the hotel was amazing, the staff were super helpful. deffo worth going to the preferred club option with the private pool and restaurant access. taxi from airport was 25 euro each way and less than 20mins

This was our second visit, a lot of the same staff (lovely people), very comfortable accommodation (Junior Suite). We chose preferred club, the pool area is lovely and less windy than the main pool. Really friendly guests, nice food at the pool bar and once again, great service. Special mention deserved for Ruben, the waiter in Portofino, who could easily work in a 5 star london hotel :-) Also Macarena, excellent customer service, thank you.

The hotel is stunning. The rooms were fabulous with great views over the sea. The staff were so kind and gave us an upgrade for our honeymoon and a bottle of cava for our room. The pool area is gorgeous and there were plenty of beds to choose from. The breakfast selection was excellent, they even had bubbles! Staff were so helpful, particularly the reception staff, porter and the guys on the towel booth at the pool. The location is amazing and has a gorgeous walk to the marina along the sea - only 10 minutes. It's a lovely quiet area just a short taxi ride from Puerto del Carmen. The gym is excellent and much better than most hotel gyms. We hope to come back again soon!

Hotel staff were all very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Hotel room and communal areas were very clean and comfortable. No issues getting sun loungers at any time of the day. Great service for drinks by the pools. Pools were a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Great choice of food. World cafe was excellent for breakfast and lunch, great choice with plenty of variety. Restaurants Portofino and Bluewater Grill were delicious for dinner.

On arrival we had a very warm welcome and reception staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were given an upgrade from a villa to a suite on arrival which was amazing. The suite with a great sized private pool was of a high standard, very clean and very spacious. The cleaners of the suite and the pool came every day. The beds were comfortable and we had air conditioning in the bedrooms. Only thing I wished they had was an oven so we could cook more variety of foods as we self catered. The stove top and microwave were great and the optional bbq. The private tablet for the suite was a brilliant idea and helped us understand what lewisite activities there were to do and it was easy to contact reception with any queries or issues.

Stayed at Alondra Villa's in early October, very happy with the villa and the pool. nice location and complex - can walk to the sea front but suggest getting a taxi back as it's uphill all the way, certainly recommend the complex, the breakfasts were very nice and pleasent sitting by the communal pool. About 10 mins to the airport by car

Lovely villa, super clean. The host Ismael had great communication. The pool is perfect. The pool guy even comes every morning before you are up and cleans it. It's a short walk to some restaurants (4 mins) and the beach but just outside of the busy and loud main strip (15 mins), so perfect for a family. There were 5 of us 2 teenagers and 9 years old, and the villa was plenty big enough. The air-conditioning is great and was well received the week we stayed as it was extremely hot. The villa is also close to rancho texas, which we went to for a day and an evening (walking distance) The washing machine and all appliances worked great, and there is a manual with clear instructions on how to use most things. There is also an outside shower, which was really useful Check-in and out were super easy, and the villa was easy to find, only 8 mins away from the airport. I would highly recommend this villa to a family. it's definitely in the perfect location, in my opinion.

I loved the pool area. Lots of room, sun loungers. So clean. Gorgeous heated pool. Cleaned every morning. Such a peaceful area about 20 minute walk to the main strip. Inside the villa is clean airy and spacious. There was water and snacks and treats when we arrived which is such a lovely touch. The showers are big and fab. The beds are so comfy. Halfway through our stay the villa was cleaned, fresh bedding and towels. Ismael was so helpful and friendly. There to answer any queries. I cant wait to go back - thanks so much Ismael :)

just like in the pictures. Ismael greeted us upon arrival and talked us through the information pack. He was very approachable and you got the sense that he would go above and beyond to help in any way. the pool was fabulous, and just the right temp for the time of year. Pool cleaned on a daily bases (early in the morning) Beds were very comfortable and all white goods were clean and functioning. we stayed 11 nights and the Villa was cleaned for us after a week.

The area where we stayed was very quiet and easy for us to go down to the main strip. We were able to use the buses and walk everywhere very central to all the restaurants and bars. The pool was lovely and clean. The accommodation was very comfortable, with plenty of towels. Had towels for the pool as well.

We stayed at Villa Feel in April and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way – stylish, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with all the luxuries of a top-quality getaway. The space itself is beautifully designed – modern and tastefully decorated, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well throughout our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and we especially appreciated the outdoor dining area for lazy breakfasts and relaxed dinners. One of the highlights was definitely the private pool and terrace area. It was spotlessly clean and a perfect place to unwind in the sunshine. We spent many afternoons just lounging by the pool and soaking up the peaceful surroundings. The location is ideal – in a quiet residential area yet still close enough to restaurants, shops, and the beach. It was a great base for exploring the island, and coming back to such a tranquil setting each evening was a real treat. The host was also fantastic – responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right for our arrival. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend Villa Feel to anyone looking for a stylish, relaxing stay in Lanzarote. A truly memorable holiday!

How can I describe perfection. Before we arrived Elizabeth and I had been speaking back and forward on WhatsApp.So I felt I knew her before we arrived.They met us we were 7 and walked us around the house and explained how everything worked . Photographs do not do it justice and Elizabeth and Jose are incredible hosts. There's absolutely nothing that you need to bring except your bikini. They have two kitchens one is beside the pool which we lived in the other kitchen we just used the fridge for storage. I had the master bedroom which had a huge balcony and the view from there the spectacular. The beds were comfy the place was spotless every cooking utensil you needed plus all the electric gadgets. The kids love the pool and they had left them noodles and lilo's and a big huge donut looked like a watermelon. I could go on and on but you have to witness this wonderful property in these wonderful people. A very happy Canadian family.

The villa was beyond our expectation. It was clean, had all the amenities and facilities. The pool was nice temperature, the location was quiet, away from tourist area, but is in walking distance to the town center for food, coffee, pastries and supermarket. We stayed by the pool pretty much all week we were there because it was so perfectly quiet, no need to go to the beach! Plus a bonus is the location gets a nice cool breeze all day so we weren't overheating! The location of the villa in Tias was perfect. It's 10 minutes drive to and from the airport, 10 minutes drive to Arricefe, Puerto del Carmen, 20 minutes for Playa Blanca, and 35 minutes to go up the mountains. Elisabet and Jose were great hosts! They welcome us and were very friendly. They are very easily reachable on whatsapp and gave us many great recommendations! When we go back to Lanzarote, we will be rebooking the villa again.

We absolutely loved this Villa, it was super clean, very comfortable and quiet. The pool was fab, my teenagers loved it, it was a good size. we loved the games room, especially the ping pong table. The kitchen area near the pool and the master bedroom with the balcony is fab. Good location, we hired a car so was a 5 min drive to 2 supermarkets, 10 minutes to other resorts, Matagorda was our favourite resort. I would 100% recommend this beautiful villa to anyone thinking of booking. The hosts, Elisabet and Jose Pablo were very welcoming but not at all intrusive, communication and check in was fab and quick. Would love to stay here again in the future.

it’s gorgeous ,the pool is the best private pool on the island and mark is the best host. this Villa has absolutely everything you need for a great holiday. I have stayed in 10 other villas on this island and this is the best. it’s the little touch’s that separates it from the rest and they have thought of everything.

The whole villa, facilities and equipment provided were absolutely superb. The pool was the warmest heated pool we have ever experienced in a villa.

We have just spent 2 weeks at the luxury Casa Conil villa and have loved every minute. The villa is very spacious and has every thing you need. 4 large bedrooms and an excellent mastet suite. The pool is huge and heated which meant we spent alot of time in it. Hotub also a great bonus for when the sun starts to drop. The location was ideal for us, only a short drive or taxi to a main area like puerto del carmen, but far enough away for peace and tranquility! Mark is a great and accommodating host, loved the welcome basket and he's only a message away if you need anything. We would love to return one day and would definitely recommend 👌

The villa was in a wonderfully quiet location, and equipped with fantastic facilities. The heated pool was amazing and so was the jacuzzi. Both of these were fantastically fresh and clean. The house facilities were exceptional. Bathrooms first class and the lounge and TV options perfect for the quiet night in. The kitchen has everything you would need and the fridge and freezer 1st class. The owner is fantastic offering suggestions and local stores and bars. The welcome box of nibbles and drinks is a lovely touch and very appreciated You will not be disappointed staying here.

Welcoming host. On hand to greet us and show us around. Available for queries when we had them. Prompt responses received. A lovely spot. Splendid views south towards the sea. Glorious sunrises and sets. The pool was splendid. My only regret not being able to make best use of thanks to a bug prior to visiting. This may be sad but we are way to old to go "clubbing"! a TV with UK channels was great for the evenings. We would love to return at some point.

Everything about Vila Pol was spectacular. It is a large villa with an amazing kitchen and living room with large screen TV and 2 super comfortable couches. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. All appliances are top of the range. The pool area is amazing. Very large marble heated pool. There is also a shaded area to enjoy breakfast and lunch outside. There is also a utility area to the side of the vila with washing machine which leads on to an open area with clothes line. The property manager Shani was extremely helpful and always available for any queries. Vila Pol was absolutely spotlessly clean.It is a 5 minute leisurely stroll into the Marina so location was perfect. I cannot find any fault with Vila Pol. We will definitely return.

It was spotless and had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely, the garden really well maintained. We could see the sea from the garden. We loved having breakfast outside. We loved the location - a short walk to the gym and only a 10 - 15 minute walk down to the shops and restaurants.

Absolutely Perfect – 10/10 Stay at Villa Pol! We had an amazing stay at Villa Pol. The villa was immaculately maintained, spotlessly clean, and had a sleek, modern feel throughout. The views of the sea were absolutely stunning, and the whole place felt incredibly spacious. It’s in a fantastic location, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful villas and houses, yet conveniently close to the NEW Superdino and just a short walk to the Marina, which is a lovely spot to explore. If you're after a livelier evening, Puerto del Carmen is only a 10-minute taxi ride away, offering a wider choice of bars and restaurants. Villa Pol was the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. It truly exceeded our expectations, and I’m already planning a return visit next year. Highly recommended – 10/10!

Nice location, nice views. Very quiet even though with neighbors right an left. Great pool with a view. Shopping facilities nearby (in Macher). The house is a stone cottage nicely decorated, some parts look a bit like Cesar Manrique style. All was as displayed and described on booking.com. Due to being built into a slope and the stone the house stays very cool even when it's hot outside. Equipment good and comprehensive (kitchen & other). WiFi worked perfectly. Good beds. Three(!) bathrooms. Enough room to host 4 adults plus kids (we were only two and used one of the smaller bedrooms as wardrobe). Friendly and very responsive hostess(es).

Villa was lovely, the upstairs section was soo nice to sit and watch sunrise and set from. Beautiful views out over the coastline from the exceptional garden and terrace. Hosts were amazing and live next door if you get any issues - we didn't and to be fair we hardly saw or heard them. The area is really quiet! Rooms are great and plenty of space and storage room too Was such a relaxing setting, never slept so well or chilled out so much on a holiday

This was a beautiful villa to stay in. It was well organised and laid out for a family of five. It had everything we needed for our stay. The property was bigger than expected and even better than the photos. We had a really lovely stay here and highly recommend Casa Yuno.

The villa was immaculate. It had everything we needed. Bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms modern and very clean. Ample towels, pool towels, washing machine and utility room, even outdoor space to dry. This villa really did have everything. The pool was warm eventually. We had an issue with the temperature but it was soon resolved . In fact any issue we did have was quickly sorted as our host was close by and was very hands on Kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. We arrived late and was delighted to find that Fernando had stocked the fridge with all sorts of food and drinks. This was above and beyond our expectations and was greatly appreciated by us all. Yaiza is a quite area which we loved but you will need a car if you want to get about. It is very central and it was easy to get to all the resort areas. Playa Blanca just 15 min drive away. We had a wonderful stay here and I can't recommend this villa enough. Thankyou Fernando for making our stay so memorable.

A Perfect Stay in Yaiza – Beyond Our Expectations! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Yaiza. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the thoughtful hospitality. The hosts had prepared a fully stocked fridge for us, along with an amazing selection of fresh fruit, which was such a warm and unexpected welcome after our journey. The villa itself is great—spacious, clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The private swimming pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the gorgeous Lanzarote sunshine. The location is excellent, providing easy access to local attractions. Whether we were exploring the island or simply unwinding by the pool, this villa was the perfect base for our holiday. A huge thank you to the hosts for making our stay so special!

We absolutely loved the villa. It's in the beautiful village of Yaiza which is about a 10 minutes drive to Playa Blanca. The villa is in a very quiet area, no traffic noise at all. It is exceptionally well equipped, and the welcome food that was left for us was amazing. We loved the pool and the barbecue. Ferdinando was waiting at the villa to greet us and show us round. We had a couple of adventures and Ferdinando dealt with them really quickly and kindly. On the first night we managed to lock ourselves out of the villa with the automatic key lock ,(with pizzas in the inside oven ) ,we contacted Ferdinando and he immediately came and let us in !! Sorry Ferdinando. Then on the last night all the electricity failed in the villa.Within minutes an electrician came round, who couldn't solve the problem, so Ferdinando brought us a load of camping lights .The problem was somehow resolved the next morning. We all are already planning our next visit to Villa Altamosa. Thankyou so much for a much needed family holiday ❤️

Awesome Villa, super clean, everything you needed was provided. The host left us a full fridge with drinks and snacks. We travelled in November and the heated pool was warm enough to swim. Extremely comfortable beds in all 3 bedrooms. 10/10

Nice house, warm swimming pool, beautiful village and very close to the best spots of Lanzarote (even the airport). Fernando is an excellent host, providing everything we need even the fridge full of nice food and drink.

Wet had an absolutely fantastic stay here at this beautiful villa. We were a family of 2 adults and 5 children and we all fell in love. The rooms were so spacious and the en suites such a bonus. The space and comfort we had here was amazing. The heated pool was a dream and cleaned while we were there. We were a 3 minute walk from the nearest supermarket and about 5 minutes from the main strip. So peaceful here during the day and night. It was private and safe which was a must with 5 children. All the extras for the children in the large outdoor storage/playroom was exceptional and they had lots of games and puzzles inside also. We would highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat

We stayed at this villa to celebrate my friend’s 60th birthday. The villa was very spacious and clean. The owner left wine, chocolates , tea bags, and water which was very generous. There were beach towels and bath towels in each bedroom. I would definitely recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful holiday with absolutely everything supplied for you. We enjoyed days by the pool, beach , shops and a boat trip. We had a very late flight and the owner kindly let us leave our luggage in the office and get changed before leaving. I hope to be able to return in the future. Thank you making our week amazing.

The villa was amazing.spotless clean.decorated like a home..so cosy and spacious.fully equipped with everything you could need..even a shopping cart and a scale for luggage.warm pool and was cleaned a few times while we stayed.10 mins walk to center but up hills on way back tiring. No need for air conditioning in february. Cool inside. 15 min walk to lidl..15 min walk to large shopping center and old town. Key in lock box at gate was great.

The villa was superb. A wonderful place to relax, entertain and enjoy. It was very well maintained and was of a high standard. Lovely en-suite bedrooms and decorated in a great asthetic style. It is set in a quiet location and only a 15 minute to the beach/promenade. Having a heated pool is a great plus too! Communication with the hosts was excellent and we look forward to staying here again.

Villa Princesa was perfect for our first family holiday, ideal location within walking distance of the Puerto Del Carmen strip but far enough away thar sound wasn't an issue. Beautiful and well maintained villa with a nice pool and lots of seating options to relax in.

Great built in outdoor BBQ (adjacent to kitchen window for the all-important transfer of food and beers for the chef!). All living rooms/bedrooms had air conditioning. This villa has a premium feel without the fussiness but feels like a home not just a house. Prepare to be totally relaxed from start to finish - this was our second stay here and everything just works. Buenavilla are an excellent management company - there when you need them (unlikely) but completely unintrusive when you don't.

Comfy beds, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Smart TV (with helpful instructions in the welcome book), the list goes on, plenty of Hot water, heating if needed, Saucepans, Bin bags, even Shopping bags :) and if you didn't make it to the supermarket, that's OK because you'll find some food and drink provided by Jacqui to get you started. The location is wonderful with views of the volcanoes and wonderful sunsets. There is easy access to the main road but the villa is peaceful in a quiet cul-de-sac, there is even a restaurant just a minute walk away and a Eurospar with everything you need just about 5 minutes away. I could go on, but there's no need. Villa Lucky is perfect both as a base and as a holiday home with a pool, we loved it so much we've booked again, which is something we don't normally do! We enjoyed this wonderfully located villa with heated swimming pool and a beautiful view and nice sunset everyday. the information provided by the host to guide us from the airport was perfect. We got some drink and food in the fridge to start highly appreciated. the hosts were always available by sms upon need. A cleaner came in the middle of the weekfor both the pool and the house. The kitchen is very well equiped when you want to have meal at the villa.

this was a return visit for us as we had loved our stay so much last time and it was exactly as we remembered it - clean, comfortable, quietly situated and yet convenient (with hire car) for the resorts of Puerto del Carmen, Puerto Calero and nearby supermarket. The National Park is also easily reached from here as is the resort of Playa Blanca: in fact, nowhere is very far away in Lanzarote! The heated and immaculately clean pool is a lovely bonus and the sunrises and sunsets viewed from the garden are spectacular! Jacqui and Antonio are great to deal with and very responsive to any questions. Can particularly recommend the restaurants in Puerto Calero, a picturesque spot for an evening meal and more peaceful than Puerto del Carmen. We will definitely be back!

