As I booking for pool access room is nice and huge room but when you want jumping to swimming pool is dirty and no go in as well ，disappointed for the pool access room for me and waste money

The room is quite comfortable with the amazing poolside view and with the balcony. The resort is located on a main road, and also in approx. 10-min walking distance to Pattaya bus station and the shopping malls such as Terminal 21 and Big C. There is also a 7/11 in a 3-min walking distance from the hotel. The swimming pool facility is also quite great. I felt relaxed and enjoyed swimming in the pool. The breakfast buffet is also quite nice.

The hotel was lovely and the service was ok. I would recommend this hotel but with a few cautions. One being the location, it is a little far from the main attractions but this suited us as we do not like all the bars/nightlife in our doorstep anyway. The poolside service took a bit too long, I had to remind the desk of our order on our first day, a couple of times before we received it. If I had a complaint it would be the poolside area, it didn't have enough beds in a sunny position and the music from the bar was just awful, very heavy metal like and not to our liking at all, hence we did not spend much time by the pool. But overall a good stay for a couple of days.

Great hotel. Met lots of people from nations all over the world Rooms were nice and clean - linen and towels changed daily Staff were very friendly and helpful Great pool not too big but not too small with in-pool bar and great barman Hotel is a 15 minute walk to the main Beach in Pattaya. We will definitely stay there again.

If you don’t expect the comfort of a $250 hotel, due to the Cost of the Hotel, very good all over. Comfy bed, bathroom good, breakfast excellent, Nice and clean pool. Just pay the little bit more extra for the rooms facing the pool with balcony

Upon arriving the Koh Samet island, we found out there's were several Grandview Resorts. Unfortunately, I think we were at the worst one. We accidentally went to the wrong resort, which was beautiful. We had to take a taxi to the hotel and were disappointed to see the entrance convered in nothing but trash. Not the grandest entrance. The resort was not really managed like a resort. More like a low budget hotel. Reading the description of the hotel it states there's a pool table and game room, which didn't exist. The idea of charging drinks, food, and services to the room was very odd to them. There was no phone in the room to order room service. Also, the bed and pillows were so hard it made sleeping very difficult. Also the broken window let in too many mosquitos. Changing rooms was more of a struggle than it was worth. I should mention it seem like we were in a older room. Seemed like there were newer rooms on the property. One last thing, the resort is located in an area that is not accessible to the other parts of the island. The only option is to take pricey cab rides to and from the hotel. For the good stuff: staff was very friendly and accomodating, the free breakfast included was delicious as well as all their lunches and dinner, drinks were tasty as well, and beach alone was beautiful with warm clean water. All in all it was an enjoyable stay (only two nights), but it did have some disappointing qualities I wasn't expecting.

Loved the rooms. And the way they were spread out. Staff were all extremely good. Particularly Jee (F&B Manager), Kompak and Anny who immediately made you feel at home with smiles and help all week. No pool, but right on the beach with enough beds and loungers. The eating area from lunchtime is by the sea and is very relaxing. Service can be a little slow but I think that is just a typical Asian thing. ( come on we’re on holiday and everything doesn’t need to be at top speed) I would certainly go back to this resort.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The room was wonderful, the staff extremely helpful & friendly (best staff experience ever). We had Room B108 & I highly recommend this room, it’s the absolute best & providing access to the pool as well as a shaded area or some sun on our two patios. The hotel location was perfect; a short walk to the beach, Tiffany’s show, Terminal 21 (a fabulous shopping mall) & plenty of places to eat nearby. Although they have some facilities for children, personally I would say this best suits adults/couples. It’s quiet & provides the relaxation needed for time away from work, with a good sized pool & a reasonable gym. Our bathroom was so lovely that we want the same at home! We were very sad to say goodbye.

It’s a small 4 star property and is easy , relaxing and warm . The facilities and service are nice . The front office staff is helpful . The swimming pool is inviting and the whole hotel feels like a mini resort minus the green cover which you don’t miss much . The pool view rooms feel luxurious and airy . The hotel is in a good spot with not much noise . Closer to terminal 21 and seven eleven and many massage parlour joints around .

Rooms where very nice, we had a pool view room , The cleaners were very nice, couldn’t ask for better, as with us having a 18 month old little girl with us , and her being a little bit poorly we asked if they could change the bedding 2 days in a row as she had been sick on it lol

Excellent customer service. Made an error with my booking and the Hotel fixed it for us and have refunded the money without any issues.

Everything. Had a poolside room. Even though the place was packed and in the town it didn't feel like it. Guests have a habit of claiming their seats by the pool with their towels very early in the morning but still loads of beds for everyone. Pool is nice. Food is good. Breakfast very good. Staff are exceptional. Room maids so polite. Special commendation to the lady on the egg station who was under immense pressure each morning but still smiled thru it all and performed her job to perfection. Great value for money.

Lovey Hotel, very friendly staff, food is very good, rooms are clean and have everything you need, has a lovely large swimming pool, however it is awful for people reserving sun beds, and you don’t see them for hours- something I think the hotel needs to look at, we couldn’t find a spare bed at 10am- Not many people just Towels!! There needs to be more tables for breakfast, found we had to stand and wait for one to become free, and not enough no smoking areas either, so if the only free table was outside you were stuck with smokers, same around the pool, it would be nice to have a non smoking area ( not just by the kids pool ) Mainly German I would say, we did meet a couple of English but not many. Location is very Good, across the road from Terminal 21, great for shopping and loads of restaurants,

The ocean view and private pool was sensational. The food and bonus afternoon tea and happy hour drinks were a plus.

Staff are amazing! They come and ask if we want to clean the room or refill our mini bar every day and the hotel give every guest a Christmas gift! And air conditioning is good, we stayed here for 6days we loved the room we had a private pool and very private, close to the beach and quiet!

So, we would recommend for those who seeks to find a nice resort to stay in doors to use the resort facilities.

The hotel is gorgeous. Really nice pool with swim up bar, staff is friendly, clean rooms and great amenities. The breakfast is very good too. The only downside is that you’re in the middle of nowhere. The hotel offers a shuttle service that takes you to the busy area of Jomtien once every hour until 8pm. After that you’ll be on your own to take a cab (2-300 baht) or uber (if they show up- not reliable- for 100baht). If you look in the map you may think you can walk.. but the streets around the hotel don’t have sidewalks and believe me YOU CANNOT WALK ANUWHERE). You will depend on the shuttle or other transport. Jomtiem is a more tranquil place than Pattaya beach. The parts of the beach that you can actually enjoy are the closest to Pattaya. There are maybe 4 km of the beach that are unused due to having no sand area (including the ocean from nearest to the hotel). You need to go at least a few kms north to find the sand. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay away from the buzz. The Chinese tour buses and tourists can be very noisy in the lobby and not follow hotel rules (like not smoking in the pool area or not going to the pool after closing hours) but overall it’s a quiet place and very relaxing.

Great service and very welcoming and friendly. They arranged all my tranport service. The hotel was hidden and far from the beach (if only the path way to the beach was opened but negotiations were still ongoing with the other building at the back for that less than 100 steps beach front) other restaurants but all you need is already inside. A lovely pool which is a great view from our balcony. Clean hotel room and spacious. Although we do suggest to have some OFF lotions specially for the kids because of the greens around rhe hotel. Just a precaution but all is good. The restaurants have great food. Love the pool bar. Awesome gym with the basics. Kid friendly. My son loves the Safari camp and the pool slide. I love the Spa.

This was my first time staying with Centara hotel group. Even though it located not near the beach, but overall we had great time and very good value for money. The hotel provided the shuttle to the beach every hour. The pool was great, my kid enjoyed it very much. Kid‘s club was just like the Hobbit house. We impressed with the Front desk person. She was very informative responsive and friendly. The staffs at the restaurant was very responsive and helped me with sterilizing my baby’s bottle everyday. Besides that my car broke down in the basement and the staffs assisted me in every ways to make my car worked again. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance.

Fantastic service, room, pool, breakfast and would definitely recommend and stay again. It was a little further away - but hotel has shuttle to beach and city - so at end of day you are away from the noise and hassle of busy city area. We had motorbikes so did not matter. Thanks for looking after us - You were all great!

The private pool and room were very nice. Beds are comfortable and good to sleep on. The massage was also very good for the price. The pool and bar areas are very clean and beautiful.

Loved the ambiance of the place! You can still take a walk around the place at night, and you feel safe. Love that they planted all the plants to keep it cool. And also loved loved, loved the private pool. Spent almost everyday just lazing in it.

