Fantastic service views and breakfast. Everything exceeded expectations. We were offered an upgrade to a room with private pool but we preferred an ocean view and they accommodated us. The beach was better than anything else in the area and the pool was a pleasure to swim in. The outdoor sitting areas had spectacular views

We had a lovely villa with private pool which had ample space and amenities. It felt more like a small house than a hotel room. The service all over the resort was exceptional, staff were very friendly and aimed to make your stay enjoyable. The two ocean swimming areas were fantastic. Breakfast was also delightful and diverse. The only critique would be to have a more diverse dinner menu.

Our check in was very easy and everything was explained to us about the hotel and also going into Syracusa, where to park etc. Our room was very good, good size, bathroom products and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good, as was the coffee and selection of food at breakfast. The rocks were great and we spent a few days sunbaking there and jumping off the rocks. The pool was also very good and a nice warm temperature. While the location of the hotel is not in central Syracusa, we had a hire car and its an easy 15 min drive there and its actually a bigger city thank you think. We dined at Schiticchio Pizzeria and recommend it. The street it is based on and surrounded area seemed to have a good selection of restaurants. You can order room service / food to beach / pool / rocks via whatsapp which was easy. I was very impressed that I went to see reception the day before we left as we needed help with our bags for an early check out at 600am and there was someone ready at 600am at our room to assist. Only disappointing this was that in room coffee / team was not included which I feel when you are paying over 500 euros per night it should be. They also only provide a bottle of water on your first night, again, they should include this based on the price. Would highly recommend this hotel.

That's what I said to my wife as we were sunning ourselves by the pool. This is a luxury resort. The rooms are in cottages scattered around the site, a short walk from the pool, beach & five-star restaurant. Rich marble & wood interiors. Fabulous breakfast. And for no more than a B&B! Initially, we were disappointed that it is 15 minutes from town, but it was wonderful to be able to leave the crowded streets behind and retreat to the Minareto. It's not easy to find, so get directions on the web or use a GPS.

Villa Ramadia exceeded our expectations in every possible way, making our family holiday in Sicily a really memorable visit. Our hosts met us on arrival, complete with a really generous welcome gift of local food specialities freshly made, plus a whole range of foods - including ice creams! - that helped us settle in more quickly. The villa is spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. We loved having our own private pool that was MUCH bigger than the photos suggested. Our hosts checked the pool every day so that it was pristine for our use plus they have all the pool lounging furniture and inflatable toys for the kids that made chilling out at the villa so easy. The location was ideal - Floridia is a lovely traditional town that is much more reasonably priced than Syracuse (only 8 miles away) and close enough that popping in to town for a gelato to end the evening was really easy. It's perfectly located for exploring the World Heritage sites at Syracuse, Palazzolo Acreidi and Catania - ad our hosts did a great job of providing restaurant recommendations and places to visit to make planning our trips even easier. Sending huge thanks to Rita and Paolo for making us feel so welcome throughout our stay.

The hosts, Rita and Paolo, are extremely helpful and generous. Rita was always available to answer any questions and checked frequently to make sure that everything was ok with the villa. They provided plenty of food and drink for breakfast along with plenty of pasta. They also provided information on local restaurants and shops as well as places to visit. The villa is very well furnished and equipped with a large well kept garden. The pool is excellent, it is much larger than the pools usually found with villas and is cleaned daily. The villa is well located for trips to towns like Syracuse/Ortygia, Avola, Noto, Ragusa and beaches like Fontane Bianchi.

Amazing villa with a huge pool and plenty of privacy. The large terrace and spacious kitchen with a gas stove are perfect for cooking with friends. There’s even an extra shower and toilet by the pool. Ideal location for day trips to places like Syracuse or Noto. Highly recommend!

This is a truly exceptional property which far surpassed our expectations (the photos really don’t do it justice!). The hosts are wonderful and make every effort to make you feel at home. Milk, juices and store cupboard items were provided, which was a lovely surprise. The property itself is fantastic; huge pool (with its own shower and toilet), 2 bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas, and plenty of outdoor seating. It’s an easy journey to Syracuse and makes a good base guys exploring further afield. Really can’t recommend it enough!

Rita and Paolo are the most friendly owners we have ever meet and so considerate. We arrived on a Sunday and they had provided a wonderful selection of food and drink to tide us over. Very large private swimming pool within a beautiful walled garden. Comfortable beds and good showers. Amazing views for miles over the countryside from the upper balcony. Sizable, secure, well appointed and comfortable property in a quiet location but within walking distance of the local town.