Over the years we've gone from Hotels to Villas, Villa Lucky was one of the most excellent villas we've stayed in. Absolutely spotless, and cleaned regularly, along with the towels and bedding. The bed was comfy, with an on-suite. The owners and cleaning staff needs to be complimented, on the service they offer, from food in the fridge on our arrival, to a dishwasher, washing machine, and of course the amazing pool, which was looked after to a high standard, and heated just right, as the temperature was very hot 28 to 38 most days. The photos on the website, are just right, to show this fabulous villa.

Lovely villa in a great location - easy to drive everywhere and there was a bus stop just around the corner. Jacqui met us and gave us a run down of places both local and across the island. The terrace and pool got lords of sun and lovely sunset views. The place was absolutely spotless, plus a cleaner came midweek to replace towels and empty the bins.

Absolutely stunning and so comfortable. Had everything you need and a great welcome pack to save a last minute trip to the shop. Pool was warm and Richard was a great host

The property is in a good location close to all the attractions we planned to visit and with good shops nearby. Richard is a nice host and explained to us everything in the house. He lives just next to villa (sharing the same wall), so can help with anything if needed. We got a lot of complimentary food so there was no need for urgent shopping on the first day (fruits, wine, snacks, eggs, bread, etc.). Really nice gesture. The beautiful bath is a real highlight. Villa is in a good condition and has everything that is needed. Coffee machine is a great idea and we enjoyed good coffee every morning. BBQ ensured we had great dinners and no need for restaurants. Heated pool is great option for this time of the year.

Very cosy villa with good facilities (heated pool, espresso maker, internet tv, wifi). Tias is a quiet area with amazing views of the mountains. Close by a lot of areas by car, like Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero. Hosts were very good to deal with, showed us all we needed to know about the place and even left a present for one of our parties birthdays. Plenty of food left for us upon arrival also so breakfast on the first day was taken care of. Would recommend.

The accommodation was truly fantastic. Very complete. Richard is a very good host. He gave good tips about the island (also in advance). There was even a filled welcome basket and refrigerator ready upon arrival. Everything seemed possible. Richard was always available for any questions, no matter how small. We lacked nothing and would love to come back again!

Wow what a amazing villa, everything you would need for a great family holiday, lidl only around the corner and bins near lidl were easier to take your rubbish to than the one closer to the villa. A few bars and restaurants about a minute walk down from lidl. About a fifteen minute walk to the strip. Pool was cleaned on the seventh day you'll get used to Cleaning the pool with the net and brush. Everything you need is there and the outside toilet and shower was very handy. Key lock box outside the villa if anybody in the group is staying out later,you get 2 sets of keys. €300 euro a week to heat the pool. The pictures don't do it justice the outside area is where we spent most of our time you also get 6 sunloungers aswell and other seating area outside and a giant 6 seater table which all lights up at night. Netflix is free on the front room telly. Large ceiling fans in every bedroom. Lovely place to visit, the zoo waterpark was good value about€36 adult.

Everything. The pool area was fantastic. With multiple style seating areas. The pool room & shower were very convenient. I enjoyed the open space living area. It was great to have the washing machine in the pool room. The location is very near Lidl & a short walk into town.

we travelled as a family of 6 with children in their 20's - The Villa was amazing, so clean, loads of room, swimming pool was perfect for us. The location was 2mins walk from Lidl and 17mins walk from the main strip, we walked in most evenings and got taxis home (Taxi was €3 approx to go home from main strip in PDC) also the host (Enrique) was so helpful and contactable and as our flight was delayed a few hours he had left some urgent supplies for us in the fridge which we really appreciated.

We had a great stay in this property. Inside is spacious, cool and comfortable. The garden has beautiful planting and there are various seating options to get sun or shade and a great pool. We hired a car which could park outside but walked into the town/beach (10 mins) and supermarket (5 mins).

It was a beautiful property, very private and with it's own pool. The outside dining and relaxing area was specious and well laid out. The host kept in contact with us during our stay to make sure everything was in order.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this quiet, well-equipped house. The hosts really could not have been more helpful and listened to feedback carefully. Plenty of towels were provided. Aircon in the bedroom was fantastic. The house is spacious although a little strange in layout. The only downside was having to climb stairs to get to the kitchen when using the pool area (the house is upside-down, with bedrooms downstairs where the pool is). There is an extra bathroom accessed from the pool area which was really good to have, and the shower in the pool room was better than the shower in the bathroom, so we used it all the time. The pool was perfectly good and kept clean. The beds and seats were comfortable. Make sure you use the mosquito plug ins provided! We will always have fond memories of staying here!

I would like to say how pleased I was with how clean the villa was , It was just what we wanted. It had everything you could need on holiday,and the outside shower was great when going in and out of the pool. I liked the outside covered eating area near the pool , It was great for eating lunch or relaxing out of the sun .We could walk down to the beach and restaurants in less then 4 min also the large Spar supermarket was very handy . We will definitely be staying again

The property was amazing just what we wanted close to the airport there is a spar 2 minute walk. The villa had everything we needed the pool and bbq area were a fav extra to have we used it every day. I host was amazing help with anything that we needed and gave great recommendations. I did read reviews before and someone mentioned about not having english tv - this isn’t true so if the channel is showing an english show you can change the language on the remote in both living room and bedroom. There was a bus to go down to the strip if you wanted night life there is also a mercadonna where we got out food for the week. Your right on the beach and there is restaurants close by. If your wanting a chilled holiday this is perfect but also has the added extra if you want to go to the night life it’s very easy to get to highly recommended

Villa Amanecer had everything that was needed for the holiday. The villa was extremely clean. Both the pool and the barbecue is a great feature to the property especially during the high temperatures. The area is perfect. It is close to Matagorda but also a short walk to the main strip with a Spar just down from the Villa. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the property and can also be seen from the upstairs balcony. We were greeted by the representative for the property on arrival. He was very welcoming and provided a full walk around of the property. We will definitely be back!

Casa Angel exceeded our expectations. Owner (Andreas) was very communicative and welcomed us at the property and showed us around. The property is much nicer than the images provided. Kitchen/lounge/dining area was very large with great views. All three bedrooms were very large (2 x (double+bunk) and 1 x double, so could sleep up to 10 people). Comfortable beds with towels and bed linen provided. One bathroom was very large and well equipped, other bathroom was smaller but still very well presented. Outside area was fantastic, with a large shaded dining area , a relaxing tiled seating area with a parasol, large tiled terrace surrounded by a garden of cacti and succulents. Plenty of space for recliners and sunbeds and a large swimming pool. The views from the terrace were fantastic. The owners live below but don't bother you at all. It was useful to have them on site when during the first night we couldn't get the hob to work, they also gave us good dining tips in Puerto Calero. The owners have two very friendly and docile dogs that roam the property (if visitors are okay with this, which we were) but they can be prevented from coming onto the guest area if required. This is an outstanding property to stay at for a very reasonable price.

Incredible location, beautiful villa and outside garden and pool area. The host, Andreas, was extremely friendly and helpful and was attentive, but did not encroach on our time at the property, even though he lives below on the property. He also offers trips to the volcano, which is really handy, but we did not take him up on this on this occasion. The kitchen was quirky and there were certain condiments available, which was good. We also had a visit from Andreas' dog, Anton, and a cat, which is always lovely. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your stunning property, Andreas, and we will be back again as soon as we can.

Beautiful villa located in a nice quiet area of Puerto del Carmen, A 2 minute walk to the supermarket and a 10 minute walk from all the shops and restaurants, the villa was beautiful, big bright and very spacious, every room was nice and big with plenty of storage, the garden out the back was perfect for sitting and enjoying the sun, plenty of seats and sun loungers, the pool was fantastic a nice size and a comfortable temperature it was perfect to cool off, the kitchen had every cup, plate, and utensil we needed, there was 10 of us and we had so much space it never felt like we were on top of each other, Charlotte was just amazing as a host, anything we needed she was just a WhatsApp message away, we only had a couple of small queries but Charlotte was so quick to help, it was a wonderful family holiday and we would love to come back and stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Siroi – it was just as stunning as the pictures, and spotlessly clean too! The host really has thought of everything, with so many lovely extras like UK adaptors, wine and beer on arrival, and plenty of towels. Charlotte, our host, was simply fantastic. She was always on hand for any questions we had and was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa's location is brilliant. It's really close to the supermarkets and the Biosfera shopping centre, and just a quick stroll to the old town and the main strip, where there's loads to see and do. The heated pool was lovely and warm, which meant no chilly shock getting in for an early morning dip! Honestly, it's easily the cleanest and most comfortable villa I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. We'd highly recommend it!

This Villa is so well managed. We have young children and even a baby bath was available along with cots. The pool is warm and a very good length. There is plenty of space for a large family to have their own space. The house is beautifully laid out and we all have a fabulous week. So much so we have already booked it for next year. Thank you so much Charlotte for allowing us to have a family holiday to remember in your fabulous Villa. Charlotte was always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions and very understanding. A great host.

The property is set back from the main road on a quiet street and conveniently less than 5 minutes walk from bars, restaurants, shops and a supermarket. The villa itself is huge and immaculately clean and has a bright and fresh feel and well equipped for self catering. We spent loads of time in the garden, making the most of the pool which is heated to the perfect temperature and the kids loved. A great few days in the sun, we stayed as a family of four but will definitely return with family.

The villa is home from home. We loved our stay. The villa is in a quiet area, it is a perfect place for a base with a car to travel around the island. Beds were comfortable & well kitted out kitchen. Host was easy to communicate with & we will be sure to check if this villa is available when we return to lanzarote.

Its was so easy keybox and the security code was sent via a message, the Villa was very clean and tidy, most of all homely, with all cleaning items down to toilet rolls and much more, our son enjoyed the pool, there was a lovely bottle of red wine and some water even coffee pods for the machine just really nice touches, we was able to UK TV through our Apple TV account, just an easy and relaxing break, the owners also let us extend the check out honestly so kind of them also its very near the airport the beach and restaurants we will be back.

Beautiful Villa, my boyfriend and I had an amazing beginning to our holiday here. Bottle of wine and bottles of water on arrival. Lovely Christmas decorations, thought truly went into the decor. Great WiFi. Lovely seating area outside. Pool heated just lovely at night time, we were in it at 9pm in bliss in late December. 7-10 minute walk to restaurants and the Spar. Only around €5-7 taxi to PDC main strip. Owner very responsive to any queries. We would come back.

Loved our stay, location was great, close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment felt very private and secure, it was clean and had lots of lovely little extra touches. Pool was warm and great fun for our small family.

Amazing stay at this luxurious location. The host organised a trip to the National Park for me and my fellow travelers as an extra attraction. The villa has a big pool, the pool was heated and in January that was a big advantage since without that we wouldn't be able to use it. The kitchen was fully functional. Beautiful terrace with lovely furniture.

Friendly meeting from the host upon arrival, they showed us around the property. There is both a key and a door code for access. The property is huge, loads of space and very clean which for a large family/group is perfect. All the gear you need in the kitchen too. The outside pool area and terrace are both really lovely. Great views of the mountains and you get the sun all afternoon. The pool is large for a Villa with 8 sunbeds around it, 2 umbrellas, a bali style bed (for a siesta!) - perfect! The walk down to Puerto Calero is about 10 minutes where there are lovely places to eat. Carlos is easy to contact if needed and a really nice chap.

Very quiet location. Beautiful high quality designed villa. Very spacious garden and balcony. Use of clothes washing facilities, bbq etc. was great. Plenty of pool towels and pool lounge chairs. The owner waited till late to meet us as our flight was delayed and allowed us to stay well beyond our check out time as we had a late return flight.

Amazing villa in great location loads of space for everyone to have their own space,Carlos and Vanessa are really good hosts and make sure the check in process super quick after a long flight we had a issue with the outside shower beside the pool and within 2-3 a new shower head was replaced 👏 If you don’t enjoy this villa in afraid to say there must be something wrong with you All the television channels you could need this villa is kitted out for everything you could need lovely bbq to enjoy and great sunsets Thank you Carlos and Vanessa I’ve just booked again for next year 👍

Apartment no. 2 exceeded our expectations. It was really spacious and has a large terrace with a pool. In January, the pool was not heated, so if you really want to use the pool, visit this accommodation in a warmer time of the year. Although this accommodation is not by the beach, if you are interested in traveling the whole island like us, then its location is absolutely great. We would love to come back here again.

All of it! We had an amazing time, the apartment was perfect. Exactly like pictures. The service was excellent and breakfast incredible. The fire was on for our arrival so although we arrived at night the apartment was lovely and warm for us. We will be back very soon! Loved everything about this place!

The attention to detail. The flat itself is gorgeous. The bed was really comfortable, the towels soft and everything just works. The breakfast? Halleluja! Fantastic. The host was very helpful and friendly. I can easily recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Natura. The location is absolutely beautiful-peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Located in a quiet and beautiful hill off San Bartolomé, Casa Natura offers a beautiful and peaceful refuge. The hosts of the house, Ana and José Luís, were incredibly sweet and helpful, and they provided not only delicious meals, but most importantly, they provided precious company during our stay. Finally writing a review for this amazing “Home” We stayed for 10 days in May and honestly it was awful to leave it. Even my grandkids were “gutted” to leave. Now to address what most prospective renters will ask: NO, the road noise did not bother us at all. Entrance into the villa is easy, I had a seven-seater VW Caddy and had NO issues reversing it in through the gate. It is literally 9 minutes to Puerto Del Carmen “Old Town” and about 7 minutes to the airport or Playa Honda. Some maybe concerned about no En-Suite. DON’T BE, the bathrooms upstairs and downstairs are more than adequate. There is also a bathroom below the pool area which is a lovely touch. There is a Pool – Handy Man that comes most days either to clean the pool or hot tub and do other stuff around the place. He is lovely and kept our bin empty. Make sure you tip him as he REALLY earns it. The house made us feel at home and NOT in a “Made for Rental” Villa. Its traditional Spanish look and feel is perfect. The beds are comfortable and clean and there are plenty of towels. The kitchen has everything you will need even if you are “Self-Catering” your whole holiday The pool and hot-tub were a huge hit with my grandkids. Ordered Chinese for delivery with no problems finding us. Overall, we loved it here and 10 days was not enough. My youngest Grandson just asked if I can buy it. :)

The villa was exceptional! Everything was perfect. The Host Lina was so kind and helpful. She allowed early entry and late departure for our familys stay. If we needed anything at all, she was available on messages and replied very quickly to any questions we had. It was spotless inside and outside and very spacious. The children really enjoyed the pool and slide and we stayed in some days because thats all they needed! The welcome pack was lovely also. I would recommended a hire car at this location as it is out of the town. We will hopefully return to Villa Las Cuevas the next time we visit.

We absolutely loved the Villa Las Cuevas, it was so spacious and everything you needed. The pool was cleaned everyday, the bbq & hot tub area was lovely for evenings. Inside the house had everything you needed, a lovely welcome gift which was much appreciated. Victor and Lina were such excellent hosts, if you needed anything they were just a phone call away.

Tias is located slightly out from the main strip of Peurto del Carmen but the taxi service was brilliant and spoke great English. All instructions for using the taxis were in the villa. Tias has a high street in walking distance with everything you could need if you didn't want to go to the strip. This map was also included in the villa welcome pack, which was a great help. All these little touches really helped us get the most out of our stay and were much appreciated.

This was a large and comfy property. It had everything you needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed. The bed was so comfy also. The pool area was so clean and plenty of seating area. The pool was amazing. It was so nice and refreshing but not cold, so it was so easy to get straight in and cool off. Basically it was a fabulous holiday 😊

Cozy house, very well prepared for guests. You can find there everything from coffee maker to the towels for the beach. Pool was great as well. Peacefull, residential area, but also a great location to travel around the island, as we did. Close to go to Puerto del Carmen or Arecife or the airport. Also the host, Paul - very comitted person. Simply recomending.

It was clean and a very decent price for the remarkable standard it was. Owner had great communication and was so so helpful. Booked for my mother and 2 year old son to stay here and I know they would definitely return.

There are 4 bedrooms, but also a couple of sofa beds, so everyone had their own space. Loads of towels, bed linen, pillows, cushions supplied. The pool was very clean and well maintained during our 2 week stay. The host was very responsive the few times we had to contact her, and any requests were resolved within a couple of hours. Amazing restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the beach just a short walk away. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

the large size and pultiple rooms and space. the host was extremely accommodating. the pool was cleaned regularly. set in a peaceful area with easy access to beach and all amenities. we had a late departure flight, Maria, the host made it possible for us to check out late which meant we didn't have to drag our luggage around for the day. very helpful and made our family trip so much more enjoyable.

