This propriety is situated in a magical little town where the time looks stopped making you experience the old beauty of this little town, kids still playing in the plaza, you can enjoy the good traditional food from the various restaurants around the hotel, enjoy the beautiful view and meet very friendly local people. From the hotel you can reach San Marino in less than 15 minutes driving, the beautiful town of Rimini where you can enjoy the beaches or with kids you can spend a fun day in Italia in Miniatura or the water park or the amusement park Mirabilandia, the aquarium, etc… the hotel s stuff is super friendly, the rooms are clean and there is a very nice relaxing and romantic SPA. Me and my family can’t wait to go back!

This hotel is amazing, we are planing to come back for a longer stay next year ! The area and the view is stunning, very close to san marino, san leo, beaches, rimini and wine fields for wine tasting. Their service is great. The hotel is really pretty and quite different with small tunnels and "caves" and such, they even got a spa ! The restaurant in/under the hotel is THE best we tried in our 14 day trip driving around in italy, nothing comes close to the level of service and quality !!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und daher nicht lange da. Für kleiner Spaziergang am Abend durch das romantische Dörfchen und zum Castello hat die Zeit aber gereicht und es hat sich gelohnt. Das Personal war freundlich und ist auch auf all unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Das Zimmer war eher klein aber hat für diese eine Übernachtung total gereicht und viel wichtiger, die Sauberkeit hat gepasst. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig und sehr fein, es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Grazie mille

Både hotellet och byn är mycket charmerande. Personalen var trevlig och frukosten var bra. Både rummet och hotellet var mycket rent. Byn är underbar och det tar bara ca 20 minuter att köra till San Marino. I byn finns bra restauranger. Den ligger uppe på en kulle och fick vi rum med underbar utsikt. Trevligt att promenera i de gamla gatorna. Vi skulle gärna åka dit igen.

Der Empfang, das Abendessen und Frühstück, das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, trotz Corona. Besonders die Kellnerin mit dem Tattoo am Arm mit den dunklen Haaren(leider haben wir den Namen nicht) war Klasse. Das Badezimmer war etwas beengt, jedoch ausreichend. Wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind würden wir wieder buchen.

My room was exceptionally clean, modern and well renovated. I liked the location being out of the main strip, and was made to feel extremely comfortable there. I stayed an extra night as I liked it there so much! Very accessible to the train station, and the rooms were well insulated so the trains did not disturb me. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, breakfast was lovely, and I would definitely recommend Hotel Maioli.

The hotel feels like new, was renovated a couple of months ago. Staff is very very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and air conditioner works great. The amenities are really cool too. Great breakfast too!

Very comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, great price. The location was ideal - near the station for trains, and bus to Cattolica. Plus the lungomare and beach also very close. I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great and in the evenings when we sat outside with a glass of wine chatting to other guests, our host would often bring out some snacks for us to enjoy. We stayed here specifically to go to the San Marino MotoGP and it was a perfect location for this. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the railway station and the circuit itself is approximately a 40 minute easy walk from the hotel and is fun walking with all the other fans. It is only a five minute walk from the hotel into town in the evening to get something to eat.

The whole place is amazingly beautiful. Super comfy, welcoming, nice snacks, amazing to have coffee available and a kitchen free to use.

We stayed in Rimini and had a wonderful experience. Our room was very comfortable, with cozy beds and everything spotlessly clean. We especially loved the swimming pool – in the evening it felt so calm and romantic. We relaxed by the pool and even rented bicycles to explore the nearby town. The hotel is right by the sea, offering a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was perfect – the staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was simply amazing. We enjoyed our mornings with a sea view, tasting everything from fresh juices, coffee, and wine to sweet pastries, crepes, cheeses, and cured meats. Truly an unforgettable stay.

We loved everything about this hotel! 😊 The staff was amazing, we arrived very early and they let us use the pool area until we could check in way earlier than the normal time. 😊 The food at breakfast is mind-blowingly delicious, one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. 😊 ❤️ Thank you for your great hospitality, we definitely want to return! 😊 The room and balcony was spacious, clean, we loved the mini fridge as well. They cleaned the room very well every day.

