Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in Lecce

It is just amazing! Interior of the accommodation is very beautifully arranged, with authentic interior, restored monastery. Super clean. We were in Venere apartment where we had our own kitchen, dining room, bathroom, huge bedroom, private terrace and balcony. The air conditioning is working perfectly, although outside was very hot - we enjoyed great temperatures inside. Breakfast is tasty - Italian style: croissant and local pastries. But you can also bring your own since they have a kitchen, if you prefer something else too. So I would recommend this B&B with all of my heart. Also the staff was friendly and always willing to help us. <3 :)

Wow. This place is absolutely stunning. A noble 16th century house beautifully renovated and turned into a fabulous, comfortable space. We were there for work but it would make a perfect romantic getaway, especially the room with the spa bath. The presentation is excellent, with a very friendly host and a lovely Italian breakfast. Great heating, great WiFi, great hot showers. Lovely location just round the corner from the beautiful piazza. The kind of property where you look back at others you gave a 10 and wish you could call this a 12.

The room, the balcony, the town of San Cesario di Lecce. Lucia is an excellent host, very kind and generous. The whole stay was very enjoyable, for the second time. San Cesario is a quite town very close to Lecce with central location in Salento. The closest beach is 20 minutes way, and a variety of other beaches and towns within 30-45 minutes drive. La Dimora delle Grazie is an excellent bed and breakfast right in the centre of town. A traditional building that is very well kept and modernised.

Its a special place, very confortable, in a historic building surrounded by other historic buildings. It seems you're sleeping in a castle, but with all the confort. You have everithing you need. They leave you hot coffee and warm pastry in the morning. There are plenty options to park the car and the center of Lecce is only 5 minuts driving.There's a beautiful terrace where you can get sun or simply relax. It's really a differentiated service.

The breakfast lovely, substantial and beautifully presented everyday. The apartment was beautiful with all the amenities and facilities where well appointed. The garden terrace was attractive and inviting. Location was perfect if you have a car and like to be just on the outer edge of Lecce which was easily accessible. San Cesare Lecce had a very quaint appeal. Coffee at Caffetteria Patarnello who provided the breakfast was one of the best we tried. Lucia is a gem and very helpful.

We loved absolutely everything 😍! we stayed in the suite with a private pool, sauna & steam room, quite simply beautiful and total luxury. Nothing is missing… candles, Prosecco, a Bluetooth speaker for your music in an amazing setting. The owner Francesco and his assistant are charming and go out of their way to make your stay quite simply dreamy.

The private spa room is incredible. It’s a real treat to have such beautiful , luxury facilities (pool, sauna, steam room) all to your self, including complimentary bottle of fizz. The apartment has a small well equipped kitchen a 2 lovely bathrooms. Luca was friendly and helpful. The location was great. We had an amazing stay. Thanks so much!

We had a little problem the first night as we were in a room with the bed up a flight of stairs in a loft. I would never have taken a room with a split level like that and told the manager, Luca. He immediately put us it the luxurious Spa room where we had private access to the entire spa---it was in our room. It was completely indulgent and wonderful and they (manager and owner) were so generous and helpful. This review reflects the Spa room which was fantastic!! The place was also perfectly and conveniently located to the Centro---old town.

Stayed in room 2, very comfortable and quite spacious. Kinda quirky layout with one bedroom and two bathrooms but we loved it! It’s a kind of serviced appartment, so no onsite hotel services apart from breakfast which was fine for us. Parking is on the streets nearby, 60 cents per hour with 9pm to 9am free, get the app and you can sort easily, free on Sundays. It’s a five mins walk to enter the wonderful old town. TV with streaming was all good, wifi too. Loved our stay here, would stay again.

Everything. Vanessa and her family were so helpful. The accommodation was beautiful as is the plunge pool courtyard. Breakfast was delicious with Lecce pastries every morning. The accomodation is right beside the old town so a perfect location. We were sorry to leave.