All bedrooms as advertised and comfortable. Very clean on arrival with some basics provided (dishwasher and laundry tabs etc). Nice pool space. Good views for sunsets from outside and upstairs communal areas. Plenty of space for storing large luggage items. All towels provided. Short walk to the sea and shop that had all we needed. Lots of good restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Everything. The villa was so relaxing and comfortable. It is a 10 min walk to the start of the strip but was a lovely walk and taxi s are so cheap if u didn't want to walk. The villa has everything you'd need and the pool was a lovely addition.

Villa was lovely and clean 4 bedrooms was great plenty towels etc. Lots of space as there was 7 adults and 1 teenager and 1 baby we all had our space which was great I would highly recommend. Pool was great in fact the whole experience was 100% definitely booking again soon.

The location of Villa is great, close to the beach. Pool was heated to 24 degrees and was just enough, if it's not cloudy. First time the cleaning lady came and she was early for us, so she adjusted and came later next time. Pool guy comes and go and you don't even notice him, if you don't run into him, so if your are sleeping, he wont be waking you up and he'll leave the pool clean.

The villa was perfect for our family break. The location was superb and the pool was a great asset for us as the kids used it every day.

The villa, on a whole, was exceptional , and the pool was the icing on the cake , truly a home from home ,great location

Perfect place, really good location. We stayed as a family of 5 including our 8 month old and having our own facilities and pool was perfect. My only issue was that we were charged per person rather than per villa. We were offered a small discount as I raised with the company so that was nice. All in all I definitely think we will be back!

The villa was stunning it had everything we needed and much more. The kitchen was very well equipped . The pool and hottub were fabulous and spotlessly clean . The kids really enjoyed the pool table and access to Netflix and Disney plus . Our concierge Jean Luc couldn’t have been been more helpful he really did go above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience at villa canis . Will definitely return in the future .

The Villa was stunning, spotless and well maintained. The outside area had something for all the family with the fun pool , hot tub ,snooker and tennis tables , and BBQ area. The kitchen contained every appliance going so it was like being at home! It was all there from a popcorn maker to a rice cooker! Nights around the large surround TV transformed the living room into a cinema room which we enjoyed as a family. Bed Rooms were well kept and comfy with lots of storage. Thee was clean bedding and towels for use. The added bonus of balconies in the upstairs rooms was lovely. There was a lot of personal touches which gave it a homely feel. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes downhill so bear that it mind when you carrying water etc back uphill ! It has a good selection with fresh fish daily, Taxis were reasonable but you could hire a car if you want to explore more. Mountain walks were easy to spot with good pathways. Watch the wind though! Jean Luc was our concierge and went over and beyond for us throughout our stay. Nothing was too much for him and he was always smiling and happy to help ! Stunning views , quiet location and lovely surroundings.

Antonio met me at the villa & kindly stored my luggage until the check in time. The pool is a good size, not just a plunge pool. It’s in a quiet location & close to 3 supermarkets.

Fantastic location, big pool, great for family. 2 mins from Lidl. Nothing was too much trouble… if we wanted the pool temperature changed, it happened. If we wanted new pool cues, they arrived… Nothing was too much trouble for Antonio. His attention to detail and to making our stay pleasurable, was second to none and he was excellent. Loved it !

The villa was lovely and spacious and nicely decorated. The heated pool was amazing and was quite large and pool guy came every few days to keep it clean.

Villa layout is ideal with living space upstairs and wonderful balcony area for all day and night use. Best air conditioning system if you need to cool down. Situated right in the middle of PDC only a few minutes down to main strip and shops. Fairly deep swimmable pool but luxury in the high heat seasons, outdoor space a real sun trap and good privacy.

Property had everything we needed Beds were very comfortable. Good location, nice welcome pack on arrival. We stayed for 11 nights bedding and towels changed on day 5 Good views , peaceful area . Air conditioning was amazing . Pool was lovely we will definitely be back again

Location of the villa was brilliant...short walk to the restaurants,bars and the beach 👍 Villa was a great size with everything we needed and was very clean. Great outdoor area for sunbathing and great again inside the villa with a lovely lounge for chilling out in the evening... with doors out to a good sized balcony to sit and enjoy the sea views. Big fully fitted kitchen , 2 bathrooms and good bedrooms with comfortable beds and lots of wardrobe space 😊

Recently refurbished to high standard very clean and regular cleaning by housekeeper every 2 days . Pool man came early morning every 2 days too. Pool awesome and heated . Loungers great. The best location is perfect 5 to 10 mins to centre strip or old town and just round the corner from hyperdino and dome cocktail bars and Lidl. Staff super friendly and helpful . Accommodated 2 hour later checkout despite people arriving that day. Said we could use showers and facilities at their club resort too if needed. We spent last day at arrieta beach before heading to airport.

An excellent villa about 10 minutes walk to the beach, superb facilities, huge double bed in main bedroom, plenty of hot water, all the BBC AND ITV channels when the weather turned wet. Pool a lot warmer than those Baltic un heated ones in February. Beautifully cleaned regularly. Lidl nearby to stock the BBQ and reception sorted a taxi for our return. We will be back

The villa was great! The location was great too, walking distance to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The villa was exceptionally clean and was cleaned twice during our one week stay by some lovely ladies, the pool was also cleaned whilst we were there. It was very tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. A lovely outside area with ample and comfortable sun beds for everyone.

Beautiful villa in a quiet area. Perfect for us. Close to Lidl and a few mins walk to large shopping centre. Three nicely sized bedrooms...one en suite. TV with channels plus Netflix etc. Pool was lovely. Cleaner came every few days. Towels changed regularly. Club Oceano could not do enough for us keeping us updated and helping us with any queries.

Fantastic villa! Highly recommend for families, just be aware if you have small children that are walking and love exploring(between 1 and 5 say), theres alot of stairs with no baby gates, and no way of blocking the pool so would recommend 100% for older kids and couples, for younger just have to keep your eye on them at all times! Bedrooms were fantastic and the master bedroom was stunning and the playroom was brilliant too!

Great place to stay. Fabulous inside. Covered pool, which was great. Astrid and Gustav were lovely, and very welcoming. Quick to respond to the few questions we had. Great location, 30 min walk to centre or 4 euro in a taxi. Will definitely stay again. The Irish women !

the villa was nice, big, clean and rooms were nicely decorated. Terrace by the pool was the place where we spent a lot of time. The area is quiet and supermarkets are pretty close by car. In overall we recommend this place.

The villa is in a central location within a few minutes' walk from the beach and restaurants. We loved the pool and outside space.

The size of the villa was perfect.the pool was great and place was really comfortably set up for families.

The location is super, 2 minute walk from the main strip of PDC, yet quiet. Having the pool at the villa is a godsend! Highly recommend this property.

We were welcomed by the hosts nicely. I really loved the apartment. It had three rooms and two bathrooms. The room upstairs had a balcony and private bathroom. There was also a laundry room. The washing machine worked fine, we were welcomed with laundry soap, coffee, tea, dish soap and trash bags The apartment is lovely fully air conditioned, private pool and barbecue. We really enjoyed our stay here the location was about 15mins drive to the airport. About 7 mins drive to puerto del Carmen. The puerto Calero port was close by a 7 mins walk and you can see different shops, restaurants

Very comfortable. Throughout our stay we did not need to use heating or air conditioning at all. March was too early in the year for the pool to be warm enough to use, which was understandable but a small disappointment. Our flight arrived early evening and it took us a while to find a route out of the airport so it was dark by the time we got to Puerto Calero. Our hosts parents had waited patiently for us and made sure we were settled. The Marina with it's shops and restaurants was easily accessible on foot.

Lovely clean property with everything in good working order and well presented. It's an easy 10min walk down to the marina (the walk back up a little more testing!), where you'll find lots of bars and a great choice of places to eat. The new supermarket that will open for the summer is a couple of hundred meters away so perfectly located for that too. Great views over the ocean from the upstairs terrace. We found the villa to be comfortable and with plenty of space for us as a couple but will also suit a family too. The pool is small but enough for a refreshing dip!

The location of the villa is a five minute walk from the marina but is so peaceful and quiet. The outdoor spaces are amazing, two massive terraces with excellent sun beds and two outdoor seating furniture sets. The amenities are all there too, dishwasher, washing machine in its own utility room etc. The top floor is a master suite with a large double bed and en suite and a large terrace with a beautiful sea view. We’ll definitely return.

Just back from a 2 week stay at this wonderful villa. Fabulous from start to finish. We were a family of 5 ranging in ages from 18-80!, so space and location of the villa worked perfectly for us. Everything in the villa was high quality, great appliances, comfy beds and also a BBQ outside which we used on several occasions. Wonderful terrace off the main bedroom upstairs. 5-7 minute walk to the port with several restaurants and bars or approximately €8 in a taxi to Puerto Del Carmen if you wanted a more lively vibe. All in all a wonderful stay, I would definitely return.

Property is very spacious, the pool area and garden are lovely and the villa is very close to a spare and a few restaurants although it is only a 15 minute walk to the main strip or €5 in a taxi

Great sized villa in a great quiet area only a few minutes walk from PDM Old Town. locals bars, restaurants etc. The villa is very well equipped with everything you will ever need and has spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and living area. The outside area is huge with a great pool, BBQ facilities etc.

Location perfect just above the Old Town with a supermarket around the corner The Villa was very well equipped and met all of our needs. The towels and sheets were changed after the first week and the pool cleaned while we were there.

Spaciousness, we paid extra to heat the pool and it was lovely and warm., quiet area.

Car space also inside an electric gate which was a great sense of security.

Really loved the outdoor space. Pool, jacuzzi, garden and eating areas were brilliant. Bedroom with door to pool👌👍 Two spacious bathrooms. The off road parking so handy. The pool caretaker was fantastic cleaned every other day and also cleaned tiles on surrounding areas. Antonio who manages the property gave 5* service from arrival to allowing our late checkout. We did not hear any noise from buses as some reviews had mentioned.

Fabulous villa, excellent outdoor space. The pool was lovely and gets the sun from morning until late in the evening and was always a very pleasant temperature. Both bedrooms were very spacious, the primary bedroom has a large bed and en suite bathroom, there is also a "family" bathroom off the hall. The villa was very clean, has excellent WiFi and good selection of English TV channels on a smart TV. The owners/caretakers were all very friendly and helpful. Villa is in a very tranquil location, yes it is across from the RIU Hotel but we weren't disturbed by any noise and it is a well run hotel, we didn't feel overlooked, everyone is on their holidays, enjoying themselves! Approximately 5 minutes walk to the beach and closest supermarket and La Avenida Restaurant and about another 5 to the Los Pocillos end of Avenida de Las Playas to bars and restaurants or walk further in the other direction along Avenida de Las Playas to the busier parts of Puerto Del Carmen or further on to the old town. Space to park a car inside the villa if needed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The pool was fantastic and balcony was cool nice view , area was quite at night which was a bonus.

This was a great find! The villa had everything we needed, plenty of room for us all and the pool and terrace were lovely. A great location too, a short walk to multiple supermarkets, the beach and the main strip. Much nicer area than the old town in our opinion. The only issue was having a late flight and other guests checking in the same day, there was nowhere to leave our luggage. We ended up buying a day pass for a nearby hotel. Will stay here again!

Location was great, 10-15 minutes walking distance from the beach and main shopping/restaurant area which meant it was nice and quiet. Several supermarkets within walking distance also. The villa was fantastic, very spacious and comfortable. We booked a villa with a private pool which was a very generous size and came equipped with several sun loungers. The outdoor area was much bigger than expected which we were delighted about. Included a barbecue and dining table & chairs that we enjoyed several evenings. The bedrooms were all a decent size and very clean & comfortable. The washing machine also came in very handy for washing towels and swimsuits. Although there was no air conditioning, the host provided more than enough electric fans so we were quite comfortable. Overall, the property exceeded expectations and we have already made plans to return next year!

The villa was lovely and the swimming pool quite large. Well equipped villa. The owner was friendly and let us get in early which was great. Pool/maintenance man came round every 2 days.

Great location - easy walk to shops and restaurants. Good sized shared pool, which luckily we had to ourselves the whole week. There is an excellent laundry room with washing machine and overhead drying rack, which allows clothes to dry very quickly! The first floor balcony is lovely and provides a wonderful view of the sea and sunsets. Jose was an excellent host and was quick to respond by email or telephone. If you want to get the 161 bus to or from the airport, it's only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop, which is right next to a large and very well-stocked Lidl.

5 mins to the shop and lidl 5 euro taxi to town and the host was lovely to deal with. Very clean dishwasher and washing machine. Would easily fit 10. Very quiet area i would highly reccomend. Outside table sits 6 but there are 6 loungers and benches to sit aswell. Pool was lovely cleaner came aswell so it was nice and clean. We had a baby so there was a microwave. Boiling hot tap water and a cot. Price was extremely fair.and i would happily stay again

This was my 1st time staying in a Villa, OMG it was amazing having so much space was like home from home with everything at hand and having your own private pool was the ultimate advantage, I would highly recommend staying in a villa to anyone. This villa was near to the main strip I would say 10 mins however there is plenty of shops and bars on the way. I'll be definitely be booking this villa again.

All of it,had a great deal on the ground floor apartment no hassle. Basic and very clean. All the staff reception pool man who cleaned the pool and the lovely lady who cleaned the rooms were all friendly and polite many thanks for are stay there.

Fantastic little place so close to the strip. Pool was a little small and sun loungers taking up with towels but sun on the pool most of the day.

Perfect location, clean apartment, lovely small complex and staff were friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool, would definitely benefit from a pool table though. Would definitely stay again.

Early check in, access to apartment @ 11am. Location superb Pool quiet, always chairs available. On final day we had late flight and were able to store luggage safely and use pool & shower/toilets.

We loved the place with a beautiful swimming pool inspired probably by César Manrique own pool. The originality of the architecture of the main inner building using the lava structure ( same Cesar Manrique inspiration probably) the comfort of our room, a bottle of mineral water at disposal, the common kitchen very well organised and very clean accessible to the guests, the location of the hotel in the center of the island, the view at a distance towards the sea.

I liked everything about this place, we stayed in Room Rosa. The bed was comfortable and the room was good size with big bathroom. The kitchen had everything what we needed. Pool are and the lounge amazing design. Friendly staff, and the whole place was very welcoming and clean. I would go back here 100 %.

The property was really clean, lovely big rooms and an amazing bathroom. The swimming pool was heated which made it even better. You’re a 2 minutes walk from the bus stop which takes you to Arrecife in 15 minutes. There was a kitchen you can use and it was just the perfect place.

Little paradise. Very nicely decorated, the lobby was made of volcanic stone, which was very unique. Very clean, very pleasant, in the evening there was a wonderful view of the sunset at the pool. Staff very friendly. We enjoyed a lot our staying there. I recommend.

15 min drive from the airport, easy to find, easy access , quite a small , familiar place, the family apartment was quite big and comfortable with two bedrooms, and open kitchen :) the swimming pool had just a correct size to refresh.

The Hotel Fariones is a first class hotel. Every aspect of the hotel experience was excellent from check-in through to check-out. The rooms were well appointed and spotless , quiet with beautiful views. There were plenty of hangers and storage space, the shower was powerful and the bed was comfortable. The public areas, including the pool were beautifully designed, well kept and always clean. There were plenty of sun beds, with the pool staff on-hand to help with umbrellas etc. There are plenty of other options to soak up the sun if you don’t want to be by the main pool. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly, knowledgable and extremely helpful. We only ate breakfast in the hotel - there was plenty of choice with eggs cooked to order. Poolside service was good with reasonably priced drinks. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance of the hotel - it is at the quiet end of a busy tourist resort so don’t expect a sleepy village location when you step outside the hotel. However, when you are in the hotel, you could be in any luxury destination around the world. If I return to Puerto Del Carmen, I’ll definitely stay in the Hotel Fariones again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Second time we’ve stayed here and it was just as good as the first. The hotel is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The gardens are beautiful and tranquil. Rooms are clean and airy, from what we could make out all rooms are forward facing do enjoy a good view of pool and/or beach. Staff are a credit to this hotel, all go above and beyond to cater for your every need. We loved the ‘good morning’ from the young pool bar staff who would walk around greeting you to let you know service had commenced. Special recognition to Pedro, who is an asset to the hotel. Food was fantastic, we ate in the pool restaurant, the Asian and Erizo (Asian is a must visit). My only niggle for the week was that we stayed to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and my husbands birthday. I emailed the hotel prior to our stay to advise and booked Erizo to celebrate. My email was acknowledged but no mention was made of my husbands birthday, which disappointed us greatly.

