Lovely private pool to chill and cool off when hot. Complimentary towels for the pool and shower. Fantastic apartment - comfortable bed, great shower, TV and sofa, kitchenette and even a washing machine. Sarah on reception was superb.

It is our second stay here, and this time was even better than before. The staff is amazing, everything is clean, the view is beautiful, the private pool is even bigger that we expected, we loved the breakfast options.

The private pool was excellent. The facilities in the apartment were great. Cleaning staff very accommodating and smiley.

We had a suite with private pool, and actually we're able to extend our stay. My wife felt like a celebrity, Liz Hurley I would say, and I felt relaxed like I haven't been for years. The room, pool, balcony, view, location was exceptional. And it truly made this one of the best holidays I have ever been on. The staff were also incredibly such awesome hosts really extended how brilliant this place is. Thank you We will be back!

Suite with private pool to unwind in after a day of exploring! Really was private too. Perfect city/ holiday break. Great location 10 minutes from old town €6/7 in taxi. A table top pool game in the room which was cute! Do not hesitate to stay here - we will be back. Recommend Bosso for burgers / ribs, Chops for an extra special steak meal - the best steak I have had in my life!

Overall our stay was very good, location near the beach, villa was very clean, you can use the pool jacuzzi and sauna. We needed help from staff and they were quick to respond and help was given. The villa has its own restaurant Amigos where the reception is, nice food and they also offer free sunbeds for guests. There are bars and other restaurants in the area, if you are looking for a beach holiday, lounging by the pool and use of jacuzzi and sauna then this villa is for perfect. If you want to explore this may not be the location for you due to bad traffic in the area, or start your trip very early in the morning or at night - less traffic.

I really liked the villa type of accommodation. The pool, jakuzi and sauna was there. The beach is just in front of you and it’s a walking distance. The staff was excellent! And also don’t go anywhere nearby for your dinner! The hotel has a very nice restaurant with delicious food! Your only exception could be going to Split for dinner and sightseeing.

It was very well furnished and equipped. Everything was clean and up to great standard. When I asked whether they could provide me with an iron and ironing board- it was immediately provided. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was served at the restaurant directly at the beach with an amazing view. The pool was clean and had enough sunbeds.

Great location set back from the beach with a pool and outdoor shower. Lots of shade, sun beds and a private gate access. Beds available on the beach in front of the restaurant.

We stayed at this property for three nights prior to boarding a sailing boat. The room and bathroom are large and well appointed, and ours had a patio door leading onto the pool area. This actually was a plus for us, as it made for a nice area to sit out side with convenient pool access. It's a quite small hotel, which for us made for a fairly quiet stay. The breakfast had a surprisingly good selection and service by the staff was excellent throughout.

Great hotel which is actually the ground floor of an apartment block. It’s quite a distance from the old town etc (about 45min walk) but that means it’s quite quiet and away from the busy main town. It’s near some really nice beach areas and the Radisson beach club is available for day tickets should you want something more luxurious. For dinner, you can get a taxi to main town. Hotel have a small number of rooms and 4 or so which look directly into a small pool which you access from your private sliding doors. There’s also a little table and some chairs in your own little space just outside if you need somebody shade. Pool is nice and gets sun all day really, only small issue is that it’s quite small and the filtration isn’t great so there were a few large bugs in it all the time. As for the room, they were great. Large bed, lovely bathroom and really comfortable. Breakfast is just across the hall and has a simple but tasty spread of breads, cheeses, meats as well as egg / sausage / bacon and then yogurts, fruits and pastries. The hotel also have a gym, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. We aren’t the holiday training type so didn’t even look at the gym. Jacuzzi isn’t great and as it was really warm outside the sauna and steam room weren’t on. Wouldn’t count on these facilities personally. If the hotel were to add anything, some simple snacks and drink service through the day by the pool would be great. That’s really the only thing we were missing.