The hotel was excellent from the room to the friendly and enthousiastic staff. Breakfast was very luxourious, the pool opening hours were fantastic ( 7am - 23h ), great beach just outside. The bus stop right in front made it very simple to commute to the center of harbor. The streets and beach were also never to overly crowded and felt very relaxed.

The pool and brakefast was amazing, staff very lovely, restaurant with seea view room they are all right modern and clean, staff speak multiple languages and very helpful.

Very nice room and bathroom, good indoor pool, friendly and professional staff, amazing breakfast (the best I ever had in any hotel, it was basically a full luxury brunch). Very spacious balcony and I was able to check-in early + got a free room upgrade without asking. Amazing value.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße mit zahlreichen Parkplätzen vor dem Hotel und hinter dem Hotel. Wir hatten ein gemütliches Zimmer, mit großer Terrasse und Jacuzzi. Trotz der Straße konnten wir mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Das Zimmer wurde täglich sehr sauber und zügig gereinigt. Der Service war total freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück kann auf der Hotelterrasse am Pool eingenommen werden. Es gab reichlich Auswahl an frischem Obst und Gemüse. Die Kuchen waren täglich frisch und lecker. Zum Strand sind es 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Man kann über das Hotel Plätze am Strand buchen.

Ich war für einen Strandurlaub mit meiner Familie dort und habe den Aufenthalt verlängert. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und vor allen Dingen das Personal und der Manager sehr nett. Der Pool für unsere Anforderungen ausreichend und der Strand direkt fussläufig in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstes empfehlen.

Clean basic hotel. Friendly staff, reasonable breakfast, not really in Rimini it’s in riverbella, parking at the hotel should be free but isn’t. Pool is quite small. Expensive for what you get.

Unser Aufenthalt im Rimini Suite Hotel war sehr gut. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Frühstück war üppig und ebenso lecker. Wir hatten die Suite mit einem Whirlpool, das war auch ziemlich schön! Als wir angekommen sind, gab es leider kein freien Stellplatz. Wir hatten dafür kostenfrei vor dem Hotel geparkt. Einen extra Stellplatz sollte 14€ täglich kosten. Wir konnten im Hotel problemfrei liegen für den Strand erwerben. Wir fanden das Hotel besser als Rimini an sich! Würde nicht nochmal hin fahren da ich den Ort an sich nicht so spektakulär finde. Aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall in dieses Hotel zu gehen.

The hotel was totally fine and adequate, a pleasant surprise off season on the beach promenade. The included breakfast offered a nice spread!!

Stayed here with two small children and were happy with the stay. The hotel seems all new, it was very tidy and modern. The staff is very friendly and they spoke English at the reception. The room was for four, and had two huge comfortable beds, though, they didn't leave space for much else. The breakfast was good, however it mainly consisted of sweet things. The pool and pool area was nice! The jacuzzi was huge and had space for several families. Also the pool was nice. We were at first worried about the train track being so close, but you couldn't hear anything at night time. The only thing that was not so good, was the location. An ok neighborhood, but quite far from the Riccione center. Taxi cost about 20eur for the 3-5km!! So if you don't want to walk, we recommend to take the local bus nr 11 which goes frequently on the Main Street parallel to the beach. The hotel also organizes free bus lifts, but only at certain times.

Many things we liked about this hotel . 1. Breakfast 10/10 2. Staff 10/10 3. Location 10/10 4. Clean 5. Pool This place is amazing . You can choose to go on free beach or not 5–10 min away. You can stay on the pool/jacuzzi and enjoy some drinks . They have a bar so you can order even to eat someting. Staff is also amazing , very helpful and smiling all the time . The room is more beautiful in person than in the picture. It is a perfect size . Very clean and the housekeeper clean it every day and change the towels .