Really beautiful property - catered for our family of 7 with both apartments used. Private pool was perfect. Very clean on arrival, all facilities advertised were provided. Staff were excellent and lovely touch having croissants in the morning. Fontane Bianca has a lovely beach and one or two restaurants. We travelled to Ortigia, Noto and other towns in the region which were lovely day trips. One draw back would have wished for more local restaurants - but all in all it was a super stay.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Urania. The pool, gardens and house were extremely clean and we found it the perfect place to relax with the bonus of a sea view from the top terrace. The location was excellent - a few minutes walk from a small cafe and mini market and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Nothing was too much hassle for our hosts - thank you!

The villa is amazing and it has everything you need to enjoy you stay. Only a short walk away from the beach. The rooms were big with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped. The swimming pool is well kept although there is an issue with birds. Massive plus were toys for children to play on a beach.

Perfect location just a few minutes from the beach. The Villa was very spacious and had everything you need. Excellent air conditioning and comfortable beds. The WiFi was great and we used the pool all the time. Lovely croissants for breakfast too!

Everything. Beautiful, tastefully furnished two-storey house with two apartments, huge terraces, brand new swimming pool and beautiful garden. Very kind and helpful host, it was a great experience to stay there. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The house is so welcoming, the host is really nice and friendly and explained everything on our arrival, bed linen were clean, fresh towels were prepared, we had a lot of towels avaible. The hous eis equipped with a washing machine which was very useful to not to take dirty clothes back home. A lot of outdoor furniture available, huge table (shaded) near the bbq / outdoor kitchen area. The house is detached with a garden all around, ac in every bedroom. Rooms are very nicely decorated with great taste and makes the house feel more homey. Pool area is exceptional, pool robot also available to clean during your stay. The owner accepted our pet which is not a small dog. Some supplies were also available in kitchen cupboard like onions, oil, salt, sugar, coffee and other basic stuff. The garden area is so peaceful, garden is very well kept with flowers and prikly pears and turf. House is close to the beach and there is also a cool lido serving great pizza. Owner also provided a list of markets nearby and all the necessary links to make our stay smoother. Will definitely save this residence for another stay in the future.

The house is ok, comfortable beds, courtyard is really nice with great facilities, specially for a grill in the backyard, the pool is also nice. The owner is great, we communicated very well, he waited for us for a very late check-in and he gave us a late check-out . We had a very good stay here.

we loved this place and the host was brilliant. it’s so central to a lot of places with the added pleasure of being quiet. you do need a car but it’s a small price to pay.

Very beautiful and spacious villa! We loved the beautiful garden and the large swimming pool. Francesco is the perfect host - he was very attentive and helpful. From wonderful recommendations on places to visit and restaurants, to recommending a lovely boat tour (we loved it!), plus he had stocked the fridge with water, drinks and lovely Sicilian wine :) The neighborhood is a quiet residential area and close to the beach. Thank you for the amazing holidays! We will be back! ;)

We loved how everything worked out perfectly for our family, even with two teens who need their own space. The layout felt just right. The place is private, not overlooked, and not far from the beach. But the real highlight? That huge pool with a built‑in jacuzzi. Big bonus!

Great Villa with beautifully kept gardens and the swimming pool was fantastic! Communication with the host, Francesco, was really good and he was very quick to resolve any small issues or offer advice on local restaurants, shops etc. The villa was spacious and very clean, with basic amenities provided. There is a great range of outside seating and areas to provide shade from the hot afternoon sun. Secure off-street parking is provided. There is a small supermarket (Carbe) within walking distance, that offers a deli section and prepared foods and pizzas; the staff were very friendly and helpful. We also walked to the local bar, (El Cubano), which served great coffees, pastries, granita & gelato.

Great location for discovering this part of Sicily. Lovely tranquility when needed. Great facilities ….. but get a large ironing board !

The location,50mins from Catania airport, 20mins from the centre of Siricusa&15mins from Aranella beach is perfect. The town of Casibile is only 5mins drive&has pizzarias&shops for quick bites. The Villa itself was spotlessly clean, really well appointed and the outdoor area, with private pool&dining area was perfect for a stay with children. Set in the countryside, surrounded by lemon&orange trees, the villa is a tranquil escape. Simonetta, was available for advice&recommendations throughout our stay&was genuinely invested in our trip being as enjoyable as possible. We had a late flight the day we checked out&Simonetta offered her own outdoor shower for us to use before the airport. I couldn't recommended highly enough.