Oasis Life is just gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The current rooms they have are on the lower level so level with the swimming pool, you literally open your glass doors and are welcomed with a seating area in front of your room and met with the pool! Very close to the beach, supermarkets and lots of bars/restaurants line the sea front. Close drive into town or about a 30 minute walk along the coast. Breakfast is provided in the morning and is more than I could have asked for, fresh Croissants and bread, eggs, ham, cheese, cereals, fresh fruit, juice, yogurts, just amazing! The staff and owners are so hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!

Overall it was a nice hotel. Lots of facilities to use such as the spa room and swimming pool. Things to improve on- Room number 11 can do with some work e.g floor is uneven, skerting boards is broken. Was a delay during check in. Breakfast is nice however maybe can do with 1 or 2 options such as saussages, hash browns etc Maybe a little pricey considering we didnt get a pool view.

Lovely clean, modern hotel with really nice staff who were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, including a very thoughtful card, chocolates and bottle of bubbly for my husband who celebrated his birthday whilst we were away. The breakfast had good choices for all, including hot and cold options that my vegetarian husband was very happy with. There is a coffee machine you can use throughout the day. The room was a good size, with a lovely bathroom and was cleaned daily - especially nice to be able to step out from the room straight to the pool area. The bed was a little too hard for me but this is just due to my preference and my husband found it comfortable. The local beach is about 5 minute walk away down a steep hill and there are some local beach bars and restaurants as well as a small supermarket nearby. I would have liked there to be a little more nearby, but the stony beach was very clean with lovely clear water and you have the option to catch a bus (around 25 minutes), uber (around 15 minutes) or walk (around 30-40 minutes) into town if desired. Finallly, a great surprise for us was that we were offered use of the onsite spa facilities on our first day due to the weather turning a bit gloomy and we spent a lovely afternoon enjoying the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna- a great way to unwind and relax after a long day traveling and a great start to the holiday. All in all a very nice place to have stayed thank you

Comfortable, spacious, bright apartment with every room looking at the pretty pool area and then the sea beyond. Nice outdoor eating area with a view and wonderful, clean pool. The yard is planted with lavender and rosemary so it even smells good. The apartment is a 10-12 minute walk or 4 minute bike ride from Sutivan which is beautiful and had several nice restaurants and a well stocked small grocery store. You are also 30m from Grgina Beach which is a lovely small rocky beach with good snorkeling and some tide pools.

For those looking for a quiet holiday and relaxation, this place is ideal. The beach is really just a few minutes walk away with few people. The advantage is that there are more locals living in the area and there are no bars, which makes the place very quiet. Ideal pool size including sufficient facilities

It was beautiful view of the garden swimming pool and the sea. The place was spacious plenty of room. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy to walk into town very quiet and private. Staff very attentive.

Excellent, just excellent! The villa is beautiful, stylishly furnished, clean and well equipped. The garden and the pool area are beautiful and the pool big enough to swim. The beach is near and a supermarket and a bakery just around the corner. There are also many restaurants in the village. It is easy to get to Split, an Uber costs under 10 euros, but there is also a bus stop near and that costs only 2 euros. Special thanks to our smiling and helpful hostess who was there to welcome us and to her charming mother who came to check us out. This place was just worth of every penny, highly recommended!

Immaculate villa hosted by the amazing Zana who couldn’t have been more helpful. Supplying local information and even some essential shopping as we were arriving late. The villa is spotless with every home comfort provided. The pool is lovely to cool off in and the beach is 5 minutes walk away as are supermarkets, bakery, bars and restaurants. The property is less than 20 minutes drive to beautiful Split where there is plenty to see and do including the stunning Diocletian Palace. There is a bus stop on the road and an Uber is only €10 if you haven’t hired a car. We also travelled up the coast to Zadar that is well worth a visit and took a ferry from Split to the gorgeous island of Brac. Thoroughly recommend booking this villa to enjoy a fabulous holiday in Croatia

The villa is so spacious, and spotless clean! The location is so convenient to the beach and local restaurants and supermarkets. We got 5 adults and 1 baby. There are every thing we need, baby high chair and baby cot. All the rooms are spacious, layout is very good. The private heated pool is so nice and we enjoyed it a lot! There are many grapes in the garden, we also enjoyed them! The host is super friendly and nice! She communicated with us so quickly and answered all the questions. In the end, she also asked me how do I find my stay, I told her it is truly beyond my expectations, and it is best villa we stayed so far!