Had the most amazing week here as a family of four we were looking for a quiet peaceful stay and it’s exactly what we got from the beautiful surroundings and gardens luxurious rooms gorgeous pools and pool bar. We were only on a B&B basis but breakfast was so nice and lunch at the pool was great too. Myself and my son and his partner visited the spa it was so beautiful and the treatments were out of this world . The hotel staff really make this hotel as outstanding as it is they are all a credit to their jobs We cannot wait to return some day to your wonderful hotel . Thank you .

Beautiful clean and modern hotel. Incredible buffet breakfast- beautiful pool and a pristine beach right in front which was so clean and sandy we couldn’t stay away. Room was lovely with great view. Late flight so after checkout we were able to still lounge at pool and there was shower facilities with soaps/ shampoo ans towels which we loved! plenty of seating around the pool.

We loved everything about this hotel. It is spotlessly clean, and attention is given to every little detail. The foyer smells amazing! Beautiful fresh flower displays. The staff are exceptional and make you feel comfortable and at home. We only stayed one night, so we didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked crystal clear. The pool attendant constantly tidied the area. The breakfast selection is endless and of high quality with very helpful staff. The grounds and gardens are delightful with lots of interest for plant lovers. The rooms again are spotless with no faults whatsoever and everything you need. Excellent location for the old town harbour restaurants, marina, Playa Chica beach, and for venturing along the strip. An exceptional place to stay. We'll be back for longer next time.

Very quirky property based on sustainable principles. Lovely helpful hosts and delicious breakfasts. Interesting place with only 4 or 5 bedrooms. Breakfast dinning room glazed on 3 sides with 4th side open to the small pool and garden area and sea views. In the middle of nowhere but only 20 minutes from restaurants and airport.

We LOVED Finca Isolina. It's such a perfect location, everything is very close by, but it's such a peaceful and calming location. It beats every hotel on the island. The owner Marco, is the kindest, most genuine sweet person - he's been so great to us, so hospitable and caring, that we are still in awe of our time there. We honestly couldn't have had a better time in our dreams! The hotel itself is beautiful, sustainable and very authentic. The outside spaces are filled with life and amazing views all around. The breakfast is something else. All food is fresh, locally sourced and delicious, so gorgeously prepared, tasteful and vibrant. I could talk about the food all day long! Every breakfast we've had was filled with fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese, honey - our skin started glowing on the second day there. Every day we got something different and all our wishes came to life. We got engaged on this trip, and Marco has made all the effort to show us a good time! It was truly a dream come true. We've gotten great recommendations from him about hidden gems to see and experience and it's made all the difference to us. We had a personalised service with the best hospitality we've encountered in all of Europe. All of the staff is very accommodating, friendly and respectful and everyone really wants you to have the best time. I could not recommend this place more. We're looking forward to coming back!

I visited Finca Isolina with my parents for a short stay which we thoroughly enjoyed. From the time of arrival right through to checking out, Marco and his team were so welcoming, accommodating and generous. The team facilitated an early check in and we enjoyed local treats and coffees (all complimentary) while our rooms were being prepared. The bedrooms are spacious and spotless, with really comfortable beds and strong showers. There is a lovely outdoor lounge area with sun beds and a large hot tub, along with plenty of extra seating to relax at. The location is very tranquil, all that can be heard are the birds humming and background chatter of patron and guests. Breakfast the following day was really special, there was am extensive choice from the a la carte menu which Marco took the time and explain and make recommendations to us. We tried local fresh fruit salad and juices, followed by croissants, eggs, a board of local cheeses with toast and some excellent coffee. We really didn’t want to leave, my parents could happily have installed themselves for further nights but our home bound flight was upcoming. A great way to end our Lanzarote holiday and I would highly recommend to other travellers.

From the moment we arrived, the team at the hotel, led by Marco, provided exceptional service and made me feel right at home. The accommodation itself was top-notch. It was quiet, clean, and offered stunning views of the surrounding area. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide range of delicious dishes that were a perfect start to our day. And with plenty of parking available, I never had to worry about finding a place to park the rental car. But what really stood out to me was the beautiful garden on the property. It was clear that a lot of care and attention had been put into maintaining it, and there were plenty of different spaces to enjoy depending on your mood. Whether we wanted to relax with a book, have a drink at sunset or simply take a stroll, the garden provided the perfect backdrop. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough. If you're looking for a charming, relaxing, and welcoming place to stay in Lanzarote, this is the perfect spot. The team at the hotel truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable, and I will definitely be back in the future.

The breakfast was so good, cold buffet with different types of breads, meats, cheeses, croissants, assorted donuts, fruits & cereals. Then cooked breakfast full fry, omelette or eggs cooked any way you liked. The pool area was clean with plenty of sunbeds, and small baby pool attached. Seperate kids pool and Adult only jacuzzi with sunbeds. The rule where you cannot reserve sunbeds is great. Also sunbeds on all apartment balconys or terraces. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and pool towels, shampoos, conditioner, body lotion and shower gels supplied. On arrival fridge had cans of minerals, bottles of beer and small bottles of wine. 2 litre water bottles provided everyday. Would definitely recommend and will return for another enjoyable holiday soon.

Fantastic hotel, it's now our fav hotel, we normally stay in the baracola, and the aqua beats it hands down. Upon arrival, you get a glass of win, also a welcome pack in your room, a bottle of wine and a bottle of water this was excellent, as the hotel give you water every day of your stay. The hotel is fabulously decorated, and the rooms are very spacious with a good shower, comfy beds, and pillows. TV has a good few English speaking channels, which was great. Our room overlooked the pool and jacuzzi. The pool area was fab also as both pools were heated and also a gym provided. The food is fantastic, the breakfast was 💯 fab, which served real bacon and sausage. Their was plenty to choose from for breakfast, a really well-done team, but a big shout out to Sam in the restaurant. She was brilliant, so friendly and helpful. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. There are Supermarkets near by. It is a 7-minute walk from the beach or shop strip to the hotel. This does have a small steep hill [ good cardio] workout. For those that would find it a challenge, there is a mobility scooter. Shop nearby, or a taxi will charge 3e back to the hotel. Folks truly short sacrifice for such a fab hotel. The bus for the airport is just around the corner. This is the 161. Goes every 30 mins. Definitely will be back.

We loved aqua suites. The breakfast was extremely good and hot food cooked to order. All staff were lovely and particularly the breakfast staff were very friendly. We found there was no shortage of sunbeds around the pool - one day we had a lie in and were first around the pool at 11am. Of note there is no lifeguard before 11am although you can use the pool. The room was clean. The bed a bit soft for me. Towels were changed daily. They say bedding is changed twice weekly but we discovered that is the sheet on the bed and not the rest of the bedding (so duvet and pillow cases) - we asked for a change given we were there for 11 nights and was accommodated. Staff on reception lovely and polite. Called us taxis on several occassions very easily. We noted the entertainment programme of quizzes and bingo wasn't happening as per advertised timetable - it happened on our first day and not after that which wasn't clear why as was still advertised. That didn't overly bother us but its odd to advertise something that wasn't happening - the entertainment lady was there from what we saw.

Rooms were lovely, good size and cleaned everyday. Pool was large and a nice area. The water in the pool was Heated. No problem with sun loungers. The jacuzzi was really nice and large. Every room had 2 loungers of you don't want to go to pool area which is very handy. All the bar and restaurant and cleaning staff were friendly. The Entertainment during the day was fun, Jenga musical chairs and other games. Nothing bad about this place.

Spent 10 days here before Christmas. The hotel is fabulous. It's a very relaxed 5 star. We had a very spacious modern room overlooking the pool and with a sea view. Great shower and extremely comfortable beds. The balcony was well equipped with 2 comfortable armchairs, a small table and a sun lounger. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool as well as cabanas and other seating. The pool was heated which is a great bonus at this time of year. There's a paddle/tennis court and mini golf. There is a great range of yoga/fitness classes everyday. They are included in the price. The instructors were very professional and helpful. They were also a good way to meet other guests. We stayed on a breakfast and evening meal basis. Both were buffet style with lots of choices and freshly cooked options. We thought we would skip a few dinners, but there was nowhere nearby that served the same quality of food. The staff everywhere in the hotel were amazing. Very friendly and always went out of their way to help and to simply chat to guests. They seemed genuinely interested in you. They remember preferences in the restaurant. In terms of location , it's less than 10 minutes from the airport. The main entrance is on the main road, but it has a gate directly into the promenade with it's cycle and walking paths and the beach.

absolutely everything! the staff are amazing! especially Yaiza on reception. we never would usually stay in the same hotel twice but this is our second year and already want to return 2023. the staff are second to none from the moment you walk in Yaiza on reception was amazing, such a lovely genuine person. Rafa the concierge remembered us from the year before and every time you see him around the complex he brightens up your day. Samuel in the bar area went out of his way to sought out our favourite wine - overall never experienced service like this. On top of that the hotel itself is beautiful, every little detail was clearly thought about. beds always available by the pool, breakfast is out of this world nothing is missing, button by your bedside at the pool for table service, the rooms are perfect everything you need is in there. ladies do consider taking a extension to reach mirror with straighteners etc… but other than that I couldn’t fault it. we had a sea view room last time and the planes landing into Arrecife airport whilst on the balcony drinking wine was a real moment. shower is fantastic / toilet is fab too with little remote. - 5 stars from us 👍

Lovely decor, clean sleek lines , spacious rooms with great bathrooms, lovely balcony and all really well maintained. We were there mid December and never a problem for beds at the pool or never queues at the buffet. Breakfast buffet was fabulous and ran until 11am which was great, especially if you wanted to get in a yoga or Pilates class before breakfast. One of our main criteria in booking were the spa and fitness classes all included and it didn’t disappoint. There were 3 classes each morning running from 9am - yoga, aerial yoga or Pilates first two session then followed by aqua fit in the pool and then usually stretching/ yoga options also late afternoon - all really well run and never overcrowded- although with only 6 places for aerial yoga it was sometimes oversubscribed , but never an issue as you could follow similar poses on the ground 😉. Spa consisted of a small sauna and steam room - not the biggest but again we were mostly the only ones there. Jacuzzi and bubble beds were located outside and were a bitty chilly due to the time of year. Staff were lovely and always helpful. All in all a fabulous hotel, we would go back !

Such a top class hotel in such a lovely country. Staff were so great with us and seemed to want to move mountains to help us. Buffet breakfast was really good, pool is great, the whole place is so clean. Was there for my birthday and my partner surprised me with a balloon display in our room (which staff did such a good job at putting up) and we were given a bottle of cava for free too. There was table service to your recliner by the pools and a really nice menu to choose from. Will struggle to believe any bad reviews I see for this place. Highly highly recommended.

Wonderful stay and would stay again. The hotel has a relaxed, friendly vibe. Staff are great, breakfast is top quality and the pool area is fabulous with lots of comfortable beds on different levels, both by the pool and up on the top deck overlooking the Ocean. The pool is nice, not particularly big and only very shallow but good enough for a decent swim. Pool side cafe food was delicious and excellent value for money for a 5* hotel. The wait times could be problematic some days and I once waited an hour for a salad! There is complementary yoga on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:30am which was brilliant and a definite plus for me. I also found a yoga studio within eye shot of the hotel. We enjoyed the area and found lots of great restaurants within a short walk. We are quite fit though and some people struggled with the walk back up hill if they ate in the port area. Initially we were a little disappointed with our room. Some of the furniture was a little worn for a 5*. The hotel was full but 2 days later we were offered the option of 2 other rooms but chose to stay as we had a better outlook and a wonderful balcony. Some of the rooms have very small bedrooms but ours was fine.

Myself and my partner had a wonderful 2 night stay here for New Years and it did not disappoint. Isabel at front desk was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We had a beautiful, relaxing massage in the spa. The room completely exceeded our expectations, with a hot tub on the balcony. The outdoor effects in the room was just beautiful, you felt as if you were showering outdoors, with beautiful plants and greenery and a glass roof. We were escorted to our room and shown around. It was so spacious and comfortable. The breakfast consisted of buffet and freshly made orders which was all lovely. The grounds themselves are stunning, the pool area is nice and relaxing with big comfy sunbeds both around and up away from the pool. Amazing view over the harbor and sea. When relaxing by the pool you completely forget about the outside world and the busy strip, it is just pure blissful relaxation!

The hotel is modern, clean and a short walk from the port and the main "resort" part of town down the hill. The breakfast buffet was great and the variety of fruit, fresh pastries and baked goods as well as eggs cooked to order was fantastic. The pool is small and surrounded by sunbeds which are often busy but there's also a sundeck, chill-out area, that's great to relax in. The pool bar serves great food and drinks and the poolside service from the staff is excellent.

This is probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and are waiting to be able to book for next year. Everything is top quality! The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We had a junior suite with a pool view. The room was very spacious and absolutely spotless. It was cleaned every day. In fact every area of the hotel was extremely clean. The pools were delightful and we never had a problem getting a sunbed. There is a nice pool bar where you can relax and have a bite to eat for lunch. The breakfast is exceptional! Lots of fresh produce and choice. When I last reviewed this hotel after our first trip, I commented that the breakfast room was a bit too hot with all the large windows and this year I was pleased to see that the blinds were pulled down half way to provide a little shade while eating but still being able to look outside. Overall this is an exceptional hotel which I highly recommend. Thank you and well done to all the staff at La Isla y el Mar! We cannot wait to go back!

Magma rooms is a beautiful boutique style hotel with everything one could want. The outdoor facilities are lovely with a cute little plunge pool as well. The third (single bed) is in a seperate area to the double which is lovely for families. We would definitely return to Magma rooms.

Good location in Playa Honda - an authentically local town right near the airport and central to the island, with great restaurants and nice beach. Easy on-street parking. Very well kept place, though it feels like something between a boutique hotel and a bed & breakfast - no reception, and we didn't meet the hosts at any point during the week, only the cleaning staff. Hosts were very responsive though, e.g. arranging our sink to be fixed, providing an extra key etc. We loved the plunge pool and garden area, and every time we used it we had it all to ourselves.

Second time staying here ... & We will be back! Cute. Trendy. Spotless. Lovely communal area outside with a little plunge pool, chairs a couple of loungers, pool towels, outside shower. We weren't sure about staying in this area but thought . It's handy to the airport (5 mins!). But it is a lovely clean little town. Nice beach - walkable (10mins). Good shopping centre (5 mins). Loads of little local cafe & restaurants scattered throughout. Entering & exiting road gate & main door of premises seems to confuse most people ... But with patience it is a great system. Read the very clear instructions you are given properly!!

Booked last minute, really great price. Check in states from 14:30 however flight arrived at 11am, arrived to magma rooms at 12:00 owner greeted us and welcomed us in really lovely lady very helpful with keys and access codes an processes, showed us around. Honestly Magma rooms exceeded my expectations, it is beautiful spacious very well maintained. We used the pool - complimentary pool towels. Pictures do not do it justice. Really close to beaches and plenty of bike hire shops close by to make the most of bicycle routes to neighbouring towns. Beds super comfortable. Property in general is very quiet we only saw one other guest during our stay which made it feel like we had the entire place to ourselves. Quiet residential street but plenty of great restaurants a short walk away - highly recommend forestors. Would absolutely book Magma rooms again.

We telephoned Antonio as we were leaving the airport and he was waiting for us with the keys and showed us to our room. The view from the apartments is breathtaking, it's so relaxing and all that can be heard is the sound of the waves crashing onto the shore. The location is down some steps from the sea front so there are literally bars and restaurants 2 minutes away. There are sunbeds available with mattresses which are very comfortable and although there is no pool, the sea is a stones throw away. The apartments are spotlesssly clean.

I really liked the location, it's the first time I've ever stayed in a resort with no swimming pool but you don't miss it with the view and ocean so close, the sound of the waves is just so relaxing. The balcony is a good size and they all get the sun. I would recommend this spot to friends and family. I would definitely go back again. Antonio was so helpful and understanding allowing us a late checkout as we had a late flight. The cleaning staff were lovely too.

I’ve never stayed at an apartment that does not have a pool so I didn’t know what to expect but it was so gorgeous the views and location just made up for everything. We went for a dip in the sea right infront outside !

The first thing is the location, it could not be better, its located right on the water surrounded by beautiful little beaches that are hidden away, its like having your own private beach, you walk straight from your apartment into the sea, I swam twice a day because the water was lovely and warm. Antonio the host was very very helpful, he came to meet us there at 8:00pm to let us in, he carried our cases down the steps, he is friendly, helpful and professional. I was worried that it would be too noisy in these apartments because its located at the beginning of the strip in the new town but I had nothing to worry, lovely respectful clientele, and no noise from the strip because it's quiet end, so your're surrounded by everything you need on your doorstep without the downsides. there is sun all day from sun up to sun down and the sunsets are amazing, 2 things that are not criticisms because I don't have any, just observations, instead of air con the bedrooms have good remote controlled fans on the ceilings which are excellent and not noisy, also there are a few steps down to the apartments depending on what floor you stay on so its perfectly suited unless you have real mobility issues, thank you, fantastic week.

