Great location, close to the sea with lots of green space in the nearby. Medical Center with swimming pool is a big asset.

Everything was excellent and we end up to extend our 12 days vacation with a few more days. Diversified breakfast, fresh and tasty products. You can also buy lunch buffet or order a la carte, same with the dinner. As for the bar, you have to try the decof frappe. Thank you very much to all staff, for sure we'll be back.

Basically, the room, the bed and the TV were much bigger than in the pictures, which was great. Also, my room was ready by 12 pm, so I could check upon my arrival, which I also wasn't expecting. The food was great (I had dinner and breakfast) and the staff was kind and helpful. No wonder the hotel is always fully booked :)

I liked everything, and this is coming from a very picky person! I especially liked the interior design, the pool and the breakfast buffet. They offered some kind of eggs Benedict which were amazing. The location is amazing, it’s really peaceful and quiet - very relaxing. The pool has warm water and is very clean. We were surprised to see they had a pool table as well, so we got to play for fun. Oh, and last but not least: the staff was very friendly and helpful. They notified us that they usually offer breakfast starting with 9am, but asked us if we need it earlier. Very considerate.

A perfect location near Carphatians Mountains in the hills from Alba County. The location is placed on a top hill near Garbova, a place where you can find a oasis of silence. All was perfect for me: location, the infinity pool, the food from Restaurant, Staff, cleanliness. Note 10 from 10.

Honestly not enough room for all that I have to say. Extraordinary staff, amenities, hands down the best bed that I have slept in while in Romania, close to everything, excellent food, pool, cornrows rooms... grateful to the amazing owners for beautifying this already gorgeous party of the country. Will be back

We really enjoy the location, the view, the food and the facilities. We arrived at 21:30 and we decided to do not eat dinner, even if they offered us (the kitchen close at 21 normally). We took a very varius breackfast and we spended the day at the pool and in the jacuzzi (on the last floor). We ate a delicious dinner (fish) in Saturday night. The water is not good for drink, so we bought before some bottles (but I think you can also buy from the reception) and the spa/pool area is open from 12 until 20. The room was very clean and the entire pension.

The breakfast was perfect. Not the usual breakfast, it was very rich and tasty with a lot of special courses. The wellness area is also really good. There's a hot water pool outside, and a jacuzzi on the balcon of the wellness area with a nice view. The view from the room is also magnificent. The place is quiet and there's a lot of opportunity to take walks. There was a game room with a pool table and an xbox as well. Room was recently renovated and quite clean.

Great experience in this guest house, it is in Apuseni forest, stand alone, quiet and nice. The forest was covered in snow in December, but the waterfall did not freeze, we swam with the child in a warm pool outside overlooking the waterfall, then we warmed in the sauna almost on the roof. Thank you hotel for the experience!

Superb location, the pool area with the waterfall is jus wow, excellent food, nice facilities even for little children. The staff is very helpful and nice. We had a magnificent stay, we will go back as soon as we find a weekend with availability! 😁

We appreciated the receptionist sorting out the booking that booking.com had messed up. She sorted it out at the original price. No charge for our dogs, nice room and free parking. Other hotels could learn from this establishment. Nothing was too much. Really enjoyed our stay, shame it wasn't for longer. Great value for money.

I really liked the location, a lot of nature around it and the pool was great to have! The room was clean, AC worked without any problems and the hosts were very nice. A lot of common areas for barbecue, eating, or just relaxing outside of your room.

The property is basically a villa with at least 4 rooms and 2 suites. They also have another building and in the future also a spa. We stayed in a suite and had a big room and a big bathroom with a bathtub. The atmosphere was very familiar and we have befriended other families over barbecue and a beer. They also have a small pool and a fire pit where you can cook something. On the ground floor there is nice lounge and a fully equiped kitchen. The place is children friendly.

The villa is beautiful, equipped with all needed amenities. The house is well taken care of and we really felt at home. The pool is a lot bigger than it looks like in the pictures, which was a great surprise! The host was super attentive. All 6 of us loved our stay and will be back for sure!

Spacious villa, big living room, private gated parking, heated floor. clean! Hot tub was operational, although in the booking it said otherwise. it was a nice surprise. There are some games and a PlayStation 4 which the kids enjoyed playing Owner communicative - although we really didn't meet him face to face (all through WhatsApp) Some may not like the location, but for us it was great, outside the crowded and congested capital. there are some good places to grab something to eat, just 15m drive from the property. a car is a must.

High-end finishes, luxury amenities, such as large living room, spacious bedrooms, extraordinary swimming pool. The jacuzzi is the best! If I could rate it more than 10 I would, but 10 is the maximum! Starting from the towels (which are of a very good quality), to the sauna and the details of the entire building, the property offers more than one needs to feel extraordinary! The landlord was more than nice, he expected us with a bottle of prosecco and ice in the refrigerator.

Amayzing views over the Midia Navodari Channel and Siutghiol Lake, the clean turqoise pool, jacuzzy and sauna, as welll as the fresh lavander flowers and the smooth green grass on which you can walk on bare foots. Very nice owners which helped us with all inquiries.

We liked absolutely everything. flawless in every possible way. attention to the finest details in both leisure and construction details. We’ve been to many exclusivist hotels/resorts/places but we were never left immediately awed as we have here. We will return for sure!

We were given two rooms—one was a suite, and the other a spacious room with a connecting door. Everything was perfect for our family. We truly enjoyed the pool, the hotel facilities, the excellent service, the central location, the food, and especially the time spent together. The pool was fantastic for the kids, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us with any issues or needs, even during the busy holiday period. We had a lovely weekend in this great facility in the middle of Bucharest. Our rooms had a great view of the city, spacious and well appointed with comfortable beds and all the amenities that one would expect from a four star hotel. Actually it should be accorded five stars for the high quality service. The pool is beautiful and is a nice place to unwind in the afternoon. Food was delicious and it was delightful wining and dining at the the restaurant. The WIF was fast and worked great in the room and the common areas. I recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure.

Right on the main square of the old part of time. The hotel is also a restaurant so food there was always available. The staff are helpful and friendly and allowed us to drop our bags off early before check in The room was exceptionally large decorated in a traditional way with a very large comfy bed and a modern ensuite. The breakfast was a buffet style with a selection of meat cheese, yogurt , fruit, boiled and scrambled eggs. Bread for toasting with jam and butter brioche and cereals. I would highly recommend this place for a true, traditional Transylvanian hotel. Highly recommend this place.

I only stayed for one night, but I had a very pleasant stay and liked my second floor view on the back of the building. I specially want to thank the gentleman working in the restaurant. I was the last customer at the evening, got good and friendly service. I got up early and had my breakfast first thing they started serving - and there he was, same gentleman smiling and being friendly at the breakfast service :)

Casa Wagner hotel is an excellent place to stay in Sighisoara. Perfectly located in the center of the fortress, it was beautifully renovated and has large and well equipped rooms. The staff is extremely friendly, efficient, and professional, especially the receptionists (special thanks to Mr. Florin) and the waiters of their near-by restaurant that belongs to the same hotel.

Everything was great. The hotel is the main square of the city. A very nice classical building with very pretty decoration inside. The rooms are spacious with nice furniture and soft bed. The breakfast is more than satisfactory in a very different price. The price of the room was very reasonable as well.

Staff were so friendly and helpful and willing to accommodate needs. The room was beautiful and classic and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was to die for. Right in the centre of the Old Town, all of the best parts of Sighisoara were right on our doorstep.

The hotel exceeded expectations. Although I arrived slightly ahead of the scheduled check-in time, I was granted access to my room without delay. Upon arrival, I was graciously provided with a complimentary bottle of water, which was greatly appreciated given the 30-degree temperature. Conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the airport, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service for both arrival and departure. The establishment is impeccably clean and features charming decor. The staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful, with the majority proficient in English. The breakfast was delectable, offering a wide selection of continental options and made-to-order omelets. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed; mine featured twin beds, which suited my solo visit. Despite the proximity to the airport, the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a serene atmosphere once the windows are closed. The air conditioning, television, kettle, and shower all operated flawlessly. Additionally, the hotel boasts a gym and a relaxing sauna for guests’ enjoyment. My stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and I would wholeheartedly return and recommend this hotel.