Villa Sambucia provided the ideal setting for a peaceful and rejuvenating countryside holiday. The house itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, that made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces — the garden was beautifully landscaped, and the pool area was a fantastic place to unwind. To eat at the local nearest town is Cassibile with amazing pizzas. The host is very warm and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect for our stay. Overall, Villa Sambucia exceeded our expectations.

Very pleasant villa with good sized pool and facilities. Great location if you want to be away from other people yet close enough with a short drive to town / city. Host was friendly when picking up and dropping off keys with helpful suggestions on local amenities.

Quiet and remote villa where you can completely relax. Perfect location to Siricusa, Ortigia and other towns. Extremely clean and well equipped. Simonetta is an amazing host always available and extremely helpful. We felt well looked after. We were welcomed with a basket of wine and local food. We absolutely loved our stay. We will certainly be back!

Top property for family vacation, very clean and comfortable.

Very private accommodation with very supportive hosts. They live on the same property but don’t bother their guests at all except for checking in via text whether you need anything. We had towels, coffee, some kitchen ingredients, and all the furniture and equipment is of high quality. I would definitely stay here again. We swam in the pool everyday and enjoyed our privacy. It’s true that there is an autoroute next to the property but it does not bother at all because it is still very calm and you can chill by the pool. Thanks for everything!

This modern design property is exceptional. Minimalist with high quality fixtures and furnishings. The beds are superb and the showers lovely and powerful. The kitchen appliances are high quality, all Bosch, also a coffee machine and kettle. The swimming pool is perfect. Spotlessly clean with jacuzzi option. It really is an oasis.

Very Well located near the main attraction. The house is perfect with everything we needed. Even if the street is very busy outside you don’t hear anything inside.

Everything about the place was fantastic!

I spent a week at Hotel Como, which is now one of my favourite hotels ever. It is opposite the train station, and round the corner from the bus station. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was perfect for me - fresh croissants, bread, fruit juice, and coffee. I enjoyed the stroll along Corso Umberto to get to Ortigia, which is the main bustling crowded historical island. I knew it was a popular destination, but even so I was a bit surprised at the huge number of tourists! However, it's possible to amble along side streets and find some quiet areas. Grazie, Giuseppe, and everyone else whose names I didn't get, for the warm and friendly welcome.

If you are looking for a hotel which is both well-located and well-run and well-priced, look no further. The hotel is situated opposite the exit of the train station (and close to the bus stops) and about a 20 minute walk through the town centre to the island of Ortigia. The staff are friendly and accommodating, storing luggage and offering a complimentary coffee. The first floor single room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed and an efficient shower in the bathroom. By Italian standards, the breakfast choice was good and plentiful and a bar is available. All in all, a pleasant stay in a small hotel.

We stayed in an apartment in Siracusa with a room that had a distant sea view. We also had a terrace where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. The rooms were spacious, including a roomy bathroom, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is just across the street from the train station—literally a one-minute walk—and there’s a bus stop right behind it, perfect for exploring the city or visiting Ortigia. The people were welcoming, and the hosts were wonderful—really made us feel at home!

It’s a small hotel across the train station and about 100 meters to the bus station which can take you almost anywhere. A small but tasty breakfast provided which are the bonus. What surprises me the most was genuine and friendly staff, from a woman in breakfast to the young receptionist man. A 3 star hotel with a five star service. Staff were exceptional. Easy to communicate with. Fabulous freshly cooked breakfasts. Cuppacinno's on demand and freely offered out of breakfast times when we returned from walking all day. Best of all, only 1 minute's walk from train station. Fabulous baroque town of Noto only a short ride away.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. The hotel is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Rooms are good sizes with comfortable beds. Good central location, local restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Ortigia a few minutes drive away with lots more dining choices and shopping. Breakfast was always good, choices for everyone. Evening drinks, dinner and desserts available at the rooftop restsurant. Nice Gym and Spa facilities too. The rooftop pool and area is quite small, but serves its purpose. It's not a hotel for a pool holiday, which wasnt our intention anyway. Easy to travel to other parts of the island from here. Beaches closeby in all directions, though you do need a car.