Stayed 3 nights in July 2015. Had a fantastic stay there. The very sweet owner and her staff made us feel at home. Everything looked new and decorated with good taste. Very clean room with fridge and air-conditioning, huge shower with a nice blue light, nice private balcony. Bed was very wide for European standards and good mattress. Breakfast: huge choice, espescially to the sweet tooth. Pool is a little noisy when trains pass by, but other than that, extremely pleasant. Excellent location with safe neighbourhood (I kept my car parked on the street in front of the hotel, for free, as I got there early). Hotel is a 5-minutes walk from the beautiful beach and the first restaurant. They offer a buffet-style dinner for 20 EUR per person, which seemed abundant, but we didn't try it as Riccione has a lot of places to eat. I will definitely go back there.

This hotel is great and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice and very comfortable. The wifi is good and the pool is nice. The breakfast was great also. The most impressive thing from our stay was the showers....they have by far the best shower I've seen in a hotel. They have several different rain showers. They have a parking lot, but charge for it, we parked on the street without a problem for free.

The staff is super friendly and are always ready for you. The breakfast was very varied and also very tasty! In addition, the pool is really wonderful to relax and the rooms are also very neat. The location is also perfect! We thought it was a great stay!

Where should I start?? The property is just fantastic, with an incredible attention to detail. Every corner is filled with design object and a young and hip vibe. Loved it. We had the warmest welcome by Valentina (I think), and despite being very late during the day, she showed around with a smile and gave us a refillable bottle to be used during our stay (with unlimited access to free water at the hotel lobby). We booked a Basic Double room with Balcony and it had everything that we needed and more. Loved the little bathroom night light (super discrete), the super comfortable bed, the welcome biscuit and handwritten note. The breakfast was great too. Like in a typical Italian traditional bakery, both with sweet and savoury options. Only note is not a “help yourself buffet” but the staff was sooo lovely and encouraging about you taking as much food as you wanted that it would help even the shyest person.

Positives : fantasic modern hotel with fantastic friendly staff at reception and serving breakfast, they did all the could to make you feel like your are their number 1 priority. Negatives. Cleaning staff useless after cleaning our room on a number of occasions i came back to finding curtains hanging of their rails ..dust on the floor just swept into the corners of the room aswell as not refilling empty shower gel containers and replacing toliet rolls that by the way come standard in the rooms .. The hotel also advertise soundproofed rooms which they are not and state that if you dont get your room cleaned they will offer you 5 euro credit downstairs to use in honesty bar which actually is not the case no more. But i must state that i would definitely recommend this hotel 100%

We had a really great experience at this hotel. All of the staff members were really helpfull, friendly and welcoming. The room was cleaned every morning. Breakfast was good. There was a lot of choices of juices, fresh fruit anf bakes. The staff every morning welcomes you with a smile and serves you in a way that makes you always feel welcome. The location of hotel is also good, the beach is just a few steps away, a lot of restaurants, shops around and if you want to go somethere more far away - it's super easy to reach by public transport. Hotel Up is amazing place! Everything was great: Smiling and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, extremely clean rooms, awesome interior design. Our bed was huge, pillows ideal, room spacious enough and cleaned every day. Possibility to get free water to bidons was something that we didn't expect, but it was just perfect. Staff was amazing- everyone was super nice and trying to make our life easier. Hotel is located 3 mins walking distance from the beach and 5 mins from good restaurant, couple of minutes from buses to the city centre. You can borrow bikes from the hotel for free.

The building has this unique style which we really liked. The staff is very kind, and they spoke perfect English so it was easy to talk. The breakfast always had great variety of choices, everything was made fresh. All the salty and sweet choices were delicious. The beach is only 1-2 minutes of walk from the hotel, also the bus stop is close so we could get to anywhere easily. It was perfect for our honeymoon, and I am sure we will come back in the future (also to bring some Hungarian pálinka to the general manager 😀)

