovely surprise to find some left over inflatables for the pool so the kids could play upon arrival. Great little tapas within walking distance and Playa Blanca is walking distance (3km) - and a short taxi ride home for around €5-6.

Great Villa with lots to entertain the 2 families. We loved the table tennis, table football, pool and hot tub. Location was great, just a short walk to bars and restaurants and the nearest beach. Number 30 bus was regular and cheap and took us to the water park, marina and port. The host allowed us to stay on our last day until we got our flights which was perfect.

The villa was clean & comfortable and had everything we needed - so much for the kids to do with the pool & outdoor space. There are some lovely restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance as well. And a lovely sandy/rocky cove a ten minute walk away.

It's amazing for a family vacation. Nice and with a lots of space inside and outside. Really clean pool and jacuzzi.

Absolutely loved the villa. There is a designated car park, super easy to park the car, the villa is very clean, and we loved everything about it. The backyard is our favourite, feel relaxed and comfortable. Plenty of chairs and private pool was just a bonus. Key collection was painless, communication with the property management was also smooth. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time at Casa Mabel and were so impressed with the outside space and facilities. The outside area is huge, with hot tub, large swimming pool, various seating/sunbathing areas, and fully fitted bathroom that is separate to the house. It doesn’t compare to other villas I have stayed at before and when I look at villas now many of their gardens just seem so small in comparison! The location is quite a long way from the main tourist areas of Playa Blanca, however the Faro Park complex has bars, shops and restaurants if you need them and is only 3 mins walk away. The local bus stop is also only that distance away and we soon found getting around simple because the buses are cheap, perfectly reliable and scheduled usually every half an hour. In an ideal world, I personally would prefer to be nearer to the Rubicón Marina, but the villas that you get at the Faro Park end, for the price, appear to definitely have a much larger outside area. This property is definitely undersold on booking.com, as the description doesn’t really mention the hot tub, and states one bathroom, whereas it in fact has three! Also, the photos do not really do it justice. All communication with the owner was really good and I would be extremely happy to return to Casa Mabel again in the future.

Great location, not far from the marina, shops and beach. Clean, spacious and modern villa with all the facilities you would need for a long stay including indoor jacuzzi, massage shower and sauna. Lovely staff from the cleaning company and pool technician came weekly to change linen, clean and maintain the property. A substantial welcome pack with lots of local produce, fruit and wine was much appreciated on arrival. Our grandchildren loved the pool especially lit up at night and the ‘towel art’ on their beds was a big hit when they came to stay for a week. Barcelo hotel is now open so no building work noise at all.

The property was beautiful, very well maintained, spacious, spa bath and big shower in main bedroom with door to outside area from the bathroom, plus patio doors looking out to the pool from that bedroom too.outdoor space was huge, comfy sun beds, pool was warm and a great size. Liked that there was off road parking with lockable gates.

We just got home today from this Villa and I’m not quite sure how to put into words just how amazing it was there. Hygiene-wise, the Villa was absolutely immaculate. All appliances and furniture were of a high standard and very comfortable. The garden is picture perfect, as is the pool. The pool heat was included in the price and my children spent most of their days in there - it gets the sun all day. It’s a larger than average size pool and the steps and rail make it easy to get in and out. The villa was easy to find, a very straightforward journey from the airport, approx 30 mins - we hired a car and there’s plenty of parking on the street just outside. The pool table was used everyday by my sons - they absolutely loved it. We dined Al Fresco most days and the patio table is a good size for at least 5 people to sit at to eat. The villa is a 4 minute drive from Lidl’s - we stocked up for the week, but it wouldn’t have been a problem if we needed to pop back! It took less than 5 minutes in the car to get to Flamingo beach - we recommend the Italian Restaurant there. The owners were brilliant with all communications. We will definitely be booking to go back.

The Villa has a beautiful pool and gardens perfect for young children to play. There was a pool table with queues and chalk. The pool was bigger than the average Villa pool which was again great for all the family. There was an outdoor barbecue however we didn’t use as we prefer to eat out. The Villa is clean and modern and was very good.

We have stayed in many villas around Playa Blanca and this is one of the best we have had. Very large outdoor space that got the sunshine all day and with covered rattan seating area. Artificial grass made a very tidy and safe surface for families using the pool and garden. The pool was lovely and warm and the pool table an added bonus. Inside villa was spacious and clean. Toiletries and some kitchen items a nice touch. Location wise 20 minute walk to the fronts and not far behind the villa is the cash duplo cash n carry. Open to the public for stocking up on all your essentials at much cheaper prices than the supermarkets. We really had nothing to complain about and can't wait to return!

Pool area private. Pleasant 15-20min walk to town or €4 taxi. Small supermarket with lovely fresh bread, milk, ham, cheese etc 7min walk away. Kitchen was good size with big fridge, freeze, new oven and microwave. Nice coffee machine. Owners communication was great. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed the location near Faro Park. It’s away from the busy centre of Playa Blanca, but still very convenient with a hire car, a short walk to the bus route, or a quick taxi ride to the town and Rubicón Marina. The villa is also close to the beautiful coastal walkway from the lighthouse to the marina, which was a real highlight and made for a lovely daily walk. The facilities were excellent, especially the private pool, outdoor BBQ area, and the lovely rooftop terrace with sea views. Inside, the villa was very well equipped and comfortable, and the host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions

The perfect comfortable base for the holiday. The villa layout was good, with sheltered outdoor eating area just outside the kitchen and also a southerly facing sitting area by the pool. We watched the sun rise from our beds every morning. All necessary kitchen facilities. Shops within easy walking distance.

The property was fantastic and perfectly fit the needs of our group! We loved the pool (though would recommend paying for the heating!) and hanging out in the outdoor space and had everything we needed inside to cook and watch movies and things in the evenings. Would definitely suggest hiring a car as makes the island much more accessible to you. A brilliant time and venue that we will definitely return to!

The Villa was very light and modern. The external areas were amazing with stunning views! It should be noted that this Villa is a good walk from the main bar and restaurant areas which suited us, a taxi ride was no more than 5 euro's.