Zana is a dream host and her house was just perfect, our home away from home. It has everything we could possibly need to be comfortable. The house is clean, spacious and well equipped. The beds are huge and comfy and we also found the beautiful wardrobes very useful. It was nice not having to live out of our suitcase. The aircon units are easy to use great as it was very warm during our stay. We particularly loved hanging out in the gardens and dip in the pool which was a great! Zana, i will never forget how you went out of your way to help me personally. Thanks for everything, we look forward to coming back.

Zana was a superb host and very responsive and welcoming. Large property which was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Great outdoor space and facilities including lovely pool, BBQ, sun beds and outdoor seating areas. Really spacious - home from home! - with great wet room and second downstairs bathroom. Well positioned with supermarkets, bakeries and butcher all within easy walking distance. Easy to catch the bus into Split. Very close to local beach, bars and restaurants.

a beautiful house with a huge swimming pool, a terrace and all the equipment with the highest rating, we were very pleased and thanked for this swimming pool when the temperature outside reached 40 degrees, the owner, Jelena, is also very nice and has a great dog, which is also a plus 😀 the location is also very good, a few meters from home, a large hypermarket and McDonald's to the center of Split, an uber for 6 people cost 5€ so this is a big plus, overall we are happy that we could spend the best vacation there

The stay in the villa was very successful. The lady owner is very nice and helpful. The location of the Villa is ideal - to the nearest beach by walk is only 20minutes, in the immediate area there are cafes, a large market Tommy open until 24 all week, MCDonald. To the center is about 40 minutes walk, cab about 10minutes. Very close is also a bus stop, but we moved by Uber around the city(to the beach 5euro, to the center 10). The villa itself is very spacious, nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped, you can actually cook anything there. The pool is great, we spent a lot of time in it. The barbecue area is also there, along with all the things you need. There is actually nothing to complain about, only that we were too short :D And the owner's dog is very cute!

A group of seven of us travelled to this property in Split for 5 nights. Our stay was amazing. The villa was great - a perfect size for our group. The pool was amazing and the villa was full of everything we needed. There was a supermarket and a McDonald’s only 5 minutes walk away from the villa. The town is about a 10 minute drive away, which was very convenient as Uber was easy to use and affordable. The host, Jelena , was so friendly and accommodating. She was prompt in answering any questions and she made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable :) We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone visiting Split

We really enjoyed the pool area and the apartment itself was big and beautiful! The host was also so helpful and nice to us, and she was always available whenever we needed.

This place is simply exceptional. We had such an amazing time here. The hosts were super friendly, helpful, easily contactable, provided everything that we needed and even went over and beyond! They gave us a complimentary welcome spread of snacks on arrival and also pastries in the morning of the pool cleaning. Most importantly the facilities were amazing. Air-conditioned rooms for the hot summer, an amazing pool, fresh herbs and fruits from the garden (the rosemary is amazing!), and a fantastic Argentinian style BBQ pit that we used everyday to prepare dinners for two families. Dinner by the BBQ pit and the pool was amazing... Kids loved the pool so much! This is the most amazing place we've stayed at and we will not hesitate to come back again! This stay really made our vacation a dream come true. This would be rated a 15/10 if possible.

The hosts were incredible. The pantry is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and a delicious spread of meat bread and cheese on arrival. Two kitchens, the main one in the house and another near the pool, both fully stocked with crockery, glass wear and cooking equipment. The house is spacious with great air conditioning in all rooms. Beds are comfy and you have complete privacy, blocked from the road and no neighbours. There is heaps of shade if you need it but the pool is in the sunshine almost all day which is great. Pool is a good size and very clean. A great place to relax.