This is a charming little oasis of calm in the beautiful city of Lecce, right beside the Porta Rudaie entrance to the historical centre. Thanks to extremely prompt, efficient and very helpful communications from our host Vanesa, checking in was easy, with plentiful free parking right outside. All queries during our stay were also answered quickly, with excellent restaurant recommendations thank you! Self service breakfast was great and the room was very clean. The cleaning staff were very friendly too! The little plunge pool for the 2 rooms , with towels provided,was very welcome on with the heat of the city and after our day trips. Ideal location for both a city break in Lecce, and for driving out to visit the rest of this part of Puglia.

This is a true gem. Vanesa has created an oasis in Lecce. The space is beautiful, airy, and thoughtfully decorated with natural materials. It is not cookie-cutter, Vanesa has clearly put so much love and thought into her space. More importantly, we loved staying with and getting to know Vanesa and her daughter. We were greeted with so much warmth, we quickly felt at home. Between the proximity to the old city, great restaurants, the comfortable bed and luxurious shower, the pool to cool off in, and the sweet chats with Vanessa and her daughter, we loved every minute of our stay and even ended up staying one extra night. We hope we can come back soon!

Easy to find Convenient for discovering Lecce and within walking distance of train station. Vanessa was really friendly and made you feel very comfortable in her b and b. Lovely room, fantastic shower, lovely splash pool and a seating area outside for each of her rooms. Stay on a Saturday night and you will get lovely pancakes for breakfast ! We arranged an earlier check in and our room was ready. Otherwise we would have been able to leave our luggage. Thanks to Vanessa for making our stay in Lecce memorable.

This hotel is truly magnificent. Very understated and classical. Provides a fabulous break from the hot Puglian sun. The room is elegant with all mod cons to hand. If the wifi isn't strong enough, they provide you with a separate router. Staff are exceptional, not invasive or having that fake American 'happy to see you' annoyance where they want tips. Staff always will to help whether it be for excursions or to where to stop for a drink in town. Breakfast is a delicious selection of hot and cold foods, with lots of local fruits and cheeses to select from, as well as your usual eggs and the best crispy bacon you will ever have the pleasure of eating. Located only a brief stroll into the old town centre (<5 min walk), hence conveniently located for all the tourist sites. The hotel swimming pool is set amongst beautifully aged olive groves. Provides an absolute haven when you have been out in the sun all day. Also, can't forget to mention the hotel's dog which tends to visit in the afternoon for his pats and a play. By far one of the leading hotels in the world.

This is a spectacular place. The perfect base to visit all of Puglia. The hotel is splendid, with grounds that live up to the "urban resort" label--pool, grove of orange trees for shade, patios with comfortable chairs, on and on. Each room has a small deck area, but the entire outdoors and indoors of the place are open. The staff is outstanding--warm, welcoming, eager to make your visit a pleasure. The cuisine is fabulous. Not traditional Italian, but rather modern, creative and delicious fare produced by a star chef. The site is on the edge of the old town, 10 minutes from anywhere in central Lecce by foot and, with its private parking, and easy place from which to drive out of town to visit the rest of the region. Lecce itself is beautifully Baroque, with lovely churches, fine restaurants, Roman ruins, lovely people...I could go on. This is a really unique experience worth every penny. And consider going in the off season, when the weather is best and the crowds thinnest.

A special hotel. Fairly new. Service and food were excellent. The room (deluxe) was spacious with modern electronics. An impressive attention to details such as high quality bath products. although located in the old city center, it's spacious. Entering the hotel gives a feeling of peace and tranquility. The grounds seem spacious with a nice pool area. There is an attention to style and design that manifests itself not only in the construction and decor but in every detail. A great experience. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Lecce.

This delightful hotel is set in a lovely private garden with green grass, lemon and olive trees. There are seating areas outside by the pool where you can relax or have a snack. The staff are extremely attentive and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The rooms are well appointed and the bed is extremely comfortable. The hotel chef should be congratulated on providing the best hotel breakfast with homemade pastries and delicious home baked bread. It is one of the best breakfasts I have enjoyed anywhere.

