FANTASTIC: Entire venue, room with private pool, private beach, service on the beach, breakfast, bar's balcony. And, of course... THE STAFF !!!!!!! Although we had a rented car - we did not want to leave the place for the entire week.

This really did feel like 5-star facilities and service.... Breakfast was sensational, so much to choose from, and willing staff in constant attendance. The outside spaces were great too, easy entrance pools, plenty of loungers, the sea and beach very close. The location itself is very beautiful, especially the upper terrace where we had drinks and a couple of meals. Staff were always friendly, polite and super-attentive to our needs. Our suite with private pool, nice temperature, was very comfortable. The spa is a magnificent space, so a great destination for bad weather days.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality from the staff, who went out of their way to ensure every part of our stay was perfect. The room was immaculate and tastefully decorated, with stunning views and all the comforts one could need. One of the standout features was the exceptional dining experience. We have visited Basilico restaurant and every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients, creative presentations, and flavors that left us craving more. I also can't help but note the amazing variety of healthy and tasty dishes for breakfast. The attention to detail throughout the hotel, combined with the dedicated and friendly team, truly made our short stay unforgettable. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and a remarkable culinary experience. I look forward to returning!

The service level was incredible. With a very lovely welcome they even parked our car and washed it The room was excellent . One of the best we've ever been to All the staff was above and beyond . The hotel is big but they make you feel like a family. The lady at the reception even gave us her personal number when we went out with the car, just in case we will get lost . All the staff at the dining rooms, cleaners, maintenance people were incredibly nice and helpful. This is really one of a kind hotel We are really looking forward to coming again

We had a great 10 days at Azzurro Luxury Holiday Villas. Although I must agree with other reviews that I wouldn't describe the villas as luxury. However, all of the bedrooms are en-suite, the villa is clean, spacious, comfortable and has everything you could need for a relaxing holiday with the added bonus of the lovely Harry on reception. If you need anything at all Harry is just a few steps away and can help with just about anything. He is a mine of information and will advise on shops, restaurants, places to visit, etc. He even booked us on a great day out on a glass bottom boat to visit the Blue Lagoon and secured the booking for us at an exceptionally good price. We stayed in Villa no 2 and it was fantastic. The pool is lovely, there is shade outside should you need it and the sea views from the balconies are amazing. The only issue is that you will need a car to get around. There is a restaurant in walking distance at the end of the road, fusion@namos, where you will be greeted by the lovely Paul who is an ex-met police officer with some great stories to tell. The food is great but they had quite a limited menu when we were there as they had only just opened, hopefully this will improve as they get busier. I can highly recommend Azzurro, we were sad to leave and hope to return soon.

We rented villa 8 (Athena) from Christmas eve 2016 to New Year's day 2017. Our flight was not due to arrive until 8pm at Larnaca and this meant we were likely to rock up at the villa around 11pm on Xmas eve. Tracey the site manager was absolutely fantastic, she arranged for a few bits of shopping for us in advance and there was even a welcome bottle of wine awaiting us on arrival and, as per our request the hot tub was switched on ready for use on Xmas day. The villa facilities were excellent, the pool was sparkling and the whole villa was beautifully clean and well looked after. The only downside to our holiday was that the weather was atrocious with wild storms with thunder and lightning most nights and rain on and off most days, not to mention how cold it was (around 5c at night) - with tiled floors throughout and open plan for the whole downstairs it was very cold even with the split A/C heating on.The bedrooms were even colder and the heating was not working in them. Overall, lovely place but not great for a winter holiday as most of Cyprus closes in the winter and very little was open in the way of restaurants and bars.

We (a group of 33) stayed for five nights at the beginning of March 2018 hiring 8 villas. Prior to this Eleni (the manager) had responded very promptly and efficiently to email enquiries and consequently everything was ready for us on arrival. The location of the villas is excellent; on the edge, but within easy reach of Agios Georgios, and a brief walk/run/cycle ride to the entrance to the beautiful Akamas area. Within 5 minutes walk of the villas are two excelent but contrasting restuarants- Sunset and Namos restuarants. However, several of our group found the facilities in the villas more than conducive to cooking and prefered to eat at home. All our group found the wifi excellent and reliable. We all hired hot-tubes for an additional fee and were suprised to find that the swimming pool water temperature was fine for swimming in early March. We had an excellent stay and any minor problems were dealt with efficiently and effectively. We hope to return next year.