I booked this hotel last minute for a daytime stay after dealing with delays and a long night of travel. It turned out to be exactly what I needed and more. The front desk staff (Christian) was professional, sharp, and welcoming — the kind of first impression that makes you appreciate Romania even more. After hours in the cold and wet, being greeted like that made a real difference. The hotel itself is top-notch. Everything inside is well kept, the bar and restaurant area has a clean, modern look, and the front area is stocked and ready if you want to settle in with a drink. For a last-minute booking, this place far exceeded expectations. PS- there is an airport shuttle to help you save on some Lei! Looking forward to staying here again when I’m back in the area.

Our upgraded suite was large and had a great views of the lively square and church, perfect for morning coffee , traffic people and watching. The windows do a great job of keeping out the noise. Returning back after an evening out our only problem was deciding between a nightcap in the atmospheric English Bar (where the staff wonderfully remembered our drinks!) or indulging in late-night cake and coffee at the late-opening coffee shop – a feature we wish more hotels offered. The English bar is beautiful a once famous haunt of spies ! The recently renovated pool and gym were a huge highlight, easily a 10/10. The gym is incredibly well-equipped, and the waterfall pool area with its two jacuzzis, sauna, and rainfall showers is simply perfect. The hotel's common areas are beautiful, full of fresh flowers, and the reception staff were all very helpful. A special mention to Andra, whose exceptional warmth and service made our stay truly memorable. Nothing is too far away and taxis are super cheap.

The Athenee Palace is 5 star. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and service oriented. The pool, spa and other facilities are top notch. The premises are clean and secure. The bathroom shower has great pressure and plenty of hot water. The hotel is in a great location for either walking or having a taxi pick you up. We stayed here with kids as well and it worked out great.

It is amazing to stay right on the City hall/ Market Square/ etc. ( call it how you want) Second, the stuff was so nice polite positive and friendly in a business way- not intrusive but trustworthy. 3rd point is that you have great restaurants, cafes, Starbucks, even convenience mini store at you hand . 4 the bar seems to have everything - though I didn't spent my time there. I loved the picture on the wall, the desk ( because I used it) and the hard mattress for my backpain- 10/10 The shower had good pressure and the morning shower with Scottish ending was good way to start the day. Parking lots are all around the hotel and you can easily find a spot. I would like to book in advance for the Christmas Market - pretty sure is the right spot to be! The minibar has water and soda. The stairwell is amazing and clean , and I loved the architectural good taste . The colours are used perfect.

It was our 2nd time at AmRing during Sibiu Christmas market and we will be back for sure, as there’s no better place to stay and enjoy the magic of Christmas in Sibiu during this time of the year. Our room was oriented straight to Piata Mare and the Xmas market, so we had the most amazing view. I was literally glued to the window until the lighta of the fair where turned off and back at the window first thing in the morning :) The rooms are clean and spacious, very well heated and very confortable. The old and very charming historical building is still very well preserved. Nothing to complain, very good value for money

Location was perfect, directly on the Piata Mare. Beautiful views. Walking distance to all sightseeing locations. Hotel has beautiful furnishings in hallways, a true Romanian experience. Also, beds very comfortable. Restaurant downstairs has very good breakfast choices, good food, large portions and nice outdoor seating. Our request for a 0130 check-in due to a late flight arrival time was accommodated without problem. Front desk personnel very helpful and pleasant.

Everything was amazing! The room was warm, clean, and quiet. Position in the Market Square was initially a concern, but there was no noise to speak of. Gorgeous interior and decorations, and great food in the hotel restaurant.

We requested the deluxe king with view of the square! The room was amazing! It was huge and the view of the Christmas Market was unforgettable. The decor in the hotel is very classic and well chosen.

I have stayed several times here and this time I have booked the executive suite which is a penthouse located on the last floor. The suite has both a large indoor area as well as a generous outdoor terrace offering amazing views of the city. The interior design is absolutely perfect and I was delighted to discover the nice combination of colors all over the place. Inside the apartment I found plenty of space including a dining area, living room and relaxing zone with large sofas, comfortable bedroom and an outstanding bathroom equipped with both shower and bathtub. Spending the night in this lovely suite was a nice experience and I can definitely say it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. To start the day full of energy, I had the breakfast in the restaurant and I enjoyed it a lot because there was large selection of fresh and delicious products. In terms of meals, I had also lunch and dinner in the restaurant and all dishes were fabulous in terms of taste, design, quality and presentation, making every visit in the restaurant a genuine fine dining experience. As always the staff was very friendly and highly professional, therefore I am expressing my heartfelt thanks to Florin and his exceptional team: Lorena, Dani, Pavel and Andrei from front desk; Fabius, Adelin and Marius from the restaurant; Mirela and Roxana from breakfast.

I have chosen Mercure Timisoara and it was the best decision because this place really gave me the perfect accommodation experience. The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet area close to the city center and from the 4th floor (where my room was located) it offers a great view. The room was astonishing: spacious, modern design, all amenities needed and a large comfortable bed for an excellent sleep. On top of that, the technology inside the room was amazing because everything is digitally controlled using a tablet. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast that offered a lot of choices and all of them were great. There is an outstanding restaurant inside the hotel where I had both lunch and dinner and I can easily say I had a real international dining experience because the menu includes dishes from all over the world. Special thanks from my side to Mr. Florin Cojocaru (the hotel’s general manager) for his great hospitality, friendly attitude and willingness to help me with anything needed in order to have the perfect stay at the hotel. I highly appreciated that the management is really focused on creating the highest standards, so the guests can have the best experience during their stay at this hotel. Thanks to Mr. Cojocaru and his amazing team I had a wonderful accommodation experience.

Mercure Timisoara is clearly a breathtaking place with a spectacular elegant modern design. Everything is chosen with an impressive attention to details. The room was incredibly high tech and anything inside is digitally controlled using a tablet, touch screens or sensors that are softly lighting the room creating a cozy atmosphere. Furthermore, I find the room extremely comfortable and I was able to sleep perfectly and to wake up feeling fully refreshed. Breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of cold and warm dishes. Having lunch and dinner was a superb fine dining experience. What makes this hotel great is the special atmosphere created by the friendly staff always making you feel like home.

The room is charmingly designed and feels just like home, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and smart tech gadgets that really make life easier. The warm, inviting lighting creates a cozy atmosphere, that we really enjoyed! The reception and restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. Plus, the food and service are outstanding – it’s a perfect 10 for even the pickiest guest!

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. Upon arrival, we were greeted very kindly by the receptionist. All hotel staff were very kind and smiling throughout our stay. Breakfast and dinner were really excellent. We traveled together with two small dogs, who were welcomed at the hotel. We will choose this hotel again on our next trip to Timisoara.

The thermal pool has a great temperature, and the mini pool for kids is also good. The rooms are comfortable and have a nice temperature. You even get free tea, coffee, and water in the room. There's also a mini fridge with extra snacks. You are provided with bathtowels, towels for the spa, robes, and slippers. The cleanliness all around is amazing. This place definitely deserves more than 3 stars. It exceeded our expectations, and we will surely be back. Thank you.

I our opinion this hotel is the best choice if you want to stay in Cachiulata. The location is perfect- just next to the river and provides a picturesque view to the valley of river Olt. The beds were very comfortable with high-quality sheets. Very helpful staff who asked us every day if we needed something else. They cleaned the hotel and rooms regularly. The breakfast was excellent. The swimming pools were spacious, warm and clean-with salty mineral water which made the swimming a real pleasure. The maximum debt of the pool is 1.50 m and this is a very good option for the adults who cannot swim. There are many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Supermarkets Anabella and Carrefour are about 15 min walking.

The hotel has everything you need, spa, pool, a good restaurant. It's clean and it also provides towels and bathrobes for the pool and spa. The river view from the terrace is quite nice.

