Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in Rimini

We stayed in Rimini and had a wonderful experience. Our room was very comfortable, with cozy beds and everything spotlessly clean. We especially loved the swimming pool – in the evening it felt so calm and romantic. We relaxed by the pool and even rented bicycles to explore the nearby town. The hotel is right by the sea, offering a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was perfect – the staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was simply amazing. We enjoyed our mornings with a sea view, tasting everything from fresh juices, coffee, and wine to sweet pastries, crepes, cheeses, and cured meats. Truly an unforgettable stay.

We loved everything about this hotel! 😊 The staff was amazing, we arrived very early and they let us use the pool area until we could check in way earlier than the normal time. 😊 The food at breakfast is mind-blowingly delicious, one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. 😊 ❤️ Thank you for your great hospitality, we definitely want to return! 😊 The room and balcony was spacious, clean, we loved the mini fridge as well. They cleaned the room very well every day.

The hotel was excellent from the room to the friendly and enthousiastic staff. Breakfast was very luxourious, the pool opening hours were fantastic ( 7am - 23h ), great beach just outside. The bus stop right in front made it very simple to commute to the center of harbor. The streets and beach were also never to overly crowded and felt very relaxed.

The pool and brakefast was amazing, staff very lovely, restaurant with seea view room they are all right modern and clean, staff speak multiple languages and very helpful.

Very nice room and bathroom, good indoor pool, friendly and professional staff, amazing breakfast (the best I ever had in any hotel, it was basically a full luxury brunch). Very spacious balcony and I was able to check-in early + got a free room upgrade without asking. Amazing value.

This propriety is situated in a magical little town where the time looks stopped making you experience the old beauty of this little town, kids still playing in the plaza, you can enjoy the good traditional food from the various restaurants around the hotel, enjoy the beautiful view and meet very friendly local people. From the hotel you can reach San Marino in less than 15 minutes driving, the beautiful town of Rimini where you can enjoy the beaches or with kids you can spend a fun day in Italia in Miniatura or the water park or the amusement park Mirabilandia, the aquarium, etc… the hotel s stuff is super friendly, the rooms are clean and there is a very nice relaxing and romantic SPA. Me and my family can’t wait to go back!

This hotel is amazing, we are planing to come back for a longer stay next year ! The area and the view is stunning, very close to san marino, san leo, beaches, rimini and wine fields for wine tasting. Their service is great. The hotel is really pretty and quite different with small tunnels and "caves" and such, they even got a spa ! The restaurant in/under the hotel is THE best we tried in our 14 day trip driving around in italy, nothing comes close to the level of service and quality !!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und daher nicht lange da. Für kleiner Spaziergang am Abend durch das romantische Dörfchen und zum Castello hat die Zeit aber gereicht und es hat sich gelohnt. Das Personal war freundlich und ist auch auf all unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Das Zimmer war eher klein aber hat für diese eine Übernachtung total gereicht und viel wichtiger, die Sauberkeit hat gepasst. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig und sehr fein, es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Grazie mille

Både hotellet och byn är mycket charmerande. Personalen var trevlig och frukosten var bra. Både rummet och hotellet var mycket rent. Byn är underbar och det tar bara ca 20 minuter att köra till San Marino. I byn finns bra restauranger. Den ligger uppe på en kulle och fick vi rum med underbar utsikt. Trevligt att promenera i de gamla gatorna. Vi skulle gärna åka dit igen.

Der Empfang, das Abendessen und Frühstück, das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, trotz Corona. Besonders die Kellnerin mit dem Tattoo am Arm mit den dunklen Haaren(leider haben wir den Namen nicht) war Klasse. Das Badezimmer war etwas beengt, jedoch ausreichend. Wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind würden wir wieder buchen.

My room was exceptionally clean, modern and well renovated. I liked the location being out of the main strip, and was made to feel extremely comfortable there. I stayed an extra night as I liked it there so much! Very accessible to the train station, and the rooms were well insulated so the trains did not disturb me. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, breakfast was lovely, and I would definitely recommend Hotel Maioli.