Hotel with stunning sea views, just a short walk to the beach, and a private pool. The rooms were clean, and overall it was a good stay.

The pool is very nice. We had a room with pool access, which was perfect. There was a large fridge and a kettle, so a quick trip to 7/11 and you have your milk, coffee etc. we asked for some cups, supplied immediately. We also asked for extra pillows, again supplied immediately, with no hassle. The room was spacious and was cleaned every day with fresh towels and bottled water suppled each day. It’s on Soi 5, so nice and quiet, but only a 10 bhat trip to the 3 main shopping centres, Big C, Terminal 21 or Central Pattaya, or all the many bars on beach road. If you prefer to spend your time on the beach, it’s a couple of minutes walk away. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Everything is excellent about this hotel. Starting from my room with access to Pool, Clean room, excellent size, Great staff, Good breakfast and best part this is just 2 mins away from Pattaya Beach. You can walk to SOI 6, Walking Street and even go for shopping at Pattaya Night Bazaar easily.

i doubt you will find a better option within this budget,its not luxury by any means but it is functional,close to the beach and spotlessly clean. the staff are very friendly. large clean rooms with a balcony,everything worked well,small pool and gym were a bonus.

Woodlands has a very nice feel and as the rooms face in this means it is a quiet location away from the noise of Pattaya. It is low rise and the area around the pool is lovely. The staff are very nice the rooms a good size. The bathrooms are good quality. The pool bar is nice but not open all week. Good pizzas!! It is well located for the Songthaews taxis along the beach road. Well located near Terminal 21 shopping centre.

This property has become our experience savers in Pattaya. We hated the city itself, but this resort was a very nice getaway from the craze. Rooms are clean and spacious. You feel like you are in the jungle in the middle of the city and living in comfort too. There is one big and one medium pools and they are very well maintained.

The people from the Hotel are very friendly. I was many times in the Wooslands. Breakfast is very good, very quiet in this area. Also the pool with bar is very good.

Long Beach Garden Resort in North Pattaya, Thailand is a spacious, clean hotel with good amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a nice beach area and large, attractive swimming pool with waterfalls landscaping. The rooms are very nice, with plenty of room to feel comfortable. The nearby area is an older part of Pattaya, and is quite a ways from the airport bus station. It does not have a great selection of restaurants and bars, and is not close to the draws of Walking Street, Pattaya Beach and Jomtien Beach. However, they are accessible by cheap (10 THB/30 cents US) open air truck taxis. Hired taxis are expensive. The buffet breakfast costs extra but is the average fare: nothing special. The swimming pool and beach do not have access for those who are mobility challenged, rather there are many steps to climb! If you need to stay in this area for business, it is a satisfactory place to stay, but if you want to see the main attractions, stay closer to Pattaya or Jomtien beaches. It is a big draw for tour company accommodation, especially for those tourists from Russia, China and Korea.

I would love to live there forever. Our first stop in Thailand. From BKK, with our cat (spoiled Spartacus Hamster, 3 continents, so far) and dog (first time traveler, former Polish stray, Nuni). The kindness and attentiveness of the staff went above and beyond. Our dog is generally terrified of new things, but now, she wants to find the next adventure! The food was wonderful, the housekeeping service was immaculate, and having clean sheets every single day was such a luxury. The care put into hosting their guests, both furry and human, was truly appreciated. We can't wait to return! Next time, we will reserve a private poolside room! The location and grounds of the hotel are gorgeous. Thanks for the doggy ice cream, too! Kuepkhunkhaaaa! 🙏 Long Beach Villas is the BEST!

most of the things was fine. if we plan to come back to Pattaya we might stay here. The restaurant (surf and turf) was 10/10 .the decoration of the hotel was cool. My son swimmed in the pool which was good. The room was 10/10 huge size very comfortable. there was markets arounds. we as a family advice especially to the families

when I went in they told me my room was being renovated and they will have to move me to the other hotel which was just around the corner ,, this was fantastic ,, my own pool right next to the back door very spacious room near the beach awesome,,

Proximity to the beach and the beach is very clean. Two big pools and nice pool bar. Private pool in the villa was perfect and quite big.

Staffs are amazing, friendly, good service, environment was so relaxing. Private pool was great. To get improvement, choice of hard mattress and hard pillow would be suitable for those guests who have back & neck problem. We definitely come back !

Overall went very well… the family suite, the friendly Staff, the pools and the Spa, it’s one of the best we’ve had. Initially I wanted to book the pool access, but I guess I picked a wrong one. The Staff did well to ease my disappointment, they assigned our suite next to bar & pool entrance, literally steps to enter the pool, great service!

We had the pool access room with a tiled seat in the pool. The staff were lovely, the view was great, the building was beautiful. Stunning sunsets. The private beach was nice with access to ocean swimming. Close to the Sanctuary of Truth.

Good for Pool access room, private beach.

Overall the hotel was quite good, though a little dated, could do with patching up and the area down by the beach was not nice at all, this may have been due to the dirty water from the recent storms. Most of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to please and assist us. We organised transport through the hotel to and from the airport and this went very well. For westerners their is not a lot of choice in the buffet option for breakfast, but in saying that we never left there hungry. A lot off reviews we read prior to going had us a little worried, but we should have known better, yes there was a little bit of an oily film to the pool, but this is due to the sunscreen everyone uses, we saw the staff cleaning the pool area every day. Pool access rooms are well worth it, we loved being able to get up from our room and jump into the pool and swim over to the pool bar, where we ate lunch several times. Man who worked behind the pool bar was excellent and made the best Pina Coladas, he also new what the four of us would order for drinks, so we didn't have to ask after the first day, he just made them. The only real criticism we have about the place is the beds were extremely hard and felt like you were sleeping on a board, other than that had a great time.

We were on a long trip throughout SE Asia and decided we needed a quick getaway from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. It was a very easy 90 minute transfer by car. The hotel has a beautiful view out to the infinity pool and down to the ocean. It had a neat layout with an infinity pool at the main level, with steps down to a second, smaller pool and then another level down was a beautiful white sand area for relaxing and then a final level down was actually beach front with an enclosed swimming area. The rooms / bathrooms were slightly outdated but kept very clean although there was some standing water in the pass through window between the bathroom and bedroom and everything had a slightly wet feeling and slight smell of mildew. During a 16 day vacation, this is one of 6 hotels we stayed in but the only one that charged to use the internet and the business center. The staff was helpful but we did not think the food we ordered for lunch or at the included breakfast was very good and was very overpriced. In walking to town, we had to pass some fairly dirty areas and even a couple empty lots filled with trash. However, the other surrounding hotel properties looked very nice. If you weren't in the hotel property, you couldn't see the beach when walking to town. The hotel provided a shuttle into town at set times and we took it once, but it was an hour late in returning for the pick up back to the hotel.

This was an absolute brilliant choice of hotel. From the moment you arrive they take special care of you . Believe me, you don't have to go anywhere during the day - you can just enjoy all the lovely facilities around the pool, the sundeck with white sea sand, or the , nearly, private beach. Some people may think the distance to Pataya is a problem, but once you have seen the overcrowded areas around Pataya beach, you will be very glad that you are far from there. For those of you who expect perhaps to find mainly english speaking guests all around you - well, this may be a disappointment - most of the guests will be from Russia or China - mainly tour groups. Really plus points are the sumptious breakfast in the morning, excellent (and really not expensive if you eat mainly Thai food) reataurant in the complex, as well as the few very handy shops next to the pool area - clothing and things that you have forgotten to bring from home for the children. All in all,an excellent choice to chill out and relax and be pampered by staff that know best how to do it. One of my most precious moments will always be the quiet evenings on the balcony of the restaurant overlooking the sea and the only sound you hear is the lapping of the water on the beach. Enjoy !

Breakfast is served near the pool so you can choose if you wanna eat at your own room or terrace, by pool table or inside. If you enjoy quiet walks by the seaside, the hotel location is good..Room was spacious and cleaned daily. Minikitchen includes sink, micro Owen and fridge is handy. Staff is friendly and flexible. Air-conditioning works well in the room.

Loved free shuttle to Pattaya City, loved complimentary breakfast, loved the 24hr desk staff, loved the beautiful pools and pool area and especially loved my room and veranda overlooking pools.