Had a great 👍 8 nights at Azzurro Villas. The house is spacious and close to a lot of attractions: 25 min drive from Paphos main area, 10 min drive to Akamas Gorge, 45 min drive to Akamas National Park, and nearby several beaches. Also very close to a big supermarket and several nice restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely villa, well equipped with everything needed for a fab holiday. Harry sent clear directions and instructions well before arrival and was on hand if we needed anything.

WOW What an amazing villa and hosts. Perfect location for us, nice and quiet. Villa was clean, pool was cleaned several times during our stay. Kitchen had everything you need. The hosts kept in touch throughout our stay offering any help we needed and were so friendly that you felt like you was staying with friends. We can't wait to return for another stay.

Cap St George is a wonderful resort which we highly recommend. Barbara and her team looked after us before we arrived as well as throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and service was always very quick. Our beach front villa was spacious, modern, well equipped and housekeeping kept it beautifully clean. The Infinity pool and sea front view were equally beautiful with the grassed area adding to the feeling of spaciousness. All the restaurants were great and well worth a visit. Breakfast was excellent with staff quickly remembering our individual preferences. The close proximity of the beach was a bonus with plenty of cabanas, sun-beds, umbrellas and soft chairs to choose from. A big thank you to Barbara and her team for making our holiday the perfect farewell to summer.

An Unforgettable experience that i will return my thoughts and think this amazing scenery from the lobby. Firstly i am so proud about this extraordinary resort in Cyprus! I am sure that Cap St George is the best luxurious five star hotel in Cyprus. A spot near the sea with a fairytale scenery with the sunset become the best company for your staying at the resort! Every employee of the hotel was extremely polite and ready every minute to offer us the best five stars service! I am looking forward relaxing again near the amazing pool soon!

Caps is an excellent romantic getaway for couples. Perfect luxurius rooms leading to the swinming pool where you can watch the sunset. Amazing! Breakfast and food overall was really tastefull. The staff was over and above polite with us. The resort was super clean and amazingly quiet. A perfect weekend with my other half. Must visit!!

The most beautifull place in Cyprus. Enjoying the sun hiding in the sea while in the pool enjoying your drink. One of the most romantic moments with this place views! Restaurants are top class. Stuff is amazing and helpfull. All in all an amazing experience

The best hotel on the island !!! Highly recommended. Very friendly staff, very clean spaces, big clean pools, the best restaurants and the biggest SPA. They also provide modern yet comfortable beach cabanas in their very quiet beach area.

The Hotel The hotel is beautiful and serene, featuring a majestic main building with marble accents and well-maintained gardens. The main swimming pool is large and ideal for swimming. There is also a second, smaller pool that is warm but quite tiny. The beach has small pebbles; it would be nicer if it were sandy. There are both tennis and paddle courts available, which is a great feature. The spa offers excellent massages. The hotel is child-friendly; we have been staying there here with our 5-year-old son for 7 nights. The Room The room is spacious; however, the mattress was uncomfortable, and I experienced back pain throughout my stay. The Food The breakfast is extensive, featuring fresh, local ingredients. Among the restaurants, the poolside restaurant/bar offers the best service and good food. Helios serves excellent dishes—especially the foie gras pâté and chocolate tart—although the service can be inconsistent. Pelagos serves delicious grilled fresh fish, but the service is also mixed there. The Square Village is a fun way to explore local cuisine, and the live music and dancers make for a great experience. The Location The hotel is very well located, making it easy to take private tours of the Akamas Peninsula.

We’ve been coming to Anassa for the last five years . Best location for those seeking peace and quiet , privacy and class. Accommodation is spacious very comfortable with balconies overlooking magnificent sea view . Great staff and service . Private beach ( access to the water is not so friendly because of the pebbles and tiny stones ) but is worth the effort for the cleanliness and water’s transparency .) the most beautiful terrace out of the bar area for having great cocktails and a variety of bar food at all times - preferably around sun set . Great spa area with great indoor pool ( should be heated ) A place where one frequents regularly and meets same staff members who remember their guests from one year to the other . It always has a homecoming feel gim , and more .