There is nothing negative about this hotel. The location is beautiful and easily accessible, the private parking is spacious and under camera surveillance. The rooms are beautiful, warm, there is a home-like feeling. The bed mattress is very comfortable, also my relative had an excellent sleep in spite of their back problems. The room is also very quiet. The hotel atmosphere is lovely. I have to emphasize the attitude of the staff - they are so wonderful, professional and smiling. All of them: at the reception, restaurant, cleaning and maintainance, and manager. The food is amazing. Breakfast has a variety of everything, very tasty! We also had the dinner at the hotel every evening during our stay, the menu is very well put together, a lot of tasty options. Our dinner was perfect every time, we tried the "dorada" fish with polenta, eggplant salad, shrimp salad, salmon-avocado starter, "papanasi" desert... The spa is wonderful with inside + outside pool, Finnish and salt saunas, and lovely music. Last, but not least, all places (indoor + outdoon hotel premises) are spotless clean. This is our second time at River hotel and we are looking forward for our next stay. <3

Water temperature was great. Food was good and coming in big portions. Breakfast was rich and had a lot of options. Restaurant staff was attentive and offering help when the line at the coffee machine was long. Immediately replacing any food or drink items that finished. Rooms are spacious, clean, very good mattresses, lights are enough, bathroom and amenities as per 4 stars hotel. Very happy with the time we spent there. The hotel is really very clean and nice. The stuff is very helpful, they were very responsive and helped me to organise a birthday cake for my loved one. The food was good at the breakfast. I loved this boutique hotel with everything ready and available to make your stay unforgettable. I loved the pool, the food, the room is bigger than others similar in the area. Everything was in his place: the bed, the bathroom, the view to the little creek in the nearby, the pool... We felt welcomed to the place. The staff ... nice, smiling and polite. Good food at the back terrace ... and the breakfast too. Good swimming pool, clean and big enough for a quick jump or for a swim.

Everything was great: the room was spacious and I liked that it was more remote from the rest (Room no.7) not to disturb other guests (my kids can be a bit noisy). This is a very special hotel in a wonderful location. Every member of staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. The lobby is lovely with comfortable sofas and some interesting decor. Our room was huge! The two queen sized beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The bathroom was very spacious too, with an excellent walk in shower. Breakfast was tasty, with plenty of choice. Brasov is a lovely old town and the hotel is perfectly placed for all the main sights-literally five minutes walk (max) from the cable car, mount tampa, the bastions, the black church, the main square and dozens of restaurants. I can't imagine why anyone would stay anywhere else.

Me and My friend booked this hotel last year, We came back this year again. Well the room is BIG. So Big! you can try running for the Olympics when you there. Only cone is that the facility was build from wood and its cranky a little bit on the higher floors... (last year we didn't had this problem with a second floor room) Amazing reservation that speak perfect English and there to help you with every problem or need. ONLY CONE - AS LAST YEAR - please, upgrade your pillows guys.. something more feather like.. more comfy and cozy ! Everything else was just perfect. Amazing people, Amazing time.

Номер одноместный очень комфортный. Несмотря на то, что располагался рядом с лифтом, было очень тихо. Ещё одним критерием выбора отеля была возможность брони парковки. К сожалению, либо уже всё было занято, либо по какой-то другой причине, мне было в этом отказано. Парковала машину в 500 метрах от отеля на улице Strada Constantin Lacea (бесплатно).

Very central and big room. The bed a bit uncomfortable with the borders around the matress. it is a 5 minute walk from the main square but it is a quite area. It has been recently renovated and the breaksfast was simple but it had a bit of everything. I highly recommend it considering the price that is very econonical. The staff was very friendly helping us to park the car.

I was very impressed with Hirscher. It was so close to the main square yet far enough away to wear the noise wasn’t bothersome. The ambience at the hotel was very nice and the beds super comfortable. Everything was great. The only thing that could have made it a smidge better is if there was coffee in the rooms.

Hotel is in a great location next to many attractions and not far from Old Town Bucharest where the nightlife is, only an 8 minute ride away on Bolt/Uber/taxi(bolt is the most inexpensive). The property and lobby felt upscale and clean. I want able to check out the pool or fitness area unfortunately due to my short stay. The room was very nice and comfortable, the sheets and pillows were very soft. Slept well and was able to get a later check out as well to sleep in after a late night out. Staff is great. Michael at the front desk checked me in and was super helpful and friendly, and the morning I checked out I talked with Oscar and he was also very friendly and helpful, gave me great recommendations for a local cafe down the street (Tucano Coffee Guatemala). Overall a great stay, would recommend and would come back again next time I am in Bucharest.

We booked for 3 nights stay. Hotel is nice and clean. The front desk was efficient. Room was on the higher floors and had coffee machine and refrigerator. Around Sheraton there are a number of places where one can buy something to eat. We didn't have time to try in house dining. There is a metro stop round the corner so that helps a lot. Main station is also a metro ride away Buffet breakfast was good with a variety of items. Pool facilities looked really nice but we didn't have time to use. COVID regulations are followed and we felt safe all the time. Recommended.

The staff were very helpful in solving the issue of adding a child to a room after initially booking a second room, and provided us the option to add a rollaway bed to our room. The heated pool was enjoyable, and the hours it was open were convenient. Breakfast had a wide assortment to choose from and very delicious.

Exceptional place I have seen in Romania. The whole concept of hotel is so well developed and thought through, that I havent found anything I didnt like. Hotel building is a renovated house from the beginning of XX century done with very high standards and strong attention to details. We had a room 213 on the 2nd floor and its design, facilities, smells etc. were on the high level vs my expectation. Breakfast is very tasty, not a huge variety of food, but they had exactly what is needed for breakfast and even more. For example, guacamole, vegan deserts etc. As facility is not big for breakfast, guest were divided into 3 streams based on their preference of time for breakfast. Good solution to manage food and traffic. Level of customer care and service is exceptional: always asking about stay, welcoming and friendly. Very good SPA. My wife used a massage there and was very happy with the service. Hotel located in a close proximity to Brasov main square (5-10min walk). Additional benefit is a terrace (available only for guests) with a nice view on Tampa and old building roofs. Huge respect to the people doing business there. It really helps Brasov and Romania to create better image as touristic destination.

I loved this hotel! It is beautifully decorated and the rooms itself are so pretty. The staff was very welcoming and very helpful with anything you need. The breakfast that’s included is delicious as well and give you different options each day. The have a nice rooftop that has a great view over Braşov and I recommend grabbing a drink from their bar and go to the roof. The location of this hotel is in the perfect spot. It’s easy to walk to several restaurants, cafes and tourist attractions. The only complaint I would have is the walls are a little thin so if you get a loud neighbor, you can hear everything. But, once we told the front desk, they told them to be quiet, which we really appreciated and were able to get a good nights sleep. I would absolutely stay here again if I’m in Braşov. This hotel was great, and you won’t be disappointed.

It’s hard to review such a beautiful place. On our travel through Romania, we had 8 hotels. None of them came close to this gem in the centre of Brasovs pedestrian area. The warm design, the welcoming staff, the attention to detail, the relaxing rooftop terrace and a small but outstanding breakfast menu made us feel at home. If anything, the location directly on the street is not ideal, but the street is not busy and the windows keep away the noise. But coming home after a day of exploration and the music in your suite awaits you to relax with a nice glass of wine. And later on, a large comfortable bed with thick curtains that keep out the street lights. Needless to say, we will be back.

Best hotel we visited in Romania and the service was impeccable. Adriana and Delyana went above and beyond in recommendations, help with a train issue to Sibiu and providing us with all the drinking water we needed (which was a lot). The service was better than at most 5-6 star branded hotels. And I've stayed in many over the years for business. The hotel manager was a delight and the chef provided the best tasting and freshest breakfast spread during out stay in the country. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, the cleanest we had in the country and the location is perfection. If your staying in Brasov, Schuster Boarding House is by far your best choice. I will be recommending to all my well-traveled friends.

The warm hospitality of the owner(she was super caring, nice and attentive) and the staffs were imprinted in my memory of this hotel. The whole hotel was well designed, modern room, clean, good WiFi, nice old city and mountain view from our room on the 3th floor. The best delicious breakfast that we enjoyed everyday we stayed there. Good security at main entrance too. The location is so convenient to get to old town sqaure and lots of restaurants/coffee shops. We absolutely recommend this hotel and it will be my first choice again if I came back to Braşov in the future.