Dream villa in a quiet location not far from Split. The villa was well equipped with a heated pool. Nancy, the owner paid a lot of attention to keeping the villa well stocked with supplies. She even bought us food for our first night and farewell gifts! Communications were excellent. They resolved issues straight away. Do note 2 bedrooms are in the main house where there is one bathroom, living room and kitchen. The 3rd ensuite bedroom is in a separate building next to the pool next to the second living space with the bbq kitchen. It works well for us as we are a group of friends but for families you might need to consider sleeping arrangement if you have small children.

This is really a amazing place to stay! We stay for 4 days with 5 adults and 2 childeren and we are sad that we have to leave. Everything is so clean, everything you need is in this villa. Every room a television, aircondioning and even shampoo/douchegel and a wasmachine The swimming pool is amazing, with also bubbles, 7 sundbeds with towels and parasols. We loved every minute of our stay and we will come back for 100% Oh and de owners are soooo friendly, they give you the best service! A lunch was waiting for us when we checked in!! :-)

When we arrived to the house the lovley hosts waited 4 us with a super warm welcome. The house is located in great place, close to shopping center (that has an open supermarket on sunday!) and good for traveling in several diractions. The house was super clean and fully equipped, even more then expected. We enjoyed very much the yard with kids playground (we have 4 small kids), the heated pool and the outdoor bbq and dining area. The hosts where available at any time, helping us with tips and etc. Thank u for great vacation.

We loved our stay here! It is beautifully quiet and tranquil, away from the crowds that arrive with the ferries from Split. The house is situated amongst the olive groves above Splitska and there are no neighbours. Perfect for the quiet holiday we were looking for. The house was very comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen, comfy bed, towels, umbrella, and anything else you need on a self-catering stay. The host Luka is very friendly and comes round daily to water plants and maintakn the pool. The pool and the views are absolutely beautiful. While the house is a little away from the village Splitska, the walk down and back up the hill was absolutely doable in the morning/evening, it takes around 15-20 mins. There are some lovely restaurants in the village, a supermarket and a picturesque harbour and church. On the way there is also a quiet pebble beach. We didn’t have a car, but apart from the taxi drive from and to Supetar, we didn’t need one. We absolutely loved every second of our stay and will be back!

Amazing setting with olive trees and beautiful sea view, modern bathroom, great pool. Luka the host is very helpful, responded to our requests within minutes. We had a car, was a 10 minute quick drive to Supetar, supermarkets, can walk down to village of Splitska.

Thank you so much. It was the most amazing villa with view of the sea from the front and beautiful mountains from the back. The pool is amazing and not at all over looked. There is so much room, and even the outside has a kitchen near the pool. It is only a 15 minute drive into Split and plenty of Uber to pick us up for only 12-euro. Really really loved it here. Thank you to the owners for being so accommodating, especially on our last day when our flight didn't leave until 21:30!

It is a slightly rustic and charming house with good A/C, we kept cool even during a heatwave. There is a natural, well-tended garden where you cannot been seen from the road or any other properties. Great view over the valley and Split/Solin. There is little traffic on the road, and a short drive to downtown Solin. The pool area is secluded and really beautiful. The host is very friendly, trustworthy and helpful. We and the kids had a great time here.

The house has met all our expectations. We were a group of 6 adults. Tomo welcomed us upon arrival and explained everything. In addition, he gave us useful tips for daily shopping and a bakery. Tomo took excellent care of all needs and was always available. Unfortunately, the Internet did not work for us, but this was due to a cable which was damaged during construction work on the road. Again, the host offered us his own homespot. And technicians were one day later on-site to take care of the problem. The pool was clean and towels were provided. The barbecue area is really nice and there was even an extra fridge outside for cold drinks. The house was really lovingly decorated and sensibly equipped. The pictures absolutely correspond to reality. We spent a wonderful vacation, felt very comfortable and can recommend this accommodation without hesitation. Many thanks and best regards

It’s in a very quiet secluded area,so we found it very relaxing &tranquil, but only 10 minute drive to the city & 5 mins to supermarket. It has a lovely spacious garden with plenty of seating areas& a brilliant pool . The house was great too ,modern & suited our needs. We’d like to thank Gordon for being a fantastic host , very friendly & helpful & only a phone call away. We will definitely be back .