The best thing about this hotel is the service. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The quality of the hotel was obvious. No complaints about the rooms, the pools, the gardens, the views, the breakfast - all excellent. If i was to nit pick i would suggest each room has its own iron. The hotel is expensive enough without having to pay for shirts to be pressed...and also the price of dining in the hotel restaurants is very expensive and quite frankly, not worth it. The service is great but the pricing is wrong. There are some great restaurants in nearby villages at a fraction of the price. All in all though an excellent stay

I stayed in Anassa numerous times. I can say with confidence that the hotel truly embraces and reflects the true spirit of hospitality to its guests. The hotel maintains a high level of customer service in all areas (from the reception, pool area, restaurants, etc). The hotel provides a large area of beautiful gardens and a stunning sea view experience which is truly remarkable. Anassa is one of the best options to stay for a luxury and memorable vacations.

We went for a summer break with our 7 year old. The hotel is by far the best in cyprus and is so for so many reasons. Every single attention to detail was fabulous, staff, their ethos, the food, the beach, water sports, pools- definitely recommend hiring a private boat for the day from latchi watersports. Cap St George’s is one of the very finest hotels we’ve ever stayed in, anywhere on earth. The staff cannot do enough for you and are attentive without being obsequious: there are multiple pools and opportunities for leisure activities, both organised by the hotel and outside of the hotel. If we return to Pafos, we will certainly stay here again.

This is fast becoming No1 on the island of Cyprus! It might be out of the way of the major tourist destinations, but that’s a good thing! The coastline is stunning with beautiful beaches and great local tavernas. 2nd time to cap St George’s and we will be back!

Amazing short break. Beautiful hotel. Lovely staff. Housekeeping need to step up their game to the level of guest services and food and beverages staff! Tip - hire a car as there’s nothing in close proximity and it’s a long way from the airport !

Brilliant experience for my family! The villa is amazing. Great location, very silent! And only 10-20 minutes by car to visit the big grocery shops. Huge size, great kitchen, and air conditioners in each room! An additional gas stove is available, along with a drinking water tap. Many cleaning facilities in the kitchen were available. Great parking! Covered park space for two cars. And a car is definitely mandatory. The pool exceeded our expectations! Good size, excellent water circulation, and the cleaner came twice a week to service the pool. Maria was an amazing host! She knew we would arrive late, so she left some food for us! It was a delightful surprise. She was always available for help if needed! It was an amazing experience! If we decide to visit Cyprus, I'll definitely choose the same villa again!

This is our second time of staying in Koutsini villa and once again everything was wonderful!! The villa is very spacious and easily accommodated 8 adults and 2 children. Every bedroom has its own en suite bathroom which was a big plus to our holiday experience! The kitchen was very well equipped! The swimming pool area is very comfortable and you can enjoy all your meals outdoors since there is always a spot with shade. The area around is very peaceful although very close to tavernas and grocery stores. And last, but not least, our very polite and kind hostess Maria, who was always ready to help us!

Everything was absolutely perfect. So friendly and Good communication Maria couldn't do enough for us. The villa was incredibly clean and the kitchen super well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and blankets smelled so fresh and clean. The ensuites to each room make it so pleasant to share a villa with friends. The fire place was a highlight! We loved it and Maria provided the wood for a fee, which was more than enough for our weekend. The views are stunning and the pool area is amazing. Will most definitely return!

Absolutely amasing and cozy place for rest and relax! We find all things we need in this house! Special thanks from my friends for sweets, which hostess of the villa left for us! at the evening we was sitting near fireplace and that was absolutely magic, unforgettible moment! It feels like a week of vacation even though we were only for two days! Hope to visit this place again in sumner and try pool as well!