Seeking shelter from the crazy buzz of Pattaya city we booked our stay in Bella Villa Cabana. A beautiful hotel in the outskirts of the city’s northern centre with much aesthetic effort put into making it nice for all types of visitors. Families with kids have a great time living in the apartment around the vast pool area. Potheads, elderly and anything in between are free to live whatever balcony life style they prefer up on the upper floors where most rooms enjoy the astonishing view out on the ocean and The beautifully shaped 2 level pool area below. Nice breakfast buffet, washing and fitness facilites. Friendly staff and just good vibes all over <3 love this place

We stayed at this hotel with three families, each with small kids, and it was absolutely wonderful. Our room was conveniently located right next to the swimming pool, which made it so easy for the kids to enjoy the water anytime. The pool area was clean, safe, and perfect for children. Although the hotel is a bit far from Pattaya city, getting around was simple—a taxi ride costs around 300 THB, making it easy to explore the main attractions without any hassle. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall environment was very family-friendly. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with kids who wants a relaxing and fun holiday!

The staff, lovely people. Ask the boss for a pay rise! Location. A perfect retreat after the madness of party time Pattaya. I miss been there after one day away. En ægte ‘Hidden Gem’. Stranden er meget privat og smuk - lækkert sand og klart vand. Fantastisk pool - ren og velholdt! Kolde drikkevarer og god mad fra The Shore. Hotel manageren var meget venlig og hjælpsom, og vi manglede intet under opholdet. Rigtig god morgenmad med frisklavede æg, søde sager, thailandske retter og alt hvad man havde brug for. Et lille tog man kunne tage ned til stranden var et sjovt påfund og meget fint, især til børn! En perle i Thailand! Vil klart anbefale.

We really enjoyed our stay here, hotel is clean and well attended. Lots of restaurants and shopping within a ten minute walk. Pool isn't huge but still big enough to enjoy, it's regularly cleaned. Breakfast is brought to the room, it's basic and there's a small menu, it was enough for us. Would definitely return.

Amazing and beautiful place to visit and stay at! I would recommend it for anyone to relax it’s breath taking to me it was heaven! Great place to meditate or pray definitely! Private pool plus you can have a full privacy by looking the front gate to enjoy your time no one can access your villa when you swimming or you sitting in the bathtub because bathtub it’s straight on the pool !

The Mason is a beautiful, architectural hidden gem. 5 star service, a stunning location and huge modern pool villas. It’s right on the beach and you can’t get more beautiful than this. It’s a bit far away from anything which is both good and bad, and it will cost approx 300-400 baht in a grab taxi or 500 via the hotel and about 30 mins to get to Pattaya. It’s about 10-15 mins from jomtien beach and you can’t walk to anywhere so will definitely need transport. The staff held a lovely NYE event and went above and beyond to give guests a great night. Breakfast is good with lots of options and a changing daily Buffett. Lots of drink options and fresh juices. We can’t thank the staff enough as they made our anniversary so special and each day left a note and something special for us in the room. Mini bar soft drinks are complimentary and nuts and dry mango were great. Daily ice cream at the pool bar was a lovely treat. The villa was modern, great wifi and air con. There’s a huge bath and pool. The beaches very comfortable and so were the pillows. This is truly a beautiful hotel, amazing views and gardens, with fantastic staff and I’d recommend this for a private 5 star holiday to relax and unwind. I stayed 4 nights and could have stayed longer!

I am delighted to confirm that my stay at The Mason Pattaya was the best experience I’ve ever had. From check-in through to check-out, it was above perfect and exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff are all amazing. Whoever trains and recruits these guys is a miracle worker. The F&B was exceptional, the Spa and the staff in the Spa are utterly delightful, again, as good a Spa experience as I’ve ever had. My pool villa was simply awesome. Spotlessly clean, in tip-top condition and simply perfect. The pool is wonderful, I could have spent pretty much all day in there. I will definitely return, and I am going to enjoy recommending the Mason hotel to all my friends and family. Thank you guys.

Mason was a wonderful experience for me and my partner. The pool villa was large with a nice view of the ocean, comfortable bedding and seating, a beautiful hot tub and bathroom/pool section. The staff were helpful and accommodating, in both the turn down service and anything we requested. The dinner at the hotel being delicious with a nice view of the sunset.

Hard to improve much, but would be nice to have a few international channels on the TV. Everything else was top notch.

Very unique style for Thailand, a great idea actually to attract not only foreign, but also Thai tourists. The little houses are pretty, kept in good condition and clean. Rooms are very spacious and beds were comfy. The staff was very nice and helpful, they also had a little souvenir corner at the reception. The pool has a jacuzzi feature, which was also nice. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and the food was tasty.

The cleanliness of the swimming pool and the room are excellent. The landscape and style is extraordinary lovely.

We have a nice breakfast in the hotel. The environment is chilly with lots of trees around. The resort is at the beachfront. My son likes the swimming pool just outside the room.

Nice swimming pool. I like my pool access room (1106)… firm king bed with lots of pillows. Good selections of breakfast buffet with thai to western selection. Fresh squeezed fruit juices (variety). Good coffee machine with wide variety of coffee types. Variety of teas. Very accommodating and helpful friend polite staffs. The GM (khun Noom หนุ่ม) was very graceful and inviting. He checks up on his team and clients during the breakfast time. I like the small size well placed layout for such narrow but long property size. So far they have room types to suite various needs and size of group. Will return.

The suite that we booked was gorgeous and massive! We chilled in the room most of the time because the view was great, the tiny pool on the balcony was amazing on a hot day and it was just a great space to be in. We also did the spa treatments (volcanic sand treatment) and it was super interesting with great service. We also ate at the restaurant every night and ordered room services. Staff were also very helpful eg with helping us book taxi back to Bangkok - everything was great! Loved it and would return

Everithing is fantastic: pay the extra and get a private pool villa and you will remmeber the stay dor the rest of your life. Only 2 things to make this hotel a real 5 star: 1)Better welcome,more friendly and with a cold drink. 2)Room service available 24 hours.even just a small amount of 5 cold dishes available can make a difference. All the staff at the pool restaurant are great, but Long is the best. Check your bull at the end.I had a discount from Expedia and I have to remember front desk manager about it. Food is amazing and architectural design is a pleasure.

U Pattaya is an oasis of beauty on the Thai coast, about 90 minutes from Bangkok. The resort offers a range of stays from ocean view rooms to garden villas to beach front villas with a private pool, and the property from the front desk and through the rooms extends on a winding path through meticulously cultivated tree boughs. Figuring this would be our only visit to the area, we splurged for the pool villa and were treated to a huge open plan suite, beautifully arranged, with a private deck and pool, and complimentary minibar. Incredible views from sunrise to sunset. The included breakfast was a feast, and dinner meal choices in cuisines from continental to Thai were done well. One note - while we were there a few families with kids were staying as well, including in the pool villa that shared a wall with us. While all were well behaved, we were surprised they chose such a small resort. The beachfront pool villas face the beach - and the views are amazing! - but also the main pool as well. Couples looking for more privacy and quiet might consider the garden villas, even if they lack the views. But a tough call!

This hotel should be only 4-star, not 5-star rated. Room and pool was not clean enough. Lots of dust and leaves stayed on pool and the staff did not come to clean even though we had already asked for it. Jacuzzi was not working. We had to ask for maintainance during our stay. Room service was very slow in response. We called them up to 3 times for only milk for children. Despite varities of breadkfast menu, they were not delicious. However, resort atmosphere and facilies can compensate. The room is well-designed and spacious. Beautiful pool is located in front of the beach and there are a lots of suggested photo spots where we can take self photos from their photo stand around the resort. If we did not expect fo a 5-star service, we might have enjoyed more.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I had an excellent Thai massage at the hotel, well worth the price. They are currently fixing the patio area by the pool, which is a bit inconvenient, but this should be completed by the beginning of June and the hotel compensated for the inconvenience by upgrading me to a lovely bungalow. The pool is really beautiful and the food at the restaurant is very tasty. The hotel is a nice, quiet place to relax for a few days.

Staff are nice and helpful. Rooms are just okay, a bit old but still quite tidy. Consider with the low price, you can enjoy the pool access rooms, I think this is acceptable. Swimming pool isn't great but you can spend some time on it. Breakfast buffet is also okay.

We booked at the pool access room, but the room does not connect to the main pool. The hotel location is difficult to find. Front Office helpful in any issues during stayed. Diet coke is not provided in the hotel. Room well clean and good bed to sleep.

Outside the hotel is a courtyard with a good variety of Korean ,Japanese Thai restaurants. Very professional customer service by all the staff .Loved welcome drink with popcorn .

The floor of the swimming pool is so rough. It easily cause accident. I was bumped into the steps in the pool coz is already 7:00 at night and cause scratches on my knee. Shouldn’t use this raw material to build swimming pool.