There is easy access to the main road but the villa is peaceful in a quiet cul-de-sac, there is even a restaurant just a minute walk away and a Eurospar with everything you need just about 5 minutes away. I could go on, but there's no need. Villa Lucky is perfect both as a base and as a holiday home with a pool, we loved it so much we've booked again, which is something we don't normally do! We enjoyed this wonderfully located villa with heated swimming pool and a beautiful view and nice sunset everyday. the information provided by the host to guide us from the airport was perfect. We got some drink and food in the fridge to start highly appreciated. the hosts were always available by sms upon need. A cleaner came in the middle of the weekfor both the pool and the house. The kitchen is very well equiped when you want to have meal at the villa.

this was a return visit for us as we had loved our stay so much last time and it was exactly as we remembered it - clean, comfortable, quietly situated and yet convenient (with hire car) for the resorts of Puerto del Carmen, Puerto Calero and nearby supermarket. The National Park is also easily reached from here as is the resort of Playa Blanca: in fact, nowhere is very far away in Lanzarote! The heated and immaculately clean pool is a lovely bonus and the sunrises and sunsets viewed from the garden are spectacular! Jacqui and Antonio are great to deal with and very responsive to any questions. Can particularly recommend the restaurants in Puerto Calero, a picturesque spot for an evening meal and more peaceful than Puerto del Carmen. We will definitely be back!

Over the years we've gone from Hotels to Villas, Villa Lucky was one of the most excellent villas we've stayed in. Absolutely spotless, and cleaned regularly, along with the towels and bedding. The bed was comfy, with an on-suite. The owners and cleaning staff needs to be complimented, on the service they offer, from food in the fridge on our arrival, to a dishwasher, washing machine, and of course the amazing pool, which was looked after to a high standard, and heated just right, as the temperature was very hot 28 to 38 most days. The photos on the website, are just right, to show this fabulous villa.

Lovely villa in a great location - easy to drive everywhere and there was a bus stop just around the corner. Jacqui met us and gave us a run down of places both local and across the island. The terrace and pool got lords of sun and lovely sunset views. The place was absolutely spotless, plus a cleaner came midweek to replace towels and empty the bins.

The villa was very comfortable and met all our needs. The location suited us very well. It was a short walk to the long promenade which led to the marina rubicon. I walked to the Marina which was about 6 km, passing playa flamingo at 2 km ( safe beach for young children) and playa blanca at about 4 km. The walk is flat and very beautiful. There was a few restaurants close by ( next to the supermarket) of which the tapas were excellent. I recommend for those travelling alone or with families. The villa was in a lovely residential setting quiet at night.However If you are looking for more of a late night party vibe definitely stay somewhere in playa blanca itself. The villa itself had beautiful gardens. The pool was a bit cold but a great facility to have. There is no air conditioning but it was absolutely fine for us as we were there in February and the nights were cooler. On another note the owner allowed us a late check out which was really beneficial as we had a late flight. All in all this was a great villa and competitively priced.

The terrace and pool area is sheltered from the wind.

This villa is ideal for a nice, quiet and relaxing get away with family or alone. The outdoor area was private enough yet not secluded so you could still admire the views around. Far enough away but also close enough at the same time to bars & restaurants and a short taxi ride into the main town at little cost. We will definitely be returning. The host was very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Claca. The villa is gorgeous, modern and spacious. Very comfy large beds, electric blackout blinds and great soundproofing! The outdoor space is amazing, particularly the pool! It’s in a great location, 10min walk to the beautiful marina and about 15 to 20mins from the main town and sea front restaurants. We loved the area and hopefully will be back soon!

The Villa is very nice and of a good size. It's comfortable and has pretty much everything you should need. Around the corner are some very nice restaurants and a handfull of bars and shops so you dont need to travel very far to get a good meal and purchase snacks for round the pool. Everything was as expected. I had a few issues that were sorted very quickly, and service in that respect was very good. We had the upstairs room, which was palatial. Downstairs, the rooms were quite small comparatively. Great for a family. Less so for a group of adults Only a couple of things I'd say would have been nice. A stand for a parasol for a bit of shade round the pool. A change of towels mid way through the week would have been nice. The boiler is very undersized. We had to ration water whilst showering to make sure 4 adults could have enough hot water. Could really do with having a combi boiler. If you're arriving late, try to pick some bits up because there is no welcome pack. It's recommended you dont drink the tap water, but even a bottle of water wasn't there. That one is pernickety, but that one is more based on experiences from many other villas who've left a few bits and pieces. Had a lovely stay, though. Soak up the sea views while you can because i forsee the resort growing in size over the next few years

Villa was fantastic with everything we needed. Easy walking distance to the local shops and bars and only a 20 minute walk to a decent beach. Would definitely return and have already recommended to friends and family.

Location is fantastic. Close to the beach, can easily access the local supermarkets and restaurants. At the beginning of a great walk into the busy part of town.

The location is perfect - just a short walk to a beautiful Marina with lots of stunning restaurants. Walk a further 25 minutes and you will be at the beach. The rooms are a great size and bathrooms very spacious too. This was our first time self catering and there is a supermarket on the corner that has everything you will need. The swimming pool is great fun too and the street is very homely and safe. The owner is very welcoming and hospitality is great with lots of extras we weren’t expecting!

The property was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and you could get Netflix if you felt like relaxing ! Raquel was very pleasant we were met on arrival and she came to see us off. The location was 2 min walk from supermarket and 4/5 mins to seafront. Lots of restaurants within 10 mins walk.

The property was located in a nice quiet area with a short distance walk to the marina where you will find all the restaurants. The space outside was fabulous for our daughter to potter around. The villa was equipped with everything you will need.

Loved the location, very convenient and mostly quiet of an evening. We had the smaller 2 bedroomed villa, with it's own pool and 4 sun loungers. We were a bit concerned the villa was semi-detached but fortunately we had quiet neighbours. Very easy 7 minute walk to the Marina. Kitchen is fully equipped and the fridge freezer was large - plenty of space for food and drink and lots of ice cubes. Beds are comfortable with decent pillows. The house does not have air conditioning but in September the wind was about (usually is) and we preferred the cross draft we could get going throughout the villa. There are fans in the bedrooms. We loved the large Naya area with its large sofa - the are is water tight and we sat out one night when it decided to rain - it was lovely and warm and dry as we sat on the very large sofa drinking wine, listening to music and reading. When the walk-in shower decided to leak, it was sorted out the next day. The owner is very hands on in ensuring everything is ok for your holiday, something to be valued when she quickly acts on the text that you send. Breathed huge sighs of relief. we will be going back when it is available - quite rightly it is a very popular villa.

The location is superb, away from the noise and traffic, but a short walk to the marina, and a short drive to the Papagayo beach area. The villa has everything you need, and is well equipped. There are multiple coffee facilities, 3 burner hob, oven and a barbecue etc. There’s a lovely sofa area outside, as well as a nice covered outdoor eating area. There’s pool is small, but perfect for a family, and has plenty of space around it for sun loungers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The White House, and look forward to returning soon.