Lovely spot with spacious accommodation and a large plot with pool, table tennis table and putting area. There is also a large lawn with 2 goal posts which is ideal for children or adults to kick a ball around. Gordan our host was excellent and communicated with us both before and during our stay to check everything was ok.

Great place to stay in Split, close to the city but also really calm and relaxing. Gordon is a super host who makes sure that everything goes smoothly and supports with every request. We were a group of 4 and all definitely recommend this place.

The property looks exactly like it’s photos and was wonderful, we could not fault it. All amenities were there and Marco our host could not do enough for us, from cleaning the pool daily (before we awoke) and carrying out the appropriate hygiene checks (chlorine content etc) and delivering top ups to the free oils and fortified wines he kindly left for us. He even offered to empty our bins for us and take us shopping for the best local meats for the barbecue! The wife tells me that I must also mention that the property was spotlessly clean!

Very nice and helpful hosts. Answered all the questions we had, also gave some recomendations. Hosts also helped with tasty and fresh fish with delivery to door. Excellent outside area with all needed facilities. All equipment was shining like brand new. Olive tree garden with pool is just amazing. Very cozy and beautiful. Easy to find shadow to hide from sun. Also very nice stoned arbor, excelent place for evening drinks. The area itself is very quiet with friendly people around. Amazing place for vacation with family or friends.

We had a very nice home and a very nice stay. The host and his wife are amazing! our son got very sick and his wife is a doctor and they helped us out with an appointment at the hospital. what more can a man ask for? The pool was very nice! Thanks Marco! You are the best!

Close to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets etc , the location is perfect.We had excellent weather too, which made the whole trip even better.We will be back!

A beautiful view from the terrace which had comfortable furniture...we lived predominantly outside. The pool was heated and swimming was possible even in early April. Very comfortable beds and very well equipped. The owners were friendly, helpful and had even left snacks on arrival. A wonderful villa.

The Villa was great and the sea view was fabulous. The kitchen and garden grill was perfect. On top of everything the heated big pool was excellent. The communication with the owner was also perfect. .

Superb villa - very well appointed and great views.

We stayed in Villa Pax as a family of 6 (including one small child) in 2023 and had a great vacation! The villa was absolutely clean and offered everything one might need (kitchen supplies, coffee, washing supplies, extra towels,...). The pool area has more than enough sunbeds and also offers enough shade. It is only a very short walk down the hill/street to a nice pebble beach (with trees and shade) where we went almost every day, and it is only a 10 to 15 minute walk into the town center and to the port with little shops and several restaurants. There are also two smaller supermarkets within 15-20 minutes walking distance. The hosts are very, very friendly and accomodating!

We rented both villas for a group of 10 people. They were spacious, very well equipped (perfect for cooking) and had amazing views. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the layout of the living room onto the pool area was great for entertaining. Ivan was super responsive - and kindly arranged for groceries to be delivered before we arrived so we could cook, early and late checkout, taxis, and recommended an operator for a boat day for us. We would love to come back here again!

Exceptionally well equipped and built to a very high standard. Great location, within walking distance of Sutivan and local beaches. Lovely swimming pool and terrace area with built in bbq facilities. All bathrooms and kitchen were spacious and well equipped.

Villa decor was modern and layout made the most of the views of the sea. The 3 bedrooms were all very comfortable. The villa was very well equipped with loads of towels / toiletries / cooking condiments and equipment. I especially loved the bean to cup coffee machine. The location is fantastic - only a 2 mon walk downhill to the beach which has an amazing floating pontoon which my 2 sone loved diving off. The town is only a 10 min walk away and the walk is a lovely waterfront walk. Sutivan town itself is a lovely balance of local and luxury - highly recommend.