The hotel feels like new, was renovated a couple of months ago. Staff is very very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and air conditioner works great. The amenities are really cool too. Great breakfast too!

Very comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, great price. The location was ideal - near the station for trains, and bus to Cattolica. Plus the lungomare and beach also very close. I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great and in the evenings when we sat outside with a glass of wine chatting to other guests, our host would often bring out some snacks for us to enjoy. We stayed here specifically to go to the San Marino MotoGP and it was a perfect location for this. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the railway station and the circuit itself is approximately a 40 minute easy walk from the hotel and is fun walking with all the other fans. It is only a five minute walk from the hotel into town in the evening to get something to eat.

The hotel was totally fine and adequate, a pleasant surprise off season on the beach promenade. The included breakfast offered a nice spread!!

We stumbled upon this hotel by chance after a complete disaster at B&B Propilei di San Girolamo (a word of warning—avoid this B&B at all costs). What followed was a truly exceptional experience, thanks to Nathalie, Lisa, Suzy, Michele, and the entire team, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly remarkable. Every staff member was polite, friendly, caring, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. The reception area was welcoming and immaculately clean, setting the tone for the rest of our visit. Our room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and extremely comfortable. Towels and linens were crisp, fresh, and replaced daily. The housekeeping team was kind and accommodating, always ensuring everything was just right. Suzy, the main breakfast hostess, was attentive and efficient, promptly replenishing items as soon as they ran out. The breakfast selection was outstanding—everything you could possibly want was available, and all the produce was fresh and delicious. We are deeply grateful for the care and service we received throughout our stay. The location is also ideal—just a three-minute walk to Rimini Station and the historic centre, and within easy walking distance of the harbour and beach. - great location: very close to the train station and the bus to San Marino and a short pleasant walk from the old town center - excellent breakfast, with a wide variety of sweets, but also cheeses, cold cuts, fruits, etc. - very helpful and kind breakfast staff; there is a girl there (brunette) who doesn't sit still for a moment: takes coffee orders, supplies different dishes as they are consumed, clears the tables, brings coffee, etc. - the room (although small) has everything you need and is clean and quiet

This is a modern hotel, very clean and comfortable. We were upgraded to a suite which was amazing. It had lovely views over the town from its private terrace, with a huge bed and whirlpool tub. Most importantly it was very quiet for a good night's sleep. The location was excellent for the train station and the old town. The breakfast was excellent, a good selection of hot and cold with an abundance of sweet and savoury choices. We would definitely stay again.

As always friendly welcome - staff on reception friendly and informative. Handy for both historic centre and sea front. Lots of restaurants within a 5/10 minute walk. Staff at breakfast so friendly and a lovely choice of sweet and savoury. Less than 5 minute walk to main station, airport bus to Bologna, Metromare and local buses including shuttle to San Marino. I liked the big bed, very tasty breakfast, they were really good in accommodating everyone including vegans and lactose intolerant. All the food had info what it contains. It took like 20 minutes by bus to dog beach and bus stop is directly in front of the hotel which I found as big plus. Really close is located market where is lots of fresh fruit and veg.

We stayed at the hotel for five days, in one room for four people and even if it seems like we had not enough space, it was actually quite okay. It was a really rainy day on one day, so we had to spend the whole day at the room, but you didn't feel trapped at all. It was also possible to go downstairs at their lounge or at the terrace, because it was covered. The room was always made while we were at breakfast or in general out. They even repositioned my skincare on my nightstand (perhaps not for everyone but I was really happy about it!). The breakfast was amazing too. So much to try and eat! The location was also really great, while eating breakfast you could spot the ocean and beach. And there are local restaurants and other shops until late at night! The stuff was really kind, always has a smile on their faces and even interact with the children of families. The children really loved it, so I just knew how family friendly they are.