A beautiful hotel set in lovely gardens with a pool and olive and citrus trees. The hotel is contemporary but based on a traditional building of the locality and very harmonious, with every facility and comfort catered for. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and very helpful and the atmosphere is calming and peaceful.

I was upgraded to the villa for 2 nights of the 3. The villa was fabulous and would score a 9 at least. The grounds the villa stood in were lovely. My apartment in the villa grounds on the last night was by the pool, small and poorly furnished. I used some of the poolside furniture to supplement its inadequacies.

We liked everything, we were a Family of 12 and stayed in both Villas. The Villas, the Pool and the Grounds were amazing. Someone was always on hand if we wanted anything. We felt very safe and very comfortable.

A very clean and spacious accommodation! The hosts even introduced us to local snacks, the communication went well and they were very hospitable. A short drive to the city centre, with a supermarket and bakery in walking distance. We could use the pool in the morning primarily, but we were able to swim in the afternoon when we asked. We enjoyed having our breakfasts on the terrace, and would recommend this accommodation for future visits. Thank you Francesco and Petra!

The villa was amazing - with four great sized bedrooms, a fantastic veranda and access to a beautiful pool area. The host, Francisco, was contactable for any questions during the stay and was really friendly. A great location for exploring Lecce from, with local restaurants nearby or a 15 minute walk into Lecce, or 20-30 minutes to the beautiful old town. A villa near the centre of town, but in a really quiet location.

The pool, the rooms and the amazing shower rooms! Francesco is really nice and we had an amazing stay, the facilities are definitely great to chill after a busy day.

The accommodation is beyond amazing! This is executive-level accommodation - Huge, spacious, modern, high-quality, classy, and comfortable. A big mention must go to the host, Petra, and her husband. They communicated in advance, were ready for our arrival, and were on hand throughout for advice and recommendations. They also own a fish restaurant and strongly advise you to visit. It was magnificent and I wish we had visited more. 10/10 for everything. Not only that they also allowed us to stay later in the apt as our flights were at 9 pm and there is parking behind the electric gate. They are perfect, generous hosts.

Beautiful modern property on the outskirts of Lecce. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Decorated to a very high standard and wonderfully comfortable beds. Bathroom facilities first class, the owners have obviously put a lot of care and thought in to this apartment. Met on arrival by Petra, despite the fact we were late as our flight was delayed. Warm friendly welcome, she took time to show us round and make sure we had everything we needed, including a bottle of wine. Great communication throughout the stay, always happy to provide advice if we needed it.

Någon kilometer från Adriatiska havets kust, utanför Lecce, ligger den vackra Agriturismo Al Parco. Som namnet antyder är hotellanläggningen precis i utkanten av en stor park, Parco naturale regionale Bosco e Paludi di Rauccio, som sedan 15 år tillbaka är en nationalpark, tack vare Världsnaturfondens enträgna arbete. Fem av mina semesterdagar i september tillbringade jag på denna vackra och välskötta hotellanläggning som är en före detta bondgård. Vid ankomsten möttes jag av det ytterst vänliga och hjälpsamma ägarparet som jag kunde vända mig till i frågor, stora som små. Eftersom jag förlagt min semester till lågsäsong fanns det ingen risk för att andra gäster skulle ha reserverat solstolarna vid swimmingpoolen i bittida morgontimma - jag var enda gästen till frukost och såg inte till andra hotellgäster under min vistelse. Perfekt eftersom jag inte gillar väntan, köer och trängsel under semestern! Frukosten var mycket god och bestod av varierat utbud, och mina särskilda kostönskemål tillgodosågs på ett utmärkt sätt. Hotellrummets air condition svalkade oklanderligt. Sedan bestod mina dagar av att cykla runt nationalparken med hyrcykeln från Lecce. I badorterna Spiaggiabella och Torre Chianca tillbringade jag sköna timmar på solstolen eller i baren. OK, lite fyllecykling blev det... Middagarna på Agriturismo Al Parco var utsökta - med utsökta lokala viner i glaset. Jag kan enbart lovorda hotellet och dess vänliga, omsorgsfulla ägare. Apulien har mycket värme & sol att ge!