This is a fabulous villa with plenty of space, large rooms and a generously sized outdoor relaxation area. The pool was perfect for cooling down on a hot day. We were left some basic cleaning items, handwash and shower gel which was useful and a dishwasher/ washing machine came in handy. The villa was located perfectly in a quiet area close to the Rubi on marina and a lovely walk to the beach/main area.

Very quiet location and only 10 minute walk from Marina. Great facilities and very private outside area with nice pool .Would recommend and certainly return.

Jason was a very friendly and responsive host, recommending places to go and where to eat. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The villa was in a nice and quiet location and was very clean. The pool man was friendly & helpful. Good size pool and the garden is fairly secluded. WiFi & plenty to watch on TV. We had a really nice week and would stay again if we came back to Lanzarote.

Just back from a fabulous 9 nights in villa Emma. A beautiful gated villa with heated pool and Jacuzzi. The location of the villa is so peaceful but is only a 15 minute walk from Marina Rubicon. We arrived to villa late at night and check in and access to keys for the villa was super easy. The owner of the villa was extremely helpful and always on the other end of the phone if needed. We had an amazing stay and are already planning our next visit!!

this property was a real home from home and we enjoyed every minute of our two week holiday here - the hot tub and swimming pool were perfection in the amazing 27 degree heat in October. this is the type of location that makes you consider moving away. we absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave, but hope to revisit!

Location is good, 20 minute walk along the seafront to the marina area and restaurants. We hired a car to go further afield, e.g. to the sandy beaches. Supermarket is 5 minutes walk away. We enjoyed eating outside on the terrace everyday, we had a BBQ one night and all our breakfasts there.

I would 100% recommended this villa, it was spacious, spotlessly clean and so well equipped. The management were very quick to respond to a minor problem with the pool which was sorted, they turned up in person and were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of loungers and seating areas, so very suitable for 6 to 8 people, (there were 4 of us) The villa is in a very quiet area but taxis are approx 4 euros to both the Marinas. There is a supermarket, a cafe/bar and an Indian restaurant within a 5 minute walk. We would definitely book again if going to Lanzarote.

The villa was very comfortable. Great beds and lots of amenities such as washing machine, air con, pool towels, some games, smart TV etc. It's located about 2 Kms from Playa Blanca, but a 2 min walk from a small stony beach with kayaking available. There is also a couple of shops and cafe bars located within 5-10 mins walk and also a bus stop into Playa Blanca in 10 mins. Plenty of carparking available in April. Eva our host was very attentive and quick to respond.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. It’s well-equipped with everything we needed, very clean and well-maintained, and the communication with the host was very clear for a smooth and easy check-in. It’s close to the beach, as well as supermarkets and a small shopping centre with shops and restaurants, and the walk to the marina is very pleasant along the beachfront footpath. The pool is heated to a comfortable 28C. Overall, we highly recommend and would stay again.

The layout of the property was great for us. It suited our needs well. Enjoyed the pool, and the fact that it was heated meant we were able to use it every day The kitchen was well equipped A good supply of hot water all the times Lots of storage space. This was our first experience of a villa rental for our family, our children having now grown out of a hotel room. We've all got a little tired of the chaos of an All Inclusive stay. This was a dream by comparison, an entire home to ourselves, with everything you would want from a "home from home". The villa was spotless and having our own rooms, a lounge (with WI-FI - who can live without that as a teenager?), and most importantly our own pool suited both my husband and I and our children. We were greeted with coffee, sugar, the essentials, and there were plenty of towels for the bathroom and the pool. Even loo roll for the week which is always a treat! The area is lovely - the shops and local restaurants are just a short stroll away and a super value bus stops there to take us to a livelier beach just ten minutes away which runs often, maybe every 20 minutes. We slept well and you could hear a pin drop during quiet time which is lovely for a good rest. We loved it here and will definitely be back. Real quality family time.

Lovely modern villa with nice pool. Was lovely and clean on arrival, we had cleaners come in during our stay and also a pool cleaner. Contact with staff was exceptional before and after our booking, with quick response times - super friendly. Lovely location not too far away drive from the main Playa Blanca area. We were really happy with this accommodation and would stay here again!

Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved the welcome pack of tea, biscuits, coffee etc. as well as the washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and cloths etc. Pool was a good size and it was really thoughtful to provide beach towels. Thought the kitchen was well equipped. Excellent hairdryer and iron. Loved the provision of TV channels. The location really suited us as it was close to where our family had their villa, quiet but easy access to restaurants and shops. Good WiFi. The online information and communication was very helpful.

The property was very clean on arrival, we found little treats in the kitchen which was a lovely touch. The property was well looked after and the beds were comfortable. Overall the property is in a lovely quiet location good for someone like me who loves tranquility. I will definitely be staying again.

The location is great, while the house is in Playa Blanca which is quite touristy it is situated close to the mountain which means slightly away from the rest of the houses and you get the best views. The house is just as you can see in the pictures, all was very clean and the snacks at our arrival where very much appreciated!. The communication with the owners was fantastic.

A welcome pack of essentials and cleaning supplies. Hosts were very responsive by text and everything was dealt with so efficiently.

Excellent WiFi. Smart tv with a cast device. 5 minutes walk to bus stop (e1.40 flat fare). 25 minutes walk to the beautiful Papagayo beaches. While the location is quiet at night time, there are nice local restaurants - Lagar de Baco, and La Citurna. Otherwise it's a short bus ride to the centre. I would recommend this villa, and I would return.

Beautifully presented villa, wonderful pool, pretty cactus garden - it had everything we needed. The bed was lovely and very comfortable, the host had clearly thought to make it as comfy as possible for the guests. Loved that there is a washing machine, all the cooking equipment, big fridge freezer and proper oven and hob... Even lots of different beach and pool towels, it was so thoughtful. A gift of a few snacks when we arrived was lovely. We hired a car which was handy to purchase lots of bottled drinking water (didn't like the desalinated tap water) and to get around to local beaches and explore the island a little bit. To be honest though we spent a lot of time just lounging by the pool!

Delightful little villa in a very quiet and private location with excellent outdoor space and pool. The host, Karina, is excellent.

NOTE: This review is for Villa Benita I not II as the Karina kindly moved us in advance of our stay due to some landscaping work risking over-running at Villa Benita II. The place was perfect for the 2 of us with plenty of outdoor space. The location was perfect and very secure. Extremely quiet during the day and night. The Villa was very clean and well equipped. Great walk in shower, Outdoor hidden utility area with washing machine and area for drying clothes etc. Great BBQ area with own outdoor sink and lighting etc. Garden nicely landscaped and great mountain views. Very Private. The Pool, although smaller than I expected, was adequate and lit at night. Exactly what we wanted.