We liked everything. The location is for those who like privacy and tranquility. Still close to Polis’ beaches and restaurants. Comfy beds, cosy villa with a lot of space for two families (we had 6 children and 4 adults), well equipped. The kiddos enjoyed the pool of course. Thank you Maria for this possibility to stay in a nice place together with friends! And for the cakes:)

The Villa is lovely. Very spacious and comfortable. The living and sleeping areas are a really great size. The pool is a great temperature and well kept. It was cleaned twice during our week long stay. The kitchen is equipped well. We had hand wash, dishwasher tablets and washing tablets available along with some cleaning products which I've always end up needing to purchase at other places I've rented. Along with towels for both bathroom and pool. The water pressure and temperature is great, and air con in every room. The sunset view from the patio area is very nice and the location of the villa is very quiet and tranquil, and great to hear all the wild life and see the horse trials wander past. It's close enough to walk to Sea Caves restaurant for drinks or food - we took the scenic route across the coastal path. Taxi is about 10 mins in to Coral Bay for main restaurants and bars. Def recommend Porto Antico, a small restaurant just outside of coral bay strip. Local supermarket is a 5 min drive from the villa. Carrie the property manager and Sue the host were both very helpful, and great with communication.

Excellent communication and help from the hosts. Very flexible to accomodate us. The Villa has everything and more that you need in terms of equipment and facilities. Excellent Wifi and UK TV channels provided. Nice deep pool.

Clean house, with all amenities we needed especially in the kitchen. It has a big area outside and is in a really peaceful environment with no noises. Close to latchi beaches, about 15 minutes drive and 8 minutes drive to Polis Chrysochous. Really friendly and helpful host.

The property was the most modern I have stayed in. Beautiful decor! It is a quiet location which was idyllic. It’s not far from Polis or Latsi - my favourite places! Everything you need in the property! Comfortable beds which is always good. Highly recommend it

We would double the star-rating if possible. The Villa is clean, modern, well equipped in a quiet area with security & privacy. The bedrooms are large - beds are comfortable, each with either a balcony or terrace. Three have an ensuite bathroom, the fourth has a bathroom adjacent to it. The kitchen was well equipped (incl extras such as a Nutribullet and Washer, both much appreciated on holiday). The outdoor layout and pool area were stunning - we spent several hours outside, even enjoyed refreshing swims in the pool (in November). The landscaping of several types of palms, yucca, old olive trees, hibiscus, plumeria, mimosa or carob trees(?) and of course the citrus orchid driveway provided shade, the sound of the wind rustling through palm fronds poolside really added to the holiday feeling that was instant upon arrival. Thank-you to a gracious host, his family and staff for a lovely holiday.

A truly amazing villa with excellent facilities and decor, our family had a brillant time and did not want to come home! Nikolas & Efi were brillant hosts - always happy to help and very easy to get hold of regarding recommendations and they kindly extended our check out time due to a late flight home! The villa itself really is beautiful, the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The little touches also didnt go unnoticed such as family games / a wireless speaker / a huge welcome hamper & fully stocked fridge / inflatables for the pool and more. Not only is the Villa absolutely stunning, the hospitality from Nicolas and Efi was top notch. We arrived to a beautiful welcome hamper with drinks and food, the fridge had been stocked and a beautiful cake. We then received departure gifts as a memory of our stay. The facilities at the Villa we great, the pool area was lovely and the indoor furnishings were so modern and comfortable. The aircon in every room was a godsend. Everything about this stay was 5*! Cannot recommend enough.

Our stay was perfect. They provided breakfast, welcome drinks, fruits, and a special cake for the hen's party. The house is ideal, with four bedrooms, each featuring its own bathroom. The outdoor area with the pool is beautiful, surrounded by trees. We were all impressed with the service and hospitality. Quiet location, with more locals and right next to the sea. Comes with a decent sized private pool and not in the chaotic touristy areas, but a short drive if you want that.