Situated about 200 metres from both the huge mall and the beach, the hotel is well situated, but I like to walk and walk. Main "walking street" is a short moped taxi away and will set you back max 100bht. Very, very attentive and friendly staff. I had a room overlooking pool. Clean, relatively new, and bed was very comfortable. Small gym on the ground floor, better than most places I've been with free weights and multi gym. Pool is good and clean and hotel is spotless. Just across the road are great local food places from around 1800hrs onwards. Cheap and very good with epic cocktails for 150bht. Good hotel, good location and great staff. Recommended.

I just concluded my two week stay at One Patio and this hotel is amazing. The rooms are huge, stylish and clean. Very modern. The balcony was also huge with views to the picturesque pool! Housekeeping did an excellent job as well! Also, hotel personnel such as TOFFY and MOJI were very professional and accommodating and went above and beyond their duties. In fact, the entire staff/security at One Patio were the best. These people are truly humble and incredible kind to their guests. The food and room service was delicious. Pattaya beach is a quick walk with many places to eat and shop nearby. PMy favorite was the Starbucks 2 min away and the huge mall to shop also right up the street. At night, street vendors cook up the best food for an affordable price. When i return, i will stay at One Patio again. Count on it. Matt D.

From the second I arrived to second I left this Hotels and its staff treated me line a Prince The whole ambiance of the hotel is of peace and tranquility. My room was huge and very well cared for by the house keeping who left my room immaculate each day. The pool is amazing and plenty of sun no shadows … easy reach to town 86bht to walking street. Loads of cafes and restaurants in the area. Check in was a pleasure no eating in a cue just site down have a drink then off to your room. I have been travelling to Thailand for over 38 years and this place will be in My top 4 hotels in Thailand !!!! Thanks you all for a such a brilliant holiday.

This is a nice small hotel well located in North Pattaya. Across the street from Terminal 21. And next door to the SPACE hotel. Our room was the executive studio. Older room but we loved it. We had stayed 2 nights at the SPACE hotel and coming here was refreshing as our room size was 63sqm for a family of 4. Two young boys. So we had plenty of space. There is a living area and a kitchen. Our room overlooked the pool. Beds were nice and they were kind enough to not charge us for an additional bed. Check in was fast and all the staff was super nice. One man in particular stood out. I was walking with my son looking for the morning breakfast and we stumbled into the Italian Restaurant. The man, (Tall man )whom I presume was probably a manager of the Italian restaurant was very kind. He basically walked me and my son to the buffet breakfast. This is what I call, service and going the distance to provide for a great customer satisfaction. The breakfast was good. Lots of selections and good coffee. Plenty of hot food and good amount of variety. They have 3 pool areas. A shout-out to the maids, every morning I would see them and they would say hello and smile. They did a tremendous job. This will most likely be my go to hotel when I go back to Pattaya. As I live and work in Bangkok as a F&B Manager for a 5 star hotel, I was very impressed with this property. I will definitely be back to this hotel.

Room design, cleanliness, pool and breakfast. The location is near Terminal 21, just walk by 5 mins and around with good restaurants.

Hotel is the Best, in the middle of beautiful nature. It is very clean. Villa with private pool is excellent place to stay. The online minus is the price of the SPA rituals. They are to expensive. People are really friendly and open. You can trully relax there.

The best place to have a relaxed holidays. Their villas with private pool are highly recommended. The staff is very accommodative of guests request. They are always fresh and smiling... their smile will definitely make your day a better one.

As it was low season we were offered an upgrade to a room with a private pool for half price which we decided to do and did not regret it. The room was large and very comfortable and the pool was a small but comfortable infinity pool which we spent a lot of time in. The hotel itself was lush and well maintained with a beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. The ocean was very warm but very murky and those looking to snorkel or scuba dive should look elsewhere. The food was very good and the service was impeccable. All in all a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

Sun sand and sea This is a perfect place to get away from the hedonism of Pattaya. A 30 minute drive south will bring you to this paradise. Expansive grounds hold 62 well appointed private villas in a magnificent jungle like setting. Most villas have private plunge pools, outdoor showers and jacuzzi tubs. The check in was fast and personal with a complimentary beverage and a cold eucalyptus infused towel to refresh after a taxi ride through busy Pattaya. A quick tour of the scenic grounds in a shuttle brought us to a secluded villa set amongst a beautiful lush environment. The villa was very clean and tastefully decorated with everything you need to enjoy your time here. Air conditioning, refrigerator, bottled water, assorted beverages, 220 volt power, capsule coffee machine, plush towels and comfortable beds We opted for the inclusive breakfast and was that a great decision. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have experienced. Otherwise the restaurant is pricey. If you need entertainment and a party every night this place is probably not for you, but if you want a relaxing few days in a tropical paradise this place fits the bill. The pool is clean and fresh towels are provided daily poolside. The beach is private, safe and continually monitored for litter. Massage, spa, gym, and other services are also available. There are a few more reasonably priced local restaurants off site to explore as well. What a comfortable resort with friendly staff.

Excellent holiday. Wonderful staff, very clean rooms and clean hotel. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. Quiet and clean location right next to beach. Swimming pool was excellent; pool and area was clean. Had a wonderful relaxing holiday in the sun.

The staff treated us very well from the moment we arrived there till we were leaving. We had a very delicious breakfast every morning. The swimming pool was fanatstic. We spend most of our time there. The hotel even supply towels at the pool. We also made use of the suana and steam room. We were on the 5th floor of the hotel and we experienced breathtaking sunsets from our balcony over the sea. The hotel is on the beach, but the water was brown and no one swam there. The bus service from the hotel to Pattaya was very good. We often made use of that. The hotel is quite a distance from central Pattaya, but to us that made it more special. It was so much nicer not to be in the very busy Pattaya. We could go to Pattaya whenever we felt like it and afterwards return to our quite and peaceful hotel.

All in all 4 of 5, Service made our stay from an 3 to 4. Beds need to be improwed. And they made the change for us. To recive an 5 they need to exeed shuttleservice , several more slots. This works well , but woyd be appriciated woith more often. Pool is nice, but did not see the pool cleaned in our stay of 9 nights....

It was a very pleasant visit. The hotel is tasteful, the breakfast was great the swimming pool was fantastic and the staff were great. The beach is very pretty with a nice walk to an unfinished Temple, some good beach cafés and restaurant and a shipwreck with some cute stray dogs. Unfortunately the water is polluted there and it is suggested not to swim. The hotel was somewhat far from the center but they offer a good transfer service for free several times a day and I myself prefer more quiet over the city. It's also a good place to stay if you are with family,. Pattaya downtown can be too overwhelming.

The hotel was an oasis away from the craziness that is Pattaya. Clean and modern rooms and hotel and lovely pool areas. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast had plenty of choice. The hotel is 5 mins from the beach but the pool was far nicer to stay around. Would definitely recommend.

I requested to have adjoining rooms with the people I was travelling with. It was important as I was travelling alone with a toddler and the help was important to me. We were assured it was do-able at booking and again at check in. Then we were put in rooms completely across the resort. After quite a bit of pleading and pushing, they switched us around for the 2nd and last day of our stay, even though they were very full. It was quite difficult being on the first floor as walking up and down stairs with a toddler and a stroller but if you want main floor you must pay the extra money for a poolside room. The pool was beautiful. The hotel was well kept up. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Restaurant food was good. Rooms were clean and well kept. The lobby is open air so very hot, be prepared. Air conditioning in rooms worked very well. I would recommend friends and family to stay here and I would stay again, but would try to book a main floor room if visiting again with small kids.

Nice location with resort style hotel. There are 2 pools in the hotel. So many corner to sit back and relax your day. It comes in resort style and the atmosphere inside the hotel is really calm and feel fresh. Room is comfortable and clean. Staffs are all helpful. Hotel facilities are good. Pools, gym, meeting place, restaurants, garden, and car park. There are many zone of 2 levels building for guest room. Breakfast is good. Restaurants and cafe are at the hotel. Also famous La baguette cafe and restaurant is just in the front door of the hotel. Anyway, if you stay with accessibility person or old person, you'd better tell the hotel in advance and ask for the room that in the front zone of the hotel area. Last time I got zone 5 it's a bit far from hotel entrance and restaurant somehow not that convenient for my dad. Prepare for insect spray if you don't like them....it's just normal for place like this with lots of tree. Value for money!