This hotel far exceeded what we expected. I was expecting an average 3 star, which most hotels that are 4 star seem to be nowadays. However, from the moment we walked in until the day we left one week later we were astonished with just how friendly the staff were. The accommodation was very clean and our room was cleaned attentively every day. The pool and staff in this area were amazing - a great rooftop area with plenty of quality sunbeds and a swim up bar. We also took advantage of the free bikes and took a 21 mile ride one day along the coast and back. If we were to return to Rimini then we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is extremely comfortable and cozy! The guys at the reception are simply beyond praise. Always friendly and positive, ready to help on any issue. They checked us in and checked us out in a couple of minutes. The room is equipped with a small refrigerator, safe, air conditioning and a furnished balcony. The room itself was clean and the daily cleaning made it even cleaner. Also the cleaning staff are very friendly. The shower cabin is spacious and comfortable. You can open the window in the bathroom. Breakfast is varied - eggs every day, some meat, lots of pastries, cheese, sausage, yoghurt, fruits and vegetables. Lots of cold and hot drinks. It's literally 10 minutes to the beach at a leisurely pace. There are hundreds of restaurants and a bus stop nearby. The central train station and bus to San Marino are a 15-minute walk away. The rooftop pool is clean and there are enough sun beds and umbrellas. The guy from the pool bar fought a seagull when he saw it trying to get things out of our bag! Special thanks to him I don’t remember when I received such high consideration. Perhaps only in hotels of the Hyatt level. We will definitely come back here again and again.

Hotel Aria is a wonderful hotel and place to stay while visiting Rimini. The location is beautiful, safe, 5 minute walk from beach and 2 minute walk from a huge selection of restaurants and shops. The rooms are big and so clean, with beautiful views on a lovely balcony. The bathroom is also spacious and spotless. The staff were always incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool is perfect, clean, and spacious. There’s a bar that we didn’t know about where you can get drinks! Breakfast was also excellent with a large selection of food and drinks. The only issue we had the whole stay was a slightly stubborn shower when it came to temperature, but really wasn’t a huge problem. Couldn’t recommend staying here enough!

We loved it! The room was clean and had enough space for 3 of us in a triple room. A long balcony overlooking the beautiful rolling hills. We spent most of the time on the rooftop pool. Breakfast was great and they changed things daily, but then kept some items the same which was actually perfect. The staff from reception, the cleaners, the bar people, the breakfast crew were fantastic and so accommodating and polite. They are lovely and dedicated to providing a great service. Even seeing one member of staff after his shift on the road, he waved to us and wished us a good trip. We shall be back!

Suite we rented was very comfortable for a family with 2 kids (3 and 6 years old).. Size is very good, plenty of space, everyone could have it's own corner if needed :) Small kitchen in the suite was very nice to have in order to prepare some food for kids as they don't always eat on same time as us and restaurants don't always have a food they like. There are 2 conditioners in the suite, which was great in hot weather. There was such extra as loundry room on the floor, where washing mashine and tuble dryer are available for small fee (4 eur washing and 2 eur drying), iron is available for free. For us who traveled with car already for one week before arriving to this hotel, this was super convenient. Breakfast is excellent! Especially good is that you can order variety of omlettes, scrambled or fried eggs, pankakes. Also buffet is available with variety of foods and pastry. Stuff is very polite and smiling. We felt very welcome. We have traveled with a car and it was great that there is also parking for free in hotel's backyard. Location is very central in Gatteo a Mare. So 10 from 10 points goes to Romania Suite Hotel! Thank you!

The check-in process was swift and efficient, and I was welcomed with a genuine smile from the front desk staff who were more than eager to assist with any inquiries or special requests. Their dedication to exceptional customer service was evident throughout my stay. My room was spacious and elegant. I was particularly impressed with the attention to cleanliness, especially in these times of heightened hygiene concerns. Perhaps one of the most endearing aspects of Romagna Suite Hotel is its prime location. Situated in the heart of the city, I was within walking distance from the beach. The hotel staff was more than happy to provide recommendations to further enhance my exploration of the city. In conclusion, my stay was an extraordinary experience that surpassed all expectations. Although the hotel is 3 years old, it looks and feels brandnew and very clean! The rooms are amazing and very modern. The personel speaks fluent English, that's quite unique in Italy. I loved this hotel. We stayed 2 nights, for the beach. Although the beaches are busy and only available when you rent a bed. If you drive 15 mintues you will find local beaches for free (and more quiet). The breakfast is a real fest (for me!). There's so much choiche and even a menu for additional wishes like pancakes. I really could have stayed longer here. The hotel is located at a nice, but not really busy, street with small shops and bars/ restaurants. It is a small touristic area wich is nice to walk through in the evening. Ask for room 112, it has a very large balcony wich was really comforting! Conclusion: the reviews and high score are truly earned! Don't go to Rimini, this is the place.