The villa is well maintained and equipped with everything you need, including washing machine, iron, etc. Kitchen and living space comfortable and good layout. Cleaning and lingerie changing at the middle of the stay. The location is quiet, no main roads in the vicinity, no dangers for kids. There is a nice view of the sea from the terrace and every room in the house. The owners were very friendly and supportive from the moment of the booking until the end. The pool was the kids delice, non-slippery surface, we had no accidents although they spent an average of 4-5 hours/day in/around the pool :-). The beach in front of the villa is not so suitable for swimming (rocky and can be wavy), but I recommend the municipal beach near the village harbor (8 mins walking), as the sea is clean and is sheltered from waves during the predominant west wind. Beach bar and optional sunbeds there. A restaurant with a beautiful view over the small harbor. Kids age 8-9+ will enjoy diving from the Limni pier on a calm sea day (20 mins drive). The closest decent supermarket is 20 mins drive, or the hypermarket in Polis.

The villa was exceptional. Four big bedrooms all with ensuites. Furnished and decorated to a high standard. Absolutely spotless throughout. The pool is a good size and depth and cleaned every day while you're still in bed. Lovely sunloungers and table and chairs on the patio. So peaceful with sea views. The best villa I've stayed in and nothing is too much trouble. Wine in the fridge and coffee, tea, sugar, and milk also, enough supplies until you can get to the shops. No complaints about anything at all. The showers were brilliant, and wardrobe space was more than adequate . The kitchen cupboard space was plentiful with qreat quality crockery and glasses, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. There is plenty of space and privacy between villas, so you are not overlooked around the pool area at all.

There are four villas. We were a group of 13 and we stayed in the two Artemis Villas which are on the left as you look from the sea. The one at the front, which has a bit of grass and magnificent sea views, is three bedroom, the one at the back is the four bedroom. The one the front is older but has a better pool, rectangular instead of square. Both were in great condition and well looked after. We were met on arrival by Matheos and he was on hand throughout our stay, bringing fresh mangoes on a couple of occasions. All in all it was a great stay. Do... Hire a car although there is a bus stop outside. Visit Omodos, a bustling mountain village. Visit Linos Winery, near Omodos. Free wine tasting with Theo. Buy his amazing blue wine! Visit Millomeris waterfall, also near Omodos. Do not use satnav or you'll end up with a long walk. Look at maps and follow road to Millomeris cafe. Visit Latchi harbour and marina and go on a blue lagoon cruise.

The villa, pool and surrounding areas were very clean and well kept. The layout was perfect for grandparents downstairs and parents and baby upstairs.

Very spacious and clean. Friendly host and pool man. Pool well maintained. Beach towels were a great addition-we packed light and it saved us buying some over there. The location is a short drive to most beaches/attractions but remote enough to feel like you are away from it all. Very quiet, with no immediate neighbours and not overlooked by anyone.

What made this villa perfect for us was a location; peaceful, situated on a hillside with very few neighbours nearby. Panoramic views of the gorge are truly stunning, there is also a sea view albeit limited. Beautiful beaches are within 10-15 minutes driving time, Laourou Beach; sandy, shallow water, perfect for kids or White River Beach; pebbles, secluded, wild and often empty. Owner of the villa is very approachable and caring so this adds value to overall experience. Last but not least, if you are into a bit of al fresco dining on your holiday; a grilled fish or steak, this villa have one of the best designed barbecue area that we came across, wide bench at the back of villa yet conveniently situated in front of kitchen window just so you can grab that seasoning you forgot ;-), shade nearby if you happen to fulfil your duties midday. We definitely will be back again.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa with my family! The location is perfect, being close to the sea and allowing us to enjoy the beautiful coastline whenever we wanted. The host was very welcomed when we arrived and upon our departure. The garden is very neat and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with every electrical appliance and every room has it's own toilet and shower. The front veranda was beautiful and cool for having your morning breakfast. The swimming pool is very big for have fun there. The area around the pool is big enough to have your bbq and gather all the company. Also the outside sink had everything we needed for cleaning. We definitely recommend the villa for booking.

Lovely hosts, who were always available for any questions. There was my wife and I and our 8 month old and the villa was perfect for us. Everything we needed was there and the pool was great for our son to splash around in. You will need to hire a car if you want to take any trips to Paphos or Polis/Latchi. It's a very central location, which makes it great to get around. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Everything was super, our stay in Villa Athasia was perfect! The hosts were lovely, the villa was clean and the rooms were spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped, we had everything we needed! The swimming pool was our favourite! :) Thank you for everything!