Woodlands is a good deal. It is quiet yet close to the beach and action. The rooms and the pool/landscaping are attractive and everything is very clean. Gym is well equipped (for a hotel without a public gym) for weight training but only had one treadmill. The pool water is very clear. Nice balconies. Would advise 2nd floor for balcony with privacy and covering from sun and rain. Breakfast had a wide selection with good coffee and bread, two things that are not common in Asia. Western options are limited but they will make omelettes so good overall. Only downsides are the spa and restaurant (after breakfast) are closed so not realty a resort but both exist right to the left of the hotel. You get a 10% discount at the restaurant. Staff overall was friendly. Would stay again.

Das Einkaufszentrum „Terminal 21“ ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Auch alle anderen Ziele kann man sich erlaufen, das Hotel bietet einige Male am Tag aber auch einen kostenfreien Shuttleservice in die City. Der Check-in ging schnell und unkompliziert. Das Personal war immer freundlich und bemüht, so musste ich schon am zweiten Tag meine Zimmernummer nicht mehr nennen, um den korrekten Schlüssel zu erhalten. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und gut ausgestattet. Neben einer Mikrowelle waren auch Teller und Besteck vorhanden, was praktisch ist, wenn man sich Essen an einer Garküche kaufen möchte. Das WLAN war gut, ich konnte problemlos ein Herthaspiel auf Sky Go streamen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich, mit mehr asiatischen als europäischen Optionen. Spiegel- oder Rührei bzw. Omelett können bestellt werden und werden dann frisch zubereitet. Der Pool ist gut gepflegt und die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss bieten direkten Zugang. Der Fitnessraum im Keller ist klein und wurde von mir nicht genutzt. Praktisch fand ich aber die Münz-Waschmaschinen, um mal ein paar Sachen durchzuwaschen. Leider gibt es im Hotel kein portioniertes Waschmittel, sondern man wird auf den 7-Eleven verwiesen (wo es aber nur größere Packungen gab).

The staff was excellent! They brought towels to me at the pool. Cleaned the room and brought fresh towels and bottled water every day. Offered excursions of many different types. Front desk told me where to get the best deals or lowest prices. Very close to the Tuscon mall which has a grocery store type WalMart in it. They offer taxi service right in front of the hotel. The buffet breakfast was the best I've ever had! Every day for 2 weeks, that was the only meal I could eat because I was so full! I gained 20 lbs in 2 weeks because the food was delicious! And there was so much of it! I would live in that hotel forever! It's magnificent!

The location of hotel is good. It is only few minutes driving to Terminal 21. Swimming pool is clean and the room is clean and tidy too. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Centara Grand Modus. We are a family of 4. We came for just 3 nights. The staff were very hospitable and friendly towards the children. The hotel itself is very clean and spacious. We had booked a superior room, which proved more than adequate for our family. When we arrived though, one of the staffed to up sell - offering us a sea view room as she thought it would be better for us. But as it was not a complimentary upgrade, we kept our room which we were satisfied with. The hotel has a shabby chic feel about it, which we really liked. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There was a great selection of foods to choose from, and freshly made juices! There was plenty of entertainment for the children for those few days - an entertainment room with game machines,a Kids club which had a ball pool, kids play kitchen, arts and crafts. The 3 swimming pools were excellent!The only thing I would suggest is that the hotel should put some red tape or something on the steps inside the pool as they were unclear to distinguish from the pool itself and we did bump ourselves a few times. Overall,it was a very comfortable stay. If we were to go back again, I would be happy to stay again.

The beach at the resort was a bit less scenic than we hoped because of the roped off area for swimming, you also cannot walk along the beach very far due to rocks. The actual hotel was great, especially infinity pool (& pool bar) overlooking the beach. Shuttle to a few parts of the city but not exactly where we wanted/needed to go. Location was quiet but made getting around difficult.

The hotel just opened on 1 Dec, so there still have some works going on at the site. Rooftop restaurant is not open yet. Some dust from the works made the pool looks dirty. There are several pools in the hotel but in the compact sizes anyway it facing the ocean. The hotel decoration is very very nice, I am lovin it. As it is soft opening so the price is a bit low at the moment but I think it is reasonable rate as we cannot use all facilities. The room itself is a bit small but the balcony is large. You will also get larger balcony if you stay in premium deluxe room. Room amenities are good. Staff performance is better comparing with the other hotels under Centara chain. They have a lot of things that can be improved. I would suggest to stay in deluxe room ocean view that's good enoung for the view and you just get the big balcony (no need for premium room with oversized balcony). Wifi is free for this hotel. Food is so so.

We were greeted with a refreshing drink. The reception area gives a breezy, relaxing feel. When we explained we only have one full day and partial of the day we arrived, the staff was helpful when we inquired about activities to do. The room is well designed and clean with an ocean and pool view. Little things like providing a beach bag, flip flops and fresh bottled water daily means the hotel is thinking of things that people will need when they stay. If you have children or like to watch movies. they have a lovely movie room with large screen and bean bags.

We loved our stay! We stayed Christmas Eve and day, everything was amazing. They had a wonderful Christmas dinner, the rooms were clean, room service was great, the massage service was exceptional. The only thing I have to say is they advertised A “Spa” but they only had massage service by the pool. Either way, they still had a ton of amenities. Buffet breakfast was top knotch, the gym was pretty good. It was out of the way, but it’s Pattaya. Also it was on a private beach which is what we wanted, we didn’t care about going out.

An absolute oasis with the most exceptional service in all of Thailand. We had a pool attached to our room and the daily housecleaning did a tremendous job. The pool was exceptionally clean and the beach was just steps away! The best part is the overall service. "Tan" our daily and manny night server bent over backwards taking care of us. When he see us coming to lay out, he put never covers on our sun bed and laid and tucked two towels over the clean material so we were even more comfortable. "Valentine" our young afternoon service was also exceptional - always checking on us to ensure we had what we needed. "Suwannee" the breakfast host was exceptional! The breakfast, free, was the best breakfast spread in any resort I've stayed in and I've stayed in hundreds. You could stay a month and not eat all the different varieties they offered (from western, to European, to Asian and Thai). You are about 20km from central Pattaya but the cab fairs about 4-7 USD depending on the time of day. Usually, we spent 9 USD or 240 Baht round trip with an extra few for a tip. You can go to central pattaya with the noise and craziness and come back to an oasis right in heaven. We will be back yearly (highly recommend the rainy season or low tourist season - you still get plenty of sun daily and the treatment is exceptional)

Feels like low-key luxury. 1,5 hours from airport in Bangkok, a perfect place for R and R.Food is good, the beach kept clean. Quiet, no drunken brawls. If you want to shop, pattaya is 30 min away. The pool villas were out of this world, the infinity pool and the gardens were beautiful, food was fantastic, and the beach was amazing. They even had kayaks to take out into the waters. Felt so relaxed we extended our stay.

We liked everything: the really nice and welcoming staff (especially Priya), the spacious rooms, the relaxing environment, the pool, the clean beach, the great restaurant

The best apartment in the history of my travels. Thank you so much to Mrs. Van/Bee/Mr. Hans. In the apartment everything is perfectly absolute-a complete set. Cleaning, filling. Amazing balcony where we had breakfast. In general, it's perfect. I really hope to come back here again and again. To the beach 3 minutes slowly. There are many good restaurants nearby. Tuk-tuk is 5 minutes away. Terminal 21 10 minutes.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! We loved our stay at View Talay 6. Everything was basically perfect. The apartment is spacious and SUPER-CLEAN. Never been in such clean an apartment! Mrs Wan and her sister are great! Moreover, it was functional and equipped with anything one might need. The area nearby is tranquil and a tad "upper class", compared to the rest of Pattaya neighborhoods. Highly recommend

Mycket trevligt boende med fantastisk frukost, rummen är väldigt fina men garderober är obefintliga och det saknas strykjärn på rummet, det får man fråga efter så kommer de med det snabbt. Stranden och utsikten är väl inget man bor här för, men poolområdet och trädgården är mycket trevligt.

Staffs were super nice, best breakfast (Thai cuisine, seafood, mango sticky rice), nice pool, really quiet. Beach in the morning with high tide was OK, but in the afternoon low tide was not good which needs improvement

Wasn't impressed with anything. Didn't have the "5 star hotel" feeling. Small beach is there and advertised in the pictures but in the evening the water retreats and is just rocks mud and garbage. During the day cannot swim in the sea. Is far from everything and need to drive to any point of interest in Pattaya. Pool is nice only 1.2 m deep but closes at 7 pm which sucks. I want to be able to enjoy an evening swim even more because there's no beach swimming available. No closet in room, just few shelves and a metal bar for hangers, in plane sight..room was clean but detail maintenance is needed as should be in a 5 star hotel.again, not a 5 star hotel feel. After a 5 nights stay and not in the cheapest room, wasn't allowed late check out, not even by an hour as my flight is late in the evening.that was really disappointing

The hotel is great in general, pool and private beach are amazing.we had 2 problems there, the sheets were dirty with sand and the light in the balcony didnt work, they tried to fix it for 45 min. and couldnt... The compensation offered by the hotel was embarrassing (600 Baht)

Great villa for a group of 8 - 10 people. Loved our private swimming pool. Short walk up the end of the road to the beach and shops/restaurants. The 5 bedrooms were all very comfortable. The full size fridge was great. We loved the pool table as well. We had a great time.