Loved the more mellow vibe of this area (compared to the main hotel strip closer to the center of Rimini). I would definitely call this a “boutique” hotel, but in the best sense. It’s small, but the rooms are very well kept, modern and clean. And the service is exceptional. I would absolutely recommend the two rooms on the fourth floor that have a larger balcony and more seating. Great views from any floor, and even the smaller rooms with balconies have enough room for two people to sit and look at the beach. The front desk staff is very accommodating, and will even make drinks at the bar and bring them up to your room. We had them served on the balcony. Perfetto!

Our stay at Hotel LaMorosa was absolutely perfect! We had a lovely room on the 3rd floor with a beautiful sea view. Visiting just before the season started allowed us to fully enjoy the peaceful Rimini coast and explore the city without the crowds. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They kindly lent us bikes, which was a fantastic way to reach the city center and explore the area. Having convenient parking available right in front of the hotel was also a huge plus. We truly loved everything about our short stay and would highly recommend it

Facing the beach with a good view, this hotel was a real find. Quiet and clean with a plentiful and good quality breakfast I had an excellent night's sleep on a very comfortable bed. The staff, especially the management, went out of their way to be helpful - for which I was really grateful. Highly recommend this lovely hotel and would be very happy to return.

The property is in a great location, right by the beach. The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated with some lovely quirky finishes. The room was a great size and the balcony for the superior double was huge with patio furniture and sunbeds. The breakfast each morning offered a really varied selection and was always well cooked, presented and hot.

We were in February in this hotel. At the reception very friendly staff(always smiling). Clean room, snow-white towels and plenty of them. Unexpectedly, the room was cleaned every day. The breakfasts are excellent, great choice of dishes, great pastries and a variety of drinks. It is very close to the sea (less than 5 minutes). The location is convenient to the city center and close to the sea, lots of good cafes and restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed it, keep it up. Highly recommended.

Great and very kind personal. It is a 3* hotel, so expect this. Rooms are basic, with small TV and refrigerator, however very clean with daily room service. Beds and pillows are comfortable. There is a balcony with a chair in every room. I strongly recommend options with breakfast and even more with dinner. Food is fantastic. Free parking. Great price/value ratio. The room was clean with a very powerful shower, a pleasant little balcony and stocked with toiletries. The breakfast selection was superb, and the staff were very friendly. The location is just a few minutes from the beach, the restaurants on Amerigo Vespucci road and the train station back towards the city. There are a few basics to running a hotel and Bamby has nailed them, and for a great price too.

First of all the location, like a 10 min walk from the Rimini train station which is perfect and easy to reach. Second of all, the hotel. Everything about it was top tier. The service, the cleanliness, the accommodation, the breakfast… and on top of that the price is not too high. Strongly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bamby. The rooms were very clean, the service was excellent, and the location was perfect — just a short walk to the sea. The food was delicious, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great holiday.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful. My room was big and comfortable. Very clean as well. I liked the breakfast. There was coffee, juice, bread, toast, cakes, eggs, sausage, etc. The pool was not very big and only has a few chairs around it but it was always quiet while i was there. Great location, very close to the beach, bus stop and some nice restaurants and bars. 15/20 minutes walk to the city centre. Very good aperol spritz at great price. There’s a luggage room, which is very helpful. You can hear a bit of noise from the corridors and other rooms but that was more the other guests being disrespectful and not the hotel’s fault.

Good breakfast and great that it was available until 11.00am. The staff were very friendly and helpful and organised a room change as the first one we were checked into wasn't to our liking. They were also very efficient, getting a fault with the air conditioning in our room fixed the same evening. The pool area is very pleasant and well maintained. Great to have a price reduction at the beach.