Very lovely hotel in Siracusa. The bar and pool on the roof are lovely. The pool area is small so make sure to go up early. If you’re keen on going to Ortigia, it is walkable, but very hot and a 30min walk. A taxi isn’t expensive if you’re keen though! There is a super market right next door too which was lovely to get breakfast and lunch supplies if you wanted.

Great to have easy check-in and parking was super convenient – with an option of covered or non (free or paid). The property was close to the archaeological park and the brutalist church which was convenient. Loved the pool and liked having pool towels provided. Bathroom was nice and big. Super friendly people at the front desk.

First time visiting Sicily (first generation children who speak fluently ) couldn’t be more happier staying at Mercure Siracusa Prometeo. Walking into the lobby where we were welcomed by Umberto, who was more than hospitable and greeted us as if we were family. Whatever our needs where he made sure they were met by accommodating us and giving us advice of where to eat and how to navigate around Siracusa. The rooms were immaculate , the rooftop pool and view were incredible especially at sunset having a glass of wine and watching the sun go down was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality and accommodations and also the wonderful breakfast and dinner they serve . Thank you to Umberto and staff for a wonderful stay. Jesse and Maria ❤️

The Mercure hotel in Syracusa is about a mile from the tourist area of Ortigia, but there is an excellent and cheap bus service to the island From the reception staff to the cleaners and the bar and restaurant staff you will find helpful friendly people who will go above and beyond normal service to help. There is a pool, which was very welcome when the temperature was in the 30s ( For our American friends that's the low 90s) As a hotel, it's everything you want as an experience, thanks to the staff, it's a pleasure

I LOVED this little hotel SO MUCH! It was so beautiful and simple and sweet. The room was bright and airy and everything worked well! There were really nice common areas on the ground floor. The rooftop terrace in the morning with the deep view was charming. What made this hotel stand out for us though was the hospitality. Keira and Anna were phenomenal. So friendly accommodating and helpful. They spoke perfect English and did everything to make our stay perfect. The location is also SO great! next to the market, and the water, it was very easy to find our way around the island. I highly recommend going to The Sicilian Puppet Show, Dave restaurant, going to Francisco who makes sandwiches at the market like its art, and doing the sea caves boat tour with swimming! We were only there one night but I wish we had AT LEAST 3 at this spot! We will be back!

Not far from the Archimedes Statue that stands on the bridge from Siracusa, Hotel Posta sits near the sea with a free parking lot nearby. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Our room was comfortable, and included a balcony with a table and chairs. A large breakfast buffet is served on the roof. Hotel Posta is ideal for exploring the lively fish market as well as all the archeological and historical sites crammed into this small town. The only downside was that the breakfast area is small, so we had to sign up for a specific time to eat.

The staff and hotel are lovely. Our room was clean, bright, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was good with decent options, including fresh fruit. The common areas are lovely and inviting. When we required medical assistance, the staff got it for us. They were very kind and helpful! The location is also great. They’re located across the street from Levante, a great Gelateria, and two blocks from the fish market. They’re also a quick walk from the historic district of Ortigia. We would stay here again.

Lovely hotel in Ortigia. We had room on the second floor with the view on the street and a small balcony. Bathroom is smaller but has everything needed. During the night, if you close the window, you hear no noise from the street. The room and bathroom was clean and the breakfast was excellent various options. Breakfast is located on the rooftop terrace, it is a great experience with a beautiful view. Great stay, we enjoyed it.

A fabulous and very reasonably priced hotel perfectly located with sea views on the edge of the historical district. I stay in dozens of hotels every year and most are just miserable, expensive corporate places. This hotel is super clean, has wonderful staff, has great character, and I loved the rooftop terrace for morning breakfasts and evening watching the sun set and the world going by below. I totally recommend the place to you.