Another lovely stay at these apartments. We came for 8 nights late June, this is our third time. We had a lovely end room on the top floor with sea view and view over the garden and swings in the corner of the grounds. Just beautiful. We love the apartments, locations, pool and the staff are all friendly. No issues. We do miss being able to pay for food at the bar at lunchtime with euros though. We pay for everything with cash on holiday and bring enough euros to cover everything but now has become card only I had to add a couple things on my card and pay off when got home. As a result we did not eat at the pool at lunchtime after the first day but the mixed croquettes are to die for. The only other honest feedback is about the life guards. The female lifeguard who seemed to work 5 days out of our stay and the male lifeguard the other days. The female lifeguard was hardworking, friendly , always wandering about , tidying toys up around the baby pool, helping with umbrellas, watching the pool from different locations and generally doing her job. Have to say the male lifeguard did not seem to do very much, and spent most of his time looking at his phone with airpods in his ears. It concerns me that should someone need help he would not even notice. The most I saw him do was hand out towels. We return again in a few weeks and look forward to it.

OK I'm going to start with the positives... The staff are amazing so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms spotless clean and cleaned on a daily basis. Location is absolutely perfect.. And now the negatives.. The towels are removed from sun beds if nobody has used them for an hour, I do agree with this however the guests need to be made fully aware of this and remined as I was verbally assalted very badly by a man and is wife. His towels where removed by the pool staff as his bed had been left empty for nearly 2 hours, he accused me of taking his bed and towels and he was very nasty towards me, this really upset me as he was shouting at me in front of everyone at the pool. I went to reception and told them what happened and the pool cleaners said that they had removed his stuff, this incident really upset me for a few days... There are not enough beds to cover the amount of guests.. The air con really needs to be updated. Also I asked for a glass of ice at the bar and they where charging me 1.50 for it which I think is shocking..

We stayed here last year and just had to return. The staff on check in were lovely, our adult daughter had lost her phone on the plane and we were late arriving and very stressed, they were so kind. The whole place is so clean, the cleaners and pool guys work so hard. Breakfast is amazing, something for everyone and some different items every day. The pool bar has a good choice of snacks for lunch times and the prices are good. We didn’t struggle to get a sun bed but the lifeguard was putting notices on beds with towels on that were left unattended. We had a 4pm collection for our flight home and were unable to pay for a late check out as our room had been booked. We used the luggage room and were able to book a courtesy room, 20 minutes per person. There were 3 of us so we had the room for an hour, it was a fully made, up one bedroom room, very clean with fresh towels, the same toiletries as in our original room and electricity. This allowed us to get out of the sun and freshen up ready for our journey home. We had a lovely week and yes, our daughter got her phone back.

I don't usually write reviews but felt that this hotel/apartments deserved a first class review. Currently our last full day here at fariones apartments and will be so sad to leave tomorrow. This place is fantastic. Immaculately clean, rooms are cleaned daily. We had a studio with aircon and it was really spacious with Very comfortable beds. The breakfasts are outstanding with so much choice and the quality of the food is amazing. Very friendly and hard working staff. The pool area is lovely and clean and the roof terrace is great with awesome views. Some people thought the pool was cold I think they are crazy it's a perfect temperature! Location is ideal just a short walk to both main strip and old town and not too far up the hill either. Highly recommend the fariones apartments and do not understand any negative reviews that I've read. If you are thinking of booking don't give it a second thought it's brilliant!

We stayed in an apartment on the 2nd floor. It was spacious and clean. It was very quiet. The apartment was cleaned thoroughly every day. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice and selection every day. The staff all over the complex were kind, respectful and helpful. The pool was a good size. We had towels for the pool every day. You simply hand your card in for a towel. We will definitely be returning next year. We could not fault one single thing.

How clean and comfortable everything is. Loved the location. Staff couldn't do enough for you. The way the pool chairs are managed is fantastic and very fair. The pool towels is a fantastic touch. Reception are so helpful. Great to have a luggage holding area and the use of a shower with towel included on day of departure. Bathroom in room is well stocked Toilets in hotel and pool area are spotless.

The view from the pool was amazing. Loved the jacuzzi beside the pool. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The Christmas buffet was lovely, especially the desserts.

Staff were excellent. Pool temperature was 25C-26C. Food was good but fairly repetitive. Pool towel could only be exchanged every 2nd day.

Very nice property with big comfortable rooms. Big swimming pool and beach is directly across from pool.

We stayed here in January 2020 and loved our holiday so we were pleased to book 10 days in January this year for a great price. The location in the town looking over at the sea with sun all day on the balcony is just perfect. Our hosts are so pleasant and helpful and we had everything we wanted in the studio. There's a portable mirror in the bathroom so it is great for drying hair, applying makeup etc in the living area. Taxi from the airport is £13-£14 on average traffic permitting. There is also a taxi rank directly across the road for a convenient return to the airport. The Charco laguna is 10 minutes walk away, there's a big shopping centre 15 minutes up behind the Islamar. The pleasant walk to Playa Honda is about 40 minutes along a boardwalk, and the bus exchange Intercambiador is a 10 minute walk directly along from apartment so it's easy to get around the island. I would definitely recommend staying at Islamar.

Location was perfect, right in the city but also in front of the underground parking area and the beaches. Perfect for a stay in Arrecife. The apartments were very clean and really nicely decorated with character and style. It had a lovely large balcony with a fantastic view, table and chairs and a special hanging chair my daughter loved. Also a really nice fully equip kitchen with microwave and even washing up liquid and sponge. The bathroom was great and included nice complimentary shampoo and conditioner and shower gel. The staff who checked us in were very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. The roof top area was fantastic, really comfortable sunbeds, a jacuzzi, towels and again fantastic views. There were a lot of really nice touches which made the difference from other hotels and apartments and to be honest it felt like a 5 star. I have stayed in the Arrecife 5 star hotel across the street but will defiantly stay here in future.

Great, spacious apartment overlooking the sea in central Arrecife. The apartments are in good condition and we loved the balcony. The kitchen is pretty well-equipped for a short stay, although we only had quick breakfasts of coffee and pastries from the local bakery and an evening dinner of easy prepped food from the supermarket. Parking seems a little bit complicated, but it worked out very well in the end - visit the closest underground car park (literally across the road from the apartment), pick up a ticket on entry and show the reception desk once you check in at the apartment. Payment is up front and covers 24 hours. We chose to leave our car for the whole next day as we wanted to walk around Arrecife, so the parking was convenient for us. For the price, I don't think you will find better accommodation in this area. Staff are very friendly and it was a welcoming place to spend a couple of nights.

I liked everything ! The roof top solarium was absolutely stunning, a lttle haven. The apartment was immaculate and spotlessly clean, it smelt gorgeous too. The balcony and view were amazing with a comfy swing and table and chairs so I could sit back and watch the world go by. The bathroom was modern with a huge shower and the kitchen was fully equipped. The beach was very close to the apartment, about a two-minute walk. The beach exceeded my expectations, it has fine white sand, it was so clean and the water clear, I swam every day. Considering it is a city beach it was very quiet and calm, a lovely place to relax. There are also lots of restaurants on the promenade which was great to grab a cold drink and lunch. I had a wondrful holiday and will return!

Absolutely everything; from reception check in , the feel of the hotel common parts, there is also a communal lounge for guests , our corner fourth floor apartment with balcony, the layout of the flat, the large top floor terrace with sun loungers, hanging chair, jacuzzi and unrestricted views. Also very central and for an additional charge you can park beneath the Gran hotel a couple of minutes walk away. The wife liked the twin beds- both comfy and great shower too !! We had earlier in the holiday stayed nearby in a much larger one bedroom flat on the same road with bigger outdoor space, which had less impressive views and was much more expensive. We agreed should we return we would much prefer to stay in the subject block and it was not just a cost matter.

Traveled as a family of four with our son and grandson age 8, when we arrived we were met by very friendly helpful staff at reception check in was perfect. We were on an early flight there was a room provided so we could store our bags and change.....until our acomadation was ready..... This was our first time visiting this hotel but won't be our last it's a beautiful complex very well looked after, our rooms cleaned every other day nothing was a problem when we asked for extra towels. They just left them in our Room.... There are two pools in the complex we stayed in a beautiful two bed bungalow on the bottom level with everything that you need for self catering... The beds were so comfortable the best sleep I have ever had abroad... The pool was right outside our door very safe for families and couples there was a great mix of both...our key card gave us access to the back gate so we could go to the beach and shops.. We were breakfast only beautiful something for everyone.... And gave us a takeaway box for my grandson.... Lovely staff There is a pool side bar at one of the pools that serve food and drinks very nice and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend a visit....

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, and cleaners in attendance regularly. The pools were wonderful, again spotlessly clean pool areas, with towels provided. Life guard in duty at both pools. The complex was beautifully kept. The restaurant was very great with a good choice of meals. We had breakfast every day which we really enjoyed. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a spa on the complex which myself and my husband used to get a massage and it was fantastic! I would highly recommend this complex. Close to all amenities, bars and restaurants in the resort.

The hotel was perfect, the rooms clean and spacious. The pool area was fantastic with lots of space and plenty of sun loungers, pool bar and great views. There was separate smaller pools in and around all bungalows as well, plenty of facilities. All in all a fantastic place to stay.

Great pools and lovely food, definitely worth booking breakfast they do full Irish and much more. You can also order food from the pool bar to have whilst lounging by the pool

The apartment was as shown in pictures with a pool view.It was cleaned daily and the staff were very helpful .They booked taxis and trips for us when we requested them. The breakfast is really good and worth it. Its a 5-10minute walk to the beach with beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The sunloungers around the pool were good. Stunning, excellently maintained, very personal service, the staff can’t do enough for you and all appear to be happy in their work. All the little touches made it an outstanding stay, free soft drinks in the fridge around the pool, sun lotion at the pool. Little souvenirs in your room of sunglasses and hats loved them. All the amenity kits in the bathrooms mean you can travel light. It’s quiet with being adults only and only 25 suites, it was just what we needed.

Where do I start - the best staff ever - they are amazingly friendly and helpful and go above and beyond - the amazing restaurant staff, fabulous reception staff and the amazing pool lady. The cleanliness of both the rooms and the whole hotel is stunning. The thoughtfulness of the little extras, the incredible quality of the food served in the hotel - together with the more than occasional glass of Carva offered. Just wow!

Our balcony had sunloungers on which was nice but didn’t have any chairs to sit on. Would have liked some chairs. We had a ground floor room with a sea view, which was great to just walk out to the pool. Pool towels provided in the room. Lovely comfy bed. Dropped an earring in the bedroom and when I went looking for it could see the floor underneath the beds hadn’t been cleaned for some time. Shutters and blackout curtains keep the bedroom dark. Couldn’t figure out how to work the aircon. Microwave and fridge provided in the room but no cutlery or plates. Sink in the kitchen area but no tea towel or washing up liquid for the cups and glasses. Coffee/tea cups are tiny so bring a mug if you like a decent size drink. Two bottles of water provided in the room on arrival with tea and coffee but this wasn’t replenished. Check in took too long. Only 2 staff checking people in. We booked breakfast only which was excellent with lots of choice. Loved the hotel and will return.

This was our first time ever in Lanzarote so wasn't sure what to expect. On arrival was met by a lovely lady who offered us champagne and then sat with us explaining all the facilities that were on offer. Even though we arrived early we got our room straight away .The rooms were spotlessly clean..service every morning with fresh towels if needed and bed change every couple days. The pool area is really nice and great to be able to go to the beach from the pool. Breakfast is amazing. Proximity to the restaurants is great as everything really is on your doorstep. Will definitely go back to stay there again

Very relaxing. Really close to lovely beaches (recommend turning right and going to a reallu lovely secluded beach outside a neighbouring hotel). The buffet breakfast was excellent and the evening buffet also good quality. All the staff in the restaurant were very friendly. The pool area was spotless. Heated pools. Central location - close by to restaurants, bars and shops. Travelled with a toddler and the suite was perfect for this - they made up a bed for her in the living room. We travelled to and from the hotel/airport using the local bus 161.

Great location. Spotlessly clean and modern. Lovely pool area. Bars at the pool had nice selection of lunchtime snacks. Good breakfast selection.

Beautiful design of the hotel, clean, everything very well maintained, magnificent garden with pool, right by the sea, peaceful environment with parrots singing, nesting in the palm trees of the garden. Snack bar terrace near the pool, with nice laughing guests. The hotel's clientele is decent and unobtrusive. The food in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner was excellent, the quality and presentation comparable to the 5-star Hipotel Playa de Palma Palace in Mallorca. The restaurant staff is satisfactory, the welcome to the restaurant is always very friendly and attentive. Reception staff also very helpful, always with a smile, and interested in all our needs communicated over the phone from the room. We enjoyed billiards, chess, ping pong and pool. The SPA was under renovation, we also enjoyed the workers and gardeners :-) We really liked this hotel and we will come back here.

Comfortable hotel, good sized room with comfortable beds and good quality shower, air conditioning in the room worked well, the room had a fridge, a bottle of water was provided for our arrival, hair dryer and safe. There were plenty of spare pillows. The balcony over looked pool with views of the beach and sea across the road. Pool towels were provided and you could have your room cleaned everyday if you wished. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool which was a good size. Good selection of breakfast items. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was kept clean and the grounds were well kept. Easy access to the beach across the road, 2 sunbeds and an umbrella were €10.50. A good selection of shops bars and restaurants were close by. The hotel is in a lovely area with a nice promenade for walking.

The experience from the min we arrived was just exceptional, a short drive in a taxi from the airport had us at the amazing entrance to the hotel,the reception staff were so welcoming and friendly. We got our key to a ground floor room which was so spacious and clean and the view from the balcony was amazing,it had all the facilities of a 5* hotel. The ensuite was fabulous and the cleanliness through was 2nd to none.....we had breakfast the following morning and we were blown away with the size of the dining area and the variety of food available to suit all tastes. The pool and pool side bar facilities were great and staff were so friendly......all in all we there isn't one negative thing we could say about our stay and we will definitely be going back again. Great stay at a lovely hotel. The hotel was absolutely spotless. Rooms were lovely v modern and really clean. Pool area was lovely a team cleaned it every morning the only thing is if you are lying out alot of the pool area is shaded from the palm trees so if you are a sun seeker you will constantly be moving.

Was unexpectedly given a free upgrade to a junior suite. Room was fantastic with two balconies overlooking the sea and pool area. Huge, comfortable king-size bed and separate lounge area. Sun loungers and seating on balconies. Large, clean bathroom, amazing shower. Hotel was clean and modern. Gardens inside and outside were well cared for. Good buffet choices for breakfast and evening meal. Staff all very attentive and professional. Nice gym and lots of poolside activities. Would definitely stay again to make use of the Wellness area. The hotel had a really nice, relaxing vibe. Location was good, easy access to beach, restaurants and buses.

We requested a ground floor room and got one right next to the pool which was ideal! Rooms were so spacious with a huge fridge/freezer. Pool was a good size although we spent most time in the baby pool with kids. Bar staff were lovely and friendly. It was great to have the little room downstairs when you checked out to have showers and store your belongings while you wait to go back to the airport. The location was perfect right behind the strip, some noise coming from the strip but nothing unbearable! Would 100% be back

We arrived at 8pm and reception was closed but our keys were ready for us to collect from the pool bar. When we arrived our apartment was at the back of the complex and we had a 7year old boy we requested the following morning to be moved closer to the pool and with a few hours the guy on reception had a new room for us close to the pool all staff at Elena were friendly and the complex was super clean fantastic location.

we stayed at the Elena suits which was at the back of the complex out the back gate across a quiet road. the pool was warm and pool bar were really nice and did great food and drinks. the cocktails were lovely. you can rent pool towels from reception for €5 returnable deposit.

Only disappointment was we were located across the road - which felt like a different complex; had to come out of the hotel grounds, cross a road then walk thru complex to get to the pool. Had we been told this in advance we perhaps may not have booked. However the apartment was clean and in a good location. Nice pool and bar area.

Location was fantastic, staff went above and beyond. clean apartments on arrival. Apartments had everything that was needed. Lots of return guests. Pool and pool bar area was looking relaxing. to go again next year.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by the lady at reception, our apartment was ready for us even though we arrived early, all areas around the pool and the apartment itself were absolutely spotlessly clean and smelling fresh. The apartment itself was one of the standard apartments but even so, it was a very good size and well equipped and everything was in good condition and the large TV has a selection of English channels, again I have to mention the cleanliness here, the apartment is cleaned thoroughly and new towels provided each other day. David who works in the poolside bar is such a good guy with perfect English and is a great asset for the business. The location of Fayna apartments is A1, close to the beach and restaurants and bars, but also it's secluded and private and quiet, with a relatively small number of apartments the poolside is not too busy and there are always sunbeds available. Fayna is very well run to a high standard, it's definitely my future choice when travelling to Lanzarote.

The property was centrally located, close to bars, restaurants, beaches and transport. It never felt crowded. There was plenty of room by the pool. The pool was an ok temperature for March. The two-bedroom apartment we had was spacious. The staff were all friendly. There was a pool bar available serving basic snacks and drinks from 9 am - 5 pm.