Everything! The outside space was excellent and spotlessly clean. The villa was big enough inside for us (though we spent most of our time sitting outside) again very clean and everything you could need on holiday. We were looking for a week of R&R - this villa definitely gave us that! About 20/25 mins walk from Rubicon marina where there are plenty of lovely restaurants. There is a supermarket just 5 mins walk with a handful of good restaurants if you want to stay local. Finally, Karina was excellent to deal with - hope to visit again soon!

It was a lovely villa in a quiet location, clean modern. Beautiful views from the pool and patio of the mountains. About 20 min walk to restaurants and a little longer in the main town. Taxi service was great as we didn't have a car. Would walk out for dinner taxi back, plenty of taxis and only 4 euros. We will defiantly be back.

Great location very peaceful and only about 5 minutes to Playa Blanca town and the beach. The villa is beautiful with everything you need.Theres also handy little shop over the road for essentials. The pool was a great temperature not too cold like some we have had. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic holiday at Villa Atlántica where with my wife and 2 kids, where we had more than enough room for the 4 of us. The villa is fantastic with great facilities, and the best hosts who were on hand and very responsive the couple of occasions we contacted them. The villa is very close to supermarkets, the marina, and a great local CrossFit gym if that's your type of thing.

Wifi was excelent in and around the house.

We absolutely loved our week of winter sun staying at Villa Ariana. The hosts were warm, welcoming and helpful. Everything was fantastic but we particularly loved…. The heated pool, the south facing terrace, the large number of extremely comfortable sofas (both inside and out), lots of fluffy towels, the well stocked kitchen, the huge number of English channels and APPs on the TV, the serenity of the surroundings and the spacious feel. The villas location was perfect for our family. A 5 minute walk to the supermarket and close to the beach and the gorgeous marina. The centre of Playa Blanca is also within walking distance and a short taxi ride away.

Good quality appliances, good heated pool, comfortable seating in and out.

Very well equipped with everything we needed, lovely and clean, very comfortable beds and outdoor furniture. Also excellent communications with the owners Olivier and Marsha, and a very nice welcome box, which included a superb bottle of local red wine. A very peaceful area of Playa Blanca, which was also convenient for the shops and nearby marina.

We had one small issue with the pool in the beginning and Andy was straight round to sort it for us! Both Andy and Rocio are so helpful and wonderful owners, only a phonecall or text away! We only stayed for ten days and halfway through they organised a towel and linen changedor us! I will be highly recommending this villa to family and friends and I hope to return to Villa Roma again in the future! The best holiday I have had in years. Thank you 😊

Also has games room with pool table, table football and ping pong. Location is lovely and quiet but still only 10 minute walk into Playa Blanca for some great value and great quality food. There's a beach at the same location as well and I'd say that the villa is equidistant between Dorada Beach (with sunbeds at €4 each) to the left or Flamingo Beach (no sunbeds on the beach when we visited) to the right. The main marina, Marina Rubicon was roughly 35 minute walk away (or a €5 taxi fare back after a meal). Overall, had just about everything you'd want and was well located and was well supported by the managing agents.

It has all you need, jacuzzi, pool and tennis table !

In a quiet area but only 10 minutes walk to main shopping area, bars and restaurants so no need to hire a car. The villa was very well equipped, comfortable and spacious both inside and out. The pool was a lovely size, easy to cover after use and was cleaned whilst we were there.

The villa really is exactly as it looks, no filters or fancy angles needed. We shared a few pictures on social media and the villa got plenty of compliments (and a bit of envy) from friends and family. One member of our group has mobility issues. While the villa isn’t specially adapted, the spacious layout and single-level design made it easy to get around. There's one step at the gate however there's also a ramped driveway with remote controlled gate for those that struggle with stairs. It’s in a peaceful residential area, but only about a 10-15 minute walk to the seafront where most of the restaurants and shops are located. There's a big supermarket even closer. We didn’t need to use a taxi once, even with a wheelchair, though the walk back is uphill so someone fit will need to help with pushing.

Property was immaculate on arrival, everything was easy to access and the property was perfect for the group we attended with. All beds were very comfy and each room had a smart TV which was great for us, washing machine was easy to use. We have been coming to Lanzarote for 10 + years and we can hands down say that this is the most modernised, lovely villa with a perfect location. The villa is really well equipped, lovely bathrooms, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen. The pool was actually warm, which we have not found with other 'heated pools'. Location is great, 10-15 mins walk to the marina Rubicon. The ladies at Villalia management company were also great, good communication pre stay, and very quick response from them when we needed to contact them.

Villalia as a company are excellent and exactly what I expect from a Villa company. Villalia Marina is the fourth villa on this complex I have stayed in, the other three with different companies, and the best. Well equipped, comfortable, heated pool at no extra charge and all this for much less than the competitors. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this villa and company and would stay again. The villa is in a quieter location, closer to Los Colorados and Marina Rubicon (about a 10 - 15 min walk to either) which is exactly what we wanted. Perfect!!!

Location ideal, a short walk to Marina Rubicon, quiet and peaceful during the day, close to super market, cafe and sea swimming access also. Hosts were top class, very helpful and responsive, the villa was cleaned multiple times during our stay to a high standard and pool cleaned regularly....

We were welcomed by the hosts nicely. I really loved the apartment. It had three rooms and two bathrooms. The room upstairs had a balcony and private bathroom. There was also a laundry room. The washing machine worked fine, we were welcomed with laundry soap, coffee, tea, dish soap and trash bags The apartment is lovely fully air conditioned, private pool and barbecue. We really enjoyed our stay here the location was about 15mins drive to the airport. About 7 mins drive to puerto del Carmen. The puerto Calero port was close by a 7 mins walk and you can see different shops, restaurants

Very comfortable. Throughout our stay we did not need to use heating or air conditioning at all. March was too early in the year for the pool to be warm enough to use, which was understandable but a small disappointment. Our flight arrived early evening and it took us a while to find a route out of the airport so it was dark by the time we got to Puerto Calero. Our hosts parents had waited patiently for us and made sure we were settled. The Marina with it's shops and restaurants was easily accessible on foot.

Lovely clean property with everything in good working order and well presented. It's an easy 10min walk down to the marina (the walk back up a little more testing!), where you'll find lots of bars and a great choice of places to eat. The new supermarket that will open for the summer is a couple of hundred meters away so perfectly located for that too. Great views over the ocean from the upstairs terrace. We found the villa to be comfortable and with plenty of space for us as a couple but will also suit a family too. The pool is small but enough for a refreshing dip!