We really liked this hotel .Built in the days of old style hotels it is very comfortable and stylish . Excellent Location near the old town and also near to the train station . Nice pool and bar service for drinks by the pool. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very large, and I liked the style of the furnishings and muted colours. Space provided for a suitcase, other than the floor. The bathroom was huge with plenty of space around the basin for toiletry bags - a nice change! Shower was good but over the bathtub, but there were adequate hand-holds. The breakfast was very good. All staff were friendly. The pool was open (early Nov) but a bit too cool and then we had rain. The pool seating area looked well maintained. I was given a good map on checkin. Very close to the railway station and to centro storico.

The reception area and sitting rooms were lovely and comfortable. The bedroom was lovely, bright and airy. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They had a small private carpark (at an additional cost) but i felt the car was safe. There was a lovely small swimming pool area with pool side chairs. Breakfast had a very good selection of cold meats, salads yoghurt and lots of cakes. It is closer to the old town which is lovely as you are near to the cathedral and lots of historical buildings.

I agree with other reviews, the carpets appear to be water stained, otherwise our room was clean and comfortable. The decor charming and interesting. The breakfast area is pleasant, with tables on the terrace. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Being the beginning of May the pool was not in use, but l do feel the garden area needs tidying. However this did not stop us from sitting outside as it’s very peaceful. The Hotel is situated very close to the train station (staff very helpful) . Also easy walk into the old town. Staff and service is very good. If returning to Lecce would stay there again.

To our delight we found the Grand Hotel to be very comfortable and clean with friendly, professional staff. The swimming pool was a good size with lots of sun loungers, in a lovely setting. Overall we were able to relax in a calm soothing atmosphere. The carpets in the communal areas are faded but this did not lessen our enjoyment of our stay there. The room itself was spacious and clean and the air conditioning was easy to operate and worked perfectly. There was a wide selection of foods for breakfast although we would have liked a greater variety of fresh fruit.

Abbiamo citofonato e siamo saliti per dare un'occhiata, le camere e agli ambienti e ci hanno colpito positivamente fin da subito, così quella che doveva essere una permanenza di una notte alla fine è diventata una mini vacanza di 4 giorni. Lecce è stupenda e questa struttura altrettanto.

The room was very clean and spacious. They have the housekeeping staff cleaning the rooms daily/almost daily. The staff and owner were friendly, polite, and responsive to questions.It was still hot when we were there and it was great to have an air conditioner that we could use so we could sleep comfortably. Breakfast is also included. They leave you a breakfast ticket for every day of your stay and you can claim it for a quick Italian breakfast at the cafe down the street which is less than a 5 min walk from the B&B. Location was good as well as it was close to the train station and only a 5-10 min walk to the historic centre. In addition, the location is close to a self-serve laundromat called "Collela Lavandaria" which is great if you need to quickly do your laundry like we did during our this point in our vacation. I would recommend staying here if you don't mind staying in a more modern-style room and being a few minutes walk from the historic centre.

The apartment is located on the third floor, 1 minute walk from the old town. There is a lift. We met the host only at check-in, he speaks English, nice, helpful young man. Our room had a balcony as well. We were given coupons for breakfast, redeemable at the corner cafe, for a drink and a pastry. There are several small shops in the street.

We really enjoyed our stay with Civico. Smooth contactless check in process. The property is with excellent location, just a few minutes away from the train station and even less minutes from the center. The room was super nice and with comfortable bed, balcony and excellent bathroom.

The room was in a good location, just a short walk from the historic center. It was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. Everything matched the photos, making a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

We were in a heat wave and the air conditioner worked really effectively as did the fridge which was really cold. The location is BRILLIANT with Lecce’s best gelateria next door and all the activities of Piazza Oronzo around the corner and also surrounded by lovely restaurants. The host was wonderful organising pick up and drop off from Brindisi airport. The first night when the remote was behaving properly he came to replace it the very next morning. Coffee was in the cupboard as was olive oil and salt and some biscuits. Very much appreciated when you arrive late.