Absolutely loved staying at Casa Di Aneupe. Marilu & Eugenio great hosts - very friendly and knowledgeable - great tips for restaurants, cafes, gelaterias and places to visit. Our room was spacious, bright and exceptionally clean. Bathroom good size with soft towels, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner and a nice big shower. Fridge with cold water and a clothes drying rack useful. Two things that really stood out for us- 1. We LOVED the fact that Marilu & Eugenio are so environmentally aware and conscious of their own and the guests' impact on climate change and they are trying (and succeeding) in various ways to make a difference - solar power, waste separation, etc. And looking for other ways to reduce their environmental footprint. 2. Casa di Aneupe has a beautiful roof terrace with tables/chairs and a really homey, rustic well stocked kitchen for guests to use! Pots, pans, crockery as well as Coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt pepper etc provided - even some fresh basil in a vase which was a bonus! So wonderful to be able to cook local produce bought from Santa Lucia Sunday Market after you've been eating out all the time. We highly recommend Casa Di Aneupe - it was just lovely staying in a residential area with really nice local people, yet still within walking distance to Ortigia.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic – truly perfect, it couldn’t have been better! The location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk to the city center, yet we were still able to park for free right in front of the house. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean – I’ve rarely seen a hotel room kept to such a high standard. What truly made our stay unforgettable, were the hosts, Marilu and Antonio. They were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful, and you could immediately tell how much they love what they do. The absolute highlight of our visit was the special evening they organized on the hotel’s rooftop terrace: a small concert by a classical guitarist. The music was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everyone had a wonderful time. On top of that, we were treated to homemade bruschetta (delicious!) and wine. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would gladly return anytime.

Firstly, Marilu & Eugenio are truly delightful people, being warm, welcoming, and extremely hospitable. The contact with them before and during the trip was excellent. They provided us with very useful information on the locale (shops, restaurants etc.) which was simply priceless for a short 2 night stay. The apartment was big, airy, and spotlessly clean. There is a lovely communal area where you can make breakfast and they also have drinking water that can be used to top up water bottles. The apartment is extremely well located being 5 minutes from the small harbour, where there are some excellent seafood restaurants, 15 minutes from beautiful Ortigia island, and in a local area where there are excellently priced supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries etc. We can't wait to go back and would thoroughly recommend the apartment to anyone. La casa di Aneupe Is an amazing place. Not only for the spacious, tastefully decorated bedroom and bath but also because you meet two terrific hosts; Marilù and her partner Eugenio. They both very warmly welcomed us and gave us precious information about visiting Syracuse and Ortigia. Did i mention the great location? Marilú and Eugenio do not provide the breakfast, however, there is a well furnished large kitchen upstairs where you can prepare your meals and an adjacent patio to eat it The thing I appreciated most is the possibility to see Marilú artworks, really beautiful colorful drawings representing the soul of the beautiful Sicily. Thank you for that!

Marilu and Eugenio are the nicest hosts under the Siracusian sun ! 🌞 They are very friendly, helpful and give you all the information that you need for a great stay in Siracusa. The guesthouse is situated close to the historic island of Ortiga and near a little harbour. The neighborhood Santa Lucia is authentic Sicilian and being renovated step by step. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Also there is a large roof terrace with a kitchen that has everything you need to prepare a nice meal or have coffee with the others guests. We had a great stay here !

Beautifully peaceful, set in a wonderful large garden. Good breakfast, and lots of good advice from the owner on visiting the Valley of Temples, and also an excellent dinner suggestion. An hour relaxing by the pool after the hot and dusty visit to the archaeological site was precious.

We really loved staying here – the place is super cozy, really clean, the bed was comfy, and the host was super welcoming and easy to communicate with. Breakfast was generous, the coffee was great, and Danilo even helped make my birthday extra special with a small favor - which was such a nice touch. Ortigia is just a short walk away – we went back and forth a few times a day – and honestly, we were glad we didn’t stay closer to the bridge, because with all the music and bar noise, sleeping would’ve been tough. It was our first time in Sicily, so we were surprised how thin the walls are (we noticed this at every place we stayed), so that’s just something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to noise. After two nights we actually decided to stay an extra one, and leaving felt a bit sad, because compared to our next place, AmaSi was way better for the same price and setup. We’d totally recommend it to anyone!

We had the most beautiful honeymoon, and this was largely thanks to the spectacular accommodation we enjoyed. I want to start by saying that the location is perfect—just about a 10-15 minute walk from the main attractions in Syracuse, especially the stunning island of Ortigia. It's also conveniently located just 3 minutes from the bus stop that connects directly to Catania Airport. The accommodation itself is modern, fully equipped, and very well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and both the bathroom and the room were spacious—perfect for two people. Breakfast was fresh and hearty every morning. We want to give special thanks to our host, Danilo, who was incredibly kind and provided us with valuable tips and information to make our stay even better. Grazie, Danilo! We wholeheartedly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Syracuse.