Very comfortable all rooms and generally the house plan very nice. Very polite the owners and helpful. Everywhere very clean. Many windows and you can see the pool and the garden which relaxing you. Has everything in the kitchen to cook. 👍

Luxurious, spacious, had all the facilities. Convenient that there is 1 bathroom per room. Many utensils provided in the kitchen. Lovely garden and pool. The host (Mrs Maro) was lovemy. She lives nearby and was readily available for any help.

Everything was amazing. The house was really spacious, beautifully presented, with great facilities and some extra touches such as a massage chair, board games, playing cards, fresh fruit, eggs and much more. The outside space, pool and bbq area were great with spectacular views both day and night. The hosts were really great, friendly and accommodating with check in and check out time. Didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be staying again

Easy to find it. Very big house, clean , comfortable with all necessary items included (towels, shappoo, Bbq , coffee machine, Tv, Fireplace, Wifi, Jacuzzi, Massage Chair). Host was very helpfull and kindly. Bbq area awesome. Pool very big and clean.

The house and grounds are gorgeous, the view while in the pool is really a selling point. The location is only 20 minutes from the beach in Polis where there are supermarkets and great restaurants. It was a great place for a family holiday to relax and spend time togethere. The hosts were very friendly and easy to get in touch with when we needed something.

Beautiful villa, felt like a real home! Really nicely furnished and extremely well equipped - it had absolutely everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean and really well looked after. The outdoor space is huge and again is beautifully maintained by the pool and garden maintenance team. Bjorn the host is excellent, providing lots of useful information prior to arrival and very quick to respond to any issues or questions during your stay. We also received a much appreciated welcome pack on arrival with beer, wine, milk, bread etc. Highly recommend a stay at this lovely home!

This villa has perfect location, very calm and beautiful area, 5 minute walk to Coral Bay beach. Perfect for family with children. amazing swimming pool. Villa has completely everything you need. very specious. grounds are perfectly kept. place for a car. Bus stop is few minutes away, local Phillipos supermarket 800 m, also easy to access. would return anytime to this exact villa. 100% suggest to all, you will not regret it

A very clean and very well equipped villa. Plenty of sunbeds and chairs in the swimming pool area. The host obviously wants to ensure the guest have everything they need, we sent a text to the host asking where the safe was as we couldnt find one and in the afternoon the maintainence man turned up to fit one. Excellent service.

Fantastic villa with all the facilities of home and then some. Superb gardens and pool area, bbq and pizza oven. Well stocked kitchen with an unexpected but brilliant welcome pack, coffee, tea, beer, wine, bread, milk and cereals. Couldn't ask for or need more. Big thank you to Bjorn and crazy cleaners.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at Villa Olivia. The property was clean, peaceful, and well-equipped perfect for a relaxing family holiday. My wife especially loved the private pool, which was always clean and inviting. We also appreciated how responsive and helpful the hosts were throughout our stay.

The best holidays so far! Villa is located in the peaceful area of mainly villas, 5 min. drive from the Coral bay. From the villa there is a beautiful view over the sea and sunsets are amazing! Villa is beautiful!! More beautiful than the pictures say. 3 bedrooms (each with bed for 2) and 2 bathrooms. Balconies and terraces from every room. Kitchen is equipped and there was some food when we arrived (toast, coffee, butter, marmalade) - which we appreciated, because we came late at night. But, there is a shop near (3 min. walk), which is open till 1 at night. Also a bar is near. Best part of villa is it's pool, you are totally private, nobody can see you, and the water was still great in late october. We could swim in the pool and in the sea. Villa has adapters for outlets all around (we have different outlets at home, so we appreciated it). You have towels and hairdryer and sheets and there is a washingmachine. Also soap and some shampoo. Everything very clean, a lot of flowers and trees all around. The owners are super nice and available on the phone. But we didn't need anything, we felt like kings in the castle in this luxury villa.