Perfect location. On the main street. 100m from the sea. The hotel is small. The entire hotel has recently been renovated. Everything is modern, clean, tidy, the latest technology. In life, everything looks like in the pictures, not like in other hotels, where the pictures are wow, but when you are there you can't recognize what you have booked. Excellent staff. Such a one had never been encountered. The breakfast is excellent compared to other hotels we stayed in during this trip.

Great reception... both the ladies on reception were amazing and helpful. Location is pergect just a few mins from the beach. They have an arrangment for sunbeds which is great. i felt thoroughly look after. room and shower excellent . had to switch the fridge off as it was too noisy for me but my fault not theirs . Gave mevan excellent suggestion for dinner. a great place to stay. breakfast was exvellent too.Perfectly cooked eggs

Beautifully designed and built to a very high standard with excellent facilities in a good location near the centre and not far from the beaches. The only thing it lacked was a Seaview from the hotel room which was not a problem for us. The hotel made up for this by having such a high standard in everything else including a very private pool and sauna space on the roof with a view to the sea. … we loved the amazing breakfast probably the best we have ever had in any hotel .

Omg this hotel is such a wonderful surprise, we booked this place just because it was priced well and we wanted to visit Rimini, to our surprise we had booked a fantastic hotel. The staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to help you with anything you need, the breakfast is bloody marvellous and has the best bits of everything you would want and more! Finally, the pool is to die for, a beautiful rooftop pool with jets and airpools that you have turn on and off at your leisure, why would you ever want to leave this rooftop pool!?

The staff is over the top friendly. We only had one night but we felt like we were home. The rooftop pool was a huge plus after backpacking from the train station. And the drink service to the pool was a plus. Just several blocks from the beach. Fabulous breakfast! Stay here - you won’t regret it.

I always begin my review with explaining the type of traveller I am. I stay at 4 or 5 stars throughout Europe, and I don't believe in the statement " I am just there to sleep". I will spend the extra money to make sure the hotel is clean, friendly, and luxurious. The Erbavoglio was one of the best hotels I have stayed in! Everything about this hotel is 5 stars. As soon as we got there, we were greeting with the most beautiful of aromas and the friendliest greeting by the front desk staff. Rooms were spacious and cleaned every morning. The bathroom was modern and always restocked. Usually hotels in Italy will include a breakfast, but this is the best one I have had. Guests are met with three filled tables with fruits, desserts, yogurt, breads, and more. Elena at the bar started my day off in the best way with her warm smile and writing my name in chocolate on top of my cappuccino. The hotel is only 5 minutes away from the beach and away from the chaos of the strip. Perfect location! If you are tired of the beach, the hotel has a beautiful rooftop pool. It's not a big space, but there is a few chairs, benches, and tables for guests to enjoy, The water is warm and clean and the view is amazing! I can't recommend this hotel enough. We spent four days at this hotel and I was sad to leave. Can't wait to go back!

Everything was perfect, from welcoming to saying goodbye! I loved the modern and new interiors, the balconies, the AC, the friendly staff, the sofa bed was really good size and easy to assemble, I preferred the blankets to be thicker or may provide a Duvet, but that wasn’t an issue. Also I would suggest adding utensils, plates, bowls etc and a small sink in the kitchenette so guests can clean up their used ones. The whole experience was fantastic, and thanks to the staff. I highly recommend the hotel.