Beautifully presented room, spotlessly clean and very spacious. We were grateful for the very effective air con as it was 33° outside. Nice bathroom, toiletries, lots of towels, drying rack for clothes - we felt that a lot of care had gone into preparing the room, with local ceramics and interesting furniture. We were very impressed with the breakfast, which included a range of local products - all really fresh and again beautifully presented. Excellent coffee too! The location is about 15 mins walk from Ortigia, and we found it easy to walk to the Neopolis site - it was about halfway between the two. Overall, a very comfortable stay in a lovely B&B. We were made to feel very welcome.

Danilo was a superior and helpful host, and the ample and delicious breakfast he provided every morning turned out to be the best of our entire trip! We LOVED the homemade cakes!! This small and recently renovated accommodation is perfectly situated for touring Siracusa and Ortigia, and it is so clean and comfortable. Each of the 4 rooms is different, and all but three have a balcony with a little table and two chairs, which is great for relaxation and hanging hand washing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and only wish we could have stayed a few days more.

Amazing experience. The hotel is newly built, located in a quiet area far from noise, but in a strategic position that allows to easily reach the main attractions. The room is spacious, bright and sparkling clean. The swimming pool is perfect to get relax after a day out. The service is excellent and the hotel staff is always gentle and ready to help you at any time. The breakfast is abundant and various. Very good experience in a nice and clean structure with excellent service. I highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Amada Hotel. The hotel is newly built, modern and fresh. The rooms are nice and the pool is perfect size for the hotel. The owner, Daniela and her mother were very helpful and made sure we had everything we wanted. I recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to go to Sicily. Also, I would recommend to rent a car if you go here as it will make your stay much easier

Very nice , modern and spotlessly clean hotel. Large swimming pool. Breakfast with a selection of cakes, fruit, eggs, bacon, yoghurt, ham, cheese…. Spacious and calm rooms with big comfortable beds. And above all a warm welcome. I strongly recommend. Très joli petit hôtel très propre, moderne et agréable . Jolie piscine, petit déjeuner copieux et très bon accueil. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec de grands lits et l’environnement très calme. Je recommande vraiment.

there is nothing that I could fault, the hosts were amazing, place was clean, pool fantastic, would definitely stay there again. the location would require a car, but that was fine as it was nice and quiet, streets safe to walk in, we had a car so the location was fine. excellent stay would highly recommend.

Loved this place! The building was on a quiet street, with lots of free roadside parking around. The shared kitchen area was really nice, with a well equipped kitchen and amazing breakfast. The room itself was really pleasant, it was bright, and spacious. The bathroom was modern with an amazing shower. The best part was the private roof terrace with furniture. The kitchen in the room itself was also good, with a fridge and hob to cook on if required. Highly recommend this place!

Great clean and modern accommodation, wonderful terrace for morning breakfast, good location close to the old town. I have to thank my host and her mother very much, because she helped us a lot with solving our problem with rented car. It is not a matter of course that the host will devote a few hours of his time to solve your problems. Very nice and friendly people. We fell in love with Sicily. We will be back.

The owner/manager went out of her way to welcome us, tell us nearby highlights and providing excellent breakfasts. Even though we couldn't speak Italian and she couldn't speak English, she used an app on her phone to speak to us and answer our questions.

The breakfasts were excellent, with the option to choose from a list for the next day. It takes only 15-20 minutes to walk to the city center. The host warmly welcomed us in the middle of the night.

The bedroom had really good facilites. Good space. Cozy The location was very good as well. With a short walk we were in the city centre and the host Sabrina gave us good tips about restaurants and beaches!

The whole property looks beautiful and chic with a Tuscany vibe, we loved it. Spatious rooms, big clean pool, gorgeous garden-pool area. Totally recommend this property.

We stayed two nights at Masseria Tesfaferata, and we’re so glad we chose this place. After two exhausting days exploring Catania and trekking on Mount Etna, Masseria Tesfaferata truly felt like an oasis. For the first time on our Sicilian trip, I finally slept well. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was small but functional, and even though all the neighboring rooms were occupied, it was perfectly quiet, I couldn’t hear a thing. It was so peaceful at night. The property itself was beautifully maintained, and the hotel staff were all so friendly, always ready to help us with anything we needed. I also loved how beautiful and serene the whole place felt. Breakfast offered a great variety, from pastries to fresh fruit. The weather wasn’t quite warm enough to swim, but the pool was huge and there were plenty of sunbeds. We had such a pleasant stay, and we’d definitely come back!