Very central, just off Oronzo Square but on 4th floor with modern lift so no noise whatsoever during the night. Comfortable bed, everything was spotless, good air condition, really it was a super central place to stay and we can definitely recommend. We had concerns about parking as we were so central but used Parcheggio Lecce, Vialle del Universita, about 12 minutes walk away. You pay from 09.00 to 14.00 and 16.00 to 21.00 60 cents per hour. It’s very easy and convenient. Lecce is a great place to visit. Enjoy 😊

Location was perfect, you can’t be more centrally located. We booked the two bedrooms was great to have the extra space. Was there in Dec so didn’t use it much but terrace was very nice to see view around us & must be a bonus during the sumner. All is provided for comfort. On 4 th floor, having option of elevator was practical to have with luggage 😊 Truly the host was amazing, quick to respond, extremely friendly & helpful really made us feel welcomed.

Giovioanni was an excellent host. We arrived late on the first night, and check-in was so easy. Giovioanni guided us through the procedure so easily and gave us some excellent recommendations for food. The location was excellent, very central, and close to everything. 5 star property and host.

The owner let us cancel because the elevator was up a flight of steps and being handicap it’s hard getting the wheelchair up the stairs and into a small elevator. Thank god the owner was understandable and refunded the 2nd night. Location is absolutely perfect!

Palazzo Paladini is in a great location. The setting is very pretty. There is even a Roman column set in the corner of the house wall. Good restaurants nearby.

One of the best masserias we stayed in Puglia, very clean and well kept, there is a small orchard next to the pool, the crickets sounds are just amazing, very quiet, the pool are 10/10!

We adored our stay at Masseria Li Campi so much that we tried to extend our trip - sadly we couldn’t stay longer but we will definitely return. Irina is an extraordinary host, detailed information about what to see and do, made dinner reservations, even checked the wind direction each morning to tell us which coast would be better for swimming. The rooms are lovely, property beautiful and well located, pool was perfect for a refreshing dip on a hot summers day. Cassie is a delightful addition. Thank you thank you see you again!

Irina and her husband are very friendly and helpful. Irina was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. She makes all her own cakes etc for breakfast. You can order dinner and they were lovely (also cooked by Irina. The rooms are all the same with four poster beds in them and are approached by a beautiful courtyard. It is in a beautiful setting. The swimming pool is in an orange and lemon orchard surrounded by a wall. You will not be disappointed if you go there. It is beautiful.

This accomodation is very close to Lecce, whilst still being in a rustic area. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool is big and very clean and lends itself to just some “me time”. The hostess is very friendly and there to help at all times.

주인 아저씨가 매우 친절했다. 영어가 잘 통하지는 않았지만 궁금하거나 요청할 것이 있으면 왓츠앱으로 대화하며 구글번역 사용해서 불편함은 없었다. 3일을 묵었는데 아침식사도 맛있었고 방도 냉방도 잘되고 침대도 편했다. 하루 저녁은 와인과 스낵을 준비해주셨는데 좋았다. 루프탑 방에서 자서 옥상을 다 쓸수 있었는데 밤이면 쏟아질 듯한 별도 관찰할 수 있어 좋았고, 올드타운 안에 위치해서 관광하기도 편했다. we came for one day and ended up staying a week! the location is perfect, the house is beautiful but definitely the best thing was angelo the host! we had to find a place for the night, we were with a baby, angelo prepared the house for us very fast! he took care of everything we needed and gave us many wonderful recommendations! he is a wonderful host and a conversation men!

I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Lecce. This is a historic home and the host is very hospitable, he is great with communication and attentive to insuring our stay was perfect. The Decor is lovely and breakfast on the terrace exceeded our expectations. Easy access the historic old town. Do not miss the opportunity to stay here.

Superb located B&B. Lovely building and room and a perfect host. Easy communication through Whatsapp and lots of recommendations received from the host Angelo, which made sure we have visited the most beautiful sites and ate at good restaurants. Everyday we had different regional rolls for breakfast. We had a perfect stay.