I had a very comfortable stay in the standard room. The room was nearly refurbished, modern, spacious, clean, had large windows with lots of natural light and a very comfortable bed. Please note, standard room only has Dove shampoo, body wash and hand wash. No shower cap, body lotion or beauty set. There were only three hangers in the wardrobe, but I called reception and they brought 6 more within ten minutes despite the late hour. The gym and spa are rather small but convenient and you can grab a lovely robe and slippers from there. Breakfast was amazing - lots of hot and cold options to choose from. Complementary water in the room was a nice suprise on arrival. Hotel is within easy reach of town centre by public transport and there are plenty of good restaurants by the hotel. There is a small but well stocked supermarket nearby too. Overall - highly recommend this hotel due to excellent value for money.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had everything I needed. The food was also good. The location couldn't have been better for what I needed - easy to walk to the National Arena (and especially back to the hotel after a concert, when it's difficult to find ubers/taxis) and very close to the Piata Muncii subway station, 3 mins walk. The staff was also lovely. I arrived around 11AM and they had a room ready, so I was able to check-in early. On the last day, since my flight was at 10:30PM, I asked about late check-out and was given the option of a free late check-out up until 2PM, or for a 50% fee if I wanted to stay until 6PM. I will for sure be staying here again.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. It’s off from “downtown” Bucharest but there’s a train station that is walking distance that can take you anywhere and also bus stops. Check in was smooth and all the staff are friendly and accommodating. I never had an issue during my entire stay. My room is always made after I come back in the afternoon and housekeeping always do a fantastic job on keeping my room looking brand new everyday. I definitely appreciate the complimentary coffee and water in my room everyday. Their toiletries in the bathroom especially the hair conditioner smells soooo good! I would come back here again if I’m back in Romania.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and allowed us to check in far before 3 PM. They switched some rooms around to make this happen, and even gave me a free upgrade. I got a room with a balcony on the 9th floor, which was really cool. Breakfast was good, there was plenty of seating. The room had all luxuries that you would expect, including a minibar and a good airco system. The only downside that I can name for this hotel is that there is not much parking space for the hotel itself, which forces you to use the residential parking area which is very crowded.

Close to two large green parks, a 30-minute walk to a good shopping center, a 20-minute walk to the center, and a 5-minute walk to the metro, which is a 3-4-station direct line to the center. The beds were very comfortable and the room was really clean. There was a mini market open late next door which was helpful as we arrived late without having had any food so we managed to get sandwiches and wraps as well as snacks. Really the only negative was that the noise from the street was very very loud. Our window didn’t often sound like it was closed. We didn’t have too much of a problem as we’re very heavy sleepers. But there was someone screaming in the street on the Monday we arrived from 10:30pm to 01:30am. I’d definitely recommend you stay at this hotel but I would say if you struggle with falling asleep to noise or to stay asleep to noise I probably wouldn’t. Everything else was great though!

The location is perfect. You can find a bus stop right in front of the building. Old town is 7 minutes by walk. It’s located on a Main Street, but if your window is closed, you can hear nothing from the outside or the next rooms. Soundproof at its best. Our room was big with a large double bed, 2 wardrobes a desk and a chair. Nice lights, hungers etc. Very very very clean. We had room cleaning service daily for 5 days and new towels as well. The temperature inside the building is very very good even without using the A/C or the heater. It is highly recommended for the location, the cleanliness and the staff. It’s worth every single euro.

Everything was exceptional! The rooms were clean and surprisingly soundproof, just as advertised. The pool was very clean, plenty of space around it to get a tan. The staff was extremely friendly, the owner even came over to every guest individually to introduce himself and chat for a couple of minutes, which was a very nice gesture! They also brought some fruits from their own garden, for free! Definitely recommend and will certainly be returning in the future!

The apartment was very spacious (including bedroom with shower, large living room, kitchen and balcony), spotlessly clean and nicely decorated with modern furniture. We enjoyed the nice view, the beautiful garden and the swimming pool area! Many thanks to our hosts who were very friendly and attentive. The owner was very kind to extend check in period as we were arriving quite late. The property is up on the hill, overlooking the city with stunning views. As we only stayed one night, we did not use the swimming pool or other facilities, but they looked lovely. The room is big and comfortable with all the amenities.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say that my experience was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. Their remarkable hospitality and genuine care for their guests left a lasting impression on me. In addition to the remarkable staff, the hotel itself was beautifully maintained. The rooms were immaculate, offering a serene and comfortable environment to unwind after a long day. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, maintaining the cleanliness of the room and ensuring that every detail was attended to.

The staff is great here, as well as the food (I had breakfast and dinner). While not right at the touristic center, you can easily catch a bus, or Uber/Bolt there. they had secure parking off street, which was great for my motorcycle. I was lucky to have a junior suite which was very large. The hotel room was quiet, despite being right on a busy road. The AC worked quietly and well. The water pressure was good, the bed was comfortable with good pillows. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed everything! The beds were excellent, not too hard, not to soft. Room was spotless and had a functional but also beautiful design. The bathroom is also functional and beautiful and the shower was great. The shower water does not leak on the bathroom floor. The water is very warm and with good pressure. Excellent brealfast and professional staff. We did not try the SPA now, but maybe next time. Easiöy accessible parking place was available in the front of the hotel. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Specially booked to be close to the North Train Station and closer to the airport, hence the location was perfect for the purpose of my stay. However, the metro station is in train station (5-8 min. walk from hotel) - orange line, which circles around the city center. The host was very responsive.The host helped us with a late check-out. She also helped us with storing the baggage for a longer time, and after cleaning the room, she found an item of ours that was returned to us. Really appreciate it. We really recommend this hotel as it is well located and you have everything in walking proximity.

I recently stayed at Castenor for a couple of days, and overall, it was a good experience but not exceptional. The swimming pool area was definitely a highlight—clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and attentive, making dining a pleasant experience. However, I believe two days is sufficient for a stay, as the resort doesn't offer much beyond the pool and dining. While I enjoyed my time, I feel there's room for improvement in terms of amenities and activities.

The hotel is located about 25 minutes from Sibiu. It has amazing indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, jacuzzi, and sauna. In general, the spa facilities and staff are amazing!! I have to mention the restaurant, which has an outstanding service and food. Also, the room and the entire hotel are supper clean!

Being located on Cioplea it offers a very good view to the mountains and is situated in a quiet neighborhood. There are a couple of very good restaurants nearby so it isn't necessary to go all the way down to the city center to grab a byte. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was good except, maybe, for the coffee. But then again, maybe my standards in regards of coffee are too high.

Fantastic staff - can't say enough about the great service. There is a very nice pool and peaceful location and we had a late lunch by the pool, which was very pleasant. I am vegan and there was plenty of options for breakfast (vegan options for other meals were too limited, but it was not a problem as there are other places for lunch or diner. The easy and plentiful parking was a big plus. Room was very nice and comfortable.

Everything was perfect. We liked limited number of guests by the pool, so pool was not crowded 👌 Rooms were comfortable and nice. In the same time, wedding was in hotel, but we didnt hear any noise in the room. We will come again for sure.

Makes me very happy to know that finally there is such kind of accommodation in Timisoara where we spent 3 relaxing nights at Tresor. You are welcomed with a glass of prosecco and check-in is done quickly. Room is well maintained with enough amenities and smart system. We tried both breakfast and dinner and we were satisfied with the variety of choices and taste. Staff throughout the location is on par with what you would expect from a 5 star hotel, very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Since it was October we were not able to use the available pool. Do be aware of the fact that this hotel is located quite far from the city center, but Uber is always an option. what i do find strange and the only minus for this place is that for late checkout the hotel's policy state that there is a fee of 15EUR/h which for me sounds not reasonable. Same applies for Hilton members. All in all i would still choose this hotel for my next visit as they deliver what is promised!

The hotel is located in a quiet living area with family houses approximately 4 Km from the city center. A trolleybus leads dirctly from the hotel to the city center. Also it is possible to walk, but it takes app. 50 min. Taxi is prompt available, the hotel staff very supportive and extremely friendly. The breakfast is probably the best in town. I was missing nothing. If so, I am sure that the waiter would satisfy me within some minutes. There is a pool in the gardenwhich is very nice in the summer month. Also there is a spa with Jacuzzi and sauna area. Spa treatment and massages by appointment and extra cost. The hotel is not brandnew, but very well maintained and if your budget allows, I fully recommend a relaxing stay there.

The list of likings is very long and would just be a repeat of what most of the people have already described. I still feel I must give a shoutout to all the friendly and helpful staff, who’ll surely put you in a better mood while quickly and quietly solve any requests you throw at them. And then there’s the food at the hotel’s own restaurant! In my 5 nights stay I can say I sampled most items from their menu and been wowed every time. Dining here could easily be the purpose of your visit! But then there’s the SPA, the jacuzzi, and sunbathing by the crystal clear pool… This is not a hotel, this is a luxury resort!