I don't understand how such a wonderful hotel can have such reviews. The location is super, shops, cafes, restaurants are nearby, the beach is across the road. The room is cozy, clean. There is a work space, a wardrobe. A balcony overlooking a piece of the sea. Bathroom with a shower. Towels, shampoo/soap. Refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. Professional, polite, pleasant staff at the reception. Hearty, delicious breakfast. Comfortable and cozy, like home.

Breakfast had salty and sweet options with variety of beverages. Everything was delicious. The hotel had a bus station in front of it so accessing to hotel was very easy. Staff was nice and polite. Room was very clean with working AC and TV and it had a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view.

Everything was good the room and little on the small side but ok. All was clean and bed was comfortable. The shower was good and strong and air-conditioning worked well. The staff were great and friendly also I left my debit card when I left they got in touch with me and posted it home to me.

The interior design is very beautiful, the hotel and room was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was quiet although we had a room by the road, but the noise of the cars and the restaurants/bars nearby was not disturbing. The breakfast was delicious, especially the croissant with pistachios. And I was very happy that they had plat-based milk. The beach is close and it’s near the train station as well.

The location is excellent - near the beach (I had a sea side view), about 2km away from the center of Rimini. The hotel is very clean, with extremely nice staff that go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. The room was cleaned daily, with new towels and amenities. I recommend the spa (Roberta gives a great, relaxing massage). It really is a great place to stay in Rimini!

Great location, walkable to the beach, restaurants, bus stop and train station. I had the most amazing room with a view of the ocean and terrace. I enjoyed the bike rentals, breakfast and in room dining. The staff is absolutely amazing. I made this my home for 2 weeks and took the train to do dat trips to other cities. I wish i didn’t have to leave!

Perfect location and easy to get to from The station and to the beach. Staff were wonderful and went above and beyond. Despite not having a balcony, they pointed us to the roof terrace to enjoy. Every thing in the room was clean and well designed.

Upon arrival, our first impressions of the hotel were very good. The reception staff were friendly and helpful when we checked-in. Our room was gorgeous; modern decor, clean, overlooking the outdoor pool and the sea - wonderful! The buffet breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice which included: scrambled eggs, bacon, assorted cakes, pastries, yogurts, fresh fruit, fresh bread, cheese, meats etc. There were assorted teas, coffees and fruit juices to choose too. We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this beautiful hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is a true gem! The staff is amazing, unfortunately I don’t remember the names, but the girl at the reception was super sweet and friendly! The breakfast was amazing, there was something new every day, as well as some vegan options. And everything was really tasty too, shout-out to the breakfasts staff! The room cleaning was also great! Their pool was stunning – perfect size, always clean. Overall, it was an incredible stay! I totally recommend this hotel, you guys are doing a great job. ❤️

Staffs are ultra friendly and helpful when asked for directions and what bus to get etc. Water machine by the door for refilling our bottles is very handy. Location is perfect as bus stop is right outside the hotel pretty much. Breakfast really can’t fault it lots of choices. We love the swimming pool and sunbathing by it. Hard to leave as we had such a great time there.

Has everything you need for a short stay. Lovely breakfast spreads with plenty of options. The room was a little small but perfect for what you need - large wardrobe, good sized shower and bathroom and a very short walk to the beach. It’s also very close to restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Overall a very pleasant stay, would definitely recommend.

The staff is beyond standards for sure polite and responsive. The breskfast is more than sufficient for everybody. Rooms are clean.

The spa was a major highlight of our stay. it’s very well equipped with steam room, sauna, cold and warm foot bath, warm pool and a salt room. you can access the spa for 3 hrs at €25pp or fore free if you get a massage. we got a massage on our first day and then came back they morning we were leaving for just the spa. The main outdoor swimming pool is open to all guests. Room was a good size and we managed to find room for 2 large suitcases and 2 carry on suitcases plus backpacks and still move around easily. Staff was lovely and super helpful. on one of the nights, they helped us order dinner from a nearby restaurant and had it delivered to the hotel plated and ready to eat. They also granted our request for late check out, giving us an extra hour. Breakfast was really good and had the usual savory options plus many sweet pastries and a great assortment of fruit.