Location! Very near pedestrian zone with restaurants/shops/cafés, 6 minute walk to inexpensive public parking on Viale fella Université, quiet neighborhood. Large room with large living room/dining room and balcony. Angelo and son were great hosts with good suggestions of sights to visit.

We had a wonderful experience at this masseria in Italy, a place full of history and authentic charm. Every corner of the property is decorated with traditional and antique items that perfectly reflect the local culture and traditions. The atmosphere is truly magical. On the night we stayed, the owner organized a pizza evening, which was an absolute delight. My husband even had the chance to make his own pizza, adding a special touch to our experience. The pool is another highlight of the property, with a unique shape. Our little boy loved it and spent a lot of time playing there. Although there aren’t many restaurants nearby, the masseria is centrally located, making it easy to explore the surrounding beauty. For example, the stunning beaches of Porto Cesareo are just a 40-minute drive away. We recommend this masseria to anyone looking to experience authentic Italian hospitality in a charming and historical setting.

A gorgeous farm stay which offered peace and tranquility. We loved this property, Ana was extremely helpful, even sorting out our parking fines for us. The rooms were beautiful and the little dining room was so cute. We loved the cats & dogs who were very friendly and our 5 year old niece treated the cats like teddy bears and they weren’t a bit bothered. The pool was lovely and very welcome in the August heat. A little off the beaten track and if we stayed again we would plan a little better, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

It was wonderful! We felt very homey, we loved the Italian spirit that the Masseria radiated. Very friendly staff, Mrs. Ana showed us everything, unobtrusively advised us which beaches and cities to visit. The breakfast was super good, home products, freshly baked pastries and proper Italian coffee. The room was very clean and just the right size. The swimming pool was a real paradise for relaxation among palm trees and other greenery. Definitely the best accommodation if you want to relax and enjoy the peace.

We had a fantastic time at Masseria Caretti Grande. The property is exceptionally beautiful - you can tell a lot of care and effort has gone into it. The staff were all very friendly - we dealt mostly with Vanessa who was lovely! The rooms were spotless and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised by the swimming pool which was larger and deeper than it appeared through the photos. The breakfast included a great variety of sweet and savoury food.

Masseria Caretti is a beautiful, peaceful space. We loved the pool and engaging with all the gorgeous dogs and cats on the Masseria as well. Everyone that works there ensures you feel welcome. I’d recommend anyone to stay here if you are journeying through Puglia.

the room and house were extremely clean with lots of creative and functional design choices throughout. the location is in a very quiet spot that is at the same time very well situated to access the rest of the centro storico, the train station, the parks, markets, etc. finally Danilo is a wonderful and friendly host, available for any questions and issues, while also leaving guests ample privacy. he was very active in accommodating our vegan and gluten-free diet for the included breakfast .. speaking of, the kitchen is fully functional and contains all essentials for preparing nice meals. overall a wonderful stay, grazie mille Danilo!

We were lucky enough to find a room at Caminanti last-minute when we had an issue with our Airbnb. We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly Danilo was able to accommodate our late check-in. The bed and breakfast is tucked away on an adorable street in the old town, walking distance to many cute restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious, super comfortable, and clean. Great value for the price - would stay here again!

This is a great location in the heart of the old town. Danilo has brought his own touch to the interiors Breakfast is basic. The rooms have real charm. The shower slightly temperamental but it's a valid trade off for the location, I think. Really into recycling and reusing which I love and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. You can't go wrong picking this property.

Questo B&B nel centro di Lecce è molto accogliente, con una decorazione vintage originale, e che ti fa sentire proprio come a casa. La stanza era molto comoda e c'era tutto il necessario per la mia permanenza. Dario è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Dopo il check-out mi ha permesso di lasciare la valigia lì fino a sera senza problemi. Insomma, un'esperienza da ripetere. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Location was great. A lovely clean property and super friendly host. We travelled as 3 couples so had 3 rooms and the entire place to ourselves which was perfect for us.