Villa Villa Pattaya is a beautifully decorated micro-resort away from the touristy areas of Pattaya. The hotel has a beautiful pool, a relatively nice restaurant that serves breakfast (included) and meals at other times. The food is actually pretty good, too. I stayed at a room with a private pool. The room itself is beautiful and the room alone is worth all the $$. The Spa is not bad either (price is a lot higher than "local spas" but it's a legit spa rather than.... what one would find on a Thai street) The one huge issue with this place is its location. Going in, I knew that I wanted some place a bit farther from the main attractions for a nice, relaxing vacation. However, if you intend to even visit the main beach or Pattaya area even once, be warned! Taxi drivers WILL NOT know how to get you back to the hotel. Every night after dinner or an excursion, I worried about how to get back. Another issue with this place is that only 1 person on staff spoke ANY English at all. One would imagine that the front desk would speak at least a few words of English. But nope. My strategy was to call for room service. Then when the server arrived, then show and point to what I needed to the server... Despite some issues of location and language barrier, Villa Villa was still a very wonderful stay, especially if you are low-maintenance and are looking for a very private retreat.

Villa Villa is a beautiful and quiet resort around 30 minutes outside of Pattaya City. If you are looking for somewhere quiet to relax and unwind during your trip to Thailand then Villa Villa is ideal. Staff are fantastic, attentive and always happy to help. We stayed in a deluxe garden room over New Year and couldn't have been happier. The room was clean and tidy with a beautiful bathroom area with all necessary facilities including an over bath rainfall shower. The food at the resort was fantastic. For a small resort there was lots of choice, and a lot of seafood but also had a western menu. Resort prices were very reasonable for food and drink. The pool area is beautiful and food and drink service, poolside is fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is really nice, clean and modern decorated. It has everything you possibly need. Its located away from Pattaya city which was exactly what I wanted, but for someone with intention to party every night in town might find it a bit far to get back late at night. Breakfast and food is good, nice staff and service at the restaurant and they have a surprisingly nice SPA hidden on the backside. Pool and pool area is beautiful, clean and nice. Development areas would be: 1. to get decent prices for taxi service from and to the hotel 2. Bike and/or motorbike rental so you easily could get around in the area 3. More service minded and friendly staff (night shifts). Overall I recommend guests to stay here!

The overall was so good but there are 2 points for me to address here First, the public pool is not clear water. I saw some leaves, flowers inside the pool. Next one is the room next to me is very loud at night around 1-2 am. I could not sleep at that time.

Very enjoyable and we'd definitely stay again. Very friendly and clean. Beautiful pool. Good value. Not in the heart of Pattaya, but cheap travel was easy to get. Quiet surroundings, good food. Overall very relaxing and comfortable.

Paradise! Collected from Rayon Pier on the mainland we were looked after and thoroughly spoilt by the staff. We had a villa with a small plunge pool which was roomy and comfortable. The pool and beach area was stunning, copious towels and loungers. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Lovely breakfast and we absolutely loved this hotel. Can highly recommend

The pool view private pool room we had was wonderful. I honestly can't criticise a thing. Quietly and unobtrusively the staff catered for everything. Could wax lyrical but paradise sas it all. (Trip Advisor tells me I have to say more). Complimentary welcome cocktail, daily ice cream on the beach.... all lovely.

After a Perfect and quick speedboat Transfer you have a very warm Welcome by the staff. The bungalow (with private pool) is perfect and well equipped. Morning breakfast buffet and complementary icecream and afternoon tea gives you always tastefully surprises by the kitchen chef. Also the sundowners with cocktails are exceptional. All in all - it was a perfect stay. Only the time (we spent 5 nights) was definitely too short. We come again. And longer for sure

Ich war zum dritten mal in der S Lodge und jedes mal sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber mit Safe, AC, separatem Bad, TV, Sitzmöbeln und sehr bequemen grozügigem Bett. Auch die Anlage ist sehr gepfegt, sicher und sauber. Der Pool ist tadellos, groß, mit Kinderbecken. Die Lage ist ebenfalls toll, da sehr ruhig. Mit nur wenigen Schritten erreicht man jedoch den Supermarkt, Strand, Nachtmarkt etc. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Excellent value here. I had an ocean view room which was very spacious and well maintained. Hotel staff, although not very strong with english (common in the area) were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was decent... a little repetitive but prepared well enough. I only docked them a point on the hotel facilities because the lower pool barely gets any sunlight due to how the hotel was constructed, making it a bit of a waste. A point was also docked for room comfort because the beds are VERY firm. If you're used to a pillow top mattress, this might be a bit of an extreme. It's also a ways down Jomtien beach from the night market and other action, but a few baht and you can jump on a tuktuk to get there in 10 minutes.

We found the hotel to be exactly what we expected. The rooms were quite basic but clean. The pool area is the only real complaint I have. This is purely down to it needing cleaning as there is a tide mark at the water level from old suntan lotion I assume. The Hotel staff were very friendly and went out of their way to acknowledge us every time we walked through. I can say the same for the lady who cleaned my room every day. As the hotel is in North Pattaya it is away from all the major bar areas but this suited me as I like it to be quieter where I sleep. You really do get your moneys worth here and I would have no problems with staying here again in the future but I would go for a pool view next time as I looked over the cleaning area to the rear. Not a problem for me but may be for others. If I want a 5 star room then I have to pay for it. Don`t pay cheap and then expect it to be luxury.

This resort for its price is a very nice hotel, although a couple of Kilometres from the beach, there are no shortage of baht buses, right outside the hotel. There are no lifts in the hotel, and if you wish a room with a view opt for the pool view rooms, as there are only three floors. Breakfast is ok but you can get better for cheaper outside of the resort, also the time for breakfast is 7am to 9 am so if you have had a late night that is one meal you will be missing. There is wheelchair access to the first floor. The cleanliness of the rooms is better than most of the high priced hotels in Pattaya. Although this resort does not give you the extras like individual soaps etc. The free wi-fi is extremely fast and like advertised it is free. Generally the hotel exterior could look better with a lick of paint and there are also little signs of wear and tear throughout the hotel. The pool was always clean again just a little cosmetic care required.

Insgesammt in Ordnung , schlechtes und nicht zeitgerechtes Frühstück < kalte Spiegeleier und Kaffe ungeniesbar >und sehr überteuert da keine Quwalität vorhanden . Am Pool keine Verpflegung! Wasserdruck auf allen Zimmern sehr schwach und Warmes Wasser eine seltenheit wenn überhaupt. Zimmerwechsel zwei mal erforderlich < Sayf defeckt , Wasser im Badrum nicht abgeflossen >-keine Entschädigung oder Ausgleich erhalten. Personal sehr Freundlich manchmal zu übertrieben. Bei einen Rapat würde ich wieder buchen aber 50 €/Nacht im Leben nicht.

The front of hotel and housekeeping staff are very nice. The manager lady looks very strict so she keeps the place running efficiently. Id stay here again. The beds are comfortable and the pool is quite long and theres not much noise. If you are superstitious about black cats, Id give it a miss. But the resident cat is cool.

We loved everything ❤️. Dmitry gave us a lovely welcome and had everything ready for us. The decor, layout of the house, and grounds were excellent. It was a really quiet location and not too far by car from Pattaya. There was a mini market with a thai food restaurant next door who delivered to the house. The swimming pool was the highlight for our teenage daughters. It was clean and well maintained. Overall, it was exactly what we expected and wanted for our trip. It was a pity it was booked out for our last week. However, we will definitely be back. Thank you, Dmitry, for a wonderful stay.

The house is warm, cozy and well maintained with enough facilities and supplies. The owner, Dmitry, came to welcome and saw us off with warm and kind smile though our check in time was very late and check out time was very early. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Room overlooking a beautiful little pool. Each room had a private seating area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was exactly as described. The pool was very serene. The staff and the owners warm and accommodating.