Lovely complex and even lovelier staff. Really clean and well equipped. Shower was amazing. Great snacks from the pool bar. Only stayed 3 days as an emergency stay but would definately stay again. Location is perfect, close to all amenities yet lovely and peaceful. Lovely pool area and heated pool.

The location of the property is perfect short walk to the beach and near restaurants and shops. The property was spotless clean and all the staff were extremely friendly. The rooms are lovely and spotless clean. Different pool areas for whatever suits you I.e adults only, lively family pool or a quieter family pool and the splash pool for kids too. The food was lovely in the restaurants good quality, all inclusive can be repetitive but you will always find something to eat. All the staff in this hotel worked extremely hard and are always so friendly.

Lovely studio- very clean and comfortable. Nice pool area. Buffet restaurant had good choice and catered for vegetarian. Entertainment was variable. My first suite overlooked the restaurant roof - not exactly pool/ garden view-and was noisy when the terrace was open but the manager was very helpful and I was able to move to a nice pool view room.

Everything! The food was excellent - plenty of choice at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All staff around the hotel were welcoming and friendly. Lots of activities to take part in: rifle shooting, archery, darts, yoga, water polo, and many more. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pools, and it was great to have a choice of pools with some aimed at children, some relaxing (adult only), and another with music and entertainment. I was also nice to have the option of dining in an adult only restaurant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was great - only a short ride from the airport but also close to the beach, bars, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it is a fantastic hotel and definitely value for money. I would gladly return to this hotel and would be happy to recommend it to family and friends.

As a solo traveller, I was well looked after. All inclusive really means all inclusive. Choice of bars and pools. Also ‘adult only’ pool and bar. Food was great, lots of choice every day and every meal. Could always find something, even as a fussy eater. Rooms were very comfortable with good air con. A coffee machine and kettle were nice treats! Balcony and 2 sun loungers and 2 chairs and a table, so space for spending the afternoon there if you wanted. Staff spoke good English even though there were a lot of other nationalities there as guests. The staff couldn’t be more helpful.

An excellent place. We had a family suite with two bedrooms and a living room. A wonderful hotel for a peaceful family vacation. Great staff. The food was excellent — diverse and very tasty. Room cleaning was impeccable. Large grounds with four pools. There is a separate adult-only zone and pool. Several restaurants on the hotel grounds and nearby, just a 5-10 minute walk away. A great place for seaside walks. Bike and scooter rentals are available. We really enjoyed everything and will definitely come back again!

I really enjoyed the time spent here with my family! This layout was perfect for our child to take naps and sleep early, with no noise coming from outside. The restaurant offered a great variety of dishes, with delicious fish and vegetarian options for us. The kids’ swimming pool was brilliant — it’s shallow enough throughout for little ones to stand and play safely. I think it’s also a plus that this hotel doesn’t play music in the pool area during the day, for some peace of mind! The hotel is in a great location, close to good restaurants and a beautiful beach. The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were spotless. We would definitely love to come back!

Lovely choice of food, our room was so spacious with a large living area right by one of the pools, cleaning 7 days and week with fresh towels, we also rented pool towels. Close to the beach and bars/restaurants. The main pool was a good temperature and always plenty of beds around.

Location is perfect with a lot going on at walking distance: Spar, shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options. We stayed for two weeks and never got bored of the food. The Pool bar is decent, but not many options to offer. Pool and pool are are great for a 3 star hotel. We stayed in a two bed apartment and it had everything we needed, including enough space and a handy balcony with sea view. Room service every day. It's great value for money.

Everything. Started the day very early as flight landed 7:30 in the morning. Although checking is not until 15:00, since the apartment was left early we got the keys by 10am. Even before that we could already use all the facilities. Reception staff very helpful. Breakfast, lunch and dinners at the buffet where great, and huge variety, nothing less than 4* hotels . The show cooking meat and fish was always perfect and staff so friendly and helpful. Plenty of choices of all inclusive drinks. Usual stuff and even more. Size of the main pool, big enough for kids and adults to play with floats and not feel crammed. Plenty of sun lounges, got rid of the towels left for more than half an hour laying around before 10am, which made it fair for all users. Pool bar hot snacks made to order, so they were always fresh! Size of the apartment and cleanliness, towels changed every day. Excellent service. Night entertainment on site with plenty of spaces at the bar.

The Floresta Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. The one-bedroom apartment in the ground floor "C" building was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and offered a breathtaking garden view. It was very clean. We spent countless hours unwinding by the pool, which was definitely a highlight of our visit. All four pools were well-kept, and the water was crystal clear. The selection and quality of the food available with the all-inclusive package were exceptional. Every meal was a pleasure, with options to satisfy every craving, from fresh meats to delectable desserts. Being just a short walk or a quick taxi/bus ride away from popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas adds tremendous value. There’s a peaceful, long beach just around the corner 🌊. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Some music around the pool would be great but the pool bar music played can be heard if sitting on terrace. The pool bar is well run, prices are reasonable. Both food and drink served is to a very good standard and was never empty. Plenty to do at complex with the crazy golf and tennis on site across the road and there is also a restaurant situated there too that we didn’t experience so can’t comment on that and not sure if it has anything to do with the apartments. All in all the apartments were a great choice for us and met all our needs to ensure we had a lovely holiday in Lanzarote.

The location of Jable Bernidas is perfect, the apartment we stayed in was beside the pool and as we were there to relax and recuperate it was awesome to be so close to the facilities. The pool bar staff were friendly and the food was good value. We have stayed here 4 times now and feel comfortable going to the pool bar on our own (Auntie amd Niece) or together.

All the staff are friendly and happy to help. The pool area is ok and again clean and well kept, the bar has everything food and drink you will need all at a good prices. All TV sports available, pool table darts etc... also in the bar area. This was my second stay and will be going again.

This was 5th time we had returned to Arrecife Gran Hotel for a fortnight, usually early in the year and it didn’t disappoint. The suite with a Seaview was a delightful space, with a comfortable bed, a sofa and two chairs with table by the window, also a safe for valuables, a small fridge and nespresso coffee machine. We appreciate the wine and chocolates/macarons left at beginning and end of our stay and also the bottles of water that are replaced in our room each day. We use the indoor swimming pool late afternoon and enjoyed the addition of swinging sofas by the pool this year. There are rarely any children in or around the pool. We book bed and breakfast which was the usual high standard and gluten free products available if you request them.

A comfortable 10-night stay. Clean rooms and a good selection for breakfast and evening meals in the main restaurant. Service in the restaurant was of a high standard. Made use of the Spa facilities, which were reasonably priced. The hotel is in a great location, adjacent to the beach. Parts of the hotel look a little tired, such as the external cladding, cracked window glass around the pool area, and slimy flooring around the pool shower. This doesn't detract from the overall experience, however, but it is supposed to be a five-star establishment.

Fabulous view - just as I had hoped. Room spacious and well laid out, lovely decorations and facilities. Really felt luxurious and comfortable. My teenage children LOVED it, esp the automatic blinds! Hotel pool was gorgeous. Restaurant food excellent. Views from 17th floor bar exceptional. All staff helpful and friendly. Very accommodating and hospitable. Well worth the money - felt like a real treat. Also a few steps from a very pleasant beach, which you can look at from the (covered) pool terrace, or walk to for a swim.

Overall a very a good stay. The lifts were a problem, very slow and busy, not much that can be done about that. The wifi connection wasnt great and had to reconnect in every different area you went to in hotel. The pool opening times were only 10-6 so would have liked if open a bit longer as there was no where else to really sit in the hotel other than the rooftop bar. Food was good, had to send back some dishes as cold but when hot were tasty at both the pool bar and the rooftop bar. The spa is a great facility and the staff did a great job. The circuit was okay, the steam room was cold and the turkish bath water was also lukewarm would have been nicer if hotter. The rooms were also very cold at night but they did supply a small portable heater on request. The location is great for the airport but in terms of the islands main tourist attractions and beaches it is far away from these and taxis are expensive! Not much to see in Arrecife itself and beach isnt the nicest and currently some roadworks going on in the off season so unable to walk along the promenande. Overall a very good relaxing stay, but would not revisit.

Our family of four stayed in a sky suite for a week. Fantastic views and comfy beds, though we did not get the treats that the hotel says come with such a room due to not booking directly. The breakfast included in our booking was great with lots of choice. We also tried meals in the top floor bistro and pool area, which were very good apart from being understaffed, so with slow if courteous service. The pool itself is rather small and far too cold for our liking. The lifts were very idiosyncratic being run by a dubious algorithm that made them slow to use. The WiFi was a decent speed though every part of the hotel had a different network that you had to log into separately and repeatedly. Reception staff were helpful and organised a good outing for us and check in/out were well managed.

Just had an excellent 4 days in this spotlessly clean, friendly hotel. All the staff went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful, giving local information and providing a really personal service. Breakfast was high quality, delicious and unusually, different every day. Restaurant staff were welcoming, very efficient and aimed to keep all the food topped up and tables cleared. Our room was bright, with a huge bed, plenty of space in the shower and a large area around the sink. Our good sized balcony looked out over the sandy bay and was great for relaxing and people watching. There were many cafes, small supermarkets and restaurants close by with a pleasant walk to the main lagoon area with more attractions. The bus station was a 10 minute walk with links to all areas of the island. Our room was very quiet especially when the balcony doors were closed. Air conditioning was available but we did not need it. There was a free safe. We felt our whole stay was extremely good value for money. Thank you to everyone involved in making our stay special. Only downside was the pool was cold!

A fantastic stay at Hotel Lancelot. No complaints at all. The staff went above and beyond to look after us. Our flight was delayed, which meant we had missed dinner however, shortly after check-in we a dinner hamper was delivered to our room. The hotel catered for my dietary needs as a pescatarian coeliac. Each night the chef met me and talked me through the dishes. I had plenty of choice including at breakfast. The hotel was very clean too. All staff were friendly and helpful. The young man who checked us in did an excellent job of looking after us and is an asset to the hotel. Quiet location, literally a few staps from the beach. Roof top pool and area was a nice place to relax and catch the sun, with the bar close by. We returned home feeling very relaxed and happy.

Really lovely hotel over looking the beach. We booked a sea view room with a balcony, so glad we did views are amazing. Beautiful room spotlessly clean. We had breakfast included, which was very varied and excellent, food topped up regularly. Ì initially booked through Agoda, but I cancelled that booking as I was unsure of what type of room I would get, I then booked directly with the hotel website, and I would highly recommend doing this. The reception staff are so friendly & very helpful. All my queries were dealt with very quickly. The pool area is very nice. Stayed 6 nights, and we are checking out tomorrow. Sad to leave this hotel. I would definitely come back.

Breakfasts were great and staff in general were very helpful and we appreciated their patience and understanding when speaking some broken spanish. Rooftop pool and bar were great with Pepe at the helm on the rooftop the experience was fantastic. Pepe was lovely always welcoming everyone and serving with bright bubbly attitude at all times! I loved everything about the hotel it was spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and attentive to needs, good location, pool area spotless and has a great little poolside bar/cafe area. The seating is comfy and they have big sofas dotted around the bar area down near reception and at the back of the pool side bar/cafe area.

We enjoyed everything. Staff in particular were very genuine, helpful and friendly. From reception to house keeping and dining bar staff were all excellent. We really liked the food in the restaurant. Always something each evening to keep it interesting. Don't always have high expectations of half board buffet, but this was among the best we've had and certainly very good for a 4 star hotel. Would recommend you go early as some items can run out near the end of service both for breakfast and dinner. Pool area is very nice, but gets very busy with family's. We found it hard to get sunbeds but this was more than made up for with the cabana beds away from the pool. Always some available and much more relaxing. We had a car but never asked about parking. There was always parking on the street so was never an issue.

To start, there were about 15 of us away in our group together, i did not hear a complaint from anyone in the group. The hotel was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful with anything that was needed. They have a paddling pool where kids from age 1 to 4 could play, and a large pool beside too. I only ate breakfast in the place, there was a great selection to choose from. Im not sure the location would be for everyone, as its at the top of a fairly steep hill, but it suited me, because there was choice of locations to walk to. Taxis to the strip/beach were less than 5 mins and less than €5.

Excellent location, only a few minutes walk to the older part of the town and approx 10 min walk to the main strip. A little bit of a hill up to the hotel but nothing too steep. Staff were very friendly, polite, professional and helpful at all times. Breakfast was lovely as was the food at the pool bar (we didn't have dinner). Our apartment was very clean and spacious with everything we needed for our trip. The pool was lovely. Very safe for families. We have booked again for next year.

Maybe it was the time of the year but the neighbours were quiet which was bliss! Its location is good, a five minute walk to the front... and on the way you pass three shops and a Dino... similar to a Spar... all open to at least 10 at night. You also pass two bars/cafes, one UK themed, Sky Sports etc... local beer 2 euros a pint, that does excellent breakfasts and UK meals... e.g. liver and mash! The other is a local bar... music, pool table, tapas, very friendly locals... and open to at least 4 in the morning...and one Mexican restaurant which does superb enchiladas! Only downside... the pool was freezing!

The apartments were bright and airy. Air conditioning kept it nice and cool. All the staff were really lovely and the cleaning staff were exceptional. The food at the pool bar was really tasty and also lovely too just sit with a cold drink and take a break from the sun. There are plenty of sunbeds and lots of room around the pool. We will definitely be back next year.

My partner and I are late 20s and wanted a week in the sun to simply relax and do very little! From getting off the plane we were through customs and at the hotel within an hour. The double room was very spacious and clean, the only negative being that it was two singles pushed together still using single bedding. The room was bright and had good air con which was needed! The pools were all clean and warm, and it was easy to get a good spot in the morning. We sat by the pool pretty much all day, using the very good pool bars to keep hydrated with beer and cola. The food was much better than I'd expected. A good variety each night and lunch time, and always something different to choose. The piano bar got fairly busy each night but it was still easy to get drinks, the majority of branded spirits were included in the all inclusive which was great! The marina is only a few minutes walk away with good restaurants and shops if you fancy a change as well. All in all it was an excellent holiday at a great hotel. Nice and quiet and great for relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff also

Our 2nd of 3 visits this year. Love everything about hotel for a relaxing holiday. Room was spacious and clean. Think for a 4* hotel every room should have tea/coffee facilities but they don’t. 3 large pools plus separate child’s pool. Lots of loungers well spread out around all pool areas. Areas always clean and tidy. Always found something to eat at buffets , plenty of variety though sometimes food could be warmer. Staff were wonderful, hardworking and always a cheery greeting.

It can be seen that the hotel saves where possible: - most food tasteless - coming later for dinner means some dishes are not available - they serve half-raw fish from the grill, when I advertise it to the shift manager, it goes away - the sports pool is full of paper left over from the fireworks on January 5 - the sand by the pool is full of small dirt - new year's eve for double the price disappointment with dinner - it corresponded to 3 stars, I had a great new year's eve in Tenerife in a 4 star hotel and it can't be compared at all, just a disappointment in Lanzarote - food left over from New Year's Eve was served on the following days - the dinner service won't notice you (especially older gentlemen), you have to walk up to them - the supervisor at dinner is so good at shaking hands, he doesn't see anything of what he's supposed to see - young service okay - reception okay - Christmas decoration in order - neither pool had the declared temperature!!! - in a whole week, no one fixed the malfunctioning shower - dirty sunbeds - although the hotel boasts a SPA, it deserves a maximum of 3 stars for ordinary services and a change of management, which is indifferent There are hotels that do more than they have to and there are hotels that do less. This hotel did less, there were a lot of minor disappointments.

I stated AI with my sister for a relaxing weekend. The rooms were spotless, with daily cleaning service. Breakfast was the standout meal with lots of choice and nice juices. We received a complimentary two-hour spa entry, which was a great perk. If you're not all-inclusive, it’s well worth the €11 entry fee, as the spa offers a sauna, steam room, bubble jets etc. both inside and out pool. We also treated ourselves to a massage, which was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel has three pools not including the Spa- one is salt water. There was plenty of seating areas to relax. There are three bars, each offering a good selection of drinks, with the piano bar having the widest variety. It would be good to have had a menu so guests were aware what is included in the ‘all inclusive’. The hotel is less than 10 minutes by car to Puerto del Carmen, we found a costal walk which takes about 45 mins with beautiful views or the hotel has a shuttle service, which runs frequently throughout the day. A taxi from the hotel to Puerto del Carmen costs around €8 and the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, with a taxi ride costing approximately €25. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay, especially the reception team. Our flight was in the evening and we were allowed to use the AI until 6pm, which was so helpful. I’d definitely return.