The villa is well laid out with every amenity that you would need. The owners have thought of everything that you would need for a relaxing holiday and have supplied these. The downstairs kitchen and seating area by the pool was well used by us. The views from the balcony look out to the sea. There are restaurants, bars and a mini supermarket within walking distance and local buses pass the road end regularly. We had no issues with neighbours and the area was very quiet whilst we were there.

The villa was amazing and it had everything that was needed for cooking and for a family. The owners were very helpfull and every time we contacted them, they responded immediately. Pool was clean as the whole house. Will definately book the villa again. Nice enviroment.

We had a great stay at Ayia Marina. It's a wonderful property that provides all the facilities you could require. The owners have taken great care in furnishing the property to a high standard. It is very comfortable, in a quiet location with great views and local nature trails on your doorstep. The local village has a good selection of places to dine out at and a couple of local winery's to visit. The owners Maria and Andros could not have been more friendly and helpful during our stay. They even assisted us with departure issues we had at very short notice. We are very much looking forward to returning in the future.

Great location away from the city but close enough to go out for dinner or buy everything you need. Amazing view and organisation of space both inside and outside the villa. Has everything you need, very clean and cozy. Hospitable hosts are always happy to help with any questions that arise! We really enjoyed our holiday!

We enjoyed Villa Alicia for out stay, as it had everything needed to feel at home. The villa is decorated to a high standard and is more than well equipped. All the rooms are spacious and well presented. The kitchen is quite large, which we havent found in other villas in Cyprus. The outdoor area is where the villa really pleases. The pool is a good size and very warm. There is seating around the side, in a shady area which is ideal for getting out of the sun for a while or alternatively, if you enjoy sunbathing, there is plenty of space around the pool to position your loungers. The property is in a very safe area and has off road parking, and the hosts are very responsive if needed. We would most definitely stay here again.

The villa was in a beautiful, peaceful location. We immediately felt at home there, as it had all of the comforts you need. The kitchen was well-equipped, the BBQ was great, and it was all lovely and clean. The property felt very secure, the pool was in good condition and was maintained throughout our stay. The hosts, Christophe and Katrin, were fantastic from the point of booking right through to our departure. Check in/check out was hassle-free. We hired a car so it was easy to get to/from the airport and to Coral Bay, and Paphos. The surroundings are quite hilly and it's around a 20-30 minute walk up-hill to Peyia, so this is worth bearing in mind if you are booking without planning to hire a car. We loved our week at Villa Alicia, and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thoroughly recommended.

We really loved it, I would even say that until today we have never experienced such a villa, there is a family atmosphere in the villa which makes you happy to be there, the hosts are very responsive and very kind, we would have liked to stay a few more days but unfortunately work calls us in any case I RECOMMEND this villa! 🫶

This beautiful villa was a home away from home. It is very close to all amenities and the beautiful beaches are a short drive away.

Standard of cleanliness, management of Villa, facilities e.g. Modern kitchen, TV, heated pool, availability of Hot tub. An exceptional Villa, the owner was very helpful, respectful & always available via WhatsApp. We had the pool heating on & it was lovely to swim before breakfast in early Feb. TV is great with Netflix, You tube & live British TV channels 1-5. Although car was unavailable the host provided a hire car for us. You need a car to be honest at this location with nearest Taverna(Savva's Grill) 15 minute(slow walk) up hill. We had a great time and miss it already, a real home from home and have every intention of returning at a later date, thank you very much Tanya for a great holiday!

Beautiful villa, better than expected - well maintained, clean, spacious, with comfortable beds. The heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were great option for our early spring stay. The pool area and the garden are very private, with lovely flowering trees and plants, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Great location for Paphos, Coral Bay beach and walking distance to lots of good restaurants. Toyota RAV 4 included in the villa rental was an extra bonus - no time wasted at the car hire place, taxi was arranged by the host who was immediately contactable whenever needed, very pleasant to work with and made our stay hassle free. Thanks for a great break and we'd be sure to stay again when we next visit Cyprus.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The highlight for us was the cozy backyard — it's beautifully landscaped with lush plants and flowers, creating a peaceful and private oasis. The heated hot tub and pool were clean and clearly well-maintained. The villa itself is spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Our group of adults had enough private space without ever feeling cramped. It had everything we needed for a week long stay. Another big plus was the location. It’s tucked away from the busy touristy areas, so the atmosphere is wonderfully quiet. Yet, there are still a few interesting spots within walking distance, and a large grocery store is just a quick 5-minute drive away. Communication with the host was top-notch from start to finish. Friendly, responsive, and always helpful. Highly recommend this villa if you're looking for a relaxing, well-equipped, and welcoming place to stay!