The location of the villa is a five minute walk from the marina but is so peaceful and quiet. The outdoor spaces are amazing, two massive terraces with excellent sun beds and two outdoor seating furniture sets. The amenities are all there too, dishwasher, washing machine in its own utility room etc. The top floor is a master suite with a large double bed and en suite and a large terrace with a beautiful sea view. We’ll definitely return.

Just back from a 2 week stay at this wonderful villa. Fabulous from start to finish. We were a family of 5 ranging in ages from 18-80!, so space and location of the villa worked perfectly for us. Everything in the villa was high quality, great appliances, comfy beds and also a BBQ outside which we used on several occasions. Wonderful terrace off the main bedroom upstairs. 5-7 minute walk to the port with several restaurants and bars or approximately €8 in a taxi to Puerto Del Carmen if you wanted a more lively vibe. All in all a wonderful stay, I would definitely return.

Really enjoyed our stay at villa little star. It is a lovely, spacious and modern villa with everything we needed for a 2 week stay. We loved the pool, jacuzzi and pool table. The location was good - just 15 mins walk to Flamingo beach, and close to restaurants and a supermarket. The host was great to deal with - very pleasant and responsive to any queries we had. The villa was amazing and our host and the lady Suzanne our contact was so helpful and kind. Facilities were really good, we just found the entrance to the pool very slippery…needed to be very careful as one member of our group fell on entering the pool.

We were a family of 9 with age ranges from 2 to 80 and everyone had a fantastic holiday at this luxury Villa. There is plenty of space and bedroom options. The pool and jacuzzi were a highlight and used daily. The villa is not overlooked and has lovely views of the mountains and distant sea. The villa was exceptionally clean and cleaners came in every day apart from Sunday to sweep/mop and take out the rubbish (something you don’t always get when renting). The kitchen is extremely well equipped with plenty of BBQ tools. The owner and managing host were super easy to deal with and you will always received a quick response. I would recommend hiring a car as it makes life easier for food shopping and going to the beach although this is not essential as there are taxis. There is a very good restaurant in the complex nearby and a small local supermarket. I would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Little Star which has a prime position in Vista Lobos.

The most equipped villa we have stayed in, in Playa Blanca. Wee things like oil, tinfoil, dishwasher tabs and washing tabs all in the villa and an amazing range of cooking utensils and crockery. The heated pool and hot tub are fantastic, the villa huge so everyone had more than enough space. The storage in each bedroom was fantastic. Was walking distance to the front and supermarket very close. The staff and communication were fantastic we had a small issue one day and it was a quick what’s app message to them and they were out and fixed it right away.

Ensuite bedroom had seaview. All beds very comfortable. We had one minor problem but this was dealt with immediately. To sum it up this is easily the best place we ever stayed! A little bit further from beach than we realised but public transport is very handy and only 5 min to flamingo 🦩 beach or 7 to Playa Blanca or a 20 min walk. Florian was also very helpful, well done all. We will definitely return.

The villa was honestly the best we have rented. They have thought of everything there was even an air fryer (not that you do much cooking ) the point is the facilities were fantastic. There were usb charger plugs available too which was an added bonus. Plentiful crockery even pool friendly glasses. The contact from the owner/representative is great just enough not over the top. Thank you were would definitely recommend it.

We did not originally book this villa. On arrival to the one we had booked we could not stay so found this on booking.com booked and was contacted instantly. Had access within an hour! The bed are amazing quality so is everything! Clean, great beds, sun beds pool

Villa Ascanio is one of the best places we've ever stayed. Everything is so well thought through, my boys especially loved the pool table. The facilities are amazing and we hope to return!

Absolutely incredible! A little far from town, if no car but perfect for hanging out with friends! There are plenty of taxis available and bikes. It accommodated 7 of us perfectly and the pool and jacuzzi were absolutely incredible! We would recommend and absolutely be back!

Inside of villa is very comfortable good beds good shower lovely bedding and towels,kitchen well equipped apart from no dish for microwave and no egg cups otherwise all you need if you want to cook. Host's were excellent can answer any queries..thank you for water,milk,biscuits on arrival,and greatly appreciated being able to stay a bit longer on day of departure due to a later flight. We enjoyed our walk every evening down to the town does take around 30 minutes but very pleasant after lounging all day plenty bars and some lovely restaurants with lovely friendly staff..taxi back cost about 5 euro.

The villa was exceptional. Beautiful decor, very comfortable bed, pool gorgeous, when you opened the doors onto the garden area it was like outside coming in. Aircon, particularly welcome in the bedroom and was a god send at night as it was hot. We even managed to log into out Netflix account on evenings when we didn't want to go out. My husband and I spent a lot of time there as we were so comfortable and relaxed. In my opinion it is a long walk to restaurants, bars and shops but that all depends on your fitness and mobility. We always hire a car so for us it wasn't a problem . We will definitely be back.

The villa is beautiful. Lovely comfortable rooms. Patio & pool area lovely. It is a good walk into town. But you either drive, get a taxi. Or hire a bike or e scooter.

Being able to open up the back of the house onto the garden was great especially with the lovely pool area.

The outdoor space was very big and open, the pool was a good size. Carly came in for a mid stay clean and she was very thorough and pleasant, the house was very clean when she left.

The owners are very helpful with everything! Usually, in the villas, i find no coffee, tea, sugar, or toilet roll upon arrival. However, this time, it was provided along with a bottle of wine. The house is exactly like in the pictures and very clean. There is nothing I can fault! It is a 30-minute walk to the Playa blanca beach or to the natura garden, 10 minutes walk to the closest shop. The house is in the area of Montaña Roja mountain, which you can see from the house it is 1 minute walk.

The layout of the villa is perfect for two families, it is a very spacious villa. The pool was larger than expected and the outdoor space was excellent.

The family loved the pool, also the accommodation had two distinct areas upstairs and downstairs bedrooms giving plenty of space for everyone.

Property is excellent. Well furnished and very clean. Lovely quiet area about 10 min walk to a small row of shops / bars and good restaurants. Lovely walk into playa blanca takes about 1 hour along the coastal path. We have stayed in villas in this area many times and this is one of the best. Communication was easy and villa met all expectations.

I love the layout of this property, it was planned and there was lots of access. The beds were lovely and comfortable. The room sizes were large enough for people comfortably.

Great villa with three large bedrooms with plenty of fitted storage and wardrobe space and two large bathrooms. Good size regular shaped pool in attractive outside living space. Great built in outdoor BBQ (adjacent to kitchen window for the all-important transfer of food and beers for the chef!). All living rooms/bedrooms had air conditioning. This villa has a premium feel without the fussiness but feels like a home not just a house. Prepare to be totally relaxed from start to finish - this was our second stay here and everything just works. Buenavilla are an excellent management company - there when you need them (unlikely) but completely unintrusive when you don't.