Francesco and his team were absolutely the most hospitable, welcoming and professional. We were a group of 12 traveling and they accommodated us with such care. A few highlights: The location was perfect and only a 20 min drive to Ortigia. Easy to find parking at the car park. 45 min to Noto and Modica. Best to visit in the morning or early evening. Fontana Bianche beach only 20 min away. The property was impeccable. The pool was huge and a huge hit with the kids. We had dinner organized and everything that Francesco organized for us was exceptional. Everyone loved their chosen menu items. To help accommodate a large group, it’s best to order in advance so they can purchase what’s required. A huge thank you to the team. We miss it already.

Absolutely amazing property! We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The room was comfortable and the pool during the day was very inviting. The property is surrounded by nature and is absolutely stunning during sunset. The staff were extremely helpful and provided information on the best places to eat and visit around the area. It’s very close to a nature reserve which is a short walk and quite unique. We look forward to staying here in the future!

What a nice place! The familiyowned Masseria is some 20 minutew away from Syracuse, in s cosy old house and garden with nice pool. The rooms are located in the former workers houses, they are very well equipped and clean. It‘s an ideal place to start trips to the surrounding area. The breakfast was outstanding, mostly self-made sweet and salty bakery. Very polite and helpful staff. We‘d love to come back!

I thought the location so close to the train and bus station and within easy walking distance of Ortigia could not be beaten. The bathroom was the best I experienced in Italy and it was great being able to make my own dinner in the kitchen instead of going out at night. It was weird not having a person there to talk to but when I needed help twice the owner responded to my texts and solved my problem. It was great value for the price. I would recommend it to my friends.

Perfect place to visit Siracusa and some other intresting attractions around. Very close to the bus and train station, also few minutes on feet to Ortigia. The host was so kind, allowed me to check in earlier which helped me a lot. Apartment was clean and comfortable. I can totally recommend this place to everyone!

Modern facilities and fantastic value to explore Siracusa and surroundings. Everything kept clean, spacious room and bathroom, comfortable stay. The shared kitchen is a plus. They have a coffee maker and kettle to prepare hot drinks, and have provided biscuits, yogurt, water and juice to make a light breakfast. Highly recommended!

Das Zimmer liegt an einem Kreisverkehr mit hohem Verkehrsaufkommen. Durch die guten Fenster ist der Lärmpegel jedoch erträglich. Zur Altstadt ist nicht weit, in der Nähe gibt es Bars und Restaurants. Im B&B steht in der Gemeinschaftsküche alles für ein Frühstück bereit. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

The property was exceptionally clean. I was in bedroom 1 with ample space and room to move. This gave me access to a private bathroom and Marco was in touch with me whenever I needed help or information. It was fully automated behind the scenes and I was given keys to give me a sense of independence. There is a kitchen /food area with breakfast snacks available. Other guests may occupy the other rooms but they had their own ensuites.. I learnt that I could get a bus directly from Siracusa to Catania Airport using the bus stop literally a minute or two away, across the road from that of the accommodation. €6.20

The location was central for our needs and we managed to park on the street very close. Maria, our host, was delightful and spoke excellent English. The room had everything we needed and a lovely new shower room which was small but certainly served the purpose. There was the facility to make our own hot drinks and also a microwave available for heating anything up. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful and the whole place was really clean and recently decorated.

The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious and the staff was really kind and welcoming. I was allowed to use the washing machine and to leave my luggage for a few hours after checkout. The ladies were very hospitable and I got all the information and help I needed. Really good value for the price :)

Mariella and Paolo were very friendly, flexible with check-in, and responsive. I had a minor issue with the bathroom and after letting Mariella know, it was promptly acknowledged and resolved within a few hours. Mariella gave me some suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the city. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

We would definitely stay here again! This is a two-story auberge in a pedestrian-only district about 5 minutes’ walk from two garages — advance reservations strongly recommended! One is Garage Ortigia. We parked at Autopark Ortigia di la Mesa Mauricio (warning: steep driveway down). Anyway, our room at Atrio was a first-floor studio, right off the central patio—excellent for weeklong stay or more, though we only stayed one night—so I can’t speak to second-floor rooms. Spacious, clean, well-equipped, air conditioning worked well, WiFi was fine, best towels ever!! (Bigger than my bath sheets at home). Plug situation for charging phones by the bed is limited, so it’s a good idea to bring a multi-prong plug for the lamps plus your devices. Check-in is via lockbox with your key in it. We got the lockbox code by calling number on the Atrio sign. Everything in Ortigia is 20 minutes’ walk from everything else, it seems, so location was fine for us. Bottom line: I would book here with confidence.