As seasoned traveller I give 5 stars because the villa had a sea view (beach 150m away), everything in the villa was impeccable (you had everything like wash machine, aircon, large TV, BeoSound system etc.) and hosts very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place - its quiet, stylish and enjoyable.

First of all the host Antonia was amazing. She replied quick to all of our questions, helped us get some groceries and was very nice to talk to. The pictures are very representative of the Villa. It was a great pool area, good grill, workout equipment and overall clean. We were a group of young adults going but the Villa would also be great for a family since they have many toys kids can play with. You should definitely book this Villa as people of all ages will have fun here.

The host was amazing, she was very nice and it was very easy to collect the keys and she answered promptly all of our problems. The vila is absolutely great, better than the photos, with all amenities. Pool is very big. View is great.

We normally head to the coast but decided this property seemed to offer such spectacular views that we had to give it a try. The house was spotless on arrival and very well equipped. There were nice touches such as a coffee maker, the indoor Croatian barbeque and a multitude of supplies to get us going, including a bottle of local wine. We absolutely loved the location of this property and the views from the patio and pool area. The village of Gornje Sitno is small and peaceful but has two places serving local food and there are various food shops within approximately 15 minutes drive. The number 28 bus from the village terminates in Split and using the Promet Split app cost one euro per person to get into central Split. We drove to Trogir, which is very quaint and also took a lengthy walk up the mountain along some of the well signed tracks, eventually ending up at a walkers hostel. The owners were very thoughtful and managed to clean the pool on alternate days before we woke in the morning. The only issue we had was a broken kettle and they replaced it within four hours. It was a wonderful few days and we wish we had been able to spend more time in this lovely property.

The property was absolutely spotless, I will never forget the amazing views, the hosts were incredible any issues were dealt with promptly, even to helping us book a restaurant where English wasn’t spoken. I cannot recommend this villa enough, it’s honestly the most relaxing break we have ever had. It is in the mountains, we did not hire a car and used Ubers and the local buses, which with the app were cheaper and you could track - the local bus is a few minutes walk and takes you to the local beaches and into split - The pool area is private, and kept very clean - the owner is there every other morning cleaning and making it ready for the day - we was never disturbed - We stayed for two weeks and could have stayed forever, if you are in doubt you will not be disappointed. We have made the most amazing memories!

Almost ideal place for vacations with family. Relatively close to Split (20 mins by car) with all possible amenities inside and lovely owners. House is suitable for 3 families - we have been there family of 3 so we had a lot of place to fun :) pool is great and clean. Really really recommend.

I had a great stay here! The pool was awesome with a fantastic view. The place was really spacious and the AC kept it nice and cool. I loved finding snacks in the fridge, which was a nice touch. The host was super accommodating and understanding. Would definitely recommend!

We loved this Villa, for us it was a perfect location, the rooms were big along with bathrooms, the beds and pillows were amazing, if i could have fitted some in my suitcase i would have. the pool was beautiful , large kitchen and lovely view over to split and the ocean. it had everything we required to have a lovely relaxing and fun time. would highly recommend

The Villa, Split and the host Andreas we're all amazing! We had a warm welcome to the facilities with taxi rides and activities sorted by Andreas. When needed, he was a text message away helping us with the city and our wishes. The Villa itself is clean and equipped with great facilities. Every bedroom had a bathroom and a shower of their own which was also great for a group of 8. Everything went smooth and this Villa and Andreas really made our trip even better than what we could've imagined.

Amazing villa with a nice view! Everything worked well. Really modern villa with everything you need. Plus was own shower/bathroom in every rooms. The air conditioning was efficient and worked well. The owner was knowledgeable and helpful, he will give you every tips you need. Airport transportation were smooth and easy if you are with big group. Highly recommend ⭐️

Beautiful and clean place with a breathtaking view over Split. A drive into the city is about 15/20min and ubers are very affordable. Also an amazing host who is very friendly.