Great hotel, short 15 minute trip by taxi from Airport. Very simple check in, rooms were of good size and spotlessly clean. 3 of us in one room and did not feel at all cramped. Hotel grounds lovely and well kept, plenty of sun beds didn't have to get up with the selfish toŵel brigade to bag the front row beds! 5 swimming pools, one of which was a 50 meter pool with lanes for the the keen swimmers. Very quiet resort with a lovely marina just a short stroll away although a steep hill back up to the hotel. Quite a few small restaurants, bars and shops. Courtesy bus to Porta del Carmen if you want a bit more life at night. Hotel entertainKent each evening was good. Food excellent with petty of variety, if you only eat basic stuff with chips then that is also available, those that moan about the lack of variety clearly aren't willing to try something different. Great gym and health spa, plenty of daily activities should you want them, the animation team were very welcoming and worked very hard to entertain. English TV channels in the bedrooms should you just want to stay in your room. Overall had a great holiday.

My 5 year old loved Anna at the kids club and mini disco. She really put her all into the kids everyday and also made an effort to come around to all the families at the tables for a chat after the disco which was really nice. Easy to get a sunbed at the pool everyday.

Size of the room, size of the bed (2m x 2m), heated pool, very clean pool and also the area around the pool. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Hotel was perfect in every way for us. We stayed in early May and it was quiet, a very popular area for retirement holidays it appeared. The pool was great, food was delicious. All inclusive had a different dinner theme every night which was great, no repetition and boring foods! The rooms were spotless and house keeping called every day to make the beds, change the towels and clean up. The addition of a games room with pool table, table tennis, basketball court and tennis court outside. Kids disco and live entertainment every night. Location was great, right between two bus spots that are directly from the airport (€1.40 for the 161 bus from Airport to San Antonio hotel just 5 minute walk away!) I’d highly recommend the hotel to everyone!

Pool was perfect size and never any issues getting beds, plenty to do for children with kids activities, pool tables, ping pong, cleanliness of the rooms was very high and the staff were brilliant and nothing was ever too much trouble, a short 10 minute walk to the main Puerto del Carmen strip meant additional costs for taxis wasn't required

Facilities were excellent.Great choice of quality food at breakfast.Food was great from poolside bar as was dinner at night in main dining area. Good entertainment at night and good bar area. Staff were exceptional- each and everyone lovely and very helpful. Plenty to do at this hotel with large pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym.Games room and library.

Ideal location Not far from the main strip . There were plenty of sunbeds . It was lovely and quiet Had a double bed .Though our studio was on upper level the steps up were right at pool so no walking round outside the building Pool was spotless.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, definitely booking again next year! With a Spar a step away, a pool, fully accessible kitchen and restaurants/bars nearby you wouldn't even have to leave the vicinity if you didn't want to! (Definitely call in to Spinnicker's!) Also conveniently 5 mins away from the Strip AND A bus stop for neighbouring towns. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious but cosy and the deck furniture outside each room was a nice touch. Also found the luggage room, bathroom and washing machine room much appreciated. After diving into loads of reviews before deciding on Apartmentos las Lilas, I can say it's the ideal place

I’ve stayed here twice now and loved it both times. once with a friend and another time with my partner. Love the location, short transfer time from the airport, close enough to everything so you don’t need a taxi in the evenings but far enough away that you don’t hear any noise overnight. Never had a problem getting a sun bed by the pool and everyone seems really friendly. The apartments are basic but have all of the essentials plus there is a supermarket just across the road. Looking forward to my next stay!

Clean, well equipped with everything needed (especially the Moka, for Italians), the host was very kind and available for every need. The location was also good, 3 mins by foot to reach the beach and all the restaurants/pubs in the center. The pretty pool is perfect to chill and enjoy the place. We loved it.

The apartment grounds and pool were kept clean, although I didn’t use the pool there were plenty of Sun loungers. As per previous reviews and typical of European holiday makers there is a culture of towel reserving beds in the morning, I was too busy during the days exploring but found it entertaining to watch from my balcony with a cuppa each morning! If laying by the pool is your thing I would suggest joining in and popping a towel down to secure your spot. I could go on and comment/question some of the negative reviews I’ve seen but ultimately this is fantastic value for money, a great sized apartment in a great location.

I loved our stay. We stayed 10 days. Everything you need is there if you don't want to leave. The pool area is clean, has plenty of space, and has a lovely pool to swim in. The pool bar has excellent staff who were friendly to chat to. Bar food was fab! Reception staff are very helpful. This trip was easy! La Peñita is very central with many side gates that bring you to different areas on the main strip, so after a day, you'll know which way you're heading. Cleaning staff are lovely and come round every second day. All-around fantastic trip!

The apartment complex was lovely with good amenities. The pool is a great size and was a good temperature. For children there is a smaller pool, a playground on site, there is also a tennis court. There was a pool bar/restaurant open daily. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly although reception was not 24 hours (09:00 - 22:00). There is security on site over night. The rooms were a very good size with a well equipped kitchen and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The additional bedding available was reasonably comfy - sofa or pull out bed under the sofa. The location of the apartments was very good, just set back from the main road (which you cannot hear) and in easy reach of the beach and all the bars and restaurants. I had a really lovely holiday and liked the complex and all it had to offer. There were a couple of things I would say need looking at, but I wouldn't let that stop me from returning.

Great hotel. Fantastic location. Clean, comfortable, roomy. Everything you need for your stay. Pool area was large. Loads of sun beds. Bar and snack bar well stocked with a good choice for lunch. We didn't eat there for breakfast or evening meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was good reception for wifi around the pool and reception with the addition of wifi in the room at a price. Towels for sun beds were supplied if needed with a deposit. The room was large and comfortable with a lounge/kitchen and separate bedroom. Twin beds (would have preferred a double) were comfortable. Bathroom was well equipped. Bath and shower. Hairdryer. The tv had BBC and ITV. All in all a great place by the beach for a few days away. Location wise, it had it all. Puerto Del Carmen was a nice place with plenty to do. Great for a good walk. Airport to Harbour and back is 12 miles. We did it with a couple of drink stops on the way! Great trip and we'll definitely go back!

This is well situated with both on street and dedicated parking. It's very close to a lovely coastal walk and you can walk into the centre of town in about 15 mins. So there is loads of choice of what to eat and drink without worrying about driving. The rooms and the poolside are all good and very clean with a little poolside bar. The pool gets lots of sun. The hotel is well situated to explore the rest of the island with just a short drive to one of the main roads up and down the coast.

Kikere studios was a fantastic place to stay . Location: excellent. Cross the street walk down some steps, minutes along the street and ur in the old town . At the bottom of the steps is also the start of the costal walk to puerto calero . Which is a beautiful walk. Took us about 40 mins each way. One day we got the water taxi back. . Studios- kikere has been refurbished and only opened a few months ago. The studios are very spacious, beds are super comfortable. Cleaning daily is exceptional. Balcony was huge . We were in room 111 which got the sun all day and until the sun went down. Pool area- lots of sun loungers and always chairs free at any time of the day . All loungers are in a Great location for the sun all day with umbrellas too. Pool looked lovely even I didn’t go in . Staff : were very friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

Beautiful apartment complex, nice little swimming pool, very clean and quiet, at least during my stay. The studio was spacious, with a big shower room, comfy beds, aircon, and a small kitchen, not suitable if you plan on cooking, but enough for breakfast. Lovely big terrace next to the swimming pool.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful from the time I arrived to the time I left. The room was clean and well positioned with the balcony overlooking the road and the pool- which doesn't sound great but actually proved fine because it got the sun for most of the. The pool was clean and well maintained with a good number of sunbeds and parasols available. The cafe/bar was open until 6pm and the person managing it was really accommodating. The complex offers real value for money and ticks almost every box you would want to be ticked for a relaxed vacation. It's also a good base for some lovely, relaxed walks along the coast- turn right, not left when you get to the old town :-) Final point for consideration- there's a Spar nearby which is well stocked and cheap. Perfect for stocking up for the occasional evening of self-catering.

Loved the layout of this property. Each Studio had great use of space which had everything needed for a short break away. Modern bathroom and sleeping area with all facilities there. Rooms cleaned everyday which was fantastic. Our Studio was right by the pool which was a very relaxing area and the pool cafe had great offerings. While the Studios was a 10 minute fast walk to the Harbour, we found quicker ways to get there but a lot of uphill steps on way back. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great taxi service also.

Apartments are spacious, spotlessly clean and have everything you might need, even an iron and small ironing board, good hairdryer, full size fridge and freezer, 4 ring hob and a microwave. 5 mins downhill walk to the beach and about 10/12 minute walk to the old town (shortcut via the road which runs parallel to the strip). Small supermarket beside the apartments and 2 more within a 5 minute walk. Reception closes at lunchtime but detailed instructions are provided for people arriving later and access was very straightforward. Lovely vacation overall and I would not hesitate to recommend these apartments.

Myself and my sister arrived after Reception had closed and we received clear and concise instructions the day before on how to find our keys. The apartment was a 2 bed apartment and was very big. We were on the ground level and had a big terrace also. Pool was nice and the pool bar was excellent. The pool bar manager was excellent at his job. Couldn't do enough for us. Every evening we went up for drinks before going out. Lovely friendly atmosphere here. We will definitely be back.

This was our first stay at Isla de Lobos…. And would highly recommend. Late arrival but good communication about how to access the room. Our room was very spacious and clean. I loved the fact that there were two coffee mugs .. not just the little cups. The staff were very helpful, Nacor who runs the pool bar was amazing, the pool area was spotless… the maintenance man worked hard everyday keeping it spotless. Location is good…. Near to the main strip and local supermarkets. We had a late check out and couldn’t keep the room, but shower facilities are available in reception until the pool bar closes at around 8pm. We will definitely return in the future.

Great rooms cleaned well good location just a steep hill on way never got to sample the pool or pool bar because it was shut for refurbe but can imagine it being a right sun trap its security is good plenty of cameras only downside was we went at wrong time while they was doing the pool but other than that deffo wud go again

This apartment was value for a family of 5, The pool is deep (about 8 feet) with no shallow end for those that like to keep a toe on the ground, the pool is unheated but we managed to go for a swim almost everyday in January

The pool and appartment were very clean. The pool was very deep which suited us. Towels and tea towels changed often and beds made often too. Also no problem getting extra towels. Toilet rolls provided.

We booked the Vista Mar apartment for 6 day break, with 3 children, over half term. We usually do all inclusive but I wanted to show the family a different side of travelling abroad. The apartment is in a great location, with a short 15 minute transfer from the airport. The apartments are clean, secure, spacious and there is a heated pool on site. The main strip and beach is around 5-8minutes walk and really is super accessible. The local beach is fantastic, complete with clean toilets, wash facilities etc. sun-beds are 7.50 for a single (all day) or 10.50 a pair. Food in the area is very reasonable and super affordable. Vista mar proved the be a fantastic choice and we would gladly stay again.

The apparments were clean lots of room. The facilities were excellent pool cleaned every day. The staff were exceptional. Perfect location for old town and the strip . And on the day we left as our flight was PM we could use the toilets which had a shower and hairdryer x just perfect. Definitely go again if we could ... but it's fully booked for Christmas 2025 .

Apartment was clean and well equipped. Location was excellent. Well stocked Spar nearby. Complex was relaxed and quiet. Pool are was clean with plenty of sun loungers. Pool is not heated and was quite chilly in February. For this reason it might not be the best location for a family with kids who like to spend a lot of time splashing in the pool.

Always love this place, the pool was clean and warm, great kid's pool. Facilities in room good, beds very comfy, cleaning and fresh towels every day if you want them. Kitchen area a bit cramped, the usual few plugs and very little work top space. But never mind it's a great place and location. Shower was great, bathroom good. Will definitely go there again. Asked for an iron and got it.

Stayed April 2024. Room 8 - terrace, near pool. Pleasant apartment. Plenty of sunbeds. Quiet. Comfy beds. Kitchen has oven as well as hot plates. Pool very clean, albeit a tad cold. Location excellent- SPAR supermarket next door, 5 minutes to main strip.

Spotlessly clean and great size rooms. Wonderful staff. It's a nice quiet pool area with lots of sunbeds available. Pool towels can be rented out by a refundable €10. The apartments have a fan and all the necessary appliances. I felt very safe as a solo female staying here.

First time staying here and would stay again. The superior rooms were nice and spacious. Pool area very clean, a lot of staff around in the mornings before the pool opened to clean sun loungers pool etc. Nice food in pool bar. Near the strip and the old town about 10min walk to each. Staff on reception very helpful. For people with kids it’s 5mins taxi from the Rancho Texas park and 10mins walk to shopping centre with the Jurassic Park mini golf.

We loved our apartment terrace room 128,as we could walk straight to the pool easily. Rooms next door to us were also location to pool. Superior apartments number 108 to 112 were also desirable . We have booked these apartments again for Friday 25th July to Friday 8th of August 2025. We wish to be accommodated in any room from 108 to112,as our first choice at a reasonable price, as we book regularly with Booking.com. Otherwise our room 128 would suit us. Brilliant laundry room, tidy little gym,pool table, snack bar and restaurant, lovely pools for small children and also for older children and adults. Plenty of sunbeds,supermarket on site was handy.A large supermarket and Lidl were only 10mins walk away. Apartments were only 10mins walk away from promenade downhill. Cleaned regularly. It has a lovely family type of complex about it,from children of all ages to Parents and Grandparents.

The rooms are nice and clean, very spacious in the apartments. There is only 80 so the pool never feels over crowded. The staff at the bar around the pool although ran by the Gallion 1&2 Bars on the main strip these guys are amazing and so friendly ! It is very cheap and the food is great here at the bar! The apartments are very quiet at night time and the floors are concrete so you cannot hear anyone above you if you’re on a ground floor apartment. Spoken to lots of other friendly guests the majority British & Irish, they come every year and hopefully will be going back again myself in January !

We had 2 beautiful apartments joined together for our family with a huge balcony. Apartments were spotless and very well kitted out. Great view of the mountains. Near Lidl and the strip. Beds were very comfy. Lovely staff in the poolside bar and the pool was nice. Bus from the airport was only €7 for 5 of us with about a 10 minute walk to the hotel.

Everything, large food selection and good customer service . Pool areas were lovely and a beach right beside pools and easy access. We got a great deal on our stay as all inclusive and found breakfast lunch dinner and drinks allowed on a/l were great. You could also get snacks at the pool bar at select times when the main restaurant was changed over from breakfast to lunch. They serve coffee and cakes at pool bar also which is nice.

The Food for Breakfast and Dinner was excellent. Super variety, well presented and plentiful. Some items could have been hotter but overall it was excellent. Some days we did swap Dinner for Lunch which was much appreciated and again Lunch selection was very good and plentiful. Staff were very friendly and welcoming across the Hotel in all departments. The Rooms were spotless and extremely comfortable. Serviced everyday to a high standard. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of Sunbeds around the pools and the pool areas were kept to a very high standard. Pool Bar was also good. Evening Entertainment was varied and mostly very good. Most nights the entertainment area was near full which is a good sign.

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a sea front suite for our anniversary ❤️ it was fabulous. The location of the hotel on the sea was amazing. We were all inclusive, and there was a good choice of food. At meal times we were given a full bottle of wine, not just a glass. We could get tea and coffee at breakfast, but not for lunch and dinner in the restaurant as the machines were turned off. I would have liked tea or coffee with my meal as I didn’t always want wine. Tea and coffees were available at the poolside bar during the day, along with snacks. We just had to give our room numbers in, or show our card, as we didn’t have to wear wrist bands. Check out was 12pm but our flight was not until 7pm. The reception staff stamped our room cards which gave us use of all the all inclusive facilities until our departure to the airport which was just 15€ in a taxi . We only saw two children in the whole of the stay, which suggests the hotel catered more for the older generation which was evident with the entertainment. That saying there was a small pool and an outdoor playground.

I liked the heated pools, the large restaurant, the pool bar and the room was very spacious and comfortable. We were staying with a baby and the hotel was very accommodating and made our stay easier than we were expecting as this was our first holiday with him. We went all inclusive and the food was great, after a couple of days a table with a high chair was always waiting for us which was really nice. Maria in the restaurant was so nice and really looked after us - she was also amazing with our son, he would get really excited whenever she was nearby. Reception staff were brilliant too, any issues we had were instantly handled and they gave us a late checkout and also stored our luggage on our last day. Already planning our next visit as it was just an amazing week!

Great location, staff are so friendly, loads of beds around the pool. Apartment itself it spotless. 3 pools, a kids pool, another pool beside it & then a bigger much deeper pool down the steps.

The location of the apartments was so good. The two pools were lovely. We had a pool view apartments which we loved as we only had to walk out the door and the pool was there. The staff of the pool bar were so friendly

These are great apartments, great location and extremely clean. Everything you need is in the kitchen, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer and loads of cutlery, glasses etc. They are cleaned regularly and plenty of fresh towels. Airconditioning also. Beds are extremely comfortable, lovely mattresses. Lovely area to sit out, we were overlooking a little courtyard up from the pool and it was very peaceful as the pool closes around six. The pool hasnt a huge amount of sun loungers and they are all reserved very early but we prefer the beach anyway. There are digital weighing scales in reception to check luggage before leaving. There is a supermarket and a gym/bike hire directly across from the hotel, a hairdressers just a little down from it, and the beach is at the bottom of the road, leading on to the strip and all the restaurants. It is a hill up to the apartments from the strip, worth bearing in mind if you have mobility issues. We ate twice in the restaurant, Nico's and the food and service was excellent. These apartments are classed as a two star but in my opinion should be much, much more, would highly recommend.