Et lille Hotel i en lille smal gade lige mit i den lækre lille centrum. Meget stort værelse. Der var rent og det lå trygt. Lige ude for døren er der lækre spisesteder og du kan bevæge dig rundt i de små hyggelige gader. Eneste minus et at der ikke er meget strand i byen, men der kan bade manges steder fra. Det er bare ikke strande med solsenge. Man skal kører ca 30 Min så kommer man til meget lækre strande

The location is amazing, just in the heart of Ortigia. Close to restaurants beach and major points of interest. My daughter and I were so happy with this accomodation it was perfect for our needs. Authentic Sicilian experience

Pretty, cosy little B&B near both the beach and the main touristy areas of Ortigia. The room was of a good quality and was affordable.

The place was exceptionally clean and well run, with great staff and a generous breakfast. Housekeeping was daily and it was in a great location.

Ha sido una nueva y buenisima experiencia alojarnos en un apartamento, durante una corta estancia de dos días. Nos ha parecido mucho más cómodo e intimo que un hotel. Es cierto que el apartamento era muy amplio (capacidad para 5 personas y solo eramos dos). Y por supuesto mucho mas económico. El personal de la Recepción muy amable en todo momento, sobre todo la encantadora Sra. Elena.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti ed abbiamo trovato un appartamento grande, pulito, con aria condizionata, TV. Il personale è molto molto cortese. La posizione non è centrale però la zona è tranquilla ed il parcheggio interno è comunque una garanzia.

Buon soggiorno, il ragazzo alla reception è stato cordiale e gentile. La stanza era pulita e confortevole, ma migliorabile, ci vorrebbe un cambio di mobilio

La struttura è bella, comoda, bella, per i prezzi che fanno è da rifare le vacanze 😉

This was my first time in Siracusa, and I managed to choose the perfect property to stay at! From start to finish, an absolutely enjoyable experience. My check-in was very hospitable, the staff was exemplary, and my room was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite sufficient, and tasty. I will plan on staying here again on my next visit. The best staff ever. So lovely, helpful, super friendly, and hard working. Thank you C & A! Location was perfect too, literally a stones throw away from the castle and only a few minutes walk from Piazza Duomo, Fountain of Aretusa, etc. Great restaurants nearby, and a couple of good cocktail bars with nice views just around the corner too. Newly refurbished, comfortable room. 10/10

Location great, though it is a walk from parking (or a 7.5 euro/person taxi ride) to the rooms. Breakfast was fine. Price was great.

Italiana Resort Maniace is a modern, clean, bright and well located accommodation near the waterfront in Ortigia. Breakfast was in the shaded courtyard.

The room was very nice, and the people in the hotel were very friendly ! It is also at a very convinient spot.

I absolutely loved the location! It was perfect within walking distance to everything. Above all, we really loved our receptionist Ana! She not only checked us in but went above and beyond to explain the facility, help us and coordinating parking in advance, called and made us a reservation at her favorite restaurant, helped us with our baggage and even recommended a place for cocktails for apperitivo! She was absolutely fantastic! <3 We were surprised to see she was also hosting breakfast in the morning as well which was also very delightful. It’s on a sunset terrace. That was just the perfect start to our day. I would recommend this hotel.

It took us ages to choose which hotel to stay at on Ortigia. We found most hotels that we could afford that faced the water were ugly. And so we landed on La Maison and really - couldn't have been happier. The hotel is dead-centre of the island. It is low-key but completely charming retaining many beautiful, original features. The proportion of our our room was very generous with a balcony facing the street to watch the world go by. Daniel was an excellent communicator and helped us with parking nearby.

we loved everything about the property! the design of the public spaces weee unique and authentic, the design of the room was historically restored with partial frescoes revealed, it was full of light with rooftop views , the huge shower was greatly appreciated. loved the communal terrace and breakfast was very special with local house made marmalade. location was perfect in centre of the historic part of the city, walking distance to everywhere. The hotel organised parking for our car in a nearby secure parking.

Daniele and Ana were outstanding at making us feel relaxed and taking the time to give us an overview of ortigia. Ana made recommendations and booked dinner for us twice. They checked we were being looked after with our parking. They were absolutely perfect hosts. The accommodation is perfectly located for exploring ortigia. Don't forget the hop on and off red bus for 10 euro. We had a deluxe double without bath. Lovely room. Modern bathroom. Great shower. Thank you Daniele and Ana