What a special experience staying at Scala Boutique Hotel. Angie and Oana made us feel like VIPs. They are both wonderful hosts who went out of their way to help us at every opportunity. We appreciated our conversations with them and their generosity, they helped make our first visit to Bucharest a memorable one. They provided restaurant and activity recommendations, help with transportation booking, and even packed breakfast and lunch for us on the day we had an early start for a day tour. This was the best service we have had at a hotel. The hotel itself is wonderful. The decor and atmosphere is unique, warm and inviting. The breakfast is nothing elaborate but had enough variety to meet our needs, and the made to order coffee was a great way to start every day. The location is also great, it's only a short walk to the Old Town and to transit options. We also had no issues hailing a Bolt at the hotel, which we found easy and inexpensive. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a construction project next door however we never heard anything so this was not an issue for us. It was perfect as a base for our 4-night stay.

First of all it is important that you know, we are a couple (without children) the hotel is amazing in its beauty! I have never experienced such an exciting experience and I travel the world a lot! First of all the service, our plane was late and we arrived at 1 am and the girl welcomed us with a smile and joy in the middle of the night. Even in the morning her replacement was charming, told about the hotel that was established in the building almost 100 years ago, about the building, its special features and the design. Helped us arrange the trip to Sinaia perfectly. We will continue to the beauty that can be seen in every corner of the hotel and the crazy room we were in. A huge bed, an old desk, huge curtains and a warm atmosphere in wonderful colors of love. The breakfast is delicious, varied and they really care that you will be satisfied and it will be delicious and you can't miss it: so many choices it's simply delicious. We had so much fun. Highly recommend!!!

Our plane was late- but that was no problem. Angela who was on duty that night was really welcoming and immediately recommended a great place for us to go an eat before it closed - not bad for 11pm. The location is great. Lots of cool bars and restaurants near by, and the following morning we could easy stroll to Revolution Square - the old town to the east of it (tourists) and the more "downtown" part to the West- where the locals hang out. There seems to be a large variety of food for breakfast and it is served in the vaulted downstairs covered area which is charming. The hotel room we were in was stunning. Large, original old decor but tastefully presented. If we were to come back - we would just book here again and not bother ourselves with another search - we thought good value for money.

Scala Boutique-Hotel was something special (in a good way). We booked the suite, which was on the top floor. Both the Hotel and the room were amazingly decorated with lots of furniture and art. It really made you feel like being in a different time and you lived in a castle. Though there were a lot of items, everything was super clean and tidy. The breakfast was in the same style, a bit out of the world. Staff was really friendly and we enjoyed the stay a lot. You need to walk a bit toward the city center and bus station, but we had no problem reaching everything we were interested in. It was also very quiet in a side street.

It's not only the facilities and personnel that make this hotel so great, but also the placement right in the city's center. I've been there many times before, and my opinion remains the same. The employees are professionals and ready to help in every situation. They are also a great partner in organizing big events and festivals and manage to ensure food and accommodation for hundreds of people during festivals and public projects taking place in the city. One example would be "Alfabetul Convietuirii" which is an interethnic festival that takes place every fall in Ploiesti, where over 700 artists participate every year. The Central Hotel efficiently manages the accommodation and food services for all the participants and ensure great communication and quality services. All things considered, I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone, whether it is for business or tourism purposes.

We decided to make a one night stop in our journey back home to Bucharest as it was getting late. We called in advance to check if the restaurant is opened and if we could order anything when we arrive, about one hour before the closing time of the restaurant. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who also took us to our table and took our order. Although we were alone in the restaurant, everything from the menu was available and let me tell you, the dishes were spectacular, for a very modest price. The room and bathroom were big, clean, the bed comfortable. The next morning we had breakfast and let me tell you, after 3 weeks of staying in various place in Europe, this was the best breakfast we had. The parking was full when we arrived, but there are enough parking spaces on the street. We'll return for sure when we are in the are, even if just for the food.

The staff was extraordinary! They did their best to make our stay more comfortable, as we were travelling with our 1 and a half and 4 year-olds and their meals are always difficult in hotels. A big "Thank you" to the entire staff, their friendliness made us feel truly welcome. The apartment was very spacious, having 2 rooms and a bathroom, having nice noise insulation and air conditioning. The true highlight of our stay were the meals! Excellent a la carte restaurant, with excellent food. Preferred to eat there instead of in the city, had lunch on the first day because we were hungry and we liked it so much that we also had dinner there as well and breakfast the next day 🤠 Thank you all for giving us a great family experience!

Beautiful, specious, well designed room, sparkling clean. Even more nicer than it looks in the pictures. Short walk from the sightseeing spots. Free parking in the yard of the hotel. The room waited us heated which was very good touch when we arrived late evening. We had dinner at the hotel because we had read that its restaurant was very good and we can only confirm it. The dinner was very delicous with intimate atmosphere, service was immaculate, the price absolutly worth it. In the morning we started with Nespresso coffee in the room. The breakfast was the most extensive and delicious we had out of 10 places we were on our round trip in Romania. Summery this hotel highly worth the price we paid for it. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

My stay at La Maison de Caroline in Alba Iulia was absolutely wonderful. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and had a warm, cozy atmosphere. The perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort made my stay especially enjoyable. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – ideal for a restful night. The hotel is perfectly located in the historic center, allowing me to explore the city easily on foot. I was particularly impressed by the friendly and attentive staff, who took care of everything and made my stay even more special. The breakfast was also excellent – fresh, varied, and prepared with great care. A truly exceptional place to stay!

I have to tell you, this Hotel, Ozana, is the best value for money, I have ever had. Everything was perfect, the roomsize, the painting, for storage, bathroom, fresh carpet, elevator. Breakfast was okay. But the best was the bed. The best beds, we have slept in in Years. Firm, clean fresh. Big and small pillows, So wonderful!! I dont understand why some hotels have very bad outworn beds. Ozana will be in my mind forever! Off course all hotels should be like this!

We stayed at Ozana's for a wedding, so we stayed the entire weekend. The room was clean comfy and very well equipped. Good, solid mattress, we slept like babies. As for the events room and the cuisine, it has a very big thumbs up from me. Good food (breakfast buffet included) for every taste. It was a nice stay and will book again when in Bistrița

We took this hotel for only one night. It was perfect. Everything was working!!! the air condition, and the shower first time after a week in Romania. It was quite and clean, bed so comfortable.It was a bit away from the old center, but we had a great sleep and a great breakfast with good coffee. Thanks.

There were countless aspects that I thoroughly enjoyed during my stay, making it difficult to narrow them down! First and foremost, I must express my utmost appreciation for the entire hotel staff. Each member left a lasting impression on me, but I would like to extend a special mention to Atlanta, a young lady brimming with enthusiasm, who provided invaluable assistance throughout my stay. Monika, another remarkable individual, exuded warmth and friendliness towards me, making my experience even more delightful. Additionally, I cannot forget to mention Mariana, the breakfast attendant, whose interactions with locals, despite my limited Romanian language skills, conveyed her genuine passion for her job through her tone of voice and body language. The location of the hotel was truly exceptional, tucked away just a few hundred meters from the bustling main street. This allowed for a peaceful and serene atmosphere, providing a welcome escape from the scorching heat. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, offering a much-needed respite. The tranquility and quietness of the surroundings were a true luxury, ensuring a restful stay. Overall, my experience at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding staff, ideal location, and comfortable accommodations.

It is the second time I stay at this hotel and that is because it is dependable, generous and friendly. The hotel is located centrally in a green area within walking distance of center but also train station. It has very generous rooms, with separate closet, large beds, tea/cofee and minibar. The staff is very friendly and proactive in meeting any needs. Fast free internet. A shout-out for their warm and friendly breakfast, containing not only the usuals (sandwich ingredients, fruit, cereal, pastries - really good croissants) but also warm options (scrambled eggs, ommelette) done to order and very tasty. Toiletries are individual and really nice. If I have two qualms they would be: real blankets are needed (maybe they have them for winter - it was not cold in any way, but I missed a weight during sleep), and the shower was only rain-type. Overall a very dependable, warm and friendly hotel that I will return to.