Everything. The quality of the rooms the fixtures and fittings, and design touches and attention to detail are superb. Honestly, one of the best places I've had the pleasure to stay in for a long while, and I travel a good amount on Business. Directly opposite the convention centre, and close to some excellent shops, restaurants, cafes and beaches. Comfortable bed, great lighting, fabulous shower, well appointed throughout, quiet... Just perfect.

Absolutely everything! It's a hotel you rarely find! The location, the cleanliness, the staff are superlative! A new, modern hotel with a lot of good taste and with all the necessary amenities! Brand new, tastefully decorated and perfect location. The staff were attentive and extremely helpful.

Hotel curato, situato vicino alla spiaggia e al centro di Bellaria. Noi siamo stati sistemati in ampio e appartamento al quarto piano (con ascensore) in condominio adiacente all'hotel. Ottima soluzione per famiglia con bambini, cucina attrezzata, 2 stanze da letto, pulizia impeccabile, non presente aria condizionata. Compresi nel prezzo parcheggio in piazzaletto nel retro dell'Hotel, pulizie e colazione, a dir poco eccezionale perchè, oltre che abbondante, è molto curata e ricercata nei dettagli. La proprietaria Betty cura personalmente la preparazione di dolce e salato. Aperta fino alle 11.30, personalmente consiglierei di prolungarla fino alle 12.30-13, in modo da fare una sorta di brunch. Possibilità anche di effettuare presso l'hotel pranzo veloce a base di piadina (noi non ne abbiamo usufruito). Dopo il check in previsto per le 10, possibilità di tenere la stanza, se non subito occupata, per alcune ore con un piccolo sovrapprezzo o di fare una doccia e cambiarsi in bagno messo a disposizione.Hotel convenzionato con i bagni 30 e 32, che applicano uno sconto di circa il 10% sulla tariffa. Nel complesso voto molto positivo all'Hotel e ai gestori Filippo e i suoi genitori, persone davvero molto cordiali e capaci.

Wonderful, amazing, perfect and exceptional our holidays in this hotel. We were welcomed very friendly and got all information that we needed: about the best restaurants located nearby and other things. All stuff is very careful and attentive. Rooms are very cosy and clean and they were cleaned up every day. We had a balcony with a sea view because the hotel is just by sandy and nice beach. There You can get discount for sunbeds and umbrellas. Also free parking for Your car. Very good location for everything: shops, restaurants, train station, city center. But the most impressive thing in this hotel is breakfast. For all tastes, for children and for adults. Various things: eggs, fried and boiled, vegetables, meat, sandwiches, various fruites and sweet cackes and a lot of other tasty things.

Come l'anno scorso confermo la mia opinione su questo bellissimo hotel: posizione eccellente a 5 minuti dalla stazione e a un passo dalla spiaggia con due bagni convenzionati a prezzi dimezzati! La stanza odorava di candeggina e aveva il sigillo sul wc ci sono minibar cassaforte un ampio balcone tutto come descritto nel sito la prima colazione è superba quando vado a Bellaria non cerco alternative perché questo hotel non ha rivali per rapporto qualità prezzo e in generale!! Absolutely amazing stay! We’ve traveled a lot as a family, but this vacation in Italy was definitely one of the best family holidays we’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and what truly stood out was the fantastic homemade cuisine — fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. Everything was spotless, the service was excellent, and it’s an ideal place for families with children. We will definitely return. Highly recommended!

We spent a fantastic extended weekend at a charming hotel, where everything was just perfect! The rooms were recently renovated and cleaned daily. Located just a few steps from the beach, parking was available. But the highlight of our stay was the fantastic breakfast buffet, with a variety of homemade treats that were simply divine. And let's not forget the incredibly friendly hosts, always cheerful and with excellent ideas for day trips.