The owner (I believe she's the owner) was very kind and polite. She was waiting outside when we arrived. The staff there was also very helpful. They both helped me with enquiries for snorkeling activities by samae san. And also provided us with a cheaper taxi to go back to Bangkok. The breakfast was great and tasty for a very great price. There's also a nice little pool that I sadly I didn't get a chance to go in because of my short stay.

Girl friendly, Small child friendly, teenagers could be bored. I went for a bungalow big enough for a couple. Close to two Family marks, and C&N department store/ supermarket. Spa next door 400 baht for an oil massage without the "funny" bits. Near second road, and 10 Baht "bus" it is opposite Big Eye. two clean swimming pools, one more a lap pool, Spa. Electric kettle supplied, refrigator, pool towels. TV. Safe in room. Free and quick WiFi, air con. I opted to have breakfast and it was good. Buy coffee / Tea and a Mug to make your own. Bring mosquito repellant. Many different rooms available including family rooms, one which comes with its own pool. Laundry slow but quite cheap. I wished they had different pool lounges, and shade over a section of the pool, then again... I stayed here before and will again.

I made a mistake and booked a bungalow without a balcony. I will not make that mistake again. Two pools and one in a private residence you can book if a family. The same beach lounges that you cannot adjust. Breakfast 120-140 baht so I suggest you buy breakfast when you are there in case you don't want a Continental or American breakfast. Bring a mug for coffee or Tea as a kettle is provided. Toothbrush, shampoo, soap also provided. Family mart 30 m away if you walk away from second road, has everything you will need. I like the bungalows, a Fridge, provided, I would order two more pillow, good free WiFi, A safe, water and glasses provided as is a hair dryer. Two main pools both are warm, one has a spa and a lap pool the other the main pool. Do walk around the area to see the pools. Mosquitoes dominate at dusk so bring mosquito repellant. The TV is pretty good. Children it is OK, but not much for them to do, though various games are on the Top floor of the Big C not far away. The air conditioning is good and cleaned on a regular basis. Friendly staff, including English speaking Prim at reception. Ring to see if any specials offered by hotel. All in all a good hotel, "resort", better still if there was more shade. A 100 m walk from 2nd road and the 10 Baht bay, close to big C, Pizza Hut and KFC. Remember, take a balcony with the bungalow. ,

We stayed in one of the pool view rooms for 10 nights. A very pleasant stay in a clean and peaceful place. Very kind staff. Miki, the hotel reception manager, is very kind boy . Because of Miki and her hospitality and offering the good place and room, we decided to increase our stay from one night to 10 nights. The alley of the resort is very quiet and close to the main street. Two very clean pools, one for hydrotherapy and children with a shallow depth and the other for swimming. There are 4 types of breakfast with acceptable quality. The rooms are very clean with regular daily cleaning. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. I recommend this resort to my good friends, especially the pool view room, and I will stay here many more times. I wish health and happiness to the manager and dear staff of Rosebay Resort. I have stayed at a multitude of different hotels and resorts in the Pattaya area over the last 10 years. I have stayed at the 5 stars and the 2 stars and I can say that the Rose Bay Resort is a very strong 3 star accommodation! The first impressions of the hotel were great. I landed in the early morning at BKK and I phoned the hotel while driving to Pattaya. The staff were happy to allow me to check in early...5 hours early. The rooms are comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed the basic features of the room. These rooms are nothing fancy. The air conditioning works great, the TV has a variety of channels, and mini-bar is stocked. The bathroom has a huge Asian style standing shower. The water is heated with a water heater you must turn on. If you are spending lots of time in the room in Pattaya you are probably not having fun. So venture out. The hotel is right off 2nd road and 1 street over from the Big C shopping mall. At night the street out front of the hotel is packed with buses picking up and dropping off tourists that are hitting the multitude of venues in the area. The hotel pool is great. The sunlight is over the pool area all day long. There are towels staged at the pool area with plenty of lounge chairs available. We stayed at a bungalow right in the main area and our room had a small porch area out front. The Wi-Fi is excellent and reaches every corner of the complex. We enjoyed our stay at the Rose Bay Resort!!

Great Location just off Second Road on Soi 1. close to Big C shopping centre. This resort has Two pools and a spa. Air conditioned Bungalow cottages Clean, Safe in room, good free WiFi. If you are a couple you might consider breakfast. Best to book this place on the Internet. I really cannot fault this place and will come back again. Towels provided for room and pool as razor blades, soap, Cotton buds nice to have. Refrigerator, TV I suggest you bring a mug and coffee or tea as an electric jug is provided. Family mark and 7/11 very close by. Girl / Guest friendly I suggest you book a double room if alone and buy breakfast as required. Comfortable bed. Double rooms available. The staff are nice, a pity their English is very limited.

Resort is new. Pool by the room is great! Loved it! The big pool is also nice. Private access to the beach with no hotel nearby and beach hawker bothering you. Service is great... better than expected. Young energetic and attentive to our elderly who need cares. Breakfast line is huge for a resort Plenty of parking space.

Lovely hotel which made me as a solo traveler feel very safe. It is not over crowded and have a big area with a great pool and a nice restaurant with a nice beach view. I chose the room with the pool access and it was great. The room was spacious enough for me as I was alone. They clean the rooms every day and the staff is very polite. The only downside is that it is a bit far from everything, so I recommend having a car or a motorbike to get around.

Most beautiful and amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. Dinner at the beach bar was fantastic, best fish I had on my whole trip. Pool is gorgeous. Some suites have private pools in room!!! White sand beach. The perfect stay, wish I could have stayed longer. I will be back for sure. I rate this place a 12!

I was asked to leave the beachfront swimming pool as I was told that the "group" guests was coming. It was sad to hear this kind of discrimination which was more on service attitude. This should never happen to any 5-star hotel. Note that the hotel was keen to compensate me via late-checkout for me. However, this impression was not great while this was only to stongly recommend that this should never happen again to any guests.

Probably the best 5 star resort in Pattaya. The place has the best rooms with full luxury and opulence. The grounds are well maintained, there are 3 pools and 3 restaurants. The beach is a 2 minute walk and is very quite so all yours. Gym facilities, sauna/steam and laundry service also great. I've given 4 stars and (not 5) as I feel the food can be better. The seafood was chewy, I ordered Gnochi but got a dish that had none and just the sauce bits. The pizza I feel can be improved. The veg options can also be improved e.g. the pizza to have peppers, tomatoes, garlic, prawns and rid the aubergine. The breakfast cakes need re-doing. Overall I had a blast staying at this resort and I highly rate the staff who are super friendly to all the guests and very helpful.

We loved Andaz Pattaya. Initially when I was planning to book for 5 nights, i was sceptical after reading reviews. Then realised it was just opened earlier this year and it obviously would take some time to establish at its full potential. We had a wonderful experience. The place is serene. Quiet. The garden space is big. Loved the lobby and the caffe/bar. The restaurants were very nice too and food reasonably charged. The rooms were very clean. The staff were the best. Everyone was so kind and helpful. For those who plan to work, there is a resource room where you can take your calls in peace. The only downside would be its proximity to the main Pattaya city which on the jammed roads of Pattaya can take u easily 30mins in car. We just wanted to chill and experience the luxuries of the hotel so this didnt bother us too much. Overall highly recommended if you want a relaxed and comfortable stay away from the buzz of the main city of Pattaya.

Ich fange mit dem negativen an. Wir hatten ein Zimmer bei Gebäude 5. Auf dem Weg dorthin mit dem Rollstuhl musste man mehrere Stufen überwinden. Generell ist die Anlage nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer gut geeignet. Ich musste hauptsächlich den Weg nehmen wo die Buggys fuhren. Für so ein teures Luxus Hotel schwer verständlich. Es hätte genügend Platz für Rampen gehabt. Das fand ich wirklich ärgerlich. Nun zum positiven. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und das Personal richtig professionell und sehr freundlich. Das Essen hatte eine gute Qualität war aber etwas teuer. Der Sauna war Rollstuhlgängig.

Andaz hotel stay was beyond expectation. The food was amazing and the service was great! Everything was perfect except the walking road was full of barriers for the stroller but all the employees were keep helping us for visiting places by lifting up the stroller which i am super thankful.

We really enjoyed out stay here, it’s very homey, everything is just right, good size of everything, comfortable living room, spacious kitchen, nice bedrooms with very comfortable beds, children enjoyed the pool a lot, they spent the whole day in the pool, the bbq set is great, we were quite lucky that the weather was good during our stay, so we could enjoy our lunch, dinner and late night talk by the pool. We will come back for sure.