I stayed at this hotel one night in December 2022. I arrived easily, as it's not too far from the center, on a main road. The hotel is medium-sized, with very large, generous rooms. A simple room had a separate area with couch, and a walk-in dressing area. The bathroom [shower] was huge as well. I appreciated the kindness of the staff, particularly with late checkout, and that it was cozy and quiet, in spite being on a busy street. Breakfast was good, with sandwich and pastries options, muesli and also a very well made omelet on order included. Toiletries were aplenty, in individual recipients, not stuck to the wall, and slippers and gown were provided. There was a safe and a [stocked] minibar in the room. Overall, a classic, friendly and very well located hotel, to which I will return!

This hotel ticked so many of my boxes I had to review it. On my road trip to Bucharest I wanted an overnight stay where a) I could arrive by 7pm and still have a swim and get something to eat, b) charge my car and c) rest and relax. This hotel offered everything and more. I could park and charge my car directly at the entrance. Pool open until 9:00 pm. Generous opening times of the (included) dinner buffer until 10:00pm. The buffet was as good as a buffet can get. Very generous check-out time of 12:00 noon. The hotel is modern and the room was very big. And what's more: everything worked. No broken lights, no shower heads falling down all the time, no smelly carpet or squeaky bed. In Romania that is very exceptional. There was a minibar/fridge. Unfortunately no coffee at the room but easy to hop over to the breakfast buffet and poor a take-away coffee.

Location was excellent, a lot of nature around and peace. Hotel looks very good and clean, room is big enough and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Spa area was also excellent, but a bit busy. Parking spots were enough and right in front of the hotel. Overall a great experience, we'll surely come back especially at summer when the outside pool is opened.

I travel a lot and I tend to switch between hotels and high-end airbnb apartments and I can say that the rooms are superior to what I've had at big chain hotels like DoubleTree Leeds or Marriott Warsaw or Corinthia Prague for example. Very comfortable beds, the pillows were amazing. It was great value for money, I will definitely stay there whenever in Bucharest.

Fantastic price for this hotel. We had a car and could travel around with that so the location wasn't something very top of the list. This hotel though, ticked all the boxes. Clean, super staff, large room (I had the largest room type with a family of 4), breakfast was adequate (enough to keep you going - it's not going to be a fully fledged gourmet meal). In all, very happy.

The room was perfectly fit for two persons for a night. The staff was very kind and helpful. I really appreciated the water dispensers on the hallways. The breakfast was very tasty with huge variety. The room was very quiet and we had a comfortable sleep. The room was equipped with all the necessities even with vanities, toothbrush, etc.

Location was perfect for me. Most friendly greeting and welcome from staff, room was nice, well maintained and clean. Any time I called reception to ask for something like water or drinks to be brought to my room they brought within minutes. The hotel was above expectations. It was new, clean, in a very nice location and the staff was above and beyond. The view from the balcony was really great. It had a pool with thermal water and they even provided bath robes in the room which was a nice touch. Highly recommended.

The customers staying at this hotel had indeed nice manners, I met amazing people. Never a second I felt alone. It felt like home to me. Especially the receptionists - Claudia and Lucia, they were very friendly and helpful. I liked the breakfast too, and there were different options each day, which was really good. The hotel is in a good and safe location, there is a supermarket right next to it, plenty restaurants nearby, and a big park to spend the whole day. Also there are 2 big shopping malls if you are into shopping. The old town is just 20 minutes away. I will be coming back to Bucharest and staying at this hotel again!

The man at the reception was very friendly and helpful. I had made a booking error online for my return trip. He immediately found a quick, optimal solution for me online via Flixbus, wrote me directions to the bus station, and even looked for a taxi. I've traveled several times before, but I haven't experienced such helpfulness in other hotels with higher stars. Questions were answered promptly, and I was even able to check out later without any problems. The room was cozy, the bed was very comfortable, and I didn't miss anything.I felt in excellent hands; everything went so smoothly. If I attend another event nearby, I'll be happy to come back.

An extremely welcoming and clean little hotel. Being close to the metro station proved to be very useful. Gabriela is the kindest person who I have ever met at a hotel reception desk. She was keen to help with any questions and request that I had, even if it was not related to my stay at the hotel. I had the chance to know her a little more as she agreed to walk together to the metro station as she finished her job. She is an intelligent, young woman who has great respect towards her work and guests. I am grateful I had the chance to meet her during my short stay at the hotel.

One of the highlights was the convenient 24/7 check-in — I arrived at 2 a.m., and the process was incredibly quick and hassle-free. Parking is municipal and located right in front of the building, which was free from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., making it very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. On one occasion, they even prepared a custom plate for me based on my selection, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was compact yet very comfortable, with all the essential amenities I needed for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is great. Even though it's located on the main street, windows are soundproof, so it's quiet in the room. Bed is extra large, pillows and matress are very comfortable. Room and bath are clean. Breakfast is excellent. We were allowed to check-in earlier and to depart a bit later. Location is great, just around 10 minutes from Herastrau park and multiple restaurant choise around. We really enjoyed it.

This hotel is great for going to the beach (across the street from Modern beach) and walking around the city center. Also you get sunchairs and umbrellas included in your price.

I cannot fault the Hotel Ferdinand. I was upgraded to an apartment (lucky me), which was extremely spacious and comfortable. The location is ideal, with great places to eat and drink nearby. Most of all, I should like to commend the staff, who were impeccably helpful and professional. I will certainly return to The Ferdinand.

Location was perfect for our needs (attending a performance), and I think many travellers' needs - close to both center and beach. Cleanliness, room size, room temperature in early November, complimentary toiletries were all excellent, breakfast had plenty of good and varied options. Unexpected pleasant surprise - sea view from the balcony (see photo).

Family-run place, they are lovely and organised. I arrived late and did a self check-in with zero problems. Free towel! Curtains on lower beds, with light and power sockets. Lockers below, lock provided. Communication was great. Can pay by card. Everything is clean. Given the reviews, I was expecting something bad but the reality is it is very comfortable and nice. I extended two more days.

The owner of the hostel, Andrei was very nice and accommodating. Room is clean and spacious. Toilets are always clean too. There’s free tea and coffee in the kitchen. I wish there’s a common room though for the people to interact. Over all a very nice place to stay.

Andrei was a great host, I arrived way before check in and he allowed me to store my bags before then. Good location...a 10 minute walk to the center. Very clean, has several showers and fully stocked kitchen. Beds are possibly the most comfortable I've had in any hostel.

Located in the heart of Transylvania, Theodora Golf Club has great links to all major cities of this beautiful area. We stayed 4 days and managed to visit Alba, Sibiu, and Cluj without sacrificing the the time around the pool or the Apullum Festival days in Alba. The restaurant was fantastic (we had breakfast and dinner), and everything was delicious and presented at the highest standard. The room was luxurious and the double mattress are supper comfortable and supportive.

It was the second time we came to Theodora Golf Club. We were pleased to find the same high standards of cleanliness and services. Pool area was very clean, with nice environmental music and a bar with refreshing drinks. We liked the food at the restaurant and in this context we would like to praise and thank to Ms. Vera for her professional services and pleasant personality.

The pool and sauna are included in the price of the room, while the massage is not. The pool is open from around 8 or 9 AM until 9 PM, so there is plenty of time to visit it. We stayed in a double room with twin beds. We had the usual commodities: slippers, bathrobes, clean towels replaced every day, a kettle, minibar with water and soda. The staff was nice, the food was tasty. There are many activities if you decide to stay in the hotel - pool table, darts, air hockey, playground for children. We also took a boat ride.

Everything is great, very clean beautiful, the food is great, the location is awesome; Rooms are comfortable, we also appreciated the SPA area which is free. You can play Pool Darts or Table Tenis for free. The parking is available. We love this venue.

The owner, Christian, gave us a very cordial welcome in the car park and allocated us an extra large space. He, together with his charming wife, were extremely hospitable and affable, inter alia, showing us some of the lovely items in this tastefully decorated hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything that we needed. We had a tasty supper and breakfast that were very reasonably priced. We had a most enjoyable stay and would highly recommend the hotel for a one-night stop while crossing the country.

The hotel was lovely for the first time staying here will defo return. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was very nice and cooked fresh from a menu instead of all being laid out. Restaurant in the evening cooked some lovely food too, plus when our little lady was sleeping they let us order and brought to our room. Excellent service 👏

Our room was large, clean, and well lit. Owners are friendly and talkative. Within walking distance to the citadel (aprox. 10 minutes, or 5 minutes by car). We enjoyed a nice glass of wine in the evening (courtesy of the owners), in a cozy upstairs veranda, enjoying the peace and quiet.