A wide variety of cuisines at dinner with some brilliant local fish. Cocktails at the pool bar will set you back around €8.00 and would recommend trying the Lanzarote specials, made with Lanzarote produce. Hotel room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony - bonus if you can get yourself a sea view. To sit and have a coffee whilst watching the sunrise with the Isla de Lobos and Fuerteventura visible across the water was bliss.

Beautiful well maintained hotel. Rooms are spacious, cleaned every day and comfortable with towels replaced as requested. Pool area is beautiful with plenty space and sun loungers. Towels are also provided for the pool. Breakfast buffet is fabulous - freshly made omelets, and other egg options, all types of juices and smoothies, pastries, fruit, cheeses. Staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment is quite good and there is a small gym available

They call this place a Palace for a reason. Absolutely stunning venue to stay in. We loved the view of the sea from the pool. The rooms were unbelievable and the beds were very comfortable. They make a huge effort to give you a warm welcome and stay here. The pool bar was excellent and the food was great quality there.

Just a last minute 4 day break but the Hotel exceeded our expectations, was immaculately clean and felt more expensive than it was, robes and slippers in rooms and all staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of options including healthy ones too! Outside dining in the sun also available. Bar area lovely, and we discovered the lovely pool bar on our last day which does great cocktails and food. Pool area immaculate overlooks sea. 3 great restaurants within easy walking distance .

Entertainment and activities also go on throughout the evening into the night, with live music in various bars, restaurants, or even playing next to the pool. Spoilt for choice with food - If given the option (either when booking, or when at the hotel), go for the "Privilidge" upgrade - Includes room upgrades, access to exclusive pool (less busy), and à la carte food rather than standard style buffet. I don't normally like going back to the same place twice as I like to explore, but have already recommended this hotel to several friends, and will be on the cards for a return trip at some point!

This is our 2nd trip here. Its more of a 4 star than a 5 Star. Our rooms was lovely and clean and the cleaner did a lovely job each day. The pool area is very busy and everyone reserves sunbeds whichever pool you go to, if you are wanting to be be on the front row around the pool some folk but towels down as early as 06.30, thankfully we never wanted to the front row so was a little easier to get bed. People go on trips etc and still reserve sunbed and return at 3/4pm which I think is unfair to reserve when others are wanting them. The hotel main restaurant is OK, not really many veggie options. drinks service is very slow but this is only because they dont have enough staff. We didnt go into the the evening entertainment but walked past the room it was in and the queue for the bar was usually around 10 deep and 1 person serving again not enough staff. The pool bar could do with an update and as this serves the pools throughout the day it does get busy and could do with more staff. Pool areas are kept clean and tidy. Personally cant see why when you have had a drink you cant dispose of it in the bin which are allocated around the pool instead of letting it get blow over and roll around. The reception staff were great very friendly at check in and check out. if you want a taxi into the centre you just ask them. taxis are around 5 - 10 euros depending on the time of day.

Overall this is a fabulous hotel where staff work incredibly hard to maintain this huge village-like complex. There’s plenty for everyone and we didn’t want to leave! We travelled as a family of 4 with children age 5 and 3. Best bits: -Plenty of swimming pools to choose from, childrens pools, chill out pool, pool with music and/ or activities. -Great views of the sea. -Choice of Cafes and restaurants. Choice of restaurants.

We absolutely loved this hotel. From start to finish, the service was absolutely excellent. Small little touches that made it memorable for us. The hotel itself had plenty to do, lots of swimming pools that did not feel crowded other than the heated pool which was to be expected. We had to get our towels out onto the loungers at around 07:30 to get a good spot, but there was always 1 or 2 spare loungers anyway, and from from 14:00 more started to become available. Our child loved the kids pool and the pirate ship slide. The restaurants were spot on, we dined at 2 of them. Food was fresh, meat was delicious and well cooked. Drinks were very reasonably priced, 2 cokes and 1 beer for around €9 total. We’ve stayed at 5 start Hotels before, 1 being 12 apostles in Cape Town. I would say 10H is more on the lower side of a 5 star hotel, but considering BlueBay Hotel in Costa Teguise was €1500 for 1 week (3 stars but more like 2 stars and please never go there) and 10H being €1700 for the week, there is no comparison or reason not to go with 10H. Will definitely stay here again.

everything was amazing from the food to the pools to the atmosphere! staff were always friendly. we were greeted with a glass of champagne on arrival and then drove down to our room by a little kart. the rooms were lovely and spacious very clean and aircon was great! such a big resort there was always amazing variety of food, the snack bar was great it served cold snacks and drinks and also hot dogs burgers chicken and bacon baguettes chips onion rings and nuggets! we ate our lunch here most days. plenty of pools to choose from which was great. there’s a couple of little souvenir shops on the resort that also sold pool floats sun creams etc! staff were always really friendly, I honestly couldn’t fault anything about my stay, I don’t think there was much to do within the location but me and my gf were happy to stay within the resort everyday as we just wanted to chill. we enjoyed it so much we booked an extra night and we would definitely come back again :)

This was my second visit to Lanzarote. I chose these apartments again, as we were so happy with everything on our first visit. We like to be close to amenities, but peace and quiet too. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The pool bar is well stocked and can bring food from the bar/restaurant next door to the pool area. The apartments are modern and clean, with everything you need. The pool is lovely and clean and there were always plenty of sun beds. We’re not a fan of the main resort, but there are a handful of restaurants a few hundred yards away. Faro Park by the lighthouse has some great restaurants and is a 30 minute walk, or 5 minute bus ride away (then you can watch the sunset!) Flamingo Beach is a 15 minute stroll - decent size supermarket, coffee shop and restaurants - plus a lovely beach and safe swimming area.

We loved our week at Palmeras Garden! There were 13 of us, all family and the staff booked us in a set of 4 apartments next door to each other, it was perfect! The apartments had everything we needed, really well equipped, really clean and great terraces! The pool was lovely and pool bar was a godsend. We ate and drank there most days and it was fabulous! We also ate and drank in Bar Arena a couple of times which was great! Dave was amazing, so friendly and lovely. Celia on the apartment reception was delightful and so helpful. We were just a 10 minute walk to the waterpark, 20 mins to Playa Flamingo with lots of lovely places to eat and a gorgeous beach. Only 5 mins in a very cheap taxi to Playa Blanca centre which was wonderful! We'll be back! Thanks so much!