The owner is very attentive, check-in and check-out are easy and convenient, the house is located in a quiet area, the house area has a good relaxation area, the pool is clean and there are kitchen equipment for cooking. I would like to book again.

We were warmly welcomed by Jenny when we arrived at the villa. She also gave us some good tips for transport and food. The villa was clean and the pool was wonderful. We recommend this place and will come back again 😀

Pattaya overall wasn't my favorite in Thailand, it was cool to see but I'd rather a short stay. However if I was to stay again I would stay here. Art the property manager was a super cool guy and was there for us for whatever we needed, the condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed the only bad part was a construction project going on at an adjacent property it was loud and the tall buildings blocked the sun for the cool private pool in back. The condo was also large and had a garage for the scooter we rented. Great place for a group of friends staying in Pattaya looking to party and have a good time

숙소는 최고급입니다. 실내 수영장 역시 물 온도도 적당하고, 청결상태도 굉장히 좋았구요 개미나 벌레가 좀 있긴 하지만, 그건 나라 특성상 어쩔 수 없는 거구요. 다만 메인 중심가에서 거리가 조금 있기 때문에, 항상 툭툭 또는 택시를 이용할 수 밖에 없엇던 점이 좀 아쉽습니다.(나중에 익숙해지면 200~300바트로,, 그냥 시간버리지 말고 아침에 몇시에 나갈거다 라고 ㅇㅒ기해주면 ART(주인)가 딱딱 맞춰서 다 해줘서 너무 좋았습니다. 총 4박 묵었는데, 마지막날에 에어컨이.. 조금 작동을 안해서 방이 안시원해져서 고생을 좀 했던 것 말고는 숙소 자체에 대한 만족도는 최고였습니다. 감사합니다.

일단 상당히 깔끔합니다 거실 2,3 층 침실 욕실 등등. 매일 방청소 설겆이 해줍니다. 5성 호텔급이라 말할 수 있겠고요 수영장도 사진만큼 그렇게 작진 않았어여 다만 수영장에 개미랑 벌레가 좀 있구여 시내 나갈때마다 썽태우 타시거나(일단 부르면 어디든300밧 부릅니다) 오토바이 렌트 하셔야 합니다. 근처 레스토랑이나 편의점은 걸어갈만 합니다. 여성분들만 오시기엔 밤에 골목이 다소 무서울수도 있을 듯 하네여 전 다음달에 또한번 예약 했습니다.

Rooms are huge. Place is very clean. View not so good. Need a taxi or Uber whenever you want to head out.

Note the 'Garden Wing' section is a lovely modern & newer part of this hotel. Room was very spacious with a great layout. Hotel is just across the road from beach. The 'Ocean Wing' section is in a completely separate location on the other side of road approx 500m away which you can use their facilities also but in my opinion it looked a bit dated & run down in the areas surrounding the pool. The local town area is very quiet with not much to do within walking distance. It appears a more popular destination for local Thai families. The beach cleanliness was not up to the standard of many other resorts all over Thailand in my opinion.

Wonderful location right on the beachfront. Half empty due to low season made the availability in and around the pool, bar, breakfast great. I doubt that to be the case in high season. The only negative was the extremely humid, almost wet, room. Never experienced anything like it.

Mkt fint hotell, trevlig serviceminded personal, sköna sängar, bra frukost, bra poolområde. Samhället i sig var nedgånget och få bättre restauranger att äta vid.

The hotel is getting larger with a brand new 50 plus room hotel across the street - we had to check in there before crossing the street back into our booked hotel - the staff are very friendly, take a little time in English and together the staff will be great - the rooms are beautiful and the TV, AC, water all work without issue - there is security box in every room and a swimming pool and breakfast in with the price - a great location but not to far out of reach of the night life in Pattaya

Wonderful Apartments To Rent Short Or Long Stay I've being staying there now for 3 Years Ongoing and thought it was time I gave it a mention. Thai style rooms exceptionally clean and Friendly Staff , mostly occupied by Thai or other Asian citizens but have recently noticed more Western people staying here. Never wanted to public ally promote the LD before, because I wanted to keep it Quiet for My self.

My stay was good . Clean well maintained room . good service . There was confusion by hotel as to whether I had paid Hotels.com for the room. LD Pattaya had not received payment from Expedia just booking info,, but under a different confirmation number. ??

We waited from 10 minutes after checking-in for room cleaning even though we arrived quite late (4pm.) But this is not kind of annoying.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was great, but it is difficult to maintain certain aspects of property in a tropical climate. This had no impact on our stay - thoroughly enjoyable. The breakfast was unexpectedly tasty!

Hohe Privatsphäre. Sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Umgebung könnte besser sein und zum Strand dauert es ein bisschen. Das Frühstück war etwas enttäuschend - da wir aber eh nicht die Frühstücksmenschen sind, hat es uns nicht so gestört.

Clean hotel. Nice pool. Guest friendly. The bed was hard and its a bit old. But for the money you can't lose. Its far from the beach but once you get there i think its the most beautiful part of Pattaya. Its well off the main action so keep that in mind.

It was great. Very polite with everything not thing was to much for them would stay there again no problem at all with the place.

I feel at home and enjoyed my stay. I will highly recommend it to everyone as a best affordable accomodation in Pattaya

The house is really big! Price / quality ratio is good, especially if you are with several people. Kitchen is nice and fully equipped with toaster, oven, microwave, more than enough pans, glasses, plates etc. Each bedroom has nice air conditioning but the living room has no air conditioning. 3 bathrooms! Large well working fridge Nice swimming pool The villa is on a condo. Well secured with doorman. WiFi is Mega Late check out was possible

The rooms are big with all the facilities available. All the kitchen equipment is there. The ACs are all working along with the internet. The bathroom and toilets are well-maintained and spacious. The beds are comfy. The swimming pool is cleaned.

Everything was great. The location, facilities, security, all perfect.

The host expected me one day later and the house was not really ready/clean. Thanks to my Thai friends I was able to move in at the time agreed in the contract.

The property is in a very peaceful location, so it was very relaxing especially when sitting in the garden. The garden was fully enclosed which was perfect for my dogs to be able to enjoy the outdoors also. The kitchen had a great range of appliances to use if you chose to, however you could easily get food delivered. The swimming pool was a great addition to the property and was warm the whole time. The owner was very friendly and was available to contact if we needed anything - he also liked my dogs! Excellent property 😊

Perfect house set away from the busy streets. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and the pool was great. All in all we would 100% recommend.

Very well designed house and beautiful decoration, with lots of space for bring a group of friends or family. You will find out everything you need for the perfect vacation with your family.

The friendly hosts checked into the villa without delay, a quiet place for a family vacation.

The staff is wonderful. Very nice, friendly and helpful. I was not happy about the construction going on that inhibited us from using the pool. There was construction dust floating on you and in the pool. It was useless. Also, there are tiles missing from the inside of the pool and there was mold on the interior wall of the pool.

My 2nd this year. Quite area with a family friendly Night market nearby. Clean and good value for money. Enjoy top floor room with sea view, nice balcony and clean rooms. Very service minded staff. 10 bath bus 20-25 minutes to Central Pattaya.

I have stayed here several times over the last 4 years. I like the resort. I wish they would renovate things like the pool furniture and villa patio furniture.

Absolutely beautiful dream property! Could not believe we had the whole compound to ourselves. We showed up with a group of 8 and it couldn’t have been better - could have even fit 2-4 more comfortably if needed. The staff was helpful and attentive but not overbearing. It’s close to convenient stores for quick items and easy to find for grab food delivery - which we did basically every night. With the time of year we went the air conditioning was a godsend. Completely affordable with a big group and all the amenities such as the private pool, cabana, kitchen and pool table made the experience so memorable. If ever in Thailand I will be back!

Close enough to night life but far enough not to hear it from the hotel. For the price we paid i think it was good value for money. My daughter is 9yrs old and she loved the pool and her bed. The beach was further away than i thought but thats my memory of the area at fault(not the hotels decription) but thats no problem as transportation to the beach (and anywhere else) is plentily available.

Einfaches Hotel in Pattaya. Recht zentral gelegen, z.B. nahe diversen Nachtclubs wie Bone Club. Von der Pattaya Walking street ein ganzes Stück entfernt. Die Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet, modern, tw Mit Poolzugang, für 1-2 Übernachtungen vollkommen ausreichend. Das Personal konnte leider nur ein klein wenig Englisch

6박 숙박하는동안 직원들이 굉장히 친절했고 조용한 숙소 분위기였음. 물 수압이 조금 약한게 흠이였지만, 전반적인 가격대비 좋았습니다.