The kindest staff I've ever met. You couldn't even tell I was in Romania. You were on vacation, and they did everything they could to make you feel it. The food was super good and varied. Great snack at the pool: steaks, pizza (not just puff pastry like I ate at another hotel for the same price) and unlimited drinks (not watered down). Very beautiful and well-kept location, it smelled nice everywhere, it wasn't stale or moldy. They also have a very well-arranged children's park. They have transportation to the beach and back to the hotel, foam party at the pool, towels for rent at the pool. The rooms are a bit small, but you can overlook this when you look at how good everything else is. Congratulations! I had a wonderful stay. The first hotel I want to return to.

One of the best hotels you will find in Neptun (if not the best). Even from the arrival we were greated by nice and friendly personell. They told us where to park the car. The room was already available before w check-in. Room even if small is very clean and nice, the bed comfortable. There is also a small balcony. The food is very good and always fresh. A big plus for the two pools and the sunbeds. Also recently there is available a couple of tuk tuks for transportation from and to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for your next vacation !!

Great overall experience, friendly staff, clean rooms and the manager was often asking how we were feeling and enjoying our stay at Grand Hotel Caraiman. Due to low blood pressure, I had health issues and the staff were very supportive and attentive , may asked if they could help in any way, very kindly. The Swimming pool was all ours since there was barely anyone who checked in at the hotel, in the beginning of June. I totally recommend staying at Grand Hotel Caraiman as their services are great! Good location close to the beach, restaurants nearby, grocery stores and pharmacies nearby.

The restaurant served amazing food and even had vegetarian options for my partner, breakfast was equally good. We stayed in January and was treated to beautiful snow scenes (there's a pool table in reception and bowling alley just across the road for entertainment) but hopefully we'll get to come back in the summer for the local attractions!

This hotel is exceptional. Our room was fantastic - we loved the design! Another added bonus was the heated floor in the bathroom - didn't even know I needed that in my life. We got the half-board package with breakfast and dinner included and it didn't disappoint. We also got free access to Thermal Wellness and Spa for 3 hours and we loved it. Across the street from the hotel there's a Bowling Alley where you can also play darts, foosball and air hockey. We had so much fun!

Upon our arrival, we received a warm welcome and were quickly able to receive our room. The atmosphere of the room was heart-warming, homely and rich in detail. At dinner, we had the opportunity to get to know the local flavors in terms of both food and wine. The service was fast and friendly. The surroundings of the hotel suggest calmness, it was nice to get away from the noise of the city. In addition, the hotel was very easy to find. I can recommend it to everyone.

It wasn't the first time for us at this hotel, and every time they surprise us with something new, a decoration, a new service, you name it. This time it was breakfast included in the price. It was actually an excellent and tasty breakfast. The cleanliness is top-rated, as usual. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Thanks again! You have our heartfelt recommendation!

Breakfast was included in the price paid, it was buffet style and it was very good. There were boiled eggs, fried eggs, two kinds of sausages, various cold cuts, three types of cereals, milk, coffee, tea and all of them delicious. The staff was very friendly, warm and helpful. I'd definitely want to stay here again.

Very nice stay near the city center. The hotel ist clean and nice. For me it is the friendliest hotel in Cluj and I felt very welcome. On the first day the personal show me, what I can do in the city and where I can go to eat. On the second day I must leave before the breakfest. They prepared me extra sandwiches in andvance, that I could take them for my trip. I can only recommend this hotel and I am very grateful for they friendliness.

The property is situated in a central location. The fact that it was in a walking distance to where I needed to be is one of its strong points. They also provided a parking space for my means of transportation. The staff is friendly and always helped me with a smile on their faces. I always got a response when I wrote via Booking.com's messaging system. The room was clean and warm. Finally, but not last, the breakfast was delicious.

The location in quite central, very close to the historical city center (15 minutes walk from Unirii Square); we were accommodated in a room with the windows facing a busy boulevard, but it was quiet, great for enjoying a good night's sleep. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, we asked for extra pillows and the personnel quickly followed our request. Good value for money, spacious room and bathroom (I believe we got upgraded for the Junior suite), definitely recommend it.

This place is what you'd expect: clean, good bed, great location, good size room, towels and sheets changed on time. I felt safe and it helped me have a great experience in Cluj. The staff though, their friendliness and their wilingness to help, with a good coffee or a place to print things in the city or a good place to eat, etc etc. Thanks to the staff I got to the airport on time, they are a real gem.

He carried our luggage up to our room and demonstrated all the features of our room before he left us to get comfortable and settle in. The is not a lift, only stairs. Of course this being a 400 year old building and of UNESCO Heritage they cannot put a lift in it. The breakfast is good, one morning they had problems with the deliveries so the buffet was not ready and Dragoush made sure everyone in the hotel had their breakfasts individually cooked to order. The location could not be any better. Not in the walled city, but right outside and a short walk up the hill right around the corner from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants within close walking distance. It is a little more than a kilometer from the train station so it is a easy walk if you prefer or our Uber was only 17 RON to and from the hotel. I would stay there again.

I stayed at Hotel Bulevard for 2 nights while visiting the lovely town of Sighisoara in May. The property is centrally located, and although there is a slight climb up to the Old Town it is a beautiful walk and the hotel itself is surrounded by some nice bars and restaurants. The room itself was tidy and neat, with everything (and maybe even slightly more) you would expect. The breakfast was also lovely and highly recommended. It is the staff however, and the effort they go through to make you feel welcome that sets this hotel apart from the rest. Upon arrival I found a lovely complementary bottle of red wine and a hand written note to welcome me to the hotel in my room. When I asked the concierge whether they by any chance have a UK --> Romania plug converter she offered to go buy one, or bring her own from her house for me to use. They were always up for a chat and very friendly. I can, with confidence, highly recommend this hotel if ever you are in Sighisoara.

The hotel is by far exceeding my expectation, and the best of all the accommodations I stayed during the trip. The room is great and the amenities are completing the stay. My biggest compliment goes to the staff (did not ask his name, though). Anyway, he spent his time not just explaining but showing everything (reception doors, room doors, parking, etc). Even help finding the parking spot just right in front of the hotel. Big thanks!!! And although the hotel is at the lower town, but the street and stairways to go up to the citadel is just right around the corner. To me, this is even better than stay in the upper town where we can't drive up, and dragging the luggage on the cobbler stone streets is just a nightmare.

I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a visit in the medieval town Sighișoara. It has a central location, underlaying the Clock Tower of the town’s fortress, so you easily access the touristic spot. The hotel doesn’t offer parking, but the receptionist will give you a ticket with free parking in any place in the city, payed by the hotel. And you cand easily find a free parking lot. Also the hotel kept the resemblance of the interbelic period, with fine modern retouching. The room was very clean and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and coffee. The restaurant takes you to the ‘20s-‘40s, with old pictures on the stonework walls. The breakfast was also very good!

A real hidden gem in Romania. Fabulous rooms furnished to a mini suite feel and an old time shower head in the bathroom that is of an excellent standard. A not extortionately priced mini bar. Really excellent and helpful staff all round. A bag of washing same day service, delivered to your room, for just 50 Lei (circa €10). In room air con. Four breakfast options if you included it with your stay. Located at the base of the old town with a supermarket almost directly opposite. Unbelievable value for money stay.

The family suite had an extra room on the side with a single twin bed and its own bathroom (3 twin beds and 2 full bathrooms all together). Corvin house was fancier than I expected and the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served in a large dining area with good food (eggs, sausage, veggies, yogurt, coffee, juice, bread). Workers were all friendly.

Really nice hotel, in a quiet area. Not that far from downtown (7-8 minutes walk along a nice park). The building is classic, but recently refurbished with great amenities inside (AC was on when entering the room, so it was pleasantly cool - even if outside was really warm). Breakfast is good, with plenty of selections.

The hotel situated on a very quite area. Castle is about 25minutes walk. Supermarket is not far, like 10minutes walk. I really enjoyed our stay which was only 1day, but the room is cosy and had the best mattress ever! Everybody was really kind, served a nice breakfast. Highly recommend this place.