We liked the peace and quiet of this property. It is situated at the quieter end of Playa Blanca with a small supermarket and bar/restaurant on site but with plenty of others just a short walk away. The pool was never crowded and the complex has a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. The bungalow style apartments are spread out around the complex with lots of garden areas and space around them. The apartments are light, spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a self catered stay. We stayed in apt 31 (to one side of the complex) which had a sea view from the spacious terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful, the grounds and pool area were clean, and there is parking on site. The Paleras Gardens were exactly what we wanted.

It was in a great location very close to the marina, shops ,bars, restaurants, beaches and nice walks. The pool was very clean and every morning you saw them clean the area around the pool. The pool was slightly heated and was lovely to have a swim in. The pool lifeguard was very friendly and kept it all very clean and tidy. The apartment was very comfortable and clean plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable .

Clean, recently renovated hotel located right next to the marina ticked all our boxes for a quiet week in the sun. Great room on the second floor overlooking the pool (224). Some rooms overlook the pool and others the marina. I think the pool view is nicer in my opinion. The pool was clean and never busy, plenty of sunbeds. Great location with many of the best restaurants within a 5/10 min walk.

Location is great as really close to the Marina. Pool was very clean and not that cold considering its size. Plenty of steps to access the pool. Pool toilets very clean and pool snack bar very good. Bed comfortable with plenty of pillows.

Hotel was very clean and the one-bed apartment had lots of space. Air-con in both the bedroom and living room which could be controlled separately. There was a full size fridge and all the utensils you would need in the kitchen, table with four chairs and a sofa bed. Lovely balcony with table, two chairs and clothes rack. Beautiful view of the pool and promenade (Room 219). The room was attended to each day and fresh towels etc when requested. Staff in reception were very friendly and helpful. We didn't eat / drink at the pool restaurant but there seemed to be a nice atmosphere there. Parking was available outside the front door on a quiet street so very safe. There are more than enough sunbeds for guests and the pool is very clean. Lifeguard on duty each day until 6pm. The hotel is walking distance to all areas of the marina with plenty of choice for restaurants and the weekly market. It is about a 20 minute stroll to the old town along the purpose built promenade so accessible for all. We would highly recommend this hotel!

My wife and I stayed at the lovely CalaLanzarote Suites for the first week of our honeymoon. It was the most beautiful and relaxing hotel in the area. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. Would recommend upgrading for the private pool - so luxurious

We loved the privacy of the two bedroom villa, everything was amazing. Had a slight issue with water, which was resolved very quickly, private pool cleaned every day, never an issue getting sun beds at the main pool, chill music at the bar, wonderful sea view, walking distance to the Rubicón marina, nothing to fault the property for. Would definitely want to visit again.

Great location, really peaceful , plenty of sunbeds without having to reserve every morning . Friendly staff. Nice pool bar. Ideal hotel for a relaxing break away. A nice 10 minute walk to the marina that had plenty of restaurants to choose from and only 30 minutes from the airport. Would definitely return but choose a pool access suite next time .

We were welcomed by a lovely receptionist on arrival. She explained everything about the hotel and area and took us to our accommodation. Beautiful accommodation overlooking the sea in an Excellent location 10 minutes walk from marina Rubicon. Very spacious villa (number 4) attached to the hotel with all the hotel facilities if needed. Maid service was every day and perfect and private pool service every day too. Spotlessly clean and very comfy bed. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. Many thanks.

We've just come back from a two week stay at THB Tropical with two young kids. The facilities at the hotel are fantastic, especially the slides and splash park. The hotel beds were comfortable, great for self catering and a nice big balcony to sit out on. We didn't feel the need to rush to the pool early to try reserve sunbeds, there were always plenty available around the main pool before 11am. There were plenty of lifeguards round the pool which is very settling when it's busy. You could also purchase food at the snack bar which was very reasonably priced. The entertainment team are great for both adults and kids and the hotel gardens are lovely to walk around. It's around a 15 minute walk from the front where there are loads of lovely places to eat and drink, including an Aldi just down the road. The only disappointing few factors was that toilet facilities round the pool could be better maintained, the was never any hand soap by the sink and a few times there wasn't any toilet roll from late afternoon. Quite a few families reserved prime sunbeds from before the pool opened at 10am and didn't turn up to them until around 3pm, one family reserved 8 sunbeds next to the pool and just never turned up to them at all. I know this happens in most hotels, but there are signs that show not to reserve sunbeds, it would be better if the rule was more enforced by the staff. Overall I would defiantly recommend this hotel and we're already looking to come back next year!

We have just come back and had a lovely stay, the apartments were clean and well kept, well equipt and maintained. The complex itself is very big, slightly dysfunctional, only one family bar open during the day so unless you're at the main pool area during the day you have a little walk around the complex to get a drink, although it looks as though there are other facilites to have a bar, maybe theyre open during the summer. We were all inclusive the food was do able, always something to find, again the dining area was dysfunctional, three sections which didn't really flow and very much like a canteen, plastic tables and chairs. The snack bar was convenient offering usual fast food, salad and sandwiches, but often a little queue. We dont really drink so cannot comment on this side of things. Pool areas were well kepts, the main pool was freezing but thr individual pools at the apartment blocks were heated. The sports facilities were great fun, the entertainment was usual holiday entertainment- something for everyone. Kids club i wouldn't recommend- day 1 my 2 children escaped and made their way back to our room past 5 pools without anyone noticing, luckily we were just getting some bits from our room, we went back to make kids club aware but not really bothered, day 2 we made a point of sendng them back thrn the staff chased after us and was flustered as our just 4 year old had been arguing with a group of girls - it seems kids club cant cope with kids so they didnt go back.

Stayed here from 11th October-15th October 2025 as a solo traveller for the first time. I was sad to leave had a fabulous time, I loved this hotel so much the facilities and amenities are brilliant and the evening entertainment especially was fabulous. The place and my room were super clean and well maintained. All the staff were friendly and brilliant I had a gorgeous view from my balcony surrounded by palm trees overlooking the pool side. There are two huge outdoor swimming pools one with water slides and a splash zone. There’s an adults only swimming pool, kids clubs, pool snack bar and mini market on site for essentials The live shows and evening entertainment really made my holiday each night and pool tables just outside the entertainment dome for fun too. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel it has everything you need for a great stay as for Playa Blanca it’s self absolutely gorgeous lovely beaches and numerous lovely restaurants and bars with a wide choice of cuisine.

The pools were great. Nice size for each section. Opening time of section pools were not strict and there was enough pool loungers for everyone who wanted one. Main pool was lovely for a change of scenery and was slightly deeper. Baby pools were well placed and well shaded. Meals were fresh and plentiful. Times for meals were also well suited to young families. Taxis were readily ordered from reception and usually at the door within 5 minutes. Dining in the town had plenty of variety. Towels changed every day. Bed sheets only changed once a week. Air-conditioning in room was good. Crepes van was a nice surprise!