Exceptional vacation! We had a suite as we were company of four. Very spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, amenities in top. We had everything we needed. Beach is across the street, the pool was spacious and with lots of jets and 2 waterfalls. Lots of sunbeds as well. Breakfast was tastefully, rich and to cover each taste. You can eat in the breakfast area or take it to your room and that was another great plus with teens. Staff and owner are there all the time, and they do their best to make everyone feel welcome. You get beach towels at the spa (big plus), the spa offers a lot as well. The street in front offers shops, restaurants, location is very good as it is close to some pretty areas to explore. Bus stop close by if you need to go on a trip. You can have a dog with you and it's another big plus. Bedrooms are placed it the middle of the building so you don't get disturbed at all from the street noise. I can't say anything else, but thanks for a lovely vacation, we did love our stay her ❤️

The hotel is very chic, located on the promenade near the beach. All common areas very clean, the staff very kind and helpful, the breakfast varied and delicious. The room is very clean, with a beautiful view of the sea, balcony, equipped with a kitchenette, towels changed daily, daily cleaning, the bathroom products smell divine..a smell that once felt will always take you back to Italy and males you lfeel "la dolce vita" :). The very beautiful, intimate spa, with very kind staff, a real treat. As well as the outdoor heated pool. For the spa, you receive a kit with everything you need, towel, robe and slippers, which you keep for the entire stay. I really liked the idea of ​​customizing the robes. We had a very early checkout and they offered us a packed breakfast and coffee before we left. They also helped us with ordering the taxi for the airport. We felt wonderful!

This was the only hotel that we stayed at during a 3 week trip in Italy to get pampered after a string of vacation rentals and it didn't disappoint. The decor was stylish and tasteful, staff was lovely and spoke perfect English, it had full amenities including a spa pool free breakfast and parking. We stayed in the balcony room with sea view and loved it. Tons of good restaurants in walking distance. Great massage treatment. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Good clean hotel in great location. The pool is lovely and the room clean and tidy. The local area is busy but has many good restaurants and coffee bars and access to the beach is excellent Rimini is a lovely resort. The beach is large and has lovely sand and sea. The general rule is that you rent beds for the day at a cost of about 35 euros for two beds and an umbrella

A wonderful stay at the beautiful Rubens Hotel. We rested for 7 days. I liked everything - the location - not far from the center, close to the sea, shops and restaurants nearby, a bus stop. Very tasty breakfast to choose from, delicious coffee at the reception, clean and comfortable room with a balcony, daily cleaning and perfect (special rating 10 👍) Highest marks to the staff at the reception. Friendly and responsive young people, ready to solve any issue that arises. Everyone is very positive and energetic. Special thanks ❤ to Dina, a very sincere and pleasant girl. I have stayed in many hotels in Rimini, Italy and around Europe and this one is the best value for money and the best customer service. Absolutely amazing. Very friendly and professional, all of the staff members are great, especially Cristian. The building is the newest out of all the hotels i stayed in rimini, irs very close to the beach and supermarkets are a 5 minute walk and there is a very cheap breakfast option in the hotel.

Property was amazing, renovated with very professional staff. We came a bit early due to our flight and we got a room at 11am, which we really appreciate it. The rooms are cleaned everyday and it’s close to everything. We would like to mention few staff that make a great impression on us Emre,Dina and Brazilian guy at reception. Great location close to the circuit and train station. Easy to walk. Also, amazing helpful staff. Staff was able to help book a bicycle rental, which was needed for work, and was able to have it dropped off / picked up at the hotel as all shops in the city were closed for the season. Would definitely 100% book again.

The Hotel is in the best position for walking to the circuit to watch the Moto GP and the best place for the night life with bars restaurants and all the amazing events put on at night in Missano Adriatica , top job .