Loved everything about these apartments, location was perfect everything nearby,supermarket across the road. There's also a pool bar/snacks lovely food which is from nicos restaurant fab staff! We had a room with a big balcony overlooking pool it was amazing, views of sea & mountains, staff here work very hard keeping clean etc plenty sunbeds & pools climatised were so refreshing.It was my hubby 50th birthday & they sent a lovely card & bottle of wine to our room was such a lovely surprise! Would 100% recommend cant wait to go back loved every minute 11days was absolutely fantastic thanks

Beautiful pool area, pool is huge and also a toddler pool. Snack/ bar area very sociable and staff loved to look after their customers. Perhaps more loungers are required as "towel culture" evident.. Lovely bar area in foyer with games tables. Also case storage and shower facilities after check out which is very useful. Would stay again but would need to consider price as we used wallet credit this time.

Lovely friendly complex. Very friendly, helpful staff. Bright, comfortable accommodation. The sofa bed is one of the comfiest I've ever stayed on, even in higher star properties. The decor is bright and spacious, plenty of storage space. On checkout, cases are stored in a locked room behind reception. Amazing shower room to use before you leave. Lovely pool area and great kids pool. Small snack bar that we used a few times, food is nice. This was our second year in a row to stay. The people that stay there are nice, no rowdies. I think they have a lot of repeat guests. Also they have Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube on the TV, you just use your own account. Perfect for wind down for the kids when they need a break from the sun and also great to watch something at night time after they are asleep if you want. But balconies are lovely and peaceful to sit on at night.

Do not be put off by the Star rating of this complex. Plaza Azul ticks all the boxes for a nice, quiet, family holiday hence this being our 4th visit in a row. Rooms are basic but clean, pool area intimate with perfect sized pool but the icing on the cake is the couple who run the bars on site. They literally made our holiday! Great snack menu coupled with fantastic price of drinks, good music and football being shown on the large TV in the main bar. We can not wait to go back this year and see them!

I love the complex itself the views are spectacular of the mountains with beautiful pool views guaranteed because of the small complex. Staff are always so helpful & friendly especially reception, they go out of their way to help. Great facilities with washing machines, shower room & luggage hold. Pool tables etc. Snack bar has a lovely vibe for a relaxing lunch time bite to eat

Pool was clean and very well kept around the pool, gardener quietly working away. I enjoyed the library and artwork. The changing facilities downstairs were good and spacious. We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment on arrival which was lovely with a view over the pool. Receptionist was so pleasant. The pitch and putt was available but we didn't do it. Location was excellent, near to beach and restaurants- 5 mins walk. Lovely walkway into Puerto del Carmen or go the opposite way to see the planes landing at the airport. Would be very happy to stay here again.

This is a lovely complex, which I would without doubt be happy to return to if the pool was slightly warmer. The pool was the only disappointment but we booked specifixally to have a pool we could use in April, and this was not the case.

It was just amazing from start to finish, I can’t fault anything ❤️ The cleaner was fantastic, she left everything spotless, I couldn’t believe she came every morning. The apartment was had everything in it , beds were comfy. The pool was beautiful, so clean. Around the pool was also very clean. It had everything for people with disabilities, I’ve never seen it in any other place that I’ve stayed. Also when you came out the front door of the apartments, the beach was right down from it and all the little shops too. The airport was 7 minutes away. It was well worth the money , would I stay here again , most definitely I would 😍. I really enjoyed my stay here , I’d highly recommend it 💗💗

These apartments/bungalows are spotless I could fault them. Catering in every way for disabled people. Each apartment is support with 2 sun beds a sun parasol and table and chairs. The swimming pool is spotlessly clean and the pool is heated to around 24 degrees they have a little thermometer in at all times. You are a minute from the beach and shopping centre. Having stayed in a large hotel nearby many times that happened to be getting renovated during our time we decided to try the nautilus cause we like the area. I can now say without a doubt this is our top choice now and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Bar & Kitchen Staff so lovely definitely the reason people keep going back. Apt 30 had a lovely private balcony with pool & Sea Views. Breakfast every morning €3.95 mini fry up aka Ocean Club Breakfast to die for!! Bedroom is at the back of apt so even though its over the bar its very quiet and very cool all the time too... Sun in the winter months is on the balcony from 10am - 5pm daily which is perfect. TV Channels for soaps lol - BBC1, BBC2, ITV & Channel 4, Channel 5! Pool is lovely and warm, nice atmosphere around the pool.

Excellent location, very close to bars, shops and restaurants. Everything within walking distance. 5 minute walk down to the main strip. Staff very friendly and helpful. Reception staff excellent, going above and beyond. Plenty of sun loungers located around the pool. Nice clean pool area. Nice size apartments in a nice quiet area. Felt safe walking back at night. Overall lovely quiet centrally located apartments. Looked for a late check out as we had a late flight. Storage facilities for bags and lovely clean shower facilities with towels available. Would definetly stay there again.

reception ope from 8am - 4pm, i am unsure of key collection out of this time but for us it was simple and the keys were handed over after provided booking details. The rooms were decent and clean. Cleaners were prompt every 2 days providing a cleaning room service, bedding and towel change. Reception were always helpful. The pool was always clean and the heated temperature was always a nice touch. I cannot comment on the pool bar/restaurant as there was a refurbishment during my stay and the bar was out of service.

This place is a hidden gem, we really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very welcoming. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Pools are heated which is good when it's overcast. Food from pool bar is delicious. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a fabulous stay here for 4 nights, the staff were welcoming & helpful. The room was clean & comfortable, the gym well equipped, the pool area lovely & clean… great cocktails in the pool bar! We enjoyed a cooked breakfast each morning… lots of hot/cold choices & omelettes made to order. Neither my friend or I have any physical mobility difficulties but we were very impressed with how accessible everything within the resort is for those who do, especially the gym & pool. It is very good value for everything that it offers. It is a a 10 minute walk down to the old town where there are lots of lovely restaurants. We enjoyed walking to Puerto Calero from the old town.

The hotel is in a very quiet place, yet you can walk to the city and the ocean within 15-20 minutes. We had a sense of privacy throughout the resort. The room was nice, very clean, spacious, furnished in a simple style without frills. The breakfast was fantastic, with a large selection of food considering all the intolerances that people have these days. We were in the hotel for 5 days and every day we could have something different. The pool bar is open throughout the day where you can have a snack, lunch or alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks. The pool bar is connected to a restaurant where you can have a great 4-course dinner at a very good price. The staff is very very nice and helpful. We had a pleasant welcome at the reception. The hotel is not new, but it can be seen that it is regularly maintained. More than once, we saw that maintenance painted or repaired something. In the hotel area is a pool, minigolf, wellness/healt center, gym. For me and my wife, a great hotel, at a reasonable price, away from the noise of the center. I recommend.

I went for a wellness program. I heard about it from a friend in Iceland.. It has a really amazing physiotherapy and massage department..the gym facilities and heated indoor pool is excellent. Stretching yoga and aqua classes ..some daily some 3x weekly Some classes were 10 euro...really exceptional value for money. The pool was large and people were very respectful of people's personal space..no noise or boisterous behaviour. The amount of activities..cultural evenings..Salsa music quiz..just to name a few.. cookery lessons. The breakfast were ..folks go there..the choice was amazing and I availed of the restraunt for evening food also. I had only one complaint (and that is a supply issue..umbrellas..they were waiting for them to arrive.) Staff were kind and considerate..overall I enjoyed my stay and I have booked again for December ..This is one of these hidden gems that you want to shout about..yet you want to keep to yourself..love loved EVERYTHING. about this place

Very relaxing resort. Heated pool was fab. Chalets are beautiful and clean. Fantastic breakfast & buffet dinner. Pool bar also had a great menu. The yoga class was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very good breakfast with a good choice of breakfast foods. Fitness classes daily in the pool and gym with Michael who was excellent at his job. Suitable for all ages from younger 'fitness' conscious adults to older people with mobility issues. Ideal place for a quieter break for those that don't want to be partying 24/7!!

We stayed at Las Gaviotas for 9 nights in July 2016, we had two apartments located in Block 2 (11,12), these rooms are classified as Superior by the hotel and benefit from Free Wifi and a prime location around the pool. Both our plots were renovated recently and were in a good state of repair. The apartments are spacious and well equipped, with bedding changed twice per week and towels changes 4/5 times during our stay. The maid cleans the room five times per week. We opted for half board, as opposed to self catering, this gives you Breakfast and Dinner, however you can switch from Dinner to Lunch should you desire. The breakfast selection is good, with both hot and continental options available, the lunch/dinner menu changes each day, the selection is limited but we managed to find something most days. The restaurant manager (Ismael) is very helpful and accommodating, they prepared a special meal for my dad each day due to specific dietary requirements, big thanks! The Hotel is located close to the beach and the shopping center within Matagorda, there are a number of local bars and restaurants in the area, we'd recommend the Sportsman if you're looking a busy bar with a good atmosphere. Minor niggles, the pool bar in the complex wasn't open during our stay and the pool could do with a bit of TLC, just a note on the pool, the sign says it's "heated" however I can assure you it isn't. Overall, very happy with the hotel, will definitely be returning soon.

We stayed in 802 and overall had a lovely stay. Check in was easy and we were taken by bus up to block 8 which was really helpful. Pros:The apartment was spacious inside with a lovely sized terrace outside. We didn’t use the pool but our terrace faced the pool and everyday of our stay, the pool seemed quiet and not very busy. Location was great, few minutes walk to the beach and to a decent spar & HiperDino near by for essentials. Sun-loungers provided in apartment for use on the terrace were lovely to have. We’d happily stay again :).

We had a lovely stay here. It's a quick journey from the Airport, 5-10 minutes by taxi or bus. The apartments are lovely and clean, a nice clean pool, a very quiet area. The breakfast buffet is of a good quality. There is the noise of the planes as the airport is close, but that's a blessing and a curse if you're after a short stay, being close to the airport reduces those travel times considerably. The windows and doors on the apartment are of a good quality so you won't hear the planes on the inside of the apartment, in fact we slept incredibly well. On the outside, you get used to the planes and it becomes a background noise you get used to, it was at no point offensive .. and I am someone prone to noise irritation. On the downside, the local area is very .. British. Lots of restaurants aimed at tourists, lots and lots of British everything .. which perhaps isn't the worst thing in the world when I'm British myself, but if you're looking for more of a Spanish experience, to indulge in Spanish culture and cuisine, then this perhaps is not the best place for you, and be prepared for smoking, smoking and more smoking. But the bus stop is nearby, and if you're brave enough to hop on and travel to pastures further afield, this really would be a great base for you. Public transport and taxis are cheap. If you're happy to stay by the pool, or on the patio of your apartment, and enjoy the sun, then I'd recommend highly.

We stayed at the Las Gaviotas the last 10 days in April, 9 Adults and 3 Children. Couldn't find fault. We stayed in Gaviotas 8. The heated pool and pool bar were excellent. Even though fully booked no probs with sun beds and never overcrowded. Particular thanks to the young Spanish guy at the Bar, very friendly and mannerly and Deborah in Reception. Recommend it to anyone. Best in Matagorda and we've stayed in most. Jim Fleming, Westmeath, Ireland

Suited our needs for the one nights stay, but the apartment was VERY hot. With two small children, one night was enough - they didnt sleep and noise travelled. Pool and outside were very clean, inside was clean enough. Pool was deep and not really suited to small children, so beware - it was however completely fenced so safe.

Unbelievable location you aren't beating it plus there is a big shop with a side gate on the hotel for hotel guests only to use for the shop , pool is great has a kids pool the rooms have everything from microwave to cooker to freezer everything you expect from an apartment, also the sun stays at the pool all day. We have already booked to stay again later in the year.

Staff were very helpful to understanding of any needs and extremely polite. Apartment was very clean as was the complete complex set in a perfect location. The swimming pools area was kept clean and tidy along with the adults and children pools, as was the pool bar. 100% FULLY RECOMMEND LABRANDA PLAYA CLUB, A BRILLIANT PLACE, ALREADY BOOKED NEXT YEARS HOLIDAY !

The apartments were very spacious, towels and bed linen changed every 2nd day. Lifeguard on duty every day. Staff were all very friendly and the grounds around the apartments and pool area were cleaned thoroughly every morning. Spotless! The staff at the poolside bar were very friendly and the food/drinks were reasonably priced (burgers,baguettes,toasties,hotdogs, chicken nuggets etc) The access to the hiperdino at the poolside was a bonus! There is a small playground on site and a coin operated laundry service. I will definitely return in the future...the complex is also on the the bottom of the hill,which makes it easily accessible to the bars and restraunts if travelling with kids or for guests who have mobility issues.

All of the staff were so kid friendly. The duvets and beds were comfy. Rooms were big. Lots of space. We could see the pool from our balcony. The air con worked. The kitchen was perfect and spotless. The pools were cleaned everyday and hoovered. And the whole place was manicured. Oh and the access to supermarket through the pool.

Great location, pool area nice atmosphere and pool bar plays good variety of popular music not too loud and not too quiet. Snacks nice and reasonably priced from pool bar.

We have stayed in some exceptional 5* hotels in Dubai and you have got to review the complex relative the the price you pay, so this in not in that class however it was an exceptional place to stay for a short break in the lower price band. The reception was just off the road and the taxi from the airport dropped us right outside... Check-in was quick and easy. The complex and rooms are very clean and staff were superb and very friendly.. Cleaning of rooms is every other day. Pool was heated and we used it every day.. There is a hob, microwave and fridge in the room.. The fridge is a full size undercounter and is great for keeping drinks cold. The pool bar does hot and cold food made to order and all the normal drinks, we visited this daily for lunch. View rooms and a lovely sea or pool view and we would recommend spending the extra if like us you like to sit out on the balcony. Never had a issues getting sunbeds and the view from the sundeck is amazing. The true gauge of our stary is 'would we stay here again' defiantly as we loved it!!

Great location, nice pool and pool area , staff were very helpful and friendly. The Hill is a killer though and might be difficult for anyone with limited mobility. Our apartment was not so great as there was no view at all, only the back of a Chinese restaurant but other apartments in the complex I would imagine have nice views of the sea or pool

We stayed here for 5 nights and overall, were extremely happy with our stay. The staff were extremely friendly, including the cleaners, lifeguards and receptionists. The apartment was cleaned thoroughly every day, and we were extremely happy with the amenities. This apartment was right on the beach and was ideal in its proximity to bars and restaurants. The pool is also great, and the apartment had pool, sea, and mountain views! Upon arrival, we paid for access to the safe inside the apartment. However, the safe had been tampered with and so was unable to be used. We immediately notified reception, and despite it being 10pm, the man on reception came up to our apartment and looked at the safe for us. We were given a refund, and the next day they had somebody come in to see if it could be fixed (it couldn't, but we were happy that the security on-site was sufficient for our stuff to be safe). The only slightly disappointing thing was that we paid for a double room and a pull-out sofa bed. When we came in from our first night, it became apparent that the sofa was not a pull-out bed, but rather just a sofa. However, the sofa was comfortable and we didn't mind too much. In all, we had an extrememly pleasant stay and could not fault the staff or the complex in any way. I would recommend anybody to stay here and would definitely return again!

Lovely apts-great pool area,and excellent staff always friendly and helpful. Maybe a little more drinks choice at the pool bar,but overall,a fantastic place to stay,will definitely be coming back

I liked everything about this hotel, such as proximity to the beech, that there were 4 pools of different depths to suit all levels of swimming ability. My room was so convenient to the pool, which really added to our experience . The beds were so comfortable also ! I really liked the hotel activities and entertainment and was delighted to see the mixture of adult and children's activities. The food was exceptional, which was a pleasant surprise as all inclusive , it can sometimes mean boring .The staff were always so helpful and kind.

Excellent Staff, food/drinks, atmosphere (which was definitely down to the staff) around the pool area, including the music. The deepest of the 3 pools was beautiful to swim in. Room was spacious and clean, english channels on TV. Lovely bath.

I liked that the hotel is clean, well-maintained, and spacious. I also enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. The room was sufficient – not too big, not too small, and the bathroom was nice and spacious. Additionally, I appreciated the large balcony and the beautiful hotel surroundings. The food was very good, so basically, all positives.

Everything well overall as we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort which is front beach 1 minute walking! Great views and facilities with two nice pools as one it's 1.5 meters and the second it's 2 meter depth plus a middle one for kids. Great activities and shows every evening and plenty of delicious food every day! If you are travelling as family with kids, I would highly recommend! Or even as a couple it's nice and relaxing for anyone looking to enjoy and get into the Beautiful Lanzarote ambient!