The bungalows rear terrace was a great sun trap and was so nice to have the choice of sitting out there or sitting out the front by the pool. Ample sun beds and pool area was always very quiet. The place was exactly as described.

Honestly, everything was great. Upon arrival we were received by taxi services arranged by hotel, ride was great. They have children seats of all ages in a van. Hotel staff are friendly and doing their best to help always. Villa was stunning. We had one with jacuzzi. Clean, kitchenette had everything for your comfort, I mean literally everything. I enjoyed cooking lovely breakfasts and we had them on the terrace. Weather was amazing and we took a ride every day to Playa Flamingo by taxi, from hotel to playa Flamingo it’s only 6-7£ for a ride. Taxi services amazing in this country, average waiting time 2 min. There is a lovely beach nearby. Was a bit worried about departure, because we had to be at the airport by 6 am. Hotel staff booked a taxi for us 1 day in advance and taxi came literally minute into minute. Everything is fantastic and I’ll probably come back there with friends. This time I stayed with mom and my 5 year old daughter. My daughter enjoyed kids swimming pool during the hot hours of the day. We have never been disturbed by any other customers. It’s very quiet. We all got everything we needed during our holiday in your hotel. Thank you everyone! We will be back!

Located at the “quieter end” of playa but easy access by bus or car in about 10 minutes . A small (32unit ) complex of 2 bedroom 2 shower rpm serviced apartments . Pics are accurate. Well equipped to high standard . Clean and maid service/ towel change daily in the week . Good pool and jacuzzi ( though bit chilly in dec !) Each apt has indoor and covered outdoor dining area and sun beds . Plus ours had hot tub . It’s very quiet area only 5 mins walk from sea/ beach / coast path . The shopping centre 150 metres away has large supermarket open 8a-10p plus mix of around 7/8 restaurants / cafes / bars . Highly recommend the varied tapas menus and very low prices for food and drink at the bar next to the main doors of the supermarket called Furancho do Tono

The apartment was in pristine condition - ours had two bed rooms and a Jacuzzi ! Two bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen / lounge area. The Jacuzzi was placed in the private terrace where we also had a table with four chairs and two sun loungers ! The number 30 bus which loops playa Blanca has a stop rite across the street ! You can go anywhere in playa Blanca for €1.48 ! The pool area is very quiet and on most days only us and one or two other couples used it .. 10 out of 10 !!

The staff were really friendly and allowed us a late check out for our evening flight at no extra cost. The pool area was quiet - no need to rush for sun loungers. The location was perfect, as there are shops and restaurants right outside, but also it’s easy to get to the harbour area with many more restaurants by a short walk along the coast. The apartment was spacious and clean with a beautiful terrace.

We have had a great week away the view from our room was outstanding the room was very clean and beds changed 3/4 times during our week stay people moaning about the AC wasn't even needed as the rooms also have ceiling fans. There is plenty of choice of food and the food was lovely im a fussy eater and enjoyed every meal. The entertainment staff are amazing . The lifeguards are none stop tidying around the pool and keeping things tidy. The private beach is also amazing. We would 100% come back yes a few things may need updating and a touch up with abit Paint but its a beautiful hotel. We walked into playa blanca a number of times which is a beautiful walk along the beach front with stunning views. Yes theres a que at night in the pool bar but its a very busy time and the staff are trying really hard to keep up

Stayed at Royal Mónica for 2 weeks had a lovely relaxing holiday for me and my husband. The one issue I had was the pool was not heated which wouldn’t usually bother me to much, but as it does advertise the hotel having a heated pool I was disappointed, I also emailed the hotel in person asking if it was definitely heated and had a return email saying yes. So I was upset to find it cold. They should not be advertising it as heated. But didnt spoil our holiday. Hotel clean, food good and a fantastic quiet sea front hotel

We had a brilliant time here. Gorgeous location- a bit out from the town but we got a taxi in and walked home. The staff were suoer friendly and the entertainment staff were absolutely fantastic. My 4 children adored it. The hotel is a perfect size for us. The pool was perfect and there was always a sun lounger no matter what time of the day you arrived to the pool. We loved the food especially the paella. We had a fantastic holiday

The food is superb (healthy and so tasty), one reason to visit the place. Also the swimming pool area is nice, the swimming pool is big so you really can swim there. Relaxed atmosphere and beautiful views towards Fuerteventura from the balcony. Good cleaning. Possible to rent Honda 125cc scooters via Omega from the reception.

I enjoyed the variety of cereals, milk, yogurt, fruit & there were a few egg choices. It was great having a few salad items included in the breakfast menu as I enjoy those. The pool & bar were great places to hang out & meet people. I loved being on the seafront within a couple mins. My spacious quiet room was a bonus. Great sized bathroom, pleasant body/hair wash, good water pressure & decent shower. The reception staff were friendly, cheerful & helpful. A special mention for Gladys, I witnessed how she dealt patiently with a disgruntled guest & helping another person on the phone. Martha, the waitress was lovely, I enjoyed our conversations. The lovely Moha Ali serving drinks in the pool bar, he had a good sense of humour & was kind. Hotel Monica is in a quiet location though cabs are readily available & bus 30 takes you to Playa Blanca town every 30 mins. I loved the views & walks from the seafront, clean healthy air & the clear water with abundant fish.

We stayed 2 nights. Our bungalow was clean. It was close to a big, unheated swimming pool. There were several other snall wimming pools, a lot of sunbeds and parasols. It is in the south of the island, next to the marine rubicon, which is nice visit and easy to walk to. Around the corner a nice restaurant. There was a living room and kitchen, a spacious clean bathroom with shower and towels: towels for swimming pool available at the reception. The bedroom was spacious with good beds. There is airco in the living room and ventilatirs in the bedrooms. Frindly staff at the reception and restaurant. We had breakfast, which is a varous breakfastbuffet. Enough parkingplaces in front of the reception or at the street. A few good restaurants and a supermarket in the neighboorhood. The location is an oasis of tranquility. A good place to stay.

Restaurant team were great, v efficient and on it. Front of house friendly and helpful. Well designed pool area. Food above average. Very clean. Rooms were kuch latger than expected. In quiet area of island away from tacky resorts, also next to best beaches on the island at papagayo (car needed for kids). So not the cheapest option but worth the money.

All staff, location, views, breakfast, pool, small bar, quiet, rooms, and facilities. We will return!!

The accomodation was clean and modern and spacious. The staff were excellent and the location was only a short walk to the main square and beach.

This complex is clean and serene a lovely calm environment and the staff where all so welcoming and friendly