It was lovely, very clean and with free use of a car. The price to heat the pool and hot tub was very reasonable compared to some rip off quotes I’ve had for those.

Clean, comfortable, good quality linen and towels, bed very comfortable. Well equipped with everything you need. Good sized pool and outside area. Use of the car is a fantastic added bonus.

A nice villa in Latchi, close to town and the beach area. The villa was spacious, with nice beds, a nice lounge area and was quiet from other locals and tourists The pool area was nice to lounge in, though the pool was too cold to dip (in March)

The property was perfect, just a 5 min walk to the harbour and it’s lovely restaurants, shops etc. Stunning views of the mountains and the sea. The villa had everything you needed, UK TV channels, washing machine a home from home. The pool was gorgeous and private, lovely seating area outside. Fanos the owner is amazing, the communication with him from start to finish was excellent, we did not arrive until the early hours but he made sure we got there safely and even let us have a late check out due to our flight being late in our return. Unfortunately we had a flat tyre in the hire car and Fanos was so helpful as we had to change it to the spare, he contacted local garages to help us sort the problem. A true gentleman.

The Villa has fantastic facilities and feels spacious and the air conditioning kept it beautifully cool. The outside area and the pool are amazing. We had lovely BBQs as we watched the gorgeous sunsets. The location is superb and the villa is so quiet with views of the sea and no neighbours over looking you. Yet it is a mere 5 minutes walk to the marina with shops, supermarkets and a really different array of restaurants. Fanos the hoist was brilliant and very quick at answering any questions before the holiday and also after we had we had arrived. Tina the housekeeper who we saw a few times was a lovely friendly lady and so helpful. Overall an excellent holiday.

This villa was wonderful! It was comfortable, quiet and beautiful! I miss the view of the pool already! It has everything you could need for a wonderful stay. The location was brilliant, about a 5 min walk to the main strip of shops and restaurants but far enough away to be peaceful. The outside BBQ and seating area is a great space for cooking food and chilling out in the evenings with drinks and a pack of cards. The owner, Fanos, is an absolute superstar and nothing is too much trouble. He’s easy to communicate with and will check in with you.

Villa is beautiful with lots of outdoor space and a great BBQ with a lovely seating area. The pool is huge! The views from every room are lovely. The bedrooms are a good size as is the kitchen and has every piece of equipment you could ever need. The location is fabulous and just a few minutes walk from the harbour and many restaurants.

A fantastic villa (even better than the photos) with a great pool, immaculately clean, handy location and very friendly, helpful hosts. We loved our time here and were in the pool every day as well as visiting the excellent beaches in the area. It is just a short walk to local shops and some great restaurants (a bit of a hot walk in August!) in a lovely unspoilt part of Cyprus. The villa is very well equipped and the outside area is generous and beautifully maintained. The pool is big enough to swim a few strokes in and deep enough for our daughter to do somersaults in the water. Natasha and Panikos made us feel very welcome and gave great recommendations for local restaurants, beaches and shops. We loved our two weeks here and hope to visit again!

Clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. Beautiful pool/ outside seating areas. Tastefully decorated, spacious and good location between Polis and Latchi. Would recommend having a car as there are so many places to visit but there is a little supermarket a couple of minutes walk away and you can walk down into town if needed (maybe not when it’s really hot!) The owners were lovely and when we arrived, over a welcomed glass of homemade lemonade, they spent time with us going through places to visit and recommendations for eating. They were very attentive and contacted us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time here and will definitely be making a return visit.

Great location just outside of the main town. Nice pool, but a little cold due to the time of year we visited. Lots of cats around the property which was a big bonus for us!