The property is fantastic, the staff is fabulous, and the beach is gorgeous! We stayed here for three nights, the GB restaurant is top notch, all dishes we tried were excellent, we dined there two nights in a row. Paulo was our server both nights, he was exceptional and knowledgeable all I can say is we started one evening with Manhattans and caviar and it was the equivalent to walking in the clouds. Breakfast was also wonderful and included! The beach was perfect and the room was comfortable and quiet with a large shower. We did get some weather while in house so did not get to ride bikes into the Town Center but did take a taxi there the last night for dinner at L'Ingrata which was outstanding service and ambiance. I cannot say enough about the front desk personnel, they helped us many times from laundry to olive oil from the restaurant to the private driver we hired to take us to Rome. Omar was the best, but so were all the ladies who I forget their names. We will stay here again without a doubt!! Five stars all around from the Birks!!

Nothing to fault this hotel for staff were brillant nothing to much trouble from the cleaners to reception staff Rooms a good size equipped with all you need lovely large power shower Hotel has one of the best restaurants in the area and well worth a visit great variety of food Breakfast served overlooking the beach and a great variety of continental and cooked would be hard pushed not to find something you liked Only a small hotel right on the beautiful sandy beaches plenty of sunbeds which you can hire by the day or week A quite area in June but end of June obviously starts to get busy Trains and buses to Bologna and other cities so good for doing shopping and tourist trips

Our first visit to this area and would definitely come again everything about the hotel was superb . Every single member of staff were excellent nothing was to much trouble and soon got to know you . Great variety of food for breakfast catering for everyones needs you would be hard pushed not to find something you liked. All areas of the hotel was spotless and the cleaner did a brilliant job every day with our room. Beds were comfortable and showers were always hot and powerful Even the Gecko was on his best behaviour only coming out at night to see us

This was the perfect stay! The location is right on the beach, with gorgeous sand and warm, calm, easily accessible water because of the breaker rocks. The beach, hotel property, and rooms are very clean. At night, it’s super quiet because of the well insulated windows. At night, the street lights up with locals walking up and down, enjoying an ice cream or shopping. It’s very relaxed. It’s also super close and a great home base if you’re going to San Marino (a must!) or in to the Old Town.

We loved returning to this hotel. We stayed in the deluxe double for the second time and think it’s one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever been booked. Great views, two balconies, very comfortable bed and linens. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was a real bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom great. It was immaculately clean. The breakfast was good and the restaurant was delightful. Parking was excellent and right next to the building. There’s a lift to help you take bags to your room.

We stayed at Pan di Zenzero Icecream Hotel with our children and had an amazing time! Everything was perfect — clean rooms, cozy atmosphere and wonderful service. Special thanks to Lyudmyla for her kindness, care and great help — she made us feel at home. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and very well maintained. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, always fresh and beautifully served. And the ice cream is homemade — absolutely fantastic! A huge thank you to the owner for her kindness and hospitality — she personally made an ice cream cake for our daughter, a touching and heartwarming gesture we’ll never forget! Perfect location near the beach, shops and restaurants. A wonderful place for families — we truly loved our stay and will definitely come back!

The place is gorgeous! Very nicely decorated and modern. We were in the quadruple room and it was the perfect size for us. So close to the beach. We are on a long tour of Italy and it was perfect to relax for a few days. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were lovely. Communication perfect from before we even arrived. You can tell every staff member works so hard as well. It's a lovely place to stay!

Great location. Very nice, clean and light room. Great bathroom. Ice cream - nice and funny hotel theme. Very helpfull and pleasant staff. Great breakfast, many options what to eat. Also very nice, that you can get ice cream. Our flight was on the evening of the check-out day, so staff let us leave the luggage’s in reception until then.

1. it is a new hotel. 2. the new system of heating, jalousie , entrance + electric cattle . 3. nice friendly stuff , who knows English 4. good cleaning 5. good breakfast 6. everything was comply with declared on booking . con 7. it is 2* star hotel, but it is better than many 3*in Italy.

Had a fantastic experience there. Went for my birthday and it exceed my expectations. Staff is super nice. The place is sparkling clean and new. Room was very confortable. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever seen with a lot of options including home made Gelato. Definitely recommend!