I made my reservation an hour before I showed up. I was on the road and needed to book a place for the next two or three nights. What I found was a euro posh exquisite apartment experience. The hosts attention to detail is unlike anything that I have ever seen before. The apartment was nothing short of immaculate. There was absolutely everything that you could possibly want and some welcome gifts in the fridge when I arrived. The host met me and made sure that I understood the lighting as there are several mood lights throughout the apartment, and that I understood how all of the heating elements worked. It is a sixth floor apartment that I stayed in with a gorgeous balcony that was well lit, including a small tree that added to the ambience . The balcony itself had an amazing view of the mountains and was equipped with a super comfortable lounging chair that I spent many hours reading in. The Decor inside the apartment is over the top luxury. The towels are spotlessly clean, very large and super comfortable. The bed made me not want to go home because it was more comfortable than the one I have at home. The place is so well located to local amenities and so absolutely comfortable that I extended my stay for another two nights. Vacations are not always about seeing all of the sites. Sometimes they are just about sitting back and relaxing . That is exactly what MK apartments allows you to do.

What can I say. First I didn’t believe the reviews. The reality has been far above my expectations! Mihaela is making an incredible job. Helpful, allways friendly and the Penthouse…incredible. I travel the world and many hotels make perfect advertising and at the location you are just disappointed. Here at MK Apartments its the opposite. No Advertising but you get the best view in Brasov, sitting in an warm and CLEAN jacuzzi, looking at the mountains. Doesn’t matter if it’s raining or not, you are protected from one balcony above. The water is clearly and not green like before in one Top Hotel in Busteni. Inside the Appartment you have Coffemachine, Sonos Music and in every bedroom TV plus a very huge one in the living. Everything is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! How I understood Mihaela and her husband care as the owners about this. Congratulations to your job to your business and much success in future to the very very best Stay in Romania!

We have been with the family in the penthouse of MK Apartments. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a stunning view. You can see from kitchen, livingroom, terrace and jacuzzi the mountains, Brasov, sundowns - it is amazing and has been far beyond my expectations. Mihaela the owner is making an incredible job. Allways friendly and helpful. The Apartment is located 5min away from old city center but you have free parking, Coresi Shopping Mall and Restaurants, Coffeshops, Bakery, Fitness only a 5min walk away. One of the most important facts - at least for me - is the cleanliness in the apartment. Never I have seen something clean like this. There is only one big negative fact- we needed to leave too early…

Highly recommended !!! MK apartment is super clean,very comfortable, modern, very close to the city center, shopping center, grocery store and mall. The owner greeted us, she s very friendly very helpful and professional. The apartment comes with free parking, free wifi and laundry/ washer. The view from the balcony and the kitchen of the mountainous a spectacular. Every morning I enjoyed my coffee by sitting on the balcony and enjoying the mountain view. Apartment comes with full kitcken, dishwasher/microwave/oven and a nice expensive caffee maker, which I truly used and 1,5 bath. I have a 2 and 3 years old children and the whole apartment was child friendly super safe. Definitely I am going back to stay MK apartments.

Everything, it started with kind and smooth communication with the host, and continued with an easy self check-in, coffee and soft drinks for arrival, but coffee is offered for the whole stay (grained coffee that I adore); a very modern flat; huge balcony (had a lateral view to the mountain and sunset on another angle, just perfect); super comfy bed (made on demand); it’s soundproof and apart from other flats, more quiet; and the location was just perfect for everything I needed; the surroundings are great, as you will find places to eat and shopping mall is just a few minutes walk; next time will book penthouse with jacuzzi

I stayed here for one night and the room I received was fantastic. Spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need. The owner was very kind and responsive to all my questions and needs. Free parking is available in front of the property. I definitely recommend this accommodation!

The host was very nice to us. The rooms were just like in the pictures and the area is beautiful. There is also a great terrace and barbecue area.

-The room was clean and accessible, - There was a thermostat and the temperature got optimal pretty quick - I could just leave the key in a box when checking out

The host, facilities and location were all great. I appreciated the thermostat next to the bed, the hair dryer and the big tv. Also, the mini-fridge and electric kettle are very handy. I also really liked that it was very modern and newly decorated. We had lots of storage space and hangers. I also liked the sockets and light switches near the bed.

Very good location, and quiet. The room is very clean, and it is a good standard for the bed. Check in on line&Check out very easy. It is a good location for those not very pretentious.

Every time we come to Mamaia, we stay at this chic villa with a garden. Excellent service, unbeatable value for money, which is rare on the Romanian coast. Large, spacious rooms, modern design. The garden area is the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach. The bathroom is generous and full of natural light as well as tasteful architectural light. Quality products. Clothes dryer on the balcony. Cleanliness is exemplary. The coffee is very good, with quality espresso. The owner of the villa is a very hospitable and helpful gentleman who takes into account the feedback of the guests. Appreciate the improvements from year to year. Organization of the coffee area and mini bar, self-check-in, useful information, everything is intuitive. Also a plus for the English language. All information and menus are bilingual, clearly displaying ingredient lists and allergen lists. Parking is a plus. Friendly staff.

This was our second visit to Vila Ducu, and i loved every minute of it! It feels like home every time I go there, all the staff is super welcoming and warm, they take the time to get to know every guest they have and i find this lovely. The breakfast was great every morning, the rooms are super clean and modern. This location is definitely worth it and it will be my number one option every time I will go to the seaside.

In the first place I have to mention that I felt being hosted by a human being and not an organization. The owner quicky became friendly and asked if he could help in any way. The place is really great, modern villa, really clean and you can find anything you need . The breakfast is also great. I had an omelette that I really recommend

The room we stayed in had a huge balcony and bathroom. It was overall very comfortable, the breakfast was great, the walk to the beach was 10 minutes away. The location is great, there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

The personal was extremely friendly and our comfort was their no. 1 priority. The host also wanted to be sure that everything is working properly and that we are truly enjoying our stay. We are definitely going to come back again.

One of the best places I stayed in Romania! Exceptional quality of all things around, large apartment including fully featured kitchen, electric fireplace, 2 high quality smart TVs etc. The staff is also super nice, friendly yet professional. Tasty food for breakfast and lunch with a lot of options for various tastes and diets. The SPA area is great with the saunas, massage etc but probably the best experience here is the outdoor heated pool! Being outside at -10 degrees Celsius, in hot water, surrounded by snow and seeing the mountains and lake nearby was definitely a special experience!

Everything was perfect for our family ( with 3 children ): hot pool outside with an extraordinary view, 2 saunas, playroom, cinema, good food. The people that work there are really involved in what they are doing. You must know Dana from the massage. Anything you will ask for regarding health, you will find out. We had a fireplace in the room. We will come back there as soon as possible. It is that kind of place that you must go to again and again.

Astonishing view, available parking, staff soo much cleaning staff everywhere to keep everything pristine for example dusting off lamps on the hallways…. Every day, campfire with karaoke before dinner was an exquisite experience, large variety of alcoholic and on alcoholic drinks available at the pool bar, massage experience - nurturing and soul healing, staff very helpfull, they were kind and always smiling and even offered us transport to and back from a restaurant 5km away even at late hours (9:30 pm return)

Location is very good , all the staff very friendly . Food excellent , room very clean and the pool in very good condition .

The room was modern with a great balcony. Everything was clean. Really nice view from the pool.

The hotel is right in the center of Eforie Nord. Very clean and nice. A good value for money. I loved the receptionist because she was really nice and gave us the room straight away even if it was 9 AM in the morning. The room is nicely decorated and lovely. Even if it was in the noisy center of Eforie we didn't hear the music or the sounds from outside.

The location is good, 10 minutes walk from the beach, the staff was brilliant and the breakfast was awesome.

Both the breakfast and the location were great!

Just what you need for a short stay in order to get in touch with the taste of the seaside. The hotel has all you need and the breakfast was plenty enough.

Clean, nice room, with fridge and air conditioning, great breakfast, really good coffee. The hotel has a parking space free of charge.

The garden and pool area at the back of the hotel is well kept and really nice with views of the river and over to Serbia. Very large, comfortable bedroom with view of the garden, pool and river. Located centrally between Drobeta-Turnu-Severin and Orsova, had a lovely trip along the Danube from Orsova.

The hotel is a great place, the swimming pool was nice.

They had a swimming pool opened for public. The facility is included in the room price. You can pay by credit card at the beach bar.
